Super late on this review, went here on my birthday and worked with Jake, zac, and jimmy. They were so great and helped us choose the perfect flower  they knew so much about the product and gave more detailed descriptions than I have ever heard. Definitely our go to now that we live closer, hopefully we will get to work with them more often!

Mario Mario Mario!  I did not say enough, about the service, the knowledge, and the consideration he showed me while in the store. Five star is Mario! You're amazing!

So far this has been my favorite dispensary that I've found. The staff is friendly, they don't make you wait outside in the heat, and I feel the prices are very fair. I've gone to a few other dispensaries and was left feeling like I made a mistake going elsewhere. It's probably a $15 Uber ride from the strip. Well worth it. You will save at least $40 on 7 grams. Update: 12/04/2019I had  an issue. I posted it on here. They more than corrected it. I support this business.

I've been here multiple times and after coming here in the evening, I doubt I'll ever come back. The service is subpar and you'll need to expect to wait in line for 30+ mins.I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

This place sucks! Terrible service, terrible delivery hours, and bad location. They are also cash only and dont bother to tell you. Spend your money (and time) elsewhere.

Updated to one star due to the incompetent, garbage security with holes in his ears. Doesn't know how to talk to people. Will never come back to this dump.

Ok dispensary but something that really aggravated me was doing curbside pickup and constantly seeing employees that are forced to sit outside and check people in without a fan or another type of adequate cooling device (there is a tent, but the Vegas heat has been over 110 on multiple days and that simply is not sufficient enough).It also appears that they are forced to wear all black clothing while standing out in the heat -_- while I do appreciate the COVID precautions and such, you need to do better for your employees before someone passes out from a heat stroke.

Very friendly staff but way too expensive. I paid $55 including tax ($45 originally) for a 0.5g cartridge. On top of that, I had issues with my cart as it wasn't hitting and had to go back to replace it which sucks because of the inconvenience when already paying so much but this cart seems to be doing better. Again, way too expensive!!

Place is overpriced they have terrible deals the staff moves very slow the only nice thing i have is that the security guard greeting me was very nice.

Ordered several hundred dollars worth of flower when they started doing pick up orders. All the packages of flowers dried and it was harsh on the throat. I spoke to a useless chat system. Pretty much told me i should be the one checking the date of product. Why the fuck are you guys giving dried expired flower. No quality control. Place is trash.

Love this dispensary, all the staff were very helpful and very knowledgeable. Especially my budtender Cassandra, she was amazing. Any questions that I'd ask she knew her stuff down to a tee. I've been to other dispensaries in town were the bud tenders were super baked and weren't very helpful at all. Make sure you tip your budteneders also. Especially Cassandra, make it rain on her!!! Lol

If you come here definitely ask for Jordan. He's a great bud tender, very knowledgeable with his products and extremely patient. Also, his son Ace is extremely adorable. If you ask for him and he's luckily working you will get amazing recommendations. Thank you again Jordan

Still ran by incompetent people Horrible customer service I have given numerous tries this month order off app cause I have medical issues so I do curbside and now I m told that they have different options for those go in store now i am pretty sure that constitutes discrimination Every time I have ordered this month they are out of what I have confirmed

I come here a lot and have never been disappointed. Today I placed an order a bit early in the day and yesterday's specials were still on the app. So I used it. When I was checking out we realized the app had not updated yet and those specials were no longer available. The curbside bud tender and the manager were very nice and honored the special. I am very impressed with their customer service and even the manager spoke to me to assure me she would honor it. I will definitely be going back to show grow! Thank you for your professionalism!!!

So my go to dispensary has raised their prices and forced me to travel farther to ShowGrow. Today was my birthday and I went back to ShowGrow. Wow Erica hooked me up!! Love this girl!!  I got a great discount for coming back and a deal on this and free that!! I got so many birthday goodies I don't know where to start!! See you next week!!! Whoa this place can be chaotic!! So why do I keep coming back? Better deals, better selection, more for your money.I really don't love deal with this place but I'm tied of the sad selection of sativa at the other shops. This one had a huge selection and suits me better. They have a very limited app that they make you sign up on. It's ultimately pretty useless. It doesn't give much information, doesn't have their current deals. If you already know what you want you can order ahead to pickup. You can use the app to track which strains you've tried and if you liked it. The staff had all been nice. It's just an overwhelming atmosphere.Their sativa pre-rolls keep me happy, so this place has my business.

Tonight they lost a day 1 customer, Ambassador Level on two separate account as their IT messed up my first account and had to create another. I've spent 10s of thousands with them easy as I spend about 100 a week on meds. The manager (Kai) called me tonight as I was having issues with their website. This person was rude, condescending, snide, and horrible at customer service. I stopped going for a while because I had a bad experience recently with a budtender but said Id give them one more try because I still had points but Im done. I will take my money elsewhere.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Awful customer service, awful weed, high prices. Don't waste your time or money. This place is overpriced and has the attitude to go along. When did weed shops become so snotty?

Now that I really think about it, I've never had a bad day here. My favored products that I have purchased (flower, concentrates, vapes, infused pre rolls) have always been fresh and of good quality. Their points rewards system works. They give product in exchange for points and I've cashed in points for some flower or wax and am happy. Taxes are higher than some other dispensaries and some retail prices are higher, but quality is high and so am I. I get delivery now, and it's prompt and accurate, so I'm happy with that, though one time I was bitched at and threatened by a delivery driver because she couldn't get into the gate and I didn't know the gate code. As far as my experience goes, they don't sell old, dated products like some other stores (Essence).

This was always my favorite dispensary, and it's unfortunate that I have to update my previous 5 star review like this on 4/20, but their $150 minimum for delivery during this pandemic/economic crisis is absolutely appalling. That's pretty much double what every other dispensary in town is charging. Keep in mind this is BEFORE tax. Which means the real minimum before a tip is more like $185! I'll clearly be taking my business elsewhere.

Okay so ShowGrow is great and all I mean weed shop a a weed shop right?  Wrong.  Sorry, what sets them apart is the people.  That and door to door delivery.   Even then their people rock.  Tim, my personal Kush delivery driver was saying they often don't get recognized, so okay bud, I got you.  All their drivers are extremely nice but Tim is my guy.  I will always request him when he is delivering.   Not to mention the on-site staff or the security guys.  Just a well put together team of awesome people.  Keep it up ShowGrow.  Thank you.

Dont even know where to start,put simply Im going to not shop here unless my problems are properly addressed. I really felt so under valued and have never felt like the workers didnt care at all till  yesterday, i get that it was busy but, Each of the things that went wrong could have been prevented. If your eployees actually followed up with guest before sending driver blindly. Your employees all need to work together to make sure your atleast calling guest before heading out to contirm quanity, prices, specials, number of items, are they using points, etc This would have saved me additional.$$Instead they blindly charge me unplanned CASH of the airpro cart i was suspossed to redeem "loyalty rewards " to get one free (lucky i had someone here to lend me money as i was also unaware you that u have "an all or nothing"per driver, policy when it comes to paying I jad no choice but to pay. ,This is so dumb !!! soooo you, YOU guys forgot to deduct my points and now im being denied my entire 200 order if i dont take that additional item. Change that ploicy like today and  please communicate more like most other shops do nowadays. p 13 calls 3 times oe more to keep you updated check for Qs concerns etc etc....Next problem... I loook at recipet and I am a medical pat have been about a yearor 2 now, i was charged about $30 extra taxes as a rec? I called, (Taylor, so unhelpful i couldnt beliebe she has a voice to company and sale procedures, ) This is my first revieww i made this account just to report my horrible exp on 420.She was rude i was shocked just terrible and according to her "nugs and shake ok to market the exact same".  7g tinybuds r SHAKE in my situation one jar is perfect thr 2nd one is worst ive seen in a while i only buy top tier, she didnt seem very educated.Business 101 if your employees are too buys with customers invest in a phone system or someone to answer calls while others assist.  If someone had responded to my questions before i placed order or before delivering it this would have never hapened. I feel it is so  so unfair to tell me threes nothing you can do when you over taxed me as a REC and sounds like your saying you guys didnt varify ID info? wouldnt the issue have been caught by paying attention to detail?hint\* Dont use Taylor on the phones for a bit she doesnt get how service works, even if you 100% believe the customer is wrong...THEY ARE ALWAYS RIGHT!Bad reviews can eventually scare nice and loyal customers else where. Nothing personal taylor if you see this, you just handled all wrong and i hope you can learn and grow from this. She was busy today im sure but you have to remember to treat customers with respect and dignity as you would like to be treated in a senario you couldnt control whatsoever. With things being online only its so hard to know what your paying for,(until its comes after ive waited and paid) so I am def. right now more than ever counting on an accurate description of the flower espcially since we are not able to shop in store.so its 4/20, im stresses all day bc i never heard back for atleast 10-12 hours later.   They dont communiate any issues to you in my case, today even after 10 or so txt messages in app ...called 25 plus  times phone service doesnt even have voicemai to leabe a msg for callback! whattttt? its full well time to check them clearly!!! CHECK OUT PICS with call and msg log on how i tried to get ahead of this issue! Do the right thing.! All im asking for is to be repaid what i never owed in the first place; Rec taxes. Second a very fair exchange of a defective quarter of nat chem "tiny buds" more like sand texture!!! I would hve asked how they were looking had i gotten any comm fom staff after multiple attempts on my end to do so,Edit/ so I called them yesterday and long story short I was talked to like an idiot and they hung up on me

flora Vega quarters for 50$ can't beat that. Lots of different strains as well at least 4-5 options..  you also a lot more brands to choose from

Staff are always wearing masks and gloves, plexiglass is up and social distancing is in place. Best dispensary in Vegas. Delivery is also just as amazing. Ivan was my delivery driver and he was very friendly and a great asset to showgrow.

Absolutely love ordering delivery service from ShowGrow! They are fast and efficient. The service is always amazing! Budtender Shanna is the best! I have had her twice now and is always so helpful and Kelsey is awesome!

ShowGrow is one of my favorite dispensaries in town. It's located just off Tropicana and Ft. Apache, hidden in a small shopping center near Arby's. The process is always pretty quick, even for recreational customers. Very clean inside, with adequate seating, and a decent selection of products. There was a stretch when they were out of gummies for a few weeks, but I think that's been remedied!The budtenders are always friendly and pleasant- as well as knowledgeable, which is important! On my last visit, Tee was my budtender, and she was lovely. I appreciated that she gave me information about each of the varieties of disposable pens, but didn't try to upsell me. Their rewards program is pretty good, although they don't provide an incentive for reusing bags, like some other dispensaries. Their bags are super cute, but it would be nice (and eco friendly), if they gave a small discount if you brought it back for your next purchase. They also send texts frequently with specials. They now have a cute little area where you can take pics for The Gram, if that's your thing!

I have been shopping at this place for a long time, years actually but never did any type of review. In the past they have done some sketchy things like having a glitchy rewards program, tell me they didn't have strains in stock when they did, just corky mistakes. The staff is not knowledgeable. I looked past all of that cause they have good prices. So I place my delivery in the app right when I wake up. I have things to do so I go to the chase to pick-up some cash for my delivery. $130 enough for the product and the tip for the driver. They message me and tell me that they don't have the product in stock that I ordered. They offer another solution that is more expensive. The problem is that I only have the amount I went out for earlier that day. After a few messages, a manager calls. The manager proceeds in an attempt to finesse me into buying something else. I hate being finessed, I don't need somebody with a mouthpiece trying to influence my decisions. At this point it is about rectifying a mistake that they made. The only thing I did was place an order. He offers to exchange it for the same amount of money but not the same amount of product.  I understand mistakes are made, not the issue. The issue is  I am a loyal customer regardless of the poor service I received in the past, and the only reason is because of the prices. Now they made yet another mistake, and they want to offer no form of compensation whatsoever for being massively inconvenienced. If Michael (The guy on the phone) was smart he would've thrown in a 10-15 percent off for inconvenience (or gas money or something) and he would've been able to upsell me easily. He shouldn't be a manager. He shouldn't have spoken with me if he wasn't going to come to the table with compensation for the mistake they made and the inconvenience they caused me. Then he sends me a petty text message when he knows the conversation didn't go well. With a smiley face by the way. Just like when a cop writes you a ticket and tells you to have a nice day after. Sounds like he missed his true calling. Now I have a legitimate receipt of his hoeish actions. He put himself on blast by being petty. I am sure the people he works with knows what I am talking about. He gave me his name too on the phone. I wasn't even going to ask, I was just going to hang up and chalk it up to another bad business transaction with Show Grow. Then move on. Now I just wrote a review because I think people should know what they are dealing with.

Fast. Easy. Convenient service. COVID guidelines definitely performed. Very friendly staff. Shout out to Zac. Great customer service. Keep up the food work!

Showgrow has the best staff and nicest security! This old guy needed help and as usual they're doing the right thing. Integrity matters and this is another example of why you shouldn't shop anywhere else. Their weed is always good, staff amazing and their app for preordering makes ordering so straightforward. I haven't used anything but Express pickup in years and can't be happier with the entire process. Only gripe I have about the app is they don't show the terpenes.

They do not accommodate Medical patients in the curbside pickup as medical products do not show on their app for purchase. When I brought this up to the staff I was explained how the website works not why there is not an option for medical only products for pickup. Recreational users get the convenience of curbside pickup not us medical patients that actually need it. Customer service is subpar and the prices are wild I paid 60 for a 3.5. Can't wait to go back home to AZ dispensaries!I definitely thought the experience in Vegas would be totally upgraded being that it's legal out here. Yeaaaa NO.

Omg this place has THE worst customer service from a dispensary I have ever seen. The curbside pick up is a nightmare. We were sitting in our car for 30 min before anyone would give us any attention. Then tells us we have to go to the back of the line again. ( I obviously told them no). Save yourself the headache and go to a different dispensary ( they are everywhere anyway).

I used to like coming here. Prices were really good but now they've jacked up their prices 15 bux on certain items and tge product quality is subpar. Won't be back until things change. I can get better weed at better prices same distance .

Show grow has been so reliable, consistent and super fast!!! Jazz delivered my order with care and was super sweet!! Horrible place, over priced, they don't care about their customers, security is horrible and very rude. Wouldn't recommend you could get better prices down the st, also they have very incompetent bud tenders, they are not helpful in answer customers questions and want to rush everyone with their orders. Customer service is below average.

That  guy with the long hair man bun thing going on is awesome. I think his name is Zack. He always seems to be having a good time,is always real happy and friendly and answers all my questions. He puts me in a good mood. Ill keep coming back here to see Zack.

Visited this store last week, outstanding people- Sameer was very knowledgeable in the products and helped me through the process on what I needed to purchase for the type of pain I was experiencing. My hand was hurting and lately ive had small carpal tunnel, he recommended some products for me and i love them so far! All-around great customer service.

Slim selection and rude security. High prices. The people at the front yelled at me as I was leaving. The reason I'm even going to a dispensary is to find relief from pricks like you.  Check the attitudes of your staff. It's enough for me to never come back

This WAS the place. This WAS the dispensary I chose to frequent both because it was mildly close to me, and because at bare minimum they'd have a fair deal on any quantity you were looking for at the time. I will no longer spend my money here. ONLY TEN MINUTES AFTER QUARANTINE ANNOUNCEMENT THEY DOUBLE THEIR PRICES, AND DO NOT HAVE A SINGLE DEAL. $99 QUARTER'S, $200 HALF OZ, $380 OZ ? YOU SHOWED YOUR TRUE COLORS AS A BUSINESS THAT NIGHT, AFTER I WAITED 45 MIN IN LINE. I will not only never recommend again, but I will sway people away. Very disappointing after a year of frequenting your business.

The deals are pretty cool but I mostly go for the service it's usually this kid  named  Kyle he's always super happy super friendly and it's like he's always happy to see me! Haha ask for him next time !

This is my go-to dispensary! Customer service is great, phenomenal assortment of products, chic packaging, and the line always moves super quick. Their rewards program is one of the best I've seen in Vegas, and I always get some sort of return on my purchases. We love it here!!

I love this place! The product is always great and it's probably the best laid out dispo I've been to. The TV menus and their "showgrow" screen are so cool. Best of all their customer service is so great. I haven't had a single bad experience with them. Most recently my budtender Ashley was really nice and patient when I was asking questions about flower! Probably the nicest so far. Plus on top of all of that their loyalty program is great!

I Love love Love the humans here ! When the don't have CBX I can't really shop there because I just don't like any other brands. I do love the convenience of express check out. I love the bud-tenders they are always such sweeties. What I don't like about ShowGrow is that they really don't have anything to offer locals on a daily consistent basis. There's another boutique I started frequenting and I save about $17 a trip because they give locals 10% off. Show grow is cool because it's close to my home however the happy hour from 7-8 or 11-2 Mon-Thursday is kind of hard to make and only cater to certain humans available at those hours. If the people weren't so killer I'd give you 3 stars because of the Lack of consistent love for locals. Besides that it's actually a great place to go. The people in the front are hit and miss on the sweetie department but everyone past those doors are pretty amazing !

Easy check in, cool atmosphere, and great prices on bud. One thing that sticks out to me is the amazing customer service. Particularly, Sky provided exemplary service. He was knowledgeable when I had any questions and offered some great recommendations. Definitely will stop by again!

I can't believe I forgot to mention another regular delivery guy, Vince. His service is also professional, efficient and friendly. So send whoever is on tap to bring my order - Shanna, Vince or Tim - they are all welcome! I'm sticking with ShowGrow for my recreational needs.

After the manager reached out I decided to try and shop there again.  I'm upgrading to 3 stars for the efforts to try and make it right and again the product selection was good. Once again however the total was rounded to the nearest dollar, although this time I was the beneficiary and she rounded down instead of up so I saved a few cents.  It's good to know it's not them blatantly trying to take change from their customers as it seems it could even out, but on the flip side if that's the policy to round then it needs to be clearly stated somewhere.  Or they could just charge people accurately.  So the total you'll pay is still a bit of a wild card, I can't rate them higher than a 3 because of this, but I do appreciate managements efforts to correct the shortcomings of the first visit.

I'm writing this out of pure frustration with this establishment, and no other reason. The most recent issue I had at Show Grow along with other past experiences was a hardware issue with 2 vape products. No one ever took care of me or helped the situation in person or via email. Instead I got insulted as if I started smoked cannabis yesterday smh lol. If you enjoy terrible customer service than this is a place for you to buy your cannabis products. Customer service was as poor quality as it gets. Take your business somewhere else. Trust me, I'm doing you a favor. Thank me later lol.

Stopped here in severe pain hoping that I could be seen and get some 420 specials. I was informed Medical does not get to skip the line. I left. I will not be back if that's how you treat medical patients. I even told the front desk girl I was in pain. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!  Then on top of that there's a sheriff just patrolling circles around the parking lot. I'll stick to the dispensaries who actually value their medical patients instead of money. I suggest taking some advice from Apothecarium.... called and spoke with Christian the manager and he told me more or less tough shit and had no remedy of the situation. Awfully ran!! Did I mention I was told to sit aside while 5-10 people went ahead of me while I was getting registered!  So you let people go ahead of me and then make me wait when called back as well?  Wow just wow Update.... the source on rainbow and Sahara did not skip medical and was quite eager to help me!  1) Apothecarium (free canibis  classes ) 2) Silver Sage Wellness3 ) The Source 4) kya at planet 13All dispensaries who actually take time and care about medical patients and is worth the drive even if you live close to show grow

Are the prices higher than a....what shall we call it...independent consultant...? Of course they are. BUT, is it delightful to be able to consult with a bud-tender about what you want, specifically?? YES!Here's a play by play of the whole experience.1) You walk into the reception area and show your ID to the person at the desk. Don't worry - it's not going into some database, they just want to make sure you're of age.2) They gave you a number - just like at the grocery store deli counter.3) You walk through the closed door into a room that looks a bit like a jewelry store - everything is behind glass. 4) Wait til your number is called. 5) Once they call your number, you can either tell the bud-tender exactly what you're looking or ask them a million questions (like me). What's FAB is you can describe exactly the "result" you're looking for and they'll show you your options. 6) Pay in cash. DON'T FORGET CASH!!!7) Wince at the price.8) Go home. Enjoy.

I really enjoy coming to this dispensary since moving to the SW side of town. My husband and I both have gone many times, typically having a pleasant experience however one of the staff members has been consistently unapproachable and unappealing each time we visit this location. I believe her name is Rachel. She is not friendly, doesn't have a welcoming smile or attitude like the rest of the staff and does not seem happy or even willing to answer any questions we may have. Overall I do really enjoy ShowGrow but would be hesitant on going back if she was there.

I recently bought a disposable vape pen (Moxie brand) from this dispensary and the battery was not working. I immediately went back into the store and they said they could not refund me and rather than giving me a replacement, they told me I had to contact the vape pen company myself. The manager at the time (gentleman with dreads working on Saturday 5/16/2020 at 4:30pm) was apologetic but did not fix the problem. I literally spent $40 on this product and cannot even use it. Is it that inconvenient for this place to replace my product and they deal with damaging the product out and emailing the distributor themselves? I feel this is the responsibility of the vendor and not the consumer. I do not recommend this place.

Elle was a great budtender, maybe even one of the best I've experienced in Las Vegas. Show grow has amazing quality for reasonable prices! Not to mention the employees are all being incredibly cautious of COVID by wearing and enforcing masks. I was super surprised to see how short the wait times were as well. love this place , definitely my go to dispensary :)

Wow! I can not believe what just happened. Never coming here again. Buyers beware! First time buying from this shop. Christmas Eve- pretty busy, lots of bodies in the buy room. But line is moving pretty fast. I bought a 1/4 oz of PMP Haze. $60 posted online and on their price board. She stated grand total was $71. I counted my money at the counter, while she wasn't around- $80, all in $20s. Handed her my $80- wadded up. I ask where's my change- she blatantly said, you gave me $60, I promise. But don't worry I got you, I gave you the special discount. At this point I am confused, but didn't want to make a scene. Plus she was so cordial and cool about it- because she did me a favor. And maybe she was right...? I get into my car- look at my bank statement, which states a withdrawal of $80 an hour ago that day.Look at the receipt- she gave me a 15% discount to equate the total to $60.31. Young white lady, pretty- light grey hair... with a Santa hat on. Her name was Erika. Completely, straight up stole $20 in cash from me!! I would like to think she made a mistake- but how?? The $20s weren't sticky?!I most certainly will speak with management. Doubt they will do anything. My word, against hers... I just can not believe she would blatantly steal from a person and the company. Yeah, partially I am to blame- I should of spoke up, but it all happened so fast and it was super busy. But regardless...Buyers- beware! Count your cash out loud and in front of the cashier/dealer before you hand them the money. Thanks Erika for killing the vibe and the great learning experience! Shame on you!

I gotta put this down because I have been here so much, and this last time i felt like they didn't care. I placed an express order during this troubled time. They changed my order without telling me. They were out of something and just replaced it with something else that was about the same price but half the weight. If they told me they were out I would've cancelled that item, instead they surprised me when I opened the bag. Then I had to go back in and they tell me they were out of that, and they forgot my Veterans discount, and if I'd like one pre-roll. That's it. I guess so. Please inform clients if you can't fulfill the order they place. And they they just told me "their system is out of their control". I've been to this place many time and they stopped that in one visit.

I like the security and genuine helpful, knowledgeable representatives! Professional and kind. Willing to help and answer questions. I broke my arm in October, and have the usual aches of a previous high school varsity ball player. I quit alcohol 10 months ago. Pain management success with vape and flower. I am thankful to each of you and I believe you deserve that 3%cost of living raise. Oh, by the way receiving a text with specials, out of the ballpark BABY.  XO

Showgrow is by far the best clinic in LV. The bus tenders are professional while still have personality and a great attitude. Thru COVID and all the restrictions they have remained open and safe. Drive up has been wonderful and I HIGHLyY recommend it. I've had Zac quite a few times as my guys and he's always friendly, with a smiling face and quick with my orders. The entire staff has always been amazing!

I used to come here a lot but will be changing dispensaries now. I went in to search for some gummies and I wasn't sure as I don't normally eat them. I went in and I got the most arrogant rep ever. She was the one with the bright red hair. I tried asking her for recommendations on the gummies and she said "I don't know I never tried them" instead of asking someone there who did or who was more informed. She kept rolling her eyes throughout the conversation as if we bothered her with our questions. Gummies are all new to me in and don't know what works how so I went there to get informed, not feel like I was bothering someone. At checkout I asked her about the point system since I got signed up the last time I was there. She said "is the front black or green" I had no idea what she was referring to and she just repeated the same thing. I asked her again what she meant and showed her my phone. She said "that's the Long Beach app not our app, the last time we had that was in November so there's no way anyone here would have told you to download that"... but that's just the thing, someone there did tell me to download it while I checked out with them the first time I went in. Other than that I always give my phone number. How was I supposed to know that you guys switched apps? Instead of helping me find the correct one she sent me on my way without even a thank you. With so many dispensary options, there's no need to put up with customer service like that.

One of my favorite spots! The bud is always on point and they have specials every few days. There is always a good selection of bud, pre-rolls, edibles, and honeys behind the counter. Love getting those 7g specials too but regardless the bud in this place is always great.This place makes me happy :)

I got really screwed at a different unnamed dispensary in town, so decided to try this place out. They're soooo good at customer service. The first time I went, one of the sales people taught me how to make edibles out of the defunct oil I was sold somewhere else, which was a great way to not waste $45 worth of oil from a vape pen. They're all super knowledgeable and don't push you too hard into an up sell, which makes it feel more comfortable. There was definitely a second last time I was there where I was like, "Is my job worth it? Or should I just quit and apply here?" I haven't quit yet, but that does say something about the people. They also have a rewards app, and they frequently have cannabiotix stuff, which is getting increasingly hard to find. So that's all cool.

Great selection with super decent prices. The place was clean and displays were pretty. Mario was very helpful and so sweet!

One star is too many stars. The delivery driver never called ma and then returned my order, when I asked to speak to the manger was put on hold and my problem was never solved. This place is terrible please shop anywhere else.

I decided to right this cause it has bothered me for month now, this girl that helped me with pink hair I believe mumbled profanities under her breath , she was rude and unprofessional and I've been meaning to get this off my chest for quite some time now . It feels good to address this because I have never been so disrespect by a businesses establishment before in my life

Upon initial entry into the dispensary all seemed well and pretty a-typical of Vegas dispensaries.Sadly, the carelessness of the staff is beyond disappointing. Checking In: As a patient it should be simplistic but I had to undergo this process twice. Once because the arrogance of not being able to multitask was apparently and the second time because the data was not entered correctly in the computer or on the keyboard. Bless her for being able to make small talk. Showroom Floor:  After being checked into the system, I was notified I would be called by name and the wait would not be significantly long. I was advised I would be walked through several things as a new patient as well. Well, none of the this occurred. I waited and finally had to approach two individuals in the " Express Pickup" line to confirm what I do next. I was met with confusion and the blunt admittance that the " list was long" and I was "not seen."   Ironically, there was only recreational users on the showroom floor.  Nonetheless I followed through with a purchase. Half-ass being helped with less than an apologetic demonstration or demeanor. My purchase was fine, I could find the same quality of cannabis elsewhere, however, the treatment of the patient is careless and non-engaged. Had I not been looking for something specific (which they did not have in stock)as I was told, I would have never considered to give these people another look.

Initially, wasn't very impressed with my curbside pickup at all this evening at ShowGrow. Thankfully, a few employees still understand the value of great customer service especially during these troubling times. Jamie unfortunately, was absolutely not one of those employees this evening as I was left waiting about a good 20 minutes (which mind you, feels like forever in curbside pickup land) to have my order (that mind you should've already been packed) "missing a few things" & to also have orders behind me taken care of before ever being addressed about the status of my order directly. In fact, it wasn't until AFTER another customer who had gotten served ahead of me (even though I arrived before him) had apologized on Ms. Jamie's behalf -- that she unfavorably addressed me & let me know I was waiting forever for a simple restock. This long review to say that communication & customer service are VITAL !! This review wouldn't exist had Jamie showed a little bit more care & compassion. I initially rated 1 star because the vibes were so extremely terrible but luckily, Jamie has coworkers that know exactly how to do their jobs & all aspects that are apart of it -- especially customer service !! Thank you to those 2 kind understanding gentlemen !! You guys are the reason I gave 2 extra stars because I still love ShowGrow !! But Ms. Jamie might need to stay off curbside pickup for awhile.. Lol.

So I'll be extremely overly excited when we get another dispensary on this end of the "SW". the fact that it's my 3rd day attempting to purchase anything is crazy. I'm writing this review based on said third attempt just 10min ago. I get a number and walk into 2 people ahead of me but my number was 92 but they were on 87. So Im like I'll just tell her when she calls the next number that it had to be a mix up of sorts but the blonde said to me "Excuse me but I'm going in order" ummmm duh! I was just trying to save you the time but ultimately I wasted my time going there.

My favorite dispensary in all of Vegas, and as a local I've been to most of them. Great prices, great service, and great products! I also love that the location is close to my home. They also give rewards for being a repeat customer and that keeps me coming back. Thanks ShowGrow!!

Expensive compared to other local shops, but I like the atmosphere. I like the ticket system as opposed to waiting in a line. This allows you time/ space to look around at the different products so you don't feel pressured or rushed. Always clean, and customer service is always great!

This place sucks. You have to wait in line for damn near 30 minutes before you can buy what you want. Even if you already know what you want before you get there. I would much rather drive all the way across town and have a much better selection and experience at Planet 13. This place has a lot of work to do before they earn my business back. They even have an online pick up line, but you can't order anything online unless you've reached a certain "ambassador" level. I don't think I'll ever come back here again unless I just have a whole evening to waste.

I have been going here for a while now, most amazing place . The staff is so friendly and energetic, they make me feel so welcome to the new opportunity of cannabis use with all my pain. I'm no longer dependent on pain pills. Please, don't forget to tip your bud tenders.

I hate the wait at this place!!!!! Every damn time I come the parking lot is full and has people driving recklessly outside and there is a 20 min wait on a week night. Just plain unacceptable honestly. I will probably stop coming here because of this.l even though it's close to my house. However, the place is nice inside the bud tenders are friendly and knowledgeable and they have some excellent product. Prices are fair.  Wish I could 5 star this place maybe they should hire a few more people??

But recently we had the pleasure of meeting Bernie and our experience was so uplifting and delightful that it has made us kick the thought of even trying out any other dispensary. Decent dispensary. I've gotten the wrong product from budtenders there before. Prices are okay for the location.

This is my neighborhood dispensary, however, the staff is rude and all around uninviting. They aren't helpful when I bring family in from out of town and they constantly are out of products. I usually go here for convenience but I just can't spend my money to be treated poorly and talked to with an attitude as if I'm not a customer.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff! Prices are a little higher than some other spots, but it's a small price to pay for a comfortable and reliable spot to pick up meds.

Happened to be on this side of town last night with my boyfriend. Didn't have much expectations just because we don't go to, too much dispensaries. I just had to rave about the person that helped us! She was so sweet and knowledgeable about everything! Didn't expect this kind of customer service from a dispensary. It was definitely a genuine interaction with this gal! I've been going to ShowGrow for over a year and have accumulated a good amount of points in their system. I went tonight to redeem a .5 gram Cart and chose the Moxie cart called Pineapple Chunk. However, when I arrived home and opened the packaging I noticed that there was a lot more air than any other cart I've gotten before. I went back to ShowGrow, they told me that they couldn't do anything, gave back me back the cart and I left. Looking back I should have just redeemed my points on something else. First time I've been to this place it looks nice inside and out  I was greeted by a friendly person in the front who gave me a number and wait for the number to be called  Everything seemed good but as i was waiting 1/3 of the employees looked like they didnt want to be there and seemed kinda angry ?  No smiling very unwelcoming  I know we have a bad days at work but at least show it behind closed doors or at least not in front of the customers Anyways the girl who greeted me, like she was one of those people Not the happiest person to deal with but not the worst  My biggest challenge with this place is that when i got home i had opened up my container of weed and there was no seal The one that says sealed for your protection ? I dont know if this is how it comes but This would be the first product i had ever opened that didnt have it ? And i have bought around 75-100 of them  This was very troublesome and im not sure if i will go back to this place

I made the mistake of purchasing a malfunctioning CBD pen here.  The person who checked me out told me that the product sometimes has problems, and to bring it back if it did.  It did.  I brought it back this evening to face two scumbags who didn't want to refund or replace the faulty pen and tried to double talk their way out of being responsible for the products they sell.  Complete trash. Go somewhere else or they just might TRUMP you and steal your money and smile about it.

I love this company.  They're so knowledgeable and friendly.  I was in a gnarly awful crap wreck in 2014 and I've had six spinal surgeries. I'm always in pain. They seriously walked me through what would be a perfect fit for me.   They are always the best!   And I mean dude they're next to an Arby's, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers and McDonalds! YEAH BUDDY!  Carbs Here!

I have been to a LOT of dispensaries in Las Vegas but showgrow is hands down my favorite and for two reasons: 1) the product and 2) the most amazing budtender, Gio. So to start off ShowGrow has a huge selection! Whatever you want, they've got. Great prices too. Moving on to Gio (hope I spelled it right) .. He's always a smiling, inviting face. He knows so much about the products offered but also made me feel so comfortable!! He was funny and genuine. 10/10 highly recommend.

First time being in a dispensary! Receptionist wasn't very friendly, made me feel stupid, and apparently was talking shit about me to another coworker after I walked inside. She didn't explain to me how the process worked (your number will be called), so I was extremely confused when I walked in. As I was waiting a security guard walked up to me and very rudely said "do you have a number?" And I said "yes, why?" And he rolled his eyes and walked away. Come to find out, they were bitching and complaining that I waited 5 minutes before walking in to figure out what my cousin wanted me to get her, and they were pissy that they were going to have to reissue me a number because mine had already been called (which it hadn't). However, Bernie helped me with my purchase and made me feel extremely welcomed! Told me all about the rewards program and was very knowledgable about the items I bought. I will always recommend talking to him!

The kids they have working in there always have an attitude for some reason. I think GO was his name but wasn't helpful at all. Laughed at questions we asked and was just very unprofessional. Been going here for 2 years and i will not be back after tonight

First one I walked into. My friend gave me a gummy  to try that she got from a store near her in east LV. So I figured I come in and see what this place had. She paid $24. It's about the same price here, maybe a few bucks more.You get a number and show your ID in front. Guy was friendly. Then you walk pass a security guard. The inside staff can't be bothered to answer your questions if you are a newbie and just don't know anything. The selection seemed pretty small but maybe this is what they are like. I tried to ask some questions but the two well dressed ladies either both didn't hear me or pretended not to hear. The worst of customer service practices. They did tell me I could not take any pictures since I figured I would snap some and ask my friends what they were later on.Since they were so uppity, I just did a quick walk through and left. Their attitudes stink more than the weed one lights up in this place.I get it that all the shops have high demand in town but I am sure green still means $ in other shops around town.

This place I was told were horrible at costumer service and boy were they right, this place is terrible and the  Don't please didn't know I was around the side by the cashier and when the door was open slowly I can hear them saying racial remarks about black people so they're also races very very racist is the white girl that was helping me was very rude to me because I'm black and very nice to the white person next to me

I came to redeem a free preroll and literally just left empty-handed. I had written a good review about how I've been coming here for over a year and always had a positive experience, which I really meant, but I have to say I felt totally humiliated tonight. Times are tough and I came out hoping to redeem the card I was given previously. But after my budtender took my card and read my review, he said I still needed to buy $20 worth of products first, which wasn't explained to me until then. Might not seem like much, I know, but I couldn't afford it right then, so I wasted a trip and left feeling like a loser. Guess I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up that ShowGrow could be anything more than just another dispensary -____-

I've been a member here for almost 10 months now. On several occasions I've been told that the total amount was an even number payment. When in reality its at least $.50 less i should be paying. I let it slide those times. Today it happened again. And this will be the last time i will spend my money here. As a customer i do not like being blatantly lied to straight to my face, especially about my money. If i was going to tip you i would have. Very petty and bad customer service. You would think cashiers would tell you the actual amount instead of fabricating it for $.50. Cashier 2843. Also read other reviews and seems like its a problem.

I have been coming here since they opened and always had a great experience until recently. Whenever I place an online order and come in to pick it up, majority of the time I end up adding items to the order. I'm always assisted without any issues. Most of the people there are happy and willing to assist me in adding items to my order. This time when I stopped in, I was greeted by Aliya. When I asked her about adding some concentrates to my order she looked irritated and said she wasn't allowed to add anything. I let her know that I have never had any issues in the past and that I always add on. She proceeded to try and argue with me and finally said (while rolling her eyes) "okay, fine, I'll meet you over there and show you what we have I guess!" At that point I didn't even want to spend more of my time and money there so I just told her to forget it and just ring me up for my original order. I paid and left but decided to place a new pick up order and go back in and pick up the other items I wanted. Unfortunately I was greeted by the same extremely rude and unprofessional Aliya. She still had an attitude and acted as if she was annoyed. She has completely ruined my outlook on this dispensary which is unfortunate because I have been coming here for a long time. I'll change my review when and if this unprofessional employee receives a serious attitude adjustment and some customer service training. Too bad one person had to ruin my experience. Why on earth would any employee refuse to receive MORE MONEY for the company?? I just wanted to buy MORE --Spend MORE MONEY!!

A bit expensive given I'm from San Francisco but an overall awesome experience! I love the set up and how friendly the staff was! As well as very helpful! I also love the cute packaging that they put your products in. If you are in Vegas I would definitely check this place out! OMG I almost forgot to mention the selection (Primo) very organized and so much to choose from!

No difference between this dispensary and any other dispensary except they don't really offer discounts. The day shift staff is cool but the staff at night is hella rude. You would be better off going somewhere else like the source or essence. Even thrive gives pretty good discounts. If you live in the area I get it. Most people don't like driving, but if you can go to another one I would. No real reason to choose this place over any other besides location.

I really loved this place until ,my gf went in to buy a product that she buys every 2 to 3 days and got a defective product ,the cart leaked all within itself losing about 1/3 of the oil where she would have to perform to perform surgery on the plastic to get the rest out.   Instead of replacing it. They told her well give you 10 percent off as the clerk twisted the applicator to demonstrate  it was working ,wasting even more of her product onto a sticky note wasting it ,because she couldn't take it when she's on the way to work .  Totally avoiding the real issue and sending her on her way.   Sad to see people do business like this.  I called and gave them a second chance to do the right thing and I was told I would get a call back but there was nothing.   I called back finally after waiting and the nice gentleman on the phone said sorry.  Thats what will happen if you get a defective  product here.  Beware

THE WORST COSTUMER SUPPORT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, HER NAME WAS DEJA . I first went into showgrow because their weedmaps menu showed they had 7 gram primus specails for $50. I went and primus actually wasnt available,  so i picked another strain . I am a gold member an should earn 1.5 points for every dollar i spend , i had 149 points before my purchase and added a preroll pack for $11 to make sure i had enough points to redeem a free preroll.  Once i paid ($74 total) i only received 91 points. When typically i was supposed to earn 111 points.  Leaving me still 10 points short of the free preroll when i should have been 10 points over... i mention this to the worker an he says he sorry an hes unsure , to contact support. I have delt with their support on multiple occasions because of app glitches (their app SUCKS and is always having problems, Inaccurate menu items , etc.) So i message them very angry wondering why they're trying to scam me for my earned 20 points . I was unable to get my free preroll now because of their glitch.  2 days later, Their support says please leave your phone number so we can contact you about this issue.  I speak to a lady who explains that i am only revieving points for points before tax. Tax dollars dont recieve points she says, but i KNOW i used to always receive 92 points for every 50$ quarter i bought . She explained that no i was always receiving 75 points an she could go over the order history with me , i clearly asked her , did you guys used to give points for tax dollars and change your policy because i know i was getting 92 points every time she says "no, we have Never given points EVER for tax dollars in our rewards program"... so then i say fine whatever an we hangup, i  then go on my app an check my own order history. Finding MANY transactions where i only bought a 50$ quarter and got 92 points.  meaning my tax dollars did get points at one time.  I call back furiously because she Just lied to me saying they never ever gave tax dollars points before , an i had proof that was a lie . I asked to speak to a manager and deja then puts me on hold an acts like shes getting a manager but then comes back on "how can i help you?" I said what was the name of the girl i was just speaking to.  She says "that was me , i am the same girl deja , i am the manager" she refused to let me speak to higher authority.  I asked her multiple times why did she lie.. she said she wasnt lying and that really i was being calculated to many points an i was never getting points for taxes , she said i was receiving 1.9 times the points instead of 1.5 (WHICH IS NOT TRUE. THEY ONLY HAVE 1.5 TIMES OR 2 TIMES . No 1.9 times exist) and threatened to take the extra points away so that way my account would be in the negative. PLUS if i was getting 1.9 times the points then i should have gotten 95 points for $50 spend , not 92. She was just lying and lying.  All i wanted was an explanation of why my points system changed.  She could have just said "we used to give tax points but now we do not anymore , sorry for the inconvenience" but instead she lied , ran me in circles, had such poor costumer service , AND i didnt even get the chance to complain to her to a real manager . IF THIS DEJA lady is the real manager and is representing showgrows name she is doing a horrible job, you're loosing costumers because of her poor job . it used to be you earn points for EVERY dollar you spend , but that is an untrue statement,  really its You earn points for every dollar spent before taxes.

These people sale Cannabiotix Vapor Cartridges that don't work.  I tried returning them but they said it's against there policy. I will never go back here again.  It's sad customers are that disposable

Get a bigger parking lot. I just waited 5 minutes to get a spot and finally someone was leaving so I circled around and waited and went to pull in and someone walked up and threw a cone down and then waved me off. Seriously?! First time here and it will be my last.

I used to like this spot until I went to purchase a cartridge and after making a rough choice I asked an employee if there were any carts with higher indica percent and she pointed me to a different cart that I decided to buy. Turns out.. that cart was the only one they sold that required a special battery. A special battery that Showgrow doesn't even sell. I immediately returned after 1 minute and despite the fact that the employee was in the wrong for recommending a completely different and incompatible product compared to the original product I selected, the manager on duty refused to give a refund. The manager's excuse was that the product was already opened however before I recieved the product the cashier was the one who opened it up and looked at it before putting into my sealed bag. I wasted $80 on a unit I cannot use and I no longer trust Showgrow with my money. Shame

Everyone here is so nice and helpful, they have a great selection, and the loyalty program is fab!

So.  I've been here a couple times.  Their marketing is misleading at best.  Possibly false advertising.  So they run specials that say while supplies last.  I've been in a few hours after they send the text and they are out.   Or they say it was only that day even though it says while supplies last.   They offer rewards programs but only through their ap.   No local discount as well.   Lots of options in this very competitive market.

Came in a couple days ago and it was my first time going to this dispensary. The people here are cool and friendly. Rachel educated and gave recommendations on what would be best for me. I am very satisfied with the experience I had here and will be coming back when I'm near the area again.

Came here a few weeks ago for the first time since it was close to home. Compared to other shops in Vegas they didn't have much variety. The day I went they only had one type of flower. Vape wise they had about 8 to choose from. I bought 3 vape cartridge the highest having about 85% thc. I was expecting to be blown away but it didn't hit me. I thought the price was a little high. It's cash only. They do have an ATM machine but they do charge a $5 fee. Overall I was disappointed.

I picked up 7 grams and all I got was basically shake and stems and one nice nug out of 7 grams very disappointed I felt they did that to me on purpose

ShowGrow is not the spot. I'm a medical patient and every time I've been there, I'm invisible.I watch recreational people be seen before me and still was kept waiting.The product is lame and the staff is not knowledgeable about the product. They only care about money and If u have a number you'll be seen faster than being a patient. Very unprofessional and the flower is the worst by far. It's criminal to charge these prices for this quality of product and service.

The process always goes smoothly. I've only had to wait once in the past year I've been going. I always get help finding a good suggestion. My most recent experience was the best though. G O is the guy who helped me. He was the most upbeat, friendly, helpful, genuinely cared about my experience employee I have ever met! He took time to hear what I needed and helped me find something without making me feel rushed. When he showed me a new vape pen, I was confused bc mine was so different. He took time to explain everything without making me feel silly.

Having worked in the industry in manufacturing and the lab space you see time and time again that this isn't a perfect science and faulty products (namely vape cartridges) do make the shelves. This should not be an issue and hasn't been at dispensaries in the past. Here at ShowGrow they would not accept a return of faulty product and management, Chris, was rather unhelpful with the entire situation. Won't be coming back.

They advertise on both their own app and on weedmaps a select dragon fruit 1mL for $70. I purchased and once home realized it is only 0.5mL. They said it is clearly marked in store when I returned and acted like it was my fault, even though is clearly 1mL on both online. Also they wouldnt refund the money only exchange. They did give a preroll for troubles though.

We love coming here!! The entire staff is always extra friendly and helpful.. we don't go to any other dispensary.. there's never a wait great prices and friendly faces couldn't ask for more

Showgrow is in such a great location. Close enough to Vegas to go there with ease, but far enough away to avoid all the hassle of traffic and time consumption. As far as the customer service and the quality of the buds, 5/5. I moved up from California a few months ago and this is the first shop with some straight good weed at good prices. Plus daily deals. No gimmicks, no overpriced bullshit. Just a really cool place with really good weed

Definitely my favorite shop in town but that's only because they have my favorite "bud tender" in the city DARA!! She super knowledgable about everything green related. I have a few bad medical problems and she has even done computer research to help me get the perfect prescription for what ails me. Check it out ask for Dara, you won't be disappointed in the location, the staff or the product!

App never works, don't go after 11pm.  The girls are kinda bitchy and tired looking. Rushed me right out the door after asking why Vape battery only lasted 2 months.  Clueless.  Way to keep your customers happy.  Seriously, is it possible the battery was a Chinese defect ? No, I didn't over charge as I been vaping 6 years.  Would I like to spend another 20.00 for equipment that last only 2 months. No thanks.I was told the 30ml Sleep Elixir CBD would last 3 months ??  WTF.  At 85 dollars it lasted a month following her advice . Way to keep your customers happy.

Probably one of the worst ones customer service wise, but very pretty inside. Not enough employees to meet demand on Saturday, I ended up waiting 22 minuets to be tended to sitting around watching the employees do everything but HELP the waiting customers. I'd suggest going to another if your looking for a quick run in and run out. The gentleman who helped me was rude and not welcoming like others here in town (I'm a local here in Vegas so I know what other dispensary have to offer) really disappointed I kinda expected better hospitality wise. Won't be returning anytime s... EVER

Worst customer service ever. Budtender Rexi only cares about sales and not what the customer is actually looking for. I wouldn't spend my hard earned cash here ever again. Good shop for knowledgeable, thrifty, customers. Very friendly staff. Good access to location. Rewards program is available. Usually swift service. Daily specials and you can sign up for text notifications. I use them when I'm in a hurry.

I used to think this was one of the better dispensaries in town. Boy was I wrong! I made a purchase on 9/26 for $183 before tax. Nothing got posted to my rewards. I used the feedback button on 10/3. Hearing nothing, I called on 10/12 and talked to Lexi. She told me someone would correct and get back to me within 48 hours. It is now 10/18 and NOTHING! Talk about treating your customers shabbily. Seems they could care less for repeat customers.

I purchased a vape cartridge while opening the package - Brass Knuckles - the glass broke.  Took it back and they said too bad. Considering the amount of money I have spent there and how much they make, their real customer service sucks. There are too many options to have to go here again.  Buh bye.

Very clean and upscale looking place. I felt safe there and the process of checking in to going into the showroom was painless as possible. Lots of shops have tons of extra security measures that ruin the vibe. My budtender was very friendly. She actually knew the very specific details of their concentrate which most other shops fail at. She knew which product was extracted with butane and which ones with CO2. And which ones had artificial re-introduced terps. Just that fact makes this place awesome. One star down for not having flower on display and just grab and smell and for no locals discount. Not the cheapest place but the quality is worth it! Check it out if in summerlin area!

Very professional set up, staff very courteous and knowledgeable, even gave us a free gram because we're a first time patient at that location. Price a little bit on the steep end, wish their pricing was more like Essence or The Source.

I want to just say that I love ShowGrow and I love their points system app. Feel like I'm getting something back. Everyone is always very helpful and super polite. Very knowledgeable and kind. But yesterday I went in and I usually buy just flower and I wanted to get some gummies so I was asking the girl helping me Chelsie or Kelsie and maybe she was having a bad day, I don't know , but she just wasn't helpful. I had to keep asking well do you have these in Sativa and she would just say no..... and stand there and it almost made me feel like I was annoying her. no kindness or recommendations. And I just feel she could've pretended to care or acted nicer. There weren't a lot of options for the gummies so maybe I was just stupid, but she still could have been kinder about it.  Just always get such great customer service from everyone there that I was taken back. Now mind you I am not a young millennial cool person but that should've given her even more reason to be helpful. I'm a Mom of grown kids I'm almost 50. So I dunno. I just wanted to say something because it is my favorite place to go. Close to my house etc.

Bad review for me the staff is non sense    everybody has a different approach I got denied service and other times they let me in. I have a Cali ID and a Nevada ID im registered with them for over a yr. and that should be enuff I'm not expired.

Kelly was an absolute doll the last time I was in! In fact, every staff member I've encountered has been really friendly and nice!  It's the only dispensary open around me at 7am, and the wait in the morning is next to nothing. The menu selection is always nice and up to date, and the rewards program is hard to beat! I'd definitely recommend everyone trying out ShowGrow :)

The young blonde woman who waited on me had the patience of a fly.  She just couldn't wait for me to stop asking questions.  I was in customer service businesses for 15 years, and I know that a dead beat sales person can only ruin your business.  The owner needs to start paying attention, or lose what u have gained in the blink of an eye.  Competition will make sure of that.  There is always another store nearby.

I was in the store last Thursday and the service was fast and excellent.  However, leaving was quite another experience.  In the lobby as I was leaving, someone from the store was telling a black couple to leave or they were going to call the police, the black guy said he didn't do anything and that the white guys had pulled a gun on him and for them to check the security tape but the store guy just kept threatening to call the police if they didn't leave.  I'm kinda of standing there in shock and they have the exit blocked.  The couple left but I don't like the way it was handled and it doesn't make me feel safe if some guys are drawing guns on customers and they ignore it.

Best place in LV. My go to! Staff is so knowledgeable and pleasant great organization check it out!

Normally the place is excellent, but if there is anything wrong or if you even THINK something is wrong whatsoever with a cartridge you buy then don't be fooled and think you have 30 days. I had an issue with a Kiff cartridge and put it to the side because I had other options with me and didn't need to run back. After getting busy and realizing 2 weeks went by I called and asked if I missed the deadline (and would have understood) to have it looked at. Was told "take 30 days if you need it, no rush" by the person on the phone. So when the following weekend came, I went in and re-explained everything and low and behold, nothing can be done because it looked operational to them. I even brought the battery I used in case it was my battery so I would just eat the cartridge and buy a new battery (looking for answers, not freebies). But even with all that and even though they have my account profile and can see I've never EVER returned or complained, they said it's just been too long, eluding to the unsaid allegation of me lying about it. Like I said, I knew and understood how it looked. That's why I called and asked. Getting stiffed the $60 for a bad cartridge was bad enough, but wasting a trip and having false hope because they don't train the people who answer the phones is what has my lid flipped. What an incredibly disappointing experience. Thanks to both Kiff and to ShowGrow on this one.

I've been to this dispensary a few times now, although they do have good deals every now and then, overall I'm not a huge fan of how it's run. When you first walk in you're not really greeted and once you've checked in you get no further directions. The door to the actual dispensary is kind of disguised so I was very confused the first time I came here. You're given a number and once your number is called is when someone will help you. The whole process overall feels rushed, like they just want you in and out. I purchased an airport cartridge and once I left I found out that it wasn't compatible with the battery I already owned. I called the dispensary to see what battery it needed and the lady on the phone told me that "airopro cartridges are only compatible with airopro batteries", this information would have been nice to know before I made the purchase, right? Had to make another trip to buy a battery from them. Overall that experience was very inconveniencing for me. It's an ok dispensary but I've been to others where the employees are much more friendlier.

First time here and I've spent almost an hour standing in the back watching the people who work here just walk around not helping anyone. Extremely inefficient. Almost any other dispensary is 10x faster than this one and way more friendly and the spazzy blonde was rude to almost every customer she passed in helping.

this place is amazing .  friendly staff and good products ..usually  takes about thirty min . to get what I need...but so worth it !!! they give you info on products and you can receive a free joint after you get 10 bags . pretty sweet!

THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR, however I cannot submit without putting at least one star! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER COME HERE AGAIN. We went in today and got all concentrates and EVERY SINGLE JAR WAS SHORTED... NOTHING WAS ON POINT ! Seven jars on one order and three jars on the other order. So a total of 10 jars and not ONE was on point..... if I could give them negative stars I would ! If you wanna get ripped off and not get your money's worth then this is the place to go ! They got your back on ripping you off that's for sure.

Been a loyal customer a long time. I don't know if SIPs expire but in the last 4 ordered from here did nothing and they tasted different. I had ordered Wild Berry for sleep. I decided to give it another chance today and ordered two different types of edibles on their website for curbside pick up day of. I ordered them at 10:30am. I went to pick  them up and was told they did not have them. Mind you, they had my order they just sold them to someone else.I haven't slept in days. I don't recommend this place anymore. It was my favorite but it clearly has gone downhill.

Even if the line is long for pick up or outside the store they are very efficient in their service. Cash only business, they have ATMs inside. Great service great products

ShowGrow can kiss my ass! What's the sense of putting a order in online, and when you get up there within the allotted time, which is 8 hours. For them to say we don't have a few of the items because I didn't drive right up after putting my order in. Wait, this is on your website 8 HOURS, I was there within 4. Well, we can't build a profile for everyone. What about delivery? So you hold those, but you don't get there for like 3-4 hours or is it first come first serve? Or just greed? I would talk you guys up "and say what great deals and how amazing the bud tenders are". Besides, the amazing budtenders, you guys suck. I know you don't care and this will fall on deaf ears, but if I can warn others from this trap, I will.

Walked in after 3 years hoping to pick up big. The guy with the dreads asked if I needed help. After a couple minutes and me asking him questions about the flower, I asked him if they had preroll's and before I could even finish my sentence he said rudely/sarcastically to me, "Are you going to buy and 8th or are you going to buy a preroll?" What the hell kind of question is that? Are you mad cause I'm asking questions you don't know? I am a customer and will buy whatever the hell I want. Not from you guys though. I've heard bad things about this place and they were right. Go somewhere else and get better service, flower, and treated with respect.

The staff here is always so friendly and helpful! I love that they offer delivery which is super convenient!! My favorite product is the Airo vapes!! Definitely sign up for the daily special texts.

First off I want to say: I love the employees and products at showgrow. If it was based on customer service alone, this would be a 5 star review. But my issue is mostly with management and the running of show grow.They change the mobile order system randomly and without warning making it confusing to order. Products that can be redeemed for points will go through, and then an employee will come and tell me they can't redeem that for that and they don't know why it lets you. I use marijuana to manage anxiety and depression and so knowing what to expect is hugely important for me. It's nerve wracking and upsetting that these things change so often and without notice. I can tell the employees are tired and deserve to be paid more and hopefully the managers will take that into consideration.This dispensary could be as nice as Reef or any of my other favorite ones if they can solve the logistical issues that keep them from being the best.
