Jo did a great job guiding us through your edibles offerings. As out of state guests, we appreciated the time Jo took with us today. Nice selection of products, good deals, and a clean and attractive shop too.

Tbh, I wasn't happy that my pickup order of two items kept getting pushed back, so I figured I'd stop by in person and faced excessive delays due to scheduling mishaps. I'd speak more to the dispensary itself but this was really supposed to be a pickup order so I'm skipping that this time. You're wondering about the extra stars I gave, and that's largely thanks to Alfonso, who saved the day. If you want more details read on.------------Once I entered the door it was very apparent why: The only receptionist was also helping out a customer with very detailed questions about specials. Dude, why did you need to stop by in person to ask about a 20% off special, which turned out to be for next week?!?!  The receptionist tried to help out by scanning my ID while he was going on and on, but I still had to wait because I got no indication to go anywhere. So finally it got to my turn and I told her that I was concerned about my pickup order getting delayed, so I came in person to pick it up. The receptionist said, "Well there's only one employee today and there's other customers besides you inside but you can go in if you want." I said thanks and got inside to wait in line.One patient was finishing up, and there was one other customer waiting in front of me. The budtender, Alfonso, was indeed the only person working the floor. He acknowledged that I was picking up, which I appreciated and recognized that my communication with the receptionist did get passed along. However, the customer in front of me 1. Changed his name, needed the budtender to go down the list to recognize his order 2. Didn't have his order confirmation number ready 3. Had multiple questions about each of the items ordered and needed recommendations for other items 4. Fell under a specific discount group and needed that explained to him 5. Needed to go over specifics regarding debit card putchases. 6. Needed an additional unmarked bag to cover his existing exit bag, which Alfonso tried to help with but the guy didn't have. Great customer service by Alfonso btw, but as literally the next person in line in a rush to get out I was Finally it got to my turn. Alfonso, the security guy, and the reception who opened the door to peek in, could TELL I was in a rush. He didn't need me to pull anything up again and said he was going to retrieve the items. After he came back from the fridge I saw he only had half of my order so I offered to switch out one of my items for something else if that helps. He said that they actually had the order in the back, but it wasn't cold and asked if I was ok with that. After confirmation he brought the items out, acknowledged the pricing and the discount group I fall under, and took payment. I asked about tipping to which he got really confused about but I had to explain I was trying to give him money for a service well done (he did not rush any of his customers and gave them his attention, which the pressure is definitely there to). He said tips aren't accepted at MedMen stores, but I can take care of him by leaving a review and management will take care of him. I'd rather tip than write an essay each time but I'm holding y'all to your word you'll take care of Alfonso especially since he refused the $20 I was trying to shove in his face (metaphorically re the shoving part; he was pretty firm about not taking my tip be it debit or cash). Because here's the thing, when I left there were four more customers in line and even the security personnel was performing customer service to keep them in conversation until it got to their turn. I also am not giving the reception enough credit too because as much as her response to me wasn't exactly nice, it gave me the information I needed and I could tell she was tapped out doing someone else's job for them. Plus she announced my arrival to Alfonso, which helped.If it weren't for Alfonso this would be a 2 star review since I got what I ordered and that's it. But Alfonso stayed warm and welcoming despite retail hell all over the place, and I was pretty upset that I couldn't tip him out not so much for my experience but for his kindness to the customer in front of me and I'm sure to all of the other customers in line. I know this isn't a five star review but this was CERTAINLY not a five star visit, and I still expect you to take care of Alfonso and your other employees by recognizing his excellence to customer service and staffing more appropriately. Someone besides reception should have been answering questions about discounts next week and someone else should be manning pickup OR specific questions about how to use wax.Tl:Dr; for Other Customers (Mgmt, Please read everything above): They need work on their pickup orders, so this may not be your best choice for pick-up orders if you're on a time crunch.

Extremely helpful staff and uncomplicated process.  Clean store & super nice employees.

All of the employees are so rude and unprofessional. #1, they have a bathroom they won't even use; even in the case of an emergency. They have no extra masks and everyone is extremely rude. I will never go back here

Jo and Malcolm were very friendly and this is hands down the best cannabis store in downtown Las Vegas. Take advantage of the pick-up option if you're staying in downtown Las Vegas and make an easy walk (or quick,. cheap Uber/Lyft) to pick up your order and enjoy. Great selection of products too, again probably best in close proximity to downtown.

The staff here is always incredible. They are welcoming and create a safe comfortable environment to learn about all of the products. Kilyn in particular was super helpful at my most recent visit. Highly recommend!

Came here with a few friends today and really enjoyed my experience. Everyone was very nice, helpful, and informative. They also had an amazing selection of products. I am not super familiar with all the different types of chemicals and plants that go into marijuana, so it was nice to have a lot of people around to help. I was able to explain my needs and get exactly what I needed to help. Also, Alexander, the security officer, was very polite and friendly.I love that they take debit card and everything went so smoothly with checking out. I definitely would come back here again.

Location is a little creepy, but once inside you'll feel right at home! The staff is super friendly, probably the best staff at a dispensary that I've seen yet. If you're a flower lover, this may not be the best place for you to come simply because the THC levels aren't very potent, however the concentrate and THC lemonade are a hit in my opinion. Check this place out if you have the chance; I believe they have locations on the east coast in NYC as well.

I am so happy I came down here for their black friday sale. I got all my tough Christmas shopping done in just 10 mins. Alyssa was so friendly helpful patient and very knowledgeable. Locals get also get a discount!!! I will definitely be coming back to see Alyssa she answered all my questions and made great reccomendations which were really helpful.

Was supposed to be a 5 star review too we realized we got ripped off by the pedicab. I contacted head office and brought to their attention and now awaiting reimbursement. We frequent Vegas enough that my husband or friends have been to a few dispensaries but we found that staying usually downtown Fremont, that MedMen was closest one for us. I was told to go and for first time patient and I would get a discount. I usually do research before going somewhere that I am not too familiar plus I wanted to see their menu. I saw on the site it states that "We offer free pedicab rides to the dispensary. Call (480) 435-6261 to get picked up from your location or hail one when you see them around town" but I google map and it said it was a few blocks so we decided to just go for the walk. The Neighboirhood seemed kinda sketch but it was well lit so I didn't mind. Less than 1.5 blocks away we came across the MedMen red signage and started seeing all these people getting dropped off in pedicab. There was one Caucasian guy and he was heading towards downtown and then asked if we wanted a lift. My husband said it's less than a few meters away we're ok. The driver name was Mark and he insisted we just get the complimentary ride so we jumped on. He said he would wait for us and take us back no problem. We arrived and another pedicab driver said That was fast! So I knew something was up. We walked into the dispensary, checked in and I was helped by a great girl who found me everything I had written down on my list! So still at 4.5-5 stars til we leave the dispensary. So ends up the pedicab drivers get a referral of $25 for everyone they bring, so this douchebag Mark got $25 for taking us less than 1 block and then we started heading back. It was cool cause it was dark out and he had some funky lights and stuff on his pedicab but then about 4 blocks in, he tells us "hey you know you have to pay me right?.." me and my husband look at each other and was like uhhh this is supposed to be complimentary? We spent all our cash at the dispensary and don't even have any cash besides $10 and money for our food!" He says "I take card too.. it's $5 a block or 3 per minute.. your choice.." so I told him let us off and threw him some cash after he tried to round it up. I was pissed off so I emailed MedMen and Fiona contacted me. I explained the one cartridge we spent $38 wasn't able to be used and still sealed because the pen I got broke on me! SMH!! Also husband didn't want to go back and deal with Marks crap so we're out of $35 plus $38 FML!!!  Fiona talked to Denisse who is the manager at MedMen and said they'd send me back a check for the pedicab ride. They apologized and said that in my file I would have a 30% off next purchase but it didn't help at the time when we needed assistance. We will be back next month so let's see what happens!Please if you're taking any of them pedicab rides. Speak to the driver and ensure that it's FREE and by tip or else you'll be paying more than your hotel stay just to get some weed! Little do you know Mark, you ripped off a disabled veteran. Shame on you. I hope that you get the karma you deserve.

Mad Men employees are always great and this experience was no exception. Alfonzo knew exactly what I was looking for and even suggested a pack of star bar edibles which were delicious! I also got a motivator pre-roll.  He was very helpful, and I enjoyed the conversation and insight. Alexander was also helpful with lending an ear for a few of my questions.

OK YALL....... 10 stars if I could! This is THE GO TO PLACE for all things cannabis in LV!! I shop MedMen religiously in LA, but this shop really took it to the next level with their cleanliness, knowledge, and honorable mention to their BEYOND incredible employees.I had the absolute pleasure of being lead by Kilyn through the amazing products offered in store. Not only did I get a thorough run down, I also got really great suggestions from him that lead me to discovering my new favorite product- the stiiizy (and the MedMen beach towel - so cool)! Kilyn was attentive, held great conversation with me the entire time, and was so friendly! I really commend Kilyn and his coworkers as they each contributed to the experience personally! The door security was also outstanding - they're not always friendly at other dispensaries. I left MedMen feeling like I have new pals in LV! What a bad ass feeling... and not to mention.... Higher than I've ever been, duh. I think this place has a "hire only the best" policy hehe Next time you're looking for Cannabis in Vegas I hope you don't think twice about where you're going! I've never been treated so great. I can't say enough.

I recommend this place when downtown...Very knowledgeable bud tender by the name of Alfonso helped me with all my questions and recommend some edibles that were bomb.

The customer service here is top tier. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating from the guys up front to the person that checks you out. I would highly recommend this location over the other spots in this area because of their selection and their quality of service.

Love love the staff here !   I was treated like a Queen today ALFONSO was the absolute best he was Patient, kind, and very informative!   He is so knowledgeable on everything and even educated me on what was best for me and made sure the 1st ever flower I bought was tailored to my needs !   Thanks again!  Not a local but I will definitely be back every time I'm here !

Jo, our Budtender was warm, pleasant, friendly, and informative. I had a large order and Jo was completely on the ball helping myself and my friends. I love the intimate, warm atmosphere of the Downtown MedMen location and have been a returning customer for the past year when visiting Las Vegas.

This is a great dispensary. It's convenient, not too busy and the staff is very helpful and friendly. My bud tender was Kilyn. He was nice to me and my girlfriend and knew the strains and terps.

I will say the whole staff was very welcoming and friendly. I got a vape pen. Amazing will get again. The bad. I wanted a higher thc flower. The helper showered me stir fry. The numbers look good so I get an 1/8. I get home. The label has lower numbers. The weed was very dry and he a bunch of seeds. The worst part was it stinks like really bad breathe and disgusting to smoke. If you go, do not do not get stir fry.

Wow, I moved close by and had to find a new dispensary. I settled in medmen purely on location.   Certainly the best choice. The first day I drove and there was quite a bit of construction and limited parking but its downtown and not too bad even w the construction. Cute little location, felt safe.Door girl ,cant remember name, was really nice. Walking in felt like a neat bodega. Cozy wood, it was warm and inviting and fun, not sterile and white like most in Vegas. Armando greeted me immediately as I walked in helped me with my selection and was extra helpful since I'd never been there before and was unfamiliar to some of the brands.  I ended up w 3 pre rolls from blue birds and 1 more sour sunset. Alfanso I hope I'm getting his/their name(s)right, glasses, tall, dark hair, hat, was checking me out and I was so surprised I could use my card here. Bonus points! Plus he was so knowledgeable and really enthusiastic about not only his job, but the shop itself. This post is specifically giving 10 stars for the excellent service these two guys gave me. I came back on NyE w a friend and she wasnt planning on getting anything, but ended up leaving Tahoe dreaming! It's my new shop and I'm telling everyone. Plus an cool local discount. 100% recommend

Was in debate of 5 or 4 stars because every time I come in and Ky and Alex are working my experience is amazing but every time they're not working the line is long. Giving 5 stars because of Ky and Alex they are both an asset to the company always a pleasure when they're there! Well located to Downtown, very friendly and inviting.  Lady was so knowledgeable and helpful also very friendly.  I would recommend them for your dispensary needs.  I will definitely be back.

I was blown away by this dispensary, both the appearance/decor and the staff. The way it's decorated is just gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and helpful, particularly Mina. She helped me find some products that help me fall  (and stay) asleep. I truly appreciate that. I also was quite impressed with the range of products in stock. That's something that's been an issue at other dispensaries. Thanks, Mina!!

Upon visiting MedMen, I had no idea what to expect. Was it open? It looks closed. Oh its open...I was pleasantly surprised once entering. The space was super clean. The layout was organized. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Josue helped me pick out what I needed. He was the most helpful and nicest person I've ever encountered at any dispensary I've ever visited. The prices were all pretty reasonable. I'm a fan. I'll return for sure in the future.

I found MedMen by looking for deals at dispensaries I was willing to drive to in order to find something acceptable to smoke. My eyes popped open when I found a favorite strain. Larry was very informative over the phone and within an hour I was inside placing my order. Thanks to Lady and the rest of the crew, we had a wonderful shopping experience and will probably return. Only wish they were further north.

Curious to see this place in person. Although, I don't smoke, I have stock in the company. I'm very impressed and thus reminded me of the apple store with marijuana products. Very well packaged and our customer service was awesome! Shout out to Jason to educating us and giving us an overview of all the products. He had a lot of positive things to say about the company as an employee. I love when employees are happy and passionate about what they do!

Shopping with Lady was easy and she was a great bud tender! When I asked for directions to a restroom the staff was very helpful.

I love going to this MedMen. Everyone is always so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.   of all of the cannabis places in Las Vegas, this is my favorite. And they have the best product available. Today Malcolm was again so helpful!

We were visiting from out of town, and before leaving on our getaway we had to update our ID cards. (It's my BF bday trip) anyway, because the cards are sent by mail we only had temporary but scannable ID papers. We were told that we couldn't enter without having a identification card (even though we had visit a handful of other shops with no issues) that was disappointing. However I did have my old ID with me but my Birthday boy didn't. I was granted access and what I did like was the displays- you can see the crystals on the flower and sMell the product on the shelf! That set the MedMen apart ... I didn't see any other shops with this option! Very cool! Just not allowing the temp cards was a shame.

Just wanted to share a product my "bud tender" Alyssa turned me onto. They are the cannibis seltzers they have there. Really awesome. Also, she showed me these delicious chocolate covered thc blueberries. Anyway, shout out to her for really helping me out and taking me out of my comfort zone. Happy with the products and happy with the team:) thanks for your help Alyssa

My fiancé and I went here for our first time a couple of nights ago. The staff was super energetic and attentive to our questions. We were helped by Fonz and Cameron and they were both very nice and knowledgeable. We ended up leaving with products that we enjoyed. We will not be shy about coming back!

Lady was extremely friendly and helpful! When we left at first there was an issue with one of the products and when we went back to show them she made sure we were taken care of and left satisfied. Definitely my fav dispensary we've stopped at while visiting downtown Vegas!

The staff here has great customer service starting with the security guard greeting us, the man checking our IDs at the door, all the way until meeting Jo. She was absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable of everything. Very present too. My boyfriend and I went in to buy cookies and she helped us. We are loving them at this very moment. Literally. Anyway, thanks Jo!

Way too expensive compared to other stores. Also, I felt extremely rushed. They half assed answered any questions. You work in Vegas with tourist...if you don't want to answer questions....you shouldn't be in customer service. This was probably my least favorite dispensary in Vegas. I just wanted to find two good prerolls for my night. Don't waste your time here....they did have a great selection but then again it wasn't updated correctly so a few things I wanted to try weren't even available.

I had a great experience my 1st time at MedMen. The dispensary was very nice and i felt secure while making my purchase. The Consultant (Young Black Female with glasses name starts with an L) was very very knowledgeable about all the products and there affect. She gave me all the right advice to fell comfortable with my purchase. Sorry I couldn't remember her name but I'm sure its obvious why i did..lol

At the end of the day if I could give 10 stars I would. The general manager of this location her name is Lady, she was very patience, knowledgeable of product's, she listened to what we wanted, excellent customer service, informed us about the specials they had. Friendly and very customer service oriented. Excellent choice of Lady being a General Manager she definitely deserved a salary increase!

Went this Friday to check out the shop with a friend and was extremely pleased with the service Kilyn provided. He was ery knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I was very happy with my purchase.

After i wrote this review - - you can see at the bottom - someone contacted me asking me to email them so that "they could make this right". As of those emails, nothing has changed - i was just informed after a couple of back and forth responses, that they are going to "escalate this situation to the manager". So, nothing is going to change / we will no longer be going to this establishment - like so many others. It's just further proof that customer service is not important to this company. We all work hard in this town to make the money we spend on our personal experiences. This is just one less place to spend our hard earned income at. Happy Times to you all! ******************* ******************* *******************I am at this medmen at an average of once a week. I've been repeatedly helped properly and even received numerous discount codes from medmen for the frequent visits and social media posts. As of late - service has been severely lacking and extremely lackluster. I live in a building that is barely 2 blocks away and has about 50 exclusive living quarters in it. Among them I know about 1/3 of the tenants. I had heard so many horror stories about the service and the rude management or whom they thought was management, at this Medmen downtown in the arts district. I personally hadn't experienced that type of service. Until recently, and now too frequently. From the "terminal being down" constantly to just crap service and non apologetic responses to not being able to provide service - I dunno what the problem is.  I watched a patron make a purchase and not 5 seconds later - "the terminal was down" - as I walked out - the girl at the door says "is everything ok hun?" .. i said well your terminals suddenly went down. She replied "correct the terminals are down".  That was it. I understand that service standards are just not being relayed these days - but for any business - this is a poor response. It's unfortunate because this was our go to dispensary. Good luck to everyone else and I hope it gets

Hum the theme song from the Golden Girls while you read my review! LOL. This place is everything a pro should aspire to. This is the Chick Fil A of dispensaries. Made sure my order is correct and even timely.....considering the obstacles. Best quality meds and the prices are great!! All the ads on XM radio paid off because it made me say thank u for being a friend....I pay to make me happy and well. Love u MedMen

Soo ill start with I do like this dispensary however I hate! How they try and up sell you to buy more expensive stuff, just get me what I came for it's too 'car salesman' for my taste. And they seriously need a bag recycling system.

The product is awesome, but bring your scale. After I got back to my hotel, my 1/8th looked more like 2 grams. For scale, I was only able to stretch it and roll 3 js. Should've been able to roll more. We will never know but there shouldn't even be a question.The Bruce banner 2.0 is fire tho.

I was recently in Vegas and stayed in one of the hotels on Fremont.  Mad Men was convenient and a quick Uber ride away.  (They're close enough to even offer pedi-cabs to and from, if you're so inclined.)  They had a pretty decent selection of vapes, flowers, and edibles, and the quality was pretty good. (After having some of their hybrid edible gummies, which usually don't work all that well on me, my first night at EDC was quite interesting.)  My budtender was awesome, and overall the staff was friendly and helpful.  Getting in and out of there was a snap.

Just now at 9:58pm they kick me out and say we can't sell you, when they close at 10pm. Already was in, already had what I wanted to get in the counter. Horrible service, overpriced, wtf does that? And I even came in to spend HUNDREDS, as I did the night before. It's ok, service elsewhere.

MedMen Downtown went above and beyond tonight. Utilized the Uber service then subsequently left my phone charging in the Uber. The doorman helped me get it back quickly and watched my luggage while I went inside. Did not catch his name but am eternally grateful. The screens on the table immediately brought up all my preconceived notions of ultra modern dispensaries. People joke about the "Apple Stores" of dispensaries in the legal market these days, which I hadn't experienced until today. The instant friendliness from the folks inside changed my mind real quick. Their warmth, patience, and prices are hard to come across, even at the more mom and pop shops I lean towards back home. This was a great way to start my trip after a loooooong day. Can't rave enough. Did not see a tip jar so will probably review elsewhere as well. I feel indebted for that phone situation ha. Thanks again!

Broooo! Lol  I'm kidding ! This place is really oriented and has great customer service, a bit pricey but hey you get what you pay for. If your in town for a vacation definitely make a stop here. Thanks guys for a great experience

I walked over here from a downtown restaurant and it was late night and the building looked like a place where you will go away forever. Once inside though, super nice and the budtender who helped me and my group was helpful and really nice! Recommended a nice infused preroll. I'd come here again anytime.

This was the first stop we made after checking to the hotel. Everyone was super helpful even when they didn't have to be because their interactive setup is superb. Thomas went above and beyond explaining the different product. It felt like to talking to a friend about their passion.

While visiting Las Vegas for a large sports tournament, several of us decided to visit a dispensary for the first time.  Robert was phenomenal!  His professionalism is among the best I've seen in my lifetime.  He adapted to our level of knowledge without being condescending, he was beyond polite, and he seemed to genuinely care about our satisfaction.  His knowledge of product lines was amazing.  Upon trying the gummies we bought, they were absolutely amazing.  The perfect choice for me, and that largely had to do with Robert.  We will definitely be back!

Place was helpful and clean. They accepted plastic as well. They asked questions and understood what we were looking for. We were told by our Lyft driver that this place is more expensive than other dispensaries because of its location and a lot of tourist traffic. I can't vouch for that, it seemed reasonable  for the most part.

I visited the new Medmen in downtown Vegas this time. It's a small store but it has a decent inventory (even though they were out of the two edibles I wanted). The young budtender who waited on me was very friendly and professional and knew his stuff.This location is a very long walk or a shorter Lyft drive from Fremont Street.

Would give zero stars if possible. Checked website and even called to confirm they close at midnight. Ubered to the store just to find out they stop taking customers 45 min before closing. Absolutely bullshit. Update your hours to say you close at 11.

Old building and not parking not uber friendly do t always paid the kickback really avoid this location for me and clients

DO NOT GO HERE. Expensive, rips you off. Go literally anywhere else. Gave us the wrong products we walked outside and checked it and it was wrong then they would not give us the products we paid for. Do not let an Uber/Lyft driver con you into taking you here (that's what happened to us) they pay drivers to take people there because they can't get business if their own. I cannot day enough bad things about this place. It should be shut down. Go literally anywhere else.

Was in town for work and stopped by. Emelye was so helpful! She was patient with me and answered all my questions. Even the dumb ones! How is anyone suppose to navigate through this alternative approach to healing without the right instructions? What a nice experience walking into MedMen when all we wanted to do was get coffee at Duncan ‍.  The guys and gals inside were informative and helpful and not pushy at all.  They helped us pick out the right things, that work as advertised. The girl at the counter was wicked sweet gave my gal a big hug and a fist bump  for me as we parted ways.

Really clean place and discreet. Everyone is really helpful and they make it easy and fast to get what you like. They also have a pretty good selection.

I'm in town for my birthday from Dallas. I stopped in this afternoon and had hands-down the BEST customer service experience I've ever had anywhere, period. Every single person I encountered was so knowledgeable and kind, so you didn't feel stupid asking questions about anything. If I lived in Vegas this would absolutely be my spot.

I went in looking for sugar-free edibles and Kirstin (name on receipt) found them for me! The sugar alcohol used isn't the best for keto but I felt fine and didn't have any issues on the toilet as suggested I would online. The only thing that sucked (for keto) was there were no nutrition facts, just ingredients. I remember buying a chocolate bar before from another spot and a regular nutrition label was on the back.  Everyone I came into contact with was super nice and the environment was very friendly. I will go back again. Especially since I'm in their rewards program now. Cool

I'm not new to dispensaries or weed. Just moved from California and was happy to find something near me, I had come to this location before and it was cool overpriced but I can't complain because that's just what it is out here in LV. But what I can and will complain about is when asking for and about a gram and an eighth the budtender must've got confused because I got charged for an 8th to come home and it's a gram !!! You know how much of a difference that is ?? I was beyond dissatisfied and everything is pre packed unlike California where they weigh it in front of you to confirm what you're getting. So management if you're willing to make it right i would greatly appreciate it. And as for any new visitors just double check before leaving

Ok so the first time I went here it was total shit! The bud tender didn't know what the hell she was saying and wasn't very knowledgeable and I told myself I wouldn't come back here EVER and I would've gave this place a 1 star. BUT... I went to MedMen just to get a cart I knew they had and I wanted it some random worker a girl helped me at first but was transferred to another bud tender Alfonso! ALFONSO helped me with my strains and explained to me what was inside the strains I bought! He was the savior of this place! I didn't want to go to MedMen since my first visit and would've drove to MMJ, mine you I live 5 mins to MedMen but since I was lazy I figured go to MedMen and get what I wanted and just go!! I'm glad Alfonso helped me out! Will come back just for him! THANK YOU ALFONSO FOR YOU HELP! BTW the receptionist in the front was really nice as well.

Totally bogus, I doubt I'll be going back, sold me the wrong vape cartridge a few days ago, they said it could've been a problem with my battery and they'd  "give me a new battery" with my exchange, even tho I didn't need a battery, the one I have is fine, they ended up charging me an extra $12 for a battery "they were giving me" lol , I just acted like I didn't know what they were up to and went along with it cause I was in a rush, they really must think people are stupid, couldn't just let me make a simple exchange without trying to make a few extra $$ in the process really a damn shame, oh well time to try another dispenserary  $12 is nothing BUT don't try to act like ur doing me favor then try to hustle me like I'm stupid, it aint that serious, be upfront with ur shit smh lol

Great selection, great customer service. Prices are higher than California but that's not any fault of MedMen's, it's a Nevada thing. This is my go-to spot in Vegas for CBD.

Wow, everyone was extremely nice and above & beyond service. Very knowledgeable about all the different strains, potency, flavors, you name it! Would recommend this place to anyone. I felt like the prices are in line with everywhere else. Maybe just a little more expensive. Excited to see they had binske on the menu. Great job!

This is truly the "Apple" Of Dispensaries. One of the best Dispensaries I've been to so far. I've been to the one in California as well as this one. They both were very well organized & the representatives were knowledgeable. The also shops have weekly deals at fair pricing.

(We've been coming since this was New Amsterdam!) Anytime I need help finding something for pain, or anxiety, or something uplifting, Armando always saves the day! I'm always happy when I leave here! On vacation for my 40th and found this spot. Such a nice dispensary with the best staff! Elle and Alfonso where amazing!! Highly recommend this place!!

I would personally never go here again or recommend it to others. I went in for a disposable vape and was recommended a Kynd .3 vape pen. I got home and it didn't work, so I called and wanted to let them know. They asked if I could come back in for an exchange. When I did, one of the managers said, "I bought 4 of these myself for a trip and none worked. I'd recommend the Cannabiotix one for $29. We should have pulled those off the shelf." Instead of offering my money back or the one she recommended, they gave me 2 more of the Kynd ones that don't work. When I emailed them to let them know of the service they provided, another manager told me she could give me 20% off my next purchase. I went in again thinking I would give them a second chance. I got a different vape cartridge and stood in line while they let other customers who were still shopping cut in front of me. Minutes later, an employee goes, "Oh are you in line?" And rang me up, but didn't let me know they round to the next five dollars (my purchase was $35 and they charged my card for $40) and when I told them I didn't have a chip card, they said I can use the ATM to pull cash with a $7 fee. It's not the $ or product, it's that they knowingly sell things they know don't work and to get rid of the stock of said products, offer it as retribution for however they wronged you in the first place. Every encounter with them has been inconvenient. I'm very much a principal person and for all of that, I'd never go again. Their products are overpriced and not great to begin with, but I went because I wanted to support a local dispensary as I live downtown. Stay away - it's a total tourist trap, bad customer service and products.

Had a great experience at MedMen. The layout makes you feel like you are in a high end store and not a dispensary. I got helped by David and he knew so much about weed that he could teach classes. Next time I'm back in Vegas this will be the only place i get my goods.

Poor Customer acknowledgment and care. Med Men corporate needs to figure out who is being hired and why they hired them when escalations occur. Management is there for reason not to twiddle their thumbs and act pompous.

Store is extremely clean and neat, also the staff is amazing and super knowledgeable. This shop won't disappoint they have EVERYTHING for your weed needs! Plus it's located conveniently near the strip hotels! Will definitely be back when we visit Vegas again!

Placed an order over two hours for delivery. I just got a call saying they can't deliver until tomorrow. Now I have to look elsewhere for delivery IF anyone is open. I would look elsewhere before placing an order with MedMen again. This was my second time trying to make a purchase from them. The first purchase was a bit frustrating but went ahead with it. This second attempt just makes my decision clear. Will be looking elsewhere from now on. NuWu is my favorite but already too late for delivery. I would recommend NuWu. I always do. NuWu 24/7. Give it a try.

Stopped in yesterday while on vacation in Vegas, I came last year on vacation and knew I had to come back! I was helped by Junior, he was amazing! I knew I wanted a disposable vape and some gummies, he helped me find exactly what I was looking for quickly and was helpful explaining the "rules" about consumption in Vegas (I'm from NY so this is very foreign to me). The store was clean and very well organized, the staff were all friendly and the prices are pretty good in my opinion. It's just overall a great dispensary, thank you Med Men! A little upset with the customer service here as an Uber driver. I've never had anything but a smooth process at the MedMen on Harmon and Paradise. Here over at the MedMen downtown it seems like they don't really care too much for their Uber drivers. I've been waiting over 20 minutes just to get my ID copied. That's pretty excessive. Carey has been wonderful to me this entire process and has called back for a manager over several times to come and assist me. This is extremely poor customer service on the managers behalf and I'm honestly pretty appalled. A manager (Denise) should know better than to leave customers  waiting for extended periods of time without any form of communication. Especially considering how quick the process was to finally get me out of the door, I literally can't comprehend why I was left waiting for so long. She didn't even apologize! This whole experience really sucked for me. Total let down considering how highly I thought of MedMen.

This place is amazing! I first went to a MedMen Shop in West Hollywood and I was blown away. This store in Downtown Las Vegas has the same effect, enjoy!

We came in for a baseball tournament and stayed on Fremont street and happened upon Medmen. This was THE best dispensary I've ever been to (and we're from Colorado). The front door staff was super friendly and fun and our budtender- Abby was spectacular. She was super knowledgeable, patient, and you could tell she just really enjoyed her job. Even the security officers were extremely nice and chill. This will be our dispensary ever time we come to Vegas from here on out! Highly recommend this place.

I've been in a few times and have been helped by Karina twice; she is amazing! She is very sweet and made me feel comfortable asking questions that I typically feel too silly asking budtenders. She also gave me some great recommendations, but even better customer service is what keeps me coming back!
