Came across this shirt upon walking in and to be quite honest, this is not right. From afar it clearly looks like the cross is being set on fire which is disturbing P13. I seriously don't know how P13 is selling apparel like this and I don't know how people can even begin to purchase it. It leaves a really bad taste in my mouth that this is being sold. Whoever approved this needs to check themselves. Did anyone not look at this and say to themselves, this actually looks really bad and could offend some people? Apparently not. Instead of a cross, it could've been a picture or graphic of a blunt since the saying says "there's nothing more fire than superblunts." Why did the cross have to be involved? Just WHY. Get yourselves together P13.

Out-of-state medical patient here. If you're new to the cannabis scene, this will feel like Disneyland to you. If you are used to the medical marijuana scene, this place will frustrate the ever living hell out of you.I'm not used to the churn and burn turnstile dispensaries. They had limited high-dose edibles for medical patients. It seemed as though recreational users were their primary audience.They had a single high-dose edible item in stock. That was found only after I had intended to walk out without making a purchase. The male budtender seemed to enjoy mansplaining the marijuana fundamentals, even after I told them I'm an out of state cardholding patient for 10+ years. Like, I got my card when the kid was in the 3rd grade, but sure, deliver the Sesame Street version of the differences between indica & sativa. This place is for the tourists.

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. This place is full of crooks. Do not come here. Check out any other dispensers in Vegas. They advertise prices on their website and don't honor them in person. Dispensary down the street is a much better option.

Way over priced cannabis that I take for granted here in Oregon. I get that it's Vegas, but damn! Over priced low testing thc products? No thank you! The building itself is nice and the way they do security is sort of dumb? They give a ticket for you to scan in and that's how you check out... huh? So you had a crap ton of people just waiting for their name to show up on the list. Kind of waste of time much? Everything is displayed nicely but hides the thc content. Edibles I can get in Oregon for only 10 is 30. The mg isn't that much either so sigh... if you can... please thoroughly look at what you are buying or the disappointment is real! We purchased infused ore rolls in fancy packaging to be low thc and didn't even hit... 3 prerolls for a hundred bucks. Yikes

The love I have for this place! The staff Kisses and the security showed how professional they really are and they are great reps for your organization. They understood the meaning of service and the success as business!   let me find a flight for my bday next month) After my shopping experience I watched fresh gummies being made right at the Planet13 and has a wonderful breakfast

Visiting dispensaries is always a fun experience and Planet 13 is no different. They do send daily specials via text and email so before your visit be sure to sign up on their website. Planet 13 is known as being the largest dispensary. I must say it is definitely a big place that can be somewhat overwhelming, which is the only reason I rated it a 4. There are so many options it can be difficult to make a decision or figure out what you want. However, it is still a fun place to visit. They have a few places for fun photo ops as well you can watch the process of gummier or candy making. Our bud-tender was very kind and professional. She helped us out tremendously with our purchases. Answering any questions as well as informing us on the products we asked about. If you are in Vegas, you should defiantly visit. We went first thing in the morning because they do get busy. Also, they do a great job with sealing your purchases.

Watch out for those online prices - they are not real. They are only for locals but not stated anywhere. Once you show up and isn't a local, they take your $$$. 20% tax too. It's basically a tourist scam.

OKAY HERE ME OUT. This is expensive lol Even with my military discount, it took me OUT! 7 grams for $150, sheesh! Decent product, great customer service and the wait time isnt bad at all. I do like both ways of operating where they take your name and you go to whichever number register is by your name AND going to whatever available register. If you have a ticket, its valid for 24 hours which is nice, you can skip the check-in line and go right through the gates. There are a various array of items available from flower, to pop, to honey, and cereal. Anything you need is here pretty much. Its nice to explore the little factory in the back and the food inside is nice too. great place to have a lil date honestly. IF YOURE FROM OT GET THE SHUTTLE!!! THEY PICK UP AND DROP OFF TO HOTELS!!! dont uber!! dont taxi! lol FREE SHUTTLE!!

UPDATE: So the manager Kimberly called me back the following day and let me know that the curbside attendant did indeed steal $20 from me and she was let go. I went back and picked up my money. I am still giving planet 13 a 1 star review as I feel like the situation the day prior was handled horribly. Not only did it seem like the manager Kimberly didn't believe me that my money was stolen, but it also seemed like she didn't care. Especially when she was rolling her eyes and when she walked away from me before I was done speaking. Like I said previously, I waited over an hour just to be told they couldn't give me my stolen money back and to be given attitude. Not acceptable.

Place is poppin for a WEED store!!! Kinda ticks me off ppl still in jail over weed that's now highly popularized and celebrated like this. Anyways they pricey asf and the selection of edibles is not the best... what I got was ok however I didn't think it was that top notch lol anyways they have beautiful photo opportunities

I really wanted to like this. Was amped to go here saw some dank looking stuff calledApple fritter. Decided I'd buy a quarter of it. Looks unreal nice huge nugs Open it up and it smells horrible. Almost moldy smell. Then smoked it and it tastes horrible. To top it off it's so dry it's like powder. I'm not a picky bud snob either this stuff is literally unsmokable.  I'd rather smoke some home grown stuff over this. Literally 120$ that I'm throwing out

Very nice place, but a bit pricey. This was my first visit so I was expecting a larger selection with more variety. We had drinks at the bar, and they were fantastic. (Lavender Whiskey Sour and Edens garden) Swanney in the dispensary was lovely, she was very patient and helpful. My friend from out of town had a lot of questions, and she helped her find what she needed. Overall a very nice experience.

You are only here for 1 reason. I don't partake but was fascinated with the organization of the shop and the number of people here. The group I came with had fun shopping while I just posted up. They have a whole process for checking out and having someone assist you. It is a huge complex!! The clerk that helped the group mentioned there is supposed to be a lounge opening up later in the year.

1. Check in at the front desk. And get your ticket. 2. Show ID and the ticket to the guard. 3. Go thru the gate and walk to the register kiosk. .4. At the register you either you self register or have one of the kiosk greeter get you setup on on the waiting list. 5. You should receive a text once you're at #4!You then have a one-on-one guide then pay!

Best dispensary ever. It says it's the largest in the world and it sure looks it. Planet 13 is advertised as the best in Vegas. Many things to choose from. The complex also has a restaurant on site. If you've never been to a dispensary this can be overwhelming because it's very big. Likewise even if you've been to a dispensary before this will be bigger and it still even might be overwhelming. The process of checking in and getting served takes longer because there's so many and it's a number process. Check in at the front counter. Then you go through the big complex to the dispensary. Along the way here you'll notice other businesses. There's even a Mexican restaurant. At the dispensary you have to wait in line to get in. They have you enter by giving your phone number and they will text you when they're ready for you. Inside there's about 30 counters. The text will tell you which one to go to. Once you finally get to a counter you can tell the bud tender what you want or they can help you out on the floor. The flowers are organized by Gold, Platinum, and Diamond categories based on price. Buds come in amounts starting at 3.5 grams. Cheapest flowers are about $50 or so. The good thing is you get a lot for this. Also has edibles. It has many to choose from including chocolates, and more. The other businesses are worth checking out some other times.

Place is a straight up SCAM! Do not go here no matter what. Workers fake sold a gram cart and when it got to cash register they only showed a half gram. When i confronted they used exact words "i dont l know what story you are making up" they triple up charge you.  Felt disrespected and dissatisfied and disappointed.

Planet 13 was high on our list of places to visit while here from Seattle! - in fact - Planet 13 was our first stop once we were checked into our hotel. During our first visit on Saturday 3/27/21 Daja at the Select counter was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable! She made our first experience amazing with great recommendations and fast/friendly service. Daja recommended that we try the Nanos so we did and we were pleased with the taste and effect. We also got a couple other edibles that were good as well.We returned a few days later on 3/30/21 and went straight to the Select counter. Today we were helped by Kyle Stephens, Daja, and Joanna (Sp?), all incredibly friendly and helpful staff at Planet 13. We got more Nanos since we enjoyed them the first time and a Select vape pen that was recommended by Kyle Stephens.We can say that Planet 13 has been one of the best experiences since we've been in Vegas and Daja, Kyle S., and Joanna upheld amazing customer service and the recommendations did not did disappoint! We will definitely return during our next Vegas trip! Thank you all so much.

Worst dispensary of all time. Scheming workers. All of them are too high to be doing their jobs correctly. Watch out for these scammers. Absolute worst service in the west coast place is a joke. And not only is the service absolute trash and the workers are straight dorks at but everything in the store is waxed and garbage. DO NOT GO HERE

This is the potheads superstore. Like the Museum of weed . The biggest distributor in the world. Very well organized. It's like going to a concert. They literally give you a ticket. Of course I don't partake but my friends do so what makes them happy makes me happy. It was definitely a cool experience ! CBD oil edibles every kind of strain you can think of. A must go see !

Being the biggest definitely does not equate to being the best. The building is HUGE and there are lots of different moving parts - restaurant, distillery, dispensary, etc. This is a tourist destination and priced accordingly. The check in line is insanely long no matter what time you arrive. The quantity and quality of the products offered are great, but you're going to pay 2-3x what you would at a local mom and pop dispensary in town. After check-in, you are placed in a queue and await your personal bud-tender to take care of your needs. We wandered around for a good 30 minutes before our bud-tender was available. He was amazingly knowledgeable so I'm grateful their staff is on point. Basically you tell the bud-tender what you're interested in, he offers suggestions, and then heads out to grab your items. I'm more of a CBD/CBN person and was able to find a good selection of these items. I like that they're not cash only - basically it's like using an ATM. They charge you for the items, plus the "ATM fee" plus their fee, round up, and give you the overage back in cash. You're then basically expected to tip that amount back to your bud-tender. He did help us out quite a bit so we did leave him a good tip. Very happy with my purchases.

Love this place, they always have solid deals... however, they need to put the phone number option back on when guests check in cause this whole "watch the screen, because there's no text reminders anymore" thing is not cutting it and it's extremely inconvenient - we cant even check our place in line now like smh. 3 stars because of that

Fun place! I work in a medical dispensary in Ohio and found the people here very professional. As a medical patient I was treated like royalty. I went with friends and they enjoyed the experience. Locals will tell you that this place is too touristy. But I loved it.

I always order for delivery and I have never had an issue. Love the local deals and the deals of the day. I stock up. I've tried a lot of shops but this one never disappoints.

Biggest Weed Store In the World? Not at all..I guess, sure, if you take in account of the Non-THC Restaurant, The Merchandise Shop (Sweatshirts, Shirts,) & the Factory they produce the (Store Brand) Products in. But the ACTUAL dispensary is just "big" because it's  S P A C E D   O U T.As someone from the PNW....This is the Worst Weed Store Ever. Hands Down. NOTHING about it is Biggest Nor Best. The Prices are BEYOND expensive (+Taxes.) The Selection is TERRIBLE, and The Staff just tries to Up-sale you the ENTIRE time. Also to BUY ANYTHING, you have to buy a ticket. Plus EVERYTHING is under a glass, set down, around 1 & 1/2 feet deep..  I waited 34 mins, and wanted to purchase 6 items. My cashier didn't know ANYTHING, because there's no Menu, no price on the items, and she didn't seem to care either. Legit WORST weed store I've EVER entered.My time at the cashier extended past 10 mins..  ... She IMMEDIATELY tried to Up-sale me CBD items, before she even greeted me... I told her I am COMPLETELY not interested in anything CBD.Yet, That didn't stop her from offering me CBD related items 6 MORE TIMES throughout the transaction.Finally UPON leaving, the security guard stopped me, went through my Purchased Bag, my Backpack, asked to empty out my pockets, & looked under my hat.Then asked if we "took anything that we didn't purchase." "No." "No? Are you sure? Okay then, have a good day." Then he proceeded to stop the person behind me. Repeat.THE ONLY good part about Planet 13, is the Sprinkler/Water System outside. It cools you down with a mist.

OMG ... I love it here.I was in town and decided to stop at Planet 13 instead of another dispensary I normally go to. I am so glad that I did, because this place is a true gem. So much to offer here.The entrance concept is cool. You swipe your ticket and the gates open to enter. It's like your heading into Disneyland. I came here and purchased two days in a row during my three day stay. It's a welcoming atmosphere. The customer service is amazing. The budtenders were happy and helpful unlike so many other dispensaries I've been in. Checkout is efficient and I love that they have a rewards system, although no birthday discount.They had a large selection of Kiva Camino gummies, which is one of several things I was looking for. They are sometimes hard to find, so I was impressed that they had all the flavor varieties. I even got lucky the second day I went, because they were on special for $14 instead of $33 so I stocked up. Overall I recommend to come at least once. It's like a cannabis playground. The superior and quality product and service here will not leave you disappointed.

Online ordering, drive by pick-up and delivery options available = no brainer.  I received a call from someone because my order was going to be a little more because I didn't qualify for the local discount.  The agent that called me was very pleasant and helpful, very patient with my "touristy" questions.  I opted for drive-thru pickup because I knew I'd spend hours inside.  My guy that came out was very helpful and friendly as well.  Dream Job!

Besides the great attitude the staff has and manner in which they treat you, its also absolutely huge, clean, and full of willy wonka type edibles, merch, flower, and much more. They even accept medical cards from NY (where you can get different items) even though its legal. Vegas is definitely a great place to explore cheech & chong way. I'm already planning my next trip to vegas! If you happen to be in the area, definitely check this spot out. Also note to everyone: take a cab there or the dispensary across the street... i walked and regretted every second, plus it becomes very desolate and hard to find taxis. Another plus about this place is they have a taxi spot in front but they aren't always there. Walking back to wasnt so bad though.. I went a different way and it was quite nice and scenic (just dont walk around this area at night or be careful)

They don't honor their mistakes. Purchased two eighths through their website, it gave me a price that I liked and I ordered it for delivery. Got a call two hours later telling me that their website had a "glitch" and that the flower I had purchased went from 110 to 150 and included a general admission EDC ticket (wtf). Not interested in going to a rave. None of this was mentioned on the website. Manager refused to honor their website mistake. I've been ordering from them for the past two years, really disappointed that they won't work with local loyal customers on their mistakes. Beware, their prices/promotions are not guaranteed.

This place was so cool! I didn't realize this was the biggest dispensary in the world! And they also have the best prices! When we first got to Vegas we asked our taxi driver to bring us to a dispensary and he took us to some  place about 15 minutes out which was weird because planet 13 was about 7 minutes away. Now that I think about it, I guess the further he drove us the more money he'd make! Once we got to planet 13 we realized we had been ripped off all the way around because the prices in planet were def cheaper than the further place! Anyway I'm glad I was able to experience this place! The staff was very helpful and efficient as well! Can't wait to go back !

Whether you're down with the dope or not, this is the kind of dispensary that is so forward thinking in how they conduct their business.  It's also the largest in Vegas so why not right?Show up, put your name on the list via smartphone.  Hit up the reading room or bar area while you wait to be called.  When your phone goes off, enter and ask whatever questions you have about their strains, contents, and products.  Their staff is extremely helpful and love what they do.  How could they not right?Their edible options are a plenty and for bud strains, you can have it pre-rolled if you want so you don't get your fingers dirty.  They also do deliveries which is clutch during COVID.  Of course sometimes it's hard to remember you ordered when you've imbibed in the cannibis itself!

Save your time and go to reef. Bought a leaf and vine disposable vape and it didn't work. Took the vape back and they would exchange it for a functioning one, after the manager "checked with management" best he could do is offer us a discount on another one. Place is trash and so is serviceUpdate - I emailed them as asked and no one ever answered me

Just because you're the biggest doesn't mean you are (or your products) are the best. I visited Planet 13 after considering the options - Reef (across the street from Planet 13), Grove (which is off the stripe but on the way to the airport) and a few others mostly inconvenient to us visitors. Keep in mind that 'a block' is not normal in Vegas. So planning is key.The place is huge, with over 80+ budtender stations. (Medical cannabis card holders can register as such and get a 10% discount).  Checking in (required) is easy and fast with the goal of getting you to spend a lot and then get you the hell out.  As with most my reviews, I'll try to stay within the topics of 1) service; 2) environment, 3) product quality and finally, 4) "buzzometer" rating...1) Service - Great.  The process is down pat, and they are very knowledgeable. But remember, these are sales people. And they may be on commission or being paid spiffs on selling certain products - so keep your wits about you, always. One of the vapes I purchased didn't WORK! OMG.  And because getting to/from the place is frankly a bit of a pain, I figured I was out the $45 but I called, and they replaced it (NOTE - product delivery to the hotels on the stripe is NOT ALLOWED) so if you have a product issue, you have to return to the store - which I did - and they did replace it after assessing it was indeed not working). They do have a FREE shuttle service to the stripe but it's rather limited and doesn't stop at most of the casinos so it may not be useful to you but it is there for free. They have a phone number and people to actually speak to.  A bonus in today's world!2) Environment - Overwhemling. Its a big BIG box type space (used to be the old Coors Beer factory) so there is seemingly an endless arrange of things to buy. I personally didn't like this aspect as it is loud, a zillion people in the place, and seems to be part of the formula - keep it fast paced, loud, tons of people place so it must be great, right?... There are endless display cases showing off every type of product - mostly a lot of flower, vapes and tinctures, but also different distilents - shatter, keif etc. LOTS of everything to choose from.3) Product - While they boast about being the largest, I did start to really question product quality. I know my product - I've been doing this for a very long time - and candidly their products were not great. Good, yes, great, no.  Sorry.  Branding is all over the place in the Cannabis industry and until national brands form, it's literally the wild west for Cannabis brands, and you will be taken advantage of during this time. Take for instance the brand they pushed HARD "Medizin" who are they? Never heard of them, but that was all my budtender talked about. So yes, I purchased a half gram vape cart - Motobreath (for $70! OUCH) and it turned out to be my worst purchase. Told it was a 'great Indica lending hybird' yet it did ZERO for me. And it tasted awful.  So much so I tossed it.  I also purchased 2 disposible vape pens - One was a Binske brand .35 vape for $65! (ouch) again, which was cool because it was rechargable but alas, it went fast and then the pen died and wouldn't recharge - so again, money down the drain and that's when I started to think something wasn't kosher... And then finally the vape that died - an O-pen .3g Sleepy Paris OG vape - which was replaced (and because once a product is used they can't take it back so they gave it to me - the only freebie / value of this purchase) but even THAT after been fixed, I noticed that neither of the pen were the same, and they both tasted different??? Net net, my 3 little purchased ran me almost $250 and I didn't get off! So buyer beware!4) Buzzometer rating - POOR.  Sorry, but like I said I've been doing this for a LONG time and if you are hitting on one of these vape pens ALL day AND night and don't really feel anything than the buzz isn't there and frankly, what's the point. To validate this rating, once home, I compared them to the  buzz level I get with my regular product, and there was zero comparison.  NET NET - the products in Vegas were crap. Sorry but I spent a lot more than usual (expected) and didn't get off (not expected).  That makes for a POOR rating. So overall, I won't be back. Sure it was a great showplace, but the product was expensive and didn't do it for me, so no, I can't recommend it to you.

Great place to comeWhen in Vegas must be 21 with id.  Lots to choose from from cbd to weed etc.  edibles  yummy.   We come here every time we are in Vegas.  Our. Customer service guy ALEX..  very very helpful.  Lots to see.  Doesn't smell inside either.

a week ago-EditDONT go. High chance you will get upcharged. If you write a disappointed review they copy and paste the same statement and never respond to you back in email (Proof). Great setup and environment. Money hungry at the end of the day though. Went to get a gift for family/friend but instantly regreted it. I might not be able to do math but apparently the 2 $50 carts and 1 $16 pre roll comes out to $168. Or maybe the pre roll they recommended must have been a slight $30? That must be it because the budtender came back and said the $16 pre roll wasn't "available." Highly disappointed. I was told the "local" discount was applied so it could of been higher so im lucky on that.

Bought a $75 blunt on our last day of vacation. When we opened it it was cracked in half. Would not refund money.

I came into the Dispensary not knowing what to expect but my budtender Alesa made it an awesome experience. She was very kind and knowledgeable about cannabis. Definitely will be back and I hope I get the same budtender.

Way overpriced and very confusing place. You check in and they give you a number and add your name to the list but your number changes and your wait gets extended. This place is totally for the tourist but I'm a local. The prices are extremely too high. Never again!!

I bought some flower that smelled like plastic/chemicals when smoked. Store just said even though it tastes "icky" it was safe to smoke. This is disgusting! Who wants to smoke plastic infused weed? Not safe.

I guess my expectations where to high (no pun intended). First time we were here our service guy was so ridiculously stoned we were turned off and left. But we decided to try again a year later hoping for a new experience. The staff is very friendly but often not available when you want to ask a series of questions. Also, for the grandiose size of the building and all the branding woohoo they project, the selection of product is a letdown. I would expect a lot more brands and a lot more variety. I do love the fish floor!

Let me start by saying the weed I got was good but....So I came here to kill some time Before checking into my Airbnb. When I got there the atmosphere was cool I loved the fish on the floor. So I ended up spending $200 which was definitely over my budget but I knew I was buying into the experience. So lighters are four dollars which is ridiculous the weed was good and which was $75 so my complaint comes in with the Vape pens so my pen was basically $100 . $75 for the cartridge and $25 for the actual pen. I tried to use it and it didn't work at all so I use the rest of my time in Vegas to shop and went back right before I left when I got there it took 30 minutes for me to be seen even though there was barely anyone in there then when I try to get my things replaced the man told me it was nothing wrong with it and that maybe I was on too tight. I asked could it be replaced anyway and he said no to try it again.  I asked what happens if it still doesn't work and said he doesn't know. So left there totally disappointed. So get home and it still doesn't work the bottom will not charge and the cartridge will not work so I decided to go get another pen just to see if it was just the bottom part and even the cartridge doesn't work at this point I am definitely upset and which is why I'm writing a review when the man could have replaced everything and I could've been a satisfied customer but instead they'd rather put all the blame on the manufacturers instead of making sure the customer is happy especially with the amount of money I spent I do understand that all sales are final but are they final even if the product is damaged or don't work. So I had no choice but to express myself on here I will definitely try to get my things in place but it sad that I went all the way back there I had to spend extra $60 just in cab fees to get there for no one to help me. So if you guys are looking for a good and overpriced weed please come here if you are looking for to get damaged goods and no help please come here they will give you all of that in above.

Of course when you come to Vegas this is one of the go to spots on the list.  just insure you don't have any liquor because you will have to sit outside on the curb to finish it. Don't worry though because you'll have others sitting with you lol.overall I enjoyed my experience ..I'm not really a smoker but dibble dabble in the edibles. There are many edibles to choose from but when you do buy them and try them eat a little at a time lol .. my favorites are the ha ha gummies

We're are so spoiled by Planet13's assortment of choices in my opinion, this is good though! Because people who haven't smoked before and is looking to try actually can find a strain or variation of it that suites them, even people who are skeptical and afraid of the affects now has people who can guide them through finding the right strain! I've been coming to planet 13 for a while now and the people I've been helped by has always been so nice and helpful, I can't say I've ever had a bad experience there what so ever. This last few times I've been helped by, I believe her name is Darlene and she is so amazing and a real hard worker, as is  every associate there! It's really makes you proud to be a part of this culture, this lifestyle, how kind people are to one another, they're friendly and happy! I've connected with people through a blunt, a joint, a gummy and a bowl. This is what I think can, will and is bringing humans together! Also, I hope Darlene sees this because I want to tell her to TRY THE ALIEN MOON PIE by SUPERIOR!! It's fragrance is quite zesty. I had a morning smoke and got everything on my list done today, relaxed but full of energy and had me giggling throughout the day. It was a smooth high and I think my new favorite flavor next to strawberry cough! Thank you so much planet 13!

Going to be honest--as a local--i thought i was going to automatically have a horrible experience at this tourist attraction. Really the WalMart of las vegas dispensaries as far as inventory and space. BUT I LOVE PLANET 13!! Been buying here for over a year. i refuse to go anywhere else because i KNOW i can get a better deal and better weed here compared to anywhere else in the valley. First off, prices are AMAZING! Occasionally they rotate in Cookies Secondly, they have locals specials EVERYDAY on concentrates, flower, edibles. $25 1/8ths?? yes, please! Most dispensaries in town "Local Specials" is always TRASH WEED. Shake. Or all CBD strains. but Planet 13 spoils me!! They make sure local deals are from QUALITY growers. Most of the time having high THC/terp profiles. Big beautiful nuggs, omg!Third, free delivery minimum $50. I order all my weed for the week at once so this works for me lol but I always Tip the driver! P13 has carried me thru the pandemic and I am grateful! With the volume of people who patronize this place, I assumed any issue that could arise would fall between the cracks easily. They make so much money why would they care about me? However, whenever I've had an issue its been remedied by management (Kane and Alyssa specifically)  With the amount of people who come here in a day IRONICALLY, I don't feel like just a number. thats why i continue to spend my monies here. THANK YOU FOR NOT ALLOWING HANDICAP MOBILITY ASSISTANCE IN YOUR BUILDING!!! My husband and I enjoyed snacks and drinks at Trecè on Friday. We were permitted to use our RENTED mobility scooters at the dispensary as well as parking them inside the restaurant. As we were entering the door on Saturday, a tall man, with a "camel like" face approached me and asked "Can't you walk?" How rude? How dare you ask in that condescending manner. WHAT KIND OF SECURITY GUARD IS THIS? I told him that I wasn't walking well, and the rest was none of his business. We were asked to either park the scooters, at a distance in the parking lot of cars, that was way too far for me to walk, or leave. As my husband and I left a short overweight guard was talking to the camel guard, shouting, calling some other customers who had just left with bags in hand "axxholes"! Omg what is going on at Planet 13? We only came to get meds for our arthritis as we had shopped with Alex last month and tried a few new things. We ended up going across the street to REEF DISPENSARY. THEY HAVE BETTER PRODUCTS BETTER PRICES AND THEIR STAFF IS MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLIER!

Do not go here! Super overpriced and don't walk you to stuff to pick what you want! You'll spend a fortune and leave with barely anything. Go to the reef next door sooo much cheaper and same shit

Absolutely awful and disrespectful bouncers. Never in my life I was insulted like this for trying to finish my green juice. Security is protecting the place for criminals not kicking out hard working people when they did nothing wrong I will never recommend anyone going to this dispensary in person. Save your time and energy and order online

First time here & didn't even get to the checkout line. This place is very confusing if you have never been here before. You put your # in & they message you when it's your turn in line, asked 2 employees how long they thought it would take before we would be helped & they both said they had no idea. We left, went to another dispensary & were back to our Airbnb when we got a status update that they still weren't ready for us yet but if we could make it to the sales floor... place is really clean, but very very busy & high prices but that's expected being so close to the strip.

Didn't even get to make a purchase. The wait was SO long even for a Tuesday evening during the covid pandemic. The place is huge, it's beautiful. The front desk staff and the security guard at the front door were friendly but as soon as we were in the actual showroom/dispensary, we could not get a single person's attention. Spent 20-30 minutes until we learned it without be another at least hour until we would be seen. Not only did we not want to wait around for another hour for a few joints, but we also had booked a limo that would charge for extra time and unfortunately did not take us to a "local" or "not busy" dispensary which is what we asked for when we arrived to Vegas for our vacation. This place is just not efficiently catered to the Vegas tourist in my opinion, more of a tourist trap and a "welp I'm already here but as well wait and buy something" type of place in my opinion.Two days later we discovered Reef Dispensary which is literally right across the street. (Ugh so frustrating that we weren't taken there the first night) because the line went fast and their prices were also better than Planet 13.

Such a fun experience!! While it was extremely busy, they have a great system set up to get you in and out in a reasonable amount of time. They allow you to roam around and check out inventory until they text you for your check out with a 'bud'tender. Great for recommendations and helping with pricing.

Great place! I went at night, so unfortunately the coffee shop was closed. But this is an amazing place with every possible weed product you can imagine. Staff are helpful and plentiful.

If you're going to buy a car at a dealership and you saw a stock photo of the car you want, when you got to the dealer would you expect to see the advertised car with dents and a missing fender? That's what you have to wonder about when you buy at Planet 13 Las Vegas.Let me tell you about a recent incident. I was shopping for flower on their website like I have many times before. I was looking at one strain that seemed good to me so I ordered a quarter ounce to be delivered. As usual I got a call from them to verify my order and after talking to the person I changed my order to a half ounce in total. I opened the completely black bag (no way to see the actual buds when it was delivered) to find small brown buds that tasted like it was grown in a cat litter box. I checked the planet 13 website and there was a stock photo of the that strain and it was green and were decent sized buds.I sent Planet 13 an email with pictures of the buds I received versus the pictures on their website. Apparently I should have realized somehow that their pictures are totally inaccurate. I was told that I should have told the budtender that I wanted green buds so it's my fault that I bought SMALL (no bigger than my pinky nail) BROWN buds. Planet 13 is not the only player in town and since I buy around $500/mo I want to go someplace where they don't treat me like an idiot. Whether you are a local or a visitor to Vegas nobody wants to be ripped off and then told it was their fault. Please get on Weedmaps and find another dispensary nearby.I am attaching some pictures so you can judge for yourself if the stock photo was so far off from reality that it qualifies as false advertising. We ordered online. The price after taxes and checkout was 124. They called and confirmed our order a few minutes afterwards. We even had to email a verification of our address. Then 4 hours later we get a call and the price has gone up to 199 PLUS TAX! They tried to say they had a glitch in their online system and wouldn't honor the price anymore. BUYER BEWARE! Seriously never ordered something online only to be told the price magically increased by over 100 dollars in a matter of hours.The customer service at this place has steadily decreased since it opened. To a point where now apparently even the prices on their own website are just used to lure you into buying something so they can then try to pressure you into paying more. We had already gone out and done all our errands and could have easily swung by another place but we had already ordered this and now will have to be inconvenienced again. What a terrible experience. STRONGLY recommend going to one of the numerous other shops that are all within a 5 or 10 minute walk.

Honestly some days you guys have such great customer service other days it's like, who did you hire? Michael answering the customer line was such a rude a hole. I was returning a call to go over my delivery order and he was rude and abrasive, asked for my name. And I said it, he then EXTREMELY condescending goes "your name" I said lauren again and he goes "umm your last name" in such a  condescending rude tone. So I replied with my last name and told him he said name not full name. So he RUDELY SO RUDELY goes "so your last name". And so I hung up. I refuse to deal with such a complete a hole. There was no need to speak to me that way and I'm sure hes doing it to others. This makes your company look so rude. I will probably miss my delivery window because I will call back to go over the order when someone else picks up. I will not speak to someone like him and he shouldn't be helping customers if he's just going to be condescending and rude.

Loving this place! The ambiance is awesome the music playing the lights. They have a restaurant, it's not your regular dispensary. It's a must see and experience even if your not a big 420 kinda person. I took my  74 year old mom for lunch and loved it. The Mary Jane is great as well!

Great service honestly, just the wait was so so very long... that was what was a bummer because we did wait an hr and a half but tbh it was good stuff! Pretty pricey no lie, especially if you're not a resident, you don't get the deals, but they had very friendly and helpful staff!

The security guys outside offered to take our picture in front of the large Planet 13 sculpture and the same friendly customer service only continued with the lady who explained the line to get your drivers license checked and get an entry ticket into the actual dispensary room, the lady who checked my ID, the lady who explained the iPad list and got me to the top of the list again when the wait from #23 in line to "you're up" was so fast I just fleetingly saw my name at the top but didn't catch the register number, and finally to our bud tender, Lucifer. Yes, real name. During our quick wait for a bud tender, we wandered around to the displays in categories of bud, vape, edibles, topicals and the club music was blaring. There was security but it wasn't oppressive. The prices and varies were clearly marked and I got some more ideas on what I wanted. Lucifer got me the vapes I wanted, told me the edibles I was thinking of had sugar (I told him I can't do sugar) and got me cheap shatter for some edible and topical DIY projects I had in mind. No one was rushed or anything but friendly. We'll done! My only suggestion would be to get a phone app to help with the "waiting for your turn with a bud tender" process, preferAbly one with an option to state, "I'm not quite ready yet, I'm enjoying look at your cool displays and enjoying the party music, can you give me a few minutes?"

This was my first time at a dispensary and I had the time of my life. It's like a THC grocery store.There wasn't much social distancing, but they monitored how many people were entering at a time. They had us sign up for their waitlist to secure a spot in line. It took awhile for someone to get with us, however we had a lot of time to explore what they have.My friends and I got some gummies and a blunt. They give a discount if you pay in cash (about 10% off). There are a lot of good dispensaries in the area, but this is definitely the Beyoncé of all the Vegas dispensaries.

I have been a Medizin customer for years, since Decatur and Sunset days. This review is loooong overdue. I stopped in to grab one cart and started conversing with a cutie with awesome hair and an even better attitude! Scotlynn! Her bubbly personality kept me talking and looking around, thankfully because I got hungry eyes and bought the most DELICIOUS Dreamland White chocolate raspberry bar.  Which, I have a story about!!! Upon arrival it was CRAZY busy, I'm talking taxis lined up in the parking lot, once I was checked in on the QLess app I was number 29 in line!  To keep distance I started walking around, I noticed they make Dreamland Chocolate bars in house :) Back to Scotlynn! I have received some not so great service as well as stellar service from Medizin and Planet 13, but Scotlynn's service was friendly, efficient, and encouraged me to purchase more than what I intended to! On top of all that, she was knowledgeable about the products.

Come here all the time, im a vegas local that loves his weed. Have a good experience every time except  this one, worker bearly wanted to work. Was on her phone, couldn't pull up the menu for me, etc.

This place is nothing special. It wasn't overly crowded when I got there, but it wasn't easy to get someone to help. Supposedly you grab a Planet 13 worker in a red shirt who's meandering about the floor to get what you want after viewing the cases, but there aren't any workers on the floor. So you have to grab a cashier to come out from behind the counter to help. Then they go back and pull the various selections you've made. It just wasn't a smooth operation. IDK. Skip it - it's really nothing special. Just a giant weed store where it's difficult to get help.

Feeling the need to update since it's been awhile since I last reviewed. I have been going here since it was just Medizn on Decatur and been returning ever since, for a reason. They always had superior product and provided an excellent service to their patients/customers. As they advertise as the best in town there has been a drop off in their business from our needs as localConsumers and Patients. We have some of the higher prices for legal cannabis with states that are legalized  and Planet 13 used to offer amazing deals and very often. Now your lucky to get 1/2 off once a month but even that has seen an increased price. They offer online ordering with delivery and call you that the order you placed could not be fulfilled because they are out of product. If you place an order shouldn't it be fulfilled almost immediately, not getting a call almost 24 hours later? I understand it's a business in a tourist city and profit over anything wins but it's disappointing as you should still be able to accomplish both.

Planet 13 is HUGE!! Biggest dispensary I've ever been to, with a wide variety of products for you to shop. The loss of one star is solely based on the waiting list upon being served and a couple items I anticipated in purchasing were out of stock but on display. I think they need a more effective system to get people in and out, especially during COVID-19. But I'll be back, love it here otherwise! P.S. If you're into flower, check out the cherry pie which has a 29% THC level and will give you the results any weed lover is looking for.

Irritating and disappointing experience! When you walk in the door, you wait in a line to give your ID and have it put into the system. Then you go around the desk and scan the slip given to you 10 seconds before, so you can walk in. We then walked in and were sent to a kiosk to put in information again, then an employee told us we couldn't have water inside (had a bottle of water with a swallow in it, nobody else mentioned this and there were no signs that we saw). Walking to the trash can and a security officer comes over telling us again as we are walking towards the trash. It was so much going on, we just left. It was already more intrusive than TSA, then everyone was chastising us about a bottle ‍. Sensory overload, too many cheaper and calmer dispensaries nearby and even next door.

Not worth the hype. Small selection in a huge space. The first Time I went to Planet 13 I was excited to check out the Apple Store of dispensaries. This time I was let down by the selection of product, and the wait. My bud tender was nice but not really knowledgeable and I walked out with more questions than I had going in. If you are visiting and want to experience a long wait check this place out. As for me I'll try out places away from the strip

Went here with my favorite guy. We were gonna check out the other place near by but they had such a long line. So we went here. He's been here before so we already knew what we were getting. There was no line here, the check in set up was a lot smoother BUT there was still a 30 minute to 1 hour or so wait. We went on a Sunday afternoon. Wow. This place is gorgeous compared to other cannabis dispensaries I been to in Vegas! The check in and entrance area reminds me of a mall or hotels on the Strip. Once you check in at the front, you get a ticket (entrance is free ;) ) to scan yourself into the main room where the good stuff is. But then you have to check in with your phone number and wait to be called -- they will text you. I like that set up because we can go walk around, look at the products or go sit down. We didn't need to stand in a line. Thumbs up for that! The girl that was helping us was nice and helpful. I don't know a lot about these things but the package of mini chocolate chip cookies edibles ($15) and gummies were a pretty decent price. I don't take cannabis often (special occasions, it was our friends' wedding week) so a little went a long way for me. I only had a 1/4 piece of the small cookie and it was more than enough for me. I felt really good, relaxed, nothing weird happened like I've tried with some other edibles and I still got a good high, I still felt it after two days haha. They have a lot of options, they have it set up in display cases around the room. It was quite busy in there, mostly tourists because it's near the Strip. Looking forward to trying the other edibles and products they have and would recommend this place. TIP: there is a 20% off discount for locals and 10% for veterans! Check their website for details. My trip to Planet 13 was the highlight of my vacay in Vegas. Whether you're 420 friendly or not- this is one hell of an experience. When you arrive on the property, the first thing you'll see is a huge planet that is a waterfall, and if I remember correctly, it might have been rotating. For all my Snap Chattin Insta freaks, you'll definitely want to record what I call the "pull up"*edit: it doesn't rotate As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by the front desk and security and asked for your ID. Excellent customer service, friendly staff, and they are taking the necessary precautions due to Covid19. If you're reading this during Covid, make sure you bring your mask! This place is HUGE, grand, fascinating, with tons of shopping options and amazing products. You definitely want to bring a substantial amount of money with you because I guarantee you will see something that you can't leave without.If you get a chance, PLEASE GO EAT AT THE RESTAURANT! The food is incredible. I picked up some Gelato Cake, Sequoia Strawberry and some Hybrid Sour Belts. LOVED IT ALL. Excited to return!

Went in the morning and it was a very relaxed atmosphere with a ton of products. Clean and well lit. You showed an id at the door to a friendly staff (I'm out of state and no problem) are given a ticket that lets you enter the storefront which is amazingly large with a ton of product. We looked around then talked with a specialist who retrieved the order and rang us up. In addition to the storefront, there places for pictures and a production lab for the edibles

Its cool place. Its feels like a consumer trap for those looking for the best strains of bud in the Vegas area. I some wax from there. Pretty good place. Shopping for cannabis here is definitely a different experience.

Love this place! super cute entrance and friendly greeters. I only went into the dispensary selling section but this place is HUGE. Many more things inside, ex, cafe. Staff inside is very nice, was asked if I needed any help as I looked around and cashier at check out let me know they have a locals discount! I do recommend but definitely check out when they are at there busiest on the google hours because it gets PACKED and no one likes waiting lol

My wife always says, it doesn't matter what you do as long as you do it with passion. Well, at Planet 13 Las Vegas, they definitely do it with both knowledge and passion. Their customer service is top notch. Those bud tenders know a lot about their products and are very enthusiastic to share it with you. Went last night and first of all there is a free shuttle that travels to most of the hotels on the strip. Shuttle driver was super friendly. All you do is call them up and arrange the ride. One tip though, the wait might be a little long because I think they only have one or two shuttles so if you're in a hurry, might not be the best option. But if you're not it's great. The actual dispensary is huge. Reminded me more of an Apple store than a dispensary. They have a restaurant and a bar on site. Definitely a place to check out even if you decide not to buy anything. As far as our bud tender was concerned. As I said previously he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I told him about past negative experiences and he was able to educate me on what ingredients to look for I order to have a better experience. What he ultimately recommended was a very good product. Will definitely visit again.

Went here for the can goods food drive for Christmas and it was a really great deal. You can bring 1-25 cans and get free prerolls, vapes, edibles ect. But sometimes their stock runs out so be prepared. I will be seeing you guys next year for sure! Thank you

This place's system for servicing their customers does not make sense. To have people wait 30 minutes to be able to buy their products. Definitely just a hype, j would recommend Reef across the street. Cut the bs and get straight to the point.....

If you're into a wide range of "Herbal Essence" Museum style, this is your go-to! The hustle and bustle of this place was too much for my liking, but enjoyed looking at all of the strains. If it wasn't so crowded, I would've spent more time. If I return, I will choose to go at an earlier time.

The migration to the new software program for loyalty customers was not done by a pro.1- IT manager should have migrated the existing database of loyalty customers to the new software.2-PDF files for picture uploads are NOT accepted.3-Even when using a phone the program is NOT ACCEPTING email addresses to sign up as a loyalty customer again.4-Until these bugs were worked out in a beta rollout this new software should not have gone live.

The wait was long today. Expect a 45 min wait on weekdays. There are other things to do inside. Their quality and selection is great. Their prices are pretty high compared to more local places.

This is the coolest dispensary I've ever been to and the worlds largest. London Pound Cake and moonrocks is what I purchased. Moonrocks are fire!

I would love to give this place a 5 star review, simply based off of the incredible service I receive whenever I shop here. Today, however, they made me rather disappointed. I live both in California and Vegas, but I have a California ID. Bear in mind, I am an 18 year old with a California medical recommendation, which is important to note. Prior to today, Planet 13 allowed me to shop there and create an account with them regardless of being from out of state and under 21 due to the fact that I have a valid medical recommendation. The State of Nevada has no laws prohibiting out of state recommendations, but Planet 13 has since changed their rules to exclude 18-20 year olds with out of state med-cardholders and ID's, even though they're both valid. This is disappointing because I have spent a lot of money here and was ready to spend more without hesitation. If they were to change the rules, they should've at least allowed current account holders to shop there still because they're able to show valid identification and medical recommendations. I'm hoping that Planet 13 reconsiders their decision on this matter, because if they do, I'd be happy to start shopping there today. Other than this major turn off, I've consistently sung their praises to my family and friends because this is truly one of the best dispensaries in Vegas. The service is impeccable, it's clean, it's huge, and the selection is vast. Here's to hoping that Planet 13 does make these changes and allows out of state 18+ patients with valid medical identification continue shopping there.

I freaking love this place. Everyone in the store was soooo knowledgeable and willing to help. I was so surprised to see my whole shopping list in the store. I mean I need bath booms, spices, pain control, and a lil help for him in the bed room. They had it all!!! I was in heaven!!! Baby can I just make this my daily stop. I've used Planet 13 a few times and each time has grown more frustrating. First you place your order online for delivery. They receive it but still call to confirm your order before they deliver. The first time I placed an order they tried reaching me at the wrong number. They didn't look at my area code, assumed it was 702. I had to call to verify if my order was even coming and found out they were calling the wrong number. Order #2, same issue. They can't contact me, but they're dialing the wrong number. Order is delayed. They claim they fix it again. Order #3, SAME ISSUE. I call to verify. They say they'll call me back. An hour later, nothing. I call back, they say oops sorry we had the wrong number. Seriously at this point go anywhere else. While the deals were nice this is so frustrating, I will not be using them again.

You couldn't pay me enough to shop here. They treat their customers like shit and are VERY over priced. Stay away from this place.

An absolute joke. This place is for tourists, not real smokers... as a local this is the LAST place I will shop but decided to give it another chance today, I shouldn't have i will never return. Waited 15 min to get checked in and then after having to check in again in the actual bud tending area I was the 48th person in line. After 35 min I moved barely 10 spots seeing as I was only at spot 40. After ONE HOUR AND 16 minutes I finally made it to a bud tender. Do yourself a favor and NEVER COME HERE. It's all about gimmicks they don't care about you as long as they get your money who cares right? TERRIBLE WAIT TIMES TERRIBLE SECURITY, wont even let you stand against the wall while you wait. Oh my God I don't know where to start on how bad the service is here. I went to go wait for my food and sit at one of the tables and then they made me get up when the restaurant was empty. Then when I tried to take my pay drink from their establishment into the check-in station they told me that I can't take my drink with me. Why would they not tell me that beforehand I would not have bought anything if that was the case. I know everyone is just doing their job but if protocol is to make people get up while they're waiting for their food and also not to allow people to take their purchases around in the shop they should change the protocol

If you write a review on their products and they don't like it... they take away the option of reviewing... thus making their products unreliable and make it seem like the best when in reality your just reading the reviews of travelers that dnt know better on what's good and what's not.. sucks too cuz I bought some banana og live resin and was gona give it a 5 star but no options to review are available

Literally the WORST dispensary ever. Whoever came up with the "que" system needs to be fired. We came here and have been waiting for over an hour and then they walk around to tell everyone the system is down so to technical issues, when literally I was next in line. So now have to wait in line for another 20 minutes.... HIRE MORE PEOPLE...

This place was well worth the 2 mile walk. The location is right off the strip. When I went, the crowd was just starting to grow but my wait was only 3 minutes. I didnt get our tenders name but he was extremely helpful to our needs and patient with our apprehension to purchase the medicine. We ended up going with a hybrid. 5, .5 gram, joints. Man, let me tell you. These little guys pack a punch! The place is huge and super nice. The employees were all really nice and knowledgeable. The security made me feel safe and were also nice. There is a bar across from the dispensary that I did not try and a nice glass room in which you can see the making of the food that I unfortunately missed (came in late).All in all, with a very upscale feeling and extremely clean environment, you cant go wrong with at least visiting planet 13.

Place was very clean and neat. It almost had an exhibit vibe because everything was in a display case and you can walk around to see what you may like to try. The employees were nice and the wait wasnt long despite the line being long.I ordered the chocolate chip cookies and they were good.I would visit this dispensary again next time I'm in Vegas.

Massive weed shop in Vegas.  It must be simply amazing that most people who come from states where cannabis is still illegal, can just hop on a plane and voila!  Instant weed to elevate any vacation.I'm from San Diego.  Cannabis is legal here and there's a ton of dispensaries.  In fact, I have never walked into a dispensary.  Planet 13 is my first!  If I want anything, I just get it delivered here.  The most interesting thing about Planet 13 was the over-the-top security they have here.  Wow.  I felt like I was walking into the Pentagon.  Just glad that I didn't have to undergo a strip-search just to enter the place.The parking lot is very strange.  When you enter, you have to go only in one direction and loop around the parking lot, in order to park.  I think they made it directional to support Uber/Lyft drivers looking to drop off or pick-up.I didn't buy anything on this day.  The purchase process is a little convoluted.  You have to sign into an iPad type of device and then a "budtender" will come visit you to talk and check-out.Prices are basically the same as here in Cali.  No cheaper actually.  I was hoping things would be cheaper, but what they lack in discounts, they make up for in diversity.  There's a ton of various products to check-out.  Some are clearly marked with prices and some things are not.  I'm not sure why, however.  I'll have to visit some other dispensaries to make a better comparison but so far, Planet 13 seems legit.  A very popular one-stop weed shop with tons of options I'm sure you'll appreciate.

Vape pen i spent 35 dollars on doesnt even work didn't get my delivery untill midnight very upset i in all honestly wish i could get a refund I wrote the email and the website i was given doesnt even work smh

Worlds largest dispensary! This place is huge and open late. Our group was able to grab a large variety of items. The staff is very knowledgeable. The prices are a bit higher than some of the other locations in Las Vegas.

Very professional as soonest you arrive good ambiance. People of front greet you quick and can guide you through it if you a first timer.. great experience over all.. will definitely be back next time. I'll go to Las Vegas.. this is the place to go!!

COMPLETE waste of time. I'm a local and frequent this place.. Planet 13 has become a complete tourist trap. You have NO local deals and market everything for the tourists... well you have local deals testing at 10% lmfaooo. You guys are a complete joke. Walked out today empty handed because I wouldn't settle for the "boof" that was left.

Wow. I can't say enough nice things about this place. It isn't that far off the strip. Just go out the garage exit of Nordstrom & they're a few crosswalks away. Checking in was pretty quick- just give them your ID and you'll get a ticket to walk into what looks like a museum, coffee shop, and what looks like a gift shop. It definitely put me at ease because it's not like BAM weed right you walk in. The actual dispensary is in the gift shop and there's another check in there to be assigned your own personal budtender. My budtender was SO amazing. I made a general list of what I wanted before I got there and she was able to show me a variety of products/price ranges for each item. She was great about figuring out what I wanted without being nosy (I didn't need to explain WHY I wanted a CBD topical, lol). When we had everything picked out she took my list in the back, rung me up, and I was on my way. As far as prices, like I said, there's a range for every type of product. They also signed me up for loyalty discounts on the spot. For what I got I think the price was fair.

I LOVE Planet 13! The staff are amazing with a special shout out to Eddie who goes above and beyond.If your in Vegas this is the only dispensary worth going to. You will find everything you need and you won't regret it.Thank you planet 13 for being the best there is! I will be back...

I've been to Vegas 7 times this past year and a half and every time I would look forward to my daily emails from planet 13 and with all the deals they would send. When I got in last night I was so excited to go my former favorite dispensary and now they were open 24/7, couldn't get any better right. No, it got worse so much worse.. Me being tired from the flight etc I guess I had not noticed until I was right at the register that they no longer honor deals for out of state customers, only locals now.. so I was ready to spend a good amount of money but without deals planet 13 falls short with the only good thing they had going. You can go to reef or the source, or any other dispensary and not spend an arm, leg and your soul to buy some bud. Until you bring the deals back for out of state customers looks like I'll have to find a new favorite dispensary. Rip planet 13! (Nice remodeling I guess)

Bait and Switch.  Ordered for curbside pick up only to get there, wait in a long line (because everyone thought they were getting a deal) only to find out that they had a "computer glitch" and were NOT honoring the orders placed.  I drove 25 minutes (one way) only to be told that my order would be $170 more than I was quoted online.  What a load of crap! Now that takes me back to the days of buying from a shady "dealer"!I asked to speak with a manager as I didn't have an extra $170 with me, and frankly, I was pretty angry at being had!  She basically told me "tough luck", which angered me even more.  After wasting my time and gas money, they didn't even attempt to make it better!  I mentioned that I probably wouldn't be coming back, and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked to the next car of unhappy customers.  Always good to know my business meant so little.This didn't have to go down like this.  If they had any brains, they would have called or text the people who had ordered from their "glitch" so nobody drove down for no reason only to find out they'd been screwed!   Seeing as I placed my order at 6 a.m., for a 9 a.m. - 10 a.m. pickup (I was there at 9:15 but after waiting it was after 9:30 a.m. before getting through the line), they had plenty of time to do so.  Or even better yet, they could have HONORED the orders that were placed instead of letting us all go home angry as I'm sure everyone else did.On 2 other occasions, I had pretty bad experiences (mainly with delivery and then subsequently surly customer service), and vowed never to go back.  A couple good sales got me coming back into the fold, but at this point, I can't trust that they'll honor (the key word) the price quoted when I get there.  Shame on you!

I live in LA and have visited dispensaries all over California, Colorado, and even Amsterdam, and they all pale in comparison to Planet 13. This place is enormous, and truly one of a kind. Since the recent legalization of recreational marijuana in Nevada, local growers are thriving and offering a dizzying array of specialty products. You will find the best of the best here. To enter, you must be 18+ with a valid ID. Upon entering, I felt like I was walking into a museum. Items from companies I had never heard of before, as well as familiar high quality brands, are beautifully displayed in glass cases. Great merchandising, with detailed information next to each product. Once you have made your selections, head to a check out counter, and a bud tender will prepare your order. All of the staff we encountered were knowledgeable and genuinely friendly. A must stop in Vegas!

Waiting 2 hours for weed should be illegal. Especially when In Vegas. This place is cool and all but it's SUPER EXPENSIVE! The Wait was also ridiculous. I went to the locals dispo down the street (legit 2 streets down)  and got more for less if you know what I mean. Won't be coming back.

If you're visiting Las Vegas and want a unique experience, check out Planet 13-claimed to be the world's largest marijuana dispensary. It is conveniently located off the strip with plenty of parking and easy accessibility from the main road.There is a good amount of security-plan on bringing your ID and checking in at the front desk to receive an entrance ticket and then show it again when you make your purchase.For customers who aren't quite sure what they want, there are plenty of staff on hand ready to answer your questions or make recommendations.The place is massive and almost has a museum-like feel to it. Plan on taking some time to appreciate the layout, the selection and the experience.

If I could give zero I would. Bait and switch when going through the drive by pickup. I go where the high THC% is! I'm a local and it's happened more than three times in the last three months. Worst customer service ever.  I've called numerous times and was told a manager would call me back. It's been over a week. You have my name and phone number. Ball is your court as some would say.

Don't see what all hype about this place is! You have to wait forever to actually get in and purchase. Everything is way over priced the staff is not on the same page was told different things from staff and security very confusing. Restaurant has good food though won't be returning that's for sure not impressed

Vegas local live DT and don't like traveling far to go get the medicine but I don't feel the connection with any of the tenders around here. Went to Planet 13 and Swanny was more than knowledgeable with everything I needed. Whatever you need she will be there to help you. Ask for Swanny!!

This place is huge! Didn't know there were so many ways to enjoy marijuana. Now let me say this....sigh! I went with friends and enjoyed looking around. We came out with gummy bears and was quite sure that it couldn't do to much damage. Fast forward about an hour later. I needed an Uber. Anyway, enough about me. It's a really nice establishment. The prices are reasonable and the staff is helpful. Cool place to visit if you are in Vegas. I'm sure they have something for you...or not, lol!

AWFUL!! I don't ever leave reviews but this place was the worst. First of all- its not worth the wait. You're expected to walk around for an hr or so and remember what you've seen to order at a kiosk- no visible menu. The budtenders seem very unknowledgable about their products and how their loyalty program works. We were told that various items were on sale and 20% off entire orders 24 hrs after signing up and that if we came back we'd get this deal. So, we came back for these deals just to find out it's only for locals. Even their website is misleading and makes it seem like the deals are for all loyalty members. Go to Reef across the street- much better for non locals!!! Never ever going back here.

I was in and out within 5 minutes. This place is advertised on tv as the biggest dispensary, but I walked in and was highly underwhelmed. PROS:Located mostly off strip. It's in a weird corner, but far enough from the strip that you don't deal with riff raffs. Clean buildingLots of products CONS:Literally everything Way too overpriced. Majority of the flowers cost twice as much compared to Cali stuff. They definitely cater to tourists. I'm assuming the rest of the space is utilized for growing.

We visited Planet 13 on a recent trip to Vegas because we'd never been to a dispensary, and honestly we wanted to see what it was like. I don't think I was prepared! This place was awesome! I'm not sure what I expected, but it wasn't what we experienced. The experience was so much better! This place had the friendliest employees I've ever interacted with anywhere, and it was completely stocked with more products than I ever knew existed, and they have help on hand to answer any specific questions, or for visitors lacking in knowledge. I'm not sure if I'll find myself back in this spot, but I'm really glad I got the experience of checking it out. It was really amazing!

I will say, Planet 13 is the NICEST dispensary I have been to, hands down. It is unlike any other. The experience is like walking into a fancy hotel when you first come into the building. The layout of the area is absolutely impressive. They have so many items to offer. I was so surprised to see items here for your body, like lotions and oils. After walking through what essentially is like a weed museum, my husband and I needed help looking for what we needed, which was just a pen battery. An employee named Manuel gave us recommendations and we went with his suggestion. He is super friendly and we were chatting for a while before he rung us up. The only thing I didn't like about this place are the prices, though. The batteries were actually very cheap, but it's the price of the goods that had me and my husband a little shocked. If you are a local, if you show your Nevada ID, you will get 20% off your purchase. Just know that parking is limited here and it can get packed, but we were informed this place will expand its parking lot, as well as the building itself. Overall, this is an extremely fancy and nice dispensary to go to. Just know you will be paying a bit more.

Place is huge! Love what they're doing and it's super clean. It was quiet, no line when we got there but you can see that the lines can get long. It was starting to get busy when we were leaving but they seemed to be handling it pretty well.

I had been shopping here awhile and actually had a pretty embarrassing and horrific experience with an employee. But the whole management team got on top of it and took care of me. Other than the one person whom has been handled, all the staff has been amazing and friendly. Lowell, the manager reached out to me amongst other managers to make sure I felt welcome into the building and even offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I have since been back several times and haven't encountered said employee. They really have your back here as a customer and offer top strains, good deals from time to time and friendly staff. Curbside pickup and free delivery have been a lifesaver for me and my roommates.

First time ordering here... def won't be my last.Selection is great nd they take care of the locals #winwin

It's an interesting place with lots of options. It busy and crowded and clearly meant for recreational users. Living with chronic pain I found the lines and lack of seating a bit unbearable. While they have your phone number and check your ID someone still managed to take our place in line so we waited some more. The 3:1 CBD oil on display that I wanted wasn't available so more waiting as the guy helping us went back and forth and back and forth trying to figure out a substitute. Then brings out an item that was crazy over priced but at that point it was whatever. They only take debit cards and then round up to the nearest $5 and give you cash change. It was a lot! And, although not their fault, to top off the experience I don't even like the product I bought. Sigh. It's an event in and of itself. I'm not mad I went but if ever the opportunity comes up again, Imma pass.

Clean, bright, big, fancy. It's refreshing really, just cause CA dispensaries are kind of Blah. Not an experience. This is an experience. Glass cases are wiped and the whole process was streamlined. We looked, we took pictures, we got our text to step up to a window, and we got our stuff.

Unique attraction I'd say is a must see / experience but as far as product, you'll pay a premium $ for this experience.  Infused sparkling water beverages, not recommended.  Recipes still need some flavor work.  But the facility is very cool and seems to be a glimpse of the future.  It's an dispensary playground.  Fun tourist attraction.

Very disappointed with the whole experience. We were assigned to a guy that knew nothing about weed except he knew the phrases indica and sativa. I was sold a 5 pack off pre rolls by Tommy Chong. Smoked all 5 in 2 hours and didn't feel anything. Plus it was $55 after their crazy tax. I won't be back. Have fun getting charged a $1 for their plastic bag.

so tired of the customer service I always receive whenever I come here. If it wasn't for your deals I wouldn't even bother. But who places an order 4 hours in advance and can't pick up UNTIL my time slot and my order STILL isn't ready. I called before leaving and was told itd be ready when I get here yet have to wait another 30 mins in my car. Idk but this is the definition of an INCONVENIENCE. I could've gone to any of the hundred other dispensaries in the city and this will forsure be my last time coming by here.

I work in the Colorado cannabis industry and my visit here was nothing short of mind blowing, and that was before I dosed myself on edibles. From the minute you pull up, Vegas strip in the background, giant red ball in front of you, the vibes are good. Entering is easy yet secure, and they were friendly and helpful while checking me in / checking my ID. The digital floor is trippy, and its a sign of the future that a multi-use site was created, with space for food and coffee to compliment the shopping experience, such a great idea. The layout is very open, but it can be a little busy and crowded due to its tourist reputation. Don't worry, make sure to check in on one of the stations on the floor and you'll get help soon. Also, they have drones flying around. I'm not sure why, but it was cool as hell and I felt like I was buying cannabis from a Star Wars cantina. My budtender was friendly and helped me out with some products that I was not educated about. The prices were way higher than Colorado but hey, people come to this city and lose $15,000 in a day then watch their family leave them, its Vegas baby! They also take their time shopping product, lots of quality cannabis brands and edible items that I was not worried about purchasing due to industry reputations, so good job on their part. In 2050, I hope to see Planet 13's across the country, and possibly Taco Bells next to them. A bright future indeed.

Definitely a place to visit. It was one of the largest dispensaries I've ever been to. Wow. It's like a Costco. Everything was in showcases and I came here years back and it was revolutionary. I wish I got the name of the dude helping me, he knew sooo much about the product and different component chemical structures of the product he was selling..... outstanding. He had Deep, intensive  product knowledge and it left a good impression on me for this place. I regret that I do not have his name.

I've been ordering delivery since the beginning of last year (they were life savers during quarantine), a bunch of times, and they have always been on time and correct.On top of that, they have a great selection AND the best pricing in town locals have got to check out Planet 13.

Came here for the first time and am highly impressed with the layout  and style of this place...California needs to step up there presentation, cause this is on q better level.  Anyways they had alot of options and merchandise and soon and coffee/restaurant option.  Everything is well priced here for what you get and quality is another level.  Everything we got was very good and would purchase again.Staff was friendly and very helpful and laid back qt the same time. Will be back for sure

By far one of the best experiences at a dispensary in Las Vegas. The variety of products is fantastic and the staff really knows their stuff!! The adorable gal who helped us, Swanny, was super knowledgeable and helpful. She made some really great suggestions and helped to educate my friend who was visiting from out of town and totally clueless as to what he was looking for. Would totally recommend and will ABSOLUTELY be back.

Worst experience! The floor manager Tiana was the rudest person I've ever encountered! So bad that when complaining to employees they acknowledged how rude she was and how she's even rude to them. I'll never go back to this store cause of her. Too many other options on the strip

I will never return here. Sara the manager is horrible. Her employees are horribly trained and really tries to taunt customers. Sara you suck.I am really over the horrible customer service. I always tip good and get crap service in return. This place is dropping fast in ratings. They care more about how big they are then the customer.Prices are the best in town but the secretary's got more tude than all the strippers in clubs that surround them.Prices for locals is great. Hours are not the best and little kids run customer service for a multi million dollar company

First time coming here. My husband and I were so hyped to check this place out and buy a few things. However, we never had a bud tender come help us and on top of that our rep/cashier at register 31 was so rude. Bad attitude from the start. Rushing us to pay. All questions were answered like it was such a bother for her. Bad experience due to bad customer service. We ended up just buying one thing just so we didn't waste our trip there. Aside from that, the front desk and the greeters were cool, the place itself was pretty cool and the one item we ended purchasing was legit.

I give it 3 stars just because their flowers in terms of top and mid shelf is actually decent, but their prices are for tourist unfortunately which I completely understand, you can find other places selling the same exact stuff for half the price, and also it wasn't the employees fault because I completely understand that management didn't let him know because he was gone a few days and he was amazing in terms of service, but I was a rewards member, and was about to get the 5 1/8 special and I was super hyped and picked it out, until he was told after figuring out why the discount didn't work that it ended or something, unfortunate and they couldn't honor it but oh well, they're probably the busiest dispensary in the area could have atleast done something, didn't even get my free gummies that I was told I was going to get after I dropped over $500, all I can do is sighh when I think about it.

Super overpriced for one thing. But I knew that going in so that wasn't the biggest deal. But knowing they're the most expensive I also expected good service. The bud tender that helped us was very good so the complaint isn't about him. When we checked out one of the buds we were buying rang up for the wrong price and that's where the fun started. The first manager who came to "help" couldn't figure it out. Then she just says "Oh it's because it's cookies" and walks off like that somehow explains anything. The bud tender knew that was wrong as well so he put the two 1/8ths to the side and went to find another manager. The second manager fixed the price with no problem and we finished paying and left. When I got to my room I found two problems. One, he gave me the wrong Vape cartridge and more importantly he forgot to put the two 3.5's of bud back in my bag after the price got corrected. I immediately called and told them what happened and they said to come back and they'd give me the right stuff but I told him I wasn't coming back up there right then as it was late and I wasn't going back out that night. He said it wouldn't be a problem to come the next day and I asked him to get the stuff and put it to the side with a note or something so the next shift would know. I went back the next day and no note or anything was left. They had no idea what I was talking about so they had to go check the cameras. After about 20 minutes the manager came back with the product as she saw he didn't put it back in the bag. She told me that since all sales are final they couldn't swap out the vape cartridge even tho it wasn't the one I wanted. She was very rude and smug about it. Not one time did she even apologize for the huge inconvenience of having to come back up there and wait in line to check in and all that not to mention over $30 round trip for cab fare. When my wife said something about this before we left she simply apologized, but it wasn't sincere as she wouldn't even let us finish a sentence and just kept saying "well I apologize but all sales are final" over and over like a broken record. Needless to say I will never be back and I recommend everyone to avoid the place. It's not remotely worth the price you can get the same exact stuff they have and other that's even better at most of the dispensaries for a much better price. I recommend Exhale across the street from the Palms. Planet 13 I guess since they're so big they don't think they need to have good customer service or competent managers. I'm wondering how either of them got a job as a manager as neither has any managerial skills whatsoever.

The security guards here are the worst people you will ever meet. Power hungry idiots that literally yell at tourists for not knowing what's going on in your sh** show business. I don't know who yall hire for your security but you need to check those anti social freaks... You don't get to yell at the top of your voice embarrassing my friend because she didn't know where to go. You're not a police officer. You're barely 'sir'. Compared to other dispensaries anyway, this place is extremely overrated and expensive. Go somewhere else, this place is a crowded tourist trap with terrible prices and awful staff.

Jeff T. was great! Super patient and incredibly knowledgeable. Vegas dispensaries can be intimidating; Planet 13 changed my mind on all that! The bar and cafe is a great addition. While we were checking it out we witnessed the drone show...can't come to Vegas and not see a show... even at the dispensary!! Very welcoming to locals, I appreciate that! Would recommend Planet 13 for sure!

This is the mecca!! What i like about this dispensarie is that they are well professionally organize. Security detail is so so comforting. Once u r confirmed age its all an quality wxperience from this point til u leave. U are assigned an expert marijuana sales person and the knowledge really is necessary for choosing what best for u. Become a memeber and theres a lot of perks with that such as daily specials! I always go here everytine i come to Vegas

Tim was an outstanding budtender. I asked for good nugs and since he couldn't choose, he brought like 6 of them for me to choose from (only look no touch cause COVID) let alone, his vibe and energy was amazing. 10/10 experience

You guys suck what's the point of ordering something to be picked up if you're not going to hold it three times in the last month this has happened to me I put in an order to be picked up and just because I'm not there at 9 a.m. to pick it up they'll give it to someone else that's bullshit.

This is my first bad experience with Planet 13.  Purchased Cannavative Private Reserve flower called "Mimosa".  This product was labeled as a "Hybrid" by 13 on their website.When I got home and looked at the product label placed on the product by the grower listing the "Terps" in the strain, the label clearly said it was a "Sativa".  I tried the product and it was most certainly a "Sativa" type of strain.I contacted 13 to find out what I should do at this point and why the product was not labeled correctly on their website.  The reason I was given was that a supervisor of 13 decided they knew better than the grower and labeled it a "Hybrid".  Nothing they could do for me.My suspicion is the product was not selling well as a Sativa so it was given a Hybrid label and discounted for a quick sell.My advice to you is read that label BEFORE you leave 13.  Don't know what the legal ramifications of changing the label from the grower on the product are.

twice in one week orders were screwed up..... go to order online and hit checkout, but checkout doesn't drop the screen down to select reservation time....therefore your order doesn't go through.... Therefore you lose out on the sale.   But magically , the next day.... you go to order and the sale price is no longer honored and the price goes up to regular price.... no sale anymore IRONICALLY  how it won't let you order on the sale, but the next day it takes your order just fine... AFTER the sale.   Not to mention again,  last week finally got through on a sale... and it was delivered  before midnight.... but the next morning they called to confirm I was home for delivery ????  I told them you guys delivered it last night ..... Damn ???  I have no clue as to who is running this place but pretty sad to not even be able to talk to anyone who understands wtf is going on .  Customer service tries to say  it's got to be your computer lmao......Nope ! Three  people tried on 3 different computers and the same was happening to them...seems they don't care about their customers.... ?  We've ordered from Planet 13 for quite some time now..... but they seem to be going DOWN HILL real fast..... POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, not even call backs when Customer Service says a manager will call back.... JOKE !!!  I've been nice AF to this company..... even though I have been really disappointed in them..... but just about done now...  Hakim is awesome... when he was the manager this crap didn't happen, but he moved up in the company... and the Customer service  MOVED DOWN all these customer service people say is it must be your computer.... I am so pissed off right now..... !!!!  they said they are re doing their systems.... but shit isn't even working.... they lead you to the sale, heart set on the orders.... then they fail you when it comes time for reservation time and won't let you order.. next day sale is over and COMPUTER AGAIN MAGICALLY WORKS.... ????  I wish a CORPORATE MANAGER would get this straightened out....before many go to another dispensary.... I'm about at that point?

So here's my beef.  They do everything in their power so social distance or whatever by making you sign in STAND AROUND and wait to be called to a register.  Cool. I signed in and waited 45 minn before they decided to have "power hour" where you can just wait in any line of your choice. I happend to look at the list of names to see they cut the screen off and never sent a notification txt.  3 stars for pretending to be organized.

I had an amazing experience here! The facility is huge and there's so many staff members to help. Great selection of product and good quality. Michael checked me in at the front desk and was so nice and easy to talk to. He gave me a sticker to identify me as a medical card holder. As a medical patient you get access to exclusive products, a special line to check out, a discount, and less taxes! The security was friendly, there was a greeter right when you walk in, and the vibe of everyone in the building was just so pleasant. The guys love to talk about the product and take their time giving recommendations and answering questions. Best experience I've had at a legal dispensary. Definitely worth the drive! Thanks to the parking lot security for taking a picture of me after my awesome experience.

DO NOT GO HERE!  I hate posting bad reviews but you need to know if you go here and have an issue the managers are horrible and they do not care about you spending money with them.  My husband and I decided to go here because we haven't been since they opened and wanted to see what new items they had to offer.  Positives: The place is really nice and clean and they offer a huge selection.  The workers snd security are very nice and friendly.  The process goes pretty quickly and smooth being that there's usually lots of patrons.  NEGATIVE: The managers don't know any info on the stuff they offer and prices.  We chose a flower that was ringing up a different price from what was posted.  We told the salesman and it was still ringing up higher in the system than the discounted price shown, he got a manager and she came and said "Oh that's because it's cookies.", and just quickly walked away. So in the world usually if a price is posted that's the price you get, you don't just pay more money because it was more when it rang up.  You honor your advertised price.  So the salesman knew it was wrong and went to get another manager that fixed it, but in the midst of all the confusion forgot to put 120 worth of the items we payed for in our bag.  When we got back to our hotel I was super upset, but we called to let them know and the person on the phone was super nice and said they would make it right to just come back.  We advised them it was late so we would come back tomorrow they assured us it was fine to just come back with our receipt.  Wheeeeew, so we're paying for cabs twice to go do what should have been right at first! The manager acted like we were lying about what happened and rudely advised she would have to check the cameras! I've never been treated like this after spending almost a grand in a place! I'll never go here again, and advise any one asking about a dispensary just to take your money to EXHALE, they're waaaaaaay cheaper, respectful to customers, and the prices are way better!

Great dispensary! More than just a dispensary! And get this, you don't need cash. They honor credit/debit cards! Us med card holders have an extremely nice experience here considering we are brought to the front of the line at every instance! Plus they have an extremely generous selection of med card only edibles! There's also a great little cafe here to get your grub on. The Chicken Caesar Salad was top notch! Very fresh & tasty!! This will more than likely be the go to place when cannabis lounges begin to spring up! This place is a lot of fun!! I will definitely be back!!l

Terrible delivery service. Returning customer of theirs too for whatever that's worth... Aside from having deliveries totally blown off here and there, today really provoked me for this review. I confirmed ALL my details for delivery. Next, I get a 10 min warning.. ( no picked up notification, nothing ) so I run to the atm like a fool and left the phone with my husband. The driver "Pam" calls for the details of my place (the details that were already givin to dispatch no more than an hour prior)... Supposedly she didn't have any details and because my husband's English is poor, she felt it was a "robbery" and left. WHAT IN THE HELL?!!!!  I don't know whether to be insulted or pissed at this point.  How horrible and embarrassing for the person. If that was ever in question, dispatch I'm sure has the capibilites of seeing my history with Planet13. There you will find multiple deliveries all to the same address.... Robbery free. Now I'm waiting for "Pam" to finish other people's orders and come back as if this was my fault somehow. I NEVER want to order from this company again and certainly as long as they have profiling "Pam" on delivery.

Ive been a customer for years. I've Have had my ups and downs with the store but they always pull through with great customer service.

Placed my order at 5pm, order wasn't confirmed until 15 minutes before the same day cut off (8pm). Almost three hours to find out and every other place can't deliver tonight.

Wow! Kat was amazing in helping us find some amazing flower and edibles. She was informative and helpful.

Very good local spot to visit. Planet 13 takes care of you very well. I shop here about 2-3 times a week , and they never disappoint with their quality, knowledge, and products. They have a wide variety for you to choose from. I would say this is my favorite and best dispensary in Las Vegas. Hands down. I've bought multiple products from planet 13 and I haven't not yet received anything faulty, compared to other dispensaries which I have had. 10/10 would recommend and they're pretty fast and have an app to skip the line. Check it out yourself. !

Update: so i gave in and placed an order of concentrates a gram for $26 as they were running a special.. place my order select my time and everything goes through. Literally walking out the door to drive down there and I get a call from them with new BS. Apparently now if the deal says 2 grams for xx amount u have to buy 2 grams not just 1 or else u have to pay full price so once again YOUR MISLEADING THE PUBLIC ON YOUR WEBSITE!!  Fix it.. i'll never order again from here again but just an FYI to my fellow smokers. I accompanied my brother here with no expectations and I was honestly impressed! First I thought it was pretty cool they have there own shuttle which picked us up at the hotel we were staying at. Upon entry you show your ID then your good to go. The main room that has all the goods was understandably crowded. I was surprised at how many strands exist and was in wonder really,  the experience in my opinion would be better if you know what you want/ like because the choices are overwhelming but in a good way for its target consumer I guess. Everything was set up beautifully and I heard and spoke with a couple employees and their knowledge was impressive. I can't speak on the price because I didn't make a purchase but I'm glad I tagged along,  it was a cool trip, no pun intended!

Has a Lyft driver I had a horrible experience. The guys in the front weren't giving out tickets. I know the process.. but if one person is not doing there job it trickles down. I went in to the driver lounge without a ticket because I wasn't given one. Than the guy at the window was on his personal phone with noticeable earbuds having a conversation.. I told him the guys weren't out there from across the room a female employee getting snacks in the driver lounge says out loud "they under the umbrella". Like 5 times.. I keep letting the gentleman behind the window they were not giving out tickets.. but the employee getting snacks keeps talking.. customer service is so not there.. the guy behind the window allowed the other employee to speak for him.. I have been coming to purchase and has a driver for 3years I always come to planet but this experience n lately the customer service is not there. I did not like this experience very let down with how the process is being broken by employees not doing there jobs.

I came here since my sister has cancer and wanted and alter route for medicine. I personally didn't know anything about this so we went together and met with one of the consultants. (I wish I remembered his name) and was there for 2 hrs First off I am beyond impressed by their professionalism and the elevated language. 2nd: the knowledge that he knew. I am not sure if we just got that lucky with someone who knew so much or if the training is that good.3rd: he was over the top trying to met her needs and not upsale. Kept asking what she wanted and needed. To top it off she is in the middle of chemo and got sick on the sales floor. He got her water, a trash can and even crackers to get her through it. It truly made a difference in everything. We ended up buying quite a bit to get to ease the pain and for her to have an appetite again. I'll definitely recommend this place.

I never do reviews however when a company posts deals and then don't honor those deals, I can't help but get frustrated. Their website had a half ounce for $80 but when they called to confirm the order, they say the promo was to buy a whole ounce for $160. After 20 minutes of tryin to speak to a manager to work something out, they wouldn't work with me whatsoever. I'm beyond upset and I feel like they could have been more helpful and understanding to the issue especially since the manager confided that I wasn't the only one who was misled

Cool place... definitely not cheap.  But it was a cool experience and the employees were professional.

So first time in any dispensary but wow Lani blew us away (lol). Lani was so knowledgeable she made great suggestions for myself snd my mom. We were a big group from nyc and she took her time with all of us. Next time we are in Vegas it's a must to go back just to talk with her and to let her pick us out some more goodies.

Placed an order this morning. Got a delivery window of 6pm-9pm. Got a call at 9:30 pm saying delivery was gonna be late-2:30am. WTF is that? Its a holiday today. I understand your busy but can you communicate please? You got all my info. A simple text or call  at 6 pm to let me know there was gonna be an issue would have been fabulous   At that time I could have had an opportunity to make other plans. Maybe even drive in and pick it up. But no. A lack of communication and big FU is what I got. Reef is across the street and there are many many more options to shop at around the valley. If your reading this then shop around for some good customer service and communication. Because you ain't gonna get it at Planet 13!

Went to planet 13 dedicate in on some of their wax specials but after I got there and had all the products at the counter the gentleman that was checking my order out said to me that the vanilla cake Has to be bought in at least one gram to get the price posted on the Internet. Obviously it doesn't say that anywhere in sight and two other products that I bought that also had the same price posted exactly the same way underneath their picture got the discount no problem but this one item I was told wouldn't get that discount unless I bought at least a gram of that wax and that was just more than I was looking to purchase. I asked about a few other products and was told that same excuse so obviously I'm not happy with planet 13 wasting my gas and half my day to get down there. It's tough to keep coming back somewhere when they change the rules it's almost like false advertising just to get me through the door.

They had a great deal on flower. 40% off! I know this place is a tourist trap so I make a curbside order. When I arrive, the place is a zoo. I see no signs for curbside service so I find a parking space and go inside to see there is no one in the lot. I am told curbside pickup is all the way around the building. I saw no signage at the entrance. The sign is the size of a no parking sign at the far end of the lot. I get around the building only to find out my order was never filled. I showed them the order and all. She suggested I go inside and buy.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I came here on July 5, at 5:00 pm and was served by the young lady on number 42. This is me and my wife's first time here and our last. Everyone was nice and helpful but when we approached register number 42. She apparently didn't like us asking questions about the edibles or tinctures. We wanted to know what exactly in the products she recommended. I decided to buy a tincture but she came from the back with 2 different bottles. So we asked to look at the ingredients on the back . She said we can't touch the bottles but she can she can hold them up and show us. She kept turning the bottles around like she didn't know where the ingredients were located and then as I had my credit card told me not to touch the bottle I was about to purchase. I'm 51 years old and you have my information so what was she expecting me to do run out the store? I don't wanna say race played any part of the reason for her rude attitude but I'm at a loss of what else it could've been. I will never return there again and advise others that live in Las Vegas or just visiting to never go there.

Huge dispensary and really well run for such high traffic. You check in at reception, they card you, and you are provided a ticket to go into the main  hall. One thing I thought was interesting is that they didn't give any warnings against using your phone in the shop area. I'm not entirely what the laws are in Nevada and specifically Vegas but I did see people texting inside although no one was blatantly taking pictures. There are turnstiles that you scan your ticket at to get let in. If you know what you want, you can place an order with a budtender and when your order is ready, a board displays your name and you can go pick it up. You can browse the store without assistance as well.The products are all in display cases and it gives a museum-like vibe to the whole place. One big thing that we noticed right off the bat was everything was super expensive. I noticed that they had a 20% discount for Nevada locals which would bring things more in line with normal pricing. A plus was that they had some products that I haven't seen before (certain vapes) but that would also mean that it would be hard to find compatible cartridges later on.All of the employees that I interacted with were really outgoing and friendly which was nice to keep that fun Vegas atmosphere going. You can get dropped off by Lyft/Uber right outside the entrance. In the end I think if you are set on a cannabis experience in Vegas, this is certainly a fun way to make a purchase even if there is a huge premium.

Planet 13 is one heck of a experience! This is one of a kind dispensary that I experience here in Las Vegas. Everyone was super friendly and they're taking precaution of the current Covid-19 pandemic. I would suggest everyone to visit Planet 13 for not just their cannabis choices but also their eatery at Trece! So delicious!

Planet 13 is dope! They say it's the biggest in Vegas, def looked like it . They were pretty busy and had a wait but there is a bar and other amenities within the building . The atmosphere is modern af, and the staff was helpful. Great tree with high THC , kinda pricey but nothing too crazy I'd def recommend.

This place is a joke!! A nice gimmick if you want to visit "the largest dispensary" but it is not quite what it seems, and the prices are fucking crazy!!!! Pardon my french, but 130$ for a gram of wax that i can get for at most 40$ and on sale for 30$ or less, and dude says well your from cali this is nevada..lmao so muh fuckers dont know how to make decent priced shit a few hours away?! I placed an order for delivery and chose the 6pm-9pm delivery time frame. Everything was great, a rep called me a couple of times to confirm my order and to let me know that it was on its way. That call was at 5:30pm or so, at 9:30pm I called back asking where my order was. The person who took my call was confused and half heartedly apologized and told me my driver was running a little late (I figured that, hence why I called) he said he'd be there in 15 minutes. He said that with the next day being 420 they were super busy, something I can understand however they had all day to plan deliveries out and a three hour window to deliver. The driver shows up at 10:30pm, he seemed kinda out of it and asks for my ID to confirm who I am. He doesn't offer any kind of apology or excuse for being an hour and a half late (you'd think he would if nothing else to save his tip). So I paid the exact amount due with no tip, to which he seemed put off by, but oh well.

Getting low on CBD products, and I just wasn't able to execute either a curbside pickup or a delivery order from Source, the dispensary that I have used since 2017.  A friend suggested I try Planet 13.The website was much more user friendly so this old technophobe was able to place an order.  Sadly, I unwittingly scheduled delivery for 12 midnight to 3AM, thinking I had scheduled it for 12-3 PM.  That order got cancelled because, no, I didn't answer the phone at midnight when they called me.  Oops.The next day, when I learned that my order had been cancelled, I used live chat to reorder.  Jane was very helpful.  The order was placed, confirmed, and delivered early in the delivery window.  The driver was a delightful young lady; the order was complete and the Invoice perfect.Yes, I did get a 20% discount.  I assume it's a senior discount, but I don't know that for a fact. Be aware that you must upload your government-issued ID in order to place your order.  I had started to do this a few weeks ago but when I saw how very much info is on my Passport, I changed my mind.  More recently, my husband urged me to use my NV DL instead.  I did, it worked.I do recommend Planet 13 delivery service to locals.  And, for people visiting from out-of-town or out-of-state, or even from out-of-the-country, they deliver 24 hours a day.

I had the most delightful experience with Kat she was well educated. I really enjoyed her. She's really good at upselling especially on the drinks and it's my daughter's birthday.

The pros are : Planet 13 has awesome deals and quality product and the drivers are always super nice. The only problem I have is the delivery is ALWAYS LATE. Sometimes by an hour or more and it sucks especially when your delivery window is 12am-3am and they show up at 4:30am. I will be happy when the stay at home order is lifted and we can go in the store again. I try and order my product earlier so I can get an earlier window for delivery but it's still late. It's a hit or miss with the people you chat with via the planet 13 website too, sometimes they are helpful and other times not so much.

I was able to visit this store twice while on vacation. We had to walk 3 miles to get there but loved the store and the employees. Our first visit we had a red head lady help us. She was the best. Give her a raise. If I am ever back that way again I will go back for sure.

The process to get into the shop is simple- Walking into P13 is an experience of its own!The big water ball out the front door looks incredible day or night. Spent 1 hour just to get to the front of the line. Once I get helped by a bud tender I tell them everything I want, she leaves and comes back after 20 minutes with just half of the stuff. The manager had to help her get the rest. Once I get make the purchase I go to my car and realize I got over charged. I go back inside to talk to a manager on window 15. She asks what I need I tell her then she turns around and has a full conversation with a worker there about a guy. Im already mad at this point spending 1.5 hours of my time. Then she tells me all she can do is give me points. I didn't get a stimulus check to ball out like that . Waste of time and in this case money since I won't go back

This will be a great, 5-star place someday - as soon as we finally get Cannabis Cafe Licensing in Vegas. They've already got the space and the design. When that finally hits, Planet 13 will be BIG.However; for now, it's only fine.. They have essentially the same stuff that every other dispensary in town has, but at generally higher prices. Anyone who says that they have the "Best Prices Around" clearly hasn't been "Around". The way that the "sign in" system works will probably be necessary if and when the place gets packed. Right now, it seems strange and impersonal. I gotta say that I don't like the idea that I'm giving my phone number to a corporation as a prerequisite for service. The inside greeter was, frankly, annoying with his "Just let me tell you how cool this place is" spiel.  (It's a dispensary. I get it). SO;Yes; it's big, clean, and well-designed.Yes; the hovering balls are pretty cool (I couldn't find a schedule for when they appear - and I would certainly plan my trip around seeing them if I return - just 'cause why not? Free Coolness).But until the cafe (and other planned attractions) open, I'm sticking with my local shop. I honestly wish you P13 folks well, and hope that it all happens for you. It's clearly a big investment, and you are set to be THE place near the Strip. All The Best!

The speed planet13 handled switching from brick and mortor location to enabling delivery really set them apart from all other locations. Professional staff from online shopping to mobile support to delivery. Well done you've set your self apart and I was a loyal customer to a place that has not been able to enable delivery services for over 30 days and they are supposedly bigger then you guys.   The speed of your Adaptability shows you have great leadership and committed staff.Thank you.

Please DO NOT order your product from here for delivery, under ANY circumstances. This is likely the worst delivery/customer service experience I've ever had. I called before I ordered and ask if the delivery wait was outrageous, I was assured it was not and there were extra drivers so there wouldn't be any issues. I placed my order right before 2:30 pm. It's now after 4:00am, Almost FOURTEEN HOURS later and I am still waiting awake for a delivery I'm unsure of when will be delivered. When the delivery did not come during the first window, I had to call and just got the run around and said it would now be here later than expected now. I understand this is a busy time, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I was called for the second at 10:30pm and told my delivery time would now be 12am-4am and told me I could cancel after already waiting 8hours??? At 3:30 am, I call back asking for a status update and am put on hold for 8 minutes then hung up on. I call back and am assured it will be here by 4am absolute latest and that I would be getting a call before then. They are taking orders they do not have the capacity to fill in ANY sort of timely manner. I called on 4 occasions and each time was just given the run around as well as conflicting stories. The customer service was HORRENDOUS.... And I'm now waiting awake after four AM for a delivery I made yesterday afternoon and was ASSURED wouldn't have delays and would arrive in the window stated.Don't be enamored by the bright lights of this place. It's a debacle, and not worth the hassle AT All

Snoochie boochies!Trekking around Vegas, we passed this business a dozen or so times. I always thought it was a nightclub. There was always foot traffic or cars pulling in and out of the lot at all hours. Also, there is a huge planetary fountain display in front. A perfectly round orb rotating in place and smothered in water. Obviously they are making bank to afford such a luxurious looking display outside. Their modern approach to decor and architecture, it's like a museum or event space. Planet 13 is one of the top marijuana dispensaries in Vegas. Too bad there isn't a drive-thru.Inside, it's busy. They have many budtenders available for consultation that roam around the room. This is great because, sometimes you may linger at a display and it's easier to talk to someone at that counter, than to go roaming around searching for a budtender elsewhere. The showroom is setup with many display counters. Each counter is encased in glass. Inside, placed neatly, are samples of edibles, baked goods, flowers and more. The box, it's contents and the important information concerning the proportions of strength. About their staff; I found my budtender to be knowledgeable. She pointed out edibles that were perfect for different situations and shared a bit about her personal likes. She was informed & knowledgeable in the nuances and able to explain edibles and their measurements/strengths, so that a layperson (noob) like myself could grasp. (Concerning "budtenders" You never know what to expect in dispensaries. Between LA and Vegas, I'd say the one here at Planet 13 was the most informed.)Security into this business was fucking rude. The "swole" lady guard could use a lesson in niceties. Eat a few prunes, it might help with all the tightness. I get that Vegas is a city that gets thousands of daily visitors but sheesh, act like you want new business. The cold display of both the guard and entrance staff was too much. It's enough to give me pause, whether I'd want to do business with them again. I'm not someone that requires pleasantries. But f*ck, door staff should be more welcoming in some form of regard. Unfortunately we were the only three entering at the moment, so I didn't get to see if this treatment was solely for us or everyone.A quick note. Planet 13 has recently gone cash only. TF right? They have atms on site and charge less fees than casino areas.

I used to love Planet 13. My husband and I have always ordered through our phones and had it delivered with no problems up until 3 weeks ago. Their deals will show at $12.50 per half gram of wax/resin/honeycomb, no where on the site does it say I have to buy a certain quantity of the item, just $12.50 a half gram. Then they will call and tell us in order to get the deal we have to buy 2 or 4 of that kind to get the price. Spoke with a manager and all they can say is we can no longer trust the prices on our phone. Why? Shouldn't you guys be able to make sure the prices and quantities are up to date?

I'm fairly new to all this dispensery stuff so this review may change but so far I feel like there are a couple major issues.A) website is awful. I mean awful. Doesn't keep you logged in. Every time you try and check prices it throws the loyalty program information at you. There's another screen too they repeat over and over.B) pricing is just a trap. I feel like it's a furniture store or car dealer and never pay sticker price. Some regular prices are so high its insane. Basically don't buy anything unless it's 30%+ off it seems.

This company has given me such up and down experiences... when I physically go in, everyone is so nice and sweet and answers all of my questions. Over the phone, it feels like I'm a bother to them and aren't very nice at all. Deliveries are ALWAYS late and I guess with the pandemic now, there might be a lot more people placing orders but PLEASE don't put that many delivery windows open if you're not going to stick to it. I'd rather wait a couple days and have them deliver in the time that I expect them to (I'm patient so an hour before or after would be fine) but today I had to wait 5.5 hours past the latest time of my delivery, my last one was 4 hours late.. I just feel like they should learn from this at this point.To me, it just looks like someone at the store just sucks at their job. Also, forget about trying to get ahold of them on the phone at this time On the positive note, the drivers are always very nice and make the process easy! This one that just delivered my items today is the best one I've had yet! I think after this pandemic is over, I'm going to use my product credit and stop going to Planet 13. It's a red flag to me when I feel like a company is not even trying to get better

Since the recent legalization of recreational marijuana is legal here in Vegas dispensaries are not hard to find. But, Planet 13 feels like your entering a Louis Vuitton store for weed lol!You must be 21 and have a valid id# to enter. Inside they have an array of different marijuana strands of Sativa's, Indica and hybrids.Including edibles, wax, oils, grinders and pretty much anything that is related to marijuana.I love how each strand has details of were it comes from and what it has inside before purchase. It took me a while but, I decided on a sativa called Ghost train haze which is an upper. An 8th was about $60 and well worth it.As you are paying they have different papers for rolling and I choose the brand raw.If you love Marijuana then this is your spot don't look any further it will blow your mind once inside. Highly recommended!

Terrible prices! This was supposed to be the biggest dispensary in the world more like biggest disappointment.. Do not go here unless you're an idiot who doesn't mind spending 60$ an 8th on weed that is worth half that, "charging for the experience" get the fuck outta here..

My girls and I went here Saturday morning. It was kind of busy with a short line to get in, but I'm just glad we were able to get parking (because it seems kind of limited). I'm assuming it can get really busy at times. When you enter, you have to check in and they record your information in their systems. I didn't mind this at all, but just an FYI to those who might be interested.The facility is big, brand new, clean, and modern. There is a cafe where you can dine in and/or have drinks. There's also somewhat of an art gallery towards the back of the building. The main area requires a ticket for you to come in, which you get when you check in and it is complimentary. The showroom is huge, clean, and beautiful. There are glass cases that showcase all products available for purchase. Probably the unique thing about this place is that they have "budtenders", who help you shop around and process your purchase. To get a budtender, you basically virtually line up via tablet and a text sent to your phone will let you know when a budtender is ready to help you.The items available range from a variety of strains, edibles, accessories, clothing, and more. Items are not cheap, but may I say they are of high quality? Overall, this was a cool place to check out while in Vegas. As always, be responsible! Enjoy!

I ordered the first time on March 23rd for delivery slot between 9-11pm same day. I went through all 3 steps and when my order wasnt here I called again to confirm my order. They told me there system crashed and they have no idea when my order will be here. Then they called me around 3-4am and told me itll be here at 11am. I received the order at 11am. Now fast forward to today. I ordered at 4pm with a delivery slot between 10-12am same day. I even called to confirm if there not behind on the delivery schedule and they said they got extra drivers and there good. Next I get a text saying my orders been verified. After I get a call from the budtender confirming my order once again I asked if my delivery slot is is on schedule they say yes once again. I wait till 12:30am and no phone call and no delivery. So I call again I talked to a customer rep and tells me the order Is coming between 4-7am or I can cancel. I said that's ridiculous. I ask for the management team and he tells me it's coming no later than 2am. I wait till 2:30am no delivery no phone call. I call ask for the same manager and he tells me that there not sure what time now. He tells me either i can cancel or wait. With no time frame. He offers me a credit for my next order?*Updated* Its 6am and I'm still awake waiting for my order after I get a text message from the manager saying it was otw that was at 3:39am.Under the circumstances I understand that there busy but they never bothered calling me on updating me on the situation which they stated on there website. It's obvious there busy then why are they taking orders when they cant fulfill it? Some people like me use this medically not recreationally. I'm a former US Army Vet with sciatica, 2 herniated lower back disc and a herniated neck disc. Lastly to add I dont want to get any of the employees in trouble but Planet 13 has to take responsibility for this. Do not use Planet 13! They have horrible logistics and customer service.

I ordered yesterday and was supposed to receive my order between 3am and 6am today. The order was never delivered and I was never called or anything. I have been trying to get a hold of the store through their messenger and I called many times. I've wasted well over two hours trying to get the status update on my order with no response. My problem Is not with the delay. I understand there will be large volumes but my problem is the lack of courtesy. I do not in the least feel like a valued customer. I can not recommend thiis place.

It's the largest dispensary in the world and man, did it live up to the hype! They had EVERYTHING! Edibles, flower, oil, hash, pre-rolled joints, drinks, cartridges, pens. Literally everything you can imagine. The place was gigantic. All the employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying a few pre rolled joints while I was there for a couple days. Stop by and check it out!

Totally garbage from top to bottom. They send promotions pretending to do deliveries. Placed an order online. Could not call all day because they ignore your call all day and send you to full inboxes. Not one heads up or a call giving me a ETA. Totally wasted my time all day. False advertising saying they will keep you informed and have available delivery times when they are not even close. Expect your deliveries to be cancelled and get nothing from this so called business. Worst experience ever with any delivery service. They have support on their website and not one reply all day either. Just one big joke is what they are. Im sure they are loosing a lot. They just cancelled a $250 order and for what just because the staff is lazy. A million phones in their dispensary but cant answer one WOW. Thanks for making it easy to not go their anymore

Planet 13 is a must if you are looking to visit a dispensary in Vegas. It lives up to the reputation, as being the worlds largest dispensary. This place is like an art gallery, but for cannabis. This display set up was amazing, unlike any dispensary I have been to. Mike Tyson has his own line of cannabis strains, which is a total Knock Out.

Very unique experience you will get visiting this dispensary it's like visiting an upscale mall it has a sit down restaurant and a big see thru glass processing lab in the back very cool! Plenty of knowledgeable staff n abundance of security guards at every corner w a curbside pickup around the back of the building a very organized beautiful looking dispensary! A block away from fashion show mall, I enjoy coming here it's my go to spot come check em out varieties of goodies for everyone!

You guys are solid. Adapting to online ordering and deliveries seemingly overnight. Keeping your customers informed, and supplied. Seriously commendable work as everyone has been trying to figure out how to best deal with this Pandemic. Meanwhile you guys are paving the way setting the example for how easy streamlined and painless this new process can be. Bravo. 10/10 I very infrequently purchased from you before (just due to my location) but you've made a die hard fan out of me. I will be primarily shopping here for all my future purchases.

Too Big For Your Buds!!!When we all are aware that the reason marijuana became recreational was because of the pathway of medical marijuana provided. For a business of this size to be incapable of handling three types of customers, is truly disturbing. Now Medical must wait in the same line as healthy people. This is in order to meet the needs of online customers first. Planet 13's priority is online customers. Does this violate ADA? I will learn this and add more. I protest this place as disabled medical patient. They make the disabled wear a sticker to stand out but not assist sooner. I received a message from someone from Planet 13 that I would be contacted to resolve my issue. Well, they don't do what they say will even on Yelp. Shame on you Planet 13Hey fellow shut-ins. Don't trust Planet 13 with your delivery. Make sure you have all day and night to wait for them to deliver. Not only will they be late. They will keep you on hold for hour or more trying to get an answer as to why they are late and why you can't reschedule. I am a disabled woman with compromised health. I can't sit up all night waiting for Planet 13 to return to the call. Talk about not caring about medical patients. Disgusting. I wish I could give a negative score. I hope no one goes through this as it is careless and very inappropriate.

These guys are great! I'm getting my second delivery on a Friday (edibles are 40% off; that's INSANE) and they are on top of it! Already got a confirmation call from Anthony, who was very accommodating of my stupid butt who forgot to order a chocolate bar. What a sweetheart! My favorite thing is the sour gummy belts. Reminds me of being a kid. Only problem is not eating the whole damn thing. I'm anticipating the white chocolate raspberry bar to be just as tempting!

Prices and quality are starting to get better but can you tell the black girl who was doing curbside to not use the word bud when talking to a customer? Shouldn't use that word to a customer unless you know them. Still left a tip because most of the staff is great but this one seemed pretty bad at talking to customers. Will be back but hopefully greeted next time by some different

This is what they call grams now  .65 and .69. I can understand close but that's at least .3 off. ‍ ever since they went big, they have lost touch with what they used to stand for which was quality. My last timeSo I got bribed by them to try once more with a free preroll .... and hahahahaha this was today's order on 7/24 where it was 4g for 100.

Probably the nicest dispensary you will ever see. Extremely clean and the staff is superior. Your "bud tender" will take the time and reach you everything you need to know about cannabis. Yes, the wait times to see someone can get lengthy depending on when you want to go but that is because every expert takes their time to talk to the customer and gets to know then and fine out their wants and needs. We will always stop by when we are out this way!

While  I don't partake I accompanied a couple of friends that have medical cards when we were in town. As marijuana isn't legal for recreation in Ohio & Pennsylvania I usually have to wait outside.It was packed for a Tuesday night the ID check process was smooth and when you enter the shopping area a guard checks your ID with the slip given upon entry.This place had a mix of stuff from buds to juul pods to bath bombs/lotions to water/edibles.We spent a good hour in there with my friends mulling over their selection. They approached the bud tender who was super helpful.Being located off the strip and beside the Erotic Heritage Museum is a good move to catch the eye of tourists in the area.

Great Hospitality, Great Service, Great Selection, Great Atmosphere. The staff was extremely friend and know what they were talking about. I would highly suggest paying a visit, even if it's just for fun. Five thumbs up for sure .

As a combat US Navy Veteran, a Crypto Mustang, I am going to review because I am a man of my word. The most important core value is HONOR, followed by courage and commitment. I can say that Mike the manager and the owner have HONOR. To start, the situation is "a new normal" because Governor Sisolak ordered us to stay home for 15 days so I get that you can't pick it up frmo the pharmacy. I placed my order on SATURDAY at 3 for an 8th of G.L.P MAC and a gram of cookies and cream. First the floor manager Xavier promised me that it might not be there from 8-10 but it will from 10-12 and the driver is in Parump, he is coming to you. Well the manager Mike wanted to make it right and so did the owner. Basically, Mike made that $75  order into a $49 order and made a waiver on delivery fee, plus he threw in that gram of cookies and cream on him. Rest assured, if you are not satisfied with the service or product, they will do everything in their power to make it right. The only reason why I can't give five stars is because in order to receive that, you need to be perfect. There were several mistakes made, including getting hung up on by a few staff members but once again the manager and owner corrected that bad behavior. The time delay is why i can't give a full five star. I will be going into the store and checking it out. I appreciate that they put the product in nice jars and then in a ziplock bag. When you put it in a baggie, most of it becomes dust, this way you can preserve it more. Good job coming through guys.

CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! They pulled a switcharoo on me!!! I got a half of wedding cake which was split in 4 jars of eights and one of them was some gelato crap with lower % and terps. And the freaking curbside pickup is sketchy as hell I felt like I was driving through some cheap haunted crap! And the best part was the guy that helped me said check your bag let me know if it's good I just drove off trusting him slick bastard it's my fault in the end never again planet 13 never againnnnnnnn

My favorite dispensary ever with awesome budtenders helping you find the right spiritual journey you want to go on. Planet 13 is an amalgamation of luxury and well bud. It's like walking into the Gucci store of weed. I go in and they make everything light up and look extra nice. Then I feel the need to buy everything because the budtenders can tell you a monologue behind each item. I'm not a fan of THC since I recently switched over to CBD. The CBD bath soak really really works. I would say the benefits last around 30-45 minutes but when you get out of the tub you are in utter bliss and calm. People have been saying its more expensive here than other dispensaries, i honestly compare to LA prices and they're pretty comparable.

First thing I noticed was how organized they are. It's like a shopping mall but for weed. They are top quality so I would recommend a visit to this dispensary for sure. I ordered edibles (gummies) that came in a pack of 10 for 30 and some other items just for the trip, Indica and sativa pre rolled which was super convenient being as though we are always on the move in Vegas. Major surprise, they have food trucks visit outside!!  I forgot the name of the food truck that was there when I was but they served empanadas and they were soo good. If anybody doesn't already know they definitely check for ids and go through a whole process before letting you in. I would return to this location since it's so close to the strip too.

Such a cool place, but those prices are killer. It's basically a museum for marijuana with the glass display cases and whatnot. It's nice to be able to put your name on a list and get your own personal budtender. The variety of products is incredible, but seriously everything is overpriced. Not sure if all Vegas dispensaries are this overpriced, but that's really the one downfall of this place

28.00 1/8ths for locals! Yeah it's mids but it's still gonna get you high!! Hunter is one of my favorites - super knowledgeable about terpenes and yet approachable and fun.  Moving here from Oregon I was nervous about finding decent flower here and for reals Planet 13 is hooking it up!

this place is horrible  workers go into a white two door car and smoke  and curse loudly and pass sexual  remarks to customers   they made me feel like a piece of meat talking about my breast and butt they really need to hire better people

Don't get me wrong I like Planet 13, the inside is massive, and the structure is cool to look at but the price points of majority of the products seem like they are charging you simply for the "extra" experience.  For it to be as large as it is, they sure didn't think to build a large parking lot.  Parking is limited and there are always taxis driving in/out without watching where they are going.  They have a lot of products to choose from, so much so that it can be a bit overwhelming if you don't know what you want before stopping in.  They have people that can help you, but you have to stand in a long, boring line with nothing to look at and keep you occupied unless they just so happen to have the drones going at the time.The edibles I've had from here tasted good and I can usually get away with one per dose, but I don't indulge often so I'm not sure how many you would need if you do.This definitely fits the MO of a tourist trap, but they do give 20% off to locals which is well appreciated.  Good customer service too when you finally reach the front of the line.

Always the best spot to come get so good medical marijuana. All you need is an ID and yourself. Great customer service, people greet you as you walk in and say hi. And lots of choices of cannabis, different Growers different strains, and plant 13 merch

Being from Northern California, going to the local dispensary is just another stop before home after work. Traveling to Las Vegas, me and my wife decided that we needed to enhance our trip. We've heard about Planet 13 through viral Facebook posts and other social media outlets. Obviously it was our number 1 choice, and it definitely did not disappoint. The best place to experience the joy of purchasing quality cannabis products. The ladies that helped us out were very knowledgeable and very kind to me and my wife throughout our experience.  It was definitely a HIGHlight for our trip and we cannot wait to check this place out again in the future.

Vegas is saturated with dispensaries, however Planet 13 stands out from the rest.  When you arrive you notice the large water structure and automatically get the vibe that you are pulling up to a nightclub. Entering you are greeted by the staff that takes your license and then you walk into the main area where you are paired with a budtender. The thing that makes this place stand out from the rest is the atmosphere and the selection. Yes, there may be some other establishments that have cheaper prices however the selection doesn't compare!Expected Items: gummies/hard candy/cookies/browniesUn-expected Items: lotion, gel, creams, mental cramp oilUpon purchasing they ask whether you are paying card or cash(they take both).  If your paying with card they will put your order on a gift card and then run your card. Genius! I can't wait until my next trip to Vegas when they expand their offerings.

Let me tell you, I have been to A LOT of dispensaries, this facility is by far the most impressive. Kyle Stephen's made the experience complete with his recommendations, his product knowledge and willingness to help really impressed me.

The advertisements say it's the biggest weed store in Vegas.    I don't know about that since I haven't gone to each one, however this place is very fancy and the experience is great.     It's very modern, to the point that it seems like a club or apple store.    Very open and there are a lot of people to help you on the floor.We were able to pick something out.   It was fast and easy.    Prices wise, yes it's more but given the outstanding service, I think it's worth it.

Some employee service is better than others. Security pretty tight which I guess is necessary. It was a little confusing because there were as many ppl and you didn't know where to go. No one explained the check out process. Large variety of items. I wouldn't go back here unless I had to because the crowd was just excessive. I only needed one thing and the store is set up for you to look at everything before buying something. I had to ask to figure out the process for checkout. Cool place though if 4/20 is a hobby

Curiosity describes my trip here. Far removed from the old college days I decided to enter into the realm of planet13 with an open mind and learn more about what else ? Marijuana. Entering this shop is a combination of higher end store and classy respectful budtenders. You're greeted at the door where you show proper ID and your given a ticket stub. You scan your stub at the entrance of the dispensary and you enter a room with red shirt individuals providing information on the different types of products. You sign up and you're texted when a budtender is available. The budtender gives you his undivided attention and asks questions and answers you're questions with direct no nonsense descriptions, effects etc. And I asked a lot of questions. The display cases are elegantly placed on he shopping floor. Each flower carefully displayed to show its essence. Reminded me of displays setup at Lord and Taylor's or Nordstrom. Just very classy. Don't expect to get an aroma of anything other than clean air. The display cases are sealed to show the products but the budtenders go to the back once they know what you want to get your products. Each budtender is responsible for their client. From start to finish.Overall, I can see why this place gets such a high rating. It's a good learning experience and not some dark place to get what you want.  And for those wondering what I got? Well there is an old saying. What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas.

This is my go-to dispensary. They always have great strains & amazing service. All budtenders always have a smile & are ready to answer any questions. They have great locals' deals that you truly can't beat. Taxes are high but it is what it is! They have a rad point system that saves money on future purchases so that helps bro g the price down as well. They recently expanded and it's packed quite often. Literally taxis full of people getting dumped off. It's awesome how many people are medicating now. If you wish to save time, I suggest to go online to their menu, see what you want, and get in the quick service line when you get there. A+ quality on all products and I haven't been disappointed yet.

Do NOT order delivery from this place. They gave me a 3 hour window when it would be here... in which I'm still waiting for it. Delivery guy called  10 minutes before the order was to be delivered saying he was looking for the apt. I told him building and apt number (which was on the order) another 20 minutes go by then he shows up. I'm now late to work because I waited for him to show. He said he was here but wasn't, I would have told him to take it back if I would have known I was going to be waiting another 20 minutes. Bottom line DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Side note: weed is weed so could have gotten it elsewhere.... which I will be doing from now on.

TAKES TOO LONG & OLD INVENTORYI think they tried way too hard to make this fancy & futuristic but they dropped the ball on the operations & logistics. It's like the same pain in the ass pointless wait that you deal with at the Apple store when you want to fix your iPhone lol. We waited forever and our alcohol buzz fizzled as we sobered up real quick realizing what a BAD TRIP we were in. Positives...- beautiful decor, futuristic vibe with the balloon drones dancing to the music (wth) great showroom vibe for taking selfies lol. Negatives...- "checking in" didn't work. They said they would text us but they never did. LONG WAIT. They never emailed us anything either... why bother collecting info? - the lines for cashier was only 2 workers on a Friday night. LONG WAIT. When we finally got up to order the cashier left to grab the stuff himself! Poorly ran. They should radio it in and someone should bring it up, this place was full of staff in red shirts but they just stood around. - the herb wasn't as fresh nor strong. We've had the same Tangiez in LA and Planet 13 gave us something funky.. it was dry and not fresh (other reviewers complained same issue). We just want to come in, ask the budtender what's good and buy what they recommend and leave within 5-10 minutes. Instead we wasted 40 mins for bunk stuff. Go somewhere else. That Reef place was legit just avoid the rush times.

I visited Planet 13 just after it opened. I just wasn't happy enough. One bud tender was just to pushy to make a sale. I'm not sure why? He had very bad hygiene, especially very bad breath. He wanted to make sure I smelled it. Planet 13 I'll give them a A for effort. But they didn't have any 2.5mg mints. Also they didn't have any 5mg gummies. Both of those are 1/4 dose and 1/2 doze respectively.  I did buy 10mg, which is considered a full doze. But it's over under lots on this hard candies. And I tried to break it up in smaller portions. That's a no go! I never know what dozes that I'm taking.

Our helper was Kat and she was awesome. She helped us pick some really great items. I recommend Plus uplift gummies. They are a good morning picker upper. They also have a shuttle that picks you up from the strip and takes you back for free!

This is in review of the dabs they have, haven't tried the buds so can't comment on that, but please please please stay away from these dabs! They offer butane extracted and the chemicals that they put in these...it's outrageous that they can even be sold. Look at some of the ingredients - you can taste the bad chemical quality too. Seriously, it's not good, and didn't even give a decent high. They offer live rosin, but judging by the bad chemicals that they sell right next to it, i would look elsewhere. Their highest thc cartridge was also only 80%......thank u next.

My second visit here and Rosa helped us out! We always get all our prerolls here. We will definitely be returning here. They are open 24 hours just bring your ID!

The worst fucking dispensary I've ever been to in my whole entire life on God!!!!! I sat and waited 30 minutes for these people to tell me that I was being too loud in line after 30 minutes because I met new people in line with socializing and then kicked me out of the establishment. Number one I'm not allowed person number two I make over $100,000 a year in these people wanna kick me out of the dispensary fucking joke!!! And it's disgusting!!!!!! And the only reason why you motherfuckers have business is because you're the only ones next to the strip if you guys were next to the strip y'all would be fucking done! Shady ass motherfuckers!!!

They should take out all the lights, bells, whistles, TV's and drones and lower their prices a little bit. The pricing here is at least 10-20% more than other places within a few blocks of it. The aesthetics are great and the product was acceptable, but I'd just as soon go to a non-descript building and pay better pricing for the same product.

It's a dope ass cannabis club. I gotta admit. Beautiful display. Beautiful setup. Tons of things to do. There's a food court and some type of bar. Honestly such An amazing idea and I gotta give it A+ for effort... BUTthat's about it...I've lived in the Bay Area for 15+ years I have been a marijuana connoisseur for longer. It's hard not to compare when you know. Why Only display??? Not able to Smell?? That's always a gamble - Other NV clubs have display for you to smell as well. That's how you know it doesn't smell like grass (chlorophyll) when you get into your bag after you leave. At planet 13 - For $65-75/ eighth I have to be  pretty picky. It's just some mid honestly to me. But to the tourist. It's frosted. But when you get it it's a little dry, honestly lack of taste in my world.  I like TERPS. I like that boutique marijuana.I really don't like any of the extract planet 13 has either - for $55 half grams MPX doesn't do the justice neither does Denver dab co. They should have full grams for $50-60 In the Bay Area/Valley -  you can get the same quality for $20-35 1/8th at the clubs, and it just is worth it. Oh well! I've probably spent about $1500 in total the last 5 months in Vegas planet 13 so I know it's the vendors. It's not a bad place to go tho. It's actually not their fault. It's Nevada Laws. If CA products like Connected, Raw Garden, 710labs, Jungle Boys, etc - some of the top name brands in CA -  were able to be donated in NV at the dispensaries we wouldn't have that problem. We would fresh boutique cannabis that id gladly pay $65-75 for If I were the owner of planet 13, or in charge of stock -I would try to find vendors that had fresh crops with low pricing and better quality taste and freshness. I would want to see more selection of $20-35 1/8 that they are selling now for $60+ and when it comes to the $69+ it's going to need to be nice and fresh, taste on point, sticky, good bud formation, frosted, terps etc. we all know what it looks like. And I just don't see it being sold at planet 13! The best by far vendor I have came into contact with in Las Vegas would only be Green Life Productions. When it comes to dispensaries. I Still like JARDIN the most in Las Vegas, closest you can get to boutique cannabis like from the Bay Area for $60-70 1/8

Love the set up here & how organized they are!! The check in process is very fast & you get a text to your phone on instructions upon entry. Good prices and deals too!

Just remember to bring cash or a debit card to go to this place or you will be standing in the long line for nothing.  The line is about 30 min- 1hour long.

This place is an absolute joke. I have been a medical patient and active in the cannabis community for over 6 years. As a founding board member of Las Vegas NORML I have had the opportunity to deal with a lot of dispensaries in this city on a professional level. Today was the first and last day I will ever step foot on Plant 13 property and I will make it a point to share my disproval of how I was treated every moment I get. The front desk receptionist was extremely nice and informative. She told me about how I get a discount on first visit as a medical patient and how I get to skip the long lines on future visits. Cool. While my girlfriend was using the restroom I decided to grab a bottle of water from their cafe. Upon her return we went to enter from the restroom side not seeing any signs displaying no drinks. I had given her my bottle of water before I walked through the gates. Realizing she wasn't with me I began looking around for her. A lady checking tickets had noticed she had my water bottle and asked her to empty it before entering. She told my girlfriend she could refill the empty bottle after we were done buying weed. Not happy about it but cool. She complied and entered with me but we were quickly surrounded by security. The ringleader of the operation I noticed had a bad attitude with me right off the bat. At this point I had been nothing but nice. I also noticed this is the same security guard who was getting shitty with another guest as I was checking in just a few minutes before. Maybe his attitude was carrying over from that? I don't know but I have never heard of getting kicked out of a dispensary. Especially as a medical patient over a empty water bottle after complying with what a staff member asked us to do. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. Take your money someplace else where they will respect you.

Pretty impressive spot. Very nice and professional. Nothing against the dispensary, but prices in Vegas are ridiculous. That being said, I'd highly recommend giving this place a try

Place sucks. Prices are twice as expensive as Reef across the street. They give cab drivers $15 kick backs and have a free driver lounge to bring people in. Go ELSEWHERE!!

Friendly staff. They have Covid-19 safety measures in place. Directions could have been better inside as they have several shops and for first time visits. Wait was as expected 10-15 mins. I will definitely visit again it's the largest dispensary duh lol

Love that all the staff is wearing gloves and doing temperature checks. Also self checking at our hotel. Bally's Hotel room could have been cleaner. Saw trash and dust under sink in bathroom. Good thing I bought my own Clorox wipes to wipe stuff down.

Most unhelpful staff if you have a issue or are confused about their deals. We go here every week and order online, today we went in person. We asked for 2g of concentrate that was listed as 50% for locals. Apparently it's only if you buy 4g for the ones we chose. Instead of telling us there was 6 more stains we could get for the $25 for a g deal, they kept telling us we had to get 4 full grams of the ones we ordered instead. After trying to find solutions for over 45 mins between a phone call and being in there in person they just canceled our order. I was simply confused about the way they separated the deals online and they literally made me feel dumb about it! They could have just offered me a different option, instead they were snarky and unhelpful af (Kimberly is who was on the phone). All of this could have been avoided if they had customer service skills and offered actual help if someone's confused. I asked more than 5 times how I can order 2g for our normal 25 a piece and they kept saying I couldn't, I had to buy 4g, instead of saying buy one of these 6 that are listed for that price.

Had an awesome experience today with Miles, he was super friendly, very helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Planet 13, I am a local, and I won't shop anywhere else!

Very organized and knowledgeable staff. The place was packed with people but the wait to be served was surprisingly fast. They occupy a very large space which includes a restaurant and coffee shop. I wish they would expand the menu to offer cannabis infused foods at the restaurant. I went twice during my 2 day trip and will definitely go again when I'm back in the area.

I liked this dispensary for about 1 week. The website to order doesn't make any sense at all. They say 33 dollar eighths but you have to buy 3 of them so the total is really 90 and tax. Bud tenders talk to you like you are a child and don't know anything when you ask questions.

Worst dispensary I've been too. Low grade products with only a minimal selection. The staff seems to think they're doin everybody a favor by working here. Long waits. Bad crowd.

Came here on my birthday (which happened to be on the day my license expired) and they denied me access lol.  Way to treat a local on his birthday of all days. Went down the street to Reef instead where they hooked me up.  Planet 13, just another tourist spot, and not about locals.

This iss the plaaace... to go if you don't know anything about weed lol. If you're a regular weed smoker and go to dispensaries all the time... You'll probably be amazed at the great Pizzeria and the cafe and the chocolate edibles factory down the hall... but if you're there to get some weed and get out, you may be actually really annoyed ahha. You go in, get a ticket- that'll open a turnstyle gate to enter the dispensary area, then youll give them your number at a iPad somewhere and that'll then out you in a que to be helped. While I was there, I waited maybe 20 minutes to just grab some prerolls. If definitely a cool place and lots of merch and weed to see buut i knew exactly what i wanted within the first 3 minutes haha. Also pricesssss.. daaang. I come from north Seattle and can grab a 1gram joint for $5 here? You're looking nearly $20! Ahha like yoooo. So I'd say, if you're coming to a place that hasn't legalized yet. This place it amazing, truly.  Otherwise you may feel like you're waisting time and money.

They have decent produce, but their customer service is AWFUL. Especially Garrett. They ran my card, got an approval number, it even showed on my end as an ATM withdrawal, and he wanted me to pay again saying he wasn't sure if the first charge was legit even though there was a receipt w an approval number. He's a scam artist. Be really careful doing business with them. GARRETT AT PLANET 13 IS A SCAM ARTIST.

Planet 13 is by far, the best dispensary experience in Vegas. If you really want to see an experiential dispensary, it's a must visit. The place is massive and everyone truly seems to care about each and every person that walks through the cannabis dispensary doors. They have a really cool virtual spray paint wall outside, a massive glowing red planet in front of the dispensary, color changing LED flowers on the rooftop and an whole floor in the lobby that changes as you walk across it.Definitely worth a trip.

You will wait to purchase however Ana across the hallway in the restaurant is the truth!! She is a serious mixologist and delight to talk to.  Special tequila drink is award winning.

TDLR: A great experience if you want an immersive weed store and has great deals of you're a local! The staff are very knowledgeable and they try their best to adhere to COVID-19 regulations. There is a always an abundance of staff to move the process along and they have every product on display so you can browse in person while you wait to be texted to make your purchase. (also i think the music they play is rocking)

Weed is crumbly, dry, and overpriced (by Virtue, I don't recommend them). Was almost $60 for an 8th, WITH a 20% local discount. Really? The old Planet 13 used to be cool, and had very good prices/product. This new one is a tourist trap. It's cool to go check it out, but, you can find BETTER weed CHEAPER at my favorite - Oasis. I will never be a returning customer again at Planet 13 after getting ripped off by these slingers of skank weed.

The best dispensary in town! They have knowledgeable "budtenders" and the best deals.  Get in on being a loyalty member and that gives you access to discounts and another 20% off for locals! They have something for just about everyone.  I'm not a smoker but I do use their edibles for anxiety.  I use the ones with no THC, the Planet M's.  They work great for me.  Others in my family love their candy bars and the HaHa gummies are top notch. And one more thing ALWAYS TIP YOUR BUDTENDER!

This was my first time going to any dispensary and OMG!  I told the young man I felt like I was in a very high end Apple Store... and that is the look they are going for.We you first drive into the parking lot you will notice the type of vehicles, BMW, Mercedes, Lexus and yes a few limos. It looked like a new store as there is some work being done on the sign and flower things on the roof.As you walk in the lobby, you are greeted by a receptionist who takes your ID and prints out a ticket.  You then enter the showroom, which is huge!Our "bud tender" Shashi, saw that we looked overwhelmed and a bit lost when we stepped in so he gave us a quick tour and asked us some questions to figure out what we needed... we just wanted CBD products today.  He was so gracious and informative. He guided us through the whole process in a timely fashion... I was on my way to the airport and didn't have a lot of time to shop.I will definitely be back here when I have more time.If you are nervous or intimidated about going in a dispensary, I would highly (no pun intended) recommend this store.  Everyone was approachable and there are very nice armed security personnel located through out the store.They also offer local residents a discount.

Horrible horrible loser security guards. Visiting from California boyfriend wanted to try Nevada weed had Fat Tuesday drink we had just bought and was told nicely by first security guard I can't bring inside so either dump out or wait outside. So I waited outside because who's going to throw away $40. Waited outside on the side on a bench quietly by myself minding my business when another security guard comes and tells me I can't be drinking on there property and to get out very rudely. When I had been told to just wait outside by someone else. I told him that and he very rudely said "that was inside and he's the boss" and to go wait in the corner. Mind you it's the middle of the day probably 110 degrees. So I get up and go walk to the corner like told and the very educated security guard laughs with his partner feeling very proud of himself for kicking out someone that's not causing any problems and just doing what was initially told of me. Thanks security guards I loved being sexually harassed by cars passing by.

i'd put 0 stars if i could, this place has terrible customer service. didn't go there for me, i went for a friend. they don't stay by their own number system. we were there for 2 hours waiting for our number to be called and then when it got down to 10 people away they took our number away and made us stand in a long line for another hour behind new people who came in. tried to understand why they did so and got very aggressive responses back and they didn't want to explain why they were dishonoring their own system. unorganized and effs over their own customers. do not recommend

I used to really enjoy planet 13 as a local (been shopping with yall since opening) but honestly my last experiences have been so bad i am not sure if i will even continue to go. The selection is not as good as it used to be. I find my self settling for other brands when they don't have what i want and usually i can trust a budtender to point me in the right direction but the recommendations are pretty...weak. I usually get motivators and they didnt have any so i was recommended this. I was told it was comparable and SO GOOD. Well to start i was already disappointed when i opened this. This is a gram? Yea right. If i am asking a budtender for a recommendation for something similar why not actually recommend something similar? Instead i just feel ripped off.. the product wasn't good. I get this is a business but at least try to be helpful... i bought more than one as well. I feel like i just wasted my money. I think planet 13 is great ascetically but i think now its just a tourist trap. It's just really disappointing when you spend a lot of money at a place that is supposed to be the best dispensary in vegas and the products are just mediocre. On a positive note  the ladies at the front desk are always so nice and welcoming so at least the start of my experience is always great just wish it ended that way

I hate this place! First time in and nobody explained what to do? You had three people standing there but nobody offered help? The door wouldn't open and the security guard didn't help either? Also I was handed a buy one alcoholic drink and get one free? WTF? This is a dispensary why are you pushing alcohol? Just crazy!! Definitely won't be back !!! Culture Vultures!!

I dunno about this place. Made my first trip there yesterday to buy some concentrates. Place is HUGE!! Not sure what all goes on there but its the biggest "dispensary" I've ever been in. Total tourist trap with easily 50-75 people towing suitcases just milling around not buying anything. Its like 6 people took a cab to the place so their one friend who smokes could buy 2 joints. Its basically up to you to figure out how the place works as NOBODY is looking to help a first time customer. You put your # into their system and wait for a text (that never came) or keep an eye on the TVs for your name and which window to go to. Products are in display cases around the room so you better know what you want when its your turn to order. Prices were ok but I only got a couple of grams of their $25 G concentrates cuz thats a pretty good deal. 20% off everything else for locals, which is a good look but nothing in the cases really stood out. Not the worst place for a casual smoker but anyone who is serious about their Cannabis has plenty of other better options in town. I'm sure I'll go back but not before I went to my regular spots again.

I placed a delivery order before noon and had an original delivery time between 3pm-6pm. I got a text 10mins after I placed order because of an issue with my ID. I called and had the issue resolved within 5mins but my order had been bumped to a 6pm-9pm. THREE HOURS LATER....I was called and told my zip code was "blocked" from night time deliveries so I could have it delivered tomorrow or pick it up after 6pm. I don't see anywhere on the website about "blocked" zip codes.

I usually don't like big dispensary but it was very cool and smooth with process. S/o Tre he was very helpful and knowledgeable, took very good care of me. Idk how you can request him but ask for Tre! Thanks for great service

Planet 13 is one giant overall joke. You will be wasting your time by going to this rich kids playground. Clearly some loser hit it bigger than his brain could handle. Leave it to Planet 13 to overly complicate buying a sack of weed and wasting everyone's time who steps through that door.I was visiting Vegas for a few days for work. I have several medical issues and was having bad pain in my legs and decided to go get some marijuana. I end up at Planet 13. The place looks impressive but its just a face to hide the fact that everyone who works there is a giant asshole who will let you stand around for 15 min before helping you (It wasn't busy)Okay so i finally figure out how to use their stupid app system. (Weed is not suppose to be complicated) and it says 5 min wait. (Already been there 15 min not knowing wtf to do)Okay so i wait 5 min. 5 min passes. It says okay wait a few more min please. 5 more min passes. It says wait few more min again.Okay so i look annoyed just standing there and some lady comes up to me. I say this is all overly complicated. I just want a quick sack of weed. She said okay go look at those tables. Pick one out and just jump in our quick checkout line. So i did just that. Once i got through the quick checkout line i tell the (frankly giant jerk of a man) what kind of weed i want and he says he's out of that. So i say dang i have to go through the line again? And then he's just looking at me like I'm a moron and says yes. And I'm like okay i just want some quick bud can you grab me anything (an eighth) in 50-60$ range. This jerk comes back with a $70+ bag of bud and i said oh i need something in 60$ range. And he replies super pent up and rude tone "It is 60$ range" and i was so sick of this place at this point i just said okay sure heres my card just run it. And then he "runs my card" and looks at me. Hands my card back and says "Your card was declined"I then replied it worked fine 30 min ago... And the look on his face.... He's a giant asshole. I just said "You know what this entire experience has been a joke, have a good day" and he then replied "I think you're a joke" At this point i laughed and said he's delusional and left. I walked 2 blocks away to REEF dispensary and bought a sack of weed in under 5 min with NO issues.I then called my bank to see why my card got declined at Planet 13. They said it didn't get declined and no transaction from planet 13 was ever attempted. THIS MEANS your staff was LITERALLY messing with me all because i was a lil frustrated. I wasn't rude. I didn't have a tone.  (I was limping and in hella pain which was obvious). Like literally they employ bad people. I will be going out of my way from now on to make sure every person i know or come in contact with stays far clear of this crap hole. Ill be working in vegas a lot this year. I work in CBD industry. This shits going to be coming out of my mouth for the next 4 years.They boast that they are the "Biggest" but they are also the "Biggest assholes" Stay FAR away..I'd also like to point out to all reading that the positive reviews are from people with HUNDREDS of left reviews. Meaning planet 13 is paying for their positive reviews. Report them to yelp.

I have honestly raved to people back home here in Seattle about this place. What an organized and wonderful business. Small, busy, parking lot, but you'll eventually find a spot.  When you walk in you wait in line to have your ID scanned and get a ticket to check in. The interactive koi pond floor is legit! So cool! Friendly employees at the front desk. After checking in, you got to another section where they scan your ticket and let you through the little gate. Very organized.Place looks like a museum. Well lit, glass display cases all over the place. You are greeted by an employee who explains how you choose your items that you want to purchase (take photos of what you want to buy basically). The employee that helped us was very helpful when I explained what sort of strain I was looking for and what kind of effects I was hoping for, honestly just something to chill me out because I have anxiety, but also something that gives me a upbeat feeling instead of something that puts me at risk of a panic attack. Very, very, helpful and knowledgeable staff.Prices are high, but it is what it is. I'm used to paying Seattle pricing - you can get 2 packs of joints here around $5-$10 depending on what you get, and a single joint here came out to be $17 (plus I tipped on top of that price - because they were awesome staff). They are very educated as to how the laws work in the area as well, and definitely will inform you of them all before you leave. Your item is also placed into a sealed bag, which I liked so it didn't stink up the rental car hahaCan't wait to come back here again when I come back to Vegas. In N Out burger used to be my first destination when I hop off the plane, but my next visit my first stop will definitely be to Planet 13.

Great discounts and rewards program for locals. It's a nice big space but there is often a decent wait. Roughly 30min to see someone the last few times I've ben... but there is a bar where you can wait. It's worth it for the product and recommendations. Thanks Blaze :)

Visited Planet13 for the first time on our first trip to Vegas early part of Nov. 2019. Very Artistic, relaxed feel to the place. Loved the displays throughout the dispensarie and really enjoyed the exhibits in the corridor. Didn't make any purchases since things were a bit pricey, but would come back and try a few things. Seemed like a fun place to Partake and relax.

The service here sucks, they don't tell you that you had to sign in to buy their products. We waited over 30 minutes and still waiting... we went up to a cashier and asked if we can skipped the line. She agreed for a $20 tip. They sold out on some of the buds that we wanted. More bummer because we waited for so loonnngg. They tax hella if you use credit card.

This place is off the chain. So organized & so clean. All of the staff is wearing masks & gloves making us feel super comfortable. They take your number and you walk around browsing. We were # 36 & before we knew it we were up next! Johnathan helped us & omg. He listened to us thoroughly & without judgement. And came back with so many recommendations and options. Amazing customer service and so many options! Loved everything about it!!!!!

I went on 3/14/21 and was helped out by Miguel. He was wonderful, like really wonderful!! I live in Texas and I get my grass from a guy who gets it from a guy..and so on, so my knowledge of strains and potency is close to zero lol. No question was a dumb question to him! He gave suggestions and was just all around helpful! Great customer service and great personability, genuinely felt as though I was being helped out by a friend! Next time I'm back in Vegas I'll for sure be back thanks to him! Good job guy!

It's visually nice but run so poorly.  Security acts like Rampart, employees are mostly uniformed, although soma are very knowledgeable.  The. Worst is there crowd management, it sucks.  They claim to have curbside pickup but no,you have to wait in there stupid line when you preorder.  I think I'm done,, they haven't had a good new strain in 4 months.

I ask 2 wandering employees the same question regarding THC cap on edibles..(CLUELESS)..Then I was standing around for 35mins after my name was placed in the kiosk to be help from behind the counter. Never before in ANY dispensary have I wasted so much time. One employee told me it was the normal waiting time give them 15 more mins.... WOW!!!!! Needless to say no purchase and never again.  All bright lights and NO glam..

Planet 13 is super packed and wait is long but it's worth it, and Katlyn was one of the most amazing servers knows exactly what she's doing go to her if possible.

I was having a good time at planet 13 until I decided to get some coffee. The short hostess with dark hair had an attitude, it def caught me off guard and made me want to leave. Too bad she was there the next time I went too, I don't wanna risk dealing with her again so I don't eat there. I work in customer service as well, and I have much more patience and friendliness towards customers regardless of any situation. I didn't even do anything wrong, I guess she just wasn't having a good day and it showed. Bummer that as a customer who works in customer service  I didn't get treated properly :(

BEWARE. They hardly deliver in the time slots you choose. If you have to go to work, doctors appt, any type of occasion within 10 hours of the slot times, then do not order from this place. If you are currently not working and have free time and attached to your phone, then you will be fine ordering from here. I have experienced delivery from here three(4? They cancelled my order the first attempt) times since quarantine started. The first time it was exciting because you choose the time slot and I had to work. I didn't receive a confirmation call to confirm my details and total cost and it was already 30 minutes prior to delivery time slot. I decided to use the chat feature and they told me they are running 2-4 hours behind. Whoa ok. Then 5 minutes later another person jumped on the chat and said they are 8 hours behind. Ouch? I was fine with it as a whole since 8 hours meant close to midnight. An hour prior to midnight, I call the dispensary and they said it is in delivery queue now and should be there by end of night. It's now 1 am and my phone rings and I answer it and keep saying hello. No one responds. I hang up and call right back and the dispensary said I can go to sleep and just wait for a phone call. I tell them I have to work in the morning and won't be able to answer if I'm with a patient. They say that it's ok because they will call three times. I fall asleep and I wake up at 5 am. There's one missed call at 1:40am and then a text message saying they cancelled my order due to three attempts. There wasn't even three attempts. I end up reordering and the same thing happens with the 2-6 hour delay, but I finally got my delivery. I ordered another time and the delivery was made within the chosen time slot. My recent order(today) is late. I ordered Thursday night to have it delivered Friday by 11p-11:59p. Just in time for my husbands birthday. I did not get a confirmation call until 11:30pm and it was just the dispensary telling me they are behind and it will be delivered between 12a-2a and if it's still ok or if I need to cancel. I of course say it's fine since it's for my husband's birthday. Well, it's now 3:13pm and no delivery yet. OVERALL, If you want to order from here, then just expect delays and/or them cancelling on you. Have your delivery slot first thing in the morning where you can stay up. I'm not sure what type of organization process they have, but it hasn't gotten better since the start of quarantine. If you have patience, then go ahead and order. If you don't, then try another dispensary.

A lot of check ins. First at the desk to give ID then they give you a ticket to scan to open some more doors and then an iPad once you get in the store. I'm from Los Angeles and this store is very over rated. But customer service sucked Blaze the cashier was very rude and told my party to come up and give him all our orders cause he was not going to walk back and forth. We were first timers so had no idea of their process. Will not be returning.

Called in to ensure they had something in stock, the person on the phone confirmed they did. Got there and they said they haven't had it in stock for a long time.. Spoke to one manager he was super understanding, main manager offered a 10 percent discount... Thanks anyways maybe I will try again it wasn't all that bad, except for the 1 hour long line

I ordered delivery from planet 13  4/30/20 and believe me is the worst service in town. They give you a window time for the delivery and they show up several hours later. This happened to me a couple of times, talked to a few costumer service people but it seems that they don't care.Please do yourself a favor and order your stuff from any other dispensar in town.

Ive used delivery 1 time. It arrived when they said. This time I Was given a 3 hr window for delivery 6-9pm.... i called at 9....and they gave me the reason..."they're busy" ...ok..n.p....i understand. 10:50pm i call again. Nice gal...but lied to me and said the driver is close by and only has 2 deliveries in front of me.  12:30 am....and Nothing. No calls no deliveries.  I gave up. Never again.

This place is a fucking tourist trap. My friend and I were so excited to go to this dispensary for the first time. From the time we walked in the whole process was so confusing. The guy told us we can walk around and take pictures. So ok, were looking around and we see what we want to get, we also had some questions. So I seen bud tenders helping people out so we went up to one behind the counter and they asked us if we had signed in at the front and we told them that we weren't told to sign in anywhere. So we were directed back to the front to then get in a virtual line to then be helped. So my name was next and I still didnt know where to go. Finally realizing its to the register number. I go over there and the bud tender was unpleasant off the bat. Then asks my friend for her I.D and my friend asked why just bc she was standing near the counter when I asked my questions. I also was trying to get her opinion on weed but she almost refused to walk from around the counter to help me. that was annoying. So when I had walked away she told my friend " Then you cant stand here MA." So rude, such a turn off I decided that I wasn't going to spend my money there and walked out. In the time I was browsing before all this I met a group of people from Chicago who were actually asking me questions about cannabis bc they were lost with whatnot do as well. Luckily I work at a dispo in CA and was knowledgable to offer my suggestions.  Dont SPEND YOUR MONEY HEREE

We decided to check this place out yesterday since we moved to Vegas a few weeks ago. Both my husband and I are originally from the LA and the Bay Area in CA.This is a very expensive dispensary. For example $60 for 1/8 of Sour Diesel is pretty high priced. This is a spot for tourist since they will most likely pay any price for weed.  The expensive prices drove us away.  The fancy building and set up just didn't do it for us. A couple of the workers didnt seem knowledgeable on a few strains we asked for.We decided to go across the street to Reef Dispensary. Reef was $10-15 cheaper for an 1/8th of the same strains that Planet 13 had.  The staff st Reef was more helpful, plus there is a 10% local discount. The 10% local discount is helpful, since weed tax is around 18.25%.

It's a hard time right now I understand that. But when you tell someone you're going to do something and then you dismiss their order without ANY form of explanation then you're just a bad business. Your customer service is horrible. Your ethics are horrible. I will NEVER patronize you again

Open 24 hours At first glance this is a true spectacle! Visually very pleasing. Outside there is a giant fountain that sprays mist and lights up red at night with lotus led flowers on top of the building.They do check your Id in the front so there was a little bit of a wait but the staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They have these LED panels on the floor that are interactive and you scan your ticket like you do at Disneyland to get in.Walking around it looks like a cannabis museum super sleek with glass cases with all types of cannabis on display. From flowers to concentrates to pipes and pre-rolls they do have a good selection. I feel like they have a lot of the same stuff on display but in multiple areas around the establishment, which is cool but being the worlds LARGEST cannabis dispenser I expected there to be a larger variety honestly. The do have a ton of planet 13 Merchandise tho. All In all this was a really cool experience and I'm sure in time they will expand the menu a bit.

Very disappointed in this place.  Too short staff so you have to get on this ridiculous waiting list.  I was number 90. Been standing here for 40 minutes and still not at the window.  Terrible service!

ZEROOOOO STARS!! SCAMMERS! ROBBERS!!!I am a MEDICAL PATIENT. My first time coming to this place was a horrible experience!They charged my card, the guy said it was Approved and then went into his little iPad and said oh looks like I'm gonna have to charge it again... so I said why it went through so he said no .. and then the argument began.I showed him and the managers my bank statement from my phone showing the transaction listed and charged.. they were so beyond rude with a careless look on their face saying "I also have Wells Fargo and the charge isn't really there it's just pending, you're going to have to pay for this again" They said there's absolutely nothing they can do so I must dispute this with my bank now. Nobody cared to even say sorry for the inconvenience. They were talking to me like I'm a liar for saying the charge went thru... when the bud tender himself saw himself it was approved.RIDICULOUS!Never in my 10 years of going to dispensaries have I ever felt so robbed scammed and cheated in my life. I feel like I went to some corner drug dealer that pulled a gun out on me straight up... the security guards were all around with their hands on their guns acting hard making tough faces to show they are there like YOU GUYS ARE A JOKEEEE!!!Ridiculous. Horrible service!And the place itself looks like a joke too. Obviously more entertainment than meds. ZERO stars.

Wonderful experience with exceptional customer service by Vinny. Welcoming staff from the ID check, security guards and reps. Facility is so luxurious with a lot of thought out into its design, like a flagship Starbucks Reserve. I'd recommend a visit if you'll be in the Las Vegas area. This is the most amazing dispensary visit to date.

Here on a Friday night. Hour and a half wait. They have more than half the registers empty with a full lobby. Where are all your employees? They should be better prepared for this high volume as I wasn't prepared to spend such a large chunk of my night here. Go to Reef, better prices & the wait is never this long. So stupid.

This place is awful the security are completely inconsiderate and have no idea what they are doing as a job and when you call they are the only one ones who answer and just hang up on you. Been there a lot.Since the lock down they decided to deliver to patients.  Great.  Then they decided to deliver to everyoneMy order was to be delivered between 9p-11p.  At 7:30p everything was "on time".  When I called at 11p the girl said "uh yeah we're running behind."   By how much? "Nobody knows, down a driver, we'll call you" she says."Please cancel my order.""So you don't want it?"  She was quick with that response."No, cancel it.  I'm going to bed."She scoffed.Goodnight and good bye planet 13. I'll go with The Source from now on.(Update)Got talked into another try...  DID THE SAME THING TWO DAYS IN A ROW!!

This dispensary was hands down, the best dispensary I've been to in my life. Holy. Cow. Not only is it just plain gorgeous, the staff is friendly and super knowledgeable. Everything is in cases along the walls and throughout the center of the room. There's a tablet system so you enter your number and they text you when someone's available. We were in and out within 10 minutes. I will hands down be back to this dispensary. CANT WAIT!

Night of the closure, Friday, 3/20/20 purchased an 1/8. Rep hands me the zip locked bag and off I go.  Later in the evening, noticed the little jar was not secured with label (normally a label seals over the cap).  It was obvious that someone had taken some of the contents out of it, short of 1/8.  By then it was close to midnight, closure had taken effect, too late to come back.  Since then, phones were either not being answered or just extremely busy.  Finally reached someone, was told to contact the manufacturer diverting the issue from Planet 13.  Clearly, Planet 13 did not want to remedy the situation at all.  That last day will be my last time here.  B E W A R E of this shady practice, double check your goods.

First time going to any dispensary, so I have been to 2 others since. Planet 13 is cool. No doubt about it, however, they're expensive. Just fyi, other less fancy places have the same product just cheaper. They have to pay for all that beautiful building somehow!The budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly and our wait was about 15 minutes. It's close to the strip so plan accordingly - more busy on the weekends, less so on weekdays.

Such a dope spot to get your cannabis needs handled, especially if you're dealing with Kyle. That guy was incredibly helpful. Hooked it up with some brownies and had all around fire customer service

This is a place for people who have questions ...this isn't a normal dispensary, it isn't  for regular cannabis users that know what they want and want to walk back out  ‼‼ You have to sign in to a kiosk and wait more time.. I been waiting for over 30mins  just for a pre-roll y'all,that i haven't even gotten yet.

It's the Mecca of pot houses near the strip. They boast probably every variety of herb you can imagine. There system is quick and easy. Add your name to the kiosk. Look around and wait to place your order. The transaction. Is quick, easy, and discreet. Of course we will be back!

I wish I could give 0 stars honestly after my experience. I am a regular at most dispensaries and consistently order upwards of $200 every visit. After going online and placing an order for delivery, my order was verified and confirmed within the hour. Their office called me and confirmed my order which at that point, also confirmed that they were on track for delivery between 11:00pm and 11:59pm. There were no issues nor did anyone call me to let me know there any problems until 11:35 when someone called to say that they were too backed up on orders and had two options. Go to bed and wake up at 4am the following morning to receive my delivery that should have been delivered tonight or cancel the delivery in all. How do you do that to not only locals, but also consistent customers? I am an essential that is still working during quarantine and this is my only relaxation. Not only stayed up til midnight waiting on the delivery but now not even going to get it, would not recommend unless your a tourist looking to spend top dollar on airbrushed buds in glass cases! ‍

Absolutely the WORST DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER! I placed an order for delivery at 11am today 4/19/20 and it was scheduled to be delivered between 5pm-8pm. It is now 11pm & I still have not received my delivery. I understand being backed up, but this is RIDICULOUS! I will NEVER, I repeat NEVER place another order with Planet 13! I'm adding this review to Weedmaps & Leafly so Anyone who cares will NOT have to go through this type of treatment. If I didn't have people that I can't leave at home alone I would have gone out to find my meds another way. Super Disappointed.

Me, my boyfriend, his sister and spouse visited Planet13 Saturday Aug. 24th while visiting las vegas for the week. It was definitely a great experience for both smokers and non-smokers in our group! the establishment was modern, clean, and the staff was AWESOME! check in was easy and the displays weren't like anything i've seen before! Planet13 is like the Apple store of dispensaries. Roxy was our "budtender" and she knew her sh*t! she was a cool chick with a good sense of humor and personality. she led us around as we asked questions about the products. it definitely would have been too much to take in by ourselves. I'm sitting in front of planet 13 right now. My order was supposed to be delivered from 9:00pm to 12:00 am. we called them at 12:10 told us most the stuff we ordered is gone and we're are supposed to figure our what we want. Because the woman has to ask every single person for help. (They need retraining forsure) They told us at 12:20 our order will be ready in 10 min We go to planet 13 after switching our delivery to pickup . I'm still waiting . They told us our order was ready and gave us a ridiculous price . We got two eighths. For $144???? Nope lol . So they have us pull to the side . I'm still waiting . WE will NEVER be returning to planet 13 .  Also one of the guys outside doesn't know how to talk to people . So frickn rude dude . If I could do 0 stars I would . I'm still sitting here- it is 1:18 am . Told us to pull forward "he has it in his hand he's ready for you guys" I'm still sitting here 1:22 am finally asks for our money and the right price . 1:23 am I'm leaving planet 13 with my product Thank you for the late night after my 13 hour shift . Thought delivery was supposed to be helpful Well planet 13 all together was a total nightmare  .

Look at what happened at Planet 13 Dispensary recently.  A regular customer goes into buy his monthly needs and ends up being falsely accused of recruiting customers, was escorted out by their manly security guards then thrown to the ground (and beaten up) in front of a lot of people.  On top of that he is held hostage by their crack security team (for a number of hours) then released.  Probably not the best way to promote themselves as the "Disneyland of Cannabis."   Details (including the video) can be seen on Cannabizzed.com.

I was left by myself which the other dispensaries I have visited in Denver, San Diego and Las Vegas they had a sales person walk me through my purchases. Maybe it's the whole covid-19 thing....but the delivery system here at Planet 13 isn't the greatest by a LONG SHOT. First ordering online, there's a few things you must read on their site before continuing...there are "rules" to read or you'll be waiting for nothing! Ex: Must have Nevada State ID or have shopped with them in the past. Not an issue, just thought this would help with ordering. OK, NOW you can't pick your delivery time, you'll get legit 4 calls to confirm your order, again with no time frame of when it will actually arrive. We waited an hour after our window of 3pm-7pm. Called, they didn't know how much longer it would take, we're kinda rude. I get it your obviously getting the same calls, but hey! People have to work, etc. We need to know. Tighten it up, hire more drivers and communicate with them better.

The wait isn't worth it. The prices use to be better but now wow way too high and not in the good way lol everytime I went to Vegas the prices would go up and the staff gets less friendly. The one thing I will say is that it does have a couple of hard to find things usually that are popular but you will pay big time for it...Do yourself a favor and try another place.

I love Planet 13 don't get me wrong. But man they are REALLY dropping the ball right now with they're online ordering system. We have some extenuating circumstances but I really thought they could've down more to make the site user friendly and informative. We both have our old out of state ID's which yes makes verifying where our current address is a little trickier. But MAN the hoops we had to jump through was insane.

It's was very clean and everyone was very nice.  33 minutes from my hotel early in the morning. Killer in my feet. I can't say about the product because I didn't get anything just went with someone. They felt like the price was fair and service helpful.

Talk about a waste of time. I placed an order online and waited hours for my delivery only to have my order cancelled last minute because the driver didn't have the proper equipment to run my debit card. They even confirmed that I would be paying with my card over the phone. Very inefficient and inconvenient.

Placed an order on Saturday 3/21 and was given a delivery time the next day between 12pm-2pm, well the time came and went. Called them and they stated that there was glitch in the system and my order was lost, so I placed another order and was given a time from 6pm-9pm, fell asleep and woke up at 1am on 3/23 and called and said oh sorry the is a delay in the delivery , we are backed up , only have 4 drivers. WHAT!!!! GET MORE DRIVERS!!! So later around 7am my husband gets a call and saying we can make the delivery between 11am-1pm. Hello, no one is home I am at work!!! Horrible service and we have a medical card to top it off, thank god we have a stash. Such bad service, with what is going on , they should hire more drivers. There are people who need jobs right now also.

At Planet 13 This is by far the best dispensary in Las Vegas! If your in town you have to check it out. Also the employee Mitch is the man he is extremely helpful with which strain to buy! Totally recommend.

My husband and I were excited to check out Planet 13 after reading so much about it.  Upon arrival, the check in process was easy and the ladies behind the desk were very polite.  Once inside I was a bit surprised as I had expected so much more (restaurants etc), I understand that some of this is in the making.  The clerk that assisted was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed for specific female health issues.  I enjoyed the experience and will most definitely return.

Our uber driver talked us into checking out this dispensary. We had walk up the strip to only find cbd dispensary's . From when we arrived it was huge building with lovely staff. The place has a large selection of different products. Highly recommend

Have been here before whenever i go to vegas. Good service and products til this time. I bought a Root disposable and 2 Clear disposables. All batteries ran out in 2 days, with still having over half of the resin in the clear that you can see. 200 some dollars gone and only 2 days out of 5 had useful product. Ill probly go somewhere else next time.

My first experience was to order 7 grams of Indica,I received a hybrid. When I called I was told its Indica dominant. All in all a rather disappointing experience.On an up note the staff and delivery were excellent!!!

DO NOT order from here, this place does not have their shit together.  I ordered delivery at 2pm and it told me that my delivery would be here between 9pm-12. At 1am I called to see where it was the guy told me it could be another hour or 2. How can they say they have the best prices? $52 for an eight? I get an ounce for less than $200 at The Dispensary. They have no fancy storefront, no fancy cut crystal decorations, just what you need. I'm a native, live in the Sky Canyon area and have been to many, many dispensaries in the valley and it was time to try another. So many tout "best dispensary in Las Vegas" or "best prices". Haven't found that claim to be true with any of them. I'm headed to The Dispensary for $200 dollar ounces and $60 dollar, 1G concentrates!

Everything looks clean and organized. Staff seem to be really nice but not really knowledgeable about the products. The products are mediocre at best, but still charging that top shelf price.

This place is pretty cool I have to say. Came here Monday morning and there was an ice cream truck here and best part is they sell ice cream for dogs too but my baby chihuahua was at home. You walk inside and you show your ID to whoever is at the counter and then they give you a ticket to admit you to the shopping area. You use the ticket and you scan it at the gate and the doors open for you to access. I think that was really cool and convenient. You're greeted by workers in red shirt and they direct you or help you to where you need to go. I had to stand in the bud tender line to have someone assist me with my shopping. I was looking for cbd oil for my doggy. Zachary helped me and he was very friendly. He took the time to explain things to me and made sure I felt comfortable purchasing what I needed. Checkout was a breeze and I got added to the local club which gets me 20% off whenever I go here to buy. If you ask me this was a very easy cool concept to buy products and I think other business should take notes of this place!

Planet 13 the Walmart of Dispensaries. My first time was on my 21st Birthday and it was my first time visiting a dispensary. What an experience. You first enter and they ask for your ID and give you a ticket to enter. There are police offers by the ticket scanner before you go in. Once you make it past the scanner you enter and that's when you're greeted with by a BudTender you can either have them assist you with your purchase or kind of roam around and do your own thing. I chose to roam around first to look at all of my options. All type of different strains and products to choose from. The first time I snagged a few edibles and different strains and pre-rolls and was throughly satisfied. I ended up coming back the same night for me. On my 2nd visit I ended up using a BudTender and he was super pleasant and answered any questions I had and gave me some great recommendations. They make you feel like family from beginning to end. When I returned back home from my Vegas Trip I ended up purchasing Planet 13's stock and visit this place every time I go to Vegas. I plan on keeping my stock for years to come and hopefully they open more locations soon. Def make this your first time once you get settled into your hotel or place to stay. You will not be disappointed. The pricing isn't outrageous and if you opt in to the text request you will receive daily specials they have going on

Super clean, super fancy, super big dispensary off the strip.  They got everything you could ever want here.  The staff are really helpful and it's open 24/7 so when you run out you know where to go.  There's nice apparel available too.

Carla just reached out and helped to rectify the situation and explained the need for the ID address to match the address they deliver to. It's easy to overlook some basic logic when you feel wronged. I'm grateful for their efforts to make me whole and I'm really looking forward to receiving some solid product very soon.

This is an amazing store with a technology system for service that is ahead ofnits time. I have come to realize that cbd, in most cases, is a medicine that heals better than pharma meds. It is a best pain killer and cold medicine. If you have to get cbd, this is the place to do it.

Deal says "3 grams shatter for $99" but all 3 shatter bundles only weigh .7 each. Packaging verifies this as well, but there is a very conveniently placed sticker covering it. That's only 2.1 grams. If you tourists think the shiny new facility is worth getting duped then by all means...As a local, it pisses me off.

Veda was amaaaaaaaaazing dude. We walked in with such an uptight feeling because of the greeters and security guard, we were told to wait in a medical "line" that did not have anyone in it & then told to go to her. To say the least we were kinda pissed with everything but MAN when she started taking care of us it was awesome she's so attentive and so caring for what you need. She's an amazing employee and soooo talented, I was so upset just being there and she made this whole experience a 180, she got us what we needed, we were happy leaving and she didn't have one second seeming like she didn't wanna do it  she is dope !!

Looks like I found the premiere place in Vegas to get my fix.  This place is great.  They have a perfect selection and a nice setup here. Great prices and no e location too.  Locals get 20% off 24/7 too.  Hard to beat that!!!

This is a tourist trap. Overpriced, slow service and NO discount for first timers. They spent so much money on the facility and it's all for show. If you are a serious weed smoker don't come here. If you just want to see how ridiculous "tourist" weed shops are then stop in.

I live in Michigan where things just got legalized so it was nice to travel here and see the possibility of what could be. This place is extremely cool. The staff right upon entrance is very fantastic. Everyone wants to make it known that they are here to help you with any questions you have. Their shop room is one of the most organized places I've seen. The lines were long, but they moved fast. They have quite the selection and knowledgeable staff. 10/10 will go back any time I'm in Vegas.

this is the third time this happened 5 min before i need to pickup the order they cancel it wait 2 hour ask to talk with someone they keep hang-up the phone i go there they told me there is noting to do abut this bad customer service i need to wait in line waited 2 hour and then they don't tell the trues online they offer the 14G of Polaris head cheese 120$ but the lady on the counter ask me for almost 300$ needed to show her online the price so she can adjust it double check the price thay are not reliable can do don't buy from here don't waste your time

Wow! I'm from California where we are taxed in and out and in and out and in and out the butt. (You get the idea) Planet 13 was MORE expensive. A $30 chocolate bar there is the same one I can get for $18 in CA.It's beautiful outside and in but the claim of being the largest falls flat. Most of the building is empty and not accessible. They said they are prepared for when the state of NV allows them to do something. (I forget what, but it's not relevant) So when you are able to use the whole building, then it will be the biggest. In that huge room, with good lighting and lots of room to move around there are also a ton of budtenders/clerks to ring up your sale but the selection of edibles was awful. I can get a better variety in 4 out of 5 dispensaries I've visited in California. Overall, in terms of being a hit or a miss, it's a miss.

Do yourself a favor and spend your money at any other dispensary besides Planet 13. Why have delivery slots if you aren't going to deliver until the next day? Just don't waste your time. Their customer service is only good if you are in the store DO NOT ATTEMPT TO GET ANYTHING DELIVERED!!!!UPDATE: they attempted to deliver my order at 2:30am two days later. I canceled the whole order. When the agent called to confirm the order she stated they were an hour or two behind on deliveries. This was at 8:30pm. Planet 13, you should be ashamed.

In which he helped out & also informed me that planet 13 will be cutting theties with Shango because they are trash basicallyUpdate: Shango is finally gone so thats good news My main man *Sammy* the Manager at Planet 13. Stopped what he was doing to quickly help me and satisfy whatever I was trying to do.  I ended up getting a quarter & free pre-roll.  He is a great manager and knows how to satisfy a customer worked with me to get me a great deal!

In my mind I thought wow a weed shop the size of a mall...Lets go! But it's a bit overwhelming. Not a lot of options from an edible standpoint. Staff was professional but very busy. I prefer a more personal experience but if your in Vegas why not check it out. Not my favorite spot in Vegas but worth checking out. Prices are a bit HIGHER than normal. Thus spot seems more focused on flowers versus Vape and edibles. I guess its depends what you are looking for. Also they have a really weird process at check out so bring cash.

Deceptive delivery practices. Management and employees further the issue by not responding or acknowledging the problems the company has. I tried to talk to Zac, a manager, and other employees over the past two days but they seemed to care very little and ultimately never resolved the problem or seemingly put any effort into fixing it for future customers. Long story short-- order somewhere else!!!

I've been coming to planet 13 since I moved to vegas about a year ago and the quality of the product and the customer service is always top notch. They have amazing daily deals for locals with tons of variety. Be sure to sign up for alerts to stay updated. If you're coming from out of town, this is a stop you must make.

Purchased a disposable vape pen on Thursday evening. Opened it on Friday evening. It didn't work. Called the store and they said if I didn't bring it back within 48 hours I was out of luck. Because I have a job, this time didn't work for me  They would not budge.  I'm a good, longtime customer, too bad.  Dispensaries are a dine a dozen in Las Vegas.  I will never recommend this business or step foot in the facility again.  Too bad for you Planet 13.

They make you wait at least an hour for your product. Then they have procedures you must follow like giving them your cell number. I was so disgusted with their service I walked out with nothing. It was the worst dispensary  experience I ever had. I would never recommend planet 13 to anybody. They do have a very nice facility, but terrible customer service.

Been coming here since day 1 as a local when it was on Sunset and Decatur. Chloe had my heart but Mango Kush is my new love. The Natures Chemistry selection for flower and concentrates are the best in the city. The customer service is always good. The deals for locals are always the best. NO complaints.Ok maybe one, whats up with that food place inside? Thats some middle school cafeteria quality food. Dude serving our table was struggling and only had 2 tables lol. I def wont eat there again.

This was not my first rodeo. First impression: the place is huge. They are also overly uptight about EVERYTHING to the point that it detracts from the overall experience. There are staff everywhere. There are security everywhere. I've been to other outfits with staff and security but this just seemed highly over the top, especially compared to two other dispensaries in the immediate Vegas area. I'm also torn about the whole scan-yourself-in thing. Definitely new to me and, compared to the other five places I've been to, they're the only ones doing it. I guess they kind of have to for a facility that large, most of which seems like just a tourist destination with food and alcohol and what not. Speaking of tourists, they definitely seem to want to rope in the tourist crowd. Prices here are almost double what I paid for similar products in places like LA. Even with the locals' medical discount of 20%  it's still overpriced. So why the low review? Of the things they don't do very well includes delivery explanations for online orders. Their website states they deliver until 10pm but what they don't tell you is that they cut off ordering at 9pm, so if you're browsing at 9:30 and go to check out, you've just wasted your time. On top of that, their website also fails to mention that they don't deliver to hotels so I would have been wasting my time regardless. Single females should also beware. When you're done and you're standing outside ordering your Uber, they come over to tell you where the Uber waiting area is. I politely told the first gentleman that I was still in the process of ordering my Uber but when I was finished I would make my way over to the proper area. Not a second later, an armed guard came over to tell me the exact same thing except he did it in a way where he was hitting on me in the process. Well, if he was wanting me to make my way over to the Uber waiting area faster then he succeeded because I felt incredibly uncomfortable. So with that awkward situation I just bolted to the Uber area while still trying to finish ordering. Super uncomfortable experience and I will not be returning to an establishment that employs men who think it is appropriate or socially acceptable behavior in this day and age to tell a female customer she is "slaying," to "keep looking good," and that he "hates to see her go but loves to watch her leave."

This was my first time here, it's a very nice place. You have an interactive LCD screen on the floor, the ceiling had 3D art playing. They have budtenders to help you out with any questions, everyone is really nice. They display everything through a glass case, it's a must go even if you're not a smoker. It looks very high end with a mix of a club, plenty of room to move around.

100% avoid this place. I am a long long long time smoker so its not hard for me to tell the difference between good quality, bad quality medium quality etc. They offer a brand called shango which usually has some really good stuff, but this dispensary is pushing very old and dry shango products which turn to dust when you try to break them up and dont even smoke. So rather than take a loss on old product they sell it for $20 a gram at the customers expense. This place set a record, in all my years of smoking illegal and legally, having been to California, Colorado, all over the place, planet 13 in las vegas managed to have the oldest dryest weed I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.   Now I called them to explain, after asking in the store before I left if its going to turn into dust and them saying no, and the managers only thing was that they could offer 10% off which is an insult. Not only do they make themselves look bad, the cultivator shango also now looks bad and I will never buy their brand again. Avoid this place, Avoid getting subpar quality for premium prices, avoid the tourist trap because this place is only here to take your money and quality is just something that you hope you get lucky on

ATTENTION LOCALS!!!!!!!! Boy o boy I had the worst experience I've ever had going to a dispensary today. There garbage ass phone system that took an hr just for my spot in line to come up. I went in knowing what I had wanted and didn't have time to put in pickup order. Just think it's ridiculous how every tourist isn't looking at their phone so you just have a ton of "bud tenders" sitting around twiddling there fingers waiting for people look at there phone to realize it's there turn. Only reason I go here are for the deals but after today I'll never give this dispensary my hard earned money to so they can forget about their day one customers that have been supporting them since they were a hole in the wall at medizen. Don't even get me started on the so called managers in the blue button ups that don't even know how to manage 10 people in a Chic filet drive thru let alone 20 people in a dispensary. Phenomenal experience.This was one of my first dispensaries I have ever visited when I traveled to Las Vegas this spring break. I typically almost never write reviews but this place is definitely worth the try. If you're near by the area I highly recommend you try it yourself. Not sure about Planet 13 BUT their shuttle service is complete SHIT! If I could give it -10 stars I would.This is my first time to Las Vegas (remember this part).My girlfriend and I called and requested "The Black Shuttle" we were told to meet it at the "Bus pick up, in front of Planet Hollywood" and we would receive a call and text once it arrives. We received a text when the shuttle was about to arrive and when it apparently arrived. We didn't receive a phone call as we were standing at the "Bus pick up, in front of Planet Hollywood" as mentioned on the phone.I call Planet 13 back and they work to connect me with their driver giving me their number. The man at Planet 13 was very helpful, and the women that was a driver was very helpful as we talked and tried to locate her. She informed us that the pick up zone was actually in the Planet Hollywood's garage. While walking to find this garage that we just learned about I receive a call from "The transportation superintendent", he calls me out of the blue never spoken to him before with a FUCKING ATTITUDE. Saying "WHERE ARE YOU"... "WE'VE BEEN WAITING ON YOU FOR OVER 30 MINS"... I begin to tell him that we just were informed that the pick up zone is in the garage and not out front. He then begins to tell me, "The pick up zone is in the garage, HOW DON'T YOU KNOW THAT" ... I begin to tell this POS that THIS IS MY FIRST TIME IN VEGAS HOW THE FUCK AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW ANYTHING MORE THAN I WAS TOLD. After I cut into him about his lack of communication and approach he tries to scale back and express how they've been waiting and are extremely busy.We decide that we aren't going to Planet 13 because if this is a representation of how the store is, there isn't a chance we're spending money there.I don't know who this "Transportation superintendent" is but he needs check himself or be fired (I choose the latter). He clearly has lost his damn mind calling someone and questions how a customer doesn't know something. Do your job. CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T HARD, if you're that stressed and overwhelmed then maybe changes need to be made.TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!

Planet 13 is not JUST a dispensary, it's an experience! The selection is by far the biggest in the valley. The staff are friendly and helpful. Prices are competitive, super great when they have sales!!!

We spent top dollar for some flower, it's as dry as the day is long. I'm not impressed.

I will be returning for pure quality of product and experience with my purchase. I'm a local and I never went here because I was told it was a tourist trap, but let me tell you... go after midnight and get yourself an overnight deal and you won't be stuck paying the top shelf prices. But, nowhere in town can you see each strain side by side under the same glass and light to where you can see the different colors and the actual physical traits of the buds and how they differ from strain to strain. Presentation is everything and the way they have theirs set up is extremely visually appealing g to the customer. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because of the prices. They are a little higher, but for exceptional quality and exceptional service you can expect to be paying a little bit more. Going to be my favorite dispensary for a while. Plus I just found out that I can get a pizza and a beer in the same building as buying my weed?!?! Sign me up!!! I have a suggestion for the owners/designers. Put a few words like "lemon, citrus, pine, heavy, grape" to describe the weed. Looking at 60 different strains is hard to choose from and not many people understand terpenes and flavors and how to translate the language between the two. Just throw two or three simple adjectives describing the flavor and it will make it SO much easier to choose on a strain.

This place is a complete rip-off. We bought CBD topical cream here that we just discovered that the same exact CBD cream can be purchased for $30 LESS elsewhere. I feel like such a schmuck. Add in the tax and this is a lucrative profit for this overrated spot. Never again!

I am impressed by the Selection, but if you're a smoker and are not a Fan of Edibles and you're staying in a hotel on the Strip , you will have to find a spot to smoke your joint out in the open in some discreet spot.

My Planet 13 experience exceeded expectations. Check in was super easy, everyone was incredibly friendly. Budtender Brown answered all of our questions and was super knowledgeable. They have fricken laser spray painting on the side of the building and a cool interactive floor.  The prices are super reasonable, and they have a wide variety of product, so you're sure to find something that fits your vibe.

I like the quality of indica flower they have and specials on 8ths. They have a customer on me, that's for sure!

Just wanna say thank you to Alex for the help best service ever !!!!! Hope to get him again next time I go back ! Gotta love the local deals !

I loved the set up and how straight to the point all their products were. The place is hugeee.. I thought reef was big but this is way bigger. They have a huge selection I can't wait to go back

This place is basically a Walmart for weed customer service was awesome he was very knowledgeable about all the products and very friendly the prices where great I will definitely come here every time I get to Vegas

This place is what every dispensary should look like. The displays were immaculate and perfectly organized. Not all product had visible prices though which meant I had to sign up for help on the app which was a bit of a wait but the place was full so that wasn't a problem. My medical card got me a 10% discount, which was nice, and the dude helping me was knowledgable and very chill. Got an 8th of Diamond Dust which absolutely lived up to its name with an amazing coat of crystals and a five pack of Tyson Ranch prerolls, which knocked a friend of mine on his ass. The only negative part of the experience was the cab ride. We were staying at the Golden Nugget which isn't that far from the dispensary. The cab driver drove us in a circle on the freeway to jack up the fare. Planet13 was the cab drivers' recommendation, if you guys have a referral deal with the cabbies, you may want to talk to them about ripping people off. Overall, great experience, will definitely Lyft or Uber here next time I visit and I absolutely recommend this place.

What a joke.  They have all these buds on display w one gram prices. Yet none are actually available!  So i settled on a couple options (sight unseen cuz the ones available arent on display?).  Then i get it back to the hotel to fire it up, and it is brittle dried out and tastes terrible.  Thumbs way down and avoid at all costs.  There are dozens of other options to try and ill swing back here to rate.

To start I am super frustrated by their delivery process. I've placed three orders (haven't gotten any) for delivery and twice they've called after two hours of waiting to be told it won't be delivered. Even if they don't have the drivers or they are too busy, you can still place an order and won't find out for hours. If you have too many orders don't let people continue to order!!! The third time was an order that I cancelled because the prices on their website was incorrect and they wanted to charge me full price instead. Other than their delivery issues the facility is nice and large. They do have a large selection but their prices are indicative of that. They do put out deals, but other local joints have much better deals. My brother did have another issue with his delivery, items were replaced without his knowledge or approval. We ended up emailing and they replaced and delivered the missing items for free which was unexpected. All of staff we've encountered have been knowledgeable and nice as well. Overall: don't order delivery if you expect it to be delivered in the timeframe you select (hours in advance!!!). If you're local the prices and deals are much better elsewhere. If you're a tourist I would highly recommend going, it's a really cool place to visit (plus you won't get insider local deals anyway) so the prices are comparable to less cool dispensaries.

I returned here at night, to bring my girlfriend and her brother thinking I'd have a great experience as I did during the day. I'm unsure if the night staff has different rules, but we were treated horribly. First of all, the bud-tender said that '4' 8ths is the same price as 1 quarter. The quarter was $120, before tax, therefore the 8th's individually would be $30. 4 x 30 = $120.Guess what, not the case. Here's what happened. We didn't have enough for the quarter with tax, so we went with 3 8th's instead.She then tells us the total is $124. We were confused, then she tells us the price of an 8th is $35 not $30. Great...Whatever, I ask if we can get a local discount. She says she'll ask the manager, this is when it gets fun. She comes back and says 'no.' Oddly enough the person next to us, with the same manager just got a 'local' discount and they were a tourist. Ok, we let it slide, but we only have $120, so instead of paying an ATM fee or Credit Card fee of $4 for only $4, we ask if we can get it for $120. Only $4 off. Since that's all the cash we had...She says, "No." I ask if she can ask the manager. He comes over, his name was Kurt or Kevin, some white dude wearing a sweater, this guy straight up tells me that when you go to Walmart you don't get a discount so why would you get it here...?Walmart doesn't try to sell me extra soda for a discount and then tell me the price before tax and then tell me I have to pay more... Anyways..I told them last time I was in, during the day, they gave us a quarter at the price plus a local price for my father, who is not a local. He said, "they shouldn't of did that." They then told us, they couldn't wave the measly $4 and we had to use the ATM. We ended up just buying an 8th and going to NUWU. We come home. The weed is dry, crappy and they don't even grow their own weed, they say they do, but if you look at the labels, it's all from other sources. Shango, etc. I will never go back to this place or recommend it. They lost 3 customers and would rather make a $35 sale instead of $120 sale, because they couldn't wave $4. Go to NUWU, this place is trash. You will not get a good experience and their weed is garbage plus it's not about the customer, the manager obviously 'owns' the establishment and would rather lose 3 customers over $4, instead of being generous and helping us out. A million+ establishment can't waive $4 for customers who would return, because I recommended it to my girlfriend and brother but will give a 'local' discount to a tourist..If you live in Vegas, don't support this. If you'e a tourist, go.

BEWARE!! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! I did not want to write this review but there lack of customer service really put me over the edge. I spent a fair amount of my money and ended up with product that was old, dry, and had been degraded into a very unpleasant smoke. My purchase was June 30th and the herb was harvested in December last year. I figured since the product was so old and dry that their customer service would have no problem resolving my issue. WRONG! they are unprofessional and tell me I can't talk to a floor manager after asking to speak with one multiple times. The first girl Tiana tells me that they can only give me a $10 discount after spending over $100 dollars on worthless product that I wouldn't let my dog smoke. I asked to speak to her manager and she lies to me by telling me she is the only manager in the store currently. 10 minutes later I get a call from another guy Akiem, he tells me that he can't do anything for me either but I was approved to get $10 towards my next purchase... After claiming that no managers are working, I drive 13 miles down there to talk to a floor manager. Guess what, there are multiple managers working to no suprise. I finally get 2 managers involved Matthew and David. After telling them my situation and that their product is unacceptable for what I paid, they tell me there is nothing they can do for me and once the product is sold, its sold. David then proceeds to tell me if I had a problem with the product, I have to complain to the manufacturer of the product because it's the manufacturers fault. This makes zero sense. If I'm buying a product and it's been degrading and drying up for months, that should be advertised or transparent. I work hard for my money and I expect my product to be grown this year considering we are 7 months in. I could have went to any other dispensary to spend my money and get fresh herb but I chose this company. You can spend your money here but this was my last purchase. I'm disappointed in the way they handled this issue and I hope who ever is reading this can avoid a similar situation.

The worst customer service in Las Vegas a a dispensary!! Go anywhere else. They have inadequate young people disrespectful to me numerous times and will not get a manager to help. Will hang up or walk away! Very sad for all the hype! Time for me to find new dispensary.

I'm not writing this review to knock the establishment, it's a beautiful facility. Instead, I'm writing this review to let buyers know there's an easier way. Wayyyy too much commotion outside.  Be prepared to deal with scanning entry stubs, turnstiles, iPad phone entry and text messaging just for trying to purchase some medicinal relief.  Staff seemed to be everywhere but no one was super interested in helping me. For no reason a security guard asked me to roll down my window while I was driving out, this place is just too much.

Not what I expected. For it being the biggest dispensary in the world would've thought they have an abundance of 420 products that's out of this world but it was meh.

Okay where do I start. I'm from California, I dont drink but have smoked for MANY years. Recently had to attend some training for four days in Vegas so I stopped by. Never been to Vegas or this dispensary, first impression was wow this place is nice.. cool people at front desk, nice set up it was pretty nice. I asked one employee where the good bud? He directed me to this display 42, 59, 70 dollar eights, I bout a qrt two strains both tasted like cigarette Ash terrible people don't get ripped off

I love what these guys are doing for the cannabis industry. A safe trusted place to get lab tested product.  24 hours a day and a great selection of products. Super quick service too! AND these guys are right off the freeway and strip so super convenient to get in and out.I would HIGhly recommend this store to anyone that is new to cannabis too! Very beginner friendly.

Great selection. But expect to spend an hour on at least two different lines before leaving,  one to get in, another to pay. And don't expect reasonable prices. Super expensive! No wonder the black market is thriving.

This my first experience at a dispensary. I LOVED it! The customer service was excellent and the employee's are very knowledgable. I liked how it wasn't too far from the strip.  Everything they offer I can pretty much get here in NYC for less cost (minus what they produce on site) which kinda makes sense. That sale's tax is kinda rough but I was totally willing to pay for it to have it legal.The ONLY thing I hated about going to the Planet 13 would have been there were no smoke lounges or anywhere to actually test or smoke up their high end green which was disappointing. I loved their cartridges, oils, and edibles, but I truly felt those items would effect me too much at the BlackJack table so I had to gamble less. I can't wait till they have official lounges for people to enjoy their green because it looked AMAZING! I'll definitely check them out again on my next Vegas trip.  Oh...another thing is they take CC's. Online people said they didn't, but they do which was nice.

F*CKING JOKE. Placed an order around 3pm today, for same day. Was told soonest time slot would be 8pm-11pm. Kind of annoying, but it's Easter and quarantine so we figure they're busy. 10:57pm comes around and we get a call stating our order will be delayed until 2am. After coming on here and seeing all these reviews, especially about the shameful customer service and TERRIBLE product, we called back and cancelled the order. At first the girl couldn't even find our order with our last name.. And yes, we were also told "well it looks like your delivery just left the building" when we called to cancel. I have been in store a few times here and there, but tonight was my first time using the delivery system. I originally had an order with another dispensary closer to home, but with the lack of customer service and the unorganized sense I was getting I cancelled and placed my order with planet 13. And boy am I glad I did. From the beginning there was constant communication about my order whether it was texting, an agent calling to verify, the tracker online telling me what phase my order was in. Incredible. I've never had a bad experience in store, but tonight was definitely top notch. Thank you so much for still catering to our needs during a time like this, and still having everything so put together.

I'll just sum it up in 3 words: IT'S, FOR, TOURISTS. The prices are much higher than most dispensaries I've visited way off the The Strip area. The store is huge and honestly, unnecessarily large. Every item is in display stands like a museum, everything feels sterile and cold. The employees were nice enough but when I pretended to know nothing about marijuana, terpenes, myrcenes, thc etc they definitely tried to up sell me on their most expensive items instead of what would hopefully be best for what I needed. Just because it's more expensive doesn't mean it's higher quality. I ended up getting 3 vape cartridges for about $60/each for half gram vapes (that's expensive!!!) plus taxes.As a self confessed marijuana hobbyist I'd put Planet 13 in the same realm as Reef Dispensary, tourist traps, not for locals. PLENTY of other dispensaries with the same selection but much cheaper. There's so many small "hole in the wall" dispensaries with much better prices and just good products without all the glitz and glamor of Planet 13, which is why I guess they have to charge so much.

Visited the store 9/16/19..Grabbed a pre roll of Head Cheese..Now I've had good Danky head cheese strain before but this so called strain of head cheese is GARBAGE! Waste of money! Never again!

Customer service could use some assistance. Received the wrong item due to it being out of stock, wouldn't exchange it only offered a $10 credit. What's $10 when they make millions daily. Cheap cheap cheap, no empathy or understanding. OVERPRICED MEDS!!!! GO ELSE WHERE....REEF OR MMJ AMERICA!!!

I was anticipating my visit to the World's Largest Dispensary, but afterward, I was seriously underwhelmed. I was expecting a huge array of cannabis products to peruse but ..... meh. The young man who helped me was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, so that's a definite plus. I think I'll try Nuwu next time.

super long lines, extremely slow employees who can't give proper change. I got 2 prerolled joints which were supposed to be "super stoney". Instead, what I got was a joint that tasted like a black n mild, ran worse than any joint I've ever smoked and ended up losing most of my weed (that I paid double for because of incorrect change). never going back. don't believe the hype, go somewhere smaller and more local. they guys are rip offs

Visited here for the first time and the place is pretty nice. Plenty different selections with food inside and pretty close to the strip. Prices are a bit expensive. Don't except to pay by card, so make sure you have cash and for some odd reason you cannot bring a beverage inside. I was pleased with my purchases except a pre-roll that wasn't rolled properly which I had to re-roll with my own papers.

We were in from Florida and came to Planet 13 it was amazing!! Kelsey was extremely helpful and gave us some great recommendations! If you're in the area definitely come check it out.

Weed is legal in Vegas and there are countless dispensaries springing up left and right to choose from. Planet 13 stands out among them and came to us highly recommended! From start to finish, we had a wonderful experience. For starters, its proximity to the main part of The Strip made it a convenient walk/ ride from most tourist spots and hotels. Secondly, it's massive and well designed inside. Its sleek and modern space reminded me of an Apple store. Another notable part was their attentive, knowledgeable service. First, you enter and stop at a checkpoint for IDs. Next, you are led inside where each guest is assigned an expert to assist in ensuring you select the right product, strain, and quantity. Their variety of products is astounding! From every cannabis strain imaginable to edibles (chocolates, gummies, cookies, baking mixes, etc.), to massage oils and more! There are even products specifically to help with menstrual cramps, headaches, and other ailments. Such a cool experience. Even if you don't indulge, it's a unique experience and place to explore.

We were blatantly lied to by our budtender, he sold my friend some cartridges for SUPER EXPENSIVE and didn't even include a battery with it. He tried to rip us off and did not give us what we asked for. I truly would not recommend going here if you're a seasoned smoker it'll only piss you off!

This is the premier dispensary not on my in Las Vegas but in the world. Their locals special is the best deal in town and they have a massive selection. This place gets PACKED but if you order online ahead of time you can walk right in or roll through the curbside pickup.

Still their web presence still is garbage. You have to use a home computer to order cause their website doesn't work on Mobil. Wowwwww planets 13 way to go into the future by going back to the year 2000 when most people had home computers. I don't think planet 13 knows we are closer to the year 2030 then the year 2000! Seriously get ur shit together. Want people to use your website because you spent a lot of money to make it look pretty, planet 13? Then make it so people can use it in the year 2019 and beyond. Not the year 2000 and back. What's next planet 13 start selling cd's? How about you guys only make it to where people can only contact you through the US mail or better yet land lines? To advance technology for planet 13? How about Morse code to make an order? I think people still use Morse code!!!!!

Well that was the worst online ordering experience ever.  After it taking 30 minutes to finally get 3 items ordered through a terribly designed website, and finally getting an order placed, it's cancelled 5 seconds after it was accepted.  For being the largest dispensary in the world and a publicly traded company you'd think they would have paid someone that isn't homeless to design their site and ordering process.  Being an engineer of a tech company, I'm appalled.   Get it together!  Guess I'll go to Reef instead.

Place is a complete tourist trap coming from someone who has a latge knowledge about the marijuana industry this place over changes to the moon and back for very miss to low quality product, please go to any other dispo in Vegas over this place it is a mockery to what legal weed should be.

Worst dispensary in Las Vegas, The terpenes listed on display are not what they sell to you. False advertising, do not pay attention to what terpenes they have listed on display or your will be disappointed. I called to speak to a supervisor and the agent did not want to get supervisor on the phone, told me I'd have to hold for 30 to 45 minutes smh. It's Christmas and the service still is horrible, I feel ripped off I advise to not buy from this dispensary.

Always coming here for everything and they're open 24/7 which is awesome! Alex at the counter is super awesome and helpful!!! Definitely worth the stop if you're looking for some good deals and friendly workers

Ever since they changed locations this place is never been the same you now have to wait 60 to 90 minutes in order to get to your spot in line nobody is very friendly about you waiting because they get paid minimum-wage plus maybe $20 tip or Ossandon equals about that amount of pay I told one of them that I had left my dog in the car and I cannot wait more than five minutes and he said sorry can't help you along with my pregnant wife they really need to get their shit together or else the only company they're going to get is tourists and locals are the ones that really bring the big money there. I have tried to order online 3 times today. And have called them 4 times. I've been treated rudely by Marie, Kai, Lowell, and Carla. Unacceptable. I'm front line customer service. Y'all screwed up, and then refused to hold yourselves accountable. Screw the dumb locals. We don't need them, I overheard the one woman say. Good luck when the tourist stop coming and ya locals stop going there since it's on our way to work. Do not go here. I'm a disabled vet who only self medicated with thx for my conditions and they refused to help with a simple order for us locals. Disabled Veteran local. Smh. They told me they'd contact me ASAP. 4 hours later. I ask to speak to a manager as their website wasn't working properly. And all I got was attitude and excuses. This is the third time they have treated us locals like crap that I know about. Just do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. It was my fav shop. Too many tourists there anyways, that they just stopped caring about UsUpdate: still haven't heard back from them regarding this. Smh. Then they ask for me to contact them?!  Yet don't leave a email oregano way to respond. I'm not calling you guys after that. A manager should be contacting me!

A MUSEUM OF WEED. Like a library with all the best volumes. A heaven of sorts . Only reason for the 4 stars is it's really really pricy. I left there racking up near $600. But although is was more expensive than the next mom & pop place, the quality of marijuana I got is on point. Customer service is great too...everyone's happy. Probably cuz everyone's high which is great! Lol

First time at planet 13 and it is very spacious on the inside. Everything about the experience was cool from the way you scan your ticket to get in to the several products they have on display. Anthony helped me find what I needed today. I was extremely happy with how much knowledge he had when it came to terpenes(which I knew nothing about). He helped me find something that fit my wants and I was in and out without waiting in line! Will definitely come back in

Why have reservations at all when you can't make deliveries. I understand the situation and would even be ok knowing I would have to give a 24 hour advance notice. However telling me a delivery will come between 11pm and 12am and having me stay up to wait is unnecessary.

So my experience at planet 13 has always been great over the last four years. Yesterday August 2nd 2019's experience was especially spectacular due to our bud tender HARLEY! Not only was she extremely informative as everybody is there but she was totally awesome funny friendly and made us feel very at home. The amount of knowledge everyone has is outstanding and even better the outpouring of kindness from the staff was fabulous. There is nothing that could have improved our experience except for good Bud and what she recommended is amazing!  Everyone from the entrance to the cashier was awesome even the security guard was so cool and funny! EVERYONE GO TO PLANET 13 for the best and most beautiful shop, people and experience . Make sure to ask for Harley!!!

Placed an online order for delivery as told by an associate to keep trying bc delivery would open availability every hour. Finally got to place an order ETA was from 9-11pm. Waited all night, never got any notification or anything from the business. The following day I received an email that my order was canceled even though in the website it says an associate would be in contact to reschedule, so why was my order canceled instead of rescheduled? This was my first time ordering from here and my last. Terrible customer service.

This place is a joke. The only thing going up in smoke is your money at this place.  Self identified as the "largest dispensary", should be "largest rip off".  The section is subpar at best, and the prices are ridiculous.  I guess I'll have to seek product elsewhere.  And before it's said about quality, I only purchase from dispensaries, so the quality I would expect to be consistent.  I found that this place has about 5-10% $ increase on all products in comparison to other dispensaries.  Maybe they should cut back on all the bells and whistles of their business and stick to what patients want, a good selection of product within a reasonable cost.UPDATE:  as you can see below Danielle S. (Thank you) replied to my review.  Keep in mind, literally every product I asked for, was either not in stock or something they do not carry.  I went down the street to another location, and guess what, the vape cartridge I inquired about at Planet 13 that they claimed they "do not carry"  was available at this dispensary.  Yet their reps continue to taut them as the place with the widest selection! Laughable at best.

This place is THE dispensary to go to if you can afford it!! There's floating orbs, screen floors, and you can actually see the lab through glass (looks like something out of breaking bad lol). All the weed and paraphernalia are laid out for you to see. ALL the weed was icey meaning you could see the trichomes on them. Very high quality weed for sure. 4 stars because the minumum I saw for a gram was $16 and right across the street is Reef Dispensaries which is only $8.50, BUT.... if you want to go for the presentation and are an avid weed enthusiast that doesn't mind spending a few more dollars for high quality weed, then this is the dispensary to go to in all of Las Ve

They pulled a straight up bait and switch on their oil. Did their 4g for 100. Picked 4 and they only had one in stock(I don't think they just sold out of the others either). Got the trendi bubba fett, triangle kush and kosher kush. It was dark and looked nothing like what was on display. I left one of the grams in my car and now it's a different (and better) color. It was straight up not filtered completely. Very dishonest!

This place is a rip off. Usually go to a competitor a block away but thought we'd try Planet 13. After waiting an hour, which was very organized with their check in system, we got to the register and made our selections. Only to be told the discounted prices we kept seeing were for locals only. We were upset because when we got there and during the hour we waited, we tried to ask 3 different employees how everything worked with their loyalty program. Two of those people had Host shirts on with Need Help? printed on them. When I had questions about signing up online or with texts I heard things like "Oh there are different programs" or "Not sure about that". They kept saying they will take care of you at the register. I recommend to go elsewhere.

Came here on a whim this is deafly one of the most high and dispensaries I've ever been to in my life and in the whole world the selection is impeccable and the ganja is amazing good looking to Michael H super fat let me know about the joint special which we will come back here for at midnight . so we literally love this place and went there at least three times soon as we moved to vegas so during this covid madness we cant pick up any smoke because they only deliver well we ordered at least 115$ worth and they called to tell me they cant deliver unless we verify the address so i walked all the way to the office just to get a copy of our lease to verify they call again and say they cant deliver here because its a weekly but i pay monthly and its still my place of residence i pay rent here medmen blüm and every other dispensary deliver to us here and im in my feelings because its my birthday and i wanted a packwood so bad which they are the only place showing to sell them im so disappointed in planet 13 because its legit my favorite place so if you guys looking for a smoke spot to deliver please dont waste hours like we did trying to get planet 13 !!!!!!!

Was recommended by my uber driver (which was awesome, but this review isn't about him). Upon driving up TO the building I was impressed. It was history after that. Amazing. Taking great care of ppl must be their job! If you're uneducated they will make sure you get takin care of!

After tiring of the horrible service from our normal dispensary, my husband and I decided to give Planet 13 a shot for delivery. I was a little skeptical bc of the reviews (regarding delivery) but I'm also completely understanding that everyone is still figuring out the chaos, and after seeing their deals I was willing to go for it. Can't lie, our first delivery was about 12 hours after the time slot, but this was within the first few days of dispensaries going to strictly delivery so even though I was a little annoyed, it was worth it (just about every other dispensary is next day anyways so I wasn't going to get all worked up about it). They knocked $10 off my order for the hassle and the product was great. Next 2 deliveries came about an hour or so late, but again, still excellent product and our delivery guys were so apologetic and friendly, it was all good. Now our latest delivery, wouldn't you know, I hopped in the shower thinking it would run a little late and it came right on time . They've obviously worked out their system and are good to go. The deals are amazing, LOVE their variety on edibles, and locals always get 20% off. People getting so salty about businesses having to work out kinks while they're still working during a frkn PANDEMIC to provide the rest of us needed meds obviously need to smoke a little more. I gave them a week or so and now they're spot on. FANTASTIC deals and the delivery people and everyone I've spoken to on the phone have great customer service. This will definitely be my new go to spot!

I had to go in this place just because of all the advertising on my trip to Las Vegas. The security is quite high and it must cost them a fortune as there's a lot of it. The place was modern and beautiful and had the most interesting layout and selection of pot varieties I would definitely recommend this for anyone going through town as it sort of mind blowing. It's actually a wonderful tourist spot :))

This place is great for all levels of smokers, however, seems very touristy.  I love the open floor plan that allows us to take a look at the products before we talk to someone.  Very important to me was the fact that they dont press or bother you while we meander.  When you are ready you just walk up the one of the workers for help.  My only complaint is the prices.  Top of the range for pricing but great product.  Slightly higher than most places.

I like Planet 13 and their specials are intriguing. Their delivery service sucks. Awful. I ordered $232 at 10AM. I was told around 12:30. 1 pm, no order, so I called again. Then I was told 1:45.  2:30 I call again. You don't always speak to the same person, but you know they all know about me calling 5 times and they play dumb.  Finally at 3:15 my order shows up. It was very rude of them to have kept BSing me.  No apologies.

Never coming here again!!!!!!As a local who comes here literally once a week to pick up my medicine. And spends plenty none of this grams or 8th shit. I recently just renewed my medical marijuana card as I've been a patient for the past three years. And I when I came last time they told me to come with an email of the approval letter from the state. Because obviously my ID is being shipped 7-14 day period. Anyways I went in this morning showed the email and got rejected talking about they changed the policy when I was just there last Monday. Which could be true cause Nevada strict. But instead of trying to help my situation like hey I see u come here a lot let me get my manger to help you out . No this pasty girl was rude treating me like I'm some bum off the street. Never spending a dime again. Throw her in back for packaging so she doesn't have to talk to any one. Lost a customer and telling my Community where to go

Absolutely terrible and obnoxious customer service. The delivery process is completely broken and I was told on the phone by a supervisor that the planet 13 website doesn't work (apparently it's run by another company) and gives inaccurate totals when you check out which is why they have to verify all orders on the phone.  Then  customers are expected to stay awake all night long to wait for a delivery driver to show up (if they ever do) because they cannot predict any delivery timeframes. When I asked how this was acceptable I was told it's just the way it is and if the customer don't like they can cancel. Oh and 2 of their 7 delivery trucks broke today from driving too much. Seriously. Wow just wow.

I have spent well over $500 in planet 13 and ever since they took away the express line it has been the worst experience buying weed ever. The bud tenders are rude and lazy and the security act like they are metro police I will never spend another dime or tell another friend to come to this Raggedy ass place again I don't care how big it is the customer service is horrible

Ok so I was going to LA and I stopped by Las Vegas on my way just to go to planet 13 and it was the most regrettable thing Iv ever done . I thought this place was really big it was really small . It's not even worth visiting.
