The Grove Is a great and friendly environment to visit and buy from. Customer service was excellent and the prices were excellent as well.

Marijuana is legal for recreational use in Las Vegas and I visited the grove to try it for the first time since college days ! The bud tenders were all very helpful and guide me toward good choices  Pot  is a lot stronger than it used to be so smoke responsibly and have fun !!

They have a great selection! We came here on a Sunday so they were sold out of the punch drinks but lots of variance in their products. My only gripe is that I was missing one of my lozenges from my bottle. Actually, when I asked the guy how many came in the package he said he thought there was 30. When I counted them I only got 19. He may have been mistaken and it should have been 20. Which would have been fine. But still missing one. I was already on my way out of town otherwise I would have let them know. I guess I should have checked sooner.

I can't believe how dishonest these people are. I was quoted one price $118 with my military discount for my order. The manager confirmed and even gave me one lesser product so i could make it. First of all it is ridiculous that orders are $100 minimum and tax is $30 with delivery. They are no better than the local project yo, slanging on the stoop. After I wait all day the dooshy man bun wearing delivery driver, says "It's $124" doesn't even let me speak to the cowardly manager. Then he like a coward drives away and when i text can i speak to the manager he say's, "This is my personal # do not call me and threats are not wise." I call the store they hang up. I hope the karma comes back to you and nobody does budiness.

I decided to check this place out due to it being close to my hotel. I was seated in their waiting room after I gave them my ID to run. There were 3 people waiting in front of me. I was only in the waiting room for 7 minutes. One of their employees (forgot his name) came to get me. I explained what I was interested in and he took me right to it, a vape. The whole process from when I arrived to when I left took about 15 minutes. The vape worked great. Easy peasey.

1 Parking  basically nonexistent  2 price was cheaper in the lobby menu before tax than in back room3 71$ for 4 pre rolls after tax (outdoor) no pun intended 4  preroll ran like it was in a Marathon5 upon breaking open trying to save the run looked like mixed with brown weed or maybe tobacco

The security guy out front was friendly, the woman at the door who took my drivers license was nice.  Inside was not as welcoming.  The bud-misters were fully engaged with each other and oblivious to customers.  Unwilling to come out from behind their check-out registers (Covid).  Customer service fell well below what I've come to expect at other dispensaries.  Two'fer Tuesday sale on Gummies saved me about 25%.

The Grove is a nice dispensary just off the strip. Nice selection of flower, vapes and concentrates. Nevada is a recreational state, however, if you are not a resident, it's difficult to find a place to use marijuana unless you purchase a vape pen. Disposable pens are available. Sure everyone smokes flower on the strip but it's not worth the risk in my opinion. Ask about first time visit offers and ask how to get $5 prerolls. Prices are reasonable considering the %s on the higher quality products. Check them out if in Las Vegas!

Man I love this place! Service was quick in and out. Customer service impeccable. Will definitely recommend to a friend and will be back!

Prices/promos: 0 out of 5. Overpriced and promotions are laughable, spend $60+ to get a $1 pre-roll which costs $12, grams are $17+ while nearby dispensaries average about $8 per gram during daily happy hour. Selection/quality: 0 out of 5. The weakest I've seen so far. Service: 5 out of 5. Jeremy, Chason & Richard will treat you like a personal friend, not a customer. They're very knowledgeable and will take all the time needed to educate you and answer all of your questions. I'm aware the targeted audiences aren't local, but come on! If the prices and selection were as good as the service, The Grove could've been LV's best mini dispensary. I hope whoever is in charge of their business plan changes course soon.

This dispensary usually is the worst anyways, but unfortunately it's conveniently located to where I'm at. Tonight I decided to give this place another chance and was so shocked at how aggressively rude the door guy was, I left. Upon parking I went to get in line to go inside and the "young man" at the front of the building told my boyfriend to move his van from where we had just parked. When my boyfriend asked why we needed to move after we had just parked he said "because these spaces are for curbside pickup" which would have been FINE except then he aggressively added "AND BECAUSE I JUST ASKED YOU TO". I'm sorry but I'm trying to buy some friggen weed here. Not be harassed by some young guy with a superiority complex. Needless to say, I would rather go to the much worse Med Men down the street than to support a business that lets a child talk down to customers before they can even get inside the building.

The Grove-Las Vegas would and should be your first choice when you land into Mccarran Airport steeping off the plane seeking out the umm you know recreational marijuana. I had no idea about this place until dropping a colleague of mines off at the airport and she wanted to make her last stop in vegas to a dispensary lol. Who would've known that a dispensary could be top notch and provide an over the top experience? When we first arrived , first thing you notice is the security guard.. you know to feel protected I guess .You must check in and provide your ID to the person behind the glass and then have a seat in the lobby waiting until your name is called. Kind of felt like a doctors office.. while waiting you can browse the menu on these two giant screens so you can go inside already having an idea of what you would like. In less than 10 minutes we were called and guided from the time we stepped in all the way until check out. For a people like my colleague and myself who knows nothing about all these different kinds of items and options this helped a lot with the experience! Now what I can say though is that you better be ready to spend some $$$ because this stuff is NOT cheap....like at all.. I'm not a regular user of this stuff so I can't say whether or not it's overpriced but I do know it's expensive. $186 later we were on our merry way! And Oh yeah and CASH ONLY!

Horrible service. I tell them what I want and they continue to try to sell me "other" product. Asks for my ID then just asks my name while I get my ID, guess my name was good enough in the first place, being a returning customer.? Overcharges me for an 1/8th of flower$55 and a cartridge$51=$106.00. $125 total? Bonus! He tells me not once but twice. "MY RECEIPT IS IN THE BAG" No receipt of transaction in the bag. If you like ripping off returning customers, this one shall not be returning to The Grove

My VERY FIRST experience at a legal dispensary!  I was totally hyped as Nevada has legalized recreational use.  This particular dispensary came highly recommended and when we arrived, we could see why!  There was a line out the door to get in.  I had never been through this process so this was all new to me.There was an extremely friendly "doorman" letting people in as space became available in the check-in/waiting room.  Once you make it into the waiting room, you have to register with the person behind the desk/glass window.  The usual - drivers licence or ID.  Don't get scared - they do keep it until you meet your "budologist".  As you wait in the very comfortable bench cushions and chairs, there are two very large HDTVs that scroll through the various products that The Grove offers along with their prices.  This kind of gives you an opportunity to get an idea of what you want before actually entering the "store".Your "budologist" will call your name and return your ID, he or she will introduce yourself.  Ours was extremely helpful and friendly, I wish I remembered everyone's names!  So each budologist has their little corner of the store with displays that they can elaborate on.  They are full of valuable information and are very patient - especially considering my sister and I were both newbies.  The budologist takes your order and gives it to the cashier where "runners" gather your order.   You get in line again to check-out and they had our order ready as soon as we got to the front!  Everyone, I mean EVERYONE was amazing at The Grove.  I wish I lived in Vegas so I could frequent this facility.  But no worries, every time from here on out I will visit The Grove.They give you your items in a very cute and discreet purple zip package with their emblem on it.  Each item has its own label that very much resembles prescription labels!  It has the name, the strength, the amount, etc. You exit out the back way where, if you're not careful you'll miss it, a video machine that will take a short video of you acting silly that you can email to yourself.  Pretty cool!Some info:Cash onlylocated right by the "Fruit Loop"there is parking out front, but not very many stallsthey are open 24-7if you are a resident of Nevada, they do have a kind of rewards program I think - I didn't really look much into itthey also have souvenirs (t-shirts, bags, hats) for purchasethey are limited on paraphernalia but have some cheap plastic grinders

This is the definition of a tourist trap. This place only caters to tourists who aren't aware of the overpriced items and have been tricked by their driver to take them there (Drivers receive a $15 kickback).  The price of every product is much more compared to the same product at other dispensaries as 3.5 grams cost $65, while nearby dispensaries charge the same for 7 grams. The vapes, cookies, gummies, and concentrates are limited to one brand so you have very little variety. The grove is severely lacking when it comes to price and selection. The budtenders are some of the most educated in Las Vegas. There's only two demographics left shopping at the grove: 1. Middle class, middle age people who are new to dispensary life, and 2. Poor nearby locals who can't afford to travel around the city and refuse to go to MedMen and Pisos.

My first dispensary experience and it was awesome.Upon entrance, new customers must present an ID and wait for an associate to become available to assist. I waited for about 10 minutes until someone was ready for my group. He explained seemingly everything to us. It was an eye opening experience to people watch and learn about an up and coming industry.Highly recommend seeing a dispensary if visiting Vegas. From what I hear all of then are pretty similar and I expect the next experience to be great as well.

Horrible customer interaction. Sadly this is a dispensary who poorly trains their staff and has not the slightest idea of how to assist a customer. The only concern is making a sale, clearly it's just a bunch lazy ethnic people hanging out who know nothing about the products they sell. Very disappointing as a dispensary.

Not the best weed store in Vegas. The product is the same as everyone else. That's not a problem. My issue with the Gove is service service service! It's better around the corner at Med Men. There You walk right in and check out product rather than hanging out in a waiting room. Most of the other weed stores in Vegas have no waiting. Parking is a bitch and the store is cumbersome to get in and out of. Also the 400 pound security guard out front is a jackass!

Lots of options, very informative staff. Could use more sativa options. But overall I was a happy camper. Very welcoming environment.

This place is a joke. Don't waste your time here. If you want to waste your time you got a better chance waiting at Nuwu if u want it same day. Disgusted with Their customer service. First they say 3-5 hours then it passes. Then they say 5more hours. Then they told me tomorrow and there's no guarantee what time. MAYBE THEY SHOULD BE HONEST BUT IM SURE THEY ARE SCARED OF LOSING MONEY. LAST TIME I DO BUSINESS HERE. I'm so annoyed I took the time out of my day to write this so no one else gets screwed over.

Ordered online said 180-300 minutes for delivery figured since it was around noon I'd do it placed an order for 245$ it's now after 9pm n still nothing some guy named Greg called me to confirm my order at 3 saying it was busy. I said I know bro I get it no worries I'll be here all day. He said cool and confirmed my address. Told me someone would be calling when on the way. I been to the storeCuz it's pretty quick and easy but this makes me wanna go somewhere else waiting around past 9 hours for delivery I could've drove to Cali got better product for cheaper and drove home I think I'll go somewhere else n keep my 245$

My go to spot! Love that they are open 24 hours a day. Always have great selections of preroll edibles and wax. Love their late night happy hour prices. Great when I get off of work. They also do local discount and have frequent buyer points basically so you get money off other transactions. More organized than a lot of dispensaries. They have all the prices displayed nicely on screens so you don't have to sort through tiny printed price sheets. Would recommend to locals and tourists given the close strip location. My favorite by far!!

I had no idea what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised.It was kinda like a dance club with the huge bouncer checking IDs at the door. Then, when you walk in it's similar to the waiting room of your doctor's office because you have to sign a little form and wait to be called back. But once my name was called the fun really began:Behind the second door a very luxurious shopping experience began to unfold. I was greeted by my very own personal sales associate. He was able to recognize that I was a novice, and was very patient in explaining all my options, and only giving knowledgeable suggestions when asked directly, not pushy at all.All items for sale are neatly arranged in glass cases or on shelves just out of reach. You are meant to marvel at the products, make your decisions while your sales person writes down everything you want, this is then delivered to another desk to complete your transaction. Think Tiffany's. It is a lot like Tiffany's only The Grove's signature color is.. um..obviously green.I am still surprised at the level of professionalism I found here. I hope they keep it up!

Great experience they have a lot of options and very helpful employees. First in Vegas and first time going to a dispensary. Cheeba chews was a good choice.

Got into town and came here for the first stop. Very long line at midnight, but we stayed. It was a loooooong wait (got back to our hotel after 2 am) but lots of choices. Kind of pricey! If you are staying in vegas there are cheaper dispensaries we visited on the strip. Maybe since this one is by the airport it is more expensive. But very pleased with the product!

As a Vegas local, the grove used to be my favorite, until I tried to place a delivery order. I placed a small order, only two half grams of wax and a 5 piece preroll pack ($90 subtotal) at 1 pm on a Sunday. The website requested up to 3 hours of delivery. They were prompt in sending a confirmation text followed by a phone call so I thought all was well. Next thing you know it's 7pm, I've received 0 form of update since the confirmation call, and deliveries only run until 9pm to so I attempted to contact the store to get an ETA. I was unable to get ahold of any sales clerks or managers, only security who was less than helpful and did not attempt to seek further information in any way. He gave me the same number I had already been calling where I was repeatedly unanswered and no voicemails were ever returned. Incredibly disappointed in this service. I will be looking into alternative dispensaries, permanently. Update: they called at 11:30 pm leaving no voicemail or follow up number.

Don't use your card this place you will end up charging you extra or charge you again with out you present that store or someone use it.This is the worst dispenser I have ever experienced also the service is super low

One of the best in town. I went to a few other but not one compares to the grove.  Amazing staff, amazing security, amazing product and store. It's my cheers they know me and that's why I love it so much

This was our first weed shop experience. Our Budtender was great and he helped us to decide on gummies, a few lose joints, and drops. All of the product was high quality. We would definitely return. When we were leaving there was a group of Russians standing out front of the place choking on a huge joint. We still crack up over it.

I personally had a very good experience I'm from California where shit is reasonably priced so going there and seeing an eight for $50 was pretty overwhelming at first they had a deal going on the day I went buy 2 15  Dollar grams and get one for 5 so I got almost an eighth for 35 not good but not bad I don't know how to feel the customer service was amazing but holy shit the prices are out rages

This place is definitely set up for the tourists. While a personalized touch is usually preferred, I really disliked how everyone is herded in the waiting room and called back one at a time. If you're in a time crunch and know what you want this sucks. Prices are higher, probably due to proximity of the strip. Parking is terrible, not enough spaces when busy and the surrounding streets are wild to navigate. My advice is to save your time and drive the extra 10 mins to another spot.

I didn't take much time to look around but I got a pretty good strain for a pretty good price. I will definitely come back and take my time to check it out more. The place was pretty moving when I arrived and as I exited. Did get charged tax the price was as is.

I bought an Openvape ISH from the Grove.  It pops every time I use it. It has a 7 day return policy, so I went to return it.  They said they tested it and it's fine. He said since I could take it to see if it works but I had to return it by the end of today if there was still a problem. I asked if he could write a note saying I brought it in to be tested and he said no. Then I asked if he could write the managers name who tested it on the receipt and he literally wrote "Manager on a Duty," on the receipt and would not give the managers name. AVOID this brand of vap. All I wanted was them to switch it out for a workng vap.  I had other stuff I was purchasing that day, but I cancelled them after this incident.  I'm going to leave reviews on the other sites as well.

One thing I know for sure... there WILL be a wait no matter what cannabis dispensary you go to. That is a given. Well... when we arrived at The Grove, there were about 10 people in line... so I go to the end of the line & await my turn. About 2 mins later, the security guard asks, "anyone have a medical marijuana card?" No one raises their hand but me. Security guard tells me to go right on through. Oh BOY you should've seen the reaction of those people in line! Walked past everyone like I owned the joint lol! So I walk in & the waiting area is full... maybe about another 10-15 people. I fill out the paperwork (first timer at this establishment) & wait for maybe another 5 mins, if that. I get called to the back & I'm assisted by a very friendly, very knowledgeable budtender. While I'm telling her what I'm looking for, I notice that the checkout line is maybe 15 people deep & those people do not look happy! When I'm ready to check out... she leads me to a completely different line & guess who's right at the front of that line? Yup that's right... me! I was in & out in less than 30 mins! I can only imagine how long those other people had to wait! So let's talk about the establishment itself. OH EM GEE!!! This place reminds me of a state of the art Starbucks... but for BUD. There's a computerized menu behind the bar that rotates selections from indica, sativa, & hybrid strains, concentrate, edibles, etc. Not at all like the dispensaries I've been to. Moral to this story? Get a med marijuana card! If you don't get a discount for having the card, at least you're not waiting over an hour... at this establishment anyway. The only reason for a 4 star rating is that although the budtenders were friendly & knowledgable, there was a sort of disconnect. I don't know... they sort of felt like car salesmen if that makes any sense lol. Overall... good experience at The Grove!

don't buy the disposable vapes very poor and bad choice of pen design they will refund for 1$ a new pen but not worth the hassle avoid it. lots of other cheaper better places around vegas only upside is 24 hour service i wont be coming back just out of interest

This is the worst of the worst as far as dispensaries go in Las Vegas.  Rude front desk people, and the longest wait times I have ever seen.  Just to get in the front door.  I will no longer tell anyone to go here.Way better dispensaries in town.*****had to go back again with a friend.  I wasn't going in but in and out it took over 90 minutes.  Just to buy some edibles.  90 MINUTES???  Seriously?  I'm still in awe, and the front desk people still have customer service skills as good as if I were talking to a cue ball.  I hate to be rude but this place is terrible!!!

I don't typically write reviews, but this dispensary is worth writing about! I receive my card and decided to go out and find a dispensary I could call home. After going to several locations I found the Grove to be in probably the best location in town. Right near the airport, UNLV, resort district and literally next to my favorite bar The Double Down!  Upon arriving there, I was greeted by a friendly staff and ushered into a dispensary that was beautiful, professional, had a diverse inventory and (yeah, I'll say it) hot staff! They had great specials and I joined their rewards club because I'm definitely coming back. :)

Preston loves to visit all the cool bud-tenders and try the grass at the Grove! Vegas Nights are better with the green at the Grove.

I've been to many dispensaries and this one was the worst. First off HOW CAN YOU NOT SMELL THE WEED YOUR BUYING? Lol what a joke then the man said he had to hold the jar for me to see it I couldn't grab it on my own like whattt? The weed we got wasn't even good. Nothing really good to say about this place rather than it's open 24hrs

If I could give zero stars I would.  I was sold 4 cartridges.  3 out of 4 work.  They wouldn't exchange it when I just bought it an hour ago.  DONT BUY FROM HERE!  I just wasted $40 and the guy was a total d*ck about it.  Why would I only bring one of 4 back for a straight exchange if I was trying to scam you.  You're not making enough?  Gotta make that extra money selling bad products and not honoring them when they don't work?  BAD BUSINESS!

During this quarantine it's been a struggle to get to any dispo, when my girl and I ordered from u we were told a couple hours wait time, that was at 1:15.... it's now 6:30 and the grove phone line keeps going to their security guard who keeps lying saying to call again and I'll get put through to someone else, I've been calling y'all since 5:40 and have yet to get anywhere or hear from anyone. Not exactly the "number 1 dispo" y'all claim to be

It's 4/20 and Las Vegas is shut down so I figured they would be busy. Placed an order around 3pm and someone called to confirm and told me it would arrive tonight or possibly tomorrow morning and that someone would call later to let me know. At 9pm I checked out Weedmaps and it showed my order as "complete." I called to double check on my order and was on hold for 35 min. I was told my order would arrive tomorrow (which I knew was a possibility) but when asked around what time tomorrow I was told "hopefully the afternoon." I'm fairly disappointed. Maybe don't advertise same day delivery for orders before 9pm if it's not actually going to happen. Hoping my order is delivered tomorrow...

Grass isn't legal in Maryland but after seeing this my state needs to wake up. Very very professional and I never felt unsafe. The staff weren't a bunch of stoners at all just a super nice and idea changing experience

The customer service was great I loved the atmosphere & they have great deals, if you are a student you get 10% off and they have so many good options to choose from, I highly recommend it!

Changing my review.  Herb was super dry and for the price we paid, boooooo. Med Men has resorted my faith in Vegas flower, not too far either.

Your customer service is so embarrassing. I come into your establishment so that your cashiers can run me around the store to find  strains, the prices and their thc content on my own. I was pointed to a list to read while one employee was helping a customer. I picked my options and the cashier told me the strain wasn't available. I went back to the list and picked another option, went back to cashier and told me that strain wasn't available either. The employees who were helping another customer all of a sudden claimed they weren't allowed to help me. They wouldn't  leave behind their counter to check their own OUTDATED LIST considering I was walking back and forth like I owned the dispensary. It was so rude to have me do that. The cashier behind the counter with the blonde hair literally waited for the correct and updated list of available strains to show up in the SLIDESHOW behind the counter. Plot twist! The list didn't even have the thc information.  I asked about the thc information and she didn't know, and told me to look it up on my phone. Yo Grove, if I wanted to WORK there I would apply. I already used their atm machine that charged me 3 bucks so im out of that for nothing. I left and wont be back.

More people in the lobby than on the floor. Tourist trap central, there is zero incentive for locals to shop here. Waste of time.

They forgot to put all my purchased items into the plastic zip bag.They also didn't include the receipt, after I asked and they assured me that it was in the bag also.Found out the hard way, upon opening my bag once back at the hotel.Called them back to report the problem, no help or assistance offered.And I left them a big tip too!The Grove does not value its customers, and ultimate fell short of my expectations.

The Grove - Las Vegas Staff is always excellent: friendly and informative. Prices can be a little high however they do several promotions. Medical patients receive discounts, UNLV students receive discounts, and leaving a review lands you a .5G preroll for $1! Hence why I'm writing this...Overall, the atmosphere and experience is worth it. Would recommend The Grove! Las Vegas and Pahrump locations are both great!

Being a novice to the dispensary, we were able to get lots of information from G. Thank you he was very helpful, patient and made the experience very comfortable. I will definitely make a return trip next time I'm in Vegas!

Some buddies and I decided to pop in here after a convention. There was a long line, but it went pretty fast. Once inside, we were greeted by the staff and showed around the room. Our bud guide did a great job in answering any questions we had and recommended what strain we should purchase. Buuut the bud itself didn't actually blow me away, I had weed in Vermont that was of higher quality than the stuff they were pushing.  On side note, I really enjoyed the artwork and layout of the place.

Hopefully we will have a place like this in Michigan soon! Very easy process. Great customer service inside.

Road trip to Vegas, decided to stop by The Grove. I got the Platinum GDP, I was told by the cashier Dameon V  it was the best in stock. She had a bad attitude, she just kept pointing at the iPad to show me what the product look like. When I got to the car the weed was so dried I didn't need a grinder. I'm sure The Grove gets a lot of customers that don't know what good weed is. There is nothing like California weed.

I like the grove. Its actually the only dispensery I have been too. Once I started smoking again I got pregnant so didnt have the pleasure until recently. Im not much of a smoker but i loveee to eat it! The chocolate truffles are my favoriate. And for only 10 bucks too, not to shabby. I got thr dark and the milk chocolate because my indecisive ass couldnt figure out which one i wanted so I got both. Definily coming back.

One of my favorites to stop by when I'm in Vegas. Such a great selection and great customer service. I had the monster cookies, mmmhm yum. There budtenders can help you select exactly what you need.

I really like this place. It is the first time I made a purchase though.  I am medical so they have the things that I need. Play shop is very clean and set up very nicely. The staff is very knowledgeable and very patient. It was only one thing that I didn't get it because they were out of. But that's OK what else I needed, they had. And other shops don't. Close to the strip if that's important to you. Anyone who says purchase from street dealers is out of their mind because there's no way street dealers can sell you cartridges, refill syringes, or Rick Simpson oil for medical patients.  And originally this was for medical patients. But yes, it was a bit pricey. That's OK.

Very dry flowers and the bud host wasn't very helpful with available flowers. I felt rushed to pick which bud I wanted to try so I had to settle for what sounds good verse being able to see the actual flowers I was going to indulge in.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! Spent $100 on two small disposable pens, got them home, took a couple pulls and then it stopped working. Just brought them back and the management wouldn't do anything to make it right. Don't waist your money here where they do not stand by their products, which are clearly shitty quality! Headed to NuWu now! Too many other quality options.

Slowest service every time! You'll wait in the lounge at least 25-40 minutes before going back to even order.  The poor kid before me said he was here 90 minutes. Ridiculous

This place is horrible lousy selection and uninformed staff.they were out of prerolls and told it would take several hours to roll some up.really takes 5 mins to roll a couple..never again will i waste my time

Only giving 3 stars because our budtender failed to let us know that if we rung up our orders separately we would get a free joint for every $60 spent. We rung up together to make it easier on them, we spent $200. Our other group of friends spent less than us and their budtender gave them their 3 free joints. I just think that's bad business on their part. I wish I had gotten the dudes name that failed to inform us. Otherwise a beautiful dispensary with excellent product.

Botched product that is way overpriced. Prerolls half filled and paper torn to make it seem as if it was the regular size of the paper. The staff is great, but that's the only thing there worth anything. The fkn owner should be on top of this. So many other shops with better product and prices. Top notch dispensary is where you should ask your uber drivers and cabs to take you. Heck, give me a call and I'll take you. Just so u don't have to be fooled by this place.

First time here. I wish I can give a Negative stars to this one... came in about 7am Friday  morning after work..at the beginning the staff in front are very nice ...but when me and my friend went inside was a whole different story..first the guy had my ID gave it to my friend ( it would be nice to give it to me personally since I gave mine straight to you but you just pass it along.) Then I ask him one question about a preroll if he had tried it and how he like it ..straight up attitude!!.skinny white guy with the hat short hair..I went to go pay and put some tip in the jar and all he said is "here!" And gave my bag that I purchased...he didnt say thank you or see you next time..just nothing except that.i wish I could take my tip back..I've told everyone that I know and my coworkers do not go here cause their ridiculous.. don't go here ..i will go somewhere else where they treat you with respect... never coming here again.

This is my favorite dispensary in the valley. Open 24/7 early bird special, the staff is nice and knowledgeable. I've never felt uncomfortable asking questions. Premium products for great prices! Oh and a local discount!

My man and I were in town for a little sun and fun. Stopped by The Grove for a few supplies for him. Very disappointing experience. Only up side was with his MM card and previous history here, we jumped the line and saved about 20-30 minutes of wait.Not that it did any good. Once we got inside with a bud-tender, my first visit into the sales area now that recreational is legal, I was impressed with the size and selection behind the glass displays.Well people, that's where it ended. We stated inquiring about selection and well, long story short, They had NONE.  seriously, at 3:30 pm on a Thursday afternoon, Aug 17th, they had no bud left, no pre-rolls, no 1/8, no nothing. Only candies, vap and concentrates. Asked when they were going to get more inventory, no hard answer, maybe tomorrow, maybe not.So we got a tube of edibles, pucks, and walked away disappointed. Outside other unhappy customers suggested another nearby shop which we visited the next day. :-)The Grove is convenient with it's half way from the airport to the strip location, but we would suggest calling first before wasting time in line and inside only to find they do not have the product you came for.Thanks for the memories !

They have so much stuff!!! Luckily they have someone come and get you to help you pick out what you need.  Our guy was very knowledgeable. The have great chocolates and drops to put in our coffee. You can going in and tell them what your looking for- pain relief, relaxing, menstrual cramps, buzz..... there is something for everyone.  And no side effects from harsh drugs.

Went to visit after unlvino. We first where next door at the double down. Go to hit the grove up. excited usually go to mmj and essance loyally. We where told when he arrived at the door no drinks. completly understandable, we down our drinks. Your security/ Doorman felt I downed my drink to fast and was now 1 min later to drunk to enter. Funny this assumption couldn't be made before being asked to finish my drink? Or is this the tactic? no drinks! finished your drink oh your to drunk?  funny the two people who where with me Male and had been drinking all day where cleared to go in. #boysclub Been in this town for years understand how entry and drinking/ being to intoxicated to enter works.  Didnt do or say anything to your security that should have Warranted that response or experiance. They still got our money despite the security / doorman with something to prove. Honestly not the impressed with the pre- roll. for everyone saying dry flower. I can see that check your dates before you leave.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Long story short, I was punched in the face by a customer there after being called a 'faggot.' As I was pinned in the corner, I begged the staff to call the police. Instead, they laughed at me and said "I'm not calling anyone. I don't know you." I've been to this place at least 10 times in the last two weeks. I was a loyal customer. That meant nothing. As I pleaded for help, the staff continued to laugh at me, telling me that I deserved it and that they didn't care. The staff also told me that I shouldn't have responded when I was punched in the face.  WTF? Now this is MY fault?  MedMen is right around the corner from them and I would suggest that you use them instead. Unlike the Grove, they treat you with respect and don't have a ridiculous waiting room that dispensaries had when they first opened. They're so far behind. Do not shop here. They're disgusting, homophobic and sub-human. Use MedMen instead. You'll be better for it.

I always like to be able to leave a positive review. The employees and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable they will not sell you anything that you do not need I have been there about 10 times and had 10 five-star experiences the front desk staff is extremely fast weight time Max has been 5 minutes building is extremely clean and looks very nice and is very well organized. I found a lot of strains that are out of stock everywhere else at this location. I would definitely check it out it's the biggest bang for your buck and if you sign up for specials they have won almost every day or everyday! Highly recommended!

This place has the best customer service of any dispensery in town. Prices are fair and I like that the posted price is the actual out the door price. Only think I don't like is the wait sometimes but that means business is good. I understand and keep planning on coming back.

Always a great experience. The people are always so friendly and they are very knowledgeable about their products. I always use the online ordering because I can easily pick it up after my shows on my way home. I spend no more then 10 mins there with the online ordering, in and out, so fast. Which is amazing because you are not sitting in the waiting area with, at times, some sketchy humans.  I love this place and they treat you so well. Great job all.

I was a big fan of The Grove until today. I bartend at a establishment really close to there and I also uber drive. When my guests ask me where is a good dispensary to go to, I always mention the Grove first. Not anymore!! I stopped by today. I wanted to get some good stuff for my camping trip this weekend. I rode my electric scooter to there and when I got there it was busy. Their were 2 security there one non black guy told me their were busy inside that i had to wait outside in a line. As im looking, i thinking to myself what line. I see people waiting but there were no lines formed. So im waiting with my scooter. Mean while people who I know I was there before them are led in. So I asked the non black security why are you letting people in who are supposed to be behind me. He tells me that because I have a scooter I wasn't let in. Well first of all, none of them mention to me that I couldn't bring my scooter in as well informing me about I would have to leave it outside. First of all im not going to leave a $500 scooter outside knowing that the security is not going to be responsible for my scooter. I was allowed once before, they told me on my last visit that I can bring it in but have to leave it by the exit door inside. I did not like the way this was handled by these securities. As I was not very happy, I mentioned that I will not be coming back. The black security kept saying have a good day in a sarcastic way. This was very unprofessional and unorganized. I will not be coming back. And I will not mention the Grove again to my guest. I will let them know my experience there. I have lived in this town for 42 years and "word of mouth" is huge here in vegas.

I went to Pisos to buy some concentrates and they would have charged me $65 for 500 mg. The Grove charged me $57 for 1000 mg. which was there early time special from 4 - 7 am. If I didn't go early, the price was double anyway

The staff is friendly that we get five stars if I was just writing the staff but the fact that you have to wait to go back in the room and then when you're back there you can't even walk around and look at stuff I had to stay in my group was really weird I thought I was in middle school on a field trip other dispensaries in town are not like that.    But I didn't have much of a choice because it was late at night in this place was 24 hours

The Grove is by far the best dispensary in Vegas. Trust me I know.  I'm a local. Prices are Great. And product is great. Budtenders are always so helpfull and nice. Not just trying to upsale you on their product, like most dispensary do.

This place does get busy but they work quick. I was there at 10 pm on a Saturday and I sat for maybe 2 mins. The negative reviews mind boggle me. They called my name, when I went back they asked me if I had anything in particular that I wanted. And I did not so they just started telling me what their favorites were or the benefits of this versus that and I really like that because it was my first time. I chose a flower that they suggested and I was really happy with it and it was very inexpensive! I like it here a lot!

This place sold us an overpriced vape cartridge that didn't work with our battery. They failed to mention that we need a special battery that only they sell. After we purchased their battery the vape still wouldn't work. It's at this time they told us all sales are final and that they are very sorry, there will be no exchanges or refunds. Trash place with high and deceitful staff that babbles about random bs. AVOID!

First, I have been to every major dispensary in the Vegas/Henderson area; spending approximately $2k on marijuana products in the past year. So, when my vape pen cartridge wasn't working properly, so I stopped in to have it looked at. Tomas changed the battery and did a "test" in the back room. He said it was working just fine. I went to the parking lot to test it and clearly it was not so I had to go back in and speak to the manager, because clearly it was a cartridge/air intake issue. When I went back inside I had to wait in line before I got back in to talk to the manager.Ray said he was the manager and instead of trying to help fix the problem or change the cartridge, he was trying to sell me a higher-priced model. I asked if I could pay the difference for the model and he said no I would have to buy a new one flat-out. He came outside to test it with me, and there was a very small amount of vape coming out. He said that was enough, even though I had to breathe it in so hard, I thought my lungs might collapse. I asked him to come to the side of the building with me because it was windy. He said no. So I tested it in front of him, we saw NO vapor come out and he said "oh, it's because of the wind." I said it was absurd that he wouldn't go to a non-windy spot and then blame it on the wind. I asked to speak to his boss or have the contact info. He said his manager was right inside. (2managers at a small store??!)So I went inside to talk to Angelo, the highest manager in the store. He preferred to handle the situation right in front of a bunch of other customers. I told him about my experience up until that point with Tomas and Ray. Instead of handling the situation properly, he said there was nothing they could do because the cartridge was more than 1/2 gone. I told him I didn't know how much I've wasted while trying to get a draw from it. I also told him I didn't think that the vape pen company would be happy to hear that they were refusing a warranty claim on their product. I told him I spent $70 on something that I can't use. I also told him I was a front desk manager and wouldn't ever dream of treating a customer this way. When I spoke to the vape company today, they said more training is necessary for all their staff because they absolutely do warranties on both pieces unless the cartridge is completely empty. Clearly more training and a proper chain of command. Can't believe Angelo and especially smug Ray are managers. I'll be back to pick up my cartridge after your sales reps scold you. Shame.

Top notch company with top notch style.  Amazing staff and a great variety of products to meet everyone's needs.  If you haven't been down there yet, please do as soon as possible.  Their budtenders are very knowledgable, the dispensary is absolutely stunning and the customer service from the staff will leave you speechless and definitely wanting more.  They have two locations so if you happen to be in the Pahrump area please stop by and check out the specials and of course go say hello and meet the staff.

The wait wasn't bad. The price is pretty on par for all the other dispensaries in the area. The staff did genuinely care and while i wasn't crazy about the weed( i don't smoke) they did offer some other the other products that i was looking into like the muscle relief lotions. My husband got what he was looking for without any drama and the price was right.

The staff is usually pretty nice and knowledgeable but they're constantly out of stock on a lot of different items. I think they're a bit overpriced for the quality and selection of what they carry. It's near my home, so its convenient, but I rarely leave feeling extremely satisfied with the deal or product. I've also gotten a number of pre rolls there that have been poorly rolled and difficult to hit. Again, conveniently located and relatively reasonably priced, but not the best deal/product around.

This place is awesome. Great location for locals and tourist, tourist I would take a cab/uber it's about a mile or so from the strip. Friendly staff, I never have to wait too long. Overall a good variety of everything.

Wow!!! What a gimmick. Im all for dont knock it until you try it so ive been on the journey like charlie in Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. Ive had some experiences. Today was The Grove and man let me tell you kannabis products from The Grove is a joke. They have no smell jars because you would have smelled that earthy smell which if you know anything about your marijuana good flower makes you like a looney tune in acme cartoon. Soon as that smell hits the air i float right to it. They make you hang out in the lobby as if their super busy which it should be given its location their was 6 of us in the lobby when i got back to the floor it was empty. Staff is pretty decent. The layout looks ok but the product sucks!!! Sorry this was my first time and my last time. So if your coming of the shuttle at the airport or about to catch a game at thomas in mack take a couple minutes out your commute and head to apothecary down the street. When you want to feel like you just walked into a elite club and your product will be on point and youll be satisfied to the T unless your a armature dont shop The Grove.

Always full, slow check-in compared to other places  and I just came in they had a big ass line so I thought prob for Recreational but they said medical patients have to do the line with rec. screw that. I've never been in a dispensary that does it. Not coming back even though I was a regular. They do have decent bud which I why I give them 2 stars but they need to get their shit together. you can easily find same quality better price better service elsewhere

After 15 min in the waiting room, finally got to the show room where our "budtender" Zach asked what we wanted.  I was only interested in concentrates, shatter and live rez in particular. Zach immediately said they had limited options and proceeded to try and sell no-name bottom self strains for top dollar..."grape skunk" and "Jedi Kush" some other ridiculous name trying to sound like the real world class strains. After I expressed my disinterest he tried to confuse me by saying the Jedi was a 60% the sauce with some random terpene...myrcene. After I explained any decent shatter should be 85-90% THC I said I wasn't interested at all. At which point he became even ruder and then said the exit was that way. Which I was glad to put to use and go spend a few hundred at Reef!  TLDR...bottom shelf product, top dollar, rude staff who tries to take advantage of people who might not know better. Goto Reef

Not a fan of this busy place off the strip. Order was messed up pretty bad. Did not find out until I got half way home. A nice free sample lighter or something would have been nice but instead I got a "Thanks boss" and a smug look.

To start, the end: I left this place crying from sadness and anger. I waited 20 mins in their lobby and was helped by River who was very kind to me. I went in knowing what I wanted, a Snake Eyes cartridge for the vape battery I already own. I bought it for 50 bucks (even tho online it says it was only 45$ AND I got military discount?). I walked away and opened it to see that the liquid was leaking through the part you twist onto the pen. I walked right back to return it and guess what? I couldn't. I did not but a specific battery with it, which was a requirement to return it and this was printed on the receipt. BUT I asked River before I even bought anything if the cartridge doesn't work for some reason, what can I do and he replied with NONE OF THIS INFORMATION. He said to just take it back. These people just want your money and WILL rip you off. Everything's overpriced (even by my California standards) because they are greedy. I was expecting at least a compensation gift for literally stealing my money but no. I left empty handed with tears running down and $50 poorer (which is alot to a broke college girl) because of these a-holes. Zero stars if I could.

Asked for recommendations and they were accurate and honest.  Best weed I've seen at a dispensary ever.  Great menu, location and staff.  Don't mess with anyone else.

Parking lot looks trashy should've left from there but still went in. 6 people in lobby went to the front gave ID. After 25 minutes entire lobby packed and the guard was making people wait in there cars before coming in. 35 minutes in people who came in after me are going in. I go to the guy upfront tells me it's going to be another 10-20 minutes. I tell him I came here to relax and their process was stressing me out. Everyone in the lobby started laughing and agreeing and asking for free samples. 2 minutes later they call me back. There are 6 show cases that the sales rep attempts to explain the different types of weed to you. The best part about this was that there were 6 show cases and only 2 sales reps which is why it's moving so slow. We ordered gummies and 2 different ore rolls. They said ok wrote it down and handed the slip to the cashier. The cashier then went to grab the items, came back and told us out of the pre roll and the flavor of gummies we wanted. Unreal, what's the point in having a sales rep that waste your time if the product isn't there. Customer should go right up to counter ask for items and get immediate feed back. This place is terrible managed, can't fulfill orders , and will waste your time. Go anywhere but here    Oh yea, make sure to bring cash they don't tell you that in the lobby while waiting an hour to go in. Rude cashier tells you to use there's in the back with $3.00 fee

Garbage garbage garbage too expensive to dry go back to your street dealers. If you notice all the stores sell dry garbage to make the Edibles they grind up everything like a chicken foot. Wake up people you getting screwed

Go anywhere else I would rather buying something off someone on the strip. Last place I'd recommend especially when you see them kicking back taxi drivers for bringing you there. Seems like what they did with the strip clubs 10 years ago. They must tax that right on top of your bill when you walk in.

My husband loves this place. We always swing by when we are in Vegas. It's close to the Airport, so tell your driver to stop by on the way to check in. You have to be 21 years of age to enter. They validate your ID twice, before entry per security & again when you enter. Always fast & easy service. Staff is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. They are CASH ONLY, so make sure to stop at the ATM before you get there.

Very friendly service and an easy stop on the way from The airport tot the strip. Clean and professional inside. That said, prices are high end for mid tier selections. I paid almost a hundred for a tincture I can buy in Cali for half the price. And it didn't really work when taken. It was supposed to be concentrated for that price but it seems watered down. If I could I'd take it back and ask for a refund. Got a pre roll also and - as just about every single pre roll does, it ran up the side and I had to burn off a third of it. I'd try another spot if you can.

I've been coming here for years and yes there are times where it's not the cheapest dispensary but every time I shop I am happy with the product. Never been treated rudely or unfairly but I guess you get what you give? Thanks Grove!

It's one of the first dispensaries I went to in Vegas. First impression was that was a bit sketchy, but it looked good inside. They have a security guard outside. Products looked good. The cost may be high. but that seems common other dispensaries here. It's close to the UNLV campus. It's located far from the Strip, so there's not so many tourists here. The clientele seems to be mostly local. Inside there's a waiting room. The clerk will call you to the window. An employee will lead you to the back. They will go over their products. After you make a selection, you go back out and they give you your items. They also take online orders. The cost is typical of other dispensaries in Vegas. It's not cheap, but reasonable. The online ordering process is convenient, and you can go in and pick it right up.

The worst experience ever!   Me and my Neice came here for her 21st bday and our first time at a dispensary .  We tried to ask questions but the guy was extremely rude helping us.  I asked basic questions and he obviously did not want to be bothered  with new customers who came all the way form Indiana.  I do not approve paying for bad customer service!  I nicely told him to put our items back and left. The worst experience EVER!!! Thanks for ruining my Neice bday experience!  You SUCK and I will not return Ever!!  And I'll make sure my friend and colleagues who visit DO NOT pay a dollar here!

When their wifi is down you cannot buy a single product. I would not recommend completely waste of time. Million dollar business  with a shitty wifi smh

This is the spot, really nice setup, fair prices and a variety of options. Very clean and customer service is so nice. I tried one of their pastries by Vert Unlimited. The flavor was cookies and cream, let me tell you...that cookie was so delicious. It has a green film on the bottom of it, it's edible and yes you're supposed to eat it. Lol okay now to the experience, of course everyone is different but I've never been so happy a brunch in my life! Lmao, it was nice and relaxing..don't eat too much, it is very potent. The guy told me only to eat a tenth pretty much 1 square but that was already after I ate 2 bites. So key notes here, don't peel the film on the bottom, eat a small square(if you aren't used to eating edibles), max and relax lol..you're welcome. Oh just an FYI the cookie for me was really big, I didn't finish the whole thing. One for me was enough, plus I was sharing.

I am a frequent customer of The Grove. I was extremely disappointed when I visited most recently and Zack our budtender tried to swindle my brother for $20. My brother gave Zack $220. When Zack counted the money he said that he only received $200. When my brother said he definitely gave him $220 Zack replied " I have $100 bill, and 5 $20 bills. I don't know what you talking about". He then conveniently found the other 20$ by his foot. I was extremely disappointed.

Store had zero customers other than my party and I felt like we still didn’t receive great and friendly service. When it came to flowers, the budtenders really pushed the Chili Verde super hard. I told them I was looking for something very strong and not fruity. I asked for headband, gorilla glue, and OG strains that they had listed as available; but they were only being offered in prerolls which sounded terribly disappointing. Bud tender said Chili Verde is the best and not fruity at all despite being lavender x key lime pie. Unfortunately, it was very weak, tiny little popcorn nugs, barely even fruity, and just completely unenjoyable. Overall, definitely not what anyone should ever refer to as the highest of their “top shelf bud”. We also received a $1 half gram preroll which seemed like a nice perk. Unfortunately, the preroll was Chili Verde and was packed so incredibly tight that it was unsmokeable. DO NOT BUY CHILI VERDE- 0/5 for the strain
