I came here the other day for the first time. The store is amazing. The layout is perfect, easy parking, friendly staff, they all were wearing masks, plenty of sanitizer was around, everyone was social distancing, and they were helpful in deciding in what product I was getting. Being my first time, I got a discount, and a pre roll, which made it a very good deal. My concern was the quotes I was getting on 1/2 ounces, ranging around 170 to 200. That is a little off in pricing to me based on my experience of customary prices in town. I believe if the pricing came down 5% at least, that would make this place my favorite in town. Otherwise, I must continue on and find better prices. Nothing personal. Just can't justify paying those prices. Sahara Wellness Trainwreck 28% thc $121. Please bring price down and I will return.  But still a well deserved 5 star.

This place will get over on you like crazy we spent over 900 dollars and only 244 points are on our account and all they can say is that they must of rung it up under someone else's name!!! Like what kind of business is that so unprofessional and a big ass scam!!

I loved this place. Sometimes I came in twice a week. I definitely spent a lot here. I have stopped coming to this place because my buying experience was not good. And that's all it took. So I think my feedback is important to your business.The bud tender asked me how long does it take you to finish that?I said one weekHis response was you got problems dudeI have an issue with the staff criticizing your customers for their consumption. I don't think it's right for your staff to treat people as if they're crazy.

I'd give MINUS 99 STARS if I could. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I ordered a cartridge online for curbside pick up.When my bud tender gave me the envelope, I asked him to wait while I checked the order. I opened the envelope to discover that what was inside was not at all the same product that I ordered. Not the same product at all.I held up the product and I said this is not what I wanted. I wanted The cartridge, as was as pictured in the product photo.The bud tender looks at the receipt and tells me that on the receipt it says Pen and they filled the order with a Pen, and that I would have to talk to his manager. So, reluctantly, I masked and latex gloves up and went inside.The persnickety manager, when she approaches from behind the glass, does not even greet me with a hello. She greets me with a "Yeah so, your order says pen and we filled the order with a pen so there's nothing we can do."When I held up my phone with the product page open and everyone (A few employees were now observing this conversation) could clearly see that it was a cartridge in the product photo and not a pen, there was this long silence.Then, It became clear to me that the manager knew about this issue. "It was an honest mistake on our web designer's part," finally blurts out the manager when I remind her that what they had done is illegal. I reply, "I understand that--my purchasing a Pen when a cartridge was displayed in the photo was an honest mistake too. What can you help me do about that? ... When you say you can't do anything. Do you mean you don't have the power to help or that you won't?"More "we fulfilled... blah blah"  BS.When I opened my mouth to ask what options there were for me to get what I needed, she started talking over me again, basically telling me over and over again that they had fulfilled their obligation. Her attitude was so wrong, her people skills: so weak. She never even apologized for the inconvenience or offered to do Anything to help me - she didn't even ask if I wanted to buy something else. She simply had no consideration for me at all. Instead of suggesting ANYTHING helpful when I tried to ask about other options A SECOND TIME, she instead over talked me to tell me that they had filled my order properly according to the receipt COMPLETELY IGNORING THE FACT THAT THEY TRICKED ME INTO PURCHASING A PRODUCT BY DISPLAYING A DIFFERENT PRODUCT IN THE IMAGE THAN WHAT WAS ACTUALLY FOR SALE, which is illegal. Her fake cavalier attitude was saccharine and revolting. I'm posting this part of the review in the hope whoever does the scheduling/owns Zen sees this review and understands that the female manager with medium long hair who worked the late-morning (10:45A) 6/20 is not fit. Train her or get her out of there. Yuck. But here's the rub... When I got home and opened the pen to to use it, it pulled twice then stopped working. It is dysfunctional. They sold me a dried or empty dysfunctional pen!It would have been funny if it had been an episode of Grownish instead of happening to me. Avoid this place -- just avoid it. There are too many wonderful places with great customer service to go to to do "business" here. I was duped into purchasing a dysfunctional product (which was not what even I ordered) and had to deal with an emotionally unintelligent incompetent manager, adding insult to injury. Don't let it happen to you.

Wasting peoples time with how they are currently handling deliveries. If you place an order between 8-10 AM, you get same day delivery. After that, it's next day. Placed an order at 9AM........JUST got a call at 7:55PM (almost 12 hours later) saying they won't be able to get the order out until the next day. I'm all for patience, hence me not calling over and over again or anything.. just waiting for my delivery... but this is terrible customer service, and I'm pretty upset that there was ZERO contact made until it was WAY TOO LATE For me to give my business to another more organized dispensary.

Great deals and you can collect points. Safe and clean. Thc rub for pain relief. ATM if you need cash. Local discounts and friendly staff.

Share far and wide!!!!   This dispensary does NOT honor MEDICAL MASK EXEMPTION!!!!    Most other dispensaries do!   Go to a different dispensary and let's not support this place!  I'd give zero stars if this was an option

Absolutely amazing experience! This is the best dispensary I have been to so far (and I have been to most of the recreational dispensaries in LV). Zen Leaf stocks an unbeatable selection of flowers; concentrates, including high CBD strains; artisan edibles; tinctures; accessories; and more. I was honestly impressed, and that's saying A LOT because I'm usually disappointed with selection, service, etc. from most places I spend my hard earned cash.Something really incredible and noteworthy is that all flower is hand weighed in front of you. This ensures you're not getting shorted and that you're able to verify that your bud is still fluffy and delicious. I've gotten incredibly tired of buying herb that literally turns to dust trying to grind it. I also appreciate that the herb is sold in glass jars as it helps reduce waste (plastic is evil, I swear!). I was lucky enough to be assisted by Ben and was truly impressed by his knowledge and patience. I tend to spend a long time and buy a lot when I go to a dispensary, and genuinely appreciated his authenticity. I will definitely be returning to Zen Leaf despite it being about as far as you can get from where I live in Henderson. Figured I would give this place a try what a mistake took them 20 mins to bring a curbside order out and the "bakers batch" is trimmings pretty sad. Employee was nice only good thing about this place. Should label your product right bakers batch in any other state is Nevada's popcorn buds. Buyers beware.

I've been coming to this dispensary for a little under 2 years, over the last few months, the service went downhill  The budtenders are rude, and strange. Swiped right with one of them on tinder and the freak showed my account to his buddies, whom then proceeded to make a joke out of my bio, as if it was going to do anything to offend me, a paying customer.... My world is just fine thanks for asking weirdo!! Used to come here for the low prices and short wait times. But the quality of service, and the lack of hospitality is quiet shocking. Will not be returning. There are other dispensaries in the valley that are of quality service and a better selection of flower, concentrates, edibles and etc....  And to the manager (Giovanni)  I matched with , and to his  buddies (short spider web tattooed face guy, the other black budtender)  who thought they were so cool making a joke out of tinder. Then messaged me the following morning asking me how I am....  YOU ARE FUCKING WACK BRO!! The vibe of "ZenLeaf" is WACK AS HELL!!

If you are on the fence about going here, don't! I  have been a long time loyal customer and I was just treated like total shit by their staff. I spend hundreds of dollars a week on weed and now my business will go elsewhere because of the unprofessional and rude behavior from the staff.

Use only cash! I had a issue about 5 months, credit card machine didn't work. But my credit card get charged.  After that I keep asking to them return my money. This store did not return my money almost $ 600 for five months. I've called and visited the store several times, but I'm just telling me to come tomorrow last 5 months.  I don't know when can I get return my money.  If you using credit or debit cards they can steal your money.

This place was AWESOME till they got new security a couple weeks ago! LOVED, LOVED this place! It was my go to! The staff members are very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also offer phenomenal deals!  I'm lowering the score to 2 stars because the security is RUDE RUDE RUDE (specificly TRAVIS WHITE) and forces customers remove their masks to match ID's. Budtenders are suppose to check ID's... not security. I am immune compromised so pulling the mask down was quite concerning and didn't feel safe removing it. Security guard Travis White has a Alpha complex and said he'll call the police on me because I wouldn't remove my mask while in curbside. He took down my license plate number, seemed on the phone and said metro would come for me and follow me! I kindly asked if a staff member or mgr that knows me (I was a regular) come verify who I am to prevent taking my mask off. I eventually pulled down my mask to verify (to the security). When I finally did pulled my mask down and explained I'm trying to get on the phone with mgmt regarding the situation. Travis said it's too late, that I will not be served and I better leave now... Because of metro. I  believe there's a state mandate to keep masks on??! While I understand they are protecting against fraud... They are also jeopardizing people's health and lives in the middle of a global pandemic!!! Sadly, they just lost business for forcing ppl to remove masks. I've witnessed others walk right back in their cars and leav after asking their masks to be removed. If you are immune compromised or a senior...  please keep this in mind for your saftey! As saftey should be a priority! Otherwise... They're a good establishment

At the North Las Vegas location security let me in but staff turned me away with my medical card saying that it was 21+ even though it's medical? I'm 18 with a valid medical card for a valid reason and I've never had a problem with any other dispensary whether they're recreational or medical.

Great service. Mike was outstanding and went above and beyond. The products have really helped out a ton. Security staff were very funny and the guys there were knowledgeable about their product. Will go back.

I understand it's hard to navigate deliveries during this awkward time and I'm usually a vary patient person who by the way loves this dispensary. From the products to the employees, not to mention it's 30ft from my job. This is why it's so disappointing to see such a poorly run delivery system. There was no conformation text or email. Who thought it would be a good idea to put the delivery time in minutes? 1900 minutes, 1600 minutes, no offense but that's the dumbest shit I've ever seen. I work in a medical office so I still have to go to work during the pandemic just like the employees here at zen so I obviously don't have time to be sitting around wondering if and when my order is going to show up.I don't like writing reviews like this or at all but I'm so crazy disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism I'm use to from this establishment.   Investing in updating your online system and your delivery protocol will save you money and avoid complaints from customers.

Free to be me.  Free to ask questions and engage.  Free to find a possible solution to my wife's chronic back pain.  Free to get as high as I wanted to get for recreational purposes. Free to escape the shackles of slavery that are still bound to my ankles in my home state in 2018.  ALABAMA. I recently ordered a delivery of 1 ounce of flower. They delivered 1/2 ounce total, split in two small quarter-ounce jars. I called and told them I only received half of the product. They called back after they watched the security video and said the workers stuffed 14 grams into each jar. These jars can hold 9-10 grams at the very most. I explained this to her and she offered to give me 20% off my next purchase and a couple free prerolls, but didn't address the missing half ounce that I already paid for. She said a manager would give me a call shortly, but I have been waiting 5 hours for that call.

,en leaf is a cozy dispensary tucked away. Youd never know it's there unless deliberately searching for a dispensary in the area.The overall location is welcoming with great energy. The smell of weed is seeping through the walls. It's quite amazing.You pretty much stand in line, wait for your turn, and then place your order. Nothing too crazy. They offer a variety of top quality strains and vendors. You can also pay with cash or card.

Ordered one of the Connect Carts, got there for pickup, they didnt have the flavor i wanted, thats fine ill take another flav. so i call a week later and they only have 3 flavors of the ones i want,(someone lied or they reup on these thing regularly)so i order it for pickup 1230-1245 , online order didnt verify my order in time so i called, they said they were behind, thats fine also, now im sittin in the area waiting/ grabbed some food and by 130 still no call, or anything. IF YA"LL NEED HELP I KNOW PEOPLE THAT WOULD LOVE TO WORK IN THE INDUSTRY, yall need better communication throughout your facility, just sucks yall the only ones wit the tanks

Wow I used to love this place. People are always friendly and it was cool to watch them weight on spot. They stopped selling the brand I like best so I have been going to other places. I looked at their menu to see they had the brand and strain I like best....But WAIT!! $70. A OZ more than everyone else in town? Buyer be ware! That's not chump change! Until they lower their prices I won't go back. Sorry you ruined a great thing!

First off I should give y'all a 0 but that option wasn't available . Secondly I started going to the zen leaf off post and migrated over to the one in the north on Craig now we a right knit community and as a african American woman Ive felt some racism in there in particularly wit one white staff member who's a white woman and it just so happens was there on a day i went and had a problem wit me on the phone but there was no signs saying no cell phones or not taking or no ear phones but whenever I go no one else says anything but her now even if I wasn't on the phone why do I need to take my AirPod out what if I needed to translate or to help me because I'm disabled but couldn't because she has a problem with me as a black woman saying I could be on the phone trynna sell weed to minors! Fuck out of here but why talk on the phone when I can text that wasn't an issue now was it ? Nobody at this zen leaf been following protocol till today when I said something all of a sudden the white manager comes out to add fire to the situation because of this woman and how she felt personally. if your in this area avoid this ZENLEAF !!! If you want people to respect " your policy " put something up because no where in there was a damn sign to say no talking on the phone or no phones in general. thanks and suck a dick

Since Zen Leaf started their delivery service, I have been Very Disappointed.  You only have 1 Hour in the morning window to place order for delivery.  The one time I spoke to a clerk, she said "should be there by 4pm TOMORROW."  I placed my order Saturday morning.  It is now Monday afternoon and I STILL HAVE NOT heard from anyone!  I tried to call them afterwards.  All I get is voicemail!!  I left 3 messages over the past 24 hours and NOBODY has returned my call!!  Zen Leaf has truly fallen from grace!

Love it's so close to the house.  In fact, it's in the same building as my doctor's appointment.  I signed up for their mailing list the week before and was waiting for some special deals before we came in.  Luckily it was within a week for the next day . I didn't go inside, but drove my husband here and stayed in the car.  He said everyone was really nice, laid back, and friendly.  It was his first time in to a dispensary to order things himself.  We usually have one of our friends drop off stuff for us when they come to visit.  He said the whole process was very pleasant.  The girl that was helping him was super helpful.  It didn't know and understand exactly all the options... dosage and flavors.  She made it really easy for him.  He was happy to got what he ordered with the buy one get one free.  She also gave him a small cbd pen for free.  Not sure if it was because it was his first time in or the amount he spent.  But it was very nice of her.  The packaging was so nice and clean too. For me sitting out in the car for about 20-30 minutes.   Everyone who left here did purchased something and had a big smile on their faces.  It's a good sign.  =) Everything is cash here.  I had a feeling and made sure he picked up some on the way in.  We'll definitely be back and refer our other friends here.

Been to a few places around that area, and this is one of the best. Not a cash only establishment which is a huge plus. Just a $3 charge for using your card. You can earn points and redeem them for a price reduction on your order. My first time deal there was buy 1 get 1  1/2 off. You can also opt in for text messages advising you of promotions the store offers.It's small inside, but they have a pretty good variety of everything. Every employee I've spoken with there knows their stuff, too. Both medical and recreational patients are welcome here. Right next to the hidden bar near the hospital. It's getting more and more crowded so you may have a few minute wait, but nothing terrible.

I am so impressed with the service provided by the team at Zen Leaf. I have never been disappointed with a product when informing them of my needs. Today, I ordered online and they delivered same day which was a great surprise. The delivery person was incredibly professional and was obviously well versed on safety for the myself and the community. This company is a setting the standards in this young industry and I am proud to be their customer. Keep up the good work. If you are looking for a dispensary and are tired of the all the noise out there, stop by and experience what I have experienced and you will be as satisfied as I am.

I usually have a good experience in Zenleaf until today I placed a order online so that I can get in a out due to me having to be at work There weren't that many people in there to begin with, the person who I guess usually does the express lane was helping a non express person and instead of the other  employees taking  the people that were in the express lane first to help out they proceeded to take the recreational line that just came in then when that line was gone they took the express. Absolutely unexplainable! What was the point of me using your online service? it doesn't matter if it's one person that takes that line if he is busy you jump in to help and you guys gotta pick up the speed with your customer service but like I said I usually LOVE Zenleaf but this day I didn't agree with what happened. I hope I gone have another bad experience here!

What a great place. Everybody there so kind from the security guard they greet you at the front door to the people behind the glass that check your ID and then buzz you in. Then you have the weed tenders who are so knowledgeable and friendly. They actually care about what you're therefore and what you're looking for.They make great suggestions and I really know what they're talking about. If you get the opportunity to stop by as for Joe Ashley Jared or Adam. They are all terrific at what they do. PS you'll be greeted by the warmest smile you've ever seen.Anytime I go in and joe is working I'll wait for him. He and the whole staff are amazing! Knowledgeable and friendly !

Just recently ordered for delivery. 3/60 verano travelers disposable deal. 1 of them was half gone. Pretty disappointed. They should have tamper proof stickers on them or something. I won't be buying any of their products anymore.

This place is overrated. I can see the draw of having something in this area to serve more locals, but the prices are meh' and the people are just freakin' RUDE!! The only exception is the nice girl in the front that checks you in. She is nice, and friendly. Florence and the tall, skinny, tattooed dude with gauges is also rude. There were only 4 other customers in the place and Florence just flat out refused to answer any questions I had, and would just point to the menu screens, saying this is the menu. Print it out people...it changes way too fast, across many menus. I've never been to a dispensary where the employees were so unfriendly and unprofessional. Their prices and service leave a lot to be desired. I'm only giving 2 stars for being able to buy what I needed.

Zen Leaf Dispensary is a Great Local Dispensary for Vegas Locals. The BudTenders are outgoing, and very knowledgeable in both THC and CBD strains. Prices are fair, and Happy Hour starts at 4.20pm daily.

Used to be my go to place for all my medical products but the staff has slowly been getting more rude, stop giving my discounts and they also stopped carrying the brass knuckles vapes. I drive the extra few miles and go to the next shop now and get my discounts every time.

This place is not Zen at all. The crowded lines and the lack of employees will make you want to go somewhere else. I'm currently waiting in line and have been for the last 30 minutes. It's crazy ridiculous here. And no management to help out with the line. If this place was little more attentive to their customers, I'd guarantee to come back.

Very professional and great product selection. I love the points system they have which logs points with every visit to get free stuff! I also enjoy the text messages for sales and promotions (you can opt out, of course). Friendly staff and chill atmosphere. Edibles are also super delicious! Tough to find my first visit there, but this is my favorite dispensary and I've never waited to purchase any goods.

This place is a disaster right now. If you have time to wait for 2 hours in their parking lot for meds then I guess this is your place. The system they have in place is a joke...they have no expected wait times and have left the business up to the part time security gaurds who say they can't tell you how long you will wait. Just check the parking lot out and notice all the people sitting in their cars. I have been dedicated to this place since day one and see the necessity to find another shop that knows how to run a business.

Allie Cat OG was suuuper helpful! To be honest, I don't know much about marijuana. But she was willing to listen to alllllll of our questions and even though I felt like a fool. She made my friend and I feel very comfortable. 10/10 would come back and hope she's there to help me out!

Prices have gone up. A ridiculous $3 charge for using a debit or credit card. Most of the time they have good customer service but with other options that's not enough nowadays. Used to be a good place to go when it's not busy but the prices affected my decision. I usually tip but have not been able to do to the price increase and the $3 charge. Other places have a good reward points system this one does not

This was my first time in Vegas and I just couldn't wait to try out a dispensary. Juan made my 1st time experience a pleasure. He was super helpful! Asked if I needed help immediately started showing me different bud as well as recommending the best strains in the store. I tried to touch the bud he kindly told me that I couldn't not ride at all. Told me the deals that they have for first time medical patients. Didn't buy anything because I left my medical card at home. But I am definitely going back before my flight because this dispensary deserves my coins!!!!!

As the name suggests, the atmosphere in this dispensary is very chill and low-pressure. After a glance at the limited--but high quality--offerings, JOIN THE LINE to request and pay. "Budtenders" will weigh and package your product in front of you exercising the highest forms of professionalism and courtesy, answering any and all questions....and even if they don't partake, they're still informed enough to help you choose the correct medicine to treat your issue. Paying is a bit of a process, as you're forced to put whatever currency you have onto a membership card and then pay! (You're charged $2.00 for the card, which seemed like an unnecessary tax to me! Maybe incentivize the card if you're going to slap a fee onto my bill!) Join the text list for pretty good deals; they don't overload you with texts....maybe one a week?That said, I like Zen a lot better than other dispensaries I've visited in Vegas.

I should have read reviews first . Kicking my self in the butt right now . I ordered a eighth of cuvée cookies. Let me explain my experience . I walk in check in no problem . We wait in line and after ten minutes finally get helped . Once I get helped I ask the guy I want something indica and purple . He said okay . Comes back with one strain and says here I got it I got some platinum cookies . I said that looks good. Can we see a few different things so I can see the difference I want something super purple . With a negative attitude he grabs a few other strains . I mean I am looking for Something visually appealing . He shows me a few different strains but nothing looked as good . I asked him how much an ounce was he told me 335 . I only had 250$ on me and didn't want to use the atm so I asked for a half ounce witch was 175. I mean 15$ discount for a ounce? I might as well stick with the half ounce and save myself the 25$ atm fee I would receive . Right before he rings me up I double check with him . It's indica correct? He reply's with No , it's a hybrid . Like really ? Your rushing me with a line of people behind me and can't get the correct thing I'm asking for? So I ended up grabbing the first purple indica he shows me because I'm so embarrassed there is that many people behind me and they are all watching me order and his tone is saying I need to leave. Spent 50$ on a eighth instead of purchasing something I wanted . Like a half ounce or ounce because I was so embarrassed and uncomfortable with this whole transaction . Could of saved money buy purchasing a half ounce or ounce but didn't have the opportunity. But it's fine the price I pay to learn to NEVER COME BACK . Also my sister goes here but she won't anymore because of me . Pays to know people .

This was my first time at this dispensary and won't be my last. The smaller location makes for more of an intimate feel. Not too crowded either. And the employee that helped us, Perry was awesome as well. I also like the fact that they weigh everything out in front of you (I've never seen that done before).   Plus amazing deals on prerolls!

Did a whole loop around Vegas checking out the dispensaries and this was one of my least favorites.The ladies in the front were super friendly and excited, which made me excited to be there! Upon walking in, the guys there were really awkward and not helpful. Anytime we had questions they kind of just made us feel stupid like we should already know everything. We felt really pressured to buy, so we got the cheapest strain they had.Like other reviews stated, they were all out of edibles!This was the only dispensary we went to that didn't have a wait. Maybe it was just the day we went but after walking in I see why.I did like how they had their displays. They had little flashlights that you can shine against whatever buds you were looking at and a little lid to pop off if you wanted to smell.

Clinics have been popping up left and right since Marijuana has been legalized.I've taken a few friends to this place on occasion but I've never been inside.Last night I took the plunge and went by myself to get my grandpa a few edibles. He's prescribed pain meds for chronic (:p) pain and a few for insomnia, but we've since discovered a few bites from a brownie is all he needs.Upon entry I was a bit nervous. I wasn't really sure what to expect. The entrance room is akin to a small waiting room with a few chairs, two security windows (like you'd see at a bank), a screen displaying their current products and pricing, and a large, locked security door. A little awkward staring from other patrons but maybe it was just me being anxious. Anyways, when I was called up to the window I explained that it was my first time. The receptionist did a nice job of making me feel welcome and explained the process. I gave her my ID which she processed and gave it back, then told me to have a seat and I'd be called back when capacity drops a bit. I'm not sure what her name was, but she was inked up and had a great smile. I'll get it next time.A guard opens the door and calls for the next two customers. We walk through a short hallway to another security door and into the actual room where product is held, shown, and sold. There were 3 counters where transactions were taking place, and it helped to keep the line moving steadily.Once it was my turn, I simply asked for some brownies and the clerk gave me a quick & friendly run down and I made my selection. I paid with my AMEX and there was a $3 processing fee. I had gramps' brownies and was done and out the door in 5 minutes. Not bad!I'll be back again once he runs out of his medicine :)

First time at a Dispensary and I was a bit nervous at first but when I entered the Zen Leaf I was greeted within seconds of entering. So far this place has the best selection and the best deals for first-time patients. First time patients get  buy one get your second item half off. It was very clean the staff is knowledgeable. You even get 10% off for a yelp check in. This place set up differently once you're through the door there are two lines. Recreational and medical. Since I'm Medical,  I was brought to the front of 8 people waiting. Which is good because each recreational sales takes awhile.  This place ways out your product in front of you where as other places hide that stuff from you in the back room. I really feel like this place is more like the way they all should be ran. They had plenty of what I needed as a med patient. A lot of the other shops don't care about the medicine aspect of it and run low on what I need for my nerve damage. Very happy here.

Normally I love love love this place but my last 2 visits I was overcharged and they failed to provide my discounts. During both incidents upon realizing this, I returned immediately with my receipt and products(was still in the parking lot). The first time it happened, things were easily sorted out and apologies made and I left a happy customer still. But today when it happened again (they failed to apply the buy one get one for a penny) I was met with nothing but difficulty in trying to obtain my money back. First they tried to give me a store credit and when I resisted the bud tender disappeared behind closed doors. I assume to get a manager and returned a bit later with another co worker who then tried to get me to take more product. I again requested a cash refund and to speak with a manager, as this was taking far too long and I had another appointment to get to. I was told NO MANAGER ON DUTY!!! I mentioned that I didn't think it was legal to not have a manager onsite and both gentleman disappeared yet again and after what was becoming an agonizing wait another young man named Liam Knighten came out (this is when my experience went from bad to ridiculously HORRIBLE) and identified himself as the inventory manager. When I questioned why I was told there was no manager on duty he said he had simply been unavailable. I said there is a large difference between not being available and not being there and that you should ALWAYS be available to your customers and clients. This is where Liam Knighten became very snarky and down right rude to me. We both started to speak at the same time and I kept going with my question regarding speaking with a manager and he stopped me and said "Are you going to let me speak?!?!" I honestly stood there stunned and silent, at which point he leans in and asks me again, "Well are you?" I was very taken back by both his mannerisms and tone of voice. I remained silent and let him speak but at that point I was just done with it all!!! As I was finally leaving after getting my refund I stopped to speak with the check in receptionist and asked her to write down the names of the managers and those I dealt with today. She honestly was the only good point in my entire experience. This is when Liam Knighten enters the scene again and proceeds to tell me how lucky I am that I received a refund at all as company policy is store credit only. I could understand that if I had been the one to make the error, but that wasn't the case here. When I asked to see where this policy was in writing he once again became condescending and said "I'll start working on that for you right away Mam." Liam Knighten is probably the most unprofessional dispensary employee I have ever come across! A very bad representative of Zen Leaf and Verano Holdings.I will be reaching out to their corporate office, Verano Holdings tomorrow to share my undesirable experience with them. I will continue to return because of their quality products and hope their customer service improves!

Allie made my first visit AMAZING! She was extremely knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. I came in for a 8th but not sure exactly of what. She let me know you can mix and match different strands! I told her what I liked and she picked 3 that I've never tried.  Such a hidden gem and a great experience.

I've visited this establishment about 3 times my first time was great.  Second time I came there were only two bud tenders and weren't many people there but it was fast they had a pop up with Green & Gold which was awesome they gave away awesome swag and the deals were on point!  I came in on my bday which was 12/14 I also received a text message from zen letting me know NC would be there they had a pop up from 5p-8p.  where they were having Heavy 8th promo going on giving away swag as well as a raffle drawing.  I arrived at 7:45 and when I walked in NC was leaving which I felt was unfair you're advertising a pop up with these deals and yet NC is leaving early.  The whole reason I came in was it was my bday and I wanted to take advantage of the pop up!  The lady offered me a shirt but I wanted to be able to choose which swag I wanted since I did come for their pop up.  I ordered a heavy 8th of the sin mint from NC and was never discounted I was charged the price of an heavy 1/8 not for the special  where they're selling NC.  I asked the bud tender who was assisting me about that she said since I was there I'd get the sale which I didn't.  Also asked about the raffle since I was there and purchasing all this before 8p.  Her response was I don't know it was NC pop up not there's!  Well although you're around the corner from me I think I'll be sticking to other dispensaries where they offer what is sent out via text pop up not sending out text and ending promotions before the time comes!  I was tricked into coming in and didn't get what was promised!!  Bad business practices especially when you're having pop ups to bring in business.  No one even apologized about MC leaving early or not following through with what was offered at the pop up

This dispensary is literally a 5 min. drive from my place. Absolutely love it since I'm able to fulfill all my ganja needs  and the staff is super cool!

I not only was given the wrong cartridge but the girl forgot to charge me my industry. I ended up paying 72 for some concentrate that was 45 and received nothing but attitude because their people messed up. I've been a good loyal customer but I will be taking me and my people elsewhere. Top notch has the best deals in Vegas and so does shango. They only care about over charging and getting over. Once I stated to the last that it was wrong she had nothing to say but sorry. I paid 25 dollar over because of her attitude

I originally liked this place, but as the dust has settled on the rec scene, they don't offer anything any other shop has (in fact they usually have less).    The biggest problem with this place is that they always have a plethora of employees there, but typically only a couple working.  They also allow medical card customers cut the line, which is a complete joke.  It is extremely frustrating to see 2 budtenders working (with 3 people in the back apparently doing nothing) and the line you are in doesn't shrink because everyone walking in gets a line pass from medical.    Other minor gripes include when their comp system was down and they had a sign up sheet, but those points were never added to my account.  All in all, customer service here is really poor. There are better options in town both in terms of price and service.

A serious contender for best neighborhood dispensary here on the lip of Summerlin South and Spring Valley. This place is a tad out of the way (in a newer, cleaner office complex just to the northeast of Southern Hills Hospital), but you'll see the signs pointing the way once you turn from South Fort Apache onto West Post Road and drive for a hundred yards or so. The thoughtful humans at Zen Leaf put those out there. Although removed from the main streets, the lighting is plentiful in the parking lot. Translation: It doesn't feel like you're gonna get mugged while walking from your car. There's an armed guard, usually out front. The two I've seen and talked with have been incredibly polite and helpful. Now, this place is tiny, but damn: It's got this utterly laid-back and sort of boutique vibe. Everything about this place feels purposeful. Dark wooden floors, some black metal in some of the displays, good lighting, nice display of flowers, one de rigueur wall with branded towels and such. But the design feels deliberate. Careful. It's not uber fancy, but it feels, well, cool.And cool is exactly what the employees are. I've been here a number of times during different months on different days, even at different times of day, and every employee I've interacted with has been friendly, incredibly well informed about the merchandise, and helpful beyond belief. Just some great personalities working here. Juan is my favorite recent superstar there. Employees stand behind an L-shape cabinet. There are usually three or four of them, and you stand in a short line until it's your turn.  It feels easy here.The only drawback is the small displays of edibles, drinks, tinctures, cartridges, etc. You kind of have to lean around other customers at other spots to see everything Zen Leaf offers for sale.That aside, there's some potent shit here. For whichever kind of smoke you're looking for. I've tried many different kinds of items here, and they've all been great. Buds of White Sands and Granddaddy OG, in particular, have performed mighty well. Solid selection of edibles here, too. Do yourself a favor and pick up a couple of Dixie Elixirs. The chocolate crunch bar is no joke, either. The prices are just a touch higher than a place like The Source (and Zen Leaf's most potent cartridge, Silver Bullet OG, is great but isn't quite as strong as The Source's legendary Anslinger's Dream--named for America's first real drug czar/autocrat, Harry Anslinger, who led the Federal Bureau of Narcotics from the '30s until the early '60s, aka a real tool). The customer service here, however, is superlative. The employees know their weed (in all its modern recreational forms) and can advise you for whichever kind of high you're going for. And that's another thing: The line here can occasionally move slowly, but that's only because the employees are taking good care of the customers in front of you. Trust me, when it's your turn they'll likewise take excellent care of you. It's the vibe and the customer service (and the quality of the buds) that keep me coming back here. Competitors might sell the same high-quality edibles at slightly cheaper prices, but if you live in this neighborhood, Zen Leaf is well worth your time. And their proximity to those of us who live west of the 215 and south of Spring Mountain is worth spending four or five bucks more per, say, Dixie Elixir at Zen Leaf.I highly (sorry) recommend these guys. Great people, great products . . . a hidden gem over here in our part of the valley.

My first experience at a store like this, the customer service was wonderful, they were very helpful, they answered all my questions and helped me understand everything that I needed to know, even the things I didn't know to ask! I'm definitely going back to them for future visits!

My experience here this past Saturday 7.13.19 wasn't great because I waited a ridiculously long time on line which happened before I just didn't post. The First 15 min of waiting only 4 people ahead of me and 2 budtenders. No designated budtender to service online express customers so that tripled my wait time to 45min. I had to watch 3 people who were originally ahead of me take 20 min, then 3 more people who came after me go ahead of me because I didn't pre order online. I was very disappointed. I feel like Friday's and Saturday's should be over staffed to meet demand and customer service. This place was packed Saturday so I'm only talking about my situation I feel bad for the guy who came at the end of my 45 when there was a full line  of people on the fast line and regular lane. Listen, The vibe here is great, I like that the bud isn't prepackaged and they usually have good fresh flower I just wish they'd hire more folks or do a better job communicating to us that there is a potential you can stand in line for 45 mins because online customers are priority. Even at a bank they go back and forth between business customers and regular customers to be fair. What about loyal customers?

New Management has made this place go down hill... security closes earlier than they list their closing time...  and product has been light even with weighing in front of you...

Found this place on Yelp, there was no line and the staff was super helpful! They have a nice selection of drops and you have to ask for the edibles as they are not out for display.

Im here again. The selection seems to get bigger and bigger each time I come. My recommendation would be for the non-smokers to get the CBD lotion for aches and pain's. It works wonders

Buds were "ok"....they literally had NOTHING I wanted left which was a HUGE bummer. My bud tender was super nice, but when I asked if I could split my 1/4 since they didn't have anything I really was looking for she said "yes" BUT didn't tell me  that I would be paying the 1/8 price for each instead of the $75 1/4 price....now yes it's only $5 more BUT when your ALREADY paying $99+ for a damn $75 sack that is a JOKE!!!! they ALSO don't tell you NOR is it on your receipt that an additional $3 will be added on later when you use your card to pay!!! Wtf!? Like we need ANY more "fees" added to our sack?!? It would be waaaaayyyyy better to have your pricing listed with the tax included so it's not a damn SHOCK when we actually pay!

This is my second time here. Rustic feel interior, and they really live up to their name. Their service is great here, super friendly people. Since my first time, they have gotten a lot more inventory in. Which is nice, more to choose from and being that it's really close to home for me. I recommend this place if you love on the southwest side.

The wait was virtually non existent. My budtender was super friendly and seemed to be genuinely interested in having a conversation with me. The prices are pretty standard but still slightly cheaper than many places I've been. There did seem to be an issue with a team member that was handled loudly and a bit unprofessionally on her end, but as soon as she got back into the shop she bounced right back into work so that really impressed me! I will definitely come back when I'm on that side of town.

Clean, small and smells awesome as soon as the front door opens.  A lil slow on the service but that may be due to how they package their products...gotta go in the back each time. Plus out of many preRolls and should update the electronic screen. Overall, HAPPY it's just legal now and sold here in Vegas for our enjoyment or medical needs.

My absolutely favorite dispensary in all of Las Vegas. I love that the flower is weighed on the spot! No other dispensary in town does this, and it reminds me of being back at home in California. This is the best dispensary in town, knowledgeable bud tenders, lower prices than other dispensaries, and a big variety of flowers  to choose from. Oh and they also weigh it out in front of you not to mention they take credit cards, only problem is there location, but it's worth the drive. I let everyone know about this place and when they visit, they are not disappointed, oh and the customer appreciation day, was awsome and genius.

Crazy because I gave a 5 star review on weed maps yesterday..but long story short..Ben helped me once and Angel helped me yesterday, both have been amazing and knowledgeable. Unfortunately today that was not the same, made a purchase yesterday of a topical that caused an allergic reaction. One pump of it was used..the "manager" who helped (gentleman with a beard and hat..wears the same thing every time..) told me he'd have to check if they could do anything for me. I in no way wanted my money back, but instead just wanted to get something that would work...the pain is no joke..I was informed that they could not take it back because they don't know what I did to it...did I mention it's straight CBD..literally had no THC..there are sample tubes, and after working for a dispensary I know it's VERY possible to easily sample it out..I asked to speak with whoever he spoke to..He informed me he was too busy to help a customer...but they could offer me a discount on my next purchase...I left with horrible customer service...attitude and a smug grin from the manager as I was walking out. The only good thing is the girl who checks your ID in the front..she also informed me the gentleman sitting in the front with the glasses was the owner who was just sitting there and then said hi to his buddies. Which I found funny to see since the "manager" told me he was too busy to help a paying customer. Icing on the cake. Not only did the manager not take the allergic reaction seriously or try in anyway to help..but as I'm on the phone with my bank right now disputing the charge they informed me I was overcharged for my purchase as well.

We were in line for about 20 min. They weren't busy just shorthanded. But the young Asian girl was very nice and helpful with our transaction. The manager came out to help with a return but left to the back again when he was done. He could of stayed to help with the line midday on a Thursday. Could have been a quicker process. Still love Zen Leaf.  The manager can learn from this. It was a teachable moment.

Be Careful they will show you photos buds, but in small print at checkout say it's just shake. Apparently this happens a lot, but it is there way of keeping your money. Or why else would they not update the site to be more transparent. As far as the product goes.. I'll sum it up as. Cheap quality, Cheap price, and Cheap customer service. - So if money over Quilty is you this place is great.

I been coming to zenleaf for as long as is been open to everyone. I had some great experience but this Last 2 months I've had 3 different times where I was sent an email about specials on prices. Went there only for the special and was given a really hard time actually getting promised price or one time denied completely even with the price on website available to show. The best part was the website shut down 5 minutes after I left and came back up 10 minutes later with new price. I had already taken a screenshot but I guess that was a way to hide mistake and over charge people. I spend a lot more money at this places. And I don't think it's good customer service treating people rude just because their asking for a special that was sent out to them.

Shady dispensary! My boyfriend ordered 7g of shake (which we did not expect to be shake, it doesn't tell you that's the 15% discount until you checkout which at that point we weren't looking at fine print). We did curb side pick up and once we opened the package at home it was obvious he was shorted. We used his scale (as we have many times with flower from other dispensaries- which all turned out to be accurate) however this one read only 4.4g!!!We called them, the manager said they're confident they gave us 7g and gave us a bunch of reasons why he thinks we can be wrong but said we can come in to see them weigh it again.... we decided not to go bc we're far and the 2.6 grams isn't even worth the drive or our time.Such a disappointment- 100% do not recommend.

Friendly staff & great selection but must have new management or something cause their offers are never matching what they do. Even the staff says "it sucks, & they know..." when you mention it. 100 points says Verano pre roll but they switch it out to a white label pre roll of their choosing. Sucks, especially when you drop a few hundred a week there.

I was more than excited until I came up to my budtender for the night who ruined my experience so much I will never return. Other dispensaries offer great service to where I feel comfortable but this was not the case for this place. The african- american budtender was more than rude to me and my boyfriend. We asked questions to where the budtender was upset about the questions we asked. Some of the WORST service I have ever had. The budtender saying "My Bad" when making mistakes instead of being professional. I am going to make sure to tell my friends to never try ZEN LEAF.

My gf and I go here regularly. They are the only weed shop in Vegas that has bulk prices. They have high quality weed also.

So my cousins took me to this place while I was out in Vegas. I do not partake so when I walked in I was so confused. However Zen Leaf was so organized and clean that it made it very easy to scope out all the neat products they had. The place is very professional too. It was a cool experience to walk in and see all the products that they offered. I had no idea cannabis could be used in so many unique ways. If you're in the area it is worth checking out. Even if your not into consuming like me it was fun to check out.

My friend and I came in on 12/23 around 12:30pm. Cheyenne's (girl with the orange eyeshadow) greeting made it apparent that she was having a bad day. I work in the service industry and understand that we all have our bad days, but projecting it onto guests is unprofessional. She made it a point to make us uncomfortable when we didn't know how operations were being run in-store. However, Luis turned our experience around and made us feel welcomed which is the reason for the 5-star rating. Amazing deals !!

Prefer my weed pre package because they will just throw anything in the jar and sell it. Plus sometimes they have shake deals and the shake is all stems that is not shake that is a headache literally. They do promo edibles though.

deceitful and disrespectful. site advertised bud so i went in to buy bud, told only shake. told site said it was shake. that was a lie it doesn't. told me i should know better and if it seems to good to be true it probably is. called to talk to a manager and found out it will only tell you it's shake if you put it in your cart. they know that site advertises bud and happily deceive customers. was not allowed to talk to manager.

Not a perfect store, its on the edge of town, but they handle business well, and the products are usually 4 star quality. The shake is supposed to be cheaper quality, as their price points reflect. Usually a chill place with decent products and average customer service. No reason to give this store any lower score. I feel a store is only deserving of a low score after multiple bad experiences. This one is decent, gets the job done, so thanks!

Used to enjoy coming here however sadly the quality of their products over time has worsen it is not what it use to be and this particular brand was a waste of money. I reached out to confirm that this .5 cartridge was not empty as this appeared different then others cartridges however after a quick call I spoke with a gentleman who was very nice however he advised me that the cartridge from that brand comes clear at times or visually looks empty but if smoke appears it’s how it’s supposed to be. However after less then 5 attempts to hit the cartridge and a change of battery it hits as it is empty like when you know your running out. Great staff however the product I would not recommend to anyone and the brand your better off saving your money.
