Great place if you like overpriced weed with loads of stems and vape carts that are short. Bought an ounce here and it was almost half stems. Spent an hour picking the stems out. Couldn't get them all out so just flushed the entire batch down the toilet. Not worth my time. Btw their prices are actually higher than their competition even though they don't pay taxes.

BEST DISPENSARY HANDS DOWN!!!!!! Service is amazing, quick. Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable! Just absolutely friendly they have everything they are they have great deals! I love driving here such a nice drive to get there! They even have treats for my dog legacy! Come down and say hi to Tiffany And the crew they will take really good care of you!

Here's the run down:This is about the only place you can get good product at affordable pricing during the COVID-19 shutdown. Go on the app "weedmaps", check out their menu and scout out what you want. Prices INCLUDE tax. Click their website link, order your selection and place it. Give them 15 minutes, head over and wait in the drive thru line to pick it up. They only take cash, have it ready with your license. Very easy process and I will be back! It can be very packed but it's the safest way to get your product right now. Enjoy!

I love Nuwu North! Best Dispensery and location in Las Vegas Linda M is the best!! she makes my day every time i come through the drive through. I appreciate all the hospitality. She definitely deserves a raise

They lie on their daily specials! They will say "buy 2 of these products then get one for a penny!". Then they give you a "promo" product deal not something of the exact same. I got 2, 1g products then they gave me a .5G product. They twist their words to get you all the way down there. Not worth the drive, local spots have better deals.

Tamera hooked us up and helped us find a good strain -  great atmosphere and always easy in and out at Nuwu! Recommend if you're looking for a good dispensary.

Customer service is phenomenal and I love that there's no tax. Everyone is always so helpful and friendly. Today Lanae was a super sweetheart and helpful as always.

I came here and went through the drive through. Got home and discovered the 1/4 of Dosiface I purchased was completely dried out. I called the next day and was told there are no return policies. My advice to customers: check your product before you pay for it.My advice to NuWu: check your product before you sell it! Too many other dispensary choices for me to go back to this place.

I go to nuwu north for the convenience! Short lines and great service - can't go wrong. Ask for AJ and he will help you out!

The security guard was nice enough to see me off the property for sitting on a bench for 5 minutes, and the manager was very condescending about my expired ID, even sarcastically adding "Bye then!" When my friend drove off in frustration. The prices are marked up ridiculously and the location was dirty  Absolutely abysmal service. The girl in the drive through was very friendly though. I would not recommend, stick to Apothecarium, essence, silver sage, or literally anywhere else.

The weed was good but was not the exact amount! It said 3.5 grams for $60 and I tried 3 scales at home and they all said 3.1!! May not seem like a big difference but for someone who love weed and paid that much would expect at least on the dot

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in town!All of the staff are very nice and helpful. Tessa, Talon, Mahlon, and Daniel usually help us out and they are all very knowledgeable about the products and give NUWU a great vibe!Its easy to get to and there is always parking.Its a very clean establishment and they have an atm inside.

I can't speak for anyone else but this place was really great doesn't have the dispo feeling at all. They're really friendly and informative about everything and anything you could wanna know about the products that they offer. I will definitely be back when I'm in Vegas taxes included in the price, also one of the few places to actually have packwoods in stock.

This place is dreadful.I entered on a Saturday night (November 8, 2019). I looked around for ten minutes and STILL no one had acknowledged me. I knew from their website they didn't have a very big selection, and saw in person this to be true. The prices appeared decent, though, in particular Nordic Goddess, a balm all the old ladies brag about (it really works to relieve pain!). It was $55, but has risen to $59 (now just a dollar less than The Source).Vape cartridges range from $23 for .25 gram to $57 for .5 gram, depending on the brand. They have a decent selection of vape items.Where they really lack is in the form of capsules, such as Cannavative Indica, CBD, or even RSO: They don't seem to even carry them!After the ten minutes I waited to be assisted, I left, without purchasing anything. Extremely disappointing.

Sydney is the best!!!!!When it came to an issue she took care of me. I'm not going to go into detail about it because she solved it but I will say this; When it comes to green or green accessories I prefer no stress. So to have a employee go above and beyond to make it right for you, even though it wasn't her location is amazing. She heard me out and did not disrespect nor dispute with rude, condescending words and tone. She even recognized me from the main location where the issue occured because I had been a customer for so long. ATTN: OWNERS OF NUWU! Loyalty, transparency, and great customer service is important and Sydney got that. Thank u girl!!

We always have a lovely experience at Nuwu. The employees are happy to help and very welcoming to questions. Christian has helped us out a few times already and we appreciate his time and knowledge. There was another person that assisted us yesterday, tall blond guy (maybe Kevin since that's what the served by says on the receipt) and his knowledge and energy were also great! Thanks Nuwu crew

Buyer beware! I bought a vape battery that did not work, they will not exchange it for a working unit. Danielle, the manager at the time, claimed the battery worked when she tested it with her cartridge, although I never saw it work. So she says my cartridge must be defective. I bought the cartridge there too, but without a receipt they will not help you. So I have a useless $30 battery and $52 cartridge. Keep your receipts.

THEY DO NOT SANITIZE OR ADHERE TO HEALTH GUIDELINES. Avoid at all costs. Just got "dismissed" because I seemed "too gay." They explained because they're an Indian reservation, that they could do what they wanted.

There's really not much that I can put into words the relief I had discovering Nuwu North. The first experience I was delighted with, at 11:30PM unsure if this was indeed a dispensary. I had the pleasure of interacting with Kevin, a lad of many talents; with quality service being his biggest flex. Robert and Michael were extremely helpful when I was having issues placing an order online as I arrived at the drive thru service. He immediately offered a helping hand and took my order offering me some great deals they have. Military and medical patients get 10% off, plus tax free being on the reservation. With a happy hour, $.99 joints, and such a personable experience. You're honestly committing a great injustice to yourself by not  coming here for your medicinal/recreational necessities!

This is one of my favorite dispensaries to go to. Everyone has always been extremely nice and knowledgeable. My absolutely favorite though is one of the drive-through girls. Not sure what her name is, but shes the really cute one with glasses. She's always got the best vibes and is my favorite budtender to see. Definitely recommend going to this store, they've usually got pretty decent prices and an awesome selection of bud!

The chic working nights is way cool and does her job great. Order is online and accurate everytime. I won't share my pick up time because its the greatest time. Much better than going to the other location in town. Sorry I don't know the girls name working nights but she deserves a raise. In this town customer service is everything and shes great. A little extra drive but thats what I do. See you again soon. Peace.

I don't normally go to this dispensary but we are not living in normal times. As I write this we are all going through the COVID-19 pandemic and nonessential businesses are closed. The dispensary I normally go to delivers but not to my area. There aren't many options in the north west part of town and many people are hitting the Nuwu drive thru. This whole scene could be complete chaos but they have it very well organized! I just picked up my online order on the same day that many people received their government stimulus checks. Well, you can guess where a lot of that money is going! The drive thru is completely packed and yet I was still through the line in fifteen minutes or so. Given the circumstances, that is truly impressive!

Loving the selection and expertise at NuWu North! No matter what you're looking for they're here with recommendations that fit just what youre looking for!Come make the trip out and see my man Gabe, he got you, I promise you won't be disappointed in him or anyone else on his team. Keep holding it down guys!

Sheesh cant trust em the real thing almost pretty much never looks like the pictures on the site / all diamonds on website almost look identical / but in person not so much lol / none the less pretty standard but you guys should carry some better brands of concentrate if you want to separate your selves / just my opinion

Amazing staff and great products. Tessa, Wes, hunter, D, Daniel. Are amazing BUDTENDERS. They really know there stuff you can just tell they are passionate and very helpful with anything you may need or wanting to learn more about. Must go and check out

My go to spot in Vegas! Its Open 24 hours, prompt Service, Knowledgeable Staff, it's not easy to find a great place away from home but this place made a great first impression from the beginning. I will definitely keep coming back, they will take good care of you.

Trash!!! They will sell you vape batteries that break in a day and cartridges that won't even work and the best part... they won't exchange it! Do not go. It further & more expensive than most shops & their selection is far more inferior than everyone else. I happen to stop there on my way out of town and it was a mistake. Ohh the employees also try to give you snarky life advice.

First time I came here it was a great experience. Second time not so much. I am under 21 with a medical card. The first time I went I was able to purchase what I needed with no problems. The second time I went they informed me they are not a medical dispensary and could not serve me because I am under 21. I understand and respect this however I was utterly disappointed with the sudden change. This business needs to work on consistency and all employees being on the same page.

If I could give them negative reviews, I would. I'm all for smoking...however, when your employees are too high to understand basic math, mess up your order and are too DUMB to realize that their math was wrong...then deny to help you fix THEIR mistake...it's a problem. I used to really like this place until I came across 3 different employees, 3 days in a row to which customer service was basically nonexistent and again were simply either too dumb or too high to understand math. Also, their prices are super HIGH (lol) and they're far af. So you're basically driving far, to pay lots of money for crappy weed and to top it all off you have to QUADRUPLE check your order before you leave so you don't get SCAMMED and told "...oh well once you leave the store we can't help you." Ummm excuse me, I ordered 10 items and there are 5 in here!! These people definitely need better training and better employees. Skinny, tall, Hispanic, goofy looking kid with the backwards hat who is there at night is USELESS.

I'm an old man, one who prefers lower THC levels. Nu-wu doesn't have a wide variety, specifically when it comes to different price points, most dispensaries have a low / mid / high level with pricing that match each. With Nuwu its pretty much $45-50+ 8ths across the board. For that reason, Ive found myself driving across town for better options. If that changes I'd love to come shop with you guy. Most of the staff is really cool, just not a fan of the prices on flower.

I love the original location so, it's no surprise this location holds up the NUWU CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS. I always feel a little more knowledgable when I exit this place.. Miriam knows her stuff, she's the bomb!!! I was happy to see she was at this location!! GOOD JOB NUWU!!

Place is cool, got some good edibles from here. Drive out there is a little sketchy. No lights on the freeway. Tons of selections.

THÉ best prices around town & an amazing selection too! Employees are nice, smart and they taught me about Terpenes too.

The staff at this location were unbelievably knowledgable..they take their time to answer questions and give you great insight. The experience was positive and handled with ease!! I have  been to NuWu north a few times. Friendly, ect. My only complaint is every time I go there I tell the person in the lot helping people I am a veteran and I am told to the tell the cashier. Both times I told the cashier and reply "OK" and never get the veteran discount. If you do not want to give a veterans discount then just do not advertise that you give one

Closest place to my new house. I like the drive thru feature. Kinda convenient. Also the dude behind the glass was pretty cool. they do offer a military discount as well. The prices are a little high compared to others but he told me the flower was really good. I cant remember the strain and threw away the packaging but it is indeed, fire.

The best part of this location is how close it is for us living in the NW of the city.. love how clean the store is and how friendly the staff is. Thanks to Nic for his assistance he was awesome.  As far as the product always the best quality.

Probably my new favorite dispensary in Vegas. Nuwu o.g off Fremont was amazing. Nuwu North did not let down the legacy! I love that they are further away from the strip and tourist-y spots. The staff here is beyond amazing! Incredible service! They answer all questions with so much knowledge and excitement about their products. I would not go anywhere else after becoming a fan of Nuwu.

I bought a CBD disposable pen 3 days ago and today the battery died and the product was only 1/3 gone when it happened . Took the product back expecting customer service . What I got was basically a Fuck you and thank you for money . Associate said theres nothing they can do cause it's been used . Another associate overhearing the conversation stated that it happens to those pens all the time . The individual I was speaking with wouldn't return it or exchange it . I guess it's there policy to sell defected items to the public then do nothing for them but keep your money and tell you basically Fuck you come again . Great customer service , way to act like you want return customers . Buyers beware . If you buy disposable pens from this place you can probably expect them to be defected and you will be out your money with no vaseline . I lost $36+tax . Not a large amt but it's a shame if you buy a product from this place and if its defected , your just Fucked !

Out of all the spots I've been to NuWu has to be one of my favorites great product selection but most of all the service and knowledge of the budtender Zachary was outstanding and so in detail that I would say I found the best Products I've ever had for my self and personal needs

This is by far the best dispensary in Las Vegas nic is absolutely wonderful bud tender. I would recommend this to any and everyone. Taxes are included just wonderful this is my go to dispensary.

Tamera is a super bad ass! Totally have a good recommendation on subjects I had no idea about. You gotta see her! Super helpful and all around super hero status. Don't go anywhere else, totally worth the drive!

First off, what a friendly staff!! The best part of my experience was my bud tender Tamera. She is so knowledgeable about the flower and honestly every question I threw her way. She is sweet and takes her time until you're happy! 100% will be coming back based solely off the customer service. The product was high grade and very well priced. All around great experience.

I hardly ever walk in since the drive thru is always available, but I decided to walk in this time and was greeted by Christian and Gabe. They were both SUPER friendly and helpful, quick too. Christian has helped me in the past but this was the first time we have gotten to chat and he made me feel very welcome. Gabe was being an absolute doll and was tidying the place up and making sure everything was perfectly presentable for the customers and patients. As always, I will be returning and look forward to the wonderful hospitality I always receive from this awesome crew. Thank you Christian and Gabe!

Updated review : Place is garbage i find my self coming back here because its close to the house but damn do they let me down every single time . What I have learned is that this is a money ran dispensary they know 0 about Cannabis and or customer service . Soon back, I picked up a preroll in which did not smoke because it was poorly rolled with 0 airflow . I was told to contact the company ( we all know what this means, nothing ) So I didnt get to smoke, I throw the joint away ok whatever. Next day I come grab this concentrate and its hard as glass past the expiration date and over-melted. ( was supposed to be a half gram and ended up being a .3 from the melting ) ( I did try a dab of it before throwing it out, tasted horrid ) This place sucks I'm sorry and so do all the employees they are miserable

Horrible prices and weed they get ove because of there location. Weed always dry. Never go to the Drive thu. I will stick to street Dealers before I ever go bac there NO GOOD

This is my absolute favorite dispensary in Vegas! Not only do they not charge the outrageous tax but the workers are PHENOMENAL! I love the worker Tamera not only for her amazing personality but also her knowledge is unbelievable and never ending. Constantly learning every time I come in! While I'm posting on here let me mention the amazing drive thru service. You gotta come see Jake in drive thru he's hilarious. Then come see Tamera inside. They will always hook you up!

I am very frustrated. I am on the company texting list and receive regular texts from the dispensery. I have back pain, so I do gummies to relieve the pain. I have no desire to get stoned. I got a text saying I could buy 2 gummies and get one free. I arrived and was told it was for the other location. No where on the text or the ad that came with the text did they differentiate the locations. I left without buying anything.

Ashley is so helpful she really is the best .. so efficient and the line goes so fast .. love her

Awesome spot, especially if you live out in the NW part of town! There is a 24 hour drive thru is available as well! For me, if you're not a fan of waiting (not long waits, btw) just order ahead on their website! The location, it's nice and clean, think squeaky clean! If you're concerned about masks, those are required to wear inside. Anything pretty much for your cannabis needs. Smoke it, eat, drink it - yeah - it's all there!  One last thing, the staff is amazing! Words to describe them; congenial, knowledgeable, warm and welcoming!
