Been coming to this particular dispensary for a couple years now. Best deals on flower and edibles in town, usually come for my $49 QT. Always like coming because of the wheel spin as well to add some fun to the money your spending anyway. (Could win free weed, joints, pipes) unfortunately no wheel spin at the moment. But they are open for business just wear a mask ! 5 Stars because they're growing and they have just expanded their store.

Friendliest customer service ever!!! No waits and everyone is down to talk and give recommendations. You can get a ton of loyalty points and win prizes if you spend a certain amount.

Stopped by for CBD. Check in the front so bring your ID. Very nice and informative workers. Definitely will stop by again.

I've tried different dispensaries here in Las Vegas. I went to The Dispensary for the first time about a year ago and I have been going there since then. The budtenders are  friendly. Kaytlyn G was my budtender the last time I visited, she was courteous. The only problem I have is getting a parking space.

Feels crazy to not be giving this place 5 stars because it's been my favorite dispensary for close to 2 years now, but the last 3-4 times I've been in to get .5 gram carts on sale they have been noticeably under filled. Starting to think the "half grams" only go on sale when they aren't actually quite half a gram :/

First time there and got what I wanted, for a great deal and budtender Trey was very helpful and knew what he was talking about when discussing what I was looking for.

Unfortunately the customer service that I received today was quite despicable if a customer ask in regards to their points the cashier should be knowledgeable about the customers points I was told by the young lady who was Asian about five to that I had an attitude. Simply because I wanted to know what other varieties of product would be offered at a deal if I am asking what your deals are what the points included are as your job that is for you to explain to the consumer I'm sorry that I had questions in regards to my order. But for the young lady to toss my change at me and did not give me a receipt I will no longer be shopping at this location and I will be referring my friends and family members to other locations to continue their spending buyer beware of this location and their attitudes

First time trying to order from here and it took way too much effort, they canceled my order 3 times and didn't bother to reach out.Finally got my delivery and the flower tasted trash, driver told me I got the best option and it tasted like greenhouse outdoor deps. If you shop here, you probably like smoking heroin  dirt ass weedPS: all purchases are final, they cannot help you pick flower over phone ; and menu doesn't explain much about the flower. All outdoor / greenhouse flower, they do not offer indoor selections.

Update; after they commented on my review I emailed them again! Since 11/27 I haven't received a response. Extremely poor customer service at this location.

I love this location! Always so fast and great service! I usually do pick up but when I go inside I always hope to get Sabrina because she is so kind and has the best vibe! She is always smiling and so happy and it truly shows that she enjoys her job! You should give her a raise :)

This is the only dispensary we will go to. The people are always very nice, helpful, and patient.  I went and saw Saivon and he  really taught me a lot about the different type of strains and such.  Thanks Saivon for your great customer service. You're the best.

Red is the best budtender, very patient and knowledgeable highly recommend seeing him when go there!!!!!!

I've always had positive experience here. I've gone inside and also do curbside. Product has always been good and they have great daily sales/discounts. Employees are very nice and helpful.

Sabrina makes coming here all the more better, between her knowledge and great customer service it makes it effortless and fun. great place with amazing deals and team!

SABRINA SABRINA SABRINA!  My experience with Sabrina was so pleasant that I noted to look for their name so I could write this review.  I don't write reviews often so my experience with Sabrina is literally the only reason :)  But here I am so I better give them all their "flowers" ;)Most times upon arrival I have been enjoying their products and since I live in walking distance it really works out.  While I don't want to publicly admit the frequency of my visits lets just say I'm very familiar with the establishment...the reward points are amazing but a quick reality check when you realize those are the dollar amounts you've spent. Anyways...The front staff are always super friendly and quick, they have or used to have an awesome spider plant in the front!  They had a holiday scratch it card promo thing that I won a pair of their sunglasses and I actually still wear them today so thanks!  My loyalty to their promos has made me not have or want to search for another dispensary. Back to Sabrina, I hope every time I visit I'm able to get Sabrina from now on.  She went above and beyond this last experience so thank you very much!!!The only negative thing I "could" say is that the parking SOMETIMES in the peak hours suck but oh well, circle around the building and get over it.  Or use it as an excuse to park in the Domino's parking spot and go get pizza because you probably are gonna want it anyways...P.S.  I MISS the wheel spin!

Wow!  This is the best weed dispensary store I've ever been in! They were so friendly and helpful. The service was fast! And I got to SPIN the wheel for an awesome prize! Highly highly recommend!  (Highly!-  get it!?)

Sold us 1 year old cookie joints from 7/20/20 and 4 8$ joints and a 30$ eighth came out to 118$ after tax even though he told us 20$ tax either way it doesn't add up it should be 62$ plus the 20$ tax is 92$ not 118. They lie about the joints not being shake , No legitimate receipts either. And the joints were all too tight and not even smokeable waste of money fake shake "cookie" joints I wouldn't recommend coming here at all guys,

First time in and did a curbside pickup. The employee came out and said "ID" then "cash?" It was a strange way to be approached. I said how much? He's like uh you check on your phone, you must have gotten an email. I said I didn't get an email and also had a agent card. I gave him the agent card and asked him what my total would be. He replied can you just do the math on your phone? I was in shock, such an unprofessional way to carry business. when he said that, It was in such a way like it was my job. Just rude and lazy. I laughed and told him it wasn't my job please get me a total. Such a strange dispensary and way to handle orders and customers. When he gave me my product I said thank you and he just walked away with an attitude. Darker skin with glasses, brown hair just isn't the friendliest and I guess the pandemic has made people really LAZY at their job. We're paying customers. Just give me my total and don't be rude. Will never be returning

If you're staying by the strip this place isn't too far off. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. It's been pretty busy every time I have been in but the line moves fast. They also have specials/deals and the staff is always helpful with that as well.

Corbin is such a delight!! Always pleasant and welcoming!  He is a great asset to the company.

This place had everything I needed. The people helping you out are smart and knowledgeable about the product, and also have some really great attitudes! I was recommended some pre-rolls with a large amount of THC-A. This is the stuff that relaxes you, and relax I was. Shoulders dropped and I was ready for an evening of study without distraction. That's right: finally made it back here after 18 months due to stupid covid. For this trip I only used curbside pickup. I'll keep this short because I have some smoking to do, but these guys NEVER fail to amaze me. Just a pleasant, easy experience. Website to order is simple and works perfect on an iPhone. Put your order in, you get some texts confirming reciept of your order. After 5-10, you get another text telling you that your order is ready. Show up, and everything is so simple. There really is nothing more to say: easy ordering process. Polite, sharp workers. Great prices. If you're in the area (even if youre NOT in the area) id check out these guys. There is LITERALLY no reason to shop anywhere else. I spend LOT of money here and I have no complaints ; money well spent, with these guys.See you guys again in the summer for my next trip!

All I wanted was some good smoke and was excited to see a message deal come in saying all 14g $79 just to get there and have to pick from selected strains..smh I ended up grabbing Svc grimace which sucks btw and smells bad. I'm so disappointed I'm honestly thinking of quiting and just saving my money. More of a miss than hit with these guys lately!

I GOT A FREE HONEYBADGER ! I was finally able to save up my points to redeem the free Honeybadger and it definitely happened with 2 batteries and charger included! Huge shout out to Darius my girlfriend and I budtender and to The Dispensary!!!! Always will be going there !

The best staff in the city work here. I am a regular at curbside and the lady with the short cut is always the one who helps me and is super nice and defines hustle and knows when people are in a rush. Security is very nice and pliote as well especially the black guy who is there in the early evening. Should run the company he works for. Was in an Uber and felt bad when the driver gave a hard time about where to park and yes I was in a rush and everyone is nice and cares. The prices are more than amazing and so is the flower but sometimes the staff deserve credit on a review and that's what my review is about. Please keep it up and don't let any of the staff leave haha!!!

Ok so as a local I've been going here for a few years now. They do have great helpful employees. I always get my monthly supply here and it's always been that the price includes tax. Great.. Today I went to re- supply and I was told that they were now adding almost 20% to the already taxed price...so another $7.00 for a $40.00 bag. So if I bought 5 bags that's an extra $35.00... they are adding tax to a already taxed item, double taxation. I don't think so. Don't let them rip you off...

I hope David the business owner of this club sees this review. I've been frequenting this dispensary for years. I've never had any issues with professionalism and tact before tonight. I ordered delivery at 4:34 PM today. First, they called to inform me at 5:30 PM that they were sold out of the edibles that I had ordered that they had listed online. So, I buy another edible. No problem. Until they called me at 7:30 and told me that they can't deliver until tomorrow after 12p.m. I asked to speak to the manager about this issue. The manager was very rude! She would not inform me of her name. Nor would she offer me a discount or edible for this extreme inconvenience. I am a medical patient. I use cannabis and edibles for pain. Today I was really suffering with my nausea. High Lucerne and edible help me deal with this and my doctor agrees it's very beneficial. I do not appreciate the candor & in adequate customer service, I received from the manager working tonight. I hope something is done about the situation because a lot of patients rely on marijuana. There are so many dispensaries in Vegas. The fact that they waited so long to tell me of this company problem and not do anything to rectify the situation speaks volumes on how the company values or doesn't value their customers.

This is my go-to dispensary. The staff is friendly. They always smile and look excited. The budtenders are very helpful and knowledgeable. There is always a line here but the line is fast. You don't really have to wait long. They only take cash but there's an ATM inside in case you don't have cash with you. Good quality. Lots of options. This place offers awesome deals everyday. You get a good discount/deal if you're a first time buyer. Make sure to ask them what deal they have for that day.

Used to be a good place. But had too many issues that could have been avoided earlier this year.(3 day delivery wait, lies about the wait) My last visit I said the last time ill come back is to use my points. My new place gives .5g carts for $20 flat.Using my 500 loyalty points ($100s worth) at the dispensary got me .3g cart, and cost me $17 because I got a $17 preroll...  you HAVE to buy cannabis to use your points you've earned. Used to be any item, its where id get my accessories for pen when needed.Seems it would just be worthwhile to stay away  from their loyalty program.

My first ever bad experience at a dispensary!I have been exploring different dispensaries for the past year and this dispensary was my first poor experience. I put in a mobile curbside pickup order at 9:05 PM (business hours are 8AM-1AM) and waited in the curbside pickup area for over 30 minutes. I was wondering what was taking so long since the curb side pickup area did not look busy at all. Finally, an employee approached me and asked what I needed - that's when I was told that any mobile orders made after 9:00 PM won't be processed until the next business day. I wish this was communicated to me while making the mobile order so I didn't drive out to the dispensary and wait for half an hour only to be told my order couldn't be processed.Since I was already at the location, I figured I can just go inside and make my purchase. There was no line so I was helped quickly - I asked the employee for a battery. She gave me an unpackaged battery which didn't seem brand new. She told me that was the only one left, which I knew was untrue since I made a mobile order with the same order. So unprofessional and unsanitary (especially with today's health climate). To anyone in the Vegas area: I do not recommend this dispensary at all! There are a plethora of other choices in the same area that offer quality products, competitive pricing, and world class customer service. Message for The Dispensary management: Do better. I hope this review is a call-to-action for your staff.

WARNING FOR ORDERING CURBSIDE PICKUP HERE!!  There is no parking structure here and you have to fight to get a spot.  Every time I try to pick up here i try to wait in whatever which way the line is going and people always cut in front of me because there is no official line!   This is the last time I'm coming here because I always end up waiting a long time and end up getting so frustrated.

Great service. Great deals. Great products. Very friendly staff. One time out of many many times I was not thrilled w the budtender. But that is very uncommon.Lastly, just a tip and not a reflection of the establishment - on the Envy shake they sell - If they say "shake" they definitely mean it. They do NOT mean "bottom buds". Pretty sure they mean the sh*t that falls on the floor that the weed trimmers walk on and then sweep into a bag. Still high in thc but smells and tastes like a$$. This is probably common for shake, and I guess thats y it was 49 for a 1/2oz.

This place has changed..bad attitude from curbside pickup attendant..called security lied to manager about my attitude..manager made exchange for the proper CBD tincture product I ordered and then had her security guard tell me I can not come back. Banned.No worries..letter being sent to owner. Do your self a favor DONT go to this dispensary!! Bad news!!Fyi..and they sold me expired product! Frosting on the cake!

A little farther out from the strip but worth going to. They are lower in price than the other dispensaries as well. The atmosphere is really inviting and you order from a bud-tender with the product behind you. Make sure you bring cash only. They do have an atm on site though. In addition only 1 gram a day limit. My bud-tender was very patient with my friend and I and all of our questions.  I wanted something that was more of an upper and he pointing out everything that would fit that category. For the vape pens you are able to get 2 for $60 and if your a new customer they offer $10Off $40. In addition, they have a military discount. Everything we ordered was good quality and I would come again.

Saivon was great. The service is always fast and convenient . They always have the best deals with a large selection.

Fun! Just wanted to check out The Dispensary, coz we could. Staff was friendly and efficient. It felt totally safe from beginning to end with the contactless temperature check, multiple hand sanitizer stations throughout and seeing staff inside with gloves, masks & faceshields.  Nice job all!

I Love The Dispensary on Decatur. They have the best deals in concentrates and have a wonderful point system that allows you free stuff. Victoria is my fav budtender. It's always nice when they remember the conversation you had last time you visited. Always a pleasure... Don't forget to tip your budtender :)

The staff is kind (some are knowledgeable), the prices and quality of the product are great, the rewards system is cool, and it's located in a prime area. Despite all the good qualities, Im going to switch to another dispo. It doesn't matter what time of day you come to this dispensary, or how many people are before you, you'll be waiting for at least 20 minutes.. I can't figure it out, but the way they operate drives me CRAZY. I've been to a lot of dispos around town and this one takes WAY LONGER to get through than others. They seem to always have adequate staff, but each transaction feels like it takes forever and the entire time you're stuck in a line instead of browsing. Its really frustrating for someone who knows what they want and they're just trying to quickly grab it and go. There is NOTHING quick about this dispensary. You'll be stuck in a line for 20 minutes, then the budtender will try and sell you an 8th because that's literally all of their go-to, even though my profile shows I've never purchased anything less than a quarter. And I don't believe things are slow because they're high. I'm high all day everyday and I've never moved that slow. This dispo would be the best if the process of getting in and out was more fluid. Also there's never parking. I wrote this entire yelp and moved up one spot btw. Thank you.

This place is AMAZING!! Hands down the best dispensary in Vegas. They always have the best deals, and the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Last night I came with a couple of friends (it was their first time) and the bud tender Charlie was super patient and funny. He was awesome! He made my friends comfortable and explained the menu to us thoroughly. 10/10 service from him!!

Though the staff was pleasant, my biggest reason for going there in the first place was their site stated " accept card payment." Yet when I went to pay the dude said no cash only. Someone should update their information and lower the risk for false advertising.

I'm sad to give this review tonight. Because this was my go to dispensary. I did a order for delivery, and after waiting all evening for my order, I called and was told my order would be on the next order going out...It seemed it would be late as 10pm getting my delivery.I thought that was strange. But maybe 30-40 minutes later, I get a call from the dispensary saying my order wouldn't be on tonight's delivery, but I can come pick it up..... Why do they think they're giving me an option?I had that option when I decided to have it delivered...When I asked or told the young lady, my concerns, and my phone conversation with someone, she became very rude & impatient. I done with the dispensary after I redeem my points, it too many dispensaries for me to be  disrespected!!! Maybe they don't value me as a customer, but I've spent a lotta money with this company & I demand respect!!! And I will take my money elsewhere!!!

I absolutely love The Dispensary. I began going to the Henderson location and loved it. Since covidbroke out, I've only been picking up by curbside. Unfortunately you are NOT able to redeem rewardpoints through curbside you must go in store, although my boyfriend and I love The Dispensary we are going to have to go our separate ways because of this. We wouldn't want to put anyone at risk considering our occupations that is why we love curbside so much. I hope by sharing our concern this policy changes!! i'll be back to redeem my points one day:(

This is my favorite dispensary (as well as the one in Henderson) They always have excellent deals.  My favorite is the disposable vapes for $25 and quarters for $49! Great quality.  Since the pandemic I've been using curbside pickup and it makes my experience easy and I love taking the time to look over the menu.  They also easily have the best loyalty points program that you can redeem for a discount.    I like to save them up and then get a bunch of freebies for special occasions.  The freebies you can redeem with your points are eighths, vapes,  etc.

Josh was awesome! Very knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was looking for. He made my experience so smooth.

Love, love this place. Had the best experience with Tori-Lee and Endal K 4/8/21. Simply put, had a negative experience with a clerk previously... Told Tori-Lee about my experience.... She got her manager involved ASAP, and even though the incident was from long ago, Endal and Tori-Lee worked to ensure I left a satisfied customer. Again, I love this place for the excellent vibe and customer service!!! Also, love the diversity in staff and management! I'm not 'from' Vegas, but "The Dispensary" is my favorite place to go 'in' Vegas!!!

Quick easy and convenient. Friendly staff. My only problem was with the pre-rolls. They weren't smokable. I think because they were too tight and/or buds grinded too fine.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The price and the quality cannot be beat. Curbside pick up is a breeze and I love that they take debit if I don't have cash at the store. Alberto has been my delivery driver and he is so personable while being safe in these crazy times. Also great with the communication on when he's going to arrive and always reads my order to me out loud to make sure it's right. Highly recommend this place for all of your concentrate needs!

Wasn't sure what I was looking for as this is pretty new to me. The facilities were clean, I felt safe, everyone  was friendly,  and thanks to Sabrina I was able to find the perfect product.

I just want CORPORATE to read this.  I signed up for yelp just for them to see this.  No location of yours has the terp levels or production/expiration date on the website.  They have rectified my order issues if I had any so far, but it's the constant calling for 30-40 minutes every other day to get details on products that should be listed that's absurd, time consuming, and frustrating for both myself and the dispensary esp when busy and I'm on hold half the time.It's like ordering beef burrito and the website says, "It has 10oz of beef" period.  Want the rest of the ingredients?  Call.Get whomever the hell you hired to do the basic data entry and everyone will have a better day and I won't have to pull my hair out every time I order from you guys.  Also, if someone answers the phone saying they're busy, please give a time for them to call back instead of saying "I don't know" after I ask when I CAN call back.  It was so awkward I won't even order now.Avery is awesome though, keep him on the streets.

I went to this dispo recently to get my girlfriend some goodies for her birthday celebration and I was helped by John McC who was awesome! I don't know a thing about how to choose flower (I don't smoke) and he helped me get the perfect flower for my girlfriend. He was extremely knowledgeable and nice! Also that first time visit discount is pretty nice! We will definitely continue going here!

I just want to say that I was having a really bad day going through it and Gina made me laugh made me smile made me forget about what I was going through ended up giving great customer service and if it wasn't for her I honestly wouldn't be smiling and I'd still be in a bad mood we need more people like Gina when it comes to customer service!

This is the best dispensary in town. The dispensary Nv is literally an hour round trip drive for me. I have Jenny's dispo just a few minutes from my house. But I'll rather make the drive where I know I'm get the best costumer service, and best deals in the valley. I love going when they have their flash sales w vapes 1 grams. I love this place especially the people working in it I had a small issue last time and today when I came in Josh seen that I might have the same issue  again he immediately fixed it before it could  even happen very knowledgeable on the products in his store and the people who shop there thanks again bro (GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE)I highly recommend this place

This dispensary is doing some shady stuff.. we went in to buy of course and in adding 1 "free" hat pin, we got charged for $30 worth of hat pins that we didn't even want..we went right back to dispute this transaction and not only did we NOT get a refund but we also had the employees(several)  working there try to cover up there mistake by giving us more hat pins and a lie.This is not acceptable and a poor representation of a business. What's worse is that all the employees covered up for eachother. Deceitful and disappointing. It's very evident that they are stealing from the customers and I really hope someone intervenes in this shady business. The money is not the issue. How unethical this process was is just very disappointing.

Love going to this dispensary, always got fire deals on the concentrates that I smoke and the brands are always fire never disappointing. The customer service is top notch, they're always super nice and helpful, especially Alberto, he's helped me several times and is always super chill and just a vibe. Plus he remembers me every time I come and we always have a good conversation while I checkout which is what's the best for me. Give Alberto a raise.

Bud tender J3 was fantastic! He was so kind and friendly. He really helped me out as I was stocking up. He showed me all the cool stuff I unlocked special prices for by buying as much as I was. Forget that big place with the giant globe. Forget the hip place with the taco truck and DJs. The Dispensary is where you need to be!

I legit love these people. I was having a difficult time ordering online. I would put orders through, and then nothing. I emailed to find out what was going on and they said the driver tried calling and could not reach me. Hmmm. Weird. I have had my phone next to me all day. But Richard emailed me again and added a credit to my account for the inconvenience and because some of the stuff I ordered was no longer on special. Lo and behold, it was my fault. We are very loyal customers at this location. We always find the best pricing to be from The Dispensary West. Do they always have the best selections? No. Do they carry the high end brand names in cannibus that you find at other dispensaries? Kinda. We shop flower only. Another good thing about this place is that they have a pretty good point system. Points=free stuff

The dispensary is a good option when you want more focus on specials, deals, and service rather than a beautiful flashy place to shop. Not that I'm knocking the interior... It was comfortable and the smell of marijuana was negligible.When you first walk in, you talk to someone behind glass sort of like at a movie theater. The only problem is that the microphone for the employees is so loud that it's hard to hear the person who is talking to you, rather than the next one over. I had to ask him to repeat himself a couple of times. When I indicated that I was a brand new customer I was instantly welcomed and made to feel at home.New customers get $10 off a $40 purchase. They also have daily specials and if you spend a certain amount of money you get to spin the wheel for a prize.My bud tender was friendly and helpful, and somewhat knowledgeable, but she hadn't tried a bunch of the products I was interested in, and couldn't describe them to me beyond the details in the menu. When I go to a dispensary, I expect the staff to be extremely knowledgeable. It's not cheap stuff! I did have to wait about 15 minutes, but once I reached the counter, the transaction and process was seamless.

This place has great bud and great deals! love the points system but don't count on the scratchers I've gone here at least three times spent over $100 pre tax and never saw any scratcher or heard any mention of it. Other than that the place is great! Staff is always super friendly and helpful.

What's going on with the best dispensary in Vegas? For years they were consistently had multiple quarter deals, but lately they've had two or three, and the brands are lousy. They raised the price on quality brands they carry like Kynd from $49 a quarter, to now $45 an 1/8th. I'm a loyal customer but I'm worried about the direction they are heading. Seems like they're boosting prices for mediocre bud like their competitors. Please, tell me this is just a phase.

The Henderson location is my go-to so I was expecting a similar experience here. 1* purely for the curbside pick-up service. The security guy just sits behind the railing and shouts at cars with their windows up instead of showing people where to go. There are no signs that tell you that you have to drive around the building and come from behind just to be serviced. Not only that, but they have half of the spots that would be used for pickup blocked off. So they constantly get people backing up in the dollar loan centers drive-through because they won't let you park in an open spot. Heres a suggestion since customers couldnt back out of there, move the curbside pickup towards the street and not in the tiny space between buildings....

Went to Vegas for the first time. We were met with a friendly staff member who took our temperature, signed us in then walked us to a room where there was plenty of space to social distance ( this is important) got to counter and Daniel was there to answer all our questions and did not upsell any items. Daniel also have my husband a birthday gift..it might be the little things that make this place GREAT

Placed an order online, after reviewing their extensive menu. I pulled up to their parking lot and the order was carried out after about 5 minutes. They were friendly and efficient!

Needed some weed since I didn't bring any on my trip out from CA. Found this spot, just off the strip. It was super clean inside, and the staff was helpful and nice. I did grab some flower and a few pre rolls as well. I wasn't too impressed by the top shelf flower I got. It tasted more like middle to bottom shelf, even though the looks of it made me think otherwise. The after taste flavor just wasn't there for me and the high was pretty weak off of an OG Indica. However for some reason the pre rolls gave me a good high.. I'm gonna check next time I'm there and see if they sell the flower in the pre rolls I got. Overall this place is decent for the price.

If you are visiting Las Vegas as a tourist, please stay away from this dispensary. They had expired cookies that had no effect and a faulty disposable cartridge that the battery did not work for and could not be switched to another battery. The only solution they provided was to go back in person to exchange it. However, as a tourist, I do not have, nor want to spend, $20-$40 to re-order a Lyft/Uber just for an exchange on a $35 cartridge. Do yourself a favor and go to another dispensary or test your product before leaving the premises. They may have "great" prices but you get what you pay for...

When it comes to dispensaries in Vegas, let's be real. A lot of these companies want to rip everybody off, from tourists, to locals. Medical patients or not. They just want every buck possible. I say all that to say, this is not the Dispensary. They seem to always have deals of some type to offset as much of the taxes as possible.Happy hour deals. $10 off $40 or more for your 1st visit. 15% off Golden Knight gamedays w/Golden Knight apparel. 10% or 15% off for NFL apparel on Sundays. Quality cartridges, as well as $25 budget cartridges. Everyday, they have some quality flowers for $49 a quarter. I just got an oz of Cheese @ 25.3% for $132 otd inc tax. Oh yea!! Make sure you ask about their Shake Sunday specials! Thats the deal I just got. And I got to spin the wheel for free stuff!If you're like me, and you need the most value out of your dollar, I'd recommend checking out the Dispensary. The staff is friendly, patient, and ahow that you're appreciated as a customer.

If I could give this dispensary a 0 I would. my boyfriend called and asked if they accept credit cards and was told yes. Made the mistake of driving all the way down there only for the guy to run my credit card as debit. Funny thing is he asked me 3 times if it was credit and  I said yes so finally after the last swipe he asks again and I said yes it's a credit card, and he says oh well we only take debit cards. I will never come back to this dispenstay!

I came to this Dispensary first because of the reviews. After trying out a few other closer to home - I still drive to this one for most of my wants and needs.The people are amazing here, shoutout to Jeremy (G? I think?) and the sweet girl whose name I didn't get my first trip in there who wanted to give me so much info. All the staff here are awesome. The place is small & be prepared for lines during most hours.  The selection is sweet. They have daily deals and a points program. If you spend $100 before taxes you gget to spin the weed wheel and can potentially get free stuff. Definitely my favorite dispensary in Las Vegas.

Terrible shopping experience. This is the equivalent of buying sushi from a display next to the cashier at 7-11. The menu is located in a place where you have to hold up the people coming behind you in a roped-off line-inducing maze. The sign is bright and with uneasy fonts and colors that slap you in the face.Avoid avoid avoid UNLESS you know exactly what you want and don't care about the atmosphere. Helpful bud-tenders and a wide variety are the only two positives about this place--and you can find that at many other better cared for and more comfortable places. The parking situation is just like the inside of the store: cramped and unpleasant. The pre-rolls start at $17--not even anything special, just expensive. It's a hard NO from me on The Dispensary. I wanted to like it, but I won't be back. I prefer the Cannacopia shopping experience. Almost every other place will deliver a better atmosphere and shopping experience. I won't be back.

This dispensary by far has the most knowledgeable budtenders I've encountered in this valley. I'm not sure if other budtenders have the knowledge and don't care to share it or are trying to rid themselves of unwanted inventory. Either way, this is a highly informed group. Every person at "The Dispensary" that I came into contact with was just so friendly and helpful. It's refreshing to see hospitality! I was greeted promptly and helped by the person in front, and the the budtender was extremely patient and helpful with all my questions. The product was good, and the entire facility was very clean and well kept. Thumbs up y'all!

The store is cool and they have a lot of good deals. Unfortunately I've had a bad experience with one of their products. The Kanji disposable vape...my battery has died prematurely in all 3 vapes they gave me. The manager did an even exchange of the product for me the first time, and the second time...third time comes around and I'm starting to get irritated. I went in and the associate told me that she could swap out for a different brand but I would be getting .3 instead of .5mg. I wanted an even product exchange so she gave me my third one. I asked if this was normal and she said no it is not and I must have gotten a bad batch. It's just very bizarre that all three vapes I've received have all died when I have more than half the product left. At this point I'll count it as a loss. The staff was understanding but 3 times in a row is a little much for the same product.

This place probably has one of the best prices in town and the top notch quality products. I've been going to MMJ American but not anymore after finding this place.I also have to mention that the budtender answered all our questions, didn't rush us and was very cool. NO CAP this is the very best dispensary in town... I'll start by saying they handled a racist Karen who approached me all wrong, they addressed the problem with ease as if to have zero tolerance for racism. So if your looking for a safe friendly place to shop with legit prices stop by this spot. This place is my usually go-to dispensary but after today's visit it will be my last! came here and was told they didn't sell a cartilage for my vape mod but they do in fact sell them.  instead, the unknowledgeable employee sold me something else.

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been coming here for over a year. It's a good location, it's always welcoming and the employees genuinely look like they enjoy working there.The last two experiences I had, however, exceeded all expectations. Two weeks ago I went and Shawn helped me not only get the most bang for my buck, but when I was $1.23 short, he chipped in his own cash so I didn't have to run to the car or hit the ATM again. Baller.Today, I was excited because I finally was going to get the silicon elephant pipe I've been saving points for (their points system is dope). I got in only to find they were out of stock and only the display was left - which i couldn't buy. No loss! I took too long. But Jason and Jon (my budtender and his manager) made the adjustments to make it happen without me even asking them to. So not only did i buy more, but I walked away EXTRA happy with my service. Definitely LOVE this dispensary.

Just got my delivery from a driver named Hazle. Quik delivery and very friendly curbside delivery. Cute girl too!! Fair price. I used to live across the street from the place so it's my go to. Crazy. Absolutely crazy. Ordered at around 2 pm they call around 5 PM it will be their in the next 2 hours. 2 hours later they call and say their driver has an emergency. Sorry customer service. How do you only have 1 driver. So now its almost 8pm and I don't have my medicine to sleep. Just ridiculous. Whole bounce of clowns. Only reason I ordered from their was because they have the brand cookies I like but I will never go thru these clowns again. Very rude lady on phone with absolutely no solution. Should be fired and ashamed of them self's.

This place used to be special, great deals, fun employees and the wheel of weed! Then things changed, they pumped a bunch of money into a remodel, hired a new staff, ditched the wheel and now with their curbside pickup efforts, THERE IS NO PARKING. Seriously, there are maybe 6 spots for walk-ins and the complex is so congested you cant even drive around the back to make another pass to hope for a parking spot. Happy to have experienced this place at it's peak but I'm really disappointed that they f-ed it up. Hate to say it but Planet 13 is probably the best option now.

So I placed an order online here, for pickup, and I jogged to the Dispensary to retrieve my order. Brought my license and my money and assumed that I would be given the same treatment that they would a car. the staff was rude and would not provide me service because I did not have a mask. If I pulled up in a car, I would not have been wearing a mask and a person would have come up to my window, been closer than 6 feet to be able to scan my license, and then take my money from my hand and then bring me my purchase. Why could this not have been done with me just standing in a parking space? I pre ordered online. They wanted me to buy a mask, when all other dispensaries provide one if they want your business.  I had $290 worth of business they lost because of their pettiness. going to Essence from now on. And their prices stink.

The Dispensary has and continues to save me money and as a retired disabled person, that's essential.I live in the Northwest Sky Canyon area and drive the 25 miles to The Dispensary on Decatur & Russel, they save me enough money to make the drive.With they're daily specials (every day), I can get an ounce for $198 bucks not including tax and fees. Not one other dispensary has matched this price and I've tried many of them in Las Vegas. I'm a native and don't care about flashy, crystal-cut class facade's in my weed shop and The Dispensary is just like that. No fancy cases and I love-it the plastic 'parts bins' to hold their product! They certainly pass on the savings to the customers!  They also have their 'weed wheels' where you can win some really good prizes including weed and right now I have a $30 dollar discount which I won last time! Not only does The Dispensary save me money, they give me additional discounts! Top Notch! When I did a search on the 10 best dispensaries in Las Vegas, High Times came up with their list and ALL were the fancy, 'experience-driven' facilities where 'you can be one with your weed' Bull, The Dispensary wasn't even mentioned and should have AT LEAST been in the top 3!It's now the ONLY dispensary I go to.A shout out to Ali, Silvia and everyone else... The new set up at this place with the Virus is stupid. Talk about unorganized. And the Rude old man security outside.. You get a text your order is ready and than get there just to wait for another phone call . The guy outside today 3/19 at 5pm is a mess . Fix this mess.

They had about 15 strains of flower for viewing with quite a large selection of wax and dabs. Nice quick service. Price for an 8th with discounts for purchases over $50 and med pricing was around $50.They are cash only and accepted an out of state med card.There is a head shop three doors down. Very convenient.

The best in Las Vegas. It's hard for me to go anywhere else. Fast service I'm usually in and out in like 5 minutes and that time includes me taking out cash from the ATM. Another great experience in Vegas territory. The customer service at the Dispensary was nothing but amazing. This is the best place in Vegas to get the good stuff. Their prices are incredible, their service is top notch, and the wait is never that long compared to the other dispensaries in town. This is now my only go to spot in Vegas when I need to pick up.

Such a bummer. We were so stoked for the new delivery option during the pandemic, but are greatly disappointed. Our half gram carts are almost empty and I can't get through to anyone via phone. I would recommend checking your products out before you actually pay upon delivery.

I'm a medical patient and a frequent buyer of concentrates. The best place in town for deals on wax. Also, every time I come in, I'm greeted by outstanding Budtenders that are always upbeat and happy. I really like the TVs showing movies and shows for the people waiting, it makes waiting easier (even though I never have to since I'm medical lol). I have an update after going back again. Their prerolls aren't great and that's why they are so cheap. They don't burn good and not at all worth the money.

My son and I just went to this dispensary for the first time. He just turned 21 and they had 4 grams of wax/sauce/crumble for $99. We were helped by a great bud tender named Ashley. She was really awesome. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We rolled the wheel and both got $20 gift cards towards future use. Highly recommend.

Everytime I come in its always a pleasant experience but not todai boiii. Ariana needs to wake up and smile, nobody wanna go in a dispensary anc look at your grumpy face. Looking good aint enough girl. Beside that, products is great and at reasonable price.

Got a quarter . It was marked 3.5 , it weighed in at 7. But the package was labeled 3.5. Went back, took 5 staff members to weigh out and took them over 10 mins.

12/21/19 Update: So I just adore every budtender here. They're all so amazing and genuine people! I have to give a huge shoutout to Jordan though! Any visit I have Jordan as my budtender is a wonderful experience. He's full of personality and knowledge. This visit he went all out and taught and demonstrated the Huni Badger in such a way that both my husband and I learned so much and will be moving to using that in the new year!

I visited the dispensary on my first night in town it was easy to find especially since we walked! From the strip out exploring with the gps on of course. Once in the door the person behind the glass request ur ID gives it back n the door is unlocked then you go to the counter where they assist you making selections I don't smoke so I just decided on a fruity pebble rice crispy which was $10 and I ate little pieces of it for 3 days. But I wish I would have gotten one of the disposable pens they had, lots of variety and they have specials

This was my first dispensary experience and I had no idea what to expect. The place is very high energy (which I like) and from the moment I walked in, I felt like it was all about me (even though the clientele ranged from mid-20's to upper 80's!). I was curious as to what I would find, having read lots of reviews about lots of dispensaries.  I was greeted at the reception area by smiling people, cheering on the happenings inside the building. They welcomed me with information about the current happy hour specials and first timers discount, as well as a Veteran's discount of 20%! Very impressive. Check in was easy and painless.When I made it into the main area of the dispensary, I saw smiling people at the counter and a line labeled "Recreational". Luckily it was between 'rushes' (apparently at lunch, after work, during happy hour and the final stragglers at closing) and I only waited about 5 minutes, which wasn't nearly enough to gawp at all of the cool things on the wall and behind the counter, plus the smiling (really!) security guard. (See photo for a very cool educational sign they have...)I stepped up to smiling Shawn and my education began. Listen, I won't steal his thunder, and you might be an experienced dispensary customer and not need an education, but suffice to say, Shawn made it super easy to understand everything i wanted to know about, well, everything CBD and TH-related. I was also pleasantly surprised that he shared all of the 'deals' available, including those that I could use my Veteran discount on (cannot stack discounts, so sale items didn't apply). Since I had read so many reviews about high prices of items at dispensaries, I was happy to have so many options at such great prices and sales! And then, I even got a spin on a cool game wheel and won some free edibles - what could be better than that?!Bottom line: This place is great! Shawn is great! The other people I interacted with (including the security guard) were great. And the fact that they honor Vets is great!If I could give 10 stars, I would. I really didn't know what to expect -- what a great experience all around. I will definitely be back! This place is GREAT!

This place has gone downhill and it's been quite some time now. I have been a medical user and I've been going to them for over a year but lately there's selection is crap they have nothing over 20% THC they have no terps in any of their Vape's or other flower it's just very weak. They are known as the "Walmart" of weed. There's so many better dispensaries where you're going to find happier people lots more terps in a better value. Just move on from this place .

Insanely high level of customer service!I went in to pick up some product for a friend and Garret guided me through the entire process.At the end of my education and selection Garret rang me up, gave me a discount for my first purchase (I think it was $10 off) and THEN also added an additional 20% off because I'm a veteran.  But... I was short $0.75 cents and told him I would have to go back to the ATM machine for another $20 in order to cover it.  Without hesitation Garret reached into his tip jar and said "I got you, man.  Thanks for your service".  I was simply blown away.  If every "budtender" behaves this way I will ONLY shop at the Dispensary if I ever start purchasing for myself.

Hmmm. Second time here. Dont smoke often hardly ever. I went in today because I have been having extremely bad back pain and have trouble falling asleep at night. I thought this would help since ibuprofen just isnt cutting it anymore. My knowledge of weed is very little. When I went in I noticed they had vape pens. Figured it would last a lot longer than a pre roll especially since I'd only be using it at night before bed. I go in and inquire about it and ask how they are etc etc. The rep I was dealing with really up sold it and I said sounds good. Pay for it and I'm on way. I get home and my husband tells me you know you have to have a battery attachment to that..... hmmm so if I disclosed to the salesperson that I dont know much about a certain product and can he  tell me more about it. Then why wouldnt he sell me the battery that goes with it or at least tell me hey we dont sell them here or whatever you'll need to purchase one. Shame on me for being naive but shame on the salesperson for not selling me what I needed to use the product especially since he would have made a bigger sale. Zero stars.

Super great service!There a little bit of a waiting coming to this dispensary, but not as bad as most places. Don't fret​. This does not imply that just because they don't​ have a line out the door, does not necessarily mean they are not popular. When you walk in, you check in at the window so that you can be directed to the waiting room. From there, you go into the sales floor a wait in line. From the two visits, I haven't had to wait more than 10-15 min. The girls that helped us are super great, super friendly. They do not seem to be impatient while you are making your choice.The bud from here has always been fresh and retained the right amount of moisture​. The packaging dates were always recent to the date of sale.This is definitely​ our go-to's!

Found this one on Yelp, and if you're able to get there about 15 min from the strip, the prices are so much better than Reef and it was almost no wait. We will definitely go here next time we're in town!! The staff was really nice as well.

On May 2nd, 2020 I made an online order for curbside pickup and literally it was the quickest and most efficient service. Within 45 mins when I ordered it was ready for pickup. During this pandemic, I understand that all dispensaries would be pretty busy, but for them to work so fast and have everything so organized I give them props. Also, the prices are very reasonable and I definitely recommend this place if you want the good stuff.

Been to a couple dispensaries around town but this one was the best dispensary I've been to. Stopped by with a friend to check out some stuff (he got a syringe and vape battery) and I got to spin the wheel where we won a free tshirt. We were helped out by an employee named Taylor, who was very nice and helpful. Because my friend has a marijuana card, he got a 10% discount. Good for us.

First time in a dispensary before. I went with my friend and have always been curious to try CBD for recovery.  Walked in and was greeted right away to check in. Went into the shop where I was surprised on how clean and upbeat it was. Right away Ali brought me over to help me. I told him I was looking to try CBD. He went over all the products they offer, the difference between them and recommendations for me. I ended up buying a vape pen for relief and a therapeutic body balm.  I am very excited to try the products and will certainly be back.

Been to this place At least 20 times. Awesome customer service, everyone is always smiling and we always get a warm greeting. Pretty awesome deals except the packaging dries out the bud usually. Everyone is super knowledgeable and seems like they really love their job, which makes me want to do business there. Hard to shout out any one budtender because so far they all are pretty rad. Always getting dapped-up like I'm meeting a friend, and my wife is always respected regardless of how she is dressed. Only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bud seems like its repackaged sometimes.

I have been going to dispensaries in Vegas since the first day of legalization. I have been to various shops in Vegas and nothing compares to this place. Not only do they have amazing daily deals, they have a extremely welcoming and friendly staff. I felt more comfortable here than my normal shop I attend show grow. This place reminds me of shops in California, not the the typical business oriented, over priced, basic shops you see in Vegas. Made me feel like this was a mom and  pop shop. Short waits even with a fairly long line. Totally recommend, I will be returning next week for sure. Please keep up the good work! My roommate went to this dispensary this evening after accompanying my husband on a previous visit. On that visit with my husband he was told that first time customers receive 20$ off first purchase over 40$, hence why he went back today stoked to try product from a new spot right?Apparently not the case. Because they had checked him in previously (though he bought nothing) he was disqualified from this first time discount. As a local I wonder to myself, is this a loophole to get over on people and/or is this meant to be a pressure tactic to try and upsell people who come in with a friend to check out a dispensary before they decide to go back?Either way this offer is extremely misleading and when asked about it the manager had nothing to say aside from a pathetic 'sorry nothing I can do'...I'm sure something could've been done but the lack of effort is disheartening.

really good prices, which is the reason i come here most of the time.. but for the past month my points were not adding to my account, i asked repeatedly and kept being told to check back after friday cos thats "when they update the points" after 3 weeks of being told this i went in and my points were STILL not updated, i explained that its been like this for 3 weeks and somehow the girl fixed it RIGHT then and there! thank you for that, but i am broke right now so i was expecting to go in and be able to spend MY points i've spent money to accumulate, but now i was told their policy has  ALWAYS been you have to buy something to redeem your own points? what  a joke. good prices, but  oasis is cheaper and doesnt bullshit. also open 24 hours, recommended them for best prices, or showgrow for better point programs! you dont have to purchase anything to redeem from showgrow and they give you a free preroll for  downloading  the app and another for posting a picture to instagramedit: came back same day after relaxing for a bit to redeem w purchase, Chase was cool gave me my 25 points for a review and didnt say nothing about my 3 star review when checking it,  so that was cool, i'll bump it back up to 5 stars, as long as i have no future problems with the poiint system. thanks chase!

I am a fairly regular customer and enjoy the experience every time. Never disappointed. The price and selection can't be beat. The sales staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to recognize ASHLEY K. The flower I came for was sold out so Ashley made a few recommendations, we talked Terps, likes and dislikes. The conversation was one drink away from being a social gathering instead of a transaction. Good times. I picked up 7grams and 2 pre rolls for under $65. What a DEAL! I've shopped around other dispensaries but "The Dispensary" is the best in Las Vegas.

I had an awesome experience at the dispensary on July 1, 2017 at midnight. The grand opening for recreational customers was a pleasant experience with free pipes, refreshments, a raffle, and extremely friendly staff/ store owner. One staff member took a photo for my friends and I. Another staff member complemented our marijuana socks, and made sure my 2 friends and I got to go into The Dispensary together, as a collective group. I really appreciate the efficiency of their staff members.Now to the cannabis review; The Dispensary had accurate scaling of their marijuana, as I weighed the product when I got home. Some eighths were $40 whereas all eighths at Cannacopia (about a mile away) are $60 and up! Additionally, grams at The Dispensary start at $15, whereas Cannacopia grams start at $20! Therefore, The Dispensary has the best prices I have seen for recreational users thus far. If I could make a suggestion it would be to list the prices and percentages of the various items on paper sheets that customers could read while in line (UPDATE: sheets are at the store indicating percentage and price of products). Overall, a very pleasant experience at The Dispensary and I will be back.UPDATE: I have been back many times and the staff is still extremely friendly. Dorrine (hope I am spelling that correctly) is a true gem, she took the time to explain the products and their benefits. I hope to obtain my medical card within the upcoming few weeks and will definitely make The Dispensary my go to shop.

I went to this location because I saw they carried the Select CBD Oil for Pets. I walked in and Taylor helped me. She was very knowledgeable about the CBD oil products and the pet treats. She answered all my questions and helped me make the best decision for my pup. I highly recommend this location and because of Taylor I will be back! I left feeling excited because I got the perfect CBD Oil for my dog and I can now help her with her needs. Thank you Taylor!

I want to start by saying I have been going here for years and have never had a problem before, typically I love this place unfortunately today I pulled up for a curbside order and they were busy which I totally understand (I have been in customer service for a majority of my life) I am waiting in my curbside spot which is kind of tucked away in a corner and easy to miss so I understand that the bud tender may not have seen me at first. I see other people pulling up after me and bud tenders going to the later cars to get their ids and they are in and out within 5 min. again I am in a spot that is easy to miss so I give a light honk to let them know I'm here and the bud tender gives the "1 min" finger and I totally get it that's cool you're busy. so I wait watching other people pull in after me and leave before me before anyone has even taken an id from me to know when my order was placed. By the time the bud tender gets to my car I ask him what the policy is and tell him I have been waiting and am just curious to why this is happening he said nothing and ran off with my Id I wait as other people pull in get their orders and leave (I didn't leave my house until 10 min after I received a confirmation text that my order was ready) I have been waiting a while now so I leave my car to try and go inside and see if I can speak with anyone who will acknowledge me at this point and security standing outside tells me I need to get back in my car I try and ask him if he has any information for me and the bud tender comes out yelling before I can even speak (I assume he was upset because I left my car?) . I only wanted to speak to someone to talk about my order. As I am trying to ask questions the bud tender proceeds to scream at me saying verbatim "THE WORLD DOESN'T FUCKING REVOLVE AROUND YOU " and I am SHOCKED as I said before I have been in customer service for years and I would NEVER curse at a customer or even speak in a hostile tone (and I have dealt with VERY upset customers in my years) at this point after being verbally abused am VERY upset I raised my voice to ask again a question that no one could seem to answer why is it that I am seeing other people pull up after me get their ids taken before me and leavening before anyone has even taken my ID. At this point the bud tender tells me again verbatim "CALM THE FUCK DOWN" I am a young girl weighing about 110 lbs being yelled at by an employee of an establishment who is ON THE CLOCK while security watches and says nothing. I take my order and leave after being verbally assaulted by an employee. Unfortunately I did not get the bud tenders name as I was so distraught after the encounter because literally all I was trying to do was ask a question. If anyone at any point simply came and explained any type of situation calmly I would have been fine. I am a very understanding and patient person who is completely shocked and appalled by the way I was treated. I called the manager who seemed nice enough I know he had nothing to do with the situation he told me that the other people's order could have been ready before mine which I completely understand but how would anyone even know if my ID wasn't even taken yet.... that makes no sense because u don't know my order yet. If they took my id then I saw people come and go I wouldn't have a problem because I would know I was in line, no one had even taken my ID and when they did I was offered no explanation to any questions I had not a single word he took my id and left . This was handled very unprofessionally. I have never in my life been cussed out by an employee at any establishment that is on the clock. I would recommend re training staff on how to deal with customers and that aggression and foul language is never the answer. I am very very disappointed not only as a regular customer but as a human in general. I would never treat a stranger like that in life let alone if I was at work. Wow I am honestly just very shocked and appalled.

I ordered online, which was cool. I know it's an option but I've never used it before this. My order was ready within a few minutes of ordering, I was notified via text. The guy that checked me in gave me so much info on how to sign up for texts, it was awesome. I will be back here for sure! Oh, I also got a gram preroll for $6 some other deal of the day! All in my passport and ID. Strange that the woman at the front says no now after going in this store for 6 months. On top of that, all other stores in NV and Cali allow me to purchase. Wtf?  Why do they send me text messages 2-3 times a day?  They need to get their shit together.

First off, used to love coming here but not anymore. They do cash only, so I had to use the ATM in their building. I had no cash, so I Used their ATM, took the money and receipt. Went to buy a product and went to pay and noticed that for some reason I had $3 in ones. Like I said had NO CASH ON ME HEMCE WHY I HAD TO USE THE ATM, told the manager and gave him the receipt he left for like 10-15 minuets, and he came back and said he couldn't do anything. He could only give us gift cards, and claimed my boyfriend And I looked "sketchy" on the ATM camera... like no we weren't, we were withdrawing money to buy YOUR stuff. We left and I noticed our receipt had a bunch of scratch marks all over the date. Like someone tried to scratch out the date. Looks like you guys are doing something "sketchy" not us... won't be coming here anymore.

This is an awesome place, especially for wax. I looooove their wax deals in the weekends also they are very fast if you're medical. Their central location is desirable also. The staff seemed to be knowledgeable and quick as well. Make sure to visit !

My first time in Las Vegas, also my first time at a dispensary. It was a great experience, very welcoming, knowledgeable, professional would recommend to anyone. I came in to buy a couple of pre-rolls. I didn't really know what kind I was looking for but there was this super friendly bud tender named Rita and she recommended a few different ones to me. I really like the fact that she took the time to explain exactly what effects each one would have. This is definitely my go to spot.

Overall, I went to I can say almost all of the dispensaries in the local area of the strip and I found this one to be the most home-y the one with the friendliest staff and the only one with a raffle wheel!!! It's totally worth going. They don't get a lot of business in November ( I went for a birthday trip and literally went in every day) and they remembered us each time it wasn't too far from the strip either! I loved it, they also let you smell each flower they have and it's just great, can't wait to go back

Alright, another dispensery with really nice bud tenders that usually quite honest?. That being said they Are expensive and with all the choices in there they're discounts are bs illusions of a discount or discounts on blah weed. Seriously and I mean serious everything on the streets is both better price and better quality then anything in these shops. Also now the prices are going all over the place if you have a medical card- whatever I guess I get it, I seen it in Co. too. Defininately doesn't mean I respect it or it's good for business, it isn't! BTW I have a medical card and I still don't like- P.s. Don't fuck with flora Vega at any shop she; there only consistency is that it's bad genes and horrible taste! Not a hater just a marijuana enthusiast, and respect the plant not the blasphemous capitalistic hustle that might further ruin this species.. everyone get ahold of something great, grow and share! I visited The Dispensary on Decatur again yesterday. My patient consultant was Ali'i, who provided me with great customer service! Theo was also there so I had a chance to say "Hello" and he thanked me for the reviews I wrote for my last visit. Since I am mainly looking for high CBD strains, Ali'i told me about the strain "Medi Haze" by Deep Roots Harvest, which is a 2:1 CBD/THC strain. They only had it in prerolls, which came in a 3 pack. Tried it last night, as I am switching up my strains as outlined in the book I am reading "Medical Cannabis: A Guide for Patients, Practitioners, and Caregivers" by Dr. Michael H. Moskowitz MD. This book is the GREATEST!!  And, The Dispensary stocks some high CBD strains. They also have Pineapple Tonic by State Flower, which is high in CBDa, and I use that to put in capsules and take raw. Raw flower high in CBDa is what I am looking for, because if you ingest it raw, it turns into CBD four times greater according to Dr. Moskowitz! Anyway, as long as The Dispensary has flower that is high in CBD (wish they would get some ACDC!), and a good selection of CBD tinctures, I will be a customer. Thanks for the GREAT SERVICE and thanks for stocking high CBD strains (my new go-to strains for during the day)!!

My budtender, Alii, didn't know the answer to my question about cartridges and sizes, but he went to size the cartridge for me in their own products and got me the answer I needed. Great customer service, great products, and great prices.

We started coming to The Dispensary about a month ago after a good friend told us about the wheel!  Well we love it here!  Great specials, great budtenders and great selection!  One thing that was almost a ding...the rewards program!  Didn't know that you have to actually do stuff for that BUT they have all our purchase records of course so we didn't lose out on any rewards so crisis averted!  Get here!!!

They apparently don't tell everyone the "New rules" called to ask if you needed to buy weed to redeem a free pre roll and was told I only need to purchase wraps or a lighter. Drive 35 minutes to pick one up as this has been my favorite dispensary only to be told I waisted my time and gas and I now have to purchase weed that I didn't bring money for. Definitely disappointed

This dispensary has become my favorite dispensary and I come here often now. The experience is super fun, not all boujee like all the other places. They have this thing called a baller wheel. If you spend a certain amount of money, you can spin the wheel and win additional things on top of your purchase. Nevertheless, none if this falls short of their professionalism. The quality and the atmosphere is super clean and the people are really knowledgeable. My budtender, Cheyanne D., educated me on some things that will maximize my purchases moving forward. One of the best dispensaries in southwest Las Vegas. They have quite the selection and the budtenders definitely know what they are doing! I've been helped my Ariana, Chase, Eli and Marco and they were all very informative in knowing what I needed for my medical needs. Plus you can't beat 1/4 for &49 as their daily specials amongst other. Another good thing is that they also have a rewards program that gives you points towards discounts or free stuff! I definitely recommend the Dispensary if you are looking for some good help and products. You can also order ahead and pick up without having to wait to see someone which is good. But I like interacting with the team and knowing what they recommend and what they've tried themselves  so that makes it good for me as I'm have medical conditions that range from anxiety to chronic pain, so I look for indicas as those are the strains that work best for me. I was visiting Vegas and visited a few dispensaries. Went to a couple of them and found The Dispensary not far from my hotel, off the strip. This place was the best I've been too...I was only interested in oil cartridges and I got discounts for being a new customer, a special discount that day on the Black Hat cartridges and I got to spin the wheel and got a free pre-roll...thank you Ashley K. If I lived in Vegas I would be a regular customer at The Dispensary. If you're visiting for the first time and staying off the strip check out this place and ask for their discounts or check their website. I do recommend this place.

This is the absolute best dispensary in Las Vegas!! The moment you walk in everyone from the security guards, to the check in hosts, to the budtenders are sooo extremely nice! I love coming here they know exactly what we need for whatever mood we're in. Everyone is so kind and I could just hangout there all day and talk. We have dispensaries closer to our house but we always chose to go to this one just because we want to support them. They're truly great. Highly recommend checking it out. It's hard to find great customer service in Las Vegas and they definitely do an amazing job of it.

Came in for a buy one get one rove. I was told I was going to get an additional 10% discount. I checked my receipt and didn't see it. Went back in and they said they don't stack discounts- why would you lie and tell customers that they are getting an additional 10% off and then say you can't do it after the sale? This is why they put the receipt in the bag and not in your hand before you leave. Shady business. I'm staying away. There are much better dispensaries that are larger, friendlier and stack deals with no issue.

I've been to many dispensaries in town, some much bigger than this one, and the amount of care and friendliness I was shown at The Dispensary doesn't even compare to the other places. From the minute you check in the staff is very welcoming, which continues when meeting with a budtender. Prices and quality are very competive with other dispensaries in town. This is my First time here and I am stoked that they allow patients from other states in, talk about awesome! The building and interior are very clean, professional and welcoming. How I wish I could give this place 0 stars... But since you can't I guess it'll have to get one star. I don't even know where to start. Talk about rude staff.. It seemed like no one could answer my questions about the products they are selling.. If you want to make money you probably should know your products very well.. I walk in and the chick sitting at the desk gave me the dirtiest look. Didn't even greet me, just gave me the nastiest look. I should've walked out right then. I asked about the different strains and asked which was higher quality. Again, no one could answer my questions. Their prices are ridiculous too. I will never return to this poorly ran establishment. There are dispensaries all over Vegas now. I'd rather drive an extra 20 minutes to go to a good one then ever set foot in this shitty place again.

Live super close so thought it would be great to try this place, build a rapport, etc. The security and front desk people are great. Never had an issue with them. However, the last few times haven't been good. Came in one time based on a text about a special, and the special was gone. Tender gave me a magazine to use a code for something else, but I had to order online. Tried that and the time passed for online order. I came at 10pm, I guess online orders stop 2hrs before closing. Not clear. So I try to use the code online a week later, doesn't work. I call and speak to someone, she tells me to still order and when I get in, the tender will give me the discount. Get there and the tender tells me the code was from the issue in February magazine, it was March 13th, I came in March 1st when the tender gave me the code from the magazine. Lol. However the tender did honor the code, and gives me a business card with a code to use for my troubles and next time. Tried again a week later, same thing, code doesn't work, had to call, told the same thing, tender will take off discount. Tender took it off due to front desk remembering our conversation on the phone. Tonight I was on the website and there was an option to apply a code to get $10 off your first online order. Granted, I know I've ordered a couple times now offline, I'm thinking the code won't work, well what do you know, it works. Get my total, go down to pick it up, tender tells me a different price. I explain to her what I did and what the order was given to me online. She sighs and says, let me go get my manager. Manager comes out, doesn't speak or anything, looks stoned and says, yeah it's only for first time online orders and you've ordered. I said well, it allowed me to apply the code, I'm aware of what I've done. She says oh there was a glitch in the system. So I ask, well since it's a glitch can't you still honor the discount and especially bc I have been here with this same issue a few times now. Manager points the blame and says it's not us, it's the baker system. I just thanked her and walked out. Moral of the story is, the codes don't work and when they do, they're not honored. I'm pretty reasonable and don't expect to "get over" but come on, I've had an issue every time. Customer service is huge and this place lacks that in aspects!

This was my first time here and it was great, can't be the great deal they had going on today, got 1/2 ounce of Skywalker (indica) and I do feel the head change. Weed wasn't dry like a lot of other places I've been to so that's a huge plus. Look forward to my next visit!

Been here about 4 times. The Dispensary was nice because they had flower starting at $40 an eighth before tax and the quality of flower did not disappoint even though it was at a discount. The shop is a bit smaller but much less busy than other more popular dispensaries. I would continue to go back here but they ran out of the item I like so I've been reluctantly going elsewhere. Hoping they get some new stuff in soon.The only part of my experience I was displeased with was of two bud tenders.. I felt like they didn't know they're product very well and I felt a bit rushed. That being said, my other two experiences with bud tenders at The Dispensary were great and I thought their customer service and knowledge was on point. 4/5 stars

So I love the dispensary I do, but over the phone customer service Las Vegas location, they are so rude. It's like they don't want to help sometimes and other times they try but still not accurate. They act like they are confused about your question and then barely want to give you any information before they say check website. The website is not always accurate when it comes to in stock. Daily sales sure. Before I drive super far I like to confirm. It's just the manner in witch you treat customers.

After placing an order and having it confirmed at 11:30 this morning I'm sitting here close to 7 PM and it hasn't even left the dispensary yet.First, let me start off with saying the parking is terrible so I try to avoid driving for pickup as much as possible.The staff is very veryyy small. More orders equal more cars with less associates to assist them which slows traffic down, causing more delays, upseting drivers yada yada yada.They deliver to me most times but lately their customer service has become less than rotten. The usual song & dance only takes me a quick 5 minutes online and I get an immediate text notification when my order is being prepared.last time I recieved that notification, and after and hour and ten minutes I received a text from an untrusted number saying delivery was a no go, did I want to pick up?corps could care less about people. going the extra mile is a thing of the past.

Harassed by security because I wouldn't fraternize.I'm a regular customer at The Dispensary's other locations. No problems ever. Because I was in this part of town, I placed an online order at this store. The parking lot was packed and you can't park in any of the neighbor's spots because they're all marked and threaten towing. This caused me to circle the lot a couple times.Immediately on exiting my car, a security guard attempted a flirty comment about the parking lot situation, "you're too beautiful too be bothered..." then asked my name. It was cold, I was tired, and this was the final errand of the day. I said "whatever" and continued on my way. He must have radioed because suddenly, I found myself being overly engaged by security at the door and then shadowed by another guard who stood 3 feet away from me as I stood quietly in. And while ordering. Minimum 15 minutes.Their attempt to intimidate me and make me uncomfortable did not go unnoticed and was confirmed by the (now 4th) guard who stared me down, full eye contact, walking to the exit door that he was conveniently blocking...feigning politeness by opening the door for me.Yes: you can buy weed here. Yes: the employees at the counter behave appropriately. No: this is not a comfortable environment for women due to the bully/bro style tactics employed by the people who are really just there for crowd control at best. Please let us mind our own business. We just want to buy our things and leave.

This was my 1st dispensary EVER! I was impressed about the process. Very professional! You literally enter into a lobby, get checked in, I.D's checked and enter the dispensary....My friend had a medical card so there was no wait....For any big tree connoisseurs, this place is THE best. Any type of product in any form. I think my friend ended up purchasing some more wax for dabbing and another bag of "Sour Crème" which was an Indica. If you spend over a certain amount, you get to spin the wheel for prizes and discounts. No pictures here as cameras aren't allowed inside, but if you are in Vegas and in need of some trees, visit this place. Right off the strip!

Flowers good. However their menu has often been incorrect and there but tenders are not familiar with the flower on the menu. Came in looking for a straight sativa, Budtinder made two suggestions both of them were hybrids one was even Indica dominant. I once again stated I was looking for sativa only flower. Not helpful at all, Cold and unfriendly.  At least she didn't protest when I had to Google some of their other vendors.  This used to be my favorite dispensary, maybe it's the evening shift that are more excited about being at work and helpful and want to make sure your needs are met. Booo today

Nothing breaks my heart more to come home after my dispensary run to find that both grams I got were placed upside down to get all over the cap. Any one who dabs medically or recreationally would understand this. My bud tender seemed to have good information, but maybe instead of continuing to talk, you place the product in the bag correctly. Concentrates are not cheap in this state and that is why it is frustrating when some of it gets wasted.

I wasn't able to to go with my father this time around however, he had a pleasant experience with the budtender Gabe, he was knowledgeable enough to recommend my father a few good strains of tree , my father is a medical patient and has always liked going to this location the recommendations by the budtenders here are usually always on point such as his visit today, we will definitely be recommending this location and Gabe to our friends and family members. My experience/review from about a month ago which I've posted on Google and Weedmaps. I have not been back to this shop since the review.Worst customer service. Budtender waves me over to her station as she walks away. Clueless, I stare her down as she walked past many stations and started chatting with other employees. At this point, after 3-5mins has passed and two customers behind me were already being helped by their budtenders. Beginning to get irritated, I kept staring her down as she continued to chat with other employees and continued towards the stations all the way across the room. At this point, I waved my arms at her trying to get her attention but she was too busy chatting so she doesn't even notice. I genuinely think she forgot about me at this point. I paced over to her and asked her what was going on with a shrug. Then she goes on mumbling something along the lines of, she was waving me over to the station all the way across the room but I didn't notice and I just stood there (the station she was behind when calling me over) so she was waiting for me. Playing along, I asked her why she didn't wave me over if she knew 'I didn't notice she was calling me across the room, and she knew I was just standing there.'  I also made her aware that I was watching her the entire time as she walked away after calling me to the station she was behind and saw her do nothing but chat with other employees. She began to mumble even harder and from what I was able to make out, she said something along the lines of the manager calling her over and she was speaking to the manager and waiting for me... what..? to somehow magically know that she was waving me over the station all the way across the room (which she was not even standing behind when I approached her to ask what was going on), not the station she was standing behind when waving me over? She attempted to small talk while I was looking at the menu but I didn't want to hear another word out of this budtenders mouth. Purchased what I needed then left.  It's not very hard to train your employees to apologize when they make a mistake. Please take this into consideration. Employees owning up to their mistakes and apologizing instead of making illogical excuses at the least won't ruin the reputation of this company... The sad reality is... actions of one employee = one-star google review for the whole business

placed my order at 12:00 noon it's now 7:45pm and They never filled the order. Received text and email saying order was confirmed but they never filled it. Emailed twice trying to contact them nobody ever responded. do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. Worst in the valley.

This place is a shit show! I remember why I stopped coming to this location! The parking sucks and the people working the curb side pick up always fuck shit up!Came to give it another shot, big fkn mistake! Back to the other dispensary I go, idiots work at Gibson!

Friendly service.  Defective KYND disposable vapes.  Called the next day. Guy said to bring in. Live 18 miles away and took Uber the first time. Said he could not credit me for the future.  Uber cost more than vape.  Had to take the loss.  Test your vapes in store so you won't get taken. Go elsewhere is my recommendation.

We've been coming here for quite some time and the entire staff is great! Courtnie gave us stellar customer service! Super friendly, patient, she answered all of our questions & knowledgeable on every product. We drive out of our way to this location. They always offer great discounts. We also love the point system. Inventory is always fresh and fire! We always choose to come back to The Dispensary in Henderson because they never disappoint! Thank you again Courtnie! UPDATE. 7pm. I just sat on hold for 30 minutes and no one answered. The virtual lady has been telling me I was 1 in line for the last 20 minutes. START. I placed an order for delivery at 11:30 am.  it is now 3:40 pm.  haven't heard from anyone.  called the store.  voice message says i am third in line with a wait of 45 minutes to talk to someone.  what a  joke.  hello.  answer the phone.  not to mention interact with your customers so they know the status of their order.  what am i supposed to do?  stay at my house all day waiting for my order.  not cool.

This dispensary has a great location and great staff . Their prices are amazing . Michelle who works the front and the phones is very knowledgeable  on the products and answered all of my questions over the phone thoroughly and helped me begin  my experience at the dispensary right and had amazing suggestions!! This location is deff my fave !!!

I went to by 1 oz of weed with my mother in law she is very ill and has a disability and has a medical card we we're promised 30% off anything first time when we checkout the price was very high for an 1 oz $235  and we took out an eighth so we paid 207 for one eight less of 1oz when we went home and weigh the weed we got 9 grams skimmed out wich was the weight of the bags so basically don't come here ! Their eights are weighed with their bags and your getting ripped off here . Lost loyal customers here

So when the website says curbside pickup accepts debit cards and then drive an hour to get there to be told you dont? Also dont roll up on a passengers window when they havent had time to pit their mask on. Of you havent noticed we are in a pandemic you dumb dumb.Update to owners reply: Your response makes zero sense. Why would someone want to go inside to use your atm when they are doing curbside? The whole point is to no go inside. Fyi tell your employees to not roll up to a customers passenger window when the passenger does not have their mask on yet either. This place sold me a broken wax pen, replaced it with another broken wax pen, and then told me I had to pay $5 if I wanted to exchange my second broken wax pen instead of standing by the products they sell.  Their trees are overpriced, "top shelf" is dry and the pre-rolls are awful.  Terribly dry weed, terribly broken wax pens and terrible customer service.  I used to come here often and bring friends visiting, but you have been awarded zero stars.

The staff is always really helpful, my favorite person is actually the security guard that you have that works there he Is always very respectful, polite and kind when I come there.I do have one thing I find very odd is the debit service charge (since you are using virtual ATMs- the same ones I used with my Cannabis Delivery Service in the Bay Area)  that each time the person either gives me or doesn't. I usually leave it as a tip but I come once a week and some people give it to me and others do not... I'm leaving it as a tip anyways but it really was odd that some people did this. I would just set a consistency with how your employee do this- as this might be confusing for your customers.

The previous time we were there, we bought the vape cartridges and when we got home they were half empty so we called and they told us to bring them back and they would replace them. Now, this isn't the first time we've purchased the vape cartridges and they've been half empty so we asked the manager his recommendations and he advised us to try the stizy pen. He said that every Friday they do a promotion to give a free battery pack for the stizzy pen and a sale on them.So my husband went down there today to purchase a stizzy pen and received a free pod. When he was there he asked the bud tender if he would get two free batteries because we bought 4 stizzy pods and he said yes. Then when he went to go get the free batteries, they said he could only have one because it's one per person even though they just said it's one free battery for every two pods ypu buy and we bought two! This was frustrating so he asked to speak to the manager who was NOT helpful. She basically said she couldn't help him and when he told her he was taking his bussiness elsewhere she said "well thats on you" moral of the story, we will not be back and its HORRIBLE customer service.

I have been using The Dispensary for over a year. Placed my first "delivery" order yesterday and still have not heard from them. I received the confirmation through email and received a text that the order was received. The website says "place before 3PM for same day delivery" - I placed my order at 11:40am YESTERDAY and still have not heard from the store. Can't call them, sent about half a dozen emails, still nothing.

Really inconvenient to not be able to do curbside pick up because MY daughter is in the car. Choosing another place that doesn't make things this inconvenient for customers. Side note to this business: no my 2 year old will not be using your products.. AND what difference did it make to have her in the car or not for my order?

Says is bright green that delivery  orders received before 7 are delivered same day. Staff in Henderson is unaware of this and RUDE AF! Never came, called next morning and they said they had the order and it would be here by 3. So delivery would take 14 hours. No thanks.  Woman on the phone has no business in customer service.  Their false advertising is not my fault and she called me a liar. Look at your website!

This review has nothing to do with the people inside the business because I don't shop at this dispensary. This place is seriously needs to do something about the parking. I am a regular customer at another business that is there and it is almost impossible some days to even maneuver through that parking lot because of the customers of the dispensary. There's no reason I should have to sit in a line and wait to get into the parking lot because people are holding up the turning lane to pull up next to the guy with the clipboard. I mean seriously right at the entrance, it's rude and impractical to have to do that to customers of other businesses there. I know that people will say "well..go the other way to the other side entrance/exit.." Noooo.... those customers can go the other way too & he can take the clipboard with him when he goes. And can you PLEASE tell YOUR customers to STOP parking in the parking spots that specifically say..do not park here parking for so-and-so parking only. Like it's not that hard to post a sign on your door or print them on your receipts to let your customers know not Park in parking spots that have signs for other businesses. So rude. It's infuriating when I need to visit one of your neighboring businesses and I have to circle the stupid parking lot because your inconsiderate customers have filled up the parking spot that are clearly labeled for customers like me that shop in a business next to yours.It's sad that you have not even like taken that into consideration like you're the only business there. I'm not here to bash any of your products in your business or even your employees for that matter, but whoever is in charge of your customer service should seriously have some consideration for customers of other businesses also. So rude. I would have a hard time taking my business or even suggesting for other people to shop at a business that has no consideration for customers of their neighboring businesses. Prices are good but the wait time inside is insane every time i go. The people who work the curbside are extremely rude and condescending. Especially the tall skinny Hispanic woman with tattoos. You should not be working with the public if you treat people like shit. As much as I want to save the cash, it's just not worth it anymore. Thankfully there's more dispensaries opening up towards my house and I won't have to endure the snarky attitudes and long lines.

For the fourth time I've tried to purchase from you guys and took my money else where. Your website says orders in before 7 for same day deliveries. I ordered at 5:04 and got a call at 6:05 saying I have to come pick it up. Go back and check my Yelp reviews for your other locations. I have had a problem every single time.

I went to check out the dispensary in Henderson Nevada after being referred by another customer, when entered I wasn't even greeted by the employees. I purchased a 3.5 (eighth) for $59 and they gave me a 3.4 when I was supposed to be purchasing 7 grams (quarter) and they gave me 3.4?? They are extremely rude and unhelpful and when I called they said they gave me a quarter like I'm I still haven't even opened it because I want my money back!!

Horrible service yesterday(Friday night). The security guard interrogated me after I came back in for a second purchase, in less than two hours. Usually businesses like it when people buy their products but...I complained to the Manager who basically backed up the security guard when he cut me off while talking to her. Shes a weak manager who should be putting customers first. That guard should be fired for telling me; "ok then, make your purhase then leave." So I looked at the Manager who just shrugged her shoulders. Unbelievable. She needs retraining too.

Rude and disrespectful personnel. He asked me to pull over parking number 5. I went there but number 5 was occupied by someone else. I was bloking the way for other cars thats why parked in only availanlr spot number 1. Guy started to yell me I told you to park on #5. Its crazy. Not returning here again. Today I had the pleasure of having Manager (or Assistant Manager, Idk he might've said manager to impress me), expose his testicles to me today. I was quite shocked, not by having them exposed to me, but the sheer size of them. Now his wiener was rather adequate, but his balls looked like two kidney beans attached by fishing wire. It was quite an unpleasant experience, as I was hoping to be exposed to much bigger balls from a manager. Also, for future customers, here is a posting for new curbside rules. All occupants on the vehicle must be at least 21 years of age. If they are not 21 years of age they will be politely asked to stand outside. Did you bring your kids? They have to stand outside. Did you bring your baby? Put that little cutie pie out-freaking-side. While you the adult stay in the vehicle. All persons in the vehicle must have identification on them showing they are indeed 21, or they will have to wait outside. Did you bring your 92 year old grandma for some pot, because you finally convinced her that it's not the devil's cabbage and that weed is good, going to jail for weed is bad, black lives matter and trump sucks monkey ass, BUT SHE FORGOT HER FREAKIN I.D. Grandma has to wait outside, and if she gets run over by a reindeer, well, too bad you've got to stay inside your vehicle because you are the purchasing, ID holding adult. Stop going to the passengers side door.Go to the drivers side, serve the driver, unless they otherwise instruct YOU.If you are so worried about people underage getting their hands on this stuff, good for you. You are a point of sale. It is the responsibility of the parties in the vehicle for their own well being and choices. If you sell to a 21+ individual, what they do after with it is on them, no responsibility is on you. That's why you got insurance, and it's a billion dollar industry, learn to save, just in case someone sue's and SOMEHOW wins. Don't make anybody stand outside, and if that's really the only way you can think of doing things, well then I've posted the rules here for people to see, maybe use your automated texting system to inform your consumers of the rules and regulations. Because at the end of the day people don't give a shit to learn them. Especially with this stuff. The world would much rather release all the people we've locked up for this plant, give them a shit ton of this weed money so they can fucking start repairing their lives.  Do your part as the business. You keep this game running, do your part. Keep your people informed, or don't hassle them, don't make elderly, women or children stand outside. Have some decency. You don't enforce your own rules, until every now and then you'll get the green who wants to make a good impression. I respect them, but it's fucking annoying. But every time they grab it from ME the DRIVER, they get close to the car. No imagine if I were to extend my arm out fully from my driver side window. Then, the employee will extend their hand. Most people are at least 5 foot, so add the arm spans together, plus the length of my ID, we are very close to 6ft distance, where as when I'm reaching across my passenger, my hand is near their face, which brings your employees hand close to their face. I'm sure you have your rules, but logic, captain, is what is needed during times like these. Pinchers, baskets, also work, especially if there is a long stick. It doesn't make sense when they also come to the drivers side for the cash. If when they have followed your rules and gone to the passenger side, it is seldom. Either which way, there is nothing you can do to resolve my issue. (Unless you have a Puffco Peak thing you wanna give me) If this is the way things are supposed to be done, then make sure people know , and make sure your employees all follow it. This is the FIRST time it has happened in the roughly 6 months you've offered the service. If that's been the rule the whole time, y'all aren't following it. Make a friendly sign, with cute little stick people that shows the process. And if no one is allowed to be in the car under 21, fine too, make sure it's clearly posted, add it to your daily texts. Also realize what limitations that brings your customers.

It is now Sunday at 10:45 am and I'm still waiting for the text to come and pickup my order. Great customer service. There is no way to contact the store since no one answers the phone and if you leave a message no one calls back. I wish there was another Dispensary close by.

Good afternoon everyone today I went to the dispensary on Gibson to order a pre-roll that I found out was .5 instead of a gram. I brought the pre-roll back with the receipt in the bag and told them hey I buy a lot of pre-rolls from you guys and this one was short. I spoke with Erin the manager, and he was totally disrespectful. Secondly Erendan my name is not my guy so please refrain from calling that. I pre-warn anybody who is of different ethnicity not to go there because clearly there's a race issue. Just because I'm black does not give you the right to call me my guy.

I would give negative stars if I could. Every time I come here there is some type of absurd issue! Website for this location says delivery orders placed before 7p will be delivered same day. You call it says before 5p. Whatever, I placed my order just before 3:30p and received a text message that my order was being prepared. At 9p I call and ask what is going on and they tell me oh it won't be delivered until tomorrow! I said just cancel it then because that's ridiculous, they weren't even going to notify me or anything when I ordered we'll before the time cut off!  To top it off as I'm hanging up I hear them sayinG wow with attitude, really?! You guys have horrible customer service and all around horrible business management. I will happily drive across town and go to ShowGrow because the Dispensary Henderson location is completely awful!

i have spent so much money at this dispensary and the fact that it takes 1 hour just to get curbside pick up is insane. i never write reviews to anywhere but this is crazy. online it will say 45 minutes max and then 3 hours later it's still pending as well like that doesn't make any sense.

Been coming here for a couple years usually have great service but today I accidentally forgot to throw my mask on that was in my pocket even though I'm fully vaccinated the security guard at the front door yelled at me from across the front lobby embarrassing me and making me feel bad he could have been way more tactful and came to me and said it nicer and quieter

I felt the need to post this. I've been coming here since they've pretty much opened. First time ever I had to call and file a complaint with management due to the two girls who was working curbside. I arrived @6:10pm and no one was out there. You have to wait and for 10 min NOT A SINGLE SOUL CAME OUT. So I parked in the designated curbside #6. As soon as I seen a worker come out I try to flag her down as she left one car and she didn't acknowledge me and completely ignored me. So I had to get out of my car to walk up and ASK HER to assist me and immediately was greeted with attitude. Before even finishing my first sentence her co worker came flying towards me with the EXACT SAME ATTITUDE and refused to let me speak and kept assisting all the cars until I yelled I was here first can someone help me?! And they both still looked at me tried ignoring me AGAIN and I spoke up. The second girl said go back to my car like I was a threat and 5 min later came up to My car & grabbed my money and ID. She proceeded with her attitude which was totally uncalled for because I would've been understanding and polite. Well, instead she made me wait 30 more min and ran all cars AFTER me so I called and spoke with a manager. I hate pulling a Karen but it was needed. That chick refused to deliver me my stuff and sent a third girl out who was the sweeeeetest girl ever !! She got the tip instead of the two other bitches. Manager was absolutely fabulous! Sounded like these girls have gotten some complaints in the past because it was "oh I know exactly who you're talking about". GUESS WHO LOST MY BUSINESS!! I will be going back for a final time to utilize all my points I've saved with them. (Over 5k in points) WEIRD HOW SOMEONE WANTS TO ACT LIKE THAT OFF THE BAT when I come twice a week up to 6 times in a month. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. Crazy how an employees attitude can ruin the whole experience of never wanting to return again. Don't waste your time with curbside.

I have been a medical patient and have shopped here for 3 years. Back when it was so slow I could get pre rolls for 0.01 with my qtrs. It was the best dispensary in Clark county until about a year ago, you would even see the owner and her husband their daily. They would even write down specials strains and get them for us when the distributor came by, see if they could get them. And they did, I used to get super blue dream ordered, such great service. I used to take donuts, gifts for them at Christmas, they were real good, THEN. Now I only shop there because it's so close, I'm thinking it's time to switch now. But that all changed about 1 year ago. All the cool staff gone, owner never there or just stops by for the cash. They could give 2 craps about anyone there now. Just a numbers play and straight cash cow for them. They do not even keep high potency for their medical customers. Should be anything over 22% on flower or something reserved for medical.They will even cancel your online medical order and sell it to a recreational customer. You then show up after you shopped specifically for your medical treatment, then they just say sorry you want to switch? NO! I'm medical dummy, I'm not here on vacation.Now it seem anything over 20% thc on flower, they don't sell on $49 qtr special. Now, so greedy, want $35 1/8 for same flower. Now it's just weak flower , over priced, and not good service. You will see, you are just a # to them, but their greed and 'whatever' attitude towards local medical patients who built that store versus tourists. Do another search and try to find a cool mom n pop dispensary like this was used to be.. One  that cares about medical and appreciate that customers have lots of choices and they can go elsewhere. Now you are just a # and a tip jar filler for crap service.

This place continues to be the best! The curbside service is slick and easy! I've never had an issue. My curbside helper Everette is always so cheerful, happy to see me and you can tell takes pride in his work. I really like going and can't wait until my next trip....which is often! I like my crew at this location so much I don't even use eastern express which is like 4min from my house!

The Dispensary is my favorite place but the Henderson location is not!  Avoid!  They have twiced effed up my order.  Never had the experience from the Las Vegas location.  The curbside people are terrible! The curbside guy told me that I would have to go inside to the atm.  This is for a debit card.  He claimed it was also since he's been there!  I said he must be new!  It is always a payment option at The Dispensary in Las Vegas!  Since that would defeat the purpose of curbside, I told them to cancel the order and 30 minutes later, I placed my order with the Las Vegas location.  This is not the first time (to me and others based on previous reviews.   Twice, I have had them cancel my order (average $200+) each time.  The are not efficient, mis-understood and quite frankly not worth me giving my business to them.I'll be giving my business, elsewhere!Update:  just picked up my order from Dispensary in Las Vegas on Decatur.  Night and day from Henderson..yes, they accept debit (Henderson said no), tenders are friendly and knowledgeable.   No attitude."Henderson has terrible customer service.   No one wants to go over to help because of service issues" direct quote from a budtender.  Management is not doing its job apparently by training and service aptitude.  Avoid at all cost and support Las Vegas Dispensary.  Maybe Henderson Dispensary or Management will take heed and change there perception of what good customer service is really all about!

As an update- I have contacted this dispensary 4 times with zero responses. Even the guy who responded to this review told me how to contact them and I did but guess what...still no response. I guess I'm not surprised as this dispensary as 100% declined. Shop elsewhere at a company that actually cares about their customers.They sold me chocolate covered espresso beans that expire...TOMORROW wtf.

I've gotten weed from here twice in the past month or so, and I've been happy with the product both times. This is a very nice dispensary. The staff who helped me both times were friendly and talkative, unlike the staff at some of the other dispensaries around the valley. My only problem is that the parking lot isn't big enough. I had to park in one of the curbside pickup spots even though I wasn't doing curbside pickup. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Buyers beware!THC content is often wrong, it's often lesser than advertised. Here's where you can report them: marijuana.nv.gov/uploade…Inventory tracking seems to be a problem for this dispensary, they can't keep track of when to change the data in the listings. DAVIDR@kynd.com tried to BS me that there's a 15% variance in THC levels - ok, what's regulation have to do with your advertisements? Nothing. Not only that - where is it advertised?? Nowhere! The issue is not a variance - it's their inability to accurately keep their listings updated and current. David Robison deflects and takes no ownership of the problem. I explained that I'd not have bought a half oz of the product had I known there was a possibility of a "15% THC content variance". David stopped responding, making it clear that they have no problem taking your money, and no desire to correct any problems or even talk about them if you have them. This place isn't the best with service ... most bud runners have no idea what they are doing & have curbside lines backed up . Running around like crazy , giving out the wrong amount of charge , confusing people's IDS , etc . It's pretty irritating waiting 30 minutes for an order that has been ready for more than an hour .

this place is great. they have reasonable prices. the people are great. When you go look for Everette. he is hilarious. So friendly. I bought more then I expected to. He cracked me up. very knowledgeable and so sweet. look for him. They do have a line sometimes but they don't rush people like some others do.

Update- it's been week and I only got one response back from IG asking  if I received my order after I messaged them last week. And I told them I did not. Nothing afterwards and they read it.. what kind of business is this? They obviously didn't want my business, sad. I wasn't planning on leaving a review at all, but I guess I'm just little annoyed on how bad customer service is here. Can't even call this place, it just hangs up on you. Anyway, I placed an order yesterday at 11am for curbside pick up, I received a text that they are preparing my order around 1:45pm. After that, nothing. I'm usually a very patient person. But this is just little ridiculous, if you guys are that backed up stop taking orders or at least let us know by a text or phone call . Turn your phones back on,something. I was excited to try this place, but I guess they don't want my service. So I'll find somewhere else who wants my money. I'm not going to play this waiting game.

Man they are so nice I stop in like ever other day.. they have a rewords system so you can get free stuff you just gotta buy stuff you want anyway..So they got this $49 1/4 never disappoints.. all kinda good looking super friendly people..Parking lot service is fast! Coffee, blunts, donuts, work boom fits right into the drive so why not...I sometimes enjoy a breakfast blunt, snack blunt, lunch blunt, break time blunt, 4:20 blunt, after work blunt, before dinner blunt, dessert blunt & a before bed blunt.. midnight snack blunt from time to time..  bing pow! In and out in you gotta reload.. right here right now.. few clicks away your Are done.. could have had your damn weed by the time you read this stupid review..Damn whatcha waiting for... get finger hiking! Excellent! The staff is awesome! There is ample parking and the line isn't crazy. I have done drive thru and that was super fast super easy! Plus they always have deals.

I bought a disposal vape about 3 days ago. I was able to hit it a total of 3 times before the battery died. I went into the shop today to exchange it. They told me the battery is only supposed to last 5 days which I've never heard of. Then when talking to the manager they offered me a pathetic 10% off another vape. Horrible business practice at full price that vape is 25 bucks. Really The Dispensary can't afford to replace a faulty product they sold me!?

I've been coming here for a min and spend a ton of money like everyone else.. I know this situation isnt their fault. but there is literally no organization, and no customer service, even the security guard was talking mess on how unorganized their system was. The security!!! now onto my rating.. I put in my order literally right after their message said they reopened for online delivery  that said they still have availability..put my order in , got the notification it was being processed. I waited patiently then I get a text literally 2 hrs later that my order was cancelled!! I literally love walking distance to this dispensary..a text two hours later just that its cancelled..no call . no email . I mean you have alllll my information..no reason why my order was cancelled. a friendly call or email would be nice. I mean u have all my info . beyond disappointed in just the handling of this matter, ya where in a pandemic but yall need to have a meeting and get organized.I could have gotten my tree elsewhere instead of waiting 2 damn hours for a cancellation text!Then to make matters worse.. the same tree I got about 4 days ago at $49 for 7 grams.. shot up to 65$!! Talk about taking advantage of people. Still here we are the next day and still no follow up. Just like u cant teach commons sense I guess in this case customer service cant be taught either!

They're busy for a reason!  $15 infused pre rolls on the regular.  Quality and customer service is definitely up to par.  I frequent this dispensary even though it's not closest to my home because of their pop up deals!

I recently visited this shop and had the honor of being helped by a young lady named Haylee C. She had the most upbeat energy and made the entire experience a blast. She communicated everything thoroughly and made sure I had exactly what I came for. (Even educated me) She's a great asset to have there, I hope they continue to employ more like her.

Thus place used to be great, when they weren't as successful as they are now which is a shame because their bud tenders are fantastic. I was one of the first customers. Now that they have gotten more well known and are making buckets loads of money, they are not as good. I guess they need extra money to pay for their renovations. They have a points system that used to be great, but now they have placed so many restrictions on it that you can't even use your points on anything. I can't even imagine what they will do to try and make more money due to covid. Don't waste your time on this place. Go to Jenny's on Eastern. They are much more humble and actually try to save you some money. It's a shame how much  the Dispensary has gone downhill. It seems like the owners have gotten greedy though and don't care about their loyal customers who are what made them all of their money.

Maybe in a timely manner today.?I Got a call from a nice guy yesterday, he promised to make sure my delivery got out yesterday,..but that never happened..? Now I'm not sure if I need TO PUT ANOTHER ORDER IN? & possibly wait even longer?This really sux, ;( cuz I do love the bud from here. But this just isn't funny .. it's medicine for some ppl,...I'm adding to the above review because this place got ON TOP OF IT!  With everything going on, they're making sure to reach out to their customers to let them know when they can expect their delivery! Dear The Dispensary:   So... one-star only?  You're thinking, "whaaaaat?" and I get it, I do.  I actually love this dispensary, very much.  I think the staff is knowledgable, courteous, kind.  I think their selection of products is amazing--in fact, I don't live in Henderson full time (from L.A.) but I think the dispensaries here are WAY better than the ones in LA.Yes, so, I love this dispensary.  But during this COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine, I sent this business not one, not two, but three messages asking about why they weren't taking credit cards, none of which received a response.  Okay, so world pandemic.  Quarantine.  I get it.  Thank God for marijuana businesses being considered "essential".  Yay for consumers!  Boo that consumers are so adversely affected by the pandemic itself that cash at the ready isn't that easy to come by--not for all of us, anyway, and certainly, not at all times.  Few people have cash saved up for even real emergencies let alone a weed emergency (although I would definitely argue that not having weed qualifies a a very "real" emergency).  So I asked them to take credit cards--just until we get through this crisis. I did not ask them to take credit cards forever.  And I asked them because I knew they could, because in the store there is a "sorry, we NO LONGER are accepting credit cards" sign and I asked them three times: once in text, once in vm, once in email and got no response to any of those messages, not even to say, "no, we can't because...".  Nothing.  :/ And here's the deal about that:  I get that most dispensaries just do the "cash only" thing, I do.  From a sales perspective it's just easier.  But, IMO, the REALLY good ones take all forms of payment. Having said that, the credit card company cannot deny payment.  Yes, the bank can deny access to depositing that money,  because of the state/federal thing but THAT IS YOUR PROBLEM, not mine.  I'm absolutely certain that there is a way around that.  You know why?  BECAUSE OTHER DISPENSARIES TAKE CREDIT CARDS.  YOU are just being super greedy which: Come on.  Jeez!  You are making  soooooooooooooooooo much money, like hand over fist (like no joke, inconceivable amounts of revenue) (NET revenue!) and you want to complain about paying a few thousand in fees?  Or whatever the fees are to get your money out of Visa and Amex hock and into cash and then into the bank?  Not very nice, The Dispensary.  Not nice at all.  Like really?  Really?  I mean, it's not like you didn't have the right, don't get me wrong.  But just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.Additionally, you sent out SMS messages indicating delivery was available within a 5-mile radius and then that increased to a 10-mile radius.  I'm 9.3 miles away.  I'm not sure if you're aware but that still qualifies as within a 10-mile radius. So when cash wasn't an issue I went to order from y'all but I couldn't.  Evidently, there was no delivery within the 10-mile radius within which...you...um...deliver.  :/So I ordered from NV Made (and paid with cash) all because you were too greedy to just take a small hit on the oodles and mountains of cash you were (are) making as profit for even just a tiny period of time.  They have good stuff, too.  :) And they deliver as they say they deliver.  And that's always nice, you know?  Like say for instance, if you were in a world freaking pandemic and just wanted to chill the f!*k out, you know?  Like that.  Don't be sad.  It's not like I'm never going to back to your store, not at all.  I still like your products and your prices and the "wheel of weed", that's always fun.  It's just that someone at corporate is being a greedy ass and I'm sorry but I call 'em as i see 'em.  Maybe next time try to be cool.  Or not.  Your business, your choice.  But all choices have consequences, right?  Right.  Namaste.  :)

I went to their website and I seen where they had curbside pickup if you call  before 5 you will get it the same day. I called at 11 a.m. at 1 I called to see what happened they said give us an hour. I came back in one hour they told me I had to wait for a text. So I went home I never received a text. I called them the next morning they said it was ready I told her there doing roadwork on my street and I can't today then she simply  hung up on me. I understand  things are a mess right now but this was very rude. Will remember this treatment  when everything  is open.

Our friend was staying with us from Arizona where marijuana is still illegal coaxed us into buying some edibles. The woman was very helpful but forgot to give us our 10% senior citizen discount. This place is a gold mine on Gibson in Henderson.

Terrible experience, I used the curbside pickup and got a disposable.  The disposables battery was DOA so I called and was told to bring it back and come inside and they would replace it.  Upon arriving I was told I could skip the line and go directly to the window, this was only partially true I did skip the main line but had to cut threw the crowd to get to a small makeshift line of 4 or so and wait.  I was so uncomfortable with the amount of people in the room I had to leave. It was shoulder to shoulder. I won't be returning guess they got me for $$$  lesson learned.  Bad product bad service

Live close buy and after work checked out their website and saw some preroll a on sale for 8$. Decided to stop buy on the way home go in wait in line for 10-15 minutes cause it's Friday night. Get to my lady bud tender and asked for the 8$ preroll special and she tells me not so nicely that those are 15$ in the store o 5 for 40$. The 8$ dollar deal is curbside pickup only. So I asked her politely that she can't sell it to me in the store for the advertised discounted price on their website but if I call it in and have them bring it out to me then I can get the discounted price. I said thanks and left and she just gave me a sneer and said next customer. When I got back to my car I checked again and no where on their website does it say curbside pick up only. Guess I wasn't a big enough spender to be dealt with in a courteous manner. I have been here numerous times as it is nearby and I have always got great service but I have to say Dispensary Henderson you dropped the ball with your neighbor this time.

My poor husband has so many problems every time he goes here. The problem is they serve recreational customers before medical patients and they are not supposed to. Medical patients should always come before recreational customers!

You know the show "Cheers" where everyone knows your name? My three favorite bud tenders CHAR, ANGEL & NICK E. do that and more. Whether I'm picking up curbside or in-store they make sure my experience is nothing less than stellar. They are passionate about customer service and will happily answer any and all questions I have. I always walk away with a bag of quality cannabis products and a smile on my face. You come to The Dispensary for their incredible deals and loyalty rewards but you stay because of their personalized touch.

The staff were really friendly and help to educate people who were new to the experience. Courtney was knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. She even told me what to expect when eating an edible. Would definitely come back and shop here again.

The hours say they're open until 10. The employees are so pressed to go home that they lock the door 5 to 10 minutes before hand 10/10 would not recommend if the employees aren't happy what is that say about the business

Usually had decent experiences here previously but waiting 4 hours for a very small curbside order only to be told upon arrival you can either wait an additional 45 minutes outside or go in to stand in line to pick it up....completely absurd. One cashier on a Friday night doesn't bode well.

Over the last few weeks my daughter who is under 13 keeps getting messages by text to shop for cannabis and drug related products through this company. On multiple occasions I have replied stop to the text messages but they keep coming. I contacted a location by phone and they said that they were going to get me in touch with the individual that does this to permanently remove her number but they hangup on me every time.

Best dispensary I've been to in Vegas. Pretty fast, everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly. Great customer service!

Such a terrible experience. Extremely rude and unorganized staff. For context, I placed a curbside pickup up order because the security guard outside said the wait was 45 mins and suggested I do that. I took his suggestion and then place the order, check in outside and provided the cash and ID card. After a few min some employee runs back to inform me that I placed my order 8 mins ago so I now need to go inside and cut the entire line, but assured me window 10 would handle it. I check in and the girl with red / orange hair is rude. Given my experience up to this point I wasn't in the most thrilled mood. I proceed to provide the info required and the employee didn't even bother to let me know where to go. I then cut a wait line of apparently 45 minutes to waltz over to window 10 like the employee outside said and I come to find out my order is nowhere to be found and I need to wait for the next available window. Basically what I was trying to avoid. Not a great experience when someone is waiting 30+ mins and some stranger cuts everyone because the staff is so unorganized. So all in all, extremely rude staff and so unorganized. Also a bit overpriced for brands you can find at better service locations with better prices.

I ordered delivery at 11 am it's now 6pm and I haven't heard anything and I am based less than 1 mile away. They need professional router it's not rocket science. Map out routes to nearest majority buy zones. On top of that no form of communication other than a random blocked call and a full voice box.

The system for pickup is.... rough. Waiting three hours after the initial order is ridiculous.  Then there is no time frame. It makes me want to cancel. Why bother telling someone their order is being prepared to be picked up hours later.....

I have been a medical customer sense the dispensary opened...I have only been to one other dispensary so my opinion is limited.I have a choice to spend less then $20.00 per month for Morphine or over $300.00 for medical Marijuana. The side affects of the morphine out weighs the $300.00 for the Medical Marijuana.The Dispensary to attract my business offered me a 20% discount.  FAUSE...I am told everything I want is already discounted so I get the same price as everyone else....no promised discount. There is seldom any products available high in THC...I am told it is sold out as soon as it arrives. HOW DO PEOPLE KNOW? Is there a secret list...do I need to bribe a bud tender to notify me when the good stuff comes in?I'm the type of patron who likes to patronize and stay with who takes care of me.Damn shame I have to start looking at other dispensary's

I frequent this place because of the consistent great deals and pleasant staff. All of them easily answer my questions and seem very knowledgeable yet honest. All staff wore masks and social distancing in the line. Security took my temperature on entry.

Wish I could give this negative stars. Been going to this dispo since it opened but after today not sure I will ever return. The customer service is awful...managers and associates alike. Had a very rude associate tell me if I don't like a policy change they made to just not come back. Spoke with a manager and she started the conversation with attitude towards me. Im ok with policy changes, but your associate telling me to not come back when I voice my frustrations is not how you treat a customer. The manager never apologized...instead told me she didn't know the other side of the story from her associate. I'm the customer and it's us that keeps you employed...not your associates. Learn to treat your customers better...and better bud would be a bonus.

I placed an order around two or 3 PM I called twice to make sure they had the right number and everything was okay. because in the past they have forgotten to deliver my order. I last called them at 5 PM and they told me everything was good and I should be expecting them around seven. So I just called around 8 and when I called they said I didn't have a order but one of the employees remembered me though and he even said she doesn't know what happened. I wouldn't trust their delivery service.

I'm leaving a review based off the CUSTOMER SERVICE I have gotten from this place . Today I call in to get information in regards to the strains they have and which ones are indica and Sativa. Now the person at the front desk basically told me she doesn't work in the back and couldn't answer any question for me. WHY DO YOU WORK AT THE CANNABIS CLUB IF YOU HAVE TO ANSWER PHONES FOR GUESTS AND CANT GIVE THE INFORMATION NEEDED. Never offered to go ask, never did anything to give me the answer I needed. Smh. I'm pretty pissed because I've called 5 times today for information and only got 1 piece of information , every time I call nobody can give me info regarding strains smh. Worst cannabis club ever.I'd reccomend Top Notch THC up the street, their prices are included with taxes. Plus they're a lot nicer .Or essence cannabis which is also closer and they have better deals with the same THC % that they have.

The herb was good. Just shady that I bought 2 grams at 15 dollars each get home and they both look small. I weighed both 1 was 0.8 and the other was 0.7. Also the when I took off the caps no freshness seal just take the lid off and there is weed.

This is a very convenient dispensary. Just off Gibson and 215. Great selection with curb side pickup. Medical card gets you in and out very quickly. The staff I'd great.

False advertising during predented times!! Advertsingg 79$ halfs and no where in description or during confirm call was it said to be pre ground!! CHECK YOUR BAG BEFORE DRIVER LEAVES IF GETTING DELIVERY. As soon as I walked inside and got shocked because i payed $200 tax included for OZ that was shake i text back driver and got auto response msg could not be delivered. Therefore i felt scammed at this point. Waited all day for delivery just to get false advertised and conned out of my money. AVOID HERE AT ALL COST. Go To Acres or CURAleaf

This was my first time to this dispensary and I  ABSOLUTELY LOVE this dispensary Ms.Haylee G. had me hook up. She listen to what I needed and I could not be more excited. The staff that you have greeting people as they walk in LOVE ,  they made you feel like family. Thank you guys for a great experience

Placed a delivery order 2 weeks ago. Every time I tried to call, their phone line was disconnected. Not busy, disconnected. Had to call the central Las Vegas store to ask them to contact the manager at henderson for me to have them turn their phones on. Finally got through to ask about my order, which was confirmed by phone and email, and they said they didn't have it and to just place a new one. Nothing to make up for their mistake. Horrible service.

I placed an order for delivery at 6 pm Monday, and according to their website, any delivery made before 7pm will be delivered same day. Around 8:30 Monday night they call me and tell me they won't be able to make my delivery tonight. They asked if I wanted to just come pick it up. I said no and asked to be put on the delivery list for Tuesday. I told them it would have to be after 5pm though because of work. They said they will make a note of that. So Tuesday arrives. I called them at 5:30 to make sure my delivery was going to come today. I was told yes it will. I waited up until Midnight and received no call no text no nothing and no one ever showed up with my delivery. This place is absolute trash with their customer service. I will never spend a single cent at this business and I would advise everyone to take their business elsewhere. I gave this review a 1/5 but you guys don't even deserve the 1.

I see a lot of negative reviews about delivery and prices. First off yeah I agree that the notification/ETA system kinda sucks but keep in mind they never had any intentions of running a weed delivery business and they're doing the best they can. Would you rather not be able to get weed? And as far as the prices maybe you should buy bigger quantities, I got a 29% quarter for $70! $10 a gram, that's dispensary quality at drug dealer price. Not to mention I got a cartridge on sale for %40 off. When most dispensaries are doing next day orders I'd rather roll the dice with The Dispensary and get it the same day. Good job guys, party on!

The lady who answers the phones is rude as fuck and should pursue another profession because customer service is not her strong suit. Not only was she rude but she was no help. Couldn't tell me if I was going to receive my delivery order the same day or not, if my driver had even left, or even an estimate of time. Just that it'd be here tonight "probably". I'll never order delivery from here again. Placed my order at 2:45pm and the place closes in an hour. Busy or not I live 5 mins away it doesn't take 9 hours.

I drive out of my way to go to the Henderson Location, seems like their concentrate selection is a bit better most of the time for the flavors I appreciate. (Indica dominant) Christie and Tim usually help me out and service with a smile.

Andrew is super nice and very professional. My dumbass forgot to put my order in cause I was rushing to get there and he was nice enough to get my order for me. Anywhere else they would make me get out of line and order it online. He was nice enough to get my order  super nice guy.

Placed a curbside order and after an hour and a half waiting I went with roommate to pick up cartridge. Roommates underage daughter was in back seat and curbside said I had to go inside since she was in there (Honestly thought this was a nice gesture) only to find out that I had to wait 20+ minutes in line so I could pickup my order. That on top of the hour and a half I already waited was enough for me to leave and find business elsewhere. I'm sure there product and staff are fine but the actual business and setup is a complete joke. If your looking for convenience, this is not the dispensary for you.

I don't want to go into major detail, but I had an issue with an employee and the change he gave back. Lexie the manager was calm and collected and resolved my issue. I will continue to use them as my main dispensary.

What ever you do do not do the drive up curbside order delivery it's easier I've been here over an hour in my hot car with the air conditioning running and I still haven't had anyone come up to my car to get the money.

I'm​ so happy I decided to come here instead of my original shop next to work. Gerrell was incredibly nice, had a big smile from the start, very knowledgable and even talked to the manager about giving me a discount with my unrecognized industry card (North las vegas Marijuana sheriffs​ card, I left my Agent card in my work bag.) and​ THEY DID! I work for TapRoot and always enjoyed coming here for our pop-ups​, but as a customer,​ the experience is even better. Thank you Gerrel for also helping me​ when I thought I left my keys on the counter (they were in my pocket.........) After a very long weekend of work and finals, The Dispensary secured a great night high for GoT Sunday. Thanks guys!as far as these negative reviews.... Ordered online Friday June 19th.  Needed to get some cbd cream that my wife likes.  The order online said $59 and change, so once i got notice that it was ready, we left to do the curbside pickup (don't want to go in, because last time i did curbside, security came out and screamed at me for not wearing a mask (i was standing outside my car at the time).  So anyway, Samantha came out and told me it was $65.  When i explained that the computer said it was only $59, she said "complain to the state".  So i did.  You cannot have employees, especially in a cash business, trying to make extra money this way.  Ethan did give me my money back when i complained. They are doing an outstanding job with their curbside pickup! Always the best deals in town.

I don't indulge!  But I went here with someone.  This place is small, it seems like the line is long to go into the dispensary, but it moves quite fast.  The lady was really nice, she told us about the membership, and 1st time customer special.  So then we got the pass to go in, and we entered the other door.  Again a line, and it seemed to be a long line, but it went pretty fast.  So they know how to get straight to the point!  They asked, what kind of high do you like, what kind do you like?  Then Bam!  She busted out with like 4 different kinds.  The person I was with smelled them, and picked one.  Then they have some letters on the bags, and if you collect enough to spell Ounce or Pound, you get that free.  Over all from what I saw, it was a good experience. And the person, that I was with, said that was a great deal for what he got.

I want to give a huge shout out to all the staff and cool people here .. 1st of all to take care of me and let me know there was a mistake and my pre roll was awesome this evening . I want to say Thank you for taking the time and doing the right thing.  It's great to see that customer service and standing by thier work still means something.  The deals for 4/20 are great and the fact they started today way a huge bonus. Had low expectations given I'd NEVER heard of it. But via google search found this place one night looking for close options AND I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER SHOP IN VEGAS AGAIN! The staff are very fun and inviting if you're in a peppy mood, or they've been relaxed on days I've come in while in pain needing a restock.Quality options, convenient sizes, always A1 recommendations.

The managers here are really great. I have had a couple orders messed up (which happens sometimes at ANY dispensary) and the managers are ALWAYS sweet, apologetic, and helpful while fixing the problem. I have only met one worker out of dozens who was unkind, but the manager apologized profusely when that happened. I appreciate that the managers make an effort to make things right. I feel like they truly care for each and every customer

Curbside pick up is suppose to be a new and FAST way to order but doing curbside pick up here expect to wait in your car for 30min - 50 min !!!!!! Ridiculous

I love this place. Once I found out how close this place was I started checking it out. I love how I never have to wait to head back. They always have high energy and always great service. Been here quite often, everything was great until I bought a pre-rolled joint. It was defective, burning in the back, but no smoke coming out through the front. I tried so hard to do everything to get the smoke out, but ended up burning through the whole thing and was left with nothing. I called to see if there was anything I can do or what they can do, but they said they couldn't do anything because it was "used".. I didn't even get to use it because it was defective. They even mentioned that there has been a lot of problems with the pre-rolled joints. Don't waste your money on the pre-rolled joints here because apparently, they don't want to take responsibility for defective items that have been causing problems for many other customers.

curbside option is not the greatest here. Placed an order, was processed and ready for pick up. I then decided to place a second. It was processed than ready shortly after placed. We knew we would have to wait a bit for second since it was place after first. however, they couldn't find second order. Went to give them confirmation number, but the gentleman that came out said the  confirmation number doesn't mean nothing. I don't know if he was being lazy or just didn't care. Then we had to sit and wait a while for first order(thought it was ready? Hmm?)  Got first order( finally) but was told I have to go inside to purchase whatever was on second order. Well, I won't be coming to this dispensary again. To the management, why do we get confirmation for all orders we place online but the system doesn't mean anything?  If I would have known, I would have not used curbside and walked in instead. Also, please teach your associates about great customer service and not rudeness.  I ended up going to another dispensary near by and they were absolutely the best! They get five stars!  I am grateful there are other dispensaries in town and this one is not the only one.

My overall experience here has been great. Friendly staff, helpful, patient. In a low traffic area so easily accessible with great products. A little on the pricey side but worth it compared to others ive tried in the area

Love this place and wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars but meh. The staff and daily deals are always amazing but my only complaint would be their PHONES. Today I called to check on my order for curbside due to not receiving any text notifications. I did receive an email from this location with an order number as always. When I tried to call I was placed on hold and was 1st in line estimated time, 5 mins...30 minutes later I hung up and called back and spoke to Jade (don't slaughter me if I spelt it wrong or heard wrong) who was awesome after a short 4 min hold

First off, this is my first bad experience, but it was bad enough to make me uncomfortable to never want who helped me to ever "help" me again. This place has been so great since they have been doing drive up pick-ups. Everyone goes to the passenger side, no contact of any kind the kabillion times I've gone. However, today, a white girl, faded rainbow hair with tattoos scattered on her legs, took my ID for curbside pickup. For the first time she came to my driver's side window. That made me uncomfortable right there alone. Then she brings out my bag and ID, while she is doing that, she coughs. I quickly try to roll up my window and let her know how messed up that was. She argued with me about how she was sorry and that she "turned away". Her mask wasn't even over her nose which defeats the purpose completely. I barley cracked my window after that to get my stuff. Then she gave me the wring order, ID and change. I then let her know and she said it was hard to tell the difference the difference of IDs with the masks on.......the man in the ID she handed me was a white MALE, I am a Mexican female.... basically she lied about making a simple error for no reason. She kept going on and on and I just wanted my stuff and to leave. She was an atrocious employee.

Staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and fast!  I ordered a cartridge, which malfunctioned when I got home and was not working and when I returned it, Ciara took great care of me and replaced the malfunctioning cartridge.  Ciara was awesome and the staff is always helpful and great in general!

This dispensary is open until 11, although I wish it was open later because there are not many dispensaries in the Southeast side anyways. The service is quick and the budtender that I experienced *kind of* knew what they were talking about. Prices are standard but sometimes they have really good deals. The texting offers can get a little overwhelming, but you can always switch those off.

Not knowing what to expect this first time shopper took the plunge. From walking in the door to leaving awesome customer service. Taylor was my budtender. She completely answered all my questions, made knowledgeable suggestions and provided a kind orientation to a first time senior citizen buyer. Gave her a tip and please tell her boss she needs a raise. Damn I miss customer service like this. Figuring out edibles. Discounts for first time buyers and their loyalty program looks generous (yeah, that's important to me). I shall return. Who knew you could consume a tranquilizing bud or a stimulating brand?

The Dispensary is easily accessible for SE valley customers and has great hours.  The selection and price of products is comparable to other dispensaries.  Even better, the entire Staff is knowledgeable and friendly.   I'm not familiar with vapes; I just quit cigarettes and decided not to get flower this time.  Criss, my Budtender, was able to suggest vapes...which were options from the selected Daily Specials.-- I go here specifically for the Staff.  (and, maybe, proximity to my other errands and Home)

got a discount for being first time customer, the "budtender" was friendly. As far as the product goes, it is the same stuff everyone else sells.Their prices are better than "The Source" another dispenser down the road. The girl at the front desk, checking ID, had a snotty attitude and copied into her computer, information from my drivers license without my consent. I will be contacting them to delete any name or address they have copied. Other than that, it is a nice dispensary with wide selection of products, they have a nice online page with their menu listings. Parking is tight. Will be back! thank you.

I was so excited to go to THE DISPENSARY and purchase 4 -1 gram joints for 20 dollars. It seemed like a good deal. However, when I got to my destination and I opened the first joint and found the wrapper was less than half full. A lot of the shake had spilled out in to its case. I immediately opened the other 3 . They all looked very underweight . They were not of equivalent sizes. The shake was so fine that it poured out the filter end of the joint like salt from a salt shaker. I went back to the dispensary. I showed the manager one 3 inch , one 2 inch and one somewhere in between (sizes approximate) they were hardly the same. These were house rolled. They were poorly rolled and very different in sizes. I asked to compare it to a pre packaged pre roll... they did not. They told me all different weed weighs different and that's why they are so different. Who sells prerolled joints  with 1 inch left of paper on the end? The manager took one of the joints in to the back room. She returned and tried to tell me it was 1.2 grams... of course that included the filter and paper. I did not see the scale.Sadly, I have had this issue before with THE DISPENSARY. In the past I had said nothing. Now, I'm ticked off and feel like they are taking advantage of people who really don't know what a gram joint is suppose to look like. Shop around. You'll see what I'm talking about.Don't go to THE DISPENSARY! it is MY OPINION that they misleading the public.... if the joints are only .7 or .8 then sell them as that. It still would have been a good deal.... BUT DO NOT TRY TO DECEIVE ME ,by advertising falsely , and steal my money. TOP NOTCH IS DEFINITELY A BETTER DEAL. Exhale on Flamingo across from the palms is also a great tax included dispensary.

As a first time purchaser, this place was friendly.  Not really knowing what exactly I was going for or what to try, the staff there was friendly and kind enough to explain what the products were and for a first timer, they gave me a few recommendations.  My guy comes here often so I'm assuming that value goes along way here.

This was my first recreational dispensary experience and it had both its ups and its downs. I arrived at around 5pm on a Thursday in December and omg was this place packed! I got checked in rather quickly, but the entire waiting room was full and practically standing room only. When the security guard finally led me in back, I was hopeful that I'd be able to move through the line quickly, but it, too, was practically out the door. There were two separate lines- one for recreational and one for medical. The recreational line was the long one and moved painfully slowly, as all medical patients were being seen first. When I entered the back room, there were two medical patients in line and each were in and out rather quickly, however, the security guard would then let in more and more, to the point where about five medical patients would be seen for every one recreational. This meant that I was standing in line for almost 45 minutes before seeing one of the three or four bud tenders behind the counter. Standing for short periods is physically painful for me, due to the condition I'm treating, let alone for that length of time!I guess I maybe understand why card-carrying medical patients would be given priority, but this wait was pretty obscene and I would urge The Dispensary to alter its method of wrangling patients during peak business hours. There must be a way to move recreational through there more quickly, no?When I finally made it to my female bud tender, the woman I had watched be so friendly to patients previously, seemed a bit cold and distant to myself. Not rude or anything, but not smiling or offering any additional information with her answers to my questions either. Perhaps this was just due to her mental exhaustion from them being as busy as they were (I've worked retail before, so get how it can be), but after the long, long wait to get in there, this was incredibly disappointing to me. Anyway, the indica flower I ultimately walked out with was fine. Overpriced with tax, of course, which I expected with recreational, but still unpleasant to pay for after such a headache to actually receive. I might consider revisiting The Dispensary again, but will probably try a different one in the area first.

I placed an order at 11 am this morning and got a text at 11:30 confirming my order. It's now past 4:30 and I have no idea when my order will be delivered. Website says orders placed before 4 will be delivered same day. Hopefully it comes soon. Updated to add: I just called. I didn't wait that long on hold (estimated wait time was over an hour and I waited maybe ten mins. I was caller number 3 and they estimated 40 mins per caller). The lady who answered was very nice and explained that my order will still go out today and will go out shortly and I'll get a call soon when he is on his way. This is just the world we live in now. So if you order expect it to take all day. It's the same with any of the places. Order early and don't run out!! Updated to add: My order finally arrived at 8pm. The process is SLOW. Order early!

I've been there twice just for CBD, no THC involved - supposedly. Anyway I took an older friend (for Arthritis) who was new to CBD use& he had a few questions, but the shop was very busy & loud.  He couldn't hear the sales gal & she didn't seem to want to or be able to speak up & explain the different products. They didn't seem to want to take the time to explain CBD usage for medical issues to him .  He was ready to buy but his questions were not answered so no sale & the 15 mins we were there was an unsatisfactory experience.If you're an older person looking for a courteous & well informed sales person in a quiet environment- I'd go somewhere else.

Horrible service. I know it's covid-19 going on, but this is the worst dispensary I went to. Go to ESSENCE!! Ordered at 1pm friend ordered at 3pm she got hers at 5pm.And I didn't get mine until the next business day at 2pm!! I called so many times and I've talk to the lady she was so rude and she told me to stop calling my order would come. If you're wondering my friend got the same exact thing I got. The weed was all shake! And on top of that they have horrible horrible customer service the lady supervisor is crazy!

I was assisted by Nereida I get that it's a fun environment but she was distracted by two coworkers in the process of handling my order and managed to get it wrong.  I asked for wedding cake #13 and she gave me Tahoe Hydro Mac Jack #13.  Didn't even let me know what I was paying for. When I bought it. One experience truly messes it up. It's a dispensary but don't you guys give classes on  Customer service?

I'm NOT happy with "The Dispensary"!I purchased a cartridge that was only half full and could not find a fare remedy. I live a few miles away. The package is sealed, then they put it in another sealed package to leave with. I didn't realize it didn't measure out until I got home, it was half empty. Because I used it they offered me another one at 50% off and swore up and down that that's fair. I disagree. My travel, time and stress is worth NOTHING? I called twice and just got the runaround. So I called again today and they invited me back, said that they would take care of it, make it right only to offer me a 50% discount on another one. It was half empty, what about my time, traveling, gas, arguing with them? Anyway, I left empty handed and am now forced to NEVER return... They were NOT NICE to deal with! I would not give them one star, but, I have no other choice.

This was my first visit and I will definitely be coming back. Got an amazing deal on a cartridge as well as getting something new. The staff are amazing and very helpful with all my questions. Even showed me how to work the new item and show me other product I can use with it. Thanks!

When you make a mistake, you own it.  It doesn't matter if your business has 1 employee, or 100,000 employees and 500 contractors; and it certainly doesn't matter which of those employees or contractors made the mistake, because it's certainly not the customers mistake.  Unfortunately, that's just not how the folks over at the Dispensary seem to think things work.  I made an online purchase, which offered $10 off for first time online orders.  The website sent my order and gave me a total which included the $10 off.  When I went to pick up my order, the clerk charged me full price.  I didn't realize this until I had left the store.  I called to explain what had happened.  Speaking to the first girl on the phone was like talking to a 3 year old.  It took me 5 minutes, despite speaking in slow motion and in minute detail to get her to understand my complaint.  When she finally understood, she asked me if I would like to speak to a Manager, I said yes.  After holding for a while, another girl got on the phone.  This one just had a reason or an excuse for everything.  First, she told me that my purchase did not meet the min.  It was like pounding a nail into a knotty piece of oak.  When I finally got through to her that I had purchased 2 of them, which was over the min, she blamed the other girl for not telling her that.  Next came something unexpected.  She told me that the items I had purchased were already heavily discounted and therefore did not qualify for the promo.  Now, pounding a bent nail into knotty oak, I attempted to explain that not only are there no terms to applying the promo other than the min purchase, but the website totaled my order for me, which included the $10 off.  Finally having successfully communicated this, she told me that it was "weedmaps" fault.  I told her that I had ordered it off their website, apparently, it's still "weedmaps" fault.  It wasn't surprising to eventually find out that this girl was not the Manager, what was surprising was that she told me that there was no Manager available.  Unlike other businesses, there's no way to contact this place other than by telephone.  There's not a single published email address, the domain is even listed under a proxy. It's fairly clear that if you're not satisfied with something, they don't want to hear about it.These weed workers seem to know their pot, but they don't know the first thing about Customer Service and it doesn't seem there's anyone Managing them.  If this had happened in the store and not on the phone, I'm certain it would have resulted in my getting physically ejected by their security because that's the only way they know how to problem solve.

My budtender Kylee was so helpful and answered all my questions!! I was very unsure going in and she made me feel such relief. I am new to the area so it was great to have such a nice place that is close to where I live and decent pricing! I would recommend checking them out, look online and you can see their deals!

I was nervous to go in for my first time, but they could not have been nicer, educating me on the products and what would work best for my pain. My pain dr suggested I try some products to help get me using less big pharma and when my back went out these products were the only thing that gave me relief! This is the best dispensary in Clark county. Their staff is so super sweet and knowledgeable. Online orders are processed so fast! Also, they have the best prices by a long shot. I used to go to two other dispensaries, but this is 25-50% cheaper all the time; the daily specials make it even more insane! Their stock is good, quality is great, and their selection ruin is immense, especially considering the size of the shop. Love this place!

I wanted to write a sincere review of this dispensary after coming here for several months now and moving to the area from NY.  I have been to other dispensaries in Colorado and other areas in Vegas, as a comparison/baseline for my review.Positives:* The staff seems to really care about their customers, every budtender has been courteous to me and helpful - in person.* I've read negative comments about the security guards, that's unfortunate. They have always acted as part of the staff and even saved swag for me from pop-ups, truly a class act and I've never felt anything but safe there.* Prices are simply unbeatable if you factor the daily deals.  Vape carts 1/2 g for low $30's every week if you are patient (good quality ones like Roots, CT's, Black Hat, JackPot), plus the shake specials mid and first of month really help keep costs down.  Lots of pop-ups offering daily specials and swag are an outstanding idea.Negatives:* Parking is absolutely terrible.  I can't count how many times I've driven in with a small window of time for a pickup, and haven't been able to park and had to leave without being able to pick up.* Parking lot safety is not a concern for me, but I have seen people consuming what they just purchased, perhaps spending more time in the parking spot.  I have seen mostly used product in the parking, and even a full vape cart crushed in a parking spot, apparently ran over, poor customer...* Orders have two sets of problems:     A) There should be a dedicated order pickup line or person that can ring you up as quickly as possible.  Whats the point in spending the time creating the order and submitting it, if when you come in it takes you as long or longer than other people walking up and ordering.  There have been times where I have waited over 10 minutes for an order pickup and had to leave and was not able to pick up that day.  The blame isn't on the staff, they are trying to help customers and move them along, but without a dedicated person or process for this it is a constant bottle neck in the medicinal/fast pickup line.  Customers want to talk and most are baked, this doesn't make for an efficient process, especially for customers with cash in hand that are ready to grab the order bag and go.     B) Online ordering should be more customer focused, while increasing the TDH bottom line and brand.  An example is to raise awareness of the daily specials with the staff, some do some don't.  Here is a real example - If a customer orders the daily special for a brand of shatter or vape cart of a certain strain, but another is available that is comparable and also part of the daily special, the staff should suggest options.  This is hit or miss, sometimes orders are placed and SMS replies give you options on what is available.  Most times, unfortunately, you simply get an order cancellation without more help.  If you place a call (if you have time to hold on the line and aren't working for example), you might get a completely different response from someone else that physically looks at stock and tells you - I don't have that one, but I do have these... This is a no-brainer benefit to TDH and its customers, especially your medical patients that drop thousands every month on you... please take customer service to the next level to remain competitive with other dispensaries.I for one have been loyal to TDH, spending around $2K regularly there every month.  Unfortunately, it has not been a great experience consistently, although I greatly appreciate the staff there.  Truth be told there have been times when I have considered picking somewhere else to go, but I want to be as supportive as possible to TDH before throwing in the towel.  Hopefully constructive criticism will help them identify what to improve on and everyone will be happy.mahalo TDH

This is my favorite Dispensary to go to always quick lines ,and great customer service. I awas helped by Taylor she was great at helping me pick out what type of strand i should get. She was paitent the whole time while i was slow with choosing. Overall great place highly recommend you go and check it out. Always has the best strands

The price gouging dispensary in Clark county . Horrible parking lot with very minimal place to park . Extremely long wait since Melissa the big boss can't figure out how to keep the line from moving . Maybe Melissa is as high as the budtenders . This place is a JOKE . Go to ESSENCE . Cheaper products , huge parking lot and a minimal of a 5 minute wait . Melissa should be terminated for being so clueless.

So the Dispensary NV will ban you for having a wrong order and then their little budtender (when you and her were the only one who interacted with each other will ban you for having their employee correct the wrong item being brought to your car).  You won't find out until returning and then will be told that you are banned for "abusing the budtender".  You will then reach out to corporate and no response or further explanation.  This is clearly an employee who took me being angry when she brought wrong product to the car personal (only got angry for her telling me it wasn't product and that I had to use a mathematical equation for .5 gram products on this 1g product)  I didn't even go back for like 4 months from this horrible experience.  But worst part is they won't even tell me what the employee said to have me banned and the youthful manager with zero skills on duty was clearly in over his head and wouldn't even try to tell me what she said even though he claimed he was the one who put on the note instituting said ban)  when you try to contact anyone they will not respond.  I don't even know if this bans me from all the locations.   Not a huge deal since everyone else already copied their business model anyway.  However, that being said, make sure you just take whatever they bring out to your car, cause you might get banned should you want employee to correct it.  That being said too if you haven't heard yet, your competition reopens down the street and your competition down the street the other way changed owners and are now on point with $47 qtrs and so much love for medical patients like myself.    Anyway, you have so many options now and if you really want great deals and don't want to wait in the ridiculous line, the new colorful competition down the line will match any price on the same product.  If you are also a medical customer, that green like dispensary who matches price down the street on any product is basically giving you some really good live resin until Aug 29th so check em out

My first visit was very impressive and I will be going back. A little small in the waiting room but not that bad. The pricing was reasonable with pretty good selection. The special got me in but my bartender Tricia was so helpful that I'll go back for more.

This place is so great! Jenny and her staff were SO incredibly helpful and informational! I came with my dad who has cancer (it was our first time). Living in the henderson area, we frequent the DISPENSARY only. It's convenient to get to, but most of all the customer service exceeds every other place we have been to. When we come in about 1-2 times a month, we are greeted by the sweetest people, Charlotte! She's amazing and so nice! We have had a few "budtenders" but there are two that always stand out and are always so great with helping us find the right buzz! Shannon and Amber! Thank you for always going above and beyond! Beyond the meds customer service is a must and this place goes above and beyond! AMAZING SERVICE along with some tasty, tested, potent meds!! I have gone here 6 times so far. The budtenders are always very helpful, patient, and friendly. Most recently I was served by Taylor, and she was great! She kept bringing over lots of different prerolls when I kept asking for different things, and she ended up making good recommendations. This location has never been too busy, so I've never had to wait in line. Someone is available right when I walk in, so I'm in-and-out in a couple minutes. Getting $10 off for your first purchase (of $40 or more) is a sweet deal and a great way to bring in new customers.The reason I give this location 4 stars instead of 5 is that I've had prerolls that weren't rolled well. On 3 separate occasions I had to smoke half of the joint before any smoke started coming through. Considering they are not cheap ($15 each), I felt like I was literally burning away my money for nothing. Perhaps this is partially my fault for not learning my lesson the first time it happened.Aside from these incidents with the prerolls, I only have positive things to say about The Dispensary. I recommend checking them out if you're in the area!

I come here every week and my experience is always amazing. The wait isn't usually very long, I am usually in and out within 10 minutes. But even when there is a bit of a wait, it's still worth it to come here. The prices are the best in town and the quality is excellent. They always have specials, and they even give you a free birthday preroll! From the staff up front who check you in, to the bud tenders in back, everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. It's located in a great part of town, and in a discreet area located just off of Gibson. It can usually be difficult to find a close parking spot (there are many spots that are reserved for adjoining businesses, but I've never had a problem using one of those spots for a quick in and out purchase), but even if you park at the end of the lot it's not terribly far away. All around an incredible dispensary experience and would recommend to anyone looking for great deals and even better bud.

UPDATEThe manger at this location reached out to me and 100% made the situation better. If you looked up the definition of customer service you would see a picture of her. I would like to reiterate that this dispensary has an abundance of products at great prices and for the exception of one Budtender the staff are extremely helpful.

Always a great time when I come in. Great deals you can count on everyday if you need. If not great strains when you want the best. Terpenoids are listed online for those experienced allowing you to really select EXACTLY what you want.  Go in and pick it up instead since the budtenders have the best attitudes and alsoReal knowledgeable (Tricia) with all around products you can really get a good idea on what you want for what ever mood you're looking for!

I'm a regular at this Dispensary and I can say the team is amazing. The Budtenders are always on point and with any recommendations they're very knowledgeable. Chole and Carissa are a pair of dope ladies and they know their Bud. I recommend going here.

I've been to quite a few dispensaries in Las Vegas and this by far was the best experience I've had. Our bud tender Davion was helpful and patient with our unrelenting questions. He had a great attitude and extremely personable. He helped us with finding the best quality as well as actually testing a cream. Basically he cared what we walked out the door with  which was so nice.We will most definitely be back!! Their selection was fantastic as well with a great easy to read menu.

MEDICAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!! They are charging medical patients recreational taxes!!! That's an additional 11% I believe!!!!! We pay our dues when we pay for our card! Stop scamming your medical patients recreational taxes!!!! If you notice on the receipt it just says "tax". If you take half a second to do the math in your head you'll be able to tell how much they charged! I'm sure they do this to every medical patient, VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!! The response I got was $10 store credit and oh whoops it just doesn't register to the back for first time customers! BS! Even so the budtender was very aware I was medical as I was in the medical line.

The whole place is clean, and the staff is super helpful, professional, and polite. The staff that run the counters are very knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure on pushing different items, they take their time to answer any questions, and you feel confident about what you are purchasing in that it contains the type of plant darivitave, or strains, you are looking for. Would highly recommend this place to any Medical Marijuana patients who are unfamiliar with the different types of strains and darivitaves of marijuana. They have everything from Pre-Rolled, oils, waxes, ediables, and even pet products. Major thumbs up!

Wonderful customer service. I get really bad panic attacks when I smoke and they helped me find a strain that doesn't trigger them. They also introduced me to their CBD lotions that have helped my moms arthritis significantly. Will come back and recommend to friends.
