I shop here all the time for my dad's medicine thanks for making it so simple to pre order and in-store services.

Ordered online and got a text at 8:20 pm that my order was ready. Drove up at 8:30, handed over my id and was left waiting as I watched 15 other cars pull to after me and leave. I kept asking what was up and kept getting brushed off a dissed by employees. Finally got my order but it wasn't what I ordered, but was out of stock. So I ended up the last customer out at 9:00 pm, used to go here all the time, never again.

This is for Daniel M. Or just the guy with the headache lol but anyways bro look at what you're getting.. half an oz for $40. you honestly didn't think to yourself Um 14g for $40 is going to be straight doo doo brown? That's like $2 a gram smh

This place is a waste of time and gas. Whoever is in charge of their website inventory needs a kick in the head or a different job because this is the second time Ive gone to get two strains they have on their website and yet both times they don't have both strains. But yet it listed right there on their website.........It's funny how every other dispensary can do this simple job but ive been fucked twice now by whitefire. The name should be changed to whiteOUT!!!!!!!!!!

There was a girl who aggressively approached my friend and I when picking up our curbside order. My friend was so uncomfortable that she told me she wished Chris ,who came to greet us after that ordeal not knowing what we were already helped by her, was the person to serve us instead. So I called him back over and I asked Chris to serve us instead. The energy was high and positive from the get go. Very fast and friendly service. I had a discount but forgot to mention it at first so he was nice enough to go back inside for us for the third time after he already had to get my ID from the original server. Chris is the only reason I'm going to keep coming here. Shout out to you bro.

This place is a bit pricey but the great service is worth it.  Staff are always helpful, especially if you ask for recommendations.  Parking is easy & they even allow your dog in with you!

Purchased an 1/8 of Juicy Z for $85 - what a rip off. The quality of flowers here has significantly dropped. I use to be a regular customer; but, when it's apparent the business is ripping off their loyal customers - it's time to go elsewhere. Unfortunate, because I've had conversations with the owner and thought they were heading in the right direction with customer service.

Chubby white girl with short hair is rude af. Been coming here everyday for awhile now but after dealing with her attitude multiple times I'll rather take my business elsewhere

Their selection of P2 sativa cartridges is always depleted and I have just been getting the same one or two flavors for about two months now. They are even out if most of the Preserve sativa flavors too.  I haven't been able to get a promo for months because they run out 5 minutes before I arrive every time. I think they are reading my Yelp reviews and screwing me on purpose. It sucks that I can't get the flavors I used to get. It feels like more bait and switch.

There points system is rigged, I asked them before I made a purchase they said I was points away and I knew after my purchase I would have them the next time I went, so that exact day I got another 7 points I got a whole extra 4 points so I got my 10$ reward so the next time I went they said I only had 7 points. So how did that happen I'll never be shopping with them again and on top of that the 8th I spent so much on was dry worst dispensary around.

I wanted to give a big thanks to the guys and gals of White Fire who are putting their lives on the line so we can all get the weed we need to keep sane in this actual Hell World we're trapped in. I've been going to White Fire for the last few years, and each and every time, they've always treated me right. The folks there are so great. They know me by name, they go out of their way to find me the best deals, they're chill to talk with, and they actually treat me with respect and kindness. They've even been there for me, during the times in my life when I was at my lowest. They helped get me through hard times.It breaks my heart to see this place of happiness turn into one of fear of infection every single day now. This place is such a source of joy in my life, and it was so good to see the people working there having fun. There were so many smiles, jokes, a laid back and chill atmosphere. You felt welcomed into a home with people that were like a second family. So now it's horrible to see that family go through this. I worry everyday for their safety. I've never gotten the chance to tell them all how I really feel after everything they've done, so now I'm writing this to show how much this place and the people working there mean to me. I just want them to be happy again. I want this to be over with, so they can go back to that. They deserve better than this.And I feel bad for being so moody these days, and bringing that into this place I love so much. It's been so hard to keep happy and cheerful, but I know I need to be better for them. They're my friends. They're doing their best. I'm sorry for being a pain these days. I'll support them now more than ever, and am going as often as I can. Long live these badasses, and long live White Fire.

The budtenders are super sweet and helpful. One thing I don't like is how long curbside pick up takes. On their website it says 30 minutes but I usually have to wait more than 2 hours. I would recommend just going inside. Other than that, the service is quick and organized. Also the sales they have every day of the week are AMAZING! Beet dispensary I've been to in SJ.

Mannn there is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this club. From the crub side service  to the indoor services. Everyone there has a great attitude and is very knowledgeable on all the products. The crubside is my favorite no lie because this club is the best the lines do tend to get long..

I just went to this establishment and spent 360$ to get this lol. The concentrate container was upside down in the package so now all the products is stuck in the cap and threads and I called to see if I can get an exchange and the manager Abel told me the best he can do is give me 25% off my next purchase LOL. Just lost another customer to bad customer service check your products. DO NOT GO HERE

I went in looking for top shelf I always look at the dates when the herb is pre packaged to ensure quality especially when you're paying 70.00+ for an 1/8. I asked the bud tender what was the freshest out of 3 different strains she told me everything is fresh they receive new inventory on Saturdays so I took her word for it once I got home and opened my bag the package was from 1/5/2020 the weed is 7 months old it was stale and dry and I paid $75.00 like come on that's unacceptable I'll pay $100 if it's worth it but to get dry old bud that's advertised as top shelf is not ok everything in the display looks old I thought the inventory would reflect different go at our own caution but for the prices and quality I would definitely stay away and go to Purple lotus or Church of Zion.

Everyone here is very nice. My favorite is Kanha Edibles. Even with everything going on the line is quick & you get in & out. Always a good experience here.

Horrible service, terrible and rude bud tenders and a really sad atmosphere. Instead of a nice experience, I regretted I ever even heard of this store. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.Plenty of other places around here!

Came in for Cookies Brand, bud/carts/etc.Currently out of stock. I ask for a restock eta?Budtender tells me that Cookies doesn't sell to well,(even tho inventory for cookies all sold out) funniest thing I heard all day.Cookies Oakland just open up, yea must not be selling well.  Cookies- a billion dollar company..

I love the new look. It's very helpful to see the inventory laid out according to your needs. I want to add that I have read some negative comments so I want to say that I have never had a bad experience here. We are always greeted warmly and have never had to wait for help. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.Thanks guys!

The White Fire staff are truly amazing.  Knowledgeable, communicative and so helpful.  I had a wonderful experience with J.P. Today who took the time to help educate me and choose what is best for my condition.  He is so generous and incredibly knowledgeable about the products.  I couldn't ask for better help.  I trust them.

Abel give excellent customer service when coming to pick up orders in SJ! Got my order upon arrival. Not only that he made sure I left satisfied with the order even tho they were experiencing technical difficulty at the time of my time.  The one and only dispensary that I'll every go to!

I recently was in a car accident and I can't drive so I decided to try out the delivery service. It was a great experience!  If you don't see an item on the delivery page, just call white fire press 2 to direct you to the correct department and ask for the items you are interested in. Staff was very helpful for it being my first time.

I just bought 3 pre-rolls and got them delivered. I realized that 2 of the pre-rolls has expiration date 5 months ago. I called them to get them exchanged but they said they are too busy for doing that.

I've been to this dispensary a few times now, and this was my last time for sure. I bought two 1/8ths of Mad Cow Genetics flower on 4/13/20, and when i opened the boxes to get the bud out, I noticed the security stickers on the bud jars were different and looked like they have been opened before. Ive been buying bud for a long time now, and have never seen this before. Made me lose my trust with this business.

Love the people running this place. Great customer service!! Wide variety of options. My go to place in SJ. Highly recommend.

bought kings garden not knowing it was six months old called and asked for a fresher product no luck said it was good for a year haha I have smoked for fifty years and wasn't happy with this little girl being in charge of customer service. There are too many little kids running around with their kindle thinking they are the shit,got news for you,treat people with respect maybe they will return

I've been coming to White Fire monthly since San Jose forced my previous dispensary (MediMarts) out of business.  I mainly do edibles, and after trying some different products, I settled into their selection of Korova edibles for regular dosages.  Nearly three times the price ($14) of the cookies I used to buy for $5 at MediMarts, but still acceptable; and they give me a 10% veteran's discount, have a clean, safe, secure facility, computerized records so my medical recommendation is on file, etc; all normal, good business practices.Unfortunately, the recreational initiative changed the rules so significantly (as of 1 January 2018) that the 250mg-THC cookies I used to buy are now limited to 100mg-THC (according to the staff at WF; I didn't read the initiative's fine print...)  Did White Fire cut their price since they're delivering only 40% of the medicine?  NO!  Instead of buying a months supply with three cookies (750mg), I have to buy 7 (700 mg), and since the San Jose tax is huge, the price per cookie actually went UP!!!!!  WF, your pricing HAS to reflect the reduced THC content.  I am now actively shopping around for fair pricing, and I'll go as far as Santa Cruz if I have to.

Never coming back here again.  They've now classified every sale as recreational, no matter if you're medical or not.  So now all you medical patients now get to pay tax on recreational sales, great!  Add in the unfriendly and rude workers, ghetto location, and increased prices and it's a no brainer not to come back here again.  There are so many other options in San Jose alone that it's not worth it.  Their retail room also gets really crowded and noisy, and it's not fun to wait in an unorganized line with twenty other people.

The good: This place has hot girls in custom white fire yoga pants.The bad: High prices, lack of listening skills, 10 minutes to fill my order, $5 processing fee on debit cards.Won't be back, there are lots of better places. That said, if you live in east San Jose and want to flirt with hot bud tenders this is where to go.

Kelsey is amazing she offered me something better then what I wanted to get her customer service is amazing and so is Megan they are both awesome . Megan always welcomes me just everyone there is amazing in general .

I have been coming here since June when I moved back and I have to say this the best shop deals all the time and they have the best staff no complaints here they tick my world

It's unfortunate how this club is willingly selling outdated mediocre popcorn nugs for such high prices without any quality control. Wanted some nice flower, paid $60 for a "top shelf" eighth of mimosa. The stuff they show u in the display is way fresher than the bud you receive when you make a purchase. This stuff says it was harvested and packaged in April and boy u can tell with it having no nose and unenjoyable flavor even after putting it through the grinder. Not to mention a .3 being the fattest nug u could package at $60? Ur pimping out the plant white fire, shame on you!

I absolutely hate this place. Every time I come here for an ointment they are out. They never can specify when they will re-order.  Reached out via email with their online services to find when it will be in stock. No follow up. When you go to the counter everyone is burned out and can't answer any questions about products, even simple questions. I get it. It's legal. But there's a certain amount of professionalism and brain cells that need to be had to actually function at work. I won't be back.

I had a terrible experience with the manager at White Fire this morning.   Heighth of coronavirus crisis, I ordered online from WF, went to pick it up.   Not clear on the exact process for pickup, so thought I had to go inside. Security guard outside said nothing to me as I walked by him.  Neither employee inside had a mask on.  Manager rudely explained I needed to go outside to do pickup, even though my order was ready.   We had a bit of a back and forth (I explained that a better explanation on the website, better signage outside and a more proactive security guard outside to direct folks, instead of just sitting there,  would  be helpful.  As I was leaving, he smart-assedly asked me if there was anything more he could do for me.....I suggested that he and his employee should both be wearing a mask.  I went outside,  he brought me my order, now wearing a mask that is not covering his nose, just his mouth. He  condescendingly said to me he gave me a 20% discount and also said I was just taking out my overall frustrations out on him.  We went back and forth a bit more, as I'm walking away, he asks me "Are you married?".  I said no, he says (as he is laughing) "I didn't think so."  What?  I stalked off muttering to myself.   turns out I'm not presently married, as I am a widower.   I will never go back.....this manager (I didn't get his name) was condescending, ageist and was truly insensitive. And they should be all be wearing masks   Not very professional, especially when compared to other dispensaries in the area.   not recommended.

Been coming here for several times now and I just have to say, the overall ease and atmosphere of the place is great. The service is very friendly and I've always had a pretty awesome time every time I've been there. My most recent visit had me meet Vanessa who quickly helped me look up a cart while giving me a great recommendation at the same time. I plan to come here back daily :)

Long time medical customer. Last time I was there I tried to return a defective product. Gave me a hard time about with  the return. I really don't care if you are losing money on a product that I purchased. Also I don't care if your staff doesn't provide the correct info. Thats on you.I won't be back, too many other places to go

Lol, this place is complete TRASH, all the girls who work there literally don't know a god damn thing about anything. You can tell there really looking for a certain type of FEMALE when they hire.  Small/Skinny, SOMEWHAT & I CAN'T STRESS THIS ENOUGH (SOMEWHAT) pretty, and they all have A LACK OF KNOWLEGE  when it comes to anything cannabis-related.  Unless you're looking for bad service,  do not waste your time or gas going to this place. Spend your money at Theraleaf, Harborside or Elemental.

This is one of my go to dispensaries even though I pass a few dispensaries on my way here, so it's not the closest to me, but worth it. The flower selection is great and the people are so friendly. There is plenty of parking which can be an issue other places. Oh! Ya got drive a bit slow and watch for the tall, white metal fence or you'll miss it.  It took me about three passes the first time I went. I personally like them because they don't talk down to me because I'm not in my 20's. That's kinda huge for me. Just don't go on a Friday evening - that would possibly create a line for me to have to wait in.

Amazing service.  Amazing medicine.  Amazing deals .If youre anything like me you mayve passed by this place once or twice and never tried  the medicine..... They offer a legal delivery  service.....  It is amazing.....  Would not wanna get medicine  any where else.

They hire pretty girls as the budtenders but lack knowledge, attention span, and general social skills. Products are ok ill give 3 stars for that but pricing is bad and workers were unprofessional.

I've been a long time customer over three years now and I like almost everything bout this club pricing is decent until they wanna force a tip on to the price . I got some house shatter yesterday usually always 20 half gram but two of the girls from the afternoon shift tried to up it to 25 . And have never been to a dispensary.I came to this place at the recommendation of a friend of mine.I have sciatic back pain and I have been doing some research on the pain relief possibilities of CBD oil.As soon as I came through the front doors, I was happily greeted as I confessed that this was my first time.The guy asked me for my ID then directed me through the doors as he yelled "Make sure you tell them it's your first time!"And I did! Lol!I was immediately greeted by Page!As she started to point out to me all the different things that the dispensary had the offer, I felt a little bad having to cut her off in the middle of her presentation to let her know that I was there for something specific. (sorry Page ). But as soon as I let her know what I was there for, she was super attentive to my need.She not only made it very comfortable for me being it was my first time to dispensary but she went completely out of her way to make sure that I had exactly what I needed.Thank you so very much for that Page!This place is Absolutely the Bizzness!Very comfortable, and very welcoming!I am an Executive Chauffeur, and my job takes me a lot of places, and I must say....This is absolutely one of the coolest places I've ever been to!!!Thx White Fire and Thx Page!!!

I came in here for some gummies. They have a great selection and the employees are very knowledgeable about the products.

Today I was helped by Shantley. I came in during power hour and knew exactly what I wanted. From the beginning, Shantley had an attitude with me and was very dismissive. She may need some training with customer service. I felt like she could have been more helpful with my experience there.

I Love this place and have been comin here since it opened.!! The people here are nice. The bud tenders give excellent customer service and products here just as good too.!!! I strongly recommend this place and the expanding of the business and parking lot is a great improvement too.

This place is seriously the best. Very friendly staff, decent prices, easy access from the highway, lots of parking, in and out fairly quickly. I've been here a handful of times so far and I can't bring myself to go elsewhere now. Price discount on cartridges (if you buy more than 1) so this will continue to be my number 1 spot! A good amount of the staff are pretty / friendly women so what's not to love about White Fire? Lol

Don't have a problem with the place per se, but I hesitated to use the credit card reader there because it looked weird, I haven't seen one similar to it before. I guess I rationalized it to myself and used it anyway, the very next day someone ran up 1000$ in atm cash advances in Studio City on my card, I don't use this particular card very often, almost never use my PIN, and to get an ATM to dispense cash, whoever skimmed my info must have gotten my PIN. This is the only place I can think of where I used the PIN on that card. So be cautious.

White Fire really disappoints me. 18 dollar grams for some super dry "Purple Punch". And only 10 percent thc .. I was breaking up the flower and thank God I used my hands because it was so dry and it would've turned into dust if I would've put it in the grinder. Taxing and the flower is not even worth it. For sure I won't ever be back.

This place is hella tight, they have all kinds of cool stuff in there and they have something that's adorable for everyone, always have specials going on, venders come to the spot sometimes, the wait is never that long, even if so, their waiting area is nice, the budtenders are girls, they know somethings about product, they're all pretty. It really is a great place

This is by far the most helpful staff I've been to at a collective. They actually ask you what youre looking for instead of giving you the thousand mile stare. Flowers are top notch and a plethora of edibles to choose from. Easy check in and they normally have vendors giving away free merch. Everyday equals some type if deal. Go here. Now!

This place is probably the best or the least expensive place I've been so far. The taxes are included on the board and they have a happy hour. Friendly service and in and out pretty quick. Highly recommended.

I have been been coming to this dispensary since the day it opened, I have tried other dispensaries and continue to come back. The prices and promotions are unbeatable. All the girls working here are all friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend coming to this dispensary definitively the best in the South Bay.

I used to come here all of the time. I bought the wrong type of cartridge here & tried to return it UNUSED. They wouldn't refund me it even though it was clearly brand new & I went there all the time. On top of it all, they can be hecka slow & don't keep their products well stocked...constantly running out of stuff! I won't go back again.

Sandra S was very helpful today! This was my first time coming to this dispensary, as a new patient I was a bit confused and had lots of questions; Sandra was there to help me and answered all the questions I had. She was very nice, kind and patient! Definitely coming back! Great costumer service!

By far my favorite club to go to. The selection is great and easy to browse, the place is never too crowded when I go and everyone is friendly. Parking is ample and the service is pretty quick. The view inside is very nice too if you know what I mean. I highly recommend it! And they include tax in the pricing which makes it easier to understand.

They need to double check venders who steal from customers,korova edibles list's 10 CBD cookies Per bag, I purchased a bag of 6 or more like 4 and two cookies worth of crumbs, I am done getting ripped off they can shove there freaking cookies

During my latest visit to white fire collective I was pleasantly surprised to see that  store managers chris and Stephanie , along with the entire staff are transitioning to the recreational sales as well as to be expected under the new  laws and set forth by California. As a long time customer since the opening I have continued to watch white fire collective grow and indeed expand. White fire collective  only hires the most qualified and equally attractive staff to serve the needs of their  customers. Based on my most recent visit to white fire collective I can only expect ccontinued success in the coming years.

Dank weed, Exceptional staff, Great price, they have vendors doing demos heck that's how I found my new favorite edible Cosmos so damm good. Don't trust these other hating on this club there probably just trolls anyways. Go check it for your self.

It's amazing. The people are not just sellers, they interact with you on a personal level. You can stay inside & sit on the couches they provide if you wanted to. They listen to what you want. If you ask them a question on a product, or want to know more info, they're clear about it. They have a wide variation of goodies and it's in reasonable price!

My favorite collective by far. This place has an amazing variety of flower. Also has a huge variety of edibles an concentrates.  Every first Sunday of the month all orders are 20%off.  They just started on line orders. All first time orders are 20% off so i am gonna place one right now! Service is awesome an professional. Also establishment very safe. Everyone must check this place out!

You can always find something that meets the top shelf taste buds.  I give it three stars because some off this new staff has some attitude issues.  For the most part thou I'm a loyal customer

I walk in there I buy 2 1/8th and 1 g of wax with one free. Well they filled up my bag charged me a boatload and then I noticed my free wax wasn't in there so I asked for it and they said oh well she's in the back looking for it and then I'm sitting there waiting on the girls are smiling under their masks. I said what the hell are you guys laughing at oral they just sit there straight face and keep on laughing I caused a big fat and then some Asian guy ran out with the wax and gave it to me this place is a sham and there's a bunch of shysters there

UPDATE:Apparently an employee, or just some troll who wishes to be an employee, didn't like my review and decided they needed to let me know that I don't know anything about the product or medical conditions I've been dealing with for the past decade.Fuck Jean Paul G, and if you're a real employee, hope your ass gets canned.

Interesting feeling when you walk in because there's no windows in this building and it definitely feels like that but the staff is great! Shout out to the homie riley who is always smizing and making it an easy and fun experience.

My favorite dispensary in the general east side area. The workers are always super professional and very educational on their products.The products they sell are always amazing quality with very fair pricing. I enjoy the option to purchase online and driving up for pick-ups during these times, because it's always so quick even during their busier hours.

I just want yal to know I'm pissed tf off about my car today. What's the point of having cameras pointed right in the middle of the lot just to lie and say you don't have an angle. Decided to stop by and YELP out this dispensary. San Jose Ca. has so many dispensary's. Some are good and some are ok and some are not. I was looking for a specific medication for my injury. Leanne the MOD - Manager On Duty made my Bday a special day. She took care of me with exactly what I was looking for. Stephanie one of the bud tenders also was very attentive and informative. They listened to what I was asking for and directed me to the proper product. MOD took care of me proper. Made this customer feel a little special today. Plenty of parking. Curbside pick-up also available. Security was on point. No weirdo's allowed. LOL!! Look at the websites. They carry flower and edibles and drinks and cartridges and pods. They are all professionals.

Riley is literally so funny I spent way more time at White Fire than I expected to because she was so easy to talk to and answered all of my silly little questions. She was extremely professional, relatable, and witty and definitely guaranteed my return to white fire. Thanks girl!

I love this dispensary! It's clean, quick, has a wonderful selection and some of THE BEST STAFF in the business. Riley is my favorite staff person at this establishment and she has helped me numerous times when I come into white fire. She is always so informative in unpacking the differing options and methods available in a quick and digestible way. She always is supportive and provides product reviews when applicable so as a customer you have a much better understanding of what is available. Cannot recommend my experience with Riley enough!

I decided to try out white fire for the first time this week and let me tell you that it did not disappoint. Their selection of flower was great. Riley who helped me was super knowledgeable. She suggested some great stuff which I ended up loving. She was super kind and I will definitely come back to this dispensary after my good experience

Came in today for my first time, and didn't receive any help, the prices are confusing. I did not receive my Industry discount qnd went back in to only get a discount card for next time and I don't live in the area. Then realized I was charged for an either double the price of the one I was asking for. I cannot get ahold of the phones or emails to fix issues. Cashier was nice though..

Check your cartages before you leave the parking lot! This was the second time this happened to us. Practically half the product gone due to issue shown in picture below. The first time was a full gram, that we couldn’t return because I didn’t check it until a day later. This time we got lucky because it was a promotion, but I’m sure if I called, I would of gotten the same response…

Really don't like the way it's set up. Weed looking at you can't tell what it is because what you're looking has been sitting out with lights for so long as lost his color natural color.

Great operational set up. They have these little plastic boxes with a magnifying spot on it and little holes to smell the herb you're trying to figure you want. (But you can't touch or smell them now cuz the obvious) cute and friendly staff, with fire fire fire! I'll be back next time boss sends me up here for tile.
