Tuesday March 9th 2020 at 9:10 pmI stood in line for about 1.5hrs when I'm not a recreational user - I pay for my medical card every year and it's going to expire during this pandemic. End of April to be exact! I'm very upset I froze outside when the girl on the phone said they were going to limit how many people and the duration of customers.. Only taking people from the pick up line than walk -ins.  This is the only place I frequent and I'm very loyal to this place. What a way to make me feel like a number and sadly I voted for recreational knowing this would happen. Medical patients should have their own line or just cut up front. Ridiculous. By the time I got sort of close to the front doors security guy came out and said there was complaints being phoned into the governor's office and if we wanted to purchase tomorrow we had to leave! HOW RUDE!!! I wear their apparel around town and that's the thanks I got.

Ok so I found this gem of a place through a friend who posted on her Instagram about it. She posted a pic of the rove Apple pie cartridge and I was immediately enamored and found the shop she picked up from. I did some research online and me and my boyfriend came here the other day to check it out.So our first experience was great! The security guard was super friendly and opened the door for us. Very clean and organized shop, no wait time! I've been going to another dispensary for some time now and have been disappointed in the weed quality. The lab tested percentages here were already better and they have great deals on 1/8ths. Lynn was helping us out and she was so great! Hilarious, so helpful and friendly and knowledgeable! She helped us choose some great strains, we got really good deals on them and some free prerolls. We also took a look at the cartridges and Lynn helped us choose some great strains and I got a new battery. I LOVE their battery and cartridge so far! Better quality than any other shop. My boyfriend never gets high, he has a super high tolerance and a couple hits of the pen had him knocked out! Wooooo!! Love this shop and love Lynn! Thanks so much! We will definitely be coming back and this will be our new shop! Oh, also. One thing I hated about the shop we used to go to, the product was always in the back and we ordered off menus with numbers. I like having percentages and lab test numbers but I hated not being able to see what I was buying. This shop, everything is out in the open, so fancy and upscale looked like a jewelry store haha. Anyways, love this place!

I came in today and was wonderfully greeted by my bud tender Brittany.  She was wonderful!  Great customer service and just gave me an overall great experience.  I wish I was able to leave her a tip.. it seem I can tip my budtenders all over Vegas but at euphoria.  Brittany is obviously a valuable member of you team so I hope a raise in pay is in her future... Well Done!

Where to start! I've been coming here for awhile now. When I say awhile Im already a VIP member lol but that's also because of the amazing staff and deals you guys have. Shutout to everyone that helps out and knows me by my name, love that! Niki always is so awesome and sweet and so is  J with security, always has my back with water! I appreciate that they know what they're talking about. Would love if you guys added a tip policy. I Don't feel right not tipping these amazing hard working people you got here! Wouldn't recommend shopping here.I walking in the store asking for Sativa Edibles and mistakenly bought 4 CBD edibles. When I phoned the store I was told I would be able to exchange the gummies for some stronger gummies and the sooner I brought them back the better, told them I was on my way. I arrive at the store and am told that I am not able to exchange them due to COVID ,but can get some other edibles for 50% off. When I brought up that I called before I came I was told "I don't know who you spoke with" , I then proceeded to leave the store any person that treats a customer like that will not receive my money. Will never shop here again.

I love the staff here and the buds they always have a wide range of strains !!! The customer service  here  is beyond and better than any shop ive been to and ive been to ALOT ! They are efficient and super nice and friendly. There first time patient deal is super awesome and the loyalty  rewards are amazing too. Love how they give points for the bags if you reuse them ;-) saving the earth!!!! I love ordering online and picking it up so easy and fast :-) i highly recommend that and its safer during these times our health is important. On a side note- Maria who helped me out today was awesome but when i tried to tip her for going above and beyond she said they dont accept tips. What a shame because there staff is very good on customer service and i believe the tips will motivate them to continue to do good!!! Maybe management can reconsider this and at the least allow them to accept it ....maybe having a sealed tip jar for each employee ;-) so we can safely put money in the jar when they get tipped! Continue  being awesome & i will continue to come here!!!

I just completely love this dispensary I have been coming here for almost 4 years and don't plan on stopping. For one their customer service is top notch from being greeted by the door by security to the very nice people working in the front. I would highly recommend signing up for their daily deals they come in handy. Curbside pick up staff is the best. Managment stays on top and stays running this place to perfection keep it up.

I love coming here. The service is always on point and everyone is super knowledgeable. Today my tender was Lauren and she was super helpful on suggestions and knowing exactly what I was looking for! Very friendly too!

Caleb was super nice and not only got me my online order but also pointed me in the right direction for a bubbler that I wanted. Thank you so much Caleb for getting me in right before closing! Loved the great service and friendliness

Extremely shitty, inconvenient and frustrating. Don't waste your time. I ordered delivery from here a few days ago for the first time and while it came pretty quick, the delivery driver said I shorted him $20. I didn't wanna make a big deal so I just asked him if I can either pay the rest with card or void the extra cart, he had to call the store to make sure. He calls the store and explains the situation to a woman who somehow thought it was okay to respond with "no we're not doing that. Why did she buy two if she can't afford it". He immediately takes her off speaker and let her know I heard her. After talking to a manager he was able to give me just the one cart. I tipped him the rest which was $13, and that was that. However when I tried to order delivery today, no messages, no notifications, nothing. I expected it to be as fast as the other day, especially because I ordered fairly early in the morning. However, after ME texting the online support because I have already been waiting 2 hours, they tell me I need to wait 2 more. Absolutely ridiculous. I'd rather go to a dispensary with a worse selection if it's going to be one thing after another.

The staff was amazing ! It was my first time in, Brittany was very helpful with giving the rundown of the different offerings and how to sign up

Very polite and helpful. We're tourists but let her know we were not rookies and she made some great suggestions. As someone from a state where it's still criminal, it was nice to see everything on display and not just a pic in in a catalog.

This is my 3rd time coming here. We always have had a good experience, but today was exceptional. Nikki helped us out, made some great suggestions and was super friendly. Definitely above and beyond service. This is our new favorite dispensary! Thank you!

I love this place! I've been coming here for over a year and hands down, best customer service. Trent helped us out today and as always he was very knowledgeable and helpful. I enjoy doing my shopping here because they have great rewards for their customers. My money always goes a long way here.

It's weed guys, what could be bad?  Staff is always super nice, their selection is spectacular, too. You can order over the phone or online, then do curbside pick-up. I tend to get the same thing every time we go, but it does the job, am I right? It's weed, guys.

The bastard cashier who helped me, RIPPED ME OFF! I came in to get some weed for my brother. The cashier didn't even show my weed before packaging. Why the heck I go home and open it up and the crap is DRY asf! And then I look at date packaged and it freakin said September 2019?! WTF! You have me stale ass weed! So upset with your "business". First and last time going to this dispensary. And this is actually 0 stars!!!!!!!!

Amazing staff !!! Thank you Chris and Zachary for your help today! It makes me a little sad tips are not accepted because I would have LOVED to tip you, hopefully that will be an option in the future. They also have a great selection of buds, their summa brand is more than affordable and always on point . A very Happy 420 indeed it was thanks again yall

A damn shame. Went for a curbside pick up at 7 pm on 4/5 and had to deal with what seems to be the rudest and dumbest girl they have employed at this location. Showed up after my order was confirmed to be ready over text only to be told by whatever her name is that our order actually wasn't ready. When I asked as politely as possible why this might be, turns out it's beyond her to find out what the issue might be. She began to get frustrated with my confusion about getting the text but her saying otherwise and treated me like a nuisance instead of helping me as a new customer. It was shocking because as someone who is always incredibly kind to customer service workers being one myself, I didn't expect such attitude. An embarrassment of an employee to say the least. Weed was a 3.5/5 tho (P.S. you're lucky i was too tired to deal with you accordingly.)

Love going to this dispensary.  The staff is always very friendly.  Was there last night and Zachary helped immensely.  He was very knowledgeable.

Disappointed...I got two vape pens delivered last week and one Pen only lasted for 2 days. The other seems to be still good but I am very disappointed about the one only lasting two days. I always shop here and have never had a problem. I got 2 Vegas sticks. What a waste the one was...it should last longer for sure. The other one is lasting longer and I am doing nothing different.

Staff here was super friendly. Caleb helped me navigate thru the huge selection they had. He was extremely approachable, knowledgeable and kind.  He made great recommendations after hearing me out. He really made an effort of trying to answer my questions and address my concerns. His excellence service will definitely bring me back and make Euphoria my go to place everytime I make a marijuana purchase!

I feel like every other dispensary got it down during the pandemic except for this place. What a mess! First tried to order online which guarantees same day but that was obv false. I also tried to call to get the situation resolved but rudely without listening to one word of mine, she said plz hold click*......... 10 mins pass still nothing so I hang up and call again and same lady plz hold click*! So now I'm pissed, y'all have my money tied up, order didn't come, puts you on 15 min hold rudely and so now last option is to drive down there to see what's going on? Phone, delivery, curb side pickup is suppose to make everything easier correct? So if 3 of the options leads nowhere what's now? So I finally drive up and park in curbside pickup. I walk to the guy and said hey what's going on can y'all help me with my order. He said he will if I move my car out of the curbside? I said I'm waiting for curbside pick up but he rolls eyes and walks inside. Long story short, that whole situation took over 2 hours. Order took over half day. Rude as fuck and doesn't even have decent prices. 99$ half oz they have occasionally is dirt stress. Guys I recommend to just drive to Decatur and pick MMJ dispensary over this trash. Look at the other reviews it's not just me. They keep this up and all the locals are going somewhere else. Y'all strive for neighbors to come in, cause tourist ain't driving up here, so what do y'all do if you lose all your neighborhood customers one by one because of couple incompetents running the store!

1st time going here and I have nothing but good things to say about it! The staff was really helpful and knowledgeable. I'm glad I choose to come here over the other place I almost went to who has so-so service.

I went here on my bday excursion for discounted items and they offer a free preroll for your bday! The budtender Lauren was so knowledgeable and helped me find of one of my new fave strains, pink runtz!

I've been here numerous times and everyone has always been so helpful, the security guard always offers water if there is a wait and we always feel welcome. I would like to specifically shout out Maria for her awesome customer service and knowledge of products. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about all products. There wasn't a single question she couldn't answer and I've never seen someone so proficient in her field before. Excellent experience and will return!

Came in after I got off work around 9am. Very fast transaction. Everyone I had an encounter with was pretty friendly. Chris was my budtender & I thought he had amazing customer service. I tried to tip him but he said he couldn't take it. I I got the Jenny Kush & Wyld pomegranate gummies. Since it was my first time coming in there I got 10% off. I will be returning.

They sent me an email advertising free delivery service. I placed an order at 2:23pm on 5/1/20- their website said same day delivery as long as the order is received before 3pm. As soon as the order was placed, I received an automated text saying someone would contact me when the order was ready.Now I realize given the current circumstances, delivery is going to take a while. I've ordered delivery a few times from my usual place and it was about a 4 hour turnaround. No big deal, it's not like I have anywhere else to go..After about 5 hours, I figured I'd call the store and check the ETA. No luck. Nothing but a busy signal. So I replied to the text they originally sent me. Got a reply that I needed to contact the store. Umm...I've been trying to. So I sent an email. No response. Euphoria never did contact me about my order and it's now 1215am, more than an hour after their closing time. So clearly nobody is coming tonight with my delivery. I get that things happen and they're probably unusually busy. But how long does it take to pick up the phone and call or send a text to let me know that delivery won't be happening tonight? Or maybe give me the option to come pick it up instead? Hindsight being 20/20, I should have stuck with my usual dispensary, and not taken a chance on theseFor Euphoria- you should probably suspend your email marketing campaigns until you can work out the issues with online ordering. Otherwise you're just inviting people to watch you drop the ball, as you did tonight. 6/24- I really need to stop giving these guys more chances. Called on 6/23 wanting to place an order for curbside pickup. Lady on the phone said they are no longer doing those and they are now open to the public.Came down on 6/24 and parked by the front door, only to have security come tell me that these spots are reserved for CURBSIDE PICKUP! I told him the lady on the phone yesterday said I have to come shop inside. He said he doesn't know why I was told that. So I moved my vehicle and went to go inside. There was a line of 3 people waiting outside so I was told to get in line. It was 110 out and no shade. THIS IS WHY I WANTED TO DO CURBSIDE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!Seriously this place needs to get their shit together. It's a joke that they expect their clients to wait outside in 110 weather with no shade. Employees don't even know what's going on within their own place of employment. No more chances for these jokers. With so many dispensaries in town, there's really no need to put up with their nonsense, even if they are right next to my house.

Euphoria wellness is my go to dispensary,  they always have hood quality products and and outstanding customer service,  Lauren assisted me on 11/10/20 and was very knowledgeable regarding deals and she is an asset to the company,  keep up the good work.

Dominique hopefully I'm sp3lling it right was very helpful, courteous, and composed. Came in for a hybrid cart live resin left with what I needed. Got to see a few NC weed Blue Hash Plant was out but they had some killer options worth checking out at least!

Very nice atmosphere very friendly environment this was a first time visiting. Maritza was Amazing with her knowledge and super helpful with all of our questions she gave us great information for what we were looking for. We will definitely be back again ! Thanks again Marita and team!

Great service, great products but for a place that calls themselves a wellness facility is a joke. It's bad enough that our totalitarian government makes us wear a mask, this company takes it a step further. Before you enter you must have your temperature read and everyone's protection. GMAFB, do your research. Because of places like this we will lose ALL of our freedoms due to ignorance.

Staff is friendly, and always helpful. I can find some pretty great deals at this dispensary, and the employees are always helpful when it comes to the selection I prefer. Never too long of a wait to get in, and a pretty solid selection of edibles, oils, bongs, and flower. One of my favorite strains is Mother's Milk. Great location since it's mostly residential near by.

Worst customer service tonight . Don't do curbside pick up . They don't pay attention . The girl that worked the curbside with brown blondish hair needs to be fired because she doesn't pay attention at all.She doesn't apologize for her lack of customer service. She should be working at Walmart with that attitude and then threw my ID back in the car,didn't even hand it to me . This place has gone down . Used to be good but, will now take my business somewhere else.

The reviews here say it all. Extremely overpriced and scam of a place. I use to come here occasionally until I was JUST TOLD that I am 86d.... WHY? Because some shady lady (if that's what you want to call it) LIED and said I called her a B.... like WHAT. I came there a couple weeks ago and made a huge purchase. I come in tonight to get my free pre roll and spend some more money only to be told that the lady with the dreads/ braid or whatever the hell they are lied to management and told them I called her a B over a month back. Keep in mind I've been back numerous times spending money and the incident where I came in was over a month ago. I remember the day. Me and my partner went out to a nice restaurant and I had had a few drinks and came there to make a purchase. I was a little tipsy and the box braid dread lady was telling me I was too loud and was being rude to me. (The place was empty by the way). Whatever I get it. I probably was loud, but to 86 me and just LIE and say I called her a B, and then still have me make numerous purchases after only to 86 me when I have a free pre roll, welll hate to say it. But yeah that's definitely a BISH MOVE. So since I didn't say it and you lied and said I did, I'll say it now you disgusting lying BISH. Sucks for you guys, because I'll take my nice ass car with my 15k purse full of money and go give it to essence up the street.

It was my first time going here tonight. Everyone was very friendly and I felt welcomed as if I was family. Everyone from security to the person who checked me in, to Casey who helped me out personally was great.  It was a true concierge like experience. Prices are great. I got a 10% discount for being a first time customer. Casey made sure I was aware of that even though the person who checked me in also told me. He made a recommendation and I was in and out in about 3-4 minutes. The inside of the building is very nice as well. 100% would recommend.

One of the best dispensaries local to me, very great on handling social distancing, friendly staff and quick service even with a line going out the door. Prices aren't bad either! highly recommend!

The online ordering / delivery process is horrible. There are constantly products on the website that are no longer available, product descriptions are sketchy at best or just omit vital information (like certain products only being available for medical patients), and there are frequent server issues that prevent ordering.I've had one order that got completely lost, one that was placed with the pick up orders rather than delivery orders. I was told yesterday afternoon that I would be on the first set of deliveries for this morning only to be put off until afternoon deliveries.Nothing is more annoying than a dispensary that acts like a bunch of stoners.

So I order online for pick up of products. How is it that everyone gets to go in ahead of me to shop in store? Makes no sense! If you message me to say it's ready then it shouldn't take long to get my items. This is ridiculous the wait time and everyone else just gets to walk in come out.. what is the point..

I'm writing this review while still on the phone with a lady named Domonique. I was told that i was going to be on a brief hold. After waiting 20 minuets another lady named " Nicky" asks me " If she can help me " I said I've already been helped. 45 minuets in and now I'm still on hold long enough to write this review. Euphoria If you are going to have people wait this long on the phone its best that you don't answer your phone at all. I always order here but lately your costumer service has been below average at best and I will be going to another place for medicine.

I am soo greatful for EUPHORIA WELLNESS!!!  Got my first order today and was so impressed!!!!  BEST PRODUCTS, WIDE VARIETY!  OTHER SHOPS YOU HAVE MET YOUR MAYCH!  MY NOMINATION FOR BEST SHOP IN VEGAS!I am a senior who has a lifelong allergy to pain meds.  Years ago went off the doctors regime of ever increasing and ineffective regime of OxyContin.  Did that by studying Kratom.  Took two weeks off and treated myself like I was sick, sick.  I now have a revulsion for Oxytocin now.  But still have to deal with chronic, debilitating pain.15 years later, I have become well educated on which shops are the best.  I look for high THC and Mersine for relief from a myriad of ailments from diabetes including a dying nerve in my stomach.  In future I will depend on the highest quality at EUPHORIA WELLNESS.

First time here and it was a great experience. Matt was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.

They said 24 - 48 hour delivery. I'm going on day 3 and still no delivery. Can't get anyone to answer calls or do anything. Even during this time ordered with Zen Leaf and got order in less then 24 hours. And constant notifications of the process. Will never go back - even though this location is literally down the street. I will gladly drive miles to get better service. Avoid this store and go to one that actually gives a fuck.

Decide to stop by Euphoria for the first time today after not being happy with the stock at my normal go to place. I was very pleased to find a medically licensed shop as well as recreational. The parking lot was nice and easily accessible. Upon entering there was a little confusion & not a lot of communication. We were buzzed in to a too full room & chose to step back out for social distancing the guard understood and was very nice & let us know when it was safer. The check in was why a star was lost and actually almost the reason I didn't come back or even enter the bud room. Upon approaching the window a gentleman said "ID'S" no hello or anything. Before handing over, I asked him if the honor medical recommendations from CA  and he quickly looked for a reason to say no it seemed by saying "well it depends only if it's valid and verifiable" I went ahead and let him know it's current & handed over my paper work, ID & my husbands ID.  At this point a lady was walking over to the window to sit down, he handed her our stuff and almost bothered said "first times and she's medical". My husband laughed and said don't sound so enthusiastic. Mind you, we still had not once been told "welcome in" "hello" or anything inviting of that nature instead we felt like a bother of being new business. The lady who finished up was fast in verifying my medical recommendation and before we could finish that process I was being welcomed by a smile( the first smile other than security) into the budroom.Now here is your saving grace!!! Her name is MARIA!!! She asked a general idea of why I came in for which was really just to browse and maybe find a new regular shop and look at concentrates & any deals.. Their shop is beautifully set up and very shopper friendly. After, going over a couple selections I was happy to walk out with two well known quality brands at a fair price. I was also so pleased that  Maria showed me your medicinal section which many shops these day do not understand the difference between use nor take the time to carry a wider variety so that was a plus! Ultimately, after a rough check in, MARIA is the reason I will return. This definitely isn't the cheapest option in town but if your looking for quality and to visually see the product your getting safely this is a great place for you with top of the line quality & brands. I was sad to find out you guys don't let employees accept tips because Maria truly deserved one today. Thank you Maria for truly saving this first time experience with your kindness & professionalism.  Your beautiful inside & out and your kindness and work ethic shines.

Jesse the manager.. total dick!! He's rude to potential employees trying to apply.. He has no concept of valuing great employees!! Euphoria can't keep employees .. high turn over??? Very unprofessional and bad for business ! Need a new operation manager before Euphoria catches a case for racism and discrimination!

I didn't know they planned on changing their Discount program but they were nice enough to inform me of the deal change.  The 10% discount is for wearing one of their branded shirts they sell now.  I guess their discount program will change time to time but for a 10% discount it's worth grabbing one and just leaving in your car!Still the best quality I've seen in Vegas over the 5 or 6 shops I've visited. Very knowledgeable and patient.

I've been a loyal customer to Euphoria but there is a black woman with dreads in there that is disrespectful & shady. Just because of her I will never shop there again & advising all my friends to GO TO ESSENCE DISPENSARY ON S RAINBOW. Do not come to Euphoria for their staff is unprofessional especially the black woman with dreads (only person that works there with that description). Just because of her attitude I had to leave a one star review & informing all my buddies not to go there it was close but now I will go out of my way to Essence. Staff is unprofessional & unpleasant.

I love that every time I visit Euphoria the people are always nice and accommodating. My last visit Nikki helped me with my purchase and explained thoroughly what I was buying. It's awesome having this place right by where I live as well as good customer service every time I go!

Wonderful place with wonderful staff! You will pay a smidge more here but that's because they pay their employees a decent wage they don't have to slave away for tips. Bud is always fantastic, and their sales are amazing!  My only point of contention is their ordering. It seems they never order enough of their most popular strains, then I have to wait sometimes weeks for the strain my body needs. I can only take a select number of strains. I wish they would fix this as buying four grams instead of an eighth seems kind of a shady tactic. Other than that, best dispensary in Vegas for sure!

So I only visit dispensaries when I'm visiting the west coast and this place was really cute, professional, and friendly. You get a personal helper when you go in who will help you find the right product. Also quite reasonably priced. And there was a discount for first timers.

Very bad delivery service. I ordered some itens on wednesday, thay said would be delivered in the same day and they didn't, they said it would be delivered in the next day around 7:30, i left my work early to go home and receive the product, i waited for 4 hs and they didn't show up. Later when i was in bed they called me asking if i was free to receive the product, REALLY???? Honestly i will never buy anything from this company ever again. Wasted my time and made me lose money .

On the way home from work, I was looking for a new dispensary, since I've relocated from Los Angeles. I decided to give Euphoria Wellness a try, since I was running out of the wax cartridge from my pen.After submitting my profile material at the window, I waited for about five minutes in the lounge area before being let into the shop. Its cash-only, so be prepared! The in-store ATM charges you about $2-something as a transaction fee.The girl who attended me recommended a solid THC edible to aid in my sleep. From what I knew about THC and CBD, I figured this was sound advice. I bought some of the 10-piece gummies, paid about $20-something for it, then left. This is higher than what I would pay in Los Angeles, but I need to do more scouting of dispensaries in Las Vegas to get a true market measurement.

I believe i dealt with nicki. It was simpleTo get it and not wait when you know what you want and they have it in stock. Even if you dont know what you want the are social distancing and checking temps and its simple with a large selection. I spent like less then 10 min for my order doing it express.  Simple big selection and the 3 times i have been there the staff has been excellent. Thanks

I was recommended to this dispensary by the owner of pink spot vape shop on rainbow boulevard. And let me just say if I could leave 20 stars I would! When you first walk in there is security guard that acknowledges you and greets you promptly yet warmly, then you give your ID to the woman at the front desk to check in, then you wait in the lobby that's fresh and clean to be helped.I only waited in the lobby for about three minutes tops before somebody walked out and personally greeted me and took me back to their shopping area. The gentleman who helped me name is Jon. And Jon is the shit! I was there to purchase some CBD oil and he took his time explaining so much helpful information to me and went above and beyond with his customer service. He even told me about a special they were having a few hours later where I would get a free CBD pain relieving ointment with a purchase of a certain brand of tincture CBD oil.He was patient with me, very friendly and answered all my questions and that to me is irreplaceable. I  didn't know much about CBD oil before but now I can say I am well-versed on the topic. I have an intestinal disease that causes a lot of inflammation and Jon was even able to help me find a very particular type of CBD oil that would help me. This will definitely be my go to spot whenever friends come in town and want to go to the dispensary. Overall the atmosphere was positive, the staff was very helpful, and Jon went above and beyond. You have a lifelong customer!

Horrible setup, the way things are done is just ridiculous. I placed an order around 4:20 for delivery, I get a text that it's being processed and that I should receive another text when it's ready. I placed it for delivery from 6pm to 8pm. I call around 8:45 because I haven't heard anything from the shop, my order wasn't even that complicated. Upon calling the shop, I get to speak to Alison the manager who's not even being helpful, just repeating.what the girl on the phone said before., I get informed that after 3pm the deliveries can be changed to the next day if you order after 3. So I had to call in order to get my info in my order when I should of gotten a text telling me that. Pretty much they tell me there is nothing they can do but have me pick up the order. At this point I'm annoyed, I head over to get my order around 9:30, I placed my order at 4:20 pm and I'm barely getting it because of the lack of communication from the shop. When I get to the shop, get inside and get to the PICK UP window, I get to deal with the young lady with the black/blonde dreads who already has a attitude, which makes me feel even more weird like it was specifically towards me. I didn't get her name but upon receiving my change, she literally just throws/toss it to me. That's hella rude, she could of just dropped it in my hand but she just wanted to be hella rude and then try to DEBATE with me that she didn't. I called the shop after leaving to leave a complaint, asked for Alison, and guess what, ALISON IS GIGGLING AND THINKS IT IS FUNNY AS IM TELLING HER WHAT HAPPENED.   There's always something wrong with my orders here and after tonight, I feel as if it's personal now. Alison your a poor and pathetexcuse of a manager for giggling on the phone when I have a real complaint. 7/10/2020They still haven't done anything about my complaint, I was told a manager would call me to discuss what happened and it still hasn't happened. I'll be canceling my membership and make sure to let other people know how Euphoria does business.

Very friendly and enthusiastic to customers! I started coming here because it was close and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product and their deals. I love their 3 pack deals and all the different ways of getting discounts. I have no reason not to spend the 10 minutes getting here for weed.

By far the best dispenser I've been to. Staff is always really kind always willing to help. I love the marijuana it's always top notch. Very good prices good deals all the time. I honestly don't go to any other dispensary beside you for euphoria wellness... if your local great spot to go to if your first timer great spot to go to all around.

Euphoria Wellness has to be the best dispensary in Vegas... why? Because they offer disabled Veterans a discount provided they have a VA letter showing they're % rating...I get the maximum discount of 30%! WoW!  The dispensary has one of the most friendly staff I've encountered. Super knowledgeable! 5 Stars!!!!

I had bought three pre-rolls from here. When I tell you I tried to smoke these and they would not light. I even had my friend try with their torch and for some reason the weed will not light. So I took the weed out of the joint and put it in my pipe and it was like the flame wouldn't even touch it. And the joints were so tightly packed that I felt like I was going to pop a vein when I was hitting it. I had tried smoking all three of them and still did not get a high. (23% THC) each. The staff is pretty friendly. Not big on people being all in my space while I'm shopping but it's not that big of a deal.. they have a first time customer discount which is nice.

This place was one of my favorite places Until recreational hit. The dispensary was not built for all these people. I get anxiety in packed rooms and that's what this was. From the lobby to where you buy your meds it felt like a can of sardines.I appreciate medical still cutting the line but when someone suffers from anxiety then gets thrown in a room jam packed it's hard: I'm giving them the benefit to work out the kinks because I know recreational is new. They can wait longer if the medical patients need more time or space, we should always be a priority.The prices here are always great more for the flower side. Concentrates a good deal once and a while but I go there for a variety of flower. It's nice to have a variety of tiers for a price points and they have that. They have some good grams for $7.77 or $8.88 check their site out.

I got a call and they tell that my delivery wasn't going to be completed. The guy told me it would be delivered 9am the next morning. I get a call the the next morning and the guy tells me I'm last on his route. When I should've been one of the first from what the guy told me. The delivery guy didn't do anything to accommodate me. He just made excuses and made it worse.

This is always my first stop when getting marijuana I always liked this place because the staff  are knowledgeable and friendly, it's a bit out of the way for me but the main reason I come here is cause the customer service has always been good and friendly I have recommended this place to many people Until today? I had tried to purchase some stuff and gave a barely torn bill ? I'm talking there was 98% of the bill was there ? They ran it through the bill checker and it failed So the staff went to the manager and she told them that they couldn't accept it ? The manager asked  if I had the other part of the bill ? There really was about a half of an inch of the bill missing? I just said that I don't understand the serial numbers match ? And the bill was altogether Then she got mad and said " I Don't have to accept your money ??" And stormed off ? Ok I don't have to shop here either ? No eye contact just rude Im not sure if she having a bad day but it ruined mine That left a salty taste in my mouth It wasn't that she didn't want to accept the money that got me frustrated, it's the way she handled it I will definitely have second thoughts if I want to visit here again The only reason they got 2 stars is cause the rest of the staff was nice like always

I was looking for a dispensary to find CBD oil for my dog who was recently diagnosed with cancer. I searched for a place that was near me and open past 9pm (when i get off work). Everyone was EXTREMELY nice and professional. I was greeted by Security at the front and the lady at the front desk. It was as easy as handing my drivers license over and being entreated into the computer system. I was then greeted and walked in by Matt. He was very informative and helped me find dog treats that had CBD oil in them which my dog might like better than oil drops. Overall i really enjoyed my visit and I'll definitely be back. I was a little hesitant to go into a dispensary but they really made me much more comfortable with the process.

Definitely used to be my favorite dispensary, insane how things how changed. I'd avoid placing orders here till they actually move past the chaos entailed in placing orders for curbside. The Curbside pickup is an absolute nightmare, none of the systems in place run properly, hours past pickup times, super rude staff upon arrival who clearly aren't enjoying working right now, and overall bad vibes throughout the entire pick up process. Drove to pick up my order, was told I could pick it up upon arrival by security staff and to wait, only to have staff later tell me after 25 minutes of waiting that I couldn't pick up a single item order, and that I wouldn't be able to receive my order until I was texted. I was told that they were unable to check on the order (placed hours before), left and was texted 20 minutes later for pickup, complete waste of time and insanity to say the least. An unorganized mess to say it kindly. There's plenty of other places such as ShowGrow or NevadaMade nearby who treat you way better customer service wise & aren't such an organized mess right now. I'd avoid Euphoria until they actually open back up officially. Personally not going to be going back here anymore after this experience, used to be my go-to recommendation for everyone. Times have absolutely changed with both staff, management of operations, and processes in place. Completely unorganized and need to rethink the systems in place.

Every time I go the staff is polite, fun and extremely professional. Can you go somewhere else and get products a few dollars less, sure. I'd pay a few more dollars for great service

Prices here are a bit higher than other dispensaries in the area, and the strain recommended to me to "reduce paranoia" (Mother's Milk) actually induced it, instead. Probably not coming back here since there are other dispensaries such as Essence that I like better. Staff was friendly enough but again, the recommendation of that sativa strain did not go well for me.  Also the edible choice I picked, I didn't really like - though this is more a reflection on the product than the store. However, I probably won't be back here anyway.

Wasn't sure what I was getting into. My first time getting something for me. Louie was such a help he made me feel comfortable and educate me about the  medicinal product that they offer. Horrible customer service. They have you wait for this mysterious second text that never comes. They have 2 monkeys outside with tablets and 1 person inside fulfilling orders. That's really dumb. They have your order waiting on the side but never send you a second text. Bunch of idiots running this place. I'm glad they're all getting shut down. Hopefully they go out of business.

This place is a shit show, i live 5 minutes from this dispensary, on 3-21-20, the biggest shit show weed day in 420 history! I placed a order at noon with this place, i called them to ask how busy they were and what kind of time am i looking at? The lady informed me they were very busy and i had multiple orders in front of mine, i asked her would it be today? She said if you placed your order already then yes. I waited 6 hours and nothing so i called to find out what was going on? And i was told that i was put on the next day delivery list, geeeee thanks for letting me know, so i called and placed a order with a dispensary that was on the other side of town from me at 6:30pm, it took awhile but they promised me they would have it to me the same day, it was late as they were busy to, but at 12:15 am they showed up to bring me my stuff as promised and even waived the delivery fee!!!! Euphoria, your customer service is not even in the ballpark, you guys suck!!! And have definitely lost this customer!

Just left and D'Hon was the 'guy' to help us and he was the biggest asshole. He rolled his eyes about us to another co worker, he sat on his iPad the entire time, he hardly said anything and was not pro active to help up in any way. If you have one of the best jobs ever, perk up dude. Who acts like that towards someone who is wanting to buy MARIJUANA from you. Super bummed. It was honestly a joke. Good job guys

i understand that due to COVID-19, things are hectic but the lack of communication to the customers is frustrating and unprofessional. after waiting a day and a half i cancelled my order because i couldn't even be sure that it would come at all. ordered somewhere else and after an hour (and 3 text updates) they are on the way.

Pleasant experience here with their management team. I purchased a cbd oil that I'm using for anxiety and didnt notice any effects whatsoever so the next day I sent a message telling them about my issue and how I was upleased with spending so much on a product that didnt work for me. Austin, one of the stores manager, called me back telling me to come in and he'd take care of me and make it right. Low and beyond he did just that. Picked out another product and this was definitely works much better. Thank you  Austin for all your help.

I was a cardholder in our neighboring state for many years and can assure you that Euphoria is running a good, orderly operation.  The place is clean and the employees are friendly.  Some of the posters below seem to complain about silly issues.  What did they want from security guards, a fixed smile and some weather conversation?   Where did they expect to wait since the lobby was full?  Give the place credit for supplying shade and cold water.  Much ado about nothing.When you break down the price per gram, an eighth ounce was about $60, similar to top shelf bud in a lot of California dispensaries.  Hopefully they will eventually get more inventory and have some product a notch or two below premium bud as well as some daily specials.  There were no edibles available yet, so time will tell on that.  They do sell very convenient pre-rolled joints and the potency was satisfactory.  A few tokes was all that was necessary.Meanwhile, everything seemed to be smooth and normal for a startup.  There was a sort of maître d' named Trent who greeted and seated patrons and he was very personable, as were the other workers.  My reason for giving only 4 stars was their weak reaction to the guy outside who tried to con buyers into selling him some of their purchase.  I would have liked to see security call police right away to make an arrest in order to send the public a message.  They did get his license plate number but that's not enough.  To their credit, they were alert and knew what the guy was doing.  But you cannot just tell a person like that to scram and expect him to not repeat his actions.  They need to tighten this up or there will be problems down the road.

I hope I'm getting his name right but I believe it was Reggie that helped me yesterday and this place is wonderful! Their prices are very competitive and what they had to offer has a nice range for all needs. He wouldn't even take a tip which I would've liked to give him. I'll be coming back!

I am so impressed with the staff how very caring and nice and helpful. Starting from the security whose name was Steve He offered me water, shade and just very nice. Then Sigi was so helpful and informative and the cashier Nix was so awesome. Great staff! Best dispensary so far! As of staff.

Pros-- The staff are friendly and personable. Upon entering I was greeted by the security staff and given instructions on registering. There were a couple people ahead of me so I took a chair in the waiting room where I completed the intake form.- The environment is clean and professional. You can tell they work hard at keeping up appearances; I guess you half to with a white color scheme and all the glass windows. The glass wall between the waiting room and the sales room was immaculate and a nice change from the norm of separating the two areas. - Prompt and efficient service. After completing my intake form on my first trip and a short wait on my second, I was escorted to the sales floor by a different bud tender each time. They were both kind and patient. They answered my questions to the best of their ability and seemed to genuinely care about the patients well being. - Prices, for the most part, are agreeable. I've seen several people complain about the prices and although I have seen cheaper prices on occasion in the past, I believe they are reasonable. Furthermore, it must be taken into consideration that Nevada has proven to be one of the most expensive states to start any kind of Medical Cannabis business. Between operating a grow house in the desert, the extensive testing regulations, and cost of being certified by state and county, I'm actually surprised the prices were't a little higher. That being said, I would like to see some of the higher quantity purchase prices lowered in the future.Cons -- Medication is not as describe        - I bought an 1/8 of Kosher Kush and was told that, as a potent indica, it would be great as a sleep aid yet this phenotype is displaying distinct sativa properties. This was confirmed with a separate dispensary agent on my second trip as he had similar results; however he was still advertising it as a strain good for insomnia.        - The juju joints (62.3% THC) were described to me as better than an O-pen and equivalent to a gram of BHO or an 1/8 of flowers. I'm not sure if its better than an O-pen; both have their merits but neither is a gram of oil. I really like the design of the juju though; once I found a video on youtube that explained it. The key is that I was trying to take big, fast hits but they recommend taking long, slow hits or the rapid air flow can cool the atomizer.- Some of the staff is rather uneducated about their products. When asked about cannabinoid and terpene profiles other than just THC, the staff had to go look it up and for about half my questions I was given the answer "That information will be provided on the label after purchase". The obvious problem with this is that I would like certain information before I buy it.

Staff are super friendly and fast. I like getting the prerolls to save me time from rolling or loading a bowl myself. Wait is not that long if it's super busy. I never waited more then 5 minutes - 5 stars

Really the only dispensary in Las Vegas that my boyfriend and I go to. They have the best deals on flower, shatter, wax, edibles etc! The customer service is what really caught my eye! They really have a great system working as well with the employee helping out they're very knowledgeable and then they bring you to the counter to get rang up. It all is always a fast process! I love anything with rewards. Rewards are awesome you can build really fast in here lol. They always have the best edibles as well. Next time you go get the Bam (body and wellness) brand pretzel bites! They're so bomb!

Clean place, Bud was excellent but in my opinion they close early eay to early(10pm). Which probably why I felt like the employee was pushing us out the door.

This dispensary is pretty expensive but they have what I need. A lot of the other dispensaries don't have what I need. I went to for other ones today and nobody carries the Ricks Simpson oil for pain. I payed $77- now that things have gone recreational we (medical) pay less tax but still everything is marked up.

Recreational Marijuana has hit the Las vegas Valley!This is the first and only clinic i have gone to thus far, however, from my opinion it went fairly well! Upon entering the facility you give them your IDS, they check you in and then you wait to go back into the room with everything they have.. Our wait time was almost nothing, maybe a minute or two at the most, however when we ended up leaving the waiting lobby was packed with people. Once you get into the back room, you work with whoever your assigned to, and they explain everything they have  to offer. They have regular buds, vapes, EVEN CBD ( Non THC)  DOG TREATS! ( Used for The 4th of July and stuff)  The person who we were assigned to was so informative and answered all of the questions we had, and there were quite a few! I can't really comment on the prices, because i have nothing to compare to! It was definitely an experience!

Nice place, friendly staff, great location. Ritz was my budtender and she took great care of me. Found what I needed, had it ready for me by the time i had my cash out of the ATM. Great customer service and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Devon was awesome with his customer service for it being my first time there! He suggested 2 awesome strands, cookies and cream & mother's helper! One is a hybrid & other is sativa. Ok so I've only been once and I will just say this:The flower available is almost all Flora Vega and if you're unaware, is pretty sub par. There was so strait sativa options nor anything other than FV and their own brand in 1/4s. The did have many edible things I wanted to get but almost all were medical only. The staff was all friendly and helpful, but I did find it odd that the security/door guy wouldn't let the girl that entered behind me being her purse in, but said nothing to me...?I probably will not be back, but they aren't the worst for sure! At least the staff was nice and helpful!

This place always has great sales and a friendly, knowledgeable staff. I go during "busy" hours and the wait is always pretty decent compared to others.

Today was my first experience in a dispensary, and it's such a bummer it had to be w/Euphoria Wellness. I had an employee, Yannick "help" me. He was not informative. It was like pulling teeth to get information out of him. He laughed when I had no clue you had to pay with cash, which I didn't have. Plus, their atm didn't work. He laughingly said, "Well, it's a known thing, everyone knows." How embarrassed was I to think I can come to this place to buy cannabis for the first time and get educated, but instead get ridicule. If this place expects for the customers to be 100% educated on cannabis, than why do they need employers like Yannick. It was so bad I left and went to a nearby dispensary call, Zen Leaf.

Euphoria Wellness is the place to go for people who use marijuana, whether it is a way of life or just to relax occasionally. There is something there for everyone. The range of product is very good, and so are the prices. Always there seems to be $7.00 bud of indica and sativa which is really very good flower for the price. I'm managing pain, so I use their edibles. Try the teas and honey straws each full of relaxing, pain relieving THC. They have chocolates and concentrated edible oils and butters. So whatever your budget, whatever your motive for using the holy flower, go to Euphoria Wellness. I'm an RN, they don't pay ME! I just love the place and wanted to share that! I've been coming to Euphora for about a year and half now and I've never once had a bad experience. I decided to write the review today because Joel went above and beyond. Not only did he help me find a great alternative to what I was looking for, but he educated me as well. I cannot thank him enough for all his help today. I had such an amazing experience today, I reached out to Deb, the manger on duty,  just to let her know how AMAZING her staff is. This establishment is that it's a lot nicer than is expected. It's the high end department store version of it's peers. SUPER friendly and helpful staff. SUPER high prices, but worth it for what you get. Knocked off a star for the edible selection, not too many varieties to choose from. But seriously, the employees are really nice, and not that fake department store nice.

This has been my go to location for over a year. Staff are professional, location is clean and inviting. I've had the occasional issue with vapes but once I told the staff they were quick to resolve the issue. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for a quality location. I've brought multiple people to this location and they were all happy with the service they received.

This is the only dispensary I've gone to since its located close to home. Always very clean and all the people are extremely helpful and friendly, even the security guy/ door man! I dont need to look any further this is my go to for cannabis and edibles.

I have been here several times and every time I've had a different bud tender, each of them has been welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and not in a rush.  I appreciate that for an industry just taking root, on the legal side of the law.  They take their time in informing you of deals, particular needs you're looking to achieve and always friendly.  Today's visit was pretty much the same except for the check in staff who seemed a little distracted and kind of aloof to my being there.  The id checker actually tossed my id through the bank teller style slide through without actually acknowledging that someone would call me back or a thank you.   And, when she addressed me, there wasn't even a hello.  Thank goodness i have been here before and know the process. So all in all a great place and really like the store minus the little diss today.

This place is great... IF... And only IF you have a medical card... I've spent thousands of dollars here, the staff knows me by name and always gave my service dog a treat which was nice... Then... weed became legal. Thus I didn't have a medical card anymore... If you're recreational the customer service sucks. They don't give you the time of day. Everything is a hassle or an argument. Staff has gone downhill, their prices have sky rocketed... This used to be my go to place.

Convenient spot for me. Had no real issues on the phone, placing an order, and checking in for the first time as an out of state medical patient. People working there are very friendly. Prices, I mean, there's only so much that can be done about that. If you hate waiting in line, just save yourself that whining and order ahead of time.Make your life easier.

After ordering delivery several times, all of a sudden the driver doesnt feel safe? You blew not only a 150 dollar order, you blew a customer and ill tell everyone not to go there. Its broad daylight...ridiculous after waiting for 5 hours!

Came here because it's right by my house. I bought some joints and baby js. The joints were such a disappointment; they were packed so tightly making it difficult to smoke and a waste. They also burned unevenly. I would only come back for the baby js.

I visited Euphoria Wellness on the very first day they were open as a pre-registered VIP patient. It was a warm summer morning and there was a line, but EW had shade tents up for us to stand under along with free ice cold water. After about a thirty minute wait it was my turn to enter the building. Once inside there was plenty of seating and cold a/c! I was quickly called to the front desk where I handed over my drivers license, medical card and registration paperwork. The check in process was extremely fast and painless. I also received a policy page and helpful marijuana FAQ guide, which is great for newer patients.I then had a seat in the waiting area and waited another fifteen minutes until I was called by name and escorted by a kind EW employee into the product purchase area. I was able to see and smell product, ask questions and place my order. Everyone was kind, considerate and very professional. I was given my medicine in personally labeled prescription like bottles that were placed inside a discreet bag. I purchased an eighth of two types of cannabis and was extremely satisfied with the overall quality of them both. They both looked, smelled and tasted wonderful (and I consider myself an experienced patient) and neither were short or skimped by any means.I am so thankful I can now obtain my medicine in a place that is both safe and secure, and know that I am getting top quality, lab tested medicine. Went on the first pre-opening day on Monday. Waited in line outside for about 45 minutes before getting into the "check in" area and waiting another 15 minutes. They only let about 4-6 patients into the medicine area at a time and everything is locked away. Honestly I feel like I went through a prison transfer area haha.After finally being able to inspect the medicine, it looked pretty good. Specifically, their platinum series which i'm sure is their pejorative rank for 'Top Shelf' meds. Their lower gold series of meds were, understandably, lower quality looking but not bad bud at all. What was shocking, however, was the prices. $214 for half an oz!? No thank you. I left not purchasing anything. I swore that I would never spend more than 260 on an ounce in my life and I stick to that principle. Medicine shouldn't be this expensive.All-in-all, very unimpressed. No jars we can peruse, not a very welcoming atmosphere and the budtenders didn't seem to particularly informed or excited about the products. (At least the one I spoke with didn't anyways)Other than that, I won't be returning until they 1) drop the prices and 2) improve the atmosphere.

This place is very special.  For the first time since becoming a NV MMJ patient I have been able to enter a safe place, where there are no judgements and been able to get the medicine I need without worrying about anything but the quality and what to select! The experience is great, from the security at the entrance, to the professional bud tenders that aid you in the selection process of the meds. Personable, knowledgeable and positivity is the theme and all seem glad to be able to help others out. Thank you for taking care of the US COMBAT VETERANS as well!! The first Dispensary to open in Nevada has lead the charge to customizing patient care.  Everyone is welcoming and glad you stopped in.  They have a large selection of strains, concentrates and the best edibles.

I've been a customer since the opening of EW, and each experience gets worse! Pretty sure I'll never come back here! The products are ok, but definitely overpriced for the quality. Some of the sales representatives are friendly, but it's never consistent. I'll find another business that has a higher standard of service.

Safe and secure in addition to being very professional and knowledgeable about the products.  I am a disabled veteran and I have used their home delivery service and I highly recommend it.  They offer discounts to veterans so make sure that you bring in your entitlement letter from the Veterans Administration.I have been going there since November 2015 and I have successfully come off all The prescription drugs given to me by the veterans administration which were making me sick and toxic.  Since I started using medical marijuana I have been able to control the inflammation in my body and I am able to sleep without using  medically prescribed narcotics, which were also very toxic to my body not to mention addictive.  If you were thinking of stopping the use of your prescribe medication andtaking a holistic approach to your medical care please advise your Doctor.  When I had stopped taking my anti anxiety medication and anti-seizure medication which was supposed to control my migraines, I went through a horrible withdrawal so I highly recommend that you seek your doctors advice first before stopping any prescribed medication.I am using oils for vapor and Wax for dapping which have a higher concentrate in THC and help relax the body and helps to decrease nerve pain.

I have visited many of the legal dispensaries in town, and I have to say this is hands down the worst one.  The gigantic man that they have working check-in would be better suited as a bouncer at a night club.  I was greeted by him with a grunt.  Then I watched him take 5 minutes to check me into their system (I was a returning patient).  Then he called my name and all but threw my ID back at me.  From my vantage point, the person doing intake should have 2 skills: be able to greet patients in a friendly manner and quickly check them in.  Well this guy was grumpy and couldn't type. 0-2.I was quickly greeted and brought to the back by the budtender.  She was not knowledgeable about the growers or the effects of each particular strain.  She was simply reading to me the THC percentages.  Finally the majority of their high end flower is higher priced than the store on Trop & Jones.  In summary, poor service, poor knowledge and high prices.

I wish they would get with the program here. Every time I go I'm usually able to use my California medical ID with my Nevada drivers license. I sign some paper and it's fine. I literally went in THIS MORNING and had a very nice gentlemen help me out and set it up so when my DL gets scanned it checks me in as medical. I guess I should've remembered that before going back with my stepdad later because some rude chick basically denied checking me in as medical saying "it's state policy" blah blah blah. I'm just annoyed because no other dispensary have I ever had a problem using my out of state med license with my in state drivers license. + I was also JUST THERE EARLIER TODAY and was checked in under medical. So to not at least try and be understanding or accommodating given the situation makes me upset. Figure it out, and educate YOUR ENTIRE STAFF on whatever "state policies" you're enforcing. It shouldn't be a 80/20 deal with whether or not I can use my medical card. The girl checking me in lacks basic customer service skills and empathy which ultimately aided in my decision to just leave the dispensary altogether and take my business elsewhere.

There are many dispensaries in the valley that you can choose from, but it's important to visit the first one that opened at least once to see what great dispensaries have evolved from. It's already a little strange walking into a dispensary for the first few times, but I am seasoned vet. Walking into Euphoria made me feel paranoid, uncomfortable, and like I was doing something wrong. The selection is poor, the location is poor, and the customer service is beyond poor. Apparently there is a loyalty program here, but why bother being loyal if your staff doesn't care about your customers. Buy something to support the local economy, but find a new dispensary to go to that cares about your business.

Used to be my favorite dispensary. Now the whole area is screwed by construction and it takes forever to travel the 2 Miles off the freeway to this place. Also only had 2 bud tenders when I just went in. No line, yet still waited close to 20 min. Also, they used to have great deals on pre rolls ($11 for their cheapest gram). Now, $17!!!! Just an awful experience. Used to be one of the greats :(

Came here for the first time amd i hqve to say this is different. Its like a actual doctors office. You walk in sign in and sit down to wait for your name to be called. Once your in a bud tender will help you. There bud tenders are very knowledgeable they know what they are talking about... prices or ok and the selection is a lil limted in my eyes but overall a good experience

Bad bad bad, waited over 2 hours for 10 min inside the actual store. Limited pre roller options (only 3) and small flower selection. The absolute worst part is that any medical card holder automatically go to the front of the line which increases the wait EXPONENTIALLY. I understand the that some patients can't wait in line but out of the 20 medical patients that were accelerated to the front only 2 weren't able bodied. The staff is nice and informative but their medical card first policy is very frustrating and discouraging. I won't be back and won't recommend it to anyone else.

This dispensary is definitely medically oriented in a great way. Their security guard greeted me warmly and opened the door.  Great attitudes abound here! Joel, who was my bud tender, was a wealth of knowledge about terpene profiles and how they work on the body. They have wonderful house brands of various concentrates. I tried Grease Monkey prerolls...2 grams for $13! Always great deals. I barely walked in and my name was called. Awesome discounts for veterans with disabilities (prorated by disability percentage), but you must have a mj medical card. The facility is spotless and their entire team rocks! Keep up the great attitudes and professionalism.

I live pretty close to this dispensary. It's so convenient and everyone is always so friendly. Usually go during the day and see the same staff but tonight Alyson helped me. She was super sweet. I've been here quite a few times and never had any issues. I usually stick to flower and pre rolls. Some places don't pack their joints well and can be very floppy, which I hate! But I've never had that problem here.  I'm a little surprised that they don't take tips. I stick to a few dispensaries and they all accept tips but for some reason euphoria doesn't.

Please don't purchase any paraphernalia. Spent $$ on equipment and after first use the heating element soldering fell apart. When I called somebody yesterday seemed super friendly and said bring it by tomorrow. So after making a trip out there I was told to go to the Internet-kind of feels like they said "fuck you!" I guess they have no value for their customers time. All they want is your money. There are plenty of other dispensaries around that give you the warm family feeling besides this one.

This dispensary is convenient to me because it's one of the closest to me. The 1st time I came in I received a 1st time patient discount. I thought it was cool that they had "popcorn" flower on sale. I had got a quarter of popcorn flower for the price of an 8th. I asked why the price difference if it was the same kind of flower and I was told because it was a quarter of small nugs, which is a good deal. The last few times I've been here I have had a few options of flower because they sell out fast. Prices are ok, but my last visits Ive paid 55-60 for an 8th. Service is great. This is the only dispensary that I have to sign a form and given a copy to carry with me for my purchase each visit because I have a medical card.  I think its a waste of paper, and extra work and time for the worker and me to do every visit.  Service is good. Location is good for me. Product not so much

Thank you so much for my medicine! Staff is always so friendly and compassionate. This is the only place that offers 30% off all your purchase for 100% disabled Veterans. Make sure to bring your rating letter as proof of disability. My only place I visit now because of the vision they have towards providing the best medicine for the patient.

If you are going to be purchasing edibles, go with caution.  My $90 for 2 candy bars yielded me an outdated product. In Nevada it is against the law to sell products beyond their sell by or best used by date.  While I was offered a gift card as a refund, I either wanted fresh product or cash back neither of which were offered.

The bud tender was a bit cocky and didn't really want to answer the questions I had, and it made me a bit uncomfortable to be honest. The taxes are out of this world, but unfortunately to be expected. I went in not wanting to spend very much and opted for a pen at 25$ after taxes the freaking thing was 45$. I was told by other that this is one of the few places that offer vegan products. This was one of the questions I asked and my tender replied with " Well I don't make them so I don't know what to tell you." No move to check the ingredients of the products or to take the inquiry to someone who might actually know. I don't think I'll be going back here.

They are very welcoming and heartwarming upon walking in.  They have the best prices for 8ths and quarters. You must see Alyson and Sigi are the best when it comes to accommodate my needs for what I am looking for. I am always welcomed every time I always walk in. They ar very opened minded  to answer any questions you have for them. Definitely check them out!

When you enter they ask for your iD and it's a quick one minute wait and stuff...they have a separate lobby and it reminds me of a doctors office, I like it...and the people were super nice and knowledgeable and hilarious. I make a ton a jokes and they got it all and they kept laughing, in the end I spent 80 and got this awesome battery and some chemdawg

I always come here because they accept debit cards which was a plus for me. Rocco was amazing!!! He helped me get what I want. He apologized for not having prerolls because it was the day after New Years. He was very friendly and approachable. At checkout I asked about the rewards program. And then came Jerry who explained to me how it works. He gave me alot of info and he was bery friendly as well. I asked Rocco how much points I have and he told me I have enough for the gram that I am buying. Wow!!! A gram for free because I accumulated enough points for it!! I didn't even know I had points but then again I come here too often because I love the selection and the people that work here.

Thank you, Laura Trent, for the excellent service. I noticed a marked decrease in menstrual pain after using the CBD tea and the KYND balm. Laura Trent was very patient when listening to my issues and she is very knowledgeable about the products. Do not take my word for it. Go and see for yourself. If you want a positive and pain-relieving experience, this is a place for you.

This has become my new favorite shop. The customer service is consistently above and beyond what's expected. It's a beautiful and well laid out shop that is generally fun to be in. The prices are fair with the exception of the concentrates which are overpriced no matter where you go in Vegas. I appreciate the selection of pen caps/cartridges that they do have. I look forward to seeing an in house grown hybrid come out. I loved their Serenity Sky Sativa and well as the Mother's Milk they carried.

I have tried Euphoria twice and have been pleased both times. All budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. My last experience was with Doug and he was a lot of fun to work with! He had lots of suggestions and varieties for me to choose from. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars was their lack of stock. They were out of almost every eighth I was interested In but Doug was quick to suggest new varieties. I'll definitely be back!

Great place to shop.. 4 stars for the layout and bud choices. And the guy nick, I think that was his name, was awesome! Pre rolls with great prices so I'm always happy with that.  One thing I will say that it is kinda small. I was really close to people! Shoulder to shoulder.. well not that bad. Everyone is so helpful. Any questions or needing to know whats best for what. They have an answer. And if they don't, they ask a coworker. Their customer service is their number one priority. I will definitely be back.

Absolute worst dispensary in town, flowers are garbage and all dried out. Customer service was terrible, and they don't know how to use the state run website that tells them how much meds to dispense to you. Many better options in town.

This dispensary is always efficient and friendly. You can also call in your order and pick it up front for even faster service.

I went just after recreational purchase started and even though the supply was short(as it was in the entire state) the budtenders still were able make recommendations and get me what I wanted. The budtenders at Euphoria were so much more knowledgeable and informative than at any of the other dispensaries we went to. I've been on a few different occasions and have been pleased the great customer service.

Parking was good and discrete. When entering the check in process was organized. This place is definitely set up for the novice. You get a personal sales rep that walks you through all the different products. The place has very good lighting, looked clean and the staff was okay, one girl didn't understand the difference between cannabis derived terps versus non cannabis. The check out process was organized and prices were not bad. If your new to cannabis and want to ask 101 questions, then this place is for you. I'm happy places like this are available. I did not give the 5th star because off the lack of knowledge the sakes representative had.

this place sucks!! not only did they sell some no thc cbd garbage grass acaplulco gold but when i realized i bought something no good i walked right back in and the refused to exchange it or give me something actually worth my time!!!  also I have to say after smoking their stuff for months that it is garbage!!! the banana cream was ok but anything they sell on the budget shelf sucks! all the summa stuff has this weird synthetic taste and feel it is no good barely any thc because i get high off one hit still! and this stuff took like three bowls for a slight headiness, also the willies reserve cheap stuff is garbage! la con or kingston con, or blueberry cookies whatever shit they are slangin that day is no good! it is synthetic garbage with no thc!! and it burns your lungs in a bad way!! also they sell flora vega on the value shelf and all that stuff is garbage! the blue suade lived up to its name, it gave me a headache and smelled like chemicals! probably was shoe polish, the grease monkey by summa seems cool but it isnt trimmed good and it def is not a heavy indica, and they will tell you this is the best stuff they got!! and it will be 9$ a gram one day and maybe 18$ a gram the next day! and that gos for summa kimbokush,banana cream, grease monkey, or whatever garbage they are pedalling that day! they are never consistent on the sale prices and i really hated that! also the stuff on the premium shelf over 20$ a gram is crap! i have got the same bam gorilla glue or cultivation labs purple punch for ten dollars a gram at other spots but here they want 20$? the problem is when the stuff on your value shelf is more potent or better quality than your 20$ premium shelf it really shows that you dont know what your doing, or maybe they do and know they are ripping people off!!  people during the day are rude as crap and after my run in with this little dork named austin that i honestly was about to put my hands on for disrespecting me i was banned for aggressive behavior! maybe do your job better and dont scam people and sell them something they didnt ask for! people were dorks at night too but atleast they were somewhat cool at times, oh well I have moved on to bigger and better places, peace bitch

I'm a supporter or the medical marijuana program I've had my card for about 5 years now I'm not a consistent flower smoker I'm a wax guy but I went down to support the cause and everybody is very nice but the flower was so dry you touch the product and it turns to dust....I'm not bitching but if your a herbal person be aware I never like dry weed ever not even growing up as a kid.....

My order was short . strait up . after waiting for so long to become a patient & have access to go inside a dispensary in Nevada for the first time to test their medicine before I order a larger amount .... My first order was short . whether it was short by a little or a lot it was SHORT . I called immediately as I got home & weighed it . its been over 2 hours & they have still not returned my call . for the amount of donation they are requesting for the medicine you'd think it would be at least .1 over  or they would at least have a first time patient gift. Guess my expectations are too " high " . the blue dream top shelf flower they have is of a very high quality though . they do get credit there . if they Dont call soon I'll most likely never be back again .

I wish there a way to give this place 0 stars. The security guard Ben greets you with attitude and makes fun of patients as they leave the property. It's a very small location and the music is pumping but the place is here for sick patients. I don't think customer service was part of their training. Like comments previously listed, the are really selling heavy wet buds for $214 a half. As a patient, I just don't think that's right to take advantage like that. I know better places will be opening soon so if you can wait, don't waste your money here.

This place is dank for sure; but I've had a couple hang ups no doubt. let me start with the positives; I don't think anyone in town is beating euphoria on consistent good deals, they keep it coming with the good prices on the high quality goods.  Also, they have a point system that will keep you supplied with free lighters, wax holders, pokers, etc.. Now for the dog crap; I've consistently gotten the bait and switch when I show up for a good deal only to be told after I drove 40 minutes there is no deal left and $18 gram is the cheapest option.  The atmosphere is a little more like a kwiky mart then a trip to the shamans couch and more then once I left out of there with the wrong order in my bag. All in all though, hit this place up and give them your email.

I'm new to this, & hope my experience keeps me true to this I was given a business card for this location it appeared to be far away, I had a conversation with Josh  & he  walked me thru  what I wasn't sure of, he made me feel comfortable, &  assured me in many ways, this is the dispensary I want my  business with, he answered all my questions, i will spread the word thanks Josh. My cousin, who had previously attended Vegas on a birthday vacation, recommended I check this place out when I get to Vegas. I was in Vegas last week, and I decided to give it a try. I was staying on the strip, so I wasn't too far away. I took an Uber, 15 minutes from the strip of Las Vegas. When I got there there is security at the door, he was friendly, smiled, and looked at my ID. Then I was preceded to check in at a desk. They take your ID, check you in, and someone else comes behind another door, and is your tour guide, something like your own personal concierge while you are there. The only thing is that you cannot take photos. I honestly forgot her name, but she was really nice. She had blonde hair, blue eyes, about five six, and a nice smile. She gave me detailed knowledge, on pretty much everything that was in there. I was able to smell different scents, ask as many questions as I like, I even asked the same question twice, and her response was the same, and she didn't seem annoyed. The gram is 9.99, I decided to try out mother's milk. I was interested in something that would make me not tired, euphoric, and not to have as much munchie syndrome. So I gave it a try, and it was great. I really recommend this place, to anyone. All the staff was great, they were all smiling, seemed in a good mood, gave detailed information on the different strains, and answered all of my questions even the repetitive ones LOL. I'm from New York, and I definitely will be coming back. Thank you Euphoria Wellness!!

Stopped by on a whim. Little bit of a drive for me. Place is very nice, decent sized check in and waiting area. Polished, professional look and service overall. Prices were okay, product was like B tier. I purposely tried house products that I heard good reviews of through word of mouth. Knowledge level of staff about product and effects were not up to par. Menu information is hard to obtain as everything was in displays rather than a menu and all of it was behind counters.  I would give this place another opportunity however the overall visit, product and appeal was average. If shopping here I would recommend having knowledge of what you are looking for first.

If I can give this place  10 more stars I definitely would I live in los angeles I came to visit for the weekend and I walked into euphoria I was very impressed with not only the dispensary but also with the great customer service MiCHELLE and RYAN gave me.super professional nice and friendly It definitely will be my to go spot in Las Vegas . If we could have more dispensaries like this in low angeles it would be amazing .

Let me just start off by saying this is one of the BEST dispensary I have ever been too!! The staff makes you feel so welcomed, I went in a few days and I got this amazing young lady who just made me feel great about myself I didn't catch her name because you know I'm horrible with that but she was just so full of compliments and positivity it blew me away. You don't come across people like that often these days. She's was very helpful and organized. I loved the system they walk around with a iPad and give you your grand total before you check out! I was there for one thing which were my edibles but she offered to show off more product which I liked!! I'm so satisfied with euphoria! When I was checking out the lady at the register told me they were expanding the jones location and making it bigger I seriously can not wait!! I live on north 215 and Decatur but i can promise them they will be seeing me more often!! I just cannot express how much I love that place!!

Went there for the first time today and did not spend any time nor buy anything. The store is geared towards 20 somethings....the music was blaring and the noise level was so high it was difficult to hear what the salesperson was saying and I basically had to shout to be heard. If you are a senior this is not the place to go. The noise was so bad it was actually uncomfortable . Left within about 1 min of being in the sales area.

I stood outside with My 67 year old mother and we waited in line for 37 mins in 115 degree heat before she passed out ..she fell to the ground ..we had to call the fire department to provide medical assistance because she had a heat stroke.,there is no shade and passing out water isn't enough. You should at least have a waiting room where the elderly could sit down and wait in the cool air ..and just because you gave us 20% discount card doesn't make it ok..

This evening I decided to check this place out. I arrived 15 minutes before they closed, and was denied access. The doorman acted annoyed and offered no explanation for why I wasn't allowed to enter. I understand it's probably been a long few days, but don't say your open until 10pm if your not accepting clientele after 9:45. Not the best way to treat potential long term clients. Won't be spending my money here.

moved to this side of town 4 months ago and their customer service just gets better. everyone here is really nice and knowledgeable about their products. they never fail to surprise me with a new product to try. very good selection every time I'm here.

Great staff and great medicine. The variety is limited but what is available is absolutely excellent medical cannabis. I also like the Vegas J's pre-rolled joints, they're rolled with flowers and provide a lot of bang for your buck. Clean, safe, controlled environment hosted by knowledgable and friendly staff. From the time we walked in, registered as new patients, made our selection, and paid our tab, we were treated like kings.  The selection is growing each week and we look forward to making this our go-to dispensary in town. The prices are agreeable and they offer an excellent rewards program + discounts for vets and seniors to help offset the cost.

This place has a lot of potential - I feel they didn't guauge how much business they would get by the size of their office.  It works however and rather well.  The smokeshop next door is no frills and kinda pricey but cheaper to get a torch there than inside euphoria.  I got quite a few items on my first visit which was nice.  They however do not include tax on prices on menu sites which is a huge pita - they should simply total the tax up and include it - no one likes bait and switch tactics.  They deliver however haven't had a delivery yet as I'm not sure how quick it would be.  I hope they got the delivery driver situation figured out.  The last stop inside they were having a discussion about who was going to show up to drive today.

BETTER! Next attempt was successful. Additional variety would have added another star but no complaints with the service.

Everyone is super nice but the product was pretty pricy.  Although they accept out of state med card, the prices will scare you into not coming back.

Best place in Las Vegas! Chris is super nice and helped me so much. It's nice and cool inside with a lot of stuff to choose from. They also give you water bottles and let you wait on super comfy couches and stuff. I love this place. It's super convenient. :)!

The service here is absolutely amazing. It's very convenient being so close to my house. Also the selection always is changing, which is great for my taste. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. I feel at home when I'm there! Definitely recommend anyone to give these guys a try!

Best customer service and selection in Las Vegas, hands down. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The check in process is a breeze and the pricing is fair and way better than any other dispensary in the area.

I called to ask a few questions and the guy who answered was extremely rude. I might have asked a dumb question, but you should never treat customers the way he did. I was shocked and appalled and will never come back here for fear of being disrespected by the guy at the front desk. No stars.

My friend and I just moved to Vegas from la and we knew the cannabis game would be different here. We've been coming to euphoria quite a bit because they have the best prices and quality edibles . But we weren't very impressed by the bud tender knowledge on products until today when we met Anthoney! We asked questions and he responded with more than "that's a good one " , "that's not good". He was very informative and very friendly much appreciated and we will be back again !!

The experience here was probably better than my experience in LA, and a bit more fast pace. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and checked you in right away. It was rather busy at 10pm, but I got in and out in about 5 mins knowing exactly what I wanted and needed. I browsed online before coming to the shop, and I just had the rep go over what I needed and he took care of me very well. The process was simple and easy, and I wasn't overwhelmed with information overload. Definitely recommend this dispensary when in Vegas.

Been coming here for years. Staff is amazing, also always got deals and flowers and gummies. Great place for locals to stop by and get some good stuff! Only thing that bothers me about this place is that their employees cannot accept tips. They are in the service industry, as THEY SHOULD accept a little gratuity from their clients. Employee told me they can only accept coin change, which is rather disrespectful in my eyes. Please change that!

Best selection of cannabis from a budget section to the top shelf. Prices are very competitive compared to other clubs. Make sure to check Weedmaps to get information on deals they have. I've been here multiple times and every strain I bought was fire and fresh. I highly recommend you try this club if you want to save money plus smoke fire tree.

Showing visiting friend the dispensary's in town and made our first stop here. Prices were good. Wide selection of strains and knowledgeable staff. Got exact strains that we came for and found more to try. Recommend.

Don't get delivery.  They don't even attempt it. No updates whatsoever. When you call they say "oh you're next". 4 hours after you call to find out they lie and say that they tried but no one as home and see if you want delivered tomorrow. Why? So we can do all this again tomorrow? This isn't the first time this happened. This place and their customer service is all bs.  What a joke.

Worst dispensary ever. Pick up order constantly getting cancelled. Front desk workers are incompetent and simply don't give a shit. You will get skipped in line if you're not a "VIP member". This was my regular dispensary but I will never be back here again.

UPDATING MY REVIEW. I have been coming here since we have legalized. To this day, they are STILL awesome. Every negative review seems to be related to COVID. Not fare at all to the staff. I have no issues bashing a place, if it is deserved. They don't deserve it. I come here multiple times a month. Either to go in or curbside, depends on my depression. THEY ARE SO KIND AND AWESOME. Yeah sometimes products are out of stock. But it's not like you have no other options. People just Bi$%h and moan about everything. Bunch of Karen's. Anyways, I'll be there again in the morning. Thank you to everyone who works here. You make my days better. ❤ I shop here 99% of the time. Its my favorite dispensary. The staff is absolutely the BEST here. I choose to drive farther from home because I love the staff so much. I'm weird looking and they are nothing but kind to me. I never got anywhere else unless its later than 11pm. 100/10 experience and I owe it all to Ritz! She personally sought to it that I was heard, understood and taken care of! From the moment I encountered her expertise and elegant prowess, I knew I was in good hands. I'm not saying she should get a pay raise or a paid for vacation for being a dedicated worker, but yes. :)
