there are definitely better dispensaries and way too many to keep coming herebf bought me a cart here and it stopped working 2 days later now im stuck with a full cart that doesn't work because they won't replace it this isn't the first time either if you want to throw money away then visit this place

Worst place ever. The supervisor is disrespectful. I purchased from there for my mother, she lost her ID at the airport but had it on her phone in which when we came they said they couldn't accept . They also ID everyone in the car, then they let us go because MY ID was valid. Then when I tried to buy some more the next day, they said my ID is expired.... ok... corona closed all the DMVS. And I also had a temporary license to show, they just were terrible and wanted to know who the employee was that sold it to us originally without present ID. This place is looking to get people in trouble and looking to not have business.

By far my FAVORITE dispensary in Vegas. #1 - they have the BEST deals in town. I used to get so sad when I moved to Vegas from Denver and realized how expensive it is here in general! Now I get excited when I get ready to go, because a full ounce of big buds, for $130 TAX INCLUDED is mind blowing. #2 - BUD QUALITY is always off the charts here, for me anyways (maybe I just have some special luck ‍) the buds are always soft, which I love. #3 - the staff is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. Every time I go in, the product I choose is explained in detail, so I know what to expect when I get home. I never feel pressured to buy, or embarrassed to ask questions like at other dispensaries around the valley. #4 - their rewards program is pretty neat, I haven't really explored much of it but I'm sure it'll be pretty great as well. I also LOVE the location. It's perfect for me, two miles away from my house. So, overall this dispensary hits all of the important things I look for in a go-to dispensary

It was 5:30 pm on a Friday and I was leaving home from work. Forgetting to get my usual 1/8th from my own shop and not wanting to go back into traffic heading north, I found myself at Cultivate.Now as soon as I walked in, I was greeted by their security and their receptionist. Such very sweet people, I was even signed up for their rewards program. Also industry discount is 15% off and they take off $1 off your total when you bring your own bag! I was next in line and my budtender was Brandon. I told him I was sick and that I needed to get some sleep and he recommended Old Family Purple by Nature's chemistry. I know he knows his stuff because I had actually just finished smoking Old Family Purple and 92 Hollywood Hills by Nature's Chemistry. Then he brings out a strain that I had never even heard before by Nature's Chemistry: El Chapo. With almost 28% THC & almost 13mg/g of Myrcene, I was instantly hooked. I should have asked for the lineage, because it's not on the NC website at all.Anyways, this service was amazing. Industry discount is decent. Always tip your budtenders :)

I ask for their $30 1/8 from their website. The guy wanted to argue that he didn't have any because all his eighths were $35 out the door cause of taxes. I get that there are always taxes on sales but his mission was to correct me instead of just attending to me, I always go by the advertised price not out the door when shopping. Apparently to him since I've always gone there I should of known that there's never $30 eighths. He almost didn't show me anything until I show him the price n product from the website. SMH

Placed an order, order confirmed by cultivate via email and text message. I arrive and my order is conveniently cancelled 7 minutes AFTER checked in. Rude ass manager said I'm sorry we sold out quickly. Really because my order was confirmed at 8:20am...I then waited another 20 minutes to be told come back at 11pm and our real manager might fulfill your order. This place is hands down the worst as far as customer service is concerned. Additionally, I'd advise you to examine your Old Pal ounce it's occasionally VERY dry.

Social distancing in play, but the guy behind the counter didn't keep the mask over his nose. The friendly gal at the front desk to check ID was really nice and conversational. It's my first time checking out a dispensary and I didn't even know what options there were or what to really expect. It was a mistake to go here. I felt really uncomfortable because the man told me to pick something or leave when I was literally just reading what was available. I was overwhelmed and trying to figure out how things worked. I said "This is really uncomfortable" and did not appreciate the response of "well, have a great day". I'm disappointed, upset, and embarrassed because I was looking forward to learning more about this new space. 100% will not return and will let friends know it's not a new-user friendly space.

NOT THE BEST.I used to come here alot for the 10 dollar gram deals and the 35 dollars eighths. But time after time cultivate continues to lack in customer service as well as product and product packing.I came in today to just purchase a couple of grams. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the wonderful women behind the counter she took our ids and we went on our way inside.Now im pretty laid back. But when a staff member chooses to ignore me and my partner by continously walking back n fourth leaning on the counter to drink her drink as were just waiting there in plain view to be helped or just acknowledged you probably shouldnt be working the front. Just go home and give the job to someone that actually cares..I mean it was so bad the manager was actually watching this whole thing happen and decided to step in himself. Although he was pretty awesome and took care of the situation even threw in a free joint. I honeslty dont know what the hell happen to cultivate.They were advertising BAM hardcore og as one of their 10 dollar grams and the other was shango brand. When we got the hardcore og of bam they gave it to us in a cultivate brand baggie that said cultivate hardcore og. If its not bam then why is there a bam label on the smell jar. Cant forget to mention it was literally so full of stems idk how anyone can feel good about putting product like that out there just make concentrates with it.Ive also bought shango before and they always always have a safety seal you have to break open after taking the lid off. I opened my gram of shango and there was no safty seal and it weighed 0.8 so not only is cultivate lying about their product they are also ripping people off.Ive honeslty never been so disappointed in a dispensary espeically with how many there are in vegas its a shame they cant get their shit together. I probably wont be coming back here. It just keeps getting shittier and shittier.

Went while on a trip, got suckered in to a fumeur promo. And not only did the bud tender Alex R. nor apply the promo but the product itself was horrible and once lit legit fell out. Avoid at all costs!

This place was so fantastic!  I'm kind of new at this and need some education so we got educated by a child half my age he was the sweetest thing ever. If you go there you should ask for Matt because he was so well informed and kind about telling us and let us take our time choosing. The selection here was pretty impressive basically anything you want they have. We were getting medicinal products and we got everything we wanted and then some. This place is going to be a staple for me coming to Las Vegas now!

Good points system, always have half oz deals and wide variety of flavors and low end to high end. good variety of concentrates and vapes too. expect about 2 hours for delivery.

I love this dispensary! As a Vegas local this one is in my top 3  I love the prerolls here and all the deals they have during the week, also I love when ANNA(sara) is there because she really knows her stuff and can sell me just about anything! Shoutout to her! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because sometimes it smells like sewer in there but that's not her fault!

Spent $60 on a 8th of trash!!! They said best in the store the weed broke down like dust!!! No smell and was like smoking a cigarette! Terrible quality I feel I got had for $60 ‍ I'll NEVER buy weed in Las Vegas ever again I'll just bring my own. They did have great customer service and it's a nice facility that's about it

Been coming here for the past year and it never disappoints. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to what your looking for. I tell them what I'm looking for and their recommendations have for the most part right on. Today, Alex made a nice recommendation and it was right on what I was looking for. Very cool place, when you come to Vegas this is the spot, it's very close to the strip.

This review is for the customer service Cultivate had to offer. Jordan, I believe was his name, was super helpful. He gave me great suggestions and took his time showing me each terpene profile and made sure I went home happy with the proper medicine. I was super satisfied with the products he gave me. I understand they get what they get as far as ordering but I used to drop$750/month on Shatter from BAM. It's now been over a month and a half since they've had any shatter from Bam or just quality shatter at all. If you are looking for concentrate I'd go up the street to Exhale. They at least keep the shatter in stock and quality. I'm bummed I have so many customer points at cultivate and now don't see me going back. I've called every week for a month and a half. The staff is nice about it but unhelpful. That's why it's 2stars not 1

Great service and love the staffs attitude every time I go in they are always happy to help with a smile and make sure that you leave satisfied, other than that prices are fair considering it's by the strip every other dispensary has they're own benefits and rewards system but I've tend to lean towards Cultivate, delivery is pretty fast would highly recommend to anyone who's out of town or local.

This is my absolute favorite dispensary in Las Vegas. I've lived here for 2 years now and have ventured off a few times if Cultivate was closed or it looked too busy but I always come back. Their service is unmatched, the nicest receptionists, security is always so friendly and their staff knows how to help me find exactly what I'm looking for sometimes I'm in and out in 5-10 minutes. I highly recommend anyone go to cultivate for the best marijuana products in town.

This place sucks. The energy inside is chips. The staff is not outgoing ! And you cannot walk around to look at the products but they don't tell you that and there's no signs indicating. The security is incredibly rude. Save your time and headache. Get a better experience elsewhere.

One of the Top 10 Dispensaries I'd Suggest in Vegas but because of where I live and the super nice but knowledgeable staff I keep on coming back! Prices!!!!!? You'll get a bang for your buck a $10 gram is $10 no more than that and on top of that join the rewards program to save some money can't tell you how many times I only had about 10 left and wanted to smoke so I use my points and take 5 off or whatever and only ens up paying 5 for like. 35$ eighth I love this place and would say it's #2 in my book right after my neighborhood weedman lol

Located just off of the freeway. This is the best dispensary ever. Quality flowers at an affordable price always.  Friendly budtenders provide excellent customer service by answering whatever questions you have. The daily deals outbeat nearby dispensaries. I highly recommend Cultivate.

My first visit. I got a text about a pop up from one of the vendors I love. I went to work late to get the pop up deal which included the battery. They were not there at the time they were supposed to be there. The staff was nice. They honored what they could. Very disappointed about that.

I had ordered for a delivery at 1:30PM. They messaged me confirmation of my order and said it will take 3-4 hours to be delivered... ok, a bit of a wait but it's understandable. We waited for 5 hours!!! THEN, we get a phone call saying "We will have to cancel your order and have you reorder, and because it's past 2PM we cannot fulfill your order for today." So not only did we waste 5 hours waiting for nothing, they didn't even have the courtesy to fulfilled our order THEY cancelled, and because there were different assortment of deals at the other dispensaries, we ended up wasting the whole day unable to redeem any deal from any dispensary cause we had waited so long (all for them to cancel on us, and decline to fulfill the order). If they had to cancel, they should've notified us an hour or two AFTER we placed the order and received text confirmation from them... NOT 5 hours later. Completely unprofessional and not apologetic at all, they basically said "Sorry nothing we can do for you today. It's too late" yeah, it's only late cause they decided to wait more than 5 hours to tell us!I EVEN ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT through phone 3x and email 2x. No response until more than 5 hours after the fact. Go to The Source , way better customer service for over 5 years.

i have been coming to cultivate for about 5 consecutive 1 ounce bags now. i was told about the rewards program the first time i purchased my ounce and got my number. great! on this 5th purchase, i was told that my number was not registered. i requested that although i may not have proof (receipts) for my 4 other bags, i would like for this purchase (5th bag) to be added to my points for the misunderstanding and was declined (tried to fix the issue but walked out with no resolution).its a great store -really cool aesthetics and relaxed service with fun employees. Just a heads up, make sure your purchases are all accounted for your points since points don't show on the receipts. thanks for reading! :)

The staff, products here, and the prices are amazing.  A young woman named Q checked us in and told us about the SWEET DEAL FOR FIRST TIMERS. Jenay was our budtender and she was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Super sweet people. Also the interior is small but very cute inside. And the products are out for display. The prices are pretty decent and they have a good quality selection of flower, edibles, vapes and more. They even sell pipes for pretty cheap. Great place to hit up if you are in the area.

My experience at Cultivate was frustrating and horrible. First, the supervisor Kayle made himself very clear that he doesn't care about their customer or losing a customer. Despite the fact that I have brought many friends clients to them, it was my fourth time there as a customer. I bought a Durban Poison cartridge by Provisions company, which is a very poor quality and it has broken. The quality of the glass is so bad that even a breath can break it.So, I went there today with the recipe and showed the problem to the supervisor, who almost asked me to get out. I am so impressed with this place and his attention to the customers. Therefore, I don't recommend this place. It has happened to me and can happen with you as well. Um aviso à comunidade brasileira e aos visitantes, esse tem um supervisor arrogante e estupido, que não sabe cultivar o cliente para que ele volte. Ele é egoista e não sabe fazer negócios. Não atende a demanda de qualidade exigida por nós clientes. Além dos produtos serem de baixa qualidade.

Visited Cultivate yesterday and Brandon helped us out.  He was "amazing" with his product knowledge and super helpful!  There was also someone in the store who was having a birthday and he led us all in a Happy Birthday song for her!  Fun experience!

My boyfriend and I placed an order today and received it within an hour, which was awesome considering the online time estimate was 3-4 hours. What made the experience even better aside from the quick delivery and great service, was that they threw in free raw rolling papers and (what I was most excited about) CBD hand sanitizer!! During this pandemic we really really appreciate it, as we've been STRUGGLING to find to-go disinfectants! Thank you Cultivate and all who assisted us today!

Im saddened by my experience today at cultivate , I purchased a half ounce and they sold me sticks and stems literally . a whole half ounce of all stems ... ivebeen coming here for a couple years and always thought that they took care of their customers but its indeed the exact opposite ! I spend hundreds of dollars every month but to only realize that they don't care , they just want your money also today I realized that you only care about the amount of customers not the quality of your customers ...SHAME ON YOU CULTIVATE FOR SELLING STICKS AND STEMS TO MEDICAL PATIENTS ! Sold me on a more expensive bag that I couldn't see into. Was supposed to be a half ounce, ended up being closer to a eighth less than half of what I paid for . Terrible customer service as they wont make up the difference . Spent 145 dollars on a eighth my second time even being in a dispensary . Terrible experience

Would not recommend ...Although, Pro: Locals with NV ID get a "free pre-roll" with $25 purchase...Con: The budtenders "have to choose the free pre-roll"Con: I'm not sure if all the pre-rolls are straight BOOF! Or if it is just the one I was given... "strawberry cough" GARBAGE! Con: They make you feel like you got a good deal, really you just spent more money for them to play you with trash weed. Con: Every worker in there had BAD ENERGY. Texting, sad and mad looking, they look depressed to be at their job!! Con: Weed Options weren't anything special, typical strains that are everywhere! Con: They had better house plants (decor) than weed. ‍‍ DO BETTER dispensaries!!!

Stay away... stay away weed smokers... They are serving over priced flower that isn't what it says it is. I bought a half ounce of Alien OG for a 100dollars  and some change a total waste of money and time . If you ever smoked Alien OG you know it is a great smoke experience but this was equivalent to me sticking my hand in the garbage disposer in my sink.. It was dried to almost dust and brownish green and that is not Alien OG.  I think the only thing that was actually Alien OG was the label that had been printed. If I could post pictures I would. I only gave them one star because I could not choose the option of no stars. Then to slap me in the face the supervisor/manager/worker called an offered me a free pre-roll worth about 12 bucks gtfoh probably of the same sh*t  I just bought. They used to sell good flower, switched that out for their own brands which is garbage , switched the points redemption system around to benefit them not the consumer,  which is garbage damn near have to spend a $1000 to redeem something worth it then get told after all that you can get $50 off something but they choose the selection . Stick to the streets  .no tax. No line. No atm fees. Welcome to Las Vegas where the house always win.

Cultivate is my new favorite spot ! I placed an order a few days ago and the process was so easy and smooth. When I arrived to pick up my order, it was super quick and Ana was really helpful and kind. She answered some quick questions and she really made me happy with her amazing customer service, which for me truly goes a long way. My friend recommended this spot to me almost a year ago and I've been going ever since. They offer friendly customer service, a great atmosphere for the experienced and inexperienced, and they have some of the best prices in the city. I'd highly recommend stopping by and checking them out.

I have been a loyal customer of CultivateLV for over 3 years. I had an experience last Friday that questioned my future with them. The bud tender rejected my request for warranty replacement of an Airopro battery. The battery was purchased less than 4 weeks ago, during the COVID shut down. I've learned the rules and I've been there before. I had the receipt, original packaging and etc. I know the product includes a one year warranty.  He told me to return the defective product to the manufacturer (Airopro). The bud tender was wrong (not questioning silly rules) and didn't back down. I asked for my loyalty point summary, used the entire balance and walked out. Friday evening I sent an email describing the situation to both CultivateLV and Airopro. I was immediately contacted by their Marketing Mg (Peter) who then put me in contact with the Operations Manager, Katherine (Kat) McClain. Kat was quick to diagnose the problem. They needed an updated return policy to assist customers who were affected during the recent unprecedented events surrounding COVID 19. This morning, Monday, I picked up my warranty replacement battery (upgraded version) and a n/c preroll from Kat. I'm back to being a loving and loyal CultivateLV customer. I appreciate their wide selection and on hand inventory of flower, I love the Redwood strains. Same for their great selection of Airopro cartridges. There are many dispensaries to choose from in the valley. I live in Anthem, Henderson and I drive by all of them on my way to Cultivate, 23 miles away...Outstanding performance by Kat. I came in after work, I just started a new job down the street, and the people from Willie's Reserve and Bam were in the house. A super nice guy helped me(tossed my receipt AND forgot his name) but he was knowledgable. Once I told him what I was looking for, he focused on finding it for me and didn't stray from it. He did make some suggestions, but didn't push them on me, which some budtenders do. I took one of his suggestions, which I appreciated every much. I received a discount for purchasing Willie's product and a discount for bringing my own bag, and a free pre-roll cuz it was my first time. I will be back for sure! As a local medical patient, I appreciate when people see me as that and understand that I am a potential longtime customer. Thanks

This place is awesome! I have visited Cultivate many times. We really liked the Lucy Diamond deal that was 100 for a half ounce. The other day, I came back for a deal and had a little issue with my purchase. Their GM, Ransom, contacted me very quickly and asked me to come back in. He was very pleasant and tried to make it right which is rare for dispensaries to do. I really appreciate the management team and their customer service!

Illegal bait and switch. Stay away, many items on website are not there when you get there, and stay on for hours thereafter.  Don't waste your time.  Sunday at noon I traveled there on bus the had 3 different oz OldPal.  They only has one strain on Saturday that is the weakest.  So I get there and they only have the weak one on site for days.  I'm upset.  This is routine not an oversized. A year ago I went there at opening  for 2 half ounces on website. They had neither.  So I found ACRES and stared using them. CURALEAF is also great they actually have what they advertise. NV regullators need to look into the deceptive business practice here. This is not an oversite, it is misleading.  Leafly site rarely accurate on purpose.

Horrible! I spent so much money here before everything got shut down, trying to stay a loyal customer I tried cultivates delivery service since most times my experience is a pleasure HOWEVER, my FIRST LAST AND ONLY delivery was made yesterday and I ordered a 1/2 of gelato by them and some edibles and after receiving the product I opened it ready to indulge and I was SOLD a brick of stress or reggie you can say.. mind you I SPEND THOUSANDS of dollars here and this is the last thing I expected to receive. When calling in this morning I was speaking to Deebo? And she acted like she didn't know ANYTHING. I never felt so insulted and offended in my life. No sympathy no nothing , actually she kinda giggled and laughed like it was a joke. I don't understand how people can be treated how I was. I mean are you guys delivering bs because we can't see it? I need answers. I need this fixed ASAP!

My girlfriend placed an order for 14 grams of Gelato to be delivered to our home, only to be later told it was unavailable (ok, mistakes happen). While on the phone, my girlfriend asked what other strains were available for the same price and was presented 3 other strains and eventually decided on one, Starberry. She asked the representative multiple times about pricing and it was made unequivocally clear that the pricing would remain the same. She was then quoted a wait time as to when we could expect the order to arrive. BUT... upon arrival we were then told the order total was 25 dollars more than what was originally quoted to us. The delivery team was nice, but had no control over pricing and urged us to call the number we placed the order from. My girlfriend called in, and explained the situation at hand, we were quoted on price now being charged another. She asked if there was a way to listen to the call and was told no with an attitude and placed on hold. I asked for the phone as I could tell she was upset and proceeded to continue the conversation. After the call resumed, I calmly explained why we were concerned and was soon hung up on. I eventually paid the NEW, INFLATED price as we had be waiting on this delivery and was told the only other option was to cancel and reorder which would warrant another all day wait time and time itself is money and we had already been waiting all day. The product was brought to me after paying and they left. Already upset that we had waited all morning and part of the afternoon, I open the bag only to find out the price on the product itself was what was originally quoted (76.37 before tax) yet I was charged 93.35. I called in once again for clarity as to why we were told one price, product shows the same, yet we were "all of a sudden" charged a different price. I offered to email a picture to the work email address so she could see for herself and she declined. The representative was a lady by the name Deebo or DLo as I couldn't understand as she had no interest in sharing it but told us that the the price on the phone, as well as the price on THE ACTUAL JAR has no bearing and they will charge whatever the price they decide on arrival then hung up in my face and refused to answer my call back. My original total was 110, and I was pretty much bullied out of an additional 25. It sucks that there's a company really taking advantage of locals during this time were every penny counts. Please look at photos. My original order is crossed out, wrote over, and a new price made. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, THEY ARE GOUGERS! CROOKS!

Ok let me start my complaints first,1 and only stay open later,ok 1 more parking borderline ok.But i love this place with all my heart.I have been coming here for 1 year 2wice a week.I love half oz specials,on Cultavate And NLVO,and i do ozs of old pal,which i am good with.Went here Monday to get my Half oz of my favorite Cultivate do si do,the lady at the front told me i had some points i never used ever,so when i was cashing out i told budtender to use my points,he said all of them,i said why not a couple dollars off my half,no problem,he handed me my bag and reciept and said have a good day,i said how much do i owe he said nothing.Oh my god i am still in shock,i told everyone even my friends in Ny.You guys rule!

My 4th time in Vegas and I have to say hands down this is the best dispensary closest to the Strip. There's a reason why they are 4.5 stars when really they should just be 5. The staff is super nice, very informative and best of all, not too pushy with making a selection or quantity. It's a clean and modern space and their menu is waaaay better than others, not to mention the phenomenal prices. Should be rated Best in Las Vegas... check them out ASAP!

I was a loyal customer of Cultivate. I spent at least $1,000+ there. I really liked their industry discounts since I work on the strip. Recently, I went there to get an infused preroll and a gram of wax. Usually a pricer order around $65+. I was told "usually it's $50, but for you it's $40" from a cashier I have never seen before. I handed 2 20 dollar bills and tipped $2. After I drove home 20 minutes to Henderson I realized there was no wax in my bag. My receipt had said $30 for the joint only which should be $25 with discount. It didn't make sense.When I went back and showed the manager he got very defensive and told me he could give me a pre roll and the fact that I lost it is my fault and not on him. I did not lose it. I never got it in the first place. He would not acknowledge how big of a mistake the receipt for only the joint was. On the camera you could not see the wax go into the bag, and he pointed with his hand and covered the screen so I could barely see. I knew I was never going to win this battle. He gave me a crappy .5 gram preroll for the trouble. Honestly, as someone who works in the hospitality industry, I was shocked he couldn't just replace the small amount of wax for the trouble. I have spent a lot there and their first reaction was the be defensive about it. He decided to be super nice once I initiated apologies to causing him stress. I think his employee literally stole my wax with slight of hand in front of the camera. I cannot prove this. You don't have to take my review to heart. Honestly though, to accuse a customer who has spent a ton of money of losing what they bought, and it's not your fault, and to not just replace it, is a crappy policy. But since I was overcharged, never got my wax, and was told to fuck off by a place I've given a decent amount of money to, I am pretty upset. I will never go back there again. I guess I'll just go to Planet 13 or Reef.

Shady business! I was buying at least an ounce a week from here for months and was there on 8/30 to cash my points out. I was told it would be better to pay for it this time and I would be able to get a free ounce as long as cashed them out by 9/5. Cultivate LV is my go to dispensary during the CONVID19 shutdown. There's no waiting in line like at Nuwu which can be a 4hr wait there. Cultivate has always been super friendly and Discrete with their delivery. It's my 4th order from Cultivate since the lock down. They always seem to have new items everyday I check them out online.

I am rewriting my review since their Marketing Team has reached out to me and has apologized. I was very upset customer after their grand opening. But I explained my story to them and they listened as well as told me what happened on their end and that they are aware of how crazy it was and they didn't expect that much from their opening. Which is a great thing for a business! They were very sincere in making sure I was taken care of and made sure that it was still a option for me to come back and for them to be able to take care of me. I spend large amounts of money here, 1000+ a month but for some reason this place is just terrible on customer service and could care less. I quit tipping anything more than a dollar and honestly that's even about to stop because they are getting where they don't even deserve that. I'd actually tip more if someone seemed excited about their job a little and seemed excited to see me walk in the door instead of treating me like an inconvenience. Your no longer just selling weed out of your bedroom, your being paid to sell a product. Try to upsell, give information on new products, be vocal about your sales, be approachable, be nice, tell me what's good and what's not so good, greet me with more than a "what's up" accompanied by a sour attitude and pushing a menu with 10,000 things on it in VERY small print towards me to "figure it out on my own." Most of the young women who work here have a super snobby attitude and talk like a pissed off cheerleader who is still in high school. There is a few of the receptionist girls who are nice, the night manager is pretty awesome and there is a skinny guy with glasses and longer brown hair that is really cool but for the most part everyone else just seems like they can't be "bothered" or they act like everything you ask them to do is inconvenient. Grow up. It's not cute, it's rude and it's sad when I get better customer service at McDonald's most of the time and feel less anxiety when ordering. If I was the owner, I'd send EVERYONE to a customer service class. And here is a little advice to the workers, being nice and smiling is free and will make you more money in tips if your not stuck in such a sour mood. When you clock in, your problems outside of work don't matter. Give good customer service, smile, be helpful and sell me some weed. That's what your being paid for.

I rushed there last night when the news came out that the dispensaries were closing. Everyone in town rushed there, too. This place was mobbed. People were aggro and wanting their weed now. Cultivate staff handled it like pros though. I was able to get everything I wanted.

this place is horrible. taking advantage of people during an epidemic??? we ordered 75$ worth of product, which came out to 105$ after taxes and delivery fee, after we ordered this morning at 8am got a confirmation call and saw the price at 10$/half gram of wax, they wait until they GET here KNOWING they have hours worth of wait and a ridiculous line to tell me that the wax was priced wrong and was actually 20$/half gram. i bought 2. so that bumped the price up to 125$ i was told. or that i had the option to cancel the order and order again and "he would probably be able to get to me" obviously not wanting to do that i still accepted the order, to then see that the thc% listed on the website were not even accurate. they were a whole 10% HIGHER on the site than what i recieved. 20% vs 30%. so not only did they not change the price which was the same the day before so not having time to do it is not an excuse, the percentages were not even CLOSE to accurate. NOT ONLY THAT, if i had known the wax was 10$ more i couldve got better % wax, FOR LESS. they have 84% for 16$ but i paid 20$ for 60% LOL. i feel very cheated, and will be taking my business elsewhere. this was THE place to go and where i'd send all my friends. now i wouldnt advise anyone to go here at all.they confirmed EVERYTHING for 104, this morning and when he stepped out of the car, then hes like oh nvm its 128 and we gotta go by what this says. more $ for lower $ makes NO SENSE.

If I could I would give this a negative review. My husband has been going their since they opened at their first opening and since has gone once or twiceA week he used to buy 8ths and moved up to 1/2 ounce today we ordered and picked it up, it said 1/2 ounce but it was not it was missing at least 3 grams we got opened it up and immediately called them it went to voicemail 20 times before someone answered we explained the problem and we told them it said 14 ounces but it was not we go their so much we know what a ounce looks like and it was unopened, so the lady told us to come in mind you we live 30-45 minutes away and we were at home. She said she would look at it she never said they could not exchange it and because of COVID she said that she could not do anything. and they explained it was prepackaged after I got back home I opened it and re measured it that's how I know it was missing mistakes happen but it was not 1/2 ounce at all it looked way to little in the bag and does not fit in the jars they give us that you get when you buy 1/2 ounce I have 5 of them I emptied it in their and it was not even half full. Make sure your measurements are right because they will make you waste your gas to go up their for no reason and not even come in and look at it and have an attitude. We will take our business somewhere else from now on because we just spent 120 and it was not even half an ounce I even have a video before it was opened

I've shopped a lot of dispensaries. Cultivate is amazing. Unreal customer service (super knowledgeable). Product quality was so on point. Prices were .If you (like me) appreciate any of these things do yourself a favor and check this dispensary out.

This location in the heart of Chinatown is what every neighborhood in Vegas needs. They have a huge variety of flower and extracts plus they appreciate industry, a huge win win! It's located right off the 15 so it's the perfect stop to pick up after a long shift on the strip. They have awesome affordable gram extracts and they run great deals every other day. This is by far my favorite dispensary in the city. Service is professional, quick and organized. Great products, great people, great place!

Great people tax included was attractive spent 100.00 over 2 visits w/in 72 hours and was disappointed with 2 things...the deals that include pre-rolls SHOULD indicate they are small half grams and one of 2 distillates (2 for $70) I bought Black Hat "Barry White" was so low on the oil it didn't even touch the top at all! I have used these many time and a bubble is normal but to see clear through the glass is disappointing.For an Indica the product is not all that good either.  100 spent learned my lesson. Chop it up as a loss. I'll be sure to check the product before leaving any dispensary and  maybe purchase only products that are ACTUALLY SEALED. My low review comes from being assaulted in front of the establishment. At first when I arrived, went in and service and selection was fine. A lot to choose from with prices on the higher side. Service was ok, I ended up just grabbing a $60 eighth of "God's bud" flower. Sale was ok and later the product was just just ok as well. I then walked outside of the establishment and ordered a "lyft" on my cell phone. I then am standing in front of the entrance right to the street side of of the parking spot that is directly in front of the entrance door. Now I am standing there looking at my phone and up walks an African American man in black clothes quickly at me. I put my phone away and look up as this guy quickly approached me, he said something and I looked at him like "what?" Then this guy PUNCHED me in the face.. Served me a quick two piece.. (two rapid hits)I then am knocked back a couple feet. Now mind you, I am by myself and from out of state only visiting for business (mostly) for about 2 days...So I was just punched in my face (not a thing that ever happens to me) and I'm looking at this dude and he look like he is on heavy drugs and probably doesn't have much to live for. Myself on the other hand have several things to live for, just in the my possession is my phone wallet and weed and I do not know my surroundings. Like I don't know if this bum has someone else with him or what. So I make the decision to make a quick run around the car that is parked in front of Cultivate and I yelled loud like "HEY" and the security guard opened the door and I pretty much ran in and rapidly told them what happened. Now here is where the review is directly related,,, I'm telling them (cultivate staff and security) what just happened and they are like " yeah guy does that often..".. So I'm like damn. If you are in the position to hit a near strip dispensary and you are using lyft/uber/cab or public transportation and you are by yourself, you better watch out going to Cultivate because there is a guy that will assault you and "he does it often" I can not recommend it..The security here is the major complaint. I know Other dispensaries in the area have security outside the front door and inside.

I just moved here and was looking for a place to get my medicine. This has been so far the best place i like to come. The atmosphere is great! Feels warm and not over bearing. The staff are wonderful and have been a great help. What I like even more is that staff will spend as much time as needed to make sure i leave with what i need. Make it a point to stop on by.

This was my first time in a dispensary and it was honestly such a great experience thanks to one of the workers, Gianna! She was budtending in the back and she was sooo knowledgeable about all of the product and helped me find exactly what I needed for my anxiety & insomnia. This dispensary has far the worst customer service! The bud tender Brandon was very rude and unprofessional. Talks to people in a rude manner and is very disrespectful. I asked him if he can get the manager and the manager by the name of Malcom walked up to me and it was just as rude and disrespectful. This is the business ethic and customer service they do provide. I warn all not to go to this dispensary!

Can I do a negative review? My husband got back in the car after stopping here and immediately says we're not coming here again. He said after some small talk about Hawaii while running the transaction, that the girl working tonight told him "oh, well, I've never banged a Hawaiian guy before" (for non-Hawaiians: "banged" is slang for had sex with). Who in their right mind implies that they should have sex with a customer? Totally inappropriate & unprofessional. Needless to say, we definitely won't be returning.

One of my favorite 24hr dispensaries in Las Vegas!! Definitely recommend signing up for the text alerts they have weekly specials & deals from grams to vape cartridges. Spent $10 on a gram & got a prerolled for a penny. I definitely will be back.

So pleased with this dispensary! They went above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service to me. I visited here 4 days ago and bought 2 half gram Flav cartridges and after the first couple days of use the oil was leaking into the mouthpiece and into my mouth. I called the dispensary not thinking that they would replace them but asking if there were any tips they could give me to salvage what oil was left in the tank. They told me to bring them in and they would see what they could do. To my surprise they replaced both cartridges for me for free! I am so appreciative as I only go to the dispensary every two weeks, so I usually make what I have last! I would absolutely recommend Cultivate to everybody! They have great deals, great products, and amazing customer service!

I moved to Las Vegas from a non recreational state two months ago. I have visited every dispensary in town since moving here, but Cultivate is the one that I always return to. The staff is incredibly friendly (especially Omar), they know their stuff, and you can't beat the prices. Hands down my favorite dispensary in Las Vegas. 10/10 would recommend.

Last week I went in to buy a cartridge that I had been looking for, Cultivate had it for a pretty decent price compared to a lot of the other dispensary's in the area. Once I got home I screwed it into my battery and tried the first hit, all I could taste was a horrible burnt plastic/metallic taste. I let it cool and tried it again and it was even worse, so I called cultivate and spoke with Kat which was very nice and told her the issue, she told me to come In the following day and speak with the manager. So the next day I went in and spoke to Marion, at first she thought I wanted a refund when in reality all I wanted to do was exchange it for the exact same item....but once she realized all I wanted was a even exchange she was gracious enough to go ahead and give me a new one. I know how strict dispensary's can be with the return/exchange policy so the fact that Marion was so kind and understanding was incredibly appreciated. I have many options when it comes to dispensary's in Vegas, but the kindness, professionalism and courtesy that Marion and her team showed has earned them a forever customer! I would leave a zero if I could. I have been shopping here since they opened and have always had really reasonable prices. The customer service has been middle of the road save a few overly aggressive security guards and rude employees tonight made sure I will never go back. I work a long shift until early 1am. That is when I walked in there sore and tired and have really bad problems with my feet. I have a medical card because it really is medicine for me not just fun. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude to a customer behind me asking a reasonable question of about how long the wait was. She rolled her eyes and looked offended at the question. She answered"i don't know you can go look I guess. "At this point I had to ask for a medical badge because no one gave me one.  I walk back into the room and stand in the medical line. Someone leaves and they call the next recreational line. Im a little annoyed but not a huge deal. Then again and skipped again and at this point I really need to get off my feet they are swollen and really hurt. Not trying to be rude but trying to be noticed I hold up my badge when the next person leaves. the cashier looks right at me says sorry and takes the next recreational person to which I got fed up as I couldn't stand anymore and left. to which an employee feels the need to yell at me across the store at me, "you were next but fine if you wanna be like that! "I have been in the service industry my whole working life and this was absolutely dreadful way to run a business who hires employees like that I will never be backMy condition isn't that te rriblebut painful but what if (god forbid)  I had cancer or something life ending and you just treated a medical patient like that, disgusting

We likely wont be back! We live in Vegas, we own a business in Vegas. When our clients come to town, we often suggest or take them to dispensaries. Cultivate wont be on our list of dispensaries to visit. We have always been flower smokers but one day while at Cultivate a budtender convinced us to try vaping. We bought 2 cartridges and a 5/10 battery. Well the cheaper of the 2 cartridges leaked, so we lost valuable product there. But at least the cartridge worked, so we got to smoke the rest of what was in it. The 2nd cartridge was our favorite....Blue Zkittles by Select. The cartridge worked the first couple times we used it, then it stopped working! It was still 3/4 full! Every time we put it on the battery, it would kill the battery completely. We were so bummed and didnt know what to do. When we went to a different dispensary (we went to the Underground at Acres - great service, we will definitely be back and recommend them!) they suggested that we return the faulty cartridge and they also suggested that we try the Select proprietary battery. They didnt have to, but Acres was nice enough to give us a Select battery to try to see if that could get our cartridge working again....NOPE! Ok, so we finally get a day off and can get across town to Cultivate, we bring the faulty cartridge and the battery we bought from them plus the proprietary one, just to show them it didnt work and we arent trying to pull anything. The budtender tested it and guess what??? Yep, its a bad cartridge. So she goes to ask the manager if he can swap it out, and the guy says no its been too long! WTF?? Too long?! I could understand if it was past the expiration date on the cartridge or something! But no, the cartridge doesnt expire for like a year! Too long for what then? I should have until the date of expiration to smoke my cartridge! Now I have a cartridge of our favorite flavor and no way to smoke it even thought its 3/4 full. Its disappointing because these cartridges are not cheap and I feel if a faulty product is sold and the product is not expired, it should be replaced! We had the stickers and everything to prove we bought it (even though it shows on their screen as well). The service leaves a lot to be desired and thats kind of the name of the game. There is a dispensary on every corner, they all have almost the same things for almost the same price. So to set yourself apart, you better have great customer service. This place leaves lots to be desired. We did learn through all of this that Acres/Underground is super helpful, plus they said if they had sold it they certainly would have replaced it! After this whole experience we have learned a lot about vaping, which products are quality, and what products and places to avoid. On the upside, we found a new dispensary we can count on and we know in a month when our clients return that Acres is where we will take them to make their large purchases while in town. So I sincerely hope it was worth it to "Mr arms crossed saying no Manager" to lose steady and reliable customers over 1 faulty cartridge (especially since everything we bought ended up being faulty). And you can ask Acres and Reef, we are definitely reliable/steady customers that bring business.

If I could give zero stars I would. The service was atrocious. And the lone fact that they put recreational before medical is disgusting. Medical needs this to help them feel better and this joke of a dispensary chose rec people who just want to get high over medical. I WILL NEVER RETURN. and I live literally 15 feet away. You are a joke.

After returning to the store the sales representative directed me to a manager Great guy he an I spoke about the issue he told me that they will deal with manufacturing company to bring back and they will make things right And they did!!!!!Thanks Guy's

Staff that work there when I went are arrogant.i take that back because I only really talked to the white guy with the big black hoops through his ear lobes and tattooed all over. I ask him some questions about the pens and how they work. He just hands me a menu because he doesn't want to answer me or something. So I glance at the menu again and then ask him a question about how much the pens cost. He looks at me like I'm an idiot and responds to me like I am a toddler whinnying about something. The chick at the door was nice and security was cool. But this guy needs to work on his customer service. Sorry to the owner but I won't be returning or recommending that Despensary to anyone I know

This place is ridiculous. I've been coming here for years but it's definitely getting worse and worse. It's great when they have specials but good luck getting correct information on them. And don't have a car & want to make an online order to get a Lyft and pick up, but you have a question? Good luck. They don't answer the phones or return the messages they insist you leave with your questions. If you're looking for whatever you can find at a good price, roll through, but if you need something specific, find another place bc this will set you up for disappointment.

This is a pretty nice dispensary.  The women who have always greeted me upon entering are so chill and so sweet, not to mention very cheery and friendly.  I haven't had any real bad experiences here.  I had one poor experience and well that led to my not purchasing anything.  The bud tenders have all been pretty knowledgeable but some with shorter tempers than others.  Prices are a bit high here but when you don't have much choice in the matter, you'll go to get what you need from where you can find it.  One thing I've noticed is that all of the dispensaries carry different lines and not many of 'em overlap.

Definitely the place to stop, they have a huge variety of gas options thT won't disappoint.   The quality  was great and the price made it even.beyyer.

I love this place so much. From their pricing to the staff and to the environment I walk into each time. Staff is super friendly BUT tonight they did me and my friend dirty. We had purchased a $10 pre-roll but it was already smoked? I'm pretty chill but that's unprofessional man.

I've visited other more expensive dispensaries in Las Vegas and gotten subpar product. However Cultivate has been great every time I've gone in. Recently Sean (or Shawn? Sorry!) helped me with recommending the best products ever and I now have my new favorites. Thanks for the awesome help

FTP here at Cultivate I loved the atmosphere here. I arrived about 9:15 and no one was inside. Jordan was the dude! Very knowledgeable on products and pricing.. also gives good suggestions for good products for a good price! I'll be back

I walked in to buy a full gram cartridge & when I got home I noticed it was a bit empty & it's upsetting bc I just don't have the time to exchange it.

Best service in town. Dee helped us, she was very knowledgeable and made some fantastic suggestions. Highly recommend coming to see her!! The store is very clean and the service as soon as you walk in is  fantastic. The gal behind the check in desk was very courteous, we loved her attitude.

Horrible customer service selling non quality product, bought a cart 2 days ago and it stopped working they refused to right their wrongs requesting a receipt (even though they can check their system to see my purchases) which I didn't keep because I don't  expect the cart to break let alone stop working after only 2 daysThis is the second item I've received here that quit working after a few days the 1st item being a battery that they "stopped carrying" when I showed up to see if they would replace it

A pretty good dispensary in Chinatown. Cultivate is a very small one compared to others. Selection isn't as good but there's some interesting things. Friendly and knowledgeable mostly. The prices are pretty high on things and you don't get a whole lot but the products have tasted and worked pretty well. It first seems like there's not going to be much to look at. It's a small building. The back part with the products is very small and you can look at the entire selection in a few seconds. It's not a bad thing because sometimes you're just looking for anything or you don't know what you want, and sometimes the choices are overwhelming. With the kind of limited selection there's not that problem. An interesting product is the elixir. It's about $12 for a bottle of THC infused juice. This comes in several flavors such as fruit punch. It's not much, only a tiny bottle. You have to be careful though because it's potent. Also there's the typical edibles like chocolates. The flowers are usually at least $50 or so. A pretty decent independent dispensary. It doesn't have the best prices or best selection but there's some things worth checking out. The edibles selection is kind of interesting too.
