Its a great place to go, it may be slow sometimes but it does get packed but there are times when the line goes by fast, inside and drive thru, but their joints most the time arent smokeable cuz of how tight they are so ive waisted quite alot or money when the $15+ joints b TIGHT which is why i started only get the $11 cuz they dont b tight. But dont get me wrong, its not all the time, u just gotta get lucky cuz some of the joints barely even have weed.

I used to love this place.  Their pricing and selection is terrible now.  Sometimes you just need to get a g or 2.  Now there's usually no option for anything other than an 8th.  It's sad bc it's the most convenient with the drive through. I wish they would bring back more options and some of the growers they used to sell.Note to anyone read that ridiculous review someone posted giving this place 1 star bc they almost got arrested, if you are a tourist, please be mindful of our laws here.  While we are able to possess and consume recreational it is still federally illegal and you are legally restricted from smoking in a public place.  You cannot light up when you are on their property nor when you walk down the street. The cops absolutely have the right to arrest and or fine you.  The fact that the person got a warning was luck. It's pretty awful to give a bad review of something bc you don't understand laws.  Don't take that person seriously and don't light up in public.  You are only allowed to smoke in their tasting room,  in your front or back yard or in your house.   This doesn't include apartments most of the time either.

I came here and the customer service was awesome, Mario was super helpful and knowledgeable of the products and answered all my questions. He made the experience a very welcoming one and gave us some suggestions. We will definitely come back!

Drive-thru service sucks. If people do not have an online order...NEXT. The wait is ridiculous. My online order may be ready, however, a half hr wait or longer at night is to be expected. Get your shit together.1:12am: still waiting, arrived 12:33am. I can see the drive-thru window now.1:33am: 1hr still waiting. 3 cars in 20mins.1:39am: finally success.

Went in paid for my product. Went to use my product and it was faulty. Went back in with clearly unused product and I get Sorry, we don't give exchanges on clearly faulty product. I said, so you are telling me to take my faulty product and leave?  Sorry sir. Too many pot houses out there to continue to do business with one that rips you off.

Went in not knowing anything about what I wanted to get and Ez helped me out with variety of thing from edibles to concentrates he definitely has good logic on the best of the best love every product i bought.

Purchased several rove carts ALL had huge air bubbles and were short 20 percent. They probably buy subpar product from the manu and get a discount.I buy this stuff all over town and in Reno as well and none are short like this. Employees told me to take it up with Rove.$50 a pop and 20 percent short. Unacceptable.Owner: Save your BS spiel of wanting more info. Your flower is dry as well. You sell bunk product for the same price as everyone else. The difference is your competitors actually sell fresh non defective products.

This happened last year around this time, me, my girlfriend, and 2 other friends went to the drive-thru around 2 or 3am, we handed our identifications except for one of the friends didn't have one so in order for us to receive our cannabis everyone in the vehicle must have identification. So without handing back our ID cards back the bud tender held on to them. We drove to the front dropped off our friend who had no ID and came back around. Now when we reach the window I paid for the cannabis he handed my bag and they usually put your ID in the sealed bag with your change and cannabis inside, well I checked the bag and our ID's were not in there. I asked where our ID's are at and he told us that we never gave him Identification. In Las Vegas you need to be 21yo and have valid Identification to purchase Any cannabis products. Long story short when I pulled around to drop off our friend with no ID he gave our ID's to the people waiting in line behind us. I have lawsuit against them and they also 86'ed me from their property. Fucking POS company! Don't trust them liars, and scammers that work for this company. I've been a victim of fraud since this happened. And I can't receive my unemployment it took forever to get my stimulus checks and I had to wait months just to get a new one cause the DMV was doing shit by appointments. They tried to offer me 10% on anything I buy and reimbursement on buying another ID. WTF kind of shit is that.

Normally, I'd come here late nights specifically to go through the drive thru. Tonight, we had nothing but issues. Firstly, being told that we'd have had to had made an online order for for drive thru. Apparently, this is an new policy that has been implemented recently because we've came within recent weeks and we're told no such thing. Upon going in, we were ignored till we finally got help. We ordered 2 prerolls, Sunset Sherbert & Shortbread Cookies. It seemingly took at least 15 minutes to get our order. The budtender, who has florescent pink hair had some of THEE worst customer service yet and was seemingly flustered before she got to us. As a result, especially of the shitty customer service of that particular budtender, we may never return.

DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU pick up option when the store is closed - you will be stuck at least an hour!!! There is only one lane, and only one cashier. TRUST ME! JUST DONT :)

Great place, good vibes, and positive interactions. Big plus...they have a drive thru, open 24 hours. Where else does it get better than this?

Our budtender really knew his products and was able to  set me up with a couple things for my fibromyalgia. It was a very pleasant experience and I'm planning on visiting again.

I just think it's hilarious that you place an order online to pick it up you would think it wouldn't take so long but yet you're still sitting in a drive-through for 30 minutes like  I don't understand iif you place an order with your name and the order number why does it take so long to get people Moving through the drive-through ‍ That's just plain ridiculous in my opinion other than that I love this place by the drive-through is trash

Got an email about a pop up special for a buy 2 get 1 promotion on all AIRO PRO cartridges on 10/8 at the Nuwu Main Marketplace Came in through the drive through to pick up my order, the guys came around and accepted my money before I got to the window. When I get to the window the girl has a really bad attitude and tells me that the promotion doesn't exist even though I show them the email they had sent me about it proving it did. When I asked to cancel the sale she refused and said there was nothing that she could do. I wouldn't have given her my money had I know that they had no intention of honoring their special promotion that they had advertised to me. Nuwu North was running the same special all week long so I easily could have gone and purchased my cartridges from that location in order to get the promotional cartridge. They told me they couldn't cancel the sale or give me my money back because with this whole pandemic all sales are final blah blah blahSo they sent me an email of false advertisement that attracted me in and wouldn't honor it or let me go to their other location to get my promotion even though it's another 40 minute drive away and I was willing to make that drive. The manager Savannah only offered %10 off for next time after their advertisement brought me in and they refused to honor it. Extremely unsatisfied by their customer service, wont be returning and will definitely be telling my friends and family about my negative experience. Definitely don't recommend.

Best store ever . Located outside strip on Indian reservation . No tax . Knowledgeable staff and my favorite guy was Few. Very smart with pairing what ur needs are and product . Love this place so much

This is my favorite dispensary and it is the only one with a lounge! They have a great variety of products and some accessories as well as clothing. There are often specials in any given day. This is the only place I recommend to tourists because this is the only place in Vegas where you can legally partake on premises in public.

The best place in Vegas!!! Easy in and out. I do not mind the drive from the strip, it's only 5 mins.

My first time here visiting the cannabis bar was amazing! Pro tips: be sure to only buy bong hits one at a time because you have to take them back to back. It was a cute little experience because there's comfy chairs, TVs, snack bar, and budtender a that does bong service for you and will light your joints at your table. It was a little overwhelming and after smoking, both my boyfriend and I got kind of anxious so that was a negative but what do you expect? Smoking in public surrounded  by lots of people would make anyone anxious.Also there's no industry discount for the cannabis bar. Anyways, I was happy to take part of history!! This is a great hang out for friends and get some shaved after, it's worth it!

Nuwu does it again! Worth driving out of the way to because they have such a great selection of products.They carry strains that everyone else does not carry and in eighths. Also, very reasonably priced.

When this dispensary first opened up, it was much more organized and people were a lot more helpful. I don't know if management has changed. But this place sucks so much now.

I researched this marketplace and taste room because my wife and I as business partners are always looking for some High Vibrational fun things to do and experience. We came to the Taste room at the perfect time as walk-ins and was greeted with so much love and awesome vibes from the security guard to both Mike and Destiny who attended to us like royalty! The customer service was amazing. The music was a whole vibe in itself with awesome 80's and 90's music from Tupac to Twister. The seats were comfortable and it was cool temperature. Honestly, the smoke wasn't heavy at all although it didn't matter. Awesome menu with lots of options of infused drinks and pre-rolls. We will be back very soon. Oh we would just recommend that you do not go hungry. The snacks are light and right on time but not dinner lol. Thank you NuWu!

Still garbage . Contacted the owner he doesn't care,  sold me 4-5 products that didn't work. Got mad at me. Then they couldn't handle the problem professionally / or DIDNT want too at all and then they call the cops. So I was out of my 150$ thanks. Still no call no apologies of throwing the battery still nothing. Garbage. I hope this place shuts down. Don't understand how you sell me broken shit and don't wanna replace it. Lol. "Manager just said keep trying it'll work"....

Cannabis- Yes I entertain it. To each his own as to why. I decided to review as this time we had a horrible experience. Yes this is the largest dispensary in Las Vegas, yes they have a drive thru. However the customer service - not good. Especially for the money you'll spend. If I like a dispensary, I will spend good money. We walked the whole dispensary. Peaking at each counter seeing what we may have wanted. 1 bud tender asked if we needed help that was at the other end. We said not on this side but we will buy from the other end. He said ok and just stayed on his side. So we walked down. Decided what we wanted. That's when the wait started. Then we waited some more. Bud tenders were helping other people, but never once acknowledged us. Now you can't say you don't see me. Im a fairly tall platinum blonde, so that's not even an excuse that could be used. The excuse- a bud tender finally came over asked if we needed help, I said yes we've been waiting quite awhile. Her reasoning " people don't normally go over to this side". I laughed because that was her honest truth. She told us for next time to go to another counter. Unsure if there will be a next time. Everything was clean,  large selection of different brands and types of whatever your looking for. Plus lots of merchandise. They only take cash, not your bank card. There is an ATM inside. Parking is ample. Location is Main St/ Bonanza

Wow what a GEM! My boyfriend and I came in here and they greet us right away and it didn't smell like weed at first but as soon as  we got closer to the counter you could smell the first goodies! This places  has it all from Edibles, Flowers, and concentrates however you like to smoke it or eat it they got it! Best cannabis I have ever had in my life! I will definitely return once I go back. ^.^

I've been a customer since this location opened up. Unfortunately, I've watched the employees drop in quality ever since.The product is good, but I'd recommend you do your research ahead of time and just go through the drive through.

This is the best cannabis store and company in the entire Las Vegas Valley.  They have great drive through service and a tremendous selection of products.  You can order online and receive confirmation to come and pick up your order within 5 or 10 minutes. We have shopped here exclusively since they opened a few years ago.  Celebrities like Mike Tyson and Tommy Chong are there often to promote their products.  Ali, in customer service is a very patient, informed, and nice person.  She interfaces well with management and always gives us a friendly greeting and a very pleasant shopping experience. In fact, in the many times we have shopped at Nuwu the only problem we ever had was with a person named KiKi who seemed new and not yet familiar with what good customer service means.There are special discounts for locals, senior citizens, and veterans.  There is no tax because you are shopping on land owned by native americans and your purchase benefits one of our oldest local tribes. Tax free means you save a bunch of money.   There are frequent offers of free goods and they have specials every day.  They give points with purchases which you can exchange for shirts, discounts, and other stuff.  I suggest you use their website first to shop because they carry such a huge assortment of stuff you may be overwhelmed at first.  I think this is the biggest cannabis store in America.   I am just a customer and they don't even know I am writing a review.

This place has it all! A drive thru - people: A DRIVE UP WINDOW Inside is fantastic, it's airy place with green everywhere... they have merchandise (check it out for real!) it's great! The flower is what I went for, and if you buy products in NuWu - you can take it into the tasting room - it's a place I've dreamed of, and it exists right here! This place is ridiculous they NEVER run their business right. Waiting in drive thru is hellll!! almost 5 hrs wait cuz they won't go in order. They bounce from car to car an they do the same delivering weed never in order!! We had to wait another hr after getting our weed just for the ppl infront to get there's. An because it's hot out the worker was rude as hell! He screamed at me an told me he could kick me out after we already paid cuz he didn't tell me not to pull up only hand signals an was rude.

I went into NuWu this week and checking my ID was a guy with a tear drop tattoo on his eye? Very unprofessional if you ask me. I would think that NuWu would put someone in the front to give a first impression than someone that has a tear drop tattoo. First off, its very unprofessional. Ive seen him before as a budtender and he never answers any of my questions accurately.

This place is not far from Fremont Street Experience and it's so big!  The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly and can answer any of your questions.  There's the lounge you can hang out in while trying a flight of different strains, shop the market or even go through the drive thru!  Cool place overall!

DO NOT GO HERE. They will call the police on you and then try even harder to harass and intimidate you.Okay, I'm a tourist. On my last day of a fun week in Vegas, I checked out of the Excalibur and decided to grab some prerolls for the bus ride home. Took a Lyft to NuWu, bought my prerolls, and then called a Lyft to take me to the bus station. Lyft has been really slow in Vegas so the wait was 30 minutes. I decided to sit in the only shade available and smoke some of my purchase. A security guard told me to put it out, as there is no smoking allowed on their property. I put it out immediately, but he still looked pissed. Like really angry. So that scares me enough to go to the street corner and wait for my Lyft there in the 110 degree hot sun. I light up a preroll because I was no longer on their property. I was pretty much as far away as you could get. Then the police rolled up and almost arrested me for smoking in public. They said NuWu called them. Unbelievable. I WAS NOT on their property, I followed their instructions, and they called the police anyway, without any warning to me that they were calling law enforcement.So then I spend 30 minutes with the police officer. While we're doing the usual checking my record for warrants and all that, the Lyft shows up. I tell the officer, who immediately hands me back my license and prerolls and tells me to go get my Lyft. I run back to NuWu to grab the Lyft, and the security guard is yelling at my Lyft driver to leave. I had to chase him down and beg him to let me into the car. He said he was pretty upset about being yelled at - he had just pulled up and had only been there less than one minute.So that's NuWu. They call the police on paying customer tourists AFTER that customer has followed their instructions. Then they try to scare off the Lyft driver... so.. what? So they can hang out with me, the *evil criminal* for another half hour while I wait for a second Lyft? Seriously these people are psychotic. Even the officer told me I could have filed a complaint for a false police report, as NuWu said I was on their property and I wasn't.  And honestly, if I lived in Vegas, I would have filed a complaint that day. Stay away, and if you must go, don't take a rideshare...

Staff was real nice and wait wasnt long but the quality of flower is horrible! Dry as can be like its been sitting on a shelf for years, bricks from back in the day were fresher cant even smoke this stuff what a disappointment I got 4 different kinds from different growers spent $200 for garbageyou should be ashamed passing this off as top shelf

Mixed feelings about this place. Lol.When you drive up the parking is wonderful and you can spot the place from a mile away so that helps alot.They always seem to have super nice security guards that are very helpful and sometimes joksters.Even the wonderful gentlmen at the front was super nice and gave us directions on what to do once we gave him our i.d.'s.  After we recieved our i.d.'s back,  he recommened jenny kush and a couple other things that were very helpful.(big hawaiian dude).When you first walk in this place is HUGE. Beautiful wood floor's, huge lengthy glass displays. Gorgouse waterfall style fountains. MY  personal experience after getting past security was meh. The bud tenders here do not ask if youd like to check anything out, you have to go to each glass display and see for yourself what looks good and what doesnt and if your lucky enough to go there when its not so busy then you wont have to wait to look at the buds. When you walk into this place it has a very shopping mall kinda feel to it they have a huge middle section with all their gear. Sweaters, hoodies, shirts, hats, etc. They also have an island just for bongs, pipes, rigs, vaperizors, rolling papers, bowls, dabbers, hemp wick, etc.So when you finally find what you want and wanna check it out you kinda have to wave someone down and get their attenion because they all look way to busy doing other things.I finally got a gentlmens attention and asked him to see a couple awesome strains he highly recommended samoas from red wood farms. Amazimg beautiful buds but when i got home and opened my jar i found two seeds in my eighth.. bummer. Also got a gram of black afgan and that was amazing no seeds found. Soooo after you choose what type of bud you want you pay first and recieve one of those buzzers youd get if olive garden was too busy, and they tell you to wait for it to ring and when it rings ill have to go to a different counter and get my change and product lol.... the whole process was kinda weird but hey what ever works for them right.. Also tax is included in all the prices you see here so you dont get a suprise total when checking out.

First time for everything I guess. Originally came here to get some CBD body lotion and muscle soothing creams.   But left so knowledgeable in everything else. The friendly, patient, and knowledgeable staff made the experience fun and educational. I just had to laugh when they gave us our purchases in these loud green bags. (No plain brown paper bags!) I recommend this company to those who don't know where to go, and I suppose the prices were inline with other dispensaries. I don't know since this was my first. I'd just come back here, for me it's right down the block from Downtown Las Vegas.

I love the staff. They were very informative on all their products and which ones I should use for my chronic pain and anxiety. They provide hand sanitizer and you must wear your masks but the staff are absolutely amazing. They have several lines so you need to be careful which line you get in. I highly recommend this place

It's cool, kind of expensive. Wish they had activities to do while chilling, shuffleboard, darts, something. It was an interesting experience and the selection large.

The absolute slowest service in Las Vegas... horribly dumb process to purchase anything... they make you stand around for 30 min while the get your purchase... there is also no A/C so be prepared to sweat a ton while you wait. Crap!

Definitely worth it! We lounge for about an hour, enjoyed our weed and watched tv. The infused s'mores were the perfect munchie!

Was in Vegas this past weekend for the Superbowl. As soon as I started planning the trip I started looking for a dispensary to visit since I live in a much less enlightened area of the country. So glad I choose NuWu.  I am a casual smoker but had never tried any other form of THC or edibles. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was upbeat and welcoming. The gentleman who waited on me was super friendly and very knowledgeable.  We talked about what I was looking for and he ask me smart questions about my previous use. He made it so easy for me to choose things that I would enjoy. Don't have enough information to comment on their prices, but I will say the money I had budgeted went a lot further than I expected it to.  All in all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend NuWu to anyone with a chance to visit.

This place is a joke! The customer service is very poor! Also if you arrive with a passenger even if they aren't the consumer, "your passenger gotta get outta the car". Very laughable experience

5 start for selection and customer service BUT!!Definitely one of the best places to get your smoking essentials and devices all in one place at really great prices. Never had a bad interaction everything has worked out smooth I've just noticed that the night time crew manages the drive-through is extremely slow, I mean really dreadfully slow, drive through should be reserved for online orders ONLY. I've sat in my car for 45-50min before just to get a pre-roll. I totally waited to see if things changed, after a month of saving this draft, so far nothing really has been improved. If you have an online order definitely expect a long wait at the drive thru, I suggest pick up by walk-in. If any GM or SM read these, seriously consider the time your associates take managing the drive-thru time they take pet vehicle. Fuck the assholes that don't have an online order. I've been in line 35min already and only moved 3 spaces. David was working the drive thru, my total wait time was 65min after midnight, unbelievable, not even TRHIVE Cannabis has that long of  a wait. Chain food restaurants have a faster turn around than this place.... rant over. Seriously teach your night crew to be more efficient.

WARNO-ALL VETERANS DO NOT GO HERESo I made the mistake of giving this place one more chance.  This time I made an online order for the drive thru.  The order went through fine this time but Andrea, the bud tender at the window didn't give correct change.  She gave me my bag sealed and told me my change and D.L. were inside.  What she didn't tell me was the change I was due, $6, due to my vet discount wasn't there, only $1.  So I called and asked to speak to the manager.  Sure enough the manager was Savannah.  She told me that I could drive back up there to get it.  Would have been better to just give me credit for my next visit as I live 30 minutes away, but it is what is with this place.

Horribly ran. Waited 2 hours in the drive thru without a lick of consideration. The images don't match up with what you buy when you do an online order. While waiting I just saw a handful of employees just lounging and talking with security. I waited 2 hours without even a apology or anything. Don't recommend this place management doesn't care didn't even want to resolve the problem.Seen plenty of reviews stating they have horrible service and that the drive thru was a insanely long wait. Some have waited 3 hours I waited 2 ‍. Clearly they don't care to resolve their drive thru problems. They need to make it a REQUIREMENT to do online ordering if you doing drive thru. It will be a lot more quicker then a random person who doesn't know what they want.But whatever THEY DONT CARE

Waited in line for over 2hrs. Zero organization at this dump. Ran by a bunch of brainless idiots and $10/hr hero's aka the security guard who's more worried about sipping on his watered down Starbucks. Complete joke and total dump: save your money and support your local dealer.

Yeah not only was I waiting for over an hr in the drive through ( the line was short) they gave me a discount ( not complaining there) didnt tell me about the discount, and kept my change. $15 tip! Who the hell do they think they are? Screw you guys. I would rather pay a little extra and have it delivered.

I came in at nine in the morning and was told to get out by the security guard when I asked why he said that they're closed I said that they're always open and he said that's only the drive-through and he was just generally very rude and argumentative and insisted that I was being argumentative but I only was surprised that signs were all lives. .I don't believe I'll ever be going back there again

I came to this location twice.   The first time they let a ton of cars cut in front of us while they tried to manage the lines.  8 cars that were far behind is got to go before us.  This last time we were outright refused service.   Fuck you NUWU and the high horse you came riding on.  I sincerely hope this location goes out of business.

I was greeted by a host where they checked for IDs and introduced us to a budtender. The budtender was very knowledgeable and was not pushy to purchase anything. I told him I was looking for a strong hybrid with body high effects. He suggested NYC Diesel  which I bought an eighth. The employees were friendly and the facility was clean. They also have a lounge area where you can relax and smoke as well. Overall experience was excellent but I hope they will add some dry herb vape devices next time I'm in town.

My first time here. Wow. This place is really cool. A warehouse of cannabis. I use THC edibles for pain relief and insomnia.  That's what we told "Ki" and she knew just what we wanted. Ki is very knowledgeable, professional and really nice. Nuwu was recommended by a friend. It's kind of a drive for us but after our visit, we now call this Our Dispensary. Thank you Ki and Kristin for all your help

One of the most frustrating experiences that I have had. After walking in and being greeted by the two sweet gentlemen at the door, I had no idea what to do. Do I go to a certain counter? Do I flag a budtender down? No idea. I went and asked the door men and they told me I just had to flag someone down. The guy that I flagged down was so incredibly rude, inattentive and had a lack of any care. I asked questions and got half ass answers. I told him it was my first time there and asked about specials, he said they didn't have any. After I picked out a couple items I asked again about any other specials, all of a sudden there is a flyer. There were items on the flyer that I was looking for and I had to to tell him to cancel the first order and give me the special. After asking a question or two, I got one word answers. He wore his sunglasses inside and wouldn't even look in my direction. I asked him the total price of everything I was getting and the price that he gave me was wrong. Once he took my money he put it in a basket, gave me a pager and didn't say anything else. Ummmm, I've never been here! He said, you pick up at the window down there and just pointed. He then slowly walked my basket to the window. By the time my pager went off and I got my order, I was missing an item and I had to go and purchase it in a different area?! Omgosh, I'll neverrr go back. It was unorganized, the customer service that I received was I think the worst for ANY place that I've been. Plus the prices were $5.00 higher than the other dispensary's in town, found that out later. I won't waste any time or money here anymore.

Writing this review as I'm sitting in the drive-thru, almost 3 hours later and still not to the front. Horrible customer service, rude staff, highly unorganized, ran by a bunch of imbeciles. Staff yelling at one another, plus yelling at customers. Passing out orders to people in line behind you. Letting cars go ahead of others in line.  Unbelievable! The location is awful as well. Big dirt lot. They definitely don't appreciate your business. The other NuWu location Is MUCH better. Beautiful scenery, more organized and kinder staff.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, the lounge was amazing. Everything was clean and they let us giggle it up for a good 50 mins without interruptions. I think this is a nice spot and would revisit.

The lines at this place are beyond ridiculous! Even when the line is short, you'll sit there for an hour without moving an inch. Only thing I can figure out is they're very greedy and they're not requiring online orders like they should. So some people come here and they ordered online and other people just show up. And they go down the lines taking orders from everybody who hasn't ordered. There are three lines, but all three are the same. You would think they would have an Express line for pre-orders. NuWu needs to REQUIRE online pre-orders. Otherwise .. what is the point of anyone ordering online? The wait is exactly the same.

Used to be the best.  Lately, they have no options for when you just want a gram to hold you til payday.  Lately their options are really pricey.   I'm not sure I can justify patronizing this dispensary anymore.

Used to love NuWu but the last 2 disposable vapes that I bought there were defective. Unfortunately I did not have my receipt for the last one and even tho I have bought there for over a year they would not, would not exchange this item as"I could have bought it anywhere" according to Rose the manger. So it appears it is more important to save 20 bucks in a cost price rather than to just trade it out and retain a customer in a very competitive business. Also being called a liar is not lost in this transaction so unfortunately a zero in customer service for management for NuWu. As mentioned there are many dispensaries who try harder and one that trys not at all had no place here in Vegas. Personally I have moved on to Oasis and others who accept debit cards and do delivery. Wake up NuWu, we're not impressed with mediocre product support and average at best pricing.

When we head back to Vegas for our next weekend of trouble and fun, I look forward to stopping at NuWu again. Their clothing selection was awesome, as well as lots of other items in the store. They are building a second building on their property, so that purchasers of cannabis can enjoy on private property. For now, no smoking on their premises, or anywhere publicly in Vegas. Very large building, really pretty with fountains in side and a great layout. Friendly staff as well.

Great selection, but they really need to speed up their drivethru process. Maybe two lines. One for online orders, and one for the people I always seem to get behind, that don't place an online order, and hold up the line, for days, not knowing what TF they want. I like the 24 hour service, but it's not worth it, if you're constantly waiting, so long.

Just a tourist trap. If u have legalized weed in your state or a neighboring state, go there. This place will make money because of its location & product, not because of value, to be sure. It can not hold a candle to prices in California, not to mention selection. They sold me a vape cartridge there that doesn't even work w a 510 battery for crying out loud, and then what happens?  I leave the state. $72.38 down the drain, no returns long distance, baby. I'll just eat that $72, thank you very much. Bring your weed w u to LV if you are on a budget or you'd rather spend it on the tables. Otherwise, bring an extra hundo $100 & blow it in here on your trip. But you won't find anything here that you have to take home, trust me.

Honestly this entire thing was just so unorganized, not only do they not have their crap together but their customer service was also terrible. The only reason I had to come to this s**t show is because my wife has seizures and needs marijuana for medicinal purposes & this is unfortunately the only dispensary open with the covid-19 pandemic. I would rate it a zero if I could ! Beware wait times are also 2 + hours ! Horrible experience! Will not come again ! Also just as a side note DO NOT ORDER ONLINE ! I ordered at 6:18 pm and didn't get my order until 8:56 pm ! Beyond ridiculous! Wth is the point of ordering when they 1 don't acknowledge that you placed an order online and 2 even if you do it doesn't matter you go into the general line ! Terrible terrible terrible ! Stay away !

Today was the first time coming here and the last. I heard they had a drive thru so  I drove from Henderson to come here. I ordered 5 pre rolls of indica, 2 brownies, 1 candy bar, and a 8th. I get to window the lady couldn't find my ticket, she said she had to dig for it poor lady. Because of the guy who took my order messed it up she got it wrong. I was at the window 15 minutes,  the poor people behind me. I won't ever go back my first and last time there. I will stick with essence the y have better deals for locals anyways.

Where to begin?  For one thing...It's easy to find...Located behind a popular smoke shop that my friends go to when we visit from Hawai'i.Although I'm not a smoker of anything...My friends are.  But, I was able to find some tasty  edibles that I like.It's a very open and non-intimidating atmosphere.  I Love it very much and have told all my friends and most of my family  about it.  I think if you know or don't know what you want...They got it for you.

A little pricey but that's expected as a tourist place and the first to have somewhere you can smoke in public. They don't take medical cards which is disappointing, but the worst part is that when you use their lounge there's no bathroom! How do you expect me to sit there high for three hours drinking water and there's no restroom at all for your customers? Makes absolutely no sense. I spent $200 there and I was refused bathroom use. I'm happy to see the beginning of public smoking lounges, but they certainly have many improvements to make. And I'm sure they can afford it!

This place is my favorite dispensary in the state, the building itself is massive and open in stark contrast to every other dispo in vegas. The staff here are amazing and knowledgeable of their product, and their options keep me coming back! Mona was especially helpful on my last visit! (:

I came here while on my vacation because it's the only place you can legally smoke herb (inside the building). I went to the tasting room and was greeted by multiple employees. I had some help picking a few different types of herb because their menu is overwhelming. When I sat down for the tasting I had a one on one session with one of their associates, Brandon. He sanitized the rig, lit the bowl, and even pulled the bowl out for me. This is top tier service. Brandon was extremely nice and gave me a suggestion for where I should eat because I had communicated I was looking for a vegan spot. I took his suggestion and went off strip to an awesome spot called the Garden Grill. The service here is phenomenal and it's clear they are picky on who they allow to work at the dispensary. Brandon was fantastic. I wish this was in California!

I come in 3-4 times a week u can check via my phone number I love u guys always tip came in spent 257 today got home missing a 0.5 of forbidden sorbet. I called the manager was very rude. Why would I try and get over on you guys for 30 dollars when I spend 200-300 a visit which is 2-3 times a week I understand she looked at the video BUT I DID NOT GET MY PRODUCT and she's just like I don't know and going to offer a discount I want the product I ordered which I paid for

I wish I can give them 0 stars. The people at the front door are rude as hell and the security guard thinks he is a cop or want to be a cop does not have  any people skills. Don't waste your money and time. They treat costumers like shit and when you trying to make a complaint they are rude and don't care. Everyone is unhappy there because they make little money, bunch of bums. And that $10 hr security  he didn't even clean his shoes ‍ so embarrassing. They need to get rid of everybody and bring new professional people. The main problem there is security who thinks he Rambo or something type of bad ass. I'm telling all my friends and associates to give a bad review to this place hopefully wil the rid me f those bums the security and the big dump dude who smells like smoke and shit. They need to take a shower  bunch of bums.

Absolute worst experience ever, staff is rude and unorganized. I have been in line for over an hour. They took my money the minute I pulled in to the parking lot. I'm stuck and can't leave. They ran false sale ads and even though I pre ordered with the sale they ran out. Sounds like the sale was fake to me. It is much easy and more convenient to just wait in delivery. This place is not worth 1 star. Save your time and money and just use delivery from another more professional shop.

Went here at least four times during my trip to stock up. They had some of the best prices and deals. The people were cool and answered all my questions. They also gave a discount to EDC people which was pretty as well. Definitely would recommend out of all the dispensaries I tried.Also, brought a piece here for really cheap for my trip. They have everything super affordable.

Worst service ever! It's Vegas I walk with a beer. They told me to toss it. So I did. I give the guy receptionist my id, he literally threw at me. It came flying! No lie. And he had no shame. He said you shouldn't be drinking here, but I tossed it. I went in and they literally kicked me out. Not pleasant. No customer service! & low key racist!

I got banned from the dispensary because security was rude to me and I treated him the same. He called the cops on me witch the cop did not do shit but give a warning    ‍. It's ridiculous how rude are to the costumers. I have see the security been rude to other people and it's very bad costumer service. The product is very dry and sucks. The only perk they have is that tax is included, if you can avoid this place do it. They only act crazy because they have 2 cop cars there. Fuck that place his staff and their $11hr security staff who think they are Superman just because he carries a gun ‍. That will be rude and make feel uncomfortable for any reason and then they will call the police on you. I'll spend my money somewhere else. It's not worth it to have a bad experience when you are going to purchase.

Never had an issue here before, but I will never be returning. I drive for Lyft part time and have recommend this place to a lot of passengers as I have shopped here numerous times myself. Today, the security guard was incredibly rude to me while dropping someone off. I pulled into the parking lot and stopped in front of the handicapped spaces. I saw the security guard watching me and then he came marching up to me and told me I couldn't be there or i was going to get a $250 ticket. I could understand that if I was actually in the parking spot, but I was not, and it took maybe 30 seconds for my passenger to get out of the car. I don't need to be threatened about getting a ticket when I am bringing you business. If that is how you treat people who bring you business, that is poor on your part.

I was really impressed with this place, the only way they could improve is by finding a way to move closer to the strip for tourists like me. Their product was quality and prices were reasonable. The tasting room is comfortable and I love that they sanitize their bongs before you take your rips. This will definitely become my new day time hangout while I'm in town.

Holy cow, they were not kidding when they said this is the biggest dispensary in the world. NuWu is a huge building that is just a couple of blocks from Fremont Street with plenty of parking. The facility is so large with plenty of budtenders to assist so there were no usual stanchions of lines with customers like at other dispensaries. Everyone here was super friendly and ready to assist with any questions. Considering how much product this place holds, I have to give credit to these budtenders with being super knowledgable.This place is 100% recreational for now since they just opened barely a month ago so that means you have to be 21 or older to be able to order online or come into the facility. The great thing about this place is that all the prices you see includes the tax already. So there are no surprises when you are checking out to pay. I noticed that there were quite a handful of products here that were cheaper than other dispensaries before the tax is even added.After placing your order, they give you a pager that will blink when your order is ready to be picked up. If you don't notice your pager, they will also call your number and name over the intercom as well. Pro tip: you will have to pay $1 for the bag they place your products in, but bring the bag back when you refill so you don't have to pay again.While here, we spent probably 10-15 minutes at each counter to look at all the products because we had so many questions. So be prepared to be here for a while because NuWu is unlike any other and really blew me away. When I'm ready to try some products, I will definitely make my way down here. Plus I have to check out that drive thru!

Decided to give Nuwu another chance.  Seriously cant believe how bad their bud tenders are.  Just awful customer service.  Low quality products, not worth the effort if you don't live in that area, too many other dispensaries in the valley with better, service, selection, and quality.Will not be back..

Beautiful, enormous pristine facility, with an intimidating-but-friendly bag-checker at the door.  "Budtenders" i.e. counter staff are very informative, pleasant and willing to impart their knowledge, advice, and recommendations. If only every business had such well-greased parts to their operation as this.  Coming here was a pleasant experience EXCEPT FOR the security guy outside.  He's a bit aggressive and unfriendly.  If you're waiting for a ride, he will tell you to wait around the corner from the parking lot in the dark (at night, a sketchy place.)  I was like WTF?  Aside from that downer, everything else was a high :-)

To be honest I should've gone to my local plug at least with him I get good customer service Honestly worst experience my boyfriend and I were already waiting in the drive threw  for like 35 min and their were only two car in front of us when we finally get to the window the guy at the window just said to drop our ids when he was talking he was talking far-away from the mic and we couldn't hear him at all we kept on telling him we couldn't hear him when we finally put the money in the drawer my money flew out once the money flew out we looked at him like are you serious he then finally said theirs a bag their he never once said to put the I'd"s nor the money in the bag im so frustrated not only did my money flew out and go to waste I would've understand if he was to tell me to put my ids and money in the bag in the first place and he never did like I said he was speaking far-away from the mic and we kept on telling him we couldn't hear him he ignored us

They are rude and unwelcoming compared to other dispensaries I've gone too. I said hello, none of the staff speak back. I asked questions to get more info on a product and the were very short. The staff overall seemed as if they didn't want to be there. It was a very cold experience and I will never return.

Fuck this place! Lol worst customer service ever. I have literally been going here for over a year and never made a complaint (bc even though the service isn't great the prices are great considering they don't charge tax.) Long story short, I went in to get a couple of pre rolls today and to my surprise I opened one plastic and the pre roll was completely empty!!! I was super irritated bc nuwu is literally on the other side of town for me, so I called. When I called a really nice girl named rose answered and I explained the situation to her and also told her that nothing had ever happened like this before and I had literally never complained about anything. Well she told me to come in and they would replace it. Well much to my surprise when I get there the manager whose named mike who definitely seemed a little "out of it", pretty much immediately denied me, with no explanation other than "no refund policy" AND then had the audacity to offer me a 10% off card... like really that doesn't compensate for a joint you completely shorted me... and I even called ahead to make sure I wasn't driving ALL that way in vain anyway. I don't like companies that don't take care of their customers, so I will NEVER be back. Nuwu is trash.

First, this is only my 2nd visit but the only place I will go, Its far away but worth the drive.We dealt with Robin who was patient and friendly and even told me about a 15% discount that I could get if I left a review on Google which I did without hesitation.She was wonderful.    The prices are GOOD and the product is even better.I got patches, cream, chocolates & taffys all for $141So...I saw a couple bad reviews, here is the thing, ask for ROBIN if you dont want a bad experience!Thanks!!!

Had to go support a friend of the family who helped open this gorgeous place. Talk about huuuge! Everyone was so helpful and explained so many things to me that I never knew! I never felt like they were talking down to me either. Sometimes I am too embarrassed to ask so as to not sound dumb but not so here! Oh, and they have a drive thru! Ah-mazing! Don't forget to bring cash. If you do, they have an ATM but you will be charged fees.

Great customer service provided by greeters, bud tenders and drive through staff. Show room is amazing way better then the other dispensary's that I've been to. Wide selection to chose from! Events are always awesome.

I thought it would be convenient to use the drive thru instead of waiting for my normal delivery. Bad choice they are completely disorganized, run false sales ads not to mention I have been in the drive thru for 1 hour and have moved one car in 30 minutes. They took my money 45 minutes ago so I guess I'm stuck. Please save your time and money and get delivery through another facility. They get one star because I can't give them zero.

Went 2 visit this place last year!! Awesome folks very knowledgeable of there products! Lots of lotions, creams, sprays, candy, chocolate candies, hard candy etc..... Its worth the visit!

Maybe I stopped here on vacation, maybe I looked around and maybe we bought something. This place is nice and bright and clean. I do not have experience w other dispensaries but the "budtender" was great and answered all my questions even the ones I felt were silly. I wanted something to help w my tension headache and bam order placed and headache gone.

If i could give zero stars i definitely would. The employees are the rudest I've ever been around. We have been in live for literally over an hour and we are still about 80 cars back. They have a monopoly and it clearly shows. I Will never come back here after this is over. Can't use coupons or points. They are reaming people. Bought an 1\8th that barely weighed 2 grams. Total Shit show.

About 1/2 the time I come I come here, they don't have the daily specials, why advertise if your not gonna honer it, pretty f*cked up. That one of the perks why I'll commute there. Also, why doesn't the amount go down, when you buy more, also f*cked up. Don't  get me started on the tip jar, that's a joke of it's own. In all this place bits!

Definitely my favorite shop in town ! Never a long wait. Selection is great!! I especially like that they have one gram concentrates ! The tasting room is awesome and always has something new to taste!!! All the staff is friendly and helpful!! This is the place for you !!!

Love this place. Very open and clean everyone knows their products. Easy in easy out  excellent customer service. I get cbd gummies here and they are fantastic !!! Not nasty tasting like others. I highly recommend the quality. Also there is always extremely good security here. Extremely well organized. Safe. Not like some areas.  Driving here might be sketchy for a couple blocks but it is super super safe here as it is on federal land and it is patrolled non stop.

I really enjoyed this place! I've never been to a dispensary prior to this, but it was really neat. All the employees were courteous and attentive, especially Mike who did a phenomenal job as our "budtender." It is a cash only establishment so go to an ATM prior to arrival. They have a machine on site but there is a fee to use it.I had to take away a star though, because even though this place is amazing, there are no restrooms for customers!

Be very careful buying vape pens from here, if you buy one make sure you test it before you leave the parking lot, even at that I think you might have a hard time getting them to replace it.I bought a battery and cartridge, got it home and charged it overnight, it didn't work. Made it back to the store in less than a week, they insisted that the battery was bad, wouldn't exchange the battery and I ended up buying a new one. Got it home and charged it overnight, still didn't work. I'm assuming at this point it's the cartridge, but I'm not sure because she insisted it was the battery and refused to test the cartridge. Took it back again today and was told that since it was now over a week that I was shit out of luck, even though I had a receipt from a few days ago showing that I was there trying to get the problem resolved. They did try to sell me another battery, which would be my third in this episode. Still would not test the cartridge.

usually go to the one on the reservation but decided to come to this one because it's closer. if you aren't careful you will end up in the WRONG LINE. there is a huge line for the smoke shop and another line for the dispensary. because this was our first time coming tot his location we ended up in the smoke shop line and we were STUCK until we asked and KEVIN THE HAWAIIAN (that's what he said his name was) lifted up the cone divider to let us into the correct line, thank you kevin! we would have been waiting for at least an hour if he didn't help us. they gave good products and given the pandemic currently happening, waiting for the other dispensaries to deliver is TERRIBLE. so driving up to either locations and waiting in the drive thru is better.

Ok so when it says largest dispensary in the nation how do you not stop? It's a large place very open, clean and friendly staff. Prices are higher as this place is for recreational but if you have a medical card they do give you a discount even from another state. Large selection... good product.

Very slow service. Not sure about the prices - more than Seattle certainly. Employees were nice but the way they place orders just takes soooo long. They were steady but not super busy so I would have expected quicker service.The floor space is huge but mostly open space and shirts/merch. No custom/unique glass. Not a super crazy selection which surprised me considering the size of the location... Did have a good variety of edibles/tinctures/salves/etc.They messed up our order and waiting for them to fix it also took ages :/Tl;dr I wouldn't recommend this place or go there again - the large floor space is basically the whole gimmick.

I have been going to purchase items since NUWU has opened. I've always been greeted by friendly and helpful budtenders that have pointed out items I may have missed. It's cash only, BUT all dispensaries are cash only, and they have an atm for convince which is nice. They also have a check in point system that gets you discounts  :) Another cool thing is they have one of the first smoking lounges in the United States. I also enjoy the overall ambiance of the location, lots of natural lighting coming in.

So I was just "removed" from waiting in the long drive thru line for almost half hour after being told the Manager "Does not have time for my bullshit complaint" as he said. He would not give me his name either for some reason? I have come to this dispensary many times and brought friends and family that have been in town here everyone is usually nice and helpful. I'm a very patient person and this was my 2nd visit this week to the drive thru, the wait was over 45 mins the first time I came but I understand they are busy & that is out of their control. No complaints there.Today I arrived and after being there about 15 mins I noticed that 3 cars arrived to my right and were being helped right away, I waited patiently and about 5 mins later even more cars came behind the 3 that arrived 15 mins after I did and are being helped before myself or the 3 cars I can see in front of me. I was not asked if I already made an online order so I didn't even know if I was in the right line or why all these 5+ cars had been helped but I had waited at least 15 mins longer and I nor the 3 cars in front of me that had been waiting even longer than me had not been helped. I called and talked to a man who said he was the manager and when I told him I had not been helped but multiple people that just arrived had been helped he said "no worries, we will get to everyone." I elaborated that there was not even anyone helping people in my line that I could see. I asked for his name which he would not give me and I asked to speak to the Manager and he said he was the manager, I could tell this upset him and he proceeded to tell me I was rude and that "He doesn't have time for my bullshit complaint" he said that he was going to take me out of the line then hung up on me. About 15 mins later security comes and gives me my money back and says he is the manager and that is the way it is because apparently I was rude but did not tell me how or why? I did not raise my voice nor use explicit language and the Manager not only curses at me but refuses to service me after I placed an online order and already had my money taken and waited about half hour at this point. I really do not agree with being treated that way! A lot of us are out of work and without any current income for a month now and we are still choosing to support this business in turn allowing those of you who are still able to work to still get business in this time. I do not think anything is wrong wanting them to help customers as they arrive. First come first serve. Its just not fair to have some of us who are already patiently waiting to see over 5 people arrive and get helped before us who have been waiting over 15 minutes already! It was just crazy he would rather take the time to give me my money back and come outside and direct 2 lanes of cars to move so I can exit the line instead of just helping out the line himself or sending someone to help the associate that could be backed up or overwhelmed and keeping my $140 sale.I have never in my life been refused service this is crazy!

One of which was a vape cartridge & a battery for it. Once I got it back to my hotel room I found that the two pieces did not thread together! I had an old cartridge that I was able to get screwed on to the battery so it seems that I ended up with a faulty cartridge. I made it back on Sunday to explain what was going on and after the budtender went to speak with a manager she came back and said,  "We will exchange it this time, but it looks like maybe you dropped it or something". What?!?! No I didn't drop it!There are too many dispensaries in the area to give sub-par service. I doubt I will be back.

Why does your website say the drive thru is 24 hours when it's not? I went at 8:15 pm and it was barricaded off and there was a sign with the operating hours. Can you please update the website so someone like myself doesn't waste a trip down there?

Great store, a must see if visiting. Service was great as well. Prices were a bit higher than others I visited during my trip. Also they charged me for my battery for the vape which I thought was normal. But going to other places it's actually much cheaper or free. Got two for free and the prices for products were cheaper at the others. Overall still a nice place to visit and buy if they have what you want.

A very relaxing and informative experience. These guys really have everything you could ever want. It was like a candy store for big kids. And only a 15-20 minute walk from Fremont Street. The greeters at the door were extremely friendly, and the budtenders really knew their business. We were in and out of there in 10 minutes... with all kinds of goodies!Can't wait to go back when I visit in December.

I thought the drive though was convenient but everytime I come the male staff are way overly flirtatious in a sexual manner. Really creepy! I understand you work for tips but come on! Be professional! Actually will not tip anytime a male staff member says something salacious bc it makes me feel uncomfortable!

Came here while vacationing with my husband and in laws to see Celine Dion.I had an urge to smoke weed out of the blue,I haven't smoked weed in about 15 yrs,since I was a teen.I yelped weed Dispensary in the Las Vegas area and found this gem for 1 $ sign. Out on the strip a single joint is pretty high .So my husband and I came here,very clean safe location. Got greeted by a big guy and they took our id's ,we then went to look around they had everything well organized, we had no clue how it worked so an employee helped us,explained everything.Told her that I have bad anxiety and she recommended a specific blunt.I decided to get "Sunday driver" joint .it was around 12 bucks .They took our order down and we waited because they make it for you in the back all nice and fresh .we paid and went on our way back to California to our home,I smoked.it in the car and after that was a blur,cuz I got fucked up ..lol ask my husband he said I was funny but I dont remember anything .all in all this place was tip top ,nice people ,helpful people didnt make us feel dumb .

The staff here are far less than 'friendly & knowledgeable'. I have visited this dispensary about 5 times, and there hasAlways been some issue. Staff tries to 'Upsell' every time. I understand this is probably training, however i also have to question payscale/commissions.I am disabled, and parking near the entry door is not so designated. Yesterday I was asked to exit thru center door tho my vehicle was in front of entry door.I purchased a cartridge for electronic pipe that they refused to back. Also the same owner for Pauite smoke shop tho you can't get ca$h back at cigarette store & ATM in NuWu charges $5. To access your own account. My last visit here!

Drive thru is a shit show it's ridiculous. 2 hours because you guys are unorganized and people dont know what to do who to help. This should run just like the showroom but in cars and It doesn't you dont even have a dedicated line for people who order ahead so what's the point in ordering a head if i have to wait as long ad someone who does order at drive thru. This whole set up makes no sense it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure it out should be easy grab the order at the beginning of the line have a ready when people get to the end no wait a hour and a half after you take my order number people behind me should not be getting there order before me while I have to now wait at the drive thru window for what this is stupid

My favorite dispensary in Las Vegas. I have had nothing but a ​great experience with​ knowledgeable staff. It's amazing, my home town has the only tasting lounge and it's nothing but great vibes there. ​My first dabbing experience was amazing.  Eli (if I​ remember correctly) was such an awesome person to talk to, he inspired me to get the Carta and now I'm a regular! Shout out to Lindsay, she is incredibly​ patient with my husband and me​ when we are there asking several questions, she has really gone above and beyond to help and has taken the time to get to know us and our needs in regards to products. Everyone has great recommendations there.  I love how everyone is so passionate and knowledgeable about the products that they carry. Hands down, I highly recommend this place if you want a personable experience with knowledgable staff who are passionate about what they do. Whoever does the hiring has a great sense for good people to represent their company. Check them out for sure and their lounge, best thing ever.

I encourage my fellow LA residents to try this wonderful tribally-owned dispensary when next passing through Nevada for Vegas or Utah or Burning Man or whatever.  Place is huge, some classic heirloom strains from growers I'd trust to have clean medicinal quality flowers. It's a recreational license dispensary, but that obviously does not prevent us legit medical users (cancer here) from patronizing it. Huge place with lots of good glass and accessories, and lots of vapes, edibles, and concentrates. They have some Colorado investors, and this is not an amateur operation Staff: Super friendly.420: Dank as heck. Generally as good or better than what I have obtained at my favorite medicinal dispensary in Los Angeles.Professionalism of operation in general was outstanding. People were courteous, well trained, and the vibes were irie. Bonus: They have A DRIVE THRU and you can order online and p/u. Also they have Willie Nelson joints. God bless America man.

All things cannabis all hours of the day, WIN WIN! Add friendly and knowledgeable bud-tenders to the mix, plus no crazy taxes and you get the best place in the valley! They'll also allow you to be on your phone and encourage you to take pictures, as compared to all other dispensaries where you feel like a 12 year old gripping your phone in your pocket because you were told to put it away.  All in all, this is def the place to get whatever you may need 24-7, not to mention there is a drive thru. I know, just when you thought it couldn't get any better. So what are you waiting for? Drop your local dispensary and get in here. And, don't forget to bring your bag if you don't want to be charged $1 - that's the one thing they have in common with all other dispensaries.

My first time at a dispensary, and this is the only one I will go to.  Five star all day everyday.Excellent staff help you make the best choice for your needs.  I got a sleep spray for me and CBD oil for my dog who is fighting cancer.  Thanks for helping me Nuwu. I will be back.

I was told this was the largest dispensary. Not what I imagined at all. I thought there was going to be a mass amount of product to choose from.  LARGE in a sense of how much space they got. Not LARGE in product. Stick to the small guys, you ain't missing much here.

This place has zero customer service. No one gives you any direction on what you're supposed to do when you walk in. I ask a staff member if there are any first time customer patient discounts and she said oh we definitely don't have that as if I'm asking something totally outrageous when most of the dispensaries in town offer something like that. She then tells me all I can do is offer you a 10% discount if you give me a five star review on Google right now before your purchase. Extortion much? So I go to the hassle of writing a review and giving a five star just to get a discount when I'm not even sure that this place deserves five stars. No one asks if I'm a medical patient or buying recreationally obviously there is a price benefit to having a medical card so I gave her my medical card and she says oh we don't stack discounts and I said well which discount is greater my medical card or just 10% from the Google review and she says they're both the same and I said well then why did you make me waste time putting a Google review when I could've just gotten the same discount by handing you my medical card and she just stood there and looked at me like I was stupid one, And then told me that the dispensary doesn't recognize the difference between recreational and medical patients and they don't separate the two. Really? That's the last time I'm buying something here.

Friendly staff and clean showroom, high prices (We paid $55 for 3 of the cheaper joints) but good quality stuff! The takehome bag was super flashy and Cute, just didn't expect that from a dispensary.

Super friendly and informative staff. Very clean and organized. Easy to find what you are looking for and if they don't have it, they might have something to offer that is very similar. The prices are very reasonable. Not too much of a selection of pipes and bongs but they offer a small variety to get you by. Super easy to find too. Not over crowded like the others and less tourists. That alone is worth the trip. Highly recommend this place.

"DON'T SHOP HERE IF YOU ARE A LOCAL LIKE I AM OR VISITING VEGAS".  On 3/17/19 around 3pm I went inside to pick up my online order.  After waiting in the so-called express online pick up for 10 mins I heard an employee call out the make, model and license plate of my car.  As I walked to the front to inquire about my car I was told I was parked in the manager spot and was asked to move my car.  I parked right in front of the store and there were not any "no parking sign" "manager parking" or any reason why anyone could park in the spot.  The employee told me the manager parks there and she had to carry in pizza for the employees.  I didn't understand why she could not park her car in another empty spot.  The young girl who was wearing a New Orleans Saints lanyard was very very rude.  I told her I had an online order to pick up and after she asked my name she said "how much money are you giving me"  I asked her what was my total and said rudely said again "how much money are you giving me?"  I told her I think the product was $42.00 and she said well give me $42.  I asked her if she could go over the product with me so I would know if I order the right product and she rudely said "when it comes out someone else will and it was almost time for me to clock out". After that, I should have walked out.  I never been treated so bad by an employee.  There are too many cannabis dispensaries in Vegas that I could go to and I would never step foot into NuWu again.  NuWu seems not to care about customers.  NuWu employees seem to think they are the only dispensary in Las Vegas.  If you are local as I am or visiting Vegas I advise others to not shop here.  Too many rude employees who don't know the meaning of customer service.

Hmmm. This place was just okay, I didn't feel any kind of excitement from my budtender. The specials for the gummies were 20% off and that's because they were expiring in 7 days. Nothing too great about this place

Really bad customer service thru the drive thru , if u go here make sure u go online and place your order ..your rushed thru the drive thru and have to know already what u want can't even ask about any of there items . Because they want u to go thru the drive thru in less than 5 mins really really the should make a sign with that ....AND IF U POST ANGTHING NEGATIVE REMEBER NUWU WILL TRY TO GET IT REMOVED .

I don't mind the longer drive to this dispensary as it is Paiute-owned & operated! Happy to spend my money here, staff is friendly & knowledgeable and always have great recommendations (and I have particular requests, being a chronic smoker). In addition to all types of marijuana products they also have glass pipes and vape pens for very reasonable prices. And don't believe all the bad reviews here on Yelp, the customer service here is EXCELLENT and they even accepted my punched-out ID from the DMV (with the correlating document explaining I'm waiting for a new one in the mail), when technically they do not have to as it's not a valid ID! (I'm not responsible if they decide to not honor yours, just pointing out they're going above and beyond.) I haven't tried the ordering ahead or drive-through features yet as I'm more old-fashioned and like to peruse for a bit before making a decision and ask questions of the budtenders, but I'm assuming if you know what you want this would be a convenient option for you. I love NuWu :)

Nothing special about this place. If you have gone to other dispensaries all over Las Vegas you can compare the prices and the stuff they sell is overpriced. Also there customer service is horrible. This girl with colorful braids and face painted skull face for Halloween had a very terrible attitude. She was scoffing and was being very bitchy to customers. You come to dispensaries to buy excellent weed and enjoy it not come to be bitch at by incompetent and no manners employee. Better going to Exhale or Essence they have good deals and way better customer service.

I was there yesterday..great selection! Too many selections lol...when into the tasting room...stayed like 3 hrs...hint buy one dab or joint at a time..you can't leave with it. The thing I like the most you don't have to wait in a waiting room.

Usually always good expectations here. Today I arrived at 622 am and there was a line forming which was expected. I have waited an hour before and that would have been fine but after 30 mins of waiting somehow a 2nd line started forming and back up very quickly. Instead of managing the 2nd line the security just started letting them into the paying area? I drove out of the parking lot at 904am, an hour after the people who formed the second line waited wtf?

Marissa H and Sydney P both were truly amazing and so helpful. It was my first time here and I will be back many times because of customer service. And if you thought that was great wait till you see their prices. If you are a veteran like me they have a discount for us. And on top of that if it says $20 it's $20 they don't add tax after.

I love this dispensary! Just north of the historic downtown vegas on Paiute land, Nuwu is definitely the place to get your grade-A cannabis and the customer service here is through the roof! The establishment is sharp and spacious with its high ceilings and a plethora of products to choose from. Highly highly recommend for all folks who are looking for medical products and for those who're looking to to have a good time. Nuwu is the dispensary you're looking for if you're in Vegas!

I mean they sell weed, what's not to love right? Wrong. The staff is rude and uninformed. Not only did I have one member of the staff walk between me and the display case I was looking at when the floor was empty behind me, but then none of the staff members I had asked could tell me what specials they were having without having to go find a flier. (Which you guys should really be keeping one near each register.) it's a nice place, honestly, it's big and spacious and clean and has wonderful product. But your staff is sub par and uninformed. I asked the cashier for the mercyne levels is a certain type of flower and she had know idea what I was even asking her. So I don't go here. Why shop where no one knows anything, when I can just go to reef where everyone knows everything.

Nothing special. Have been to a few smaller stores around the valley and was more impressed with customer service elsewhere .I asked some girl at the counter wearing a pair of black of eyeglass frames (no glass in them, I guess a fashion statement hahah)Anyhow I ask what is the difference between Sativa, indica and hybrid.She says think of Sativa as a cup of coffee. Hybrid as lunch and Indica a little heavier like dinner. What does that tell me? Nothing.I am still new to trying these products and try to get as much information as possible. Not impressed at all.  I will stay on my side of town to shop.

The prices here were terrible compared to other spots closer to the strip. Even after tax. And they had a limited variety of flower and PR which i found surprising. The best part about this place is the tasting room, but again, pretty pricey. Budtenders were cool, but not cool enough to compensate for the high ass prices and lack of options.

A very good experience. These guys really have everything you could ever want. It was like a candy store for big kids. And only a 15-20 minute walk from Fremont Street. The greeters at the door were extremely friendly, and the staff really knew their business.

I have been to dispensaries in several states and Nuwu Las Vegas is one of the top in my opinion. Great selection, excellent customer service and a safe environment despite is location in the shady side of town. There is good security and ample parking, and a drive thru service window to boot! Next time I am in Vegas and in need of the weed I know exactly where I am going!

Second time here and bought this piece from a very helpful worker IVAN. He was very knowledgeable and fun to interact with. Definitely a reason we'll be back. Plus the quality of all their products are amazing and reasonably priced!!! Definitely a go to place! I am very satisfied and I'm sure everyone will be!

This place is the worst, I stop going while back cause the weed was dry and hard. Yesterday I went and got two prerolls which was cool, so I went back today to get a eighth. Yesterday girl asked for phone number put it in 120 points, go back today only got 20 points. Girl today never asked for phone number. I ask her what number she put in she wants to get smart talking about "the number on paper" ask her what the number it's an old number, so how can yesterday I have right number and right points today wrong number and wrong points. Then this other idiot comes and tell me it has to do with the settings on my phone with the number.. So we have two idiots that apparently have no clue about there system and instead of trying to fix the situation the second idiot want to try and give me my money back and all this, which is fine because I spend around $200 on weed and there are other better dispensary then this one... BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE.

My husband and I have been going to this dispensary since it first opened. It was great and the people were nice, the drive thru was convenient. We dont come to this place once a month or twice, we make weekly trips. Last night we came through to make our weekly trip after having placed our order online and the lady we met at the window was rude and tried rushing us when their system screwed up and lost our order. First off? Let's talk about the website. Use to be so convenient and easy to use, now since they updated and gave it a face lift it's so very annoying to use and it's hard to find anything. Even if you filter it out, it won't show all the product in that category. You are forced to keep it showing all products and you have to scroll through it all to find what your looking for. Oh and dont take a second to think about it, the damn page will scroll you back up on it's own if you dont keep scrolling. See? Annoying. Second off, there have been many occasions where my husband and I have waited in that damn line for 30 mins because people order at the window and it was obvious that they weren't being rushed. We waited. Last night was the first time ever since we've begun dropping $400 to $500 monthly in that place that we ever had a problem where we were forced to recall and reorder at the window. I don't know if this lady was new or having a bad day but she tried to rush us and tried to get us to "pull up because we weren't ready." Um, first off take that tone out of your voice. You are still in customer service and so how you treat your customers matters. Second off, we didnt screw up. We had a confirmation of order and everything, even the exact amount of what our order was. So we didn't screw up. Your system did. That's not on us. I have never been treated so badly at this location, I thought I was in the twilight zone because I couldn't believe it. I think these people forget they aren't the only dispensary in town? There are way better ones that would love a new customer. Perhaps Planet 13 or the Apothecurium would love a chance to make $500 off of one customer.

I wasn't impressed by this place at all .. no taxes bt the prices are marked higher so there pocketing the tax portion your usually paying. I bought a pack of smokes it came with 7 pre rolls and when i oppened the box they were minis with an inch of tip that wasnt even filled .. that was a rip off. They don't even give local discounts I thought that was a joke.  Won't be coming back here .

I have been to multiple other dispensary's and I have to say this is hands down my favorite one! As soon as you walk in you are nicely greeted! My bud tender Mario was awesome! He was very informative with what they had available and recommended me some great stuff! I am not very knowledgeable in all of the different types of products that are available so I loved that he didn't make me feel different! I really enjoyed his professionalism and explain everything to me! Other places I have been to made me feel stupid for not knowing exactly what I wanted. It was a very great experience! I'm an 18 year old medical marijuana patient and I was planning on going in today but was denied entry because I wasn't 21. I placed my order online and everything it was very disappointed especially when I'm allowed into any dispensary in vegas. BUT it's fine I went somewhere else cheaper and got more then I would've gotten here for 100 dollars. SOOO 1 STAR FOR NOT ALLOWING A MEDICAL MARIJUANA PATIENT IN!!!

We entered the dispensary, patiently waited to be served only to be ignored by every single budtender. I even made eye contact with a budtender only to have her walk right passed us. So unfortunate... There are tons of dispensaries in this town and the likelihood we'll be back is nonexistent.

This place has awesome selection, and the staff makes sure youre taken care of. High end, affordable, cbd - you name it and they most likely have it. My favorite spot to go to in Vegas.

I've been to this location about 3 times, I usually spend about 100 dollars on products (usually flower and joint). You aren't allowed to smell or touch the product, Everything is prepackaged. The only way to navigate yourself to a final purchase is taking the employees word on what's good , you are able to look at the product through the glass jar or bag that it comes in but that's about it. I've bought several different types of indica strains and they have all been completely dry. Trust me when I say this shop is nothing but "smoke and mirrors" I'm very disappointed in the product, I've been to several shops and this has to be the driest flower I've ever had. Don't believe me, try it out yourself but make sure to buy a gram and not an 8th , it'll save you the money .

Hands down my favorite dispensary here in Las Vegas! Great customer service and the best selection! Don't waste your time anywhere else!

The best idea drive through is perfect and the only one in town orders always ready fast never really a long wait either. The prices are very reasonable and they get their herbs from all the dispensaries and are still pretty close to their price.

I've been coming 2 Nuwu for over a 1yr and half  (usually use drive thru) and I went last night to purchase two prerollls just for the evening (I had a friend with me visiting from San Francisco and wanted to show her how nice Nuwu dispensary is) and the customer service rep (attractive younger Spanish guy w/dark hair)  did not want to finish helping me take my order.  I initially told the gentleman what I wanted and he told me they were out of it and to pick another preroll. So it only took me less than 30 secs to pick another preroll so I was ready to finish my order and he keep passing me off  and helping other customers that came in after me and keep trying to refer me to another cashier like he did not want to help me. There was no one at counter when he wrote my initial order down and he was being a straight up jerk like I was a bum off the street.  I am a 20yr Air Force Veteran and I low key felt like he was discriminating against me because I only wanted to purchase two prerolls or cuzz I'm African American it was really hard to say and I'm very upset by the way he was acting and treated me and I will never come to Nuwu again!!! Your business needs a automated customer ticket number machine like the DMV so you can handle your preorders and walk in customers accordingly~

Today was the first time I ever had a bad experience at any dispensary. This one is convenient because it has a drive thru. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was no line. There was no attendant in the window so I pressed the button. I had to wait 10 minutes before any one even came. I come here on a daily basis and today will also be the last time. Lately they have not had any indica prerolls for one and the lady with the bluish green tips in her hair was EXTREMELY rude. Every time I go here she is rude but today it was extreme. I wish I knew her name but she was not wearing a name badge and names are not printed on the receipts. I am very disappointed in the experience I had today I will take my business elsewhere. I will travel a further distance to stay as far away as possible from here. Thrive on the other hand is always precessional so I recommend that dispensary.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Thought the place was open 24 hours NOOOPE ONLY THE DRIVE THRU and the security guard lets people cut you in the line you've been waiting in for forever!!!! You get to the window they don't tell you it's CASH ONLY!!! And you tell the dumb girl at the window want you want and she'll repeat it to you 5 times but still but a totally different product in your bag‍‍. I go in to exchange the product at 9 when the store opens but the security guard won't let me in the damn door ooh because it's their bosses bday and they made a mess with silly string!! WTF you're gonna have PAYING CUSTOMERS standing outside in the heat for a mess you guys made and you know when you open the store EVERYDAY!!! Took them forever to finally find the right product and give it to me, NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN!!!

Nuwu is my new spot. It's right down the street from my house. They always have fire kush and fresh buds. Friendly staff and a wide variety of products. I highly recommend especially if youre in the Northwest area

I used to love this place when I first went to it. I felt that they were over price on everything but still well worth it. But lately I discovered reef which I wish I would have known about this place sooner they are very affordable and they always have good deals. Even when it comes to weeds that are high end class they will eventually have it on sale or have a special. Which makes it well worth the money and going. I try going to nuwu and got 4 of there nickel prerolls and when I open it first of all the weed was some how coming out and they sucked. Even though they were cheap u would think they would make it worth buying from them. And was up with not even making them a full gram. Reef sales 6.50 full grams when they have them on sale and anything you buy doesn't matter the price if it's cheap or not you always get a full gram on the prerolls. Especially with the economic you would think nuwu would understand and be a lil more understanding on how we are struggling right now and just hook us up with a full gram. Well any who since the last time I bought from them I won't be going to them again it's just not worth it.

I actually have not been inside this dispensary, but I did use the drive thru option. I'm from out of town, and I know what I want to purchase and wanted to skip the whole "wait in line" thing. For one, I had been shopping for other stuff all day and just wanted to get back to the hotel. Secondly, this is June and Vegas is almost always 100+ degrees. Nuwus website is pretty easy to navigate and their inventory is pretty well-organized on their site. Threw a bunch of things in my basket and submitted my order... Immediately, I got an automated text with directions to the site and letting me know that my order would be ready pick up in about 20 minutes. Place was easy to find and the drive-thru process was relatively simple. Just make sure that all occupants of the car are over 21 AND have their ID.  Drive thru window was very safe and secure and the transaction went as smooth as I imagined.  Will undoubtedly be back here every time I visit Las Vegas.

Oredered a joint that was suppoedly half a gram, scaled the weed, because i thought i was trippinnnn, but scale said .2g dont recommend the joints under $10.

Terrible customer service experience. The guy totally misrepresented the terpene content of the product I was interested in. I could tell he was going from memory but figured maybe he really just knows the products well. If he was off by a percent or two that would have been fine however after waiting a surprisingly long time to get the product considering they were not busy I see that the product is not even remotely what he said it was concerning the terpenes. I request a refund and he tells me all sales are final. Seriously I am still at the counter and didn't have a chance to see the actual product  with the terpene content before they took my money. After refusing to budge I get a refund with attitude.On reflection I think this wasn't a simple mistake and the guy just didn't care about the facts and was just pushing product.I will not be going back. I will stick with Essence or one of the many other dispensaries that have excellent customer service.

Don't let the size of this place fool you, they lack quality of product. I've been growing and also a consumer of Cannabis for over 20 years. Maybe it's because I come from different product standards in Cali, but this place sells old, dried out bud for high quality prices and after spending about $1000 every 5 days and receiving dried out bud almost every time, I finally mentioned something to the manager when I got a half ounce and it was the most dry bud I've ever seen. Her response was that she could give me 10% off another eighth. All the bud was still in the container. Just because they're the biggest store doesn't mean their anywhere near good quality - it's all a hype. BUYERS BEWARE: don't let the size fool you. This place lacks quality. You just lost a loyal and high spending customer. Set up your game! Bottom line, Vegas actually has some very high quality cannabis shops but this certainly isn't one of them, not even close!!

Soooo! Allow me to be clear, I have never taken the opportunity to use anything that has THC and at almost 50 I continue to choose not to use. So this post is about my customer service experience. My bartender, Eszter@NUWU was the best. She was kind and thoughtful yet able to clearly explain CBD cream and Tincture. How these products work in and on the body and brain. I'm grateful to her warm engagement.

Just stopped by and Ali was so helpful and friendly!! From all the dispensary's I've been too this has by far been my best experience!! She was helpful with recommendations and help me get what I wanted to get and plus more!! If you're in Las Vegas or even stopping by you definitely need to check this place out !!

This place was pretty cool! And I'm not even a smoker! Lol. My gf is though and we enjoyed ourselves. The dab bar was the coolest aspect next to the tasting room. Chill spot, and a nice place to partake in smoking cannabis if you're a smoker.

Buds hella dry.  Not potent at all.  Came from the bay on a visit.  Weed is bammer.   Nobody really helped me.   I had to guess which bud was good.  I obviously picked the wrong one.   Yeah it's a big place.  They should of used some of that money to get some good growers.    Try a different place. Best place in town hands down!!!! Customer service is on point from the minute you walk in, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. A friend and I walked in around 10 pm easy to get parking and doors were opened for us when we walked in we were greeted and also directed to what we were looking for we had lots of questions and they answered every single one without being annoyed with us and also showed us some other cool stuff. They have everything thing you need in one spot and very cute gear don't forget to bring a take out bag with you if you don't it's only a dollar for one and you can reuse it thank you for making this a great experience I will be back

Great Selection!  Taxes are included in price so their are no surprises.  Flower is fresh!  Merchandise is clutch!!

The staff were pretty educated. I went there looking for a good cartridge. I think its pretty amazing. It sure beats the pharmaceutical bs. The place was huge. Great atmosphere and security.

Pros: Pretty good selection, pretty good quality, well lit at night, if you catch it not so busy they are usually fast.Cons: the buzzer wait system, they take your ID until you leave, huge wasted spaces, boring glass displays, way too many products, trying to sell too much tourist gear/clothing.

Visiting from out of town I had to stop by the biggest shop in town for my first experience.The facility it's self is a huge warehouse type building with big floor to ceiling windows. It was a beautiful building. When you first walk in there is a man that checks your ID and a security guard. I didn't know what to do and they helped explain you just go to the counter and look at what you want and then someone will help you look and purchase. The first time I went in it was very overwhelming, they have TONs of products. Some of the people behind the counter didn't speak or really help I had a very nice guy who had probably watched me circle the store a few times who finally got me to decide on what I really was looking for. If you're going for your first time I suggest doing a once over and then really figure out what you want. People visiting from out of town be reasonable with your purchases and remember that what you purchase has to all be consumed before you leave. Can't take that shit on the plane lolOver all I was impressed

First time here and never coming back the security and the hostess at Nuwu lounge were both rude. Horrible prices for their dry weed

Ordered online for a buy 2 get 1 for a penny deal. Showed up a few hours later and was informed the deal is over since they are busy today. Then the budtender asked if I wanted to buy the same items for full price and showed they have everything I ordered but can't offer the deal I originally ordered. Smh. I usually have no complaints but this was the last straw. I will not return here. The only good thing they have going is the reasonable pricing. Service is always slow walking in or driving through, online order or walk up doesnt matter. One other time I purchased a pre roll and it was filled at the tip but empty the rest of the way had to suck it up and ignore that loss as well.  To summarize this place has great potential but is terrible overall.

This is the largest dispensary I've been to in Vegas and the nicest. They have a great selection of edibles and a decent selection of flower. The flower is reasonably priced. I went on a Saturday night around 9pm. There was no wait and the shop was not busy. Two negatives about this place. One, the staff is not particularly friendly and is not very knowledgeable about the products. It's nice to be able to ask a bud tender how they liked a certain strain or what strain they recommend. Two, the products are not in the jars with the vents like at other dispensaries so you cannot smell the product or view it through the magnifying glass. It has a drive through and is open 24 hours hut I have not yet had the need for either.

NuWu is the by far the best dispensary in Las Vegas !!The service is great, products are outstanding and the staff goes above and beyond.. Nuwu, you guys rock!!!

Terrible customer service. The girl that helped us didn't know anything she was talking about. We asked her if they carried a certain brand and she looked at us disgust that we might be interested in something they don't have/her lack of knowledge. It's not what she was saying that was too bad, but it's how she approached us. I felt like we were a bother to her to be there. I called the store to speak to a manager when I left and they took my info and said a manager would call me back, which has yet to happen. Thanks to Sylvia, I won't be back with my business.

If I could give this joke of a place a one star rating I would. Over priced products, rude/uninformed staff, lack of communication when tried to approach the manager. I won't be back. Sylvia is horrible. Turn and run when you see her before she floats away with all her deflating noises for responses.

Usually a great place and experience, was my favorite. Im not generally one to complain, or bitch. However, my husband a frequent flyer at NuWu. Daily or every other day honestly. Well, we both get the texts for specials and such. Today, one was sent out. Stating that if you bought ANY glace chocolate bar, ypu gpt the 2nd for 1 dollar. So, when he was placing his order, i added a glace chocolate bar to get the 2nd one. Well, he goes to pick up the order, the drive thru woman had the 2nd in her hand. Brought it tp the window. Walked away with another woman. Came back and said her manager told her that she could only give it to him for the buck if he was to get a different one than what i ordered. This makes me angry, i dont like false advertisement. And the drive thru woman must have been doing it all day for a dollar seeing she had it in her hand already with our order. Therefore, correct your advertisement instead of switching it up at the window. I won't be going back to nuwu, disappoints me greatly because i really enjoyed it before this evening. Adding photos of the text and ad on thier site. Ugh.

Hands down the largest dispensary ever!  Even just walking in you're greeted by the nicest security guards.  I got a bit lost as this place was so big! When I finally made my selections (lots and lots and lots to choose from)  I was given a buzzer like a restaurant and waited for my order. Barely a few minutes went by and my order was ready.  Kudos to the well educated staff for making some awesome suggestions.  I'll definitely be back for more concentrates and maybe I'll try some edibles.  Keep up the great work!

This was the second time my friend and I have been here and both visits left us leaving without a smile.  When we arrived just like before the id checker was pleasant and nice, same guy actually.  The first bud tender was nice and friendly and told us terpine info, and told us about similar strains to what we were looking for, deals and really had us sold on buying there.  We told her about an issue with the button on a penny battery vape and she sent us to the center where they displayed the batteries and glass.   We went over and a blonde girl, very young, pony tail and hat on March 22,2019 at around 8pm and that's wear things turn very sour, so much so we didn't buy anything and complained to our bud tender and sec and the id checker.  This blonde chick was hostile, argumentative and super condescending.  We asked a question about a Select battery and she started talking about it and about a few others and I explained my issue.  Essentially I don't like the button on them. She said what's wrong with the button you just (she mimicked Hitting the button 5 times fast) and it turns on. Then this, she proceeds to scold me for looking at a buttonless battery, tells me if a cartridge won't work in it it's junk, tells me my button battery is probably junk too and argues with me about having a button and tries to sell me a different battery that has a button, then asks me if I charged it, tells me I must not know how to use a button cuz it's sooo easy and  asks me what cartridge I'd be using, I tell her and she says what?  I've never heard of that. And if I haven't heard of it it must be garbage.  I stop her there cuz she was gonna continue and tell her I'm not buying anything here ever, you're aggressive, called me a moron cuz  I must not know how to use a button, scolded me I'm never coming here ever, again.  And, we walked away.   Too bad too as the place is beautiful and huge and I'd love to give it my business.

First time visiting a cannabis shop , with a friend, from Cali . I choose this one since it was on the news, with a drive through . Very impressive place . Everyone so knowledgeable and I found it very interesting to just talk to them ( I don't smoke ) but they still took the time to explain different types of weed lol

I wish I could give it no stars. This was my first & LAST TIME there. I was barely greeted at the door the security guard treated me & looked at me like a criminal which was so unnecessary. It took 25 minutes before I even got help and you guys were fully staffed. I work in customer service and I know how customer can be. I was nothing but nice through out the whole process but your "budtender" are rude and each question I had she had a snooty remark to say. You guys have no information on your strains other than the type, price and name. Your budtenders didn't even want to spend the time to tell me even when I asked. Your facility is very nice but I will NOT be coming back.

On Jan.3rd or 4th between the hours of 11am-12p. Went to pick up my online order of 1/8 th of product in the drive thru and asked about the discount when bringing my NuWu bag back. Was told that "they have never done that ever"!. I continue to tell the rude young girl(not woman) that they have! And i wanted to know if they still did that as part of the transaction. She continues to want to argue about it back n forth with no regard for the customer. Just short nasty answers, then accuses me of talking to her rudely as a CUSTOMER!!! Wont continue with the transaction, then tells me if I want to "come in the store"? As if they will know how to deal with me, sounding like a threat.I tell her to "get my product" since she just wanted a confrontation. She leaves and then returns one time seeming flustered and doesn't know what to do? Then leaves again repeating what she had already said. Something like "I will be right with you". very odd to do it twice, seeing I had already acknowledged her. Comes back after a wait, with cars behind me, with a security guard next to her to continue the transaction and asked for my money and ID while I drove away from the horrible service in the drive thru. Didn't get her name but if you're in customer service. You are there to  HELP the customer, not just throw words around as if you have all the answers. Been coming there since the opening and they always rewarded bringing your NuWu bag for another transaction as a discount.Have had attitude from others and incompetence to perform the job but this was it. Couldn't have a pleasant visit when picking up my product ordered in the drive thru and have gone inside a few times with agenda based hatred while showing my ID, with zero help/service to assist you. I just walked around til someone acknowledged me as a customer and it never happened. This place used to be fun and go to spot with the drive thru but not anymore. LEAVE THAT AGENDA AT HOME, HATERS!!! Not good for business! If that matters anymore??? p.s. Check the camera vid audio if you have ANY concerns???

This was my first time here and Nikki was super amazing! I was looking for a sativa that would make me giggly and super happy and she gave me two options and helped me figure out the best one! I would def come back here to see her and to also see this amazing dispensary again. It is huge and super clean.

Clean, spacious and inviting store. Love the big windows letting the natural light in; it's a nice departure from some of the cavernous spots around. Everyone was professional, and kind. Brownie and Tincture were perfect fit for me. Will definitely return next time I'm in Vegas.

Nothing special. Just another dispensary. The hours are much better than others i will give them that. Usually coming here is fine, similar to any other dispensary nothing special. However, tonight I went at around 1a.m. and had to use the drive thru as a result and the guy at the window was so mean. He was an elderly guy with a gray beard who would interrupt everything my husband would say as he tried to order and when we told him what we wanted he was like "um sure if we even have that" which left me taken aback. Then when my husband asked him for the military discount he said "I need your military id"-but my husband had given him his military id already as the main form of id when he asked for one and then told my husband it wasn't valid because it apparently wasn't what he was used to. Every other time we have come here prior they have given my husband a military discount without even having to ask. You can't be a bud tender and condescending to your customers, it beyond ruined the atmosphere of this place. If you have time come here, make sure it's during the day so you can avoid the asshole budtenders or just head to any of the other shops close to the strip.

I loved the feel of this dispensary as soon a I walked through the door. It's is very spacious and feels like more than just a dispensary. They have clothing for sale from a lot of the cannabis brands they offer. Now to the cannabis...... they have an amazing selection of flower as well as concentrates. Need a pipe or bong? They have that as well. I highly recommend stopping here when in the area.

I docked two stars for being lied to: Upon entering the security informs me the price I see is the price I pay. ("cool" I thought) I asked the budtender if the price posted is the price out the door and he said, "yes." When he asked for my money he added a dollar to the price. I asked why and he said the dollar was for the bag. So much for their mantra. Knock that crap off guys. It's dishonest. Otherwise, great selection and prices.

This place was great! It has a totally different feel from the other stores I have been to. You don't have to stand in a conga line to wait, you are free to walk around and look, and they have a lot of counters to order at. You can also order online and pick up in store, you just check in and go to the online order counter. If you put your phone number in every time you visit, you accumulate points worth a discount. The employees were very friendly and willing to talk. I will be going back. The general location isn't the best, but I felt safe when I went alone. They have security inside and out.

I'd say the most inviting and chill dispensary I've been to. From the movement you walk in the door you are greeted by professional staff. Easy to just walk in without heavy security checkpoints. Just show your ID and start browsing. These guys seriously have everything! Lots of selection on the concentrates and non flower goods. But very impressive flowers as well. Prices are amazing. Tax is included in the price. 10% discount in first purchase and also 10% off in your first online order for store pickup. I scored a half G of some bomb hash oil for only $36 out the door. In comparison all the other shops charge around $50 plus tax. I should have taken advantage of that discount and sticker up. Budtenders were so patient and helpful. Knew their products. A+!

This dispensary is very well merchandised, clean, and professional. I don't consume cannabis but am always on the hunt for bath and body products. I bought a really great CBD hand salve at this one, and the employee helping me was really knowledgable. This dispensary is unique since it's on Indian Reservation land, and has a tasting room attached. Not my style, but they have really cool T-shirts too.

Super disappointing. The weed is horrible for the price. I paid 62 for the best one and was disappointed. I wanted a preroll but I didn't want one in paper because they always run. So I asked for one rolled in hemp wrap or something. She said "i dont know you're gonna have to research each individual brand". Like wtf you don't know your product? You can't take a moment to figure it out? Almost took back my money but decided fuck it

First time at Nuwu Marketplace, but won't be my last! Highly recommend Nuwu to all peoples who want high quality cannabis products at an affordable price. Also, for anyone who believes in supporting the original stewards of what is now known as Las Vegas, this is the place to shop for all cannabis and smoking needs.

This spot had good reviews so we decided to venture on over. We were looking for product that would provide some relief to pain and also give us a little buzz but not complete knock us out, the associate who helped us was wonderful. He had a lot of knowledge on the product and gave us a great deal. I was able to find stuff I really enjoy that doesn't make me anxious but does help take the edge off. The building is very large and organized with something for everyone!

Here is another dispensary. It isn't far fromJerry's Nugget. Nuwu is in kind of a ghetto area but they're open during the day luckily so it's safer. Has a pretty big selection of hash. The prices are kind of high though. It so far is the city's biggest dispensary. It also has a drive thru, the only way you can order at night. The in store experience however is just the best way. Better to be able to look at the stuff up close. Then you can also compare prices. Bring cash. It has an ATM but it's a ripoff with bullshit fees. The drive thru is fucking slow so just go inside for faster service.

This is my go to place in Las Vegas , The last bud tender that attended me both times ,MARIO really knows his stuff!!! He didn't just try to sell me flower (like your typical bud tender).. but rather the experience . Taught me about THC doesn't matter when it comes to buying flower rather the Turpines in it. Something I never knew about! Dude has incredible knowledge about the cannabis industry, and has high contagious energy!!!! I definitely will be coming back just because of him no doubt. Shout out NUWU!

Definitely an experience, but wouldn't come back again. Main reason would be that the main guy there that would check on us after we were seated was making fun of the people I was with for coughing & calling them rookies, probably not the best way to speak to your patients. With that being said, add the fairly small size of the lounge, extreme bright lighting, & lack of selection in flower for VIP table guests, this place is probably a C- at best.

It's an amazing experience, so much needed, it's like being in a cool chill bar but with weed and professional help if you wanna try something new and guidance. The staff also helps you stay in a positive good vibe.

I love this lounge. I'm not a drinker so this is my absolute go to spot. Love that you can buy a dab at the bar while sipping some thc/cbd drink then go relax in a recliner with a preroll and watch whatever game is on TV. The bud tenders are all super friendly, never rush you, really good staff. Overall my favorite place, the prices are good, not free but not crazy overpriced ($5-10 1/2g dabs, $10-20 pre rolls, $5-10 drinks).

It's so lame you can't bring in your own product. They make you buy their crappy overpriced weed if you want to go in and you can't even bring your own glass. This lounge isn't really about the cannabis community, they just want your money lol. $50 for a joint and a seat to smoke? That's crazy!

A man who was addressed as the owner grabbed us a complimentary lemonade, delicious (but not potent) super cool chill small Lounge. They have A "bar" as well like stolls rather than grouped sitting..Would rate 5 for the experience but pricing was  //: better off taking an 8th home. but still a cool experience!!!!
