Chronic weed smoker but this place gives you what you'll need... little on the pricy side but conveniently placed by the strip for tourists and have great deals from time to time... I'm here today for 50% off... can't beat two 1/8s for the price of one!

Awesome customer service. Coupon for first time patients if you sign up with your email.  The walk from the Strip wasn't bad but we like to walk. It's not a far Uber/Lyft/Taxi drive either. However they offer a free Uber ride TO their location (of course don't forget to pay for your own ride back).This MedMen location is located across the street from the Hard Rock Hotel so you could also stop there afterwards. Enjoy the chill vibes!

I can't even express how charismatic and helpful Carter was. He went through and took his time to make sure i took home the right products! I purchased so much because he showed me what I wanted to see. So kind and patient! So grateful I came here!!! It made my entire trip to Vegas by far!!

I was so excited to try their Dogwalker mini pre rolls and when I opened it, there was NO PRE ROLLS IN IT!! I am have been trying to get a hold of the customer service for a day now, to which I just get an answering machine. Make sure to check your package before you leave the store!!!! I don't want anyone else duped into making a purchase with contents to it! I am very disappointed after I heard such great things about this canabis store.

I understand there is a lot going on in the world right now. However, with that being said, this location seems to be taking a negative turn progressively each time I visit it. I don't have any problems at the Rainbow location, ever. I come in tonight, put my order in and then proceed to wait 30+ minutes for two associates to each tell me they 1) can not find my order 2) guy who took my order left for break and won't answer his phone and 3) that I would be given a 20% discount for the inconvenience on top of the 20% Industry discount I already have. I was in the store for an hour, I only received my regular 20% and an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." If this is the future of how the costumer service will be at this store, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ricardo is an amazing guy!  The service he provided along with his highly skilled staff is nothing short of exceptional. Highly recommended dispensary in the Las Vegas area, product, service and knowledge of product are outstanding! You've got to come see Ric.

MedMen is one of my favorite places in Las Vegas to buy Papa & Barkley CBD.  Everyone is so nice and knowledgeable.  I can't wait to go back and visit!

I am becoming disheartened with the Medmen brand.Andrew Modlin, please do not become the Jeff Bezos of the cannabis industry and ruin it like he ruined Whole Foods. What I mean to say is that Medmen is developing the pot industry into a corporatocracy, bent on pushing a consumerist and profit driven agenda. Inside a package of your cannabis you will find a bunch more packaging, advertisements, and meaningless papers that are nothing short of wasteful. The only purpose is to sell you more stuff, but pot sells itself Andrew. When cannabis was first legalized in Colorado, the shops in Denver were perfect. They had everything you wanted and cards explaining which effects each strain had. There were still edibles, tinctures, moisturizers, etc, and branded products, but the vibe was much more community orientated and pot culture. Yes, having a clean cut look helps sell marijuana to suburban moms and businessmen. I can even imagine my own mother marveling at the pink vape pens, curated to give you the perfectly conservative, take the edge, off kind of buzz. This is all great and do able, but the industry does not need Jeff Bezos. Please, Mr. Modlin, do not ruin pot culture on your mission to mainstream marijuana. The cannabis industry has always been about helping people, raising consciousness, and creating good feelings. I'm sad to see Medmen steering pot away from these directions.  Medmen is modeled after the Apple store; it is clean and crisp like the Apple store, but also vacant and soulless like the Apple store. At first it seems expansive but in reality it has very limited, branded specific products. Also like the Apple store, some staff members are knowledgeably into the industry while others seem bored, ready to leave and hop on Tinder. There are hardly any organic options or anything mentioning organic or chemical free which is very concerning. I would love to see locally grown, made in the USA, organic, fair trade, etc... featured in Medmen. To be truly sustainable, Medmen must  combine the crisp user friendly atmosphere with a firestorm of high quality mainstream marketing and a pizzaz of social responsibility, industry inclusion, and community engagement. Mr. Modlin, do not create an industry bubble like Mr.  Bezos is doing. Soon Amazon and Whole Foods will become bloated corporate blimps doomed to burst in flame- do not let Medmen fall victim to the same fate !

Thank you Rick for your kindness and patience. I usually shop at MedMen in Los Angeles but this experience at this location specifically, reminded me why I stick to MedMen in any state.

Winston and Austin are fantastic!  I had a small hiccup with my order a couple weeks ago when an item wasn't included in my pouch by mistake and they stepped up and handled it like true hospitality pros.  Imagine getting to your hotel to find your product wasn't in there...huge bummer but one call and I was totally at ease knowing I was going to be taken care swiftly and genuinely.  Way to go guys!!!  MM should be super proud to have you guys on the team.

Not sure what they are doing but they used to be a great place to go and send people.  Today I went in and ALL the sale (17 different sales) items they had were sold out and most of the Indica or Hybrid Indica were GONE, I spent a half hour to sort through with the budtender and in the end I had 2 choices.  Neither on sale and both high end.  How sad. That will be my last visit and because of the name of my employer we get a lot of people that come in daily and think we are a Dispensary. We are not and we send them to this place, not anymore.

I bought 2 vapes and 2 pre-rolls. Was told it was good stuff. Found it to be very weak.  Very short lived buzz. Disappointed.

As soon as I walked in the door I felt taken care of. My budtender Brian, was incredibly helpful with everything. It was my first time coming here, and he did a fantastic job! I definitely recommend asking for him. He's an expert on all types of products, and I ended up some more of the best items they had available! He is amazing! Thank you. I 100% recommend you ask for Brian, he'll give you the best experience.

A worker there pointed to me what he said was the best flower in the place.  I bought it, after taxes and fees it was an $80 1/8.  It was dry and dusty and probably old.   should have brought my own flower to sin city

Do yourself a huge favor & never step foot in a MedMen bc it's the only place capable of turning a fun plant into a stressful nightmare.The absolute worst mannered staff I've seen. Their prices are a joke, literally. I bought few items that were on sale, until they weren't @ register. When I asked why not & I kid you not, the clerk said bc it's sold out as she held the pack in her hand. HAHAHAHAHA There are countless dispensaries w/ better staff, selection, prices & website. In fact, there's another dispensary just across the street, take your business there bc they'll at least treat you like a human being, not a bother or an annoyance.

Looks like Starbucks, overpriced flowers dry, and brittle, which no THC exists on the flowers, Budtenders say the best buds is the one that you want, you don't see what you buy until get home and open it, also why are the buds almost 6 mos old from the date of harvest, I bought today and it's been sitting on the shelf for 4 months according to the label of 6/20/2020, $48 8th that is completely stressed buds, I guess you have to pay for your extreme marketing and kushy store. The moral of the story this is a Fast food weed shop so expect fast food Quality

Very big selection with super friendly, informative employees. They also offer these odor and water proof bags for your purchases making it discreet and classy. Their Motivator brand infused pre rolls are some of the most potent I have had here. They also offer free delivery in most areas and free Uber rides to them.

I've spent about $3000 at this location over the past 6 months, which means absolutely nothing to their management. The store managers there, particularly Leidy, Bree and Austin are among the most rudest managers I've ever encountered- especially in the Cannabis industry. Stephanie and Rick seem to be the only decent managers there. Leidy won't even have a conversation with you and Bree and Austin make up arbitrary, asinine rules to protect their own careers - at the expense of treating customers appropriately. Bree and Austin also refuse to honor the $5 off reward points you get for reaching 200 points. It's like they don't want loyal customers or something. I wholeheartedly recommend that you go somewhere else. Planet 13 and Oasis are WAY better and they don't treat their customers and employees poorly. AVOID AT ALL COST!Update: For the past feweeks, I've called twice and emailed twice - as requested. Still no response.

Before takeoff I decided to take off. I was aware MedMen had a Vegas location so I Lyfted there, and I was walking through what felt like familiar doors, in no time. The Location is large, and the showroom vast, as I've come to expect from MedMens in California. I was checked-in quickly, and roaming the floor...hunting. A sales associate, very kind, pleasant, and personable. If I may add, in the contrast and comparison to Apple Stores, the staff I've encountered in MedMens seem to be typically as lost as customers, which I believe helps people feel at ease. Apple is user friendly, and this location is no exception. I was a little disappointed in the selection. I didn't see a wide variety of brands I was familiar with, like THC Design prerolls, which is why I chose a dispensary I'm familiar with...consistency.     The store was relatively empty, but I took advantage of my sales associates undivided time and energy. The sales associate didn't seem to have a well rounded understanding of cannabis, but knew the MedMen products available at this location, and I appreciate her honestly and candidness. I was showed everything my heart desires, and I chose a CBD tincture and a beautiful rose gold Statemade pen. The price was as expected at an Apple store.     This was my least favorite MedMen, which is equivalent to least favorite McDonalds or Apple store...they're so uniform, that any variation improving or lessening the experience is marginal.     As a man of color, and a student of history, it was heart warming seeing the staff reflect the population it serves, and that has been served the hardest by cannabis prohibition.     I always recommend MedMens to any cannabis novice, but I would not recommend this particular MedMen to anyone that has celebrated an April 20th, seen Half Baked, or has a username that ends with the number 710...probably not for you. If you want to get the gift that keeps passing, and that your child or grandchild actually want...don't hesitate to stop in this MedMen located conveniently just off the strip, and pick up an 8th...grams are so 2008. You'll be the coolest grandparent in your knitting group with any of MedMen's dope merch (andise) (I knit, not an old blow). The location is clean, well lit, but not too lit. I started using Cannibus Delivery back in California last year. Was a life saver! Was quite happy with the delivery company. Then I wintered in Florida and just got back to Las Vegas. Well the other company was so ridiculous high in price! WOW! So I tried MedMen for the first time. I didn't have an issue with the prices, then the Professionalism that went into checking out online, to the phone call I received from a lovely Lady who had it all set up for me, to the Delivery Driver who came out, explained everything to me. The Level of Knowledge and Professionalism was just simply Amazing! Will be using them exclusively until this lock down is over and I'm able to finally get to my destination. Stay Safe Y'all..

When I walked in I was greeted by an extremely attractive African-American woman who was knowledgeable and helpful, what better service could you ask for? As far as the product, worked extremely well and was as advertised. It's pricey but then again what do you expect from a store versus "your guy"

Worst customer service EVER...after 24 hours for a delivery...had to speak to 5 different people only to find they only deliver to certain areas...POOR BUSINESS...Ill take my $200 order somewhere else...go to Essence...I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER...NEVER AGAIN!!!

The staff was extremely kind and provided good customer service their prices are good and the staff was fairly honest. They offered a variety of objects AND they will send an uber to get you which is awesome for out of towners

Best disposable pens in the area...specifically the live resin ones (Binske). Hopefully they expand more into this realm. Not many options in Nevada for the higher end product, such as this. I would definitely recommend Medmen to anyone, medical or recreational.

The service I received for an out of towner was absolutely fantastic. Not only were they super Knowledgeable but old school genuine friendly . LINDA, PHIL, and APRIL each person kind and very genuine. I will be returning immediately after landing before going to my resort its a must, I really recommend MEDMEN for anyone wanting to enjoy quality flowers from a place that puts a must towards the customer not the tourist but the customer. There is a lot of places to chose from to each his own there is the Home depot places, and then there is the tourist places but then you come across a genuine place that puts a must on making sure the CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED in every since of the word. WOW. The best service I have ever received at a cannabis store. The place legit reminds me of the Chik Fil a of fast food. Top tier everything.First, this place is in a plaza so there's ample parking. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with staff. I came with a group of friends. They  ID us and then took us on a tour of the store, explaining all their products. We really appreciated this as it helped us determine what we wanted to purchase for the occasion. This is a very neat and clean store. They have product descriptions for everything on an ipad. Will certainly be back the next time I'm in town.

I want to like Med Men, I really do, but there's always an issue. Sometimes I don't get charged right or the discounts and sale prices are skipped. The customer service has gone really downhill  as well. My most recent, and likely last, visit the girl checking people in was really rude to my girlfriend. Then I waited 20 minutes in an empty store to put my order in, and left after waiting another 20 minutes when I saw several people who came in after me get served first. I went to Grove right down the street and spent my money there. I recommend you do the same. 2 stars because they actually have weed for sale.

As a local, this will NEVER be my go-to dispensary.  Yes, it is very modern, very high tech, very noisy and so many employees.  First it is higher priced than any other dispensary I've gone to in LV.  I guess you have to pay for all that tech and people.Working with a budtender I chose my first flower choice, she wrote it up and then you wait for the order to be filled.  I waited at least five minutes only to be told they didn't have that in my desired 1/8 of an ounce, only in single grams.  The next two choices went exactly the same way, they obviously have no inventory controls that show that a product is sold out.  They then went on to try to show me different strains, some much different than what I wanted.  They don't listen, they just push product.I left empty-handed and went to my local store who had everything in a quiet and friendly atmosphere and it cost less.  With so many dispensaries in LV you have choices, I can't see why anyone would choose this place.

You need to be psychic in order to have a good experience here. Nobody explains anything. Be prepared to be confused and overwhelmed.

I went in to this location around noon on lunch break from a conference across the street at Hard Rock and I'm not just a local, a medical patient but also in the cannabis industry so when I tell you this was the absolute worse service I've ever received in any dispensary in any state I'm being so serious. I waited 30 min to be helped by someone and there was only two other customers in the store. I'm medical and was treated like a fly on the wall. All I wanted was a pre roll for my break but wasted it instead waiting for over 30 min and still didn't get what I came in for because I wasn't helped. Trash service with overpriced sub par product. I will make sure everyone in the industry and friends know not to waste their time or money with Medmen!

Possibly the worst shop in the world. Their prices are over the roof, their staff has no clue what there doing, no sense of direction and plans for organized customer service. You walk in and are just walking around chasing a worker for some help. Their parking lot sucks and is ghetto, security is useless and rude.There product SUCKS!!!! Their flower is the lowest quality driest least thc bud ive ever tried in my life. Everytime i have to walk in their cuz all the shops are closed late nights, i regret it!if i could id give u negative 30 stars. Felt so high class compared to other dispensary's I've been in. Almost like a museum, I was very impressed. Even if you're not interested in purchasing anything I recommend stopping by just to check it out!

Dope experience!!! Very clean large location. Like stated  in previous reviews this place gives the vibe of an apple store or a high end retail shop. Employees and security not pushy at all. I HIGHLY recommend this place if you're on the strip.

The set up the store is remarkable. The experience in this store is terrible. Totally different from my experiences in Los Angeles. The music is too loud,can't communicate with the workers properly and makes the buying experience uncomfortable. I wanted to exit soon as I stepped into this establishment. The manager explained that she is not in control of the music

The store experience was nicely integrated to help yourself to specific information (interactive touch screens w/chemical breakdowns of each product/strain of cannabis) as well as one-on-one human interaction.Gabriel, our assistant, was extremely helpful, informed, and most importantly: patient! He made sure to explain my options that would align well with my anxiety disorder. Highly recommend!

Me and my husband aren't big on dispensaries to be quite honest, but we just so happened to be passing by this very intriguing dispensary on our way to eat, we couldn't exactly tell what it was at first glance so we went inside and were pleasantly surprised. Their customer service is incredible, everyone is super nice and welcoming! Keith helped us, we were comfortable with telling him exactly what we generally liked, and we ended up taking his word for this vape pen and was extremely satisfied!! I would definitely go back and recommend this dispensary to others!

ONE STAR FOR:Poor Customer Service & Lack of DIVERSITY.... Instagrams Brown Activist @Chicafromthewest , went in to MedMen on Tuesday November 19th,2019, only to be rudely approached by the customer service. She lives in the area and has been a native for almost 11 years, she still had a California Identification Card so the Manager of the establishment told her to bring in Proof of her living there so she can get Native Discounts... she does, only to find a few weeks later they changed the policy Again and Will NO LONGER be accepting the utility bills as a reference to being a native... you can only understand her frustration due to the fact that just yesterday she purchased something through her Native Discount... "without notice they try to spring this on me"... it says it on my profile NATIVE. ... but they still disagreed all while some reps making fun of her in the background... BESIDES THIS STORY, EVERYTIME A PERSON OF COLOR (BLACK) WALKS IN WE ARE FORCED TO GET THE ATTENTION OF A REP... WE ARE BARELY HELPED ! They go to & ring up the "OTHERS" 1st... BE CAREFUL THERE ARE SOME BLACK GIRLS BUT ALL OF THEM ARE WHITE WASHED SAD TO SAY... NO STARS IF I HAD A CHOICE & Would never recommend to ANYBODY trying to relief stress through medicinal marijuana. I've been to MedMen a few times and have always been really pleased w my experience, but my most recent visit was above and beyond. I stopped in w an out of town friend and Swanny, the associate that helped us was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She explained the difffeent effects of the various strains,  answered all of my friends questions and made some really great recommendations. Great experience, all the staff is lovely- will 100% be going back!!

I have been to a lot of dispensaries in Vegas by now, and thought MedMen would be no different than any other. But then I met Swanny. She actually listened to what I needed, and matched me with some amazing products. I had a sinus infection and didn't want to smoke flower. I don't know edibles very well. Swanny guided me to a kick ass weed infused honey that goes so well in my tea. Such a killer recommendation. MedMen is now definitely on my top dispensary list now. Thank you Swanny for helping me get through my cold and still feel good.

Med Men is great the selection is wonderful, but what stood out the most was a budtender named Swanny.  She was so comfortable and had such a strong personality I was instantly drawn to her. She was super knowledgable about the products and helped me make an educated decision. With all the cannibus options in Vegas its easy to just go to wherever is closest but I will exclusively shop here now and hope to have Swanny as my budtender every time!

This place has the worst house weed.Aside from that, the people were really nice (like all dispensaries). Fairly good selection of strains for flower and concentrate. The pricing is a little bit higher than most - which is why i decided to try their house strain. I got a couple. The strain 'joy' didnt bring me any joy because it took alot to get high. I would say if you are a beginner looking to get a taste, smoke medmens strains. Very weak so you wont get dumb high and paranoid. For people like me, we need to buy the real strains. No amazing deals or anything. The location kinda sucks since i come from south of the airport and its basically on paradise which is one way. I can do without this place. Its not horrible though.

The edibles are trash at this place, had 4 and still didn't feel the effect. I had 2 more and nothing. Threw the the rest of the container away.

I'm from N.C. and I was in heaven, I wish I knew the girl name that kept it 100 with me when purchasing my bud but she's short & has locs and I appreciate her for that! (All weed ain't good weed) so she pointed me in the right direction, granted I'm a smoker also so I know  good bud, but the help I also appreciated..I recently bought the banana cream & Sin Valley OG & they BLOWING like a Tuba!!! This place is horrible! My license expired due to COVID! I finally was able to renew with the state. When you renew they put a hole through your old license but give you a document to show it has been ordered. It even had my picture and everything. TSA has no problem with it. They turned me away. No other dispensary has that rule. Do not go there.

One word... Exquisite. I walked in the door not knowing anything about the marijuana industry & I was paired up with a "bud-tender" named Swanny Who was so knowledgeable and helped me learn all about this wonderful product.  she understood that I was a novice and was extremely patient and kind. i've never had a customer service experience equal to my visit with swanny. I left the store feeling like I got a masters degree on the marijuana industry. If you've ever been curious about the benefits of THC or CBD, go see swanny at MedMen. I promise you won't regret it!

Eh. It's a pot shop that caters to tourists from non legal states. Get there before 4, otherwise you have a line of people that don't know better.Herb quality is avg, not that much selection, ordering system is a pain.Nice people, but they don't know much.Great store for people from Iowa.

Ummmm....Does Med Men actually just pay their employees to stand around in their cool Med Men gear and talk to each other? Went in, got what we came for, waited in line for 10 minutes to check out while a staff of about 30 people laughed and talked to each other while ONE employee was checking people out. Odd experience, high prices, we won't be returning. Seems like their prices are high because we're paying for their employees to be geared up in Med Men clothing having a nice social experience with each other while customers stand around and wait. In closing, Med Men seems like a chill, fun place to work, and an inconvenient, slow place to get some cannabis.

Need to hire better night staff. I've been to many different dispensaries and they all give a friendly feel, but from the moment I stepped in this place all I got was horrible attitudes and a poor customer experience. It was extremely unpleasant and they didn't even have the product I wanted. Which honestly wouldn't have made a difference, I'm not a picky person. But overall the night shift workers made me want to leave that place running. I will never return there again.

Had fantastic customer service first by Kyle at this store. I was having a mild anxiety attack yesterday while trying to finish my delivery order and Kyle was patient with me and gave wonderful customer service.  Secondly the delivery person Gregory W. gave equally fantastic customer service. I've been to place at least 5 times. Overall the products are cheap at a high price cost. I'd rather go to the grove. Same prices better quality buds indeed.

Just loved it here! CO resident and loved how Vegas handles this industry. Nick (not sure on name, lovely gay fellow!) made me feel at home as soon and I walked in and Linda did a fantastic job checking me out with my product. Both friendly and helpful and so fun!

They are friendly enough, but too loud, and too bright for me. If I'm going to a dispensary I don't want it to be lit like an operating room and playing  music so loud I can't hear the budtender. Just saying...

Had a person meet me at the door, another meet me inside the door, and one show me all that Med Men had to offer. Unfortunately, none of them let me know that their debit machine was down until I was ready to pay, and were completely unapologetic about the fact. I cancelled my order, and let everyone I was in contact know that this information should be shared before I'm at the register.I left and came back 15 minutes later, was helped by the same three people, with no information given again. This is simple simple stuff. You guys have a fantastic establishment and an amazing collection, too bad you don't take care of the little things.

This place is like the Apple Store of cannabis. Enjoyed my time here and really learned a lot from the tech that helped us.

Went here for one reason and had many reasons to come back!!! I absolutely loved coming here with my boyfriend. We learned a lot and as well got to be in a cool environment. The whole staff was incredible with knowledge and very friendly to help. Definitely would recommend.

Definitely one of the best dispensaries in Las Vegas.  I walked over from Aria.  Very welcoming.  Security made me feel good as I entered the shop.  This is my third or fourth visit.  Always on point.  The gentleman who checked my ID had amazing dreads.  As soon as I walked in, Kayla approached me to offer assistance.  Her approach made me feel welcome...it's hard not to like her.  I believe she is the Manager.  She immediately set me up with a pack of pre-rolls.  Michael (Mike) helped me finish my purchase, AND covered 56 cents of my purchase.  I insisted on  small gratuity and he was grateful for the gesture.  Overall, this is exactly what I am looking for from a service standpoint.  Everyone was genuine and helpful and I appreciate those little things more than anything.Thank you,Nicholas

So I order from this location almost every week, sometimes multiple times and usually a half oz or more. I feel like I spend an unreasonable amount of money at this location. The drivers are great and usually the people in store are great. But often times they run out of the products I buy and im forced to get things I dont end up liking or I have to go elsewhere. Tonight I ordered my usual at 10pm on a monday. I always order around this time after I get off work. Tonight they called and left a message saying that they are only open till 11 and that they cancelled my order. I dont think that it is reasonable. I ordered an hour before the deadline and she said in the message that she had just sent a driver on a two hour delivery, meaning they are delivering till well past 1am. Why is my order cancelled if you still have deliveries happening? Honestly not how I planned on ending my work week and im going to start looking for a more reliable seller

The girl behind the counter was nice and thats about it. They dont have so many popular strains,the guy that help you would follow you everywhere like yo give me some space, and when they see you looking around for a bit and dont buy nothing they rush to check you out. Oh and the bags and packages are nice.

This place was all around great. The staff were very helpful and informative. Linda helped me out and had a lot of knowledge about their products. The store was very clean. Each section has ipads with information about the products. I'll definitely be returning. Just a heads up, they do not take credit cards.

It's been 3 months since med men reached out to me via email. They told me someone would be in touch regarding my bad experience. Turns out their word is as useless as their service. Haven't heard a word from anybody. TBH it is a moot point, but it's disheartening that in today's day and age businesses like this continue to thrive while good, honest businesspeople continue to struggle

The customer service was great. Employees were are super friendly and helpful, we got helped as soon as we walked in and started a quick and easy process. Madmen is is the Apple store of the cannabis industry.

Hands down redefining the cannabis culture. Everything is interactive and the employees are so helpful and knowledgeable. The Triple z was amazing.

I smoke their Zen (by [statement]). Overall good deals. The single prerolls are stronger than the 10 pack prerolls. The packed prerolls are not bad. Check out is unorganized, so hopefully they work on that. Even entering, I knew what I wanted and for whatever reason, the people behind me were helped first. I had to flag down an associate, which was awkward. They don't have the biggest selection, but it's quality and entirely consistent. They offer a discount for locals, which I really appreciate.

Disappointed in the help. Let the worker know I wasn't looking for cbd only products. I grabbed some concentrate then when I asked about a pen he recommended strawberry sherbert pen that I didn't know was ONLY cbd until I opened it.  It's only was there no THC but the battery I was sold barely makes enough vapor to be considered a hit. And there's no way too walk around without the sales people right in your face not letting you get a real look at the products. There was product on the iPad that wasn't in stock which was disappointing. Bought a pre rolled joint named joy that was also recommended by the sales person and it was alright but didn't burn or hit to well.

Ok, my husband and i have always been good customers here, the staff is always great but after work tonight i went in, without my husband, and ordered as i was waiting i made the horrific mistake of leaning on the wooden bench while i was waiting for my order to be processed, one of the security staff, named " miller" told me. " dont lean on the benches, its made of oak" ...i apologized then pointed out to this dipshit there were several other customers doing the same thing, he didnt correct them. Maybe he needs better training. We wont be back. You just lost two very loyal customers. Train the security better, its strange i never was picked on when my husband was present.....

Medmen is the best dispensary for the following reasons...1. Service is impeccable. Super knowledgeable and smiles from beginning to end. 2. They do not accept tips! What they totally derserve them!! I hope they are being  payed well. 3. The give 10% off for locals and 20% for industry workers. This can cover your taxes which are substantial in NV. If you're not local it's an easy walk from the strip4. Products are always super fresh and potentLove this place, high-ly recommend. Yes u will leave happier every time!

When Med Men first hit the market, I saw their packaging and immediately said "I have no respect for a company that passes the cost of their "pretty packaging" onto their customers." A few months later I found myself in this MedMen blown away at the low prices of all their home brand in "pretty packaging". I ranted and raved to my family in Ca, had all of my industry friends (both Bartending and Cannabis) switch dispensary's and I claimed that I regretted not shopping here sooner instead of judging the company off their packaging. Three days ago their 1g pre rolls were $11, they're a favorite go to that I have been getting 4 nights a week for a month..... Today I was so disappointed to see they snuck in a 100% price increase and now their pricing is just the same as everyone else if not more. Way to prove my sceptic booty right- MedMen is just another corporate asshole passing on their pretty packaging prices and unimpressive terp profile to their loyal customers. I'll be sure to take Dow the 4 good yelp and weed map reviews. Back to Jenny's and the Dispensary I go- also anyone reading this NUWU is less than 4 miles and has no tax.

This place is a joke.. i came from California and i took an uber to this location because they were open 24hrs. I came to Las Vegas to celebrate my birthday so my ID expired on my birthday. I had my expired license along with my temporary receipt verifying that my new ID was in the process of being mailed to me. I am physically wheelchair bound so the manager and associates made me wait outside in below 50 degree weather while my cousin went inside. Manager wouldn't even let me wait inside the building where it was warm. The products are so expensive, i felt like i was back home payin California prices for mediocre flowers. I will NEVER come back to any of their locations and i will tell others not to go there either.. this place is trash and the black African  American manager with small ass dreads, i hope he gets paid enough to go buy better jordans. He claimed i was making his associate uncomfortable but what can a girl in a wheelchair really do?? If your for great service this is not the place

The weed quality is horrible. I gave this dispensary one too many shots. I spent 40 something dollars on a disposable pen with CBD and THC to help me sleep and just like I thought. That thing did not work not 1 bit. Obviously the store has no return police so here I am stuck with something that doesn't work. Same with the edibles and the pre rolls barely light up. I'm not happy about this

Great service and excellent selection. Prices a bit high but welcome to Las Vegas! The bud tenders were very helpful in selecting the right product for the occasion. I recommend MedMen as the first stop in your visit to Las Vegas.

This concept is WACK! This is clearly a ploy to make more money instead of guiding consumer! Be your own brand instead of copying apple. Wasn't acknowledged after security for at least 10 minutes clearly looking lost trying to figure out any info on iPads, once we were talked to the staff member didn't know much either couldn't show us exactly where it was we were looking for, and didn't know price range without looking on iPad herself. LAME won't be back not worth the loot even though it's close to strip.

This place suck badly the service was horrible staff are super high and walked around like zombies ‍ and the weed is dry asf

I bought an eighth of  the stardust OG because it had the highest percentage of THC. When I touched the little screen it advertised that this strain was 31% THC. When I got home and opened the bag and checked out my jar I noticed the jar said that what I bought was only 24% THC! I was not happy about this. I still smoked it and it was good and all but I felt played and betrayed. I won't be going there again.

Worse customer service in all of Las Vegas!!! Lady at the door snatched my I. D. Out of my hand and then took her time giving it back to me, I asked for the manager on duty to review the tape and see what took place and she refused, and refused me service. I'll be sharing this story with every visitor to Las Vegas I can.

The very first dispensary I ever visited.. cool place staff was very helpful I asked for the most expensive pree roll they had and at the time it was a 25? Hybrid I was not happy about that I expected something more expensive and more potent

I love MedMen and I love its products and distance from where I reside but the one thing I do not love is the wait at times when no wait is needed. I understand that with limited workers, not everyone is helped at once. But the last few times I have gone, I have waited over five minutes to be even acknowledged about what I'm looking for. This visit today, I had to find a worker myself and ask to be helped. People who came in after me were greeted and checked out before I could blink at my cashier. Again, when it's busy, I get it. But at 9:30AM on a Monday and there's five workers walking around, make sure that everyone in the facility has been tended to. The workers are friendly and have a great personalities but customer management needs to be more attentive due the the fact I almost took my business elsewhere and I didn't want to do that.

Went in for my first time and everyone was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I work within the industry and love to come to another place and be treated so kindly. Chad helped us out and was awesome and knowledgeable ! Big kudos to you for all the help tonight. Would come back again

Jaime is not a enjoyable person. I can't believe this we come in at least 3 to 4 times a week and this is the first bad experience we have had. I talk to other employees about her attitude and lack of customer service and they agree. If I see her working I will probably go back to planet 13 even though you are closer because she is so unpleasantly.

Their prices are outrageous compared to their quality. 20 bucks for a 12% preroll? Plus taxes.. Decided to try the Grove which was down the street. $15 bucks for a 32% preroll including taxes... Honestly look else where or be robbed by going to medmen.

I had my first delivery with them. Very friendly ladies Marina and Shaye came to my door with smiles and sparked up a conversation and gave me a laugh I needed for the day. MedMen will be my go to now for my Cannabis needs.

My husband I visited this store and purchased a few things. My husband wasn't satisfied with the product and the manager Rick was extremly accommodating. He allowed my husband to do a trade in. Micheal was the guy who helped us out. If you want to interact with a man who knows his products, he is the go to man. Overall, Wonderful experience.

I've been to most dispensaries in Vegas, and this one is, in my opinion, the worst. Unfriendly, unprofessional staff, ridiculous prices. It was late and I was on my way home from work, so I bought something. Wish I had gone somewhere else. Neither my roommate nor I got any effect after smoking the flower I purchased from Med Men. Also it broke up like no weed I had seen before. It kind of became a powder like substance. Weird. We kept checking the label to see if there was some reason. We found it. The marijuana they sold me was over a year old. I called, and the girl who answered the phone, told me to hold for the manager. I guess the manager was too busy, because the same girl came back, and told me if it was unopened and still sealed, they'd exchange it. The reason I knew it was bad was because I smoked it. Isn't it against guidelines to sell marijuana over a year old? Oh well, expensive lesson for me. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.

I had been here once before and when I stopped by they already had my info, so its an easy process. Its a beautiful well laid out Cannabis establishment. No weird people walking around, very classy. The lady who helped me, knew the product I purchased before and directed me to a similar product(as the product I bought last year was no longer being offered).Its very easy to purchase and no hassle. I love the convenience and the knowledge of the staff.Close to the strip on Paradise and Harmon across from the Hard Rock Hotel.

David Dragon was the most helpful guy. We loved his sense of humor. He was just super friendly and genuine. The best thing though was his knowledge. He recommended to us the Dosist Vape pen with the extra battery pack. He explained how to use it, because we've only ever smoked actual flower, and why it was the best option for what we wanted. He made sure we got our locals discount. His attention to detail is so so so appreciated, I mean he even explained to us how to open the special zip lock bag they use to put our products in. It was a real pleasure David. You've got a return customer in us!

I've been to most dispensaries in Las Vegas and this by far is the worst one of them all. First off the ladies who are in charge of getting people in and taking orders are super lazy. They waited forever and made every other employee deal w customers before actually getting to work. Then they charge way to much for medium grade flower. Seriously this place is a joke. I would avoid at all costs. It's one thing to provide super lazy service it's another to price gouge because you're across from virgin hotel. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Came in while l my bf & I were in line at the White Castle driver thru.Fast check in. Instantly got helped, got recommended a nice peanut butter hybrid. I don't recall the guys name, but I appreciate the recommendation. Koko had my order ready very quickly. Super friendly service. Thank you koko!

Great service and selection of items. The staff immediately greets you and is happy to be there and help. This is my second time here and  it is because the staff has made me feel so welcome. Their non judgmental and open attitudes and personalities make it so easy to tell them what I need and want. Yes the prices may be a little bit higher compared to other spots, but the service so makes up for that difference. I will be back!

This may be my new favorite dispensary! It's set up like an apple store which is kinda cool.  The staff is knowledgeable and they help you as soon as you walk in.   I got an industry discount from working at a hotel and that was great! I personally love Vape Carts and this is the only people I've been able to find the heavy hitter brand (which speaks for itself) One day I came in a huge rush and Linda helped me check out quickly and was very friendly.   This place also accepts debit cards which is awesome!  Great quality edibles as well

Complete RIPOFF!!!!! Avoid this place.  The "half-gram" pre-rolls aren't even half a gram.  Wherever you live, bring your own bud to Vegas and don't get scammed by MedMen or anywhere else in this town.  These people are downright criminal.

The Apple store of weed! I went to Med Men in Vegas after having such positive experiences in LA, and wasn't disappointed. They have an army of staff, to the point where it's borderline annoying if you're just trying to browse - but if you have a question, you can literally turn around and someone will be there to answer. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They get into the science side of weed - for example, one staff member helped educate me on terpenes when I was looking for pain relief. They regularly run good deals, and always offer a local discount. However, they seem to really struggle with inventory at times. After checking out many of Vegas's dispensaries, Med Man stands out as a favorite that I continue to visit.

Staff was super friendly and super professional. Very informative. Loved it. Would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. I am most definitely going again when I come back to Las Vegas
