Best Dispensary in Vegas hands down.  Best deals every month and day.  Service is on point and everyone has great knowledge.  I will say that Ralph is our favorite though.  Check them out and make sure to sign up for their daily text specials!

Horrible clinic run by a scam. Whatever you do don't buy the brand city trees. Their carts taste horrible and are way to expensive.

This spot had everything I needed. Clerk was extremely helpful and patient. The minus star was only because it was a little hard to find. I still recommend it for sure!

Ordered for delivery and wasted my whole day waiting through the HUGE delivery window and they never showed. I received a couple texts saying they packaged up the items and they would let me know when the delivery was on its way. Then nothing. Ten minutes before my delivery window ended I tried calling, was on hold forever. Logged on to see my order and it showed as canceled. I'm beyond angry and disappointed.

First visit here was pretty cool. Walking in, there was a full waiting room, so, not gonna lie, I was super close to walking out. Impatient? Yeah, sometimes. After checking in, I think I may have waited like 10 mins. I'm unsure who my budtender was, but she was sooo nice, and helpful. She was patient and clear. I appreciated that a lot. She gave her honest opinions on products. Checking out was easy and quick, prices were pretty fair I'd say. They are open 24 hours too! If I lived in Vegas, this would be my spot for sure.

Angelina, Danny & Devonte we're very kind and patient with me! I had issues with my card and last minute change for delivery. They didn't mind the time it took to get everything taken care of on my behalf.

I would not recommend you shop here. Acres and Curaleaf are my go to and they aren't ghetto like this dispensary. All of Oasis bud is dry and full of stems and overall this dispensary is a big fraud. So do yourself a favor & shop anywhere else! I visited today and would not recommend this dispensary to anyone. The staff was incredibly rude and pushy. They do not give you time to browse the products on display which is ridiculous. I visited at 10 pm and the black guy on the floor kept trying to rush me over to a bud tender. The store was completely empty and he was literally following me as I checked out the displays. He actually had the nerve to say "you're not actually gonna buy anything huh". Like dude I haven't even been here for 5 minutes yet?? My entire party purchased items. I planned to buy edibles, maybe a cart and an eighth of bud. But the disrespect was crazy and when I told him I probably wasn't going to buy anything because of how crazy he's talking to me, he made me leave the store and told me he could walk me out. (Top flight security- He was feeling real powerful with his little radio set)

Placed a pickup order for the next day, then am called at 8am saying they're canceling my order because they don't want to honor their deal that I placed before midnight. Real nice. Horrible service.

Everything about this place was pretty great until I realized one of the sale associates convinced me to get 2 vapes since it was "buy one get one free" however he charged me for both. Thanks for the up sale and ripe off.

This was my favorite place to go for locals but now they SUCK!!! They never have essential grams so you can use your points!! Then tonight I look at there website under daily $25 eights and they have about 5 different strains from Mojave!! But I go inside and they tell me it was a flash sale with was a lie because I get text messages for the flash sales then the "manager" said he couldn't give any Mojave for $25 even though under the $25 deals they were all listed!! Fucking bullshit!! I spend money there every month and this guy wouldn't honor what their website advertised!!! DO NOT GO HERE they will rip you Off!!!

So far my impression is that this place is a waste of time.Ordered almost 24 hours ago BEFORE their same day delivery status was updated and it's now 26 hours later and I have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA where my order is. Their phone system is awful it just loops you around and around and around never leaving a message or connecting you to anyone. The text message they sent me at 5:42 PM yesterday hasn't been followed up by anything and the system can't give updates on orders. Their website can't be logged into to check the status despite having registered for an account either. How the hell am I supposed to have ANY IDEA AT ALL when my order is going to arrive or when I am supposed to meet this random person at the curb.So far VERY UNIMPRESSED.Update:4/22/2020: they finally got around to delivering my order.  The guy who delivered it was "Jesse" and he was super nice. Called to let me know he was on his way and I eventually got a text update to track my driver. 5stars for Jesse, 0 stars for Oasis. Still havent gotten a response to my email I sent them as well so that's cool they are just gonna ignore that it seems....

Oasis is a nice dispensary. Its tucked away so be careful not to miss it. Theres a large parking lot for a good anount of customer to park in. Very clean location inside. They even have a cute little waterfall! They have a great display area. You can smell all of the various strains that they have out on display. I was there early in the am so it wasnt busy at all. Check in was quick and the staff seemed friendly friendly and talkative for it being so early. They have really good prices and a great points program. Dont forget to take advantage of it! They also let you purchase anonymously here which is great for those that dont want the dispensary to save or keep their info.

One of my favorite dispensary places to go to. Great deals and point rewards system is awesome. Most times I get a very friendly staff member to help me out. 9/10 times I leave very satisfied.

I used to love this company. Quality service period no questions on the prices no problems. Great prices actually. But after my recent transaction with Oasis cannabis I doubt I will be returning there anytime soon. After ordering a pickup they called me back and told me that that deal was not valid and I asked them why I was able to process it in the computer to which they had no significant response. I asked them to try and make a one time acceptance considering the fact that that's what I ordered at that price and they told me it would be $100 instead of $50 the original price . They were not willing to help me they did not make it right. again I don't think I'll be going back to Oasis we live in Las Vegas the city of customer service and they could not do one of the best things we do here in Vegas. Make the customer happy!

I received a promotion email stating if I spend over $75 I would receive a free oasis rolling tray If my order was placed between 5am and 12pm. I placed my order around 8am. I'm not sure why I didn't receive what was promoted I spent $173 and Im a medical patient who has been with them for years.  I called in to bring the matter to a managers attention once I got home and opened my package seeing there was no tray, but I was told they would pass the message along to a manager for me with my name and number and to expect a call. I have not received any contact its been over a week now even contacted Oasis through email. Very misleading and upsetting, I made a big purchase that day simply because I received the promotion & I thought it would be nice to have a tray with the company logo since I shop there often but this is not okay.

Arbitrarily cancelled my delivery order with no explanation after waiting for hours. You just wasted my time. I was a customer for years at your Colorado location and I thought I'd be loyal when I relocated here. I'll be finding another local dispensary for sure. Really unprofessional.

All I have to say is that my first experience here at Oasis was a 10/10 thanks to the help of Kas a night shift employee. He was very helpful, super kind, and understanding. Truly made my experience amazing! If you see this Kas thank you :)!!!!!

When in Vegas....you gotta go into a legal cannabis store!! Our amazing Lyft driver recommended this place and actually waited for us for 15 minutes as we just quickly browsed. We were leaving for Texas so didn't even buy anything because, duh Texas. Thumbs down Texas! Anywhoooo, I was very amazed by how clean and beautiful this place was. All the prices and descriptions were posted clearly by the products. The people working there were extremely helpful and informative about everything and even gave us non-cannabis samples (dried fruit) to try. The kiwi and mango were delicious!! All in all, my first legal cannabis store and it was not as intimidating as I thought. Cool spot but couldn't tell you about the actual products or experience.

My husband and I have been coming here for a while now .never had any problems , the walk in and curbside both is very quick !everyone is very nice and professional specially Astrid.she is very professional, very sweet , friendly and always quick at getting our order. Thank you for always making it very enjoyable to come!

I go here all the time. Love everyone there and the place has pretty good weed for great prices. Definitely affordable. Your points rack up quick too so you get discounts and even get your local discount. I must say Tiffany stood out the most because she was super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I talked with her how I like my high and what I like to smoke and she helped me pick one that I might like. So thank you Tiffany! She was great.

This is the place to go!! And they deliver pretty quick i always get Susan and she is AWESOME!!!! always happy when she is delivering!!! Thye got the best prices in town, cheap wax ,bud , vapes and when u accumalet your points oh man the things you can do with them i got a half OZ for 5 cent and NO not crap weed and when i go in the managers always give me an extra 5-10 off my bill! BEST FREAKING PLACE!!!!

Excellent experience from start to finish!  Very easy website to navigate, plus very informative.  Experience when picking up my order was also First Class!  Associate couldn't be more helpful and kept socially distanced.  Everyone I could see was wearing a mask and kept their safe distance which also added to the ease of the overall experience. It bears repeating...I felt very safe from start to finish!

The abosolute best dispensary is Vegas. Period. PERIOOOOOD.  The recent bad reviews are all based on delivery and pick up, which is rough every where now. PERIOD RIGHT ! Okay then. You will not get these prices and this quality anywhere else in vegas. And I am sure of that.  You can find some bomb weed tho, but not near these prices. The budtenders are like the siblings I've never gotten close to. The late shift budtenders atleast. . The day time ones are ... I ain't gone say anything cause I don't know them like that. Period.  But I do know, oasis is the spot.  Hence the name. Need I say more ?

Great spot, great product and friendly staff, ready to answer your questions. This is a must stop when I am in Vegas! They have great promotions! I have been to an number of dispensaries around Las Vegas, and Oasis is definitely in my top 5!

Placed a delivery order at 9am and waited and waited and waited. 4pm rolls around and they call me to say the driver made multiple attempts to call me and came to the house and now they can't redeliver unless I pay another fee. Bs. My phone never rang. I have no voicemails. No texts saying she was here or on the way. My security picks up the entire front of my house and no one even pulled up. This is a giant scam to get more money.  I wasted a whole day sitting by the door waiting just to be lied to.  Never ever EVER using oasis for anything ever again.

So first off, I think if you're a new medical patient, you can get 20% off your order plus 2 free pre-rolls. I *might* be wrong, but I think that's what it is, and I believe if you're a return medical patient, it's 10% off. Not sure if the 10% off refers to not paying the tax or if it's 10% off the total, but whatever, it's cheaper if you've got your card. Make sure you don't do like me and wait til you're at the cash register - show it up front when you first walk in.I'm an MJ novice, and I've only been to a few dispensaries in my life (mostly medical places), so I'm not really knowledgeable enough to say whether the selection here is better or worse than your average recreational place, but I did feel like there was a pretty good selection of edibles (gummies, chocolates, marshmallow treats, lozenges), CBD oils/tinctures, pipes, and bud. I'd estimate that were there about 30ish different varieties of flower, give or take.In terms of the service, I think that it really depends on who you get. The first person who was helping me wasn't as great at explaining things as the second person who helped me...who was good but wasn't as great as a random cool woman in the store (not an employee) who just jumped in and gave me a ton of great suggestions and guidance and knowledge. lol. Everyone was definitely friendly and helpful, and I can't complain about the service, but I definitely think your impression of the helpfulness will depend on (1) how much you yourself already know about MJ, and (2) the service person who helps you. I can't speak to what I purchased, because I haven't used anything yet.Overall, it was a cool store with nice people, and I'd revisit in the future.

I love this dispensary! It's been my go to since I moved back. The workers don't hover or force you into anything, they don't press you, they don't force you to place an order before you walk around, it's like a regular store, just with way better stuff. Staff is friendly & they don't act like they're doing something super private & super low key. I'd give 5 stars but their website is not mobile friendly what so ever & I don't know anyone who uses a pc anymore. They have their logo with address that takes up half the screen ALWAYS. You can't scroll to the bottom, idk why, it just won't go completely to the bottom. Also idk if I completed creating an account or not, because the screen just keeps jumping, after you fill out a line it shoots to the top & you have to search where you were carefully or back to the top you go, idk what is in my cart, because I can't find my cart, they have no information on any strains, hardly any photos & I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH, their WEBSITE SUCKS. I usually go in store & after this experience, I will only go in store from here on out; or find a dispensary that actually delivers with a working webpage. :)Also, once you burn your fuse up trying to navigate through their unconventional website for delivery, don't try calling. They won't answer, ever. Doesn't matter what time, what day, they have a 5 minute long high pitch voiced girl intro that you have to listen to before the phone will even ring, then it will ring & ring & ring & ring & then an answering machine comes on & says "no one is available to answer the phone... goodbye" THEY OFFER DELIVERY BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO PLACE AN ORDER--NO DELIVERY. Best bet with this joint, get out of the house, get some fresh air & just go in store & you won't be disappointed. The most disappointment from this dispensary, is their terrible website & how they don't ever answer the phone.

I've been coming to Oasis for a long time! Out of all the dispenseries, Oasis is the best for locals. One of their managers Mario really helped me understand which strain was best for me. I needed some help understanding the terpenes and he did a great job of explaining it to me in a professional way. Now I know to look for limonene and terpinoline, and this is where I buy. I'm sorry but I'm from cali and came to Vegas the homie works here and I'm sorry but shit is trash ‍idk if my tolerance or what but I smoked the best shit here and was not high lmao

They made us sit outside in the 109° even though the waiting area was empty and they had let other people who had come a few minutes before us go straight to the waiting room then into the show room. And then the proceeded to tell me and my roommate that we couldn't stand by each other to buy the weed we were trying to purchase and decide upon together. We decided to leave since we wouldn't be able to look at everything together and then the security guy proceeded to say things under his breath as we left. Honestly they don't care about their customers and that will be the last time I come here. It's really sad because I used to enjoy their flower and their budtenders but after how rude it was all approached it's a no from me.

Just got 2 packs of gummies and my Budtender was Jamie. She was nice, polite, happy and very helpful. She welcomed me happily since it was my first time. I will be coming back for sure.

What a wasted day. That's no joke, sadly. Like other reviews I've seen here, I booked a delivery about 10am, took a 2-4 (2-6?) delivery window, and waited patiently. About 12:30pm I got a message that my order was packed. At 2:05pm I got a message about it going out. Then at 5:15pm I got a call from the driver stating she'd be about 3-3.5 hours. What? That's up to 8:45pm now.  I agreed but by 7:40pm I gave up. I still haven't heard yet and it's 8:30pm.They had a strain I was looking for since fighting a migraine/tension headache. I'm still in pain. The place seemed to have a good selection and a solid check out and reservation process. Too bad the service is this bad.  There are too many places in town to waste an entire day waiting for Oasis. P.S. My head still hurts!

This is my favorite dispensary in Vegas! The location was easy to find with lots of parking. Check in was easy and as soon as we entered we were helped. Jose got our order together and was extremely helpful and friendly. Prices are cheaper than others in the area and they carry a great variety. They have lots of sales and incentives for customers and I got a penny joint for my birthday! They have the best customer service by far; very easy to shop! They have all my business from now on!

So I purchased a cart drove 30 minutes home and the bags empty. I got right on the phone and Ellie took care of everything she's amazing. So once again I get home and this cart is the shitiest cart I have ever smoked so the next day I go back and ask for a manager letting him know that I come here for the name oasis and he proceeds to tell me nicely I'm fucked they can't do anything unless it's broke. Well I'm in customer service and I stand behind my products 100 percent and I feel they should as well. I've spent a lot of money here but I'm done.... Acres here I come you my new spot

First time ever going to a shop. On vacation for bday and wanted to check it out. The inventory Was massive. They had drinks, edibles, dry herbs, vapepens, concentration, and topicals.Service: amazing. Had time to get in and check out the inventory while someone else was being assisted.  When it came my turn the herb-ologist directed me to a nice hybrid pen.  Really appreciate the lemon cello recommendation.  Overall: WINNAHZ!  Great service, loads of inventory, and open 24/7.

I had to try drive thru buds! Don't remember the girl that helped us with our order at the drive-thru... She's got super cool orange hair like the girl from Fifth Element!! Badass!!! We will be back because of her thanks

It's been a few years & I just want to say this is still my favorite dispensary! The staff is knowledgeable, incredibly nice, and just all-around awesome. The wait (in the waiting room) to get in is pretty short. I've never waited more than 2 or 3 minutes. You're able to see and smell the different strains (flower), which is really cool and helpful. They accept cash (there's an ATM inside) or debit card ($3ish charge though). Don't forget to tip your budtender and/or the tip jar!

I've been a long time customer and I just wanted to say the staff here is awesome. Shirley is really nice and helpful. There's another guy with pink hair that was so patient and awesome but sadly I didn't catch his name. Today I had the pleasure of having Akwan help me. It probably wasn't as awesome for him since I was giving him so much trouble. But he was very kind and patient with us. Everyone at Oasis has the best customer service that I've ever had at a dispensary. I would recommend this store to anyone who appreciates awesome service.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have never been to an establishment like this and not familiar with recreational or medical marijuana use, basically a novice. The staff explained everything and was very patient. The show room is well lit and clean. They were out of a few products I was inquiring about but it wasn't a big deal to me. All in all a great experience!

If I could place no stars, I would. It's called Oasis and operates like a Mirage. You'll see it in sight and it will never show up! Ordered received, confirmed by text and never delivered. Called about order, advised it was packaged and short on drivers, however, no call made that delivery would be delayed to next day. Called Oasis, spoke to an associate who was very unprofessional and rude with no apology on lack of communication, order status and delay. DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! You'll be disappointed. Guaranteed!

I spent 6 days in Vegas and I went to a few of the dispensaries. After going to Oasis I knew this would be the one that I patronize every time I come back to Vegas. First of all the selection was great and then they have a special going everyday for a certain strain for 8 dollars a gram. I had to go back for a second day because I was so impressed with the product. I was helped by Audra and she was on point with anything I needed to know about certain strains and of other things. I'll definitely be a loyal customer every trip I make. And any of my friends that are going to Vegas I'll tell them to go to Oasis. This is definitely the only dispensary that I'll patronize while in Vegas! And the candies are good too!Thanks Audra!!

Went there on Sunday night had a lot of parking in lot the attendant say park in the back and walk over with a punky ass attitude then he wants me to walk back and show him my ID and I'm like No you can come to an and check it you should have checked it when  pulled in then he start to get all crazy and talking shit LMAO then the guy from the dispensary comes out apologizing for his stupidity I walk in and out never will I go here and have told all my friends not to go also

Each time I come into this dispensary I know that I'll get great customer service each time. Everyone knows the entire product line and the sales people are not all about pushing you to buy just anything.They take the time to listen to what you may want and work accordingly. That I appreciate! They listen and they care.Will always go back every time I'm in town.

Came here yesterday not knowing what to expect and everything was pretty cool.  I'm not super picky so I'm sure I was an easy sell but the woman that helped me was super awesome and nice.  To start from the beginning you pull up to the venue and the front door is actually in the back by the bigger parking lot.  When you walk in there's a man that greeted me and asked if it was my first time here.  I said yeah and he checked my credentials (Letter/card & I.D.) then I waited for approximately 3-5 minutes.  Then I walked in the back and that's when you get a glimpse of the buffet :) lol... Its actually pretty organized where they have the different strains and cannabis products.  The girl that helped me seemed so knowledgeable and she was super sweet.  The receptionist up front was equally nice and pretty.  My cashier/weed consultant took my order over an ipad and then when you are all finished she brings you to a little kiosk then you throw your $$$ in then boom she grabs your receipt and boom finished.  I kept looking at the other reviews and I didn't understand why they all kept saying the wait/line is long.... The reason why its like that is they only let 1-3 people back there at a time.  I was alone so I was the only person back there shopping.  I'm not sure if its for medical privacy or for their own security but yeah if its busy I'm sure that can be frustrating.  1st time visitors get 20% off.  Also if you check in on FB there was a sign that said free gift!They only except cash... There is a ATM machine inside!I've only used one of the pre rolls and a edible and they were awesome .. and SUPER STRONG!

What an insulting, rude, disrespectful person. I am truly shocked. Management: MONITOR THESE PHONE CALLS. On Tuesday, August 20, 2019 (today's date) at approximately 4pm, I spoke with a gentleman over the phone. He asked me if I had questions about deliveries, but I replied that I had several questions as I'm new to dispensaries. He was a young male -- possibly Caucasian and in his 20's -- and from the beginning was extremely rude to me on the phone when I had some inquiries. He talked like a surfer. This individual kept talking loudly to other people in the background without so much as an apology. When I asked him if he was still on the line, he replied: "Yeah man I'm just talking to some other people." Wow -- where's the professionalism?Here's the worst part: in the middle of my sentence, he interrupted me and said (word for word): "I GOTTA GO. There's other people who need my attention. Yeah I gotta go." I asked him, "Could you just answer me one last question?"Then he replies, "Nah. I can't do that. I gotta go. I got other stuff to do."When I asked him: "What's your name?" HE HUNG UP. He hesitated telling me his name for a moment, and then he HUNG UP. He hung up on me. No apologies, no ounce of professionalism. He just hung up on me after rudely telling me he can't answer a simple question and that he's "gotta go." Managers: if you don't believe me, listen for yourself. This phone call happened today at around 4pm.I called back 15 minutes later and the receptionist told me there were no receptionists that fit his description. But I know for a fact that we spoke on the phone. I called him and he answered. I'm guessing he was in charge of online orders or something. But he knew he was extremely rude and hung up on me instead of telling me his name. Management: monitor these phone calls. What a joke.

I ordered some items online at about noon to be delivered to my house, About $180 worth. There was no estimated delivery time. It's about 8:30 pm and I've called 7 times and waited on hold each time with no answer. Completely disappointed that they can't even pick up the phone. I doubt they'll even come through. Pretty bogus and doesn't help that it was on 420. Don't make deals you can't follow through on, that's terrible.

The staff is friendly and somewhat knowledgeable. The flowers dry and crunchy. What is it with these dispensaries? I know they're making a lot of money.  They can afford to put Boveda packs in their product. I'm not down for crunchy weed I will not be back until I know the flower will be fresh. I hear that there isn't enough weed to go around. Then why can't they keep it fresh? It's not because we live in the desert. I've had plenty of fresh flower in the desert.

Our Driver, Susan, was a rockstar!! She kept me informed very well regarding ETA of delivery. Will buy from here again very soon!!!!

More of a sterile feel than I like. I've been there three times, each time someone was upset with the people who work there. Things like not being told the gift certificates are only good at the location they are bought at. They have a limited menu, however they also have a discount shelf. A candy bar that's normally $22 was only $10. Workers seem nice, if a little reserved. They have their own parking lot, plenty of spots, never seen a line.

We really enjoyed the vibe of this shop.  Beautiful interior makes it feel like a boutique for MJ.  Parking limited.  Staff is excellent and prices are normal ($7-$10/g). Not a big selection but all top shelf products.   Highly recommend The Oasis. Return visit in Oct 2019. Much more parking and vendors as well now.  You can smell all the strains thru their cool "sniffer bottles", my name for them. Also much more selection now they are recreational as well.  Ask for senior or med card discounts.  They always have cool freebies and "Deals" with pre-rolls.   Very nice vibe & still chill after 4 years.   Lots of good lighting inside and out in parking area.  Entrance is narrow but has good signage off Industrial Rd.  Just drive slowly or u will miss it.

This use to be my fave place to go. I'm not a fan in the new changes they've made. PreVirus. They have amazing deals but they really need to get their customer service back. All of my friends and I only go there as a last resort now. ‍ We miss the old Oasis when y'all called about customers!

Oasis is the plug of all plugs when you want weed in Vegas. Cheap prices, friendly staff, and unbeatable ganja that leaves you high for hourssss. I would definitely stop by here if you're looking for a good deal. Most of the dispensaries in Vegas have the most ridiculous prices because of the visitors, but if you're willing to drive a little bit off the strip, Oasis will not disappoint.

I love coming into Oasis during the morning shift. Oasis has one of the best selections in Las Vegas. Terenzio's recommendations are always on point. Please keep the Mindy's Kitchen chocolate bars in stock and I will definitely be back again soon!

The very first person I walked into that worked here was the security in the parking lot. He was such a jerk! Everyone in my car refused to even go inside because he was so rude to us for asking him where we can park and where the front entrance was. Too much competition here to argue to stay. If you hate your job then I'm probably going to hate it too. Bye

Best deals in Las Vegas, friendliest and most helpful workers I've ever met. They really know about the products they sale, and they can find the right product you're looking for. Staff treats me like family. Awesome place. Can't wait for it to be open again.

They do not honor the locals discount anymore. Find another dispensary. There are plenty that are willing to honor it, as well as allow you to purchase at whatever sales price they have at the time. It's not a huge deal, but kind of a slap in the face to loyal customers and there are other dispensaries who are still showing gratitude.

Go to spot in vegas! Always open and good choices to choose from! I would recommend some pens to use on the strip and casinos and they dnt go off on metal detectors. Very fast service and its like a damn apple store in there!  Fancy but i shall return when I visit vegas

How cool is it to say that you were here at midnight to celebrate the end of cannabis prohibition in Las Vegas? Definitely a historic moment in Las Vegas if you ask me! It was awesome to see people from all walks of life gather for this event.Despite the hectic atmosphere outside, the Oasis staff remained very composed and professional. Once inside the actual dispensary, the staff assisted each guest right away with their orders. Ally was very sweet and extremely knowledgeable with the various strains and products that are offered. She was helpful and she was able to answer all of our questions too!The interior design of Oasis is beautiful. It's very sleek, simple, and straight to the point. The layout is very spacious. So spacious that I almost felt like I was in an art museum walking around because they had various strains displayed on the wall in individual capsules like paintings. The added waterfall and plants in the waiting area gave the atmosphere a very serene feel. I loved it! There is also a glass case with edibles as well as other cannabis products. I even saw Keurig K-Cups and products for pups!Thank you to Ben and his team for the great service!

From ordering to delivery they kept me up to date when it would arrive.  Driver was really nice.  They meet you outside, which is a good idea

*Updated Review 11/2019*Got dammit....they lured me back.  Now shortly after I decide to part ways...I start getting all these damn daily deals that are just testing my temptation. Day after day I tried to ignore, but the Deals of the Green to save Green were just too damn tempting. & Yesterday another came...and in the blink of an eye, I magically somehow ended up....backing my way into that narrow ass entry way....to the parking lot...to Deebo my big ass truck into a parking spot. Make sure to park in a way that's easy for you to exit! You will be trapped. You have been warned, lol! To me a battle that's worth fighting. Get in there, and wow, they've remodeled. Looks nice. It's more open now...with more register space to accommodate their growing popularity. Well long story cut short, everything went great...dammit, they got me back. So much for me being done ;-D *Original Review*This WAS one of my Fav dispensaries in LV. They have good deals; it's not always packed like the other "touristy" ones nearby; the employees & budtenders are always nice and informative; the decor and product displays are nice and customer friendly; they 10% have local discounts; their reward program is awesome. Now after all of that, one might think, well why isn't this the Fav anymore? Well it all came down to customer service....everything is all good, until there's a problem with an order. Long story short, there was a specific deal I went in for, went with the recommendation of the bud tender, paid for everything, then I get outside and realize that I didn't get the full deal like the it said. I go RIGHT back in, and let them know the mistake. I sit there for about ten mins...with everyone confirming it wasn't my fault, and it was their mistake (something with inventory)....only to tell me that there's nothing they can do about it. So I spent extra money to buy a strain that I didn't want (only switched it because of the recommendation from the budtender I'd have to get something else to get the deal) only to wait a long time to leave disappointed. Not only didn't I waste money and get less product, but I also felt kinda humiliated because at first they tried to imply that I was better off with what I got anyways (which completely didn't make sense to me) but I also felt like for a hot sec they tried to make it seem like I tampered with the product for the quick few secs I took to walk out the exit door to my truck and to right back to the Entry door. So that made me feel a little uneasy too. As of yesterday, I cashed out all my points and decided to part ways. There's to many dispensaries in Vegas to be treated that way. They're not even close to my house. I've been a customer for a while now....and chose them as my home store...despite me passing by like 10 other dispensaries between my house and their location. I won't be recommending anyone else to go there. And I'm sooooo so so so soooooooooodisappointed that this happened, but I just can't deal with any business that treats customers like that.

I'm from Los Angeles and very familiar with MedMen as they are right around the corner from where I live in LA.Oasis has them beat in so many different ways. I wish I wish Oasis would come to Los Angeles.If you live in or are visiting Las Vegas you definitely should check Oasis out. Superior staff, product and pricing.

Horrible customer service. Bought a 1g city trees cart from them that never worked right and was leaking from the second i opened the package. Also was a little strange because it wasn't branded like all the other city trees carts- there was no logo on it. Anyway, after a week of trying to deal with this and get it to work, I drove back over there to get it replaced. The manager assisted me outside, performed a test on it, and told me it was all good. He said it must be my battery that is the issue, which I told him it wasn't because I had a Select cart at the time that was working just fine, and I own four batteries. This bum cart wasn't working on any. He ended up having me buy another battery from their store for $10 assuring me all my batteries must be bugging. Oddly, the cart did work on that battery for that day until the battery short circuited from the bum cart. So I wasted even more money know having a burnt out battery! I've never been treated like a liar as a customer at a dispensary before. I've only bought from them a couple other times, but I'll never return. To make me go through all that hassle, especially during the pandemic when the goal is to minimize contact was not professional. Take the hit on the bum cart. Your business looks cheap and unprofessional.

What the fuck oasis. Buy one, give me whatever the hell you want for a penny. The advertisement clearly says buy one get one for a penny for Nevada day and that's not what your giving us. Bait and switch, pricks! What a way to use Nevada day for getting rid of your shitty over stock and not actually taking care of the people of Nevada!

My wife and I purchased 10 cartridges over our few week stay in vegas and only 1 functioned properly yes only 1! (3 leaked everywhere , 5 stopped working with ¾ left, 1 never worked out of the box) They only replaced 1 but not without accusing me of lying/tampering with it. Then I was checking the website to show my buddy where I bought my church pods and saw they were listed $30 cheaper than my last visit!! Naturally I drop everything and venture into the store just to be told sorry that was an error and there was no way they would honor it. PSA THE PRICES IN STORE ARE $20+ HIGHER THAN WEBSITE LISTINGS. NO THEY WONT HONOR WEBSITE.

We set up two orders for delivery. Didn't happen. Ordered a delivery for pickup. Didn't have it ready. Was told to stand in a 30 min line and right when we got up to the counter, I pulled my mask down so my phone would open with Face ID (I was away from the counter and my boyfriend was completing the transaction) and they kicked me out for a mask violation and they wouldn't sell us any product!!

I am beyond frustrated and upset. It was supposed to be my first time purchasing at Oasis with delivery too. I ordered two pre-rolls 7 PM! Oasis was supposed to contact me to confirm my order. After an hour of not hearing from them. I contacted them. I was informed my a gentlemen that my order is on the way and they're completely backed up right now. I understand because it's a Friday and there's a Life is beautiful event happening. So I waited and waited. I called them again around 10 to be told by a gentleman named Michael that my order was not completed because they only deliver with a minimum of $50+I wish the site could of been more clarifying. If you order $50 less .. you guys should still deliver. I for one don't mind paying for the for delivery fee..

nice assortment of bud and helpful customer service but the curbside pickup process could definitely be smoother. this place gets BUSY and they sometimes forget about you unfortunately. however the inside is open concept, clean, and modern so it's a nice environment to browse products and ask questions.

I went here for product that I can only have, I was given something different and was told pretty much that I should have looked at what was given to me, I told the bud tender that I can only smoke indica, my bag was packed with hybrid which makes me sick, I went back in to get this corrected and was pretty much told by the manager that it was my fault, his resolution was to give me his name and email to send him a message on what happened, I chose not to because i have been a long time customer there but was disappointed and I didn't feel appreciated, they have lost my business, nuwu will get my money from now on, I went there, was taken care of and appreciated for coming to their business, oasis you have lost a customer, thanks nuwu for making my day after being disappointed by oasis

Texans on vacation, researched a bit beforehand and found this place to be rated on the higher end by locals and a few other visitors. Went in not knowing what to expect as Texas is still not legal yet. The crew was super helpful. Not super experienced with a lot of the weed products and edibles in particular which is what I was interested in. I loved their system. They definitely know what they're doing. Will go back again if I'm ever in town.

I recommend to not go here, they sold us 95 ounce of shake not telling us it wasn't actually flower. They told us we can't stand together me and my husband that's the rule in Nevada, also at the end they offered my husband a 8th for a nickel if we spent something, first just an 8th is ridiculous because we always used to come here. That's not a rule in Nevada at dispensary's I've been to many other planet 13, cultivate just to name a few and they said only households have to stand apart so that does not even make sense it's someone I live with. They need to check the rules correctly and get better budtenders, I have already recommended everyone I know not to go here, they don't care about anyone just the money,

Wanted to check out this dispensary because I heard about their special on 1/4s. Asked them for their highest percentage on this deal and was told I was given a 28%. When I got home I realized on the packaging the percentage was only a 15% and I went back in to exchange and they told me there was nothing that could be done. So we decided to smoke what we couldn't return, and it took me 4 bowls to feel a slight head change. Keep in mind I'm 5'2 and 100 pounds. Anywho, if you're looking for quality, I'd check out Med Men or The Dispensary!

Definately a place to go to off in the cut with eccellent service and bomb prices and deals. I believe in my 6months here in vegas that Oasis is truly a diamond in the rough nd the staff is and has always been informative, helpful and friendly. Ellie has the best customer service i have ever experienced at a dispensary, I came in today because my disposable stopped working. Ellie and the staff did not hesitate to replace my disposable with a cart. Love this place even more, excellent staff.

This was my first experience at any dispensary and I was in there for a while. It was like a kid at a candy store. I yelped the closest dispensary to my hotel which accepted credit cards and this was the only one around which does. Open 24 hours with great reviews on yelp, why not? I was not disappointed considering it was my first dispensary trip but they should definitely consider having more brands and more options for us stoners. They have items on sale daily and free items after you spend a certain amount. I got a free hoodie, 2 half gram pre rolled joints and 2 stickers. After dropping $200 I felt like I should've gotten alittle bit more " hooked up "

Really good selection of strains. I picked up two eights for $50 total. Saved myself $54. Last time I got a deal like this was at another dispensary and the product was dry and old. The buds at Oasis were manicured and leached of any nutrients so the flavor when smoked was just perfect. No harsh taste. The forum cookies I picked up was phenomenal. Top shelf and one of the best strains I've ever had.

My wife and I are always looking for the right dispensaries to go to.... that doesn't even begin to describe our experience here. It has been by far the best dispensary we've been to. Being Las Vegas locals we like to hit up as many spots as possible. But I think we found the one we will definitely be regulars at. The customer service here is impeccable and the prices are wonderful. They have great specials and great discount for local shoppers. The store is clean, beautifully displayed in cases, it's just an all around zen experience. We will definitely be recommending this dispensary to everyone we know. And will continue to shop here without a doubt.

Place was fire. They Have full specs on each strain. Any questions you may have, they have the answers for you. Selection is top notch from edibles, to cartilages, & drinks. The more you spend the more freebies they thrown in depending or what day of the week it is. Justin was my guy he helped me pick a lot of new edibles that I ended up loving. Try that rose petal rolled joint if you have a group of friends celebrating something it will not disappoint.

Who doesn't love weed lol I herd about this place from a worker there actually and I decided to stop by when he said the hours had been changed to 24/7 The parking is in the back behind the building ... Soon as you walk in you are id and then if you would like your allowed to sign up for there loyalty program which of course I did :) I didn't really browse around since I knew what I wanted I need weed for my weed pens .... I bought two different guys I know one is dream queen and sadly I can't remember the other name My total was like 100$ you pay at a kiosk and then they give it right to you in a baggie if you bring the bag back multi times you get a free pre roll  It was fast and easy I would totally come back

This location is gorgeous, clean, and professional. Upon arrival friendly security guided as through what to expect, service was very friendly, product selection was fantastic, reasonable prices, beautiful merchandising, and very friendly / accurate cash out. Highly recommend.

To Uber and Lyft and taxi drivers , ATTENTION please make sure you don't drive your customers there and make sure you recommend somewhere else . Anywhere else's receptionists are much nicer and friendlier than this place. Today at 9pm dropped off a customer walked in to get my incentive she said please fill the form and wait after 20 mins she is telling me that you didn't drop anyone and I have to check the cameras. And she was very very rude and disrespectful. And as a driver I have lost to UBER rider requests just because of this unprofessional receptionist's non sense act.

Oasis is my go-to, one-stop shop and dispensary. The new points system has been incredibly easy and rewarding. "Medical Monday's" and "Wax Wensdays" are always worth the trip. Thank you Oasis for keeping and maintaining a patient friendly environment for those of us who are, and will always remain Card carrying medical patients.

This is my all time favorite dispensary in Las Vegas HANDS DOWN. You are treated with friendly service and when it comes to needing your questions answered, the staff is nothing short of knowledgeable. I am proud to consider myself a regular. Best dispensary in Las Vegas, take it from me.

The kickback system for rideshare drive is not systematically. Once I told a staff here, about the problem,  she says this is how it works and drivers are happy. Anyways,  as a uber driver I would recommend pisos is the best for both customers and the drivers.  Best discounts for customers and easy in and out for drivers. I won't come back ever again to oasis because if their weird policy.

Was in Vegas the same weekend everything was legalized recreationally so I decided to stop in and take a look around. The location of this place is walking distance from the strip which was great because I order a Lyft from downtown and got dropped off then walked the strip. Walked in showed my ID and then was asked if I was in for Medical or Recreational. Waited in line for about 10 minutes and was able to view the menu they have posted on the wall which was in Chinese to me. After 10 minutes was called in the back where I walked to the counter and was helped by a very friendly, knowledgeable young lady. I did not feel rushed nor did I feel retarded not knowing anything because she explained and answered all my questions. I am giving 4 stars because I originally came in for edibles  however, apparently the distributors were behind and haven't delivered in a while which was a bummer. So instead I only left with a chap stick that was requested by a friend. Overall this place is great!  Clean, friendly, knowledgeable and I would highly recommend.

My first time at a medical marijuana dispensary and I was looking for arthritis pain relief.  A place with medical in their name seems like they should be able to help.I was looking at the CBD tincture as I heard that CBD was good for pain.  The seller admitted that they did not know much about the product.  This should have been my first clue.  When I checked out with my $200+ purchase, I asked if they had instructions on use? They slipped a card saying it explained things.A) the card had a specific recommendation on which mg was suitable for arthritis.  That is not what they sold me.B) it had the website for their hemp-based CBD and where I could buy it online. HEMP!Why in the hell would I drive in from another state and go to a MARIJUANA dispensary to buy hemp!?!?  Really?  You could not tell me?

I moved from San Francisco, to Las Vegas and needed to find a new dispensary ASAP so I could keep up with my high lifestyle. Everywhere you go in Vegas you see billboards for local dispensaries but the prices are all sky high especially when I was use to only paying $20-35 for an 1/8th of good stuff back in the Bay Area. One day I was driving and saw a billboard for Oasis advertising their $25 1/8th. My eyes lit up and I immediately put the direction in my maps and headed there. That was over a year ago and I've been coming to Oasis MULTIPLE times a week ever since. They have the BEST staff the prices are too good to pass up and they are constantly having sales and you even get $$$ off your purchase when you spend a certain amount and rack up points!!!! It's honestly the BEST DISPENSARY IN LAS VEGAS PERIODT. Also locals get a discount so whether you live in Vegas or just coming into town for some fun, if you need some weed Oasis is THE place to go, you have my word.

I usually have great service when I call or visit this location...unfortunately today when I called at 4:45am to place an order for pick up, the night manager did not have time to advise the levels of terpenes for the product I was inquiring about. I have always been able to get this information prior to placing my order. According to Michael it is too time consuming to go over these things with the customer!! He advised me I needed to come in, I advised him that I was disable and like to place my order so I dont have to wait. It didn't matter, Michael did not have time to discuss anything other than he not anyone else in the store, could not answer the questions I asked and I had to come in! I have NEVER heard of a dispensary that could not answer questions over the phone or did not have someone available capable of answering questions!! Someone needs a coaching on customer care and quick!! I have no problem taking my money to Sahara Wellness where they know how to treat medical patients, and the patient doesn't feel like they are at McDonald's.

Their weed selection ehhh could be better. Very limited selection and if you're truly a bud smoker this is not gonna be the place you want to be at, kinda discouraging actually.Also they advertise discounts for first timers- when I walked in and asked the desk helper he was like, "for medical patients" so JUST SAYING be aware... Truly my fave in the valley OR you know what?.... the west coast/south west. It's legit sort of a Cheers everyone knows your name vibe which makes the task of choosing meds less daunting. The staff is 100% every time and I always feel welcome. And the selection is stellar, bro.

Having been experienced with delivery services for medical cannabis products in California, I wanted to be able to try some locally here as well, but my condition doesn't make getting around very easy, so I checked online for the dispensaries that did deliveries. Oasis seemed like the one relatively closer to where we live, so I decided to give them a call first.  As I was still waiting on an updated ID card, I had to email them the info that I did have, but they did make it pretty easy to send it in.  We did play a bit of phone tag on the first order, but once that got straightened out, I was able to get same-day delivery on my first real try.Oasis is not a place that's big on CBD edibles, as it turns out, but they did have capsules and a compound that did the trick, although I still needed to scope out some additional products from other sources, in order to start getting a full measure of pain relief from my condition. I have had two deliveries so far, and both drivers were pretty prompt and weren't completely knowledgeable about all the products, but they did provide some insight thru the info that they did know.  One thing I realized with them is that right now, these purchases from the dispensaries are cash-only transactions.  I don't know how or when, but it will be a lot more convenient to be able to use a credit/debit card with them, as with any other store - since these days, I never carry a lot of cash. (Not a lot of people do, as far as I know.)But considering this first couple of times, I would have no problem ordering from Oasis again, and will in the very near future.

Never thought I would leave a dispensary feeling frustrated and angry.For starts the location is terrible, bad area of town to be leaving with a bag of "medicine".The women on the phone (Cheryl I believe was her name) sweet as pie and just as sweet in person.. I really enjoyed her. However the guy who helped me in the back was slow, had no knowledge what so ever! And was not helpful, did not know what to recommend, said nothing.. Normally people try to help me figure how what strain would be right for me. Every concentrate i wanted was out of stock, took him 5 mins each strain to check if it was in stock.. Went back and forth for a good 15 mins trying to find what was in stock that I actually wanted. Then at one point he told me "I had reached my limit" and couldn't add more to the order, what?! I have 20 grams left of my weekly allowance.. Do they have a personal daily allowance?!?! There was so many unnecessary steps taken. I had to feed my money, $200, into a machine because they don't take the cash themselves. Even after I paid it was another 15 minutes.. Once my order was ready and he was giving it to me he had to write down on his copy of a receipt the milligrams per item that I got, never had this happen before what's the point?!?! Also the guy in there next to me got a stamp on his bag but I was told I was not able to get a stamp until I returned with the bag.. But the other guy from out of town got a stamp? It is a nice place and they have nice products (if only they were in stock) a lot of potential but did not live up to the standards of other local dispensaries. My main complaint is the guy helping me which was the only person to not introduce himself to me, my experience could have been completely different had this guy known what the he** he was doing, at all.

Top spot in Vegas highly recommended. Staff Friendly, and products are 5 stars. Prices are reasonable than most dispensaries in town.

Hands down my favorite dispensary! Best deals closest to the strip and best service. Porsche is absolutely the best. She goes above and beyond to service her patients. Try here before you go anywhere.

Patrick and all the crew are awesome.  Their service is on point all the time.  The prices are some of the best in Vegas.  And they actually know about the product.

I am a Lyft driver.  I dropped off some customers I didnt even know they offer a kickback.   I wanted to check out the product and pricing and they wouldn't even let me on until the people I dropped off leave.  I said don't worry about the kickback just let me in and they wouldn't negotiate.  Awful customer service I'll never reccomend anyone else for this place.  No customer service anymore these days.

Whether I'm looking for delivery, pickup, or just to look around, Oasis is always ready with good products. I like that they are 24 hours. It's extremely convenient for those of us who have ridiculous schedules. Whenever you go inside, they immediately greet you and check you in. They have a menu in the lobby, as well as chairs, and sometimes music or a YouTube video playing quietly in the background. The wait to go into their "showroom" area is pleasant and quick.The showroom is always tidy and all the representatives are ready to help. Everyone is able to answer questions and help with your order. Their selection is okay, and I'm a fan of the overall presentation. They always have signs up saying what is unavailable/available that day and are always willing to pull from the cases for you if they need to. Once you pay and are waiting for your order, sometimes the wait can be a little long for fulfillment but they have comfortable chairs to wait in. Oasis makes the process extremely easy and I love going here to grab any products I need.

I love the Oasis Medical club .. the prices, the staff and the quality of flower. Good house and top shelf strains. The only thing i wish would be different is the way to look and smell the flower. U have to constantly ask for an upclose look of every oneunlike some other clubs. Other than that, favorite club.. and did I mention they're open 24/7?? :)

Love Oasis Cannabis, excellent prices & service. However they recently switched from Green Rush delivery service to Blackbird (two thumbs down! one star!) Blackbird drivers are rude and "Zach" at Blackbird says my address is no longer in their delivery zone (even though they just delivered to me a few days ago). Please change back to Green Rush delivery!

I'm new in town and just established residency in this area and called just outside of the shop to see if I can stop in for a patronized visit. The female employee was very rude, disrespectful and treated me like a criminal. As I was leaving their small business parking lot, she had the nerve to push the panic button on her truck alarm system. This is a very shady place and based on the other reviews before me, their products that they're selling is not even up to par in comparison to the shops in Cali.

I'm from Hawaii. Came to Oasis this evening to check out their variety and I was pleased. The skinny gentlemen that was wearing a jacket helped me pick out every thing I needed. He was very knowledgeable and patient. The gentlemen at the door was understanding and did not make me feel stupid for not knowing where to go. This was my first time there and it was a super simple process. Prices are good. I purchased a lot of products and was surprised at how low the total came out to be.

From the ladies in the front to the associates that assist you inside. All around great experience. Hella friendly staff super nice. Definitely my new go to spot while in town!

So.... I actually parked in the back to visit another store. The owner told me nicely I couldn't park there unless I was visiting the store. I apologized and was going to move my car then he said no need. After I finished at the art store I went into Oasis. Security at the front was nice, girl at the front checking me in was friendly and very welcoming. As I went into the back the owner greeted me again, very nice guy! Talked story a bit and then one of the guys on the floor helped me. Gave advice for my needs. They accept cards for a low $1 fee, hey also have a atm. I waited about 3 mins after my order was placed to pick up from the counter. Love that they are 24 hours.

This is definitely one of the nicest dispensaries I've ever been to. I was in Las Vegas for my birthday celebration with a group of friends and looked up the nearest dispensary to me. We found Oasis and were extremely pleased with the options and service they provided. They're a few minutes from the Strip, we were staying at Wynn and it only took about 5 minutes to get to their place once in the Uber.I wouldn't hesitate to suggest this dispensary if you're looking for a welcoming and professional facility that carries a great selection of meds. A nice introduction to legal cannabis in Las Vegas. Very friendly and helpful, immaculately clean. Call them up and ask how a tourist can get the letter to buy legally in Nevada.

Great product, seriously quick delivery (!) by the sweetest lady ever, friendly service when ordering & when delivering. They were stocked in most strains I requested, which was a huge plus compared to other dispensaries I've encountered. Prices were a little on the high side, but not unreasonably so. Would reorder.

Finding parking may be the only letdown for this dispensary but if you notice the tiny font sign about parking in the back and there are spots available you will enjoy this dispensary. They have a small waiting room so it gets congested as they have the check in soon as you walk in the door. Recreational guests get a number and medical patients are put in the front of the line. Once you are called back you are greeted by a budtender and they walk you around each display are answering any questions you have and explaining their products as needed. Our budtender was very knowledgeable and a very upbeat person making my experience a pleasant one. Your order is entered on a tablet they carry, they enter a number in a kiosk, then you add you money followed by a receipt with a number on it. The information goes to the back area that is not visible and your order comes out through a slider drawer and they show you the product and have you on your way. Great service here and this is how you should be treated when at a dispensary

By far Oasis is my favorite dispensary! Stephy and Ally recommended me some great flavors they are the best ! If you are in town or haven't checked it out yet I highly recommend it.

It was a perfect 10 from beginning to end.  I do not say that lightly as I run my own business and critique any establishment I engage with-severely.  You walk into a very clean, secure, friendly space.  I was greeted and asked to sign in, then I was personally taken to the next room where all the different products are displayed behind glass.  Additionally, artfully done,  many strains are individually encased on the wall in glass with all the pertinent information of that strain accessible.  Any and all products are available,  and best for me...I was personally shown all the product by one of the staff (Russ Johnson in my case).  I was overwhelmed with all the choices and he expertly guided me along and answered all my questions... also ones I should of asked.  All my choices were logged into an I pad and then behind another door my order was assembled in extremely professional packaging.  An indoor waterfall over large glass  and a beautiful piece of large artwork (which I wanted to buy !) was where I paid and received my product.   I was thanked for my visit and exited although I didn't want to leave.  The entire experience from beginning to end was well thought out, planned and executed.  I will be back again soon!  and although they deliver....I want to always visit personally.

This place is the best. Tourist from out of town. Location near downtown. Go here if you are downtown or farther. Friendly, high tech place and they had my favorite Sativa in stock.

I've been back 3 times since my friend recommended this spot. The customer service is great even when  they are busy with undecided people, they touch base and get people where they need to be if they are ready. I have been buying the same thing every time and the quality has been so consistent. I strongly recommend stopping by, the 1$ pre roll after 5 visits is pretty great too

Went for edibles only. The strawberry shortcake bar is amazing and one of my all time favorites. The truffles with the fruit are also fantastic.

Was there at the the morning of July 1st. Had a great experience from all the staff who assisted me in my order. It was crazy busy as one would expect for the first day of recreational sales, but everyone was very pro and super friendly. They're very accommodating and the overall vibe of the place was pretty upbeat! The selection I found here was also excellent.

Ive bounced around a couple of shops in the area. Quality is all good, what makes me stick with this one is the cool staff, straight from the security at the door to check out. I hate being rushed and I'm not one for waiting. I used to go here before rec. After rec the prices are out of control. I guess I have to wait till the prices drop to get meds. I thought they were sincere when they used to tout "we are about the patients." No they are not. They are like every other place. Jack the prices up just like the big pharma companies. However, they would say they are not like the pharma companies.

Oasis is awesome. They're friendly and the shop is always clean. They have a variety of cannabis. They're delivery service is fast and friendly.

First experience was great.  Purchased a cartridge and some rosin rockets.  Price was reasonable as I got a first time patient special. The cartridge was a .05 but it lasted me a while.  Customer service was great as well.  Only thing that I didn't like was that I checked prices a week after and they increased by almost if not a little over $10 not including tax. I wish they had kept their prices from my previous visit.

Fresh off probation and felt it was time to smoke again. Crazy thing is weed became legal since I have been in trouble with the law. I don't like the idea of going into a dispensary since I have bad anxiety. But Oasis does delivery which changes everything. I ordered online, they came in over an hour to my door. Simple as that. i will not be returning; my first few visits were okay, but my last visit was infuriating. this isn't for the product itself, as that is a-okay, this is for customer service. the pricing is good and their merchandise is definitely good. i purchased two 250mg CT vapes on a day that they had a sale, and they called me up to review my order and show me everything was correct. when i looked at the vape pens, as the back of the container is clear so you can see, they were 85% empty with the remaining oil on the side of the chamber. i pointed this out to the couple cashiers at the checkout, and they both brushed me off and insisted they were fine and completely full (ANYONE would be able to tell they were not full). after saying over and over again that they weren't full and asking for new ones, i was still rudely brushed aside and denied new ones.

What sold me about Oasis Medical Cannabis was the fact that I didn't have to go into the damn store for them to even start delivering like a lot of places (because They don't know what "email" is.)I was sad they ran out of the ALL the strains I intended at first/a line of back ups in case they DID run out and just all of them were out lol, but they didn't update their menu that day or even a few days after I called! I suppose one can get passed that with their WIDE SELECTION, BABY! I do stress, an up to date menu is very key still!The 20% first time patient discount wasn't bad either! ;D didn't get my free joint though which was a bummer. Second AND third time I ordered from there they weren't here in 60 minutes or less and still haven't acknowledged it.ALSO I'M ALSO MAD THAT NO WHERE ON ANY OF THEIR SITES HAVE I SEEN ANY KIND OF "Minimum order of $80!" I have no qualms actually paying a deliver fee for anything under the $80. If I missed it that's my fault but I looked all around and up and down and nothing, didn't mention when I first ordered either. Like cmon wtc guys! :( :(

So I've been to 2 other dispensaries in LAS vegas and I found this one to be my favorite,  they are friendly upon  checkin,  it's a clean facility and big plus there opened the latest out of most till 10pm.  I bought pinnaple express,  train wreck,  and they have edibles!  Which I bought the cranberry cookies.  They have a pretty large selection and I will be sure to come back

Placing a simple order here for delivery or pick seems to be a challenge. I have had orders "dropped" (never delivered), been over charged, and given just straight confusion overall. I just stopped ordering completely until this evening. Oasis recently launched a new rewards program and I decided to give them another chance. It is a nightmare to redeem the points. I placed a order and requested to used my accumulated points for a couple fun extras. Not happening :/. Double talk, confusion, etc. Not worth it... Get it together Oasis :(

Came here from out of town, wasn't as satisfied with my choices from the bud tender, also he was a little  forward in rushing us through.

This place is awesome. I heard they have long lines, but we went at 8am on a Saturday morning. No line, no wait, and no crowd. Edibles, pre rolled joints, fresh "flowers" (as my sister calls them), vapes, and more. Prices were average. I bought a 24 Square crunch chocolate bar and 6 squares had me floating all weekend. Would definitely recommend. CASH ONLY!!

I have been purchasing medical marijuana for several years now.  Oasis is by far the most professional dispensary that I have dealt with and purchased from.  After trying a number of  dispensaries, Oasis quickly became my favorite and only dispensary/supplier.  Their staff is very courteous, professional and friendly and their delivery service can't be beat.

Oasis has become my favorite dispensary. There's a lovely vibe in the place and the folk working there are great (extra special thanks to my budtender Robert for excellent information and recommendations every time.) Prices are very good, I enjoy the seniors discount, and the selection is always great. There are plenty of other dispensaries nearer to my home but I now prefer to pass them all by and go straight to Oasis (they also deliver if you'd prefer, but I find that the serene, friendly atmosphere at Oasis makes it well worth going in person.) Congratulations to Oasis for designing a beautiful, cozy space, and for staffing it with very cool people. And of course, the MJ is awesome!!

Decent quality free product has not been available for rewards program for over 3 weeks. Feels great to earn so many rewards program points yet terrible to try & redeem those points for free product. Don't take my word for it, call or check their website. Completely one sided. I give my word that if this ever changes I will come back & give an updated review reflecting a new truth. Right now this is the honest reality.

I suppose I could have chosen different words after the girl behind the counter greeted me, but I wanted to test her product knowledge. So I asked her, "Do you have Blue Tits?" She responded with enthusiasm, "Yes, a new shipment arrived just today!"  And with that I grabbed a couple of grams and dang, Blue Tits is some mighty fine weed from NLV Organics with it's 25% THC.  If you're in town visiting, I recommend you buy a gram or two of this...each little gram bag, around $10, has just the right amount to fit in a cone.  Because if you buy a pre-roll just for the convenience, you may be disappointed with the results.  I've had a few sold to me that were weak, possibly buds being mixed with some shake.  Take the extra minute to put your own weed into a cone, so at least you know what you're puffing.Inside Oasis, you're led into this big room with jewelry store-type display cases packed with dozens of brands of delicious-looking edibles and jars of buds dripping with crystals. Amazing progress over the decades, for those of us who smoked 7% THC ditchweed in the 60's and 70's.  Today you can just order it like pizza and have someone from Oasis bring you an instant stash. Damn!  All those years we spent avoiding arrest. I guess soon enough, they'll fly a drone to the backyard patio and drop off some RSO oil, chocolate edibles, gummies, and an eighth of their top shelf weed....30 minutes after the order is placed.Oasis has a sizeable crew on hand, so the wait times are less than some dispensaries and the line usually moves fast.  There is a good assortment of products, daily specials, and everyone there seems like they enjoy their job. I stuck my head around the corner out back to see if the Oasis workers were getting baked on their break, but nope.  Guess they're naturally happy.

Worked a dispensary so I never had to pay full price. But I quit and so I was refusing to pay full price on cannabis products ever again Oasis ALWAYS has crazy deals and was in town and bought 2gs of concentrate for 38$They weren't old and the terp profile and THC contents were superb. Was a crazy deal. Bought 2 .5Carts for 37$Bud tender was very kind to show me what they had in store and was pretty funny. I give it a 5* and enjoyed my experience!

I've been coming here for a while now after making the switch from Thrive Cannabis (eeeek!!) and I genuinely can't get enough of this place and their amazing, above and beyond employees!!! When I come in, I usually get helped by Danny. Danny ALWAYS gives premium, quality and honest service. I can't rave about him enough. He's become the person I go to Oasis for not only friendliness, but for the excitement he has being there to help you get your high on! I came in tonight 9/25 at 10ish and I was greeted with a big smile (you can tell he's smiling under his mask LOL) and a wave over to be helped. That alone is a huge deal because it sets the tone for the shopping experience.Everyone is different, but I'm constantly asking questions about terps, brands, deals, etc. and he never makes me feel like I'm being extra or too much, even when it's super busy! I had asked about the MixNMatch buds and his coworker (I should have gotten her name!!) went back to make sure they either had it or didn't. She came back excited to tell me that the bud I wanted to try was still in stock! Also, their $15 0.5g dab deal was for "Ice Cream Cake" but they sold out, so they had switched the concentrate itself to another one so I was still able to get that deal! Danny let me know about my points, how I could use them and let me know I could apply them whenever I wanted when shopping there. I left Oasis tonight knowing I have quality bud/concentrate/tincture at an affordable price that doesn't break the bank and an amazing staff that keeps me coming back. Not a bad store since they changed how they do it. Small parking lot but friendly staff. Almost a hidden store though blink you might miss it. Prices are in line with other cannabis stores in the area. All around impression your normal cannabis store. Not over the top but definitely not the worst I have been to.

-Been ordering for 3 years. -Spent thousands of dollars. -Big tips 80% of the time (when I can) -In three years, have had 2 errors, no fixes, & one extraordinary event. Those problems were: -One .5 gram live resin oil was missing from one delivery (no fix) -One 1g live resin oil was opened & had resin all over the packaging like it was used. (no fix) I lost a total of 80$ through errors & it still outweighs prices in other dispensaries. The extraordinary event was during a delivery. I showed up without the full balance amount. It was about 9$ or so, but the delivery driver covered me. I was very happy with this outcome and gave a huge tip to her the next time I seen her deliver to me. She acknowledged me being a VET, & out of the kindness of her heart, she covered my tab. -2 stars for no fix errors. I called and asked, but no problem solved. I felt backstabbed. After 6 months of not ordering from them, I came back because the prices are too good. I was met with positive transactions since then. +3 star for the delivery driver who covered me +3 stars for prices and availability + delivery efficiency Total - 4 stars
