I came to this dispensary by mistake and so glad I did because it's was little to no wait , and actually felt the a/c unlike the other dispensaries. The lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and help me get every discount possibly which I appreciated greatly. I will definitely be back and spread a good word to my friends. If you want a good dispensary away from the main strip definitely stop by here you won't regret it .

I live in LA but when I'm in Vegas I usually like to come here or the source.. I mean the prices are pretty much the same and so is the quality throughout vegas. Nothing like LA but this place does the job... nice staff and friendly patients

My go to spot. Best customer service I've ever received and while each bud tender is friendly, Chris just gets me. He knew what to recommend and all kinds of tips on strains to try per my taste. I've used their delivery with ease, drivers are all super sweet. Love the apothecarium! Easy in and out and on your way :)

I was so impressed by my first visit here today. The entire staff, from security to retail, was so caring, light-hearted, and incredibly knowledgeable. The product line included something for everyone, every taste and every need. Very stellar! Our assistant today was Diana, she just knew intuitively what we needed and what would work for us. I applogize that I didn't get the security officer's name, nor the receptionist. But they were also very helpful, very inviting, and caring. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

I've been going to the Apothecarium for a while now and I've always had a good experience. The staff is always kind and willing to help. Today, John helped me out and made me feel welcomed in the store. He was training a new guy and must be doing a great job because the new guy knew what he was doing. Good work on Johns part. I definitely recommend!

Came in about a week ago and definitely had 5 star service . Leilani was my bud tender and was extremely thorough and knowledgeable on everything I needed ! Sometimes at other dispensaries I feel rushed and pushed out the door, I never do when I come here ! Leilani took her time to hear what i had to say and gave me her true honest opinion and I'm sooooo happy with everything I got !  Thank you so much! I'll definitely be back !

This place isn't your average dispensary at all. First when you walk in there is a seating area with menus for you to look at. Today they even had their extra menu out with 12 days of specials. Each of the staff have been trained in knowing Cannabis. Whether your entertaining CBD, THC,  you want to eat it, drink it, or smoke it - they can help you. Our Cannabis guide tonight was Macayla. She was on point with her knowledge as to what strains, and the how to's for pain ect. We had a mini consult as to what the overall goal was, and she def came thru with her suggestions. At The Apathacarium you deal only with one person. For the entire transaction. You don't wait in a line to look, then another line to pay, then another line to pick up. You only have one person thru- out your entire process. You can use your bank card here, you are charged a transaction fee, as they run it as ATM - but that is nice if your not carrying cashThey have merchandise for sale as well. The staff are always wonderful, and the knowledge is real. Here it isn't just about recreational but about treating the person. They don't charge you for your bag, and if you bring in a bag even if it is from another dispensary they'll give you a discount. Each purchase earns you points that don't expire. Those points rack up. JsLocation is Sahara/ Buffalo, parking is ample.

From out of state, not even sure how I found the place, it's somewhat hidden. I'm not sure of all the requirements associated with selling weed in Nevada however, I'm sure they are strictly enforced. That said, the process that's laid out at the apothecarium seems as if it was well thought out as  it works well. The budtenders are nice, not sure how informed they are on each of the products.  They act knowledgeable enough but Im older and just really want to get high. Can't really tell if the pricing is unreasonable. I did go to Planet 13 and the products were higher priced. I'm writing this like I'm already loaded but I'm not. It's a good place, don't seem to think there would be much better maybe comparable. Nice staff, clean facility.

So I was one of their first customers..Then I found out the truth 1. Worst sales and no allegiance to people who supported them at start up ..They treat regular customers like dirt ..They have personal friends come by no masks ..hug all the employees and get discounts us regular people don't get .Veterans specials are non existent it insulting jokes ..When they do have sales they let friends go ahead of people who waited and played by the rules .Highest prices by far of any Las Vegas shops .Cold rude and " in it for the cash  A friend with weed is not a friend indeed in this case ..Go anywhere else this place suc....ks On Veterans Day they made  disabled veterans wait in line ( unable to do this they threw me into the trash ..Veteran hate this place ..No love no peace no friendship just some greedy jerks

My wife and I just finished our taxes and were really stressed out. We grabbed a bite to eat and then I decided to stop in at the Apothecarium on West Sahara. It's near my house which is very convenient. I signed in and was eventually called back by this cute little friendly girl named Kirsten. She was so helpful and very knowledgeable about all of the products. She wore a great smile and pleasant demeanor the whole time. I'll definitely go back. It was a great experience!

They have pretty good edibles here, I usually never go wrong there but when ever I get flower, it's sooooo dry  I will just stick to edibles from this dispensary to avoid any disappointment

Went in when it wasnt super busy, and was helped by the wonderful Trace! My friend and i were recommended some great stuff and we will definitely be back once we run out. If you decide to stop by, ask for Trace!!

Everyone is always very nice. I've never been inside lol but I have a pickup order like once a week and I'm always happy when I leave

Had a great experience with our budtender Chris today. Placed a delivery order and there was some printer issues on his end with a longer than usual wait time on the phone for us. He was very helpful and also gave us a discount for our time. Great prices, great budtenders and great customer service make the Apothicarium the only place for us.

This place is the best, always prompt and professional. Shout out to Tiger for always giving 100%.

I've been a regular at this dispensary for years now and the employee Tyler consistently mispronounces my name, am literally there weekly. Once he even stated, "that's just how I say it man" which like okay cool whatever but today I asked Tyler if he knew which pre rolls were new and more fresh and he stated he didn't know. Instead of checking packaging dates he gave me one that was 7 months old. The staff is really good at customer personalization and often treat the regulars really well, just not me I guess. Come to find out Tyler is a manager and so that really stood out to me. I will not be returning! Will not miss the long wait times and the rushed and half done interactions I've had with Tyler.

This place is legit operating on a skeleton crew.  Unless you have no value of your time, stay AS FAR away fromthis place as possible on sale days.  You will wait in a line outside to wait in a line inside.  It's really frustrating to get inside and see not even half of the registers occupied.  They are causing massive lines in the middle of a pandemic and prioritizing profits over customer wellbeing which is despicable.

This place is awesome. I love the buildout in this place, it's so luxurious! They always have security and I never have concerns going there alone. Love this place!

I have lived here for over a year and have been to several different dispensaries in town. This was the worst experience. I came in to get some gummies, flower and a pre roll. I was very specific in the fact that I wanted sativa or sativa dominant hybrid for all items. The strain of flower I wanted was out of stock so he recommended a different strain that was "sativa hybrid." Wrong. He sold me a half ounce of an indica dominant strain. He also forgot the pre roll that I ordered. On top of all of that, he took 30 minutes to ring me up and there was plenty of time for him to double check all of the items. I will not be returning and I suggest other find a different dispensary where they actually listen to the customer and do their job. Don't waste your money since there is no chance of returning or exchanging once you walk out that door.

Wow this shop is amazing especially when its your birthday month . the homegirl Drew always makes the experience delightful and enjoyable with her knowledge and  outstanding personality. I use to have issue with this shop but since the taxes eased they work with the people best of what they are allowed to .  other shops have bigger discount but they dont have DREW

I was unable to enjoy cannabis for years due to extreme paranoia and rapid heart rate. Time after time and dispensary after dispensary many employees tried to recommend different strains but nothing ever worked for me. I was about ready to give up until I met Leilani. She described in great detail the different types of "actives"- I'm not sure exactly the word but she told me what to avoid and what would work for me based on my symptoms and what I was looking for. Every other dispensary just told me to try an Indica with a low THC Percentage but never actually told me what each of the ingredients meant. For instance she explained that I should lean towards some thing with Linalool or myrcene. Thanks to Leilani I can enjoy cannabis again without the fear of paranoia. Leilani is the best!!!

Love the vibe here, and the expertises is always good! The face that I can tell them to surprise me, and they are usually spot on! Is almost scary LOL.. Rod and Tiger are great and I highly trust their recommendations.

This place is so convenient and the staff is wonderful. If you know what you want after checking in you can have ur order expedited and you'll be out in no time. I take advantage of the edible deals when they have them 3 for $45!!

Apothecarium located on W . Sahara in Las Vegas NV.  is a decent dispensary.Clean Atmosphere.Friendly Staff.Fully Staffed.My review will be based on this dispensary and NOT on the inconveniences that the state makes these places put their customers through. ie. Filling out a form and the 10% Recreational Excise TaxSo it's Las Vegas, and Nevada doesn't make it AS easy to purchase your product as other states like let's say California or Washington State. I mean sure you can purchase bud here and it is now legal, but "My Gosh!"We came on a Thursday afternoon to purchase some cannabis. We had to wait outside, fill out a form and show ID. It felt very invasive. The line moved quickly though. Once inside it was definitely not as personable as locations in Ca. And Wa.  The feeling was very clinic like. Basically it was similiar to waiting in a doctor's office lobby. After about 10 mins. I was called to a counter space to meet with my budtender. Indica is suppose to be geared more for relaxing people with seizures and anxiety. I suffer from anxiety so this would be ideal according to the helpful lady (Hilary) at the counter. She was AWESOME! Excellent customer service.Not wanting to get "high" I was interested in CBD with NO THC  in a vape pen. "Tangerine Dream" is the Cartridge  I went with. It's very calming. Happy to note- I am quite pleased with my purchase.Prices were a bit high at $12.00 for my reusable vape pen, $45.00 for my cartridge and $50.00 for 1/8 oz of the flower bud "Cannatonic." A $2.00 fee is charged if you use your debit card. I recommend bringing CASH! As a first time customer I received a FREE state flower,  mine was a $9.00 value. That was pretty cool.My experience was good here. Overall, I would recommend. Enjoy! :)

I visited the Apothecarium on Sahara in Las Vegas and I wasn't too certain on what I was going to purchase. Luckily, my consultant was MARIO. After asking me all the right questions he suggested some items I may be interested in . Thank you Mario for your patience and time .

Been calling for two weeks because they have been out of the gummies we us. Finally we were told yesterday that they had arrived in stock and would be on the shelf today. So today we drove clear out there to purchase only to be told they didn't have them and that the info we received was incorrect. Be careful dealing with this shop. They are not very honest !!!!!!

Weak pick up process. I'm annoyed and inconvenienced by having to wait in line after setting up a pick up. They wanted to scan my mother's drivers license, not just check for the date of birth. She doesn't consume and need not be in their system. I was told I can come in and pay. Even management says I have to get in this long line, and wait in the waiting room behind everyone else, although my $270.00 order is sitting there ready. This is an idiotic way to process a pick up. Absolutely stupid.

This is my go to dispensary near home! Today Ken was informative and got me what I needed without a breeze! You won't regret coming here. They have great quality for a great price!

So first time customer. I know some people don't appreciate the line/ procedures upon entering, I found it to be very professional and it was constant and continuously moving. Their system works. They are extremely nice here and I like that they have a menu with options. The service is great. I ended up getting what I came for. A strong CBD cream. However most places offer something free for first time customers. I was disappointed that they didn't have anything to go along with my pretty much $60 purchase. Would have been nice to try anything else. They did say if I brought the bag back next time I would get 5% off my next purchase .I wish they would have given some recommendations on how much to use and how often to use for first time user. I will have to research and see!

Accompanied my husband to get his night doses of sleep aid. First time here so it was interesting how it works when stepping in a dispensary. Of course,  security at the door monitoring the foot traffic of customers wanting to get their share of rest and relaxation. As you enter, they ask if your new, a guest, or a returning customer. Also, they check your photo ID to make sure your legal. Once that's done,  take a seat and wait to be called by the next salesperson.  Then you pick out what you need. Better to pay cash unless your willing to pay about a $2.75 fee for credit card use. Purchase was a smooth process.  This place was clean,  staff is friendly,  knowledgeable on the products,  and price seems fair.  Why I didn't give the 5 star.. it's because I dont know how good their products are and I'm  not willing to try...lol

The review was a long time over due! I FUCKING LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! I feel like it's my place. Ive been to other dispensary's, and I've never quite felt so liked before. All the people that work here recognize me, they all chat me up, make me feel wanted, and my favorite part we get to talk nerdy stuff about the products. The guys and gals here never do me wrong! Thank you!!!

Great selection and prices are definitely on par with the competition. However, I have to say Essence still has the best system for fast service. Regardless, a really sweet girl with pink hair helped me out and everyone else was super friendly too! Not sure if this is going to be my go-to dispensary but it's not bad.

Love this store. Dylan is A++ for product knowedge. Not to mention, he's a rad human who delivers costomer service as it should be delivered.The store is clean and elegant. The crowd is a museum of style and diversity. Nice hand lotion, not the cheapy kind, in the clean and well-stocked ladies room.Another company was giving out promo swag that day too. Who doesn't love free swag?!Well done.

Update: go to the Source down the street, omg this was a million times better (faster,cheaper,friendlier) Came here a year ago and had the worst experience and vowed to never came back but then I thought everyone deserves a second chance so I ordered online for pickup to try to minimize my interactions with them and it was just another disaster. Not only was my order not ready but they were kind of rude about it, then they didn't have 3 of my 4 products and tried to exchange/upsell me from my $118 order to over $400 of stuff. Their version of customer service was offering me a ten percent discount after repeatedly telling me there was nothing they could do. That's called a bait and switch and isn't legal. I highly don't recommend shopping here, this place is the ultimate buzzkill and super shady

So I used to go here ALOT. To the point where every employee knew me, the security guards knew me, and I like to think I'm one of the best tippers you'll ever meet, so long as I get adequate service. The store is just like any other dispensary so not much to discuss other than the hospital waiting room atmosphere. Their selection is suitable if not somewhat limited and the prices are average, but they mess up...alot. I'd spend an average of $200+ every week there but the waiting, slim selection and bad attitudes are too much for me to return. Let's just say to DOUBLE CHECK your orders and receipts before walking away from the counter. I've ordered literally the exact same thing 3 times and got 3 different totals each time. With variances of up to $5 I have no idea how the prices just jump at random. Not to mention I've always got hundreds of points but when I go sometimes they'll remind me, sometimes they won't and I won't realize I could've saved $20 my last visit but wasn't notified. Now with the growing popularity of this store I'm never coming back. Their system is so utterly uncoordinated it turns a 10 minute stop into an hour long odyssey. They've got a "express number" but that's a joke since people literally walk in the door, call their order and walk right past every person waiting for 30 minutes. Newsflash: that's NOT how express should work, you're encouraging people to manipulate the system so they can bypass unsuspecting people. How about a physical express LINE with a literal 2 minute time limit to order instead of a "call as you walk in so you can yoink the 20 waiting suckers" express call in line? (express calling isn't very express when the menu is constantly changing, selections sell out and you have to find out what's available....almost as if you're a normal counter customer and not "express)." Anyway, decided to give them another shot after a month away and I'm not regretful of my choice at all. The old woman at front taking ID's glared at me as if I just shit on her desk, not even a hello, the place was dam near empty, but still took me about 10 minutes to get my order in. I guess I'm persona non grata since I hadn't shown up every other day like I typically do. Used to be a great spot for locals but now tourists and Uber cars are more the norm which is why I'm done with them.In short... Used to be a great dispensary for locals but it's gone down the shitter with their explosive success.P.S. : the $25 'infused' prerolls I bought on my last visit was just TRASH. It wouldn't burn evenly, tasted weird and had STEMS in it. We broke it open and poured it into a bowl and the bud was like powder, totally dried out like green cocaine. Great way to spend $25 and not even get a buzz!Conclusion: check out NuWu on Main Street. The store is massive, they've got plenty of staff on hand so you never sit around for an hour with your thumb up your butt awkwardly trying not to stare at the person seated right across from you. Not to mention their new Lounge is AWESOME.

I've had some problems with this shop in the past and the second to last time I told myself I wasn't coming back. I don't know if it was policy changes or just changing out cashiers but they're a lot better. I went in cause I happened to be around the corner and I didn't want to drive far. Tiger helped me and he was super friendly, super informative and he was fast while still being able to hold a good conversation. It's because of him and this last experience that I'll be coming back.

Love this place and Kirsten is the best! They were out of the specific edible I was looking for and she was super helpful and knowledgeable with suggesting alternatives for me.

Absolutely gorgeous facility! Like seriously beautiful- chandeliers, comfortable chairs, leather bound menus of their products. You'd think you'd entered an upscale restaurant and not a dispensary.I haven't sampled my products yet, but this review focuses on the amazing customer service I received. Everyone from the front desk to my bud tender was polite, warm, kind, and knowledgeable. Everything was spelled out very clearly for me and I really appreciated the personal attention. It didn't hurt that you receive a free pre roll for your first visit as well as one on your birthday! I also thought that their point system was clever as well as the 5% discount for bringing back your bag for your next purchase. A nice way to encourage recycling! I will definitely be back, even though it's not close to me, it's worth the drive. Now, to sample!

What an AMAZING dispensary experience in the heart of Summerlin. The interior is just stunning and the staff is as friendly as they come. They carry great brands and the prices are competitive. I highly recommend this retailer in the Summerlin area.

I agree with Christopher A.... The store is extremely overpriced, both times I've been there it's loud and noisy and I can't hear a word their sales rep is saying.I ordered the product online and when I arrived at the store they told me they never received the order or had the two products in stock..... huh??? So I wound up buying something else I did not want and it ended up in the trash just like the previous order I made.I won't be back.

Update. Just tried to order online. Site not working again. They sent a email for free delivery. So I call and try n place order. I get treated like shit on phone by some lady who refused to identify herself. So I asked for a manager, and Chris got on and continued to argue. Every time I go here is a problem. Wtf? I stick to planet 13 now but since being quarantined I'm trying to get delivery. And this is how they treat older disabled Veterans who need it. Shame on you. They deliver it today and the order is wrong! I call. And I'm transferred twice. Both cold transfers. And then manager argues with me, Megan. Says I ordered that. Never would I order what they sent me. And she continued to argue and not fix the problem. Said she'll send something out tomorrow? 3 days to get it?!?  Ridiculous. Can't trust this dispensary as it always wrong. Shitty customer service. Very unorganized. Been coming here since it opened. Save your time. Too much has changed. Take your business elsewhere where they actually care about you. I miss this way it used to be run. Trust me. Go somewhere

Worst dispensary in vegas, dry weed and highest turnover rate in Vegas as far as employees quitting and getting fired. Not to mention they raised prices and stopped doing deals.

Excellent service, very knowledgeable because i had no clue. Clean place and lots of variety here. Edibles gummies are good too. Try them and they have a big  parking lot, located in a strip mall.

This place is amazing.This was my first time visiting a dispensary and I'll admit I was pretty nervous. They have a very organized system going, great customer service, wide variety of products... the man who assisted me (Steven) was VERY helpful! Totally walked me through everything and took his time with me.I left extremely happy with my purchases as well as my experience as a whole. They have a great rewards system, referral program, plus you get 5% off when you reuse the bag they give you. Oh and first timers get a free product!What's not to love?? I'll be returning for sure.

Pros: Great parking lot - really easy in & out.Broad variety of products. Nice rebate program & discounts. Great marketing with their tailgate specials, 1st time buyers bonus pre-rolls & nice budtenders. About 55% of the time they are out of inventory* but have great reccomendations for alternative products. Cons: The outside line up. Not a lot of options for seating. Need chairs without arms. The "receptionist" - never had the same one 2x - are very snobnish & unhelpful. Dont use weedmaps for inventory & even their supposed update website inventory* isnt correct. Note: their knowledgeable budtenders have good suggestions. We have about 7 dispensaries near us, but this one, though about a 10 mile drive away, is one of of our most frequented. Note to management: fix your check in process & hire nicer front desk people. Fat friendly: not seating wise. But great edibles.

Slow!!! Inside and curb side...nice ppl but they need a better system with customers waiting inside and in car. I can when doors opened and with 4 customers and I've been in the lobby 15 minutes

This was one of the best experiences in Vegas !!the location was easy to find very clean outside and as soon as you walk in they greet you I felt so comfortable and had all my questions answered their customer service was amazing I will keep coming back when I was going through the menu they explain everything and different effects which is good for beginners like myself the prices are reasonable and the products speak for themselves

Having come of age when Reefer Madness was shown in our local theater for us to laugh at, when a "nickel bag" actually cost $5, when flower children were all the rage, I couldn't believe I was walking into a dispensary and buying the stuff legally (at least for now, until our current administration plunges us back into the Dark Ages).My budtender, Hailey, was very friendly and helpful. While I'm not a MM patient, my hippie days are over, and I really was looking for something that was strictly CBD, or close to it. It occurred to me to ask if what she recommended might have any interactions with other meds. When one interaction she mentioned raised a red flag with me, I liked that she went for help, rather than just dismissing my concerns. She returned with something completely different that was priced reasonably. I left as a happy customer, with a bar of chocolate as my free first-time customer gift. It does have some THC, for those times when I feel like returning to my free-wheeling former glory days.I like this place!

Very friendly people outside that got me in quickly and explained what their process is. I was helped by Ron and he was excellent! Very nice, professional and chill. He helped me get the best deal.  The store is lovely and very clean. I am not a huge fan of not being able to see the of the products without requesting information however I was not intimidated to ask about anything. I'm just a curious browser. Large, clean, friendly business! I have tried a couple other places now, this is the best! When you pull into the parking lot it can look crowded, usually when there's a class in the next building. I've never had an issue finding a spot and it's very well lit at night.Get in line and security will approach and ask if you have a medical card or you are recreational. Card people get to go inside right away. Then you go into a large well lit waiting room and have a seat. There are "menus" to browse, and info on the tables. The workers call you back and answer questions, fill your order. I'm a newbie so I always have questions. They offer opinions, find out what issues you are dealing with, and get your goods! Hands down, an AMAZING dispensary. This place is definitely well managed and well kept, with customer service/ patient service well on the top of their list. (This review is for the service and place, NOT the specific products)Location:Very far from me. I live over on the East side of town and I still manage to drive the 40 minutes to get there. (They are located on the NWest side) Check in process:Very orderly, quick, and to the point. Outside, there are people who ask to see your ID, if you have been here before, and who will be purchasing. The Purchaser(who has not been there before) will take the clipboard inside and fill in the form, while they hand your ID to the person up front). After filling in your paperwork, you wait for your name to be called in the waiting room. You're lead by one of the workers/specialists inside the BEAUTIFUL large open room in which many counters are open with the menu and a consultant to help. Personally, The couple of times I've been, the person at the front has given me or my friends some type of attitude, but nothing seemingly offensive. Paperwork is stressful haha. Selection and Service inside: The "menu" is EXTENSIVE. Lots of different items ranging from pre-rolls, by the ounce, Bath/body items, edibles, for your animals, pens, refills, etc. Anything you'd like is there. Also behind the counters I've seen beautiful pipes and they even have Apothecarium merchandise. Everything is fairly priced and comes in professional packaging. The consultant who has helped me inside has always been GREAT. She actually referred the place to me when I met her! Very easy to talk to, asks what your needs are, and gives you recommendations. The second time I came I had her as well, and she asks how things went/ how well we liked our purchases and accommodates with further recommendations based on how it went! Only one I will request; Thanks, Jennifer, for always being a great help!!Buying options: As normal, cash or Debit Card. Unique Pros:-the first time you come In to purchase, you are given a free pre-roll of your choice!-you rack up points from your purchases and are able to use these points at a later time to purchase items (idk the threshold, but very cool deal!)-you save a certain percentage from your purchase each time you come in with the same Apothecarium bag. -there's a print out of the information of the product you bought which includes what dates it was manufactured, packaged, and expires; it also has the Terpenoid Profile, THC Content, etc. which comes in handy when figuring out which dosages and types work best with certain bodies and the type of high you want. Definitely check it out :) nothing to lose!

Recommended by our server, while on vacation, at breakfast on the strip.  He said it was a little bit of a trek ($30 each way using an UberXL) but said it was the best and to stay away from places on the strip.  I'm so happy he gave us some good advice.We got there right when they opened.  Outside there was a short, but fast moving line.  Submit your ID, go into the waiting area and you can go back when called, with one other person if you'd like.The place was so clean & organized.  Hard cover menus w/laminated pages.  I started to tear up with excitement ...and our budtender appreciated the excitement ...all giggling like school girls.  She was so helpful, patient, and descriptive which helped us narrow down to find exactly what we wanted.  And, a free roll w our purchase!  On the strip later that week, a club promoter hanging on the street, as they do, asked what we did earlier that day.  When we said we went to the Apothecarium, his eyes widened, stopped he sales pitches and confirmed it was the best dispensary in Vegas.... and made sure we got the free roll.Highly recommend to trek off the strip to the Apothecarium when visiting Vegas.

I've been coming here 2 years now, and the new Covid rules are way over the top! They put up glass everywhere between the counter sure, but you can't hear through the glass and now they make you stand 6 feet away from the glass and I can't hear anything at all and you can only look on your phone for the menu... it's not personal anymore.. it's really hard to talk to anyone because they won't let you get near them... I don't feel comfortable yelling my order through the glass. Not coming here anymore. I only was here to use my points. I'm going to Another shop I found from now on. I spend so much money here, and to be treated like this, no thanks.

The dispensary itself is beautiful and the employees are friendly but it's only 3 stars because I waited for 45 minutes to get what I wanted. I live in Denver so I'm very familiar with the cannabis industry and I've never waited that long.  I wish the staff would've asked me if I knew what I wanted like they did the locals because I very much did. I had to walk up and ask if I could go in the express lane. It is a nice place though and the selection is great.

I was surprised to see tourists at this place. I guess the free joint sells it?Very overpriced! I won't be going back. The only reason they get 3 instead of 1 star, is because the store is fancy.

I have never stepped into a dispensary and have not smoked pot since high school, but when my 86 year old mother was diagnosed with lung cancer I needed some help.  This is a beautiful place, but better than that, the staff are experts in their field. They help guid you and educate you and everyone is so kind. This is the best in town !

Updating my previous review after visiting a few more times. The customer service is top notch and the wait time is still never excessive (that I've experienced) but the quality of their flower is extremely disappointing. It's very dry - it turns into powder in my fingertips. I bought a half ounce and got tiny little popcorn nugs that were so dry I had no use for a grinder whatsoever. Over $100 wasted  seems to be the case in most dispensaries. Very unfortunate.

Along with my now deceased work dog Jake we were part of the original medical clients they ever became regular customers. The employees are great and helpful. My one complaint I have is when I purchase items I like to know the percentage of THC in the items I have interest in and purchase...why don't u give this information to us

Out of State residents and Visitors WITHOUT a Nevada ID - BEWAREI have shopped at apothecarium exclusively for 3 years, spending an average of $400ish\month. 3 days ago I bought 4 pre rolls and spent about $60, and was told at my next visit I would get a $5 credit(woo!). today for the first time, I was turned away because their ID scanner would not scan my government issued ID (Colorado). on previous visits when this happened they would input my information manually and told me it would just take another second and we're always very kind. today I was told the policy is that if the ID does not scan, I am not welcome to shop there. thank you for showing customer loyalty means nothing to you, I will take my money, tips, and ALL referrals elsewhere. I have never had poor service, but a loyal of customer of 3 years is hurt, I really liked you guys and when I could shop there, you had the best product in town.

Nice place and the service is good...until it's not.  My associate and I stoped in to buy a few things including 3 pre-rolled.  Upon lighting it, neither of us were able to draw smoke while the joint burned up like a forest fire.  A complete waste of $15.00.  We walked the mile once again to complain and they were not willing to listen nor do anything about taking back the remaining product.  They gave him 2 more.  Tried another and had the same problem.  Complete waisted money and a total of 4 miles walked back and forth.  Finally we got papers and unrolled what was simply powder.  You can't roll a joint with powder, it needs to be more course.  Finally, we had to buy a pipe and unroll them all.  They should have listened.  They WILL have more unsatisfied customers - if they had not already, and they should have refunded our money.  Very sad.

I visit this particular location often because I find it to always be a great experience from the handsome Security guard to the lady behind the computer. I like to request Wayne when I visit and I'll even wait if I have to because he's worth the wait. From the 1st visit till today consistently great service and the employees seem to be very happy to work there , no surprise there. Today I got to meet Richard the man in charge, professional,knowledgeable , very patient and quite the cut up as well. We all go thru life most of the time busy and hectic and when we are please we forget to stop and share that amazing experience. I refuse to be that person that only complains  when they had a bad experience, that only hurts that hard working person trying to pay their bills. If clearly the bad experience was not their fault. If your on the fence about trying anything they offer just get educated, it has changed my mothers life who was over medicated and is 89 Apothecarium and the products we tried saved her life. I use many things as well I'm not a smoker so there's something for us all. Today I also purchased dog treats for my very slightly bipolar Pomeranian and wow she loved it and she's way chill. Thanks Richard best 25 dollars I ever spent. I have Fibromyalgia and if I didn't have this option my pain would be a much larger struggle.

This place is nice and efficient. Our bud-tender was nice and knowledgeable. We only purchased edibles but the gave a free pre-roll which was a nice thought. The pre-roll was the only smokable I had and it was pineapple (something). The pre-roll didn't even give me a small buzz. I can't blame the bud though because in DC we are able to grow our own legally and what we grow is amazing. Looking forward to trying their other offerings. The edibles were nice. BTW, it is totally appropriate to tip your bud-tender.

I came here when I first turned 21 two months ago and it was my first time there so they offered me two free joints. I bought some gummy edibles and got the joints, I ate the gummies the same night and a joint a few days later. I saved the last joint because it was sativa and I don't like smoking it if i'm not doing anything. Tonight I finally decided to smoke it and the wrapping around it was still on and EMPTY! No joint :( I was upset to find this discovery and even more since it took me almost two months to realize. Just look at your containers after you get the pre-rolls. :(

They advertise deals on their website that says will be taken off total after completing order. And big surprise discounts aren't taken off and can't get a response from anyone there to correct it. So don't count of getting any deals you think you're getting.

We went to The Apothecarium in late April for some pain relief. Met Daniel V and he helped us navigate through the menu of available thc/cbd. We are going to ask for Daniel V's assistance when we return. Daniel was so very helpful explaining all of the different treatments available with the different strains. Daniel V is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge. Glad he made our experience so pleasurable amongst the great menu of relief.

I wouldn't go anywhere else!! This is an amazing dispensary, the service is over-the-top and the consultants are all very knowledgeable. As a medical patient, I feel confident after leaving there that I had gotten the very best medicine for my pain, etc. From the time you walk in the door, you are treated in a very professional manor thru the whole process. AND the consultants will spend as much time as you need to have all your questions answered, and as a 65 YEAR OLD patient who had a LOT of questions, it is SO comforting. Steven took care of me the other day, and even though he is a new consultant there, he did an amazing job! And I just love seeing Ulrika's big smile as she checks customers in. She's amazing!I will never buy my medicine anywhere else!

This is a 5 star place and experience. The security/doorman, front desk, waiting area, menus, employees all are fantastic. Vegas has no shortage of dispensaries but I believe The Apothecarium has to be one of the premiere in the area.

Best cannabis dispensary I've been to in Vegas. Everyone that works there is super awesome and they have a great selection. First time visitors get a gift and you get 5% off if you bring your bag back.

Definitely the worst pot shop in the city. The rude and sloppy looking reception person (the dude with the holes in his shoes) Takes my ID and doesn't put me in the computer. I wait for over 25 minutes as I see people being served that came after me. I approach him and ask what happened. He yells at me. Telling me to take a seat. Then he goes to the computer and sees his incompetence is real. He said I'll be next in a rude voice. After that I go in and order. I then go home to find out I just bought the driest medicine EVER!!!!

Since I had friends visiting, I decided to take them to their first dispensary in Vegas since legalization this past year. I didn't know what to expect, but what I experienced was somewhat surprising. Unlike the one I've seen in Seattle, The Apothecarium is to cannabis as Blue Bottle or Stumptown is to coffee. They've narrowed this down to a science. You first sign in and wait until they've processed your identification. Then you have an expert help you choose what you're looking for in their menu. Their employees were very professional and knowledgable. They even throw in a free preroll for your first time. My friends were very happy with their experience and loved how everything was by the book from purchasing to even taking the product out in a bag with accompanying label versus a brown paper bag. Although they accept debt cards, they have a $2 charge so bring cash.

It was my first dispensary. Thought is was the best but I was wrong. Very nice people, very knowledgeable and always willing to help. Having said that. Tried to go last Friday and they were CLOSED for inventory. Now I'm no genius but I do know that you don't close a marijuana dispensary during the day so you can do inventory. This is the second time it happened to me and it will be the last. As I said before very nice people but the prices are always high. If price is no issue then by all mean I recommend this store. But if you believe like me that marijuana should not be as expensive as it is, much like but Oregon is doing right now, then seek out other dispensaries.

Moved here recently and had heard great things about this place and they definitely didn't disappoint!The staff is awesome Christopher helped me out he such a doll and so knowledgeable!He took his time to show me everything I wanted to see the flower was amazing! the quality and diversity of strains made me happy and the prices reassured me I was at the right place! This is definitely my new favorite and should be your new hotspot!!

Could the customer service on the phone be any worse? The older lady with the raspy voice will pretty much make your day worse any time you call in. Last time Valhalla's were buy one get one half off she told me to come in and they definitely weren't on sale and nobody honored anything. It's a shame cause this is a cool store. I get my grandparents edibles from here and this place just turned into a crap circus. No sales any more and awful customer service. They should be ashamed.

The best dispensary in Vegas, hands down. They take more of a medicinal approach even for "recreational" users, so everything from the menu to the budtenders is very warm and professional. If you're looking for fun edibles, their selection can seem intimidating, but it's worth deciphering the menu. Plus they have specials all the time and even classes!

Aesthetically beautiful inside. Parking is tight, yet available no charge. Client specialists are knowledgeable. Had a concern once, however, it was addressed quickly. Good to know there are caring people who are willing to educate. Applaud the caring individuals that work there. Confidence in shopping here.

I moved about 7 miles away from this place at the beginning of the year. I now live .2 miles from another dispensary. I still come here. Its the staff, the variety of product, the vibe is very chill, yet professional. Only reason I can't go 5 stars today is because one if their product fell short. Just moved back to Vegas and I stumbled upon this dispensary, being a faithful Yelper I decided to give it a try.- they more than lived up to their reviews. Great selection, well informed staff, nice spacious interior and good parking options.I'll be a repeat customer.

First timer and it was interesting. I have to say that the staff are cool beans but when I asked for genetics, they couldn't answer. Weird. I need the background of what I'm buying so I can understand what I'm getting. Anyway, prices are decent. You do get good quality product in pretty boxes, that's for sure. I think the lack of knowledge but cool atmosphere says to me they're all for the cool smokers who do it cause it's fun. I need the professor behind the rep. Other than that it's a cool place to go to if you aren't concerned about the genetics of strains. Just use the color code and pick the highest content, right? For some, sure, but not me.

This review that I am posting is intended to be the PERFECT EXAMPLE of a question the hiring  manager at APOTHECARIUM LV should ask the next person he/she is interviewing for a job there (ESPECIALLY SINCE YOU HAVE A GREAT REPUTATION FOR HAVING TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE) . Show anyone the attached receipt and if he/she cannot figure out why the customer felt the need to call the store and explain why they deserve a $10 credit when they write in the notes, "Please use my award points toward my order." That next time I order and ask to use my reward points that I have to add the following, AS IF THEY WERE YOUR OWN. I called them after I reviewed my receipt attached below of how I was charged for my delivery order and had them pull up my receipt and they credited my account with $10. But I have a feeling that the manager who took my call THOUGHT I was mad, I wasn't, I was disappointed that someone in a customer service/tip heavy job would bill me the way they did especially after reading hundreds of great reviews on their customer service  AND EVEN AFTER THEY MADE THINGS RIGHT WITH ME, I FELT THE NEED TO POST THIS REVIEW so this NEVER happens again (yes, I'm trying to make a point: GOING FORWARD, BILL YOUR CUSTOMERS THE WAY YOU'D BILL YOURSELF and NO ONE SHOULD EVER FEEL THE NEED TO CALL YOU AGAIN ABOUT THIS HUGE KINK IN YOUR UNDERSTANDING *GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE". As an out of state customer I came to the apothecarium looking for pain relief while I visit my fiancé. I  was able to get in and out easily, the staff was very pleasant and helpful, and the woman helping me was very knowledgeable and friendly. She listened to what I wanted and offered me affordably priced options and I even got some perks as a first time customer! Can't wait to move out here, I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I went in to this place for the very first time yesterday and boy do I have to tell you how much I loved this place! Right away I was greeted at the door in a very friendly matter then I proceeded to go inside and fill out my new patient paperwork. I didn't wait long at all to be seen and I was very well taken care of. The staff is more then knowledgeable in the product they are selling. I'd highly recommend this place to others.

I come here every once in a while when I don't have time to drive across town. After my last few visits I rather go across town. Sitting around for 20-30min to only watch one person get serviced with a room full of people is really discouraging. Prices aren't even the best in town.

Yes sir, first time in the home town MJ shop. It was busy but in a good part of town toward Summerlin. Their menu is like something you'd see going into a boutique restaurant, which is nice, but didn't offer a key to distinguish what the color coding meant. Am I a newbie, no, nor do I have a subscription to Cannabis Times. I still need help on the simple things. Our host Jason (or Steve) was very helpful. He didn't push a rewards program even though they have that and he didn't try to upsell us. That's greatly appreciated. This was a fast, prompt, and fun trip. The vape pens are no joke. Same goes with the Valhalla gummies that were on sale BOGO 1/2 off. Great for recovery, couple yoga, and bindging The Leftovers.

Ugh, well if you're looking for a long wait for more expensive cannabis then nearby stores, this is the place for you!!!  I waited 15 minutes to discover that everything here is more expensive then the oter local dispensaries I've visited.  First and last time here, this place sucks!

As a recreational user I was sketch to walk into a dispensary as a first timer because everyone's low key first thought is how bad are prices gonna be, but they're reasonable to be honest. As a first time customer they give you a free pre roll so that's fun! The cute girl who assisted me was so nice and helpful she knew what she was smoking lol. She also recommended me their bite size chocolate edibles, which I enjoyed very much. Their selection of bud is great too.

I won't say that I am one to indulge in such activities often or would I consider my self am expert. However; this place is best of the best in all aspects.  The staff is so friendly from the moment you check in to go inside they treat you like family. The waiting room is very clean and the waiting time is never long. (I've gone when they are slammed and also when they don't have a lot of foot traffic). Their budtenders are very knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction for your specific needs. Specifically Erin. She always has a up beat attitude, and has no problem explaining the products to me thoroughly and recommending what she thinks will work best for my specific needs.  The selection is wide and quality is top of the line. I highly recommend apothecarium to anyone.

Our experience - Coming on a Tuesday, being told by the nice fella over there that "today there shouldn't be such a long time of wait because it is not the weekend and its kinda slow".in reality we waited 45 minutes. thank god we didn't come at the weekend ;] Anyway, for us there are 3 factors for choosing the right weed dispensary -1. wait time - as listed above, FAILED.2. Prices - prices look kinda standard, maybe towards the pricey side. But then with the taxes [what can we do] and recreational fee [which other places drop or give you NV ID discount for] we ended up spending almost 50$ more from our regular place, for the same stuff. FAILED.3. overall buying experience - the sales person was very nervous, and it was very clear that she wanted us to decide already. we didn't know why shes acting so weird when we asked her different questions. In the same talking, everyone else were very nice and patient, and our sales person wasn't rude or pushy, just very....not patient. she even returned to us 10$ short, but fixed it when we confronted her. when we left we saw her running for the bus, so we get it, it happens.... No biggie. Plus, the owner seems to be very active here and in general, and the guys at the front were very nice and friendly. PASSED.bottom line, as kind  and friendly as they are, the wait time and the spending don't worth it in my opinion. went back to the regular place after that visit and paid about 85$ in and out 5 minutes, while in this place we spent about 130$ in  55 mins approximately.

My spot for home delivery menu! My order was filled expeditiously. I have always visited Apothecarium while vacationing in Vegas but due to the present circumstances home delivery was a great choice. Would appreciate the airopro Buddha Smiles on your delivery menu.

This was my first dispensary that I had ever visited. My mother actually suggested coming in and taking a look, even if I don't smoke often.  The first time buyer will be given a free pre roll, which is great!! They will, understandably, put medical patients first. You can also order online. My first time here, was an "ok" experience.  My bud tender was a little too high for me. The second time was fantastic.  Chris was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and very professional.  I ended up calling them once I left to get his name and write this review.  He even gave me some home remedy tips to help clear out my sinuses. If you have the time, and he's available, he's the bud tender to work with.

I recently moved to Las Vagas at the worst possible time, during a pandemic. I have a medical rec from another state and am desperately looking for a dispensary with particular products in mind. I know exactly what I want. I called this dispensary since it's the closest one to me as I see the products in Nevada are different than the ones in my state. The website is not providing adequate descriptions on their products, which makes it difficult for me to find what I need. I accidently called the delivery phone number and was told I shouldn't call there but to the front desk instead. I called the front desk and and spoke with a woman who was abrupt and rude saying "what do you want" as if she was annoyed and too busy to help. I am a seasoned medical professional and hold a certification in cannabis medicine. I am appalled at the service I received just over the phone. I am hesitant to see what it's like to visit in person, once it opens up again. Thinking of going elsewhere...  : (

I come here pretty often because I love the location. It's not too far from where I live and they always have a well stocked inventory. You can call ahead and see if they have what you're looking for, or just go in and talk to one of the employees and they'll help you find what you need. I don't have any complaints about here, they've always been very helpful and help me find exactly what I'm looking for, especially if it's a specific strain I want. When you first come here you have to fill out a general information form and show your ID of course lol, and you get a free joint or edible!! It's a really great place!

Who knew buying weed could be like a trip to the spa? I was pleasantly surprised that a business that makes its money selling products was just as friendly and chatty as a business that sells services. The guy who met me at the door and explained the process was the same guy who served as my budtender. I think his name was Steve so that's what I'll go with. The waiting area gets busy on weekend afternoons so if it's full, a short line forms outside, but there are tons of budtenders so you never wait for long. Apothecarium first-timers fill out a short consent form stating they'll be on their best behavior while inside. Once in the waiting area, they'll take your ID and you get to sit in the chairs while looking over the menu. There are people from every race, creed, demographic and walk of life imaginable inside. You'll get your ID back and then your name will be called. Your personal budtender will meet you in the waiting area and bring you back to "the room".I wasn't familiar with any of the options since this was my first time buying weed legally. Steve helped me review the menu by pointing out what colors corresponded to sativas, indicas and hybrids. The menu also lists the THC percentages. I went with a new vape pen and two cartridges plus my free rollie for being a virgin. Prices are reasonable though they didn't have my first two options in stock. I paid $109 for the pen and both cartridges. They do accept debit cards. The old war vet buying dope next to me couldn't help himself. "BACK IN THE DAY, YOU COULD ONLY BUY DRUGS WITH GOOD HARD CASH." This was a great first experience. Best thing about the weed spa is you leave a happy customer and don't even have to tip!

I urge anyone who would not like to spend their entire day here not to visit this establishment. Their line is always long outside and once you get inside there is another line. Once you sit in the lobby you ID is confiscated by the staff while you are in the shopping area. If they had good prices or specials I could understand the wait but the intake process of this place is excruciating. Please do not waste your time visiting here it is definitely not worth it.

This was my first time purchasing at a dispensary and was very impressed with The Apothecarium. They were very professional in their customer service. If your a first time customer, they will have you fill out a form and must present your ID. Then you wait in the waiting room and they will call you back, kind of as if you were at a doctor's office. I was assisted by Nick and was very impressed by his knowledge and detailed explanation of all the products I had questions about. I will definitely make this dispensary my go to for all my 420 needs! I can't really write a review of the products cause for my first time purchase I did not want to go to extreme, but was satisfied with the items overall :) and they offer you a complimentary pre roll if its your first time which I thought was cool-but opted on the CBD chapstick instead! Next time will definitely get a stronger vape pen, edibles, tincture, and pre roll!

Awesome service, low key location. Eureka at he front deck is super helpful and hotNick and the rest of staff are very patient, informative. Gave me great info for me being out of state...OH is case you didn't know. Nevada takes out of state recommendations! Must visit. No need to worry about traveling with trees again. And they have a rewards point system...can't wait til I'm back in town. Oh and the bud is AWESOME!

I come here because it isxaround the corner and convenient.  I have some issues with this place....Their online menu is NEVER accurate and there have been many times when I've placed an online order only to go in and they sold out.  Other places prepackage my order and I e NEVER had a problem.  Also the selection has dwindled significantly  since opening.  At this point I'd rather drive the extra half mile and go to the source.

Vance is a star and helpful as he is kind. Service is great from the minute you walk in and very different to some of the spots I've visited in the west coast. 5 stars, gang, and keep up the great work.

Sweet place, in and out fast and the budtender was very informative and sweet. I was a first time customer so they threw me a free 50mg dark chocolate bar!!!! Will be back

Sandi was such a pleasure, she knew exactly what she was talking about and what I was looking for. They have a great selection of everything you could need, everything I tried was top quality. I was so unfamiliar with the whole process as a medical patient, but was put to ease as I asked questions. Honestly it took 3 trips and plenty of my own research to get the right product. They are a big help and wouldn't go anywhere else. They also offer return discount points.

I like this place a lot-- the service is super friendly and helpful and I've never been steered wrong with recommendations. When military service left the nerves in my legs a mess, and medications had nasty side effects, the budtender here suggested I try a particular cartridge and it's been much better at managing my pain, while also assisting with my anxiety. I'd never tried cannabis before and was very grateful for the compassionate and expert advice I received.I had a bit of a hiccup today with a cartridge I bought turning out to have been damaged and leaking, but when I called they were friendly and willing to help me resolve the issue. I was a little disappointed I couldn't send my fiance to exchange it for me tomorrow while I'm at work, but I understand and I can tough it out for another night. Still a lot of love for this place and its personalized care.

Took a trip to The Apothecarium for my first legal purchasing experience and I am so glad I did ! The bud tender was so patient and informative. I asked a lot of questions, as I truly am a newbie, and I never once felt rushed, or as if I were being a nuisance. He recommended the perfect strain for me and led me in the right direction for finding my go-to strain for future purchases. I've since visited a few other dispensary's and I haven't had the same customer service. 10 out of 10 service at The Apothecarium !

Excellent dispensary. The staff is knowledgeable and kind. Kudos to Nick, who is an excellent "guide" for those who are new and old to the use of marijuana.

The dispensary atmosphere is good. The greeting/check in staff were very friendly. However, I didn't feel my sales associate was very informed, nor cared to do anything but upsell me on a $70 "double filtered" cartridge. It was irritating. I also felt slightly rushed.

Yesterday was my first visit to The Apothecarium. Stopped there to get some State Flower Cannatonic, one of their house brands of a CBD dominant flower strain. The best CBD strain I have found so far! I was lucky to have Dylan as my patient consultant. He was extremely helpful and SUPER FRIENDLY!  THANKS DYLAN! Their menu presentation (like a restaurant!) is INCREDIBLE! Check it out for yourself. I will be back!

Apothecarium was my 1st, recreational purchase of Marijuana. My experience was very pleasant. There was a small line when I arrived but I would say from start to finish was 30 minutes. The staff who helped me was Richard who did an amazing job explaining everything. I would recommend you ask for him if he's available. They didn't have a huge selection because of the shortages but you can't blame them. The flower that I got was a very uplifting Sativa. Happy, happy, joy, joy.

If you like fancy upscale places and experiences this dispensary is for you. There's a security on standby outside who takes your ID, and gives you a menu while you wait. You walk in and it's like a jewelry store people are behind counters of certain products but I did not see any flowers on display in the cases. I did like how the menu said what each type of marijuana did first certain symptoms. But again I did not care for the snooty environment I felt like I was in Tiffany's jewelry store dressed as a homeless person.

Excellent experience at this place! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, good products, and a lot to choose from! It's not on the strip, but I highly recommend taking the drive to this place!

This is the worst dispensary I've ever been to. The man that helped me knew nothing about their products, not even basic knowledge. Then told me because I was a new customer I would get a free pre roll. Come to find out he actually charged me for the"free" pre roll not once but twice! I will never spend another dime at this scammy dispensary.

Having visited most, if not all of the dispensaries in the Las Vegas area, Apothecarium is by far the best overall clinic in the Las Vegas area and for many reasons. Needless to say, I was really torn on writing this review, not because of the business itself, but because I'm being selfish. I know once the word gets out that this place it will be slammed with new and repeat customers, and then they will like it, and then they will write great reviews, and then I'll have to wait to get in and hope they don't run out of meds like most other dispensaries in the area constantly do. From the minute you walk in the door you are greeted with a "genuine" welcome and you feel right at home. The front desk is nothing less than awesome. They get you checked-in and your inside getting your meds within in a matter of minutes. The bud-tenders are fun, professional, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and always willingly share their knowledge, thoughts, and experiences.  As a retired combat veteran of several conflicts with several medical conditions that overly qualifies me for medical marijuana, and from someone who uses it for those exact reasons, I found that this is one of the only dispensaries in the Vegas area who I feel opened their doors for the real reason medical marijuana was approved!  Each and every time I have stopped in here not only did they have a full stock of the best flower, edibles, oils, shatter, etc.., but they also continue to get new items and different brands. They definitely stay well informed about new strains, new products, events, and unlike most clinics, Apothecarium carries several different brands, higher quality products, and some products with crazy intense ratings and reviews.  I drive across town and past several other clinics to come here.  Since it isn't located on or close to the strip you don't have to deal with all the traffic, knuckleheads, or BS, yet it is not that far either.  It's located on Sahara and Buffalo in a corner of a small storefront area so it's a little hard to initially find, but once there you do, you will find like I did, that there's no need to ever go anyplace else.Clean, secure, no riff-raff hanging around the parking lot, and a very classy place..That is my review and I stand by every word.  Apothecarium is truly a place for those seeking a secure, reputable, friendly dispensary with both quantity and quality.  They show they care in everything they say and do, they provide a good experience, they take debit, and if I was you, I would give them a try.

WOW!!!!!  This place is way over priced. I'm from LA and I can get Kiva for $10 compared to their $23 and good cartridges for $30 instead of $60 plus. They have vape refills for $100 that I buy in LA for $60. This place is a total rip off. They must be raking in the dough.m because they sell a bunch of crap and increase their profit by an average of 80%. There has to be another dispensary that isn't trying to screw customers over like this. Seriously just not even sure why they get 4 1/2 stars. And the girl on the phone wasn't helpful. She couldn't answer my questions properly and wouldn't answer questions about price. So obviously they're gouging and hiking their prices. Total BS!!!!!  Didn't even have to set foot in this store to see that they're scamming clients.

Jennifer was AWESOME! My fiance and I loved her, we had a lot in common and we gave each other a lot of great advice. She's knowledgeable, and had one of the best personalities ever.. She explained some of the ways we can get free stuff every now and then, using their point system, reusing the shopping bag, bringing a friend, etc... Over all I had fun, and I WILL be back, and I WILL be asking for Jennifer, because she listens and understands. Grams are like $17 w/tax, but u get the FULL g, for once lol  Trust me, you'll definitely like it!!

My absolute favorite dispensary, hands down. This is the spot I recommend all the time, I've brought a few family members and friends here for their first legal buying experience, and unless I'm wicked desperate in the middle of the night, I won't set foot in another dispensary. Always have exactly what I want. Great experience from the moment I walk in to the moment I leave. Wayne behind the counter and Katelyn behind the front desk are the stars! Although I've ALWAYS had great service from everyone. The security at the door is always welcoming. TOP NOTCH product selection too. Service and selection should make this top 5 for locals.

They take credit cards! (Which is new to me since Medical Marijuana is a cash business) staff is very friendly, you walk in, let them know what you want, and walk out. It doesnt have any security glass unlike the ones we've been to, the ambiance is very different compared to other dispensaries.

This is the only dispensary in vegas where you have to wait over 20 minutes to get help. The service is so slow and they let you know they are not in a rush too. I will never be back there, so many other faster and better options to choose from.

Heard a ton of good things about The Apothecarium so went to check them out. Didn't have to wait long outside and the check in was very smooth for it being my first time. Took a seat in a very clean, professional waiting area. There were menus to check it out which flowers I was looking at. Pretty comfortable setting.    Before you know Erin called my name to assist me. Right from the start she made me feel at ease and welcome. Led me thru the different choices based on what we talked about me looking for. I even received a free Miss X preroll for being a first time customer. Erin suggested one of my favorite strains I've had from State Flower,Cherry AK. She really hooked it up. One of the best, if not the best experiences I've had so far. I'll definitely be back!

I just returned home after being treated with extreme disrespect by the ill mannered, stereotypical power tripping rent a cop, as was everyone else who came after me. He was handing out cards with a number to call as that is currently the ONLY way to purchase anything in person. I did so and placed an order from my car. The person on the phone said if I did not get a text message within 10 minutes to just go in. I told this to the rent a cop twice. He said he would check. Twenty minutes later, I was admitted, told to stand on the mat until the person at the desk moved. I did so. When my name was called, I was amazed to see only two to three employees behind the counter, all taking their sweet time, chatting among themselves. The person I dealt with was a curt, abrupt, unsmiling red headed guy with short hair who did not appear to want to be there and was too busy making small talk with a fellow employee to welcome me, give his name or otherwise engage. I was the only person who was wearing a mask and gloves, none of the employees appeared to be taking any such precautions. This is a stressful time for everyone, but treating customers in such an unprofessional and disrespectful manner.. at any time... is inexcusable, but more so at times like this. I am sure they could care less, but they just lost a long time customer.

I was in need some some powerful meds and this is the place!  Good prices and stuff and totally hot chicks worked there.Did I mention that I got really good service?  Also, totally awesome selection.I would suggest going there.  You know because of awesome stuff.

I stopped in the shop on a recent trip to las vegas. I'd visited their san francisco location before and love it. I was excited to check out their new location while in town.A lot of other dispensaries I've been to feel like they're run by teenagers. But what I love about the Apothecarium is how clean, professional and safe it feels. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable, and always super helpful for a cannabis newbie like myself. They made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase. The new location certainly lives up to their SF reputation. The space is amazing, beautifully decorated...  maybe even an upgrade from san francisco. The staff was so welcoming and the product was top notch (as always). Can't wait to go back next time I'm in sin city!

The Apothicarium is my favorite dispensary in town,  since marijuana became legal in Las Vegas I have visited many dispensaries but none of them compare to this one, the service is wonderful and the staff are kind and good at what they do. They offer wonderful advice on various ways to use cannabis and have classes and seminars to educate you in this booming field, they give back to the community in many ways, I am proud to shop there, kudos to Matt and Chris

Best dispensary in vegas , with fair prices and friendly service. Checking in is quick and easy , there's hardly a waiting period before you are helped.

Menu said Fire OG was 27% THC. I asked budtender if it would be that same potency or if it varied by batch. The budtender said it would be the same potency as in the menu. When I get the bud the sticker that says the THC % is covered up by another sticker. After performing sticker surgery I peel them apart to see it was only 24%. Not surprised the batches would vary in potency but a little upset I was misled and then the budtender tried to cover it up.

Stopped by here and just to see what this place was all about ? Had to fill out information before entering  This place is kinda small But i really like the set up they have menus kinda like if i was at a restaurant There selection is good from edibles and all the other goodies And  I really like the customer service To bad i forgot his name ( might be Bob ) He was really friendly with a smile and didn't feel rushed and explained other things in detail Also you get a free prerolled on your first experience And was told that you get a discount IF you bring your bag back on your next visit Great Job!! I've never smoked and still haven't but I was planning on visiting my Mom in CA and she has a medical condition that can cause her sporadic pain and she was open to trying something besides prescription drugs.  In addition, I have a friend, also in CA, with sleeping issues.  I was asked to fill out an info sheet in the front waiting area and provide my identification.  After completing this and before being called I noticed that the customers are definitely all varying segments of society, all ages, all races. I felt very comfortable and my initial fear walking in was that I would feel out of place.  The Apothecarium has an upscale feel to it, nice decor, fancy chandeliers.  When my turn came I was led in the back by one of the representatives to what I would compare to a bank teller situation with no barrier.  Being that this was my first time I had a lot of questions and she was more than happy to answer them and educate me on the variety of products they offered and more specifically the ones that fit what I was looking for.  By looking at the menu it seemed they had suggestions and price points for every budget.  They also had pet products, CBD oil and treats.  As far as the pet products go, I do know those can be bought elsewhere at a significantly lower price.  You also get a free joint and a nice zip bag with your first purchase.

First time in when I've heard many things about it , my ID got taken and they put my info in and we got called back well after we picked everything out and payed our bud tender just brought our stuff over in a bag when we had our own never asked us if we had one or anything !! And than on top of it they forgot to give me my ID back and so I had to drive back up to get it for a mistake they made ... can honestly say will go to other dispensaries before I ever go here again!!

Associate was very helpful and provided me all the info I needed in regards to the various strains available and devices as well.

UPDATE: Unfortunately, Apothecarium has lost my business. I went in last night to make my large purchase like I made my last visit. This time I was prepared to spend $1500 on my medical needs. I went in and asked to be helped by Ashley who I assumed was working. She was not however.Not a problem.Right as I was asking when she was working next, the person who was telling me was interrupted by the front desk girl. She refused to give me Ashley's hours for the next day saying that it's a danger to their staff. I 100% understand that. The world we live in is dangerous. However I explained to the front desk girl that I specifically needed Ashley as she catered to all of my medical needs.  I suffer from various illnesses and instead of taking prescription medicine, I take forms of THC and CBD and worked really hard with her to cater to my needs. Regardless, of how much I pleaded, she wouldn't even give me any any information.  Ashley is still amazing. My issues is with the front desk girl. She was by far overly rude and didn't offer any solution besides that I can keep coming back until she's here. What kind of solution is that? I'm a 5'7", homosexual male. What danger do I possibly seem to give off??? What's the worst I can do? Do your hair????? I clearly intimidate the 6'4" security guards....Anyway, I am happy to say that her rude reaction, has now cost you "The Apothecarium" $1500 and all of my future business until there is some resolution. It's a real shame as this last purchase that was supposed to be made at The Apothecarium was made at an equal competitor (Exhale) a few miles away who were MORE THAN HAPPY TO ASSIST ME. Overly disappointed. My rating will stay until further notice. Thanks. Everytime I go into The Apothecarium, I have an amazing experience. This time I needed to grab a bunch of products for a holiday gathering. Ashley specifically hand picked everything for me and catered to all of my needs as well as budget. We worked together for almost an hour and she did pricing and measurements for me so we got the correct amount with in what I was trying to spend. I could not believe the amount of patience and kindness that came from Ashley. I have to say this is my best and most favorite experience I've ever had in a dispensary before and I highly recommend everyone of my family and friends to go to the Apothecarium and go see Ashley.

Probably my favorite dispensary in Vegas. I've tried many but this one is my favorite. I've never been disappointed with the weed, they carry airpros and many other great vapes as well. This dispensary is the best in Vegas. I've tried several dispensaries and this has the best customer service, best prices, and most comfortable atmosphere.

Killer deals and dank flowers. One of my favorites, wish I lived closer. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Like that they update menus regularly and have them in the lobby to review before heading to the back for purchase transactions.

The budtenders here are amazing. They are incredibly helpful and they're great at helping new customers. My roommate and I stopped by for some suggestions on how to reduce anxiety for new-ish weed users, and they knew immediately what to suggest without any judgment. Will definitely be stopping by again

I used to enjoy this place a lot, but their prices went up quite a bit, and they stopped ordering a lot of the products with higher ratio cbd that I really enjoyed from them. Beautiful facility, but I'm going to have to start goin somewhere else.

Horrible Experience! Waited outside forever, then inside forever, then had to leave to go to an ATM because their debit card machine doesn't work, then had to go back to the ATM a second time because they told me the wrong price the first time. On my way out the door to the 2nd ATM, someone was standing right in front of it and almost got hit with the door, to which I said, "excuse me, I'm sorry." Some guy from the dispensary comes out and starts screaming that I "hit someone" which didn't happen, the door almost hit him, and he shouldn't have been standing in front of it. I went back in to get my product and was polite despite being quite irritated. The guy treated me like I didn't have the money for it, which wasn't the case, they just told me two different prices. He apologized for my negative experience, to which I stated that the only thing I was irritated about was the guy who screamed across the parking lot that I had hit someone, which is a false and inappropriate accusation. His response was that people are dicks, and I shouldn't let them upset me. At this point, I had paid and just wanted to leave, and he wouldn't shut up about how I shouldn't be upset, even after I made it clear I was over the whole situation and was trying to leave, I even turned and left and he kept commenting. When an employee is rude to someone, you don't just say, sorry, people are dicks, and then harass the upset person. You'd expect a dispensary to be chill, but these people are on the highest horses, and apparently are just dicks, as they put it.

Great facility. Very sleek and organized. A bit pricey but the quality service and product make up for it. I had the pleasure of working with Daniel, he is so knowledgeable and really helped me make the perfect decision. I will definitely be back and will ask for Daniel every time!

A super professional and boutique vibe here. My first and only choice for provisions. Every visit has been consistently met by helpful and knowledgeable staff. They are not doctors but have given solid advice and recommendations for my depression and anxiety. Full spectrum menu and variety for topicals, edibles and everything else!

This is an awesome dispensary. Whenever I go everyone is very nice and super helpful. I really like their rewards program, and the fact that you get a discount when you bring the bag they give you back in. The product is always great as well.

Very good dispensary. Always friendly service. When I call they always answer and give me an accurate wait time. They are very honest about their products. Prices are decent but the taxes are what's killing it. But over all very nice place I love going here.

My first time shopping here was a good experience. I was helped by a girl in Warcraft leggings who was welcoming friendly and efficient. I like the concept with the menus which are consise and easy to order from. On your 1st visit you fill in a form and get a free preroll with your purchase. Pretty cool.

This is the first dispensary I've visited. I visited two others and Apothecarium is my favorite. I don't mind a wait because I know what I'll be receiving when it's my turn. The prices are more than reasonable. Especially because of the quality. The staff is friendly, welcoming and are more than willing to assist. I have fibromyalgia and ran out of my prescriptions and pain meds 2 weeks ago. After being in constant,  horrible pain, it was recommended I try a specific hybrid. Oh em gee! To not feel pain for more than an hour has been huge! Thank you,  Apothecarium! I appreciate being listened to and my needs and pain level are understood.  I will recommend you to EVERYONE!!

Been here a few times for rec use. There is a wait but it's usually 10 minutes. This dispensary is very nice inside. The staff is very friendly and reasonable knowledgeable about the products. The menu is fairly extensive and offers more than just flowers /concentrate. They have topicals, bath salts, tablets, tea and edibles. The prices are more reasonable than other dispensaries. The online menu is up to date unlike at some other dispensaries. The only thing I don't like is that the products here come in baggies as opposed to nice jars like at Reef Dispensaries. Also, they don't have a lot of flowers in grams only so you need to purchase at least an eighth. Eights are about $40 which is pretty decent.

First time in a dispensary and surprised how sophisticated the experience was there. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable, so able to make good recommendations. The menu was extensive ranging from CBD oil, creams for pain, bubble bath CBD,pet CBD treats to edibles and smoking.  I'm not a smoker, but I was successfully set up with a great chocolate bar and lozenges for days I want to relax and sleep. Picked this place bc they are based out of San Francisco and I use to live there so trusted the company.  It's a nice place -almost felt like I was at a trendy wine bar deciding which wine to order.  Cool atmosphere and great product.

YES! They made me a fan from the first visit! They have their ish down to a science! LOVE the fact that they have a separate line for medical patients.  And a nice selection of edibles and topicals to choose from.  Yes, some of their stuff is pricier than other locations I have frequented, but they're still just as effective for my pain treatment in most cases.  Will be happy to come back again!

I have been visiting the Apothecarium since they opened last year and I have always loved the service and they have never let me down. Recently I had another cervical fusion and I have been experiencing a lot of pain. I am not a fan of pain meds so I knew that my next best option was to reach out to the awesome people at the Apothecarium. I called today and had the pleasure of speaking with Erin. She was amazing, she really cared about getting me the right medication to help with my pain. She suggested RSO and I can't tell you how amazed I am. I'm not in pain and I can't believe it!!!!! Thank you so much Erin, you have no idea how you have helped me. I was afraid that I would be in pain forever, I feel like I got my life back and it was because of you. Thank you so much!!! They have a waiting room and very shortly after that I was called back I had one person through it all. Which I think is awesome. He answered all my questions (if he didn't know, he asked.) Made some suggestions and good advice he was friendly and easy going but professional.  Place was very clean and very organized. Got what I needed and left. Their location, easy in and easy out. Just want to thank all the warm and friendly people there, it made me feel comfortable in a situation that I wasn't real comfortable about. , I will certainly be back!

I gave this dispensary two chances and I am completely disappointed.The first time I went to The Apothecarium was a couple weeks after July 1st. I got there between 1900 and 2000. The line was very short and I was able to see a bud tender very quickly, which was a pleasant surprise. The bud tender seemed a bit stressed and made me feel rushed but I figured it was because they had just recently opened recreationally. The issue I had that day was that the bud tender had no knowledge about any of the products other than flower, which I didn't want to purchase that day. I ended up purchasing a small amount of random concentrate because the tender seemed to be getting more frustrated by any questions I had and made me feel more like a nuisance than a customer. I went back on August 8th shortly after 2000. Once again the line was very short outside the door and I was quickly seated. All of the seats inside were taken when I sat down and the line outside quickly built up. After waiting awhile the couple that was before me were called by a bud tender, the next two tenders that came out called two people that skipped myself and two women who came shortly after I did. The three of us spoke up and they got the names of the two women they had skipped while the receptionists kept their backs to me. The two women were told that they still had a couple people in front of them and the staff apologized for what happened, but they had no clue how it happened and made no move to fix what they screwed up. After two more people who had just been seated were called, the two women they skipped were called. They called 3 more people into the back afterwards.  I once again tried to ask what was going on, to be treated as if I wasn't there.

extremely long wait for the little amount of people inside went here for my 21st bday a couple of days ago. And I've visited a few other locations since then and this place has extremely high prices and long waits wouldn't recommend.

Would give zero if it was an option. Former Paramedic Medical Patient. Started using Apothecarium about a month ago because it is closer to my house. During my visit today there was 12 employees behind the counter and one customer, me! After 15 minutes of standing near the counter not a single employee acknowledged me. Employees stood in small groups of three or four conversing. Finally after being ignored for 15 minutes I decided to leave and take my business with me. As I was walking out, I politely told an employee that no one ever acknowledged me and that I was leaving. The employee was rude and instead of trying to fix the problem he told me that no one acknowledged me because I wasn't sitting on the bench inside the waiting area. Never once I was told where to wait. In my two previous visits this was never an issue. The employee tried to blame the situation on me instead of taking ownership and just finding an employee to help me. As I walked out I told the employees that I would spend my money elsewhere. The employee just shrugged his shoulders right in front of me then turned away. Needless to say, I went to competitor just down the road. Was treated warmly and professionally. They happily took my $300 and provided great customer service. To sum it up, I will never be back! With all the options available to me in Las Vegas you would think they would care more about their customer base. Lastly you would think that at least one employee after seeing me standing there by myself for 15 minutes would have said, hello have you been helped?!? Nope, instead they acted like it was my fault. Maybe it was my fault but regardless you take care of the customer and keep them coming back. In this case they reversed marketed and drove me to the competition who jumped up to help me when I walked in the door. There are so many great options in Vegas, avoid this place.

You wait to be personally helped by someone who is knowledgeable and has a lot of great recommendations for whatever you are looking for, and the wait isn't long at all! Luckily they can even take debit cards in case you forgot cash like I did  Great customer service, great prices/deals. I would definitely recommend this place!

Almost always have what I'm looking for.  Close to strip.  Typical lines anytime of day.  Clerks are helpful and nice.

I'm very fond of this dispensary already, but when Daniel helped me, I knew this dispensary was probably one of the best in Vegas. I am a medical card holder but I didn't really know what to look for until I met him. He thoroughly explained everything to me and even shared some of his stories. It was a very personable visit and I learned so much in the hour I was there. I originally went to get dog treats since my dog has severe anxiety, but unfortunately they can't sell them anymore because of regulations. He told me where I could go to find them AND even gave me an alternative to use as well! He showed me this really cool website that explained terpenes and what to look for in what I want. The whole experience was probably the best I've ever received. I HIGHLY recommend The Apothecarium and Daniel. Because of him I'm way more comfortable in the purchases that I make. Thank you, Daniel!! You friggen rock.

Overall, it's fine. Professional staff and usually friendly. A bit overpriced compared to others in town and the selection, in my opinion, isn't the greatest and doesn't seem to change much. I prefer it when places have unique strains available, rather than just the standard cookie-cutter flowers that everyone else carries. I get the business model though. Nonetheless, I come here almost exclusively for Lavender and it is well worth it.

This is the 2nd time I visited this facility. The place is kept very clean and business is conducted orderly. All associates are very professional and courteous as I can tell. If you are a pet owner who needs CBD oil for your dog, this is a great place to purchase it. One positive note: they offer military discount. With this benefit and being close to my home, this will always be the dispensary of my choice.

If your ever in a rush DONT even bother to come. The staff is beyond passive aggressive and just witnessed 2 associates complain about an unhappy guest as if the 11 people including myself wasn't already unimpressed with the way they run things here. The whole waiting and it's annoying I just want to smoke my weed and head to gym already. Every one has different patience levels I guess free pre roll when your a new guest

I had the pleasure of meeting Nick the purchase manager. He truly does care what they have for sale on their shelves. He strives to have quality products for his patients which is very rare in Las Vegas.

Extremely disappointed. Been coming here for about 2 months buying pre rolls after pre rolls and other items. A little on the pricey side compared to other places but was happy with there customer service. The issue: Everytime I came to purchase, they were always preaching to me about there weed pens and how ultimately I would save money using those. I finally gave in to buy one. The cartridge they sold me was leaking in my pocket. I showed them the cartridge and they were able to confirm that it was a defected cartridge. Manager came to me and agreed with me but informed me that he cant do anything about it because it all leaked out. I explained I understand but the cartridge was unusable and I felt that it was unfair to convince me to buy somthing, and then turn around and tell me my item is defected but nothing they can do for me. I explained I'm willing to pay half of the product and they couldn't and only offered me 10 percent off. Wish they could have done more to rectify the situation. I was a returning customer. But unfortunately they have lost me.

This is a great shop with very knowledgable staff to help you understand the various strains and products.  They keep a good stock.

The guy at the door is a jerk.  He tried to keep my I'd.  The prices and service is bad here.  They line people up in the heat to check ids rather than inside.  Too many options to deal with this bad of service.

There was a line out the door, being a Friday night, but they handled it efficiently and fairly quickly, with excellent service throughout the entire transaction. Professional operation, to say the least.Was not a fan of having to fill out a form with my personal info. So one star down for that.

First time at a legal shop.  This place is busy ..... Travis helped me figure out what will work best for my conditions.. Very organized with a menu booklet . I felt well respected as the help is very polite. Have not taken the product so I have no info on that. This place is niizze.

Nice place and pleasant staff.  The did not have everything I wanted so they took the time to call around and locate the items at competitors so I would not have to wait. That is very good customer service and has earned my loyalty. I needed some other items that were not in stock. Yet, they called me as soon as they came in. Very good service and professional environment. They are also one of the only places in town that offers the CBD medical grade blend capsules that I need for a Neurological Brain Nerve ending health condition. Most places only have THC only or blends at twice the price for half the amount of capsules you can get here. So a good value for the products they offer at this location.

Beautiful dispensary that makes it all about the patient as opposed to the product. Knowledgeable, friendly and passionate about helping other people. Foster, Sean, Nick, and all the other staff members are so helpful and kind. This is my dispensary of choice here in Las Vegas.

This is definitely the best dispensary in Las Vegas. This was my first visit and from the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. The front desk was friendly and professional. The bud-tender Matt was very helpful and patient. The atmosphere that was provided was delightful and I'll definitely be a return client. They also have a menu so if you have to wait to be taken back you can look at all the inventory and the prices. They have really good deals on edibles. I hope that they don't change the way they are.

I was torn on this review because the place and the people there were so NICE!...however the weed was not good I purchased the Grape Stomper (indica hybrid) and it was very dry and crumbly with very little kick. Coming from LA where what you see is really what you get I'm kind of turned by having to buy prepackaged herbs.

You know when your expectations are high AF and then you get cold water splashed in your face? I mistakenly brought in the copy of my state app and forgot the original packet in the car, the receptionist treated me like an asshole for not having everything initially and apparently just too busy to tell me what I was missing, so Instead of retrieving the original paperwork from the car, I just left. I guess I won't patronize Apothecarium for a while which sucks for me because everyone says it's the best. I spoke with Matt on the phone before starting my paperwork and he sounded like a super nice guy and this place looks awesome but something went wrong today when I visited. I will have another dispensary schedule my state appointment and maybe we'll try again in the future. Smells bomb in here tho

Great experience all around. The interior is beautifully done, and feels more like a hotel than a dispensary. Everyone is extremely kind and patient, and will give you a first-class education in the properties of every strain and product. It took me a while to find the right product and delivery system for my pain issues, but the staff worked with me the whole way until we found the right mix. Really good people who are compassionate and knowledgable. I'll never go anywhere else!

Elegant atmosphere in an open space with a super friendly staff that are beyond eager to help guide you through your decision.Organic options, which is important to me. LOVED the Strawberry Cough! I've purchased at The Apothecarium three times so far. The first time I purchased I came into the store waited about 30 minutes (it was expected) and got in to see a bud tender. The tender was nice, patient, knowledgeable and even recommended something I was skeptical of and really enjoyed!! I wish I remembered his name! The second experience was about the same 30 min wait, knowledgeable bud tender, etc. The third time I decided I didn't want to wait in line so I decided to sign up on their website for pick up orders. (Beat the line and go straight to the counter). On their website The Apothecarium has a LIVE menu with descriptions & THC/CBD % listed for their products. When I was ordering online the pre-roll I usually get (Cannabiotix Wifi OG) had its weight listed at .6 grams for $12 which didn't make sense because the day before I bought the same pre-roll that was a gram in weight for $12. Due to the change in weight I choose another pre-roll and was really unhappy with the product I received. I believe the website had the pre-roll's weights listed incorrectly which unfortunately led me to pick a product I wish I hadn't bought. I really wanted to have a good experience with the online ordering but the misinformation jaded the experience a bit. Overall my experience had been 5/5 but because of my recent experience I had to take off one star. I will still continue to shop here and hope the website can be fixed a tad!

This was our first experience at The Apothecarium and we loved it! Such a great, professional staff that made us feel completely at ease and welcome. From the front door greeter, to the receptionist, to our budtender everyone was on point with customer service. Prices were a little higher than what we normally pay but only by a few dollars. Stopped by because it was near.  I was greeted by a very friendly, professional people. Once they checked my paperwork, I went in and looked at a wide variety of products at a wide variety of prices.  I was surprised to find ounces on sale for about half of what other dispensaries are charging.I suffer from chronic pain and have for many years. The knowledge and helpfulness of their staff in helping me relieve that pain was second to none. I am now regular customer!

A very disappointing experience here... it seems to me that this place has something against "certain kind of people in their dispensary". As a recreational user, I was treated pretty nicely, but normal, probably because my husband and I have spent so much money in their store... reading the different reviews I feel as if there are others that agree that this place judges you from the moment you walk through the door. My husband has finally got his medical card and was so excited to use it, to be turned down from the receptionist (who again, has other bad reviews) because "the temporary card might be expired"... what?? He just got it today? We printed it out 2 min ago. Was it because he doesn't "look" like someone who should be smoking weed? This isn't the first time they've turned down people with medical cards because of "how they look". I guess we have to go somewhere that accepts medical patients.. apparently they were upset they lost out on "recreational money". Heh.  Sorry you don't get to choose who "needs" marijuana and who doesn't.

Great selection! I tried the delivery service for the first time and it was super fast. Delivery driver was super cool.  Have cash, driver has no change, and for Gods sake - tip! I will use Apothecarium as my source from now on!

You have got to check this place out. The vibe is so cool there. The storefront itself is beautiful inside. All staff I interacted with was friendly and courteous. They made me feel very welcomed. Flower selection, price and quality are all superb. This will be my go-to spot in Vegas!

Came here regularly since they opened, loved their deals when they were good. Staff is great besides Strange, the front desk lady. She hangs up on customers, and treated my girl like crap when she went in person. She was just talking with other customers who found an older deal, and commented that one of the strains was her fav and she hoped they still had it. Strange rudely interjected with attitude all they had was one strain. Another guy works (black guy with dreads, blanking on the name sorry bro)  there caught Stranges tone cause he quickly came to the rescue and was polite. Said he'd go and check real fast and was super nice to my girl (who has anxiety btw), low and behold ALL the strains were in stock, even her favorite. Just called to ask if they had any deals since their website was down, I can tell it's Strange by her voice and she asks me to hold. I wait and wait, no problem I get it's busy, and joke with my girl like "bet she hangs up on me" while listening to hold music... A few mins later I hear the hold click off and BOOM she hung up on me. Lost me as a customer lmao, I'll just go somewhere else. There's far more dispensaries out there, and customer service is one of the few things that seperates them. Seems like apoths is massively lacking with Strange. Her bitter attitude isnt gaining them business anytime soon, and just lost them a damn near daily customer.

This place is awesome. I arrived early and had no wait. I am a novice and the woman that helped me was great and helped me with my selection. She gave me 10 percent off since I was there before 9 am and a free chocolate bar since it was my first time. Very professional and very friendly. Could not have had a better experience.

NO STARS. My best friend buys here along with all my friends from other states. I was harassed by an employee! This skinny nerd Guy with hairy gross beard and thick glasses! We were harassed I don't buy from the shop & I don't smoke although I have sent so much business to them ALL of my RICH friends from here and LOS ANGELES FLORIDA when they come visit I send them here! I cannot believe the fat guy who harassed us they let him in and they told us to leave and I was trying to explain the situation to hairy guy with glasses and he told me "can u calm the fuck down or get in the car and go" I wasn't even yelling! And then he said "shut up and get in the car" I cannot believe this I will never send anyone here ever again horrible horrible place! We told the APHOTECARY Shoppe about the incident they made everything so much better! They said they would have never let someone in who was harassing us! FUCK THAT Just because I'm a woman he cussed at me hahaha don't cuss at me be classy! (: I have a baby I don't need this bullshit drama I'm a nurse I'm educated.

I have been three times and every time has been beyond incredible. On my very first visit I was paired up with Jennifer. I loved her energy, her spirit, and her knowledge. Very friendly and helpful as a first timer! I was beyond impressed. The second time I came back was with my mom, we were paired up with Bob. AGAIN superb service. Super friendly and knowledgeable. Listened to our wants and suggested. For my third visit, I was lucky enough to be paired up with Jennifer again & she remembered me! Superb customer service. Quality products. Great pricing. Literally will not go to another dispensary as my experiences have been amazing. Oh, and I found out you can request your budtender - which makes me stoked. I am just so in love with this dispensary. It was my first and last stop for finding a spot to shop.

I was excited to find this gem during a recent trip to Las Vegas.  As a fairly new card holder, I have wanted to find a dispensary that is dignified and where I feel comfortable. I heard through a friend that this place was exactly that and he was right.  It is beautiful, dignified and elegant. I wish that I could make this my main place for my supply but I'll be sure to come back whenever I'm in LV.

I had previously left a negative review for this place as I came in a little over a year or so ago and got some flower which had consisted of pretty much all stems.. shortly after I got a response telling me they could give me credit on my account so I could get something that I'd rather have, so I went in and got some stuff and left with still about $40 on my account, just today I call them because I haven't been in in so long that I decided to call and see exactly how much I still had on my account and they told me they had deleted a bunch of information on inactive accounts, but ultimately they find my account and tell me I have a whole $5.. when I know for a fact it was at least $40, so not only did they give me bad product but because I didn't show up again within whatever time frame they had for my account credit, they seemed to have deleted it, so my opinion of this place has not changed one bit, terrible.

The WORST dispensary I have ever gone to with by far the worst customer service. Went here Saturday 6/23/18. The associate that helped me charged me $9 for an item that he said was free on our first visit. He was a super sleazy guy with oddly shaved eyebrows with the demeanor of a greasy car salesman. I walked back in to address the overcharge and the second associate (shorter guy with glasses and baseball cap) that helped me was incredibly rude. He gave me $6+change back for being overcharged $9. I asked why I wasn't receiving the full amount back and he got rude and explained it in a way that essentially didn't make sense. I was so angry I told him to just keep the item and I left. The store is set up to where you cannot look at items on your own accord. You have to awkwardly stand there with an associate while he/she shows you everything and aggressively tries to upsell to you. Go to any other dispensary but this one. At the end both my girlfriend and I felt jipped out of both our money and our time.

went in on sunday for  the fourth time.  was 2 in the afternoon and there was still a line.  30 mins at best.  Everytime I have come in, there has a line as long if not longer.  I asked the doorman when he came out,(why are we still waiting after a month of sales) this is a high priced luxury item.  The doorman coped an attitude and said that the lobby was full and had 6 budtenders, working.  When was the last time you had to wait at a department store for a cashier to take  your money? never, because people who spend money do not expect to wait.I even saw them close the line early last time I came in because they said they had to close, even though legally you can sell much later, they just wanted to go home.I left and went 2 blocks east on the same street and found another dispensary where there was no line and the process went much faster, plus they even have an awards programso when on Sahara save your time and go to the one on rainbow, instead of the one on buffalo, The Apothercarium does not care about customer service.

First timer and felt rushed.  They were out of this out of that.  The girl really offered no help. Tincture I purchased has produced no effects as claimed.

I went in there the first night everything went fine. They gave me a bag and told me if I brought it back they would give me 5% off the price.I went back the second night with my bag I only wanted a preroll, they didn't have any so the guy sold me a edible instead that sucked and didn't give me 5% off, it was only .57 cents. But they kissed me off so I went the the source off buffalo and sahara, the preroll was 2 dollars cheaper and they didn't promise me something they couldnt 'deliver. So now I only shop at the source.

Horrible wait times! Horrible service and subpar herbs... I came in at 745pm and didn't get out until they closed at 10 pm!! Been there another time and same thing. Herb was old and dry with no effect. I supposedly received orange cookies. Tall lanky scruffy guy with a buzz cut you need to learn customer service and not act like this recreational marijuana is annoying cause you gotta actually work more!!!  UPDATE: I respectfully challenge your reply foster b. Since my review I have visited 3 times each time the wait is still ridiculously long! I just entered your line at 740pm and decide to leave now st 805pm. Your online ordering does not work. Registration problems doesn't allow registration?!?! So frustrating because your the closest dispensary. I much rather drive further for prompt service. And better prices. Shame on all you dispensaries that hiked prices up once weed became legal.. I can't wait until I can grow my own without dealing with corporate greed with no regard for customers because demand is currently high..

I've always liked this place, but I had a recent bad experience. I bought edible gummies and when I received it it was in one full block and the width from going thick to thin. I called in to Tell them about it and the guy on the phone was rude and unhelpful. I was upset. I came back to complain, and I was blessed with the help of Jennifer! She was so helpful and kind. I can't even explain how great she was. My favorite employee! And it is because of her I will keep coming back to this shop.

Love this place...Been here 4-5 times. Great atmosphere and product. I came in today to purchase more and was greeted by the gentleman at the door who is always polite and does his job well. The bud tender today was a bit lost though. When he looked for my name he stated he couldn't find me and that my info was erased. Crappy because I have over 300 points. So he asked the last three letters of my name. I gave to him and he still couldn't find me. He then asked for my ID which I gladly did. He looked again. Couldn't find me. So he said he created a new profile which again is crappy because I was purchasing 100 worth. After my sale I asked the very polite lady at the desk to see if she could find me in the system. I gave her my ID and she said yep there you are. Ok so I left. I'm driving home and I look at my receipt and guess what.  The bud tender spelled my name incorrectly. Then created a profile with my misspelled name and sold me product. All I got was the receipt with no labels stating my name and the product I bought.  Not sure if my points can be combined since they are two different profiles. All my other experiences here have been great. This one is quite disappointing. Hope not to have this tender serve me again. As an update to The Apothecarium, Matt has responded kindly with a personal email to me which  is greatly appreciated. My review was meant to be informative to their establishment and he in this instance responded very quickly as I am sure they are all very busy.   Thank you again Matt and The Apothecarium!

Hands down, best collective experience I've had out of any dispensary that I've been to around town!! And I've checked out quite a few..  it started wth my first visit, coming up on a year ago now. Without having to ask a million questions (like I normally do) the "consultation" was direct and to the point... That point being the level of pain I endure daily and suggesting any and every option that suited MY needs best. I left that day having so much more knowledge than I had ever expected to receive. And so I now have an entirely new appreciation for my budtender and how knowledgeable the Apothecarium staff are. Every single person I've dealt with there has been more than pleasant. They're constantly trying out new brands and  at the day, only retain the best product regardless of their profit. They're also very consistent on pricing and offer an amazing rewards-type setup. Being from out of town and also my first time buying legal ganja I was so impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the staff was.Told them what I was looking for and they most definitely delivered.Of some of the dispensaries I visited while in Las Vegas this one was by far the best!!!

Great customer starting before u get in. Security was friendly & to the people that checked me. The girl that helped me out was able to answer all my questions & got me some good produces. I liked them all & plan on coming back to this place when I visit again.

I enjoy The Apothecarium vs other dispensaries in town for a number of reasons! First off is the delivery service has always been great and when I've stopped in the customer service is friendly, especially if you get Nina! But I what I really appreciate is the consistency and overall selection of products. I love the Valhalla gummies and they always stock them as well as the CAN drinks, both hard to find in the past at other dispensaries. But what I also like is the deals they offer products and now they are open 24 hours! I don't mind driving to the other side of town to get deals or get delivery. My only negative feedback is they used to text deals and then went to email which I never received after signing up a few times so the best way is to go online.

As always, I had a fantastic visit today.  The Apothecarium is my go to in town as it's always consistent and friendly! Stacey was wonderful and helping me and very informative and answering my questions.  Will be back soon!

Overall atmosphere. From the security guard, greeting me & opening the door is much appreciated. Also, I would like to thank the staff for being so kind and assisting me with any questions I ask, very knowledgeable. Yes, many places sell this, but I also prefer excellent client service.

David was UNREAAAAAAAL. he was so nice and got us out of there within like 10 minutes!!! I also got some killer deals which was super fun hahaha 12/10 recommend!! side note: if you need a charger for you wax pen battery they have them there!!

A little pricier than other dispensaries, but not by much. And it's totally worth it, because the salespeople are knowledgeable and the atmosphere is top notch.Wide selection of flowers, vapes, edibles, and more. Cash only, but an ATM is available on the sales floor.

Dom and everyone else on the team that has ever assisted me are both friendly, informative, and efficient. They can help answer any questions you may have and get you in and out the door quickly and back on track with the rest of your life - or errands! It’s a little bit of a drive for me but well worth it.

State Flower is amazing!!! I just tried Flo White flower and it's now one of my new favorites. It put me in a creative mood and its great for outdoors. I also want to complement the swag. These are some of the items I got recently, I like the appreciation State Flower gives to customers. We all have choices when it comes to cannabis and State Flower is definitely at the top of my list. Thanks guys!!!

This place is very comfortable with fair prices and awesome staff. There isn't much waiting time and is open 24 hours now! The staff has helped find some of the best products for your needs/wants. One of the favorite places to go. Hands down recommend 5 star. The deals are great and prices are better than ever!!!

I have not looked at the other reviews on this dispensary, but I did notice only a 4 star rating. That surprises me!!! I have been loyally going to this dispensary for about 18 months now and have been nothing short of completely satisfied with their products, their deals, and most importantly the employees. From curbside tenders, to inside tenders and the store management, all have been incredibly helpful and nice. I have only had 2 issues, if you would even call them that. I have had 2 different cartridge's not work properly, and both times they took such great care of me. I have never ever been disappointed with any of their flower, shoot, any of their product period!!! I highly suggest this dispensary, it is open 24 hours too which is fantastic!!!
