I'm a sixty eight Cancer survivor that has found that cannabis helps with my side effects. I went to Shango and found that these are the highest prices in Las Vegas with no discount for seniors or medical card patients. Sad. I will not be back!
I was just racially profiled by both woman and male security guards. It's cold. It's covid. Of course I have a hood on but before this time I've come into Shango with a hood and was asked to moved it back slightly which is understandable. This time I come in it's moved back slightly and this time my hood is asked to be removed completely. At that very moment a white male with a hat and long hair walked by looking more suspicious than me! There was an awkward moment for sure. I didn't say anything. So I proceed inside and it's even more chilly in the back. I figured if I just cover my ears with the hood, it'll be fine. Nope the female security guard tells me to take the 25% of hood I had on, off. I laughed because at this point I knew it was a racial thing. She explanation was "we need to identify you when you make it's time to check out" I WAS IN THE BACK OF THE LINE WITH MY FACE COMPLETELY SHOWING AND THE BACK OF MY HEAD COVERED. While fair skinned people walk around with whole hats on. My identity wasn't distorted because I had on a hood. It was distorted because I was black
This has always been my go to dispensary, but when you work in the industry... Cultivation & Production to be exact sometimes your work place doesn't allow you to leave the premises with your agent card. Even with proof of employment they wouldn't honor an industry discount. I made sure to explain the situation and the guy who helped me was very polite, but I also made sure to let them know it's not fair to those of us who work our asses off in the cannabis industry to supply your dispensary with product. Disappointed. Way to go Shango
Quarantine SUCKS. Offering delivery during quarantine is amazing, taking advantage of those who need MJ during this time by tacking on delivery fees plus stabbing us with a $75 minimum, which is higher than other dispensaries...no thank you Ma'am. Other dispensaries are helping folks out with actual deals and no delivery fees. Minimums, I understand. Pick one or the other, you don't need to screw both holes.This is why people stick to dealers. Shango is one of like two dispensaries East of the 95 and they take advantage of it by keeping prices up there, they should take advantage of the fact by lowering prices and getting more peeps in the door(when said door is allowed to be open). They do have $10 grams from 6-9am which causes some crowding, I have yet to buy any.
Shango is amazing because of their employees like ROBERTO (east coast accent) . It Is what really sets them apart from other dispensaries. I usually don't review places but I had to shout him out for his inviting and warm personality. I am not very knowledgeable about marijuana but he was extremely thorough and explained things clearly to me. He had awesome customer service skills. I left knowing I would be a repeat customer because of him. Thank you Roberto and the rest of the Shango team! Thank you for serving the public and hope everyone stays healthy!
What ever happened to basic nice customer service? This place lacks it entirely. No thank you, never going back. I'd rather driver across town to NuWu and support their business.
Eli was super helpful and knowledgeable of all products within the store. He took the time to elaborate how to utilize rigs and different types of concentrates and accessories. He even lowered the volume of the radio a tad so we could hear him better with the socially distancing and masks! Definitely a great help and experience, as always!
If I could give this place negative stars I would. Okay first off, they don't even notify you when your order is ready. when you get there for curbside pick up And call in they just answer and immediately place your on hold! They did that two me not once, not twice but 3 times. when I tell you don't waste your time with this place, it's the bitter truth. So rude and unprofessional, never again.
Finally found a dispensary in Vegas worth going too. EVERYONE . . Security, check in, budtenders, cashier (THANK YOU ELIHAH ) ya everyone super nice vibin friendly people. Daily specials and deals! The variety and quality..Omg they carry the real Dr Zodiac Moonrocks! Even sweeter. Love the flower I purchased and that $1 preroll..divine!Thank you Shango for the best 1st time experience. .my search is over..you are my go too
Whoever was working the front desk at 7:30 AM today (Wednesday the 19th) was EXTREMELY RUDE! No one was inside so I went to the counter. He said (with attitude) "You need to wait I'm working with someone else." No welcome, good morning, please hang on, etc. He took something outside for curbside then came back in. I though he was done and he said "come on up man" so I did. Then, with attitude once again, says "I said Ma'am" referring to a lady that was using the ATM when I arrived. Horrible customer service and attitude. I will never shop at Shango again because of him, plenty of other dispensaries to choose from. Just thought you'd like to know when an employee costs you a customer.
Went in to buy weed and a pipe. Bought an once and what looked like a mettle pipe next to a sign that said "Metallic pipe" even at the register the lady asked "oh that's cool what is this ceramic?" I said "No... well I don't know the sign says mettle pipe?" she replied " Oh no... if the sign says mettle it's mettle" I go home not even two weeks later it breaks I take it in and I try to enplane to them "hey this is not mettle?". long story short they said oh well the sign said "Metallic" so your SOL I went in and bought what looked like a mettle pipe next to sign that said metallic pipe and got burned... idk about you but I don't typically take a thesaurus with me when I got shopping. I but hundreds of dollars worth of product a month sadly none of it will be with Shango anymore.
We are first time customers and wow what an easy & great experience. The lady on the phone (wish I could remember her name) was so helpful and funny. They have the gummies my wife loves (wyld brand). We went with delivery as it was going to be easier for us. The driver sent us multiple texts messages informing us he was on his way (Jim was his name) and then some saying how far and long till he arrived. When he got here Jim was so nice and helpful. He let us know about Sunday's special of 10 prerolls for $60 (any strain). We will for sure be repeat customers. It was so easy and helpful to get rid of my wife's pain. So thanks you to each person at Shango that took care of our order.
Called, ask if two different strains were in stock. The employee put me on hold to "check". Twenty minutes later still no response. I hung up and called again and luckily got the same guy. I reminded him of my request which he said he didn't have. A bit frustrated I reminded him that he had put me on hold for twenty minutes and not followed through. His unique response was "Well, I am telling you now!". My response "Wow, what great customer service!"
Imagine charging $57 before tax, with weed that is 12% thc. That's $70 an 8th for poo poo.
So. I've been coming here for a little over a year. I do curbside and I have never had an issue. A little over a week ago I was picking up an order and my total was 104 and some change. I handed dude my money 114. I said no change. He said want me to use your points. Sure. He came back out. Handed me my order with no change no new total. Ok. I figured I didn't have any points so the total didn't change. I got home. Looked at my receipt and the total was 63 and change. So this guy pockets over 50 dollars. I called immediately and was told they will look into it and I'll get my money. It's now been over a week and I received one call stating they are looking at the tapes. I've called at least 6 times. Why in gods green would I tip this guy 50 dollars??? How do I not have my money? Are they just appeasing me until I give up? I'm not trying to get anything but my money back. Like they don't have record of the original order? So ya. Make sure you know what your total and shit is. I'll never come here again. I'd have lost my job if I jacked someone for a dollar. Let alone 50. I'm sure no one will read this.
I've been shopping here since I moved to Nevada six months ago. Been going nice but last trip bought 20 pre-rolls. Shango Sangiovese. Terrible smoke wouldn't stay lit kept going out. Wouldn't draw. First problem I've had in six months but again I bought 20. I'm looking into a different dispensary.
They took my order and made me wait for 15 hours delaying me 4 times when I call and ask about the time it arrives.The 5th and last call I made regarding the order they tell me there is no order in my name and put me on hold then hang the phone on me on closing time!
This place use to be ok, when they first opened ( before much competition). Now this place is extremely over priced, specials are nonsense, and not a great selection. I always pay AT LEAST 25% more here than my usual spot. Check out the dispensary on Stephanie, Great prices and good product... Do better for the locals Shango....
My first visit was last weekend. My bud tender was super helpful in finding me something for my knee pain. She was very accommodating. There was no line. Easy in and out. Very nice experience. Everything in the store is organized well, so you can find what you need. I think I just found my new dispensary!
Can't say enough about this place! Diana and Ron's customer service is perfect every time. Their knowledge on medical tree is amazing! Thank you guys. Thank you shango for keeping me lifted!
The prices they have on the website are gonna be astronomically higher when you actually go in the store. Surged up prices for the same weed everyone in Vegas has
"Shango" or "Chango" is the name of THE African god. With food offerings and cigars, your shop should be fully open. If you know the origins, of this name, than you also know the power it holds. is your business model based on your beliefs in "Shango"? I hope my meds are not blessed to this god? Because that would explain the prices. Your staff provided my patients with excellent service. Pricing, comfort and kindness are important aspects we look for in a medical shop. Please consider opening up to the state level for businesses in Nevada. I want to be able to smell the products I buy. I didn't see any seating for the medical patients to sit instead of standing while they wait. This may be a private business but no business succeed without the public's commitment. Make it happen!!
They have some good flower here and a great selection of CBD products but the experience of coming in here isn't pleasant. None of the employees here are friendly, they talk to you like you are an idiot and herd you in a line like a crappy dispensary. (You can't even read your phone while waiting in line) You can't look at the products on display until you have a budtender looking over your shoulder. Basically an uncomfortable high-pressure situation. They charge two dollars for exit bags. I hate when dispensaries have their system set up like this. I've been smoking cannabis for 20 years. Let me pick out my bud at my own pace and don't talk down to me when I'm trying to patronize your establishment. I live practically next-door and I'm never coming back. Place fucking sucks.
Placed an order for delivery at 8pm. Only 3 hours after looking out of my window every five minutes for my delivery I received a phone call saying my order was cancelled because when my address to my brand new house was googled it only showed a field. So basically i had to wait until no other dispensary's were available to deliver to find out I would not be able to receive my medication. The woman I spoke with was rude, offered me no reassurance just a big fat oops. There was no attempt to call me, no text messages nothing. All communication stopped after receiving a text saying, "your order is packed and ready and will be on the way shortly" at 9pm. The woman I spoke with said that she had other business to handle and can no longer help me. In the middle of me obviously asking for her name she intentionally disconnected our call. When I called back there was no answer, so I called a few more times. Nothing. Now I'm certain this is a game of, oh no, we fucked up, don't answer! About ten minutes later someone different finally picks up having no idea why the phone was ringing off of the hook and no idea who I was even speaking to previously. When she asked if anyone was just on a phone call I heard about three quick no's in the background followed by laughter. HOW DISGUSTINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL. All you had to do was apologize and admit you were wrong. What a bad representation of this company and how extremely embarrassing. Get rid of these employees! They make your name look like shit
UPDATE: I get a text requesting my gate code for delivery...thought they were out and "Matthew" cancels my order and hung upon me. FU Shango! You lost my business and by the reviews I've read many many more.Done with Shango. Always some sort of drama or problem with every order. Forgot to provide Military veteran Discount on delivery (twice), Conveniently out of advertised products (twice) although advertised and available to order.Today was the last straw. Got a call to tell me they Are out of the $160 ounce...I asked for a replacement. "We don't replace these products. ". Was told only option was to cancel order...fine...but why call me to tell me 3 hours after my order? The manager told me "just get online and place a new order"...told him I would be getting my product elsewhere...no goodbye...not even an ok...just hung up on me. I take that as a big FU! So here's my big FU back...I'll just change dispensaries
Shango is the greatest dispensary in Vegas. The staff is really sharp. Especially Toni, she really knows her stuff. Totally ask for Toni to be your bud tender. Told her what I wanted, she knew right what to get. Only place I will ever go for all my cannabis needs.
Awesome spot got low prices but still quality bud. Cindi the bud tender is absolutely fantastic!!! So sweet and informative.
My mom and I went for some edibles. Trisha helped us from the getgo and had lots of wonderful suggestions. We got some really delicious chocolates like Valhalla and Vida. Cindy at the register took the icing for the cake. She gave us prerolls for a penny each. Can't wait to try everything. Cannot recommend this place enough!
I use to like this place but every time I place an order online they take forever to confirm, today it took 24 minutes. Not to mention the stupid attitude the cashiers have as soon as you pick up your order. It's obvious that they hate their job so I don't recommend this place unless you want to be disappointed.
This was my first time in a dispensary and I must say Brian and Toni took great care of me and all my needs!!!!
One star is the lowest I can give, otherwise there would be none or negative. To begin I went in there to get my gummy's I had family coming in town and I thought it would be nice to get them some flower as well. So when I asked my budtender for deals, she told me the eighths were on sale for $44.00 I said ok, I would take two. When I got home my guest said thank you but I got screwed. She should have offered me a half for $95. But instead decided to give me two individual eighths for $88. Looking at the price difference the budtender should've let us know that that would've been a much better deal. When I got home and realized that, I had called back the store to ask for them to honor their prices because their budtender didn't do her job. When we specifically asked her for help. When we called back the store they told us the best they could do was 15% off the next purchase which is unacceptable. Tax is 20%. We buy from here quite often and after this experience we won't ever be back. This is horrible service. For all our bud needs we will now be heading to the reef! And I wouldn't recommend Shango to anyone! Head to the Reef! Not all the budtenders at Shango are bad there's only one really good one Jason. And this whole experience wouldn't have happened if he was working. Because he does his job and actually helps customers. In conclusion, if you're thinking about shopping at Shango DONT DO IT! HEAD TO THE REEF!
ALL NEURO CBD PRODUCTS AT SHANGO ARE TAINTED Just came in here and purchased two 1000 ml Neuro xpf CBD drops for close to 200$. The first bottle has yellow dried out resin all over the dropper. It's disgusting looking, tasting, and have no idea if the product still even works. I tried it but the taste was so awful I couldn't use my usual dosage. I've been using this product for years and the dropper is always clear. I thought a legitimate dispensary in Nevada would have no problem exchanging this. Especially since this is medicine with no thc. Management was as unhelpful as could be. He said he didn't see anything wrong with the resonated dropper that was obviously tainted, because he didn't know the product that well. These bottles are 100$ a price pre tax. The manager of your store not knowing what it should look like is a serious issue that I can't believe no one at a multi million dollar corporation has looked at. You are supposed to be the expert and be able to help, instead you're uninformed and told me that all of your bottles will probably look the same since it's the same batch. You basically just told a customer that all of your 100$ cbd tinctures are tainted. How do you sell a product and tell a customer that you don't know what it's supposed to look like? I'm in sales and and once the sale is over, problems will always arise with any product and any company. It's how the company handles those problems that determines whether or not the customer, and other customers should trust them.I've lived in Vegas for ten years and there are only two types of companies here. Those that you can trust to sell a product that you'd expect, and those that you can't because they're basically "tourist traps". Shango is no longer a company I trust. Selling tainted CBD only products and telling patients "tough luck" is insane. ***Just got a call saying the manager called someone and they told him the crusty yellow stuff on the "supposed to be clear" dropper, was vegetable glycerin and it's perfectly fine for me to ingest. I've been using this product for over a year because it's one of the only water soluble cbds where you can just put 5 drops in water and it relieves pain instantly. I've used dozens of cbd products and all of them were so so. This one is the medication that I need because it works well and works instantly. I drive all over Vegas for this one product. Telling me that " it's normal" " it happens to a lot of people", is a sales execution. You tell the customer other people have the same problem, and they don't feel alone and it's supposed to isolate the problem and then dissolve it.I'm fine losing 200$. It's Vegas, I'll get it back. But I'm not fine with dispensaries selling tainted cbd products that are from November of last year, and not offering anything to the customers who show them there's a problem. Also, how are you employing managers in charge of medication, who don't even know what the medication does, what it looks like, or what it's supposed to look like when not tainted? You're supposed to be the expert in your field and use that knowledge to help people. Instead you're using your lack of knowledge, to hurt patients who just want the relief from a cbd product that they had purchased previously. Sick people are being sold tainted medicine for insane prices at Shango Las Vegas, and then being told, "Sorry, million dollar building, nothing I can do about it", after they bring the product back in and show them how disgusting it looks, tastes, and smells. After using the product for years, I know what normal is. Imagine using the same medication for 2 years, and then seeing a new doctor, and the medication went from white pills to white pills with a yellow disgusting coating on them. Would you trust all your other doctors and the white pills, or the one doctor who sold you disgusting yellow coated pills? And it's a little crazy that Shango is doing a 25% off sale right now too. Crazy coincidence In business, trust is huge and any company doing this is a company you can not and should not trust. I will do everything I can to make sure this problem gets solved for others. I expect to lose 200$ and this expectation was brought on by the managers statement that, " I don't really know what this product normally looks like. But I don't think anything looks wrong." As soon as I heard that I realized Shango was trying to solve the problem for them and not me. One of us was going to leave upset. A patient who was basically deceived into buying a defunct product, or a company that wants to save the wholesale price of the tainted products that I'm sure they got at discount. AS OF JUNE 25TH 2019, SHANGO DISPENSARY IS SELLING TAINTED CBD PRODUCTS AND WILL NOT RETURN, EXCHANGE, OR OFFER ANY INCENTIVE TO THE PATIENT. BE AWARE AND INSPECT YOUR PRODUCTS
I went to get CBD for my wife's grandma to use as a sleeping aide. Spent $330 and they gave me the wrong product. When I went back not only did they refuse to give me the correct product but the manager pulled the race card on me, sir I'm Mexican!? Totally unprofessional and uncalled for at a time like this. Never going back total waste of energy coming from Cali!

I came to this dispensary last night at about 9:45pm. The front desk was amazing, great attitude and great customer service. Next step was to thr budtender , the guy was amazing as well, he explained to me a few things I never knew before. I didn't get their names, I should have. The last step was where my amazing experience completely went down the drain.. a cashier with the name tag Starsky has a terrible attitude and was rude to me . He also told a female employee (clarissa) to leave and "get out of my face" because she was standing their observing while she waited for her shift to end in 5 minutes. She seemed new by the way he talked to her. But he did this while he was finishing my transaction. As a business owner , I know Everything about this guy was unprofessional. If he's a shift lead or manager then this place should reevaluate the positions given to their employees. For this, I'd probably never come back to this location. 2 stars for the employee that made this experience awesome, too bad it got ruined.
Not only did they discriminate against my husband the first time we went there because he went in late wearing a hooded sweatshirt and claimed his money was fake in front of everyone only to find out that their reader was not charged. This time he tried delivery and it never came yet he was told it would take 300 minutes. This place is horrible and only has terrible customer service. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE

I had a really good experience here. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Z helped me figure out what kind of edibles I would like. He informed me of deals that were going on. Pricing here seemed really good to me. It's my first dispensary so I don't have anything to compare it to. Emily was our cashier and she did an awesome job checking us out. The edibles have good flavor. I would definitely recommend coming here. It's going to be our spot from now on.
Place literally sucks employees don't know what they are doing it's allways a 30 minute wait just to get in the door and wait all that time for them not to help you
This is my local dispensary, very close to where I live. Security is good. Options are limited, great staff! ask them anything and they'll find u an answer, just don't call, they'll keep you on hold and then tell you they can't tell you pricing over the phone :c Other than that pretty rad location
I'd never been to a dispensary before, and I have to admit I was curious -- so I tagged along with a friend. I was really disappointed. Recreational mj has the potential to completely reboot the local economy, but with businesses like this, it isn't going to get out of the gate.The staff was really unfriendly and wasn't aware of the product they were selling. My friend explained what she liked and asked for a particular ratio of THC/CBD and the employee said "I'm not sure - here's a list of what we have, but we're sold out of a lot of these things." Then the employee kind of wandered off for a minute. I thought she went to get some more information about the questions we asked, but nope... just wandered. Came back after minute and asked if we'd decided.My friend bought a couple of things - at a price increase since the last purchase about a month ago - got rang up and then shuffled out the door. The guard basically pushed us out into the parking lot before we'd even gotten ourselves sorted - not great service in a sketchy part of town.I actually had to ask if that behavior was common or considered "normal" in dispensaries - maybe aloof employees is a thing there? Nope. All in all - less than impressed. I gave it 2 stars because it did have a pretty wide selection of products, but customer service is a total no-go.

I go to Shango every night after work and park in the handicap parking. Tonight the Caucasian bald security guard told me that I can't park there because I am not handicap. Just because I don't look handicap doesn't mean I am not. My placard was on the dashboard in two pieces; both number and expiration date were clearly visible; he said I have no plates, I showed him my moving permit. He still told me I can not park there because I'm not handicap and my placard is broken. I was so offended. I will never go there again. I do have to say that everyone else there is awesome! I will miss everyone but that 1 jerk.
Staff didn't listen to my needs asked them for a price limit of 20$ dude said no problem got me this pretty good looking stuff told me this wont go over 20$ but it did the guy that rang me up wasn't even nice about it so i walked out and whent to jardin where i got a much nicer reception and a better deal . gr8 herb comes and goes but good service is remembered work on it shango your prices are too high at least pride yourself on service...
Called in earlier to see if they had a specific brand of cartridges but they didn't have them. The woman who answered the phone was SO nice & helpful that I ended up coming here instead. Worth it. Everyone was nice and helpful. I will be coming here from now on :)
I use to come here every week and as time went on service product and even price has gotten more and more terrible if I call before 8PM I can always expect attitude same for going in. Ive never had great service till I started going nights and that crew has always been nice fun and respectful, but unfortunately after someone stupidly changed the people working nights i have been getting bad service and attitude. And dont expect anyone new to know what they are doing ive never seen a company hire employees and just expect them to know everything and not help them, its even more sad Shango wants to ONLY hire people with no expirence so they can teach them their ways, but even fails to do that. The leads are put through way to much to be the only lead at night this boils down to management I am so glad I was not hired here not only because its just down right a bad experience but a grand opportunity somewhere else gas came to me. If you are expecting to get good quality tree/bud, or even pre rolls forget it low content at high prices along with no sativa in Shango brands With the exception of MAC wich is a hybrid anyways. They have a deal for Concentrates but dont have enough 1 grams to even get the deal. When asked about them not having any sativas they tell me they dont have it because it takes to long to make??? Down right lazy and terrible
WORST dispensary in town. Please DO NOT support this location. This dispensary is endangering the medicinal community in Vegas as their budtenders are not educated about the products. I'm medical & am very cautious about the strains I use. They will not let you use your phone to access Leafly nor will they give you the terpene content. I am VERY CONCERNED that dispensaries in Nevada are able to operate this way. If you care about what you're putting into your body and want to support a strong cannabis community in Nevada, DO NOT fund this location.
I had a problem with getting the wrong order. I sent a message through the web site and didn't receive a response. There is way to much competition in Vegas for weed for Shango to not respond. I'll go elsewhere.
Oliver at reception went over above to assist me while I was there. Great person to have on the front line. He makes a great impression. Thank you for a job well done. He should be considered for a training position.
i ordered delivery from them which i NEVER do.first time using this dispensary.on the website it says 20-30 minutes for a delivery ive been waiting close to 3 hours and everytime i call they tell me to wait another hour.
Shango, Shango, Shango, I am sorry to have to unleash this senior citizen card carrying mama on you but, again disappointment from this dispensery !I called on May 1st, when I get my rockin chair money (kids you won't understand ) identifying myself as a med patient in search of medical "Shango" gummies. I was told yes they were in stock, come on down. Guess what, after getting a babysitter for MY senior citizen mom, I went to Shango, only to be told, no medical gummies...Needless to say, I left Shango with not a purchase made. I have to say this is not a first for this dispensery. The staff seems uneducated or unsympathetic to medical patients. Getting to be first in line is fine, but please staff the store with with a few knowlegeable tenders for us old folks ! Thankyou, Tuesday B.
This place is a bad place to buy anything. First time I bought from them it tasted like gramas attic. It was moldy. I went right back to them and they said it was my problem not there's. Ok I go spend my money someplace else. But the China desides to shut the world down so my place won't deliver to me I'm to far away. So I give them a chance because they are across the street and I'm not buying bud. Delivery service is worse than Cox Cable , we should be there in 2-6 hours and then hung up. I get a message from there driver on my way and 3 hours after that message I get another one it says I'm going to be leaving in a few to you. It's now 1000 at night and he's here and can't seem to find me standing out front . If I could negitive stars I would. Don't order from them.
Kelli was my personal assistant for my special blend of medicinal joy... so much to choose from at the dispensary I had some flower and I first I thought it might be dry but then it got me so high. I learned so much about how to actually smoke weed. Truly a vaporizer or another heating element is the best a lighter is burning so hot and I never knew the conversion of the elements.. Kelli is reading rainbow go to her!
I went to this dispensary looking to pick up some carts. I was rushed the whole time. They didn't give me any time to look at the selections. I had anxiety the whole time due to the employees being extremely pushy and rude. I realized I had misplaced one of my $20 bills and asked if I could buy 1 cart instead of 2. I was given attitude, and told "rally up some more cash next time". Very rude would not recommend.
I should have read all the bad reviews before I went to this place. I ordered online for curbside pickup. Got the text telling me the order is ready, I arrived and checked in. I sat in my car in 109 degree heat for 15 minutes, nobody showed up. I went to the door and spoke to the guy doing the curbside deliveries. He said he would check on my order. After another 25 minutes of waiting I left. Crap service
Staff is nice. Very friendly.. but ROBBERY. There pricing is terrible!! They sell .6 grams pre rolls for $9 and up and no 2 or 3 packs like most other dispensary's. Either 2 for 12 or 3 for 20. And they charge you 2$ for a carry bag vs other dispensary which are free.. Deff never going the Shango again..
Worst customer service. They used to be great with delivery but it has definitely gone down hill. The past two times my delivery was delayed with no communication. Most recently my delivery order was cancelled due to the fact they had too many orders and couldn't get to it so said it would be delivered first thing the next day, I understand and said ok. The next day around 11am I still hadn't heard anything so I decided to call. The gentleman that answered the phone gave me an attitude about asking about delivery saying they only started an hour ago (10am) but their website says 8am. He went to check on my order, found out it was not transferred over to the next day and told me to place a new order. The delivery time stated 290-300 min, about 5 hours. After waiting the full 5 hours and then some I tried calling several times and no one answered. My boyfriend called and got an answer immediately and said my delivery time would be with in the next 30 min.
Today: ** NO** edibles available for recreational customers.None.I was informed by the very kind and helpful Budtender "Matthew" that it was not a legal issue, but rather a supply issue. Since I don't smoke, this is a pretty big deal. Basically, this visit was a total bust. I then waited in the checkout line with a friend for almost 20 minutes - even though it wasn't crowded.Get it together, Shango. You have potentially the nicest store with the best product options in town. Right now there's no reason for me to visit...except for Matthew. He's way cute.Two stars cause I'm nice
Shango is Over Taxing their customers. This is my third time going here and it will be my last. I spent $74 on an EZ Quarter but was charged an additional $13.51 in tax. Nevada Marijuana consumer tax is supposed to be 10% yet I was taxed approximately 18.26%... almost twice the legal consumer taxation rate for cannabis. I will be going elsewhere next time for sure.
I been going to this location for four years never had a problem until I started ordering online and getting delivery. their brand glass jars for 1/8th are not sealed properly and can easily be opened without knowing it was opened. twice my weed was picked out of and once I got a total different weed I called to speak to a manager and they put me on the phone with someone that wasn't the manager I asked if the weed in the picture is what it was post to look like and she replied yes and I immediately told her that's not what I got that's not what's in this jar and there was also 1.3 grams more then what I should've got in there already packed marijuana 1/8th . I know I should be happy because I got more but it was some junk weed and the price was almost 70$ I will be bringing this weed in to prove I'm not a liar there is COVID-19 and I feel no one has the right to put there dirty fingers specially being a dispensary in someone else's marijuana container Do Not Order Delivery beside the BS the weed from here is great (No Cap)
This place was my favorite and only dispensary. Never will I ever go back to that place. Loyalty means crap to this place. I had bought a cartridge there last Saturday because I always want a back up before the old one runs out. Last night my old one ran out so I opened the Select cartridge put it and it's didn't work. Checked my battery and it was good. Stopped in to Shango and they tested it and said it was no good. It was a full cartridge and they said they wouldn't replace it. The guy said I should of tried it that I bought it. I explained it was a back up so way would I do that. He asked the Manager and she said no also. Grab my stuff and walked out! I will tell everyone know what a bunch of crap this place is. NEVER EVER will I stop in there again. Thanks for selling me a $55 piece of crap cartridge.....,,,,,,,

There loyalty program they just had for about a day or 2. People had been building up credit to be used in the store over the whole period of the quarintine till now. They let us know when we checked in how much we had. I had a lot built up. Because I have spent a shit ton of money at shango. So, a couple days after the 'new loyalty rewards' program or whatever supposedly had a glitch and didnt work right. Then they told us we cant use the credits we earned until the system was back up again. About a week goes by and I ask again and they said everyone's rewards they've earned up and credits not used all got erased and everyone has to start all over again. That's bullshit. You need to fix that because we all spend and tip there a hell of a lot more than we get breaks on prices. Especially because of the tax. Then they start charging for bags again but we cant return jars for points. So since the loyalty program crashed I guess all the jars everyone's been saving up for months are worthless now too. Just frustrating. I had well over $100 worth of credit. I got to use some but then the rest is just taken back. I think they saw how much people had built up of the past months and months and they were taking a hard hit from it. Just my opinion. I hope this is fixed in some way. You have a lot of loyal customers. But this is how you make them leave.
I seriously just had the worst customer service ever that is even including the DMV there was over 10 employees there and one other customer other than myself and nobody could bother help me they were all just standing around talking to each other go to any other dispensary in town
This was my first time at shango and since I'm on a budget I was looking for pre-roll. What disappointed me was finding out after I paid what I thought was a good price that it was only .6 gram. When I called about this I was told at that time they only sell prerolls in .6grams which in my opinion makes this dispensary quite overpriced for the area. Also the product purchased was below what I was expecting. Just be aware
The most unnecessary annoying process I have encountered thus far in my weed searches. Inyo a true local gem. Don't waste your entire morning or afternoon at Shango and their silly processes.

Been going to Shango 2-3 times weekly for months and forget ID can't get in understandibly. Problem is, wouldn't even let me in cool lobby while wife shops. Made to stand in 115f heat with heart problem. Recommend practically anyone else as they have spray mist outside and allow lobby sitting. Very few discounts and house products always dry.
Very informative staff always friendly and eager to help. Local discounts and special local discounts and specials.

Horrible Horrible service and Horrible products that don't work. Vape cartridges stink they don't work $200 wasted on 4 cartridges that are garbage, manager confirmed they don't work no refunds, offered a 20 perc coupon. Cartridges say Shango it's their own brand stay away. REEF is amazing products customers service and cheaper pen cartridges that actually work... SHANGO is a zero star in our book!!! That's why nobody is there buying stuff, good dispenseries actually have lots of customers there.
We chose this dispensary because it was off the beaten path and wasn't as busy as some of the other locations near the strip. Shango has one of the best selections of Cannabis and their prices are a bit lower than the other dispensaries. I don't think taxes were included in the price like other places, do keep that in mind.Once inside the place is pretty impressive. We were greeted by a security guard who was cool and entertained us for a minute. We were inside within 5 min at Shango compared to 30 minutes at other places. Friendly knowledgeable staff and they really knew about their product. I purchased a Super Bowl special, $30 for an eighth. That's a score in my book. I also purchased a vape pen cartridge. We were forewarned that some vape pens burn the cartridge if the power on the pen is too high. The oil was ok once vaped. Not much flavor profile but it smoked good. The flowers I picked up for $30 were perfectly manicured and filled with crystals. The quality was excellent. However it was 7 months old and broke up into dry powder. Guess that's why it was cheap. 4/5Within a two hour period the cartridge blows out. Pro-tip: if your cartridge breaks use a syringe to pull the oil out and transfer into a new cartridge 3/5I purchased 2 grams of badder . The cheesecake X hybrid looks and smelled good, but didn't give me the buzz it should have. The flower was better. I have to give this a 2/5. I have another gram I haven't tried. Hopefully that's much better. However others have complained. The badder so far misses the mark for me.
I see so many 1 star reviews and it bums me out. Before I decided to swing by I had read reviews and thought hmmm maybe this isn't worth my time, but I'm glad I went in anyway. I chose Shango because it is close and I have never been in a dispensary before so why not?The recreational line moved fast and I probably waited at the most 5-10 minutes in the front and in the back. I was helped by Nick(?) (sorry if that's not your name!) ((tall, long hair brunette/ black hair w/ matching beard, glasses, very kind)) He was very kind and explained all the questions about edibles I had. He made great recommendations. I left confident in my purchase. Once tested I can confirm it was delicious had and potent! I had the dark vegan chocolate.
This is the first dispensary I've visited. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There is a different one closer to me but I will continue to shop here. You don't have to know what you're doing you are guided through the process.I've lucked out and there has never been a crowd so I'm in and out in under 10 minuets. My last visit the crown came in behind me!
Probably the worst dispensary I've ever been to in my life , The staff isn't very helpful at all and they act like you're about to go into Fort Knox with all the security and not being allowed to take pictures or video on top of that the quality of their product is terrible compared to other places I would not recommend this place to anybody
Worst Dispensary experience I've ever had. Sold me some Adub Badder that taste and smells like Trim Run. @ First i Opened it up & smelled it & it smelled like pure Trim or if it was burnt out. (I've been medicating dabs since 2011. & i am not being dramatic at all) i NEVER go to this extent for something UNLESS i feel I've been ripped off or miss treated. So i called the next morning & they said all this bs "we can't take it back" blah blah. Cool i understand that. But at least accommodate me for my next Gram or something. I just dropped $53 on some Trim/ Burnt out Run when it's supposed to be NUG RUN & I'm now stuck with smoking on this because i don't Crap out money. YES I left a crappy review on weed-maps because I'm a legit medical patient i choose NOT to pop pills from a DR due to two major car accidents & i am very picky / knowledgeable about what i smoke in concentrates & this is just ridiculous. My partner just watched me cough my freaking lungs out & have THE worst experience with dabs. Due to the taste / whatever happened to this Batch. I'm LEGIT forced to throw it away. I tried dealing with it & just keeping quiet but this is ABSOLUTE BS !!! Block me / delete me out your system idgaf. Y'all need to Learn to be more COMPASSIONATE towards MEDICAL patients. . Don't even care if y'all don't care. People need to know. This place has fallen a long way since pre rec days terrible customer service tonight from the person who called himself the manager ive spent iver 13k in this store in the 2 years ive been a medical patient after my experience tonight I will never spend another dollar in this store if I want shango flower I'll go to planet 13 where from midnight til 8am u can get 3 g's for 18$ and blackjack has 80$ halfs of house of herbs so no need for shango anymore I recommend everyone stay away from this joke of a dispensary!!!!

Shango has most of their bud on sale every day but they don't allow you to get your 510 or 15% discount under the guise that it's already been reduced although there are no seats for sale or on sale signs or flash sale signs it's not listed as a percentage off it's just the posted price we should get our discount regardless of Whether they say it's on sale because they have too much of it it's going stale or nobody's buying it
This was my first experience at a cannabis dispensary. It was secure, clean and organized. The staff were friendly and helpful. They gave me 25% for a new customer and after your first time, then they offer 15% off if you spend $50 or more. They have a lot of products and are happy to assist you in understanding what they are.I felt like the person helping me could've been more knowledgeable about the various forms of cannabis. She didn't understand the oils very well. She was very smart about the flowers, pipes and vapes.

After reading these reviews i was hesitant to try this dispensary out, but it was the closest thing open (which still wasn't close). Walking in, Cody was quick to help me out. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, top two qualities i think a budtender should have. I appreciate a tender who doesn't only offer suggestions like, "get this one cuz it tastes good" -___- I went in for cartridges originally but left with a rig and some shatter, haha idk I'm excited though. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about a place that only sold their own product, but my whole experience was pleasant. I'll be back. Thank you.

He treated me like i was a inmate entering a correction facility" i had to tell him relax".. that was awful to have felt like that" please advise them. When i walked to the back i was helped by ashlee she was very pleasant and smiled the whole time she was helping me. I would like to see in the future more people with CBD knowledge very important for us. also indicas was very good quality but won't return till security changes.
Way too overpriced , no deals anywhere on anything. Feels like everything is extra expensive to cover there overhead. Surprised in a bad way how such an enormous retail shop and cultivation center can only have 1 preroll in stock.. also the displays will show nice huge beautiful nug and when you actually get it'll bunch of little popcorn nugs. Happened twice both on 1/8ths. They also scan your ID and record/track you in the system for who knows why.. only good thing is they are much more speedy than others I've been too.. couuuggfhhhh^! Total Bummer. I get they grow on sight but relax with the security guards. Security checks ID at the door before you can even get into the building (and looked in my purse) then AGAIN at the window. Then another security guard before you go back, each one is telling you the same shit. Paranoid much. Oh and don't forget to bring an "exit bag" or that will cost you too other than that it's changed so much since opening day...
I've been to several dispensaries in town and this one was pretty disappointing. I wasn't a medial patient but was with one on a recent visit. They do have them take priority on getting them into the back room where the product is but once you are back there there is complete disarray. There are no lines to serve who is next, they put people in a certain area but then people leave that area and walk around. Medical patients are supposed to be first inside but with no system in place budtenders take the next customer closest to them. Luckily a woman behind questioned someone who just walked in being taken care and they took care of some patients first. Their menu on the counter is derived from an excel spreadsheet and some were pretty dirty, not very appealing at all. With this paper list you would think they would have it updated as to what inventory they had. We asked for several different strains and they were out of each of them we asked for. If you have the same experience as I did, keep in mind there are plenty other places in Vegas and you will have a much better experience elsewhere
The RUDEST staff EVER!! I will never go back to this place. I have never been to a dispensary with such rude staff including the security guards. Not to mention they hit on you like dogs.
Nope. I hate 1 Star reviews but Shango's earned one. Why? Service: Rude staff. I went in and tried to get some help and get some questions answered about CBD products. The answer I got after finally finding someone to help me was not accurate, and I was met with an IDGAF attitude to boot. It was like you're just another wad of $20 bills to put in the cash register and not a potential customer that could give you repeat business. Pricing: If this is the only dispensary you've been in then you'll think it's ok. But if you've stepped foot in other dispensaries around the valley you'll know that Shango's pricing is significantly higher than the competition. Inventory: Ok, I know the problems with getting inventory in Nevada right now. It's a major problem. But come on, when you do get deliveries of product you might want to make sure it's on restocking things that sell. Your competition has the same limitations on deliveries yet you don't hear we're out of that as much as you do at Shango. The bottom line is the delivery excuses don't fly, the competition kicks Shango's rear on pricing, and the attitude when you step in the door is like we're too big to fail and if you don't like what we're offering we really don't care. So fine, I'll just post this review and hopefully others will wise up and take their business elsewhere.
Worst one in Vegas. They had a line out the door for non medical customers, but kept having the medical customers skip the line. Kept getting oh so sorry bout that from some asshat named Phillip at least 3 times. Finally just said fuck it and left. The average star rating being 3 is a joke. Take your business somewhere else.
We went to Shango for our very first trip to a Dispensary for recreational use. We were not disappointed. They were very patient and helpful to us newbies. We won't go to any other place now. They are our go to shop!
Upon entry, I gave the person behind the glass my driver's license. The woman gave me a slip of paper back. I did not pay attention as whether she gave me my license back. Upon entering the product area of the dispensary, and after selecting items for purchase, the salesperson asked me for my license. That's when I realized I did not have it. The store personnel searched the front area behind the glass where the person behind the glass works. But, they did not let me back to the front to see them search. They would not let me exit back into the open area that I entered from to see if I dropped it, but security personnel stated they would look for me and exited into this area. He returned and stated he did not see my license. Store and security personnel told me that they would review the video tape and assured me the video cameras would show them what happened to my license. I gave the security personnel my name and telephone number and left out of the retail area. I re-entered the store to look for myself for my license and speak to the personnel behind the glass. I did not see my license on the floor anywhere, and store personnel told me they did not have it behind the glass. I then left the store. I called Shango the next day in the afternoon after not hearing from them. The person who answered put me on hold to check for my license and stated that they did not find my license. I told her I was told that they would review the video, but she did not respond to that statement. I then asked her to have a store manager call me. I never got a call back. I suspect that maybe the store is complicit in the disappearance of my license, e.g. gave it to the wrong customer or worse, or worse an employee just kept it. I am most fearful of identity theft. The law requires Shango to "provide coverage of the entire facility, perimeter and exterior area around the facility, entrances to and exits from limited access areas and all entrances to and exits from the establishment and which are capable of identifying any activity occurring in or adjacent to the establishment.You're not going to believe this. I did buy some edibles - some kind of apple cake like cookies. Put them in the refrigerator when I got home as they were refrigerated at Shango. I ate one that wasn't bad. I went to eat another one, and it had mold growing on it! I looked on the label and they were made at the beginning of April and had a "use by" date of April 2019!!! Can you believe it? They would sell you year old food???!!! The edibles were already more than a month old. How many people eat food that has to be refrigerated and has been in their refrigerator more than a month? This was my first and last visit to Shango. The only reason I went there was because I was told they have a large selection of edibles - which they didn't. Going to stick to my regular dispensary where I never have a problem. From my experience at Shango, they have problems, and judging by the negative reviews here, and the molded edible I bought, they have problems - so beware.Update: I found my drivers license, so I have to rescind that part of my review. But the edibles did have mold on them.
My new rescue pup has serious anxiety and we heard CBD oil was the way to go. I dropped into Shango Las Vegas and the staff couldn't have been more educated and helpful on the subject. It was all smiles and smooth service. Thank you Shango!
The security and receptionist were friendly and the facility was nice & clean. My budtender seemed a bit aloof but I knew what I wanted and was there for cbd products. I felt their bud was a bit pricey but liked the disposable vape pens. He failed to tell me about the topical products until I asked, then he got a little more helpful and shared more information. All in all, the experience was positive and i got what I was looking for.

This place has been grade A since the beginning! Wait times are low, some buds are grown on site, and the budtenders can remember your name and keep it personable. Some of the promotions here included me winning a 40" flatscreen, getting to meet Tommy Chong and make him laugh, free t-shirts and lighters. The prices and specials are fairly standard, but I expect that as profits overcome expenses we'll be seeing more $120-$150 ounce specials.
Yesterday was my first time there and Matt took the time to go over all my options, answered all my questions and made suggestions based on what I told him I was looking for. This was the best customer service I've seen in a long time from any business. The cashier was great too, he made sure I was aware of all charges, taxes and regulations. I will definitely be going back to this place and recommend others do too. The variety was great, prices were reasonable, store was very clean and great presentation.
I've learned to ignore cannabis club reviews, for the most part. Most dispensaries are great, especially in Las Vegas. I went to Shango first, shortly after they opened. The gentleman who helped me still works there (can't remember his name) and he was great. So was the cannabis. Top quality. I came back to the area about a year later, and noticed a ton of negative reviews. Figured that was typical and went in anyways. Again, great staff experience, but the cannabis was just plain terrible!! I travel a lot, and am a long time cannabis connoisseur, but this experience just baffled me. One of the strains I bought was Dolato. I was very excited to try this strain as I am a huge fan of the Gelato and Do si Dos strains. But when I got it home and opened the jar, there was almost NO smell, whatsoever. It was very dry, and the smell didn't change much when I ground it up, and the taste when smoked, was pretty gross. I got a few other strains at the same time, and while the rest smelled better, none of them had a pleasant flavor, and the effects from all of them were just plain odd. I've bought a lot of cannabis in Las Vegas, and this is the only place I have anything negative to say about. Idk if the cannabis I got was just old, like many reviews on weedmaps have said, or if they were just experimenting with strains at the time, but they definitely need some sort of quality control before I'll shop there again. Cannabis is expensive in Las Vegas. You expect a certain quality. Not cool. The 3 stars are for facility and staff.
They are always out of 1/8s among the batches they do have you have to spend more $ for more Doja...just ounces really! come on guys you're the largest in Vegas wtf....been comn here since day 1 and after 3weeks they have nothing in the batch size I want including today had to spend $ on three grams of alpine...they have weed just not in your specific quantity

Yay first review!! This place is great! I'm from Cali so had high expectations and this place met them all. Nice building that's very welcoming, very nice staff. Great buds with a good selection. Looking forward to seeing more once they get more in. Prices higher than Cali but hopefully that will change once they get more established. I'll definitely be back and recommend to others :)
The options were very limited, I also didn't care much for the serious tone. A marijuana dispensary should have a care free atmosphere, not armed guards with their pants tucked into their boots like GI Joe.
We only came to Shango because Essence was closed. Our friend came from Chicago and was excited to head to a dispensary. It wasn't busy at all. Our bud tender, a female, long hair, brunette, came and greeted us after waiting a few minutes. She was very rushed in her introduction. We asked one question and she answered very rushed and actually sounded rude. We were looking at the other products in the display after she grabbed our products and indirectly rushed us along. If I can give zero stars for her customer service I would. Their service does not compare to Essence and Canopi, where they 1. Ask you if you're a new or returning customer 2. Ask what type of products you're interested in and make suggestions 3. Always tell you about any specials. The one star really is for the lady who checked us in and the security guards who greeted us. I won't be returning to this dispensary that's for sure. And I will make sure I tell my friends, family, and coworkers about this experience.

From Cali too. New management just took over this place and it seems as if the cool people that used to work here are no longer here. The ones that do work here don't seem as knowledgeable. The edibles are way more out here then in California and I feel they need a better referral program. It feels a bit sterile here and not very welcoming. It seems that things run out fast here as well. But this is just my opinion everyone is entitled to their own.
Went to Shango for the first time after months of looking at their menu with excitement. I saw online, a deal for 36 dollar eigths. So I went and looked at the selection and finally picked Cherry Cookies, a strain I have wanted to try from Shango for some time. I currently have Cherry Pie from Cannabiotix and was excited to compare. The total came to about 40 dollars, solid deal. Now to the problems. The flower is beautiful, subtle smell, not a crazy terp profile, but flower I can tell I would enjoy, if I only got it fresh. The high was excellent. An absolute stress reliever of the best kind. Clear headed, nice subtle flavors, an excellent strain. The problem is this bud is old. It is from 6/29, today is January 8th. This is basically 6 months old. Coming off of that cherry pie which was less than 2 weeks from the testing room to my hands, it is tough to smoke weed this dry, and tougher for me suffering from asthma. This is virtually unsmokable for me and will probably end up going to friends now. I am not used to getting dry buds. I am not saying everything at Shango is dry, maybe it is just the 36 dollar deal, maybe it is everything, I really couldn't tell you. I can say I think the bud is most likely very good, if you're lucky enough to get a fresh batch. Overall I'm disappointed because I feel like there is a shango party going on somewhere else and I wasn't invited.
After paying top dollar for what i thought would be great shatter ended up being a huge disappointment. Was melted into the wax paper and ended up loosing ALOT! I brought my concern to the management and was told I would get 50% off for my troubles and what I lost. Well after picking out 3 gs of shatter they did not want to honor the 50% off and said giving me a $70 discount and saying it was still a good deal. If I was trying to take advantage of them I would've bought an ounce of wax but I only wanted to get 3 g and get out of there this place just left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will never return there's much better dispensaries in the valley that offer stable medication for much cheaper prices even after their discounts they are still way overpriced.
Not only was the security guys so nice, they treated me with respect and were happy to take me where I needed to go. The employees were so kind and willing to give me as much information as I needed. They even offered me ice cold water right when I came in! So many great options and some yummy edibles to choose from. And honestly the prices are super reasonable. Just remember it's cash only! They do have ATM's available!

This place is amazing! I was pretty hesitant to coming here cause of the reviews but everyone is very knowledgeable so not sure what these other reviews are referring to. I would definitely come back.
The staff here is so helpful and welcoming. This was my first experience purchasing cannabis products and Kelli was extremely helpful and patient. She answered all of my questions and made great recommendations for products that meet my needs. I'm so glad I visited this establishment.
5 starts from me this place is awesome! Not only did they have a variety of delicious concentrates and flower but the staff were all so friendly Joey our budtender knew exactly what he was talking about to the t and helped my boyfriend find exactly what we like. All the security guards were so nice and friendly too! Shango is my new favorite spot
If you are going for recreational don't go here. Waited about an hour to get in and no cartridges at all!! no edibles for recreational use only for medicinal. Staff is not helpful at all. I wish someone posted about this place before I wasted my time. Looks are deceiving from the outside and inline you would think this place is awesome it's not it's a complete let down. Next stop was the reef and got what I wanted there.

Ordered an OZ from here online and the THC % was 25.68... we just picked it up and the THC % is 21.21My husband went back to say this is not the one we ordered and they will not correct this issue!!! This is an OZ for almost $300!!!! We even screen shot what we ordered and the customer service we got from here is trash... I have put a lot into Shango and even drive across town but I will no longer support this business... !!! Very sad day!!!!
Not a bad dispensary. A little over priced compared to some around town. Make sure you bring a dispensary bag! I know a lot of them charge but even if it's your first time they still charge you a dollar!!! Which, whatever.
I've been a repeat customer, even as a medical patient before Shango came to this facility. They have a great variety of flower, concentrates and edibles. The quality and consistency of the product they carry is stellar in comparison to other grows in Las Vegas. Most flower in town is dry and crumbles when squeezing with your fingers, not here. Dense, aromatic and flavorful flower. All the time.
They're open 24 hrs. That's the only thing good about this place. When my regular dispensary is closed, the only alternative is Shango around my neighborhood. Last night, after driving over to buy some weed, I walked out with none. This idiot "bud tender" was rude and rushing us. I asked 3 times if they had any multipacks available. First she said she didn't know. Then she said they were out. The third time she shows me 2 packs. The dumb bitch never checked on anything. She sold to my brother and blew me off. Who walks out a dispensary without weed? Me, after going to Shango,. I sure hope that moron reads this and more importantly any manager who gives a shit. Also there was a very immature girl talking loudly and like a child. Talking across the store and being an irritant. Thanks Shango, for wasting my time and gas to visit your unmanaged store.They must hire anyone there. I don't know how any manager worth their salt would be able to see this if they paid attention. I guess having more negative than positive reviews isn't of any concern. Obviously, if people are still complaining, nothing has been done to improve customer relations.Great management. Not. Fix your damn selves. Your employees are a joke. Which means your business is as well.But they're open 24 hrs!!!

WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE about Shango, from the products to the knowledgeable employees to their customer service, everything is awesome. Each employee takes their time to ensure that you have exactly what you need, how you need it and everything in between. I love the atmosphere, it's chill and we are always laughing. Thank you Roberto, Emily, Michelle, Ms. Cindy, Ms. Cheryl, Toni, Zachary, Jacob and all the other Shango employees that have taken their time to help me. I will forever be a customer. 5 minutes agoNEWI come here pretty often and tonight was the worse ever. Let me explain. I was offered things that were not available. I was told oops we are out. Waited for 12 min to check out due to it being midnight which i didn't mind. Then my discount was not applied and my free preroll was not in my bag. So i called and was told they ran out and oh well on applying my discount. Then a lead gets on the phone and ask me to explain all over again. No customer service. I don't think I'll return soon. Jardin never gives me any problems and my order is always correct. Check you bag before you leave. And make sure you discount is applied.
If I can give negative stars I would and I'm usually a very loyal and respectful customer being in the customer service management field. So I've been buying from Shango since they opened in Vegas and in fact I always recommend friends, family, and customers who ask where to buy from. I was trying to order online for almost an hour with no luck due to a service error. It was 8:55am when I tried to call and I explained to the operator the situation and was trying to rush due to the happy hour ending at 9 am. What would be a simple process turned sour as it took me 3 mins to get in contact with the employee. When he finally answered I told him what happened and as i looked on my clock on my phone it was only 8:58 am as we were speaking and insisted that it was to late for the happy hour since his computer screen is 9:01. What I didn't appreciate was the fact he was rushing me off and was so rude about the situation. Saying I should have called earlier when my online order wasn't processing. It was my fault and should've called and that it's from my end and obviously it was my problem not theirs. What I try to tell him is that I'm a customer who buys a lot of it all the time and it says it's 858 on my phone. I try to be very nice and calm but just dismissed me rudely. And so I asked to speak to a manager and said he was in charge of the delivery and pickup. I dont know if this employee was an actual manager of Shango but from a professional he was very rude. In the years I've been coming in the store, employees are always so nice and chill as I'm a friendly person. My husband and I come in a lot and make big purchases. I'm not just saying 50 dollars a day but more like 300 to 400 every day when we are in Vegas. We are in Vegas pretty much in Vegas every other month for 2 weeks and buy every single day We also tip them well whether they delivered pick up or curbside or when we go in the store. I'm a very understanding person but how he handle this situation is unprofessional. I dont care if you are the owner of the store but this person needs to understand that loyal customers is what drives them business and job. I dont understand why this particular person represents Shango but this is Vegas and there are a lot of weed store to go too!!! This loyal customer will find another place to spend hard earned money. With the pandemic business are closing and people are loosing their job. If you don't take care of customers and don't handle situations careful, you will close your business.
Went in last night for some much needed pain Relief. Cindy W. Helped me and I'm happy to say my pain was alleviated. She really had some good suggestions and knew a lot about all the products. Fun to work with as well and she's easy on the eyes.
I have to say that Roberto and Lisa were absolutely amazing! The customer service set the bar and only made me want to come back. I asked to speak to a manager (Margaret) and what did she do, add to the amazing experience. Thank you for giving amazing customer service, being friendly and knowledgeable while also accommodating all my needs. I’ll be back soon and can’t wait to work with them again. Big place, grower, labs and sales all under one roof. Very nice facility with lots of space. However, since Corona times I only get delivery, and the guys that bring the product are awesome! Paul T is the best. He is super fast, extremely knowledgeable and he can answer just about anything you might need to know. The delivery guys are the new "bud tenders" and they do their job well. Free delivery for $50 of product. Shango rules because you are buying directly from the grower. No middle man, great prices, crazy sales going on every day. And the product is quality.

This was the greatest customer service I've ever received in any business! Cindy W. who was my attendant blissfully showed her passion for the product clearly by how she attended me and the group I came with. She was very well spoken and answered all our questions in great detail happily. On top of all of this great service, this was at 3AM! All of this enthusiasm and joy was shown this late at night. She had a vibrant soul and she made me feel great by simply speaking to her. Amazing shop and even better customer service. Thank you again Cindy!
It was my first time coming in the other night around midnight. They’re open 24 hours which is a plus. Cindy w was my bud tender and she was so nice and sweet!! Honestly one of the best bud tenders I’ve experienced in Vegas. They have a great selection of flower and edibles. Cindy W really took the time to show me everything and I felt so taken care of and not rushed at all. I’ll definitely be back!
