I've never reviewed a dispensary before but the experience I had a Haze is something I'd want any person who doesnt exactly know a thing about marijuana, to experience. The staff was friendly from check in, to explaining all the different strains that would be most beneficial for my specific symptoms, to check out. I even got a gift for being a newbie.Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back. Thank you HAZE staff for making it such a great 1st time experience!

This was my first time here as a customer I was trying out a this dispensary cause I heard this one had great deals. I was helped by one of that staff named Amelia. They where kind, positive and helpful. They told me all the deals and gave great recommendations. I'll definitely be returning to Haze in the future.

Never coming back again! this place is trash along with their staff and prices. Just don't waste your time with this place there are way better places in better locations. If you enjoy crappy service and dry weed this is the place for you.

Love this place! The have a huge selection, but most importantly, they carry our favorite brand that a lot of other places don't. Their daily deals are worth it alone. We ONLY go to Haze. They offer free delivery for orders over $50. I mean, I don't know why you're still reading this and not on your way over there right now! What are you waiting for?!?

Been coming here almost 3-4 years now....but was my last time here today cause of deceptive prices...I booked an order online and the total of the order (even as per the receipt) was $131.00 but I was charged $145.00 on the counter apparently because of some 'added taxes' as per the lady told me...I have uploaded the receipt also showing $131.00...even my mentioning and showing the receipt made no difference and driving all the way here I paid it and called it a day! Oh one more thing, so their website said that if I buy over $100 today (Tuesday) I get a freebie...never offered nor given! Thanks for shady practices but there are multiple places to take my business so thanks but no thanks haze, you just lost a customer and more hopefully, as I'll surely spread the word around of these dodgy practices!Update: Josh (the owner) reached out and after the gesture he has shown it really shows how much he cares and values his business therefore changing the review to 4 stars immediately!

I have been a loyal customer to Haze for over while now, even bringing my friends here because of your great service. However, my experience today at Haze was incredibly disappointing and i'm very upset with how you guys handle customers service.I placed an order online, expecting the price to be as it stated on the website since you guys always have tax included. However, when i go to pick up my order, you guys charge me more, stating that you don't do double deal anymore. That's fine, but the website and the receipt both show the price I expected, so the right thing to do was to at least honor it, since it wasn't the customer's fault your website was not updated. But instead of helping me, the general manager, Angela was ignoring my request and couldn't even engage in a conversation with me. She was completely ignoring me, and continue to look at her computer, as if I am here to beg for the products for free. I felt incredibly disrespected. If your resolution to a mistake your company made is completely ignoring the customer during conversation, please review your training, since Angela is the general manager, she should know how to treat customers better. As a place that sells medicine for anxiety, that experience straight up gave me a panic attack after. I want to continue supporting you, but only after you improve your customer service. Anyways i'm going to light it up cause this situation was stressful asf.

This was my first time here.I was a loyal customer at the guild but they changed ownership and it's not pretaxed as if bud was cheapThe the lady at the old guild said no one is pretaxed no more n I said bs. Found Haze loved it also the price u see is the price I get of course taxes lol I'm their new loyal customer

No stars for this place .. Budtenders  are shit , Price inflation at its finest and they overcharge on everything. 105-120 dollars for reg gram of Kalya rosin.elsewhere I  can  get Kalya grams for 70-80.  115 for 710 labs that go for 76 -86 elsewhere. To Top it off Haze  Can't even Honor there own word and they don't respect any  Satisfaction& Gaurentee with products that other Company's offer to there customers  .Definitely  not the Club I once spent many hours driving too and spending good money with .Do  yourself a Favor and Dont waste your time on the Shit show and find a club with better product at better prices .

I LOVE Haze, they always have the greatest customer service and the best edibles. Man I was high as hell last night like I literally felt like I was in a whole different world  I felt like I was on cloud9. Not only was my edible bomb, it was VEGAN like I never had a Vegan edible before and that made really happy that I could get high but always stick to my lifestyle! It's hard to find a dispensary that has good quality stuff for a decent price point. Haze has a good selection and variety and doesn't cost an arm and a leg! I'm have definitely found a new spot and will keep coming back

I usually always come here every Wednesday for their raw garden cartridge happy hour. I haven't tried too many of the other products but this is my go-to place for raw garden cartridges. Looking forward to browsing and checking out their other selections, but if you're looking for a consistent and good price for raw garden carts this could be your place!

Been going here for almost 2 years now & it's my absolute favorite dispensary in San Jose. The staff are always so friendly & helpful & give my Golden Retriever the best belly rubs every time I bring him in! I need to start getting familiar with everyone's names bc at this point it feels rude not to address them properly after all the help they've been. Love you all!

I go to this dispensary every Sunday and Monday. I pick up extracts; they have a good selection. Number one reason I come here and spend my money here is the customer service! Everyone here is off the hook from leadership to the staff! Don't ever change, thank you! I do recommend you order online and pay cash, and they accept card (+3.25) charge if I am not mistaken. The line moves fast on both sides.

The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. You get quality product without having to spend your whole paycheck.

I have been coming to this place for last 5 or more years. Every time I came here it was a good experience. But I went there on 3/4/21 and front check in guys is always awesome. But when I got inside bud tender she was not very welcoming or cared at all. I asked her simple question about the bud and she gave me attitude for no reason. I didn't wanna make a scene there so bought my thing and just left. That's my last time here. I been ordering online and there are so many better places with better price and everything.

I love Haze! They follow COVID guidelines, and I love having a budtender to talk to right when I walk in about what I'm looking for. Feels more personal, especially because sometimes dispensaries can be overwhelming! They have a lot of good deals and a nice store environment/set up. Tax is also factored into the prices that are shown on the display which is super helpful when shopping.

The staff is great, very friend and kind, always willing to answer questions. It's the only place I really go to when I need to go to a dispensary!

Such a nice chamge from all the other dispensaries in the area.. some real 1 on 1 help and consulting on which was the best product for me. Also prices were super fair and everything looked legit to the point. The associate that helped me was Letty today and she did not disappoint. Very informative, professional with a pleasant "i love my job attitude." All i can say is -- Bravo, and well done. And i will be returning and recommending.

This place id DOPE (pun intended). If you want a shop that is clean, professional, polite and most of all knowledgeable this is the spot! I was referred to this place by a few friends for recreational use. But when my mom came down with cancer they were able to help guide me to finding a way to ease her pain and I am beyond grateful for the people at Haze! You all are awesome!

I visited Haze on a Saturday, so I understand that it might be busy.  But this was a very long wait in an unpleasant, noisy environment.  More reps needed.When I finally got in, they didn't have what I wanted, Kiva Camino gummies, so I chose something else.While I was waiting for the rep to ring up the purchase, I noticed a sign that said, paraphrasing: No returns on items with tamper-resistant seals.  I thought to myself, that's everything they sell, isn't it?I asked and was told that I can't return any item that's open.  What??  That's not been the policy at any other dispensary I've been to.  What if the gummies are defective, e.g., stale?At The Guild, I've been told that I can return an item for any reason.  I will go there from now on.

Been here about couple times now, i sureee do believe i should write a review about this place. Lets start by saying they got amazing prices for goood bud, all the prices are on weedmaps with all the taxes included so you know what you will be paying for. I picked up some flower and concentrates, and i must say their product is top notch quality! New customers get a 10$ coupon and referrals get another 10$ coupon. BUT, deals cannot stack meaning u cant combine two or three coupons to get that price lower which should be totally understandable for new patients. Honestly the prices are already low compare to the other clubs i been to.. soo haze giving their patients coupons is an extra bonus forsure. The bud tenders are very knowledgeable and very nice, they care about their patients, providing them with the right quality medicine a patient wants. Cant stress enough on how this place rocks compare to other clubs i been to! Def recommend!

I never usually write reviews unless I feel like I was done dirty and that's what happened today @ HAZE. I always use Weedmaps to check menus, I saw they had a blueberry haze hybrid select cartridge on their Weedmaps menu which was updated 21 hours ago. So I head to their website and place an order for the cartridge and on their website it was under haze berry and did not indicate whether it was an indica, sativa, or hybrid. So I placed the order got confirmation and everything. Went to pick up my order after I got confirmation that it was ready, get inside and my order still isn't ready (no big deal, I'm pretty patient) they get my order to me I pay. Walk out to my car open the bag and get a completely different strain from what I was expecting. I got a sativa which I don't smoke at all because it does nothing to me. So I go back to ask for an exchange because that is not what I wanted. The lady at the front goes inside to ask if I can exchange it comes back and says they can't because she confirmed the order with me when brought out, and that when ordering to not look at the Weedmaps menu because they aren't updating that one due to the corona virus lol wtf think of a better lie, it shows when the menu was updated last. I loved haze, never had any issues with them at all for the past few years I've been coming here but this was probably my last visit

I am so impressed with this place! I went in for the 1st time and they welcomed me and gave me $10 off my 1st purchase. I like that It's a more intimate sized shop, because the really big places give me anxiety. I found Haze through the pure extracts finder website. I got my normal apple jack sativa and I got a new one XI something and It was too piney for me. I just spent 40+ dollars on it and I thought I was stuck with it. My husband said not ask cause they were gonna say no, so naturally I had to call to prove him wrong. I called Haze to double check if they do exchanges in a situation like this. I spoke with Steven and he was super understanding about it. It was only hit once, I was there the day before, I had my receipt and the box that it came in. He thought that was a reasonable request and said "bring it back and we will take care of you" they did an even exchange for me! I traded it for an 2nd apple jack and I proved my husband wrong (two birds) I don't guarantee that they would exchange just anything but in a reasonable situation they were super cool about it. Tips: *One of the girls told me to come on Wednesdays because it's a 25% off day! *Bring your Haze compliance bag with you. If it's clean they can reuse it*Pure extract/P2 is the BESTEST, MOST POTENT, CLEANEST, BIGGEST RIPPING, ONE HITTER/QUITER concentrate cartridge I've ever tried (i've tried A LOT)*Use sativa for AM and Indica for PM to avoid feeling burnt out during the day... your welcome

I am a weekly buyer and it gives me courage that people like the manager show such an arrogant attitude and without respect to their clients but I will never go again because if that was the manager's treatment they treated me the worst without respect, I would not want to  the same thing will happen again with any other worker. She name is MARIANA IS THE ONLY MANAGER I SEE and she don't help me

So since covid-19 they won't open the display case or show you any of the flower they are trying to sell. If their logic behind that is to stop the potential for spreading covid then why do they have all the clones out in the open? Wheres the logic in that. This wouldn't be that bad if the display containers weren't covered with stickers/labels making it impossible to see the product or if they at least put out a sample of a nug is a clear container next to its label. If I can't see what I'm getting beforehand I feel like I might as well just go back to buying off the streets. Better prices and I know what I'm buying.

My first visit to HAZE was about a week ago. I was very pleased with what I found there. Today I returned to take advantage of a 25% off sale on cartridges. Every day something is on sale, how cool is that?   ~~~Shout out to Gus at the lobby desk, a good guy~~~ Xochi, a natural beauty, showed me so many products, some of which were quite new to me. She helped me with my selections, thank you.So today I had questions, and I got answers. I wanted a high-THC Indica vape oil cartridge, I found a lot to choose from. 1/2 gram, 1 gram, disposables... now available OTC...you gotta love California! My final choice? A happy little 1 gram cartridge P2 (84% THC) Indica called Mango Kush. This is going to be big fun! I wanted helpful happy budtenders, I got just that. They also offer online ordering, call-ahead orders, separate pick-up line for that. Great! HAZE is the first dispensary I have ever been to, and I loved it in here. I think selection is vast, diverse: edibles, flowers, oils, etc. I assume there are dabs, wax, but I'm a newbie. I will find out more info on each new trip to share about HAZE. Great products, good prices! How fun is this place?! Do yourself a flavor, come on in, this place has good taste!

I stopped by yesterday & everything went smoothly. Employees were attentive as soon as I got there & I was greeted . I was helped out by Sheila who helped me choose out some cbd gummies . I love the ones she ended up recommending me ! Great service ! I'll definitely be stopping by again .

Not a Cali native or dispensary frequenter but I must say this place is pretty nice. The place is located in some industrial area. Lots of trucks and dust. The place is very easy to notice. It's the only giant Green building in the area. Ample parking lot. Inside greeting by what seems like an off duty bouncer who had a tough previous night at the local bar/club. But once you hand over ID and all the required paperwork he becomes quite friendly Within the facility you have two options of purchase recreational/medical. The guys behind the counter are super helpful and direct in their information and recommendations. All in all a great place but k can see issue with the place getting crowded quickly and having some longer than normal wait times. All in all a big thumbs up and worth the visit.

Besides their products being the best (it's the only place I go!). They have a very welcoming staff. Everyone greets you with a smile, answers any question you have and are very aware of their products. Order online to see the huge verify of different ways you can consume cannabis or cbs, even for your dogs. You can also order by phone if you already know what you'd like to purchase. Best thing about ordering ahead of time is that it makes everything faster. You're in, your out then right back to going about your day, but now with a smile. Cheers.

I got here on a busy day. Wait isn't too long and they have a lobby with chairs for you to wait for your name to be called to enter. Super cute and worth the stop by if you're in town. My budtender Angela was very sweet and kind during my visit and told me about the deals they had going on. She also made sure to let me know what day concentrates would be on sale during the week since that's what I went for mainly. Deborah was the lovely lady who rung me up and wished me a happy day. Amazing customer service, will definitely be back!

This was my first dispensary visit, ever. I'm glad it was here! I came in looking for some CBD oils to help with my anxiety, and I got just that! As a new customer, I received $10 off that I was able to use that same day. The budtender (I forgot his name, oops) was super knowledgable and made the experience easy for me - as everything was just about new to me.Will be a returning customer.

Never coming back. They seem to have a hard time holding on to their best and most knowledgable staff(Debra, Max, Jake). A bunch of pretty faces who will lie to you to make a sale. Their house products are also garbage and not worth the time or money.

Favorite dispensary! Customer service is on point! They are always very friendly but also time efficient. Tax is included in price so you don't have to worry about dropping an astronomical amount of cash on tax. Fire flower. Never done me wrong. Come here maybe 2 or 3 times per week myself.

Overall Below average experience, Greeted nicely by the guy up front let me know about the rules and everything and then moved into the main room. The lady helping me out was nice but felt rushed. Worst part was once I got my stuff I went out into my car and noticed they had given me the wrong stuff but I got less than I was supposed to. I was charged $55 for an eighth that I didn't choose and when I weighed it out it came out to 1.8g. After I called them all the lady told me was that there's no returns or exchanges even after letting her know about their mistake. Don't even bother coming here

There are better alternatives than HazeI have come here several times.  The last time I came, I bought gummies (plus).  I usually bought other gummies but these were on sale.  When i got them home, they were melted.  I stopped by today to see what they would do.The manager (who was nice) offered me 20% off (normal discount today is 15%).  On a 20 dollar bag of gummies that translates to $1.   So I'm out $60 on 3 packs of gummies and she offers me $1 off extra per pack.I asked her whether she could take the gummies back and she wasn't sure - she needed higher approval.  The "higher approval" manager is only there on m-w until 3 (inconvenient for those of us who work).  I asked her to call the senior manager but she said she couldn't.   I left my number and maybe I'll get a call back (but doubt it).  I had asked her to give me a BOGO for gummies that are of higher quality, but she couldn't (above her authority).  And (you guessed it) she wouldn't call her manager to get the approval to do so.Frustrating.   Caliva here i come

I decided I'm not going back to Haze for edibles. The last time I went to Haze for customer appreciation day, I bought some Big Pete's cookies only to come home and discover the bag was expired from months earlier.  This time I went again for an event there and got the Korova cookies. I asked the guy to check if it's expired and sure enough, the bag expired in January!!! When he went to give me a different bag of cookies it was expired too! It was expired for over a week. He said it wasn't expired, that it was "best by". If it's best by a certain date, then the quality is gone. On top of all of this, the ladies promoting the products were telling us the wrong info. No fault to Haze on that, but they need to get better on checking their inventory on edibles.

Always fire on the shelf, and their helpful at the counter. This place has plenty of parking in the back/side area or you could park right in front.

Home of DRY weed! Started about a month ago, before they had OK quality and decent prices,  not coming back and will tell my friends not to come here. Not recommended.

Good selection, a bit on the more expensive side, but the customer service and value is worth it. Wait is a tad long if you do not order beforehand.

Thank you Jorge, you made my day better.It's low mostly because of utterly unreliable, inconsistent delivery. 7 times out of 10 I get told "We can't/won't deliver today." Or in the evenings. Or if they're too busy. Or they don't have anyone scheduled for delivery. Why offer a half-staffed service so poorly if you offer it/promote it all over your website?The extra star is for including the tax in the price. I like that.

First time coming here since it's been legal. I wanted to see the difference between CA medical dispensary and recreational dispensary like in Colorado. Entered and it looked like a mini 7-11. They had everything! I would come back here cuz i was told they did renovations. The marijuana it delft was on the dry side, but can't complain when you can enjoy recreational on vacation.  The staff was super helpful and nice.

Been here multiple times for my diabetes and was looking for THCV information and they helped out by suggesting cbd oils that help me out. I definitely recommend this dispensary for professional and friendly environment.

Not visually inviting, but the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. All prices include tax so if they carry what you're looking for, odds are you'll end up saving a few dollars if you buy here.Upped to 5 Stars because we've bonded. The employees are helpful, but they really rise above when it comes to caring about their customers and answering the same questions repeatedly. I love these people and I'm ready to adopt some of them.

I've been searching for refills for my Bhang stick and could not find them anywhere in the area for the longest time until now! My boyfriend actually found this awesome dispensary and I am so glad he did! Haze is located at the end of a strip mall, it wasn't hard to find and parking was plentiful. We checked in, were greeted by the guy at the front desk, Steve, who processed our medical rec's quickly. We entered the dispensary and saw a large variety of concentrates and edibles, including a nice variety of Bhang products! Our budtender was Will, who was super nice and quick to recommend the proper meds. And since I was a first time patient, I got a free gram with my donation! Can't beat that! They also have stamp cards, so you can rack up enough stamps and get a free eighth. Love the benefits! Haze is cash only. They have an ATM in the dispensary but the person ahead of me cleaned it out.. Luckily there are a few banks across the street. Overall this place is pretty awesome, easy to get to, the prices are amazingly good, and the staff is really nice & honest.. they do not make you feel rushed at all. I will definitely be coming back again and again!

Friendly staff, Best deals on flower, and the only place I can find P2 cartridges (which are superior to all others).   Don't wast time and $$ at the other nearby shops.

My favorite dispensary I first attended in the south bay area. They continue to provide excellent service and treat customers with much respect. Very appreciative of this club and their wonderful staff.

Haze is one of my favorite dispensaries. Not only do they have quality weed but the fact that the taxes are included in the prices making buying super simple with no surprises at the end. Everyone is always so nice and the lines aren't ever too bad. ( at least when I go there). I'd definitely recommend them over a lot of the clubs in the area.

I've been coming here for a couple of years now, and recently asked for a discount and was denied. The reason i thought I should get a discount is because on my last trip they charged me for an item that I did not even receive. Brandon the manager at the time just indicated that all he can do is give me my refund and nothing more.I thought the inconvenience and time, gas was worth something for their error.

Really dissapointed with this place. Ordered for wax delivery and took about 3 hours to come. The dispatcher donna lied and said the drivers car overheated and when they came, I asked did it overheat and they said no. I dont appreciate any business lying to earn a customers business, and angela who is their manager, could not do anything to rectify the situation. My recommendation: I would rather order from somewhere else because they take less then 35 minutes to deliver and their wax doesnt look skimped out and all over the cap.

Felt super rushed, which really showed because the woman gave me the completely wrong strain. Horrible customer service (EXCEPT FOR DYLAN who was a great help). Not only that but I paid $50 for an "8th". It looked significantly smaller than the other 8th we bought. I went home and weighed it but it was 1.9 G's. We got ripped offffff

Way to treat your customers. And try to hire people who actually care about the customer not some mediocre people who obviously are not capable of diffusing the situation and making a customer happy. What a JOKE. I will be calling the better business bureau since you guys think it's okay to hang up on people and not refund defective merchandise purchase the same exact day.

I came into this place ,after going to a few places,looking for what i needed,After driving up a street i saw this collective,I park came in.asked if I was a new to the service Yes! asked for what I wanted,while trying to stand straight, i had a back brace on.I was told that the gram put me over and they refuse too sell me anything over ,I then l said look I told that guy out there I was medical license,then I turn away from the tender and said Son of a Bitch,walk out to the truck got my M,L..they copy it.I then bud tender was wanting to apologize,I didn't want to hear it,I asked look just do your job,she Threaten me by saying the next time you come in I will not help you,And I thought hell if this was my business ,ied fire you! one never get into it with customer s.and two dont threaten no body while working for me,I had business,help I have the state book and the fed book I would only need to know your claim too S,S and I write you out your check that fast..I built a business not to fail at!! but,too make money and life a better life..when you put such a stumbling block in front of me..you must be hig to think that how a business is ran or M_E ?

Haze dispensary has been my spot since I moved to San Jose a few months ago. They are always so nice and helpful. When I walk into haze it's always a very calming feeling and it never feels intimidating or overwhelming. I also love that they send me texts daily about specials they have going on and they remind me about their happy hour offers. It's nice to feel in the loop!

My best experience so far and a great value plus I don't feel icky like I'm giving my money to Big Pharma (aka Purple Lotus/Harborside). The area is a little industrial which feels odd but the process is super simple and pleasant. Their bud tenders have been great with recommendations.

I usually go here and am pleased but this last time they had a flower on sale and talked about how great it was. When I got home and went to try it, it was moldy. I called and they said no refunds. It was not ok to smoke, so a complete waste of money. Even though everything is priced with tax included there it's probably worth paying the higher price at the nicer dispensaries. Unless you want flowers that gag you.

I love this place! Great weed, good service and great deals. Front desk helped us almost instantly and they always give cool recommendations. It's an all around great dispensary! My go to! I don't really buy from dispensaries because they're expensive but this place always has the hook up!

Can't give a review on products.... I went to the website to register. Ok, name, email, Ca ID. Call awhile later and got the answering service. Called back an hour after that and someone answered. Told him I registered online and he said he didn't know they had a website. Then he couldn't find my info. He went to get a manager and ten seconds later I was hung up on without anyone saying anything....I resubmitted everything and tried to call back twice. Answering service. Twice. Customer service sucks on the phone so I can only imagine what it would be like inside. Forget it. Go elsewhere.

I've been here twice now. Both times the visit was pleasant. One of the cartridges I bought is bad. They said to bring it back for an exchange. Be sure and get their calendar. I went back for HH day and cartridges were buy one get one free. Great deal!

I've been going to this place for about a year now.This place is still my favorite dispensary! PROS: -I like that they have a wide variety of Indica, Sativa, and Hybrids. Especially Indica because most places carry mostly sativa strains. -They also have a large selection of edibles and waxes. I love the brownies with the cow on it idk what it's called but it's tasty and potent. Not a very good combo, if ya know what I mean lol -They have stamp cards, after you fill up the card you get a free 8th.-The staff is laid back and cool people, another main reason I go here. Some places have staff that are rude or make me uncomfortable, you won't find that here! -Parking is easy.CONS:-They just upped the price on the Pre-roll packs, they used to be $20 for 3 joints but now it's $25 per pack. Wamp.. -Cash only! but hey, all MC places are like that but it's still a con for me lol ATM is inside though fyiEnjoy responsibly :)

This is my favorite club in San Jose .!!! They have everything I need here. They have stuff that is cheap for when I'm in a bind and they have good top shelf when I'm wanting to spend a little more. Give this place a try for sure

i gave the cashier 140 bucks.  she rushed me and didn't bother to answer when i asked how much each edible was.  she put my stuff in the bag and gave me $4.00 change.  then rushed to ring out the next guy.  and ignored me.  when i got home i saw she had put i gave her 130.00 on the receipt for 126.00 total purchase.  i gave her all twenties as that's all i had.  so either they will have an extra ten bucks or she pocketed my money.    i was just there today.   this is not a dispensary for novices or anyone that wants more time to pick the right items for their needs.  they rush you at selecting and then hand you off to another person who is the cashier.  then rush you out of the store.  watch your change and check your receipts before you leave. good place for flower but there are other more friendly and helpful dispensaries and priced also close.   oh and she didn't give me my 10% off.

I went to HAZE as a patient seeking medicine that would help me relax. I told the worker that I was not a regular user of cannabis and I needed something to put be ease. I do not like to smoke, so I requested to orally take the medication. He suggested a pill form. The guy seemed very knowledgeable so I took his suggestion. After buying and consuming the product I got so delirious that I fell down in my bathroom, passed out, and got a concussion. I was bleeding from my head and my roommate found me on the floor. I was rushed to the ER, and left with stables in my head. Now I know it is my choice to take part in HAZE's business, but I do believe the employee gave me a horrible recommendation. I asked other experienced patients (and even one THC chemist) and they said the mg was way over what a novice should take. Although I am lucky enough to have insurance to take care of the thousands of dollars from my medical bills from the incident, I am giving HAZE 1 star due to putting me through this ordeal. If you are reading this, start low.

Stems stems stems.I've been coming here for a few years since the place opened. Service used to be good but has gone down tremendously. There are a couple of friendly bud-tenders who genuinely do a good job and then others who don't really care about the experience of their clientele.  I picked up a sack today. It was supposed to be an 8th. I looked at it when I got home and it looked way to stemmy, so I decided to call and see if there was anything they could do about it; they said no because once it leaves the premises it's a safety hazard. They weigh the bud out in a pint plastic cup and then put it in a sealed black baggy so there is really no way of seeing what you get till you leave the premises.I took it home and it weighed out to 3.3, which is not a huge deal considering it's supposed to be 3.5. But when I removed the stems it went down to a 1.8. 30$ for a low grade 1.8.I spend about $300 on cannabis per month. Lately I've only been going to haze instead of other clubs when I'm in a rush cuz it's convenient. Now it's going to be never. They're missing out on $3,600 of profit from me alone this year. That's not including my friends that go there and people who will read this post. A customer complaint or concern is a gift. Take it and make your business better.

How could you not give them 5 stars.  Wonderful customer service, they all know me by name and make me feel comfortable about my selections.  When I need a thorough answer they're right there to help answer any questions I have. They carry my favorite cartridges and usually ALWAYS have the flavor I want!  Love this place! Followed them from their old Camden location to downtown.  Hands down best club there is!

I come here alot and ive got to say, haze has expensive stuff but its reasonable, i keep buying my products here because the company keeps it consistent and your always beingg treated nice sometimes out of the blue they have major discounts which always is a green flag. I love there Raw Garden Sauce, i when to another club thinking kew they sell Raw garden for $35 bUt theraleaf seems to be taking out the limited diamonds out there product and selling the rest which is a rip off. And i know this company doesnt do that so i like coming here, I recommend anyone hitting this spot up. There BananImal for $70 eight was an amazing experience.

This Place, has a great Reward card when i become a first time patient.  Also, they have some good flowers, that gets me medicated enough.  Also, have a great selection of waxs. I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Easy to find, employees were nice... but the quarter of product I got... DRY AF and no flavor. Basically, put it into my hand, it crumbled. Sticker on container indicated its been in plastic for at least 2 weeks. I shouldve known better. Spent over a bill here for my first visit, never again. Taking my business elsewhere.

They're extremely knowledgable and friendly.  Always willing to answer questions and be of assistance in helping you find exactly what you want.They not only have a very nice flower collection to select from, but they have an extensive edible collection and a great concentrate selection as well.  I always know that when I ask a question.  The staff there will always shoot me a straight answer and not bullshit me.  If one deal is better than the other, they'll let you know.  As to their flower collection, they have the best prices around.  They always have a great deal of a top shelf selection posted up front.  They'll, tell you straight up which one you prefer based on your preference expressed.  I also look for a special oil to add to my vape pen and they have the strongest best priced concentrates around.  That is, if you're into that type of stuff. lol

Place is hidden off.....ok selection....after u choose what u want and pay instead of getting it then and there like everywhere else , they send you back to the lobby to wait for ur "package", been waiting here 10 minutes .....still no package ....don't think I'm coming back here again..... Ended up waiting about 15 minutes, not bad but rather not, might just stick with Caliva or CA Collective right down phelan.

Haze is the best cannabis club I have been to so far! I frequently visit about twice a week here and am a super regular i refer all of my friends to haze without hesitation because there is just no beating haze. the staff that work there are phenomenal people! The prices are unbeatable and the product itself has never been a bummer always pleasing.  SUPER BOMB place i highly recommend it :)

GPS gave me wrong directions, if you get lost its in the same shopping center as Big Lots!  Staff was friendly and informative about their products-clones.

Although I like this place... good prices and quality, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the selection here is nothing short of terrific, we have a serious problem. Solidly half of what they sell is miscategorized. I'd say half the stuff they have marked as sativa is indica or a hybrid, and same with their indicas being sativa. Add to this the fact that I pointed it out myself, and no one has done squat to remedy the situation. Anyone not believing me has only to go look at their menu, then check the strain on any site like Leafly. To me, this is an indication that if they can't even get THIS right, what else is wrong? Is that Haze really a Haze? I'll keep an eye on it and remove or amend this post if/when the situation is fixed. Such a nice little shop, it's a shame because there's no excuse for this type of thing. Just know what you're buying if you have a strict requirement.

I've  recently  become  a  new  member at the Haze  and I  know  I   can  often  be  over baring  at times  with  all  my first  timer questions  but Mike  made  me  and  my  son feel  like  every question  was welcomed . Mike  listened  to  our  suggestions  and had several  types  of deals  to appease all incomes . After going to a couple different places, I found this one on Weedmaps.  It is close to my place so I figured why not try it.  It can be a little intimidating going into these places wondering if you are getting good bud.  I loved how spacious the back area was and they had a decent selection.  I really like Nicole and Lisa, two of the bud tenders there.  They were really knowledgeable about the different types of bud and how the highs are.  I love the fact that they pretty much have Fire OG all the time!!  I love that kind!

Been here twice.  Both times I have been more than happy with Fins attentive service.  He was very interested in making us happy during our first visit.  We went back the next time and he remembered us which is always nice.  ( it was only the next day).  He was also very knowledgeable about their different products.

Went there for the first time yesterday. Friendly/knowledgeable staff, friendly person in the front, pretty good selection of buds/waxes, and the prices were cool. They even had some free edible samples.  Seems like the place has room to grow into something pretty dope.  A frequent buyers program would be pretty nice! Left happy and will be back. Glad there's a place by my house I can go to!

Cashiers toke break in the same time when is my turn. The only one cashier told me she will call me when she is ready, but she skipped me and called next person 5 second later.The person arrange line saw me came back after I told to cashier, and head what the cashier said, but he simply ignored me and have the next customer take over my position. I was waited there 10 minutes long, nobody explain to me what happened. By the way their brand Jade Nectar tasted like burnt. It is better do not take it from mouth.

Janky shop, bunch of stoner kids running it poorly. Product is mislabeled on website, staff is not familiar with product, my stuff came in a battered package without the tamper sticker on the actual container, and they charge you to use debit with no refund. No one in the shop, yet you have to wait 10 minutes to get it, express order doesn't mean crap, still takes forever. If you have an afternoon to waste, like tampered with product, and don't care how a business is run - this is the place for you. This industry is too large to have stoner kids running the shop, it's unprofessional and makes all of us look bad.

I really enjoy coming to haze for all of their weekly deals! Their customer service is always amazing everyone is so kind and helpful because I never know exactly what I want or like but they're always down to give me suggestions. It's a dispensary much closer to my house so I love the convenience! Check online for the deals they always have!

The place is horrible. They have terrible product pricing. Budtenders have ZERO knowledge about the products they sell. Seems that the only vocabulary they know is "gas, dank" or "yeah this will get you high." Felt like I was rushed when I was looking for things to get. It wasn't even busy at the time either. Just feel like this place hires people and then doesn't teach them anything about cannabis. Half the people that have helped me when I've gone in they had no clue how to explain a product to me.

I did a little research and am impressed with the connection and it's history this dispensary with locals via San Jose - Bay Area. Zero magazine and also one of the first operating dispensaries in San Jose. Woot! I will say that I much prefer to use edibles for medicinal purposes over stuff like ibuprofen or aspirin. Even alcohol, I don't drink because I hate that it makes me older, slower and it's expensive! Wua ha! Plus it tastes like boo boo! This dispensary takes the haze out of the process and everyone here seems to be rather happy and overall pretty nice and very helpful! The process to get in is really simple, there's definitely a lot of transparency and doesn't seem secretive and no power trips by anyone. The products: not sure as for the flowers plants and strains, I just go for gummies, that are edibles and they can be found at other common dispensaries. I just like how everyone seems to care and actually want to work here. Great! Great! Great! Other dispensaries seem to operate under some kind of hidden weed credo, cult/religon/ hype bullshit that I care less about. Next with your pseudo weed nonsense. ha ha ha!Overall an amazing place! Going downhill. Bad customer service. Confusing website.This sucks to write. Not only do I not enjoy writing a negative review,  but I've been going here for years. I feel like it might be time to find a new place. There have been some minor issues...On two occasions, my 7 pack prerolls only had 6 in them. I've gotten some pretty dry flower from them too, but that happens everywhere on occasion.The last issue just occurred. To be socially distant, I placed a delivery order with them. I have never gotten delivery before and I had some questions. An item I wanted was part of a promotion. It was a buy one , get one for a penny deal. However, the website is unclear on how you add the bonus item. So... I called them and talked to an employee (N.), who assured me that it would be added automatically by the person making the order. But, it was unfortunately now too late at this point to get the delivery. I now had to wait a day. The next day, I submit my order thru the site. The promo is still going on. They even have it featured on the website. I select that I will be paying cash upon delivery.For some reason, I start getting text requests to prepay online thru some 3rd party. I still wish to pay cash so I ignore. I then get someone texting me about how I'm going to pay. I tell them cash. Weird.The driver arrives and is wonderfully doing their job, but my order is missing the bonus item for a penny. They review their papers and tell me they will notify the powers that be and will credit my account so I can get one later.Not ideal, but mistakes happen.Then, I call haze to let them know and make sure they know to provide the bonus product next time I am in there. They tell me that I was supposed to add the bonus item to my cart when I ordered, which is directly opposite of what I was told. They said they will make good on it and I can get it later.THEN .... at 9:20 pm my phone rings and its "H." from Haze telling me that they are now out of the product and that the promo is no longer available. I will not get anything.I feel like I was duped into a bait and switch scenario. I purchased an item because of the deal offered and they took my money, but never made good on it. I basically paid twice as much as I intended. Super sketch and horrible customer service.

Plenty of parking. Friendly efficient service. Product in stock. Clean environment.One of 3 excellent SJ dispensaries (along with Airfield, & recently very improved Harborside). HAZE weakness continues to be its limited delivery area.
