Your business hours are extremely misleading. I come here multiple times a week and spend a lot of money here and when I know what I want and you won't let me in because your manager says no even though the open sign is on, it's unprofessional so I'll be finding another dispensary to give my money to.

I heard great things, but this was my first time going in today. Look out for Jazzy. He's amazing! He was so helpful, knowledge, and took his time understanding exactly what I needed. This was a great experience. Awesome customer service!

Will fraud you out your cash. If you're a medical patient you might as well avoid this place because they will charge you recreational tax and when you call them out on it they'll say it's a system error and can't process refunds. Most they could do is 20% off my next order. what a joke....

This is for the paradise location!This is the second tome I've ordered from MedMen for delivery and both times they've been super friendly, best customer service! Free delivery with a min $99 purchase and they deliver EVERYWHERE. I frequent the dispensary and showgrow and I'm out of both their delivery range so if you've never tried MedMen now is the time with quarantine! SHOUT OUT to Bleu like the cheese he's the best!!!!!

I always shop at Medmen in Paradise but since they open one in spring valley are on Rainbow it has become my first choice among all Vegas dispensaries, and I have done it all. The service is always perfect. Employees are very courteous, helpful and patient. So far I have never been disappointed, neither by Tomy, Jaz nore  by Jessica. This place will sure see me again and I recommend it to anyone reading this.

This is my "go to" place now.  Easy in and out, no waiting, great staff - thank you Taylor for taking care of me!

Jazzy was my budtender this time, and he was so inviting and spirited! He is super knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. He has a great energy and a charming, awesome personality! Good one on MedMen keeping this guy on their payroll!

Every single staff member was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Good variety of products to choose and definitely one of the more affordable dispensaries in Vegas. Here's why it doesn't get 5 stars: The website needs some serious work. At times, I've ordered curbside delivery at the spring valley location and it will place the order at the paradise location for no reason. Now my 10 minute drive to get my order is now a half hour going one way. Another thing is, they are at times, inconsistent with their quantities. In the past, I've ordered 0.9g cartridges that sometimes don't look anywhere near full. Or a pack of pre rolls that look quite a bit smaller than the previous pack I bought, despite it being the exact same brand. Regardless, I'd still recommend this place. Especially if you're looking for some good discounts.

I enjoy going here. The staff is always helpful when I come in and I am looking for something. They answered all my questions about things and don't act like I should already now it.  I have went to 2 other places before and those places never give the help like these guys.  Thank you very much.

I left town for a couple of weeks and returned to my favorite dispensary looking to pick up to chill after after flying around for work. Wow did it change. Cannacopia was really the best place to shop. It was warm, friendly and had the coolest people working. This version not so much. Everything that was cool about Cannacopia is gone and this sterile place is there.  From the 3 dudes that meet you at the door to the empty store to that beautiful smell that you no longer get when you walk in, the experience fails on all levels. I know the "Medmen" won't care about the review and it's obvious that they bought something they didn't understand and they crushed it with their well funded boot heel. I won't try to tell you who to pick up from but I'm will tell you not to go there. Me, I'm taking my well funded hobby elsewhere.

Absolutely love this place!! It's my local dispensary and they are always super helpful!    I want to give a shout to the bud tender Jazzy for always giving great suggestions, great service, letting me know the deals, and more!   He has helped me multiple times it always a great shopping experience.  Go shop with Jazzy at MedMen at the  Spring Valley location!

I honestly love this dispensary, I've been going here since I moved back 6 months ago & I don't plan on going anywhere else. 1) They are animal friendly! & my tiny creature (dog) absolutely loves coming with me, she loves all the staff, & they love her! Which makes any dog mom happy. 2) Their staff is knowledgeable, quick, reliant, & friendly. I always ask whoever is helping me what their favorites are & why, & I've never been disappointed by any of their choices for me! Bri, Dezzy, & Kyle are my favorite budtenders here.3) Also I had never had any problems with any product I had got here, but one day a disposable pen I had purchased had leaked inside its packaging; when I walked back in & told them they quickly just exchanged it out for me & apologized! They have amazing customer service & I'm always happy when I leave.

We waited quite a while for the delivery but we understand the demand and  pandemic going on in the world. However, our delivery driver Chris was awesome. Super chill, calm, and very easy going. It's was damn near midnight and this guy had such a cool vibe. We was scared the driver was going to be upset, tired, rushed, and just about finished with their day. It made the wait very worth it. We would definitely order again. If Chris's customer service is a reflection of what the store is like, I can't wait to visit in person. Thank you so much MedMen!

Really an incredible experience.  It's close to the strip enough to either cab, or walk if you're up for it.  We didn't want to use the delivery service, since it's expensive no matter who you talk to, so having a place you can easily stop by on your way to your hotel, fit our needs perfectly.  Any rumors you've heard regarding them being the apple store of cannabis were true.  They get your information, show you what you want no matter how vague your requirements and quickly get you packed up and ready to go.  A must stay if you're in town.

Bri is more than exceptional, literally the most down to earth girl i've ever met in MedMen Franchise. She is HIGHLY (lol) educated in terpene levels, and I can't to make her acquaintance again. Hi Brianna!!!! :)

Another visit to this store...I used the curbside pickup. The bud tender was polite, in compliance with local COVID-19 guidelines, and helpful. This location is less obvious to cars passing by, which makes navigating the parking lot easier. Overall, after four visits here they are consistently providing excellent service.

I have only been to this location twice thus far, and I have visited several shops in the Valley over the past three years as a medical consumer.   I must say the staff I have worked with have been amazingly awesome and completely down to earth.  I will definitely keep my look out for Ana, Bri, Kelby, and Patrick. Keep up the phenomenal job guys.

First time in. Clean, great selection, solid deals, and my man Jazzy took care of me. Walked me on their specials, answered my questions, and gave me a phenomenal experience. I'll definitely be coming back.

Lisa !! Was so amazing to me. I felt so welcomed and getting a call about my pick up was very helpful. She really made a 50 minute drive worth it. This is the only location I've visited and it's definitely worth the drive. I couldn't say thanks enough so hopefully she will see this!

Wish I could give 0 stars....So I haven't even been in the store yet and have decided this place is horrible at customer service.I was looking for something in town with products I liked for St. Patrick's Day(I don't like drinking).. I found this place on the Leafly app and decided to go since I had a little extra time. They're hours stated open until 10pm for Sunday. I arrived 5 minutes after 7pm with high hopes and the place was completely shut down, dark inside, no employees.. I ended up not being able to have enough time to stop anywhere else so I was SOL for the night. Then I call this morning to check if they're open 5 minutes after their opening time because even though I was a little upset last night I still wanted to check it out... well someone picks up and hangs up immediately doesn't say a word. What?? I called again and the call went to voicemail after ringing for 10 seconds. I then decided to call Mad Men Corprate Customer Service, it didn't even ring, went straight to voicemail. Safe to say I will not be visiting this location or ANY other Mad Men loaction in the whole of their company. This company obviously doesn't care about customer service and being reliable for the customer. (I will be making sure to post this review on other sites as well)

Friendliest environment as soon as you walk in. Everybody is always super attentive and helpful. I have to say, Kyle, Danny & Bri are personally the people I go to, because all 3 have been so welcoming and friendly and not mention very informative as well. Everytime I'm always very well taken care of regardless. Ever since I started going here, I never looked back! This is my dispensary it's a 10/10 for me!!

The MedMen experience has been the same every city I've been to, this one is just the same! I love that I know what to expect every time!

Greeted right away and assisted by johnathon. He was super knowledgeable and helpful. There's varieties of flower and edibles. Also the location is convenient right off the 215 and rainbow and it's not super busy and overwhelming. I would recommend.

I have been to so many dispensaries here in Las Vegas and Henderson. I have never been treated so poorly by a single person. The receipt says SUNSHINE P. The absolute rudest person I have ever met in my life. Making sure I asked for the right product and this girl snatched the product out of my hand so fast. She wouldn't even make eye contact with us! Her attitude was so uncalled for we were there for less then 5 mins. We know exactly what we wanted... just wanted to make sure she grabbed the right one. I will never be visiting this dispensary again.

I need to post this because I just went to Zenleaf cause medmen was closed and I'm sorry for cheating,never again ! I'd rather wait. Every single time I come into the store this place is just insane. Blows my standards out of the water . There is not one person at this location that isn't in a great mood and ready to help me. Even when things go bad they talk to me like a human and they get it fixed. That's super important they don't show any attitude and care about my experience as a customer. My bad MedMen I'll wait till ur open again to go . I won't cheat.

Ever since Medmen took over this place has gone downhill fast. Stupid prices and stupid customer service. You'd think a multi billion dollar company would do right after buying out these shops in Vegas but nah...

Been to this dispensary many times. Always fast and friendly service. Kelby is awesome. Spent time answering all my questions, and never made me feel rushed like some other dispensaries. Will definitely be back.

I just left this location and I highly doubt I will be returning again. I just waited inside for almost 20 minutes and a non busy day while 5 people who came in behind me were served. Finally the security guard apologized to me about others being served over me and a extremely un-knowledgeable associate "helps" me and after all that wouldn't even apply the 10 percent discount because I didn't have my NV ID on me. I used to love going to this place because it's so close to my house and the prices are reasonable. But I value good customer service, and semi knowledgeable employees so I will not be returning.

No phone and took 45 minutes to buy something so simple. DONT EVER COME HERE! Trust me you'll regret it

I use medmen delivery once a week usually. I always get a half oz delivered and I always get amazing service and great product. I find most of the prices in vegas to be way higher than those in michigan and the quality is not as high, but that comes with the tourism I think. Medmen though has a great deal on bulk and im glad to have found them. All of the people I come in contact with to make the purchase are always very nice and always leave me with a smile. I only didnt give it five stars because tonight they had an internet malfunction which lost my order. They handled it well but it took 3 hours to receive the delivery. I thought after such a long wait there would be some kind of gift or something but there wasnt anything besides my product. Thats totally fine but I would have expected a coupon or a free roll or something. No matter, ill keep medmen my dispensary of choice as long as they keep up such great service

Never again. I've been coming to Cannacopia since they opened and I loved it, the selection was amazing and the staff was super knowledgeable and friendly. There is no longer any variety (they only had 4 prerolls to choose from) the atmosphere feels cold, and the new employees aren't as welcoming. I won't be back.

This location has been purchased by another company called MedMen. It took three times as long to get in despite there being three associates at the front door. Went inside I phoned the store was practically empty. Seriously only the front display had items. Go to Essence on Tropicana instead.

No selection no service, liked the cbd selection prior ownership.  No need to come back to empt shelves and unhelpful employees.

MedMen literally took over CannaCopia and ran it into the ground. I will never return. Way over priced. Nobody gives two you know what's about a "true Cannabis experience"..... You can go down the street. Not be talked to like you are absolutely stupid and spend 10$+ and be in and out. As a local, I will never go back.

just saw a cartoon with a person running toward a dispensary where it read, "legal weed is now available for purchase."next photo is the same guy running in the opposite direction and in all caps the caption reads, "shit is too expensive! i'll just keep buying from my weed guy!!!"that is what i thought from the gate.  "the shit is so expensive!!!"  so naturally i dropped my bong when i learned they recently raised their prices again???!!!  it's not like the shit doesn't grow on trees!!!  so ya, not only is it expensive af, but it gives you a headache too making you wonder what chemicals this marijuana is grown with.  the other day i bought an 8th and it was dry!  why???  for the price this place is asking they should have served it up to me on solid gold, not a plastic container that i break a nail every time i attempt to open and your going to give me dry, stale, old flower for that highway robbery of a price??  no thank you, la is  4 hours away.  i'll just have to make the trip once a month and buy an ounce and bring it back here.  you should be ashamed of yourself medmen.  i think your very greedy, and you don't demand great quality of flower for your customers!

I've been coming here since they opened, it's always been a great shop. I have to admit I was apprehensive to the MedMen take over at first but after going in a couple times I love it. I love the clean layout they have incorporated. I was also so relieved to see my favorite budtenders, like Danny, still there. Knowledge, friendly and helpful staff is key, especially with trying to find what works best for me.

BEYOND DISAPPOINTED in the customer service here. We always come here this is our local dispensary and for the first time we have something messed with our order. We don't even buy for ourselves, but for my girlfriends dads who has Parkinson's anyways we came to buy our monthly sale of CBD pills that help with his shaking. Her dad noticed that the seal inside had been slightly open and felt a little uneasy about taking them and I totally understand I would as well so he asked if we could just go get a new one so as we did we tried. I mean even TARGET has better customer service when it comes to a pill bottle tampered with. The store manager who claims is new only cared that it was a fucking loss for his store and would not switch it out because again it would be a loss for his store that's all he kept repeating and you know that's very disappointing. I mean he also said well it could be the heat that stuck the seal to the cap I found that very amusing inside a air conditioned facility. I'm just more disappointed that my girlfriends dad was getting blamed for this and to add we kept getting every excuse before he mentioned it was a loss. He said "oh well we need her dad to come in" since the beginning of the conversation we told him we purchased it yesterday! So where did you get that her dad came in. We rely on these pills for him and they have been wonderful. Im just more pissed that this manager kept saying it would be a loss for his store. I've never once complained about my service here, but today I am sadly...

Delivery here is AMAZING! OMG it's just so ease and convenient. I purchased two on the Church vapes and I tried one last night and I was extremely happy! I will be back!! Hopefully they will keep free delivery!

Great experience with budtender Raya! We typically stick with our usual favs but Raya recommended some new promo items that we couldn't pass up! She is extremely knowledgeable with an upbeat personality and made our buying process extremely efficient. Supervisor/Manager Ana was also awesome. We've visited this location multiple times - this is the best experience yet!

I'm a little sad. I came to medmen minutes before closing( I know not the nicest) but the manager refused my service. Maybe They should change their hours if they are not going to accept anyone past the managers preferred time. I come here all the time and know exactly what I want so the fact that he denied my business really has me considering changing home dispensary's.

I go here nearly every week and it's great... good product and the people Are super friendly and really helpful. Elysia always helps me out snd she's the best. Very friendly , helpful, and good conversations .

Had a really pleasant experience at this dispensary thanks to a knowledgable budtender named Elly. She was probably one of the most knowledgable budtenders I've ever encountered. She knew which strains to recommend for each ailment and took time to explain the benefits of each product. Walked away spending more than planned based on the service. Thanks again Elly!

Needed some Daytime Relief & couldn't believe how close my hotel room was to a dispensary! I walked over and was greeted by cool security and after chopping it up with him went in to the shop. Ahhhh.... The aromas reminded me of home.. so delicious!I got the best advice and customer service from Adan. Extremely knowledgeable and good vibes.
