Haven't been here in awhile so I decided to go and get sugar biscuits and it was ok but it wasn't like the first time I had it prices and staff is amazing

Terrible service. I've came here about 8 times since it's near my place, but trust me you're better off driving out to a different place. The staff could care less about their customers or the mediocre product they sell. Went in there for a .9 of a 88% cart and ended up getting a completely different cart and strain. When I explained it wasn't the one I said, he basically just apologized for the mistake and said he couldn't do anything about it. Then the very next time I order a .9 cart and end up receiving a .5 one.  "I'm very sorry for this but there's nothing we can do". If you made the mistake, why don't you idk fix it? Such an incompetent place filled with incompetent employees. But I kept giving them chances, just to be disappointed yet again. But today I couldn't believe what happened. I tried making a small purchase of 30$ and ended up getting double charged due to their faulty transaction terminals. PLEASE NEVER USE YOUR CARD HERE (If you do choose to waste your money here). Just like that one pre roll ended up costing me 60$ on top of their card fees. And guess what, they just said there was nothing they could do and I should "take it up with my bank". It was YOUR fault, but yet I'm the one that has to resolve the issue. This place disappointed me so much I contemplated just taking a break from weed because of how miserable my experience was. But trust me, there are good places to buy from, just don't let this be a learning experience like it was for me.  Also their carts seem very suspicious, a .9 cart looks to be .6 at best. Maybe I'm wrong, but I've never had this issue at a different dispensary. If you want full carts go to The Sanctuary! Their staff will actually take care of you and won't have a "take it or leave it" type attitude.

Steven helped me and was so great as Im new to this. I also left my ID and he came running up the street just to give it to me. Awesome products and A+++ customers service. HIGHly recommend!

2nd time in this month..... extremely pleased with the experience.  Great feeling from walking in to walking out.... Smiles from staff and even all the patrons in line.  That's how it should be , NuLeaf it Setting the bar high!  Great deals too, I HATE to goto dispos as I am a medical grower But this feels right if I have to spend my hard earned money. Shout out to Joe for providing a fresh and friendly transaction and a bit of small talk between.

Stopped here with a friend while visiting Vegas. I came specifically for their gummies but they were over priced in my opinion. Maybe I'm use to the dispensaries back at home. Because you can usually get one pack of strong gummies for $10 and they usually have promos like 3 packs of gummies for $25. There were no sales like that at this establishment. So for that I removed one star. But, the employees were all friendly and the place was clean and really cute inside. My friend got something from here and it did the job while visiting.

Earlier this week I ordered delivery from them. I received a confirmation text and waited for the delivery or an update or call. We received nothing. Today we ordered at 5 and received a confirmation text immediately after. Now is the time for delivery and we received a message saying they are at capacity and it can't go out tonight. This is three hours later. Do not use their service.

Make sure you check your bag before you leave and the receipt just in case they didn't up-charge you . I'm not a fan of wasting gas to get something I should of got the first time, otherwise I would of rated  5 stars . The Cartridges here are a good price compared to other overpriced dispensaries though so i recommend checking that at the least . Staff is friendly and helpful as well . Just please don't forgot to put stuff in bags .. at least compensate people for wasting their time and gas .

We went on 4/10, nowhere near the 4/20 weekend. We were staying in a condo, not hotel. We were told you wouldn't deliver because you got busy. Apology with excuses is not an apology at all for spending 30.00 on cab to come get product that you never gave us.

If you have an expired license from California (even if you renewed, there is a backlog for several months and you won't get it delivered in any reasonable timeframe) then they won't let you in. EVEN WITH PROOF OF RENEWAL! Don't waste your time!

Quick and easy place to get some meds and be on your way. I'm a medical patient from Arizona and was able to order online the first time with NO PROBLEM! In Arizona it would have taken me 30 minutes to get in and out as a new patient.  Their express curbside was quick and easy too, would recommend for anyone coming in from out of town or local.

Love this place! Great choice of concentrates. We are usually helped by Dylan, who's highly knowledgeable and an amazing budtender. Highly recommend!

Nuleaf Is my go to spot, and I don't live anywhere near this place. In fact, I pass several other dispensaries, just to get there. Great product, great customer service and great pricing. Can't wait for the second location to open. I wil probably be there on the first day. My only suggestion, change up the music. A little variety never hurt anyone.

Nuleaf is the best dispensary in Las Vegas hands down. Thier home delivery service and curbside pickup service can't be beat. Since recreational legalization, it can be tricky for smokers like me to navigate The labyrinth that is the world of shopping for legal cannabis. Nuleaf's staff has always been eager to assist me in making my selections, I feel at home when I enter the doors of this place, and they have killer deals. What's not to love! Their establishment is always pristinely clean and operated with the utmost professionalism. I won't shop anywhere else. Special shout out goes to Tess. Every now and then when I am feeling indecisive or confused about which selection to make when I shop, Tess never fails to enlighten me with tons of knowledge about the product and makes my selection much easier. Best cannabis prices in Las Vegas, most friendly/informative/professional staff of any dispensary in town, and most efficient delivery service of any of their competitors. I won't shop anywhere else but Nuleaf

*birthday celebration week Jan29th-Feb4th*So this was the first Mary Jane stop for the BF b day as a little treat and diff the most expensive. it was a very cute store filled with cute photo props and all however I wish I did a tad bit more research on affordable Mary Jane spots . This place is sooo over priced it's not even funny compared to the 2 spots we continued to go to for the remainder of the trip . But it was a good experience and the cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable just wish he told me to go else where lol

I am a frequent customer of nuleaf. I'd say I visit about four times a week. Everybody always makes me feel welcome but Jesse? He goes above and beyond. Always greeting me by name when I arrive, always making me feel welcome as a customer. He answers all of my questions truthfully and to the best of his ability. His recommendations are always solid and I've never left disappointed. Thanks Jesse. I'll be back tomorrow!

I visited five dispensaries during a recent trip (09/2020) to Las Vegas.  NuLeaf was one of the better ones with a good selection of concentrates at good prices.   The staff was knowledgeable.  Rankings below.Planet 13(5 Stars), Pisos (5 Stars), BLUM(4 Stars)NuLeaf (4 Stars) Reef (4 Stars)  Thrive (2 Stars).

This place is a cool little spot. We happened to arrive just at the right time with all the foot traffic coming through. Pricing was decent the only thing I wasn't too keen on was they did not offer any discounts unless you were a local. California a little different, promos apply to anyone that's interested, 1st time customer, birthday promo, discounts, point system and vendor / industry discounts. Bud tender said I had to have other credentials besides my business card showing that I was in the industry. Other than that it was a quaint place for a quick pit stop.

Horrible. 1st experience I was trying to order delivery around 9pm and was told that they weren't able to accept anymore(delivery ends at 11:30pm) and then it takes over an hour at curbside to get my medicine because they weren't taking my electronic rec I had to print it.Fast forward last night I try again since they carry low cost concentrates. Around 9pm I call for delivery and I get no response until THIS MORNING finally I am told the order is on the way and Sam below says she is sorry and I should ask for her. Considering my order hasn't arrived I call but their number never gets you to a real person. So I call my driver Ron and he says "I'm just a driver I can't give you the phone number" and hangs up.I'm never going here again. They treat you like garbage all around. I get better customer service from the irs

My hubby's budtender Jesse was amazing!! He knew the products well and helped him find something to help with his anxiety. The wyld pear gummies worked perfectly for him!! Thank you Jesse for all of your help and can't wait to go back to see you again!!

the people leaving 5 star reviews are either employees of nu leaf or they dont know what the difference between good weed and bad weed is or they just dont shit about weed.

Not half grams!!!! This is a theft I'm sorry but don't advertise if you're lying. 4 months I constantly went back and 3% of them all were full of oil the others were almost half the .5 cart. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. REEF IS THE GO TO. PRICIER BUT THEY ACTUALLY GIVE .5

Wow, this place is very clean and is beautiful inside. The staff is so nice and friendly!!! I believe customer service really sets you apart from others in the industry. I am glad I was referred here.

Well, I was a customer of another dispensary until they all shutdown duo to covid-19 and I was left with no weed for over 2 weeks until NuLeaf had their best deal of 6 pre rolls for 60 and so I ordered and I got my weed in less than 2 hours and also great customer service on the phone as well.

Due to the fact that they screwed up our order leaving out an 8th saying we didn't charge the full order? Like what u mean my order was correct  the receipt stapled to the bag but they charged only half of it. Leaving half my order out, came back and the wanted to tax Check your bag before you leave. They said come back and will take care of u, Miles store Mgr came out acted like a total dick like it was our fault they suck at doing an easy job... As I waited in the parking lot for them to come back the second time they messed up the order again leaving out one of my items this is beyond ridiculous their excuse was it's the girls first weekLike You're over 21 this shouldn't be difficult.

First time at NuLeaf was today. My family and I went in looking for carts. I am a medical patient and was helped by Alana. Alana went above and beyond to answer our questions and was very helpful at recommending specific products based on what we were looking for. Nuleaf is a dispensary that you should defiantly must check out. Thank you for the great service!

Alright so iv lived in Vegas for about a year and iv tried a TON of  dispensary's in the city and this is by far the best one and most consistent everything at this place is very good even the lower tier strands always get you right and taste pretty good the 48 dollar quarters are  amazing iv only had one issue here an as soon as I talked to a manger I was treated amazing he explained why I got what I got an even gave me a free joint for the inconvenience all of the employees are informative and nice and I have never been in there for longer than 15 minutes even when it is packed in my opinion it's one of the best spots in Vegas

Absolutely incompetent. Accused me of having COVID and refused delivery. Have used them before and not had issues - seems like new management is a bunch of losers who can't read. Better options in town. Will work with local government regarding their discrimination.Response to manager: totally understand! However your low level employees yelling "WE AINT DELIVER BECUZ YOU SAID YOU GOT THE COVID" (which I don't and never stated) and then her manager saying "so are you an old man or something?" are not appropriate business interactions, regardless of the industry. Embarrassing.

After receiving an order confirmation, an hour later I get a call saying they couldn't deliver. I asked why it allowed me still to do a delivery today and the lady just said it changes day to day. I asked why it confirmed over an hour ago it was being preprared she just said well we can try scheduling a pick up. I don't have a car I wouldn't waste my money in an uber to go pick up maybe it's not even ready... There was a reason I requested delivery today and nothing happened...the website doesn't say it's a day by day thing. Don't advertise same day delivery, confirm it's being prepared and then call an hour later to say you can't deliver today or allow people to order and confirm and you can't full fill it. Horrible I wouldn't waste my time to go in person so many wonderful dispensaries I chose here because they claimed same day delivery. False advertisement. Not worth the time.

They don't have a huge selection for the $19 carts, they alternate between a couple different ones and I'd just like to have more selection but they still have amazing prices and service and products. I come from across town to come here!

This place has such horrible service, terrible and rude staff. Can't even call to ask a question. Placed an order at noon, 5 hours later and nothing! I call to check twice! First time I was told by 4 at the latest then I call back after another hour and its another excuse and being told that I need to learn to wait by MANAGEMENT!!! Don't know why I ever decided to try this place. Over $100 order too..... So many other MUCH better dispensaries to go to.

They changed their locals' discount and they are already super pricey. When I expressed that I was displeased with that, my cashier was very sweet, but her coworker was very rude. She butted in to the conversation me and my cashier were having just to (rudely) say "we have deals, and they change" and I politely said "other dispensaries have consistent locals discounts." She then rolled her eyes at me. She is an older white lady with gray hair. She is always very short when she speaks and never super friendly...but her eye roll is the straw that broke the camels back. My cashier, who is a young black woman with braids, was extremely sweet and helpful. I'm officially taking my business to REEF DISPENSARIES. I NEVER have these problems like rude cashiers and fluctuating locals discounts at other dispensaries...as if the owner doesn't even care about locals.You are a dispensary in the middle of the hood. Take advantage of that by catering to the people who live literally all around you.

I LOVE this dispensary and the staff! Every time I land in town it is my first stop from the airport. From beginning to end, everyone is so wonderful and helpful. Coming from California, I'm no stranger to good dispensaries, but this blows almost all of those away. Selection is great, retail experience is exciting and they often have vendors with samples. Thank you for always recommending new/exciting things! You guys are amazing!

5-Stars is the highest I can give?  This is my "go to" place. It was the first place I went since beginning work on the east side of town and the only thing that drove me to another dispensary (yes I cheated) was the the fact that Coronavirus-volumes made it impossible for me to order through their website.NuLeaf is very affordable and offers a wide variety of discounts and deals. Their prices and deals are pretty good but what sets them apart from the competition is their customer service.  I always walk-in (well ordered ahead once) and have never waited for more than 5 min. I've been helped by a number of bud tenders, but Christina and a young Hispanic man, Raiders fan (I'm sorry I forgot his name and described half of vegas, but hey I don't partake for memory enhancement) are by far the friendliest and best I've experienced.  They are extremely knowledgeable and turned this ol' 40 something who hasn't smoked in 25+ years into someone who at least can identify and order what he likes.  (Due to contractural obligations between me and the DOD, I had to forgo use of this great plant for everything except lines on a ship...last time I smoked was when OJ was an actor, ditching' school was cool, and The Chronic opened the world up to a whole new generation of white boys who wore Dickies and Sox hats...and you got it on the "wrong side" of town.Anyways, I can't say enough about NuLeaf. Great selection, great deals, and even better people!

I gave this place three chances. Trying to get delivery, they do not communicate, are rude, and the prices are meek. If you place an order, just call right after to confirm because they wont call you ever, not even to tell you delivery wont happen. Thats if you get in touch with delivery dispatch, because they have no problem ignoring the line.

Always our first stop when getting to Vegas! They have a large variety of flower. There prices are great! If you join there point system you quickly get money back to use towards purchases! Fast, no line! Great service! Thank me later!

You guys should be answering your phones for customers that need help with someone instead of having it go to voicemail literally 24/7 every day, any time I try to call I can't get though. So annoying, please fix that

Such good products for a good price. Literally my favorite dispensary. Areyna was super helpful and knowledgeable and recommended the rainmaker cartridge(so bomb)  which I got along with some wax and flower. It's a plus when the budtender is so sweet too! :)))

I'm from out of town and have issues sleeping. Fiancé is "okay" with me doing what I need to do to rest but I know he disapproves and doesn't fully understand. Had his first trip to Vegas and he wanted to stop in one for his first time. I'm so thankful we went here for his first experience! What a clean place! Very professional. I wish I could remember the two people who helped us but they made the visit that much better! So nice and knowledgeable on the product and were just great & personable. I appreciate them so much!!

This place is at the top of my list with Acres. That being said , I was treated like a scrub when at first asking about prices of an eighth. This was intentional. I went outside for 2 minutes. When I return I purchase a half ounce.,. As advertised on their wall., several choices... Each$70/oz. I was instantly a freaking VI#*$P!¡!! GOODY BAG AND ALL! HEMP BACKPACK ! I GOT A CARD !!! HOLY CRAP I AM IMPORTANT! (FUNNY THE EIGHTHS WERE $56 SO DO DAY MATH) MAYBE it was for knowing how to read, and using basic math . Problem bsolving at its finest. This IS what I got an education for!!!!

Had a minor hiccup with my delivery and the director, Sam was honestly amazing. Such great communication skills and effort to make the problem better. Highly recommend using this place for their honest and hardworking work ethic.

Don't recommend this I tried getting a new vape pen i was having issues with the amount in mine and tried to explain this. The manager didn't want to do for me so I'm not returning back here. Take your money elsewhere.

The only reason i go here and not Essence like I usually do is because its so close to my job at Palazzo, however i know when i go to expect terrible customer service, and over priced bud. Not to mention i went before had a terrible experience because the terepens were mislabled on bud i purchased, and the clerk at the counter, a heavy set  bushy facial haired white guy, was rude asf, condescending, raised his tone with me, and to add insult to injury the manager nor owners did anything about the experience even after i went out of my way to get the owners # and leave a voice message in hopes of rectifying the situation opposed to taking to yelp, and giving a 1 star review that i wish could be a zero star.Edited 9/10/19I revisited today, and i just find it funny how it took for me to finally post a yelp review about my experience from almost 2 1/2 weeks ago , for the experience to be addressed after calling the owner leaving a voicemail and no correspondence. Now that it effects the business's rating all of the sudden there's a concern for my previous experience. I could be wrong but that just doesn't seem genuine. How about when i called 2 weeks ago concern be shown for the $30 i lost from my uber ride being cancelled from waiting on your rude employee to refund me and leaving with no bud, and wasted time on the day of the incident. I work in hospitality and this isn't how I would ever try to redeem confidence in my brand by addressing an issue almost a month later, when the guest actually left a direct voicemail. Once a guest has to take to yelp to be heard its too late to try to address the issue.

When you order online, double check your order. I ordered an 1/8 of sugar biscuits 31.54% THC & ended up getting an1/8 of mandarin cookies at 23.01% THC. Disappointing!

Loved this dispensary the best. They had all their products listed with prices and good variety of items.. if you spend $100 you get a free infused pre roll. I will definitely return

Well,This was my first time in any dispensary.  I usually don't give anything 5 stars unless it blows me away.I was blown away.  Every person working there was friendly, helpful, and nice.  They know there product.Its got good hours and isn't too far from the airport.The prices are right on par with everywhere else.  Their products are unbelievable to say the least.  They have just about anything you can imagine.I love Vegas and couldn't think id love it anymore and boy was i wrong.I will be back with an even bigger smile on my face and more money to spend.There is a limit to what you can buy at once, but you'll figure that out.

look all in gonna say is don't advertise $48 quarters if it's going to be $60 when i come to pick it up, especially if the strain i ordered off your website is actually out of stock

I saw this advertised on a few traveling billboards and it was worth the Lyft ride. My travel buddies and I visited a few dispensaries while in Vegas, and this one was nice but a little more pricey. Everything we got from this store was official. I recommend the strawberry cough indica strand, which was AHHH-MAZING! The receptionist was a nice down to earth lady and the salesmen were knowledgeable. I'll visit again

Shantel, my dear, or at least that's how she liked to refer to me. Note to Shantel, when someone calls to make a comment or complaint about their most recent experience, referring to them as "my dear" over and over again can make you feel some type of way. But you keep doing what you do, my dear. Anyways, I had to wait to write this review to make sure I wasn't simply speaking out of anger from my crap experience at this dispensary. Part of me feels like I should have known better. All these political, money grubbing, overpriced shops seem to be the same, but man this one took the cake with their .6 prerolls. (for $17.50 each after tax)I bought 2 of them, came home, couldn't even get through half of it before having to put it out. Complete shake, and not even buds, like shake of trim leaves. Who are they fooling with these joints?!So I figured let me try the second one, NOPE, not better at all! Seriously I just spent almost $40 for barely a gram of unsmokeable trim? NO way. Sure some shops are rip offs, but not like this! Alright, it was a bad time. But that's not even the best part of this story. I called to not even complain, but more-so let the manager know of the low quality product and maybe they'll look into it. Or if others have a similar experience they will start to use a different vendor. At this point, I would have even taken a simple refund. Instead, the manager, again the Shantel lady, kept interrupting me (with "my dear" and a 'tude), was only willing to offer me a $10 discount like I would actually want to return, and then advised me in a threatening manner that I shouldn't go any further than her. WHAT?! So apparently she is the top of the top and that's that. No GM, No Owner. Eventually she put me on hold only to take my info, hang up one me, and never have anyone contact me. I didn't expect them to at this point. I would bet money she never even took down my number. There are a few decent shops, this is NOT one of them. Avoid at all costs because bottom line, these people are not about the meds, they are about the money. It really does make the entire industry look bad having people like this in it.

Very very very good experience. I'm from out of town (Atlanta) and my Uber driver recommended NuLeaf, and told me that it was personally his favorite. My sales associate was Joshua, he had a great personality and was more than helpful. Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Vegas!

There prices are a little higher then others, which wouldn't hadn't of been a problem but they also don't have a wide selection

This place is a joke. They sold me a battery that didn't work. Then when I had to go back to replace the battery they unscrewed my cartridge and never gave it back. I never got the cartridge back because they couldn't find it and then told me it wasn't their fault.

I've gone to about 5 or 6 dispensaries when we've visited Vegas. We came to Nu Leaf because it was closest. It was the most disappointing experience of all the dispensaries. We don't smoke regularly. We're those older people who "oh wow it's legal now let's get some".  The other dispensaries we've gone to, excel at customer service. Some more than others. They always ask you what experience you would like to have with the product and based on that they say "okay, here are 4 different items to consider that will make you creative, relaxed, buzzed etc".  Not Nu Leaf! We walked in, were the only customers at the time. The young woman behind the counter simply said "what can I get you". She seemed put off that we needed advice. We had to drag information out of her. Just a really sub-par experience. We only spent $150 and went to Reef where with proper help we walked out $700 poorer.

Johnny was awesome with helping me and was very honest. I've bought some pretty bad pre rolls from other dispensaries in the past and have been sadly disappointed. However, NuLeaf had the high quality pre rolls I was looking for. They burned even and the flower was top shelf. It was my first time to this location, but I will definitely be back for another visit! Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

OMG I can't believe it's taking me this long to rave about nuleaf. They are always so amazing and welcoming! Literally a quick trip down the street, whatever my issues they always have the relief, and I finally get to try a gram of slurricane So I definitely wanted to shout out the amazing people that have helped me today! Even before you go in,the security guard Cory, makes you feel welcome and even got the door. The lady at the front desk, Chantel,she has such a pretty smile, got me checked in and Nick helped me pick out my product. I'm always not sure what I want, so I know I'm a pain in the ass, but he was super patient and helpful. I wish I had more to say about Ron, but seemed knowledgeable and helpful with his customer. It probably took me longer to write this than the whole stop in. I've been to other places, ( like pisos ew)and not just the convenience of location, but seriously just great prices, products, employees..... and the points card Never been disappointed.

Now, I came in here as a new medical  patient. I asked if they had any new patient discounts for first-time medical customers and there wasn't. Usually everybody gets at least $10 off for a 20% discount. Anyways the product seems quality but it wasn't what I was looking for. I needed something called Rick Simpson oil and they didn't carry it. They do have some cartridges that I might come back for because they're bigger than usual. Other than that the staff was really nice and patient with me.  I would've given them five stars if they had the RSO in stock. I'll update later when I check back.

I worked with Ron. He was very helpful! and so friendly!! I was unsure what I wanted but he new I was a smoker and pointed me in the right direction. He was so so friendly as well. I will be coming back on my next trip to Vegas!!

There is female manager that works the mid day afternoon that has THE WORST attitude she think she knows everything damn thing about marijuana, over bearing personality, very rude and she throws her manager title around in a way thats makes her attitude bigger than it needs too be .. buying weed should always be pleasant experience but NOT with her around ... i came inside one day and she yelled at me for being on the phone ( BUT THERE IS NO SIGNS around) mind you im confirming with my husband what strains he wants etc and she snaps!! tried to call security and get me kick me out the store BUT the security guard and the other manager on duty could See the problem was bot me the customer but actually HER!!! After being a loyal local  member I can say i will not be continuing to support this shop as long as she works there!! SMH!

Don't pay with your card especially if you are a tourist. Was in Vegas for few days. The only place I used my card for payment was at NuLeaf. 24hours later when I was on the plane about to take off I received notification that someone used my car and spend $40. I blocked my card to prevent any further transactions. On landing in London I noticed that at NuLeaf someone tried to use my card details three times worth almost $500.

So I'll be quick so you can know whether to check this place out or not, and my answer is yes DO stop in if you have your medical card. You want more? OkayStaff~  awesome. Super friendly. Very knowledgable bud tenders too, a little shout out to Christine. Helped me with my purchase, Very sweet and made me laugh too. Atmosphere is relaxing, I don't feel the need to leave, if anything I want to walk around inside, they have a retro pay phone from the 60's era I'm assuming? It doesn't work but it's still pretty neat to look at. Back inside they have quite the selection, all displayed neatly, organized and clean. Over all theme of the place is just great, I feel like I'm back in time with seeing any of the old versions of medicating apparatuses. Bottom line is, give this place a shot if you are wanting some nice n tasty buds. Great atmosphere and friendly peeps.  I'll be returning. Over priced, low quality Cannabis, long waits for little supply and not much diversity of flower. Flowers had lots of stems, Little bud, lots of leafs, on unrinsed Cannabis, not the retailers fault, but the producer is to blame!

Had a great experience here. We were from out of state and had someone recommend this place bc it's not on the strip and prices are better which they were. Super friendly, clean and helpful in telling me about the different strands!!! Highly recommend

Located in Twain and paradise very close to the strip. The customer service was very helpful. The took the time to explain every strand and thc level. They also informed me of all the specials. The best strand by far is gorilla glue #4

This was my first visit to not only this dispensary but any ever. Once I showed my id I walked in and was warmly greeted by Rachelle. She is the kind of person that you instantly think you know from somewhere be cause shes like talking to an old friend you haven't seen in years. I explained I had just been diagnosed with cancer and am hearing how helpful thc is. She educated me further and explained many of their products. I appreciated her going into full detail as I had a lot of questions. Patrick helped field some questions also and found me some valuable information in one of the books. They both took the time to learn my needs and answer any questions. I love the packaging used and found this shop meticulously clean. I am very happy with the products I bought and plan a return trip

Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. Ronald was very nice and helped me find the perfect hybrid that was within my price range. Definitely going back again!

Very cool place. There is a NuLeaf in South Lake Tahoe, which is about an hour from me. I went later at night so there was no wait. The guy who helped me was super helpful and personable (we chatted about Pokémon and video games lol) he gave some pretty good recommendations on what to get and was able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely come back whenever I'm in Vegas.

What an amazing experience! The staff was very friendly and welcoming which is nice when you're not used to going to a dispensary because it's not legal when you're from. There was a very little wait at 3ish. The selection is about what you would usually find, they have several well known and loved brands. The prices are the best I found anywhere near the strip, it looks far away on the map but is was a very short and easy ride from the Flamingo. I will recommend this place to anyone who will listen.

This dispensary has one of the most informative, patient, kindest budtenders I've ever encountered. I usually go as a guest with my mom to dispensaries because she is very new to the cannabis community and I wanted to make sure she hears and understands every bit of information because she is half deaf and relies heavily on reading lips but I can finally let her go by herself and feel confident about it because this dispensary has made it very comfortable for her and she feels excited to go back each time and not be upsold on stuff she doesn't need but informed on products she is buying without trying to rush her.

So , I come to Vegas a lot and never really even considered going to a dispensary here , even though marijuana has been legalized by the state . Anyways, the people running the place were really friendly and also knowledgeable. The only real issue that I had with this place were actually two things, their pricing and the quality of their " papers". The papers are absolutely trash. You basically have to light up a lot of the paper to get a couple of puffs ... you would think for pricing , the quality of the paper would be great but, nope. All in all , the pricing and paper quality would stop some people from purchasing from them again but, their " Princess haze " is AMAZINGGGGG! * Disclaimer I DONT KNOW HOW TO ROLL SO , I bought the pre-rolls and that's where you can find Princess Haze, thank me later ;) *Also, the prerolls start out at $13 and go up to $26. I've found other places selling prerolls for $10/$11 bucks.

They are out of grams towards the closing then they have the nerve to let you wait in a long line then tell you.

Lot more expensive then others on the area. A preroll is $16 with .6 of a gram. Wayyy to expensive.I think they are over priced because it's not that nice of an area and they can take advantage of those that live in the area. MMG ON DECATUR AND TROP IS SO MUCH BETTER. No I don't work there but stumbled on themAfter I left this place. I got the same thing that's $16 here for $8

Mr. Sam, I know it is comfortable for you to shake any involvement in this incident and tell yourself I am a problematic person and You did right, as you know there is a two sides to every story, and sure I was upset, sure my attitude was disturbed, did I do my best under the Circumstances? I absolutely did! even though it was  super uncomfortable for me, I didn't do anything to damage your business. Yes I told him he parked half the way on the line it was an observation only, but I don't think his reaction was appropriate. So again, thank you for kicking me out, it opened me up to a mew strain of weed I didn't consider while being hooked on your business. I drive from Henderson to get my green at NuLeaf. Let me give you the full break down:I know there are other locations but I'm loyal and return when I get the same service for years.I remember when this place was not remodeled.I like their "member" card but HATE all the spammy text messages from rando numbers which IS why they get 4 starts. OMFG it's annoying AND on the daily too! I'm so glad I changed my number - I mean even thinking about it now as I drop my review I want to give NuLeaf a lower star rating. 100%As far as the reason why I go there, I'm never disappointed.The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the product is always acceptable.The price I pay is worth the drive from Henderson. Straight up!Sometimes I have more stems than I want, and it certainly will never compare to what I got in dispensaries while living in San Diego, BUT the potency of the green and variety of srtains for indica, hybrid, and sativa ARE worth the drive.The staff is always friendly, although not too personable. There is security, even in the parking lot behind the venue (which does have the potential for being sketchy.)The hours ARE later than a lot of locations, but the parking lot is also a little more on the grimy at night. JSThe location itself is not in the best neighborhood, but I'm not bougie either. I like the decor on the inside and it is very clean. Each budtender cleans their service window after every patient. Some places either feel like you're going into a trap house, or FBI set up and that is a "not gonna return" for me. I ordered a delivery yesterday and they ended up denying me for no reason. He used some excuse about my ID. My ID is from NV, valid, and I should've had no problems and never had any before! I've had many deliveries and this is the first time I've ever had a problem and I will take my business elsewhere from here on out!

Absolutely love this place! It's a whole vibe! The wait wasn't long the music was great. When I got to the register my card didn't work as I filled with anxiety the guy assured me everything would be fine. He charged my phone I approved the transaction and walked out with my desires! If you are looking for weed at super high prices this is the right place, I do not understand what is wrong with them, I really wish I could leave zero stars, I tried to give them a second chance despite their bad attention and it is very clear to me that this place is by far The worst dispensary in Las Vegas, their products are of very poor quality, and definitely the worst customer service, apparently my passport is not an ID for them because it is from Mexico, that is basically discriminating, hahaha it really seems like a joke in bad taste, I'll never set foot in this place again

Stopped into NuLeaf looking specifically for Kiva Camino gummies, as Jardin didn't have the inventory. I am SO GLAD I did. Things were a bit busy; my budtender was Jesse. I ordered my edibles and then asked for some help with cartridges and pens. Jesse clearly explained, spoke knowledgeably about many strains, and was up-front when he hadn't tried a strain (only a couple, I think). He suggested items based on my description of the experience that I wanted. He didn't seem rushed by the line, but he was so efficient with descriptions that I was quickly able to decide. Now here's the kicker. I'm not cool. I'm a middle aged mom who slept maybe four hours last night. I clean up nice, but let's just say that I am absolutely confident this service wasn't because I was a perfect looking person. I'm confident that Jesse's style would translate to anyone. Do not be intimidated. Ended up spending about $100 more than I thought I would because if him. Give this kid a damn raise. And if Jesse isn't working, everyone in there seemed really cool. Definitely check it out.

I went to NuLeaf with ideas of what I wanted but nothing specific. My brother and I ended up leaving with everything I needed and a smile. All thanks to my budtender Darius!!! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me find everything I wanted. There was no rush so he took his time explaining to me which options would work the best for my brother and which options would be better for myself. He was a super cool dude who's vibe can match with anyone. Shoutout to Darius and NuLeaf for making my trip to Vegas amazinggg!!

Pretty good selection for an affordable price! Took away a star for the cashier who helped us because we asked for his opinions on the products and he seemed to have no knowledge or experience in the field.. Overall would definitely go here before a trip to one downtown or on the strip!

I had a decent experience at NuLeaf Las Vegas Dispensary. The employee who took care of us was Christine. She was super helpful, had a lot of information, was patient, and quite friendly. The wait wasn’t long at all, the prices and deals were amazing, and the variety of products was excellent. I will definitely be coming back.

Our first night in town we found NuLeaf and they set the bar so high for dispensaries. The staff, Joshua and Steve, were so amazing, informative and helpful. It was easy to navigate the different products and choose what we wanted and the prices are the best we've seen out of all the dispensaries we visited. 100% best experience in a dispensary and we will only be coming here from now on. If I could I would give way more than just 5 stars. My advice, if you're visiting Vegas or you live here, don't waste your time going to the dispensaries on the strip or the big brand places, NuLeaf is the place to go and the place to be.
