Oh my god. This Dispensary is SO BACKWARDS, with it's operations!!I filed an online order, it went through. I go to the dispensary, for an expedited process as i don't have much time. They don't have the online order window open, AND i had to go in the back of the line?? WHATS THE POINT OF DOING AN ONLINE ORDER.Ontop of that Receptionist was rude. They also don't have combined loyalty rewards system. Literally all my points in Henderson Store, don't mean crap to this other location.The Budtender said "You can buy an oz at both places. Because it's same parent company, but different" WTF?? That's illegal first of all. And I CARE ABOUT MY POINTS, not cheating the system? Way to go Nevada Made way to go.

Thanks for the reply, but i wouldn't go back unless i received some kind of refund or discount. Not worth the time for me to ever step foot back in there. Plenty of other choices around the city. Also, i would have ordered on line, but i read the reviews on how bad you guys suck at that as well.

Brought in a cartridge from this dispensary that broke, which btw I have bought a lot of cartridges from and have never had this issue before, and they wouldn't even replace it. Their only response was we could buy another one. So basically you're saying sorry our product broke but please buy another one... Such terrible customer service. Please save your money and go somewhere better....

Wow! What a hidden gem! I'm so happy that they opened. They have my dogs CBD oil at 50% of what I generally pay elsewhere. They had my edibles in stock when most every place in town seem to be out of them. This is my new favorite place. Shout out to friendly employee John for spending extra time helping me today. I will definitely return!!!

If you go here don't deal with the old guy Chris, absolutely zero people skills and doesn't know the product. I walked out and went elsewhere to spend my $$$.

Devin the bud tender was a ass!!! Come on man. It's weed. Why are you working in a place that supplies the happy stuff if you can't be friendly. I'm not one to complain but this guy really really sucks at his job. Most likely never coming back. I have over $30 in reward points but it's not even worth it. I count my losses and move on. Dispensary's are not supposed to be like this place. Letting everyone know to never come here.

Very good prices and no tax.  You never know what they have and don't have.  Some people come in and buy a lot and here today gone today in some cases.  It is easy to get in and out compared to large tourist places.  It would be worth going to verses a place closer to the strip.   There website is out of date and is not reliable in so far as what the have.

LOVE the staff at this location.  They are always friendly and ready to help, not to mention very efficient.  I live 5 minutes away from their Henderson location but started going to the Warm Springs location because they tend to have a better flower selection.  I also noticed that the vibe at Henderson is kind of "off" these days.  I used to love shopping there but they're not as friendly or helpful as before.  I noticed the staff has changed which might have something to do with it.  Anyways lol...check out the Warm Springs location.  There's enough parking and they're open 24/7.

When they initially opened it was a great place.. now it is full of bud tenders that ate rude as hell.

Every time I am there, I am well taken care of. They have the best specials, and I love that tax is included as well. Matt took great care of us, as always! Thank you!

Great bud, some of the best I have come across near the strip -- you get quality! Friday specials are dope, most top shelf 1/8ths are $40, and Sunday specials are even better with top shelf pre-rolls for $10 friendly staff, 24 hour service, lots of parking & a gas station a few feet away to pick up the wraps

Every time I go to pick up the staff is always so nice and welcoming. I somehow always find myself being helped by Ian (which isn't a bad thing) he is very knowledgeable and customer orientated! This by far is the best dispensary I've been to in town! Great prices, great weed, and great staff!

If your workers are having a bad day please do not take out on customers. Went in on 7/17/21 in the evening and experienced the worst customer service ever. The guy clearly did not want to be there or had a personal problem with me for whatever reason. Was rude and had a im bothering him attitude my coming into the store. Will not be returning or recommending. After reading other reviews it seems like bad customer service is a thing here.

Not that good. Labels were wrong on my products and the representative was new so he did not know what he was doing. Product is decent.

was traveling to Vegas for my first time, and looked up dispensaries close to my hotel, and found this little spot. Was very easy in and out, walked up, had my ID checked, and because I had placed an order online was sent directly to the window to pick it up. I quickly told them my name got my order had a little chitchat and got out in a timely manner. If I'm ever close I wouldn't mind going back. Those who are wondering I got the Wildberry hundred milligram THC gummy's. They were actually pretty good because if I'm not mistaken everything is handmade and organic.

DO NOT COME HERE ANYMORE.Prices always changing , merchandise out of stock, often huge lines with no staff. I will admit the staff is POLITE , but that is not enough to keep me as a customer . I've been coming here for a year and tonight is my last time shopping here . What used to be $20 is now $24 with no difference in quality OR  quantity . The manager is awesome and always friendly, but store is inconsistent and frustrating. Find another shop.1/5

This dispensary is the worst ever dispensary that I've EVER BEEN TOO, EVER, yeah they're open 24 hours. So is REEF, go to reef. Lol I waited ten minutes to be passed by another person who came in AFTER ME, the dude overnights up front with glasses and the huge gauges is an asshole, and they offer zero discounts or anything for medical patients, the products are overpriced and the selection is crap, I've never been to a place where they're so rude, and where the overall vibe is just negative, I've never felt so out of place anywhere and I'll never return. Sad.

I bought a $65 eighth & when I got home I realized it wasn't even a full eighth! So disappointing. Also not to mention the girl who sold it to me was extremely rude, didn't get a chance to get her name but she's the one with dark hair & glasses.

They are open 24hrs so you can't beat that and it was close to where I stayed. Guy that helped us in the back could use a customer service class or 2 prices were expensive but it was the only place in Vegas we tried so I don't know how it compares to others with prices. Will definitely try somewhere else next visit.

The quality is mid. However it is convenient being open 24/7. That's the only pro I can pretty much come up with.

Worst location ever! Especially when Ians working. He likes to argue with customers and treat them like trash. Well enjoy sitting on your high horse my guy. When your location goes under because of your stores shitty service. You'll know how not to treat paying customers. In an establishment you don't own. But acts like your the ceo/owner. There's plenty of other dispensaries in town. To be coming here and getting treated like crap. Keep up the great work man. You'll drive that stores business into the ground. It's that bad.That's funny how I called you Chaleston location and your Saint rose location and they told me as long as I had the paper from the DMV (that would be considered a legal form and document) but you know better don't you. It's also funny how again, not your partnering stores or any other dispensary in town. Gave me problems besides your poorly ran store. Looking at your wonderful reviews. I highly doubt I was the problem as most of your customers have issues with your staffs attitudes. Like I stated above my money can always be spent somewhere else. I will also make it a point to all my friends and family that smokes. To also not do business with your shady operation. Your only hurting yourself and your staff with these lies. Instead of training your staff to have the proper customer communication. This was the fourth time I had entered your establishment with a voided I.D with the same (legal documentation from DMV stating that my I.D was not expired). So apparently the fourth time is when the rule changed or nobody cares but you Karen. You and Ian or how ever you spell that rude worker of yours name is. Are going to run that company into the ground. You don't know how to run a business let alone talk to people and here you are still trying to argue with the customer instead of admitting you are wrong. Wow, that just proves how under developed your customer service really is. My I.D.was not expired, I had a legal document from dmv with the new expiration date showed 2023. So I am still confused as to how my I.D. Was expired. If I came in with just my expired I.D., I could see where the problem would lie. But I had a legal documentation. That showed that my licensed was not expired. I could buy alcohol, tobacco products, with this very same piece of paper. Hell a member of law enforcement would also take the same documentation. BECAUSE ITS A LEGAL FORM OF I.D.

Here's what I liked: It's open 24 hours. Their prices are hard to beat. Especially if you shop their daily deals. And the people that work there seem very friendly.Here's what I didn't like: I specifically asked for 3 pre rolls. 1 sativa, 1 hybrid, and 1 indica. When I get home, it doesn't say anywhere on the label, which one is which. So I called and asked them if they knew. The woman that answered didn't seem quite sure and when she asked the manager about one of them, the response I got was "oh we didn't even know we sold that one". Finally I gave up and just did my own research. Turns out they were all hybrids even though I specifically asked for 1 of each strain. Again, not a terrible experience but not a great one. Prices are great. Open 24/7. And the people that work there are nice but they don't seem very knowledgeable.

Good customer service but you'll pay 10 to 15 dollars more per item. Asked why airopro .5 cartridges we're ringing up at 60 dollars when I could go down the street for 10 dollars cheaper for the same product. Also pricing does not match their website. Was told since I was at the new one and it was soft opening they had different prices. I'd save your money and go elsewhere.

I only come for the $20 ready to roll weed, everything else is a too high for my taste. Nice to have no tax but seriously, this place needs better transparency with prices, you literally have to order blind as there is no menu. Edit: Now there's tax -_-

Was a good experience, till I was leaving and the guy said have a good day. I responded saying, thanks man, he must of not heard me, then he says or not! Not coming back because of that dude at front desk. Too many options to deal with that kind of service

Was a customer since they opened, always went and spent cash at this place, now they decided to keep the same prices adding tax on top of that. Not any good deals here anymore. I was a faithful customer for a long time. I will not be going to this place anymore. They lost a good customer and I'm sure I'm not the only customer they lost over this issue. Good luck nvmade.

I use to love this place so much. The selection use to be great, the deals use to be great and I always recommend them to people. They have always been tax included and now they are not. That means they are basically charging double now for what stuff costs because the prices didn't change, they just started adding tax. This doesn't make them special now and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Unfortunately the staff has gotten pretty rude lately too. It really makes me sad. I really use to adore this place.
