Everyone was very polite from security to staff. Asked plenty of questions about the flower strands & different pre-rolls to make sure I was making the right purchase & didn't feel like I was being rushed at all. Should've bought more stuff before leaving! Hope to visit another time soon

I actually Love Reef. It's the security company Tryke they use that deserves the 1 star and makes me hate going to the Reef. In my opinion, they are racists. A few months ago I was tackled by one of the guards. This guard is no longer at the Reef location. If seems this has angered at least 1 co-worker; possible lover. As I walked out of the dispensary 1 of his ex co-workers yelled Happy Halloween. I said but it's not until tomorrow. He said, yeah, but I deal with spooks all the time. Now, not only am I black, but his manager that night was also black. I don't know, seems very racial to me. Look up Spook on Wikipedia. Click the slang and you will see it listed as a racial slur for black people. A real racist would know that.This happened today at the north location, which is in a mostly black neighborhood.

We waited outside under an awning for a few minutes before we were granted access to Reef. The day's menu was printed out and we were able to look in the different categories with prices while we waited in line for our bud tender, Jessica.  She was amazingly patient with all my questions about which products had sugar (drinks and edibles) and which tinctures were made with alcohol vs MCT oil. She didn't know off the top of her head, but she grabbed the products and let me look  at the labels and printed me labels which gave additional information. She never made me feel rushed or that I was being too picky or that my questions were dumb. The security man who let us into the building was very friendly. Overall, a fast, friendly experience!

Customer service is awesome ! Felt welcomed and all my questions were answered:) left happy with my purchase .

Chelsea was not a good budtender at all. She really just kept talking over me. It got so bad that I just gave up talking!!!! She suggested something out of stock!! Something i wasn't interested in at all. I literally just bought something just to leave. I'm so confused on my experience because it's usually amazing at the reef. I just went to plant 13 and tbh totally better experience and honestly the transaction was a lot easier. I will be doing a vlog  on my experience to any of my 1.2 million followers that are interested in what dispensary to visit when you to to Las Vegas

Nate is great! Normally the staff isn't the friendliest. They aren't helpful and when I ask a question they look at me like I'm stupid. But I dealt with Nate the other day and he was so helpful and polite. He was patient with me and had a smile on his face the whole time. I normally go early in the morning like 5 am but this time I went around 6:30 am and I got lucky with him. So thank you Nate you are great!

First time visiting Vegas and my first time at this dispensary. The line was short outside, but the line was kind of long inside. It moved very quickly though. While we waited we were able to look through the menu which was quite extensive (in a good way). They had so many options to choose from. My budtender was very pleasant, very knowledgeable with everything on the menu and was able to help me make my selections. The prices were definitely more reasonable than other dispensaries I visited. I will be a returning customer for sure!

Victor was amazing and very knowledgeable about all of the products. I had quite a few questions and he was able to navigate me to the items that fit my needs. He also recognized my hubby as a repeat customer which is outstanding customer service. When you go to The Reef ask for Victor, he was beyond amazing!!

On my visit to Vegas I made a stop to this dispensary and it was the best one I've ever been to. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Their product was super strong. This is now my go to spot every time I hit Vegas!

More crowded than Planet 13. Line out the door along front of the building. You can look at the menu while waiting.Still clean on the inside, straight forward process. Lots of merch. Home of the khalifa kush. People who come here buys A LOT of weed. And to be honest, so did we.

The stupid employee was too incompetent to scan 2 joints and a lighter. She forgot to scan the lighter then said I had to pay the debit card fee AGAIN as if this was my fucking mistake. Never coming back here. Dumbest people ever. And the wait took ages even though we came at 5am; arrived at 4:56 and didn't leave until 5:30am because they couldn't charge my friend for 3 joints in a timely manner. Can't believe we had to deal with TWO extremely incapable people. Love how the owner then mocked me by saying this location gets busy LOL my friend and I were the only 2 customers for 6 employees legit no one else was there. Y'all a joke.

Nice and clean. Everyone was super friendly. The prices were reasonable. I like how organized everything is and they give you a menu at the door.

My friends that are growers in Colorado flew in for vacation and I took them here shopping as they wanted to come check this place out and see what LV has to offer in their field of work.Highly disappointed.Parking is weird, like the back of a warehouse. Staff was ok but you feel like you're going to a club and security at the door acting tough. Please give me a break already  imagine everywhere you go shopping you get treated like this, the world would be full of Karens.Once inside, (ID check - mask required), you can only be max 2 people so we split up. There's a large walkway and at the end you wait to be assisted by one of the employees kinda like going to the bank lol.First of all: since covid you cant smell any products anymore. That is crazy as that's a big part of picking out what you want. My friends were surprised about this as that doesn't even make sense in this.Overall prices in their opinion very high, double of Denver prices. But that's the market. Quality however is not:Cotton cookies is dry and old, and even the color showed that. Very disappointed.Cherry cookie was decent, that's about it.Wedding cake and birthday cake are outrageously expensive.They got a range of products and nothing stood out, everything was dry and most was old. Bad quality and sometimes hard to detect as you can open jars anymore and smell products. But that obviously works in their favor as they get away with selling bad products that way.Plus: packaging of your purchase it's a bag that looks like you bought a bottle and it seals.They will be back after the weekend to try out another business, let's see how that will compare to this failure....

Jessica J provided great customer service and made sure my group of friends and I had a great idea on the prices and deals available. 10/10 would come back again and I'm from Houston, Tx.

Chelsea blaze was one of the most phenomenal bud tenders at the place. She had great recommendations, a great positive attitude, and overall good sense of humor. She is an overachiever in my opinion because I had the best experience picking buds with her because of the knowledge she provided. 10/10 place! 10/10 employee! The manger was an awesome lady too!

Staff is so friendly and great! Everything is organized, the products are so good! We got a Tryke battery along with a G-Rilla cart, and a few puffs got us to the high we wanted! They have so many great products make sure to check them out when you're in Vegas!

I finally turned 21 and decided to check out Reef since all of my friends love Reef. I ended up with the Budtender Malani and she was lit! She helped me understand each tier and even explained the pre-rolls that were on sale! I ended up buying 7 pre-rolls and got to buy the CBD chapstick. Being that it was my first time and I saw a discount code on a taxi and ended up redeeming a free pre-roll! Malani ended up revealing that this was her first few weeks here and I was shocked because she was very knowledgeable and it seemed like she was working there for months. I definitely will be back soon!

My first trip to Vegas definitely did not disappoint, I went to planet 13, cookies on the strip, and Reef and I have to say REEF was my favorite, from the security to the bud tenders, everyone there is just chill, welcoming, and always down to have a conversation.

This young sweet gal Tyler helped me out and was very friendly and wonderful servicing me tonight, thank you Tyler!

I went in around 3am it was pretty slow. Derrick was a very nice and helpful cashier he was knowledgeable on all the deals and was able to get me in and out with all that I wanted. He had a very friendly attitude despite how late it was. Hopefully I see him again!

This place gets 5 stars from me. So I stayed at flamingo 4/25-4/30 for my birthday week. I been checking out this place on yelp before I even got to Vegas and definitely didn't disappoint! I figured there would be a huge line so I pre-ordered my stuff and only waited about 10 minutes. Smells like organic heaven in the shop. The security guards were respectful and chill. Next trip in Vegas I'll most definitely be back!

First time visiting a dispensary and it did not disappoint. There was a line to get in, but they hand out menus to start looking at what you might want. The line did move quickly.I'm not used to all the different strains and it was a little overwhelming, but Andres made the experience great! He was patient and didn't make us feel uncomfortable for not knowing what to get. Thank you Andres!

The line was a bit long but understanding. The lady that helped us was quick and very nice. We knew what we wanted so it was an in and out situation.

This place has Wiz Kalifah. I love this place. When you walk in they check you in and give you a paper menu. Great prices and wonderful and friendly staff. I will be back!

Chelsea Blaze was the best budtender! She was super informative & made me feel comfortable enough to ask questions without seeming like it was my first time in a dispensary (which it was lol). My birthday was great & I ended it with the best buds because of her ((: The manager was great too, (Jessie I think but I really dk)

First time here and asked cashier for something to lift me up not put me to sleep... the candy straws and pre roll I was too sleepy within two hours! Maybe a better experience next time

Super great experience. I have medical card and cant stand for a long time. The line was like around the building. I noticed a sign near the entrance indicating the medical card holder line started there. I walked up and showed my card. They escorted me to the front of the long line and called a budtender to help me asap.In and out in 15 minutes. Thankyou so much for the assist. Kuddos.

Almost $20 for a pocket rocket pre roll only to come home and see it's not even an inch long.  The store is clean and easy to get I. And out of.   Security is also nice.  Quality is normal but prices are a rip off. Try a different store if you ask me

I have to give Reef 5 stars. It's a must! So this trip to Vegas, it's less crowded so lines are nonexistent or they're only a few people in line. Anyway, Reef is right across from Planet 13, another dispensary but it's HUGE and more of the glitz and glam of Vegas. Nothing wrong with Planet, but let's be real, you're paying a lot more for items you can get in other dispensaries. So we wanted to try a different place and well, Reef came up. Everyone there is SUPER friendly and welcoming. They're also very very helpful. I like their process as well, once you walk in you get your ID checked and you're offered a menu. You can take a look at some items while in line they have displayed, but mainly everything is behind the counter behind plexiglass. While in line (Please forgive me because I forgot his name I'm so sorry, someone correct me if they know who I'm talking about) I'm guessing the guy's name is Fernando (sorry if I'm incorrect) he was there helping the line move smoothly and also was there to help if you had any questions about the dispensary or anything on the menu.He was very helpful and nice. I wish I remember his name. When it was my turn, Micheal was the one assisting me. He was great! Very friendly, very helpful! I already knew I wanted gummies and a pen. He was there to help me decide which to get. Micheal was very knowledgeable and had no issues explaining everything to me in detail. The payment process is easy and quick. I left very satisfied with my purchase and with the great service. When you're in Vegas, I suggest Reef as your dispensary needs. Check them out, ask for Micheal and you will be very happy once you leave.

This dispensary was more of my speed! Upon arrival we were handed a very nice menu of the various strains. The menu was organized by premium strains, OG, and bud for the regular cannabis smokers. There were tons to choose from. You can buy it by the bud or pre-rolled; as well as gummies, CBD products, and tons of accessories. I cannot wait to shop again! *Whispers* Get the Razberry Do Si Doe, you won't be disappointed.

The line was long but they provided waters to everyone in line. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. My brother in law was very pleased with the products and selection.

I've been coming to Reef Dispensary everyday for about 3 years now and this is the first time I've felt unsafe leaving. The security guards who work the late night/early shift Anthony and his partner(who wouldn't give me his name) took a fender bender to an extreme level. When I was backing out of the parking lot I scraped the car next to me a bit, instead of asking me to wait in my car these 2 guys stood behind my car as if I was trying to flee the scene ( I have full coverage insurance btw) and called the police on me instead of asking me and the other party to exchange information. At this point I felt totally unsafe because why did they take it upon themselves to call the police on me if the owner of the vehicle didn't want Metro involved?! I am disappointed, dissatisfied, and truly effect by this situation because I'm a 5'1 BLACK woman I don't have a criminal record and they made me feel like a criminal instead of protecting their customers.

Came in for some Khalifa Kush & tropical punch oral mist. ALEXIS was AWESOME! So helpful & patient when answering our endless questions. She even went to find out when a new shipment was coming in.Super friendly, great advice, product knowledge & all smiles. We'll be back to see her tomorrow !

I'm a loyal Reef customer but today did not sit right with me. I ordered for curbside and ordered two cartridges and they're literally missing concentrate. I feel like I was shorted! Very unsettling.

Wait in line and then place your order with the cashier. The sweet sativa gummies were good. Two got me to a nice place.

This is the best dispensary I have visited in Vegas! The staff was incredibly helpful and shout out to Justin, whose recommendations on products that really helped our minds and bodies. During the transaction we discovered we were Birthday Twins! It was a great experience, the best prices by far and high quality products. You really get more bang for your buck at Reef.

Overpriced for old stuff. Go 5 mins away down spring mountain and you'll find better deals.

I completed an online pick up order and it was ready hours before our scheduled time, which was extremely convenient for us. While we were there, Mike did a phenomenal job helping us add to our order. He was knowledgeable and extremely patient with us. Excellent experience. It felt personalized and I would definitely recommend visiting Reef!!

If you like mildew on your weed then this is the place to be , there's mildew In  the ceiling and powder mildew in the Marijuana as well , they have a huge infestation with spider mites and powder mildew , smoke at your own risk !

Vegas dispensaries do they close???? I don't even know I was there at 4 in the morning food truck in the front the food was very good I'm picking up all exotics definitely a welcoming vibe with faculty being very helpful and knowledgeable with the product I was able to grab some good stuff , had some good sleep in Vegas messing with reef I would def recommend to try if you haven't already

My FAVORITE dispensary and only one at this point. Once I find a dispensary that makes me happy, I'm sticking with them. I only come once a week and just started coming here about a month or two ago and at least one of their employees recognizes me and welcomes me back EVERY time. They are so kind and welcoming and their product is high quality on top of it all. Don't let the line outside fool you, it moves quickly and is worth the short wait

The lines are crazy and the employees seems to be more concerned about being chatty with each other than helping customers. We literally had 3 open stalls and all 3 employees were busy talking to other employees instead of helping new clients....

Julz was so helpful! This was my first time here and she was very knowledgeable and also super nice. We had so many questions but she was patient and took care of our entire group.

Omg I drove all the way to this location for certain strains. I ordered ahead. I come in my order is gone. The lady was nice she goes to grab my products again. I get home and one of my eighths is the wrong strain!

Open 24 hours a day! Las Vegas locals get a discount on Wednesday's. Don't forget to bring cash. If you do forget, the ATM has a $3 service charge. And for being near the strip, that's actually not terrible. Also, ask for a menu to look at while you wait in line. It will save you some time.

Great weed selection however I was really disappointed by there being no fish tank. The dispensary was named reef and I was really looking forward to large fish tank. Tell wiz khakifa to get some lion fish up in that bitch.

They have better price points than the dispensary across the street. Friendly staff and helpful. Cash only when I was there and they give cute bags for your purchase. Make sure to bring it back and avoid a small fee for them supplying you with a new exit bag. I will definitely come back and refer!

This was our first stop after we put our bags in the hotel lol this place is huge and I can see why it's rated #1 in the city. When we got there we had to wait outside for about a minute then upon entry they scanned our ID. Afterwards we waited in the line for about 10-15 mins before the next register was available. The staff is cool and will answer any questions you have. I love that this place is 24 hours. My boyfriend knew what he wanted immediately so it didn't take long for check out. I also like the seal bags that they put everything in. The line does grow quickly so you might have to wait outside. This will be in go to stop every time I'm in Vegas.

When I searched for dispensaries near me (staying on the strip) this seemed the closest. I later learned there are some actually on the strip so I wasted my time going here. First, there was a line outside. I figured once I got inside I'd be good to go, but no. When you finally get inside you still have a 30-40 minute wait. That's not the worst part though. The products are terrible. I bought 2 upper level pre rolled joints. I didn't open them up but would swear they were made with trim, not bud. They were weak and tasted like crap. I had no idea this places was popular simply because of Wiz Khalifa. His weed is basically Wiz, or piss rather. Just like his music. Don't go here.

I came here twice this past weekend. A great experience. Luckily we had the same guy explaining everything to us both days we came. I was very excited to come here & try some things. I came in on my birthday & everyone told me Happy Birthday & I did receive my Birthday gift. If you're in Vegas come here.

Wow my first experience at a dispensary. The service was excellent and the personnel was very customer oriented. Even the guard at the door was pleasant! The young lady that helped me was very informative, patient with a sweet disposition. I learned alot in a little time. Thank you for making my first experience memorable and pleasant.

The location was not hard to find and maybe only 10 minutes from the Hard Rock where I was staying. I came in late Friday early Saturday to pick up some goodies. So grateful this place is open 24/7! Upon entering you get your ID checked and then given a menu so you can peruse options while in line to the counter. They had some good specials/deals going on that I had to jump on. I got two pre-rolls and some shatter that was on sale. My cousin got various flavors of gummies and two packs of 5 pre-rolls. This is a cash only place and they do provide an ATM inside but we stopped at Chase before coming so no fees. The staff were all nice and helpful and allowed us to preview items before deciding on our final order.I will definitely be back and recommend them when in Vegas!

Trash don't ever go here! Incompetent and no help! Try the other ones fr. One thing to get something wrong. But then don't even make it write! And act like nothings wrong smh. Never again

This dispensary has a lot of great options to choose from as far as flower,Pre-rolls, gummies and other products go. The pricing is pretty good as well and they have deals. Sarah was amazing! She gave great suggestions and was very knowledgeable and sweet !

I am local and would go to this location because it is 24 hours. Due to the shutdown of bars, this place has become very busy. Disappointed that there is not more staff to keep the place clean or offer courtesy water like other dispensaries. I feel as if they think they will get customers no matter what since they are close to the Strip so they don't need to keep the place clean or have friendly service. We should be showing our best to out of tosners since we are Las Vegas. This place falls short.

I love reef BUT this has been the THIRD time for them labeling the wrong flower .  I called reef and placed and order of "King Kong cookies" . Once I got home I saw on the container "zombie kush". So now I'm confused on what type of flower I have. I drove back to Reef and they fixed the problem WITH NO apology. But other than that I love Reef and it's worth it !

Back my 2nd time.i am a combat vet.Jimmy was very helpful. So was Shanae. I came in to buy one half ounce. I ended up buying 3 ozBecause of their hospitality towards me and my wife. They really lightened our day since we have been going through some tough times. I recommend jimmy to anyone, he is very eager to make sure you are 100 percent satisfied. I'm sure a reflection of his manager Shanae or shanay....I'm sorry if I get your name misspelled. I have been smoking the stuff you recommended such elegance, just perfection all the way around for reef. I recommend to veterans and i will be comming back. Thank you again.

Came in because I was interested in purchasing some Cbd for my back. I don't smoke weed however I was open to trying a vape pen. I really needed some help but there was no sales person on the floor so I showed the cashier a picture of a popular vape pen that had good reviews from this store. The cashier wasn't really friendly, he got the cartridge and I said " I don't smoke so I'm going to need the actual pen as well"-(Is that's what it's called?) Idk-Anyways, He just rang up my 2 items and thanked me. Maybe he was having a bad day or was tired but he could have made a good sale off me since I was new to Cbd. I was open to trying whatever he suggested, I have money to spend. I'm going to try a different place next time I'm in town.

Most employees not wearing masks or just wearing them on their chin. Security did nothing to enforce social distancing in the lines or that customers had no masks on. I usually go to Planet 13 but wanted to try somewhere different. Some budtenders small talked to customers for a long time, which prolonged our wait time to 2 hours. We would have placed a pickup order but the site's menu doesn't include every item and you have to dig for the edible info, and it still doesn't include ingredients. I like some of the Reef's items a lot, but we won't be back. Planet 13 takes COVID seriously and offers a way more professional and upscale vibe.

Everything I bought was good! The edible gummy was good worked in about 30 minutes if you get one I say take between 3&4. They recommend you taking 2 but 2 alone didn't do much for me.  So you walk in give them your id and they will give you a menu. Wait in line go up to the window and place your order. I can't remember who helped us but she was really nice and could answer questions and she also wasn't rushing us to make our decisions. It's not really big on the inside but I is definitely a good spot to check out while in Vegas.

Go to the north Las Vegas location if you was a nicer clinic with friendly employees.

I have never been to Las Vegas before. This dispensary was the closest to my hotel. Carolina took care of me and she was an absolute doll. She knew what she was talking about and helped me pick out exactly what i asked for. i am so grateful how knowledgeable she was and how she just wanted to make sure i was happy. She was truly wonderful! thank you!!!

All I can say is I personally do not like this place planet 13 across the street is way better and the staff is incredibly better there

Justyce was short a d rude. They no longer offer curbside pickup but didn't specify on the site . I sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for someone and nobody came.

Only advantage of this place is that it's open 24hrs  That's it. Staff is friendly and helpful in describing product. Flower is to dry and the concentrates are way to expensive.

Came here on the recommendation of our Uber driver, got some edible chocolates after talking to the "budtender" about specific needs. First time? No problem, super helpful.

So first I wanna thank this place for the best return flight home ever. I ate the peanut butter cereal treat  edible before my flight and smoked a pre roll. My friends and I were so geeked out at the airport, it made flying Spirit 10000x better. They put the product in a glass container, which I've been using ever since. Also the budtender was a cutie and the bud he recommended was great! Will definitely be coming back.

Hate to be that person but I honestly wouldn't come here again. I wish I looked more into this one before coming. It started off great!!! The guy at the door was super nice but once we got to the register that's when I all went down hill. The attitude wasn't it and there was no communication about any atm like transaction return of money of some sort until after he was handing me random money that I had no idea was coming my way. It would've been totally fine if he said something and communicated that a $83 tab was going to charge my card $90. Just yikes. Don't do it. I hope this cart changes my mind about this place.....

i'm a local and come in often and had the pleasure of having Jozeph as my bud tender. he was so knowledgeable and very passionate and had a great attitude. he made my experience great and educated me as well which was nice.

Meh. They confirmed my order as ready, so I drove to the dispensary and waited 20 minutes curbside for no one to even approach my car and the security guard was too busy to pay attention. I had to call for them to finally tell me the preroll I ordered was out, then proceeded to offer me other pre rolls for the same price that are at least 15% thc lower. Why tell me it's ready when the item doesn't even exist? Waste of my time.

The manager Shanae and the security officer Daniel gave superior service and were one if the friendliest people we were helped by.

I went to your dispensary on the 30th of January, purchased a Tyke battery and a orange creamsicle cartilage in a 1g for 72$. When I got home that day it started working for like two days, but then the battery's indicator light would shut off after a couple of seconds of taking a hit. I went to charge it for like 30 minutes, same thing happened, but not only that, I had to inhale harder, but then after a couple of attempts of trying to inhale, cannabis oil started coming out the top. It got on my lip and finger of trying to unscrew it. I just wanted to know if anyone can help me out?

Been going here since the place first opened it's my preferred spot, not real happy about what I got last night though. Picked up a quarter of Louis fruition. The label says it was harvested in April 16 27.80 thc, but these buds were harvested immature it's not even completely cured, it has that Hay smell and it's definitely nowhere near even 20% THC I've been home from work for an hour and a half and smoked 5 bowls and I can't quite get lifted. Main reason I'm not happy is I'm paying for Diamond tier for a product that should be black to tier and it has a false label on it which makes me wonder what other products have been mislabeled.

This place was a God send!  Knowledgeable people behind the counter, they know so much I got confused lol but I learned too.  I got some great flowers here, there 5 for 35 pre rolls were the shit,  I can't wait to come back!

The place as a whole from a look perspective was nice. The greeter at the door the man was informative and very polite. They have an atm on site, the menu was ehhhhhhh but I blame the cannabis industry in Nv for that. What made me walk out was, the lack of best practices for storage of concentrates. As someone who obviously cares more about the products and integrity of the item I sell. I would never shelf store live resin, sugars or sauce ever.The aroma and flavor of the concentrate can also weaken over time. Have you noticed how almost every (good) dispensary you visit keeps their concentrates in a freezer or fridge? There's a good reason for that. Think of a wine cooler: Cool, dark and air-tight. The goal is to maintain the integrity of the product until consumption.So needless to say I walked out after waiting in line for 15 mins without any terps.Editing this to add a response..... see this owners copy pasta responses! I placed a pick up purchase for an ounce of Bam mandarin cookies, which was given to me in eights. I just open up a fresh eighth from the batch that I got and had six seeds in it? yeah! I called them to let them know and they told me that it was a 72 hour exchange and that I should it inspected my purchase! Well needless to say, that was my first time and last time, I will not be going back to this company...

Reef Dispensaries is a Great, affordable, 24 hour shop for all your Partaking needs! Had a great time in Vegas with the hubs for our anniversary and the Reef dispensarie was a spot we visited 3 different times to get pre-rolls. Great variety and helpful staff. Would recommend and will be back!

The place has almost no security outside. was walking back to my hotel and almost got robbed and jumped not even a block away. Be careful homeless and discussing people camp outside there and wait for people to walk out alone.

First thing ... they're open 24 hours !!! It was a total of 4 of us & we made it to Vegas on Thursday. We started out at Planet 13. Nice place butttt... not worth it. I say that because REEF was across the street & it was sooo worth it. Out the group , I'll the only one that doesn't smoke "flowers" but I do smoke CBD & they had a lot of options for me as well ! When we walked in , the guys at the door are so cool & nice . Gabby was our budtender & she was GREAT ! She was welcoming, knowledgeable, down to earth, & she gave a free gummy & preroll for my birthday :)Before we left we went back...so that goes to show you that REEF is the bomb !! I'll recommend REEF to all of my friends that say they're going to Vegas !

Super happy I came to this dispensary. The place is gorgeous and has a different vibe than most dispensaries. The lobby is so vibrant and appealing. The girl registered me quickly as a new patient.I waited in line for 10 minutes which is good. I never like to rush patients there. Ervick was an amazing budtender. He was so respectful and didn't rush me at all. Nothing but a great personality. I really appreciate his service. Gave me great recommendations on what stains would help me sleep better. He was spot on with everything.I love that they have price ranges for concentrates and flowers. So people can afford all types of medicines. Gives people a chance to try things and not be limited. Pre rolls were full grams varying from 5$-11$. Who can complain with $5 pre rolls for a nice hike out.First time patient deal is rad too, I will defiantly be back for sure. If they had great ounce prices I would be here and never any where else. Keep it up Ervick and Reef!!

Cannabis in Vegas has been legal for recreational use since July 2017. This dispensary is located right off the strip as you head behind the Fashion Show Mall. Once you must continue to pass the Trump Towers and the Erotic Heritage Museum. It is walkable from the Strip if you don't mind walking. If you don't like walking, there are always cabs and UBERs dropping and picking people up from this location.The dispensary has an online inventory that allows you to order online before you show up. This could be useful during high volume times and for overall convenience. If you decide on that option, submit your order online and your preferred communication. If you choose text message, someone will text you with your confirmation order and ask questions if say the item you want is out of stock. If it is out of stock you can decide on another option. They also provide you your total before pickup which is cash only options.If you don't know anything or want to talk to someone just show up and one of their staff will hook you up for whatever your heart desires within your price range. Note they besides Cannabis they also sell CBD items.

Ghetto and rude. I don't understand how they are still open... but if you happen to get a tall self hating  individual named "Fernando" BE CAREFUL he has no reservations about making scenes and sending you to "the back of the line".Do yourself a favor and go to the MANY nice and friendly dispensaries in Vegas. This place is a joke.

Reef has the merch, the products and knowledgeable staff all in one place! One of the reasons we came to this place was for Kalifa Kush- no regrets! Reef is probably one of my favorite dispensary in Vegas. They are one of the few places that has Khalifa Kush, by Wiz himself. This place now takes debit card which is a place too!!

Are you from California? This is especially for you!Gave this place a shot after looking up a few Vegas dispensaries and discovering this one was within close proximity. Very nice set up, spacious, everything is well displayed and the menu you're given upon check-in is very helpful. All the staff was customer friendly from security to budtenders. They had some legit strains no doubt. I went for some of their more expensive strains with the expectation it would be fire. I got some cobbler and punch. They both looked and smelled pretty good, and with the budtenders recommendation, I decided to go with that. The flower was incredibly dry, hard, and broke down to dust. It also didn't smell as it did on display at the dispensary. After breaking it all down, because of the consistency, I could only roll 2 joints whereas I could usually roll 4. I read a few reviews stating the same thing but I just figured they had a bad experience and the issue had been resolved because they're always responding to customers reviews. The taste was nothing special, you'd need something flavored to wrap it in to make the smoke enjoyable. The effects were undeniably there, it for sure got the job done! If you're looking for consistency, taste, and potency as I prefer, I would recommend trying a different dispensary. But if you're looking to grab something quick that'll get the job done, come to reef.

Being a California native, I was exposed to the robust medical marijuana cannabis culture that exploded in the mid 90s. In short, I've been spoiled. Las Vegas dispensaries, and very much so Reef, follow a Colorado model of cannabis. Colorado being the first state to recreationally legalize cannabis for adult recreational use, does not have many people of color...or, bluntly, flavor. The Colorado model of cannabis is very "Good Morning America". The check-in is generic, the cannabis is safe behind lock and key, you get in line, scour the menu, order, and sure as a pig's p*ssy is pork...you leave with cannabis. Far too many cannabis dispensaries miss what many business owners miss in most industries these days, customer experience. There is nothing wrong with this dispensary, and as far as price, selection, product potency and quality, customer service; this is a good choice...but, it's nothing special.     This is essentially a pharmacy with a better playlist capitalizing on an industry that has removed all of the colored competition through racist laws and practices, no more true than Las Vegas.     I'm not so sure I'd return to this dispensary, given there is no real clear and advantageous incentive to, but I would not avoid or protest a visit. Thank you to the staff, who were all friendly, patient, and helpful. I was having ridiculous bad nausea, and my husband ran to this location to get me a pre-roll, I had to stay in the car as I was throwing up. The person who waited on him was super rude, and didn't even acknowledge the tip he gave him either.  We were there on 4/4, at 5:30am.  We don't be back to this location, which makes me sad, because I had enjoyed them prior.  Save your money and energy, and go to Planet 13.

Very efficient with new social distancing policies! They had tents for the outdoor line and security gave us free water, but we only waited outside for about 10 mins! John and Fernando were very helpful. I was having trouble redeeming a free pre-roll and they spent some time helping me figure it out! They also had a great deal on THC oral spray (I bought 6 lol)

Great prices and Great customer service, Answered all my questions . They do not offer a shuttle like Planet 13 but still very worth the walk or drive.

I wish the budtenders were a little friendlier and more professional, but they were alright. The real praise goes to the kind and attentive security guards. I believe their names were Chris and DJ. They made me feel so welcome and treated me as if I was their guest of honor, lol. Extremely down to earth and sweet yet also thorough with their jobs. You can tell they definitely don't mess around! Lol. But they were absolute gems who made my day. Chris also made sure I got to my car safely since it was nighttime and in a sketchy part of town. He really went above and beyond. Well done, Reef, for your top notch security guards. I've never been wowed like this by guards before. Chris and DJ both displayed the right amount of attentiveness to job as well as customer service. Just brilliant.

30 days after shutdown and reef does not deliver still.  Meanwhile I have to use another source.  Come on guys this is ridiculous, other sources are now getting prices right and offer discounts.  You guys are becoming the Nokia phones of dispensaries.  Who is sitting in your board meetings and not getting this done!!!! 30 freaking days. Even that dump Thrive got their act together.  My God Thrive!!

Staff is wonderful!Stayed at the Cosmopolitan and took an $8 Uber each way to visit Reef based off positive reviews. Lots of menu items, and multiple products were on sale.Purchased 8 $10 pre rolls (Highroller & Silverback Gorilla) - decent enough for the price. Love the convenience of a pre roll as we are always on the go in Vegas. I was nervous about ridiculous prices as I've heard other dispensaries this close to the strip can be like that. Reef has plenty of options for any budget. I'm cheap and not very particular, the $10 pre rolls were great. They have pre rolls ranging up to $24. Prices include all taxes and fees, however, they charge $1 for a bag to carry the items out in. They only accept cash and they do have an ATM.Will return probably tomorrow :-)

I really like Reef. They are in my opinion 30 percent cheaper than Planet 13. Reef grows the Flowers and has a great selection and quality. The cashiers are always willing to help and answer questions and quire you to the selections you want. Please make sure you have your ID. Debit cards are allowed.

This was my first visit here. Pulling up I was amazed at how big the building was but when you walk in the sales floor is really small.. they have some good strains. Definitely on my top 5 list

Been coming here since opening in July 2017. I've been two maybe 3 other dispensaries but Reef was the best. I was one of the first people in line. Still have my scar from the firework burn they launched off the roof: I even made it through the hiring process (3 different interviews and references) but I politely and respectfully declined because I was offered a gig I deemed better for me and my life style hours. I don't know what's been going on with Reef lately or Tryke in general. The people in N. Las Vegas don't know shit for nothing. Telling me they don't sell / offer straight indica cartridge. Ummm I smoke Purple Berry all the time. So I just left, first time at that location anyways. Musta been a fluke. However;  The last three times I've been to this location west of the strip. The customer service has gone down hill, rude and short when asking questions about discounts or promotions. The dude treated me like I was crap and an inconvenience. The prices keep going up but the product isn't getting any better. After tonight's exchange. I won't be back. It's not the price, it's how I get treated when I asked about industry Wednesday and If Monday's would still be buy two get one. "Idk man, I don't make the prices or specials."  I cashed out my credit I had saved and I'm going to contact an attorney to see how I can get my information scrubbed from their system. Shitty part for you all.. I deal with over 100 tourist asking me where to buy weed and I tell them avoid planet13 and make the left to Reef. NOT ANYMORE! When you treat the customer like an inconvenience and your staff is pretty much clueless. A) higher back the mangers you let go (just assuming because attitude starts at the top) or B) ya'll just don't care anymore about the customer and just want push product. Came here while visiting Vegas and it was really nice with very helpful customer service.  The line went by fast and the gentleman was very helpful answering all our questions.  Not only do they have recreational things you can buy but they also have medicated ones if you have your card.  Will definitely be back when ever we are in Vegas. Lots of choose things to choose from!

It was our first visit at a dispensary, our budtender was great super helpful. With our first purchase we received a free edible gummy, a carrying bag, and some stickers. Everyone was nice and welcoming and the menu was very informative. Service was fast while employees were still giving you time and keeping a positive attitude

$75 Eights? Small little nugs were all dry and gave me a headache. I was researching a lot of other dispensaries and people seem to like this place. They grow a lot of product in this warehouse. But maybe they like to concentrate on quantity instead of quality.

First time arriving here I notice how small the place is. Employees are very nice and helpful. Pretty wide range selection of weed Including one that caught my eye, Khalifa Kush. The pre-rolls I purchased were definitely hitting and was also given free gummies for my birthday. Will definitely be visit this dispensary again.

My first visit at Reef was wonderful! Justin helped me find everything I needed, he was so informative that I thought he had been working there for years, but it turns out he had only been working there since December he said. He definitely convinced me to become a returning customer! Also, all of the strains he helped me pick was super bomb and it was a good deal!

Amazing for locals. $8.50/grams for me is perfect. They give you a free edible with every purchase, but don't forget your Reef Baggie or you will get a $3 charge lol. I always get the same budtender and she's super cool. I like this place alot :)

So my friend decided to take me into this place due to the fact I have never been to a dispensary and wanted to experience it for the first time.now don't get me wrong they have quite a few selections of THC products not only to smoke eat but also to bathe and and moisturize your body.needless to say I spend 20 bucks each for 2 grams and 16 for another gram. thought that by the way it's smell in the level of THC my products would work out pretty well for me but come to find out I'm not a big fan. I think I'll just stick to my Local dealer LOL.

Got live resin cartridges that were defective and and called and was treated amazing by both Elizabeth the night manager and staff I spoke with. They were able to help me out and really gain my trust that reef will never let a customer be unhappy with product.

Reef was an absolute treat! Though I'm originally from Indiana where cannabis is not legal I've gone to a couple of dispensaries in Denver, CO that were great but set up a wee bit differently. Some differences that should be noted are the reusable bags Reef uses, the fact that they carry Wiz Khalifa's THC gummies and that they're Bud Tenders are very knowledgeable about the products, which are in clear jars with holes that allow you to smell them before purchase (though I'm not really sure what I'm smelling for I like the option to do so). You also get a free pre roll on your birthday! We went to Vegas for my Wife's golden birthday and Reef was very close to Circus Circus hotel, walking distance about 30 minutes car ride about 5 without traffic. There was a sizable crowd both times we went though you do get through the line fairly quickly. The price is a little steep but the ROI is unmatched. This is high quality stuff. Heads up if you're a tourist staying in a hotel you will not be allowed to smoke there. There really is no "safe" place to smoke unless you have a friend who is a resident, so keep that in mind when you are there. Staff will tell you this same thing. This place was great we'll definitely stop in here again!

Good selection, but staff must be high af. Ordered two grams and a joint. Got all the way back to my room to find only the joint in my bag. Including the ride over, because he only sold me a joint, that damn joint cost me $50!!!!! Terrible service. I've been to many other dispensaries in the area, that care to take care of their customers. Smh

Curbside pickup needs work. Taking 5+ hours to get a small order ready but can't hold it for an hour? And I did call to ask about the order and if they could hold it but no answer. They don't even let you know that they're taking your order back to inventory until they did it already. I liked reef but they have been disorganized for a minute , I understand you guys are probably busy but the system for curbside could use some work, focusing on only inside doesn't make sense if you're offering curbside.

I went online to place an order and was given the option to text message... someone got ahold of me and when I responded they just left me hanging... Nothing much else to say except I'm going elsewhere.

Well this place is crowded, but you are like in and out like express line, they say all the weed is good!! So why they have menus with different names on it??? No clues how to explain to customers about the quality of weed, i will keep exploring another stores until im completely satisfied with customer service and product.

Flew in from SF and stopped by Reef early around 7:45am to pick up some flower for the day. I was fortunate to get Mikell  as my host. He was super knowledgeable, could speak to the brand, understood the culture and specifically what flavor I was looking for, and over all had an authentic and generous  personality that you look for in the customer service world. Found the fire I was looking for and had a great over all shopping experience. Invest in employees like Mikell; that is where you capture your value as a business.

First off props to REEF for having a dispensary so close to the strip. A mile from Wynn and Encore. As a Cali resident though, your selections are good but I noticed a lot of the weed is not what it looks from the display. I had to turn down 3 different strains because it looked so bad/"different" from the display. So I settled for a 6 pack of their Jenny Kush prerolls allegedly at 30% thc and a peanut butter edible. Total cost with the mandatory bag and a lighter: $80 and some change. The prerolls were pretty awful. Thinking it's been on its side for way too long (you guys should be storing them upright!) because all of them had a nasty burn run on its side. So the last joint, I decided to rip it apart and hit it from a gravity bong we macguyvered from items in our hotel room. Turns out, the joints are not even packed with shake but with super fine moon rock bits. (Do your research on moon rocks and I'm sure you'll be super disappointed )Ok whatever, still got a little high from it. Like an hour. Then before flying back to Los Angeles, we shared the candy between two persons and waited... and waited... and I maybe felt something on the plane after 2 hours, but it quickly dissipated. Not going back for sure. I'm glad I'm back in Cali.

I visited on Thursday morning around 1:00 AM and the line was wrapping around the cue on its way out of the door and you staffed ONLY TWO budtenders for register which caused a major delay and wait of over :30 minutes without exaggeration. If no one is paying how do you stay in business?? I left after 1:30 AM with only one product because i already wasted a ridiculous amount of time waiting and driving to this location from way out of the other side of town just to give your establishment business. There are many other options in town and I decided to go to the only place I prefer in the whole Las Vegas Valley and I saw two security guards and 5 other employees off-register with 0 sense of urgency then one person went to lunch or something a new person came out and only two people were on register still. I'll never do business with your company again and I was going to spend more money too. Never recommending this place either.

Very friendly staff and they have no problems answering questions and helping pick out the best product. Bailey Campbell is very helpful to me and always greets me with a smile. She is one of the best Budtenders that Reef has. Always go to Reef. Best Service, Best Product and the Prettiest young ladies working there. Prices are much better than Planet 13. Curbside pickup from online order was seemless. Within a few minutes of pulling up in our car to the building an attendant came up to us. There was excellent communication via text while our order was prepared. There was a question we asked in the notes of our online order and they addressed it well. Definitely recommend the online curbside option as the line to go into the store was not that well social distanced and saw several people not wearing a mask. They did provide tents with misters outside for people waiting to walk in which I thought was a nice touch.

I really enjoyed this place.. Unlike other dispensaries it's more free roam if you will, they don't have someone hovering over you which is a nice change of pace.. Sometimes I just like to look around and this is a place you can do that.It's all females working and they were all very nice and very informed about the products and the system itself. Really fair prices and a nice selection (not a huge selection on concentrates). Great selection of accessories as well. Awesome deal for first time customers, free 8th!!! Great customer service! My husband and I went in on 11/17 and are from TX, so weren't that familiar with the various products offered since it isn't legal here and was our first time buying from a dispensary.  I was like "we're a bit lost on what we want".  The associates were super friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help us.  Prices seemed lower than other spots we checked out online and in person.  Prices in store included tax (which I think is above 18% for non-medical, non-resident), so no huge surprise when checking out.  Was very satisfied with our visit and purchase :)We were staying at the Cosmo and was only an $8-$9 Uber ride there and back.  Uber was super quick to pick us up from the hotel and then when we walked down the street to check our Planet 13 (didn't buy anything bc we had what we wanted from Reef)

Interesting spot. First time visit. Just to say I done it and been there and bought a silly shiznit tons of their product! Happy belated 420 Budtenders pretty helpful. Only thing was he didn't know what the meaning etc. behind their logo tryke brand or whateva. Lol they do need branding help. But I'm sure they still making a killing!! I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Absolutely amazing experience. I am so happy with the edibles that we purchased, they make them in-house and guarantee them, they were so delicious. We got the watermelon gummies. Yum! I really loved the way they ran the business, the greeters were hilarious and funny and hip and cool and all of the people working there were very knowledgeable. The line was long but it went very fast. If you are going to a dispensary for the first time, go there!

Not sure what has happened to the quality of their bud but lately it just hasn't been near as good as it used to be. Just go across the road to planet 13 and hit them up on their daily 100 dollar 1/2 oz. Always good stuff and always better quality than reef. Also the deals on what strains change daily. Not just the same stuff day after day. Plus planet 13's presentation is 2nd to none. No I don't work there. It just seems like such a waste to go to reef when planet 13 is right across the road and is the coolest experience in the world and the quality of their products is unmatched. Even their bottom shelf is stronger than reef's upper shelves. I might try them again in a few months to see if anything changes but as for now, I'll buy my weekly oz at planet 13 or honestly any other dispensary.

I never been to a dispensary and it was very interesting for a girl like myself that doesn't smoke.. me and my friend really wanted to see and try some edibles though.. it was like waiting for a rollercoaster... they have sign in, then you wait.. I will advice that if you don't smoke to ONLY TAKE 1 GUMMY BEAR!!!! ( the man behind the counter said to start with 4 or 5 because there weak and he would start with 8 or 9 so I took 2 or 3 and wish I hadn't !!!!! I was high for a WHOLE DAMN DAY

I love the presentation here, all the flower strains are laid out right in front of you to smell and look at! I bought a g of Orange Zkittles and the buds were slow burning and very dense. It's great that they are open 24/7 and there is plenty of free parking. Also I think it's awesome that there are jars of coffee beans to "cleanse your pallet " in between smelling each strain :)

First visit to this dispensary , when I say Lisa took time to explain everything, answered all of our questions . Clean location, well organized and the staff was very friendly .. the security guard was giving out hugs (with his sexy self)..  this place is a must visit when in Vegas

Lame. Passed through Vegas on a road trip and wanted to stop and get some cartridges since where we're traveling, herbs is highly illegal. Stumbled upon this place on google, and also saw a sign off the freeway advertising that if you texted ROLL you would get a free gift after registering. Got there, dropped a couple hundred, and got no free gift despite showing the chick my barcode for said gift. First time that's ever happened at a dispensary. Won't be coming back

Just walk right in! You're going to feel like you should ring a doorbell or give a secret password upon arrival, but just open the door and enter. So simple! So easy! So fun! The security and Staff were beyond friendly and helpful! They even watched my luggage while I shopped! (my VERY first stop after landing in Vegas) the experience was awesome not only because it was my first dispensary visit, but because this place was overall legit! And RECREATIONAL!!! No med card? No problem! All you need is your ID  proving you're 21. I had a 3.5 of Cherry Coated Cookies and a pre-roll of Hollyweed! Should've been the other way around because the Hollyweed was legit, not saying the 3.5 wasn't good, but the Hollyweed was better!! In a nutshell, I enjoyed the Reef Dispensary! And I recommend if ever in Vegas, give it a shot yourself! BONUS: Hella Uber and cabs waiting right outside for your convenience.

I am visiting Vegas from Chicago and I was both excited and nervous for my first dispensary visit. I ended up going to this one because of the reviews and the hours of operation. I am glad we visited Reef because I had an excellent experience. I believe the girl who took care of me was named Shreen. She was very helpful and nice. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit a dispensary.

I went to this place last night after not going here for awhile,due to them being closed (COVID-19) once they reopened of course EVERYTHING was old and Dry. The old product was being sold at the regular price no discount, you could touch the product and it will crumble to dust. Needless to say I ventured off to find new place to accommodate me. Euphoria wellness is my new go to place. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable, they don't just tell you anything to get you to purchase, like they do at the reef. They offer you beverages, take your temperature, and provide u with a mask. Their point system is legit, at the reef you spend and spend and eventually u get $1 off... the reef is taking advantage of Covid-19 they never liked you to smell their products anyway they always say "we don't clean the containers so everything is gonna smell the same" they just want you to buy it and go. I've never had an experience where someone has willingly answered my questions and recommended good product. It will almost always be the most expensive product they have to offer, that's it. We purchased Big Baby Bud it was disgusting! Did not taste like an indica at all, and nothing like what I was looking for. I think they have it labeled wrong, it's a hybrid and not indica dominant. When I called in they told me to just try it! Even though I knew I didn't want it before I pulled out the parking lot. You guys must get a huge discount on bags and jars,  I have so many bags I've started packing them and handing them out to the homeless. I have enough jars to start a mini candle company. Most if not all the jars say sherbert since the description for that includes (Berner) but that got old! They finally got a good product it was called " Donkey Butter" by summa I LOVED it so much when they sold out I found it at euphoria wellness and have been going there. My brother is the reason why we ended up at the reef last night. Needless to say him and the product NOBODY wanted had to go. I gave them 1 star for introducing me to Euphoria wellness. CASH ONLY!!! DO NOT COME HERE ON THE WEEKEND unless you're on the strip and this is probably the closest place and within walking distance of the fashion show mall because this place is so commercialized and such a large warehouse, the traffic of in and out is crazy. But it is beautiful and very well cleaned it and kept. When I arrived on a Saturday, they had a tent outside which took about 30-45 min to go through, and with the 100 degree weather, one of the people passed out. An ambulance had to come to attend to him.I again came on a Monday afternoon around 1PM and the line wasn't as long and they didn't have the tent set up but still waited about 20min. Once inside, there is another line, actually 2- both about 15-20 people deep. 1 is for people wanting to go into the show room to see all the products. Other line: is for people who know what they want and just wanna pay. They have flowers/buds, edibles, oils for massages, drinks with THC and vape THC pensThere is 2 types of VAPE pens: 1) TRYKE-exclusively with REEF (So far that ive seen in Vegas)- cartridge and pen (5$ with cartridge, 10$ stand alone). The cartridges are 0.5oz for 44.99$- kinda expensive but mine lasts about 1 month. The other cartridge is a 35.99$ and is sold through a 3rd party. No experience with this pen I was helped by Braxton and Kasey. Very informative and Kasey even brought me some water because I was so dehydrated from waiting in line. TIP: BRING REEF BAG FROM PREVIOUS PURCHASES or else you will get charged 3$ everytimeTotal time from in and out on Saturday was about 1.5 hoursTotal time on a Monday afternoon: 1 hourWish the wait time was decreased. Suggestions: Water fountain or water dispensary for your clients who wait long wait times. Also bring back the ordering line or have an APP (the line where you call in and just come pick up stuff) and you don't need to wait in line. The line is my only crib with this place

I heard about this place from Burner. I actually came for the burner cookies,  was kinda disappointed they weren't in stock but staff was helpful and Lisa suggested cherry cobbler. Up beat place,  nice selection.  Really glad I checked it out.  I especially love that it was near everything but back out of the way.

Vegas is now on the map for weed tourism in addition to the rest of the glitz and glam appeal that is already affiliated with Sin City. Located not far off the strip, Reef Dispensaries has all the trimmings to attract out of staters to their probable first legal marijuana purchase but is inferior to its more inland counterparts who service locals aka 'repeat visitors'. Here they are:1. Long lines. They're efficient but very busy. You have to wait in line just to advance to the next wave of lines, managed by a mack daddy bouncer. 2. Poor variety. Only one indica cartridge option on the menu at the time I was there. I ended up having to go to another dispensary just to fulfill my quarterly run quota.3. No freebies for first-time customers. 4. Prices are much higher than competitors. Because... strip.5. They charged me for a carry-out bag I didn't even request. And they didn't tell me. I realized it when I looked at the receipt later that night. WTF?The Positives:1. Open 24/7.2. Flower is on display with smellguards and magnifying glass so you can smell it and examine it before you purchase.3. If you already know exactly what you want, you can skip the showroom lines and head straight to the cashier lines after they've checked your ID.4. Speaking of IDs, there is no time consuming questionnaire to fill out or any number of questions from staff before they let you in. Scan and go.

Once again, Reef Despensaries has shown how they differ from there local competition. Every time I go into Reef N. Las Vegas, I leave 100% completly satisfied. That is due to the employies I encounter when I am there shopping. Reefs Budtender Gaetaro, Instantly! made me feel like I was his highest priority. He gave me his full attention, and amazing knowledge, during my purchase. Reef will continue to be the only despensary I go to.Thanks Reef!

This place was nice! Being open 24/7 was so convenient with us having a late flight. So many options and the $5 pre rolls were pretty solid.  My favorite is still the Fire OG! The blue raspberry gummies were great too; best sleep ever! Reef will be my new go to in Vegas!

This is the first time ever going to a dispensary in Vegas  so I'm not sure how the others look but I can definitely say I think this would still be my favorite anyways. We stood in line looking at the menu waiting to get to the counter , and then this door opens and this worker asked us if we wanted to go in the room ... I'm like woah there's a room he said yeah it's for the people who don't know what they want and can get a better look at everything. Me and my friends are excited, we walk in GREAT music, super live. Diverse workers , just an overall chill environment. Made me want to quit my job and come work here in Vegas lol. The workers were super friendly helping us on what to chose but not overselling on any products. The menu showed EVERYTHING. They had t-shirts hats like a little store. When I go back to Vegas this will definitely be the first place I go back to.

Haven't been to many, but for the few that I have been too, this one is NOT my fave. Its kind of overpriced. The selection is pretty good as far as the actual bud goes, but the edibles selection SUCKS! And the portions are sooooooooo small. The service is sometimes good, sometimes mediocre.

This is the second dispensary my wife and I went to as part of my birthday Vegas trip.This place is a bit more "commercialized" than The Apothecary: The building is a large warehouse, the lines are WAY longer, there are posters of celebrities that have visites and the selection is much larger.Outside of the building is a covered waiting area with misters and cold water, it's actually pretty comfortable!When you get inside, there are two lines. I would recommend going in the show room line as the counter line takes forever.Protip: Since legalization just happened a few months ago, keep in mind that things are going to be out of stock.

This company does not deserve your money. They mass produce their products and let it sit for months and months before it hits the shelf. It's all dry and burns up quick. I feel like an idiot for spending money on this crap. Don't even think about getting a pre-roll, they charge upwards of $16 - $18 for just ONE!! These are the worst pre-rolls I have ever smoked. The weed is ground up into oblivion and they don't burn well at all. I smoked an entire pre-roll to myself and barely felt it. NONE of their products are very good and certainly not anywhere near worth the price they are charging.

I have been here twice and both times have been awful. I realize you have probably more tourist that go to your location, but as a local, I am trying to visit every Dispensary. I have PTSD and on the day I last visited, it was busy and I needed some weed and also the first time I visited, you had a spray for the interior of your car I advertised to take scent of weed out. I was rudely laughed at by the person behind the counter and told "not here! just go to Walmart!" While he was showing me pre-rolls, one rolled onto the floor, a security guard picked it up and handed it to him and acknowledged both of us.  I paid with card, as I did not have cash on hand. I told the guy I would give him a tip and that I had money in my car. Coming back in with the tip, there were even more people and I was starting to panic, I asked the security guard (who picked up my pre-roll moments before) was rude AF! He refused to give the person the tip, raised his voice and told me I had to cut in line and give the tip myself. He did not even know the guys name. I drove all the way from Henderson, nope, I have never had to experience that level of arrogance from someone working in your industry. I will not be back and will not recommend your location either.

Accidentally found out about this place from a Lyft driver, and I can honestly say I feel blessed to know of such a warm and welcoming dispensary that exists here in Vegas. Shanae is my favorite bud tender, she is super patient (with me) and is very knowledgable about the different strains and THC Levels/Myrcene/Terpenes/Etc.. even the differences in Indica vs. Sativa... This is really simple.  I love the flow of this place. The process from start to finish was smooth sailing for an out of towner. Great selection FRFR and friendly staff with a ton of knowledge. I love to act dumb to see how knowledgeable each new dispensary i visit is.  This place gets an A++

I do not smoke nor take part in marijuana but I came here with a friend. The only bad thing about this place is that the lines are long. My understanding is that Nevada just recently passed a law for recreational use and many places have not adjusted yet. The lines will be long but the staff are extremely helpful and nice. The place is very clean on the inside and the menu is clearly stated.

Buy here! Super cheap process compared to other places and the quality is amazing. There's also a TON of options and staff is always happy to help you choose.

Didn't know what to expect from a dispensary but the staff was very accommodating. The woman who helped us was really cool and knew her shit. She recommended a few items from a mild, functional high to a couch potato high. Many strains and different products to choose from. Will be going back before our trip is over.

My first recreational, legal purchase! In years past I have had medical recommendations and visited dispensaries in Northern California, but this was still an awesome experience. How have Vegas Buffets not upped their prices with dispensaries rolling into town?! Dispensary was clean and attendants were very helpful. It was cool to go into a dispensary and have the ability to take pictures and have your phone out, this is not allowed in medical ones. Prices are a few dollars over what I am used to, but it was still a great experience.

Came in one night trying to pick up some blueberry cookies and they were out of stock. Then they tried to sell me a gram of cherry cobbler  for 25 bucks that did not smell like fire. It was out of my budget and I wouldn't spend 25 on a gram of weed  that sounds ridiculous, it didn't even flare my nostrils. I bought the Elmer's glue and when I got home and open up the jar the herb was just falling apart, extra Krispy.  I should of looked at the jar myself before he put it in bag. Can't trust anyone with your  flowers these days they don't  know what they selling you. I don't want to drive back and waste gas and time for an exchange that's some bullshit. Get it right the first time or throw in some gas money for me to come back. I remember I even called this place on my birthday and asked if they did anything and didnt get a call back till 2 days later and they got the nerve to call me a friend and say sorry they can't help? Next time I come I'm inspecting that flower that ain't right to give me crumbled up flower. Dry and old. I wouldn't come here to buy an oz or even a quad just in case they gonna serve you up something dry and old. This used to be my number 1 place to go but not anymore. I'm from California and I've smoke stronger trees at better prices can't wait till I go back and visit.

Huge warehouse sized high volume dispensary. Great selection of flower and plenty of pens and cartridges.  I was looking for the 1:1 thc:cbd cart they were out of it but I picked up an 1/8th of Ghost Train Haze and some shatter.  Good shit.

Tried this dispensary as a medical patient a few days ago, it was alright, has it's pros and cons. PROS: They have a variety of options. They have different cultivators and strains. CONS: The medical patient line really isn't a 'medical patient line' like everywhere else. It's more of an express checkout lane. Meaning you need to know what you want if you get in the medical patient line. You don't get to go to the back to see the products unless you wait in the recreational line. It defeats the purpose of the 'medical line'. Every other place who has a 'medical line' means you're priority, (as in you're a medical patient so you come first) and you don't have to wait unless there is other medical patients ahead of you of course and you get to go to the back. Here however, you can't. It just defeats the purpose of having an express check out lane and medical patient lane if they're the exact same thing. Another thing I didn't like was the product. Flower was very dry. I like the options offered but I think I rather stick to another company...

As a local I really enjoy coming to this place. Planet 13 was my go to but then the few selections I made there on multiple visits I was not pleased and the coin value to. Reef however I have been please and found my go to growers mixing it up with random pre-rolls/G's/pen cartridges. I have been pleased every visit and always felt welcomed. Visiting other dispensaries I still find myself coming back here.

The first impression of this place is a spacy shop with really reliable looking security and a friendly staff. I asked a staff member about the products etc and he proved to be very knowledgable. I received a really detailed and competent information. They just made it easy for me to make a decision on the spot. The showroom is clean with smooth and relaxing interior.Once I steped trogh,  a staff memeber come immediately and offered me assistance with a really polite and non-pushy manner.However, the prices are really high $420 for cannabis. Acartridge contains 0,3 gram?!? Not 0,5 or 1 gram but 0,3. Except for the prices y overall experience is satisfying.

Reef has great prices, a huge selection, and a quick customer flow. (Though the wait can be very, very long.) Polite employees and tons of options. FAR superior to the new Planet 13 down the street in price, friendliness, and speed.

I feel robbed,purchased 3 different strains last sarturday oct.8th.  Was supposed to be high quality, display. buds smelled great. The product I received was completely different.smelled different. It was horrible, very low quality. I called them and they told me there is nothing they can do.i guess the reef does not stand behind their product. I will never go back, in fact I would like to let other medical card holders to sample this to decide for themselves.Thanks for the old bait and switch routing reef.

I've been a customer 3 times so far, and it's the best in Vegas I've found. Plus there is a locals discount, and everyone has been so wonderful. Great atmosphere, great customer service, great product, and great prices. Defiantly going to keep coming back. BTW, open 24hrs!

I come here very regularly, and I always have an amazing experience. But overall, the reason we chose Reef as our regular dispensary is because of Zena. The best thing about this location is also Zena. Any time I recommend a dispensary, I recommend Reef because I have always had such positive and uplifting experiences here, the prices are amazing, it's always clean, plenty of parking, and with deals every so often I save tons. A bit pricey but I remember when it was completely impossible to get the best of the best in Vegas. Now it's readily available and this place is just awesome with taxi drop off pick up valet pre order windows and more. Can't complain other than the exotics go fast.

I've been resisting going to a dispensary because of several reasons but when I came in here I felt very comfortable. Saw they are 24hours which is a huge plus. The guard at the door was very nice and the line went by quickly. Randall our budtender was GREAT he asked if it was our 1st time there which it was and he was very helpful. Told us a lot about the company and the great deals. He gave off great vibes and he has my business.  Keep up the good work

Entire experience was very professional and they had great options. Literally had everything from flowers, oils, gummies, lunch, pre rolled and etc in CBD and THC. The staff was knowledgeable and helped make sure we all received exactly what we wanted/needed.

The line was present but not obscene. The music and relaxed atmosphere made the wait worth it. The red head security guard was friendly and quite hot. Their shatter is great. Prices are reasonable. Check local laws and DO NOT SMOKE ON THE STREET. $650 fine but worse than that they take your weed! What the f@&%!?

I would have rated "REEF" at least a 4 star, but the red head female at the front wasn't too inviting and therefore I felt so uncomfortable.They advertise bomb ass weed, just because "WIZ KHALIFA" is in their inventory,  but when push comes to shove ...... Swag taste waaaay better than their weed, which is pretty sad.More money, less quality. . . Too bad Customer service is a bummer .. And their weed isn't good..

I am from out of town I personally do not smoke but my boyfriend does and this location is our go-to spot there are so many options the staff is amazingly friendly and very patient with you so even if you want to smell every single one they are okay with you doing that we were helped by Kari. She was really funny and sweet.

My hubby and I went to Vegas back in November of last year and it was AMAZING! I LOVE Reef Dispensaries! I went there two days in a row! They have fast service and TONS of product! When I first walked in, I was immediately greeted by a friendly but HUGE security guard that stands at the front. Then, an employee rushed out to check my ID. I was told to wait by this random door because that was the entrance to the products. The employee made it sound like I would have to wait for a while, but I was let inside after like a minute. When I stepped inside the room, I was in Heaven! They displayed a bunch of their flowers in a glass container that had a small rubber stopper on top of the jar that seals a small hole that you can take off to smell them. Next to the sample is a little cut out of the details of the flower - the type, strain, how much THC, etc. They also had a menu sheet next to each register where it has ALL of their products. The menu tells you how many grams and how much THC is in each product and the price.I only bought the edibles to avoid the smell of smoking the flowers (just wanted to be safe). They were AMAZING! Not to mention, the prices were fair. The edibles got me SO stoned. Haha! On the package of the edible, they include the ingredients and how much THC is in it. It is conveniently located just outside the strip. It is the only dispensary within walking distance of the strip. I recommend!

Great location, only about 8 minutes on an Uber from the strip. The line was really long upon arrival, move relatively quickly. The guy who was doing security on Sunday night, Bradley, I think. Was really cool and helpful. The building itself was pretty cool, very organized and clean. I was pretty disappointed with the selection. They were out of everything I wanted. Ended up buying the last of the sativa they had available and a rice krispy treat edible. The flower was really nice. They prices are super high compared to other dispensaries. I definitely overpaid for what we got. The edible was pretty potent but again very small.

High quality customer service and education is essential to a positive marijuana purchasing experience. This evening, I had the pleasure of having Jodeci as my budtender and she was stellar. I came into Reef not quite sure of what I was looking for and told Jodeci some of the items (edibles, pre-rolls) I was thinking about. Jodeci was very attentive as she educated me on each item and provided some great recommendations. Additionally, the prices at Reef are affordable and the process of getting in-and-out was quick. The product from here is amazing with great deals but the front desk girl was horrible her customer service was just mean and not welcoming what so ever they need to get someone who makes people want to come back, but besides her rude experience everything else was good.

I came here last time I visited Vegas. Reef had some of the best strains I've tried and a great selection. However, this time I tried some Mimosa. It was some good smoke, but smelled and tasted like fish emulsion which I guess came from not leaching the plants properly of nutes when grown. I'll give Reef another chance just glad I didn't purchase more of the same.

Would shop here again. Used the birthday special. My first visit to Las Vegas was complete.

Yesterday around 5pm i placed a order thru the express pickup for an cartridge and a 5pck of pre rolls when i show up i ask the cashier coreyann(maybe mispelled) about a promotion for a free edible she informed me that she cant get up and go get the edible since i didnt ask for it over the phone and told me to go wait in line which had about 20 people in the line when i got up to the counter the MOD Rhys heard my complaint and didnt offer to do anything for the inconvenience this isnt the first time ive had issues with this store please Train Your Staff.

Beware of when the cartridges are on sale, they are on sale for a reason because they aren't any good, trash, bad taste, burns horrible, just all the way BAD. Whenever you call be prepared to speak to someone that's extremely rude if they answer and/or also be prepared hung up on. Emailing is also a joke. Look elsewhere if you're looking for QUALITY PRODUCT AND GREAT, CONSISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

When in Vegas....stop at Reef Dispensaries!! Came in from the east coast (very excited w/ a few girlfriends) and JAMES (our budtender) was super helpful, patient and friendly. Imagine catering to 4 girls at once ! He was also really knowledgeable about all the greenery offered, and pointed us each in our own direction for purchases. Prices aren't too shabby and the organization & attention was perfect.

I would frequent Reef with my wife who is a medical patient before it went recreational and there was still interest in patients that relied on cannabis for medical purposes. After a recent visit you can tell the change has focused to the recreational side and the many tourists that visit here. I do not blame any business for making as much money they can but several other dispensaries still offer different incentives for medical patients. Waiting in the same line as a recreational customer isn't something a medial patient should have to endure. When walking in they used to have employees check ID's and offer some insight to what was happening that day and converse with patients, very personable. Now a security scans your ID and processes you to to the line to wait to get in the back where you wait in another line. With the ride sharing lines forming outside this has become a tourist hot spot and that is fine. There is just no way a medical patient has any advantage in getting their meds, which dispensaries said wouldn't change, well it did.

Super dope place a huge selection even tho they ran out of the cookies I was looking for but still walked out happy and they open all day and night super convenient, this will be my regular stop when I'm in Vegas

The line moved fast although it was long and the attendant was very helpful. While there someone fainted so the emergency squad was called. I left before finding out what happened. Seemed like the attendants  handled everything well.I picked up what I needed and returned to my hotel.  I would return to the store.

I've been here multiple times since it's on my way home when I shop (mall is right behind), & the service has always been mediocre, but today I was literally the only person in line while SIX damn employees were talking/chillin. I really wish I would've taken a picture. I could not believe I had to get someone's attention to be helped. That's absolutely ridiculous, especially with the Weed industry picking up, it'll be soooo much more competitive & bad service gets any store (no matter the service or good being sold) a bad rep, losing its customer base. The girl that helped me didn't even apologize for making me wait. She just did the bare minimum of her job & got me my stuff, didn't even make recommendations like any good employee would. Smh.

Tried this place our first night in Vegas..knowledgeable associates..got the orange skittles and banana fire Og. Didn't give me the HIGH I was anticipating but not to bad for a sativa..later realized that indica gives you the high i was looking for...

First time I have ever been to this place and I will NOT be going back. I purchase marijuana on a regular basis and it's expensive so when I go into a dispensary I expect respect. This place DID NOT treat their patients with respect. I asked my boyfriend if he could see the girls name, he could not, she was very rude. She rolled her eyes at us when we spoke to her. When asked questions about the product she was short answered and"couldn't be bothered" with these questions. I wanted to walk out and go somewhere else l, however, I just got off work and didn't feel like driving to a different location it was 1am. I purchased it and went to talk to another employee about it and we described the girl because she didn't have a name tag and before I finished describing her the employee already knew who I was talking about so she has a HISTORY of being a rude ignorant person so why is she still working there? I will not be back, I will not bring friends there, I won't  be bringing any relatives and I suggest u don't either.

This place was soooo dope! It felt exclusive and exciting, probably because it was my first time getting ID'd and waiting in line to cop. The building was very busy! The staff was friendly from the time you went through the door to the time you left. My budtender, Raechel was very knowledgeable about the products, from flowers to concentrates to edibles.

Came from out of town and I was impressed with all your products . By far the best gummies I have had. The lay out is Kind of awkward standing so close to others while ordering seems like herding cattle. Other than that , the staff was nice and knowledgeable, the place was spotless, and the product was amazing.

Great selection.  Needed CBD without THC for a neck injury which has not responded to any pain meds or physical therapy.  Went in looking for tablets which they didn't have, but the sales guy was super knowledgeable and gave me an oil form which can be used under the tongue for faster absorption. & also topically.  I'm amazed at the immediate results it's a Godsend. All the staff is incredibly friendly. Only reason for 4 stars is the line was huge. Maybe at a different time of day it would be shorter. Highly recommend!

Generally a good dispensary, but on my most recent visit, they sold me an eighth with the seal broken and .5 a gram missing.  I will not be going back.

They had this thing of bringing back the bags and you'd get something for free and now suddenly they don't do it anymore. I have 75 bags which means that I go there a lot, but won't anymore because they should inform people of these kind of changes. It's a small thing but this little thing made you lose a good costumer. And I'll make sure none of my friends go there! Peace

Ive been coming here for a while now and i have to say im starting to dislike coming here.... the lines are ridiculous 25 min plus wait.... then when im told i can call it in... thats also a 25+ min wait which i dont understand... yall took away the express line so people can get in and get the hell out no one wants to be here longer then need be especially when a mf already know what the want....its take 5 mins to grab my product why is it taking 25 mins plus to get my order if i call it in... doesnt make any sense... i see all the employees walking around they could be helping out!!

Such a gimmick. Was stoked to check out the huge grow op right by the strip. The showroom is subpar to lots of other shops. Very very limited selection. Was shown like 4 different types of concentrate oil. And when I say shown I mean they stuffed a menu in my face. Bunch of college kids who don't give a damn about educating the patient. It's a meat grinder there. There's a big uber and taxi line in front. It's a tourist trap for cannabis. Locals beware!

Very very very disappointed! I usually go to the reef on Cheyenne but today I was on this side of town. I decided to stop by this reef, thinking product would be the same. I knew already from the get go the vibes were different. I felt rushed, my bud tender wasn't very helpful; to make it all worse the product I bought was extra dry and crisp. My weed is not supposed to turn into dust when I break it up! Never going there again!

Best experience I've ever had at a dispensary! You're able to actually smell the strains and our bud tender Megan was very knowledgeable and friendly. It gives you more a personal feel when you're picking out your preference. Artwork on the walls gives the facility a very modern and clean look. Planning on returning next time I am in town!

Your experience here all comes down to which checkout person you get.  I was unfortunate enough to get a rude, impatient little girl with red tips in here hair.  It was my first time visiting a dispensary I was handed 3 double sided pcs of paper and yelled at to place my order I did t understand the 5 strains available and how they would make me feel or the caring % strengths and the sales person was rude and completely unhelpful.  She also very clearly sold me a 20mg brownie which she encouraged me to consume in a single dose.  Very unhelpful and unprofessional.  If you know what you're looking for I guess it's fine.  If you're a newbie and you find your sales person unhelpful get back online in hopes of finding a more helpful person.

Decided to go to the recreational weed midnight opening on July 1st. Bad idea because the wait was 3 hours. I rarely smoke pot however was very excited about rec sales. It's pretty amazing that you can just walk into a dispensary and buy weed like you were purchasing groceries. Anyways, I purchased 4 grams of different flowers. I had some Blue Dream last night and can confirm that it is a good product lol. This place had a fairly decent selection. A lot of the edibles are for medicinal patients only. Our first time to a recreational shop and these guys couldn't have made us feel more comfortable! We were there 4 days and came back twice during our short stay. The first time, the line was quite short, and the second time we visited it was quite a bit longer. However, that didn't make much of a difference because the lines move so fast that I think any day is good at Reef dispensaries. Coming from Hawaii we really felt the aloha And I can say we will definitely be back soon!

This was my first time here. We were greeted warmly and asked if we had any questions, had id's checked and went to the sales floor. I was so impressed by how clean everything was, and it was such a fun experience. Our cashier was so knowledgeable about everything and we left with some goodies.

Las Vegas just got a whole lot more tranquil. Went with friends to see them partake. They partook. It was like a complex wine cellar.

I probably had one of the best experience at reef today my bud tender was such a sweet heart her name was crystal I believe . She explain to me what every strain was and to me that was an A+ not many know the knowledge and I was actually taking forever not knowing what I wanted but she took her sweet time to show me everything and anything so I could get what i came for that's why I'm here writing this review because if you go down to reef make sure you ask for crystal !! She's one of the best ones in there I've been in this locations a couple of times but I felt more comfortable with her honestly she's my favorite !!!

Don't ever go into dispensaries but this time I came to reef and i hardly know anything about marijuana but thankfully my lovely bud tender Crystal G was there and she was so knowledgeable I told her what I wanted and she sold me exactly what I asked for. She was great! HIGHly recommend!

We were from out of town. It is very reasonable distance to the strip so that was a plus. It was my first time to a dispensary and I didn't find the staff very helpful at all. I had no idea where to go or what was going on. I understand the security reasons of why these places can be a bit uneasy and understand it's new but it would be nice to be like given the menu when you walk into the room so you can be looking at it while in line. They were out of recreational edibles while I was there but we got one of the little vapes with disposable cartridges much like an e cigarette. It was fruity pebbles but I forget the info about it. It was very smooth, nice flavor, nice buzz. Very discreet and nice to have while on vacation. Would recommend if visiting in town.

A great place to start your Vegas adventure.  You will see taxis and Uber drivers waiting outside, straight form the airport while their customers indulge in the finest cannabis products.  Although it may be a bit pricey, you get good quality that will blow your tri-color tube socks off.

I had a great experience during my last visit at Reef. My budtender Randall provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable. I tried some gummies that he suggested and was highly impressed by them.

I would give them a zero star for customer service. They seem to not care at all about their customers. Only about a policy they stick on the wall that they don't even print on the receipt. I came in there on the 10th and purchased a vile. When I went to use it 2 to 3 days later it did not operate correctly and work. All I wanted to do is get an exchange from this company. They feel they're 72 hours regardless of product is good enough for them but yet they don't even printed on their invoice this was my first time and last time ever to the store

Great experience with customer service and speedy service. San Diego needs one of this for sure. I was apprehensive because my past experience in San Diego was it a good one. I brought my girlfriend and boy I was surprised to the professional level of service with out hesitating a full 5 Stars.

I never write reviews... but I kind of have to. Pretty annoyed I spent $65 to try a cbd dab pen and the cbd pen they sold me didn't work, on the. Receipt it says nothing about the 3 day policy and it's not like I came straight home to smoke it. The pen didn't work and when I shook it you could hear something loose in it so the pen they sold me was defected. I went in just to exchange it and they told me no because it was passed the 3 days.

The security team is the best, especially Mark of Tryke Security.  He is so friendly and cute.

Amazing! I was in Vegas to work the Counter culture (pot) expo. This was our first stop after we landed and settled at the hotel. Long walk for us but worth it. I suggest uber. Lol. Best dispensary in town... by far. Not only do they have the best buds, they also carry exclusive strains. In addition to the great selection they have helpful employees. I am a regular and would highly recommend Randall, Xavier, or Nina if you get a Vance to work with them, they all are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products there.

I checked out 2 dispensaries while in town. Reef is clean, bright and hip. The showroom is a sight to see!  Many strains on display for your visual and olfactory pleasure. I was here for edibles. My budtender was friendly, knowledgeable and shared her travel experiences. I found their prices a little higher for the same gummies- $24 vs $30 but I definitely recommend.

I wasn't carrying cash with me, so I borrowed from my friend, that too outside the building,  but after getting in,  1 over smart security guy dint allowed us to buy, as if I was buying for my friend.  He said I took cash from my friend to buy for him.  It was a big insult and I will never go to this shop anymore. Being someone who is from California I had to get my cannabis. So I made it a mission to find a good price dispensary. First off, the place is beautiful. It's also kept clean. I had received a free birthday doobie for showing up on my birthday, which was pretty cool. Their bud wasn't over priced at all, the budtender was very knowledgeable on the product and overall had a good experience.

Going back to my last post , I was contacted by Reef management and was pleased to hear the manager wasn't pleased with the way I was treated and apologized for his colleagues behavior. I must say the head of Security Chris (who is also a retired police officer ) is by far a gentleman. He helped rectify the situation and went over and above for his loyal customers that he sees on a nightly basis. I'm glad that they have men like that, they see past all the smoke and make sure you're treated with respect and dignity! Thank you again!

I came from California with my doctors recommendation. The process was very fast. When I got i noticed the interior was so nice. Professional and friendly staff. Great place and very first timer friendly! The staff was warm and knowledgeable and they play real good music while you wait because the place was packed. They have a front and a back, the front being for more familiar or regular users so it's just a window and cashier set up you go and you tell them what you want and that's it. Then the back is kind of like a winetasting so to speak lol, many strains are on display with the info where you can smell them all and they have coffee for "palette cleansing" . Cashiers  answered all your questions and handled your order. It's not terribly far from the strip either as we walked from The Venetian to the dispensary. It's cash only but many places in Vegas are so I was not shocked in the least bit and we went on a Saturday afternoon so although there were a lot of people the line moved quickly. I would definitely say check it out!

When I visited this place it had some real dollies for clerk and budtenders (a good thing ); but the best thing was the prices.  I got some blue dream that was about 4-6 months old for $25 an eighth; it looked like pretend a kind, but with a THC count around 20 it rolled and smoked like a champ.  When I got a look at their highest grade I had to splurge and get an eighth for sixty; and it smoked as good as it looked. They tend to run out of their top shelf, so call ahead not to be disappointed.  Avoid the area completely around 3-6 during weekdays to avoid traffic hell, but don't avoid this place otherwise because it will probably be one of your favorite shops in town.

The worker at the front was soooo high the first time my boyfriend and I went in. Her eyes barley opened, and very slowed speech. She kept having to ask, "Whaaaaaat?" After everything we said. We went back a second time and her eyes were better and you could tell she had sobered up. That was one thing that bothered me, she shouldn't have had to sober up period, she was on the job, like common. And next, ANIMAL ABUSE. Can we talk about it? They have about FIVE exotic jelly fish in a FILTHY tank. Covered in debris, and algea. The tank is soooo small oh my god. It's not okay, I get the theme is "ocean side" or whatever, but really? You have to neglect these beautiful creatures to make the dispensary look a little better? It makes it look very bad, and it's very hard for me to see these creatures in that situation.

Awesome customer service from everyone! So many people were there and everything appeared to be running super smooth. The product I got is incredible, the menu makes it super hard to pick just one thing ; the low prices made it so i could choose a variety without breaking the bank. Will definitely be back.

The Reef is a place were I can find good Budtenders (Miranda) and good deals. The Reef also has a social atmosphere that has know second, very friendly.

Been here several times each time spent over $300. Bud tenders very rude, I feel there has to be a place where they teach not only there bud tenders but there security guards to be nice and helpful. I bought several 1/8s of  the most expensive flower they offer at 60-65 1/8. Tried each one and really wasn't impressed. I don't think the tryke platinum level is near as good as they want people to think it is.

Was pleasantly surprised to find out that recreational marijuana has been legal in Las Vegas since July.  Since I didn't want to smell like the smoke of marijuana in the casinos, I decided to try edibles for the first time.  The staff, called Budtenders, were very helpful and knowledgeable.  She was patient and friendly as she answered my many questions.  I experienced a pleasant, enjoyable, but not too intense buzz.  The buzz went well with the hustle and bustle of a casino.  I will shop there again on my future trips to Vegas.  They have a large variety of flowers and edibles. Finally, the cost wasn't nearly as expensive as I would have thought.  So don't be paranoid, go to Reef Dispensaries, and enjoy the experience of the shop, it's sights and smells and have fun

Great experience.  Knowledgable, polite, and professional staff.  Pleasantly surprised to be able to get a replacement for a fresh but defective concentrate cartridge.  They even let me keep the defective one (which began to work a bit).  What more would you want from a pot dispensary?  Terrific variety of products and great prices, too!

I love this place! Only giving it low stars because of the bags they make you buy. The reef bags sold for like $3. You have to bring it back every time and put your purchase in it. If you forget it you have to buy a new one. I'm sorry but what a WASTE. We waste enough in this country. I now have 3 bags in 3 weeks. I wish the dispensaries could create a rectycling program for empty marijuana containers and these BAGS! C'mon guys, weed is stereotypically an earth friendly drug. Let's not create more waste

This was my first VEGAS dispensary experience. I went into Reef cause I heard it was the place to go out here. I'm from LA so my standards are pretty high when it comes to weed. Pretty low when it comes to bud tenders but these bud tenders were very different. Extremely friendly. All of them seem to be enjoying where they work. Ryan helped me and my brother out. Answered our questions with the utmost patience and made sure we were happy with our selections. This place has become to gold standard of dispensaries for me! I wish we had one in LA!

Friendly staff, very knowledgeable for first timers like myself. I love the pens, for some reason the sativa pen (jack Herrera) I believe, didn't make me feel sluggish and kept me up for functions. Munchies like crazy though

Steep prices, rough location, staff seems very busy and or in a non cannabis environment.  There is other places with better medicine for cheaper and in a much safer location.If you like those places that make you feel as though you are shopping at walmart this place is for you!

I've had chronic pain for a few yrs now. I don't like taking pain pills.  I was introduced to CBD oil and I loved it. I haven't been able to find the same brand as before. I go here often because they cater to locals. Employees are helpful and quick. Quality is perfection. Atmosphere is very chill. The range of price and products has something for everyone! Came in on my birthday and got a ton of freebies. After all the new dispensaries opened up and I've been around, this is the one I'll always go to.

Disappointed is an understatement. This place blows! My husband and i are regular consumers of cannabis, visit dispensaries often and this one was the biggest let down.  We were here December 28th and got shown some stuff, -barely. They guy clearly hated his job and was the most unfriendly bud tender I'd ever met. After we picked what we wanted he grabbed some pre packaged jars and rang them up-when we got back to our hotel and read the label, they were harvested January 1st, packaged on January 5th. A whole year! A whole year that bud was in a jar and they made us pay full price. Such a jerk move. Crappy, old weed for top dollar prices? No thanks, we will not be going back!

I use to like this shop until they started taking recreational. I waited as a medical patient in what was suppose to be the express line.I watched as a girl working there shut down the "express line" and left. I watched the recreational line pass me by for 45 minutes. Finally they got their line in order, but they still forget about the Medical Line that is suppose to go first. I just went tonight 615/2018, Friday. The reason I go here is because it is 24/7 and I never have to have my Rec. to get in the medical line. There is a new security guard who is tall, an who was working at 11:25pm when I walked in. He checked my ID, I got in the Medical Line, and he turned me away without my Rec. Told me to get in the Recreational line although I have been coming for 2 years and never showed my Rec, just to scan it into the system. All of the business and Referrals I give, I'll think twice before I go back here...thanks to the new guy. I'll be talking to a Manager next time I visit as well to ask when the policy changed because even without a card, it shows medical in the system when you check in, as they always quote my discount. So please advise. What is the policy? Do you need your Rec or no for Medical to get in the Medical line?

Holy cow I was blown away by this place.  The staff was super friendly, professional and demonstrated their extensive knowledge on the various products.  And no kidding, the shop feels like an Apple Store.  Clean, organized and very high-tech.  I'm impressed and so happy we finally have a facility like this here in Vegas to take care of my medicinal needs.

I was going here weekly until I purchased a disposable vape pen that stopped working. It was a CBD vape pen. The manager didn't do anything for me and gave me the HR number for corporate. What a joke!!! I buy from this place constantly. My pen didn't even have any THC in it. Since this experience, I have since gone to Relief on paradise. They always take card of me!

This place was so simple but so rad! Service is fast a friendly for it normally being fairly busy, I went two days in a row! My experience was great, I had a newer gentleman helping me last Friday night (4.6.18) late night, and he was awesome! Tommy was also very insightful, it was nice to be able to speak with someone who's in the business and get some insight with each other on different strains and experiences between the states and what we enjoy and don't enjoy about the business. The ladies that helped answer some questions were nice as well, all seemed very knowledgeable which was very refreshing! I got some pre rolls while visiting and let me tell you! That STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE was divine. The night terror and mendo were not far behind. The exit bags you get are dope, if you return 11 of them(technically 10 but if you bring your 11th one you won't have to pay for another exit bag for your freebie)(all at once) you do receive a free pre roll which is rad! The price was on point which thank the lord because the last 3 dispensaries I visited here in Vegas were quite spendy and I'm visiting from Oregon where prices are fairly low for high quality, for this being a hype place to go, the prices were super reasonable. ILL MOST DEF BE BACK

I have not had a pleasant experience with any of their weed or concentrate but if you like to throw your  money around on inferior product and free stuff then this is the place for you! The bud-tenders here are very knowledgeable and I always get the help I need. My last visit I was helped out by Crystal G.  She was extremely helpful and very patient with me. I was looking for a heavy indica and she recommended me to try the black water strain which I really loved and is now one is my favorites. Overall she had great customer service and I was fully satisfied with my visit and the with the purchase I made. I give this visit an A+

For starters they are in the worst part of town. There not knowledgeable on weed . There inside setup os a joke. All thay play is ghetto music. ( not all pot smokers listen to black music) there prices are 15/ gr. They just are ugh!! Essence is the best place in vegas !!!!

I would say it is a really cool place which is true and this may or not may be the budtenders problem but they weren't really informative with how strong their edible chocolate I bought was. It wound up making me violently sick for 24 hours. It felt like I needed my appendix taken out (for the second time lol) this is partially my fault but I did ask the guy for a nice edible, he didn't inform he that these were INCREDIBLY strong and had oil infused in them as well.. which led to my demise i assume.  It was pretty cool overall and now I know to ask about oil, but i think if they want to insure a better experience they should probably look at someone who admitted they didn't really know what to get/ what would be best for them and warn them with how strong whatever they are purchasing is

I just returned from a trip out to LV for my best friends bachelorette party.  I am not a drinker, so you can imagine how thrilled I was to find out that recreational was going legal in NV the same day I arrived!  I did not, however, account for the intense heat.  I arrived to Reef's location around 4pm and got in the first of three controlled access lines for entry.  Current medical card holders were allowed to jump the line, so I had to wait awhile. The staff at Reef was handing out ice cold water and ice pops to keep everyone cool - a far cry from what the resorts over on the strip offer ($14 for a bottle of water when it's 110 degrees outside is simply inhumane).  Anyhow, within about 30 minutes of being in line, I was seeing spots and feeling extremely weak.  I knew something was wrong and was starting to panic.  I approached a staff member and security officer and told them I thought I was going to pass out.  I must have looked pretty bad, because their reaction was immediate - they ushered me into the air-conditioned lobby where the second line of customers was waiting and gave me two more bottles of cold water and asked me to sit there.  Shortly after, I went into the bathroom and got sick.  When I came out, I felt much better.  The Reef staff checked with me again to ensure I was okay, and then the man said to me "hey, just go ahead and get in this line - you don't need to go back out in that heat."  Not only did these guys show an emergence for my state of health, but they also hooked me up when they could have just turned me away and said not our problem.  Because of them I was able to survive my ill-planned trip to their dispensary and still come away with some great products to enjoy for my trip.  I will definitely be back to Reef on my next trip out to LV.  BIG THANKS to Reef/Tryke for the incredible customer service!!!

Been here a few times. I would recommend over the other place we visited. This place is close to treasure island, Mirage, trump, palazzo, and Venetian. We stayed at the palazzo and it wasn't that bad of a walk. We both walked and Uber'd when we went there. I'd recommend walking in the afternoon/evening when it's a little cooler. Once you walk in, it's very neat clean and organized. They check your id and then there are a few lines to choose from depending what you're there for, and they're all clearly marked. The menu board is on the wall near the line. You wait in line until they let you back to the showroom. Then you'll wait in line again to go up to the bud tenders to buy what you want. They take their time and don't rush you. They are very friendly. When you show your id to buy, make sure you always show the same persons id if you are with a group, they set up an acct for you and track your spending and you get rewards to redeem after spending $100. They have atms inside if you need it. Will be back, like this location! Also, the wait hasn't ever been long.

Ok so this was my first time at the dispensary I'm so disappointed. Being from California ( the Bay Area ) where you could go to Cookies SF get the most exotic weed. This is terrible!! The reason I don't buy weed from a dispensary in Vegas. I don't know if it's the way the package their weed in jars. But I bought top shelf( Blueberry Cookies ) weed $130 for 7grams and it is crunchy breaks down to shake. The air in Vegas is so dry so you have to make sure u package the weed right or it will just dry out. First and last time I go to a dispensary. Weed is suppose to be sticky buds that don't turn to dust when you break it down. I smoke and smoke the best of best this is what they call good weed in Vegas. These people writing these reviews have to be people from out of town tourist. That know nothing about good weed! That literally can't be serious for selling SHAKE for the price the sell it for. This new weed market full of people who NO NOTHING ABOUT WEED.

I can only imagine the shit quality of there dabs,vapes, prerolls, or edibles they probably buy the cheapest product at the lowest price, and pawn off this garbage on us!! i could grow better weed in my toilet bro real talk,,,, I have read bad reviews about the mentioned products by the way, all I can attest to is that the flower is freakin garbage, from shit growers like natures chemistry, flora vega, others i dont know of but alot of the bud in the sniff jars looks like homegrown crap, might be good to the untrained eye "tourists" but not me Bro, I smoked Dank in Hawaii medical grade, and ya they claim to sell Cannibiotix but its not its just bait and switch, they even admit that they dont recieve the flower pre packaged, and they have a giant cultivation facility on site, so do the math bro, theres no way u can sell a Premium shelf Cannibiotix strain for 70$ a quarter when they sell 55 and 8th in other stores, the reason ur saving so much money is because it isnt the flower they claimed it is sure it may be  "whitewalker og" but i bet you anything that whitewalker wasnt grown in a Cannibiotix cultivation facility, because the real strains are fresh, exotic, and smell sooo good, taste great, and get you so stoned its great,best so far are Blueberry indica, snoop master kush, whitewalker og, casino kush,   and even good sativa strains like lorange and strawberry lemonade,, but let me tell you right now if it isnt in the cannibiotix jar with a freshness seal it is not Cannibiotix flower! just something to think about for real pot snobs not bullshit conformists or tourists "sheaple"  reef is beyond Garbage!!!!!! bad product bad service, and no i dont need to be checked in by a damn security guard ok? this place sucks , they lack integrity and out a bad name on Legal Marijuana

By far the most friendly and knowledgeable staff in town. I moved here from out of town and needed a safe and no pressure place i could ask questions and this was the only place i could find that was interested in making sure i left happy and informed. no need to look any further this is the best one stop shop in town.

Good bud and pretty decent prices. The line was far too long. Took an hour from start to finish and the first part of the line was outside!! It's 115 degrees and there was no tent or anything to block the sun. This place is such a big warehouse but the lobby and floor room were so tiny. I'll go back but only after summer passes. I won't put myself through the torture for some bud when there's another dispensary right down the street

The prices, the bud is always the best. They give you nicer containers then any other dispensery. I love the selection they have here and how beautiful it is inside.

First time here at this dispensary and honestly it's my absolute favorite in all of Vegas! Compared to other in the area this one has reasonable pricing and the bud tenders are very informative and answered all my questions. All you need is your licenses and be 21+ to enter and purchase marijuana and enjoy! Edibles, concentrates, flowers, drinks, all with THC and CBD.

Some reason they don't like Planet 13 being so close to them. Reef likes to cry because all the customers wants the taxis, Uber and Lyft drivers take them to Planet 13Review update after the manager comment:  Others don't entice any kind of discounts or kickbacks to me, they give it willingly, it's call a military discount! (Oh by the way your welcome for your freedom!) Second, everywhere else is cheaper and better than yours. Quit trying to make it sound like your way better than everyone else, because you're not! Your only digging a bigger hole for yourself!

I can't say enough about this place. It's always our first stop when visiting Vegas. Visited on a Tuesday around 10pm and luckily we beat the crowd. The line was out the door when we left. Again the staff is the friendliest from the security guard at the door to the front counter. This time I was helped by Blaze. She's so energetic. I just loved her energy and her passion when describing the products. We explored more products this time...1.) Toasted S'mores. Such good flavor and conveniently  wrapped individually. Also on sale currently. 2.) Cheeba Chews both in the hybrid and sativa. For only 10mg per piece this little bitty candy packs a punch. I litterly floated back to my hotel room. The only problem with this Candy is that it tastes way too good. You litterly just want to keep eating more. 3.) Tryke Tincture in Peppermint. A little drop under your tongue in the morning and your off to a great start. 4.) Canabella Honey. Half a spoon will due. We always say we'll go to Reef and then we'll check out the guys across the street....needless to say we never do cross the street! Reef has everything we need from a wide variety of products to the best customer service. Tip: if you know what you want order online. Quick and easy pickup and you'll save yourself some money.

First time in Vegas and went straight to the dispensary Google rated as the best and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Mel was my budtender and she was great. Answered all my questions and gave me some facts that I didn't know..I would most definitely advise anyone to check them out.. will be going back before my vacation is over... THANKS MEL!!
