Great location if you're in the arts district! Super friendly bud tenders give great advise on whatever you're looking for! The Blue Dream girl is my fav!

Two of us walked in, my friends ID is from New Zealand, never been a problem before but here he couldn't go in. I handed him his id and and a woman with short hair screams at us that we are exchanging money and that was illegal. I walked out. Sorry babe but that's not how it works in the retail world.

I HIGHly recommend this joint for your weed needs. Okay, okay, I stop. But seriously. This place is awesome. The points program can literally get you a free Oz. The budtenders (Esp Farrah) have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I've been here in the night and during the day and never had to wait in line more than 30 seconds. You can place your order online or pick stuff out with your budtender.They have a cute selection of glass, silicone and papers and any accessories you may need. Prices are good. They usually have Add-on deals if you spend so much money you can get certain other products for cheaper. Great way to get a deal!

Staff is A1 and helped me out picked out the perfect items. Megan helped me out choose the edibles on the Friday special. Will be back for more!

Don't ever go here. They sell broken cartridges and when you try to return them (with the receipt) they will accuse you of trying to steal. Horrible customer service. I wish I could give negative stars.

Worst dispensary in town! Other locations long wait for overpriced dry weed! Anthony at this location does not know how to do his job as security. Didn't even try to read a legal dmv paper with photo I'd had to call a manger after he had an attitude the whole time manger comes reads and gives a half ass lesson. What do you know I was right, still an attitude in the background and lies. So I'm talking with him and the manager at the same time so I gave the same energy to him as he gave to me while the management doesn't know what costumer service is! Oasis is down the street way better deals, way friendlier people who know how to do their jobs. Who know how to read!

I came in here after work the other day, Enjoyed the variety of product this dispo had compared to the others. Maddison was also very helpful when it came to any questions i had!

Ordered my goods .. was told it would be 2hrs for my delivery to come ... 3 and a half hours later after calling sooo many times and not getting an answer I finally reached someone ...and they said it's be another 3 and 1/2 hours to get my goods.... u might as well go to a shop .. what's the point of getting delivery? They have a tracking feature advertised on their website.... it's bs doesn't work, there's no such thing. I just don't get why even bother giving appointed times when ur not going to stick to them at all, not even close.. You might as well just say you'll get it at some point today 1-12hr time frame. Like just be transparent. That's all I'm done.

Completely a mess!!! I ordered curbside and was told my order was ready at 11:29, it currently 12:22am and I'm still waiting. I called inside and was told ,"oh it's on it's way out ....but I'm still waiting....learned my lesson...never again!

Kim was my designated budtender before covid. Her great mood, patience and sense of humor would always make my whole shopping experience extremely enjoyable. She never had me walk out without a smile on my face. I give Thrive 5 stars for hiring people with exceptional customer service like with Kim.

I love this place, they moved to Sahara Ave. by far the best people in the business always treat me with total respect and friendly, I enjoy every visit and they always accommodate me in every way. Keep it up guys your number 1 in my books.

I usually love coming here. They have good deals and a decent selection. However, their budtenders don't seem very knowledgeable. I came in and spoke to long blonde curly hair budtender and I told her I'm looking for only Indica flower with a high myrcene level and she recommended Chernobyl to me and I asked, "Is it purely Indica?" She assured me it was. I buy an ounce and go home to smoke it. And I notice I'm not feeling any better (I have a health condition) and I'm wondering why. I look up Chernobyl flower to find out it's a hybrid and it's 80% Sativa and only 20% Indica. Sigh. What a waste of money. :-(

As we all know, all non-essential businesses, including storefront dispensaries are closed for 30 days. This is a problem for me because I do not have a medical card to go to pick up my order, thus all of my orders now have to be delivered. I first tried Weepmaps/LVReleaf - they suck! They will cancel your order if it out of delivery times. Thrive delivers 24/7, they also gave me up to date notifications. I knew it was going to take anywhere from 2-6 hours. It was communicated on their website. They stayed true to their word. I highly recommend this place and Derby is by far an asset to the Thrive Family.

We have been going to Thrive quite often recently, every visit is great. The staff is always helpful and friendly no matter the time of day. The point system is great and so are the daily specials! Very affordable! Clarise usually is there and always takes great care of us!Happy to have you right up the street!!

I don't review often, but when I do it's for a reason. The people here have attitude from start to finish. Who wants to come to buy weed and deal with attitude when asking simple questions about the products. Prices don't make it worth it either.

I have been shopping at Thrive for about 2 years now and I get most of my orders delivered to my home they're an awesome place and have great sales most of the time but honestly what keeps me coming back is there a delivery driver Derby and I hope I spelled his name right LOL seriously he is the most sweetest kind person I have ever met he's always quick with deliveries He Knows My Name every time he comes here he always asks about my daughter he always goes over the order with me and make sure that I receive exactly what I asked for he is completely awesome and goes above and beyond  every time and because of him I will continue shopping with their I've you're awesome Derby keep up the good work

This was my first experience with a dispensary so I really have nothing to compare to.  But for a first time experience it was a good one.  The spot is a little secluded but there are huge signs to direct you straight to the location.  Lots of parking and when we went it really wasn't busy at all.   Good thing for us, so we could really take our time to browse and ask all the questions.  Everyone that wants to go in needs to show ID and get checked in.  So depending on the type of job you have you might not want it showing up that you've  visited a cannabis joint lol.  Upon walking in after the room to check in, its a pretty spacious area with restooms and a couch.  Im assuming that would be a nice area to enjoy your goods...  there's also a nice backdrop for social media pics and what not.  I honestly was so excited about checking out the cannabis that i totally forgot the photo opps.  Major fail!  So, within that room theres another door leading to yet, another room.  And thats where you find all the stuff!  From "flower" products, to smoking apparatuses/supplies, to edibles...  they had it all.  Something I thought was nice, they have sales.  The day we went was on Friday so they were offering something like 10% off.  All of the employees were super friendly and helpful.  Im very pleased with our visit and will probably come again.  The one thing I was disappointed in with my first visit was the variety of edibles they had to offer.  Because we're "tourists" we aren't able to smoke freely anywhere so joints were out of the question.  Being that edibles are most visitors option, they should stock up on a bigger inventory in that area.  So all I was able to walk out with were  a 3 pack of gummies with the.  Wouldve been nice to try the non THC product but they were out of stock.  I definitely recommend looking around especially if youre interested in edibles.  But other than that I would definitely recommend this spot for n00bs.  Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful employees made the experience difference I'm sure.

Very friendly staff and informative if you're new to the legal pot game. The prices are still a little higher than other places but I guess that will decrease when legalization of pot sweeps the US. Open 24 hours and the Thrive off of Commerce Street is brand new and right off of Friedmont Street!

I was torn about leaving this review. Right up front, I want to say that this has ALWAYS been my favorite dispensary, the employees have ALWAYS been super friendly and helpful, I've truly NEVER had a bad experience at any of the locations... until Sunday evening. I chose YELP for this review, because they apparently are the only dispensary review site that doesn't allow the owners the option of 'scrubbing' their comments.  It's pretty simple really. I have 156 receipts from Thrive, and I spent nearly $4700 there in less than two years. NEVER had a bad experience until I encountered two employees Sunday evening who were, for lack of a better description, downright rude and insulting. This was so obvious because it was so unlike what I am familiar with as a regular customer. One employee got a bit upset when I made a comment about the 'quality' of the deals being offered. She seemed to take it personally, and proceeded to make sure I felt her displeasure. I brushed it off.When I went to the counter to check out, I asked the woman about the $35 in 'gifts' being offered for a REVIEW on Google +. She told me that it was an offer for 'good' reviews, not just a review. I suggested that paying $35 in 'gifts' for a 'good review' was tantamount to buying votes. How can people rely on such reviews if they are bought and paid for, seriously. This seemed to make this woman incredibly angry, and she began demanding WHY I would want to leave a bad review. I said I didn't plan to leave any review, because BUYING good reviews makes all the reviews worthless. At this point she really got angry, and started demanding that I tell her why I asked the question to begin with. She said, 'all we ever get is good reviews, why would anyone want to leave a bad one.'(clearly untrue) I was sorry I had even brought it up, and wanted it to be over, but then the first employee I dealt with came over and claimed that it was me who had been rude by matter of factly claiming, 'no good deals today.' They were incredibly insulting, simply because I had implied that buying votes isn't a good practice, in my opinion. She then told me that if that was how I felt that I could shop elsewhere, and proceeded to '86,' me, essentially banning me from future visits. The fact is, beyond some really good employees, this dispensary is a dumpster fire, an unwanted step child among the Thrive locations. It's NEVER busy, and their ratings are among the worst of all dispensaries in Las Vegas, hence their desperation in BUYING positive reviews. Their inventory is always 'low,' and their product is often 'dry,' but that was tolerable, because of the good deals, quiet surroundings and friendly people. Two employees destroyed that in less than a minute, and ran off a great customer. I am banished, leaving hundreds and hundreds of bonus points I EARNED but will never receive. That was another reason this place was tolerable, the bonus points. In fact, Medical Patients get no discount, just 'bonus points.' When a good customer is mistreated, then ripped off, it brings new meaning to the low, low ratings this place enjoys. With so many quality dispensaries in Las Vegas, this place is no longer tolerable. Spare yourself.

When in Vegas partake in the local festivities. You can imagine what they sell. Oh, and there was an abundance of different vices on offer.

Probably my favorite Dispensary in the Valley. The past few times I've gone, Jake has helped me. Best Budtender ever, hands down. He's super knowledgeable about everything in the store and always sets me up with exactly what I'm looking for. Definitely would recommend Thrive AND Jake to friends & family.

This market is well maintained and beautifully decorated, and that's the only reason why this review didnt get one star. Ever since I started going to this dispensary, they have only ever sold me old flower or stress weed. (Discolored, harsh flavor and after smoke headache) the 1st and 2nd time I thought maybe it was just a bad batch. Though everytime I went back, the flower seemed to get more dry and "shakey". I almost always purchased their "dankest" flower and it was always stressed weed. I tried giving this place a chance on more than 12 occasions, but between the rude service (like it's a problem serving someone who doesn't know what they want) and the poor quality flower and over priced merch, this market is a laugh if you know how to shop for flower.

I went to this dispensary for the first time last week to buy a disposable CBD vape, which I've purchased and used from many different dispensaries in different cities. I told the clerk I wanted a disposable CBD vape, he showed me options for flavors, and I left with two vapes that I purchased for $25 a piece. The other night I was out drinking with friends and pulled out this vape. Within minutes, I could tell I didn't feel like my normal self. I don't smoke or use THC at all, but I have tried smoking in the past and remember the effects, so I immediately knew I was high. My friend checked the packaging and I was sold a cannabis pen, not a CBD pen. I'm fortunate that I was out with friends and able to be taken home rather than smoke this before work or before I needed to drive somewhere. The employee making a mistake like that could've resulted in disastrous effects. To have purchased a product like this over and over again since it's legalization without an issue, I don't carefully examine the packaging to ensure I'm getting the right product, especially when I expressed my intent to the employee and our conversation did not indicate to me at any point that I was purchasing THC. This was the first time I had a bad experience with any dispensary and I will never be back to this one.

AWFUL!!!Went in about 8pm and spent 17 minutes in the waiting area.  After I was admitted to the purchasing area, I saw that there were two groups of 3-5 people each at each of the two registers; there was one employee and his mgr on duty. For the next THIRTY SEVEN MINUTES, I and 5 other customers waited as we watched these two "employees" go from product to product , as they answered such intellectual inquiries as, "Whoa, what's that?!" *explains* "Gross! Why would anyone do stuff that doesn't get them high?!" *explains* "Oh, so freaks and losers." (all the bros and skanks high-five and laugh)... repeat this with EVERY PRODUCT IN THE STORE... They eventually bought ONE pre-roll, saying "Drugs are for losers who can't handle reality; we're just here visiting." The manager gave them a 20% discount on the ONE pre-roll, even though it WAS NOT the correct day becasue they were "tourists".Throughout all of this, the other cashier was  performing the EXACT SAME garbage with another group of 3-5 people, 2 of which were carrying *open containers*  of obviously alcoholic beverages; they careened around the store, making the same obnoxious observations and asking the same entitled questions, except they were obviously drunk and spilling shit everywhere.They also bought ONE item and left. I do not know if they were given a discount because I was PISSED at this point.FORTY-TWO MINUTES after I entered Thrive @ Commerce, I actually reach the counter. my first question is what are they going to do for me, since I have been here for 42 minutes and this is my 9th visit this month alone.I was told, "Nothing. We're not allowed." I then asked if that policy was new, since I had just watched them give 20% to the reason everyone is mad in the first place.... While he tried to think up an answer, I said screw it, bought 1 gram and left. Go to Jardin or anywhere else... it's getting so that the Blackbird stores are all the same: Avoid them!PS: They mark Yelp! reviews as Spam on FB so you can't read them.

Staff was pretty cool. Fairly new location. Staff wasn't too overbearing, gave me space to peruse and make a decision on what I wanted.

I agree with Misty W. Review of this place...its a scam..i was once loyal to this place...but they didn't honor their promo to me..but some of my friends had the same promotion honored...Bad Business Is Unacceptable in LAS VEGAS...

Remarkably consistent at giving terrible service at both locations. For the price and the long wait with attitude you get, it's much better to go to the surrounding places

Absolutely worth getting lost in the construction around the streets, looks closed, but there is access. Parking lot is big, so you won't have a hard time finding a spot like other places. Victor was super knowledgable and made great recommendations. This will Definitely be one of my go to places!

Upon exiting my car and stepping out into the desert air I realized the time had come: I was about to meet some more strangers in a building full of the devils lettuce. Lucky for me the strangers in these building are usually rad individuals who spend their spare time getting a head change like myself. Like minded folks are hard to come by these days but man LET ME TELL YOU ABOUT DANIEL AND MOTHER CLUCKN RICKY-BOBBY. Ricky Bobby came in fast with that baller ass preroll deal and madam Daniel was just kickin ass and takin names holding down the trap house and all. These two deserve all the fist bumps and free lunch for life. Hook a homie up and bring them your favorite snacks. Keep killin it y'all !!!  *fist bumps the air*

This was my first experience ever at a dispensary. I was a bit anxious and unsure coming in. But the dude who helped me was phenomenal. His name was Ricky. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. Prime customer service right there! I'll definitely go back--I didn't have cash on me so I'll be dropping off a better tip for him in the future.

I recently purchased a CBD tincture product from Thrive on West Sahara.  BRAND: CBD TINCTUR 1:1THIS PRODUCT DID NOT WORK AT ALL!  Total waste of hard earned money.I called Thrive today 4 times to complain and request a refund.  I received a pre recorded message on 3 occasions.  Finally, I called another Thrive location on Commerce.  Chris, the Manager was very attentive after I explained about not being able to contact the management at Thrive W Sahara.He called and was able to contact Sarah, the Manager on W. Sahara.  Finally, I received a disturbing phone call from SARAH, the manager that wouldn't answer the phone at W Sahara.Sarah was very abrupt with me.  She said no refunds ever!  Then, she became condescending and said "let me see what I can do!". She offered me points to buy a pre-roll.  She DID NOT offer another CBD product and she would not allow me to use my points to purchase another brand of CBD.  I have been purchasing product from Thrive for about a month now...I will go back to Planet 13 where customers are valued and treated respectfully.Because I was not satisfied with Sarah's attitude or customer service skills, I requested a call from the owner!Stay clear of their CBD products. They are not pure products and not are they fully labelled.Sarah needs to change her attitude.If you are the owner, please call me Sarah has my cell #.I will be placing this review in Google as well.  I also intend to tell everyone that I know of what a horrible experience that I had at Thrive on W. Sahara.  I will be giving my business to a reputable dispensary with a management team that are courteous and professional.

Thrive was a very well organized and clean shop. Very friendly staff and knowledgeable. Willing to provide information and recommendation based on your preference. Varied selections of nuggets, prerolled, and edible. Also have a selection of pipes and bongs since most that travel here won't be bringing their own piece. Very happy with the service, pricing, and options.

I've gone here since they opened & yesterday I went & picked up 7 grams of blood drive (2 3.5 gram jars) one of the jars was probably 75% stems & the weed was so dry. I called them to let them know & all they said was thanks.

Today I was at your Cheyenne location and was so disappointed and frustrated at the way I was treated. I have an Arizona medical card and moved to Nevada 6 months ago. I have been to your location on at least 3 other times with no problems since your location told me I could use my alternative Federal picture id instead of my Nevada I'd. Well today they wouldn't honor my Arizona card. The young man at your reception told me he was only 1 week employed there and would get the manager. The manager came told me he didn't know what to do, so I left and went to a competitor down the street. The reason of this email is to inform you as a businessman how I was treated at your retail store. Also to let you know that as in Scottsdale,I shopped around till I found a dispensary I felt comfortable with. After several visits to your location I decided to make Thrive my permanent dispensary. We were visiting the LV area from NorCal. I needed some Pax pods. Excellent customer service from front to back. PAX pods -Nepalese Kush and Knight Raider Kush. Reasonably priced buy 2/$100 not bad for high quality PAX pods. We'll be back when in LV again at the Commerce St. marketplace location.

Much better places out there. I saw drug deals going on outside . I wonder how these people stay in business. Rude management you can tell they simply don't care about anyone. Very getto looking employees

This is not the place for anyone with anxiety. The store is not functional at all. Once I.D.d you walk into this waiting room that I probably should have waited. Instead was told to walk into the door that says inhale by the i.d checker. When you walk in there's a security guard holding the wall up. Doesn't say shit but hits you with that lazy eye stare. Please Thrive pay this man a few fuckin dollars to at least say hi and at least point me to where I should go. A employee from the back yelled out take a look around and we will be right with you. I didn't need to look so I stood by the shirts on the rack that was put together all wrong. It's lopsided. A couple walks a few moments later and go to look at product. The man that yells at me finishes his transaction and instead of calling me up he walks to the couple. Look if you wanted me to fuckin stand over there to get severed why not state that in the beginning. I was a little hurt cause he knew I was next. Plus my anxiety was threw the roof because I wanted in and out. He could have at least looked at me. I was looking directly at him.. It was so stressful and anxiety on tilt to shop here. All that stress to buy a pre roll that didn't ever burn properly. Thrive please get your shit together. There debit system is fucked so make sure to bring cash. Please Thrive owners I'm sure your are all millionaire now. Knock that fucking lame as wall down and make it a wide open room. You don't need a waiting room. Quit Trumpin! Give the guard a raise so my guy could at least have a fuckin smile. He look pissed at life. Or better yet some of y'alls lame ass weed. He'd smoke it if it was free. But I'll never shop at this store again. To all my anxiety people check out OASIS Cannabis. One on one and they walk up to you. It's calming and easy.

The staff was friendly but the wait time was super long. The place was not busy and there seemed to be two people working the counter and two at the register. I'm a local and my husband is in the business so I ended up helping people with recommendations because there just wasn't enough staff. There were maybe 10 people in the place, in couple groupings. After I picked out my selection I stood and waited with 6 people. We chatted as it took us 30 minutes waiting at the register. The staff is friendly but it is understaffed and you will wait the longest of any shop in town here.

I rate them on a 1-5 scale a 2 overall decent product choices with a good mix of different cannabis products.They have lots of potential to move up to a 4star or 5star shop they  have the space and set up.

Love this dispensary. The layout is spacious and modern. The service I usually receive is great because they have friendly budtenders. I usually come in sober and leave sober too but one day it will be possible to smoke here too.

Just started checking out Thrive, & I must say that I'm impressed. Best Pricing/Graveyard special in Vegas. Flavors I've gotten my hands on thus far.. Sour Kosher Cured Resin Cake Badder, Sour Kosher Cured Resin Pull N Snap Shatter, Skunk No. 1 Cured Resin Pull N Snap Shatter... Both Flavorfully FIRE! The Sour Kosher Cake Badder was a tad bit better than the Pull N Snap but the Skunk no 1 Pull N Snap was completely FIRE! On some next level clean flavorful smoke unlike others that may leave a weird oily/greasy/waxy aftertaste. Can't wait to get my hands on some other strains.

They are mega super helpful here. I came looking for information on pain relief and the bud tenders were extremely educated. I've never seen signs either that give you information about the florals in the flowers. That was pretty cool. I'd highly recommend coming here on a Sunday. Ask for Lisa or Luke to help you.

They sold me dirt. I purchased two blunts and nothing came out. I called and the receptionist said she was having issues with their blunts too and I just needed to "rub on it." Don't sale horrible products. I go to essence and never have issues. I'm going back to essence and never buying junk from this wack spot. How you gonna do customers like this? Shady spot!

When you check in and they proceed to have you wait in the waiting room for over half an hour... Javier wasn't at all accountable. Probably why he works the lobby. Regardless, if you've made someone wait this long, and it was your mistake (it was, he said he forgot to add his name to the list.) then you would show some kind of apologetic nature, right? Wrong. Customer service isn't a thing here and it's going to tank this location. Great job, Javier. You've made this dispensary look unprofessional and have seriously wasted our time.

I couldn't even make it in the door. The security guard walked over to my car and said I was loitering. He asked me to leave. I had only been in the lot for ten minutes. I was trying to figure out what I wanted to buy. He wasn't nice, he didn't ask me what I was doing. Kind of sucks, he made me feel like a criminal or something.

First time in they were so welcoming . I got a 8th of some dankest blue Alien def would come back

Friendly staff but no inventory for high CBD options.  A lot of toxic additives in what was leftover.  Walked out empty handed this time.  And prices are higher than competitors across the board.  So disappointing because the staff are nice  and found so many fantastic CBD options last year.  May be a supplier issue but no so much at other dispensaries.

Stumbled upon this great place on my way from Barnes and Nobles to the airport. It is brand new. Lots of parking. Staff all well informed. If I lived in Vegas this would be my go to place. I am 70 and I felt safe here. It could have been any clinic. Even if you have a little drive to get there, I highly recommend you take the trip!

Went and inquired although most reviews had already set my mind to it being a bad experience it wasn't as bad as I expected but left a lot of room for improvement... after making my purchase a lot of items I was interested in was not even used or tested by employees ever for some. (not that I'm endorsing use while on the clock). Which in my opinion as a consumer would be appreciated with at least some idea on what I'm buying.  Though unfortunately as much as I enjoyed some products the staff with its lack of information about the products really affects the score.  The availability and medium sized menu wouldn't be that difficult to get at least some insight about what we are about to buy/smoke/ingest/consume I dis however enjoy the very secure and safe feeling in there as well as how discreet it's location is to where I was staying.  In conclusion all things considered my score at average is very accurate with some personal preference but honestly your mileage will vary depending on your own experiences hope the review was helpful.

So far excellent service! From the first smell you know this place is great.  It's well lit with plenty of parking and their products are top notch.  And it's open 24/7!! This is my first night in Vegas and I couldn't be happier.

This place is totally not a scammy shady place,  I was present in the morning, bought two pre-rolls, one tube being empty which could be easily a manufacturers mistake, they honored my word and gave me a new pre-roll.  Whoever has made an effort to defame this place via YELP should give this place a second chance.  This business and the people who work here definitely have integrity.   Thanks THRIVE team!!!

It's just meh, the prices are hi, about 60+tax for a .5Gc , no new client discount, kind of hi-pressure sales but a really nice interior, too expensive to my cheap ass. Almost 50$ish for 2.5g flower ... when I told the bud-tender I get .5Gc in Sac for 35+tax he didn't believe me, it's true there are much more affordable places. again no new client discount, left a bad taste in my mouth, they are focused hard on sales and less on customer acquisition and retainment.One really interesting thing I was told when checking out,  "We give discounts to medical patients but we don't take those patients anymore..." okay?!strange place, much better options in this area IMHO. Drive out a lil ways , great options in Henderson without the Vegas Tax

Another place to get your weed fix. Thrive is one of the better dispensaries around here. Prices are okay. Lots of products to choose from. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A lot of dispensaries are in sketchy areas. Thrive isn't in the best area but it's not that bad. It's located close to Charleston in the Arts District. They never close. They're open whenever you're in need of that weed. It has many products that are priced fairly. A gram here can be $20 or about. The Key Lime Pie is my favorite so far. They also have vape pens of varying potency. Staff here is very helpful. Remember cash since they don't accept credit cards. They also can take orders from their website.

It was my first time going to a dispensary and I decided to try the southern highlands thrive location and got helped by a man named Ryan. I probably wasn't his favorite customer since I was so lost but his customer service paired with his knowledge of the store got me exactly what I needed and got this location a returning customer in myself. Very happy with the way he made my trip easy and helped me learn a couple things as well. Will definitely tell some friends about this location on southern highlands as well.

Really weird sales format here. In Los Angeles they know you're there to buy weed so they don't pressure you. My boyfriend ran in to grab some dank Indica he asks her "what's the best Indica you have?" She pulls out two strains and just goes off about "terpenes" and this has the "highest amount of terpenes in a the strain we offer" he goes okay so "which is the best Indica?" And she tells him the one she's selling. It's a $60 1/8 which is fine but we drive away and he's super happy about the transaction telling me about everything as we drive away. Listen I worked in this industry for years and this weed smells like straight XJ13 I'm going, this is so odd, but we smoke a couple bowls of it and we're coughing and feeling uncomfortable- not the relaxed body high we are used to. I look at the jar to examine it more, smell it, and it says Fucking SATIVA right on the top of the vile. What the hell is going on here??? When a guest/patient asks you for help to get the best medicine they need, even gives the BUDTENDER examples of what they want like "I like OGs and I'm looking for Indica," and THEN the BUDTENDER who is supposed to be helping this person out, just sells them their high-priced weed, randomly? At least SELL HIM THE STRAIN HE ASKED FOR.All I can say is careless and money hungry y'all, come on. I

Fist time coming here typically I go to reef but I thought I try changing things up. Got such great care and recommendations on what to get by Christian one of the employees there. Man knew his shit and guaranteed himself a return customer. If this dudes an example of what all thrive employees are like looks like I found my new regular spot. Also great quality flower btw

I got home and looked at all the dates of the cbd oils and pills that I bought .. there going to expire in 20 days plus my cbd cream I bought was already expired .. then I called to tell them and they told me no refunds or exchange even if it's expired not even opened .. very upset I spent over 100$ and for them to give me almost everything expired and cream expired that month .

The perfect resource for when you're already too lazy to go drive and pick up from the Dispensary. You just wake up 5 hours earlier than you want to smoke, put in your order, and some handsome lad like Steven will show up and hand you drugs.What a world.

I've been going to Thrive since day 1. Today however,  I had a particularly great experience inside. Alejandro was fantastic and guided me to exactly what I wanted, better than I would have done picking alone  knowledgeable of the products and super helpful a d friendly. The whole staff is great, but Alejandro was awesome!

One of the worst dispensaries that I have EVER been to. The guy who helped us was a moron. First off, he mumbles when he talks so its even harder to understand with the mask on. I asked for a Sativa edible and he keeps trying to sell me a raspberry flavor when I told him I DON'T like raspberry. I asked him about the other flavors and he says that he THINKS they might be....like, who is the one that works here. He knows nothing about Marijuana, and neither do I except I DON'T work there and I just smoke or eat it.WHAT A F'N DISASTER!!! STAY AWAY!

This place does EXCELLENT work! Service is fast, customer service is better than good!I spoke with Daniel (manager) about an issue I had (a disposable vape that I bought quit working after 2 days), he had it sorted in no time with the utmost courtesy and attention. Learned a couple of useful tidbits about disposables that I had no idea about (some disposables' batteries can be recharged - the one I had is one that can).Anyway, I left pleased, smiling, and happy!

Placed a curbside pick up. Order came to $75. Gave the chick $80. I even counted it out to her. She left and came back 5 min later saying I only gave her $60. She then wanted to charge me another $ 15 to use their machine. They are thieves. It's a shame I use to spend a lot of money there. Never again. Server was rude.

Great local dispensary with a drive through pick up window. Place orders online and then go pick up with minimal human contact. Great daily deals, Sunday's are 15% off entire order ( that's my favorite day)

The drive through lost the paper part of my ID since I just got it renewed and no one in store can find it. Now I can't shop in store and don't have and ID! This is the second time my ID was lost in store. I'm so done with business at this location and you should be too. Last time my ID was given to another customer and had to wait for 2 hours to get it back. Management needs help ASAP

Staff was so friendly and helped me get everything I needed. It was my first time in a dispensary and they made the whole experience a great one. The employee dynamic was awesome, too. Everyone seemed as though they liked each other and wanted to be there and they happily answered any questions I had. My experience was fantastic. Highly recommend!

I ordered 4 packs of gummies for delivery and ALL 4 were melted. Rather than behave like a reputable and honest business, they are refusing to replace the product that arrived damaged.  I've spent more than $1000 dollars there in the past month; however, because of their unwillingness to make this right, they will no longer receive my business.

I recommend going here and seeing Kif he really knows his business. He is personable and professional and will help you with all you questions and needs weather you need to sleep or for pain or inflammation he is the best. Let me start by saying I know nothing about weed and this review is strictly pertaining to North Las Vegas dispensaries experience and I've now been here about four times and each one everyone has been friendly.Even when busy I don't experience rude body guards or anything but a nice smile and patience.I have a lot of issues with how I respond to stuff but Thrive carries the Mindy edible hard candies so I started ordering off of Dutchie.Each time Darian ended up helping me out and he is awesome super chill and friendly .Tonight Kourtney was super helpful trying to find out information and overall this is my go to spot for some cbd/thc treats

This is by far the worst medical shop I have ever been to in my freakin life I have never encountered so many rude people over the course of eight months of living in this shit hole Las Vegas I swear I've never met such uptight stuck up douche bags of employees in my life who think they're celebrities because they work 9 9 to 5 in a cannabis shop in Vegas. Very very rarely do you ever encounter anybody nice and when you do they get fired within a couple weeks to a month all the other employees that work there are straight pricks I've even had a gun pulled on me one time by a customer who was drunk in the lobby and the store completely disposed the video tape when I got the police involved this place is disaster, I will never in my life come back here ever again now that I found a decent shop right around the corner of my house everyone here at thrive you guys can go screw yourselves. Racist pricks never met a bunch of 95 people that thought they were somebody's because they sold some fucking weedNone of y'all ain't shyt and when you get fired you're going to go back to realize you never was shyt

I really liked this place but the service is non-exultant... takes forever to get your order when if you order it hours ahead of time!!! When their busy they have no staff!!! Just lost a good customer but I'm sure you don't care and it shows!!! Another crappy dispensary with crappy concentrates overpriced... I was ok with the ok quality and high prices because they didn't take hours for your order but now they do so what's the point. Gave them another chance since they are the closest to my house...  Curbside pickup, they send a text saying order is ready... When you get there you have to wait for a long time to get your order.  If the order is ready why does it take 1/2 after I give you my ID to get my order brought out. So it's not ready when you say it is...  Hire more people and tighten up your system.  If you have more people you will increase your sales by not having people wait 30-45 minutes after they arrive fit their order.  Management needs to take another swing at this. If you need pointers I owned one of the busiest dispensaries in California I sold in 2019.

I've been visiting THRIVE exclusively for the past year.  The staff is extremely knowledgeable and are always happy to answer any questions. As a cancer patient I appreciate them always providing good information and quality products.  During the pandemic they started curbside pick up which was great.  They have a good reward system and daily sales.  Text messaging isn't overdone and they always text with good deals.   Military discount is 10% on any none sale items.

The last two times I have came in to the Thrive (on Cheyenne), Kif was the one to assist me. He is not only understanding and listens to what you are looking for, want and expect from their product- but he never has let me down with his recommendations! Last time I was there, my Curbside Order was messed up - he not only owned the interaction and corrected it, he completely turned my experience around. When I returned a month later, he not only remembered me- he did not hesitate to assist. They were out of the product I normally purchase, but Kif was quick to recommend similar products and ensured I left feeling well served. I do not go to any other Dispensary; other than Thrive. Because it's people like Kif who make you feel welcomed, who are happy to assist, and show impeccable customer service. Thanks Kif!

As big as they are and as popular as they are; they need to take notes from other dispensaries for curbside pickup and drive thru!!! The lines and the process of waiting is longer than going inside the dispensary!! For example; you order an hour ahead you get there, you still have to wait 15 minutes to get noticed that you're parking in a curbside parking spot... then they check your id and make you wait another 20 minutes to collect your money and then bring out your bag... by this time; you could have gone in and ordered and left!! You guys should check out JENNY'S DISPENSARY'S curbside process!!! It's EASY AND FAST!!! The last free times I thought it was because they were busy... today I went... same shit!! The process of curbside and drive thru needs work!!

First experience here was not too bad at all. I did a online order, went to pick up, got assisted pretty quickly over the phone on what to do. Then I pulled up guy came within seconds did his thing then the other guy came with my bag, there was a problem with the total ($) but they fixed it within minutes. Overall I drove away happy.

Jeremy and Trinity and Ryan were amazing and hooked me up with a great deal and awesome discounts as well! I will be returning soon for my discounts.

I am giving this place one star because the manger threatened me saying she would not allow me to shop there if I didn't remove my first review I left. I had given this place 5 stars FIVE STARS, and apparently that wasn't good enough for the manager (girl...don't know her name) I had written a employee of theirs found out my address (probably from checking the IDs) and came and vandalized my come on camera. I had the police show up to their work to confront the employee and all was resolved thankfully. However the manger decided a ring on the phone was the best way to speak to me and ask me to remove my 5 star rating because I added in a bit about their employee vandalizing my home. So I will now give it 1 star review and will not ever come back as I am sure the manager will just block me from coming in like she stated she would if I didn't remove the rating!Jenny's now has my business and they actually treat their medical patients with respect and far better products. I would encourage everyone who has a medical card to shop elsewhere because they don't want your five star rating if it includes anything slightly negative!! So here is to one star of how horrible my experience was with Thrive! All thanks to the manager!!!

This dispensary is cool regarding the many options to purchase product eg. drive thru, inside, delivery, etc, however, the drive thru takes an eternity!!!!  I'm actually in line at the drive thru as I write this and I've been in line without moving for 15min per customer!!  I mean WTF are they doing?  This aspect is quite annoying, other than that the staff is pleasant and professional.  They need to implement a time frame per customer at the drive Thur window that's all.

I've been going to thrive for 5 years now and the staff is usually GREAT! However, very recently I went to make my usual purchase and the staff that was working this day were new people. I am always polite & courteous. This particular day 2 weeks ago, I got into it with a young lady (for lack of a better word) who was very rude to me & did this in front of the new staff.  I have over the last 5 years,  spent hundreds upon hundreds of dollars there. I asked the woman's name and she refused to give it to me. Absolutely unacceptable! I wont be going back as long as this behavior is tolerated. After all, they are NOT the only game in town!Sorry Thrive Cannibis Marketplace...one bad apple spoils the whole bunch!

Went as a first time smoker. They recommended something (that I realized after googling) is a hard hitting strain for experienced users. Had an awful experience. Their website says guaranteed product satisfaction but when I called I was told they don't do returns or refunds.

Daniel and Ryan made my first time experience pleasant. I was accidentally given the wrong item and had noticed it after I opened the product in car. They weren't able to exchange the product, but they did the right thing by giving me the correct product in addition. That was really cool and fair in their part.

I tried out the new cactus location located right off the 15 freeway near Southern Highlands and Mountain's edge. First off, two jars of premium weed offered Not much fun. I didn't get high.. And then they charge a buck for an exit bag. Won't be going back for quite some time, if at all.

Ok Thrive this is the second time I ordered delivery And nothing.I decided to give you guys another try after the first time of no communication no contact from anyone at the marketplace and no contact by email.You guys are very unorganized you do not communicate with your customers well you cannot sign into your account online to check on your order track your order or anything.Super frustrating especially when you have pain waiting on your product.I went to Pisos delivery as soon as I order I got a text message confirming my order and an email.The next day I got a text message from Pisos stating that they would be here from 11 AM to 1 PM 12:30 PM sharp they showed up with my order.If you guys can't get it right maybe you should just close shop until this whole COVID-19 is over.Another unhappy customer

Prob one of the worst services in the industry, their policies are outdated, they do not understand what customer service is extremely amateur to be in this business and not willing to move forward stay away

DO NOT GO HERE. I just spent 2 HOURS waiting for their "curbside" pickup. Why? Because they aren't following THEIR OWN DIRECTIONS they send you via text. It's so disorganized and people are almost crashing into each other because of their lack of control and organization. When I confronted the person about the problem, there was no effort to solve the problem. To waste a customer's time and do nothing to resolve the issue when confronted about it is unacceptable. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. The previous times I've been here were mediocre at best and it was during off hours. I recommend going to Oasis, Acres, NuLeaf, or Nuwu. They are generally cheaper and their customer service is WAY better.

Gotta hand it to thrive for having a pretty kick ass dispensary with kick ass staff and legendary vegas buds.Walking in you feel like your at a spa waiting to get called for a bitchin massage but instead bitchin buds.The wonderful girl at the front made things super quick and easy and gave us a warm welcome i wish i couldve gotten her name.The inside i feel is actually smaller than the waiting room but i dig it you can actually hear the bud tenders and see things with out waiting or other people breathing down your back because they only let so many people in at a time its not a free for all like nuwu for instance.We were immediately greeted by luke as soon as we walked in the back he showed me all the awesome deals and pointed us in the best direction i think. He suggested the Nepalese kush and i couldnt have been happier. My gf and i initially came here for the DO SI DOS. And they truly do have the real deal. One things for sure this place has wonderful buds and amazing knowledgeable staff that are up beat and positive. Luke made sure my gf and i had an amazing first time experience here i would highly recommend this place.

Efficient & courteous delivery service during virus crisis- and much appreciated!  Matrix PURE  is my favorite brand of vape concentrate- cleanest, by far.  I find the staff helpful and for the most part, informed (well trained).  They are my go to dispensary but sometimes they run out and inventory is super unpredictable - difficult for medical patients who rely on certain Terpenes etc.  I hope that they will get better re:inventory management, particularly with their own brand.  Also, I wish medical patients got a little more consideration in this regard.  I am a high spending regular patient- you'd think my medication needs would come before opening inventory to recreational users.  Medical patients first, not just in line but with inventory too.

Let me start by saying I never write reviews on anything but this was such a Great experience!  My bud tinder Cheyenne was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find the right strains and consistency of concentrates for what I was looking for.  She  not only was great in picking out the strains but she taught me all about terpenes and effects of each.  I learned so much I will be back for sure.  This place is legit!

Please do not come here. I have been sitting here for 45 minutes and they've lost my order TWICE. I'm a medical patient watching all these people walk in and out with their products while I'm sitting here waiting for them to find me? I tried giving my name and cards at least a half a dozen times. The people running the pick up section need training on efficiency and urgency. They can't even apologize for their faults. To be honest, I don't know why I am even writing this because nothing will come of it. I came here two years ago and said "never again" so why am I here again? Only my fault now. Go to NUWU or the Source. I wish I could give negative stars.EDIT: they made me fill out paperwork before I got my product to get the medical discount. I get the price and there is NONE. I ask and he goes "youre not the first person to say that!" As he laughed. WELL THEN WHY DID YOU MAKE ME FILL THIS OUT

I'm only giving two stars because I love the decor and atmosphere of this dispensary.... but OMG THE PRICES! Everything is expensive and taxed like hell. It kind of defeats the purpose of coming to a dispensary because I've tried several strains here and they're not really even that potent. Imagine spending like $50 on weed just to have to smoke a crap load of it to actually get high. Sorry but you guys get two stars for decor but two thumbs down   for your prices and quality.

1st time here. Walked in gave my License then walked to Heaven. Kidding. Nice size room only about 2 others then it got pretty busy. Pretty good selection. Easy to find what your looking for. It's all labeled with the amount of THC. Went home to try my Medicine. Tried a little it's mellow I think. It's not eat your brains out or I need to go to BED Now....OR I Can't move. Or I need to throw up. It would be nice to get into your 370Z Nismo and take a nice ride on roads with no Cars. So I'm writing this after I Tried my Medicine & I can say it's pretty good. The name of it is "CHEESE HEAD" Love the name... Oh & I would go back because it's not far from where I live & they have decent prices. Did I mention I got a 1st time Customer Discount??

The staff was nice. Price is good. Every time I come here I do the curbside pick up and their online system tells you one price & then when you pick it up it's about $5-$7 over the amount said online. When I ask I'm told it's additional taxes and the "bag" charge. Online it adds the taxes already so I'm not sure what that's about. I use cash to avoid the $3.50 charge from the ATM but at this point it might be cheaper. I don't like to have cash on me which is what's annoying because I'll never know the exact amount when withdrawing.

Placed an order  at 5pm, I followed up via email at 8pm and they confirmed I would have my  order  by 10pm. Just received a call saying it wouldn't be until 1am. Who accepts orders that late, unbelievable. A simple we can't make it would of worked for me vs the inaccurate email to waste even more of my day.

Multiple times I've came to this location and nothing seems to change ordered online and never get a email or anything saying my order was ready so pretty much had to guess. Security said we could skip the drive thru by going to a curbside pick up spot when there were none available which led me to lose my spot in line. I decide to go inside to just pick it up myself but they say it's gonna be a 40+ minute wait for something I ordered ahead!? Horrible service every time I come to this location so if you're looking to get something off that $20 menu go to the Sahara location instead

You really have to read the fine print. I went in for a product I've tried before that helps with my headaches and I was excited because it was buy 3 get 1. Well... the promo apparently always changes. So one time it can be buy 3 get 1 of what you want another time it can be buy 3 get 1 of what they designate. The issue I have with get what they give you is.....you don't know how your body will react. That's like going to a liquor store and buying 3 get 1 free but instead of all Vodka they throw in Tequila. I know my body can't handle Tequila. Or going to a drugstore and buy 3 Tylenol and getting Advil as your free product. Again, I know I can take Tylenol but Advil is poison to my body.Yesterday I found out that I can't handle their free product. If marijuana is medicinal then a promo like that really shouldn't exist. If you buy 4 of the same price point products 1 should be free. The staff is friendly and the place always seems super busy so definitely do the pickup or delivery option.

whoop whoop giving a big shout out to little danny!!! a few days late is better than never!!!right? right!!! thrive is my only spot!!! it should be yours too!!! im from california, my parents live out here in vegas, i come once a month to care fir them. i bring my own flower, but if i run out, or just want what i know thrive has, then im there!!! i recently cashed in on my 3000 points!!! hell yes!!! a free oz!, and a free t shirt!! thrive is the best shop in vegas!!! little danny is sooo knowledgeable, and loves to share his knowledge!!! actually, all the staff loves to answer questions,  if they dont know , they will find out for you!!! 5 stars all day every day!!!

Love this place! It gets crowded at times but if you visit during non peak hrs it's usually a breeze. Super dank flowers & fresh oils always on deck here. Customer service here pretty good. Always check the menu there's good deals throughout the week. S/o to Charles at Sahara store today who helped me pick some dank variety of flowers I finally reached 3K loyalty points!!

I'm going to miss the hell outta this place if they have to shut down by force. The staff is always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Most recently, during the current situation (March 2020), they've been slammed with customers. The staff has been handling it well: getting orders out as fast as possible; yet still managing to be polite.I won't speak on the prices as I believe you get what you pay for. As far as the quality: I have yet to be disappointed.It's always clean, too.Be sure to check the daily specials. Their bonus point system doesn't send me a lot of extra stuff, in a good way. (I signed up for one that would send me texts at 9 am and emails all damn day at a different place! So much regret with THAT place...)If you haven't tried it yet, I recommend a visit or several..!

Ok so I placed a order through this company now I know it's hard times for everyone but giving out wrong information is not an excuse I ordered my product @5:30pm waited the time they had on there site some employee called me and stated that my order won't get to me until a little after midnightF*** up number 1. I ask the employee for the email address she gave me the wrong address F*** up number 2. So I emailed that address and I woke up this morning to check my email from them and that's when I noticed that I was given the wrong email address so the company never got my email then I noticed that the delivery guy had called my phone at 2am NOT the midnight I was told if I would have known it was going to take til 2am I would have canceled but while I'm in Las Vegas I will never go back to thrives again

Two visits: one in store, one delivery.  Both experiences good.  Placed a modest sized order online this morning at around 9:45 am and got confirmation text right away.  A few min later an employee, who was very polite and professional, called me because I ordered with my Veteran Affairs ID and they needed a state ID. I asked about my Vet Discount (which is very generous) and was told that I would get the price reduced at the door when it's delivered. Cool.  Wait...email...wait...email...call no answer...not too terribly worried about it because it's the COVID-19 policy and that's just how it's gonna be for a while.  I get an email around 5pm saying it's on the way...delivery guy shows up and says he can't adjust the price.  He tells me it's policy and they never change once it leaves the dispensary.  I asked the guy to call or ask the manager to call me.  He does and the manager Mike gets on the phone.  Long story short, he handled it very professionally, I got the discount.  Next time I will make sure to indicate it in the comments section of the order.4 Stars, not because of the wait, price flub, or miscommunication...It would be nice to provide an online tracking tool, texts, or an email that states how long the projected delivery time is.  It took about 5 hours for them to respond to one of three emails inquiring about a status.  No invoice was provided after closing out the order.  Just suggestions...pothead can't get his weed...first world problems.  God bless America.

Love the store, it's convenient with 24 hrs service. The staff is super friendly, professional and informative. So thankful for delivery during COVID-19, Steven is great and look forward to seeing everyone at the shop soon.

Still waiting outside after checking in ONE HOUR ago. However- to my and the young lad in a nice mustang next to me surprise- have to be in a spot to get service. So I "check in" an hour ago for my pick up order - but then snuck into an open numbered spot and had my ID taken 20 min ago to get RE-CHECKED IN! Just eliminate the online check in option since you obviously don't have the staff to handle it. Also- no rhyme or reason to the way service is provided. It's a free for all here. I spent all my money at thrive- through COVID- through good times and bad. After an hour wasting gas in my car and listening to Madonna - I'll never spend another dime here.

Used their delivery service today and was pleasantly satisfied with my experience. From the time I placed my order online to the time it got to my house was about 3 hours - I was in no hurry so that was perfect for me. The sent me a text message as soon as my order was received and then again when they were leaving the facility and once more as they got closer to my house. I also received a phone call from the delivery driver. When he got to my house he confirmed it was me by asking to see my ID. Once that was confirmed he pulled out a payment pad and I swiped my debit card, Signed my receipt and had my product in hand. One of my items came with a humidipack in the jar which I thought was wonderful - the flower was nice and fresh, not dried out at all. Overall very satisfied and impressed with the service and the product I received today and will definitely be using them in the future. Thank you Thrive!

Exclusive to Thrive. Curbside pick up. Asking for receipt before paying is crucial. Know how much you owe. 2 separate occasions where the price they said was higher than my receipt. Asked for receipt before payment first time I hear a "can we do that?" To another rep. Only asked because I felt the price said was wrong.  2nd time wouldn't pass me the receipt saying it said a higher amount than I had on my email receipt. Canceled order and went inside. Not a good feeling knowing that's how it is

When I went in I was very lost but I got a great budtender named Ryan who really knew what he was talking about and was able to explain things to me in a way I could understand. He was able to match me with really great products and provided excellent customer service. This is definitely my go-to dispensary because of this experience.

Bryanna is TERRIBLE!!!! Worst employee ever, every time I come in she gives me a hard time mind you I work in the Industry her customer service is at a 0 everyone else at Thrive has been exceptional. I continue to come here off the strength of the other employees but I will refuse to be serviced by this prick of a woman. She needs to watch who she is talking to being sarcastic I pray managers read this and have a sit down with their employee about there attitude. Walked in, presented ID, short wait, went to purchase counter. Told the girl what I wanted. Three minutes later it was in a bag and I was paying for my products. On my way home in another three minutes later. Very efficient.

Thieves. Less than 24 hours after I went to the store I realized they had given me CBD RSO Oil I explicitly asked for THC and showed the employee "THC Oil" I went to exchange this never unopened syringe of CBD RSO Oil and.. the ignorant Manager said NO. He said it doesn't matter anyways because they're the same thing , "it's half THC and half CBD "he told me. In fact they are not. They're all high not paying attention and then blame the customer when it is their fault. They had the audacity to offer me a 20% discount on something else. I will never return to this place. when I first came here they said it's a 48 hour exchange policy. Now they are saying that it changed to no exchanges or refunds when you walk out the door . They never advised or had this posted anywhere.  They just want your money and if you value customer service this dispensary is NOT for you.

Dear 2755 Cheyenne Location,I witnessed Alfredo straight up laugh at a customers face because they messed up her order. He had no sense of urgency what's so ever. All the customers in line even pointed it out. We then again saw him get upset at a customer over the phone and gave attitude the entire time. Lastly on my last visit, I forgot my ID for the drive thru pickup so I had my girlfriend come in inside, which is understandable. The total price was 45.50 at the window with the bag and fees, but when she went inside it went up to 49 ?? How does that work?? When I asked her rang her up... guess who? Alfredo!! So we called and tried to figure it out but all we got was "there's nothing we can do" while obviously laughing in the background. I understand that sometimes we have no control over the prices and specially for cannabis, but he didn't even try explain  or just be cordial. I'm a frequent customer at this location but this kind of service truly makes me want to go to another place for my cannabis. I know that most of these reviews just get overlooked and glossed over, but this person's consistent bad work ethic really makes me feel like this establishment isn't up to par with any other dispensary.

They are so full of lies and excuses.. Their website states 120-300 mins for delivery which really means 10-12 hours if your lucky, when you call them out on it, they continue to lie more or tell you to do pickup.. After 3 years of being overcharged by you, this is my final purchase..So many more dispensaries in town and cheaper..Then to tell me after I had waited an hour xtra before reaching out, that you couldn't deliver to me due to a spike in curbside pickup.. Lies, lies, and more lies kept coming.. I spend over $600 a month w you, but I'm happy going elsewhere..

My usual dispesery put too many restrictions and conditions on their delivery.So I decided to give this one a try and I wasn't disappointed. They delivered within three hours which was fine by me as I'm in no hurry. It was super easy to place an order onIine.Their big plus was that they have no minimum $$ per order and they're open 24 hours a day which makes it very convenient.It seems that I'll keep using them after the pandemic is over.

Tried the curbside pickup, total bust.  Placed an order on the website @ 2:15pm.  Received confirmation it was ready @ 3:30pm with a link to click when I arrived.  Arrived @ 4:06 pm, filled the info about car type and parking location, and was told order would be out shortly.  Not long after, I saw the car that pulled in (and presumably checked-in) right before me get their order.  Sweet! I must be next.  Forty minutes later, after watching several orders get picked up by cars that had pulled in long after me, it was apparent that it could take any amount of time. I left with nothing.  Thank goodness there are many other dispensaries in town, definitely will not be going back here.

This place is a joke ordered for delivery 5 hours later still not here I was quoted 2 hours I called about 2 1/2 hours after I ordered the lady on the phone saidd it would be an additional 2 1/2 hours and still nothing called a ton of times no one answered!!!!!!!!

Ordered for curbside pickup and they said it was placed at the wrong location when it specifically says the Cheyenne location on the receipt so they made me replace the same order for no reason when they could have just gave me my order. I thought so Th curbside I could just be in n out but it took 45+ mins to even receive my things. Then they proceed to give me the wrong stizzy pod. Don't recommend.

The staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoy flower Thursday for the 20% off. They have a 20$ eighth special every day! Ask for little Danny or Christian they are super knowledgeable and give great recommendations. Ask questions if you're not sure what is best for you. They're good at helping you customize what works best for you!

You know of the meds I got were good I would've never had to write this. I paid 115 for a quarter which should last me at least 4-5 days at 24%thc... supposedly. The meds were so dry it crumbled as soon as you touched it. No play whatsoever. Just turned to dust. I went through 7 grams in 1 day. There is no way that these were top shelf meds. I am a patient and need the strongest possible, which I paid for. Now I'm out 115 and no meds for the foreseeable future. Gotta love greed in times of pandemic right?! When this is all over, thrive will never receive my buisness in person, let alone delivery. You have lost a customer and I will make sure everyone knows what you're all about.

Double check what your buying especially when the staff doesn't confirm it with you because if they give you the wrong product they won't return it for you instead they make you buy the product you wanted in the first place but with a very very small discount that doesn't even make the trip there worth it. We looked at it one product only and one strain only and they gave me a completely different opposite product that I didn't even ask about or look at. Would have gave 5 stars if they fixed situation and gave me the right product at no cost but it's not allowed.

I got scammed here. First I'd like to point out I went here based on the reveiws, and they are true. The customer service here proved to be as good as the reviews. My complaints are the following. They do not accept CC, no one said anything nor is it stated anywhere until you hand them a card. When I received my receipt I noticed after I left they charged .50¢ for my bag??? I don't need this stupid bag...not for .50¢. Later that day I check my checking account (because I had to use my debit card) and noticed the transaction was listed as the address, OK I've seen that before, no biggie. 4 days later I see in my checking account the name has been changed to "NON-CHASE ATM WITHDRAW 320651 10/052755 W Ch" with an additional "NON-CHASE ATM FEE-WITH" for $2.50. I got charged to use a non-ATM withdrawal without my consent. This infuriates me. I'm all about transparency and this business is not that. FYI I went in for CBD oil for pain relief for migraines...it did not work, not their fault just another disappointment.

I visited thrive today and was greeted by the RUDEST!females I've ever had the displeasure of meeting,she was fair skinned,skinny with hair like Sideshow Bob,but blondish brown,I expressed that I hadn't brought enough cash for the more expensive strains she got really full of herself, attitude,snarkiness, her patience dwindling now,I asked if there was a BofA near by,her response was you have a smart phone and our atm is over there it's only $3:00 to use,I hadn't been to this location in a while and won't be going back,oh and the flowers were very dry!

I feel like of all the choices you have in Las Vegas when it comes to Cannabis dispensaries, you shouldn't ever go near this particular Thrive location. I also had a pretty lame experience at the downtown location, but I'll save that for another review. Getting straight to the point, my bud tender Brooke knew absolutely NOTHING. As someone who used to write copy for "the industry", I expected that this employee selling to me would be just as knowledgeable if not more so. I was deeply disappointed as she stuttered through her completely tacky and impersonal monologue. When I told her I preferred something tasty she was sort of rude and said something to the extent of "sorry you can't sample" condescendingly... I won't be back and for real Thrive... your sesh is a mess and your employees don't know anything about weed. Do better.

I ordered a few days ago and had an awesome down to earth driver named Derby! He was actually the ONLY good thing I can say about this company. I forgot to leave Derby his deserving 5 star rating and I'm not sure if that's maybe why I put an order in at 12pm yesterday, only for them to arrive at 10pm last night.. truly disappointing. Felt sorta like a punishment. Anyways, 5 Stars for Derby! 3 Stars for Thrive.. They just never keep their consistency. It's pretty sad honestly.. had it not been for this Corona epidemic, I wouldn't have ever even ordered from them because of my last visit a few months ago.. but desperate times calls for desperate needs. Luckily I've found a new source that has much fresher bud and edibles and actual great customer service from management! After that 10hr wait last night, I'll be sure to never ever attempt to spent $103.86 for 9Grams of dried out bud.I got 14 grams for $95 without Thrive btw. Other dispensary's are actually showing customer loyalty.

Unfortunately I was given a sativa when I had asked for an indica and the thc% was not even close to what she told me. She said it's 27% to not even 22%. Terpenes were correct, the only plus side. I didn't get the chicks name, how disappointing. 2stars because I Can't rate the bud,  since it wasn't what I wanted....

One star because the staff is nice but the manager MCKENZIE on the other hand is a rude B*tch!!! She refuses to put signs outside or help her employees guide cars to their "15" spots for pick up. I waited 20 min after my order has been ready for hours and finally I called to see what was the hold up and she said "not my fault, what do you want me to do we only have 15 spots. Are you parked out front because I see you I'll be right out to assist you" then proceeded to hang up on me. cars are fighting for one of the 15 spots and I almost got hit 3 times because people are panicking trying to get a spot. every time I tried to drive up to one of the spots someone snagged it and almost crashed into me or someone else. There is nothing on the website that states the instructions about their curbside pick up and how it works. I complained to an employee about this and they stated their manager MCKENZIE refuses to give them bathroom breaks or any kind of break at all. It was 108F today that is breaking labor laws and I feel SO bad for the employees to have a manager like that. She isn't helpful & she stays inside the entire time enjoying the AC while all the employees are running from car to car with no water or breaks!!!!!! She never even came outside to speak with me when I asked for a manager. MCKENZIE has horrible customer service skills and shouldn't be called a manager! I pray to god MCKENZIE gets fired for mistreating the employees and customers! I won't be returning!!! You've lost ANOTHER customer! Not to mention I purchased 4 pens while they were shut down and only offering delivery & I emailed thrive and they said they refused to replace my items until the pandemic was over due to C19. So i got cheated out of my money & product. I won't be purchasing anything here anymore but I will be back to speak to someone above MCKENZIE to get my money back for these faulty products that don't even work!!!!! Rip off and not worth the headache ! Buyers beware!!!!!!

So don't use if your a gaming employee they only discount for non gaming. One on Sahara is terrible management. The source or essence treat you way better. To tell me have a gaming card then we only do  non gaming discounts. Not good. I will be sure when asked at work where to go to recomend somewhere else.

The least organized club I've ever been to.  Even when they're not busy they're slow.  Every single step in the process is wrong.  Everything is confusing, nothing is streamlined or set for efficiency.  Every time I've been there it's like no one knows wtf they're doing.  They're crazy categories overlap, make no sense.  No lines or order of operations.  Sometimes decent deals, but not worth the hassle anymore.

This place is super chill, not uptight but still really professional. Decor was elegant, waiting area was open and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. The prices and products were really great. They had a great edible selection including some Cbd stuff! The product displays were super organized so it made shopping really easy. My bud tender was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable and personable, it was a really enjoyable experience all around!!

So, I loved thrive, I loved the people in there, I referred friends to shop there... I love prerolls. They make my life easy. Thrive offers 0.7G prerolls, and first they were great! Perfect size. Then we get some, sometime in maybe February/March and they looked and felt nothing like 0.7G, I wrote into there facebook, and was told to come into the shop, and they would promo an 8th for me. (I sent some photos in to prove the difference of the prerolls...) sometime in april/may. Went in on our normal Monday night to grab some more prerolls, this is a weekly thing..... and again they look small and they arent burning good or staying lit. Now I dont care if you compensate me, but fix your shit. We thought whatever maybe they pulled in a crap rolled batch, went the next Monday and again preroll seems short. Now I dont have a scale... but comparison to similar products.... We went to another shop, that offers 0.6g prerolls. They also offer a 5 pack of prerolls that total 3G total, both this shops prerolls in comparison to the 0.7g I get from thrive are large in size (width and length) This makes me half tempted to buy a scale and weigh thrives. Just to see if I'm being skimped on the weight I'm getting. Are you guys adding the weight of the tube you put it in? The people that work there, or at least the ones I have dealt with are great. Just sick of feeling ripped off.

We used to come here all the time cause they had some ok deals but lately its been totally garbage. Customer service is non-existent and the products are always dry, sandy, and with little THC content. I just pulled out my first nug of the animal mint 8th I bought, and I popped it in my hand into dust. Gross. Don't waste your time with this place just go to Essence where the product is at least fresh. They even try to pack these little hydration kits into the jars to try to salvage the buds, and they're still always dusty dry and old. I Hope this helps anyone looking to find some Cali grade bud in Nevada because this is definitely not the place.

I never write yelp reviews. Literally the most trash dispensary I've ever been to. Don't do curbside service, they WILL waste your time. Management is incompetent. Go to reef.

Their curbside pick-up is an absolute joke. It's the most confusing, disorganized mess I've seen outside of a kindergartner's art project. I've been "checked in" now for 30 minutes, but some of the cars here have been here for nearly an hour (I know because I got here early after being notified that my order was being "prepared"...not sure how much prep goes into a  disposable vape & pre-packaged flower, but ok). What's even the point of ordering ahead? The last time I gave the place a try, they provided me with product that tested at different levels than what was on their website...I left 3 VM for someone to call me back...they never did. I get that it's a MJ dispensary, but it is still a business and it is run very poorly. The staff is friendly, so they get a second star, but DO NOT ORDER from here - go in, maybe? Whomever owns this place should be profoundly embarrassed and enroll quickly in some kind of management course.

Oh my gosh, worst dry flowers ever. Only star for customer service but products are old n stale n just not good. Im visiting family and ran out thought id try 24/7 place..thats why its open all day n nite cause it sells old, stale products. California would laugh at yall for ripping off people. Oh heres the kicker, they TAX..f##k that no more. Save your mula or better yet the corner street guy might have way better products. Im just saying!!!

Very beautiful! Love all the wood features, the way the products are displayed and the glass jar that the buds come in is so cute!However, there is no locals discount and the selection seemed pretty scarce compared to other dispensaries.Other than that, customer service was excellent, there was hardly any wait and the prices were pretty "standard" ..in a good way!

OK so boom I placed an order at like 1050, it was very quick and easy to sign up for an account the process took about three minutes and they had a hella good selection on flower and  Great prices. so I'm Already low-key impressed because I had just went on another site it took a while for me to make an account and the selection was lame, and the prices were hella high. So anyway.  by 1115 i had already received a confirmation email with my order summery and my driver information, AND a text saying he was 10 mins away. So I'm like damn. My drivers name was Dutchie, he was so awesome, and made sure the process was super comfortable and quick. I was so impressed. The flower was pretty and sparkly, one could have been trimmed Better for sure but shit over all it was a great service. Thank you so much Dutchie, you're the best & i hope to see you again

Worst greeter in the front I have ever experienced in any establishment. He was to busy gossiping to the security guard to say hi, didnt ask for ID, didnt tell us to go thru. It was like we were invisible walking thru. Hate to put 1 star because the people inside were so friendly and helpful, but he ruined it all.

You're not the only dispensary in northtown AND you also don't own the north. I'm pretty sure the competition up the road from you has way more business than you. Plus, your prices are not that great but nice try hyping yourself up.

My previous review was pretty negative.  I've been going there since and I've not again had that issue.  Most of the checkers verify unless they were also your bud tender.  This started happening shortly after and has greatly reduced errors.

Took them 45 min to get me my order after they took my ID... after I got my text said it was ready... Just don't understand what the hold up could have been. Nothing but "they are getting it ready..." and "its on the way..." poor communication and service.

Overall a fair setup. My first experience here I picked up some Hemlock and overall it was a good strain with a nice trim job. Prices were a bit high but I'm assuming they are like that at most places as places seem to spike prices because weed just went recreational on July 1st.I will say I love the glass jars they are giving with all weed purchases. Con would be prices and selection of flower could be better with better options in terms of not only THC focused but a high CBD would be nice.

The prices were OUTRAGEOUS and the staff very pompous.  This place is the epitome of taking advantage of people who just want to get high!  Better prices at the Apothecary or Reef!!  And I AM a consumer, not in the business.

I am looking for topical cream I  told the young man at the window, who said the wait would be about 15 to 30 minutes.  We were unable to wait we told him.  He replied, "I could care less whether you wait or not". So we left. I'm sure there is another cannabis shop with someone who is more suited for the front window.  I will NEVER return to this store.We stopped at this shop on Monday July 10th. I don't recall the young man's name,  but I do remember all the tattoos on his left arm. He is definitely not a people person.

Meeeeehhhhh.Although my husband is a medical user, I am not- so we came here for opening night of recreational sales.  The line was INSANE, but that's to be expected.  We got in line at 2:30 AM and got inside at 7:30 AM.  Everything was set up nicely.  They allow three groups of five to go inside the waiting area at once.  You basically switch stations until you are at the table nearest the inside door.  Only 5 people can be inside shopping at once.  When one exits, one enters.  The inside of the dispensary is very nice.  Prices are on the high end, but what seems the norm here.  An eighth of dank is $45, danker is $55, and dankest is $65... Plus the 15% tax...We were pretty disappointed in the selection.  The flower selection was nice, but extremely over-priced.  We were hoping for more edibles, wax/concentrates, etc.  However, the staff was very kind and helpful.They only had one kind of edible, 10 gummies (sativa, indica, or hybrid) for $30....We were so disappointed that we waited in line 5 hours for a pre-roll ($10) and some very over priced gummies... We asked how much an ounce of dank would be.... $420!!!! I mean, 420, hey that's funny, but it's really not.. WTF!Make sure you keep your zip-bag or you have to pay for a new one! 20% off if you go between the hours of 1 AM-4 AM. Hopefully they increase their inventory selection.  In the meantime, we will be checking out other dispensaries!

Great location. I am 69 years old. I had many questions, and they took their time to explain everything. They were very patient with me. I would recommend people in my age bracket to go here. Don't be intimidated. Feel free to visit and again, asked questions and they will answer them to the best of their ability. Great staff!

This is my favorite dispensary. The  Receptionists are always friendly and  Genuinely seem happy to see you.The Bud Tender Kristen is  Amazing her product knowledge of strains and Turpin's is phenomenal. She has never given me a badd recommendation. Anyone who is serious about knowing what they are ingesting should definitely visit this dispensary! They have a good selection of  Cannabis products and are priced fairly.

Their website SUCKS!! And is not  user friendly at all!! I accidentally placed a wrong order on pax refill and am stuck with it since all sales are final and I had not even left the property! This is my 4 th bad experience with thrive so I guess I will try a different dispensary!

Drove all the way over here at 6pm for happy hour as I've gone to the other location and received it. This location does not offer any happy hour. Apparently the same name does not mean they do the same thing. Their points system is great, 2x points for happy hour, too bad they dont offer it!!! Why advertise something you dont offer!!! Let me start this review by saying I have been a costumer of Thrive for a little over a year. I am in the shop on average 3-4 times a week. And spend roughly $200 a week. Today as usual, I was in Thrive and had just checked out. As I turn around my 8th falls out the open end of the baggie and shattered on the floor. I was told by management that it was my fault the bag wasn't closed and that I would not be getting a replacement. I asked to speak with a manager who told me the best they could do was give me 30% off of another 8th(after having already paid full price) and I was welcome to pick up the weed on the floor that was covered in glass. I asked to speak to the next manager above her. This manager wouldn't even come speak to me to resolve the problem. Any shop that treats costumers like this doesn't deserve my business. I will be going to REEF from now on.

Thrive is now my go to place. Young lady caryn was very knowledgeable she was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation she was very up  beat friendly and her customer service is outstanding.

It's really annoying that you can't use more than one method of payment. Tonight we had a gift card, cash, and debit cards... but they wouldn't let us pay with gift card and another method of payment. We had to load money onto the gift card in order to pay. It took like 10 minutes to figure out that was the route to go.. and my fiance had to suggest that option.   Super frustrating. Fortunately, there wasn't much of a crowd. I wish I knew the schedule of some of the better employees, I would only go there when they're working.

Visiting the area and stopped in to check this place out since it was recommended by a friend. We purchased a CBD pen but unfortunately when we got home we couldn't get it to work. We decided to give them a call to see what could be done and they were more than helpful! The girl was SO nice and apologetic (not that it was her fault) and asked us to come back so they could look at it and make it right for us. We came back and they confirmed that it was a defective pen and replaced it for us and gave us a discount on some additional CBD pens we got while we were there. Awesome customer service!

Hire more drivers. Placed an order at 1 pm, got a phone call at 10 pm asking if a delivery after midnight was okay. Ridiculous.

Thrive is not a poor experience, but the process is just excessive. The people are nice but the actual experience is what gave them a 3. Their actual product has been good. Of course it's at a dispensary price though. The part that throws me off, this is the only dispensary (maybe because of location?) that I've been to that makes you go through so many steps. You check in and wait in the lobby as usual. Some days it takes a while to get back, others you get right through-- this is expected considering a Friday night will be busier than a Wednesday morning. Once you're in the back, there are tables in a horseshoe shape for you to look through their inventory. You wait around until a worker notices you and takes your order. They write it down on a sticky and tell you to wait to pay. You then wait for a cashier to call your name. Once called, you go to the cashier, confirm your order and pay- i like that they have both cash and card options. Card has a fee though. From there, you take your receipt/order label to the next and final step (yay) where they give you your order. Realistically speaking, this process isn't bad if it didn't take 5-10 minutes for each step in peak hours. I guess if i came during the day it would be a simple 3 step process that's in and out however when i'm off work or on a weekend, i don't enjoy spending 30-40 min for something that usually takes 10. Overall: friendly, knowledgeable people. Good product. Average prices. Long process.

Now they are making it harder to biy from them.  Sadly, not even me.   It my wife, despite having proper documents...which is what they're claiming.Trace is still good, but the overall customer service is spotty now.  The quality of the strands went down...and if you know your levels,  you understand the importance. I don't know precisely what happened,  but I think Jeromy, who I think is a manager, is dropping the ball.Thrive needs to revamp their business practices. Otherwise, all you'll see is people going in and buyng, to sell to others...like my wife saw happen last night.I doubt that was their fault, but they are letting it happen.

I visited Thrive for the first time a few weeks ago. While the lobby waiting area is beautifully done, the process seemed confusing. First, you check in (which is to be expected... All dispensaries are like this), then you're told how long the wait is. Then you go to the waiting area, and wait for your name to be called. I waited about ten minutes, which isn't bad since it was right before a holiday. When your name is called, you go into the "showroom" which is about the size of a bank vault. Very tiny. There's a weird island in the middle of the room, making things even more cramped. I couldn't tell where I needed to go until someone asked if I had been helped. Once I said no, he waved me over to the counter, and I placed my order. He walked away, not explaining that my items would then be placed in another area and I had to wait for my name to be called by the cashier. There's no separate line to wait in to pay, so everyone is just kind of mixed together. Then, once you pay and leave, you exit through the same waiting room as everyone waiting to go in. Kinda awkward to walk out with all your stuff in front of people. The entire process was confusing, but I'm happy with the pricing and product.I will say that they have a discount of 30% if you're a Sheriff's card holder, and a discount if you're a veteran. (It would be WAY better if they offered the 30% discount for veterans....)

Phoned in order drove to do curbside. Waited for 30 minutes for the girl to come to my car. She took care of everyone but me so i called. Was told oh just pull around front when theres an open spot. Why even ask to  check in in the confirmation text? I would have been back from Nuwu and home already by this time. So now its shift change apparently. Finally after over 45 minutes new guy comes over tell him ive been there an hour he says he saw me. My car sticks out. 15 minutes later he comes back and says they cant find my order and can i place it again. I do with 4% battery he says he will be right back. Now im one of 3 cars in the entire lot. He comes back and asks for the confirmation text. Well that 4% went 0 in the bad cell zone. He has me for the 3rd time place my order exactly as ive done it dozens of times as its the same web service for all dispensaries ive used. So now he comes back for money and had the nerve to ask if i wanted change back. Do you think you deserve a tip after this (insert expletive here)experience? Knowing i had been already waiting an hour zero sense of urgency at all but would you like to leave a tip? During all this cars are pulling up and getting taken care of and leaving. Not one or two but their entire parking lot. 15-20 no exaggeration. So placed my order received confirmation at 10:24 drove there by 10:40. I left at 12:45. No apologies for all the screw ups. No heres something for the horrible service you've received. What happened to customer service? The service is either satisfactory or horrible never exceptional. It used to be a decent place something changed. Prices are average but they often have specials. They carry the same brands as elsewhere so nothing special there. As is customary they received 1 star because because thats the lowest they can get.

Picked up two cartridges for my pen. But later found out they were not compatible.  Returned the next day , and instead of going through all the hassle of returning them the manager GAVE me the correct pen. To me, can't ask for better or service

I was in the market for something to help my husband deal with sciatic pain in his back. We decided to try out cannabis oil or cream.*sidenote* I have never purchased nor consumed any type of cannabis. I live right around the corner from this location so thought I would check them out. I walked in and from the check-in to the main showroom, the staff was so nice and helpful. I told them what I was looking for and they went over all the options in a way that did not intimidate someone who has never purchased before.

I always love to Shop at Thrive! One of the top locations in Vegas and the Vibe is always cool and vibrant. This time I ordered Delivery and Durby had blown me away with Top customer service!! Amazing!

I've spent thousands of dollars here, yet when I come to use some the points I've collected, they only have 1 item I can purchase. This makes zero sense. What is the point of having a points system that doesn't have rewards? Why would I continue to spend money here?

The worst experience at a dispensary EVER!!! I went in with a friend of mine, as we waited at the counter we asked the guy up front with "tattoos on his hands" if there were any first time specials just out of curiosity like a pre-roll?? He stated yes we do. So we waited to make a purchase then asked our budtender the same question and she stated NO. I said oh ok well the guy up front said that you do. So our budtender went to ask him, he blatantly said  I did not say that and they are just trying to get discounts and free stuff. Very rude and disrespectfuly in Hearing dostance. I hope Thrive doesn't condone or accept this kind of customer service. I am placing this on every form of social media. Thumbs down for thrive.

Informed shoppers are happy shoppers! Thrive has the best customer service and will really take the time to find you what you need. My best advice to everyone out there trashing on different dispensaries? Do your research!!! Know how much you can purchase, know how much tax you are paying- this will eliminate surprises at the register. Thrive has such a good variety of products and knowledgable staff to suit any need. Definitely a top brand when it comes to dispensaries in Vegas!

Courteous and definitely would recommend! Have a sitting area which is nice and then you go and talk with the representative about their product or products. $'s reasonable. My opinion is that their selection is not as big as the other dispensaries but maybe because busy?

I am a rec user. This is probably one of the nicest looking dispensaries in town. Menu was not updated and strain I was looking for was sold out.Least amount you can buy here is an eighth which sucks because you can't try out a few different strains unless you want to spend a bunch. Prices here are very expensive ($80/eighth after taxes) and taxes are not included in display price which is the case at other dispensaries. I don't recommend this place as there are better less expensive options.

Stopped in today to pick up my first recreational marijuana purchase. Thrive has an online ordering system, which offers pick up or delivery(amazing) options and cuts down the wait time for others in the lobby section. However, the online system isnt consistent with what they have in the showroom. Upon getting into the showroom after waiting for about 45 minutes, I found a strain I was looking for originally online but wasn't listed(I assumed they were sold out). Before I officially handed over my money, I asked if it was possible to add one more gram of marijuana since it wasn't listed online. The cashier rolled his eyes and rudely stated "that defeats the purpose of online ordering. If you want more you'll have to wait in line like everyone else."  It was a simple yes or no question after hearing an explanation. More than likely, I'll give them another chance for a face to face pickup interaction before I switch completely to delivery or another dispensary.  That short 5 minute interaction with the asshole cashier left a sour taste in my mouth.

Just a very unprofessional dispensary, absolutely no customer service here. No industry discount. One of the pre rolls was way to tight to smoke. Their strain quality is not the greatest. Also the $4 charge just to use your debit/credit card is just ridiculous. Pretty disappointed, I'll continue to drive past this dispensary.

Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted in a timely manner and were instructed to go directly to the back. The staff in the front was very friendly and polite. My girlfriend and I were getting some CBD oil for her dad who has Parkinson's disease. When we got to the back, Miriam was very helpful during the whole process. She was informative and went above and beyond to give us the right information on their products. Because of her, I HIGHLY recommend this place for all medicinal and recreational needs. Despite what some people think, this place has the best staff and products around.

Love this place!! Everyone is so knowledgeable and they make you feel welcome. My first time here they didn't make me feel awkward (I was nervous and idk why). I brought my dad for his birthday and it was fun lol. This is the only cannabis store I will ever go to. Their knowledge: My mom has been suffering from nerve and back pain due to an injury and I was looking for information on topicals, cbd oils, edibles and different thc levels and never once did they make me feel anything other than welcome. I am so dismayed to write a review that says this place has gone completely downhill. I've been coming to this location for over year as a medical patient and staff and everything was always so stellar. They knew what they were talking with the products and I never had any errors. Since they went recreational (and took on new management) everything is wrong every single time. I'm literally shorted product, charge for different types of products I didn't get, given the wrong product and not giving discounts the way you're supposed to. This is just the last 4/5 trips. Wtf?  the general manager so rude and self righteous today. All you had to do was listen. I can't believe this woman works as a professional in customer service. Just because you are a "manager" doesn't mean anything you say sounds professional. She was sure to announce that they brought her from the other location (good to know not to try there either) after they fired their old management. She's just brand new to this location and trying to clean up what they did wrong. Let me tell you, things were fine on the customers end before you arrived. Now it seems under your new management it runs like shit you guys have a lot of work to do but you definitely lost a customer that had been loyal and someone who always willingly spent way too much there. I'm sorry to call you out in this way but on my second to last trip there I stood and listened to your employees talk about how to go about doing something differently because they were in the middle of being inspected. Here's a bit of advice for you: if you guys do things right from the start, you won't be considered f ups and you won't have to worry about what you have to change while you're being inspected. Like I said to the manager,  I just like things to be right. So very disappointing. Luckily there are many more competitors to shop at now. Thanks for a great year. I'm sure you'll do fine without my business. Haha. Which is why none of them really care.  Hopefully the owners might but I'm but I'm not holding my breath.PS. A sidenote that I would've preferred be a separate review but it won't let me is that during my loyal year I asked at almost every purchase if they had lozenges or hard candies. They never did. I joked that I would purposely continue to ask every trip because I hoped eventually one day they will stock them realizing that a loyal customer keeps requesting it, said, out loud, every time. So it's an interesting sidenote that this business even before recreational couldn't really listen to their customers and stock a product that they literally asked for every time they came in. *shrugs

It was my first time at a dispensary out here in Las Vegas (I'm from California) and I have to say the Process was quick and easy. I came through on a Saturday night and it wasn't really busy. The staff is very friendly. Will be my pick up location whenever I visit Vegas now

Average prices, weirdly disjointed, slow service, and I'm fairly certain they skimmed my debit card (last place it was used before a barrage of fraudulent charges appeared the next night). Walking in, the girl at the counter was telling people to just sit wherever as there was no particular order. Few minutes go by and another girl comes out and makes everyone move seats because there apparently was an order; obviously the employees don't communicate with each other. Customer service is non-existent. Budtenders have no interest in recommending/describing different strains. The tatted out skinny Hispanic looking woman "helped" my girlfriend and me out by asking us what we wanted. We just wanted one pre-roll and she responded with, "just ONE pre-roll?" Very condescending tone from her. I was going to give a bad rating, however; since none of the employees seem to care enough to double check what they put in customer's bags, we ended up with three extra pre-rolls for free.Thanks Thrive for your buy one, get three free special on pre-rolls.

The check-in people here are very nice. My first time here I did not get anything free or a deal or a discount, but I have from exhale and the apothecarium. Thrive prices are a bit higher than the other dispensaries I have been to.

Short wait. They accept cards!!!!!! And pretty reasonable prices. Very personable. Only downside is there's no specials at the moment.

I don't know why someone would be rude to someone with a legit allergy. But that's what happened when I went there with a friend. Sorry not sorry. The Asian man that works there should really learn some customer service skills. There is no reason to be rude to anyone when they are trying to make sure the strain they purchase won't close their throat. Ill be taking my business elsewhere. Learn not to be rude. This is me being nice. I could say worse.

Horrible wait times to get in. NO ONE should have to wait an hour+ to buy and enjoy recreationally. Supposedly you can sign up online to order ahead of time or have it delivered to you but I wasn't able to get their site to work on my phone. Again, horrible wait times just to get inside where the air conditioning is.

Love the staff here, most seem to know what they're talking about, especially Sam ! she recommends me the best products everytime I come in, and basically never have to worry about getting something I don't like. Love that she knows her wax so well and that she does so many different edibles, always a 5 star experience with her :)

I went to thrive for the first time the other day.  The pricing and selection is what caught my attention and got me in the door.  It was refreshing to find such attentive staff right from the get go.  If you look online and do your homework THRIVE has the most consistent and competitive pricing that I have found here since we moved to Las Vegas.  We moved here from Colorado so this is a very big deal as selection and price is always very important.  Thanks to everyone at THRIVE !  You guys are my #1 choice for any Mmj needs here in Las Vegas!  You have earned my business exclusively.  Keep up the good work!!!!!!

Such as amazing shop. It has been my go to for the past 4 months. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Celina is an amazing bud tender, very engaging, energetic, and always smiling. I always look forward to seeing her when I go in. The other great thing about Thrive is the variety. The concentrates, edibles, flowers, and pre-rolls. Check them if your in the NW part of town. Being open 24 hrs a day, and even though at time they are busy, the wait is not usually very long.

Every time I go there I have to keep filling out their long form. Today I didn't have my ID and I told them I Dont have my ID. They said I'm not in the system. I have been there twice. I new I didn't want to go back because they charged me 4.50 to use my card plus my bank charged me 2.50 because their machine is an ATM. So I paid 50 for a gram.

Excellent place!  Only dispensary in town I know of that is open 24 hours.  Has excellent specials at all times and great flowers (mostly indica). Highly recommended

If you have a medical card be sure they give you the discount.  I was charged rec prices. The help is to busy taking money and not helping. I felt rushed and non existent. I was introduced to a bud tender then moved to a new tender then moved to another tender and finally recieved my package from another tender. Complete lack of a personal experience.  I'll never go back!

This was a unique experience, being my first time here at Thrive the vibes were awesome. Christopher was super dope, helpful definitely a cool dude. I love the fact Thrive is open 24/7. Definitely looking forward to coming back again.

Love the atmosphere and the employees give a great vibe! Very convenient as it's open 24/7. First time I picked up 2 different strains definitely did the job! Only thing was the pre roll I got from there I had a tough time trying to smoke it not sure if it was the paper or the way it was packed but over all had a great experience.

This was my first time at Thrive, I have been to 2 other head shops in Vegas and was satisfied, but these guys knock it out of the park. Their Budtenders, product, quantity, quality are far better than the other 2 places, plus it is closer to my house. I am 56, new to Vegas so still learning my way around. Sarah was my Budtender and was very informative, she knew her products, listened to my wants and needs and recommended products based on my needs. She was AWESOME! I am an older person but felt very comfortable in this shop. I got there at 9 AM and had no wait. I was not asked, nor compensated for my review, this is just an old farts opinion. I got a 10% discount for being over 55, not sure if this was every day or because it was Wednesday, they also offer discounts for military. The product came in a glass jar, better for freshness, read Hightimes for storage of weed if you are like me and don't toke like you did in the 70's-80's. I felt more comfortable here than the other 2 places I visited, security, staff, and location. If you go check out this bong they have in Jamaican colors, it is killer. A little pricey and my spouse would have killed me if I got it, but I am going to get it. I am 56 and that is way more older than 5. You can put ice in the tube for a cool hit, a lady behind me had one and loves it. Sarah told me to remember the hit will be heavier. When I was younger I had a collection of 20+ bongs, one was an electrical bong, great for parties. Thrive, you rock!

Really hip place! They had live entertainment and shave ice which on the busy day I came in made waiting seem just fine. Very nice selection and very nice prices. Great staff as well.

It's unfortunate that this place has a number of problems that they need to address before getting repeat business.  One:  Very confusing process of being served or waited on.  Customers somewhat stand around in a confused manner because there doesn't seem to be a good process in place here at all.  It's a very busy place with a lot of activity, so there needs to be a much better, more organized way to get people helped/assisted by the staff.  After standing around for awhile, finally a guy behind the counter took my first name and the item I was ordering and wrote it down on a little piece of paper.  Really?  Very unprofessional.  Then that info is apparently given to the person operating a computer with the name and item.  From that, the customer is called when it is time to fulfill the order.  I don't like having my name called out in that environment, would prefer privacy and professionalism, which is as it should be in any somewhat medical type of environment (for those who use cannabis for health reasons). But whether it's medical or rec, people appreciate a private discreet way to purchase.Two:  they add 45 cents onto the price of a plastic/pouch which you need to keep and bring back the next time or you get charged again.  There was also an "excise tax" of $3.00, plus another tax, so the total taxes came to $6.  This is more than I paid at a previous dispensary for the very same item, so I don't understand the tax thing here.  Between those two issues, I won't be back.  They do seem to have a good array of items to choose from and it is a fairly large place, but still, the drawbacks of higher price and confusing "customer service" issues make it a "no go", at least for now.  Maybe will try again in a few months, but for now, going back to a dispensary that is somewhat smaller but seems better organized (and lower price/no bag charge, no "taxing" of the sort that was done here.). Will say tho, the item purchased was of good quality and was perhaps even a bit "stronger" than what has been experienced at a different dispensary. But that could just be the particular vendor, so I don't have enough info yet to say why that was.

This is one of the worst dispensaries I've been to. Overpriced product, and I wouldn't even call the employes "bud tenders". Do yourself a favor and check out other dispensaries. Guy behind the counter was so high on the job. Just a bunch of uneducated kids, sorry to say. Will never come back to this craphole.

I have been working with Thrive on Cheyenne since I got my medical permit. If the physicians in this medical wasteland showed half the concern and willingness to discuss symptoms and treatments as the budtenders at Thrive, I wouldn't consider moving to Las Vegas the biggest mistake I ever made. Thank God someone in this city cares about health care!

I recently visited this dispensary for the first time. I was a little hesitant to go in after unpleasant customer service experiences at a few different dispensaries in the area. But I was reassured that not all are alike as proven by my pleasurable visit at THRIVE. Everybody there was really nice and helpful but an employee named Samantha stood out amongst the rest. I am from out of town and although an experienced smoker, I am not familiar with the lingo as well as the vast product availabilities in Las Vegas. I was super overwhelmed by all the options but Samantha instantly put my anxiety at ease with her welcoming demeanor and even more so when she patiently, yet efficiently, walked me through the products offered. After a quick run down of what exactly I was looking to achieve through cannabinoids, she then guided me in choosing the best products for my desires and I left there feeling confident and excited to try them out! I could tell off the bat that Samantha was extremely knowledgeable in all things marijuana, but when she realized that I was a newbie to all this, she explained (non judgmentally) in laymen's terms which each product was designed to do and how it works. After trying them out I realized she hit the nail on the head with what I was looking for! I bought all the stuff she recommended and after consuming the majority of it, I was so satisfied that I went back for seconds before my trip ended! My friends and family and I visit Las Vegas frequently and I would never suggest or visit another dispensary other than this location.

Long wait, staff seemed to be unsure of their products, and preroll was too tight and would not smoke had to empty it in a piece to salvage after most was wasted.

I looked on weedmaps and they advertised 8ths of gorilla glue #4(23+%) for 40 dollars. I got there and the price was raised to 50 dollars plus tax. They explained that when they raise the price they don't change the advertised price till the next day. I told them I felt they pulled a "bait and switch" maneuver. The guy then told me they would honor the price. I said great. Then he said they are out of 8ths of gorilla glue #4(23+%). They only had grams and 4ths of that strain. They offered to sell me the strain by the gram....for only $61.3something. They told me that was practically the same price (yeah 61 dollars is the same as 48 dollars)as the 48 dollars they charge for a "40" dollar 8th. The budtender told me that he was pretty much giving me a gram for free at that (61) price. I count a 13 dollar price difference  . So I pick the other strain I saw online (super gorilla[20%]) and no 8ths of that either. Finally picked alien diesel(19%) since it was the highest thc of what was left at that price.

Fri night 730 pm. They wanna make me wait 15 min to get in. Thanks for wasting my time again. Ill go elsewhere. Besides all of your product is dry.

the staff is friendly and helpful. the showroom and waiting area are clean and accommodating. discount with sheriff's card (and military and I think one more card, just ask) and if you return bags and jars, there's a little more discount. plus they use flok which will give you a discount on your 10th purchase! it's the only place I go!

it's been really hard for me to find the place to buy my medical marijuana that made me feel comfortable but this place has. The people are very nice and knowledgeable about their product and help me pick out items that will help me with my severe pain and my other symptoms do to my MS. when I go in it's at a time when I've come to the point that I desperately need something other than the narcotics that are prescribed by my pain doctor. I hate narcotics so I will only take them to a certain point and then I will switch to the marijuana which is actually more effective and safer. thank you to thrive for helping to make my experience easier and more pleasurable when I go in there. another thing I like is the atmosphere in the office. it's very relaxing and almost Zen in appearance and very conducive to beginning the relaxation experience of using the marijuana which goes a long way to helping it work once you take it. if you use the marijuana while you're nervous and anxious it's harder for it to work but when you go in there and you're relaxed to begin with by the time you take it your body is ready to accept it and it works a lot better. thanks again to everyone and keep up the good work.

Very mediocre IMO I suggest that if it's your first time going to a dispensary DO NOT GO HERE FIRST. Go to the Reef,  the Source or my absolute favorite Oasis! Thrive has the most paperwork to fill out by far, all the other dispensaries I listed only need a few lines of information- plus I thought it was odd that thrive was the only one to ask for my social and other information I never needed before. Their deal for first timers is very meh as well only 20 percent off. Plus they didn't even have as big a selection of things as I've seen with other dispensaries. At the reef I was given options: I got a free 1/8 plus a 10% off discount every time you go there just for being a member- the source also had different first time sales: I went with a free vape battery which is AMAZING!  And oasis was probably the classiest place I've ever been to! They also have first time options! Super sleek and very friendly, they even text you daily deals! They have everything- even cbd infused dog treats!

Their selection is adequate. Nothing monumental. Their prices are higher than most. They put their cannabis strains in 3 categories, each category priced $5 higher than the last for an eighth. Their customer service needs a lot of help, however. Their waiting room is completely disorganized and you play musical chairs as the line moves. Once in the selection area, its a scrap shoot if you'll get help. There were literally 6 people behind the counter, discussing their fashion choices for the day, and not helping a soul. I discussed with 4 other waiting customers as to the best way to get some help. Unless you were a buddy of one of the employees, you were waiting until they got some more water, straightened their attire, reapplied make, or fixed their hair. This is really unexpected from what looks like a well thought out store and space. The store help is very young, very inexperienced, and very clique-y.On a Saturday afternoon, wait time in the waiting room was 20 minutes. Wait time at the counter was 30 minutes.

This place was closer so went to it instead of our usual place. BIG MISTAKE!!! No cars were in the parking lot so figure it's going to be fast. The kid up front was so slow with the one customer that was there, we almost left. Finally I asked if there was another person that could check us in because all the workers in back that had NO customers were laughing and talking loudly. Guess they didn't want to help. So after SLOWLY getting checked in, went to the back, where another customer was waiting and she was saying how this isn't her favorite place because their products are so dry but it was close by. They called me in , I had their menu from Leafly,, and they had good prices so I knew what I was going to get. Imagine my surprise when the product I wanted was almost15 dollars more then what they had put on their website?!  Good old bait and switch to get people in! What a scam. Asked to speak to the manager and. Showed him the original price. " oh, that must be a misprint " oh really, so this is how you need to bring customers in by lying about your prices. He really could care less and would not give me the original price so I said well , guess I will go back to my usual place, at that point some jerk bud tender snickered out loud like this other place was a dump! So I said " are you laughing at me?  At that point I left never to come back. What a sleazy, bait and switch store. The manager should be fired, absolutely no customer service skills from ANY of them. Need to be investigated. BUYER BEWARE

Great shop! They always have deals and their products are great! The employees are always so kind and knowledgeable whenever I ask them for specific things and I definitely recommend this to anybody in Vegas or people from out of state that have their cards!

went back to thrive yesterday, dropped about  115$ on sum flowers. t blew my going back today, for sum island skunk!! Looks beautiful got to grab sum more of it!! I received a sale notice on the flock app. BOGO $ 13 1/8 purple monkey and blue Alien but when I arrived at the store there was no sale . This is false advertising .stop wasting peoples time. I'll never return. There are a lot of other stores

Friendly staff, easy to find and clean up beat shop. Loved the music they were playing Pink Floyd. Wide variety of products and lots of good deals. Was able to view a menu on line and pick out just what I wanted plus they had a knowledgeable staff on hand.

I recently had surgery and the staff was amazing! Everyone was so attentive and helped answer the questions I was so concerned about . But there was this gentlemen named Arlington who helped me at me weakest point and I'm so greatly for his service. Best shop in town. Unfortunately the staff here or at least the chick that helped me knows nothing about the products. I mentioned I ONLY want indica and somehow left with one indica, two hybrids and two sativas? Maybe the new rating system and levels are too difficult for the simple minds hired? Who knows. I just know I don't appreciate spending hundreds of dollars to later find out I was sold what I didn't wantIn addition to the music played inside is completely awful I felt like I was at jardin. Every time I've come into thrive recently I've had some issues with an order being over charged or missing discounts. The point system is cool but the vibes of the staff of this location scream trap house not medicinal cannabis provider. Decent sales on vape carts, flower is dried and overpriced for being in a local area of North Las Vegas. Not all staff but a majority didn't really know the products. Don't waste your time here, just go to reef it's right up the street.

This used to be a great dispensary..But It Sucks Majorly now..Flower is usually dry and overpriced even when they call themselves having  "Sale".. it's like that's Not a sale.. Levels are really Low but they still charge TOP dollar.. the Rewards program is basically Non Existent u have to spend an insane amount of money to even get a PreRoll.. soooo..Not even worth it... the budget tree that they have which is the only one they sell at a reasonable price..is like Smoking a cigarette.. DON'T BUY IT.. unless u like cigarettes.. they Really need to step it up or REVERT back to their old market strategy..U can only go so far with Good Customer Service.. the stars are for the quality NOT  the service

After many good experiences, I've had a couple bad ones in regards to online ordering for pickup. This time I received a confirmation and when I went to pickup, waited 15mins to be told my order doesn't exist. No way to fulfil, lines were too long and just got a blame of the technology. Bad business for an essential business.I am sad to say this business has lost my business and referral of positive feedback.

How can I not give Thrive four stars?! True, I haven't stepped foot inside this establishment BUT I've been here plenty of times to take advantage of their curbside services. It is extremely easy and convenient. Patrons order online & pick up their goodies when a text comes through stating it's ready.They have a fairly rotating menu and highlight daily specials. The best day to come would be Thursdays especially if you like to get flower. It's 20% off on select bud items. I also went one day and got a personal pizza with my larger order which was nice. They apparently host customer appreciation days so that's cool. I'm a fan of Thrive & their tech/COVID friendly ways.

I have been going to Thrive for a few years and have nothing but good things to say. The staff is SO kind and helpful, and I swear I've received compliments every time I've shopped here. I like to try different products, and the employees are good at recommending things based on what I like and are happy to answer any questions. I think the prices are reasonable, and they always make sure I'm aware of any discounts or promos going on.

Check this review out!Last week, I went to this location and advised my rep what I wanted. I ordered Cannative Ting. 3-pk of hybrid prerolls. They are good for those who use marijuana for sleep and relaxation. While Thrive has marijuana, what they DO NOT HAVE is competence, customer service skills, or transparency. Here's my experience:I ordered my Ting and added on some random upsold preroll. The issue with dispensaries is someone else fills your order in a bag and you kind of just have to trust the order is correct. Well my first mistake was trusting the competency of their employees.I waited over 20 minutes for my stuff...which was odd as at least three people who ordered AFTER me; were already gone by the time they called my name? A 3pk of joints and a single preroll.... Apparently that's too difficult.Moving on...I get home to my high rise apartment, car parked in the garage, all doors secured. Change out of my work clothes at 1030PM. I opened this bag of my product, the joints were not right. Literally a completely different product. No one said anything about being out of stock, no one offered replacements....NOTHING. They LITERALLY GAVE ME THE WRONG PRODUCT INTENTIONALLY...AND HOPED I DIDN'T NOTICE.I called the location and asked for a manager. The manager maybe (Derek)? This manager informed me that the product I ordered...Was out of stock and the person who filled it gave me an alternative. So if you go here you may or may not be given what you order, and you won't know if you do because you aren't allowed to open the "locked bag" in the building. So you trust the process, get home or to your hotel to discover you got ripped off...great thanks Thrive!During this phone call this manager started a debate that could be compared to Pawn Stars. First he simply asked "can you bring it back?" Well manager, your staff intentionally ignored my order, failed to inform me the product was out of stop, switched it out, charged me more, now you want ME TO BRING IT BACK?... By now it's 11PM and sorry, I need to sleep. Manager rebuttal'd and stated he cannot refund me. Hmmmm... So I simply ask for an account credit in which this manager states isn't possible.... So Thrive can scam me, give me something I didn't order, not allow me to verify the contents, then refuse a refund. Awesome, what a fun company.The manager then offers "points" as a form of compensation for this issue. By the way, this manager openly admitted that his staff intentionally put the wrong product in my order. After some back and forth, the manager states he is putting my rewards up to 1200 points which I can redeem for $120 gift card. Great! I was happy at the time. All I "had to do" was download the app, accept the terms, and I can see my account. That was the end of the call.I went into the location this evening after working 8 hours as a dealer on the strip, intending to use my credit and I didn't have cash with me. (Can't use a card due to federal banking regulations). I advised my "budtender" about this situation and that I am not sure how to use this credit. She replied that in order to use it, I have to spend at least $10.00 in cash. Again I didn't bring cash as I was going to use this credit... a credit applied to fix a mistake that was completely Thrive's fault. I refused stating the obvious, it went up to two managers and ultimately THRIVE REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO USE MY CREDIT.Let's recap: I trusted Thrive to provide me the products I ordered and paid for. Someone switched it out and that was admitted as intentional by Thrive. I accepted a reward-point credit as a form of compensation and disposed of the incorrect product. I went to the location to use this credit that they owed me, the location refused to allow me to use it and I left without my original refund, nor did I get a replacement. At this point I have been scammed by Thrive out of my hard earned money and have received ZERO compensation for it.DO NOT GO TO THRIVE! Save yourself the lies, deceit, hassle and incompetence.

JAZZ was my budtender on this one particular day.  She introduced me to a product by Camino. The knowledge and professionalism is what sold their product and it was exactly what Jazz described to me during my selections.  Yep I told my folks all about my experience and the product by Camino.  That ish was FIRE literally!Thrive Cannabis Marketplace located West Cheyenne..  they're always playing nice beats too!

The people were all nice and was greeted very well but the reason for my rating is due to how effective they are. There is no organization as far where to go once you go into the store. I didn't not even know which line to get into. When I had finally put my order in I was cut but multiple people who showed up after I came in all because the cashier gets to choose what order they want to process (there was no specific order). Overall, I had spent 30 mins that could have easily been done in 5. I'll be taking myself to bigger and better ran businesses that don't kill my time. Prices are somewhat competitive but I recommend going somewhere else.

This is a great dispensary, loaded with high quality product and friendly staff. Their daily specials & reward points program are superior to other dispensaries. Go see Clayton... he's very knowledgeable about all the product, and he's a super chill. Highly recommend!

With my new discovery cannabis is a great way to relive some stress. They have multiple locations. I like to check the website for the best deals. They have different 20 dollar deals at both. Today i gat a purple kush x vape for 20 bucks. The Cheyenne location has so good flower as well.

I won't shop here ever. I bought 3 cartridges here. On my second one it stopped working so one out of three was a bad cartridge. I called the store and was told they would replace it. I drove far just for the manager to say they don't do any exchanges. How was I supposed to know it was broken when I got three and don't use all of them at once? This is ridiculous. Every shop I've been to will make it right and replace the item if the item doesn't work. So every time you guys sell a faulty product you just waste customers money? Great

Krystal and Brandon up front were amazing and really set the mood for a fun experience. The workers inside were fun and knowledgeable. Also, this place has really great deals on edibles and flower.  Great experience all around. Definitely will be returning.

I came to this location because they carry the gummy company Flight Bites!! Check in was easy and Weedmaps menu was accurate they had everything that menu said. They had awesome deals going on and staff was friendly and helpful! I'd definitely recommend coming in!!! And I'll definitely be back!!

Over priced. Had two incidents where I had missing items from my purchase. They have an elaborate points system that gets you no benefits. Stick with essence, NV, or source. Their points and specials actually save you money. I gave them three shots to show what they got. They failed every time. Sad though very nice place inside. This place is just okay I stay in walking distance so I come in often. They say they don't take med I have been here many times and have got a discount but different people say different things prices are different which I dont understand but overall its okay they have cookie brands now so I go more often

Great selection, great friendly people who helped me out :) I loved the whole concept of the place. Any questions I had were answered easily. Ended up buying a t shirt which I LOVED and was so comfy. Some of the pre-rolls didn't want to burn right but overall wasn't a big deal. The edibles SLAPPED!

I went in yesterday,  I  never get to spin the wheel,   I was so jealous because there's a T-shirt hanging there and the guy that spun the wheel last night won a T-shirt, It must be a limit of over 200 that you have to spend, to spin the wheel, But it won't keep me from coming back maybe one day I will spin the wheel.

Went in to get a concentrate. Told my budtender I like shatters, dislike honeycomb (only discussed concentrates at this point) and was shown a list of my options with the terpine breakdown. A full gram price was $35 wich was a good deal for thrive, although you can get $25 grams from Planet 13 dispensary daily. I made a selection, went to the register to pay, and was never shown the exact product I was purchasing. I came home with flower which is not what I ordered.  Of course I can't return it. And I was offered a discount on a future purchase. But that doesn't solve the systematic issues within this establishment. Budtenders should be more aware of their menu, show the customer the product before purchase, and listen carefully to their customers making a purchase that in non-returnable.

Thanks to the beautiful women on the graveyard shift I encountered. Left with a good deal on pre rolls, nice staff and left happy.

Went on google to price some pre rolls and found out this place suppose to have specials on Tuesday and Saturday and that they had on that was 31% thc for 9.69 so my roommate went inside cause I gave him all the info they lied to him tried selling him a roll for 15.00 dollars and the guy working there had no idea about the website they tried ripping him off they allow more than 6 people inside and a idiot to wear his mask under his nose the young rude Asian girl at the window telling me not to talk to their customer I asked security for the manager it took him over 10 minutes to come out his name is Danny very unprofessional as well well I gave him the scoop you had no clue or to apologize for his crewThey have no parking in front but for 4 pick up only. Having to update my review because the curbside pick up guy decides to STEAL a measly few dollars from me? I've been coming here almost every day for a year, but today for some reason he told me I gave him the wrong amount of cash, when I ALWAYS give them more than my order amount so that I can give them that as a tip. When I called to figure out the issue the manager Brooklyn said that he reviewed the cameras and didn't see him steal so he doesn't believe I gave him the amount I said I did, basically calling me a liar. He can easily view my transaction history and see that I have never given them less cash than needed, always more, for a tip. Why would I lie over a few dollars? I just want you to know you have a thief working for you, but he stood behind a thief instead. DO NOT come to this thrive. Even over a few dollars, it's still disrespectful.

The very good sir Brooklyne is amazing! And Joel was awesome at helping me find the best flower when my fav strain was out. I trusted him to find me something to enjoy (: They both helped me find a good battery and I even got to redeem points for some free flower! Seriously the best customer service and knowledge in the area! Great deals, friendly service, fast service, and never disappointed when I shop here!

ONE OF THE BEST shops in Las Vegas. Staff is great. always got DEALS, great selection of QUALITY products and the $20 VALUE menu to boot. Their REWARDS SYSTEM beats them ALL. plus they are engaged on social media with all kinds of fun contests etc.

I won't be back. The taxes here were over $10! Although the employees were personable and appeared to be somewhat knowledgeable, they conveniently failed to mention the taxes. I realized the difference once I looked at my receipt in the car. I thought I had been charged too much. And of course, no refunds/returns. Had I known, I wouldn't have made any purchases here. Oh, and they conveniently placed my items in a plastic bag...which they added as an accessory for $1 without asking me. Yes, a plastic bag for a dollar! As a consumer, I don't believe this to be good for business. This hasn't happened to me elsewhere, so I'll continue to go to my regular spots.

The bud tenders are really nice, and the store is clean and spacious. Jhonrey was super helpful and knowledgeable. They'll take care of you and they also have good deals running throughout the week. The conveyor belt they use takes some time to get your order, but overall a good place to get your bud.

Amazing staff great prices Jason knew  exactly what he was talking about and they have bundle deals I got a half ounce for 140 of all of the top strains super happy .

The gal at the desk (didnt catch her name but i think she had pink hair) noticed my birthday was coming up and made sure to invite me in, on the day of, for 25% off. Loved her attention to detail!!! On the inside I was excitedly greeted by Nix who helped me get what I need promptly and she was super friendly and sweet!!! SHE TOLD ME THEY ARE OFFERING General Admission EDC TIX(3days) WITH A 110$ quarter purchase!! THATS DOPE! WHO DOES THAT?? Get ur goods AND your free EDC tix !!!! LOVE THIS LOCATION i will be returning more often.

I was at Thrive earlier this week.  I prefer low calorie edibles.  Thrive sells "Squeeze", which is a liquid you add to tea, coffee, water ...The bottle supplied is absolutely garbage.  The child proof bottles are adult proof as well.  No matter how hard or soft you squeeze you can't get the juice out.  You lose about 50% of the contents.So I returned 4 unused bottle to exchange at Thrive.  Nope.  Won't/can't take it back.  Last time I will be there.  Run away.  Stay away!!!MK

I like that this cannabis club is around the corner from my house. (+1 star for convenience). The prices are higher for the so so quality of flower. I was not impressed by the flower and I've bought several eighths that broke down into fairy dust. That tells me the flower is either old or poor quality. These were $50+ eighths and the high was not in that price tier; more like $25 to $30 price tier. The staff is friendly and helpful for the most part. (+1 star for customer service). I wouldn't recommend going here if you're looking for some fire.

The worse experience ever!  Waited in line to check in and waited in line to get called to order.  Then wait again for someone to call you with your order and price.  They never called me.  They said that the system was down.  Then wanted to know my order all over again after being there 20 min.  Just wanted to run in and out like other places.   I will never go back here again.  They were like, Sorry.   Well, they lost a good customer.  Sticking with the Dispensary, even though thrive is down the street where I live, i will travel to the Dispensary for better quality and better customer service!!!!Too bad for being conveniently located they charge an awful lot for their product as well

Don't go to this place, seriously don't go. I went to purchase some edibles it seemed like a cool spot at first. I placed my order and waited. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes they called me up and I paid. I opened my macaroons and one was crushed and all mangled. I bought 3 macaroons for 15$ that 5$ per. That's more than a gallon of gas in most states. So I talked to the cashier and and she called another girl up. She was trying to kindly tell me to eff off at first but when I didn't budge she started giving that "im the manager here" attitude so I asked to speak to her manager and this dude comes out and folders me adiscount on a similar product I agreed and the dude literally just sold me another item literally no discount the item was 8$ and he charged me 8$ like a total piece of . Any ways don't go here except for the dude upfront and the guy taking the orders. Every one else seems very unprofessional and the attitude they gave you felt like a burger King in a bad part of town. They try to make you feel bad for complaining but when you stand your ground they rip you off even more. They also tried to say that its the law that I can't give you an exchange like bro how are you gonna let a client walk away with the crappy product. The dudes name was Cory.

As ALWAYS when dispensaries come to southern highlands they are the best with service,deals etc. after a month they seem to go to complete shit. I asked several employees at thrive on cactus why the need for the extensive ID showing (1 time before you enter the back,1 more time before you place your order AND 1 more time before you pay) REALLY FOLKS I'm almost positive with all the cameras in there no one is trying to scam with ID's in that small amount of time from check in.now let's talk prices.AGAIN as they all do is give you the best so called prices the first month ,but now we have a issue with very dry products especially with there so called sig brands hussle and grow, also green and gold products STAY AWAY from it.from yoga pants  to blood drive animal mints ALL DRY AND NO CURRENT HARVEST OR PACKAGE DATE.there's another place to get ur products that's reasonable they have current and updated harvest and packaging date on Jones.

I don't know what all the negative comments are about, this place is amazing every week I go, it's the fastest out of many that I've been to!  My favorite person is Jason!! He's alway shows me how I can get a great deal out of my money!! He's the best!

WARNING- Do not shop at this store. They do not care abut the loyal regular customers. I have been shopping here since doors opened, I just cashed in 3000 reward points that's how loyal I am. Today I want by because it is my birthday and they sent me a message offering 25% off. When I got there they told me my ID was expired. DUHA it's my birthday.....They refused me service, I'm a disabled veteran and have a Gov. ID and other forms of ID. But because they flat out refused me service with a real joy in the way the person turned me down. I left the store extremely upset on my birthday.What a way to show customers you could care less about them. Offer them a discount and then say FU when they show up.I will never shop here again.... And nether should you.....

Melodi is the absolute best. So I've never written a review for a dispensary... but I wanted to pop on here and say Melodi was so kind, knowledgeable and patient. I haven't been to a dispensary in years. I was nervous and didn't know what I wanted. Melodi answered all of my questions and made me feel welcome. Everyone I spoke to were down to earth and helpful. If you’re going to refuse to allow my boyfriend in the building because he has a suspended drivers license that’s fine but that needs to be your policy all the time. you let him in half the time and deny him half the time. it’s a valid license, not expired. you are refusing him service for no reason. considering i spend thousands of dollars here, I will be more than happy to take my business elsewhere along with all my friends. absolutely no reason to deny a 24 year old man with a valid ID entrance.
