i cant come here anymore. i never get the correct change back when i do curbside. it is always short. this is the 4th time. im over it

If i could give them negative stars i would... not friendly at all ! Cold and critical... we didn't feel welcomed... desk was weird. The lady who helped seemed irritated and unwilling to help us. No laughter or conversation to us

The source great place for employees who know what there talking about and do there job well...manager Tobias amazing customer service handled tiny problem very well and professionally...absolute 5 star

I've never wrote a review before. But I spent about 25 min there till I got service. Then when I got to the sales woman, and asked her a couple of questions, she had no idea what I was talking about. And then she ended up giving me the wrong item. The one she specifically told me she wasn't giving me, because I didn't want it lol. So that wasn't too fun, and now I have an item I don't even like. :)

Great staff, always so helpful, polite and knowledgeable.  Never had a bad experience going here. Definitely a must go to if you never been. Cheap and great Deals.

I've never had a problem at this location. Easy in and out, decent selection, but most importantly, amazing customer service.  Not just once...I've been there enough to know it's a standard that has been set.  Today (11/7/20) one of the staff went the extra mile.  Kinsey was very helpful to explain some things and see to it that I got exactly what I needed.  An guess what?  He did it with a kind and professional demeanor...something that has gone by the wayside for some reason.Thank you!

You need to hire someone that can keep the choices correct when one orders TOUR product online. Fourth time I got different product than I ordered. Sour pucks were replaced with belt bites. Pretty gross. Puck flavor way superior.

If you like waiting a long time to receive low quality product, then The+Source is your location! They used to facilitate moving the line along quickly by having people prepared to be at the window. They did away with this and now the wait times are horrendous unless you come right when they open. Also, if you come right when they open they will likely actually open the door 10+ minutes late. Go somewhere else, their top shelf product is middle shelf, or lower, compared to other dispensaries. The flower is often overly dried out and I have received several pre-rolls that were actually broken inside the container. Used to love this place but it has gone majorly downhill.

The prices are so high I feel like they are trying to keep the illegal dealers in business! Ouch! Then you get home and find half of your vape cartridge has leaked out! The set up of this place is just breathtaking! It's so white and clean and set up so well it's would impress anyone. The service was absolutely wonderful. You feel welcome the whole time and get all your question answered with service to you the whole time you are in there. It was quick, easy and enjoyable.But with these prices you really should be checking the carts before each sale. I have been hearing this same complaint from a lot of people from many different dispensaries so it's coming from the manufacturer that way. I am very disappointed with our purchase. The chemicals in the cannabis here in Vegas are so high it sets of my CHS with only a few uses. We do not yet have a dispensary with the understand of the chemical problem or understanding of how to use Neem properly so that it doesn't hurt you. Btw Neem is a natural oil used in pesticides. Just because something is natural doesn't mean it isn't dangerous, especially when used improperly.

My favorite dispensary, I love the products they stock, the bud tenders, check in staff are amazing even security is  polite. The rewards rock, but I can't give it five stars cause their menu board for flower is just awful. I truly believe and I think customer facing employees agree people who consistently buy flower want to see it organized by Indica Hybrid Sativa And then once it's in those three categories sort it by thc percentage in a descending order starting at your most potent.I really think this would make transactions move faster, as someone who buys consistently I don't like to spend all day trying to read everything as it is now. It's unorganized sloppy, and really frustrates me every time I come in.

Had an awesome experience at this dispensary. Joined their club and saved 20% on my first visit. Loaded up on the tastiest edibles I've ever had. Super fresh inventory. Alex was our assistant. Very knowledgeable and great personality. Will be back.

I'm a regular customer and I picked up a new vape battery yesterday. It's magnetic and today pulled the cartridge and out came the electric connector and the guts (wires) of it all. Well brought it back today, RonG was my cashier, he gave me options, I chose a straight exchange for the same one. Super easy and he gave me a parting gift for the inconvenience. I'm a regular for a reason

Good prices amazing and friendly staff but my Pre-Rolls was full of stems .. other than that they're the best dispensary for that area of town .

The sign was a big lie about the best prices in Vegas clearly they're not I was lied to pretty much to bring my business into their store saw their prices look decent but when I went to the check up these guys create their own taxes and fees so at the end when you're checking out it balances out to be more expensive damn near than any other shop as much as I hate thrive thrive is still the shop to go to for beat prices.

Well they got all the kinks out  so curbside pickup is so easy! This store listens to its customers & takes action to make things better. Best dispensary in Vegas!!!

Let me start off by saying that as soon as I walked inside of this establishment I was disappointed because of the customer service which I received. Yesterday I came to the store to buy some products when the young man at door asked me "can you please leave your backpack at the front and I'll watch it for you" at first I thought nothing of the comment as I continued to walk in, I noticed a few other people with their bags and personal belongings on them. There was a female with a handbag and also another gentlemen with a satchel. Then it came to me, he was trying to insinuate that I was going to steal! I came in with Gucci slides on Cartier glasses and a Christian Dior bag!! He then apologized to me for saying that and noticed that I have money.  Even the employees that were behind the register window knew he was wrong, they were quiet and didn't say anything! However I'm giving this business a 4 stars because of the fact the remaining of my visit was up to par because of this employee named ROBERT. I was looking to buy 150$ worth of cannabis and for my first time I received a 20% discount and he made sure I was well taken care of. He made the rest of my experience great and worth this review! Thanks a lot ROBERT! I will recommend you guys getting rid of the young gentleman that is working the door!

I ordered from The Source today to try out their new curbside pick up service. The entire experience was terribly managed. We ordered at 2:30pm and were estimated to be served within 2 hours. We received a call at 5:30pm that our order was ready, only to arrive at the location and still have to wait another 1.5 hours in the car before being served. When we arrived, there did not seem to be any organized system for tracking which customers were arriving first. We were served after people who arrived later than us and from speaking to other customers, many people complained about missing/incorrect orders. There's no excuse for such slow and mismanaged service. What was the point of waiting 3 hours to prepare our order, then wait another 1.5 hours on arrival. Additionally, I payed using debit card and they "rounded up" my order from $82 to $85. I assumed it was to cover a transaction fee but I was charged an additional $3.50 on top of the rounding. After wasting my time, they still robbed me of a few bucks at the very end.

I only go to The +Source for any of my Dispensary needs. I have been to the Henderson Location, but prefer the Rainbow location as it is closer to places I visit and I love Steve! I usually come just to purchase CBD products. They carry Seventh Sense product vape pens which work really well for anxiety, aches and pains. They make me feel great and I keep coming back for more. The parking lot tends to get very busy at this location, so be very careful. They have security posted at front. It can be kind of intimidating, but they need security obviously and everyone is always very nice. They always open the door for me when I arrive. They will check your ID at the front desk when you get you and also check you in for your rewards if you are signed up. I would recommend signing up if you are not a member as you get money off on future purchases which is awesome. They have a separate sitting area in the lobby area if there is someone that can't go inside the dispensary for some reason or does not want to go in. Once inside the actual dispensary, they have a large variety of product. Everything is displayed very nicely. It is well lit and very clean. The prices are well displayed and you will always have someone to help you. The representatives around are so very friendly. My very first visit Steve had come up to me and I had never really been to a dispensary. He helped me pick out product and was very patient with me. I never felt dumb, ridiculous or intimidated as a female for being there! Every time I go back now, I hope to see him there and he usually is. He is always very helpful. I try not to take too much of their time as they are busy, but he did recently slip me a couple cool areas to check out for my upcoming trip to Maui. They will give you a slip of the items you want and you take them to the checkout area. Once at the checkout area, you provide your ID and make sure to bring CASH. If not, they do have an ATM inside and there is a Wells Fargo across the street if absolutely needed. They do take tips and I always make sure to tip them a few bucks for their help. They give you a plastic type envelope with the product inside and they do take the bags back for a credit. One thing would be nice if they changed is if they gave an option on their promotions. I have been in buying CBD and they will give me a free bag of green weed. Like ummm.. I was thinking I guess I will have to carve an apple to smoke this, cause what am I supposed to do with this? Haha. To be expected when you go to a dispensary to buy CBD, so it's all good

Ordered curbside pickup and called twice while waiting for 15 minutes outside. They ended up not coming out and I just left. Terrible service.

Visited The Source Henderson location on Friday the 13th an hour before closing time. Upon arriving we were greeted very generously at the door for a temp check and then once inside we were then greeted by the manager on shift( I believe her name was Sophia) who was so upbeat and welcoming you would think she and her fellow staff mates were barely arriving on shift.Every single individual was upbeat, polite and informative. The building was clean and organized with all COVID guidelines in place.

One of my favorite dispensary's ! The staff is very helpful and kind . They also usually have really great deals . Just be aware of the 5 for 25 . It was the first time i did a 5 for 25 with them and i feel cheated . I guess u get what u pay for . I haven't tried anything out yet . It would have been 5 starsif i had 5 full rolls . Update ** I was recently contacted by an supervisor there and she did apologize, and to make up for it she told me to come in for my free pre roll !  A happy camper i am ! Their customer service is the best ! Thank you essence!!

I was baited in by sale products that apparently they didn't have. the guy helping didn't inform me of the price difference between what I wanted and what he sold me. He couldn't tell me what was on sale or what wasn't. there's people literally ordering the same deal all around me but for some reason this guy decides to upsell me. the only time I've left a dispensary without making a purchase. The check in was great. Security very friendly bud person the worst. I  asked questions and he just stared. I asked if  products are on the menu why can't I buy them ? Also asked if I was trying to buy sale products why would he bring me regular priced items without informing me? Just stared at me.  I pass this place several times a week I'm sorry I didn't keep with that tradition.

I just changed to the Source, I like the free delivery it's fast and the driver goes out of his way. The driver had trouble with the debit card machine, he went back to the source and came back with a machine that worked. So far I'm very happy with everything.

I have been coming to this dispensary for months now. Ever since my first time there I have ALWAYS felt welcomed.This is THE BEST PLACE for concentrates and cartridges, any of their 8 Fold house blend has always been phenomenal, and even as a smoker prior to being a patron I find they have such a diverse selection of flower that I STILL struggle to place my taste pallet in only one portion their selection and I LOVE THAT!The staff remembers your name, granted its also usually on screen in front of them but you can always tell a difference from when someone remembers you as opposed to when they're just reading off of a screen, ya know? They really make you feel like this establishment is your home away from home, even just browsing is a great time because their staff are so knowledgeable that you find out a ton!Lastly, the reward points system, GENIUS (chefs kiss). I am a patron here so often that I managed to rack up enough points to get a joint without paying because the reward points from previous purchases paid for the joint themselves!Love it! Love love love love this place!!

My first dispensary ever. Great experience, friendly staff and respectful security. Really knowledgeable and awesome prices. Less of a walk up and individualized consultation type thing, more of a browse around and then let them know what to grab for you. Learned a lot about terpenes too. Everything a dispensary should be - also love the free preroll!

WOW! Everyone I came into contact had superb service! I felt like royalty here!From the beginning of just being in contact with the security and the man opening the door for me, I had a great feeling about this place. I popped by to finally visit this store and everything was displayed and had their proper pricing and menus.I was impressed that they had a CannaHemp booth here, as well. The woman answered any questions I had and educated me more about CBD. I am definitely coming back to buy more products! Thank you all for the amazing experience!

Very clean and well lit place! The way they have their product organized is easy to view and understand. Also the sales people are helpful and greet you right away! They are running a "13 days of fear" deal right now. Which is from October 19th-31st. If you are a rewards member you can enjoy these promotions and discounts. It's free to sign up for their rewards program. This time I purchased blue raspberry gummies to try out to help me unwind at night after work. I love that there are so many options. From lotions, edibles, flower, and more! I will be returning to try more product!

The customer service at this location is absolutely superb!! From start to finish, the employees are so hospitality and helpful. I also appreciate their discounts and reward program. Also, they have a very good selection to choose from, which is more than what you find at other dispensaries around town. I'll definitely be back!!

Yikes got two different eighths from the "snap deals section" & the weed had PM "powdery mildew" all over it. I checked to see the packaged date & it was packaged over two years ago ....Tried to call & talk about an exchange because my product was defective but i couldn't get through to anyone. 70 bucks in the trash

I haven't really dabbled in the medical marijuana market until someone I trust completely recommended CBD oil for anxiety, and I decided to explore some options to my stress and anxiety issues. I was really impressed with the customer service and knowledge that the salesperson offered. The particular CBD oil that they suggested I try was not in stock, but they took my name and number and called me about a week later when it was in stock. There are so many options now to Western medicine, I am excited to see how this will help me! The store is so clean, open, friendly, and they are so willing to spend time to talk to you and seem to show sincere concern without any pressure or judgement.

Been rocking with them since 2018 and they have been great.  Love The staff and security. O e bad seed almost messed it up until I said something things became better. Everyone should slide by and check them out they are worth it

The source is wonderful. I am a medical patient so I use a lot of different products and they are always helpful and kind. Every person I have interacted with really has gone above and beyond.   For example: during the lockdown for covid I am not in their area for delivery, when I called though the girl who answered helped me come up with another plan and encouraged me to re check with a delivery service that had updated their delivery map. Thanks to her taking that time I received my meds. There was once a minor issue with my order (something didnt make it to me) they did everything to make sure I received. They are incredible.

Since moving to Summerlin, I haven't gone to any other dispensary other than The Source. I seriously love the rewards program on top of the great customer service and friendly staff. I love Brisseida! She's always nice and super helpful when I stop by. I would recommend the great people at The Source to locals and tourists in the area.

Okay, this is weird. I've purchased some good flower from The Source, and have been happy. Then they tried to overcharge me a couple of times. Then I purchased some flower which I really liked (Sunset Sherbet), so went back to buy another quarter of the same, but it was a different strain labeled Sunset Sherbet. I'm confused. Then I bought some Motivator infused pre rolls, which I had previously enjoyed from another dispensary. The Motivators were not in Motivator containers nor were they in Motivator cones. They were in unlabeled cones which were loose, as though only 3/4 full. Now I'm disappointed. I lit the roll, inhaled, coughed and the entire contents of the joint scattered to the wind, and I was left holding an empty paper cone. What can I say. Is The Source like drug dealer middlemen cutting cocaine with mannitol? Do they intentionally and surreptitiously cheat their customers? I don't know and don't care because I avoid that place like an infectious virus. Bye bye source.

Love the space and interior design. Roomy and nice presentation of products. The staff are available but aren't stuck to you like your shadow. They are knowledgeable and friendly. Atm inside after the bank teller like check in. Once you check out their selection you check out at the cashier and get the flower you want etc.

I decided, or my lack of gas decided, to try a place closer than my usual. I drive back to my usual.First off, the parking lot. It's was chock full of ransoms sitting in cars looking nefarious. There were even some just standing around smoking. I'm used to security chasing people off and keeping the  hood rats away so I was not impressed. I fought my way through to be told at the door their ATM was down and had to go to 7/11. Keep in mind the creeps lurking in shadows between the stores.  I looked around but it was full of people wandering and I didn't see anyone forming a line.I tried to ask for direction but no one was catching the eyes of people waiting.So I went to the Apothecarium.:/

I absolutely love this place the staff is always friendly and they have good prerolls ! A special thanks to officer Achilles who was incredibly helpful I almost did not go to this dispensary but he told me I would not regret it and I was not disappointed. His customer service and confidence explaining their products and pricing was the main reason I went inside when originally I was just walking to the sand which joint next door. I will definitely be back soon especially with guards like Achilles making you feel welcomed, giving great customer service, very friendly and not wrong about their products they gained a new happy customer!!

I moved to the area over a year ago, and it was hard leaving my last dispensary. I knew the workers and had plenty of points racking up, but I can't justify the half hour drive with The Source being 10 minutes from my new place! The shop is kept immaculate and every interaction with every single employee is truly welcoming. They aren't there to try and upsale you, they genuinely care about their patients and want to help them achieve their health goals. The products - wow. Incredibly diverse, with plenty of new and exciting items to keep me coming back! I have never purchased anything here that I regret, from CBD balms to concentrates, and I greatly value the help of all their staff in my selection process! Not only are they knowledgeable, but they also have a terpene book that really helped me drill down into what I could expect with each product. As for prices, there's a reason I consistently come back. They are competitively priced, have a great rewards system, and reliably run specials and snap sales. Yes, we have to consider that sales tax and excise tax gets added on, that's something they can't control so don't get upset with the workers! Seriously have seen too many "large children" in here throwing fits (not kidding) over taxes the state and county requires them to charge. Help yourself before they help you - be an informed consumer and don't get upset when the total isn't $10.00 for your $10 gram Special shoutout to Jasmine (L O V E the hair btw), Nick, and Shandice for being so great to purchase from! Seriously cant thank you all enough for being such great people, having a great atmosphere, keeping amazing products, always getting my order right (I've gotten wrong items from multiple other dispensaries, so this is a BIG one for me), and helping me with my health & wellness goals!

In person, they're fineGood luck trying to order delivery as a medical patient.  You cant place an order on the phone, just online.  But you cant order medical online.  But you can write in a box a medical order.  But, you still have to fill a cart with product you dont need/want - to meet $125 minimum.  Then, you also have to cancel that.  Then, you send them your ID (did this on an order 2 weeks ago - front, back both IDs).  Now on the next order, it only has 1 upload.  Sent that.  But that also has to be redone and put 2 IDs in 1 pictureFor the amount of money they charge and I   spend there per order, you would think they would be customer friendly.  Not worth it when theres a store, right down the road.  I'm a loyal customer to stores good to their customers.  And this delivery system that have sucks and they dont care - as I'm certain they wont when they lose me as a customer eitherMy advice to customers out there - find a delivery service that actually works.  This place doesnt care about customers and they know they'll get $$ from the next person

I have never been to a dispensary before, so i wasn't sure what to expect. But this place exceeded all my expectations! We had to be let in by a security guard and he was super friendly! As soon as you walk in theres a waiting room, and two lines. One for pickups and another to sign in. The lady at the sign in was really nice, and explained their rewards program (which I also signed up for). Basically you earn a point for every dollar you spend, and if you save the white bags your product comes in, you get 20 points. After a certain amount of points you can get a free reward. After we signed in the security guard let us in to the room where we can browse and buy products. I personally was there to find an edible to help me sleep. They have a lot of varieties of product and they even have a cool "weekend" box full of supplies to have a fun weekend! Different types of edibles they had were strawberry gummies, lemon candy, brownies, chocolate bars, cookies, even honey! In retrospect I wish i took a few pictures but i'll do that the next time I go! A employee came up and asked if I had any questions, I had let him know what I was there for and he knew which product was for me immediately! I really liked that he was so helpful and nice. He recommended the strawberry gummies for me, the indica kind. The line to pay wasn't too long, and the guy at the register was super friendly too! I had a great experience here and I know I'll be back for sure.

I'm from LA traveled with my family to Vegas for the weekend.  My Birthday just passed two weeks ago and my License expired.  I renewed online and only recieve the receipt, not a physical intrim copy.  I have been to other dispenceries in LA and shown my ID to many people in Vegas this weekend and no one has had an issue.  However, I went here to check into the front desk.  I showed the renewal recepit along with the expired ID and the credit card used to purchase and they would not allow me in to not having an intrim.  It could be because an expiration date was needed in their system, I'm not sure.  I'm just curious as to why I haven't had an issue until today.  I went elsewhere instead.

So to start this place has the worst customer service I have ever recieved. I called to ask a question that would take 10 seconds to answer and they had me on hold for 20 MINUTES. When the lady finally picked up the phone instead of anwering my question she told me to "go on the website". I believe her name started with a B. Also every time I get flower from here it is always super dry and just low quality in general, I'm tired of wasting my money on garbage. I will never be buying anything from this place ever again.

Definitely has a good  selection but, Prices are high. Staff is usually standing in front of display cases  making it hard to see. I continue to have issues in line checking out. It's really hit or miss. Never consistent so I'd say this place is ok.

Before it was recreational and even after they have the best prices in town. Friendly service and always a nice selections of wax pens and edibles. I go here whenever I want quality at the cheapest price in Vegas, sadly, it's still a bit expensive ever since it became recreationally available even for medical patients.

Gotta leave a review for my front desk people. I come in at least twice a month and so far Raven has been awesome, tells me about great deals and super nice. The staff is super friendly every time and the product is great. Love coming here when I'm on this side of town so I recommend to anyone. The prices are lit af too.

Wow I order it's not ready I wait. Then suddenly dude says he has to put on my back seat. Don't come here terrible place. Poorly run. Yes tell me you have to put weed in my back seat. This is not a drug deal on the street. Never go here.  I will post weekly to spread the word. And if that's what your saying is the law. If I have a two door car that back windows don't go down do you put it on the corner? Think your adults.  Sadly you seem to think it's ok to treat people poorly.

Call me a late bloomer, if you well. That's ok. I remember how much my dad loved pot. For me, it made me paranoid and depressed. Several friends told me about cbd oil. But I was a scardy cat. I do suffer from some anxiety and don't care for the Valium or Xanax. So I did some homework and decided to venture out. A friend is a vendor of this place, and I like to support local business. They do have a sister store in Henderson, but apparently the city charges a 10% tax, whereas LV does not. I urge you to calculate the gas and time it would cost you to travel across town to save a buck. The door from the outside is usually opened by an employee (armed security, in fact). This leads you into the foray where you are greeted by staff behind the clear protected front, where things were explained. Then you are again greeted by more security to welcome you into the room. Clear plexiglass display cases every where. It was overwhelming and surreal. I came in knowing what I wanted, in general, or at least able to describe it. The first budtender was uninteresting and vague, not helpful. He was polite, just not able to answer my questions. Tried another budtender who was about the same as the first one. His co worker chimed in to assist, but to no avail. Finally, about a half hour of browsing (must have been lunch hour or shift change), the budtender I was hoping to meet appeared! Tony was the only person in the room who really knew his product, offers history and clear explanation and, wait for it... suggestions! And excellent ones, they were. This was my virgin excursion into a dispensary. I was looking for the cbd stuff, not THC. They carry a huge variety of cbd, thc, and combos of both, varying in %. I like to take the edge off, but I don't like the thc high. But whatever your preference of Setiva or Indica, whole bud or pre rolled, gummy or chocolate, lotion or soap, there is something here for everyone! So, see Tony, and don't forget to sign up for their rewards program. And, don't forget to bring your baggie in each time for another discount!

Being I am new to the marijuana world, and this is my second stop, I know I don't hold a lot of gusto.  However, this place is fantastic.  Clean, super friendly, nice organized small layout. The only downside for me is that once you get inside, it was a little confusing.  Wasn't sure who to talk to, if I needed a slip, just go to the window?  So after some time I noticed people taking orders on little pieces of paper, so I approached them and they were able to help me.  I know I'm splitting hairs here but it's the little things sometimes.  Otherwise an all around awesome experience, and will most certainly be going back!

Location: parking lot is a bit of a mess at busy times but it's a large lot with many stores so you can usually find a spot. Lots of security onsite so you don't have to worry about feeling unsafe.Selection/Prices: I primarily use disposable vape cartridges so I base most  of my review on my 5 visits and purchases of different brands of cartridges. Their cartridges are a bit more expensive than other stores I've been to, but it's with good reason. Their suppliers provide nicely filtered cartridges that aren't watery and used up in a day. They're all very thick and don't slosh around which is a good sign and the tastes/quality have been on point.Cons: they have a somewhat unique method of sales. It's an open floor with the items in display cases and there's a few employees that walk around and assist you. Then they give you a slip with your order to take to the checkout window. My biggest problem with this method is when it's busy its tough to get a helper before getting cutoff by someone who just walked in while you've been browsing. Also it gets crowded around the displays so it's somewhat tough to see what they have in stock without having to elbow your way to the front.Overall: they have a cool members club with alot of weekly/daily promotions. No locals discount unfortunately. But you build up points with your purchases which can be used like other stores do. But they also do a free pre roll on your birthday and the last visit they were giving away free 1gram hybrid flower, with every purchase over $50. So I got my usual cartridges and a free eighth of flower which was pretty cool. The staff are all friendly and some more knowledgeable than others, but they're all helpful.I wish they had a more direct menu system where I could see what they have available, but aside from that I really can't complain about my 5+ visits there so far. Their prices are competitive if not a bit higher than average but I think you really notice the difference in quality so you do get what you pay for.

My husband and myself go here for our son who has Cancer and has had three rounds of chemo.  Ron and Jasmine have been most helpful.  They are both knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.  They have been patient with us and our questions.  Everyone is friendly and store quite clean.

MARCUS is the man! We went in just for something to help us get to sleep and left with a bunch of goodies... and most importantly a new friend. We have never had anyone take the time and break everything down like he did. The Source is blessed to have someone like Marcus on their team.

I've been to many places but by far was worth the UBER ride.They have everything 1:1,2:1 etc etc the products n customers service was beyond amazing. We finally found a strain that eliminated my shingles pain, neuropathy pain just all pain in general. My bud tender was extremely helpful Love it

Very nice, professional dispensary. Very streamlined shopping experience. They have Great selection of waxes and distillates, and a fair selection a flower.There lobbies very modern and sleek. Their process of getting into the lobby is streamlined and efficient. Once you get into their viewing room there are several bud tenders walking around to take your order and write you a prescription. You didn't take that order up to the counter where you pay and are giving your purchase.

I have found the experience of shopping at the source to be pretty straightforward. I've generally been able to pop in and out. However, things are always fine until it's not. I was sold some expired CBD Oil. I emailed about my issue and never a response. I didn't go back, cause why bother. Fortunately, plenty of other dispensaries in Vegas.

It was my first time coming into this dispensary , I was greeted by a nice handsome chocolate bearded man at the door who told me about the rewards program and to sign up with the receptionist. I then entered the show floor , where I was greeted by a beautiful bubbly woman with a bubble butt who let me know about out the deals and broke down the strains for me in order to make myy choicce . She was very knowledgeable and made sure I left happy with my choices . Will definitely be back again (:

First timer here for rec purposes. My wife and I just wanted to check out, as its been a few years for us, if you know what I mean. No wait at 915 on Saturday morning and the check in process was quick. Maybe twenty customers or so in the store and maybe five bud tenders. Our bud tender was quick, insightful and helped a lot.  Checkout and payment was a breeze. Very clean store, nice people, a lot of inventory.Dont have a lot of experience with dispensaries but can recommend

Last Saturday, the 21st, my cashier had an attitude when I went to request some preroll. First I forgot the name of one, and when I asked if she knew the name(giving her the first half) and she gave a slight chuckle and said "no, but the list is behind you" when I turned back around her and the other cashier are laughing about it. Then after service with an attitude she instead of thanking me or saying bye, she says, "next time theres a book with all the Terps to look em up yourself." I'm pretty sure that's not how it goes. .All employees should know what's going on in order to make the clients visit better.It seems most of the employees have an issue and plenty to joke about when someone doesn't need their assistance. from the floor guy(fade short dark hair skinny maybe 6'0) and the older dirty blonde lady. and someone else, but the fact I have a handful of people should say something.

Amazing staff! I don't smoke weed and know absolutely nothing about. However, my friend has cancer so I wanted to get her edibles so she can keep a meal down. They were extremely helpful and told me which edibles are good with cancer patients also that are gluten free because she has celiac's disease!

Great prices and very easy to make purchase. The staff is super helpful and informative. They answered every question with no hesitation and also very thoroughly! Will definitely be coming back! Also thank you to Lilly who was amazing and made the experience great!

I really wanted to give this place a higher rating...been here twice now, first encounter was GREAT with Steve. Steve, 5 stars) He really was patience and helped out in options and description....second visit was the complete opposite. Don't even know how this kid got hired, he had THE WORST attitude as if patrons were inconveniencing him and his passive aggressive attitude was disgusting. Dark hair, slender, eyebrows over plucked-needs a new attitude. GET RID OF HIM he ruins it for all the nice employees there to that do help. I'll be in to cash in my free pre roll on my birthday but if Mr Over Plucked Brows is in, I won't be returning.

I visited the source for the very first time and let me tell you about my experience. Not knowing what to expect the first person I spoke to was Hailey Georgette at the window. I was blown away by her knowledge of the dispensary while she was putting in my license. She informed me of who I was going to speak with and discuss my needs . All of this was done with so much excitement and her bubbly attitude. It made me eager to run in and get product. Thanks for a great introduction to your company!

Terrible customer service. Bored employees have nothing else better to do then to harass customers for just being outside the store. Would take my business elsewhere for all the hassle they give.

I have been a loyal The Source medical marijuana user since the Las Vegas location opened. Until today, I was pretty happy with the service. Today I went to the dispensary, requested a certain product, and I was given something entirely different!  Didn't realize it until I got home and opened the envelope. What kind of service is this?  Incompetent service. I will go elsewhere from now on. Plus, she had an attitude!!!!

Definitely my favorite neighborhood dispensary! The employees are respectful and knowledgeable. My husband and I talk to Jasmin almost every time we go because she's the best! Really good selection of all types of marijuana products.

My real rating is 3.5..5 off because the shopping center in kinds dingy. Parking a little weird/tight.1 star off because no one wants to hear about a sale that was happening yesterday.Other than that, this is a cool spot. Clean. Modern and upbeat interior. Very good display cases. Source presents like a traditional retail store. Like a shoe store, kinda, the items clearly displayed, marked, and described. You can browse. Have help or not. An easy shopping experience. A store you want to go to.

I get texts from them. Got a text about a $125 ounce snap deal for select strains. They always say select strains, but you go on their website and they don't tell you which select strains. You try calling to ask questions about which strains or place an order, and no one answers. You could wait on hold for 20 mins, or call 7 times, and you still can not get an answer. Then if you do decide to go in person, they are horribly disorganized, they don't have anyone helping you. If you have questions you have to keep getting back in line. I had to get in line at least 5 times for questions because either someone didn't have an answer, had to ask a manager, or the answer was different than before. No one is on the same page, you had to ask for help 5 times, they tell you to get in line, until they ask for one of the 3-4 sales employees they have outside doing nothing, but talking. They're snap deals include 2-4 items, and they were discussing that it's the pandemic causing issues with a marijuana shortage. BS! The Reef has 10-15 strains to choose from and it's worth not dealing with the frustration and having no help from The Source. The Source? You need a new source if you're blaming the pandemic for a marijuana shortage. It's not a shortage when your marijuana looks like that. We decided not to buy as soon as they pulled it out. $125 oz is not worth saving the money with shitty quality. The only thing consistent about this place is bad service and bad quality marijuana. We went there in 2018 and it's always been that way. Not to mention they blocked off all parking in front for curbside service and no one was using it. Plus they had someone doing traffic control, which made parking harder, and the experience just not worth it.

This place is amazing everyone is incredibly friendly and so sweet, of course the sweetest of all is Deanna the stoner mom at the door shes such a doll and always makes us feel so at home every time we come in. I also really love the guy in the front desk who gets his acrylics done all the time he's such a sweetheart and gets us checked in super quick! All in all everyone in this place is amazing and the quality of the products is just the cherry on top, thanks for being awesome guys!

It's so uncomfortable to buy from here the people just want us In and out! Like I couldn't shop with this damn dude name tony on my back trying make me feel rush !! They don't have no deals or nothing! Waste of time! There are other place don't waste your time here last time I ever come here!

Everything was okay but what I didn't like is they say there giving you a discount but there not really because the discount would be add to the total price and not just the weed price so I felt rip off because they want to have a military discount, so Veterans  will buy p ,but your really targeting and ripping people off

Super busy spot! They definitely know their stuff. We had to wait in a little bit of a line but we were expedited quite nicely. Once we entered be were greeted and assisted with dab coins. They answered all our questions and were very attentive and professional. This definitely is a one stop shop for all the essentials. They also have a great reward program. Parking is out front and then also have a dedicated online order pick parking spot.

The Source is what all other dispensaries should aspire to. Excellent service, amazing variety, and great pricing. I picked up a couple of Select CBD pens (lavender and cinnamon) and now I sleep better and feel no pain after intense skiing. Amazing thing about The Source is that no matter how many people are in the shop, the line always seems to move very quickly. Great management here.

This is by far the most beautiful dispensary I have been in! Everything is nicely displayed so you can see exactly what you are getting.They have a loyalty program which gives you 10% off your first visit and you also get a free gift your first visit, I got the Cbd candy and loved it!!The man, mark, helping me was so awesome and kind and relatable. All the employees were really enjoyable.They have a Charlottes web disposable Cbd pen and I LOVE IT! I will be returning for this product for sure.Down fall is they are on the pricey side and tax is not included in pricing "/ but I would still return.Thanks so much! Last week I stopped by The+Source to get some cones & rolling papers, and a little bit of CBD flower. I was lucky to have as my patient consultant a SUPER nice lady by the name of "Shy". Shy is also one of the managers, so I was lucky to have her taking care of me. She is very knowledgeable, and provided me with a level of customer service beyond compare! If you are lucky enough to have Shy as your patient consultant (or "budtender" if you are recreational), you will know what I am talking about. The+Source is a great dispensary with fantastic staff members!

Hands down the best dispensary in town, the staff is always amazing and helpful and they always have the best products.! I will continue to recommend The Source to all my family and friends.!!!

One of the weirdest and shadiest dispensaries.  I used to order from them all the time, pickups deliveries, never had a problem.  Once everything went recreational they clearly cared less about medical patients.  Suddenly I stopped receiving text messages for the rewards program. I went in the store several times, addressed it with them and it still does not work. Their response has just been bizarre. Whatever is going on with their marketing is a joke and their customer service is worse than a really bad joke.  There are too many other places in this town to spend money.

I have ordered here for delivery and have referred them to several people. Today I ordered online based on the current promotions, and also called about the free items as well. Also to redeem a few reward points. When my order was delivered, I paid the driver, but could not tip as well as I wanted to because my reward points had not been deducted... I opened my bag, and noticed I did not get a free item as advertised on the website. I called prior to the order to verify....  I have called twice now only to be told that there were restrictions on the promo, or differences from previous promotions. Basically was hung up on when I expressed my concerns.

Went here as I was driving by and wanted to check it out . It's a smaller dispensary but very well designed on the inside . They literally had the smallest selection of any dispensary I've been to . Will be finding other dispensaries so I don't waste my time going here and having 5 types of flower toChoose from . Won't be back unless I hear better things .

Love going this place go three times a week my brother and I. The staff there is very friendly. the new addition to the place is the Moxie cartridge black I have one and it's awesome. I'm glad I'm glad they came out with new flavors. I can't tell you who my favorite staff member is there all the people that work there are awesome. I will never go to any other dispensary besides this one.

It has taken me a minute to update my last visits at this place. I had the unpleasant experience of being called "immature" by the manager,(I'm well over 50) and yelled at by 2 employees. It was one of the worst experiences of my life. It's been almost a year. So glad I now patronize an establishment where I feel respected and appreciated. Great place.Went in for the first time back in July. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. When I walked in and started looking at the variety it really had me a bit overwhelmed. The knowledgeable staff pointed me to some perfect items. It's been a few months and have tried a few more dispensaries, but I found The Source to be my favorite of all of them. The rewards program is super cool too.

I've been into this location in the past. I understand that the computers are down and things were a little slow. I walked into the dispensary and was addressed by two eager associates who proceed to talk over one or another as to what they wanted to sell me. I explained that I was in a few weeks earlier and wanted the same purchase. I explained what it was and the amount I paid with my Veterans discount. They proceeded to laugh and tell me that the information I gave them was not correct. At that point I told them "thank you for your time" and let them know about all the other dispensaries that would be happy to assist me with my medicine.  Sorry, but with all the options in town, I think I'll pass on your store for now. Thank you.

Favorite dispensary so far. Staff is super friendly and helpful. You can tell they are knowledgeable about the products they carry. They have good choices on everything. So far a better choice in edibles than any dispensary I've been too. The candies are awesome.When you're outside waiting, they have fans and bottles of ice water to give you while you wait. Will definitely be back.

I was told during my visit today that the bag return policy has changed and now only 1 can be redeemed per purchase. Now I have 3 bags I can't return. They have my number. They send me promos every week.  They should have given us the chance to redeem what we have.  I will take my business elsewhere.  Concentrate selection is weak and unreliable also.

The source is  my favorite dispensary. They always have a good selection, and awesome people working there. I also love the fact that they they are the only dispensary I have been to that give discounts to people 55 and over!!! Super cool!!!

Beautiful shop aesthetically, fair enough prices. (I'm rec not medical sooo...)  Staff is helpful, knowledgeable, and they're ready with water for people outside waiting in line. I'm still waiting for 6 months of points from 2016. The people there stole everyone's points and the THC products disappeared. But not to the legal customers. The cover-up is scam normal. For the past year I was told they could do a manual account but they weren't permitted while the products disappeared ....

I love this place! They answered all of our questions and were very helpful and friendly. My friend was able to get pills for her debilitating back pain, pills that actually take the pain away, not just dull it. I got a tincture for my anxiety and it works wonders. They have a huge inventory of pretty much everything you could want or need. We will be returning here often!

Honestly the worst customer service I've ever experienced as a medical patient. Hints of racial undertone, disrespect and offensive slurs. Philip, the manager and the older Caucasian woman are root from evil and there are too many positive dispensaries around. The older woman called me a tramp in front of the manager. Just pure nastiness from the moment I began my purchase. After the purchase was final and they had my money the even of professionalism worsened. I'm not sure how you can be mad serving cannabis but stay away!

Cash only! But there are ATMs located inside.Fast, friendly, and efficient service. I haven't been to many dispensaries, but this one actually lets you see and smell the weed they offer - which is different than others I've been to. Everything is clearly labeled from price, type, to strain dominance. The staff walking around are very knowledgeable and personable and are not pushy with trying to upsell you to the more premium strains. There are no "dumb questions" and they make you feel very comfortable asking anything you have questions about. Browsing and purchasing are an ease. After you see what you like, you just get in line and let them know what you want. The packaging here also seems superior than other places as well. Everything comes pre-sealed and fresh with very clear descriptions on the packaging. The place is nearly all glass and they are very transparent with their business. There is also a free rewards program!

Ok SO....lol... I just had another bad expirience here. I asked for the bruce banner shatter and they sold me the wrong one. Thankgod i looked before i left the parking lot. When i went back Lily helped me and she was so apologetic and sweet. She even gave me a free preroll which i wasnt expecting and it made my day. Anyone who knows me the way to my heart is by getting FREE STUFF lol

My boyfriend and I moved to Vegas about a month ago from FL, and have definitely done our shopping to find our primary dispensary. This one wins by far!!! We love the courtesy of the workers and the fact they remember us and converse with us is always a plus. The shop is set up so nicely and is always clean. I've had such good experiences with Alex, Jen and Nick. They really put a bow tie on the experience. It's nice to see people who love their job and happy to present the product.

Great dispensary. This shop is transparent compared to the rest in Vegas.  They offer the strain,  grower,  THC level and the terp profile for all there products. You don't have to rely on a Bud Tender if you know what your looking for.  Awesome Place!

I am a medical patient and a friend of mine recommended this place. First few times were cool and I spent quite a bit of money there. The last time I went I gave this inexperienced young girl 1 $50 and 3 $20 and she never handed back my change. I realized once I was outside and went back in to this disgruntled sour faced old blonde lady behind the other window. She erroneously told the manager I said I gave them $150 and kept a $50? The total was $146...I needed my $3 in change because it was my F ING change. I assume the dark haired guy who audited the drawer and glared at me as he said we only owe you $3 dollars not $50??? Lol How qbout hand me my change which the girl didnt give back since you audited the drawer??? I dont care if she owed me 3 cents.  I also just spent ONE HUNDRED FIFTY to be treated like trash. I am also a medical patient and was in pain that day so F you The Source!!! Never going back! One last complaint, I buy cannabiotix all the time so why do you prepackage it in white envelopes? I swear it was NOT cannabiotix since they dont allow repackaging and that shiii was dry AF. SHADY and RUDE AF.

As a terminally patient, I don't have much money but the source provides me with free mm when I don't have the funds. A free pre-roll helps out a lot. Solid glass selection for a dispensary, got an entire dab set up for under $40. Also more concentrates than any other dispensary I've been to so far. It does help that the reception area is loaded full of eye candy. ;)

I LOVE The Source! I have dispensaries closer to me but choose to drive here. I feel like they have a great selection and great quality of product. The rewards program is amazing! I don't even try new dispensaries because I feel like I have found my place.The only reason I am giving them a 4 star is because I had such a bummer experience yesterday. I went in with the intention of buying my very first vape pen and cartridge. I was really hoping Pam was working because she is literally the best. Every time I go in she teaches me something new and is so happy and helpful while doing so. Pam is the best!!. Unfortunately Pam was not working. I let the person helping me know that I had zero knowledge and experience with vape pans or cartridges. I was hoping for some explanation and maybe a little more guidance but instead felt very rushed and like my questions were dumb. Again, I do not have any experience with any type of vape battery or how they function. I was told there was instructions inside which after opening consist of 3 steps. I had a lot more questions but I felt so rushed I couldn't ask them. Feeling like I was a bother to the employee I just got what I needed and left. So now I have a pen that I'm not 100% sure how to use. I know its not that hard and I'll figure it out but what a disappointment. I'm used to a high level of customer service and did not receive it yesterday.This is still my favorite dispensary and I have every intention of keeping it as my place. I will just have to get Pam's work schedule to ensure I come when she is there. There is no doubt she will spend the time with me to answer all my questions. The Source is the best!! Just remind your employees that not everyone has the same knowledge they have. Better to give too much information than not enough.

This was the very first dispensary I visited and had the fortune of having an extremely positive experience. Shannan (sp) the manager is great!  The staff, (Karen) is always willing to help and makes me aware of similar  CBD products of which I am very appreciative to have the benefit of her knowledge.There are so many more staff there that are kind, pleasant and helpful.Overall the store is clean and spiffy. They have wonderful offers. It is just a good place.But I am happy the Henderson location is now open to eliminate the 50 mile round-trip!However, it is worth the drive because you know you will be well received and treated nicely.

The Source (Sahara) is the dopest dispensary in Vegas and Nichole and Jazmine are both the greatest and provided a happy and energetic experience shopping here!

Turned down my medical card because it was 2 days from expiration...WTF!!!??? Said I should just go next door and get a new one.  What a scam outfit, rather sell rec and sell medical cards.  Bought here before and wasn't that good.  Never going back

One of the worst dispensaries in Vegas. Uneducated staff, long wait times.  They have a lot of foot traffic due to their busy location on Sahara and Rainbow but save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Walked in looking for some new strains I could get in flower and pre-rolls and Terenzio helped me find the perfect ones for what I needed. He knew a lot about the strains and made sure I was happy walking out of there with my choices!

Out of all the dispensaries I have visited in Las Vegas, (I have been to almost all of them. ) These people sold me a defective disposable vape pen and wouldn't exchange it because I didn't have a profile in their system. It's their pen and they know it as all pen companies have distinct pen presentations and they didn't give a damn. The pen just ran out of battery and just stopped working while still full. SMH!! Bad customer service will get you no where in this town. I would never recommend this place to any of my customers.

Thank you to the security gentlemen who greeted me in a very friendly manner while opening the door for me, to Bree (like the cheese she told me, lol), who checked my ID, and to the gentleman who opened the door for me to the actual dispensary area. A huge thank you to Marcus who educated me thoroughly on the various strains and terpenes to look for based on my needs. An enormous shout out and thank you to Kevin, who is so vibrant and has such positive energy it literally radiates from him. I even got a hug because we are both "huggers by nature". I couldn't ask for a better experience or more kind and competent staff and look forward to returning to this fabulous dispensary.

Omgooodness! I guess I couldn't get enough over here for almost spending close to $400 on a first visit! The guy who helped us was quite knowledgeable for helping decide on what to get. Lol I ended up getting 2 cartridges for my vape, some caramel chews, some bon bons for me n my son, oh and a pre roll for my son (my mikey!!!) for bringing me here! Lol whew! I think I'm set til next year or maybe just for now! Lol oh yes! When ready, we certainly will be back. Thank you smooches for such great service and stuff!!!

Great "source" for anything you are looking for.  Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable.  There is security to get in and out. Plenty of parking but some spots are tight.  Very clean, nice set up.  Would highly recommend for medical, sleep or pain help.  Many options.

I've seen a couple people complaining about the parking lot and honestly I think it's a good sign when a lot is full because that means a lot of people go there...it's not small and it's in a shopping center so not sure what y'all expected ‍ Easy process to enter and exit, and they also have a great rewards program so make sure you sign up for that. The Source is always having sales and specials (just a couple days ago if you followed them on IG you got a free chocolate bar and a free G with $50 purchase). Clean, well lit, secure building. So, I just got my medical card, and am an absolute "newbie" to cannabis. Everybody in the Source dispensary made my buying process pleasant and efficient today. I have an extremely reactive airway and am not able to smoke, but no problem here!They have quite an array of edible products, and answered my questions as to which products were likely to induce sleep and relieve pain, very specifically. And (duh) I forgot to stop and get cash on the way; but they have an ATM, so I didn't have to leave and come back later. Good experience...I will be a repeat customer!

This was my first time coming and it was nice. I love the smell of this place  they are a bit over priced.. They have pre- rolls starting at $12 plus tax. I like this place for edibles. I got a pack of watermelon gummies and they were delicious !!!

This place is very quick and clean. They have all their flowers pre-rolls vape pens on display their menu is on a screen so you can constantly see it. The only thing they don't do that I find that other dispensaries do is for your first visit they do not give you anything free or promotional.

I have been to quite a few dispensaries but never in Las Vegas. They blew my expectations. From the minute I walked in the door which you do need to be buzzed in by the way. I was greeted. There was never an opportunity to not be sure of where to go or what to do. I was told to go to the glass window to check in. The woman who helped me was so friendly, she signed me up for a rewards program. They then ushered me to the secured area where the actual cannabis is. We were then greeted by another gentleman who asked us what we were looking for. We originally came in just to get a few prerolled. We walked out with much more. I recommend the cannabis lotion. It works really well on joints and your back. All in all we will be returning.

This dispensary provides the best inside look at what it is you're buying, they have really neat displays of marijuana right when you walk in and as you exit out you have the option to look at the kitchen where they took the edibles. The budtenders are not pushy but just informational about what it is you're buying and what kind of strain might satisfy your needs. I will definitely be back and back again. It is fire.

I am medical patient,Went there for the first time and they treated me great. They have great variety and really good    Service. My helper was Paul, he was the person with the most knowledge that I had the chance to talk to. Before him I talked to an old lady that told me she didn't even know about the strains. That's when I changed to Paul. Totally recommend the place and if you want someone that really knows about the industry he is the guy!

The staff is welcoming and friendly.  The selection is pretty good, too, although it is smaller than most dispensaries.  I make it a point to come here for my Cheeba Chews, which are a little less expensive than other places.

They may have a large variety of products, but their "bud tenders'" are the most uneducated and least knowledgeable of any of the dispensaries I have ever been to. And this is the second time I have experienced something like I did there tonight. I went in this evening asking for a CBD TOPICAL that also had THC in it. The floor bud tender recommended something that can actually only be used orally (but she was unaware of this). I tried applying it to my sore hip and the product was so sticky that I had to take a shower to remove it.  And, of course, after a conversation with their manager, they would not let me exchange it. So, unless you know exactly what you want, I would recommend you go somewhere the bud tenders are more educated.

I have watched the source grow and develop since both of their grand openings! Their two locations are conveniently located on both sides of town which works perfect for me because I am always traveling between either sides of the valley. The staff has a genuine knowledge for the products which are carried. The selection is fantastic making for a perfect one stop shop! They have a very large flower, edible and concentrates selection to choose from with some of my most favorite strains. If you stop in and they have it on their shelves, be sure to try the Strawberry Lemonade! Great flow and one of my favorite spots in town.

Here let me tell All,  the fact that the source ripped me off on my gram that i just bought.  Came directly home open to inspect,  low & behold what do I find one bottle has a gram and one bottle Might, seriously might,  have 1/2 gramWhen I called I was treated as an idiot and basically brushed off. How was i, like this,  (you don't what your talking about we weigh put perfectly), OBVIOUSLY YOU DIDN'T,  LIEERS, CHEATERSNow I'm well aware of fraudulent people in world, and you just don't know who's lying to you,  got that, does this give right to treat All are ignorant, NO, HECK NO!!! The source could have at least consider a mistake on their part and apologized, maybe ask to compensate, I don't know, something, this is a business right, and satisfying the customer Is the goal to keeping business open,  yes here I'll answer for everyone, Yes!OK well I truly hope ALL who read this will pause before goin to "the source dispensary", because you WILL Not get proper service and you will Not get amount you are paying for, you Will get shorted and then they WILL not apologize or treat you kindly.  Good luck to all you venture to this place

The source is my go to dispensary! They take really great care of the medical patients. And I've noticed some team members go out of their way for medical AND retail customers. I could choose any dispensary for my Meds but I go here because of the people that work here! Almost any place you go will have similar products but it's the people you go back for and they have it down! As a medical patient, I get extra discounts, I skip the line, and I'm treated like family. Also, I was talking to a few retail customers and they all said they've come back a couple times and they only waited 25 minutes!! From what I've heard, that's better than the 5 hour wait or even 1 1/2 hour wait at competing dispensaries.

Love this place! Always good experience people are always friendly and helpful. This is my go to spot my favorite so far. They always have good stock and big fan of their rewards program!

Went there for the first time today and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The place itself inside was very well done in appearance. The consultant I had was was very friendly and very helpful. They even have a point rewards system for every time you visit and purchase there. They had a large variety of smokable, topical, edibles, sprays and lotions, and back Baum. The prices were average as expected anywhere else. All of their products had informational sheets with data stating the concentrations and cbd percentages. They honor out of state card holders. Oh yes they give military veterans 10% off every time you purchase something. My first visit today they gave me an additional 10% off for first time buyers and another 10% off for signing up into their points and e-mail program. I look forward to doing business with them on a regular basis.

Bought a $60 broken lucid vape that didnt work and couldnt even exchangeit. Horrible services

Went in to the source dispensary where I have been a regular customer for at least a few months now, my wallet  was stolen and I was provided a legal temporary drivers license sent via email and they would not accept it, she told me that she needs it printed out although it is 2018 and everything now is digital. I am even registered in their loyalty program. I don't understand how a legal document issued by the government isn't acceptable when it states in writing that it is, the manager I spoke with was a dark haired Caucasian woman she was rude and very unhelpful to someone who is clearly a loyal customer. Being that my digital license was accepted at Sahara Wellness and the staff was wonderful and the flower THC percentages were extremely higher, I will never return to "The Source" When u lose your wallet and all your belongings all you can rely on is some good flower Thanks Sahara Wellness and BIG NO THANKS TO "The Source".

Hands down the greatest dispensary in Las Vegas! The staff really takes care of you and are very knowledgeable based off of your needs. This is my first choice when I think about taking a visit to the dispensary.

When you first get there to wait, they offer you nice cold water. That's great and the inside is awesome with good staff. Unfortunately they don't take credit cards and make you hit the ATM fee. Go to the bank before you get here!

My husband and I were on vacation in Las Vegas and we found out that marijuana was legal there. He has a medical marijuana card in Arizona, the state we reside. We looked online and found out that as long as you are a valid cardholder in another state, the Las Vegas dispensaries have reciprocity. This was wonderful news. This dispensary was found through the app, Leafly. On there, we viewed specials and saw that The Source was offering a first time patient $10 discount. The dispensary itself was trendy and clean. The clerks were very helpful. He liked the flower setup. It allowed him to smell the flower and see it under a magnifying glass. He bought two pre-rolls and then got the $10 new patient discount. They had an email club as well to get more discounts but since we aren't frequent Vegas visitors it didn't make sense for us. He would definitely recommend and come back again.

Good place but they aren't open during their listed hours. Ended up having to go 30 minutes out of the way to another place because they weren't open during their listed hours on Sunday. Very unprofessional.

They claim that their site is up to date, but 4 times in a row they haven't had what their site claims they have.  The facility is clean and convenient but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

This was my first time buying in Vegas. The products were a little out of my price range. As a terminally ill patient, I was given compassion weed (free) when I could not pay for my daily dose in California. I smoke 1 1/2 grams per day for lungs, pain, stomach and skin. I have COPD and 3rd stage kidney disease. So the cost is very high for me. If you don't take care of the patient than you are only in business for pure profit. If you want more of my business, set aside weed for those who made this business possible. Without the dying, this legally systems would not have happened so soon. If you can't give compassion weed for the terminally ill, than provide weed for less than $10 per gram. I gave you 5 stars for the  products but for serving the patients with special needs, I give you a slap with grandma's hand. That how I roll! Now do something about it!

This place has taken full advantage of marijuana being legalized recreationally and marked all their product up by 40%. I'm a medical patient who has been going here for over a year and use to buy quarters for $60... now it's $97. For the lowest grade. They also use to have specials on certain strains but they no longer offer discounts due to the demand. Basically the only perk of having a medical card now is getting to skip the line. I would recommend trying other dispensaries before stepping foot in this one.

Recreational marijuana starts soon. Do yourself a favor and skip ever going to The Source. From May thru December of 2016 I would visit the source almost weekly. I did so because I would earn points and get my free vape cartridge. Which was often due to the amount of money spent. I started to frequent other dispensaries to get their first time visit offers. It had it only been a few months and I go back the source. I'm told in January their system crashed and everyone's loyalty points were erased and lost. Doesn't seem to matter that the budtenders there know me and could vouch for my loyalty. The manager checked me out. No apology. No offer to compensate. Not even a $5 pre-roll of your crappy flower. Instead a smart ass millennial working there says "that's why I use my points right away" No loyalty at all. A revolving door of millennial shit heads and serious lack of respect. I won't be back ever! And, neither should any of you.

Absolutely LOVED my experience here and will definitely be returning to try more products. When I walked in Sherry was so kind and welcoming. They made me so comfortable I had to grab my boyfriend from the car. He was so excited that the whole shop is glass and you can actually see a few of the products from the lounge area. First off, I was greeted by Mark who had an incredible disposition and a knowledge of the products that exceeded expectations. He walked through nearly all the products that he thought would especially help me. I purchased a pen because they give you a coupon as a new customer for either: a vape pen battery, a gram of leaf, or something else sorry. Alyssa checked me out and grabbed all the products so quickly. She was amazing and had helped me straighten things out on my way to the store. Leaving I met Gabriel and he just made our night brighter. Got a CBD pen for massive migraines and was instantly relived by the product when I got home. The prices are amazing, they give you great deals and have an awesome point system for loyal customers. They have an incredible selection and an even more unforgettable experience waiting for everyone. If I could give this place 5 michelin stars I would. Previously had tried the Apothocary Shoppe and their atm charge was so much more expensive, barely a selection, and exorbanant prices. Their staff was nice but they took a lot of time putting things away and forgot to give me my first time customer discount. So I paid full price for already expensive medication.

The Source has the best selection and best budtenders I've experienced. They have an indica classic vapor cartridge that is AMAZING! David was extremely helpful and went out of his way to go over different strains and products. Didn't have to wait in line at all.

Lovely front of house ladies... browsed for 15 mins waiting for help but kept getting passed up for some reason. I decided to just join the line and get help at the counter, only one bud tender for recreational so I approached a staff member who I had seen helping other customers. She was unable to help me tho because she had been moved to door duty. I went back to the front of house ladies who apologized and at my request took me off their membership list. Incredibly disorganised.....and I was ready to stock up!!!

Ok, this is the 2nd time I've been to this location where they have gone above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Chelsea is sucha sweet cashier! Happened to find this place cause we just ate at Hash House a Go Go. Not from Vegas but it was my first time to a dispensary ever. Staff was super friendly. I was greeted at the door, the gentleman explained the process since I was a first timer. Signing up took about 3 minutes, he then introduced to another gentleman who verified my info in the system, who then introduced me to another gentleman who was basically the sales guy who answered any questions I had. In all, I was able to find what I was looking for and was out of there in a matter of 10 minutes. It was a little embarrassing cause I had a little trouble paying but the guy behind the counter was really cool about it. Paying took the longest but that was on me. In all, they had a great selection but tbh I was just there for the edibles. The prices imo was awesome. The places was really clean and staff was awesome as well... I'd definitely come back when I'm in the area.

Second time something has gone wrong here.  I am not going back.  Staff was nice and everything when I got home I realized I did not get what I paid for.  I ordered a 1/4 flower and paid for a 1/4, but when I got home I realized I only had an 1/8.  I did not realize it when they were putting everything in the bag and I had other stops to make before I could chill.  I was also supposed to get something for free.  I thought they kept saying tinacture but it could have been t-shirt.  I am old and hard of hearing.  This is the second time this has happened to me and this is why I will not go back.Angry pothead

I worked for another dispensary here in Las Vegas. They have made a name for themselves & their brand. Yet I would always find myself at The Source getting my cannabis goodies. It's their customer service & the atmosphere that make me always go to them. Even when I worked for another. They are personable m, friendly, kind and just genuine all the way around. Their deals are highly comparable- no pun intended lol, to other dispensary's.You won't go wrong with these guys at all. Make this place your next stop for any and all your cannabis goodies!

I had exceptional excellent customer service. It was the fifth of December in the evening. I cannot remember their names, but the manager on duty was so helpful and kind. I had asked another employee for some information about products and he took the time to explain it thoroughly. I would DEFINITELY reccomend The Source.

A welcoming staff member and fellow cannabis enthusiast awaits to give more information, answer any questions you may have, and make some stoner to stoner suggestions.  Always nice to hear what others are partaking in.  You make a selection and they've sent the order to the front desk via ipad before you can even turn around. The bud tenders are dope (pun intended) I admired their lanyard with the pins on it and she gave me and my bf one of our own along with pins. They are so sweet and complimentative.   I love mine and like to wear it regularly. Makes me feel like one of the cool kids. Anyways,  the bud selection is amazing for the price. They stayed very competitive compared to a larger more established dispensary here on the North side. I buy most of my products as flower in 1/8ths. They have the edibles on deck at an affordable price, vapes, and concentrates. Their displays have the strain indication color coded on the wall and the flower so you know if you're choosing an Indica,Sativa, or Hybrid. I love being able to get top shelf flower below $60 and No Tax Tuesdays? The Source has been getting a good chunk of my paycheck this last week and a half but I'm high and happy.

This is seriously the best dispensary I've ever been to. All of the staff are patient, extremely knowledgeable about the products, and are more than eager to talk to customers and have a conversation to help us be comfortable with what we're buying. I don't know anything about weed, and I've never felt intimidated or rushed here like I have at other dispensaries. Also a special shout-out to Pablo who is legit the most laid back dude I've ever seen in one of these places. Always a pleasure to talk to and happy to answer as many questions as I have. Can't trust that their product/in-house brand is weighed correctly which means I can't go there anymore. I don't want to be upset and feel the need to complain every time I get home and you can't open it/weigh it in front of them. It's been under %80 of the time ... I'm sorry. I've bought 4 8ths from here and had 1 replaced. 2 from when I first moved here I tried out the source and had a problem immediately both under by about 1/10 total weight... I go back and tell them and they replaced the 8th,  gave me a free joint and a coupon (the new 8th AND the joint also weighed under what it was supposed and the joint wouldn't even burn correctly) I left them a nice review (after they replaced my 8th but before I weighed it) I left the review up even after weighing because they handled it well in person but it was a laughable situation. I looked at my review as a good deed and swore I wouldn't go back. Well I had a rough day at work today and wanted to get right so i said I'll give them another shot. And I have a coupon! I buy a qtr it comes in 2 jars the first jar is 3.51 and the 2nd jar is 3.2 something... So... the order I placed with the coupon that you gave me to make amends for being under... Is under as well and I don't want any more coupons lol....I don't like to throw businesses under the bus but something is seriously messed up with the weigh y'all weigh your weed and it's like it's disconnected from the people at the actual store so when you complain to them it's not really their fault and it's hard to trust that the customer is telling the truth because we take it home and open it in private. There is a huge lack of oversight at the jarring facility or whatever you call it and it's causing me and possibly now others to question either standards or ethics. Out of 5 8ths 3 of them were about .3 grams short and 1 was .12 short. I took a continuous video of me unboxing and weighing the last 2 8ths if management or ownership wants to look at it. I'm 40 years old I've been smoking for 25 years and when you get continuously skimped it sucks. You took my money and didn't give me what you promise/advertise. It's 1030 on a Sunday night you think I want to be writing this review?... Extremely disappointed. Every single person working in that building is fantastic by the way. It's just the skimping and then sometimes dry weed that's off putting but they have nothing to do with the that. Maybe I'm just unlucky? Maybe my scales off?  (it's not) idk... figure it out dudes.Edit: Dam y'all really don't care about repeatedly  skimping your customers huh?

I just bought an eighth of chemtrails and sad to say it's very dry and brittle! Seems like it's been sitting in the back the whole time and just dried up! I spent $60 on an eighth that's dry and brittle! It broke apart once I tried to grab out the jar! Very disappointed

The Source has a new store off of North 5th in NLV and thankfully it's similar to the others. What stands out is its location, making things more convenient for locals in the expanding northern part of town. Or if you're just driving on I-15 or 215 and want to duck in for some quick weed where there's little traffic and easy parking, this is also a good place to go. Prices are similar to other dispensaries but they do give you discounts for a rewards signup and they offer email specials. I took advantage and bought a quarter ounce of Khalifa Kush for a measly $49. Even though it's an indica at 18%, it's still a quality high that lasts. You can't automatically assume the higher the THC percentage, the better the high.  I've had lesser weed testing at 23%, so it's also wise to consider the terpenes.  The Source has a nice selection of edibles, pre-rolls, and concentrates, if that's your thing and prices are all listed on their website. Personally, I stopped buying pre-rolls from ANY dispensary unless it's got a celebrity associated with it because some of them are weak...as though a bit of shake was mixed in. Usually someone with a name, like Snoop or Cheech, will offer great pre-rolls, otherwise it's hit or miss. I always tell visitors to Las Vegas to bring some cones, buy a few grams of top shelf weed, and roll your own instead of buying iffy pre-rolls. I've always had good results with the quality of The Source's eighth ounce bags of flower.This dispensary is brand spankin' new, the employees are all friendly, the place isn't huge but it doesn't need to be with curbside pickup and delivery becoming more popular. Those in charge listened to my request to stock RSO oil and plan to do so...I appreciate their willingness to go to bat for the consumer. Side note: if you have trouble sleeping put a tiny dab of RSO oil, about the size of a grain of rice, under your tongue and hold it there for a few. Set your alarm or you might wake up at noon the next day. Thank goodness we now live in a time where a quick stop at a neighborhood store like The Source is no different than picking up some groceries and going to your bank. I was feeling like a criminal for the last 50+ years, barely evading arrest, and then suddenly the world woke up and decided weed was not the devil's lettuce after all.  Those days, our 'source' was often a shady character with some moldy ditchweed to sell.  So a huge thank you to the  politicians and dispensary entrepreneurs who've made this work so well in Nevada.  And congrats to The Source for adding another much-needed franchise in the northern part of town.

The Source used to be my 'go to' for medicine. One of the managers, Chris (who is no longer with them) was friendly and accommodating to the point of making people feel like family. There were others who worked there who greeted you like an old friend. Well, I don't know if Covid or some other nefarious issue played a part in all this changing, but change did come! The Source now is one of the least on my list as it is no longer as personable, prices are in the high (no pun intended) range, and it is just not the same atmosphere as before. Convenience is also an issue as once in the parking lot you are subject to leaving towards the East or the North as there is no exit that allows any other direction without facing crazy traffic to cross Rainbow and make a U-Turn. So, bottom line for this reviewer: There are better, friendlier, and certainly more convenient dispensaries to patronize.

They have drinks that get you high, snacks that get you high, and regular weed that runs the gamut from very good to better than average. They also sell non-psychoactive products for pain relief. The staff is friendly, the store is clean, the grounds are secured and none of that matters because The Source also has a home delivery service available for free once your order goes over a certain amount.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The person who checked me in was fabulous (makeup and nails were so on point!!), and the cashier who checked me out was so helpful in describing products and also how to help me get my Marijuana agent card. Very helpful staff, clean and organized, and good prices for quality product. Thank you!
