ALWAYS friendly, and the atmosphere inside is welcoming. Great place, service, and people! I come here every time I'm in Vegas

4 out of 4 kingcarts stop firing after 5 draws. Seems to be counterfeit according to the kingcarts web page. Pre rolls are garbage, 4 out of 4 stains I tried were harsh and dry. I came here because it was the closest to my hotel, next time I'll take the Uber drivers advice and go to planet 13. If not for the friendly staff I would've gave them 0 stars.

I've been here twice & my first time was a great experience, second time not so much. I purchased a gram of shatter for $55 (concentrate) & When I opened it, it was way less than even a half gram. I called & spoke to someone they asked me if I weighed it & to bring it back. When I brought it back they acted as if they were doing me a favor by actually giving me what I paid for. I said thank you & the bud tender didn't hear me so as I was walking out, he yelled thank you at me. CHECK WHAT YOU HAVE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING LOT!

Stopped by here since it was close to my hotel and will definitely return if I'm ever back in Vegas!! Friendly and helpful staff, didn't push products, answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products they carried. Spent a little more than I had budgeted for but got stuff I really enjoyed for decent prices (before tax lol).

This is the worst experience I had at any of the Las Vegas dispensaries. They sell leaves as their shake. The customer service was sad when I tried explaining that they sold me trash. I did curbside and did not get to see the product. As soon as I seen the trash I walked right in to place to get fixed. They tried telling me that's how they sell shake. I said shake  is still bud not the trim leaves. I did not see one peice of bud in the whole bag. Bad deal after bad deal. I don't recommend this place.

Sahara Wellness is the best dispensary hands down. One cool thing - it is located on 420 East Sahara. The bud tenders take their time and explain different strains. Their reputation within the medical cannabis community is what really sets them apart. They really care about their patients.

The lady at the front desk is incredibly rude. Do not waste your time going here, Planet 13 is much better. NEVER AGAIN!!

The boys over at Sahara Wellness really screwed me on this one. I Bought an Incredibles: 100mg Chocolate Toffee Boulder Bar. They advertised the bar scored in 10 squares, each square containing 10mg for easy dosage, but when I opened the bag I find a crumbled mess containing what appears to be less than a 100mg bar. The mess inside the bag is certainly not easy to dose out, which i'm sure many of us know is important when taking edibles, one too many of those little crumbs and one could end up in outer space. Called the manager to try to get it exchanged, or for them to at least rectify the issue, but all the condescending manager offered me was 10% off my next edible. The bar was $27.57, so I would have to buy another bar to get the full product I was promised, with the 10% off that would be $24.81. I rather not give this place anymore business, oh well, plenty of other weed shops in Las Vegas.

Zero stars!! Have to give at least 1 star to write a review. This place is a total joke and they have no regard for peoples time. I waited over 5 hours for my delivery and they cancel without even calling me or letting me know why. Why do you guys even ask for a phone number if you aren't going to even call? This place is trash. Going to tell all my friends never to give their money to this horrible business. Go anywhere but this trash of a place.

The customer service here was great! The moment you walk in everyone is so nice! Reasonable prices! Definitely coming back when I'm in Vegas!

Good spot very friendly staff easy parking no crazy lines .. always have 10$ grams and hearty selection of quality plants and edibles ! Now they also have Mary's medicinals and Dixie ! If anyone tries the bath soak let me know ! Oh an bring your bags back !

Went in at 11 pm the weekend after Weed became legal! It wasn't crowded and everyone treated us really nice and gave us so much information about all the different types of weed there is. I'll be back back soon!

What a joke! The parking here sucks and then the lame security officer outside wants you to move your car rather then get business from locals. The owner should have thought about location and parking prior to putting a business here and not enough parking! I've been to this location multiple times and parking across the street of which isn't marked with parking restrictions of what business customers can or can't park there... You just lost a local customer cause your security officer outside is more concerned where you park... Have enough parking to begin with and you won't have this problem!!! Instead of giving you my money I'll order my products online from now on!!!

Worst customer service I've received so far in all of the dispensaries in Las Vegas! I highly recommend you do not waste your time or money here!!! I wish there was an option for negative stars!

I've tried others and came back to them.  Prices are much more "fair". They're smaller than many but they also don't have added overhead.  Check it out.  You'll be in for a nice surprise.

Prices are good,staff is cool and Ms. Brenda makes you feel at home. She's the BEST! I will ALWAYS go back because of Ms. Brenda and their prices.  The quality and selection of medicine is great!OMW now LOL

I've been a regular at Sahara Wellness and their customer service is really good. However I guess no one is immune to inconsistency. I've been getting the HeadCheese last lately and it never disappoints but today the headcheese that I got was definitely not consistent with the previous ones. Nothing worse than wasting money on an ineffective product.

This is now my favorite dispensary. Best service in the city. I love coming here for what I need

I ordered delivery at 8 am, got a confirmation call at noon, called back around 3 to see what the hold up, he tells me no more than two hours... it's now after 7 pm. 11 hours and I still don't have what I ordered at 8 am this morning. At this rate, you'd think the delivery guy is walking it over from the dispensary. This is unprofessional. Don't offer a service that you can't provide. I will never order any product from here again and will never refer to anyone.

I come here often because it is a clean facility that offers a few good cultivators like flora vega, from my experience of coming here, some of their Marijuana is very dry. To avoid this, I normally ask them to kind of roll it around in the jar, because if it is moist it will not move as much. I went in like normal a girl named Dev was working, since we have to stand behind a rope and can't touch the jars I asked her to do what most employees do, to move the jar around in the light a little bit so I can see it. She immediately gives me a attitude  and says " im not shaking the jar" okay why? She says because "im not". Im a little confused as to why she refused. When shopping for Marijuana there's no returns..so if you buy something you don't like its money down the drain...and a bad high. I've come in here several times 3 times a week buying half ounces since they opened. The other employees don't have a problem moving it around a little in the light, because they understand I want to know what I'm buying. You can't touch can barely see  with a distancing rope, and now there's an employee who won't show you, as she says " because shes not" . Obviously because she refuses to do her job. Employees are supposed to be kind and helpful she was neither and ruined my experience today. I'm super over it and I hope dispensaries don't continue to employ people like this for everyone else's sake.

Okay, these guys are okay.. what do I mean great staff, not pushy bud tenders who lie about inferior product they are honest and Dana the boss lady a sweetheart that knows her herbs. However that said nothing in these clubs are street quality maybe one or two "of" strains that about it lots of expensive kids at all these clubs..a commercial truth about marijuana legalization.

Had my first experience with Sahara Wellness, and let me tell you that it will not be my last. Brenda and her staff are fantastic, friendly, and informative. So many different strains to choose from, and a great selection of other goodies. They can even help you with completing your paperwork after receiving your doctor recommendation and get you set up with the state to complete your process.

I love this med shop! The staff is so friendly and accommodating! I definitely would recommend the monster cookies or lavender when coming here. They have more than enough strands as well as other eatables and treats! Prices are reasonable for a great product!

Good selection and helpful staff. Didn't have exactly what I wanted but the stuff I came out with also impressive.

Because I'm a denizen of the same neighborhood as this establishment I've tried it out a few times and they really never seemed to care when I said, "Hey, I'm a neighbor". They don't offer a locals discount and I don't remember a particularly friendly experience whenever I go back. This morning I tried it again and I don't think I'll be back any time soon. They just recently started staying open  24 hours and I get off work at 4am, so I went back. When I approached the two armed guards out front I said something to the effect that I lived across the street and I was glad they had 24 security out there all the time. The older guard offered no greeting or welcome, just brusquely asked me to remove all my metal and walk through a metal detector! I'd certainly never had that experience at any other dispensary. I found it quite jarring and it kind of ruined the whole experience. There's too many good dispensaries in this neighborhood to be treating people like that.

This facility is the best one I've been in while in Vegas ! Nina is the best in customer service ! She's such a sweetheart and literally takes her time making sure all your needs are met ! Will be coming back in the future I'd definitely pick this place over any one ! Come visit you won't regret it !

The variety of flower here is amazing. Pricing tags make it easier for me to quickly make my mind up about my purchase. Knowledgeable and friendly staff as expected at most dispensaries. The veterans discount was a plus and I believe this place is 24hrs. They'll definitely be seeing more of me. A bit of a drive to get here and the bar setup has me feeling like I'm trying to order drinks lol. Great environment.

I absolutely love this Dispensay. They don't waste a lot of money with a bougie entrance and just sell straight up dank medications. We tend to buy a half ounce to an ounce a week along with a gram of wax. Sahara Wellness has the best prices on flower. Friendly staff also!

I do not know why some people are giving low reviews and complaining about the quality of the bud. I am from LA and have tough standards, SW has some excellent quality buds. If you like indica, I prefer the Lavender. I have been to every other place and they have the best price in town. Expect to pay $10-20 more in LV vs LA. As for the staff, Brenda the owner and manager is a compassionate woman. I am a Navy vet and on a budget, if I am $5 off, she will take care of me. In other places, if you are off by $1, they will not give you that bud. People complain about the parking and I can get hat but they have limited space and there is street parking, within walking distance. Most dispensaries will overcharge you $10-20 more, for the same product because they want to take advantage of customers. They try to oversell you or push a certain strain down your throat. At SW they do not do that, they will help find something within everyone's budget. They will also take the time to learn what you like or recommend something for a first timerThey have a wide variety of edibles, flower, concentrate, whatever your pleasure. Furthermore, if you are unhappy with a specific strain, they will do their best to compensate you next time. One time I got an 8th I did not like. I let Brenda know, the next time I came, she gave me two 8ths for the price of one. That is why I come here, everyone is friendly, from the security guards,  to the front desk people, to the bud tenders, to the managers and the owner Mrs. Brenda. I have difficult standards and I would not be putting my good name and reputation, on a place I do not believe in. They are not offering me bud to write this review, this review is earned.

I stopped here by referral of some medical patients in NV, this was my first recreational purchase EVER so even with me being overly excited and overwhelmed with the legality of everything, the budtender was more than understanding and answered all of my questions and was very friendly, never rude, I felt like I was doing too much as an out of towner but he never lost patience with me and was very knowledgeable able the products, the flowers I did purchase they were great tasting, great smelling but they were quite dry, crumbled down with ease, I also purchased a .5 of some live resin which was very good quality very consistent, the snicker doodle cookie edibles were very potent to me coming in at 47% thc per cookie put me on my ass, which I was expecting since I don't eat edibles much, all in all I would give this place a 7/10 rating. For 3 grams and a .5 of live resin I spent 85$

This place!!!! Absolutely makes my day to walk through the doors! The owners and the staff are above the rest! You soon feel like part of the family, warm and comfortable! You can truly tell they love what they do, change lives! Check them out you'll feel it too! Passion goes a long way.

This was by far my fav dispensary Of all here! The budtenders were really nice and informative! There are specials here too! Daily! Two grams for $20 bucks! One of the tenders is from Memphis! So we instantly made a connection! The strains here are designer and definitely affordable! Best in Vegas!!

This is by far one of my top dispensary stops in town.I was lucky enough to attend a Women in Wellness event they were having. It was beautiful to see many women share their stories of how cannabis helps them with whatever they are struggling with. It was even more amazing to educate myself further on cannabis such as the different types of terpenes! After attending I went next door and was helped by a few of the budtenders who wanted to help me find the perfect strain. I truly respect the willingness to make sure I am more than 100% satisfied. I know it can be intimidating to some, but this is the place to go if you want to learn a little more and ensure that you are truly getting what you need.

I went in for some cbd only products, a girl with a terrible attitude assisted me and told me about this oral spray and it supposedly had no thc, well I purchased it came home to find out it indeed had thc and the product had already EXPIRED.. I called the store that night and was told just to bring it in and when I went it the next morning no one greeted me whatsoever they were more than extremely rude, they made it seem like I lied about the product being expired like I was trying to take money from them & they refused me my refund for about 30 minutes this place is a joke and shouldn't be open since they want to sell expired product!!

Attention L.A if your going to Vegas make sure you bring your own trees. I ran out!! I stopped by this place Sahara wellness & was sold SHAKE. Needless to say it I could not smoke it.. The sales lady never mentioned it was shake. Nothing is returnable.. I definitely felt I was juxed. There prices are crazy high compared to L.ASahara Wellness is just TERRIBLE period.

This was my first experience ordering online and getting a delivery, if I can give 10 stars I would! Mariah was the associate who helped me out, and even though they were out of some things that I wanted she walked me through some really good substitutions. Customer service is great, the weed is great, ignore the negative reviews about this place and check it out!!!!

This place has a very good selection of high-quality cannabis. I am a medical patient and like the variety they offer for different types of ailments and situations. Knowledgeable staff, new parking lot, great prices. Love their 2g for $20, $28 eighths and 1/2 oz specials! Thanks for being open 24/7, even during holidays!

First time in this place,i have seen it before but was little out of the way.Tried it today  and they just got a new customeBought a half oz of thier house grown kosher dog,but you can see all thier weed is nice looking,but smells even better,which is rare for house.They gave me a hat or t shirt my choice,a infused joint for a dollar and a lighter.The weed is real good and i know weed grew before and smoked for 37 years.Service excellent,even the security gaurd out front welcomes you.I will be back once a week.

This is truly one of my more favored dispensaries that I have done to through out the years that weed has been legalized. Not only are they super duper fast but they are the cheapest by far. Everyone should go and visit this 420 store and experience how a professional dispensary is supposed to be ran. They definitely know their sh&t. Cheapest I have gone to and I have gone to quite a bit of stores. Definitely 2 thumbs all the way up.

Such great knowledge staff and friendly and most importantly they are patient with you. Out of all the places next to me I still choose this place. I have never ever had a bad experience here. They hit some hella product too.

April i believed was her name i hope i got it correct she helped me out the day before and just was so awesome and energy was contagious. Blonde cutie. She even spared me a few like a close friend would. Very welcoming. Just moved in this area and this is my go to spot.
