I completely love this place! this is definitely one, if not the best dispensary I've been to and Ive been to almost all of them trying to compare quality and price. They have the best service, always happy and ready to help. They make you feel welcomed and the staff is very knowledgeable, I come here at least twice a week (is that a lot?) and they never disappoint! Great quality at a very great price! I definitely recommend this place, to absolutely everyone :)I suggest you sign up for their reward/points program, especially if you plan on going again!

24hr dispensary that did not disappoint. Went on 4:20 and they had some smoking hot deals. I was able to purchase 2 half grams prerolls of super lemon haze for $8 & an eighth of Bond '99 for $28. Great service & friendly staff, would definitely recommend stopping here for those late night pick-ups.

So, not that I have a lot to compare this to...Curiosity got the best of us & we had to go see what was up. LolNice, secure, clean place with friendly and informative staff. From what we were told by our Uber driver, the prices are comparable to other dispensaries. Can't speak to the quality /effectiveness. Wink!

MMJ is probably my favorite dispensary in town. Why? Because Id rather spend $100 for a half ounce of flower than $150 or $200, especialy if the THC % is similar. Id rather get an ounce of pretty good flowers for $190 than spend $150-$200 for a half ounce of "Kill". These dispensaries want $50 for an eight of an indica, and MMJ has a similar indica with similar thc % and terp levels. For $55 a quarter. See what Im saying yelpers? I just was about to go to another dispensary I recently reviewed, until I remembered I cant even use my $15 off discount on days when they're having their 50% off sale. Thats some bullshit. But at MMJ, I can buy the cheapest Flora Vega flowers, which may be drier than your average flower sometimes, but I'll still get my discount. I like that!I dont like that MMJ charges for bags, but for the quality of the Flora Vega flowers at the price point, its hard to beat MMJ

I sustained a injury in this location of Feb of this year where as I fell on the floor at the entrance of this establishment due to faulty lights. I sustain injury to my leg and fractured my dentures. I reported it to the manager that same evening that she even agreed that there was poor lighting. She took my information and gave the owners contact info in which I called the following day and he said that he would get in touch with me about compensate my medical bills. He danced me around for a month by dodging my calls and texts so I too him to court and then even then he dodged me again? Wtf I was able to serve him papers to respond to court and no reply? His name is Marcus. I was told he resigned from the partners? So I am refilling new court documents to be compensated

I have never been to a dispensary before but was always curious. I decided to stop by here on a Wednesday evening with a bunch of noobs as well. Before you walk in, your ID will be checked. The place was very clean and welcoming. Let me just say Stephanie was amazing! She took the time to explain the items, different strains, and basically educated us on cannabis items. She was very patient and helpful. Since this was our 1st visit ever to any dispensary, she made sure answer all of our questions. I probably will never be back, but Im sure my friends will. I definately learned alot from Stephanie. Keep your eyes open when trying to find this place. We passed it twice before finally finding the building hahahah.

Stopped in to grab several items. Was greeted by female manager. After asking a couple questions I could tell she was not into being there. Did not want me asking questions!!! I asked about my reward points and she said we are not doing that anymore....I ask why? Reply- Our system is down. I asked can you take my name and number and add my points. Reply - NO! this is a crappy little place with people that are rude and dont want to be there. I only bought 1 item and stopped at another place where I was treated much better.......Happy to not go back with so many other good places that really want our business.The good news was that there was not 1 other person in the store buying anything while I was there. Guess that says it all! Please be nicer in the future to your customers!!!!Sometimes medical patients have questions, having a sales person that knows the products and how to work the computer is important!!!

I stopped going here for awhile because I already wasn't a big fan. But it was 3:30 am and my usual place is closed. A bought a 1gram preroll. It's not even close to a gram. Not even close. That is theft. They stole from me. It's worse then a back alley deal. This is wrong

I understand the COVID-19 has us inside, but to take away all discounts is wrong. Company went through a third party and because of that they can't give local, daily deals or even MILITARY discounts. As for this house and the military people in it we will no longer be doing business with mmj. They don't support the military or locals during a shutdown great company. Call them they will tell you the same thing I am not lying.

I've been coming to MMJ America for the past few years and spent well over $5,000 in products there. I bought a cartridge (1g brass knuckles) for $80 plus tax and the product was nasty / defective and they refused to exchange it for me and said I can have 10% off a new one if I wanted. (What a joke)I also had all my customer rewards points taken from me when they made the change over months ago and they didn't do anything about that either and I still came back, but NEVER AGAIN will I come back there. The worst part about this is that the sales lady somehow convinced me to buy the brass knuckles instead of the  "W"  that I always buy and told me how good it was and that I'll be saving money as well. It was the worst decision I made. Shame on you MMJ for treating one of your most loyal customers like garbage! Good thing there's so many dispensaries in Vegas now, I rather drive further and get better customer service!

This one star goes to the skinny male worker I didn't get his name but he sucked. He didn't describe nothing and not even paying attention to me but only look at some girl in the show room and I had to pick shit on my own. I'm so upset I'm debating if I should call the dispensary and complain to a manager! I love the place and the place has good prices but man they seriously need to get rid of him! Fuck that guy! If I see him again I will never go back to him!

Very professional advice here! Rey helped us and was incredibly knowledgeable! We described what we were looking for and he pointed us in the right direction. It's slightly overwhelming but Rey was very patient while I changed my mind a few times ;) strongly recommend you check this place out! It was a quick 10min/$10 lyft ride from the strip.

Love coming into this shop. I like to go to the counter and ask "whats new and good?" the budtenders all know everything. Nothing is more annoying than a budtender that can't speak to the products. I appreciate the effort the team puts in to know their product. I'm a happy customer and I'll keep coming!!!!

Selections for leafs suck bought 2 different strains that were supposed to be the best in lymin and merc but both smoked like dirt weed. Paid about 78.00 for 4 grams glad I played It safe. They don't have discounts just a rewards point system.

I think after switching to cash only there's no reason to come here, that was the one thing that set this dispensary apart from all the others but now unfortunately since they're cash only like everywhere else there's no real perk to coming here. I just left after choosing not to purchase anything considering the guy helping me out was absolutely terrible. Extremely lack luster when it comes to customer service. Had a very "what do you want" attitude unwilling to help me find what was right for me. After just standing there awkwardly staring at me for 5 minutes while I tried to decide what I wanted, I realized I didn't even wanna give my money to this place. Not worth it!

Generally very knowledgeable and good selection. I am extremely disappointed to find they don't give priority to their medical patients the way every other dispensary I've been to does. That says a lot to me about their corporate practices, and none of it is good.

I was tired of paying high prices for Marijuana and then I found MMJ. Amazing prices, absolutely hands down the best in SouthWest Vegas!!!! The staff is absolutely friendly and informative. I recommend Strawnanna it's a very relaxing indica! Love you guys I'll be back again and again!!! 10 STARS!!!!

I ONLY went to MMJ -- but not after today!! 1st off, their flowers are low quality and top dollar. I find it funny I get to pick my own drugs, but whatever. I stopped buying flowers along time ago from here. Not worth the regs taste for OG prices.I only went for the concentrates, and specifically the W name brand. I went to buy a cartridge before leaving town and wanted to buy my true and trusted product. I was steered and coerced into buying the Brass Knuckles brand, "for $10 cheaper." I really didn't want to. I kept saying no, but the sales lady insisted I would love it, she smokes it all the time and blah blah blah. Well, it was nasty, didn't hit as smooth and I tried 3 different batteries!! And there was still close to the gram remaining. Upon returning, I went into the dispensary to try to get some discount on the brand I actually wanted... they said I could have "10% off, best they could do." We 'threatened' to never return here, so they said 20%... so I just bought a nasty, "forced" sales of $80 and basically I can spend another $72 on the product I really want? I could understand if I smoked a lot of the cartridge, but it was still almost full.I DO NOT LIKE NOR WANT THE PRODUCT YOUR EMPLOYEE STEERED ME TO!!  You could have taken my product back and offered 1/2 off the item I usually get.  But no, they'd rather lose a customer. Good thing there are dispensaries on EVERY corner. Looks like this place will not be getting any referrals or anymore of my money. I'm sure if Richard were there, he'd want his loyal customers to be happy. But we're just another "nobody" to this staff. Bye. Good luck... But be warned: if you want flowers, this place is LOW quality, top dollar!

rey is an awesome guy! very patient very professional! i went into mmj today and rey helped me, i was a nervous wreck due to my mental illness, rey was very, very , very patient and professional, oh lets talk about his knowledge of products! he was right on target when i told him what i was shopping for and he recommended a product, it was exactly how he said it was going to be! rey is a superb salesman and customer service advocate, hes a true asset to this company! thank you so much rey and mmj!

Great place to go while in vegas. Whether your visiting or reside there. The building is kind of hidden no real sign up front other then a banner and the entrance is in the back. Inside is very clean and staff is friendly/knowledgeable. The only negative thing I could say about this place is that they kinda make you feel rushed once your inside, instead of letting you browse around for a bit and then decide on what products you want.

Staff is very knowledgeable they actually have technical knowledge about the vape cartridges they sell. I purchased a 1g cartridge that turned out to be defective. When I returned it to the store the manager Geremy tested the cartridge which revealed a bad atomizer. Geremy swapped it for a new one on the spot! The Budtender Elly had a great attitude and was very patient walking me through the selection of cartridges. I will definitely return.

Ok, first off I will say that I am not a novice smoker or dispensary goer. However this is the first one I've been to in Nv. I didn't want to go right away on the 1st (I'm not Med user) so I waited until the 3rd. I also didn't want to go to some huge place that had a line around the block. I went mid day and there was almost no line.The place was very clean and bright well staffed for the hour of the day. The gentleman who greeted and IDed me was very friendly. I waited for a little while in line and could hear a couple people in front of me at the counter. You could tell they didn't know a lot about the strains and different options in front of them. The budtender was so patient and knowledgeable and really took his time to give them what they wanted and explained what everything was. When it was my turn I told my budtender what I liked and he led me strait to what I would enjoy. He nailed it 100%. He was friendly and knew exactly what I was looking for. I was worried bc some places really overcharge for Rec users, but I don't feel that is the case here. I got only top tiered products and in no way feel overcharged. I know there is the tax, but that's expected. For 1/8 top tier I paid $48.I got other things, all fairly priced and worth it. The online, Weed Map menu was correct and they had more at the store even than what the app said.  My service was great all around and the product is good too. I will say that Matrix is such a quality product, and they carry many Matrix options. Also seems like the lowest price for Baby Jays! I will most definitely be back

Clean and simple. Very organized. Staff member knew his stuff. I was in and out quick, yet i never felt rushed. Parking lot and entrance seem to be a common baffler, as per the security guard's reaction.  Don't drive by too fast or you nasty miss it.

Huge selection and the BEST staff!!! My husband and I enjoy our own different edibles so this place is perfect. We have stopped my 3 times this week and had the best experience. Thank you MMJ keep up the personal attention you give to us!

No it was not a good experience November Tuesday morning of the 19th know was not a great experience at all at nothing but attitude and I did not get my product and I was just speaking of past  product they didn't have security was awesome excellent the lady inside was working Was not nice at all she had blue hair purple that night been there a lot of times look up my name I'll never come back because of her.   Lost a loyal customer.

Bad customer service, strongly advise using a different dispensary.  Very high prices, and does not care about medical patients.

I am sooo pissed just went to put my new Pax pod in and the sold me a used one!! The seal was broken and the pod was empty! That is so shady and I spent $65 on it!! The storefront looks legitimate and nice but I guess its a front! If I wanted to be scammed buying a pax pod I would've gone to Craiglist to buy it!! I am going to reach out to Pax to make sure they know what you are doing..

Once again another dispensary raising prices on a weed that grows out forbthe ground and every seller is making a ton of profit allready!!! On a fixed income we allr3ady have limited choices and now you go and raise the price on allr3ady overpriced low quality product??? Only be stopping by to sign in and get our next 25% discount then off to the only other low cost dispensary out on blue diamond and better quality real sun grown products. Sad day indeed

amazing selection and friendly and helpful staff and the security is chill af so this is my fav spot,,  lately ive been smokin on kong cookies,  glue on fire, and head cheese, also purple punch by VERANO,  have definateley been some of my favorites so i really like this place alot

Love this place!!! Everyone is so incredibly nice. From the first person you encounter to the one that tells you goodbye. Good prices and cool merchandise too. Also it's the fastest one. I've never had to wait more than 5 mins to get my stuff and I'm a recreational user. The fact that I was treated so poorly at another shop makes me appreciate this one more. I just wish they stayed open longer.

Jonathan is the best! He makes the best suggestions for trying new strains and has the best customer service. I only come here just because he's provided us with such great service and now it's the only dispensary I go to.

This is definitely my go to place, I've tried out other dispensaries and the quality is great but the prices were too high. MMJ is perfect and close to where I live, prices are great and the service is quick as well!

The employees at MMJ enjoy their job which makes you excited about coming in and seeing what they have to offer. ALL employees are experts in their craft and was able to tell me about every item I asked about and the "how to's". This should be everyone's go to dispensary.

Outstanding prices and service. My tender,Peter, was very knowledgeable and as nice as could be. A lot of other shops could take a lesson from this place. Don't miss out on this gem. They won't overcharge you if you're a medical card holder . And have some of the most reasonable prices in town. I will be back... often !

Since the dispensary have become rec. Like all the other places the prices went up. However, this place did not go crazy with the prices.

This was my first place to look for weed It so weird to be able to buy week legally ? I had checked out a few others but came back here The staff was pretty friendly and it was pretty open I had asked a few questions and described what i was looking for She was on top of it and patiently explained and went into detail what different strains they had  And how they will effect someone I kinda like that she was showing me the most expensive stuff only Which i understand  cause it sales BUT i wanted something that wasn't going to break the budget Especially when some were almost identical in every way except for the price  I was super pleased I think the prices are a little high compared to some of the others But i didn't mine paying for the service My other issue Is that they charge you for the bag to take it out in ? Really ? I think this is really nickel and diming the customer

I asked her if there is any deals or specials she said uummmm ,no not really this is all that we have on the counter .she didn't want to tell me the prices she was an absolutely horrible sales person let alone trying to sell marijuana.If you have any questions or want assistance,,,,,dont come here because you wont get it!

Top notch location, beautiful buildout and a happy staff make this dispensary one of the best in Vegas. Prices are the same for medical or recreational, so don't be surprised by pricing. Easy to get to and easy to exit. Ask for Justin and he will guide you to cannabis happiness.

They claim to have a customer rewards system in place, but it never works. If you bother to point out their rewards system does not work, they get upset with you and come up with all kinds of reasons why it does not work -- but never any solutions.

I really liked the clean, modern look this place had and it was super accessible with plenty of parking. Morgan at the front was very nice and patient with me as I first entered, then the bud tender, Mana, was very knowledgeable and guided me to the stuff I was looking for. Even the manager, Marquis, who I am sure was super busy took the time to speak with me and answered some of my deeper questions. All in all it was a great experience and I will without question be back again!

Tonight I got helped by Jeremy! I've come in several times & Kimmy, Anthony & the girl with blue hair ALWAYS serve us so well, as my wife & I both being medical patients, tonight was the cherry on top that made me feel as tho they deserved such an incredible review! First off I ran out of my RSO for my seizures, & we were literally 2 dollars short on purchasing a high CBD product, & Jeremy covered us after already giving us our discount! I'm SHOCKED at the impeccable, kind & outstanding service we always receive here! Even the security guard with dreads always has the door open for us before we get out of our vehicle, you guys ARE AMAZING! ALMOST the entire staff are so friendly! Minus one girl. But medical & recreational all should shop at MMJ! From the unbeatable/vast inventory to the excellent customer service & friendly budtenders, I'm only ever disappointed if something is ever out of stock which is rare! I've been to mmj America three times. The first two times I got a veterans discount. This guy tonight didn't "a supervisor " didn't honor a discount I was getting. I told him that I had been there twice, with no problems. I didn't argue with him, I walked out and just went down the street to the dispensary. I got two items for the price of one there. I will not be going back. Here's a hint, treat your costumers better, or someone else will! Only two stars because the lady who helped me the first two times was very customer service savvy.....

I was blown away by the helpfulness and overall support of the staff and management. Their product was also superior to many of the other dispensaries in Vegas. This will be the only dispensary I will recommend going forward! My favorite!

Let's start this off by saying before legalization, medicinal prices were a lot cheaper. We got to watch as the industry changed and all I can say is GO TO MMJ. After searching for various clubs as things changed, it was hard to find the same quality for a great price. Once I've been to MMJ, I haven't gone anywhere else. The tree is amazing and the prices are amazing. To top it all off, the staff is beyond amazing! They make you feel welcome and are very knowledgeable. Most places you visit, it seems like they are making up information as they go. At MMJ, you leave like you learned something new, whether it be about different strains or terpenes, etc. Lindsey helped us out tonight and ensured we definitely left with exactly what we were looking for and extremely happy :) No complaints here.

I love good customer service and this place got it! Plus they are super duper friendly. Soon as you walk in the door you get big smiles and helpful tips from the people behind the counter. I went there twice and both times left happy as can leave! They had an amazing Black Friday sale and I'm really really fond of all the options I had to choose from. If I lived here this would be my home dispensary hands down.

I went yesterday on July 25 to buy gummies for my mom.. The girl told me that they were gummies.  I open up one for my Mom and it was taffy. My Mom, who has cancer, can't eat taffy.. She will choke. So I am stuck with something she can't use. It would be nice if the Salesperson knew what they are selling. I am really disappointed. The Bartenders have change since Covid 19. Some seem  like they don't want to be there. It's a shame because I really used to love this Dispensary.

During this COVID 19, this store has been taking advantage of the situation to profit themselves with no disregard for customer service and customer satisfaction:When delivering during "pandemic", their help to the community was $100 minimum , delivery charges twice plus tax, no discounts, and their website to order online does not have enough information about their description of products, for instance HTC amount on cartridges, and not taking returns after you received and collected the money of a customer is just wrong, regardless of what the state rules had impose on your store, treat your customers better, NEVER AGAIN THIS PLACE

I used to work here and still get shitty service. I'm medical yet watched them serve other non medical customers in front of me then it was my birthday and the deal they text me about for my birthday was not honored or mentioned. Tired of supporting business that treat their own like this. Never stepping foot in there again!

Last Friday (6/11) was my first time since they changes from MMJ America and it seemed to me like everything was going good, there was 2 bud tenders and only 2 people ahead of me so it should have been a quick transaction. I went to me budtender and there were very sweet and helpful everything was going well until they stated their POS had some sort of issue. They tried a number of things before they had to reset the POS, the POD reseting tool about 10 minutes on its own. In total something that should have taken 5 to 10 minutes to complete took around 35 to 40 minutes. I'm sure this won't be everyone's experience but for me the supervisor on the floor didn't seem to care if the experience was negative although my budtender really did show sympathy and wished they could make it up to me, so the one star is for the Budtender for being awesome even if the rest of the experience wasn't.

Mac was the BEST! Top tier customer service. I was having a bad day and his customer service made me feel better. He's 10/10 for me. Keep being nice Max, I appreciate you!!!!

They falsely advertise sales on their menu to get you in the store and when you get there you find out the MJ is for baking and not smoking. Grateful my bud tender told me so and gave me a chance to choose something new. I asked him for a 6-pack of cones and he gave me a 3-pack, smh. Altogether an extremely frustrating experience. Definitely my 2nd and last time. Way overpriced, go to Essence or Acres instead.

Nice clean and friendly. Extremely helpful for a beginner. Walked me though several options and gave me time to decide.

They have shady pricing practices. So, they offer 55+ 15% discount on Wednesdays BUT, it's only on regular priced items. Any specials they have going on are not eligible. (so, if you want to purchase a "daily special" you do not not get the Sr Discount (or as one guy said, you could choose which discount you wanted.. you could get the "special" at regular pricing, then get the Sr 15% discount, or get the special price, but not both) We got 3 different tenders giving us 3 different answers to that one...

We moved down to this area and needed to find a new dispensary to go to. We tried out Vegas treehouse and it did not disappoint! The customer service was immaculate! Matthew helped us pick out some bud for us and we were beyond satisfied with the knowledge and help he gave! It would be really cool if this place had a happy hour though!

Vegas Treehouse has a great staff who is friendly and great deals. Max B. helped me out when I came to pick up last night. He was funny and made me feel comfortable. I love the atmosphere inside as well. I do wish they gave locals a daily percentage off instead of just Sundays.

Vegas Treehouse is the bomb! Customer service is always on point. Ya boy Max B. was very helpful and he knew his stuff. Good bud, good customer service, reasonable prices, I mean hey what more can you ask for???

Anneka was amazing! It’s my local dispensary and I’ve gotten lucky enough to get her most times. Super friendly and very knowledgeable on products. She’s a real one and you’ll never leave without hearing “thanks love” Highly recommended
