Me and my husband has to stop smoking pre rolls or any flower from Jardin. It's old and they add chemicals to it to make it stronger.  We had a chemical reaction ( brain) . We need CLEAN weed from CA.My sister n law is an RN here in Las vegas and she told me that Jardin Dispensary is the #1  complaint from patients !!!. You've been warned!!.

So I she said she attempted to pull up my account, but I do not have my government name on here; so I'm not sure how that was plausible or going to work? Liars! Offering me a free preroll, and lying about delivery being here at 12:30; so I'm sitting up until 1am. Only to call in, and now the phone lines are shut down. I despise liars, I despise my time being wasted, I despise even more false advertising and trying to finesse me. I want a direct call from the manager, direct contact information for corporate. Unacceptable! Especially after I told you I had read the reviews, and it put a bad taste in my mouth. A free penny preroll, does nothing for me when I'm smoking motivators. Lying to customers, to keep business; instead of being honest? Utterly fucking ridiculous!!!!! If my review is made private, my order isn't discounted, and I don't receive direct contact tomorrow; I will be going on a social media rampage. Just got good documentation... I said I think I have a lawsuit; so I'm going to ask you again... Ummm, yes; if I've been smoking this brand for OVER 6mo with over $8,000 invested; I don't care WHAT dispensary I purchase from, YOU need to fix it. This is why I document and record myself opening the product, so now you basically just told me; instead of dealing with the manufacturer WITH video evidence; you're going back to the customer who only purchases & buys? As a customer, it's my FREEDOM to leave reviews... it's your job and the brands job to fix it. I think I actually may have a lawsuit, because you just told me you and other dispensaries are discussing private customer information? Is that what you're telling me?   I'm documenting this, and want clarification. You're discussing customers, between dispensaries is what you just told me; correct? You're disclosing personal information, with other businesses; is what you told me?

This is, by far, the single most superior dispensary in the West. The rewards program is second to none.  We take our business exclusively to Jardin.

I've been coming here with my husband for about 2/3 months.  There service is nothing short of great.  Day one we met Matt, he's the manager here.  He is the most pleasant, professional, informative person here.  My husband suffers from ptsd and started purchasing CBD products to help with his anxiety and assist him with sleeping.  Matt and the team have been great with us.  They explain what can possibly help and they give military discounts which we truly appreciate.  The entire facility has a fun vibe and the staff is always happy and willing to help.  A dispensary is not just marijuana as I've come to learn.  Please visit them for any recreational or medicinal needs.

The problem started at curb side. I didn't have much time .It was Raining. Normally I get my order in a reasonable time. Only one lady was outside working the line in the rain. ALONE. African American with blonde hair. Awesome service she needs a bonus. I'm sure she didn't like getting wet. But she did it with a Smile. She was outside alone. Hustling. For almost 30 min not one other person came to help. I mean do their job. She needed support. Other team mates should have been with her. Clearly it was unfair.I waited close to 30 min for a preroll. IT WAS NOT HER FAULT. The African American guy in the white T-shirt Blue Jeans that processes the orders was slow as molasses lost. I went inside. After almost 30 min. There he was Blk bags in hand Standing by the register dragging MOVING EXTREMELY SLOW. Maybe it's too many pretty ladies for this guy. He's distracted. Or he needs to spend time with the products.  so he will know where they are.Some Customers Are very observant like me.Customers shouldn't have to wait that long BC a employee is not  Familiar where products are. It wasn't crowded.

Thanks for reaching out Jardin. Like I said in the phone I asked for the music to be turned down so I could order but the music was so loud the budtender asked what did I say. I did misquote my taxes and for that I am sorry.

Fun place... I hope they pay their people better than restaurants... expecting us to tip 10-20% on the full retail/taxed bud... Does $80 sound reasonable for an 8th??? But their selection is amazing and premium is premium.

I was visiting Vegas from California and found this place online and choose it bc it had tons of great reviews . They didn't disappoint. Gorgeous beautiful women working , great selection of flowers . Love this place !  I love the music they play and the vibe inside . I heard on the radio they are the best canibus club in Vegas and I've seen there billboards in multiplePlaces great advertising .

I mostly purchase CBD Products unless I am purchasing a Cannabis gift for someone else. I routinely purchase the Canna Hemp Sleep Elixir but when I do need gift advice, the Budtenders are very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations. I like being able to walk up to the counter and be given personalized one on one customer service. The staff at the front desk are always welcoming and friendly and I love their speakeasy style entrance into the dispensary.

Jardin is by far the best dispensary in Las Vegas for locals! I had an issue with a delivery for a special they were having, somehow I got lost on the mix and didn't receive my order. After a short phone call and lots of sincere apologies, my issue was fixed. They still honored the special the next day and came through on their word. Top notch customer service! I absolutely love all the gals in Jardin and their new uniforms are super cute! Even down to the security guard, everyone is just super nice and welcoming. Their specials are great and the variety is awesome. Great strains all around! I highly recommend all their products. They deliver, so curbside & you can even go inside with a mask.

Firstly I have used Jardin curbside pickup before and I know its not fast. I'm okay with that because Jardin has a great selection with decent prices. Also pay attention with some budtenders if you go inside to purchase. They try to upsell you on items that you don't even want or need. My sister asked her what cartridges were available for her battery. I don't know if her intention was to upsell her on a more expensive item but she recommended disposables. Secondly I also knew it would be a long wait doing curbside on 4/20. But honestly that was the worst experience I have had in awhile. I arrived in line at 5:20  it wrapped around Jack in the Box. Cool, great, whatever again I realize this is going to take awhile. Finally making it to the parking lot at 6:50 and waiting in the parking spot I was directed to a runner took my ID and money. At 7:43 all of the people that I had arrived with and were parked around me were gone and it was dark so I called the help line. I asked them if there was an estimated time as to when I would get my items. I was informed if I hadn't gotten anything to call back in 30 minutes. So yes I had to call back in 30 minutes it wasn't personal I was just done my anxiety was at max capacity and I just wanted my money and ID back. I didn't even care about my items I needed to get out of there. Lone and behold a runner showed up with my bag and ID at 8:12. How can you be so disorganized and unprepared? I don't get it. I don't know that I will ever go there again. But if your a celebrity or brand ambassador your experience was probably smooth and efficient. So if you have the clout this probably going to be your favorite spot.

They have great deals but the system for curbside pickup is ridiculous. I've been here 3 times now and not once has it been easy or fun and I'm a medical patient. After waiting an hour for curbside pickup you can see some vehicles being favored with fast service while others have to sit and wait, including medical patients. I gave them 3 chances, won't be returning.Edit to add: finally called the store after 2 hours of waiting to ask for my money and both ID'S back because I had watched at least 5 other cars pull in and leave with their orders after I had been waiting. The woman next to me had also been waiting longer than me. 10 minutes later someone comes out, hands me my driver's license but had left my medical ID in the building. I asked her to get my ID and all of my money back because after 2 hours I didn't want to spend money there. They offered to comp my order which was 7 j's for $30 and instead she came back with 2 infused prerolls as an apology. In the 50+ minutes we waited in our spot we watched staff members scramble and looked confused bringing one order at a time with about 15 parking spaces for pickup. It looks like poor management. Several people complained and waited an insane amount of time for their orders. I expected a delay with it being 4/20 but the only organization was with security who manned the traffic in the parking lot. They were on their game. 3rd trip, 3rd disappointment. Don't recommend as there are many other dispensaries with great deals.

Heard about Jardin and would pass by it many times my usual to go spot is Cultivate but wanted something different for a switch. Came in to buy some cartridges so the bud tender showed me that they have Sauced Live Resin Carts in stock I purchased 2 (.5) half gram carts, the oil quality was excellent no burn they're ceramic can't ask for anything better but what I did have an issue with is I went to go get more the next week or so same brand the lady had to grab more in the back and was put in the bag when she came to the front I'm thinking everything's good I get home to check it out and talk about the biggest air bubble in both cartridges than last time like is there a drought? The air pocket  filled most of the top cartridge up with little oil, I didn't realize the extra $ was going towards an air pocket. As you know live resin isn't cheap compared to regular but it definitely was below a .5 half gram. Even took it to other dispos for them to check it out when I was buying other stuff "leaving out the name of where I bought it from" one bud tender even laughed and told me right away that it was way below a half. I'm not asking for a refund or any compensation but that is really unacceptable and disappointing especially with people willing to spend top $. Idk if it's y'all filling them up there or if the company sends you them already pre packaged but someone needs to fix that issue. Jardin is close to me too so it's convenient just to go up the street but sometimes further travel might be necessary. Other than bud tenders here they're all nice no one had a "stank" attitude like I've been reading everybody was professional.

Ordered delivery because COVID19 has everything closed & Jardin was recommended to me by a friend. Website states not to place order more than once and that you will be called to confirm. 2.5 hrs after my order, no call. So I call them, I'm told in should be getting a call soon so I wait. They call to confirm & then 2mm.5 hours pass again with NO UPDATE. It's now 10:15 and I have no idea if / when anyone is coming. & now every time I call it goes to voicemail.I will never use Jardin again. I understand that sometimes these things take time but the lack of communication is ridiculous & awful customer service

So my husband put an order in online. We live in the Northwest area.  The order was delivered and o ly to find out after opening the jar we received the wrong order. We order zookies  Not wookies. No big deal we called Nd spoke to Anna. She basically told me she would NOT be able to return anything that was opened. I told her she was more than welcome to weigh the product. She said she can't accept anything as a return per the law that was opened. I was mad. You offer delivery and your people order the packed the wrong stuff and now its my fault. I told her i want to speak to a manager. She said she was the Manger.  I asked for her boss. She said she can take my info and have someone call me. I waited all day the next day and no call. So I drove 25 miles to see why we can't rectify the situation. I spoke to Elena who is an AMAZING  person the Manager on duty who said she will take care of it and so she did. She said it was false statement and we can definitely get you the product you ordered. She made me a happy customer so I will continue business and if there is no problem over time I will reconsider my 4 star to a 5 star

Listen, if you indulge in the weed, this is the place. They hook it up. They have killer deals and killer weed. They have all you could want. You can order online or come in person. I always recommend checking for specials online and signing up for their text program. The messages can be annoying but they help you out. They have $100 ounces all the time and usually some kind of buy one get one deal. They also have some of the higher TCH levels for some strains that I have seen. My first experience was during covid and I ordered 7 pre-rolls because they had a deal for 7 for $35. KILLER DEALS I TELL YOU. My boyfriend order here because I recommended it and he got a deal on his vape pen refill for $40 plus it come with a G-pen for free. We were super excited about the G-pen because it's small and discreet. Also it came with the best vape/pen/whateveryuwanttocall it flavor. Banana OG. KILLER WEED I TELL YOU. It tastes like MF bananas. I don't even like bananas and this thing is amazing.  We attempted to order again and ordered for the G-pen connect which is a whole other demon. This requires a $200 G-pen connect device that we later purchased because we love the flavor so much. It was a big investment but worth the price. I was also added to a call list if the G-pen Banana Og The team there are Jardin are so nice and helpful and just make you feel great when you walk out. Mad love to all the staff that has helped me out and hooked it up when we needed help with an exchange or return. Y'all is the best!!!!

All the edibles we got were bomb!!! The pre-rolls unfortunately didn't really hit and only one of the theee burned evenly. But, it's cool cus the edibles...MAN!!! Good stuff. We got sativa sour pucks, sip elixirs hurricane, gmo/sangria/peach pie pre-rolls, chocolate chip cookie bites, strawberry shortcake bar. Hopefully we can get back here today for some more sour pucks and sip elixir. Those have been my favs.

After speaking with a supervisor over the phone about my previous review, I feel that the customer service over all is better than originally stated. I appreciate that their management took the time to review the first experience with me and acknowledged customer feed back. Because of their supervisors, and Cameron specifically, who was very kind over the phone, I will be happy to come back here and give Jardin another try.

This was my first time there. In fact I am very new to this. I was specifically looking for edibles to help wiith my arthritis pain and  sleep. Kayla help mee and waS very knowledgeable. She gave me a few options and explained what I could expect. They have a rewards program, senior discount (70+), and medical marijuana discount. I'm looking forward to trying these gummies out and look footwear's to coming back. Oh, the building is beautiful. Very nice lobby with a very friendly and professional receptionist 2/24/20My second time here. I just love this place. We went around 2:30 pm no lines. Jasmine helped us today and was very helpful. I have not been to any other dispensary so I have nothing to compare them to. However, I won't be going to any other dispensary because their service and product are outstand3/26/20This is my third purchase. With the virus out there, Jardin is only delivering. I placed my order online then was called to confirm the order. I'm sorry I can't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was awesome. I'm new at this but she was a great help tailoring my order to my needs. The delivery times were long due to the virus and she gave me an accurate eta. Tyrone delivered my order. He was professional and very nice. I'm not a recreational user. I use this product for pain relief and insomnia. Thank you Jardin for helping me.

The selection process was like being in a music video. I never seen, smelled and tasted after i purchased ofcourse so many flavors of flowers. The Ladies that are wearing them lab coats anit wearing them for show. They were very educated on the products they are selling. They even had sales on the lighters. Its a little intimidating when you first walk into the lab,(side note the lobby smells like bud after you just open the ziplock before you smoke) so after you walk into the lab the prices are scrolling on the TVs behind the counter. They are in a small print and are rolling by to fast to even try to read so dont bother. Just ask the lab coat ladies about prices and things. So they have clothes for sale also and other souvenirs. All and all no disappointments and will be back when i vist Vegas. Lol

August 5 I made an online delivery purchase.I received the confirmation call and I went over the product details with the employee to be sure what I was receiving.The driver came I paid ,I tipped.I opened the package and it was not was I was told during confirmation,NO BIG DEAL (easily fixable) not the end of the world.I called the store and spoke with a manager named Lily and explained what happened with my order and was immediately attacked over something that I did not do or know about.She accused me of using the words initialed BS in the chat on August 1.So,she waited August 5 until I  had an issue and called with something to mention what she claims I did August 1. I thought that was very unprofessional and disingenuous to wait until I call to report an issue with getting the wrong information on a product from an employee which I told her along with im sorry for bothering you and hung up.I left a clean review August 10 that was not published until august 12 about the service I received from management.A manager I never spoke to before named Mattie called me august 14 to tell me I was banned and all he kept repeating was the reviews left and a complaint I had about pre rolls back in April he mentioned something in march and I asked why are you using old stuff to hang over my head? I never spoke to him prior I asked him why he was bringing up old stuff me and the other manager spoke about and got past all he did was keep repeating himself reviews,pre rolls and March.He asked who I spoke with because he never spoke to me ,I asked why he wouldn't touch base with me first as a customer instead of banning me same thing reviews,pre rolls and March.Repetitive unprofessional and incompetent.Tells me his job is to go over reviews not touch base with customers,but you can ban me but not offer customer service the review was the last straw.That's the problem with management at jardin I try to talk directly with management when I have an issue and they drop the ball.No accountability which is what my review was about initially give the wrong info,place customers on hold over 20 minutes then lie about it and not be held accountable or respect you as a customer.They waited over a week after my last order to ban me for a review.Spending three to six hundred a month 3 to 8 transactions Over 5000 in untouched points pocketed. My money was good until that honest review was published pocket my points and ban me over a complaint you all could of avoided when you failed to address my valid issue the mistake was made on your end then falsely accuse me of something I knew nothing about.I would not recommend shopping here,the moment you make one complaint out of 20 transactions management flips on you leave a review about management they ban you.

When jardin first opened they were talk of the town... now they just lie and serve terrible products ( your one gram carts last less than .5s.... not even over exaggerating.

I've been to this place twice and I'm a long-time local. I can only say that unless you are a young guy looking to chat up one of the female budtenders amidst pounding rap music then this place might be for you, but if you find that you don't fit that description then this probably ain't the place for you. Fast, slick sales tactics, and somehow I find that the receipt always says it cost more than I originally agreed to. Hmm...if you're looking for medical marijuana help then this is not the place to go. I gave them two separate chances and they muffed it both times. It's all about slick presentation and no real substance for them, I'm just not a fan.

If I could give a negative review I would. I was overcharged for a purchase here and opted for store credit because it's far from my home and I didn't want to come pick up $20. Employee did not mention I can only use this credit on non discounted items. It was MY CASH so I had no reason to think this and wasn't told. I never buy anything full price from this place so they basically took $20 from me and are holding it hostage. Won't be back.

Made an online order over 24 hours ago when we were promised within 2 hours. DONT SELECT DEBIT CARD AS PAYMENT METHOD. Your order isnt important to them if it isnt cash. I have been promised by three different reps we would get our order in 2 hours and STILL NOTHING. Meanwhile, cant order from anyone else same day because it is too late in the day. Spoke with manger, Joanna. Very accommodating and understanding. Will give another try

I was banned due to leaving 3 star reviews about terrible management.Today some manager I have never heard of or spoke to banned me for my reviews,Matt was the manager and I believe he is racist.

Ordered online and didn't give me what I ordered.  They said they were out and gave me less thc in my edibles then I originally purchased after waiting in the car for 20 min

With the closures of dispensaries surrounding Covid-19, finding my medicine has proven to be very difficult.  So difficult that I needed to smoke some weed to calm down, but I didn't have any.  It was hella crappy. Then Jardin came to my rescue.  Using the guidance on their site, I was able to place and order and have it at my house in a few hours.  Other dispensaries I was trying to work with just either didn't have a system together or had tourist bud - 15% THC for the weekend warriors and bachelor parties.  Not only did they get me what I needed, but what they sent over is absolute primo. I couldn't be happier and as we all ride out this apocalypse, I will be purchasing from and recommending Jardin exclusively.  When it's all done, I'll still make the trek to see them even though there's a dispensary quite literally across the street from my place.Thanks guys!  Be safe and keep up the awesome work.

Literally waited 2 hours curbside which wasn't an issue but I literally got prerolls in my package and inside was not a single thing just pure emptiness... it was sealed like what the fuck haha. Very upset at my visit

Please read everyone!!!!!!I'm going to be really honest here. 1. First time patients don't get any discount. (Every single store offer a discount for new patients) specially if I'm spending $100!! And got charged for the actually BAG! Yes just the carry out bag. Wow. At least put that charge in the product rather than charging people for a bag. 2. Called to make a delivery order Monday 5pm the lady had no knowledge of products, nobody knows what the terpenes are, I waited 20minutes on hold just to get information about my products..Was TOLD  my order would arrive in 2 hours "so be ready"... order never came, got a call at 11:50pm at night 7 hours later saying " sorry we're going to deliver tomorrow". Nothing offered not even a sincere apologies.. 3. Now it is next day...  I get my product at 9:30Am and the girl at my door tells me "I'm sorry we are busy".. I know you are busy specially these days. But I wasted all my night waiting for something since 5pm that would never came. Specially after" Don't worry your order will be there soon or 2 hours"Lastly, I called the store 10 times between 7:30-10:30 and nobody answered my phone call. So dissatisfied and disappointed. I don't like to be lied to. Take your business and money somewhere else. Order from somewhere else I made a huge mistake

This is my spot. Very clean and classy with a serious hip hop vibe. Budtenders send my head in circles with the amount of knowledge they have. Their recommendations never fail to be accurate and highly pleasing.

Not too happy with the service they displayed I understand there is a "crisis" going on but they could have at least did me the curtesy of letting me know if I was gonna get what I ordered or not... Not only their prices are ridiculous. Their workers dress like they're hooters servers. Also they don't respect the rewards they offer you themselves! Like the penny joint after you review them. I left a review after my purchase and in my next showed the review and asked for my penny joint, the girl helping us who said her name was BROOKE, told us that we could do it NEXT TIME. So your review is not for your next purchase, if for after 2 purchases and whenever they feel like it. Just save your money and go somewhere else, better prices and better weed in other dispensaries.UPDATE / RESPONSE TO AYLIN!!! - Your product isn't Premium, is regular weed. And 15% THC is def not worth $200I find way better product and with higher THC such as 36-40%, so save the lame excuse of "we premium" no you don't. -If you or your employees felt offended by my comment on their outfits, maybe you should reconsider a less "Striper-like" outfit, and a less flirting attitude towards us, maybe we had a different opinion on you then. -Or review was done on a previous order, and showed it to that girl BROOKE, and told her that, we even had the receipt from that previous order, and she still refused to accept the review and said "next time" so literally the review was good for two orders after. I'm sorry you didn't like my one star review and how honest it is, maybe you should step up your game and take your costumers more serious.

It was okay. The environment wasn't welcoming. The employees majority women and seems they all are sexualized which is a disappointment. There are social distancing little icons but didn't seem anyone abides by them making me at the end of the day not safe. Will not be returning thanks

They're a bit far for me but I always make the drive (not an issue anymore because of free delivery) because they always have the best prices and deals. The budtenders (Fred) are always nice and helpful. Also great atmosphere - music, displays, etc.

Jardin is a beautiful establishment. From the moment you walk in its like entering Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory. I almost want to play the song when they let you in. Haha, anyways everyone I came into contact with was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. It is very refreshing to see people passionate about what they do.As I exit stage left I want to play Hall and Oates "You make my Dreams" and skip to my car. Haha. I'll be back soon!

I decided to take part in the madness and be one of the foirst to be able to purchase recreational marijuana at the stroke of midnight on July 1st. I have been here as a visitor in the past but this was my first actual experience. The line was short when I arrived but quickly filled up with at least 100 people. Jardin was prepared and handed out waters and we were given a swag bag just before entering. A lot of dispensaries have a bland generic look othe outside but once you get in it's another story. White laminated counters with product in so you can view before you buy.Wooden tile looking floors and monitors above dark storage drawers that list all of the items they have in stock, this place a has crisp look.Friendly staff who helped with my purchase and were very knowledgeable about the product they were selling. Definitely a dispensary I will return to when I need some more product

This dispensary is pretty awesome Our bud tender Na'Jear was great help us with all our purchases. And the assortment is great as well. All in all this is a great place for all your dispensary needs.

PROS: The dispensary is beautiful and clean. The staff is friendly.CONS: They only take cash but there's an ATM in the dispensary.Very expensive compared to other dispensaries. Spent $55 cash including tax on 2 grams and a pre-roll (all great strains) when I've spent $50 including tax on an 8th, a gram, and a bunch of gummies at a different dispensary near Mountains Edge (again all great strains.)The icing on the cake would be when I got home and weighed the grams and they came to 0.8grams. Not cool.Overall the place is a beautiful experience but I'd choose a different dispensary over this one.

I would give no stars but I have to give one by default.  Placed on order for online delivery at 5pm....called at 11 pm to receive a eta... the employee informed me that it isn't even ready yet and asked me" if we get it all ready for you..can you pick it up?" I informed her no bc I had been waiting already for hours and no one had contacted me and asked for a manager. The manager informed me that he did in fact drop the ball and it's hard to keep things running with employees constantly calling out....etc. He said he would get my delivery to me soon bc it was way past due. So I  never received  my order at all just a bunch of excuses why they are incapable of doing their job.Thats why I don't deal with low budget shops! Don't waste your time, go to planet 13 should've followed my first mind....first and LAST order!!

I really like the location of this place and the vibe seems cool but their menu boards are confusing and they are always out of what I go there to get. Staff are 50/50 sometimes helpful sometimes seem bothered that I have questions. Prices are not too competitive but they do have deals worth looking at if you aren't picky.

Ordered around 5 pm and got a confirmation call around 8 pm. I started to fall asleep around 12 am and they knocked ten minutes later. I so appreciate the delivery I think a drop off time would have helped. Thank you all.

Jardin where do I start came on here tonight for another review then I read what the lady at jardin left as response. Well I was not informed of you not honoring the  coupon till the lady at counter said I wasnt getting it back might want to check you facts. Tonight new review chated online with  jardin person lady forget her Name it's on my chat I asked about certain vape well they had a few in stock I leave within 5 min of call I live 3 to 5 min away really close well almost no one in store maybe two people but there all out I guess everyone in store bought that one even without a special going on yeah well I will not be going back to store even though I'm so close I will go somewhere I can trust thanks jardin I've spent a lot of money there and your so dang close this really sucks but I bid you Adieu oh and RandiI a couple weeks before that they took the coupon in the back to look at and the person lady at counter said it was a male said to hold onto coupon and not lose for it was a good coupon so I was again not informed that's what upset me if you or anybody would have came out and said I could use one more time and then surrender it I would have I was given no notice at all except your not getting it back I didn't think that was a great way to run a business then last week just say whatever they want to get them in your store I declined then and I'm declining now I will drive across town before I step one foot in your establishment if I would have been treated right. Don't know if it's the louder than usual music playing but I can never understand 1/2 of what the bud tenders are saying. Very attractive female staff and a super clean and modern layout. Fair prices and the best selection/quality I've seen at a dispensary in Vegas so far. Great selection of pre rolls if that's your thing. Strongly recommended. Best dispensary ive come across in Vegas!

Poor Service and Uneducated Staff. Don't waste your time with the attitude of these individuals and their low ball antics.

I used to trust Jardin, but with the closures due to Covid-19 of in store option, they have fallen short.  I ordered at 9:30am and finally gave up getting my product after midnight.  My order actually updated at 11:00pm to say it was delivered.. I did not get a text to say they were on the way.  I was told they guarantee same day delivery by a rep when I asked for an update. They said 3 hours it should arrive. 6 hours later and outside their delivery window.. still no delivery.  Until I can return to purchasing in store I will be using other dispensaries. At least other dispensaries are honest about the long delivery times for recreational buyers.

Paid $95 for a vape kit that was recommended and it was by far worst vape I've ever had. Doesn't even get me feeling buzzed. This dispensary is just way overpriced. The preroll was pretty shitty as well.

Not a dependable dispensary. The first time I ordered they didn't process... I gave them another chance and I...me...the customer had to confirm order.... the girl said upon delivery they'd call me 29 minutes before... they did not. The driver called while at my apartment gate... which I left the receptionist the gate code.... and he told me to call him back when I could, I called him back 5 times... no answer.... call the dispensary itself, no answer. I also wrote multiple times on their website... nothing. This is why I will no longer give them my business... I will also tell EVERYONE I know not to shop there. PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW FOR YOUR SAFETY!!!! I have been to Jardin 2 total times as a customer purchasing over $100 worth of product. The first time i was there was after sundown and I naturally felt a little creeped out from the parking lot.. if you've ever felt like someone was watching you, that's how I felt. So I walked in purchased, walked out and drove home. The creepiness of the lot is more than likely felt by everyone who makes this stop after sundown. Desert Inn and Pecos is not the greatest neighborhood. I work right down the road, so yea I know that. Jardin has one security guard who monitors the inside and stands next to the ATM. There is no security for the outside lot, like other dispensaries in town DO have. MUST READOn 4/2/2018, Sunday night my Coworker and I went to Jardin at 9 pm. Fortunately by chance it's customer appreciation night. So I got 35% off my purchase. The total was $100.45. My coworker threw in $20. I got 2 pre rolls which were whatever and 2 jars of top quality, I never got to enjoy. I walk out to my friends, turn the light on and show him what I picked out. 3.1 miles down the road we stop at the park. Walk to a private spot with both pre rolls and spend 30 mins chatting about work and life. Walking back to his car (2015 Toyota Camry) to find his window broken. My backpack with my house keys, important paperwork and 3 books I've been carrying around w me for years. They took my friends wallet, which usually has your life in it, like my coworkers wallet did. Oh Yeah,  and all the expensive product I bought 30 mins before at Jardin, on customer appreciation night!!!! So here we are filing a police report, cancelling credit cards and wondering why this happened to us??? In my eyes, it's very obvious . The dark parking lot that I KNOW to be unmonitored by the single Jardin security guard has some undesirables hanging out in the lot watching who goes in and who comes out.  I don't believe in coincidences. Of all the cars we parked next to 3.1 miles away from Jardin. His car that happened to have our freshly purchased Jardin product was chosen to stripped of all items. It clicked, someone followed us out of the lot nonchalant figuring they will just beat us dudes up and rob us. Once they saw I didn't have my bag on me, they didn't need to rob us face to face. Thank God! So they quickly broke his window and robbed us to the core. I just left Jardin after talking to their manager. I expected a "Damn, I'm sorry man" then we'd work something out and I'd be taken care of. As if he has dealt w this situation before he kept telling me that Jardin didn't do it and this is a bad neighborhood. I just said I need to take care of me dude, like extra. He said "you gonna purchase?" Duh! Why else would I come in?? I figured I'd get my same order and and extra 10% off added to the discount I received the night we were robbed.. He offered me a total 15% off instead. No thanks, I want 35% off at least or I will never be back. He brings over another dude , who obviously isn't a manager, ceo no authority apparently. I left and will never go back! Please understand this really happened. They could have easily done what I asked for as a customer and maybe emphasized a bit. "Naa"After I showed him the photos of everything and explained to him the coincidences. If this has happened to anyone else, especially on the same night.. please speak up!!! I highly doubt we were the only "come up" on customer appreciation night!!! Thanks for absolutely nothing Jardin, manager of Jardin with curly hair and sidekick . Thanks for introducing yourself. Wow!Be on the lookout after sundown!!!  Here is the lot tonight, empty compared to the amount of spots filled on "customer appreciation night." There were 4 people in line ahead of me.. I wonder who else was in that lot and for what reason since all other businesses closed. Also photo of my friends car that coincidentally got the window smashed night of purchase, 30 whole entire minutes later! I was supposed to go to the moon that night , instead I went down the freeway covering my face in case of glass shards and in the back. The glass buried itself into the passenger seat!! Jardin is not worth the risk!!!! "Psh!"

This place is super convenient, the bud tenders are on their game, especially jodeci. Their social media presence is particularly impressive, and Jardin is currently my only source of weed.

Jardin just opened today and what better way to make a cannabis purchase and an exit than to shake Snoop Dogg's hand on the way out and pose for a pic?  And when he asked me how I was doing it was my pleasure, as a 66 year old geezer, to respond, "It's been a good day, I didn't even have to use my AK."  The place was pristine and laid out like a jewelry store. Everything gleamed...the displays, the lighting, the employees.  I don't know what Maxine's role was, but she showed me around and was warm and endearing. Larry, one of the managers, was very attentive. The girls at the front desk, behind the counter...they all seemed to glow.  And then out of nowhere, it hit me.  They like their jobs!  In all fairness, the dozen or so dispensaries I've gone to in Las Vegas have also had excellent employees.  But Jardin kind of takes it to the upper echelon with their enthusiasm. To be certain though, I'm going to return in a week or so and make sure they're not filing their nails and slumped over a magazine.....while chewing gum. People like variety and judging by what Jardin has and what they say is on the way, I feel like there's a very nice selection so far.  Prices from one dispensary to another don't vary a whole lot and Jardin seems priced like most of them, which is fine with me.  I do like the different levels they offer for those who want to purchase top shelf and those who want to fly coach.  So maybe I shouldn't have tried their product before writing this, but what's done is done.  The short version of this review is: "Jardin's a good place and you should check it out."

When you walk into Jardin, you feel like you are walking into PREMIUM dispensary. Everything is classy from the decor to the people. And with expensive as everything looks, the pricing is exceptionally fair. Be careful with quality though! I've gotten prerolls with stems in them! Just ask your bud tender for help finding quality products ! They are all so knowledgeable!

I have been a loyal customer for 2years. 3 times in total the product was not smokeable in anyway, THIS DOES NOT COUNT THE TIMES THE PRODUCT QUALITY WAS SUBPAR.. as I even tried to break down my preroll AND REROLL IT. The first 2 times I understood and even though i called about it they informed they dont replace flower. BTW IM SPEAKING ABOUT ALL 13 PREROLLS I BOUGHT!!Also I spend AT LEAST 200 EVERY SINGLE TIME SO IM NOT LOSSING SMALL AMOINTS HERE. IM CURRENTLY OUT OF $570 DUE TO YOUR PRODUCT. THE ONLY REASON IT ISNT 670 IS BECAUSE THIS TIME I REFUSED TO LEAVE WITHOUT AT LEAST A PARTIAL REIMBURSEMENT OF FLOWER. UNACCEPTABLE i lost half my money... WHEN I STATED "all prerolls are literally POWDER" your attendent shrugged her shoulders and stated we dont take back flower if it was a cartridge it would be different. Soo because I buy the more expensive product im punished?????? Makes no sense!!. Im extremely disappointed. I will be taking this to the most executive level. I was told in so many words," if our product is literally unsmokeable that is your problem" with an actually shoulder shrug. Music is pretty loud. The customer service is pretty good,  although some days are better than others, usually with little to no wait to be helped.I prefer vapes and vape cartridges and usually buy between 2-5 of them at a time. Only problem is they never seem to get the same product/brand twice. Making it somewhat bothersome.

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are competitive, there is a bit of a wait these days so if you need to be somewhere go early (covid's fault not Jardins)

I'm a veteran and I've got some back injuries that require narcotics for pain relief and I finally decided to try thc. I'm not a smoker and when I called in and spoke to randy she was super friendly and welcoming to someone who had no clue what I was doing. When I got to the shop I was greeted by a friendly staff and was asked if I was a veteran to which I replied yes and they said you get a military discount which I was very pleased with and because of that I was able to buy more product but Inherently made me want to spend more money which was a good thing in my book. Alex is who helped me and actually before I got to the store they had set up a box of items recommended to me from when I called in. I was very happy about that. Alex was super sweet and helpful! She made her recommendations and we went over a bunch of options and after all was said and done I bought about 6 things to try and help my situation. Will definitely be back.

I choose this dispensary for convenience. I like the staff, they're always very friendly and knowledgeable. One time the counter girl knew which terrine would help my cold. The one thing I really do not like and have repeatedly suggested or asked them to change is the fact that their only menu is constantly scrolling on a hard to read back ground. They have I paid in front of every counter - it would be suuuuper simple to create a menu in an image and display that. When I ask what prerolls it's the counter person trying to remember and list everything off to me. I like that they remember, but it's difficult to make a decision as someone is spouting off options. Other than the menus - great dispensary.

With so many dispensaries to choose from Jardin has impressed me enough to bring me back for repeat business. Location: A little out of the way depending on where you are coming from. Parking: Ample parking, but not as well lit at night as it should be. Atmosphere: It's not as crazy here as some of the dispensaries are. The check in staff is always friendly, and they get you in fairly quickly. Once you step inside, take a minute to look around. Pricing is on the flat screens and while they are not the cheapest place, for me it's not about price. It's about the knowledge of the staff behind the counter. And that's where Jardin stands out IMHO as one of the best dispensaries I've stepped foot in both here in Las Vegas or in Denver. While some of my friends are into all things THC related, I'm after CBD products. And Jardin has helped me find CBD products that have been amazing. They helped me find a CBD related creme that has provided some serious pain relief. It's not cheap, but it beats the cost, hassle, and risks of opioid based pain relief. The staff at Jardin knows their products, they answered every question I had without attitude, and the products they've sold me work. There may be places with larger selections of CBD products. There may be cheaper places to buy from. But for me, Jardin has earned my repeat business. It's worth the 20 minute drive to go there passing other dispensaries along the way because the staff treats me with respect and knows their stuff.

Still waiting on a gift promised to me 6 months ago, Use to spend 60$ a week here, then they started the loyalty program, and was shown I had 3800 points and told I would receive a big gift, waited told to wait longer, kept asking managers told to wait, then I was told I had zero points, and asked manager told I would be contacted got nothing still. Only gift I got was a chillum in bday tiny glass bowl and a free joint for a good review which I'm changing now. Still waiting for that gift and don't understand why I lost all my previous points bull.

Nice clean dispensary with everything you need. Everyone was nice and ready to answer any and all questions. I will be recommended this to anyone traveling to Vegas.

What a joke of a dispense, overpriced & catering to the naive recreational consumer !  This place has NO MEDICAL products.  The problem with these dispeneseries they no longer care  about the medical patients who supported their business before rec. came in...I will let fellow patients know, don't bother stopping @ Jardin !!

I was happy with the quality of weed and as soon as I complained about the ounce being short, the runners tried their best to correct it. I realize that the runners ALL seem overwhelmed, and it's because they are interacting with way too many customers at once. Indoors is absolutely unsafe. There is serious overcrowding happening, some people are wearing their masks incorrectly and still roaming the store, STAFF, and customers. It honestly looks and feels as though the establishment hasn't been thoroughly cleaned. I called and couldn't speak to a manager at all.  It sounds like most of the staff is working from home and I assume that is due to covid related concerns. If they care anything, at all about their customers or staff, they would hire a REAL cleaning staff and clean the building, especially all the high touch surfaces. I'm disappointed because this is the only place I went inside of during my entire stay in Vegas, and before leaving Vegas I tested positive. I'm sure that I was infected here, and I will definitely be contacting the proper officials to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else.

Had top notch service!  I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. They have one of the biggest selections I have ever seen. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. They sample everything there before selling it So they can tell you firsthand about every thing on the shelves.

Second time getting prerolls here. They all have burned like shit, bleed/run or seem clogged and wont pull. Hot girls, and shity product.

If I could give 0 stars to write a review I would. I have ordered once before due to their 5 star review and did not have the best experience. My previous order was around 4pm and had to make several calls just to get a voicemail in regards to see if they had received my order. After several attempts, someone who was very polite called me back around 7pm confirmed there was 10 people ahead of my order and that i would receive the confirmation call in about 30 min. Ok, it was busy I understand but a little communication would have been appreciated. I then received the call to confirm my order around 8 and that my order was being processed. My order did not arrive until past 12 am.  Never was i advised my order would get there that late especially since my order was placed before the deadline for same day delivery. Whatever, I accepted the delivery even though i wanted to cancel. They now offer curb side pick up so i decided to give them one more try. Not the best either! I kept calling since 1pm today to see if i placed an order for pick up it would be ready by 5ish. No one ever bothered to call me. I read their online pick up/delivery time frame which is very misleading (says 60min) so i placed my order at 3, no call back, so fortunately there is more dispensaries offering curb side now.  after 1 hour and 30 min i decided to call to cancel,no answer(surprisingly)I received a call a a little after 5 for the confirmation so i just decided to cancel. Their products are good but their communication and lack of customer service gives so much to desire.

I had a order confirmed by text and also by a call from a person at Jardine at 5:53pm. At 10:45pm they called to ask if my order had been confirmed. Order had been confirmed for over 4hours. No package tho and then was told well you have to wait till morning we are just so busy processing orders that it didn't get bagged up. So what is the point of a confirmation? Why are you calling me to ask if i received it, don't you know what product has left your store? All you have to do right now is bag up orders since there are no in store customers. Place is unprofessional when in person and now I see delivery with you is no better. Complete incompetency.

Friendly bud tenders and vast selection of cannabis. I like how they are packaged to the consumer. Only downside is looking at their digital menu board is kind of difficult since they don't have a paper menu. Other than that I would give this place more than 5 stars if yelp will let me. Just don't forget to tip your budtenders.

BEWARE OF FAULTY PRODUCTS! They don't hold accountability for damaged products. Purchased 2 cartridges and one does not work. Rather resolve the issue and exchange it out. They would rather offer 15% discount. So you want me to buy another cartridge and take a chance of it not working? What good is 15% when I can come in tomorrow and get 20% off cartridge. Who is winning here. Be aware of the products they sell because if they don't work you are SOL!

Easy to find, lots of parking. Large selection of THC and CBD containing products. Water, salves, creams and of course the organic sources. Cash only, ATM on premises with fee of course. Staff was very knowledgeable.

This was one of my favorite dispensaries for a long time. However over a year ago we were promised loyalty points and we still haven't received them. For that reason I am having to knock them down to two stars. I spend quite a bit of hard-earned money there so when it gets screwed with that's a pretty big issue.

Went to visit this dispensary for the first time. I definitely got the WOW experience! The staff was so helpful and compassionate with me. Being a disabled Veteran I must say compassion is best received when it is actually felt. Friendly staff and knowledgeable. Compassion with no judgment is what will always bring your guests back. They really take care the Veterans with huge discounts. Thank you for helping people the way you do. I really do appreciate your compassion! Aloha and Mahalo for all you do. So I don't know how you can hire someone who isn't good at basic math but my experience today was just mind boggling. I ask my "budtender" for pre roll and I get the .5 gram for $1 special. She tells me that the preroll I asked for is $12 and it has to be $15 before tax to qualify for the special. So.. I tell her "Okay give me 2 $12 pre rolls and then ill pay the $1 .5 preroll so she gives me a blank stare. And she says " Okay " so she tells me it was $24 and some change. Which was weird to me because the 2 prerolls were $12 each alone before tax. So I thought maybe I got another discount. I get home and I have 1 $12 pre roll and 1 .5 preroll. In other words she charged me for the .5 gram at full price and okay its fine but atleast now that you charged me full price for a .5 gram give me the other .5 gram at $1 now that is is clearly over $15 before tax. And yes its only a .5 preroll but its just extra bud for $1. So I paid $25 for a 1 gram preroll and a .5 preroll and didnt even get another .5 for $1 like they advertised.

Straight to the point this shop sucks! I came from out of town California(LA) and expected the same knowledge and customer service but NOPE not at this place. No one knows anything about anything and to top it off weed is dry as hell and expensive for shitty quality weed!! Won't be back and definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone!!!

Terrible experience. Don't worry though if one of their INFERIOR products like W VAPES or SELECT VAPES cartridges leak they will gladly give you 50% a new one. Great deal......right? Got called at 12am on the dot to wait to be put on hold to get permission to come and pick up my order that I placed at 2pm that day. I was told I couldn't, but could pick it up at 8am lol. I arrived at 2pm to pick up curbside as I requested because of obvious reasons. After PUTTING in the notes that I wanted to apply my $20 credit I was told that they didn't receive that that note at curbside I was told to go inside to have it applied. After going in and being told to wait inside until I'm allowed in due to capacity. Lol but I see 4 people that were customers after me go in with some staff I'm sure it's a friend  hook up because they didn't even sign in like I was told to not have a copy of my id made at the front be the two girls. I then go in finally after another 25 min and am told I can't use point with the discount they got going on. Why in the world would I wait about a day and with me going in risking my health to wait in side and be told that I couldn't apply it on that specific special. Why's doesn't Jardín say that they don't apply ur "credit" to their "SPECIALS". At the same time I see the percentage of THC is 2% off from what the website says. Just not happy how this all went down with waste of time and mis information there's way other dispensaries out there that'll give legit business and credit at the same time respect the customers safety requests!!!!!!!!

I love Jardin dispensary because they always carry CBD strains. That's all I smoke and many dispensaries don't consistently carry these strains so big thanks to Jardin for the steady supply!

The best dispensary I have been to in the Valley. The service is really fast and the people are very organized and knowledgeable. I have been to this location 2 times so far and each time was really easy and fast. Very nice location.

A friend from out of town went here this morning.  They were overcharged and not given a receipt.  They went back in and they were refunded but the whole transaction felt sketch.   Always make sure to get a receipt and check the price you pay.

We had such a good experience here. Brandi helped us out & was AWESOME!! She was knowledgeable about the products, patient & pleasant throughout our visit. Great selection & reasonable pricing...visit Jardin & ask for Brandi. You won't be disappointed!

Went to Jardin on July 1st, to be a part of history in the making. Having not really smoked since I was a teenager, I had no idea what to get. The employees were super helpful, I explained how I didn't want to feel, and they pointed me in the right direction. Two guys helped me, Hooper, and another that I didn't catch his name. I got a gram of Sativa and a couple pre rolls for around $35. Overall, I'm super satisfied with everything, the product and staff. I would definitely recommend Jardin.

Literally my favorite dispensary. All the sales people are really sweet and very knowledgeable. I went in knowing nothing and was explained everything.

Best dispensary in Vegas. I will keep returning here, staff is great, security guard was awesome. Was running up to the location 2 minutes before midnight and the nice security guard and bud tender that was there let me come in last minute! Tried about 7 location in Las Vegas trying to find the perfect one, so far I've return  to Jardin Premium Cannabis Dispensary multiple times and I'm satisfied with my service, I enjoy very much how helpful and knowledgeable employees are, by giving you what your looking for.

Love this place. Reasonable prices unlike others and everyone is so helpful and nice. Plus they offer a military/veteran discount which is awesome.

Great clinic....great selection and the staff was very friendly.  There was a line but that is expected now that it is legal to the public.  I would definitely come back for their prices and convenient location.

Love this dispensary. My most recent budtender was Christiana. She was the most 420 friendly and knowledgable budtender I've had from all the places I've shopped. Picked some great prerolls, cartridge and flowers for me. She was honestly 1 of the most genuine budtenders I've come across. She's a keeper.

When choosing a dispensary to get your medical at, one of the first things you should ask when checking out the selection is whether or not the person selling you the product has personally tried and experienced what they are selling you or not? Seriously, who wants to buy a car from a salesman that has never even driven that particular vehicle? It has been my own personal experience that "selections" often and frequently change. Especially when it's "Good!" Many times I have had that problem of having what I like being sold out all over town. That was before Jessica and Tim with the girls over at Jardin. This crew takes this and customer service all to the next level. These folks KNOW what they are talking about and if you find something you really like and let them know, they'll make certain you'll be getting yours when no one else is! Finally a dispensary that got it right! Great job!

Went the other night before closing caught them in a rush because I wasn't the only customer. But the budtender Hoop was quick to help me out, even went out his way to satisfy. I was extremely pleased with his service, attitude & how quick he was to help me out. I'm recommending Jardin to my recreational and medical friends & family. They have awesome staff & amazing flowers!

First time at jardin today. Really friendly and helpful service. I bought some gummies ($25 for 20 candies, 5 mg THC in each) and a 70 mg CBD chew for $21. This is in the price same range of what I have got from other dispensaries. The woman at the register gave me a 10% discount because I asked about student and/or local discounts that I've gotten at other places. Jardin doesn't offer either of those, but I appreciate that she threw it in there for me this time. Would come back

This is my go to disp. I have been to several others and I still like jardin the best the tenders are knowledgeable of the products their selling and they are usually upbeat and happy to help keep it up guys

Can't give less than one star. If I could I would.  Hands down the worst experience ever in a dispensary. Unbelievable what was witnessed. Ok so they are trying to have this comment removed by stating that I didn't provide enough detail. Running a good business doesn't mean sweeping your mistakes under the rug, Jardin.  So here is more detail. After I had made my selection I was walkedOver to the register with one person ahead of me. My budtender (nice fellow) said to the cashier that I was next in line.  A second budtender walked up and I could already see what she was going to try to do.  My budtender told her I was next before leaving to handle another customer. The second budtender said "oh I know" and then waited until my budtender left and then jumped her customer ahead of everyone else in line.   The cashier not only did nothing about it but proceeded to ring up a total of THEEE more people skipping me even after she was told I was next.  I have a receipt of the time of my visit if you wish to review cameras. This rating is justified and should not be taken down. You earn these reviews good and bad.  It's fair.

Luv this place,  people and buds. Dont like having to stand in line and watch a video of women half naked bouncing around. Just an FYI of a female customer.

Always friendly staff! They are knowledgeable and usually have good deals going on. They mentioned a reward system that they have in the works so I'm excited for that to start. They have a wide variety and decent prices. One perk about this location is that you can pay with card instead of a cash only dispensary.

Ive visited this spot a few times when getting off work. The last time they were having a meet and greet and it still only took a few minutes. They're open late so definitely more convenient for me. I asked the budtender for a purple strain and she gave me an OG. Still really good but not was I was looking for

I really hate this mmj dispensary its one of the worst I have ever been to in America. The herb is terrible and the service is just okay at best. I'd say go to Pisos down the street but they're not much better. Vegas is a bad town for medical patients. They cater to tourists and criminals.

May I ask what good is quality if you don't have any? Went to the BIG 50% off sale and they were "out" of all oils (concentrates) and any quality flower "gone" as well. I saw 6 cartridges alone in one display. They would not sell them to me. Maria the manager was no help very rude and pretentious. Very EXPENSIVE the prices are sky high not worth it. So many things wrong with this place. Stay away!

Great service small line but very friendly staff only one person working behind the selling counter the line got longer as we got closer to paying ..GREAT MUSIC!!!! Bumping great shit!

Been here twice now and each time has been great. The customer service is always amazing, and always quick. The flower is great, quality stuff. The FTP is buy an 1/8th get an 1/8 so atleast come and try it out!

1stime experience was wonderful! Thomas aka Hoop is very knowledgeable, took his time explained everything. Great personality and made me feel welcomed. Will definitely be returning. Free 1/8 of red dragon for 1st time patients!

Came i from Atl and was new to the whole dispensary experience. Walked in to Jardín and was immediately walked through the process of checking in. Walk theu the doors to heaven next. Devin( I guess that's how you spell it) was our weedoligist and she helped my sister and I with all our questions. Came back 2 days later on my birthday and walked away with a free gift. WINNING!!! This is and will be my go to dispensary when I visit Las Vegas. Thanks y'all!!!

Beautiful dispensary. Thomas was very knowledgeable and friendly. Had a lot of different edibles and topicals.  Would definitely go back and recommend them.

so i see the owner or whoever has to smart off to me about what I said, and defend their garbage tactic of selling people .3 or less of marijuana for 9 dollars because they give you a free crack pipe!!!! weeeee! also the girls are not professional at all, the only thing they are good at is upselling the crap out of you and making you feel like your not cool if you dont buy something expensive, girls may be hot, well one was, but i dont understand why they are dressed like total sluts,,,,,,,,, anyways they never offer you a sniff jar they seem to have a pretty shitty selection and all i have to say is a usually buy grams and 8ths and anybody i ever dealt with was extremely unhelpful and never showed me different strains or sniff jars just showed me what was under the glass ,,what a crock of crap,,, but hey if you want to get upsold by hot chicks who have zero knowledge about cannabis or good deals this is your place!! :)

I'm not the most reliable person to review dispensaries. I'm not smoker and untilvery recently was totally against legalization. It took me moving to Las Vegas, and seeing marijuana go mainstream for me to fully grasp what the industry was about. I was very curious about Jardin because it's in my neighborhood. I visited on a whim. It was very spontaneous, and I bought a cannabis brownie. The staff members were extremely knowledgeable, and very informative about everything. I'm very interested in CBD products and the non-thc products. I am also on the hunt for the dispensary that sells tons of hemp body products. Suggestions are welcomed of you read me review. I will certainly return for these iced-teas for pain management.

Very pricey. You have to go thru all the blah blah blah to go in smh ..., I received better products and deals from the Nevada wellness center.,.

Best dispensary in town! Love coming to this place. Music is a bit loud though. Great reward system. I save money by coming here as they are always giving out fun goodies, points every time you come and deals. The girls are so sweet and always greeting me with a warm welcome and a  smile! Cat is the best. Always happy to see her and pleased to receive her fabulous service. Very helpful, knowledgeable on the products and incredible at her job. She always makes me feel valued as a customer. And she always remembers me! It's what keeps me coming back. Thank you for everything Cat. You are the best!!! :-)

Serina is THE budtender!!! She is not only so sweet but she is also very knowledgeable in all products offered by Jardin.  She was so helpful and really I was able to make the best decisions for my purchases with her assistance.  I am not at all a marijuana smoker or connoisseur but I do appreciate the effectiveness of edibles from time to time. Serina was able to guide me in making my purchase and I couldn't have been more happy.  Not only was I not in so much pain but I was feeling a sense of relief after the consumption of a few gummies.  I'd waited so long for even a little relief and I'd finally gotten it.  Thank you for the awesome service and all your help.  I know I had a trillion and one questions. Jardin's service is unwelcoming and very rude. Just like all the other reviews, I agree with the negative experience. Horrible customer service.Update on review: For Customers who decide to leave a bad review, please be aware, Jardin's employees will not respect your privacy and as you can see, will disclose everything, including information regarding your account with inaccurate responses. Customer Relations did not reach out to myself nor my significant other. We had requested to speak to Management therefore, spoke with the Operations Manager, but we were not contacted by any employee under Jardin, including Customer Relations. Please be advised, there is a reason for their ratings.

Jardin has a reputation for being a "best dispensary" in Vegas, and they really try to curate a luxury experience for their customers. Unfortunately, I found their setup to be obnoxiously uncomfortable. They seem to employ the "breastaurant" business model, employing only attractive women in skimpy clothing as their customer-facing staff. They play LOUD hip hop and have low lighting, more like a club than a store. The shopping experience is not ideal, you can only explore the menu from a tablet app at the counter - as someone who likes to explore the options, it felt awkward to do so in front of the budtender. You'd think you're best off asking the budtender for advice, but mine didn't seem very knowledgeable about the inventory (and wasn't very friendly about it, either). Last but not least, the prices were definitely premium, some of the highest I've seen in a Vegas dispensary. All in all, this place is not for me. You might like it if you're a tourist looking for a hype experience, but as a local I just felt unwelcome and out of place.

She's absolutely amazing and very informational when it comes to any product in the shop. - she always makes my visit such a great one & if someone else helps me and Angie is there she makes sure that everything is completed and done right. My husband and I Just left the establishment and the experience was less than steller. The associate (Kayla) that we went to was not helpful at all. Even after told her it was our first time and that my husband was a veteran she just stood there and looked at us. As we asked for the specials and prices it seemed that she was preoccupied looking at and talking to the associate next to her therefore taking a moment to speak back. As I'm looking at the tablet display searching for items not one time did she ask us "What we like?, Or anything concerning what we may like." We planned on spending $400 but left spending only $120 just to have something for the night. Plus the price was good and my husband did the veterans discount. Idk if we'll be back. I will add the lady doing the intake was extremely nice and I did notice other associates being very informative, upbeat, and personable. I was happy for other whom left smiling.

To come to Jardín is like entering the club!! You're immediately immersed in what seems to be a Miami club where you'll be greeted by the best bud tenders in the Country!!! To name just one of the many wonderful people working there, wouldn't give them all justice enough. Any employee you meet will always greet you with a smile. So if you've never been to a dispensary or are visiting our great city, make a stop by and say hello to everyone. You won't regret it and you'll come out with more positive knowledge then when you came in!!

What a vibe here! Felt like I walked into a cannabis nightclub. Highly recommend. It's my favorite spot in Las Vegas. (Vegas Local) Ask about their delivery options. . They'll come to you for a $75 minimum (after discounts applied, if any applicable) Smoke safely and only with good circles... Peace out✌

The BEST dispensary in Vegas, hands down! The ambiance is amazing first off and the staff make everything 10x better. They dedicate their time and effort to give you the best experience tailored specifically for you. I loved KAT, she was so sweet and took her time showing and explaining products down to a level that’s really understandable. If I could rate it 10 stars, I would easily. Definitely a must stop anytime I come to Vegas.
