Best in town!  Nice selection of flower.   $99 ounce is on point.

The prices are fantastic! The patient consultants always help you find great products. I will continue to shop here due to the passion they show me every time I go into a CANOPI location. I went to the appreciation party and it was great I won some store credit and they had a food truck. Please tell everyone CANOPI to keep up the good work and I will be on the look out for some more Blue Dream!

Sold me a broken product and when I didn't have the chance to get back for three days because I was working 16 hours days for a festival here, they told me sorry and all sales are final. I literally didn't get to use the product at all.

Shelby, my budtender was the most informed professional on the medicinal properties and uses of anyone I have encountered thus far. He was very attentive, helpful and friendly! I look forward  to my visit tomorrow! Best prices in town as well!!!!

I've tried ALL of the CANOPI locations here in Las Vegas and let me just tell you, the experience I've gotten from all of them are HORRIBLE!! The flower  is always dry, the harvest date is months out, and to top it off, they're always out of something without the list updated!!! NEVER again will I return!!! To any of them!!!

Today's date is July 31st  2017 I just left North Las Vegas location at 2:43 p.m. worst experience I've ever had in 13 years living here in Las Vegas light skin black girl with long straight hair in a ponytail with tattoos totally disrespected me I'm a disabled veteran who spent three and a half years now Iraq and Afghanistan if you are veteran Don't Go Near this place I did not get a veteran's discount this time total spend bags the way they treat you like you are degenerate I hope the girl told me her name was Kal I don't believe that just had a tooth pulled blood coming all over him out my mouth just wanted to get in and out worst f****** attitude I've ever seen I hope you get fired

This place is wack! Every single time I go there it's ALWAYS!  some bulls**t. I went one time they took debit/ credit card. I went another time they charged me $1.00 for the bag...umm ok you didn't last time I mean you are already charging me 18% taxes, but ok...Then I went in today and there is a sign that says " cash only" reallllyyyy?? Wtf! Then the guy at the desk says " but our ATM machine is working it's only a $3.00 fee" that fee, plus the bag fee, plus the taxes...How about y'all get your stuff together so customers know what to expect when they walk in. Next time will I have to ride in on a pink elephant to purchase at your location? Dam!

Friendly staff obviously -- but I'm always disappointed in their flower. Not top shelf for top shelf prices. Furthermore they are ALWAYS out of shatter and wax... but it's on display and you can't buy the display sample... I only stop in now and then because I live nearby. Step it up guys.... your competition is smoking you... update: they do offer cheaper flower... but generally their selection isn't great....

Super dry sun grown weed is the only thing you'll find at a good price. Ruben always forgets to give out your canopi cash, as a result you the customer will be held accountable to bring a receipt from your last purchase or receive none of your purchase rewards. Ruben is a manager. When I reported the incident to the supervisor, she told me that there was nothing she could do.... No type of customer service skills for the loyal customers. Makes no sense considering the MANAGER forgot to do a portion of HIS JOB.

why on would anybody pay 18$ for the exact same preroll you can get at essence for 11$, shopping at this dispensary is like shopping from the shady thugs who used to sell overpriced weed before it became legal

I've been to plenty of dispensary around the Las Vegas area and it's safe to say this will be my go to dispensary . Great prices , great customer service very knowlegable staff and also locals get a discount. Definitely would recommend to all my friends.

The best dispensary around with the best prices around!! They are always helpful & have a really wide selection of strains. If you're honest with them they will be honest with you. Just ask them for something that isn't dry for a low price & you got it!

Hard to screw up selling weed but they did it with pride actually. Horrible customer service. The girl with the mask refused to give me my veterans discount and the product is absolute trash. I'm not sure how a bud can be 3 different vibrant colors and completely covered in trichomes yet only yield 8% the. I call fake. Leave it up to you people. Some things never change

The wait was outrageous they only had 3 bud tenders working you wait in one area just to be brought into another area to wait with no chairs no nothing. When we finally got helped by one of the tenders she was all over the place running around frantically made our experience worse than what it already was. Very little variety and the flower wasn't even that good for the prices they are charging. We will never be going here again by far the worse dispensary yet.

This place fucking sucks . They literally have one  person working here . Literally the SLOWEST place I've ever beeen . I would not recommend this place at all !!!! Wish I could give negative stars .

Went in to canopi they had 2 strains with the same name. One was a low grade 11% thc and the other was a 20 something. I paid for an eighth of the "Top Shelf" which was obviously more expensive then the 11%. Well as soon as I leave I double checked because one bud was the entire eighth and sure enough they made me pay high for low lol but besides all that when I switched them out for the right one I opened it up and the "Top Shelf" was still soaking wet like they didn't even let it dry or cure. If you want just about the worst stuff in Vegas this is your go to place!

This place is a big waste of time? I have visited this location twice. The first time they I ordered some Bruce banner when I went to go they were out and asked if we wanted something different since what we chose was cheaper they were supposed to refund our money after 3 days we did not receive our money and we were instructed that if we wanted our refund we would have to go back in to the store. (Tourists stay away from this place) if you do not live in Vegas you will not get your money back for a refund. 2nd visit I called to make sure they have cavi cones in stock, we showed up and they said they stopped carrying them wth... bye canopi

Extremely unprofessional. After calling for availability and pricing on certain strains, I went into the store. I was shown the top products which I had called above and again was told the pricing. After going to the register with 2 ounces and ringing me up, I noticed I was charged way too much. When I asked the manager, I was told that this stuff was considered Platinum-plus. This was considerably more expensive, NOT POSTED ANYWHERE, and not even the salesman was aware of this. I was told that I could put it all back if I wanted but in no way would they help out with any deal or even a free joint or something. As a heavy consumer, I urge you to stay away. Their super- expensive strain wasn't even close to fresh and honestly I really doubt the accuracy of their THC percentages. This was the Blue Diamond location that I tried. There are other nearby dispensaries with far more professional employees, better products and no shady business practices.

Worst place ever with just 2 people waiting they still took forever worst customer service !!! Do not suggest this place I would rather go to essence fast compared to this ...the have to go back and give the order to another person and then that person gets the order so dumb !!

Canopi in general is phenomenal because they accept cards and not just cash! Most of the bud tenders are knowledgeable enough but the attitude! Seriously? I am a medical user and know my stuff so I like that they are trained well but they need to be customer friendly!!!!  I been to 3 of the locations and so far the one on 3rd street is the best

This company is unorganized and the product is not worth the price. Yes, they are one of the cheapest dispensories in the valley but their product displays such value.  They have multiple locations and each location runs by their own rules but claim that all stores run the same. Called the store ahead of time to see if they would accept my Birth certificate, seeing as how I lost mine this particular day, and was told that they do only to arrive to them telling me that they do not [-_-]. So, the point of calling ahead of time was so that I don't waste my time only for it to be wasted anyway. Non the less, I am feed up with this particular company and will no longer be purchasing anything fr om either location. There are other locations in the valley that uphold quality service and product. Yes, I have left this review on multiple sites. I do NOT like for my time to be wasted, especially for mediocre weed.

Let me start with saying that the weed at Canopi is pretty "meh" quality and the main reason I go there is because everywhere else in town is INSANELY overpriced. Seriously, the shit I get from Canopi is usually dry AF and has a harvest date of months ago. Anyway, I paid them a visit and the only herb they had was the "prime" selection. First, what kind of legit dispensary only has one strain available?? What a joke!! I said "whatever" and was ready to pay $48 for 1/8. I get to the register and I had $30 of the Canopi "cash" they give you as a promo when you make a purchase over $50, and a $20 in my hand and the guy tells me that their promo cash isn't valid for the weed that I chose (again, the only choice available) as it's already "discounted". How TF are you gonna call it cash if it doesn't work like cash??? I'm done with this joke of a dispensary. Don't waste your time nor money.

This place is shady!!!Went there today and they printed out 2 receipts then the lady proceeded to write down the name and credit card and 3 digit code down on a piece of paper! Wtf!!When we asked her why she did that she said the computers were down yet she just gave is the receipt.I then called to talk to a manager and she laughed like it was a joke, I told her it's illegal and she said it's their policy.. then I called another location and they said no way they shouldn't have done that and to contact the bank. I called the  cooperate office and they were nice and said they would get to the bottom of it but to cancel our card.Ruby the girl at this location was so rude and ignorant no costumer service skills what so ever!! And is doing something sketchy writing down peoples info and security codes. Just beware visiting here.I will stick with  blum never had any issues there.

Great selection of top quality products. Customer service is excellent. They give a discount of locals. Fair prices and they give credit coupons for purchases. Definitely recommend. I have been coming here for months and will continue. Loyal customer! Good for locals and out of towners.

I rarely give one-star reviews, especially to dispensaries, because, normally, it's hard to screw up when you're selling cannabis.  Somehow these guys managed anyway, though!  What's the worst thing you can do as a retailer?  SELL WHAT YOU DON'T HAVE.  That's what Canopi's budtender did:  they tried to sell me concentrates without disclosing that they'd had a run and had virtually nothing at all left.  They then tried to sell me an unusable vape cartridge (you couldn't even break on of those open!) as "concentrate."  ENOUGH, GUYS.  If you can't even disclose that you're out of stuff, I'm OUT OF THERE.  Done.To add insult to injury, Canopi's security partner seems to be just fine with allowing a jerk with a ... wait for it ... TRAIN HORN (I mean full volume train engine horn!) to be set off in the parking lot.  Security laughed about it, thought it was great.  Well, guess what, fools:  a lot of your customers are Veterans.  Vets with PTSD (like myself).  Setting off a startling noise that INCREDIBLY LOUD, causes folks to dive for cover and freak out.  IT IS NOT COOL, SECURITY PEOPLE, and you should KNOW BETTER.Between the nondisclosing budtender and the lack of compassion and support for Veterans, Canopi does not deserve the attention of the general public.  To be brief:  it is low-rent and below your attention.  Shop elsewhere.  Their prices will draw you in, but when you get there you won't be told if they're out of product; they will try to swap you into something you don't want, instead.  STAY AWAY.

As far as dispensaries go in Las Vegas. Canopi has the lowest prices of the dispensaries I have visited. Now with that being said I feel there strains are sort of old as the harvest date on the last strain was more than a year old! I purchased Bruce Banner #3 and while a 1/8th was only 24.99 .. it came in and just over 15% THC.. now I know that THC is not everything but most all BB #1-4 I have always had over 25% THC. Thought this was weird. I attached a picture with the harvest date and percentages. Now I'm not saying anything really negative other than the timeframes but seeing there is no real guideline on weed shelf life.. but it's concerning.I have to also say that the weed had a really horrible trim job.. another strike! I will ad a pic.

The best place in Vegas to get your tree or any medical purpose. They are good and freindly here so make sure to stop here

This place is an abortion of a dispensary. They had potential. Now they double down on trying to get you to come in and share in there collective covid experience no matter if you order curbside or not. They have problems with their "website" that has very bad database fetch times. I mean the menu is slow as hell. It also does not always send the orders to the stores properly. This is a major problem. The prices are OK, almost double SD. They change from online to in store prices. So you may not be able to predict the cash handling. I also ordered delivery once. It took 7 hours. It was 12 midnight. The time I went in, the eye candy bud tender had no knowledge of the menu and then decided I was so stupid I was looking at the disposable vapes online. I write websites and interfaces. So stacking charges and calling your clientele stupid is a great way to loose people. I mean this location is the shitty location out of the two locations. I would never set foot in the "nicer" location ever now.

While the area isn't the best, the employees are really wonderful and this store is very clean and nice.  Ale, is one of the absolute kindest/sweetest and smartest people I have ever met.  She is amazing and taught me so much more about flower in a second than I thought I knew this entire time.  She is THE reason to go visit The Sanctuary!  I love this girl so very much, she is golden and deserves so much praise.

Alright everyone that needs a new five star experience. You get to check in with Grey she presents you a warm inviting welcome. This is my second time visiting and wow. Each time the Budtenders legitimately go above and beyond on creating a connection. Walking out of The Sanctuary didn't feel like it was "just a transaction". Super sweet personalities definitely fill that dispensary. Thank you Grey, Brenda and Robert. Stay golden

It is unfortunate that YELP will not allow me to post everything I wrote about this horrific location & experience. To sum it up Jesse who calls himself a manager. After having my partner & I wait outside of this establishment for a curbside pick up order I placed @ 9:34am Saturday morning 4/3/21 for an hour. As I am handicap. No apology given when he finally made it to my car @ 8:45pm after calling & checking in @ 8pm. He accused me of lieing saying it was my first time at his establishment. Yes first & last. You do have 2 locations sir..  Did your computer show you that?! Jesse argued with me outside of in the parking lot. Told me I should have come inside to get a 20% first time discount instead of waiting in my car. Sorry Jesse I didn't bring my cane since I choose curbside. I did not know I would watch people that arrived after me walk in & then walk out with their product before anyone came to even greet me & check my ID. He threatened to call Maria his manager numerous times. We said please call her. He never did. He was the worst excuse for a manager I have ever seen. His excuse was this is a bad area. People come in here & lie all the time about being their first time... I have new staff inside, high turnover rate here. Not my problem sir. You have treated me badly kept me waiting an hour before receiving product. But instead of trying to make it right. He accuses me of just wanting something free. He about threw aka shoved the free pre-rolls in my hand that he decided to bring out after standing outside of my car arguing at me for 15 min.  Someone needs managerial training school. Neither location will ever get my money again. This was the worst dispensary experience I have ever had. Jesse needs to smoke some weed.

The Sanctuary is slowly becoming my favorite cannabis store in Vegas. Super easy to get to location, large variety, and their prices on just about everything I buy are lower than the other shops i go to.

If you don't like your job, just quit. I usually have a great experience at all The Sanctuary locations! But today one of the girl budtenders was SO rude towards me for literally just walking in. It made me want to just get the heck out of there ASAP and not even buy anything. If it wasn't for the two other girl budtenders I wouldn't have.

I love this place ! I really connect with the staff a bunch. I come here as medical and the staff has always treated me nicely ! I love it lol. Thank you guys

Never coming here again the customer service was ass!! Dude sold me a stizzy cart for 70 didnt tell me it wouldn't fit on my battery after me showing it to him and asking if it would fit he said yess! Am fuckin pissed no exchange or anything like wtf am i supposed to do with s stizzy cart with no battery you fuckin dults

This location does not carry everything they mention. Good luck waiting in line just to get to the counter and find out they don't have what's on their menu. I would rather go up the street to NuWu. They have a drive thru which is convenient. This location does not appear to care about their business.

My favorite spot At the moment great customer service and the best preroll's I've try here in vegas!

First everyone I have met here has a kind spirit. This is only my third time / it was pretty packed I was only in line for about 10-11mintues (that was ok) The unfortunate part while in line, I heard the N-word about 10-15 times in the music they where playing / that word is a trigger for me . I almost left , but I wanted my pain meds. Please be more compassionate to African American who do like the N-word. I understand many people don't care , but I do. Thank you

So I went to get a cartridge today from the dispo and I get home to get it out of the package to smack on that and I open it and this is exactly how my cart came , I don't get why it looks like somebody was already hitting it and the color looks really off .  Mind you in this picture I still have not even took a hit , why does it look like this???

poor management skills, does not honor website prices, loyalty means nothing 2 of the last 3 weekend's I've spent $300.00+ but when you buy one item then your like a parasite. but then again with so many dispensaries in the Valley service can only get better.

Manager of this location does not run this place correctly. Employees always seemed clueless to helping me. I always have an amazing experience at the downtown location. I can't say the same for the north location I was given the wrong order by a training employee. The manager was called and agreed to fix issue by providing an exchange for my correct order if I brought the difference in cash. I drove 40 minutes all the way back to pay the difference and get my correct order just for him to deny the transaction. This dispensary does not know how to treat loyal customers. I walked in with a store credit I no longer plan on using at this location. For anyone having any issues ordering or getting their desired product don't have hopes they'll get it right in the end. Save yourself the trip and find better service and the same great deals at the downtown location.

Had a great loyalty program and then they ruined it.  As of Aug 1 you can only your points on full price items. No thanks.  Your loyalty program was THE reason I went there.  Today was my last visit.

So far every time I've come here I've been treated well the people are always friendly and courteous..at this location my go to man is Tyler at the downtown location it would be charlie.. these gentleman are always professional and go above and beyond.. they're awesome the only thing I don't like about this location is how long the wait can be..I almost never experience this at the downtown location..furthermore they always have good specials and daily

Worst customer service ever!!!! I ordered delivery spent over $200 and two days later when I opened one of my vape pens the glass was completely smashed and all the liquid thc came out. I immediately called when I noticed and they said because it was two days ago they won't do anything but I had just opened. Absolutely ridiculous they wouldn't even give me a discount on my next order. This place is awful don't order!

Worst experience at a dispensary ever.I called here to find out if they had a particular product in stock before I made the 45 minute drive there. I was told no and the employee recommended another product that they had in stock.I drove 45 minutes to the store and waited 15 minutes to get to the counter where I was informed that I was misinformed. The product was and had been 'sold out'. I explained the situation and the employee just kept telling me other things to buy; literally talking over me and not addressing the issue at all. Wtf?I again stated that I had just called to ensure this didn't happen and the staff member had put me on hold to check and ensure the product was actually in-stock. Again they just kept telling me other things to buy, still not addressing the issue at hand at all. So I inquired about why I would be misinformed and they literally just stared at me blankly without saying a word or apologizing for the confusion. They actually looked annoyed, inferring that I was wasting their time; oh the irony. Lol.I stood there for a second just staring at this 'customer service representative' who continued to give zero 'ducks' about the situation or finding resolution. I said 'Thanks I guess...?' as he cut me off from talking by looking away and shouting 'Next!' to someone in the line. I then proceeded to leave.In the end it was just a wasted two hours with zero explanation or even an apology... I assume this is their 'Spirit of the Burn'? SMFH.

I have been very loyal to the dispensaries I've been going to, but I've recently decided to branch out. This was my first trip here, and everyone I interacted with was very nice. The person taking the IDs recognized that I was a first-timer and immediately told me of the 20% off you get on orders over $20. I had already looked on their online menu to see what I wanted so I walked in prepared. The lady that rang me up was lovely. She was going through the deals for me again since it was my first time. We were interrupted by another employee cursing about the coworkers in the back hiding to scare her when she went to retrieve another customers products. The lady I was with did apologize, but the other cashier continued to talk about she wanted to just leave and go home. So the place was decorated for Halloween, and I did enjoy their selection and what I got was decent. First time I've ever had the Panna brand, but I'll try something different next time for sure. If anything, I'd give it a try for the 20% off. A few of the employees do seem to be a bit more professional, but all in all, great experience.
