I would rate this place no stars if I could. I called and asked at 7pm to see what time they close as it's New Years. I was told by an employee they close at 9pm. when I got there from the other side of town the denied me at 8:30pm. They completely lost me as a customer and I won't refer anyone here. Oh and I asked a employee in the parking lot why I was lied to and he said he don't know with a smirky attitude. I will never return or send my family there when the come to visit. NO STARS. DENIED AT DOOR. EMPLOYEE GAVE WRONG INFORMATION. LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER.

Cindy helped with my order, she was very sweet and helpful as I was in excruciating pain from a pinched nerve in my lower back and was unable to walk. She called me to make sure I understood the dosage amount and usage instructions.

This will be the last time I'll ever come here. Always judging people, I've been coming here for almost 2 years and today they ruin everything for me I'm a single dad with 2 kids it's just us here and I always order delivery or curbside pickup and I've never had a problem till today. I ordered curbside pickup had to stop by a ATM to pull the money out every other dispensary takes both cash and debit cards but not this one that's another reason I'm not coming back anymore. So I get there and messaged them I'm outside and the guy who works there tells me he won't give it to me because I have my 2 kids in the back. So any single parents out there good luck to assholes like this.

The customer service here is great. Bud tenders are always concerned with my needs and wants. Mr. Will don't miss man everything he recommends is good. I learned something new every time he tends to me. There's 3 more bud tenders that makes me feel really appreciated and when I get their names ima going to update this review. Ok so I definitely experienced great customer service from the security out front to the check in and then the budtender who helped me. All very nice people. The reason for the low stars is the products I got. One of the 8ths had maybe 8-10 seeds and tasted horrible when smoked - Kobe by camp. Them naming it Kobe is disrespectful to the basketball legend honestly. Also the bio Jesus was super dry. Both products were on special so maybe that's why the prices were discounted but the only thing I really enjoyed was the preroll I got with the 8ths. I would like to come back to give another shot but I am so disappointed in the quality of the discounted items... other dispensaries also offer specials on flower and preroll and they are way better quality for the same price or lower.

Worst dispensary in Vegas!! I called an hour before to make sure they still had what I wanted in stock since their inventory is extremely low and they said they did only have one more and would keep aside with my name on it to pickup after I got off work. After driving 30 mins across town to pick it up I find out that they ended up selling it to someone else!! They don't even deserve one star!!

To be honest it started great and is now on a downward slope for me. The $10 grams are just terrible smelling and taste awful. I am just sad to say this but I miss the days when the $10 you handed someone would get you something worth smoking now a days you are better off going to the strip in LV and buying from someone on the street. The service and security are nice and the only reason I give this review my 2/5 rating not a 1.

Drive an extra mile , I am from California and their menu is bottom barrel. Nothing fancy, check out Jaradin or anywhere else. Couldn't even find a brand they carried that I previously have seen, just a bunch of 3rd party products that are suspicious and not mainstream.

I think prices are very good for what the thc contains or makes u feel high. very good and they have the best deals on thursday w their joints

This has got to be one of the worst dispensaries when it comes to customer service. Budtenders have zero patience and act like the customer is an inconvenience. Extremely rude employees. Don't come to work if you don't want to help people.

Had an issue with an order. Called and Abraham the manager took care of it immediately. The customer service is A1. I have been to literally every dispensary in Vegas. They all give you a hard time for issues you have. Abraham did not. He did right by me and I'm sure the rest of staff will as well. Highly recommend.

I am a medical marijuana customer over the age of 60 and I am not at all impressed with Silver Sage Wellness after a poor customer service experience I had there during June 2019. This evaluation is NOT based on the cannabis products available there for which there are some positive reviews here on Yelp. I'm sure it's possible to find excellent cannabis products available for immediate purchase when you shop at Silver Sage Wellness.My focus is strictly on the level of customer service I received at Silver Sage Wellness. I went in during early June 2019 to buy a specific and very well-known CBD tablet (altusmade.com) with which I previously have had very positive experience using. I was told at Silver Sage Wellness that specific CBD tablet I wanted to buy needed to be ordered. I was assured by a friendly staff member I would be contacted in a few days when Silver Sage Wellness received their shipment.I never heard back from anyone at Silver Sage Wellness in spite of that friendly staff member. I reached out using email because nobody at Silver Sage Wellness got back to me. I never got a response to my email follow-up.I know from first-hand experience with medical marijuana purchases in Las Vegas that there are several other dispensaries locally where one can find the exact CBD tablet from that exact manufacturer.  My plan from now on is to spend my money at those other dispensaries instead of at Silver Sage Wellness.I'm convinced there is something going wrong with how that dispensary is managed or perhaps how the employees are trained (if they are trained at all) and that this has nothing at all to do with an established and well-known CBD tablet manufacturer. My opinion as a local Las Vegas resident who is over age 60 and a medical marijuana customer is simple: Nobody should ever be treated with this kind of flaky disregard by any Las Vegas dispensary.

Ordered online for curbside delivery yesterday and it was ready in only about an hour. Really nice, friendly people and the products I ordered were super well priced. Plus, after researching places to online order from, they have one of the easiest and informative platforms as well as a large selection of products available. Highly recommend Silver Sage! Very disappointed in the service on my last visit here. Despite being in possession of my valid medical marijuana card and the 90 day extension granted by the State of Nevada on drivers licences, I was denied entry simply because I did not carry a paper copy of the state memorandum.  The digital copy provided to me by the DMV would not suffice and the security guards implication that it would be a waste of his time to consult management only served as an additional insult to injury.  I cannot see myself patronizing this establishment in the foreseeable future and will no longer recommend them as a top-tier dispensary to others.

These people are sooooo rude that no matter how good some of the buds they have I'm going to try my super best never to shop here again.  My daughter and I spend so much money there and everyone from the manager to the bud tenders are EXTREMELY RUDE.  Like F that, there's tons of dispensaries in the valley.  Planet 13 always had flame n they deliver!

I can't actually review the place. I just think it's a terrible and abusive business practice to require your cell phone number before being able to view your menu. No thanks, there are plenty of other dispensaries willing to offer me their products without exchanging my personal info

I'm not impressed. I had seen that if it's your first visit you get a free preroll or something, but when I asked they said no. All the others offer some incentive. It's very small, not many choices. Close to home, so I know I'll end up going back, but that would really be the only reason.

You get points to get free stuff but it's not free they want you to pay for weed to get your free weed. Pretty messed up when you save your points for a long time and can't use it when you actually need it.

Low selection and what they do have is not good. And when I asked why when I buy the same cartridge several times at the same exact place, why it comes in a different box every time they got offended and basically told me I'm wrong when in reality I'm there quiet often and get the same thing every time so probably never going back. Don't trust that at all.

So I took my friend for her free with any purchase birthday pre roll & Ray helped us...WOW! Excellent customer service! Very friendly, professional & knowledgeable about his products. He got us in & out quickly. For my 1st time there, it was awesome! You've definitely snagged a regular Ray thank you!!!!

These people go above and beyond with helping customers. Chris warned me of valet batteries being faulty and two weeks later my battery broke. I go in to make my usual purchase and i tell Marke my concerns over my battery possible being broken. He checked it and it was giving me signs it worked. He also taught me how to use my battery, how ever no less then 5 minutes later after leaving the store. My battery still doesn't work. So Chris helps me this time. He remembers selling me my now broken battery. So he gives me a new one and comes outside with me to make sure the new battery works. Chris and Marke are super helpful and silversage is now my forever store because of them. :)

We have been going here since it became legal for edibles and cbd. My husband suffers from severe pain and arthritis. Sent friends here. The hours are good and the prices were good and they give veterans discount and senior discounts. The last couple of times we have been here, it's been extremely disappointing and then yesterday we had the worst customer service. Lately they don't ever have the products that we usually get and they don't have anything comparable. It's very frustrating. I only use the cbd products and they are never have them now or they are so pricey, I can't afford them.The lady yesterday gave my husband such a hard time about his veterans discount on top of not even having what we wanted.This review isn't going to hurt their business because they are busy all the time. They are very conveniently located and they have great hours.I guess I just wanted to vent my frustration. We are looking for a new place closer to us, we just don't want to waste our time going here anymore.

Easy to find across the street from Applebee's. Green and white signage. Usually no wait time. Has a friend lily security staff.  Now for the product.  Have a nice per roll selection. It is the Only location in town I can find Jilly Bean, which happens to be one of my favorite strains.

Silver Sage Wellness is a TOP 5 cannabis shop in the Las Vegas Valley. In my experience with them, I have found some of the best flower I have at the best prices in town. There's very few shops in the valley that have a similar price to quality ratio. I find that they easily have the most fair and rewarding point system. The points add up fast and can be used on a variety of their house branded (Remedy) flowers and concentrate. I find the Remedy grown strains to be decent. OG18 and their DeadHead OG are easily among the standouts although they have good amount of excellent cannabis. The customer service here is amazing as well. Budtenders either really care or do a really good job of acting but I think it's the former rather than the latter. They are all amazing but Jackie is probably the kindest Budtenders in the city. She is warm and inviting and truely one of the coolest Budtenders. I think if you're near W. Charleston and you're looking for a GEM of a shop give silver sage a shot.

Usually I have no problems coming in here getting what I need but the last time I went in just the other day the idiot who was serving me doesn't understand the difference between CBG and CBD.

The bud tenders are extremely knowable and very helpful. I didn't know what I wanted, but only a vague idea. I deal with joint pain and they helped me find the Remedy high CBD topical. I'll update my review with the results once I try it. The only thing this business suffers from is the lack of good parking. They can't help where their store is, but man during the day parking is crazy.

Customer service was terrible. Medical IDS don't mean anything to these people. Probably the worst dispensary in Vegas. Don't waste your time on these people. Just switched over to there own delivery and it's all chaos. Lost a 200 dollar sell.

I love silversage they have great budtenders very knowledgeable they offer products you wouldn't know that are so fantastic. They have a great points matching program. They are following all guidelines. I remember going in there one day was so much pain and I told the lady I have so much pain and I've tried everything and she gave me a product and the pain was gone I'll never forget it

If you are a patient in Las Vegas know you aren't valued at this dispensary unless you got a pussy between your legs and a great rack.......Won't go back to a place that decides to favor beauty over medical priority. I went to pick up an item as a medical patient. One other customer was at the counter so I waited my turn. As I sit and wait a gorgeous girl walks in thru the recreational line and guess who gets passed up. Then after being passed up I get bulls*t excuses and empty apologize yet you still decide to help her and not the medical patient that got there before her. Ive posted this review on weedmaps and it seems to keep being deleted so now I will post it here and any other places. This is for medicinal first how dare you treat patients like this. The one place where patients come first. Youve proven to me you are not about the community and I will no longer be doing business with you.

The gentleman that helped me was knowledgeable, and took time to help me with my questions, his name is William.  This was my 1st time and it is different step up than other dispensary in town.  The parking lot was tough but that was the only negative thing I could say.

Time after time I have given this place chances after relocating to this side of town. Each and every time, at least one pre-roll has been very very under 1G in weight. Always assumed it was a fluke until I've talked to ex employees about how the business is ran, how terrible the cultivators are (Cough Cough Remedy). Everything from the strain, to the customer service. If you ever do plan on wasting time at this facility, do not go during prime hours. They will let a line out the door (literally) sit there because they don't have the proper trainer to move a customer along to help the next one. We are patients, whether Medical or recreational. You shouldn't ever make someone feel out of place when they're coming to medicate with possibly the only thing that helps. Be aware of who and what you work for. And READ reviews before giving places a chance. I've met 2 out of all the employees that actually seemed to care about the product, and most importantly their customers. It truly is a shame to be ripped off by a place that is mediocre to a point of not even recognizing it. Stay lifted everyone, just not from here

This place is stupid. The employees laugh at you when you ask a question like its funny you don't understand. Overpriced, and when you tell them they are high priced they argue. Always drama between employees. I suggest going to reef or the dispensary over this place.

I bought a Stiizy half graham cartridge 91% THC. It tasted rotten and had a real funny taste and had zero effect on me. I felt nothing. I tried to return this item 20 minutes later and the manager would not accept a return. Don't risk spending your hard-earned money on a Vape cartridge that might not work or be defective. Silver Sage wellness will not stand by their product. They will not give you a return or give your money back. Avoid.

Great place. Always a quick in and out. Great selection of products and friendly budtenders. I like to come in and tell them the type of experience I'm looking for and get their recommendations. Right now the live resin 707 headband is one of my favorite and I highly recommend it. Thanks guys, love ya'll

They say they're open till midnight but showed up 8 minutes before and they said closed. It's not gonna take long to buy a preroll. If you're open till midnight you should be open till midnight !!!

I've been frustrated w fluctuating quality since 2013, as soon as I found a strain I like I can never find it again (and if I do, it's never the same).  Just this year I was able to get my hands on a few strains from Remedy and decided I'd never buy any other brand. Of course once I figured that out I could never find Remedy again!  Finally, I was directed to Silver Sage as they are the growers of the Remedy brand!  I've been driving way out of my way, past many other dispensaries, just to get my Remedy from here - and it's so worth it!

Chris is the best thing to happen to this place. Best budtender. I had a big problem here, so I will not be returning. How ever chris is something to be thankful about. :)

Until today I was happy with them. I placed an order on Sunday for Monday 420. Never got what i order. So i called this cindy said ok ok today 4.21.20 at 12 it will be  delivered. It's past 2 and nothing. So i called ive been super nice but I'm done with cindy. I wanted to cancel because i think there jerking me around. I drop dollars here each week like almost 300. So when she was yelling I told myself fuck it and hung up. I get that there busy but don't raise your voice at your client's.

I had a great experience at this business. The staff was polite and courteous. Their prices were reasonable and their product was of good quality. They are a smaller store front, but I have never had to wait to be seen. Thanks a lot you guys!

I like this spot. It's open 24 hours. I mainly get concentrates and I've been satisfied thus far. The bud tenders are usually cordial enough. I don't need folks to smile all in my face or answer a bunch of questions. So we're good.

This is one of the most horrendous places I've been to, concerning customer service.  First, their website wasn't working correctly.  I couldn't order what I wanted.  They instructed me to order something else and just put in the special notes what I really wanted.  When I did that, I called them.  The person who put me on hold left the phone open so I could hear what was being said.  I had asked about the vet discount.  I heard an employee saying "get that guy out of here".  I asked to speak to a manager, when I did he explained that I wouldn't get the vet discount the first time because they had to add it to their files.  I had already sent them a picture of my I.D. that says veteran on it.  When I explained that I didn't understand why the procedure was Like that he said "well I can cancel the order".  I said that's fine.  I have never ran into place that has such horrible customer service!

I have been in the industry over ten years in multiple states and Silver Sage is hands down my favorite spot.  Their house flower (Remedy) is amazing.  Sam and Jack are the best bud-tenders!

Poor quality of pot. Bought the bio diesel and it's premature in my opinion. If you smoke once or twice a year you might think it's good. It was definitely different then what's in the jar you view. Different smell for sure. Poor taste when you smoke it. Steer Clear of the bio diesel.

I ordered delivery last week. When I placed the order online, there was a deal for 2gs for $70. The stupid website didn't calculate the deal. I wasn't worried because they usually called to confirm the order and pricing. NO CALL at all. It took almost 7 hours to receive my order AND the pricing was WAY more than I expected. I went over the receipt with the driver and he said he would have management call me. AGAIN NO CALL. I called a couple days ago and the manager I spoke to was less than accommodating. He kept calling me "Boss Lady" after I told him to address me BY MY NAME. He then hung up on me because I assume he was upset that I didn't like his unprofessional behavior when addressing me. I called right back and the agent on the phone said I would get a call back from a different manager. I used to love this place and was willing to work with them but the response has been appalling. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!

This review is for the Gorilla Glue #4 ...  Smell: Very loud, even through the sealed bag it stunk up the car... 5 stars for smell!!!!  Taste: in a sparkling clean bong I didn't get much more than a sour taste, similar to an OG flavor minus the fuel... 4 stars for flavor!!!!  Effects: Great anytime smoke, I ended the work day with a bong hit and it made the day melt away.. I noticed it really helped out with my appetite, as I crushed some cheese fries before having a steak dinner...  4 stars for effects!!!!!  Looks: This is some frosty marijuana, great green color and bud size... Overall for looks I'd give it 4 stars....   My overall impression is great, for $30 an eighth not sure how anyone could complain?Out of 5 stars I give Gorilla Glue #4

Great selection and fair prices, and i noticed people complained about the service and pricing...well if you come in and ask a trillion questions about the BRONZE shelf and purchase 1 gram I dont blame em simple business you spend more you get taken care of‍...anyways i get treated like family in there which is why i love it...GO IN THERE BUY TOP SHELF STUFF AND TIP TIP TIP!!! These guys had the best deals on concentrate.  I use to drive 19 miles every Tuesday to get the Tuesday Sale. Remedy Rocks! I will miss them and all the Great employees.  Sadly they quit having the Sale on Remedy Concentrate Sauce. No need to drive 19 miles when I can pay the same price anywhere.

Silver Sage was my go to as of 4 years ago. I had to get a new rec and when I went back to Silver Sage I was told they don't deal with Canna Docs so I had to find another disp to go to. I found myself at Essence on Trop after reading reviews and checking out the prices. I have been going to Essence for two years until Recreational became legal. It was no longer about their medical card holders it was about the owner getting over on customers. I called Silver Sage with my concerns. I was told they will pay my taxes on medical cannabis. And reassured me they were about the medical patient. I felt so assured I took a trip. Walked in and had a separate line for medical patience, straight to the window. I checked in was walked into the medical patient area and I was next. I met this beautiful soul named Kree. What a connection we had as she understood my medical issues. She understood so well because her parents suffer the same illness I do. I chose the Fire OG. Great recommendation. It has made me feel so much better. Thank you for everything.

First dispensary I've been to here in Vegas! Bud tenders were all very knowledgeable and friendly. I walked out with the vape pen which was awesome discrete and well priced! I will definitely be back for sure. Thanks Silver sage for a great experience see you soon!

This used to be a good local store for the west side of the valley. Once  recreational sales started they lost the need to carry quality products and quit giving medical patients a good product and price competitiveness. Last time I visited they took the veterans discount away and started charging every customer recreational pricing, no benefit to medical patients here. Time to move on!

I have been a customer here for about a year and I have always had good service and good product here. Staff is friendly and informed. My products are offered one day a week at a 25% discount. That works for me. Sindy, Moses, Carla, Demon - very personable and helpful. I've been around the valley and this is my clearly favorite dispensary.

So I used to go here all the time. Prices arent..  terrible. Customer service is great, besides the day I was told I get 2 free grams and they actually charged me for it. Instead of me paying about 90-95 for my two 8ths, I ended up paying like $125. I love the remedy brand. They had always had decent hours, now they're 24/7.  Location will probably bring me back again.

I have enjoyed my experience with the staff.  Everyone is helpful and nice.  The Drs. are gentle and informative.  Altogether a good experience.

I give up on this place, not saying the employees  there are bad because everyone I've encountered in there is pretty cool but idk if that place is just badly managed or what every time I go in there I wait too long it's never quick and they have messed up systems failures regularly, I would go there because it's close to the house but I'd much rather take the longer drive to somewhere else, unfortunate

I Purchased a package of Palms pre-rolled... once I got home I opened the package and it was completely empty...$40 for nothing. I have been on the phone with rude floor staff and a general manager named Tyler(trying to get an answer over the last four days).. I didn't want to make an hour round-trip to get a refund for the product that was empty.. Tyler refused to Venmo or PayPal me and offered me a "free pre-roll" if I came back to the store. Seems like a real joke and they don't take anything seriously. I know if I walked in his store and put this in my pocket they would surely prosecute me. Yet when somebody buys something from them that has been regulated and taxed to the gills they just have excuses??  Stay away from the shop they are fraudulent. ZERO STARS

Beware Weedmaps sponsored deals for this dispensary, they apparently don't pay Weedmaps to advertise deals for them so if you don't receive either and email or text directly from the dispensary itself, they will not honor it. Apparently I was the victim of some sort of glitch that Weedmaps had with posting a sale that silver sage was apparently NOT running. When I brought in the coupon, they verified its legitimacy and told me that its not the special they're running that day. Never mind the fact that the coupon was dated that day. (It's legit, but we're not gonna honor it) As opposed to taking ownership of an issue with communication between merchant and marketing, I was advised to take it up with Weedmaps myself. My compensation for the inconvenience was to be offered $10 off (to match the price) something completely unrelated to what I had come in for (the deal that they ACTUALLY had in store that day). I might not be back.

This is easily my favorite Vegas dispensary. It's super clean.It's always a quick check in process.The staff has always been absolutely courteous, professional friendly and knowledgeable around me.They have awesome daily specials, sent through friendly daily texts that I chose to sign up for.They treat me like a friend when I come in.The Budtender always listens to my particular questions, health issues and whatnot, and then gives me his best advice on products they carry that might fit my needs. ( Always dead-on, too)They have never once been out of anything I've needed.They host occasional informational days where they bring in vendors with new products, with free food and samples.Best prices I've found (did I tell you that yet?)If I ever have questions about something , the budtenders usually always know the answer, but (here's the cool thing) they typically go zerox a couple applicable pages for me to take home and read later, to continue my buducation.Overall, I think this is a wonderful dispensary, but it is especially great for beginners.Sharing the love.

The best shop in town for medical patients! They have the best flower for the best price. I can regularly go in and expect $240 ounces that test at near 30% THC. (which is the potency I need for my medical issues)Other shops, like Medizin, used to have ounces at $176 but they have since decided to take a shit on patients and rose their prices to $400 an ounce.COME GIVE THEM THE BUSINESS THEY DESERVE!!

Morgan took such good care of me that Silver Sage dispensary is my new dispensary. The service is fantastic the prices are right and it's a mom and pop instead of those great big things that are a couple of acres big that don't care about you and the charge like 15 to 20% more that's why Silver Sage has become my go-to dispensary I'll drive cast many dispensaries that are closer to go there if I have to take public transportation.

We asked for the strongest "put me on my ass" flower they had....we are so disappointed with our purchase. This biojesus is a joke so was the other stuff we got. Won't be back.

I have been all over Vegas and this is my choice as the best dispensary in Las Vegas. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come here. The customer service is great I have had the pleasure of dealing with William there today, and will coutinue coming back.

This review took a jump up! They stepped up to the plate on failed product. I had purchased a expired item. They replaced it no problems and I saw them pulling that product immediately. Great customer service folks! I will be back you gained a loyal customer.

Been going to pot stores i cali....Now in las vegas.I went to silver sage.They offer 5 indica strains..Four were unavailableThey also had hy bread...great selection but not available Bud tender was hopeless.On speaking on the phone to cindyShe assured me they had MULTIPLE Indica for sale.not true.Bait and switch ..bought 1 oz of two strains. 13.5..grams total weight..should be 14 grams2nd half also 1/2 gram short.Wont shop there again....

Shopping experience wasn't amazing.. All the products and on the wall behind the counter so you cannot window shop at all, me personally I like to be able to go in and look in a jewelry case to see the different types of strains and the information about them... Not have to trouble someone wanting to look at only the strains they recommend which by the way THANKS FOR RECOMMENDING CRAP FLOWER!! I am ashamed to say I got the flower I did from a dispensary.The girl said "I highly recommend this strain I personally love this flower" BULL The live resin wax I got was amazing, but it was the ONLY decently priced wax they had. I think this place meds to seriously concise making it easier for people to shop, any person is going to want to SEE in eyes view what they might want to purchase.

You know when you have "high" expectations for a dispensary? Well this place has it ALL!! It's not a corporate shop and every employee is dedicated to making your wellness experience worthy of returning. Special thanks to Morgan and the security guards keeping everyone walking through those sorts safe! I'm proud to be a rewards member and although sometimes there may be a line it usually passes within 3-10 minutes. Not that bad honestly! The rewards set up is very simple and easy to follow so you can keep up with your purchases and rewards points. Almost every 2-3 visits I have rewards points for free products and I couldn't be more grateful for the experience! Thank you really to everyone that works there, you guys are such an awesome staff. Why the FUCK does it say 24 hours???  just Ubered all the way from the strip to get some bud and the shit was closed at midnight! All the people that work there somebody fucking update this schedule! I literally want to go across the street to Walmart and get a carton of eggs to egg this store front for wasting my time! someone needs to spend time washing raw dried eggs off the windows! If you make a product stand by it. If it stops working you should still stand by your product. I've Spent a lot of money here, so disappointing that a $40 product was that important to you. Won't be back after this..

this place was really nice!! I do not smoke or partake in the herb where I live due to being illegal but when in Rome.....I wanted something inconspicuous since I was staying at a hotel. I got a white chocolate strawberry candy bar edible. YUM! The employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. It was really a wonderful experience!! Visit was 9-18-17

I have had excellent experiences with a few other dispensaries.But when Silver Sage opened very close to my home, I decided to give it a try. So far, 6-7 visits, I am very pleased. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. The staff are knowledgeable,friendly  and helpful. Prices are very competitive and product is good quality.  Only complaint is that horrible parking lot!

The prices are outrageous. The only reason I stopped here was because it was close to my house. Also they charge if you don't bring back your compliance bag after the first time. They disguise this charge as a discount. The pre-roll I got was just ok. I would rather drive a little farther to get better prices and pre-rolls.

I had a good welcoming experience the security guard was even cool and we got great service by Woman named Jessica really explained the product well. Got two pre rolls for 20 bucks flat NO tax and I LOVE my pre rolls!! Thanks Jess

As a recreational visitor, I felt this place was way overpriced.  I recently obtained my medical card and decided to give them another try and found out how compassionate they truly are.  They offer high quality herb at great prices for medical patients and I will visit again for sure.

They FUCKING SUCK!!!!! What I don't like is their customer service  !!!!!!! You walk in & it's a million and 1 EMPLOYEES IN THE BACK talking to each other and treating their CUSTOMERS like THEY DONT MATTER @ ALL   , YOU DON'T GET A WELCOMING VIBE FROM THIS PLACE AND AT THIS POINT ITS NOT EVEN ABOUT THE WEED , it's about how you treat your customers , DEFINITELY THE WORST DISPENSARY I HAVE BEEN TO IN THE LV AREA !! I had walked in bc it was convenient and by the house  , I was next in line when I went up there to grab a menu to see what they had as I said earlier a million and 1 people in the back 3 customers in the whole entire place , so I'm looking at the menu waiting on a bud tender to walk up and explain the dumb ass menu they had , not 1 walks up  , i finally ask someone what are the prices on the menu because they didn't have no prices listed the dude tells me to wait in line just so he could call me right back up there fucking prick , so I go back up there and ask him what's the prices on  your menu , I was going to buy a qtr ended up leaving with a gram when everything I pointed out and wanted THEY WERE OUT OF   Idk I felt like  he should of let me know that from the gate,  he knew immediately everything they were out of!!  but that plays into their TERRIBLE cust service and the reason I won't be back !!!!

Benjamin welcomed us with open arms and excellent service! Area is clean and well organized.... Been here a few times, and will definitely be back.

Brought my friend here to get his $1 1/8 deal and for starters there was no one to check me in when I first came in and then it proceeded to get worse from here. I wanted to get the bio Jesus as my $1 eight because it's def there best strain there but because they only had individual grams they wouldn't make any kind of deal with me to make it work out. I feel like this is not how you treat a first time customer that was referred by someone who happened to enjoy this s**t hole of a dispensary. Then when I talked to a manager, which I'm really not the person to do, he was extremely disrespectful to me and told me to I'm quote "take my business elsewhere." As a medical patient I'm never going back. I never thought I'd be the type person to write a bad review or even talk to a manager, but my experience as a patient needing his medication was atrocious. The head cheese sucks too don't be fooled.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I used to frequent this shop and really like their ounce specials. My last visit was disappointing and I'm not sure if I will return to SSW. Today I drove across town to to this shop because of their online ounce special. Upon arrival, I wait for about 5 minutes in the waiting room. Which isn't really a big deal because I assumed other patients were being helped. While waiting, I overheard some interesting conversations from the clerks at the front counter. Two of the clerks were using FaceTime with a female and they discussing "people from Africa are rich, I have a friend from there and she's rich" once the FaceTime session was over, one of the clerks who was facetiming comes to greet me and let me back. I get it that this is a medical marijuana dispensary but I expect a shred of professionalism from the staff. Once I go in the back it's completely empty, not a single other patient. Earlier in the day, I ordered an ounce online for $150.I was told by the budtender they no longer have that strain, and it wasn't even really on sale. I expressed my confusion based on their website sswlv.com currently advertising it for $150. I was informed by the budtender the website is inaccurate and is a third party website that SSW doesn't control? I find that weird because their emails have links to their website also. I guess emails are from third party as well? Anyhow, the budtender was not apologetic about the miscommunication on their website whatsoever so I ended up leaving empty handed and went elsewhere. This whole experience was very frustrating and not what I expected.

I am so impressed by this dispensary. They are the real deal! I was so relieved when I came in The first time. They made me feel comfortable and welcome. The medicine that I got was terrific, And they have pretty good prices. I'm so grateful they are close to my home. They are my dispensary of choice!

This is my favorite dispensary.  Everyone (almost) is so nice, very knowledgeable, great bud, decent prices and an awesome rewards system.  It's been my go to place for 3 years and I have always had a great experience there.So why 3 stars and not 5?  One name - Chelly, the budtender.  I went in today and had a very unpleasant experience - the first and only time that has ever happened there.  I wanted to buy 6 of the $10 prerolls and I had 2 coming for free from the awards program.  She went to get my product, and came back and said "We are out of the Blue Dream, so I'm going to give you 3 of the Key Lime Pie instead, cool?"  I said sure.  She rang me up and my order was $6 higher than it should have been.  I inquired why and she explained that the Key Lime Pie was $12, not $10.  I said, "Oh...but I wanted the $10 prerolls." She said, "I told you we didn't have any more."  I said, "I know, but I didn't realize the ones you substituted were the $12 ones."  She got VERY defensive and said "You should have said something earlier."  I replied that I didn't know until she rang it up.  She cut me off, threw her hands in the air, and said very rudely and with a ton of attitude, "It's rang up now, I can't change it, you should have said something earlier.  It's done." Surprised at her sudden hostility, I asked to please speak with a manager, who came over and was very nice.  He replaced the $12 prerolls with another strain and gave me a $7 credit on my account.  I thanked him and we left.A few things - one, she never asked me if I wanted to switch the $10 prerolls with $12 prerolls since they were out of the $10 ones.  Had she done that, I would have declined and just gotten the 5 that they did have.  She just automatically did it.  She did tell me she was doing that - she told me, she didn't ask me - but she never told me they were more money.  Her response that she had told me before she rang them up that she was substituting another strain and that I should have said something then would be valid - had she informed me that there was price difference and ASKED me if I wanted to do that.  You don't substitute a cheaper item with a more expensive one without informing the customer that it costs more.  I know it's only $6, but I wasn't comfortable just not saying anything to avoid making a scene - I was surprised there even WAS a scene, all she had to do was calmy say, "I can't change anything after it's rang up, let me get you my manager."  Had she done that, I would have just explained to the manager that we had a miscommunication and asked if he could do anything, and left it at that.  I wouldn't have complained about her. Second, I was NOT a bitch to her nor did I speak to her with disrespect.  I've worked in sales and in the service industry for 20 years, believe me, I know how obnoxious and rude and demanding some customers can be.  I get it.  But this wasn't one of those moments. I'm not a Karen.  Finally, you just don't speak to people like that.  She was instantly defensive and argumentative and completely unwilling to listen to what I was saying.  She spoke to me like I had been the one in the wrong and was inconveniencing her by bringing the mistake to her attention. She was basically like, "It is what it is, I can't do anything now, it's already rung up, you should have said something sooner, bye."  Raised voice, hands on hips, the whole thing. The whole time I talked to the manager she stood there looking pissed off with her arms crossed. Very professional . Girl is a WHOLE mood.  If she had been my first experience at Silver Sage Wellness, it would have also been my last.  She doesn't represent you well.Other than that, y'all rock!

There is always a welcoming vibe here, from when you walk in the door until you leave, the staff is great. It's not a huge dispensary but they have really good specials & lots of strains to choose from. Very locals friendly, we will definitely be back.

1. I was saving up points for my rewards and find out that they have been reset from 200 back to 0 because of new management. What does that have to do with me? 2. I called to speak to a manager and and employee hung up on my face3. I called again and they put me on hold for 40 min 4. I was told to wait 10 min for a call from the manager and I had to call back myself 1 hour later because no one called back.5. I once tipped 5$ and got no Thank you just a blank stare. Where's the manners?Hands down one of the worst service and unprofessional dispensaries in Vegas

With SO MANY places to go, avoid this place like the HIV. The owner is a greedy ass liar and their inventory is utter rubbish. Crappy vapes, DRY flower and no good tinctures, CBD items. I went here because it's literally around the corner but I'll NEVER spend another dollar in there again. Their selection is so shitty, most of their brands are 3rd/4th/5th party stuff because it's absolute garbage.They always have some gung-ho security who think they're Metro SWAT and just get aggressive for no reason! This is literally the only spot out of the 50+ stores I've visited where the security always acts like you're entering Fort Knox and not some shitty hole in the wall. Seriously why are ALL of their security guards such miserable pricks with a power trip?? You can thank them mostly for my refusal to EEVVVVEERRR come back. I don't care if yall were throwing free prerolls out the front door, they'd all be trash anyways. I HIGHLY recommend ANY place, The Source, The Apothecarium, Nu Wu, Planet 13, Euphoria are all excellent alternatives with better prices, inventory and actual bud tenders who want to be there and don't treat you like an inconvenience. I've spent so much money here I wish I never did just because I know what kind of shitty business I was "supporting." Also their rewards system is a joke because if you don't spend atleast as much on product they'll tell you they're out of reward picks. I sent my girl in to get a bunch of stuff and magically they had the EXACT reward that they told me they didn't have in stock just a few minutes ago!! So if you have a free 1/8 but only buy a pre roll they say they're "out of the reward brand" because they want your MONEY!! Worst dispensary in Vegas, legit. I'm honestly glad to see how slow the place has gotten compared to when it opened. I think people finally realized their selection is overpriced trash and a prerequisite to work there in any capacity is you must be a miserable cunt.

To start with, this place hit me wrong right off the bat!! The message that you have to listen to when you call is the most annoying thing that you should never have to hear!! To make matters worse,  the message maker works the phone after hearing the voice message from the recording....uggh!!Okay, to be honest, I am going to thumbs up the place for the product quality. They do have that established .

Used to be a great selection and great prices! Unfortunately, I've been having issues with getting points for the last 2 months which honestly sucks, and lately when I weigh, ( only verano), it never matches what I buy. Always less, as if the weight includes the jar or bag. Why buy 3.5 at $55 when it's always around .3 or .5 less, and the 1.0g prerolls are usually only .7 . As great as the service here is, it's not worth shorted or dried out (already opened) product and the only reason I kept going ( points) no longer does enough to keep me as a consumer. Especially when there are so many other places to go. Sadly, this place is no longer "different" then the rest. Still 3 stars because the people are awesome.

There was a line but it moved very quickly. Starting with the security guard until I finished my transaction with the budtender It was an awesome experience. I forgot to ask the gentleman's name who took care of me but he was extremely helpful.

Little dispensary with a good selection. One of the only places in town where they know my name without checking the computer first. They have handled the pandemic well and do a good job looking after the safety of their customers.
