Best dispensary in the entire city of Las Vegas .. I love coming here and enjoying the friendly service from everyone! The quality of flower is excellent
've been here a few times the product was at least average. I came in asking for recommendations on flower between two strains I had in mind and I went with recommendation. I get home and it's all shake. Like "trim shake" only used for cooking. I call immediately and ask if I can bring it back in to trade for normal flower because I can't use it and the manager tells me nope, best he can do for me is 20% off next purchase. Very disappointed with the service. The product this particular visit also was not of good quality. If I ask for a recommendation between two products is it not worth mentioning that one strain is all trim and the other is not??? The cashier even recommended the one I went with. Im out 142$ and this does not sit well with me.
Scammed me and my girlfriend. Sold us Nothing but trim & shake, didn't know till we got home because product was not shown to us and you are not allowed to look In your bag while in store. We simply trusted the cashiers recommendation. Why recommend trim and shake to a customer that didn't ask for it. Shady business, they were just trying to get rid of a product rather than actually do what's best for the customer. Manager could not help or offer solution. There are many better dispensaries in Vegas both service and quality. I do not recommend BLUM. Don't let thier deals fool you, product will be sub par and most other dispensaries will have deals and promotions running on better quality product. BEWARE
Probably one of the best dispos in Las Vegas, until I bought two infused " 1 Gram " joints that definitely were not one gram ( either of em ) and looks like they were packed by something with no fingers... very lacking blum.
This place is way overpriced, the preroll is $10. They charge you for a bag. I got one gram for $13. I'm not happy. Y'all need to change them prices. Crazy.
If I could give less the 1 star I would. Where do I begin. Let's talk about how crappy customer service is here. When you lose my online order in a matter of 10 mins yea frustration is the right mood. There is no business here why? This place is trash. The "manager" that wanted to take care of me could have saved that 10% discount and used it for some de escalation and empathy training. Get better product and better staff!!!!!

I got off work late and a stopped by Blum to grab a few pre-rolls and I just gotta say what an awesome staff. Even though they were closing soon Mane and Kapena ensured me it wasn't a problem and they were happy to help. They have low prices and an awesome selection. Was just in had an incident we're my cookies 8th came short I told them what can we do to resolve this issue never had I've ever had this issue buying cookies products for ever I was assured that ever single bag is weighed before being handed over to the customer yet they couldn't explain how my $53 dollar 8th was only 1.4 grams tried to resolve the issue by giving me 2 grams of there shittiest flower when I paid originally for one of there top shelf's products when I confronted the manager about it he said basically oh well we can't prove anything when it's just as easy to take back the bag I purchase and to be weighed again to confirm weight haven't changed from original purchase weight he refused to even believe my story Used to be my favorite shop now has turned into worse shop experience ever will never go back to this shop after having this experience horrible When your supposed to trust the shops more then the street plugs at this point I'm better off going to the street then paying stupid prices for product your not even getting complete

This place is very unprofessional management! This manager was speaking to my son like he was a teenager, the employee was stereo typing me and I'm 53? I'm fully disabled and my son called to talk to management and this guy said what is your mom doing out if she is high risk of the covid-19 He said we were going to spend money in here, And your employees were giving my mom shit about her I'd expired and I haven't made a appointment to go get it renewed my son said no not right now with how bad the case's are and she refused me,.I told her Sisolak gave a speech on the news about it!! Very bad Customer service in the front Area will never shop there again and I even put All over Social media I have been in Management for over 25 years never experienced this kind of treatment desgusting attitude's I hope this place closes down!!!! Better service on Maryland parkway and Flamingo To many of these places SHUT BLUM DOWN!!!!
Good Service with great friendly staff, Thursday 11:45PM the process didn't take long I had a rough day at work and I think I came off like a crazy grouchy old Man, when I responded to one of the staffs comment, The Good news is I don't think they really understood, what I was truly saying? So it was all good' best cannabis shop in town. 1 out of 6 Cannabis Shops I've Visited.

GREAT Prices!!! Awesome staff and very helpful. Was told at the check in desk that they had caviar joints for around $120 and then got inside and was told that they don't carry them. Too bad about miss information could've have gotten 5 stars. Other than that my experience was great and I will definitely be going back

Just make sure you ask every single employee if your medical paperwork will suffice at this location upon first visit haha The people are nice, but I don't believe they communicate with each other. Here's the issue;I was a long time client, even renewed my papers with the same Dr. I had used previously, and one day someone decided my medical docs were not acceptable. It was frustrating and I stopped going. This location got a huge makeover over the last two years or so, and I decided to give it another chance. It's been a couple of months now and this morning I literally had the exact same problem. (By now I have a new doctor so it's different documentation than times before)I told the lady this morning that I've been here numerous times without issue, she says "Yeah, not everyone checks or verifies, but they should." Umm, okay.. lol (SHE has accepted my docs in the past btw ) She nonchalantly proceeded to look up my info to check me in.. I think THAT was the part that annoyed me the most. The tone in her voice towards the situation haha Like, 18% is a lot, lady! Plus, the added trigger of this happening before at this exact location. Just a series of things I suppose.. This may have been the push I needed; Support our local/small time growers
This place never disappoints! Great customer service on the phone and kind in person! Great delivery deals due to the covid shit happening right now. Best free delivery with minimum purchase. Flower is always fresh and fluffy. Edibles are always yummy. Join their loyalty program too and get discounted stuff!
A little expensive, but the flower was good and so was the service, so I can't complain! There might be limited parking, as there are not too many parking spots available. It's located next to the Bank of America on Desert Inn, which is right by the strip. I would love if they offered local or student discounts!
I've been happily coming to this dispensary for over a year... The older/experienced staff go out of their way to make customers feel informed and valued... Unfortunately many of the newer, younger staff do not. The music and overall echo in this space make it next to impossible to have any meaningful discussions about the product. BTW my hearing is perfect, so that isn't the problem.I think there are so many other dispensaries out there that do a much better job of training their newer bud tenders on the merits of true customer service and have areas to actually have meaningful discussions about product without horrible acoustics and unnecessary loud music playing! I will unfortunately no longer be able to recommend this particular dispensary to anyone.
I am having problems trying to find open dispensarys now that the world has ended. The other places are day wait deliveries with $100s minimum. These guys have a small crew working to get out deliveries and I got mine same day! They had great customers service and apologized for delays, which isn't even their fault anyways. I'm so happy with price and then just being able to help me! Professional and explained what's going on and how swamped they are but they really strive to get it out to customers. I have cancer and need medicine! Thanks you guys!

This place takes forever to get in and out. After checking your ID you have to go and sit in this waiting room until they call your name. It's the equivalent of a nightclub creating a line to look prestigious. Make sure you have 20 to 45 min to spare if you try to buy anything. On top of that no one will answer the phone in this place so good luck checking for any product availability. You just have to go down there and spend half an hour waiting to see if they even have what you're looking for. They do have a nice selection of edibles but it doesn't make up for the hassle it is to buy them.
Omg let me tell you this dispensary is amazing!!! It reminds me so much of California dispensaries, but the prices are better!!!! This is the cheapest dispensary in Nevada!!! If you go anywhere else you're crazy!!! And the workers are super sweet and knowledgeable about the product!! Michelle, Kristen and Krissy were very helpful and they are three beautiful Ladies!! I'll be coming back daily just to see their beautiful face.... yes ladies this is the loud funny blonde from Boston/ San Diego lol
Blum has been my girlfriend and I favorite dispensary in the city. There pre-roll deals are amazing, the flower there is true quality and as a veteran they offer a great discount compared to competitors. This evening we had THE WORST EXPERIENCE with the manager. Two evenings ago my lady and I purchased an employee recommended product, Bloom Farms Vapor Pen & Night Time Indica cartridge for $60. When awe got home my girlfriend and I hit the pen and felt absolutely nothing. She has a low tolerance and can't even hit twice from our friends pens. We honestly were so alarmed that we had my best friend try like WTF! is it us? No? She reassured us she too felt nothing. By this time we smoked the whole cartridge and figured it must be the vape or cartridge that's defective. We go in to Blum this evening and talk with a rep in regards to the situation and she politely asks us to step to the side to wait to speak with the manager. From the beginning of the conversation the manager was making faces at me as I explained the situation. She then tells us "this is trial and error, maybe this brand doesn't work for y'all". We explain that we spent $70 of our money and we did not come to a dispensary for trial and error. She shows no sympathy, empathy or any level of management skills. Never once did she even say "I apologize for your inconvenience", "I know you're a loyal customer I'm sorry this happened to you", "I can't exchange it but what I can do for you is" or whatever. She she did not make it personal, she didn't really explore or discover our problem. We shop here A LOT and have spent so much money there. The other staff members are usually nice and kind. To be treated like this really put a bad taste in my mouth. Won't be coming back unfortunately. I would hope that the owner would take a look at this and take this as a stepping stone for the business. Management and leadership begins with just the basic customer service skills. I can understand those tough times where you have to tell a customer no but you absolutely cannot treat loyal customers in that manner.
One of my favorite dispensaries in town I just hate the they don't prioritize medical patients or even have a specific line for them like most in town do.
There are a lot of dispensaries in this city but this is the only one I go to. They have the best customer service and they always take such great care of me.
I've been disappointed over and over in this place. Literally have waited up to 6 hours for delivery. Today, my package says delivered at 2 pm. Wasn't here! So I called. Told me 2 to 4 more hours!! Yep. I've been waiting all day, and now may need to wait 4 more hours? Yep. Customer service is needing work. In this competitive market, I would assume the dispensaries would want to retain customers. Not this place. Go anywhere else. Sasly, there's just nothing special to see here.
I used to like this place a lot. I had a simple misunderstanding. I asked them if they were putting me in as a new customer they said yes. Since my medical card wasn't delivered yet I thought once I brought it in i was all set. That was not the case. They had a sign saying 25% off first time customer. I thought since they said I was new as a recreational customer I would get that. When I checked out the guy at the front was very aggressive got in my face and acted liked I was trying to steal from them. I just thought since I was a first time recreational patient I would have got the discount. I have been coming since that place opened. I suggest you go down the street to Releaf they have better customer service treat ppl with respect. Have better rewards program as well.
There's a bald black lady that sits in the front checking people in at the Blum on desert inn in Las Vegas. She's incredibly rude and will not respond to a word you're saying. No eye contact- No hello, have a good day or nothing. I even complimented her nails and still- completely ignored. If you're going to be a bitch, don't work in customer service.
Louis XIII (I) is one of my favorite flowers and Blüm didn't disappoint with this one. L'Orange (S) was also a very pleasant flower very different Sativa from what I've experienced. Will try this one again. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
They have strains I like I can't get anywhere else occasionaly but it's not worth going there there so nasty the bald chick in the front completely rude doesn't say Hi good bye no matter how nice you are she says nothing ignores you completely uncomfortable! And some nasty rude clerks the redhead is so nasty and mean for NO reason! Never going back. Pushed to limit.and managers they treat you like Hell.n have attitude problmem.. And they bait and switch what they say they have on their menu different when get home. Call and tell them about it they make excuses they're liars they don't give a damn.they'd rather you just not shop there they don't wanna fix anything completely rude I've never been treated so badd as this place! Livid about it! Also I bought a vape pen there once like $80 they promised me that they had a warranty. Didn't work says not our problem.
I went to this dispensary yesterday because it was closer than the one I usually go to on the Strip. Ruth was amazing! She was knowledgeable and helpful. There was only a short wait since the room was full, and they had just had the upholstery cleaned, but the wait wasn't long enough to need to sit on the couches at the moment. Great facility with lots of room and selections. Prices seem to be the same as the others.we'll be back

This was my 1st time in a dispensary. Which to me was like a kid in the candy store. Before going I looked online to see what goodies they had. Since I was there for my birthday they even had perks for that. Spend 50$ or more get a free gift. And let's just say CHERRY PIE DONT LIE. Lmao

I am a newbie when it comes to this subject. I have a sleeping disorder, pain, and high anxiety. I don't care to get high, I just want a fix for my ailments, so I came here to avoid "pills" from the doctors.We walked in and was greeted by a lady behind some glass, she asked for our ID, and we were almost immediately send to another room, a waiting room. We waited approximately 5 minutes, and were taken to the main room by Charlie who helped us through the entire transaction. He first asked what we were looking for, I told him answers, as I had no idea what I needed, but I knew what I didn't want. Charlie immediately addressed my concerns, and explained the different options that were available. He kept it simple for me, explaining each and every aspect of what he thought would be helpful to me. He didn't try to fill me with a bunch of stuff I wouldn't understand, and honestly didn't care to know about. THANK YOU! Charlie hooked me up with a vape battery, cartridge of APE, and a honey stick incase I freaked out on the APE, he said it would help to level me out. I have been using this APE vape for about 3 days now, and I have to tell you, I have slept very well, when my anxiety gets too much, I take one hit, and boom, all is right in the world again for me. I haven't tried to do more than one hit, as I don't need it. The one hit makes me chill, and helps me to sleep, the most I have currently woken up has been 4x, I usually wake about every hour to hour and a half, I am absolutely thankful to Charlie for his expertise, and his help. He had great knowledge and knew what I needed, offered to me, and didn't over explain things that weren't; pertinent to me or my needs. Quick, easy, and painless. Definitely will be back.
Generally a good place..decent prices friendly staff. But I just bought a Vegas stick disposable vape and it had no oil at all. Battery is fine. So I'll see about returning it.

Terrible!I was actually exited to go here. but the budtender. ( Austin ) was such an ass hole it was unlivable, he dint know his stuff and I ended up walking out with the wrong strain, this is such bsI don't know what bothers me more that He gave me the wrong strain or how rude he was,Than I call to speak to the manager to tell her that he gave me the wrong strain when I specifically asked for a (SATIVA) and that I DID NOT want a HYBRID... the lady says well there's some strains that are dominant in this and that.., yeah that's a freaking hybrid!!!! OBVIOUSLY what I specifically said I dint want.....You'd think after the sh!+ the a"" hole budtender put me trough they'll at least ask if I would like to return it and give me a sativa strain but no , of course NOT Just stay away from here all the bad reviews are there for a reason There's many dispensary's with zero bad reviews because despensaryes aren't suppose to be bad experiences but you know... Toni is a very good bud tender and made my experience very good. Only place I go. Blum DI has a wide variety of strains and other products. There Pre Rolls are also great with many to choose from.
I've heard from others that this dispensary is horrible so for that reason I would always pass it up. I finally decided last night I would check it out and I have definitely been missing out! Toni was the lady who helped me and I promise she was probably the best ever! I've never had better service. Blüm is lucky to have her! I was in there forever because of all the choices and info she was giving me. I will absolutely be back.
Cody is a literal angel on earth: he goes above and beyond to be sure his clients are taken care of. He is fast, friendly, and professional. His customer service level is amazing and represents his company to the fullest. He goes out of his way and I'm so thankful for him!
As an Uber driver we love taking people places and dispensaries usually come up on our rutes several times a day, and I always pride my self in finding the best locations to recommend them to my passangers, however this BLUM location was not the best experience as the staff at the front desk didn't know what they were doing and made things complicated. As a driver I would recommend staying away from here and not bringing your passangers here, there are plenty of choices out there.
I shop here often, good prices and great people. My fav is that this building is in the classic movie casino, when I saw ginger pull up to the bank I was pleasantly surprised that this is the building in the movie. Sweet!
Everyone was pretty chill here; and there is space to park in back if you don't want your car to be seen. They didn't have the the special they advertised, but told me I could pick it up later. Standard prices on most everything except they had a large selection of popcorn buds for $150 a zip that is a constant available anytime. I don't think think you'll have a long wait time to be seen here; but traffic in the area can be stressful so be prepared. All in all, worth trying one of their ounces.
Love it here! People aree really helpful (Toni). Love that they opened the place up and dont have to wait anymore! Its a longer drive but worth it ! Prerolls and edibles are my go too here

Ok I don't normally do yelp reviews but this place was so awesome they deserve it! Clean space, knowledgeable workers, and my bud tender Denver was the best! I'm excited to try my new goodies. I even received a free birthday pre roll! Like customer service here is 10/10 from start to finish even the security guard was funny. I would honestly recommend Blüm to anyone looking for great weed in Las Vegas!
My boyfriend and I showed up on a Friday at 9:53pm. They close at 10 pm on Fridays.. the security guard and the male at the counter looked at us through the door like we inconvenienced them and we were a nuisance when there was 7 min before closing time. Needless to say screw your lame lazy fat security guard and rude worker. Will not be back! I'll take my business to REEF.
Holy shit this is possibly the nicest Blum I've been to yet. First day of Adult cannabis sales in LV was a shitshow! If you're gonna brace the heat best to do it here. Super easy to get to from the SLS end of the strip. My UNLV friends swear by it.
have been a medical patient for sometime purchasing vader extract products at blum dispensary on di and at their decatur location. spent a lot of money purchasing what i thought was shatter, but turned out to be sugar. complained to the budtenders and they were not any help. had another bad experience with purchasing mpx (melting point extracts) products from blum. got home, opened the container to find an empty jar. nothing in it. you can't take it back once you walk out the door. but to get to the point here, over a month ago i made some purchases of what was labeled shatter that turned out to be wet runny odd tasting sugar. i sent vader an email complaining about the mislabelling of their product. that if they label it shatter it has to be shatter. you cannot get away with selling sugar as shatter. they did not respond directly to my emails until i began posting on social media about the bad experience i had with blum and their product. then i heard from vader extracts and they said they would get with blum and get back to me. well, that has not happened. needless to say, spoke with the manager at blum 4 weeks ago who was aware of the problem. said he would get back to me too. but that has not happened either. well, in light of my personal opinion that selling something labeled as shatter that turns out to be sugar and not timely taking care of the issue after communicating with them does not work. i have stopped purchasing from blum and purchasing vader products from them. i cannot support any business that engages in what in my opinion are deceptive business practices of selling something mislabeled and not making it right. i did not go there to purchase sugar. went there to get shatter. not happy i did not get the medicine i paid for thinking it was shatter that turned out to be sugar. as a direct and proximate result i do not recommend blum or vader products to anyone. go there and buy at your own risk. and if they burn you by selling you something other than what you thought you were buying they will not make it right. just so you are informed and aware.
I have had good experiences here for sure but the bad ones will always have a stronger impact. I get so sick and tired of people not holding people accountable. They have some idiot employees that straight up lie to you and tell you specials and deals to get you back in the store and when you come back and spend your time and money to come back in based on the information that they themselves give you, they act like they don't know what the hell you're talking about. After digging in arguing with them and telling them to look at the cameras to find out who your employees are that are giving all this false information apparently, they just continue to repeat a one-size-fits-all policy and procedure bullshit. They dance around the issue, don't take any responsibility for wasting my time and don't address the problems or deal with them or make any amends for their false information and advertising and to fix the client patient relationship. I will never return. You may have a good experience once or even a few times but guaranteed eventually you will have a bad experience that will leave a nasty taste in your mouth. 2 employees were rude and had no customer service skills. The manager was nice and I can't complain much about her accept I do t care about your excuses. I want results or compensation or make the deal happen because I can prove I was given this info from your dispensary. So frustrating.

It really pains me to only give them 2 stars :-( but I have to let y'all know of my recent experience. I've been a customer for a hot lil' minute now, I felt like I was burned by them before (an agree to disagree situation). I post about it, but I was hella in my feelings about it, so I took a sabbatical from Blum for about 7/8 months and then the rona hit. Actually, nah I went back before the rona, they have really really good prices and their deals they can't beat. I know right, with that last sentence, the rating should be a 4 or 5 right?So let's get on my experience from this evening. See, this is what I get though...I told myself I was going to take a break for 30 days: "I'm going to start tomorrow".I make my purchase, something I get on the regular. The girl rings me up and it's more than usually. Now my a$$ is feeling dumb, I only came in with the amount that I usually pay. Now I have to go to my car for extra change. I come back in and asked: "why is it more, it's usually a different price"...response: "because it's a pre-r, that's $ is the for the solo ounce"....hmm ok, but aren't those the same, b/c they both solo ounce? Just asking...really, just asking? I don't want to make a scene and now I feel lo-key crazy. I walk out.Now I was cool until I came home. Time for meditation, I unbag and I promise, I have never paid close attention to the price on the tube. I look down and I see following (see attached). Now I'm all worked up again, I'm replaying the conversation in my head and I'm like ohh hecky nah, I gotta call. Y'all need to explain this to me, so I call. They transferred my call to the girl that helped me in-store. She informed me that: "high % = high $, now the price is usually the lesser but b/c this came in as a higher % its more. You are probably getting the same product but at a lesser %. I tell her, that is not what's listed and tagged on the tube. She then further explained: "Yea, that can be a mistake, I ranged it up and in our system it's that price. So, your labels are obsolete? "well no, but considering the time that we are in, they are probably re-using labels to save money" (I am not bs'n you, this is what I was told). "But in our system, our website and our menus it's THAT price. So the printed labels that are hand applied by a person does not mean anything? Like that should just be a pokemon sticker on the tube, right? I didn't get mad, I just SMH, I apologize to the girl, told her that I was not trying to start anything but I'm seeing two different things. IT'S ALL ABOUT PRICIPALITESI worked retail for 10yrs, no the customer is NOT always right. However, if we did not change the $ on the merch, we messed, we honored the tagged price on the merch and then made sure to double check all tags before anyone else walked and we had to give merch out at a lesser price.It's a business, these are their policies and procedures, it is what it is, yea so I'm really starting tomorrow y'all b/c I don't like experiences like that, it kills the whole damn experience.Just in general, if you walk out of an establishment feeling confused, scratching yo' head, mouth all twisted w/ the side eye...go ahead and make a u-turn to talk to someone for some clarification...it's been real yo'.But this is just my PERSONAL experience, yooooo they do hit da spot tho. Blum is clutch, good stuff, great prices, cool staff. I know, I know this review is 1 big contradiction, but that right there just didn't sit right w/ me. Go check 'em out!

Last straw Blum/Jade will not get my money ever again if you look at all the bad reviews they all have a few things in common. It's long-term customers. (Us) being mistreated and as soon as you ask a question you get attacked and labeled the bad guy. No professionalism no customer service no education about the product no fucks given really from security to management from the bottom to the top it's bad all around bad vibes this place is not Bussin. Will tell everyone stay away. It's like their mad I'm in There spending money. So angry. Rude af.
I have been coming to Jade for awhile now and I've never been disappointed! The customer service has always been patient and top notch!!! There strains are high in terpenes, which help me medically, mentally and creatively.
This was my first time making an order with Jade Cannabis and I do say my experience was extraordinary! First off I caught a great deal that was listed a couple of days ago and also used the deliveries services as well. The wait time wasn't long at all and the customer service was above and beyond. The entire staff is super friendly, knowledgeable, & helpful. The best dispensary experience I have had in Vegas! The security is awesome and also very knowledgeable. Don't be embarrassed to ask questions because they're there to help make your experience fun & educational.

Wonderful service definitely will be back I did the Drive-through service it was quicker than McDonald's everybody was great I especially love the guy taking my order Kyle he was very knowledgeable and made my transaction hassle free after forgetting most of my cash at home!

I’ve been here a few times the product was at least average. I came in asking for recommendations on flower between two strains I had in mind and I went with recommendation. I get home and it’s all shake. Like “trim shake” only used for cooking. I call immediately and ask if I can bring it back in to trade for normal flower because I can’t use it and the manager tells me nope, best he can do for me is 20% off next purchase. Very disappointed with the service. The product this particular visit also was not of good quality. If I ask for a recommendation between two products is it not worth mentioning that one strain is all trim and the other is not??? The cashier even recommended the one I went with. Im out 142$ and this does not sit well with me.
They didn’t have what I went in for but came across this super awesome, helpful, worker. John Dillan. Great vibes. Very knowledgeable. Best person I have ever interacted with at a dispensary hands down. Was very happy when I walked out and felt confident about my purchase.
