I have been here twice since I moved in the area. I am not too familiar with products and it helps that they pull up the options you are looking for on a wall tv for visual learners. They seem somewhat knowledgeable and have been friendly so far. I feel the security is a bit much but they have been very nice each time I have gone. Both times I have been in and out on the fly (not sure why people complain on pickup and delivery waits.... just go inside and get it over with). The products I have purchased which is mostly vape have been great. I have also received free products and the rewards program is nice.
We were in the Henderson store and we were assisted by Ashley. She was so wonderful and helpful. She explained all the options and prices. Customer service is very important today and Ashely is just so kind and we really appreciated it. I don't know his name but there was a young man with dreadlocks as we entered (he is security) and he too could not have been nicer. I am an old dude and I appreciate this kindness from the younger folks. Can't wait to go back. Their products are great and good pricing as well. Thank you.
This place was recommended to me by some friends and they weren't wrong. Easy curbside pickup and quick service
They sold me trim and said it's "shake" yet they didn't explain what it really is on their website..didn't even compensate for there false online advertising.. never going to this wack ass place again ...waste of money buying a whole other 1/8th at full price didn't even offer to right their wrong.
No place better! Jenny's is the best place around hands down. Their staff makes it that much more worthwhile because everyone has wonderful customer service. They are always super helpful and always flexible for whoever walks in the door. S/O to Chris C. and Savanna for always remembering me and giving me exactly what I like. They go above and beyond to. Everyone on staff really is exceptional and you will never be disappointed promise.
Jenny's is always hustling!! Patrons from around the Las Vegas Metropolitan area gather here to spend their hard earned cash for all things with & related to THC. The business boasts two locations and really caters to their clientele with an expansive menu. Be warned, the line can get intense during peak hours even with an entire crew helping incoming guests.The shop is welcoming, designed functionally, and is very appealing. It helps that they have nice smiling faces greeting you as you check in and assisting when you place your order. The budtenders are always seemingly happy to help. I've visited many times but for some reason I don't recall a heavy security presence. Maybe I just don't notice at this shop but I'm use to Cali joints and the person carding me at the door is suited & armed. As is the other security guy next to the exit. Not sure if thats a pro or con =/ Nice place nonetheless.
Staff is always nice and very knowledgeable for new users like myself. It's rare that security is even nice as well. Always a welcoming environment. Tip: they give 10% military discount
This dispensary is down the street from my house but I will not be returning. Read other bad reviews, they speak for themselves.
So their low ratings are well deserved. Long lines not helped by staff who act like you don't have any other options. Armed guards acting cocky like you must be there to rip them off or something. Treat us like customers and that you are happy we chose you! Guess what, I won't again. Enjoy my $300 but I'm taking my business elsewhere... and a found a place already. It's a bit of a drive but worth it, Medizin. And did I mention they had $19 1/8ths there? Not at Jenny's! Buh Bye!
My advice is,.... dont buy a vape pen from these people. the products are sub par at best and then they give you a hard time about returning their bad products, that they dont tell you how to use at all, or describe, before you spend you hard earned money on them. Buy at your own risk!!!
Very Bad Review. I wish I could give -1 on the scale.Their LEAD Recommended the wrong product for a patient that didn't know any better. We had the patient ask for Charlotte Web or equal to Charlotte Web (full spectrum hemp oil) and they said the equal is (Seed Oil) which is crap. They wouldn't let a phone be used inside to confirm so when the patient called from outside after purchasing, they found out it was not full spectrum hemp oil. Their recommendation was bad and they wouldn't take it back just 5min after being inside.This is just simply bad business, and we will be reporting it to the BBB among others. It's not about the money, if they do this to one patient, they do it to many, I am shocked; Jenny's was great and was our go to for all recommendations. Not sure what happened, maybe they sold out and they only care about recreation users and not patients anymore. Will spread the word through our network of 1500. I am pissed off and talked to the phone receptionist gal that said the equal recommendation was bad, then she forwarded me to Lead 1 who forwarded me to Lead 2.... no offer or care to proactively help, just we don't take returns. That's fine, but offer a solutions. Just a real letdown.
Don't get me wrong I love the tree and it's close to me. But the 1 start is for their GLASS!! It SUCKS!! Never buy their glass pieces, I got a pipe works for literally 3 days and get clogged, can't unclog it either cuz it's a swirl and couldn't see that it had a little hole cuz the swirl and color, anyways they wouldn't replace or even hear me out on it. It's like just go buy another one, which I had to do but deff not from there.
I have had the worst experience both times I've gone in. The line is always long and they never have enough people working. This is also one of only dispensaries I've been too where they don't allow you to use your phone while inside and they don't offer any deals at all. I highly recommend going to zen off Decatur and Craig their staff is friendly and they have a great selection. Oh yeah and deals . I am very disappointed with Jenny's

The customer service for curbside pick up is lacking, nor do they keep enough change on hand. Had the website given notice that exact change was needed I could have planned better. Nor does their website tell you if there is a size difference between vape cartridges and pens, which of course was discovered only at home.
The budtenders are really awesome to work with and eager to help you decide on what you like. so far I haven't met one budtender from Jennys that has been rude or unknowable about what im interested in purchasing !
I have always had a positive experience with the staff here, but Steven went above my already high expectations; he took extra time to explain and help me make the correct purchase. He was more than helpful; he was patient and kind.
If I could give this place minus stars, I would. They just stole $63 by selling cartridges that don't work. Tried to say it was the battery. Same batteries work for other cartridges. They refuse to refund/replace.This is THEFT.One worker said to always keep the receipts because "THEY HAVE A LOT OF PROBLEMS WITH CARTRIDGES."This one refuses to even consider it. Do NOT shop at this den of thieves!
Told staff that I moved out of area. Had almost enough loyality points to use. Asked manager if I could close them out because I wouldn't be back. NO!!!! What a chicken sht move to do to a loyal customer. Go somewhere else you will get better treated.
I like this place and I like the services given as they are personable and though they follow protocols for Covid and only allow certain people into the dispensary, they only have one or two people working even on a busy day! Which makes it horrible because there's more customers to workers/cashiers/budtenders! If they updated their website as much as the other dispensaries... more curbside pickup would happen! Their online is never updated because the stuff you go inside for is never on the web to order for curbside! I definitely feel that they need someone to stay on top of that so there's less people in line to the budtenders! Other wise, this place is Ok! Def not no source or thrive because they have a lot of employees! Jenny's is convenient only otherwise I'd drive to the other places because their website is constantly updated!!!
If you don't scan your ID, you're not even allowed to wait in the lobby while a friend makes a purchase. Crazy, very unwelcoming policy. I've taken friends to other dispensaries and this 'can't be in the building without scanning id' has never been a policy. Won't be back.
I give Jennys dispensary North five stars on everything their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. And then have a great points program. And they're also following all safety guide
First time customer looking for joint pain relief. Didn't help at all and I mean at all. Had to go back to Tylenol and over the counter ointments. $ 36.00 wasted. Such a disappointment!!
Horrible, garbage, very unprofessional just a few words that come to mind when I think about Jenny's. Flower inventory always low, very few strains at one time, hardly any grams at all. Concentrate dont even get me started garbage! They sell months old product and dont even care about the consumer. Management if you can even call them that are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with in my life, they need to be trained and retrained on how to properly deal with a customer. It's called customer service for a reason. Now this is just my experience and opinion but I hope it will keep you from wasting your time and money in the future.

Jenny's is still in it's 'soft opening', so the hours are different than posted, and there are a few things that aren't fully up-and-running yet - but I won't include those bits in my review. Jenny's is meticulously clean. The first impression impresses! Clean lines and comfy seating, with a friendly welcome from the desk team. Instead of heaps of paperwork to fill out as a first time guest at other dispensaries, the team asked for our Medical and State IDs along with our phone number and where we heard about them. We were brought back near-immediately and were surprised to see how small the showroom was. ...don't get me wrong - this is the one instance where small was a good thing. The cases were modern with glass, I love the display - you can tell they truly put some thought into it. Merch and paraphernalia are offered, which I appreciated - and you can actually touch the items before you purchase them (this shouldn't sound like a great concept - but it's something I truly appreciate). First time patients receive a 20% discount, which I am ALWAYS a fan of - but even better, all of Jenny's strains are 50% off! Whaaaaaa? If you're a fan of Blue Dream (...and who isn't right now), you can purchase a 1/4 (normally $60) for $30 - the usual price of an 1/8!. I was super stoked that they offered AC/DC, as we've been searching the valley for it for months!We'll definitely be back to Jenny's, as the staff were helpful and super friendly. I even asked my 'I'm obviously a n00b, please don't make fun of me' questions, and they were super happy to help! Can't wait until they take debit and start a bag loyalty program!I'll update this review when everything is up and running.
I've tried to go to this dispensary TWICE and both times I left without even going inside because of their RUDE ASS SECURITY!!! The fact that they mumble condescending shit below their breath and they think that you can't hear it when you walk by is absolutely unacceptable for someone who supposed to be providing customer service.. Zero customer service skills. They must be bitter being used as parking attendants... HIGHLY RECOMMEND THRIVE CANNABIS as they treat their customers (including women) with respect.
Went in today to buy a .5 gram cartridge. When we took it out it has a huge air bubble and is literally probably ok worth 20 dollars. I paid 40 for one that is .3. Wtf...
Terrible customer service. Clerk was too stoned to be a good salesman. I've never seen such terrible customer service in a dispensary. Lady in the front told us that coupons could be combined. She was wrong. We left without buying anything. My visit to the dispensary reminded me why I smoke homegrown!
Their curbside pickup has been super quick the handful of times I've used it. In and out in about 5 minutes. I have waited in line at some of the bigger dispensaries for 30+ min to do curbside. Maybe I've just been lucky so far but no complaints
Most cringe-worthy dispensary. I'm never greeted with at least a hello from the front and the "bud tenders" are unfriendly, sarcastic, and very unhelpful. The last time I was in there, the dude was very unknowledgeable about the strains they sell and was just straight up rude and not welcoming at all. I asked about his opinions about certain strains and he either never tried them or straight up said he didn't liked them. Such a sad ass experience in my opinion.
I bought some Mike Tyson CBD gummies from here yesterday and they are the WORST! They taste gross, are HUGE and didn't even work! I tried Jenny's because they aren't too far from my house and I was tired of driving all the way to Buy Legal Meds where I normally go, BUTTT I will never go here again! Buy Legal Meds gummies taste GREAT, are SMALL gummy bears, and are very EFFECTIVE with just one! I dont know what that is I got at Jenny's! I feel cheated out of $40 because I won't even eat them! Smh!
I called to see if they carried Mary's Medicinals salve. Probably the most basic product a shop can carry. The lady had no clue what I was talking about. I asked if they carried ANY CBD salves. She put me on hold, came back to the phone and said, "I don't think so".Obviously a very uneducated staff.
Today Jenny's earns1 star. The girl at the service counter was kinda like "oh well". If i hadn't driven over here, i probably would have passed on the purchase. Online price shows one thing, and when you go to pick up they charge you $6 more. Kinda like bait and switch. Seems like a scam. Probably won't be back. Thanks for the time we shared.
Top notch experience, once you get into the building!It was about 8pm when when I finally got inside, and due to it being so hot, and employee passed out water and popsicles. I got some edibles, which were amazing, but I should've followed directions because my experience was a little outrageous.Once you fill out the paperwork, and head inside you are immediately placed in another line to get inside the area where you buy. They won't sell you more than 98 mg of edibles, and I got a small container of sugary gummi bears. They were legit. I've been back twice in the last 4 months. Definitely recommend, but come after 1pm.

Checked this place out for the first time as their website said they had OG Kush. And they did, but they wouldn't sell it to me because, "The computer won't let me." Guy didn't seem too concerned about it either.Which is cute because they give first time visitors a 15% discount card you have to use THAT day. What kind of good is that if they won't sell you what you want even though they have it. And now that's gone so...kinda of a non-gift that I almost didn't want. It did get me to at least by something though so kudos for you guys there I guess.So, I left with some pretty raw feelings and probably will not return. OG Kush is awesome, and they are the only place I found that has it...but if they're not going to actually sell it to me then wtf would I bother?Atmosphere was nothing special at all. The lady who let me in was very nice...hence the extra star.Computer glitches are no reason for someone to walk away that disappointed. Shame on you guys. Get your computer crap worked out or train your workers to think beyond what they're told by the silicon monkey.
Worst dispensary in Vegas do not shop here they charge a arm and a leg for everything half ounces are 120 when you can go to acres an get them for 60$ with the same amount of thc and terps huge rip off not only that there security is ridiculous. I don't care that they are armed and walking around but when you try to tell me i can't use my phone in your dispensary and i spend a 120 dollars a day here I'll definitely go somewhere else mind you they have a sign saying no picture taking but no where on that sign does it say no phone usage maybe it's because I'm black no other dispensary i go to treats me like a first grader I'll take my money else where beware of these weirdos! Awesome service. I have no complaints other that items Somewhat overpriced but good product!! Staff is always pretty nice and upbeat when I do go in! Fortunately I've yet to experience horrible customer service or knowledgeable employees! That's a plus for me!!

Love how helpful the staff is I come here to buy edibles for my back pain and other body aches and I must say they were able to recommend the best option for me. They do only take cash because marijuana is not federally legal YET, just keep that in mind.
So rude and unprofessional. I've never been to dispensary by myself so I needed guidance, I guess that irritated them and they had no shame in letting me know. So, only go if you know exactly what you want...kidding, don't go there. There are too many dispensaries out there, find one with good customer service.

WARNING: This location only delivers, sent me the wrong order and use the Corona virus as an excuse not to exchange the order. If you can pick up the money you can exchange the product.Furthermore, the manager Shay, he is rude and condescending and he is the one who told me this. Not only that, when I told him I received the wrong order, he turned around and accused me of telling two different stories, insinuating the mix up was my fault. Finally,He admitted fault and told me that what I ordered only came in grams. He said they called customers to let them know. I explained I never got that call. I let him know that what they sent, I tried it before and I did not like it. In fact, it was the first order with Jenny's. Then, he flat out accused me of lying about not receiving a call. I let him know I spent $100.00 on something his team decided to send me instead of what I ordered and that's stealing. Shay seemed really out of it I had to keep repeating myself. In conclusion, my second experience with Jenny's Dispensary was horrible. I paid a lot of money plus tip for a product I didn't want, and the manager treated me as if he was suspicious of me, before admitting that it was the store's fault. He had the nerve to try to blame me first. Then, Shay added insult to injury by using the Corona Virus as a reason I could not exchange, all sales are final. If you can deliver, you can exchange. It's not fair they didn't let me, the paying, in cash, customer, decide my replacement. That is how I ended up with what I had before. Shay told me himself there was an issue with the product I ordered and that he had to call several customers about it concerning other options. Why didn't I get to pick my other option? Why didn't I get the same courtesy as the other customers they had to notify?how dare Shay assume that I like certain product, simply because I bought it before. I considered the product a waste of money the first time I bought it, so I made sure not to order it again.Now, I'm out of $100 bucks and stuck with bad product. Imagine getting taken advantage of during a global pandemic. The virus doesn't come into play when they pick up the money, however, it's a problem exchanging when they fuck up our order. The manager Shay, shame on how you handle situations like this. Instead of looking for ways to blame me, you should of at least said something like, when we reopen maybe I could exchange then just don't open it. It's bad business to have a nasty attitude and tell customers they are shit out of luck when it's your stores fault for not contacting me. Shame on Jenny's Dispensary for ripping me off. I see this dispensary has other bad reviews. I should of researched before I made contact. I have been to many dispensary's in the Las Vegas areas and this is the first time I have experienced such horrible business ethics, and bad customer service. Dope dispensary.. always in stock.. great flower ! The display is great and menu is listed with all terps so you know exactly what you get ! Been to many many dispensaries around town .. Jenny's is definitely slept on !
Not a fan of the wait, between all the dispensaries that i have been between LA and Las Vegas this is the worst with the wait and line once you get in... i saw 4 people walk out in 10 minutes, myself right after.... this place lost between $250-$400 in walkouts... The people working there are really nice but the wait ruins it for me even with a line of 4 people it would take 25 minutes to get out of there
First time patient. Was not very helpful. You look at a book, they have product displays but no real help unless you know what you want. I like to pick up and smell the flowers, especially when I have no idea about the strain...
What a positive experience. As a cancer patient I felt comfortable with the staff and access to the products. Very informative about the medication and friendly. Easy access in and out. Will definitely return for my medication needs.
Great selection. Great customer service. Always very busy but the line moves fast. Has daily promos. Sends text messages with deals and store events. Storr not open 24 hours. The website is terriable! The faulty website is the reason I didn't give 4 stars. It freezes all the time! Please fix your website, add more detailed product description. Maybe a "know your terpenes" section.
In town from Austin and I really enjoyed my shopping experience here. The store was clean and the staff I encountered were very friendly. The gentleman who checked us out was extremely knowledgeable about his stocked products and made great recommendations. He informed us on special offers which we appreciated and made sure we got the best deal possible. There was a vendor set up promoting a brand named "W vapes" and the woman was friendly and knowledgeable of her products. A+ service.
This places is over price, mean, and not helpful they are worse then my dude up the street. They tax customer a lot.. go to Thrive cheaper better promotion and doesn't make u buy a rig just because when u are talking to the the. Worker u drop a 10 dollar sleeve.. GO TO THRIVE THIS LOCATION IS CHARGING MUCH. I already made a complaint to the BBB.

I am new to Vegas and was looking for a dependable dispensary I can get my weed from, but this place has been the worst place I have come to know. The front desk girl (Shalom) is unprofessional, lack of help and quickly to give an attitude. I placed an order yesterday and was promised that I would get my purchase the next day and so I waited and nothing was delivered! I called twice to make sure that my purchase went through and it will be arriving as directed in a text. that did not happen! I will no longer use this dispensary and hope that this issue gets fix before I ever come back. It is so sad because this is the closes place to my home.
Jenny's is close to my house, but this was only my 2nd visit. The 1st time was about 9 months ago with a friend from out of town (video games & ganja, baby!) & we weren't crazy about the selection or the quality of the herb. The store was small & looked like a dirty back alley underground poker den. The Sativa we bought was dry and it wasn't the best. It was just okay. The store is a lot NICER now & there wasn't any waiting. (I was there around noon on a Friday.) I don't use edibles, CBDs or vapes. So I can't comment on any of that or their online services. (But, the buddy I was with ordered a vape ONLINE for pick-up & he likes it.) This review is basically about the QUALITY of the herb or flower. I can't smoke Indica. I'm an old stoner & that stuff paralyzes me. So I have to smoke Sativa. I call it "Adventure Weed." LOL. They STILL ONLY had three selections of Sativa & you're not allowed to smell the product. I bought some "Super Lemon Haze" It was only 40 bucks for an 8th! CHEAP! And, it looked really GOOD! I guess the brand name is KIFF from Vegas Valley Growers. 23.4% THC. WOW! Nice big compact buds. Smells pungent. Sticky. ONE HIT stuff! I'm humming after only 4 small hits on a water pipe. As a matter of fact, writing this review is taking waaay too long. LOL. GOOD bud! I'm VERY pleased! I'll definitely be back again! Good job on the Sativas, guys! Keep it up!KEEP BLAZING, Vegas! But, Don't Text & Drive!
I love Jennys. The only issues I have with them is they don't have enough bud tenders. Service is always super slow even when doing an online order. And I wish that my husband and I could have 1 points account that we can both use. Other than that they are great!!
You guys are awesome. You're always running out of head cheese or true OG tho. Idk why. But it sucks when you drive 20-30 minutes out of your way and then you have to make a split decision. But, you guys are so thorough I'm usually not disappointed in my second choice, that HP-13. Killer.
I had been going to Jenny's since they first opened their doors recreationally last year in July. This was my go to spot every week so much so the orginal staff knew me. I honestly loved this spot at first and recommended it to everyone until recently which I will explain in depth and also how I have reported the business to one of their distributors. Now that I have been to other dispensaries and refuse to step foot into this business I see that it is lacking in many way. Their check out process is a little ridiculous. You put in your order with one budtender and then have to wait for it to process, then you wait for another person to take you into a locked room to finally receive your product. I feel like they are really lacking in efficiency. I know they are bringing in big money but I used to see so many people leave because the wait was so long even when you put a greenrush order in online. They only have that ONE room that all customers must stop in to pick up their purchases. ****Now, let me get into the main reason why I refuse to come back here. I had been a loyal customer for awhile and always bought the same Rove vape tank every week. I came here even though other spots in town offer you a 10% Nevada resident discount plus purchase points. Jenny's does not, nor do they have a loyalty program. Recently I had been having major issues with the Rove tank including leaking, broken glass, and the tank not making a connection with the battery. Besides the tank I had issues with flower being dry, holes in the packages, batteries not working, wrong orders being given to me. It seems like the quality control just went out the window. Jennys always stated to me if I had a mechanical defective that they would exchange it. They did replace a cracked tank for me once but it was a HUGE hassle and made it out to be my fault even though I returned it back to them the same day and within 15min. The manager told me it leaked because I must have left my vape in a hot car and it exploded. I was like check my receipt I was just here. The boiling point for me was when I bought my last vape tank and how I was treated. I usually check my product immediately to make sure it is all right because I learned my lesson with them before. This time I didnt and just walked out. Get into my car and then decide to put it on my battery and take a little smoke. Well, I open the box and see Half of my oil has leaked out all over the box. I literally turn my car around and head back which is all within 5min. I talked to the front desk, showed her what happened and she said they would replace it for me. I was taken back by a budtender and showed him my sticky box with the broken vape tank. He told me that how sorry he was and that he would fix the issue but just had to approve it with the manager first. Fine with me so I waited thinking everything would be fine and my $95 tank would be exchanged. Well, he comes back out and tells me the manager said the tank itself was just fine. I told him that was absolutely nonsense and that I expected an exchange with the broken product they sold me. So he went back to talk to the manager and AGAIN came back with the same response .....I'm upset at this point and tell him how I feel like I have been robbed of my money by them. The tank was broken, leaking everywhere so i tell him I want to talk to the manager myself. Once again he goes back to talk to the manager, comes back out, and says the manager cant talk to me because hes in an important meeting. Yes he really said that! So I say ok, I'll wait for him to be done. Budtender goes back again and then comes out saying to call him instead because he cant talk to me today. Its 7pm and they dont close till hours later . Whoever was back there literally gave me the run around and I ended up throwing $95 in the trash. *****I ended up contacting Rove directly and reported the business and told them everything that happened. I have been in contact with Jade from Roves customer service and she has been helping me with the tank issue along with taking insight about the product. What happened was ridiculous. I dont know who is managing Jenny's business now but they are doing an awful job. You have lost a customer and all my referrals. I've taken my business elsewhere and have been much happier and saving money with discounts and loyalty points. This business has no respect or integrity.
I have stopped here quite a few times because it's convenient and on my way home... But I have to stop. I have had no good experiences here. They always seem to be out of products. The line situation now with the larger building is awful. I stood behind one gentleman ordering while another line of people moved through 4 people. ONE LINE or take a number just makes more sense. The wait has always been long here. The staff is usually pretty friendly which I do appreciate but there's just too much wrong for me to keep coming back. I'll go out of my way to go to Reef which I think is far superior. :/
My wife and spend a lot of money here and use points to get free items. My wife an I share same account well apparently they have a new rule that can't do that no more well isn't that an inconvenience. What a joke never coming back to jennys!!!
I had heard about this place from a friend. It's located close to residential, so that was surprising, but nice that it's close by (perhaps the furthest north dispensary in the valley).Walking in the place was crowded, but they take Medical Marijuana patients first, so the wait was minimal.Service at the check in desk, and our helper, Shay, was all very friendly. Even the Security Guard was super-friendly, changing the paper towels in the bathroom!Alas, their selection is not very good. My wife prefers capsules and tablets, and they had very few in stock. The selection of "vape" type products was only moderately better. This is a small shop, and it shows with its mediocre selection. The back room (store) is like an office. Very friendly staff makes me wonder if they get a bigger/other location, I should stop by again. Until then, I left disappointed and almost empty handed. Again, terrific service!
Other reviews complained about lacking customer service, pricing, and long wait times. So my expectations weren't high. Although I had an awesome 1st visit. I only use CBD occasionally to help treat my LYME symptoms so I'm still very new to this. Clint was very knowledgeable at helping me determine what would best help me ease the intolerable pain caused by my Chronic Lyme disease and Fibromyalgia. This industry has far surpassed and evolved since its street days back in the 90's. It's a whole new ballgame that can be very confusing and overwhelming. There are so many options, and methods of consumption each having their individual pro's & con's. Clint made it simple and I was in and out in 17 minutes. That 15 mins included checking in with ID, 5 people in line before me, Clint discussing options with me, paying, signing up for their rewards program, and walking out the door with a 1st time visit discount and only spending $46 (before my $5 tip) for product and supplies.... What's not to be happy about? I'll be back. For reference, I went on a Monday night about 9PM. There was about 12 customers in the shop, and 5 people behind registers.
Was easy to find I don't member the guy who helped us but he did pretty good he actually told us what kind of weed to buy and how to smoke it if you need to buy weed and you're in North Las Vegas this is probably the place to go to
I've gone to this dispensary on an off on a regular basis. They usually will give me oil cartridges that don't work, disposables that have batteries that die half way threw and they even mess up my order and give me the wrong stuff sometimes. Like today I asked for a disposable from AMA called green apple that I've gotten off them many times and they gave me a dissolute from Vader with a waaaay lower thc percentage than I asked for. An they didn't even show me the product before I got it they pretty much handed me the bag an told me to leave so they can go do something. I'm not satisfied with there service anymore
Been going to Jenny's Dispensary North off and on since they opened, maybe 10+ times, and since day 1 their prices are always wrong and their In-Stock is always wrong! No matter if you look at Weedmaps or go to their actual website the prices are wrong, and not just by a few bucks! Same story with what items are In-Stock, everytime I go to Jenny's i walk out with product that was my second or third choice because their website said something was In-Stock but in reality it wasn't! When you bring up the pricing errors you always get the same excuse, it was put in the system wrong, or it was on sale and that just ended, those prices are for medical card holders even though it doesn't say that anywhere on their website or in-store, oh somebody just walked out with the last one sorry, they haven't updated the website, even better when they treat you like your stupid and don't understand how much the Tax's are. So I go in on 5/21/2020 because I see they have a good price on some White LVBL Kosher Cookies Crumble .5g for $20.37 +tax on their website, again says not one thing anywhere about pricing being for Medical Card Holders, so with the Cannabis tax that's about 20% tax and that makes the price $24-$25 out the door. Well when I go in to pick up it's now $31.23 +tax! Same excuse from Budtender they put the price wrong in the system and even says some guy just got one for that price and that's how they caught the error! It's really got me thinking this place is pulling the old "Bait and Switch" on customers, this has literally happened everytime I visit Jenny's. After years of the same errors you would think it would be fixed by now. This has to be one of the only Dispensaries that doesn't show the actual price you pay taxes included and all, instead you have to try to do the math in your head real quick while standing at a register with people waiting behind you! I really recommend people do not go here, this place is a corporate ripoff artist of a company and I refuse to give them anymore of my money! Oh and the other kicker I witnessed that day is they have minimums on curbside orders! They actually have a minimum order total of $50 before tax to just walk out to your car! Really takes that much for you to just walk 50ft to my car? Corporate Blood Sucking Tactics! Whew! Had to get that out! Go spend your money at a good Dispensary like Acres, Planet 13, Reef, ShowGrow etc. You can get the exact same products that Jenny's has but cheaper and unlike Jenny's Dispensary these places don't run their business like a fraudster.
Been coming here for awhile. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Devin has helped me a few times and takes his time explaining the products. He and other past employees have given me advice on what would be a good product for me and my specific concerns, which is greatly appreciated. I have never had a bad experience. Thank you Devin and the staff at Jenny's.

The staff was friendly and the place was relatively clean but I went there to buy Select CBD 1000mg tincture. I've bought this from other dispensaries in the past and it always had a similar color consistency and flavor. When I purchased it recently from Jenny's I was surprised that it was almost $15 cheaper. When I got it home there was no type of tamper seal or freshness seal. The color was substantially lighter, the liquid was substantially thinner and less "oily" in consistency, and the flavor was less prominent (I buy the mint flavor). It also had a different kind of dropper than the bottles I had previously bought which raised more questions. It's easy to see why it was cheaper. Even though his place is close to my house I'll definitely go back to buying from the dispensaries I've used previously.
I hadn't been in this dispensary since they opened until last week. It's changed dramatically!! They completely remodeled and it's massive now. All of the staff were nice and helpful. Prices are really reasonable as well. I will definitely be back
Once again placed an online order only to find out the items I selected were out of stock contrary to what the website stated. Was offered a replacement at full cost even though my order had a quantity discount. So sorry we messed up here is an additional cost you didnt expect WHILE OUR ATM IS DOWN. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me. If your online ordering is that disorganized maybe you should stop till you get it fixed or at least compensate people who's orders got messed up. With all the new licenses Jennys isnt to only game in the northwest valley anymore so they better step it up. Never had an issue with online at any other place in town so its possible not to continually mess up online orders. Plenty of other places that want my business and would make an effort to keep it. When the number of dispensaries doubles these places will fail first.

We have been going to Jenny's when it was RX only. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. As far as product and waiting in line, you're doing it all wrong. It's not like you need to browse for pot or try it on for size. Just go online, make your selections, pay, done. They have a special line for online pickups, and I've never seen a line. Voila!
They have turned EVERYTHING around! From the helpful staff to the store displays to the layout of the store is new and amazing! Way to go Jenny's you turned it out and made a believer outta me!
Great service and and great quality. They usually have everything you need from flower to wax. Amazing prices and discounts too for first timers. I come here often since its less than 2 min from my house. Jennys is definitely my go to spot!

The weed is toxic here. I purchased a 50$ eighth of weed and when I smoked it it smelled strongly of ammonia in three different clean pieces I used. THERE IS FERTILIZER IN THEIR WEED DONT PUT THAT STUFF IN YOUR LUNGS!
My salesperson ignored me while I was asking about their products because he was listening to someone in his Bluetooth. It took several attempt s to "wake him". So rude!
SUCH a great dispensary.. ignore the bad reviews don't even read them you need to go for yourself I almost didn't come to Jenny's Dispensary because of the bad reviews. Everybody is very nice and the wait was short, great vibe and they help you find exactly what you need! I went today and was not disappointed one of the nicest dispensaries I've been to. Really worth checking out and their prices are allot better then most near the strip and VERY friendly staff! Will come again.
The qualitys ok. How ever the bud tender intentionally "forgot" to give me my change two times now. Both different tenders. And i forgot myself until getting to my car and realizing they didn't give me back my change. How convenient for them to add your change to their tip jar. The lines are always long the prices aren't that great. And they hardly ever have specials
My first time using my medical card was at this place. The waiting room is gorgeous & comfortable. The wait time is very short. The staff are quick to give their best service and personal advice. Even though I was nervous and a newbie with expressing my interest & needs, I felt validated and informed. I've returned many times - the satisfaction is 100%.

Inconsistent pricing. I've been 5 times. I've bought the same product ea time. The price has been different 3 times varying by as much as $5 on 1/8th. They do get 3 stars because they consistently have the strain I look for. If another dispensary had my product within 5 miles, I would go there.
Terrible customer service, the manager tried to intimidate me and my friend. The inside was disgusting trash and dirt on the floors. Didn't even make it past the entrance before we turned around and left, never to come back again. Avoid this place at all costs! But you won't have to for long, they will be out of business soon with the way management treats its customers.
I had Mikey as a bud tender and I was very disappointed! Another budtender there said he is the lead and I definitely believe he shouldn't be a lead. I've never had an issue with any bud tender here, everyone is nice and friendly and ALWAYS asks how my day is going but not Mikey the "LEAD" he is very rude and unpleasant.
I really hate to be the type of person who writes bad reviews but at this point I am fed up. I will warn you this is going to be long as I have had many issues. The biggest issue I have is customer service. Every time I go to Jenny's the person helping me acts as if it's a chore! I am not a chore and when I'm buying weed at higher price then I would pay at a nicer dispensary I refuse to be treated as if I am. The employees are not willing to help me and the vibes that are put off are rude and nasty. If you don't like your job don't work there it's as easy as that. I also have read the previous bad reviews on this business and I see a lot of the time people have problems with the wait which I agree can sometimes be a little to long and it make me wonder if that's why the customer service is so bad. Are you guys trying to be faster and in return forgetting that customer service is also important? I rather wait a long time and have a great experience with the employee helping me then wait a almost shorter time to be treated incorrectly. And lastly the final issue I have is the price. I can go to a nicer more friendly dispensary (the source) and pay less for their products then what I pay at Jenny's. They don't have a rewards program like most of the others and they don't have a discount that most of the others offer. You are paying a higher price for weed I feel is stale EVERYTIME I purchase. I have given Jenny's multiple chance and I feel every experience just got worse and worse. This is closer to my house so normal I would shut up and just go but not anymore I will be returning to my original spot the source as I feel my business is appreciated there.
this is the worst dispensary to be so honest, they sold me the wrong strain, calling it sativa when it clearly says hybrid on the packaging... then not only did they sell me the wrong strain they sold me cartridges and not flower .... when i walked right back in from the exit they said they cant take the product back because i left out the door even though they sold me the wrong product ... then the manager literally said all he can do is offer a discount so i can spend more money to get the product i originally came on for ... i feel so bamboozled and annoyed ....... please go somewhere else on behalf of me, my stoner angelsedited: after coming home and explaining the situation to my roommate, we decided to call and we had to leave a name and number and we were told we would get a call back "eventually" no sense of urgency or customer care at all... i might as well go to my plug ....

Been making purchases here for a while, do yourself a big favor and don't purchase anything that might require customer service, there isn't any! Purchase around over $300 of merchandise last night at 6:30pm which included a power grinder for approximately $69.00. After I took it home I charged it up and then determined on/off switch was non-functioning around 9:00pm. It would not turn on, let alone off. when I called person answering phone to me I could bring it back for a replacement. I asked if I could take care of today since it was getting Late last nightWhen I took itBack I was asked to wait a Minute while they checked It out. A few minutes later they brought it back to show me it was "working". I mentioned that the on/off switch wasn't working as it wouldn't shut off. The guy insisted it was turning on, just not off. I said I had read the directions and it was not functioning correctly. I asked when they would have a replacement unit in, or if I could pick one up in their Henderson location? He told me they couldn't take the time to get a replacement in and that since I didn't bring it back last night I couldn't get a refund rather an in-store credit? No effort to make it right, don't give a damn if it works or not, in this industry there is no refund! Every time I have come here I have been disappointed. Either the quality of their flower is very poor and seedy, or their customer service is lacking and leaves you wondering why you would ever shop here to begin with. I went in today @3pm budtender said special on cartridges buy one get one for a penny starts at 5pm - 7pm. He told me to come back and get the special. I did what he suggested and when I came back @6pm they were sold out. I asked the manager if he could rain check or make same offer on different product he was not willing to do so, and seemed to just not give a hoot. I feel strongly they totally wasted my time and made no effort to make it right. I will shop elsewhere and will never suggest to any of my friends to shop at Jenny's.
Personally Jenny's isn't my idea of a good dispensary because it's hard to know what you want. I like to have an ideal of what I want before going to a dispensary. So I look at their website and the website is poor definitely not up to date and lacks a lot of their products. I go in (not knowing what I want but that I want flower and edibles) and they have a book you can look through and you can flip flop flip and not see a single thing you want. BUT the location is convenient besides not really knowing what they always have and what they don't. If you find this to be a problem also NuWu keeps their website fresh and always up to date and they have more options on top of that people are nicer (and a drive through) so I think the little extra drive is worth it.
I buy grams and almost half the time when I weigh them they come out to .7-.9 with a calibrated scale. wish another dispensary was closer
This has got to be one of the worst dispensaries in Las Vegas. I've been here in the past and wasn't impressed with their quality/selection....but I needed some Raw papers, so I figured I'd give them a second chance. Although they have an entire Raw display in their online photos, something told me I should call in to confirm they have Raw papers in stock. I called in and spoke to a nice lady who checked their inventory and told me they had them. The kicker? She put me on hold, went to the back and double checked that they had them. I pull up to the shop, get checked in, wait, and then go to the back to be told that they do not have any Raw papers. It's not the end of the world, but still frustrating nonetheless. Don't waste your time here.
I become frustrated with dispensaries that are - in my opinion - overpriced. There is nothing wrong with this place unless you don't want to spend a water bill each visit. Good products, decent selection, and friendly staff.
Tried calling in North Las Vegas location to get some information and you end up in a phone Labyrinth of nonsense. No one answers the phone so I guess they don't want any business. There too many other places in town to be bothered with this nonsense more people don't even answer the phone.
Went into Jenny's yesterday, and was helped by a guy names James. He was so helpful and nice! I was a bit unsure on what i wanted and he was extremely knowledgeable. The entire place in super clean and well organized. I'll be going back for sure.
I've never had a company be so disorganized and uniformed. When u call one number u get a different company who knows nothing about the business. Don't ask questions, bc they will tell you the opposite answer and then be pretentious and rude when u actually get to the store. I should have by-passed this place when I saw one negative review and one decent one. But I thought id give it a chance.. BAD DECISION
I went in there to get cbd cream for my husbands back and I walked out with so much knowledge on products available for any ailments. I appreciated the time they took to talk with me, go over the products available and their professional demeanor. What a quality staff!
They had a special for returning patients. 15% off purchase today only. I drive over with an exit bag that has their name printed on it and they won't honor me as a returning patient. I'm required to have a receipt to get the special even though they have record of me buying from them in the past as a medical patient. I also have an exit bag with their name printed on it! I will never return again.
Went here for the first time about a week and a half ago and got "Hells OG" , it was pretty good so I picked it up a couple of more times. Well this last time they were out so I got an eighth of "Forbidden Fruit" instead, and might I say.. Super dry. Staff is nice but small which makes the wait time longer (at certain times). Location is convenient for residents near by.
Crappy selection. Four kinds to choose from. Cannot examine product before buying. You get what they give you, sight unseen. Over priced for the low grade you end up getting. I've been a marijuana user for more than 20 years, and I'm not a weed snob, but I am used to quality weed. I wanted to buy a Korova brand cookie, but was told that those are only available to "paitients" because of their potency. That is some bullshit. Guess they save anything top shelf for patients only, since they didn't want my money for them. Product that I ended up buying was old and dry. Far from fresh. Too long of a wait to end up being so disappointed. Not worth the wait. Moral of my experience, I'll stick with my dealer.
The potential here is so great. However, having more budtenders on the floor to help answer questions for a neophyte cannabis dispensary visitor would be appreciated as well as one display that shows prices. Having to look at an LED screen and match prices w product was challenging. Also, just having someone there to consult and was approachable not at the register would help.

For everyone saying the wait was long.... um it's 2017 place your order online. I put my order in online and within 15 minutes my order is ready, I walk in, show my ID and pick up my order as I smirk at all the people waiting in line lol Everyone there is always so friendly and helpful.
Recently took a trip out to Las Vegas for a few days. I'm from Colorado originally so I kinda wanted to see how the dispensaries out here are compared to the ones in Colorado. I decided on Jenny's Dispensary and boy I was not disappointed one bit. From the moment I walked in I could smell the fire. My bud tender's name was Paul and I was very satisfied with the service that I received from him. Not only was he friendly and patient, but he was also very knowledgeable about the different strains and informed me about the effects they would have. I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you Jenny's Dispensary and thank you Paul for helping me out through the process. I will be recommending this place to all my friends and come back every time I'm in town!
Its small but in the perfect location for me. The lobby is comfortable with usually something valuable and informative on while we wait to be called in, the wait is sometimes long which is why I order online with green rush. The order is available in minutes. Favorite staff is shae. Knows his stuff. Ask him for suggestions, he never lets me down

All dispensaries in vegas jacked up their prices when weed became rec legal. However, Jenny's is the most expensive place I have ever been to. Its the same products as everywhere else but they are sky high on prices. I went here for a first time patient to get the discount. Cannot afford this place without it.

Man, used to love this place but now they have very little flower. The Henderson location is loaded with flower so I don't know why they don't just transport some over to North Las Vegas. This place was my "go-to" but I haven't been in over a month. Very disappointed. :(
This place is awesome! I'm super shocked at the rating, couldn't be further from the truth. The staff is funny and friendly. They have great products for amazing prices. They have become my go to dispensary.
Clean and comfortable on the inside. Customer service was good. My bud tender was chill and answered all my questions. It was pretty dark in the parking lot though. It was priced similarly to other places I've gone to. Small 15/20 minute wait on a Sunday night.

Long wait but once you get a bud tender to serve you it was pretty quick with the process. Very informative about each strain they have along with concentrates/edibles. Good prices and good quality flower we will definitely be going back.

Less of a wait than Thrive at Cheyenne and Simmons. Purple Monkey $15 an 8th less than Thrive! Thrive charges 50 cents for a bag and $4 debit card fee. Greedy sobs. Who are these people complaining?! One out of a hundred?! Close to home, friendly, knowledgeable. Expect some growing pains. No pun intended. Lol. Blame the regulations etc. I love this place. They recognized me last visit.

Wife went in to purchase a replacement cartridge for her vape pen and the salesperson said that it would be a fruity flavor. She gets home, installs the cartridge, and find out he sold her a pine flavor. Disgusting! Not even close. When she brought it back to exchange, they were all NOPE. They don't make exchanges as it is now used. Best they would do is a discount off of another purchase. As if she would buy from them again. Way better places in town.
First time customer, frequent dispensary visitor. Overall, not thrilled with this one. Friendly front desk, nice waiting room but too long of a wait compared to other dispensaries in town. Selection was limited and confusing to read. Back room workers almost seemed annoyed to answer questions. Convenient location but probably won't return.
I love going to Jenny's Dispensary on N Decatur Blvd and Reef Dispensary on W Cheyenne Ave. I always feel I am treated like a friend when I visit these locations. I do like how it is opened up now. I can really think about what I want to purchase before I decide to walk up to the counter. We love to purchase the brand named Redwood Cultivation. We love how you guys also have Willie's Reserve too. All the edibles we have tried have been strong. I am originally from Washington state and the edibles from there are not even in the same league as Nevada's. When I tried WA edibles it was either a hit or miss. Here the edibles I know are always going to give me a good head high. It is cool seeing that the prices are starting to go down everywhere now that it has been legal for over a year. It was the same in Washington too. I am not picky. I enjoy Indicia, Hybrids and Sativa. Although Sativa is my personal favorite because I love that extra creative motivation it gives.
My sister and I go to Jenn's frequently because of convince. Recently she purchased a ROVE OG Cartridge, the attendant told her it was Fruity Pebbles flavored. She purchased it based on what she was told. Upon trying it she got one pull, and not only did it cease to work it tasted heavily like pine. She takes it back to Jenny's and they take it from her and take it to the back, come back and say ok it works now. She says ok what about giving me the wrong flavor?? There response was you used it we can't take it back but here's a 20% off coupon. Me nor my family will ever go back.
This place is not at all what I thought it was going to be. It was a weird, very fast paced and un-organizable establishment. Tree was DUST and sand paper like, felt like I got shorted. DONT GO HERE.

I was told about this place by my daughter in law. Jeff was unbelievably helpful. Everyone was very professional and didn't have attitudes! This is a big deal for me. I did not feel rushed like another place i went. It is a small store but it looks as if they are expanding. Once this is done and if they could figure a way to get more parking, i think they will be great contenders for the bigger chains. I would go back.

Jen dispensary is known for its medical use of marijuana. They pride themselves on organics and yet their weed has a list of different additives that you can choose from for each of their weeds?? Not only is the weed misrepresented but the employees are the worst. I've never seen such foul customer service. They are like stuck up spoiled brats. Its quite annoying. Just had to leave a review to let Jenny's know.. I had been a customer for over 4 years and you lost me. The energy of your business has changed dramatically. Weed dealers should be welcoming and inviting. I feel like I'm at the mall with people who look like their pill poppers more than weed smokers?? What happened to good old fashioned bud tenders?! Your business has a stick up its booty! Just had to let you know.
The staff is really friendly & welcoming! The waiting room & store smell fresh, and everything is really easy to read on the screen. They have great prices on prerolls, and hardly any lines! Will be coming back & would definitely recommend.
There's nothing better than walking into an establishment and picking out all of the THC goodies you want with no hassles or thoughts of legal repercussions. We've been to this place before and really like it because of the convenience and location. The staff is really helpful and nice and the wait to get to the goodies is very short. A decent variety of popular brands and flavors. I bought my first CBD oil here and can't wait to try it. It's from the earth! God put it here for you and me .
Once again I try a vegas dispensary and great customer service yet the government regulated weed is garbage please stop with your stale weed you don't know quality weed from garbage trash ... if you need a quality control smoker please hire me or give me a job somewhere because I love jennys but this is not only dry as hell it's so stemmy and also it's not even a full 1/8th LOOK @ photo but whatever I learned again 3 times not always the charm bye Felicia !!!
I gotta say this one star review is only for frank.Hands down THE WORST customer service from jennys.Even the manager that came out made me wonder how the hell he became a manager..Ill be sure to pass frank up the next time hes working dude had a major issue tonight and probably shouldnt have been on the floor shouldve just been in the back packaging!He for sure ruins the good vibes all the other employees are working so hard to maintain.Any businesse would see him as a liability.Maybe he has a problem with the lgbtq community? Idk all im saying is frank should watch how he treats people because jennys will catch a discrimination case real quickly...
Jenny's has been a pretty reliable option in Vegas. Although I had a variable experience with using my out of state medical card. In my last visit, we encountered Noel. She was lovely! She was so helpful, patient, thorough, and very communicative!! She alone brings Jenny's to a solid 5 stars from a tentative 4.
This place.... is not great.First of all their parking lot set up is just dumb. They make you enter their lot through a left lane Instead of right and the exit is on the right. This isn't the UK.When we accidentally went through the wrong side a rent a cop knocks on our window to tell us we effed up. We kindly say sorry but she just keeps going on about how it worries her bc people rush out of their lot all of the time.... (if that's the case wouldn't it make sense to just change the entrance and exit to the right sides? ) They could easily set up their booth on the right side if that's the problem.She asked for our IDs and scans them (which we thought was weird for being in the parking lot) then let us go in. We were greeted by a doorman dressed in something that resembled a swat team uniform. Clear mask and helmet included. Made me uncomfortable.They took our ids again then let us in (the front desk lady was nice)When we got inside the security stood behind us the entire time and I don't feel I should have to mention that we were not being rowdy or obnoxious but we weren't. We don't look thuggish or like thieves.The one star I do give is bc the tender was very friendly and knowledgeable.I wouldn't recommend or come here again. They really need to work on their set up and security.Also worth the mention they do not offer first timer or local discount like almost every other dispensary in Vegas.
This Dispensary is highly recommended by locals all over in this area. Price is a little high for the amount you receive, but quality of their product is great. Parking is congested which had to park across the way but it wasn't that bad. Customer service was great, my mom got what she needed and she is a happy camper.
Jenny's was my first Dispo experience so I stay a little more loyal to them than others. I have been a constant customer for going on 2 years. Even brag on the place and take my friends when they come into town. Until tonight. For the thousands I have spent here, I have never came across a miss calculated weight. Tonight I ordered a Sundae Purp infused sugar cone that when I pulled out and seen how small it was compared to regular prerolls. I decided to weigh it. And since I spent extra for the sugar wax in the preroll so you'd assume the weight of the preroll would be the same as others at, at least 1g for the preroll. When I put it on my scale it was .75 with the weight of the cone. A few millis off no big deal one time, but if I would have bought ten even over time it would have shorted me significantly. I love your store. I run my own and make my own edibles and still visit yours. But if this is to become the norm. I'm gonna have to say it was a nice run.
Relocated from Henderson to Central part of town. When I 1st went to this location, I was not impressed or happy.. I revisited, been 4x in the last month & they are fantastic, friendly, educated and prompt..Glad I gave it a 2nd try..Plus your points are combined with Henderson location.. 😏😏😏

Such a wonderful place all the way around. Everyone who uses THC/CBD products needs to do it legally at least once and experience how cool it is to buy this stuff in a store with a receipt. James and Mariah are super nice and make solid recommendations. Also once a girl named Emma or Emmy? I think? She was great too. Just moved here from a place it wasn’t legal and I wasn’t smoking to stay out of trouble. Now? For totes a regular at Jenny’s :p
