This is my go to dispo as a local, the rewards program is great. The staff is always friendly and knowledgable. They have daily deals and often have great pricing as well as high testing buds! My favorite spot!!

I understand you were forced to adapt and pivot your business model on the fly. I understand it was probably something you didn't plan on doing for a while yet. I understand this pandemic has been difficult for so many people. What I don't understand is how you chose to treat your customers. I don't understand not updating your website to insure your customers are getting correct and up to date information. I don't mind being patient and I don't mind paying slightly inflated prices at this time. I get it. Not stating clearly on your website that you need front and back of the ID to expedite the process and then making those people re enter your "email queue" is unacceptable. Not updating your website and allowing it to clearly state you will respond to emails but it may take "an hour" when in actuality it took 30 hours to respond asking for me to send a picture of the back of the ID. Then it took you 35 hours to inform me you have a new system. Just so I can keep trying to send you my info? So I can try the give you my money? I don't think so. Especially not when other dispensary's can deliver in less then 6 hours. I can place my order online and upload my ID immediately. Like I said I understand times are difficult right now. Your competition was able to handle the situation a thousand percent better then you. They have all been honest on their website about timing and process to get order placed. You were not. If you would have told me even in the first email I was looking at a 72-96hr journey I could respect that and you would have a much better review. Treat your customers with respect. Be honest about your limitations and shortcomings. Nobody is perfect I get that but you absolutely have a lot to work on.

First, I hate masks and think they are useless and used as a control tool. That being said I am also a Law abiding citizen. Went tonight and the line was long. A black man had his masked pulled down the entire time and no one, including security, had a single word to say. Then as he went inside a white female walked past with her mask down and was immediately told to pull it up. So what's the deal? Discrimination or fear? If it's a mandate to wear the mask then everyone should be treated the same.

They changed ownership and they don't give medical prices for medical patients, greedy focks!

This review is completely on speed of service. This has only been my second time coming here and the first was actually not that bad, service was fast and everyone was really nice ! But this time was way different, I decided to order pickup instead of just going in. I've been waiting for almost TWO hours ! I thought the whole point of ordering online was you would be taken care of a lot quicker. I understand it gets busy but I don't understand how you only have 2 curbside parkings, when there are anywhere from 5-10 other cars waiting for pick up, and from what it seems like only 1 person taking care of the orders with a packed parking lot. Will probably not order curbside again.

I'm from Texas but every time I come to Las Vegas I always make sure to check out Acres. My favorite budtender by far had to be Miss Courtnee. She was really patient with my needs and taking into account that I wasn't a frequent user. She gave me a good deal on some gummy squares by Acres Kitchen. I think they are normally $18 each but she was able to give me them 2/$30. They tasted amazing and she recommended the Pink Lemonade and the Watermelon flavors which were amazing.After she was done with my sale she even walked me herself to the underground where they had a big party, lots of booths, a dj, and a food truck. Next time I'm in Vegas I will definitely visit acres and I will also recommend this dispensary to my colleagues.

If I could give this dispensary less than 1 star, I would. They never have a selection of anything that they have on their menu, and when they do, they have maybe one choice and the rest they never have in stock. I've been here at least 3-4 days a week in the last month and they haven't gotten anything different in the whole time I've been coming. One of the girls even tried to lie and tell me they were getting in a shipment that day, which wasn't true at all because I came back the next day and they still didn't have anything new and they didn't get that "shipment" homegirl was talking about.  that was one of the times I just bounced out because they had NOTHING.And another thing. They don't allow you to use your points in a beneficial way to the customer. They don't allow you to use your points on top of having the local discount or even a brand discount. Which, is strange to me because every dispensary I go to, Nuleaf, Oasis, Reef, etc. they all allow you to use the points you've built up with your own money, even if the item is already discounted. Acres is greedy and has shit selection. All in all. Lol.

My wife and I brought our son to Vegas (we're from Long Beach, CA) for his 21st Birthday. He smokes, so he looked up this location. Let me say, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever received from a dispensary. When you first walk in, you feel welcomed. Once we got inside to buy, Cody G. helped us and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. My wife and I come to Vegas often, so this place will be the ONLY dispensary we come to. If you want someone knowledgeable, nice as fuck, and very helpful, ask for Cody G. Thank you Acres dispensary!!!

So this is a working lab and dispensary. Very gCool museum quality displays and artwork on the walls. I enjoyed watching the techs work behind a glass window doing work to make medical and recreational products. It was super freaky to see huge 20 pound bags of raw buds on shelves in what looked like a high tech humidor. There was lots of chemistry looking equipment in a very sterile environment. They don't mind you staring and even taking some pictures. In the retail area, the tenders were very nice and super knowledgeable of the products and uses. This location is about a 15 minute ride share from the strip but pretty close to the Stratosphere property.

I love Acres!! My bud tender Courtnee was amazing! She got me THE BEST edibles, it was so good omg!! She was so nice and sweet, if you have a chance to have her as your bud tender she tells you how it is and what the best of the best is! She recommended the Birthday Cake and Fruity Rice Crispy treats and I'm in love! Taste so good.. I might have ate the whole thing last night

My go to Dispensary in Las Vegas!They have a $60 1/2 ounce special everyday with 2-3 different strains daily.You can see what they have in stock via their website or through Dutchie. They don't always show the THC levels but you can call in and ask about each strain and they will give you a rundown of the levels or what's else is good for that day.Once you decide what you want, you can order online and pick up at the side window so you don't have to wait in the regular line inside the dispensary. It's also good to order ahead of time just in case they run out of a specific strain, you don't wanna be disappointed when you arrive.Make sure to also sign up for their rewards program, you get points for the money you spend. You can redeem them later for different items in the shop and also discounts on your purchases.Give them a try you won't be disappointed!

Worst dispensary in Nevada.  Recreational sales ONLY!?! This is the only dispensary in Nevada I have been to that doesn't sell medical marijuana. They only sell recreational, which means even medical patients pay the high recreational tax. Total fraud!!!

They send out a text this morning saying $3 pre-rolls. I wait to order at 10 am - pre-rolls are not showing up at $3 price on Hytevia website. I call and am told 3rd party website will update menu soon. I call again and am told website will update in a minute but she can add pre-roils to my order after I place a regular order through the Hytevia website. I'm thinking as I'm speaking to person on phone WTF ...why wouldn't you tell me that when I called earlier in the morning ?? And then she says all we have is Tahoe OG left. Then I ask well how are you out of everything but Tahoe OG - then she says people are adding it to their orders when they pull up. Are you kidding me guys ? I've been going to Acres since day one. Get it together - seriously! Epic fail.

I was referred to Acres by many people, so I decided to take a look. Being in the industry I have high expectations of anywhere I go. So I walked in and was greeted by a pleasant security guard who told me to see Courtney at the front to check me in. She kept the small talk to a minimum, but did make sure to say happy birthday even though it was a week ago, which was considerate. Anyway, I walk in and they have a line. Not a medical and recreational. Just one line. Personally,as a medical patient I feel they should have separate lines for efficiency, but I'm just a patient! There are some people that have debilitating conditions and can't stand for long periods of time, so I can see that being a disadvantage for other medical patients. Hopefully something changes to where medical perhaps has a priority, also because recreation wouldn't be here without medical folk, mind you! That's my only downfall, but the customer service from Sabrina took all that off my mind.  I was venting about my birthday and how it didn't go as planned and Sabrina made sure to turn everything around. I mentioned how as soon as I flew back into town from my trip, I needed something to get the edge off so I went to Medizin right by my house. I wasn't thrilled with the price of a single joint for $17. But I needed to get in, get out, and get on with my night so I got it and left. I ended up telling myself no more Medizin. I'm a spoiled Cali girl and used to those prices and bargains, so the taxes and inflation in Nevada irks me. I literally have to force myself to spend money at dispensaries out here. I was able to snag 3 house joints and a birthday joint for $22. I took advantage of my medical card prices, industry discount & first time special. And because Sabrina took care of me for the referral, my birthday being not so great and coming down from the other side of town. I can't wait to come back. The clothing line they have is so cute, and I just really want to dabble into more of their products. Like the CBD bath soak & the concentrate lineup. Ahh! Y'all made my day!!

Visit this past weekend at the Underground I forgot my bud tender's name, but he was extremely helpful.  Got some really good deals. I did get one bag that I paid full price for that was dry and dusty. Seems like the bags that have a clear window tend to dry out faster. Old PalAdds a packet to prevent buds from drying and even though the flower was 6 months old it was still relatively fresh because of it. Regardless a great place to visit. Whomever reads this be very careful what you purchase and squish the bag before buying.

Great specials recently. Doing all the right things to be sanitary in these times. Our budtender, Edward, and his supervisor Randy, were super helpful and patient with me and my husband.

Man. Was excited about this place but the directions to wait to be served weren't clear leading to others being served before us after waiting. Even after it was brought to his attention, they still served them first. Turned me off the whole experience so I didn't buy anything. Pity too bc they're specials seemed okay.

Tbh it's just your employees. Attitude can come off as not only unprofessional but rude... and dealing with cannabis I'm extremely patient but with smart comments and attitudes from the budtenders can make the wait unpleasant. Today I was  waiting inline for what seems like an hour when everyone else was driving in and out.. I will be more than happy to redo my blog and retract my comment but this is the 2nd time of dealing with acres and dealing with rude budtenders and bad business.. But idk if I will still be a customer to acres or encourage your product online to my fans and not to mention they don't honor there own promotions. So if you see a awesome deal from acres DO NOT RUSH TO THIS DISPENSARY they will not honor, nor do they have the stock for there promotions. WHAT A WAY TO KILL YOUR HIGH!!!!!!!!! 28 grams for $90 yeah right smh

IMPORTANT: Do research on other delivery services with other dispensaries before you consider Acres.Let's start off with how much I was lied to and was fed misleading information among the 4 different outgoing phone calls I made to 3 different staff members, concluding with the shift manager (I will not mention names, out of respect). I am aware and have been nothing but understanding towards Acres new delivery system during this LV quarantine. I too work in a field with changes among protocols and services in relation to COVID-19, and in the health care field we are too adapting, still assuring regards to servicing our community. With consideration, I understand that with all the orders and phone calls the staff receives can become overwhelming, but I cannot stress enough how immense my frustration on my part has been.Per. the uploaded photo in regards to delivery instructions, I have and completed my part in what to do. What to expect? Now that's a total misconception and not acceptable. Every visit to Acres I have purchased 1oz, which I intended would be continuous receiving our business up until today. My girlfriend and I ordered 1oz around 10pm the night before our "delivery day". I was given the information that deliveries would begin at 10am, and that we would expect a 1hr in advance phone call from the delivery driver. We waited all morning, all afternoon, and all night without one bit of communication besides the communication on my part, where all I wanted was a truthful answer. I was told my delivery was in route - a lie, my delivery was on the way soon - a lie, I was put in the 2nd delivery route - a lie, I would receive a text and phone call this time, - a lie. Now the worst part? Was being told they had been receiving so many calls and orders the same day, which only made me question what happened to my order that I placed in advance?? It all came down to the 4th call in which I asked to speak to a manager, who only interrupted me by letting off his frustration over-talking me without letting me finish my question, with him explaining how their staff is trying to work with the state requirements, among training their new staff and trying to work a better process with the delivery system. The end result was being told I had to wait another day? Without an apology or a solved solution. With no hesitation I had to cancel my order. This wasn't the first time Acres provided me with misinformation effecting me in outcome. I let it slide the first time, but this time, unfortunately Acres will lose my loyal customer service.

I learned about The Underground from a friend and have been visiting almost weekly for months.  Today I visited the regular dispensary to inquired about some specials in the text message I received.  Chip was extremely helpful and nice.  he answered any and all questions I had.When checking he informed me that I had signed up for their rewards program and I have accumulated over 1,000 points that I could use to save myself $100.  Thank you Acres, for the daily text messages with deals and thank you for having a rewards program where people can actually get points.

I've found the lowest prices on the brands I love. They have lots of brands to explore for flower, vapes, and edibles. Perfect one stop shop for a night out in Vegas because they're OPEN 24/7. Whether it's a preroll deal or a small disposable, they will send you away with awesome product. Personally, I love this place for edibles. Every time I shop I pick a new brand with the help of their knowledgeable bud tenders. I use edibles for pain and sleep. My favorites are Fireball gummies, cheeba chews, and canna punch drinks. Also if youre around for the weekend, they have a secret dispensary that opens Friday and Saturday only, from 11a-7p. They have awesome deals on bulk flower and deals on your favorite brands.

The fucking number to this raggedy ass shit don't work and the delivery people don't answer calls or text either. The delivery never shows up u gotta walk in to the bullshit to get flower

I ordered online through Hytiva yesterday afternoon. I received my email confirmation shortly after. Waited all day for an email or text and I received nothing. I've tried calling both numbers but no one answers. I also searched for an email address to write to but couldn't find that either. I understand Acres is still trying to work out the kinks but a little communication with your customers would be appreciated. My first online order with you guys a couple weeks ago was successful, idk what happened this time. As much as I would love to wait this out, I'm going to have to shop elsewhere. Hopefully you guys figure this out. I genuinely love this dispensary and it's the only place I go!

03/26/2019Acres is officially getting the 5 star rating review I knew they deserved in the first place after a little feedback and positive criticism all was made right by a little back and forth conversation with my girl Amber.  She was always professional and took everything I told her into consideration and took the initiative to make sure that the proper procedures were made in order for the next customers not o have the same experience I did at my first visit.  I appreciate all you have done Amber.  Also shout out to budtender Rachel she definitely is knowledgeable which I look for in order to make my decisions while purchasing.

I love when employees are good but I don't understand why you can't tell me thc percentages on the phone every other place I call will let me know what percentages are they told me I have to go there to find out I'm disabled and can't go onsite and need to know what I'm buying before I pay good money don't come here they discriminated against disabled person

Prices have skyrocketed go elsewhere for example their half oz of (MAC) is 99$ if you are a heavy smoker like me who buys in ounces go to shango they have the same strain MAC for 160$0z and way better quality save 40$ on oz and better bud

If I could, I'd give zero stars.  FOR A DISPENSARY.  Dear God, how did it come to this?  Let me tell you ...BAIT AND SWITCH!  Came here to get one of the $60 half ounces. Unable to purchase because lazy personnel at Acres were never bothered to bag anything up before 2:30 PM, costing me $35 in Uber fees for no good reason. Could not pre-verify by phone because their phone was routed to an unavailable employee's cell phone with a full mailbox. The only thing I got back from Acres once the complaint was made with the front desk was someone saying "we are so sorry." Sorry doesn't cut it! What about my lost time and money?? What about the lost business from me when you have infuriated me for no reason? I don't care what excuse is being offered, this is WRONG and no, you're not selling me something more expensive!!! I went back inside to bring this up with their manager, and that woman laughed at us because apparently it's funny when customers are misled and ripped off. She went "waa, waa, waa" right in our faces.  When I'm mistreated I do let my wrath be known and yes, I lost my temper and bitched her out HARD. Shortly after that, my fiance and I were threatened by their fat slob of a security guard, and the MANAGER attempted to bully/frighten us by videoing my Uber driver's CAR, Uber DRIVER, and US. Tell me, what exactly does videoing an angry customer do for you people?  And what, exactly, does videoing the innocent Uber driver and license plate do for you wankers?  Do you watch the video in private and laugh at the poor customers that you infuriated after you wasted their time and money?  REALLY???That kind of intimidation tactic is so beyond the pale that it's very difficult for me to understand it, much less process it. We were clearly zero threat, as we were inside a car and trying to leave, but hey, let's not let good customer service and common sense stand in the way of being A-holes!  Nope, that didn't stop your personnel from treating us horribly as though we were common criminals, ya'll blew right through that stop sign. Anyway, we've had enough. No return trips! FOLKS, STAY AWAY FROM ACRES CANNABIS. My friend recommended Acers due to proximity and seriously competitive prices. Similarly to every dispensary I've been to in Las Vegas, Acers was nice place and it employed very friendly people (Ramon treated me as a friend, not a customer) and went on to recommend strains NOT products, because I had my mind set on the cartridges. After all, 2 x 0.5 gram cartridges for $50, they also had double points night which meant spending $75 or more got you their edible watermelon gummies. 10 free gummies! I don't think I've seen it this cheap before. Sure enough, just hours, no more than 10 puffs from both Flyte.Life cartridges combines, both stopped working, even though were full. Needless to say, I tried and tried, and nothing. I tried the gummies, 1 did nothing. I ate 2 and all I felt was a little disorientation.It's not right because I've eaten similar sized and dosed gummies and it almost halucinated, because I'm not a heavy user at all, I usually smoke 2 grams a week, and I take weeks off from time to time.Acers is too good to be true, because it is! Obviously, there's no return or exchange, so I'm out about $85 for 2 cartridges and a brand new battery. I wish you better luck than mine.

Visited a few dispensaries while in town and this was by far the most disappointing visit. We bought a couple pre rolls, among other items, both were a waste of $18 and cannabis. One was packed so tight it would burn but couldn't be smoked from. The second burned straight down the top and wasted 1/2 of it. Do yourself a favor and save the cab fair for another dispensary. This touted a wide assortment of baked goods with some variety and found none of that either.

Terrible experience. First time there wouldn't recommend. Terrible customer service and strains are terrible for pricing. Pass them up and go to Reef Dispensary. Honestly.

Acres dispensary was an experience to say the least. I'm not from Nevada so in my state, cannabis is illegal. My budtender was Courtnee and while she was super knowledgeable, she was also kind and patient with me as I normally do not consume. She made sure the products I bought would benefit me with my sleeping and knew what was the correct dosage for someone like me. The sour watermelon gummies are tasty, the qualcan brownies were good as well. Maybe next time I will get a vape cartridge. I will definitely recommend acres cannabis dispensary to my colleagues.

Wicked rude staff! Hung up on me while I was questioning the amount being charged for delivery! Be very careful while sopping here. Fast talking young lady will rip you off in a heart beat! I'm 60 years old! I've been ripped off by the best of crooked drug dealers!

This place is awesome. Love the farmers market. Natahsa was so helpful. I live on the other side of town and it was totally worth the drive.Update they take credit and debit for a $3 fee.

Prices change oh how they like to exploit this crisis. They are rude and treat you like cattle. Say goodbye to my business.  I don't wanna be a cattle. I'd like to be tough ya thing or two. Not hung up on the phone only to drive 25 minutes there to find out prices have increased ALOT. Stay away. Vegas has a lot of MMJ dispensary's.

Acres used to be my weed haven. 60 dollar half ounces all day 24/7. I've been so loyal to acres because of the price and quality they carried but now sheeesh I don't know who would want to even purchase anything from acres anymore. The quality of the their products is the same but the prices have sky rocketed, about 25%-30%. Half ounces are now $95 + tax. Unbelievable. Also, I have accumulated 1,000 points and when I came in to use my points, they reduced my points to 590 points due to the new point system. I still went to go in and look at my options since I did spend $1,000 dollars to receive those points I should receive something back with that, wouldn't you think? But no, I couldn't even use my points for 1oz, 1/2oz. They proceeded to offer me 1/8 of the OG kush but I would still need to cover $25 of it. Are you kidding me? I needed up leaving empty handed and not sure if I'll ever use those damn points there because to me honestly is not worth it anymore. This is very sad to me because like I said I LOVED acres but now I don't even consider going there until something is changed.

This rating is for the 60$ half ounce. The strain is pre soviet tahoe and it's disappointing. It's not trimmed properly and way too much stem and leaves. The buds not sticky at all. It's so dry and crumbles like dust. The customer service here is on point though. The front desk and people working here are nice and accommodating. Also it's huge and clean and has cool art. Wish the quality was better though ! Ugh

I have been a loyal customer between Acres and Curaleaf. Ever since curaleaf bought Acres they have gone downhill. I shop there only to earn points, which it use to be 1,000 points is now 2,000 points at both places and they don't have good deals anymore. I tell people not to shop at either store. Plus curaleaf doesn't honor medical discounts except for one day. If they change back to their old ways I will change my post. Until then I will tell everyone I come into contact with to take their business elsewhere. THEY SUCK. Do not waste your money.

Purchased some edibles last Sunday package said it contained 10 pieces. When I opened my package there were only 8 pieces.

They are sooo helpful and sweet. Accept for a younger Mexican girl at the front, she seemed a bit bitchy and didn't answer me when I asked if she was Okay. But other than that, great deals & such sweet workers.

It is 530 in the the morning and I'm coming down from a very BAD reaction from a product that. Was sold to me early yesterday evening. I felt like I was going to die.Most dispensary just like this one did ask what they can do for you?The first thing that comes out my mouth is always NO SATIVIA.Because I been a patiant/ trimmer for sooo long( probably longer then the budtender been alive) I know what to look for. My bud tender and I had A VERY clear understanding.She showed me a few thing but there was a couple of products she didnt show me .when I asked about them she told me I didn't want them they was sativia and I. didn't that, I wanted something to relax me for my pain and to help me sleep. So I got what she suggested.When I got down to the end of my joint. I started having VERY bad chest pains and couldn't breathe I felt like I was having a heartattck and I was going to die but I know my body and clearly it was a very bad panic attack. I was out alone and all I was thinking about lord just PLEASE let make it home. When I got to where there was light I tried to see if there was somewhere on the container the ingredients to this stain, since I know I can't even have limonene at all. After I scrap of the sticker/ seal underneath it clear as day it said SATIVA DOMINATE! witch was clearly the club and manufacturer mistake. Instead of put the seal on the other in of the box they coverd up a very important ingredient that in another situation could of been deadly.Once I got home i was having irregular heart beat, chest pains and weak breathing, and VERY bad jitters. Thank god I had some pure cbd. I had to take that with A very strong allergy pill to try to relax and eventually fall asleep. I slept from 10 til 3 am. Now it 3 hours later and I cant sleep.This is not what I anticipate my night. To be. My body is litierly sore from all the shaking.I called the club and the gave me the manegers personal num. I tried to call but no response.

The girl at the front and the manager went online and saw it was extended, so they okay it and let him in. We go in and I'm standing looking at what they have on display and one girl tells me to move and stand in line. So, I take two steps to where she wanted me to stand. We get called by this blonde girl. She asks for medical card and I told her I didn't have one. She said well next time stand on the other side. I said ok, I want use my points. So she asks for name points are under (my husbands) then she asks for an ID and just decides to walk away with his ID to tell the manager it was expired (without even verifying with us). This already gets checked at the front door. Your job is to sell the products. But, who cares because I'm never coming here again. I have spent over $3000 and I'm sure she could tell by just pulling up the account. But, it's okay. I'll take my money somewhere else because this is the third time I have drove 30 minutes to get bad service and walked empty handed to drive another 30 minutes back home to go up the street to Nuwu -_- . What a disappointment..

The set up:I love this place! 1st shop I found in Vegas that has fair pricing... They have a very friendly staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable. The underground is one of my favorite places to visit besides the kitchen! The scene: 1st off they have some great Treaures dating back to the early 1900s on display that are great to check out... The kitchen is always good time to get some selfies in front of. From watching them make weed candy, or wax... The underground is out of this world, and on weekends phat Jack sells dope ass glass pipes and bongs! In closing: Kevin F. Puts on great events with a lot of hip hop culture and am excited to see acres grow in the Las Vegas weed community. I strongly recommend to come by and try out! P.S. for first time buyers they give a free pre roll just ask as you walk in and I'm sure you will be taken care of!!!

Update, thanks Ramon for explaining how the Rove is used properly.  He said I probably over tighten and lock down the contact.  He exchanged it for a new one and it works :D.  Now in stead of buying the 1:1, I brought 1g W Beast Lavender.  I haven't tried it yet.  I will try it tomorrow morning.  I was told this is a cleaner hybrid that gives energy and alert.  Stand by for update.

Do Not honor online specials!I went in this morning after calling on the phone about a $40 mix and match quarter deal to ask which strains were included in the deal. The young lady was polite and listed all the strains and the potency. She never mentioned a mistake in the online ad about the price. When I arrived and waited for 20 minutes in line and was told the online ad was wrong and the price would be $50 for the quarter. The budtender simply said the ad was wrong. I feel your dispensary should honor all advertised prices and should operate with integrity and honesty.

A+ CUSTOMER SERVICE.Pulling into acres this morning the parking lot was fairly crowded, thats always a good sign!Came in like ushaul friendly smile by the security gaurd and super easy process going in the girls at the front are always on top of their game with deals and handling things.Walking in my gf and i were greeted by tom right away.We knew what we wanted so we asked to see the 10 dollar grams which acres always has the best choices and quality. I decided to go with sherbert from acres and blue berry from the facility both were very high quality for the price espeically vegas prices lol.Both smelled amazing and were pretty fresh for vegas buds after all we live in a desert,  i dont know what people expect with zero humidity....You can also pay with card at the register unlike so many other dispensaries. This place has something new in every week if not sooner come check out acres!!

This place is my go-to. I don't even live close to acres and I make the trek there because of the service and the prices. My budtender was Courtnee and I always try to come when she's working. I learn so much every time I come and she already knows what I like to consume so I definitely trust her when she recommends something new. Please visit on Thursdays because you get double points and they always have 1/2 oz for $60

Have to say I'm pretty disappointed in what use to be my favorite dispensary. The way they have handled the covid situation has been rather annoying. They have 2 numbers currently and it is beyond impossible to get through to either one. You can't email them through their website or anything. The last few orders I've gotten from them have been very poor quality. Even when I'd use to get their 60$ half ounce special it was always pretty decent and now it looks like they reserve product that doesn't even deserve to be sold in a dispensary for that special. Please do better acres.

Walking into hear was like walking into a little piece of heaven. There were so many options and the lady who helped me was so great and helpful! The art on the outside of the building memorized me and I can't wait to go back!

Easy to find with plenty of parking. Check in is easy but after that it's very confusing. We weren't sure where to go since there's nothing on the doors. When you enter the different areas there's only people at the counters not out helping you. The main dispensary has you wait in a long line to be helped then the girls helping seem like they don't use the products. Not helpful at all. Prices are fair. Not my favorite place.

Forget the weed. You can get that anywhere. This place is all about service and ambiance. This is a place I'd come hang out and spend the day in It's a little further than the other dispensaries from the strip, but I promise you it's worth it. Especially when you get a bud tender like Rashelle!Can not recommend enough.

Let's first start by saying this is a tour experience No purchases made.The staff was friendly by holding door for you and greeting each individual.You was able to test before purchase meaning just smelling the variety types and they will explain the THC LEVEL and they even showed u how they break it down and roll it up in blunts.CLEAN FRIENDLY

This place has the worst management ever I politely went up there to go tell them that the gummy's I had purchased and did not have a very potent I wasted $30 and no one could do anything for me I wouldn't go to this cannabis dispensary just for the lack of customer service and basically they're not there to please the customers are there to just make a buck so in the weed is not potent and the gummy's are not potent so save your money

I've been to Acres on Western about 5 or 6 times over the last few months. A few observations. 1) The staff is super nice and helpful. 2) The building is clean and well laid out. 3) Great pricing and specials. 4) Horrible music choices and this is the reason for my 3 star review, otherwise I would give it a 5 star review. After my second visit I noticed that the ONLY genre of music that's played is middle of the road top 40 hip-hop. Personally, I listen to some hip-hop, but in my 5 + visits, that's the only music playing. Today I asked my bud tender what's up with this place only playing one type of music when the customers are not one type of person. He told me the GM will only allow hip hop. So then I asked for a manager and he confirmed that GM only allows hip-hop to be played. Here's the thing, your business is for your customers, not for he GM's music taste. I've managed food and beverage for 15 years and my personal music preference should not overpower the preference of my guests. C'mon guys, how about a little variety. I started paying attention to the customer base at your business and I guarantee that they have diverse opinions on musical tastes and I'm also guessing that no more than 20% of your customers only listen to hip hop. How about paying attention to your customers and mixing it up? Also, I'm pretty sure your staff is irritated that they are forced to only listen to hip hop, when they are a clearly diverse staff. One of the major tasks of operating a business is conforming to your customer base, and you are not currently doing this. I really hope someone reads this and understands that this is a problem. I also hope someone responds to this because I'm more than willing to explain further about, what I'm assuming, is not only my view on this. Excuse me if this review seems scathing or overly negative, I do like this place, but the music situation is being greatly overlooked.

Came in a month ago. Computers were down and they couldn't check my medical prescription I had on file. Couldnt purchase what I needed. Came back on 7/16 and they said they lost their license and now they are full recreational and I have to bring my script in ever time?? Well you have my script on file (they couldn't find it). Great experience from start to finish. Friendly bud tenders a wide variety of strains, concentrates and edibles for the discerning connoisseur. Like most Vegas dispensaries, prices are a little high compared to other recreational states. But it's well worth it for the quality and selection available, as well as the detailed education you can get from budtenders about the products. Highly recommended for tourists and locals alike.

I wish I had a different story to report, but my level of frustration is through the roof. We were in town and purchased a bottle of CBD oil. $60.00. When we got to the airport to leave town I opened the box so my husband could use it for his back before the flight. We were more than shocked to find that the bottle had never been filled. Totally empty and dry. When we got home I tried emailing multiple times - no response. I called and spoke to an employee who said the manager, Nick, would call me back after I explained. It never happened. I assume this isn't their fault, but they should at least pretend to make an effort at customer service here, and they have failed on multiple fronts. We paid $60 and received nothing for it. I hope, for future customers, they will at least notify the bottler of this product. As a warning to future customers, please check any bottle before you leave the premises so that this does not happen to you.

My fiance and I just started coming here regularly. We have found some decent deals in the underground but the last couple of visits we found stuff to suit our style and budget better the regular dispensary room. Selection is crazy good and prices are more than competitive. Asia is a standout budtender, very helpful and personable but we haven't had a bad experience with anyone. Very happy to keep shopping here and the rewards program is highly beneficial.

The selection and prices are pretty good.What I really like about this store is the underground market. They have a weekly farmer's market. They have a kitchen, where you can see how edibles are made. I also like that they host NORML meetings.

I've been going to Acres for almost 2 years. Their staff is always super friendly and helpful. They have this awesome MJ farmers market called The Underground  Fridays and Saturdays that is so cool!! Different cannabis vendors bring different specials in just for the event. Their products all have been top notch with no unwelcome surprises.  This is is my FAVE vegas dispensary.

I am not very experienced with cbd oil, Chris was very helpful and answered all my questions on buying cbd oil for the first time. I am a cancer survivor and have a lot of fatigue since my surgery and Chris was amazing and very empathetic. Acres Cannabis is lucky to have such an amazing employee. I will be back to visit Chris and spreading the word to my friends.

I recently purchased a cartridge for Rove vapor riser and it cracked while heating up in my pocket and actually ruined my shirt.I discussed this with the rove vaporizer people online and they told me to bring it back to where I have purchased it and I should be able to swap it out for a new one.today I went into the Acres cannabis store and the manager was incredibly rude to me, dismissive and told me it was my problem not his.I will never shop here again

I don't partake and I just came by to "check it out" as curiousity ran its course. What really attracted me to this place was the fact that they also carry CBD products. I LOVE CBD! I frequent the gym so CBD really, really helps me. Courtnee helped me pick out a bath bomb, some creams, and some gummies. She is great.

If you are a black person, think twice before you go here! I literally almost got hit with a cop stick by the security guard for just sitting outside waiting for them to open like 20 mins before  The rent a cop very rudely told me that I needed to move because employees may be frightened by someone by the entrance before opening. Although it's 8:40am and I'm wearing skinny jeans and a ashirt. I stand up and start explaining why I was sitting there very calmly and his response was ridiculous. He started raising his voice and everything. I then did get upset and ask him if he actually thought that his tone intimidated me. I mean, the guy was like 50. So after I say that, he goes on to pull out his rent a cop stick and literally starts to try threatening me. I asked him to call the police and he said "I'm not gonna call the police" in an very threatening manner with his rent a stick fully extended. I start going off on him at this point because I was in shock by the whole simple situation. How it escalated so quickly. So I'm not afraid of a 50 year old with a stick, but he did have 2 guns. So I start to walk backwards and he tells me to put my hands behind my back and says that he's going to call the police after he arrests me. I walked back and very clearly told him that he was a rent a cop and he could not arrest me. Not a chance. So I called the police myself. The staff called the police after my initial call and Las Vegas takes forever to respond to calls for whatever reason. I waited over an hour and they did not show up.... I called acres after I got home and asked for the corporate number and the name of the security guard and I was refused the information. I was put in touch with their General Manager and given an email address to a person who you can't even speak to. Both did nothing to rectify the situation to my satisfaction. At the end of the day I was going there to purchase medicine and have been there many times with zeroIssues. But this one rent a cop causes a huge issue It's now up to me to file the police report tomorrow on my day off and figure out where to go from here because I have to go in and file it. But if you are black, I have a strong suspicion that they have race hangups!! Be careful with this place

I was referred here by a restaurant owner.  Excellent customer service provided and staff was professional, respectful, kind.  Prices were decent.  I will definitely be returning to this place for additional products.  Very helpful for my medical conditions and to help keep pain lessened.  I'm a disabled RN that has found cannabis to be much gentler on my body than the harsh big pharma drugs that made me feel totally out of it with nasty side effects.  If you haven't given Cannabis a try, I recommend you do.  Like they say start low and slow.

This place has the best deals and best staff in Las Vegas! I came here on a Friday night and got a gram for 10 bucks flat. They have a farmers market on the weekends that I haven't checked out yet but I need to go!

I don't smoke weed, but this place is the best. They have a pretty good deal on pre-rolls. I asked for that stuff that makes a woman come over and over and over, and the girl made a recommendation of what to smoke, and in what order. The cannabis consultant was super hot, so you know she is getting all the best licks and dicks. I wrote numbers on the vials and followed her instructions with absolute precision. My girlfriend said she came twelve times, but I only counted five. I bought ten pre-rolls for eighty bucks.

Acres has to be the most dishonest dispensary in town. Do not believe a single word they say. It's just one pathetic lie after another. Yes, I understand sales volumes have increased due to the COVID-19 virus. But every day, they mislead people into thinking they'll actually provide deliveries but nothing ever happens. Call us with your order! Oh, too bad, all circuits are busy. When you finally get through, NOTHING but being dumped to voicemail. Email us with your order and we'll get back to you in an hour! Ha, what a joke. NOTHING but silence. And now 12 hours later, they say we know you placed an order through Acres Delivery exactly as our website requested but tough luck, now we've got ANOTHER new delivery system! Acres is always understaffed even in the best of times. John M, you say, "customers deserve an exceptional experience every visit." It's exceptional all right -- exceptionally disappointing!!! Seriously, save yourself a buttload of frustration and aggravation and look elsewhere.

This has been an absolute pleasure going to Acres cannabis. I have been struggling with being able to shut my brain off and sleep, so I've been looking for remedies and my friend suggested cannabis. I had no idea where to go and my friend told me she had the best service by a younger woman named Courtnee from Acres Cannabis, so I have it a try. I went in and sure enough Courtnee was working and my friend wasn't lying when she said Courtnee was AMAZING. She taught me everything about the plant and the difference between strands. I told her my problem with sleeping and she suggested some pre rolls. Let me tell you that I have no problem sleeping, and that Courtnee was terrific at her job. I think she told me she was a BUDtender, haha she is great! I totally recommend this place as long as you ask for her specifically! Thank you Courtnee, I know sleep like a baby! I'm telling all my friends to come here!

Came to Acres to check out the underground market! I chose to get the acres og#3 7g for $35(Deals change all the time) and the bud tender who helped me out was super nice! I ended up buying more than I came for because i couldn't pass up these deals! I love coming here because you are greeted the second you walk through that door up until you walk out of the building! My boyfriend and I were in the area and stumbled upon this dispensary at the best possible time. We came on a Saturday right before their Underground Market opened up.While I'm a novice at all things regarding marijuana, this place was a great experince! The atmosphere is really cool and the staff is incredibly friendly. The offers happening in the market are ones that can't be beat. After months of hearing of The Weekend Box, we decided to buy it here because the deal was too good. We live on the other side of town from this place and I think we will be here quite often because it's so cool. There is a kitchen that you can view them creating treats and a window to watch them make prerolls, but we didn't get to see any production while wandering around. If anything we just walked around the hallway reading all of the info and cool history they had on the walls. I keep saying that this place is cool, not because I don't have any other vocab, but because it is honestly awesome! (Ahaha). Also the comments about the music, I think the music adds to the atmosphere even if it isn't you're type of music ~ dancing a little but never hurt anybody.

Acres is one of my go to dispensaries. Flower is always quality as well as the prices. They're weekend sales are always awesome and the bud tenders are very helpful with the selection of flower. They're recommendations are highly valued.

Went and got a $60 half oz today and it was all dry. Smoked okay until i got to the end of the blunt and it wouldn't stay lit. Not worth the $60. Id rather go to The Dispensary and spend $60 on just one quarter.

It doesn't get much better than that.  They also sell the best vapes with affordable prices. One time I visit them and was able to get a gram cartridge for only $40 & that joker is powerful.

If I could give this dispensary 0 stars I would! I loved this dispensary until tonight. I put in my online order. It said it would be processed in 15 minutes it ended up being around hour and half wait until I decided to call too see if my order was being processed. I called and the manager David picked up very rude and unprofessional. I started to ask about the status on my order and he cut me off and said " speak up!!" And I said excuse me? Then he stated I can't hear you speak up?!? Anyone in the service industry knows not too speak too your customers like that. He didn't even know what I was calling for just started off rude like he hates his job.. it did escalate a little bit and he hung up on me. I called back and then he stated your no longer back here. After I waited over an hour patiently and then get talked too like that. I just wanted to calm my Nerves cause I been grieving over a loss. Then I hear David" saying I can't come back and I can't talk to any other manager. He continued too argue with me and made me feel like I was the rude one and can't come back. I never experienced anything like this. I loved this place till then.. my girlfriend was right next too me and embarrassed that this happened in front of her.. I suffer from anxiety and this incident made it 1000x worse. I still will like too talk too the owner and general manager. This is the worst experience ever!

The associate , Chip is amazing. He's the reason I come to this location over the other dispensaries. I have over 500pts. So I come in a lot. One day I was rushing & asked Lexi to help me get a bakers batch deal. It was 6:30. I start work at 7, so I was super rushing but I love the farmers market deals. So Lexi says I can't help you but go ask him. Before catching an attitude, I just walked over and waited in line to be helped when she was available. So Chip's booth is the best. He's fast , hospitable and helpful.

And let me say calling shenanigans on the thc levels 22% ....all over 20% they said....got 3 prerolls and a grame . all different strains. All over 20 %.....  NOT A CHANCE..  Love the tenders good service but i know miss labeled product when i use it. And worst location on the planet. Too bad good prices. And i think i know why. To be fair the prerolls where 7.00 each and the gram was the bonus. Still advertised as all over 20%  borderline swag still on the deals.

Long time customer, used to come here all the time, they had some of the best deals on wax and Hyve products. Something had changed with this location over the last few months and now they have half of grams for over $70! This is the most outrageous thing I've heard of, and to be the only dispensary that accepts card also. I love the free preroll cards, I get them from my Uber drivers all the time, but it's not worth coming down here anymore. Even for the underground marijuana market. Not worth it. Too expensive for cheap quality.

I've visited dozens of dispensaries in various states - hands down Acres is the coolest experience around! It jumps out at you with beautiful paintings on their facade in an industrial part of Vegas. Unlike many dispensaries it's roomy and doesn't have that sterile feel to it. The staff is friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable, and their pricing is competitive. And after making your purchase definitely spend some time perusing their cannabis museum and checking out their edibles kitchen - you can at times watch them whip up a batch of edibles! Plus they have this new cave area that is just dynamite on the weekends when they have a farmer's market; it's genius how they chopped three old Cadillacs in half and sell product out of the trunks! Vegas has plenty of dispensaries, but for the best experience in the showiest town on the planet, definitely take the time to make a visit to Acres!

Went in to today and the place was almost picked clean. They were even completely out of edibles. I can live with that but the guy who was working with us was kind of arrogant, not very nice and I just didn't want to buy from him. Their prices are good and I brought several hundred bucks with me to stock up but I only bought an eighth and went to another place and paid slightly higher prices to buy from someone who could manage a smile.

The bud tenders are all so helpful and will answer any questions that you have. Ra Ra was very informative about the product. Everyone seems to take their time helping you out at the counter and makes sure you have a good experience. Its the only place I go!

I absolutely love this place for consistent quality medication. The staff always has a lot of information to offer and they're very friendly. If you're looking for great weed, this place won't disappoint!

I love this place it's a short walk from my house and the Underground is awesome. Rashelle has helped me out a few times and has always been great every time I'm in there. Great place! Definitely worth checking out!

Went in today for the first time as a new patient and all I can say is don't waste your time especially if you're a local. First of all, the customer service is unlike anything I've seen at a dispensary it's horrid and The vibe was awful. The security guard or whatever he is, who sits out at the desk In front, was sweating profusely, mumbling things non stop and wiping sweat off his forehead. So strange.  No new patient discount, instead they offer buy one get one half off select eighths. Lame. I get it, they're going to get a lot of strip business but damn, hook a local up. I feel bad for whoever invested in this dump and hired all these people.

First time in a dispensary. Staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Rara was the bud tender who helped us and she was awesome! Product and prices were really nice as well.

I usually shop around and try different dispensaries a couple times each month. I tried Acres and their Friday/Saturday Underground specials and have never bothered with the others again. This is by far the BEST dispensary for variety, quality and prices! I look forward to my Friday Underground specials - they never disappoint whether you're looking for vapes, pre-rolls, flowers or edibles - they have it all.

Possibly the worst dispensary in Las Vegas. I have been a medical patient for over 6 years and never have I had a dispensary not stand behind their products until now. Not only that they are among the most expensive in town. Rip off city!!!!

Cool dispensary we stopped by because BLUM was open until later, but we checked acres out and it was great service/ felt welcomed. We did wait quite awhile although their was 2 people on the back counter so the lines were long but, our helper was amazing wish I remembered her name!! But it was a great experience:)

I have my Medical card in AZ, went in with wife and a couple of friends that have never been in a dispensary before, we all were very impressed on how classy the establishment is. Budtenders really knew their stuff and were very patient with the tons of questions everyone asked. I "highly " recommend this shop!!!

I went here when I came to Vegas. I was super excited to visit this dispensary. Everything started off as it should. I was there to buy a cartridge. I happened to have my pen/battery with me. I showed my pen to the girl, and asked her if the cartridge would fit my pen. She looked at my pen, and said "Yes, it should work fine". She then went on to explain that sometimes the cartridges are defective/broken and don't work correctly, and if that was the case, I could bring it right back for a full refund. I walked outside, and immediately tested it. It didn't pull at all. I walked immediately back in, waited about 10 minutes to see the girl again. I told her it didn't work. She said oh okay, let me see it, and took it into the back room. She walked back out, and said it works on the pen I just tried it on. I gave her my pen, and she took it in back to test it. About 5 minutes later, a guy came out, and told me that because it worked on his pen, he would not return or exchange it for me. I explained that I specifically showed the girl my pen and verified it would work on that pen BEFORE purchasing. The girl said that she didn't know it wouldn't work on my pen. The guy then interjected and said that it was ridiculous to expect them to know every single pen on the market. I said "If that's the case, then employees shouldn't be telling customers that it will work, when they have no idea if it will". I expressed how crazy it was that I verified it would work on my pen, was told if anything was wrong to bring it back for a full refund, and then 5 minutes later they deny me a refund OR exchange. I understand there are strict rules, but if thats the case, they need to actually take the time to educate their employees on the rules. If an employee makes a claim, a company needs to stand behind that. I have NEVER had an employee tell me something incorrect, fully acknowledge that they said it in front of the "manager", and have them say "too bad". I have NEVER been so disappointed in my experience at a dispensary. I will definitely not be back, and I recommend to anyone else they go somewhere else where they treat people with decency.

Here from the Lone star state! Came across this place and decided to check it out since my 2 previous experiences at other places were subpar if that. This place on the other hand deserves a review. Very very professional, very clean and well ran! We got in there quick was helped in no time, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a recommendation on a pen. I'm smoking it as I type this and man good choice! It's also pretty bad ass you can watch people making edibles and doing extractions and even rolling up. What I would do for a job like that! Moral of the story GO HERE YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!

As a customer of years, I'm done with this dispensary. I placed an order for delivery at 4pm, it's 10pm and no show still. During the span of the 6 hours waiting, I called 2 times to figure out what the total is, just to be hanged up on once and placed on hold for 15 minutes the other time. Worst customer service, worst delivery service in Las Vegas, DO NOT COME HERE

If I say I was acres customer over a year and been shopping there 6 days a week , I haven't lied. And now after the pandemic shut down they've emailed me(a medical patient medical ID , and 3 form of IDs to match) that they cannot help me out because I don't the lack of Nevada state ID. A TOTAL AND COMPLETE BULLSHIT. People don't shop here. All other dispensaries have dropped their prices and I've ordered from NuLeaf and it was sooo easy and professional In less than a hour I got my supplies.

No point in doing curb side. They leave you sitting outside when curbside is closed but don't say anything to you or pick up the phones. If curbside is closed don't leave the signs out and respond to texts that you'll be right out!

This Place is horrible!!!! I placed an online order and at the last minute the price change so when I went to go pick up my order the price was almost doubled SMH and I was told sorry there's no way to honor the original price because the price is changed. That's not my fault that the prices changed when I have a confirmation of it being one price. The original price should have been honored. I will never come back, horrible service and horrible organization. If I could I would give zero stars.

Employees and management are too overwhelmed and too hot headed to have simple conversation with a frequent customer who is not aware of apparent new policies regarding reward points. Yes Cx is me but I suggest you guys revamp or rehire your staff. Coming from a Man who has plenty experience in the Cannabis industry. This is unacceptable and honestly disappointing. Don't come to work if you not ready to actually work or help the customers that allow you to have the job security you are BLESSED to have. But hey I am just a guy who had time today to let you know how horrible Acres truly is with their loyal customers most likely any customer depending on how the wind blow.

This is not a safe place to buy medical marijuana.Came here on Saturday to buy some medical marijuana. I got the impression that the budtender wasn't paying attention to me from the moment I approached the counter. I presented my medical marijuana card to the budtender and asked if he'd seen it. I noticed he didn't ever look down at it, and he said "yeah I got it." I made the mistake of trusting him. I should have known this guy wasn't paying attention. He continued to carry on a conversation about preseason NFL games with his coworkers, but made the choice not to pay attention to what he was doing in regards to me, the customer, and the transaction at hand.I paid, left, and headed to work for the day. On my lunch break I pulled out my Acres receipt. Sure enough, the budtender overtaxed me by $12. Medical marijuana patients do not pay the excise tax, only the sales tax.I immediately called the store. No answer. I called again an hour later, still no answer. Is this store understaffed? I left a polite message explaining my problem. It's now Monday and nobody has gotten back to me.Acres clearly needs help. It isn't good to have untrained, unprofessional people selling medical marijuana if they don't pay attention to their patients.

It's not Acres any more. It's Curaleaf...but NEW.It's clean and ok. You can definitely buy all herbals here, but it's online ordering only. Order online via kiosk in the store too. Get in line and wait for text. Pick up at the counter. Thats fine, but it's lame. I want to just slide through. Get in line, order, leave.It's really just 'meh.' If you liked original Acres and loved Underground like I did, you'll fully understand my shoulder shrug sentiment.Two stars: you can buy weed, you will get baked, restroom.

Usually come here almost bi-weekly I've had the privilege of having odie be my bud tender most of the times that I arrive, she's fantastic and has taken care of me and my fiancé several times, always very knowledgeable about strains and the product and always upbeat.Wanted to leave this here as a thank you to Odie for her awesome service and even better personality.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on their excellent customer service. I accidentally ordered a pod thinking it's a cartridge. They could of done nothing but instead they delivered the battery for the pod for free using Hytiva right away. Larry placed the order for me & Jesse called & notified me of the order. I also want to acknowledge the kind front desk lady (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name). These 3 people we're friendly, genuinely concern, & wanted to help me. I truly appreciate them! Thank you!

I have been an upstanding customer going on 2 years and I absolutely love Acres and the staff there, but tonight I almost lost it because of poor customer service. I really appreciate the managers help (don't remember her name) but thank you for your help and making sure I was satisfied before leaving. If your in town stop by and check them out you won't regret visiting Acres.

Prices are decent. Good local discount. But the service …pretty tragic. It’s never a quick trip. Iv waited 15-20 minutes for curbside “when I’m the only one” and recently walked in, walked right up to purchase then spent 15 minutes waiting while the staff tried to figure out how to ring up their own promotions. It’s not worth the time, go to cultivate or oasis and spent half the time.

Since I recently took the time to leave a negative review for the same industry I find it a must to recommend the transcendent customer service of the dispensary acres on Western in central Las Vegas. Ramon and his staff especially bud tender Cody Garcia shine brightly as the stars that they are recommending the correct type of medicine that was needed for the particular ailments. Let me just say five stars isn’t enough and I am definitely a customer. Thank you boys... #DesertSnow

Most tourists don't travel very far from the strip and they end up at tourist-trap dispensaries. Acres is NOT one of those places. The prices are always fair and the specials never disappoint.
