This is a definitely Top line Customer service with a Dash of Culture, because we all have some?!! I wanted to just appreciate the effort of trying to be nice and polite about everything. Probably my least favorite dispensary that I've been to so far in Nevada. I just didn't even feel like a dispensary to me. Didn't have a warm feeling when you walk in like most others. The front desk girl was sweet so there was that. The layout here is not like other dispensaries. Very odd. Feels like your at a bank almost. When I went in there were no specials for the day? Also no first time patient deals?! Catch up with the times and other places. It's nice to give back when people pay hundreds at your shop.Got taken into this weird room where there was like 15 strains out and that's it. Felt like I was in a glass shop that sold meds on the Down low. Just weird vibes. No visible menu or prices at all from what I saw. Guy left and came back and said I guess I can do a good deal on an ounce for you. That wasn't the best sell but I kinda just wanted to leave so since it was a good price I took it.They charged me 2.00$ for a bag to leave with. They said "all dispensaries do it."Funny I've been to over a dozen shops out here and have never been charged once. Not about money it's point of principal.Would I come back...probably not.

I been here a few times because it's close to my other job. It was convenient anytime that I went. The reason behind going there. Each time I went I felt like the marijuana was terrible. It's not my favorite. I won't be going back.

Poor interface with customer service. It's been trial and error with this dispensary. Unfortunately, they are on a extremely low spot on my list of dispensaries in the valley. One: No Online Menu. Two: Shady and sketchy interactions with the African-American staff who have no customer service skills whatsoever. This is the second time I've attempted to come to this place and the people hired have been less than willing assist or serve. Horrible ExperienceThat's completely understandable you'd disagree. Frank H. However when attempt to come to a place that deems themselves 24 hours and the employees are half asleep or can't interact with the customer correctly or in a favorable manner,  as well as have an employee offer to sell some stuff outside ...then there is something you need to consider with your management of your operations day to day.

Don't do business here if you can help it. Not ah professional establishment, I live in Vegas and don't Business here a few times and I can say it's just not worth dealing with them when you can go to planet 13 or the grove. Very poorly managed.

If I can give this place zero Stars I would. buy your weed off the streets because you have a better chance of getting it faster than this place.  We got here on a Saturday night at 1:30 a.m. and it is now 2:17 a.m. and we are still here waiting. We have seen multiple customers come in and out and we are still here.   how can a dispensary that is 24 hours have only one man working on a Saturday night.  You got to do better during this covid-19 crisis.  The competition is real and I will definitely be going to a different dispensary.  #Shango

Really high priced product good though I got the canna punch tasted good. Didn't like that they didn't have bags to put products in didn't like that they ish is high as hell and the source has same products just cheaper but they where closed when I got off work. The guy at the door was cute only reason to come backI know exit bags are required by law but my mom had to go get our bag from the week before and use it . Those specials you suggested are not things we by really and the edibles are high 3 stars is a review accurate to my experience but the place is clean and nice.

This was my first time going to a dispensary and I will never go back. The greeter at the door was great and provided a friendly welcome. The bud tender that I had was terriable. He messed up my order which was an eighth of shake and one gram. He charged me for one gram of shake and one gram of flower. When I asked why it was so cheap he said it was a first time 20% discount. When he came back with the wrong order instead of correcting it which I had not left the building or counter her replied "It's what you paid for and you can buy 2 more grams it won't be a full eight but close to it". When I informed him there is a price difference and I had not left the store or even touched  the bag(which was still behind the counter) he became combative and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place based on my experience I walked out and thanked him for his service.Edit 8/19/19: I called and spoke to Eddie  and the situation was resolved

Okay let me start off by saying I've been to this location several times. However, I had a really bad experience last Tuesday Feb 12 around noon or so, when I was just getting off my car I saw a few young guys filming in the parking lot promoting Nevada Wellness Center which I thought was pretty nice. They asked if I wanted to participate & share my experience with Nevada Wellness Center as a client. I was very impressed how the kids conducted very professional and letting me know it was for their YouTube vlog channel. We were about to start filming when a rude security guy approached the kids and started insulting them in front of me, I asked the security guy nicely to let the kids wrap up and leave because they' were literally kicked out in front of me. The security guy turned and told me to shut the f* up. I was speechless my wife got very upset now it's 2 security guys yelling in the middle of the parking lot. Keep in mind this is all n camera. I asked the guys to leave in good faith and continue to film across the street where our warehouse is located at. I tried to convince the guys not to release the videos of the security guys insulting and yelling but they had a good point I had nothing to do with it and I even got insulted by the security guy.I strongly recommend other places over this one for that reason. There should be zero tolerance to this behavior. I couldn't even go inside anymore because a security guy denied access! (Get that Right) I got insulted & kicked out.To the owner you'll get to see how your security reacted pretty soon as the guys that were recording are well known youtubers and local influencers.Response:Except for the fact that they were promoting your business. But now I figured you're the one that came out to & said get the f* out of here.I just saw the video on YouTube and Invite everyone to see it and be the judge.I will post it shortly so you all can see what if you would appreciate be threaded like that by the owner.Please leave your comments n fb. Very welcoming, intelligent, & friendly staff. Wasnt sure which strain to go with but Steve, Tandra, & Raquel helped me out alot. WIll be coming back alot!

Omg I am so impressed with how fast the cbd 500mg vaporizer works. I feel no pain in my foot that I had metal rods put in to straighten my toe and cut away my bunion ! I'll be back for more of it and the 1500 mg drops! Thank you guys so much! The pain was agony but I feel so much better now!!

I had top notch experience with this dispensary. The customer service I received from Tandra is exemplary and unparalleled to any of the other dispensaries out there. She and Steve took the time to show me the assortment of products and gave valuable information to help with my decision. I'm extremely indecisive and their patience was more than appreciated. I also want to commend their friendliness and professionalism throughout my visit. Definitely returning to this place as long as they continue to employ people like Tandra and Steve. Had a great experience at this location with a budtender named Audrey. Very knowledgeable and helpful. My husband suffers from PTSD, panic and anxiety disorder, and a seizure disorder and she was very knowledgeable in helping with strain selection and making sure that we had the right product. Absolutely will buy there again. Great selection of all kinds of goodies in this dispensary. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: I heard the voicemail which states a kind message as well as advisory that deliveries are not something they normally offer but are trying to do the best they can. I wish one of the reps would have advised this, I honestly would not have been nearly as upset about the disaster of delivery and been way more understanding. Instead it simply came off as a dispensary whose incompetent at best when it came to deliveries and that I needed to get on their case about utter failure. As such, I have revised my review to 3/5 stars instead of 1/5. I have received my delivery 6 hours after placing it today on day 2. I did not however hear back from the owner despite my attempts to get ahold of him today so that was disappointing. A positive chat and a discount for the original issues would turn this back to the 5/5 star location that this place normally provides in person. Usually friendly staff, great product and service and the owner on the voicemail sounds passionate with a heart about our community so I'm changing my lane on how I feel about this place. I want to be fair in my reviews! But I also want to be treated with respect and fairness in return. Gave the delivery guy a nice tip too! ORIGINAL POST: I would like the owner to resolve my issue and better instruct the staff on deliveries. I placed a delivery order at 6:30PM. I was told by the staff member it would be 4 hour wait. No problem! I understand. Get a call at around 9:30pm being told that they no longer have a driver and my order was cancelled. Why do you take 3 hours to say so! Then later I'm told they don't do deliveries after 9pm. So then why when I placed my order, was my ETA 10:30PM if they close at 9pm? They say they can deliver tomorrow. Okay, and what will you do for me tonight to resolve? No discount? The usual 20% discount I get in person, was denied despite them severely screwing up my delivery! Okay, let me speak to your manager. I'm transfered to "Vienna" who says she is the manager and will see what she can do after I explain, then I'm blindly transfered to someone else who supposedly is the real manager and says Vienna is not a manager and proceeds to say he can't do a thing, no resolution, no discount, just priority order for a day later! I said forget it! To resolve, I'd appreciate being properly taken care of with a discount for my troubles. And an improvement in the delivery system both physically on timing as well as staff being trained on whose actually the manager on duty...Seeing as all my in person visits have been stellar, I'm willing to give the owner a shot to resolve this. Thus far, my first time doing delivery has been a disaster and disrespectful to me, my time and my money. I look forward to being properly taken care of and editing this post to reflect the updated results after seeing if the owner resolves with me.

I really hated having to get my last week exit bag from the reef dispensary in order to take our medication home...from the car!!!They did not have exactly what I wanted so I tried something new which is good and I am new to edible suckers and juices.Will upload pictures of what I paid for after I use them until then my indica vape cartridge called gas mask  is doing its jobUpdate.. I know exit bags are required by law but your dispensary did not have a bag for us to take our medication to the car so I went to my car and retrieved the exit bag I received from the reef dispensary a week ago.I did not say I did not like your place..I am enjoying the vape cartridge I purchased there but have not tried the juice or grape sucker I purchased yet.You don't carry my brand of disposable CBD cartridges but was willing to try indica so I think three was accurate in stars.

This place is fantastic! Great staff,fabulous friday flower discount.I picked up two grams of burkel(kick ass) for under 20 bucks!

I really liked this place. Everyone has been nice. Product is good. All good. Until today. Place a delivery order at 8:15 a.m. Got a call.from them around noon with an issue. Fixed it. Called them and confirmed. A little after 3 pm... no delivery. I call.... the girl I spoke to was ridiculous. I told her I could have order from another place and it would have already been delivered but that I like you guys and I wanted to order from you. She said, "You can cancel your order anytime." Then some more disorganized, unprofessional B.S. and when i said this is horrible I'm going to leave a review... she said, "Good. Go ahead." I guess they are doing so much business there that the customer does NOT matter. Good to know. Taking my biz elsewhere! I would give zero stars if I could.

Amazing! From the moment you walk in, you feel comfortable. The people are very nice and personable they answer all of your questions. The bathrooms were cleaned. They even have a really nice wall where you can pin where you're from.

Tandra is especially passionate, and made the experience fun and was very engaged. I can tell she loves what she does, and that service is one of a kind! ow can I even Express my horrible first time experience at this dispensary. I followed all the instructions given on how to order and end up getting the run around many customers after I came in were gone before i even checked out. waited around and nobody helped me. when I asked to speak to someone to tall about how its operated and my confusion none of the staff were helpful and said the guy in change Frank is never around and changed the loggy around and process and is more confusing... the main cashier told me that!!!! worse experience at any dispensary ever and will tell every business in town that. On Tuesday afternoon I wandered into Nevada Wellness center, located just off the strip. Parking was easy and once thru security you enter into a big harmonious space, softly lit, no harsh fluorescent lighting here. I entered the smell room and was greeted by the awesome Raquel. So impressed with her knowledge of medicine. Superb selection of high quality flowers, CBD, tinctures, concentrates & edibles. And truly the prices are the lowest I've seen in town. They have daily specials and you might get a chance to spin the wheel for prizes.I was thrilled to meet the owner & visionary Frank Hawkins. Yaaaaaaazzzzz‼THE Frank Hawkins former Raider. He is a gentleman and a true legend. His kindness and knowledge of the industry makes him second to none. And Raider PRIDE is alive & well here. I'm grateful to have found these amazing folks. They are the very first dispensary to open in Nevada and also the very best. So do yourself a favor and go see for yourself.

I loved this place! The staff is pretty excellent. It's got like a very homey vibe -which I personally think is crucial for a dispensary. The place just has a very attractive feel to it. I walked in and asked for some suggestions and they were super helpful and NOT PUSHY.Only criticism is that they need to be quicker (and possibly not stoned at work). I'm glad I chose this place.

Cameron and the staff just gave us the best customer service. There product is off the chain if anyone needs quality I would refer these guys. Nothing like Nevada Wellness Center. Our bud tender Cameron is the guy to look for next visit.

Pretty good despensary. First time here excellent customer service from Jacobi. Picked me some nice buds. Flower was nice a little dry but good quality and super low prices. Glass Slipper and Master Kush!

The best one in town IMHO. Prices are better than other places in town and you cant beat the customer service! They remember who you are which to me is a huge plus. I love the layout at this place compared to other places. It seems more organized and designed well compared to other places. I also like the fact that you can call/order ahead of time; although I havent tried that option yet. The employees there seem to be very knowledgeable in the products they have available. I like the fact that they also have items that doesnt get you high per say and is directed towards pain management, etc.

Great collection. Good service and cool pipes. Bud tenders are really nice and well educated. I would highly recommend this for people who want to try out purchasing weed for the first time.

NWC carries the finest quality product available, grown by clean and responsible producers. To me, that makes a huge difference. Great location, wonderful service, very attentive and helpful staff. Nice selection of strains and hybrids to treat various types of ailments. Nice waiting room with informative booklets, pamphlets and internet workstations. I just wish they weren't under so much regulation by so many entities. Again, it's not their fault, so no stars off for the high prices. They told me they are working on a discount program for seniors, disabled and military veterans. If this can come to fruition, then they will be able to better compete. Thanks for being there for us, folks!

I love this dispensary. The staff are experienced, hospitable and friendly. Feels very secure inside and out. I am a fan of their edibles, they consistently have deals, there is always top-notch quality medicine available. I appreciate their approach to the experience, it is professional, consistent and my favorite for the time being. it is a good example of how the NV MMJ program is a success. Thanks to NWC for what they do for Las Vegas!

This place is TRASH! Ok so I was referred to this place through a friend of a friend so I decided to give it a try. The lady in the smell room had no information on what was behind the counter. No print out, no statistics. She threw me a wild shot in the dark about percentages, which was wrong. The lady at the front counter was no better. Speaking unprofessionally to a co worker (very loudly). I gave her my bag and my number and then she walked to the back. She yelled and chuckled "...oh I need some money lol..." In the most ghetto manner. She gave me my change and receipt and apologized for being distracted (which was probably why I added the second star...I appreciate honesty). So I get in the car and compare the label that's on the jar to the print out inside my bag and the information is so off its comical! I only tried this place because the price was decent, but in the future I'll for sure go to my normal place and spend the extra $10. Moral of the story...don't cut corners!

Omg! PLEASE call a southern Cali shop ASAP and learn a thing or two about the IMPORTANCE of fresh herbs!!! AND thee importance of allowing your customers to SEE and SMELL the herbs! Harvested on 5/24, packaged on 6/24 and sold opening week!? The pre-packaged, can't see your stash till you leave crap is just as BOGUS as the "all sales are final" crap on the back of the receipt! The chick who helped us said the owner had "never smoked a day in his life"... Jesus if that wasn't obvious the moment I opened those jars idk what is! GARBAGE!!!!!! This was such a disappointment and waste of money!

I knew there was no way everyone that worked there could be nice all the time.  Last week the girl who answered the phone was curt, misinformed, and slightly rude.  But that was only 1 out of 6.  I still won't be back for awhile.  Because she was too rude to talk to I didn't even bother explaining why she was wrong and 2 others there were, not only aware, but very nice and helpful. So, I will be back but I don't know when.  Hopefully she'll "get it" or be fired for just plain not being nice.

dont expect the "free gift" they promise you for first timers, even thought i asked about it twice, this place is setup like an old dmv, place was nearly empty when i went and still took a long time, the workers move extremely slow. probably wont be back because there is so many better places to go to

Want to start by saying I am no professional to this kind of business. But what i can say is I know customer service and have been to many different dispensaries (from denver) and in town and this hands down is ran terribly. It's like the Walmart of medical care. I would really be concerned with this place in a few years everyone in Vegas is just part of the hype and excited to just walk in a place like this but wait tell there is more built cause once I find something closer I will stop coming here. Waiting in a room for 15+ mins is wrong. Especially if your in a wheelchair or crutches which I am not but I was waiting with two guys who were. They make males take off there hat when ever they choose which is wrong. The best way I can explain it it's just like getting to the front of the line at Walmart you can't even complain once you get to the cashier because you're just happy to get the hell out of there! Which is 100% of the time at Walmart & now your local dispensary!

NWC is by far my favorite Dispensary in town.  Great selection. Amazing helpful staff.   Definitely recommend this place. Jason was the staff member that helped me, very knowledgable on products and great customer service.

Stopped in here while in the area. People were very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. First time user and had a lot of questions. Got all the needed information and left with some great products. I highly recommend NWC for all your needs. I will be a regular visitor for sure!

Their service was great, and informative. Pricing like the last comment is not their fault. Because there are not many  cultivations open the dispensaries are forced to buy at premium prices. It's like a good meal when you get good customer service and good product most people are willing to pay more. NWC is perfectly located and makes it easy to get to. Was a great experience

I usually come here frequently since it's very close to my home/work place & I'm usually in and out due to it being frequently empty. Staff are usually very dry and no type of joy to them. Which i honestly dislike but it's not a big deal to me. Well today I saw a local YouTuber's video this morning of a altercation that happen at this dispensary. At first I just thought oh my daily stop but then I heard a male tell them "do ya'll understand god dam English". Which was really upsetting to me and made feel upset that I buy from this place. Just due to the fact that coming my families background & have been targeted with this type of negativity. You can clearly see these kids did not say anything rudely back to him except "calm down man we're leaving." The staff still kept on and on with the rudeness and incredibly foul language . After seeing this video I will definitely stop coming here. I will rather drive the extra 5 minutes to reef even though they are a little more pricey. Maybe their staff will be nicer then this place. REGARDLESS OF THE MATTER VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE COMMENTS AND LANGUAGE USED TOWARDS THESE KIDS!

My boyfriend and I bought 2 prerolls and honestly huge disappointment. The weed was horrible. The prerolls were different sizes and tasted like bunk low grade weed. We purchased them this morning and honestly we will never be going back.

This dispensary business is like no other because well focus on your health not just recreational uses of their product.I believe this dispensary was the first medical marijuana establishment and that is why I will never go anywhere else!The owner is Hands-On and advised of a product for my husband's pain in his knees the positive Improvement was instantaneous!!!

Nevada Wellness Center on 3200 South Valley View Blvd. has been slacking with their service. Their flower has been below average and the scent of cat piss. When confronted, I was denied service because we all know people hate hearing their business is slacking in a capitalistic society! The manager did not confront me, why are you the manager if you hide from customers? Inconsistencies in online advertising! Same weed, different or no THC!?Also, who updates the site because I've placed orders without the flowers I ordered available?Argumentative staff! Why are they getting mad, they didn't grow the flower!?I understand the flowers and pre-rolls come pre-packaged, but just trying to sell without any inspection or smelling of the flower reduces dispensary business to street selling. Meaning, they can sell you anything and tell you "Sales are final". Buy it legally and get screwed or buy it illegally and get screwed!

This may be the CHEAPEST place in town. grams, eights, shake and kief. rarely a half oz/or oz on the menu. maybe a few pre rolls and 3-4 wax options. all the weed is dry, almost all is popcorn. but there is one goto grower they use. GARDEN of WEEDEN. some flavorful strains-citrus farmer and garlic mints. Inside they have lots of glass and merch for sale. quick & friendly staff. LOCAL owned, could use a good product merchandiser and marketing manager. they do have a rewards system, get 500 pts get $60ish in FREE stuff.

Shady. I won't ever go back. First of all they didn't have what I ordered. That was fine, whatever. The price didn't change it was still $74 like it said it was going to be. I signed the receipt, gave the guy $100 and got back $21 in change. When I asked the guy what's up, he said "Oh, it came out to $78 because your order was different." Okay, first of all, if it was $78 I should have gotten $22 back. Second of all why did I sign a receipt that said $74?  I knew the guy was lying, I didn't want to argue so I just bailed. I will never be back and everybody I know is going to hear about this. Lame dispensary.

I don't know how this place is still in business selling the garbage they do ! Every time I get something from here it's like hay, stress or dust and they sell for dispensary prices on top of it.

Stopped by for a quick pick up and that's exactly what it was. Steve was extremely helpful, he helpedMe order online and I didn't have to wait more than 10 min to actually get my order. Super happy with the service.

Support a local black owned dispensary!! One of the owners, was so nice and inviting.  He made sure the staff was nice & I could find everything I needed. Really accommodating.  I place my order online, it was ready in 15 min.  I got there, I opted to go inside. The staff was helpful, and quick & easy!!!

Deal on deals on deals   EDC special! pre roll only $4. Got myself some goodies for my stay in Vegas. Definitely will come back

Great staff & customer service. But it's often hit or miss with having items in stock. I place orders online and a number of times I show up to find out they're out of stock. So it kind of defeats the purpose of being able to order ahead of time.

This place is amazing. I saw a billboard that said it was the only Black Owned dispensary so I flipped a U-turn to go!! They were so nice and so informative.

This place is more than awesome in My Book, and after meeting/chatting with the owner today I really felt at home. Wife and I had a lovely experience yesterday so we decided to come back today as well as make it our go to spot. My only regret is I can’t remember the young lady name that waited on us both times, ( light complexion with lots of tatts and piercings) however she gave a wonderful experience all around the board, I could only wish the deal and meet more folks like this. Keep up the Great Job guys…
