Me and my boyfriend were very disappointed on the service we received when purchasing here on June 29th, 2021.  When we first arrived everyone working was extremely friendly and smiling.  When we got called to go in, we told our budtender that we were specifically looking for flower.  She shows us to the display case.  We explain to her that we work in the industry and asked which flower was part of their "Industry Tuesday" promotion. She quickly rushes to explain which ones were part of the promotion.  We ask her which strain she prefers and she told us she loves the "Sour Power OG".  We chose 4 1/8ths (one of them being her suggestion of the "Sour Power OG") and proceeded to the register.  We then asked her about crumble and purchased 1.5g of crumble.  We purchased closed to $200 worth of product.  Once we got in the car, which was parked in front, we decided to look at the product and noticed that the "Sour Power OG" label had a date of 2/12/2021 for the packaged date.  We opened up the jar and noticed that the flower was EXTREMELY dry, which isn't surprising, considering it was packaged almost 5 MONTHS AGO!  We called the dispensary to see if there was anything they could do or if we could exchange it for something different considering we were still in their parking lot.  The lady on the phone was extremely nice and patient and tried to see if there were any solutions.  She did explain that per cannabis law, They cannot exchange or return any product, especially flower.  I understand being unable to exchange the product, however, being offered a $5 in store credit is both insulting and demeaning, especially when the product retails for $55.  We also didn't like the fact that the manager on duty at the time (it was about 6:30pm) was standing outside glaring at us and laughing with his security guards.  We find that his demeanor and body language was extremely unprofessional and somewhat intimidating.

Hands down best dispensary in Las Vegas the manager Gale very professional, great customer service. The whole staff is great! Best prices! I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good customer service and great bud

They don't take good care of the medical patients here so if you have a medical card I highly advise you to avoid this dispensary. I had to wait behind 5 to 7 customers who were not medical. Long wait for subpar cannabis.

Stoped in for something to puff on at the park , nice clean place lady's up front were very kind , got to the back , Conner was my bud tender , his customer service right from the jump was outstanding definitely makes sure your getting what your looking for and not just trying to make a sale , employees like Conner make me comfortable and wanting to come back

This place is so wonderful.  I drove in town and they were helpful with a great sale!  The person who assisted me was so knowledgeable, took a lot of time with me, then picked out really nice flowers for me!  I felt like they valued me and took time even though they were super busy!  I watched a few other customers and felt they were having the same experience.  Everyone was friendly and helpful down to the guards.  I would recommend to anyone passing through!  Sometimes as someone from out of town I get so excited to go to a dispensary and then I feel like an idiot inside because I don't know the lingo!  Thanks for taking care of me and making me feel valuable!

Not sure what the problem is with the other reviews had be sceptical before coming after trying two other dispensaries like planet 13th I was disappointed and wish I came here to begin with, they are partnered with planet 13 but their prices are far better, especially if you can them on the deals even for recreational customers, let's just say what I payed for top shelf here then when I went to the other places I was paying half the price enough said and their flowers are way better.

Plain and simple they grow some of my favorite strains, GMO Cookies, Runtz, Mango Kush, Million Dollar Baby (GSC × Cherry Pie), and some of the best Gorilla Glue in town. Yesterday they were having a $99 1/2 OZ Sale. I picked up Runtz and GMO Cookies.

I love that I don't have to go all the way to Planet 13 to get the same great service, and at a little cheaper price. My new favorite place!Friendly not as crowded as P13 and cheaper, win, win, win!!!'

HOW THE FUCK is your dispensary named MEDIZIN and you don't take medical patients!? they got the best deals in town but god damn driving across town after calling and confirming they take medical patients, but not medical patients underage! outrageous, fuck this place and i say it with my chest

How is it possible to have a dispensary named medizin and not sell to medical patients, this is outraging seeing they have the best deals and vegas and supposedly actual medicine.

I like this place more than planet 13 because of no wait. However the people deciding the deals ruin it for me. 1 day there is 1/2 oz deal, next day the same product is twice as expensive, ON YOUR OWN BRAND. Only way i shop here is by checking the deals. This place would be 5/5 star if their deals were consistent, but seriously their deals are moronic. Why would i pay 60 dollars for something that is 30 on another day. On top of their deals they like to pick and choose which you cant have, its just annoying. So yeah 2 stars because shopping here is limited to what days deals are available, and not when i want to purchase something. Budtenders are nice and friendly but for me the deals kill it.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a complete rip off! We made an order online and on the way to pick it up I received a call stating that they were sorry but they sold out of the product that we already ordered!! That was the first problem.. 2nd problem was they said that the replacement was going to be over %25 percent THC and of course was lied to about that, because it wasn't. Then my sister decided to add on an addition 1/8 that we ordered online ( the was the one that was in stock ) and they told her it wasn't on sale anymore! Like this place is really a joke! To top of the icing on the cake my sister was the banned from the store because she used her foot to open the push door instead of using her hands ( because yeah COVID 19 is a real thing and didn't even have hand sanitizer at the check in counter. ) so then security came running out the door like she seriously Spartan kicked the door!!!  He told her she was banned because she used her foot to leave. This was our first AND LAST time we will ever go here. What a pity, I've been ordering from here a month or two now with 0 issues until tonight. I often arrange a pickup for later in the evening as I get a ride there, ordering early in the day, to ensure I have a good selection. I'm concerned the menu changes throughout the day despite when you place your order, thus affecting your end price, and I just can't do business with that unpredictability.I never tried delivery, but be careful making pickup orders online! Something seems to be wrong in their website tonight and this has made me not want to shop here ever again. This place may change the price in-store after you arrive (especially if you placed it several hours earlier) despite you making 3x sure your online order was input correctly, even clearing the cart and redoing it to make sure it was right (because I get anxious like that and don't like mess-ups), and my order read a cheaper price than they tried to ask when I came for my pickup. I always screenshot or video record my receipts immediately, but it didn't help show that I had in-fact clicked on PICKUP deals at the time, every time. I checked their website after, and the menu changed on both delivery and pickup from what I'd seen hours ago... to top it off, I wasn't given the loyalty credit waiting on my account as initially offered before I questioned anything.Thanks, but I won't be returning.Bye.

this was my first trip to a dispensary, I usually make my friends go for me if i'm being honest. KC was my budtender and he was amazing. he helped me find what I need and was able to give me good suggestions for what I was looking for :-) gabe was stamping bags and i've never seen someone so good at stamping bags. KC and gabe signed my bag and made my night.....:-)

First time here and I'm impressed ! We were seen right away. Our budtender was Scotty she was so nice and helpful she really made it such a memorable experience and has a cheerful spirit that makes you feel invited. I'm so glad we decided to come in and we will definitely be back !

Great prices especially their $19 eighth!! Great selection and quick service gets much respect from me and an A+ rating!

favorite dispensary in town! they have awesome deals for locals and whoever checked me out today had some pretty ass eyes. when the product and the people are good to look at how can you go wrong?!

The staff here are always so sweet. The lady at the glass the checked me in was so funny and awesome, and the Budtender, Max, helped me out when I was short a couple of dollars. I feel so bad I didn't have enough on me to leave a tip, but he made my day. Been going through some stuff and that random act of kindness will make me a loyal customer. Thank you to all the Budtenders, people at the Check-in window, and security guards for what you do!!

Used to be the best dispensary for Vegas locals but recently it's been terrible not sure if it's management or ownership but sure wish they would fixed it since I've bought some planet 13 stock. If your local and smoke regularly try the dispensary right down the street they have great specials.

This place sucks! Over priced, dry ass nasty bunk weed, long waits, punk ass staff. Please respect yourself and go somewhere else. Any five star reviews have to be bots or them giving people discounts for reviews.

This place is run poorly.  Misleading ads and most of the employees seem baked beyond salvation.  An example would be yesterday, I made an order for pick-up, arrived at 9:;5 for a 9:15 to 10:15 window.  They wouldn't let me in, apparently there lights were about to be shut off.  They did not have the courtesy to notify mr to save a trip, I guess my time and gas have no value to them.  But they didn't hesitate to send text lying and saying order cancelled cause I didn't show.  I tried calling to speak to manager but got put on hold twice for 10 minutes..they really just don't care!

Love the staff here! I am always picking up there 20$ 1/8th deals and the bud is supremmmmee!!! Best bud tender by far is Chelcei! She was so genuine and fun! Made shopping even more enjoyable! Love her and Medizin!

I would give 0 if could. I've been a customer here for months only coming here. I spend $800 a month in here without an issue for months. Last night I picked up 4 eighths only to get home and open the bag and find 3. I called to get this straightened out and had to wait 3 hours for them to check the cameras and tell me that they gave me all 4. So somehow it magically disappeared from an unopened bag. Or one of your sales people got a free eight that night. They can have the little $20 they needed so desperately steal. They won't get a dime from me again anyone even contemplating shopping here be weary and always check your bag they steal.

Honestly- tried them for the first time yesterday & I'm not even relatively impressed. I bought a cart from them that's compatible with my pen, and for whatever reason it's not even working. I also got an eight of SP Sangiovese and it taste absolutely disgusting. Yesterday we thought it was the backwood, now as I'm smelling & smoking it in a paper- I'm realizing it's the weed itself. It smells and taste as if it's been sprayed with something artificial.

Super weird vibe! Second time here. It was akward the first time, but I bullied through their proceedure and left it at that. Decided to drop in today, months later.... this time it was so weird, I walked out without making a purchase.You have to be escorted by a host who will shadow you extra close and only show you what you ask to see after berating you for not knowing their "specials" and interrogating you about what you are "looking for." What am I looking for? How do I know if I'm not allowed to see what's in the store? 1. I'm grown up....don't need a baby sitter.2. If I have a question, I'll ask.3. Even in the weed store, exposed hickies on the employees is not a good look.PS: $150 1/2 isn't a "sale." Neither are $10 1/2 gm pre-rolls or 50% off $420 zip. Those are market prices. Patrons don't like being patronized like that. Retail is all about perceived value. Thankfully, there are LOTS of other options. Plantet 13 is a miss.

This is my favorite dispensary in LV, thus far, because of the fact that you receive a 0.5g preroll for one penny, per good review left on Weedmaps, Google, Leafly, and/or Facebook. I could be mistaken about this part, but I could have swore that the very first time I came here, I was told that you receive $1 off of your order for bringing your bag back. I brought my bag back with me (the second time I came here), which I wouldn't have done had I not been told / thought that I had been told about this, as I was then told that they do not do that. They were different workers and they were not there at the same time whenever I was there. I've been here 4 or 5 times now. Anyway, they reused the bag that I went out of my way to bring and that was my reward. Otherwise, staff is friendly and helpful. They have 'strain collecting cards' (if you will) that I love, too. There are cards for many different strains. Each card shows you a picture of a nug of said strain with the name of the strain at the top of the card. There are logos on the front of each card to tell you if it's a sativa strain; indica strain; sativa-dominated hybrid; indica-dominated hybrid; etc. The back of each card tells you what said strain is best for, the effects, and other helpful information.

No line, got right in. They didn't take forever getting me all checked in like some places do. The guy helping me was extremely friendly and helpful. They are knowledgeable and know their stuff. Highly recommend this place for!

I'll start with the good..This place is beautiful and clean, free waters, cannabis magazines, and stickers.. SCORE!! The women checking me in was very sweet and professional. When I went there was only one guy working the back so it was a long wait time. Online prices do not include tax so expect to pay WAY MORE. Went in for concentrates because on weed maps there were $25 0.5 options.. Went in to see only 6 options for wax, all of which were $33 a half gram and $55 a full. To me the prices are not worth it because there are plenty of other dispensaries in town with way bigger selection and much better pricing. The dispensary agent did send me a hand written thank you letter which i really appreciated.

I shop here and bring my clients here.  The staff from the security to the bud tenders to management ( Sean) are there to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I had a little hiccup tonight and had to go back and speak to the manager Sean, another manager was absolutely not budging on policy. Sean brought me into one of the quiet rooms and heard what I had to say about a product. He was a total advocate for me while still being realistic about what he could and could not do. Long and short of it is that Sean went out of policy to take care of me and make sure that I am a satisfied and loyal patron!  Well done and thank you!  Stop by planet 13 / Medizin snd get taken care of. The staff is very knowledgeable and passionate. BravoNEWEST - August 2018 It's unfortunate to have to put this review up but this seems to be a trend in the industry right now. There is little to no forgiveness. I can understand that you cannot take back product because of the excuse of the law. That is fine. I am a good customer at Medizin. I take clients over all the time. I recommend it to colleagues and fellow concierges for the deals  and cleanliness of the place. I know a few of the employees by name. Unfortunately there is a manager that is just in the wrong business. This is a town of customer service and how to turn a bad experience into a good one. A couple of times I have had to deal with the manager there named Lowel. It has not been a good ending and today was not any different. I have even left the establishment on two occasions because I would have had to deal with him.  Today I brought back a 20$ battery that was no longer working.  They sandbagged me. I was hoping they Sean would be whom I got to work with. It wasn't. It was lowel. Right off the bat his energy and body language was negative. I told him I contacted the company and we tried to trouble shoot it. I wound up bringing the battery back after speaking with a couple of different employees via face to face, the phone, and text. I explained what was wrong and his solution was to give me 20% off. Again I explained that I did not have a receipt but it was purchased this year in February.  I asked him to go into my account to look it up they only track Med patients purchases. Even Best Buy and the grocery store can see my purchases but the marijuana industry cannot. After going back and forth and trying to get him to see my side and how far I travel and the people that I send over there, he would not budge. I left. I went back in and asked for the owners name and was not given it. I was given the gm name but she was in a meeting and probably wouldn't do anything anyway. That's fine. I am certain that my money and everyone of my followers on Instagram and Facebook, as well as my friends in the concierge departments of the hotels, casinos, restaurants and nightclubs in Las Vegas will understand and steer their clients and friends elsewhere as well. That is the beauty of the industry here.  If you will not work with you clients, someone else will. I may not be a mover and a shaker like Victor Drais or Mr Wynn, but I know enough people to make sure that they do not wander into an establishment that will not stand behind a 20$ battery and a loyal customer. I guess it will be their loss. Right when they are fixing to open a newly built facility. Well hopefully lowel won't be there and they might choose to be a little more customer centric. In the meantime zen leaf, show and grow, Canopi and reef will gladly take your money and help you with issues and problems to retain your loyalty and business.

Went to the Medizin store on Decatur in Las Vegas and couldn't have been more disappointed by what I believe to be false advertising!   Before going I asked if they had Mango Kush flower and they said yes on sale for $49 a quarter.   Even though it was rush hour went to the ATM and drove some 30 minutes from my home.   Upon arriving there was a half hour line to get in.   When called I told the bud tender what I wanted and he proceeded to fill my order.   When looking at the product I noticed it was 1/8 portions and asked why?   He said that was the way it is packaged and came to realize it was "not" Medizin but a different brand that was making the product that was on sale!   I asked how it compared to Medizin Mango Kush and he said not in same league.   Also said Medizin Mango Kush would not be at that price which is not correct as I've paid $99 a half ounce on numerous occasions.   In addition I believe the popularity of Mango Kush led management to carry a knockoff product thinking the public wouldn't notice the difference.   I did notice which is the reason I wanted to alert other customers to the deception.   Not a good way to do business!

I am a returning medical customer, and have accumulated enough points to redeem a "$10 reward", towards a purchase. I called today, October 31, 2017 at 3:30 p.m to verify that I could use my "$10 reward" in conjunction with their special. Please see my attached photos ( a text message from Medizin and proof that I called at 3:30 p.m.). However, when I entered Medizin and was ready to check out, I was told that I could not use my $10 reward in conjunction with the promotion they had going on, which was 40% off all Medizin branded marijuana. Clearly, I was disgruntled. Not only was I treated as a low priority customer, but I was adversely affected by Medizin's false advertisement/lying. I ended up purchasing the eighth anyways (because its Halloween and was on a time schedule) but will not be returning. At Essence (W. Tropicana) and The Dispensary (Trop. & Decatur) down the street, a medical customer is allowed to use rewards with promotions. I have read several negative reviews about Medizin and did not understand why, now I do. HONESTY is NOT MEDIZIN'S policy. Proceed with caution.

I like Planet 13, but I dont love um. They price their flowers ridiculously high, however, when you catch a 50% off sale, suddenly you're buying some of the best shit in town for the price point. I got an 8th of Chloe, an 8th of OGKushBreath, and an 8th of Grape Valley Kush. What I would recommend to folks spending money at Planet 13? Be patient. Do NOT buy from them unless they have a sale.When they do have a sale? Stack up on the flowers when half off. Then you're smoking TOP GRADE at an affordable price.

my wife gets texts from Medizin pretty much every day with deals fore the day. They were having a deal on some edibles and gummies so I wanted to check them out since I never personally made it inside. Friendly staff who opens the door for you upon arrival and when you are exiting. We were greeted by Zak once inside and he was our budtender for the visit. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with all our questions about the products we were interested in. The place was very clean and had a nice layout inside to keep customers flowing in and out. I would definitely come back here if they has some great deals in the future.

We frequent Medizin at least once a week. They offer great specials all the time and also offer a loyalty program which notifies you of daily deals. The employees here are very knowledgeable and professional. They listen to exactly what type of effect (high) you are trying to achieve and give great recomendations. They give options and also explain the product very well to make you feel comfortable trying something different. I'm an edibles type of gal and I love their chocolate bars in affogato and chocolate & cream. The watermelon synergy dew drops tastes great and are also my top pick here. I make sure to stock up when they have specials.My husband likes the indica vape in the Mary Chino flavor. That cute lil tiny white vape pen packs a wicked punch.They're located on the opposite side of town from us, but we'll still make sure we make our way over to grab some goodies. Shout out to the buddy Phil T for introducing us to this spot.

Amazing place!  This place was extremely clean, organized and professional.  The budtenders are extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.  Made great recommendations.  I would highly recommend Planet 13 and we will be returning.

They made this shop for the rec customers but raised prices on their Medical establishment and they charge the same to their rec as they do to their medical patients. They also put fake reviews on weedmaps.REGARDLESS, they charge $400 an ounce!!! Don't spend $400 an ounce on weed! You're getting FLEECED. IF YOU SPEND MORE THAN $240 ON AN OUNCE IN 2017 YOU ARE BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF.Also, management reports bad reviews they don't like. :)The shop looks nice inside and I bought a lighter :)Try reporting my review now Planet 13 employees/management :)

Love this place! It's conveniently located close to our house and everyone that works here has always been friendly and welcoming. I have been coming to this place for awhile now and am just now doing a review because during this last visit because we had Trevor as our budtender. Trevor is amazing. Very pleasant and respectful, at only 24 years of age, he blew us away with his knowledge and helpfulness. We talked to him for quite some time and enjoyed every minute of it.Thank you Trevor! You totally rock!

Another example on how to do it right! From start to finish. The place look awesome! The check-in was fast and friendly. Then you walk in and someone is standing there waiting for you. That's nice! Uniforms look great and a great selection on product , prerolls(my fav) and accessories.  THE BUD! LOOKS TASTEY! and again a great selection from bud to concentrates. Too much to choose from haha! That chole is danky as fuuudge! And check out the decor! Very impressive I love It! Clean and inviting! 2 green thumbs up!

I'm sorry to say that after more than a year of doing business with Medizin, I'm never going back. The *deals* aren't what they seem to be, and the management is rude and offensive. Here's the real clincher for me: I was discussing the topic of heavy pricing with the in-store manager named D***d (I'll not use his name out of courtesy), and he told me if I don't like it, shop somewhere else. Seriously? Who does this junior-level nothing think he is? So...YOU GOT IT, MISTER MANAGER D***D! IF YOU DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS, FINE!I'LL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!I RECOMMEND ALL OTHERS FIND A BETTER PLACE!THESE PEOPLE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS!THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS!D***D THE MANAGER TOLD ME SO!I wrote paragraphs worth of review chastising this dump, and lost it. So, here's the story in a nutshell: a typical scenario of these people is to raise the price by about 50% and start giving 30% discounts to their *valued customers*. They advertise the premium flowers cost at $425 an ounce (oz). Yet, ¼ oz costs $125, which works out to $500 an oz. They say they are doing you a favor by discounting the price of an oz because you are buying in volume. This does not dismiss the fact they charge $500 per oz when you buy ¼ at a time. Discounting at ¼ oz intervals? We have some masterful pricing at play. I remember when volume discounting happened at the kilo level. Did anyone ever pay these exorbitant prices on the streets? If you did, I'm amazed. Hell, people with the fear of going to prison for selling weed before it became legal didn't charge these kinds of prices. I don't want to hear about the hidden costs behind marijuana distribution; I am aware of these costs, and cultivation excise tax, and the banking problems, and the cash-security problems, and the state & federal taxation problems - not my problems.Here's another trick they pull: they send out their daily text message showing the *deals* of the day, one of which is a 20% 30% or 40% discount (sounds impressive, it's not). Then, you show up and ask for the strain you want to buy, and they say, "Oh, sorry! We don't have that, today." It's happened to me over and over and over - in fact, today, I predicted it happening again, and sure enough, bingo. Then, they sell you some inferior quality garbage for the same overvalued price. It's a "Bait and Switch" con job, pure and simple. It was great when top price was $320 an oz and they had discounts, but those days are gone. My favorite part is how they charge you sales tax, like the government was actually collecting the taxes! Isn't that CUTE! Ya' just have to say, awwwwww! They tax people just like a grown-up business, but without the tax responsibility! Of course, this is just my fettered opinion, I have no proof. I really don't care at this point, I will simply never do business here, again.

I'm old fashioned and still like all my drugs delivered, so I wasn't sure what to expect from a dispensary. When you walk in there's two employees behind a glass window and you slide them your ID (21+ for recreational use). They're very nice and check it quickly. A security guard unlocks the door and another employee will be assigned to help you. There's many different strands on display in glass cases and samples of edible candy without THC. Everyone is very helpful with answering questions, so don't worry if it's your first time. After you decide which product you want to buy someone goes and gets it from the back. It takes a few minutes but they have to be really secure. Their prices are higher than what I usually pay but it's good quality. If you sign up for the reward program you'll get texts about deals. I really liked the gummy candy edibles! I ate 2 & was high and happy for the whole day lol.

I come to planet 13/medizin pretty consecutively! and not just because of commute convenience but because of the flower quality and the amazing customer service! you can tell that most of the bud tenders really know their information and even history! and personally that allows me to take them seriously... the amount of passion is def there!GO GO GO! you won't regret it!

My favorite place in town.  Always the best deals for the best bud. Make sure to sign up for their loyalty program, I have mad points built up but am always too excited about just getting my flower & getting home that I tend to forget to get my extras since I usually shop the sales (pretty sure its standard practice that you can't use reward points on sale stuff that's like 50% off already but I seem to see that in every review scoring them low). Don't listen to the haters leaving 1 star,  totally bogus because I seriously came back to edit this review like 18 times because I'm baked, like I'm in high school kinda baked & I'm a dang grandma so you it's dank.  Cole helped us today & was super friendly & knowledgeable.Be back in a couple days, guys. Finally writing a review for Planet 13. They started out strong, but have let things slip. Dry buds on more than one occasion. Concentrates that disintegrate in their paper. Spam 'deals' texting. Horrible experience with a certain budtender. I'll go elsewhere and advise others to do the same.

Staff is helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The staff working the window check in is a tad on the colder side, but the staff in back assisting with sales is great!I like that they text me specials, but they tend to text too frequently.Beautiful shop, very well designed!

So I went in and had a great experience there, the bud tenders were cool and the prices seemed fair. BUT the quality of the marijuana was far below standards. They don't allow to smell the weed at all and everything is prepackaged, they just opened up a drawer and took it out. It was dated almost a month before I purchased it. Ok so once I opened the container it had a more than a few stems and it was mostly shake maybe one medium size nug. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the workers were cool. I wouldn't recommend this place Stay high

Delivery is defiantly recommended. Guy named Ryan helped us out. We placed our order at 6:59pm for a delivery, when the delivery is cut off at 7 pm. We called to confirm order and it sure did go through! Not only is the bud pristine, but the customer service is impeccable. Ryan made sure we got everything worked out and gave us the super deals! I remember when Medizin was new... they would do anything to get you in... but now when you try to complain about something they tell you to get lost cost they don't need your business... this arrogant manager named Tavita thinks he's some god... karma always comes back! Y'all are good now but when Planet 13 flops on the strip, I'll be over here with last laugh! And Tavita, you are right, there's plenty of shops to go to ... no need to bring business to you guys, like you said, you don't need us!!! They have a niche-varity of greenz, pre rolls and extracts. Prices are 20-25% higher than earlier this year. Over all they have a great staff and nice vibe @ store.

Yes! This dispensary sells the absolute best Indica gummies. They're blue raspberry flavored and they have completely helped my anxiety and insomnia. I just take 1-2 gummies and I am out like a lint for a solid 10 hours. Thank you Medizin for completely kicking my sleeping pill usage.

I used to go here for everything and the prices were decent. Now it seems like they cater too much to recreational. Before they would have Vape pens and cartridges even syringes in the glass case. Now they have glass water pipes. I didn't leave today with a purchase. I also came here to return 2 broken O-pens. They weren't able to help me even though my purchases are in the system as a medical patient. Other shops told me that they return their pens if they break but this shop doesn't. I will have to deal with the manufacturer.

Last night , 11/29/17, I went to Medizin dispensary to buy 1 ounce of Mango Kush at 50% off of $420. I am a NV medical patient, and looking for some very strong(30%THC), MEDICINE. The budtender talks me into trying Hawaiian Butterscotch and tells me its also 30%THC. I agree to take a half ounce of each.When I get home I find the Hawaiian Butterscotch is only 20% THC not the 30% i was told by their employee, like the Mango Kush. And why would I pay the same price for 20% as 30% ? I drove their after work tonite to exchange the Hawaiian Butterscotch, (unopened and still heat sealed with all paper work). I waited to speak to Manager "David".David came out , shook my hand and then proceeded to tell me im pretty much screwed. They are the only dispensary I have run into so far that wouldnt fix their own mistake. Wouldnt let me exchange , return or anything. He didnt even bother to ask who sold it to me and she was there. He honestly didnt give a crap about me, as a medical patient getting the WRONG MEDICATION ? He then proceeded to have his 2 security guards escort me out. Wow , this is how we NOW treat medical patients here in Las Vegas ? Now I am stuck with a half ounce of some bullshit that isnt strong enough for  a real patient to use. Seriously David ? I work in this industry and you as a manager have to be the worst MME employee for customer service , I have ever met. I have been going to MEDIZIN since it opened, they will never see my money again. This story will be spread thru the industry, trust me.The following morning, on my way to work, I get a phone call from Gil, head of security at Medizin. He proceeds to tell me that I am 86ed and not to come back. I would bet anything that Gil doesnt realize , when he told me Im 86ed, he threatened my life. You see the term 86ed in this town, really means 8 miles out and 6 feet under. I wonder what Gils boss is going to think.So, to sum this up, they sent out a false info text saying " 30% Mango Kush & Hawaiian Butterscotch back in stock ". Its a little misleading so I made sure to ask the budtender (The Pharmacist at a dispensary), if they were both 30% and she confirmed they were. Only the Mango Kush is 30% and the HB is 20%. They wouldnt fix this when i brought back sealed medication. Instead Medizin's answer to solving problems which they created, is to ban the patient from coming back. Local news is going to love running this story. Stay tuned !

I've come to this dispensary quite a few times in the lastl few months. They are SO knowledgeable and give great customer service! I Iove the daily coupon texts too. Brandon and Sarah were so helpful today. They explained the process of getting a medical marijuana card, which  gives patients great discounts!

This place fucking sucks!!!!  It was my first and last time coming to this place! It was complete chaos!! If I was the owner of this place I would be absolutely pissed on how my employees are running it. The front lady was very nice and friendly but kinda didn't know what was going on. The security guard was just rude and awful, didn't know how to keep the situation under control. They would Call one person at a time to even go in and look. The wait was ridiculous! I've been to a few other dispensaries and I've never waited more than 5 mins and it was like a 30+ min wait here! People were being so hostel and trying to catch a case, so I left without buying anything! If you want to try a new place this isn't it!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Too bad the mgmt and owners believed it to be a good idea to completely redo the points system and the medical discounts.  The prices were still top-end even after the old 30% meds disc.( 20% disc on all non Medizin). Now it's 20% and high and dry on the non medz.  Mary chino was the best strain, loved it. Won't touch any flower now due to prices but concentrated still seems decently priced.  Haven't been there in months since growing and blasting better stuff than local dispensaries.

Medizin is the only spot that still caters to Medical patients after rec. Daily Deals are the best in town, and flower/concentrates/overall selection is phenomenal.  Points system is dope, and actually accumulates quickly.

Rude staff ! Always understaffed and super long wait ! Was told 20min ended up being 45 was waiting outside due to no inside seating and came into check my position in line he just called my number and was past my 1! And was told to bad so sad wIt in line again! Asked to speak to a manger was told no. Never going back ! Go to Essence they have better staff and better prices!

Before it went rec legal it was good and cheap. They boasted about they are here for the patients. The week before rec no more sales. No more discounts. Nothing. Now i get a text for 10% off. Wow, when it was 50% off a week before. So, don't say your a company here for the medical community, and say we are not like big pharma out for money. When that is exactly what you are like.

This was my first time ever buying recreationally so I don't really have anything to compare it to but overall not bad. We went to a few different places right around our area and they had the shortest line by far not to mention the only line that was in the shade. After waiting about 30 minutes we got inside and they guy they paired us up with was super helpful, polite, and was able to answer all our questions. Try the peach rings, not too bad.

This is the only dispensary that I go to. They have the best flower hands down! M$B and Chloe are my favorite strains and this is the only place to get them! The employees are great as well, always helpful and they know what they are talking about. I have only had one issue which was a disposable vape pen that i bought didn't work, but the manager was totally understanding and allowed me to exchange it for a new one!! Absolutely love this store!!

Bought a pen here with the cartridge and it legit worked one rip. Only one rip... I had to go to another dispensary here in town to buy a pen just to get use out of my cartridge. So if you like to buy stuff twice for the same result as you'd get buying once at other dispensaries, go here for sure.

Hadn't been to Medizin since before July 1st. Was hearing such terrible things since the transition of planet 13 to their shop! But as I am devoted to this dispensary, I went and without a doubt was treated with open arms. I was told that I was missed and I was in and out within 20 mins. Granted they might be a little stressed out but the employees never showed it. Jay was pleasant as always and Mike is my go to budtender! Thanks for the continued great customer service and of course, the deals for the medical patients!

I always stop by this (recreational so Planet13) dispensary simply because everyone there is always so beyond helpful and friendly. I shop frequently and this evening I enjoyed John P.'s advice on the medizin brand product and he recommended the perfect herb. He-along with many of the other bud tenders are so sweet! I highly suggest checking this place out and taking advantage of their consistent deals they always have running!

If this place is typical of cannabis distributors in NV then I pity the medical patients. The vape cartridges are 100% more expensive than in my state. Ditto on the bud. They are catering to the rich tourists & the sales clerk as much as admitted it. Sad.

Way over priced!!! They carry only a few other brands but makes sure the other flowers brands thc is less than their in house brand. Loyalty program sucks. They are basically getting over on customers with their HIGH pricing, then try to offer 40 percent off like it's a good deal, but it doesn't even beat other dispensaries regular price. Lol What a joke!! Let's see what else? They try to promote they have a price reduction but that only $5 less. Another joke. Biggest joke of all is that this family owned company was against marijuana becoming legal in the first place but they are getting over by overcharging their customers. I hope people see this place for their worth and they go out of business soon. Save your money and go anywhere else. There are wayyy too many other dispensaries to waste your time here.

I have been waiting here now for 46 minutes. They literally let every single medical patient in before recreational so the wait time is never ending. It's like the minute you think you are almost there they let another medical patient in. By far the worst wait times in all of Las Vegas. I highly recommend if you are not medical to go elsewhere !!!

Shop was alright, with decent prices but an incessant text messaging marketing plan after you stop in was just too much for me. I received 'deal' text messages every single day despite numerous polite attempts asking to be removed from the list. Maybe this will get them to hear my removal request?

Over priced. All a bunch of SUPER DRY PRODUCTS and we asked if they were fresh or not. They said "we have great flower and it isn't dry at all" WRONG!!!! This is so dry touch it and just turns to dust. So DISSATISFIED!!! Just be honest and don't lie to the customer about you're product. Won't be back.

I've been here about 8 times for rec flower. The prices are a bit high but unfortunately its the new normal. Very nice people behind the counter. Theres not a big selection of sativas but they have Chloe and thats my favorite sativa so no biggie. I waited anywhere from 30 seconds to 10 minutes. I avoid peak times. I only give 4 stars cause the location kinda sucks with parking sometimes and getting back on the highway is a pain in the ass. Also the prices are too high...makes me buy black market half the time.

Medizin is by far one of the best dispensaries in Vegas. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. One of my favorite things about Medizin is their loyalty program. If you medicate, then you can quickly earn points to redeem on future purchases. The text message deals are great and it seems like any day that you walk in, they are offering a sale on something, so you always feel like you are getting a great deal. Their house strain prerolls come in both .5 and 1g sized and it seems like they are overstuffed, which is a huge plus. Whether visiting or if you are a local, come check out one of the nicest dispensaries in Las Vegas.

Where do i begin? they don't offer much here. The flower is great! Can't complain for what they got. The prices aren't bad but not the best. What you see is what you get. I don't think i will recommend this place to someone looking for a good deal on flower or something in particular because most likely this place won't have what you're looking for. There are other dispensaries with more varieties and deals. This one it seems like they care more about expensive rent a cops than customers interests. That may be funny and stupid at the same time but literally the 5-6 times i've been here i've seen 15 different security guards strapped to the teeth. I get you have to protect your product but I get stared down like im a suspect as soon as i walk in the door. Other than that it's a great unique dispensary but nothing out of this world.

First time here at medizin. I myself am a cultivator at one of the best grows out here. Not gonna name facility but I know my weed & have been to numerous dispensary's out here. First off the lady in the front tells us that my industry discount is stackable upon their daily specials..budtender greets us with an "hurry up and buy attitude big ego tough guy" his vibe was off and didn't even know what he was talking about. So we had the choice of choosing GB sciences I love GB sciences  products as my sister is also an employee there. Asked the budtender what strain he personally liked and shrugged us like oh probably this one...no I want a straight answer not no probably..you're a budtender you're supposed to know what your talking about or at least have some info about what product your selling. Paid and budtender tells us I can't use my industry discount like? What the heck!? Lady in the front just told us we can use my 20% discount. I guess not, so he went out his way to inform other employees not that nobody can use there discount. Whatever..get to the point. So he tells us that the blue dream is our best bet and was high in THC..get home and find out that it is only 17% THC like budtenders need to know what they're talking about or at least have a chart so all the customers can see not just guesstimate numbers in their heads?? I wasn't even upset about the discount part it was the budtender and his attitude that made my experience bland. A lot of "budtenders" have this big ego that makes customers not wanna come back..like dude your selling the product you don't even cultivate...Well let's get to the end we called and talked to sean the manager and allowed us to get discount next time we come in because of what had happened..so thank you Sean. And next time I go in I want different budtender! With a better attitude!!!

Just visited Medizin for the first time and I'll definitely be back. From the friendly, helpful front desk team, interior decor, overall selection and Manny in sales this was a great experience. I've visited a few other dispensaries in town and didn't have the overall experience of this first rate operation. Manny was very courteous, knowledgable and accommodating to all my questions. I'd highly recommend a visit. Plus, parking and access is easy.

First timer AND last timer.  Got the $150 for 1/2 oz. deal on Weedmaps.  Upon checking out realized that does not include the taxes, so I ended up spending more than I usually do at Sahara Wellness.  $180 for a half that was priced at $240 for a half.  After getting home and opening up the "top shelf" jar, I was completely SHOCKED to see so many stems and how pathetic the buds looked.  Very very sad buds.Total rip off.  Avoid this place if possible.  Again, Sahara Wellness is where it is at!

Jesse helped me out and he was so nice and helpful! They had a great deal on some top shelf items and I came away with 4 grams for 52 after tax. Call ahead and ask about deals. It's a very clean facility with knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I went to planet 13 because I had noticed what looked like some tasty flower in Vegas Cannabis magazine. I was in the area and I stopped in and it is nice looking place with it seemed like a lot of staff. Once I got in there , I spoke to a budtender and mentioned what I had seen in the magazine and all he could say was that unless I knew the name he couldn't help much. I asked him if he could grab a copy of this free magazine so I could show him which flower was featured in their article. They don't have the magazine that every dispensery in Vegas has. I than just said forget the ad and let me check your product. They have many different kinds of flowers and that is part of the problem. All that is listed on the samples are the name , strain, and price. Nowhere is there THC content or Terpene levels listed which makes an informed choice impossible. I asked the young man who was helping me how I would get the info to help me make an informed decision and he said pick out some product and he could get the needed information printed out. With about 30 or more choices , I was not blindly going to randomly pick until I got lucky and picked the one I wanted. Their prices are higher than most but if they had exceptional bud , I would ignore it and buy anyway. This is academic as I will not go to their business again until they become consumer friendly.

I got 1 gram of shatter and it was very sticky and while still there I opened it and saw that it was sticky I asked them to exchange it and they refused so you don't see the material until you pay and get out I Will never go there again awful management the manager didn't care they sale garbage and no exchange $50 for 1 gram

This is by far my most favorite dispensary in Las Vegas. Medizin Dispensary has the best prices on flower. Not only the best prices but also with higher level of THC than most other dispensaries. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Checked in and sat in the waiting room like a dummy for 20 minutes while everyone got called back even people that got there after me. I didn't say anything because I thought they were online orders. This place is garbage. I left and took my business elsewhere.

The website said Chloe thc 29% staff pick I received by delivery Chloe thc 23% called was told by the manager that always happens just how it goes. I paid more for the higher thc I could of just ordered an 1/8 of the zoo dog for $22 and saved my money. Now the website has the thc changed to 23% on Chloe never do business with a shady weed shop.. update 11/05/2021 still no response to the email they asked me to send . Picture of email included

Loved the vibe in this store. The staff was very knowledgeable and upon entry you even were given your own personal marijuana connoisseur to facilitate your highness. The art is what really got me, the whole thing was modern contemporary stoner. I will admit I don't much of anything about the marijuana, but our connoisseur guided us to some great edibles that absolutely hit good!!!

First off let me say that I love medizin! Cool dispensary. Decent prices! Good deals and product. One thing I do like most is that the budtenders are patient, informational and has great customer service. It's never been a time that I've came there and wasn't treated nicely. I've been going since they opened the location. Ok now the reason for the 4 stars is because I order online because that's how you get the loyalty deals. It's been many times that I've tried ordering specific items online and couldn't but once I got to the store they have it. It's not on display but after I ask they say they have it but a low inventory. Such as Runts and a lot of their high tier products. To the customers it seems that the staff is buying it all up for themselves. Just a bit deceiving to get in store and you have the product that's not being advertised. I always have to come in and double check for product. Still love you guys because I'm a loyal customer. Other than that in my opinion this is one of the best dispensaries in the CIty of Las Vegas!

Great local dispensary. Since it reopened we go about every 3 weeks.  Staff are knowledgeable and friendly.Opens at 8 am and they give you early bird discounts if you're there before 10:00. Such a great bonus.Every purchase goes towards your reward points, when you join their club, which can go towards your next purchase or save them up for a rainy day.Best rewards ever!!!! I guess what some people call a satellite store I would call this a parent store to Planet 13. One of the MOST local friendly shops in Vegas (they also kill with Tourists). Their house Strains like Irene and Chloe are among the top tier in the entire state! Awesome daily deals, super friendly staff, you aren't just another customer here. You are a part of the cannabis community. I'm a weekly shopper.

Had a delivery scheduled for 9-12 today. I still hadn't heard anything at 12:15 so so I called and was told by crystal that there were 2 people ahead of me and that they would be there by one.. Come 1:30 I had to call and cancel because I had to go to work.. after I canceled I received a text message saying that there are 13 minutes away. I am a loyalty member and received no communication of lateness or anything until I canceled or had to call myself.
