I love this place! Every time I walk in everyone is always so friendly and very knowledgeable! Coming from an amateur like me I ask a ton of questions and every one of the staff gives me great advice! Love the local discount of 10%! It's a nice touch!
Essence is the best! They always have great deals and I love their online interface and roll through option. It really makes the whole process quick, easy and discreet. They also have the friendliest employees I've encountered at a dispensary. Bar none, these guys are the best and I'm really happy to have them in the neighborhood.

I really like this location, it is always organized and the staff is always nice and welcoming. They have pretty good buds too compare at the price range. They lowest price buds are really high quality. I like to come to this location it's also bot super packed and busy so no long wait. The reps are knowledgeable and helpful and have the Patient to answer question and help you in choosing the right product for me. Thank you essence. I recommend this place, also the grade here is higher for the price compare to other dispensaries in my opinion.
I was at tropicana location and they had to shut down due to someone having covid an emergency one ...so they told me to go to any other one instead!!! Im so done with all the locations putting all there customers at risk. They close one location due to covid and i go to the other and they have over 15 peopleinside at once! 6 employees or more and customers its unsafe and something needs to be done by the state! Its a small place not like a market!! It should only be 3 employees inside and a few customers at a time, if not just do drive thru! it seems like locations shut down at least once a month due to someone having covid! This is unsafe for our community and owners should think twice about there employees and customers

I have gone to this dispo a few times, really good selection and really good products. On my last visit both Trevon and Jeremy both helped me out with my selections. Both employees went above and beyond to help me out and point me in the correct direction. I ended up purchasing a few carts that both employees suggested and i do not regret my purchases! thank you so much Jeremy and Trevon for the help!
Big shoutout to Alex. She was incredibly kind, likable, and wasn't super pushy of a salesperson which we greatly appreciated. She listened to what he was looking for, and made sure to hear all that he had to say before making recommendations.The quick but personalized service there was greatly appreciated, and we will definitely be going back!

Love this location! It's always clean and sanitized when I come in. I appreciate the fact they sanitize the store at shift change. Always a great selection and the employees are so friendly and helpful- especially Alex! Alex treats her customers as family. I trust her recommends and send people to the shop because I know they will be taken care of. Essence, you hired a true gem!
First time and definitely the last time. There weren't any clear instructions on how the pickups work here, security tells me on in the wrong parking spot for pick ups, I tell him it's my first time here and that I didn't know specifically where to park (there's cones blocking the parking spot so it was a bit confusing being my first time at this dispensary), security said it's not a big deal and that someone would be out shortly to assist me, 30 minutes pass by so I then decide to walk in and just get it, did I forget the part of the story where some people are walking out WITHOUT A MASK. When I get inside, ITS DEAD, there's barely any other customers in there but there's 5 staff members who are just relaxing. I explained to the lady who's at the pick up window right next to the front door that it's my first time and that I shouldn't have had to wait that long for an order I made online. She said sorry and offered me a hoodie.....Security thought it was funny.....Y'all are smoking d!ck , step up the customer service.
I had a great experience. No complaints, it was super convenient, I ordered online and when I arrived it wasn't that busy. I have to say Rachel had the best personality this far for all my Essence transactions, She upsold with me without making me feel like I was upsold LOL.

Love it here! Came in on a Saturday morning around 830am. First timer here. Security at the door, super welcoming, said good morning and have a nice day. The girl that checked my ID, super sweet and nice. Got to order with James. I must say he is the best! Super knowledgeable about the products he sells. I will def be coming back cuz the staff is awesome!

Amazing customer service. This was mine and my boyfriend, Matthew Stempien's first time at a dispensary. We were looking for CBD products with no THC, and had a ton of questions. Sierra V. took care of us, and she was incredible!! She was super knowledgeable about the products they offered, how each product and strain affected people, and helped us decide what would be best for us. I couldn't believe how much she taught us, I thought we were going to go in, ask a few questions and leave, and by the time we left I felt like we took a crash course in CBD! Amellia was by far a very knowledgeable and super friendly and amazingly helpful budtender that told me about GLP's rosin! Came into this dispensary for the first time. My boyfriend and I had previously walked out of the location on Tropicana due to horrible customer service.The security at the door was more than helpful and accommodating than the MANAGER at the Trop location. Due to the COVID restrictions we are not allowed to stand at the same window. So they let us look at the menu outside the front door and figure out what we wanted. SOLUTION is what they gave us, outstanding customer service. We will be back to this location due to the above and beyond help we received before we even walked in the front door.
There is a black security guard that is short with dread locks that for the last couple weeks has harassed myself and my fiancé every time we go into that dispensary today he approached my fiancé like four times harassing her got into an argument with her calling her racist slurs then put his fist up to me like he was going to attack me when I asked him to leave her alone I will never return to this establishment because of the harassment I received the physical threats and because I was placed into personal danger I recommend that anyone stays away from this establishment at all cost due to my personal experience

Worst customer service you will ever experience. Especially if you have the displeasure of speaking with Chris. Literally got skipped by like 15 people after they took my ID. The whole store cleared out and still nobody bringing my order up. I asked Chris when they planned on helping me and he acted like it was my fault. My money will be spent elsewhere when picking up my CBD. Euphoria is always kind and courteous so I will shop there from now on. Shop at essence if you prefer long waits, getting repeatedly skipped, and the worst customer service you will ever experience.
WHY WOULD YOU GET RID OF LOCAL DISCOUNT AFTER YOU PUT 2 new locations in the local neighborhood???????Not good business practices been coming to essence since the Tropicana store opened. Time to go to the other dispensary that still offer us LOCALS the discount!!!
Your security hobbit out front is costing you business!!! He was super rude and offensive to me and a friend. So I left and went to euphoria wellness up the street and spent my $500. Save your self the hassle of being treated like shit by a rent-a-cop. This was my first time and now you lost my business for good.
BEST DISPENSARY IN LV!! I'm so happy I found a place in my neighborhood.. Alex was my bud tender and she is the sweetest. She was very knowledgeable and made my first experience buying flower such a breeze. I highly recommend this location!
The worst experience ever going into a dispensary! My husband wasn't allowed in with me unless we both bought separately and we had to stay 6 feet apart. Also told to stay six feet from my husband is beyond stupid! When I went up to get some money from him we were given a nasty look and saw the security guard coming for us. Complete bullshit! I don't recommend anyone going there. Not at all friendly.

Essence is my absolute favorite dispensary. Always friendly and efficient staff present at Essence Rainbow. Alex is incredible! Not only is she knowledgeable, she's friendly and has great energy! She makes all of my visits memorable!
As soon as i approached the door a security guard starts asking if my friend and I are going to do separate transactions or one transaction and I say well I'm not really sure yet I don't know what we're buying or if we're going to buy anything and if we're buying it together or separate and he gives out a long sigh and then starts lecturing us and telling us that we have to stand 6 feet apart and that if we need to talk we can just go ahead and yell at each other since we have to stay 6 feet apart which doesn't really make sense since were both wearing masks if masks work then why this big long lecture on social distancing. Whatever. So we go in and the moment you walk in a second security guard starts barking orders at you. He literally is yelling at me because one of my feet is slightly off the sticker. It's completely militant and draconian the way the security behaves with customers about the Covid regulations. Then as soon as I check in the same security guard starts barking at me to move around the store, when I'm not even standing near anyone at all- all i was doing was putting my ID back in my wallet to go back in my purse- apparently I can't even do that without having this boot camp instructor yell at me. The store wasn't even busy. Plus this places is not medical just rec so my discount doesn't apply. They security staff is so militant and over zealous and draconian I just left without looking at anything. I will NEVER purchase at essence again. And I'm a frequent customer at a diff location. FCK THIS PLACE
I usually don't do reviews, but this place has to be the worst dispensary experience EVER. Pre rolls all suck and don't hit, the whole process of check in sucks...and to top it off THE MOST RUSE SECURITY EVER. Save your time and take the drive over to The Dispensary...or anywhere but here.
I appreciate them helping me during this horrible time our planet is experiencing. I really needed some edibles to relax my nerves and it was about to close but they did a curbside for me. Also got a special buy one get one free so this should last me 6 mos. Lol its strong! And very delish too...
Rachel was extremely helpful today. She educated me on different CBD's to help me reduce my pain after my most recent knee replacement. She also shared with me which one would work best for reducing my surgery scar. She went over everything in great detail. Something I wasn't getting at the other stores. Rachel's a good spirited woman who really cares about her customers. Please go see her. Thank you Rachel for being so wonderful!

My experience at Essence has been outstanding from the very first rime I stepped in. There hasn't been a time that I left unsatisfied with a purchase made and that is credit to the great product but even better customer service. I'm grateful and lucky to have Jenisha working miracles in helping me key in on the best deals and fresh batches, she makes it not only easy for me but every customer she comes across. Great work being done at this location!

So this was my first encounter at essence I come over here looking for some fire I walk in standing in line socially distant from the next person and I'm sending a Snapchat to my girl Telling her how high were about to get and the short security guard with the Tootsie Roll dreads comes up and tells me I can't take photos of anybody in there to delete it or leave all I said it was all right. The lady who helped me when you check in was sweet as sugar and was extremely helpful and could not have been more nice and she even sensed that the security guard was harassing me Because she asked me four times if everything was ok. As you look toward the counter you could see the inside of the store in the mirror reflection and all I see is the little rental cop named Dylan staring me down several times with my back to him, then again he's back at the door still staring. Maybe he thought I was cute? The guy who served me the weed was also extremely friendly and super cool. after they served me I was walking out and there this guy is still again staring at me all the way from the back of the store to the front. As I'm exiting I tell him that I don't like the way he keeps staring at me and he's telling me to keep walking repeatedly. He must need his job because all he did was stand there and act tough all bark no bite. Didn't surprise me to see another bad review from the security on here. Everyone else was cool except the Shorty.
Was my first visit. No one really their to help. Had to ask security for a little help. He was great. Wished their was a sales person on the floor to guide. It was a confusing experience for myself and my 3 friends visiting that day.
Marisol went above and beyond during her interaction with me today! I came in for the 2 for $18 pre rolls deal and there were only two strains left on the menu. So I chose one of each. When Marisol came back with my product, she came with an additional 5 strains and reviewed all the terpenes in them with me. This type of service is few and far between. Marisol provided a great, knowledgeable experience and I will return as a satisfied customer.
First time here as I was excited to pick up a certain strain of concentrate exclusive to Essence dispensaries. Pulling up the Curb Side pick up, directions are very confusing. It loops you around the entire building, just to bring you back to the front. Everything is coned off in the "pick up destination" and arrows painted on pavement are pointing in opposite directions, insinuating you are not allowed to enter. So I pull up next to the cones and wait for 5 minutes.... no one comes to help so I pull up to the front. I ask the lady working curbside (shoulder length straight brown hair) if I can pull up to a reservation spot. She looks at me and shrugs her shoulders as if it was a dumb question. I'm coming here excited to try some new products and my mood is killed by the rude employee and lack of service. She comes up to my window and smartly says "you're supposed to follow the arrows and go around not just pull up." Which is exactly what I did. She said she didn't hear me because "my car is too quiet". She's saying pull into the cones, it's not her fault the signs are wrong because the street is being "repainted". Very bad way to start off my day and very upsetting first visit to this dispensary. Will stick to Euphoria Wellness - they have excellent helpful staff who don't give smart ass remarks to their customers!
Love that all the staff where wearing there mask made me feel that my health was first priority. I was visiting from California and came across this shop. I walked in and first thing I noticed was the layout very simple but convenient. I was greeted by a outstanding associate Jen, at first I thought she was the manager because of her professionalism as she consulted with me, she was very knowledgeable about strains, effects, THC levels and more. I loved the way she greeted me and serviced me, Jen was awesome. Overall essence is a clean good shop that I would definitely come back.

I find it very difficult to reach them over the phone. I was on hold for more than 15 minutes and I had to hang up. I figured that they don't accept calls one hour prior to their closing. Great management.

I had very unprofessional experience at this location. It started when I walked up with my boyfriend (who lives with me) and the security guard asked if we were purchasing together or separate. I said together and he informed me that only one of us could go in. I told him we both wanted to look at the options and he said we just have to remain 6ft apart. As soon as we each enter the building (keeping our distance as told) we immediately see a budtender talking to a customer with his hand on her back. He was less than a foot away from this customer and breathing over her shoulder. Then I get approached by a budtender who also comes within a foot of me. I immediately backed away from him and began to ask why it was ok for the budtender in front of me to be so close to a customer when I was told I had to remain 6ft away from my boyfriend who lives with me. He just said "it's policy" and when I pressed the issue more then he told his coworker that I just chewed him out for being too close to the customer. And then they both laughed about my comment about following THEIR OWN PROCEDURE. I was appalled and decided to leave because of the level of disrespect. On my way out the 2 security guards also had the audacity to laugh at me when I was just pointing out how they weren't following their own guidelines. To be clear, my boyfriend and I were very willing to follow the guidelines, we just also wanted the employees to abide by the same guidelines and not laugh at us for calling them out. Please talk to your people and get this under control.
Londyn is the best ever. I was lucky enough to have her ring me up because she made my purchase very easy, also made my day after leave sg. They didn't have what I wanted plus it was a further drive. Thanks again Londyn!!!
RUDE staff over a simple question. I called this morning to simply ask if they were accepting cards yet since Reef Dispensaries and a few others have just started to. She quickly interrupts me in a very rude demeaning tone saying "NO! Only cash it's still federally illegal so no card transactions cash onlyyyyy nothings new here or changed." Why the rude and interrupting answer In such a nasty tone? I worked at dispensaries for 3 years I'm AWARE it's not federally legal and it's always been cash only, but now that some are starting to accept cards with the new Bill change I thought I'd ask. Way to stop a first time customer from ever coming and returning! Check your receptionist Essence! No reason for the bitchy attitude for simply doing her job answering calls. Wish I would have asked for her name but she made me too mad to even bother.

Was gonna be nice with a good review cause of some cool people here but there's some serious red flags with their product. Selling premium flower that's over 2 months old from packaging date and not to mention on the tablets in the store for their vape pens, the thc is way lower on the actual product box than what the store advertises. I will never spend a dime here again, was just confidently close to home. Hopefully this review will make people reconsider going to any Essence dispensary.

First off I want to thank Alex for the great service and education she gave me on the edibles I purchased. We were a party of 7 and she showed everyone love and great customer service great experience for a Vegas wedding parry !!
Recently did a visit to the store, usually the staff is really helpful and we love Karen, however today was not the same experience. We were greeted as usual, and began looking around, when we were called to the counter by Gaby and she was anything but useful. We had asked her if there were any deals happening, she failed to give an answer and only said "we have a quarter for $48" but never brought out an iPad as they normally would to show us anything. Then when she shows us the board she says "oh looks like the prices just rose." We ended up walking out frustrated and taking our business elsewhere due to her inability to answer a simple question.
Just walked out! Staff should be taught to listen. This was my third bad experience. At it didn't cost me this time. Three strikes and they're out!WAKE UP

Went in here after lunch to pick up some wax and was very surprised with the quality of the store. The layout was very nice and the item selection was vast. We enjoy being able to get deals when we can and there always seems to be some sort of sale going on. Every single budtender/employee was really nice, informative, relatable, and offered great recommendations. This dispensary is a little out of the way but we will definitely be coming back for the product and service.
This location on South Rainbow is by far the worst. Staff is good but if you have any issues management is trash!! The manager James is very unprofessional and under qualified. It's almost like because of Covid he got the job by default bc they are desperate. Well same thing goes for his general manager, Austin. These kids both do not understand the concept of customer service and doesn't care about keeping customers loyalty. Dispensary's are a dime a dozen in Vegas. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!
