Wonderful dispensary with friendly staff. They offer the best deals in San Jose with 20% your entire purchase for 1st timers, & on Tuesdays & Fridays. In addition, they gave text message alert coupons like $10 off $60, and you can stack these coupons with the 20% off. Also has various in-store promos & sales. It's a bit hidden since they don't have a sign, just green lights on the windows and the building number 2121. Plus their hours are more limited than other dispensaries but definitely worth the visit.

I usually never write reviews, but I just had to! Caliva is usually my go to dispensary, but it can be a hassle having to go to a bank every time I want to make a stop. This place not only take cash & credit cards, but they also have a wider selection of edibles, which is what I usually go for anyway. My first experience here was a really good one! It seems like they're focused more on using cannabis for pain relief and relaxation, but that's a bonus for me since I have anxiety. I had a pick up order, but the staff was very welcoming & when I asked for a dap pen battery charger, the girl threw it in free of charge! Not only that, but I got an extra $24 off my total order just for it being Tuesday! I am so impressed; this just might be might be go to dispensary from now on! Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area.

Let me just say Natural Herbal Pain Relief is such an amazing dispensary! Im an event specialist with a distribution company. They have a great staff and the owners are always around making sure everyone is happy! They have it all, literally! If you need flower, edibles, concentrates and vape cartridges!!! They have so many brands available too! For examples cartridges: Ash & Ember (perfect for the aware), Give (gives 10% to non profit each quarter), Rad (sativa .5gs), and the famous Heavy Hitters! Personally my favorite is the Ash & Ember sacred sunset! It's a hybrid with a delicious taste like you're meditating on the beach!Brando is one of the owners and he's always super friendly and Jeannie is the manager and she is such a sweet heart!!Pop in and just see what they got! You will probably be walking out with something!!

Hella weak now been coming here since it opened used to be my fav club cuz of quality and prices.... would get too shelf 8ths for 35 out the door now tje bottom shelf is 35 plus taxes so 42 an 8th for garbage .. like i said WEAK!!!!

First visit today , and instantly loved the place and the people working there . I'm 65 and pretty hip on tech stuff , but they helped me and it made the check in smooth . The product is great , love the edible  cookies , powerful and priced fairly . They have a huge selection . I've been coming to NHPR for over 6 years now.  I love the staff, they always greet me with a smile and a hello.  Great variety of cartridges (my favorite) Edibles, CBD products, THC patches, pre-rolls and much more. Huge selection of fresh flower daily.It's a very clean environment.They have Demo's almost every Friday and weekends.  Got to love the Demo's  All you need is a valid ID and your are 21 and over.Keep it lit peeps.  Try em out you won't regret it, you'll go back.

Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's cool how they have an extensive "shelf" system to figure out good strains and always seem to have great deals going on.  The staff always takes time to help you figure out what is best for you.

By far my favorite spot to shop at. Has a large variety of goodies from flowers to concentrates even for your pet. They are the only spot i can get p2 carts which are my go to and they always stock them. Def a spot to visit in san jose for you cannabis needs.

I've been here a couple times. This is one of the only other dispensaries I have gone to that accepts cards, which is a great thing, cuz I usually don't have cash on me all the times. I was only coming here for one thing : Cali Finest prerolled, but when I came in A Bloom Farm rep was here with specials. I have both the high lighter pen and a pax pen so I couldn't resist on the deal they were giving out. It was a buy two get one free type of deal. So happy I ended up going to this club instead of another one. Must have been fate lol. I would def come back here again. Thanks for the great customer service. I didn't catch my bud tenders name but she was nice.

I was looking for a gummy product, Plus Restore.  I asked the sales rep, Jasmine, if I could open the product in the store after buying it, to make sure it was OK.  She agreed to exchange it if I thought there was anything wrong with it.But after I bought it, and opened it, I said I wanted to exchange it because the gummies seemed hard and dry.She said she'd have to check with a manager for approval.  Why didn't she tell me that before selling it to me?  I was in a rush, and this was causing a delay.  Doesn't she know the return policy?  Why did a manager need to approve this?She came back and said she'd do a one-time exchange, and added that there's nothing wrong with the product.  I told her that I've used the product in the past, and this was different.  She continued to argue about it.  I suggested that she seek employment in another field.She went to get the owner, and he came out, obviously angry and ready for a fight.  He insisted that the gummies were fine, and told me I was rude.  He implied that I wasn't welcome to come back.Jasmine finally did the exchange, but I felt like I'd been treated like a criminal.

They have always been so helpful in here to someone who needs helps and is beyond clueless. I usually have my son with me so he knows exactly what I'm  looking for and what they are talking about. They are always beyond nice and willing to explain things. My son who is really familiar with stuff all up and down California says their prices are really decent. It's the place I've felt the most comfortable going back to do far.

The only reason I will come to this place is because they accept credit. It was my first time in and my boyfriend and I were signing up for what looked like a loyalty program and when my boyfriend was singing up after me the guy upfront walked by us and rudely said 'that's not for you" twice with no explanation or nothing just walked right passed us so we asked "it's not?" And he says "are you a medical patient?" We said no and he said "then it's not for you" in a rude manner. No where on that iPad or page did it say "for medical patients only" otherwise we would have known not to sign up. All it said was get started here. He was super rude I don't see myself going back. The lady who helped me inside helped me get the most of my money but the guy in the front was so rude it turned me off to the place. On the phone I was told there is an industry discount and he told me there was not but the lady who helped me inside said there was an industry discount. Not impressed.

One of my favorite places to go. Great customer service and products. Workers are knowledgeable of products. It is also to get in and out without so much waiting.

I have been going to his place on and off for a few years now. It's well lit never a super long line and you can pre order online. The prices are fair especially if you go for the "deals" but that's not always available in a decent quality product. The top shelf is still cheaper than most places but is lacking some of the punch. Over all a pretty good place to get meds at a decent price if you aren't a weed snob. I used to love this place. After the laws changed and they went to recreational the prices went sky high and Quality went down. Some of the edible products I used to get have doubled and tax is not included. Bought some vape pen cartridges last week and I don't think they even have THC in them. I took 15-20 hits and no effect normally I take one or two and feel it.

I come here quite often, actually it's the only club I go to. I have anxiety and so I freaking love that I can just order online and pick it up, no need to stand around and look through everything trying to decide what you want. Just order online and pick it up in 15 mins. All the girls there are really sweet as well. And on top of that the prices are great, cheaper than when I used to go to Caliva.

My favorite club EVER!!!! I have a difficult vape pen to work with and Glo, the bud tender I worked with, was so awesome helping me find something that fits. She went above and beyond to try different cartridges, different methods and we finally got one! This place always has good deals and educated tenders. My only local club.

Great spot. Friendly security who answered my questions as best they could. Sign in process was painless and took less than 10 min for first-time patient. Pleasant lobby area for guests that's well stocked with magazines and decent chairs. Inside the place opens up, and there are easily a good 25 jars staring right at you. The counter bends in a nice L shape, and all kinds of goodies are under the glass. Everything from baked goods, dermals, tummies, truffles, oils, refill cartridges... The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They're predominantly female, if not all female, and each puts in effort into her appearance and creates a nice atmosphere for both male and female patrons. They will help you with great suggestions and they know Thierry products quite well- down to the manufacturer/supplier and the other products that those manufacturers/suppliers produce.Get the chocolate covered blueberries. They're AMAZING.

This is by far the best cannibas club I have been to. I have been to all of them and this is the one I come back to. Everybody is super friendly and knowledgeable about all products. All the bud is on the counters for you to look at, smell, and feel. I get great oz's for 160.00, you can't get an oz for 160.00 anywhere else. Since I come from Gilroy it's great, I don't have to go to far into San Jose so that's a plus. Go and check them out, you won't be sorry. Oh and taxes are included and they take credit cards, another plus

One of the nicest of the San Jose Dispensaries with a lot to offer. They have a wide selection of cannabis, medibles, oils, kief, hash, clones, and they even offer acupuncture for free with a donation The bud tenders are friendly and very knowledgeable with the wide selection of Sativa, Hybrid, and Indica. My first day there I saw someone buy a 100 dose cake, Its not everyday you see someone buy one of those bad boys!!! They also carry gourmet ice cream that is very good to munch on for your medication needs or just to take off the edge. They do have an I.D. for their dispensary for all your visits and it is free. Several months ago, I discover this place by accident. I had time and went inside to sign up for membership. However, my goal was to do a price check, because I am new to the community. The price for the bud was pricey for the top shelve, it was like $55+, there were some breaking 60! Than, there were one's at $63, I mean 3 more dollars?Really? Parking: 4/5 There are 4 special parking in front of the store & a big security guard out front and sometimes acting receptionist. I personally dislike the front door facing the road. Too bad they didn't rent the side of the building.Staff: 3/5 Vietnamese staff! I guess my people are getting into the game too! Jokes aside, there are some cute inexperience girls and they also have a doctor at hand for cards! I also believe he practice Chiropractic too. I don't even recall the bud-tenders at all, they didn't really leave a strong impression on a person.Price: 1/5 Sorry guys, but the price is too high! Even the magazine ad deals won't even dent that amount $. I probably won't come back until they upgrade their special deals on the ads. Taste: Sucks I didn't even get anything!!! Was scare off by sight of the price!EDIT: I finally decided to stop by today to snack on some edibles, but they were open at 6:30 on Saturday... I had no way of knowing that, because there no set schedule on the front door. Ironically, someone forgot to turn off the OPEN sign!

Its a really good spot to come, female budtenders but they know what there talking about, they have excellent customer service and they offer alot including acupuncture or massage and more, i love coming here with my mom my brother and his girlfriend because they always treat you like family and hook you up. NHPR... NHPR... is on my mind all the time. I enjoy coming to this place because of the friendly vibe and knowing that i'm going to be taken care of with quality flowers.I read the negative reviews and wondered what gives for the 1 star? So i decided to troll the assholes and click on their usernames.. they make fresh new usernames just to intentionally bash! They are just haters who work for other clinics and go around Yelp bashing other clinics because they have nothing else better to do. Anyhow, this is my go to clinic. The prices range from decent to understandable. With taxes on MMJ in San Jose, NHPR prices never change. Sure it might be 63 bucks for a eighth of EXCLUSIVE (meaning this is exclusive TOP TOP shelf to only NHPR) flowers.. but you aren't paying taxes.. NHPR is.. so why are you even complaining? Most clinics will charge 55-60 + 10% taxes! I am refering to Tsukasa N's ignorant post."After the California Supreme Court's May 6 ruling that local governments have land use authority to regulate or ban collectives selling medical marijuana, the city of San Jose wasted no time deciding to increase taxes on dispensaries from 7 percent to 10 percent." - SJ Mercury NewsThis place is the shit. They hooked us up!My bf bought an eighth and six pre-rolled joints. First-time customer and he got a joint and some edibles for free. They give discounts for seniors and veterans. I really think that's sweet. Not to mention the free acupuncture. Planning on trying that!Try the butterscotch popcorn! T'was suuuuuuuuuper good and it really put me on.P.S. They cover sales tax!

Love this dispensary! Ive been around to other ones but they dont have the great deals and product these guys do. The staff is friendly and their selection is amazing. Also one of the few places that will give disabled patients a discount! Always my go to.

I had visited this collective a while back; when it seemed as though a club or two was opening every day.  Admittedly, I only went because of the nee patient freebie.  Not only was I pleased by their carefully selected hi~grade medicines, concentrates, and edibles, but also impressed with their alliance with laser nerve pain management practitioner (or something similar) sharing the same office. In fact a consultation is offered {if I'm mistaken please correct me} for free.Unfortunately, being a poor, disabled, public transit bound, pain sufferer, I am unable to get back their without spending an unreasonable amount of time on a bus.  If their locale was better I'd be definitely return. Most notable during my visit were the friendly knowledgeable staff, their low cost concentrates, and their ability to handle referral to chronic pain management alternatives (ie alternatives to ingesting meds)  One thing that did frighten me a bit at first, was the collectives proximity to a County of Santa Clara office of some sort.  Probably just a flashback to my high school and college days when, one of the very few times (insert chortle here) I may have walked past an officer of the law while under the influence of recreational THC.In any case, if your nearby, give these folks a holler, they'd love to see you, and you won't regret your time spent their.  By the way, the "dube~tube" freebie I got as a new collective member was awesome, I'm bumbed I lost it: As soon as I can get a lift, I'm going back just for that.

Excellent collective. Clean, professionally set up - and even contains a real laser/acupuncture specialist (even offering deals on what you buy.) I believe I have jsut found my Mecca in the clinical world.P.S: Try the Pizzajuana.

This was the second dispensary that I've been to in the San Jose area, and it may be my last. The staff here is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The selection is fantastic. Their top shelf strains are worth noting because their very good. They have a pretty good selection of edibles. Quite a bit of the "Kangaroo Kitchen" brand, which are always strong, but eating most of them taste like you've just crammed a giant bud in your mouth and started chewing. They do carry some of the "Alpha" brand medicinal, which I believe taste much better and are just as strong. I recommend the "White Rabbit II", which are basically a white chocolate chip cookie, (one of my favorites), or if you can find them the "Dunkers", which are basically an oatmeal raisin cookie. Yumm....and very strong. Usually half a cookie is all you need.I also like this place because they provide air-tight jars when you purchase at least 1/8. You also little bonus when you bring it back for you next 1/8 purchase.As a member here you also get free pain treatments. This place has an on-site doctor. I'm not going to go into details, but some purchases will earn you free pain treatments. I've already acquired about 10 of these, but I haven't tried cashed in on them yet, but I will soon, and in case you're wondering...NO YOU CANNOT ACQUIRE A RECOMMENDATION HERE!!!!! However, they may be able to provide you with a referral to someone else.Overall, this is one of the nicest dispensaries seen. They have one of the most helpful staff's that I've encountered, and the selection of buds are excellent. I highly recommend their top-shelf strains. I'd like to see more options with the selection of edibles, but this one reason isn't enough to justify a 4 star rating, so 5 stars it is.(DOCTORS RECOMMENDATION NEEDED)

Buyer beware...or rejoice, rather: Those harmless looking packets of delicious drink mix pack a wallop of a good, soothing time. The three flavors that I sampled were the orange (which tasted like Tang) mocha and hot chocolate (my favorite). The product delivered exactly what was intended--a gradual but powerful wave of relaxation with no side effects. And it was all thoroughly explained by the super helpful receptionist who was one of the most attentive and outgoing people to ever serve me. This place has a very down to earth, family business appeal to it with no sense of intimidation or shame, keeping loyal customers coming back for more of the delicious goodies. If you've got a major sweet tooth and need herbal pain relief, I guarantee this is the spot for you. Just watch your intake ;)

Been going here for a long time. I was reading the reviews and see they aren't doing 4 gram 8th anymore. They need to post the policy change.  I must admit they have hooked me up in the past. The staff is friendly and courteous and the product has always been good for the most part.

Very professional! Excellent selection. The helpful and courteous staff showed me around the facilities. They have all sorts of edibles, extractions, and a massive table lined with jars of different strains. The prices were reasonable. The room was well lit, clean and has made me a convert.Also the free jar with first purchase is well suited for holding the product, unlike the cheap leaky screw tops you get at other places.

I came in here about three times in the the past month. And am actually going in today to go pick up a gram of some Jack Herer hash oil. I have experienced there Kushtown sodas which are amazing and they also have Indi and Tiva energy shots which I really wanted to try. They have an amazing selection of edibles. Now. There bud selection rivals if not bests those all time famous clubs that we all know and love such as Harbourside and Elemental Wellness. Update: stay away from 25$ oils... More like a resin taste. Decent high but horrible taste. Oil isn't supposed to taste bad. Also stay away from Nitro Gold. Alcohol extract is bad news.24+ Strains most of which are top shelf and smell and look amazing. They have every strain in an ounce jar all lined up for you. You can open any jar and smell whatever you like (no touching though). They also have a smell palette cleanser to help you smell all the other buds. They always carry at least 3 "exclusive" buds which are some top shelf in limited supply such as the Original OG Kush, Spicey Disco, and Purpleberry. I got some of the OG Kush and it was some super fire.The staff Is ridiculously friendly. All Asian staff from what i can tell. Wish I could work here. Possibly one of the best clubs in San Jose. If you haven't gone here yet and your from San Jose. You haven't had the best dispensary experience yet.

this place is much classier than most.  very friendly to aged people.  they have @20 strains of cannabis, edibles, concentrates, and vape pen refills.  They kave a few "low end" strains...$25-$35 for an 1/8, I get a coupon out of "culture" magazine, and any 1/8th is upped to 5 grams.  best of all is Dr.Vo...the acupuncture wizard.  $5 a treatment.  He helped me with my sciatica flare-up.   all in all a regular stop for me.  happy trails, Denis

This place was great, they had a very large selection of buds and edibles. The buds all seemed to be very well priced out with tax already included. The edibles all looked delicious and the prices seemed to be a little below average for some of the clubs in the area. I was not planning on buying anything when I went except maybe a snack. ( I had been using the day to check out as many local clubs as i could.) However when I walked in I saw they sold a vaporizer that I have been looking EVERYWHERE for! So needless to say the friendly happy staff told me about the product as I happily paid for my new vaporizer.

This place is easy to find with ample parking, tasty edibles, great hash, excellent marijuana, and helpful compassionate staff.

My Favorite Collective! I am big on customer service, and this place does not disappoint! They remember your name and always address you and say hello when you enter the main floor (ps they also have someone standing outside to open the door for you as you walk in). They are always friendly and are super knowledgeable, they offer great suggestions but NEVER pressure. Now to the meds, a great abundance of choices from plants, to edibles, even a selection of prerolls ranging in strength. Bonus, sometimes they give you samples, its a awesome way to try something out before you buy. There is something for everyone here and for every preference of meds, and you will always leave with a smile on your face!

Don't know why people keep coming back here. 1st the "fake security" also runs the front desk, yet never knows how to start the computer and takes forever to check people in. 2nd way over priced for quality of bud. Just take a look all their stuff inside not on weed maps. They say they carry a wide price range but once you get In You'll realize that they only have one or a few decent prices and the rest is said to be mid-high to high end. 3rd issue is with the owners and bud tenders. Three times I have been shorted on weight. 1st time I took it as a simple mistake. The 2nd time I talked to the owner on the side ( I didn't want other cust to hear and have them lose business off a mistake) was told they would make it right and I got a thank you. Went home with my little said extra to find out it was only .05 of a gram difference. You shorted me 3 grams. Now I let that go and went back this last time. Waited for them to open, security didn't open the door till 11:15 and still couldn't check people in. There were 7 people working in the back including the two owners who were sitting playing video games. Finally when they let all of us who had been waiting now another 15 mins in like a herd of cattle. 5 of us stood there as the employees continued to talk and only 2 people got helped finally when I asked for a certain type. The owner looked at me and walked away. Now mind you I never wrote a review on previous issues. I tried to pull them aside as to not hurt business. And this same guy just ignores me. Well guess what?!? That $200 I was dropping at your over priced shop. I'm now spending about half and getting way better service and buds. If I'd were you I'd change how you do and treat customers cause Herbs is right around the corner and in my opinion way better bang for you buck from shake to high end. From clones to edibles. Herbs is my brand new place. Glad they had to move from their original location cause now herbs is closer. As you can guess I won't be back even if Herbs doesn't have what I want. I'd rather go somewhere else than come here and I have been strictly loyal to this place for over a year and it just got worse and worse and worse. If you read this and like the place just take a little drive around the corner and try Herbs. I promise you will see, taste, and more importantly feel the difference between wannabe garbage and the real deal. Just take a few mins to see. Hope this review helped.

I am really glad i found this collective. They have there flowers in jars you get at and smell and check out before you buy and you are not wasting an employees time telling you the difference. When you are ready an employee  is there to help right away. There jars are color coded and the products are all written on sheets with prices for that color. I do not see any reason not to be happy with this store. They also have enough to fit all price range.

Went there today and I demanded top shelf and they recommended the Girl Scout cookies. I've tried many girls scouts before so I was iffy about their recommendation but they promised I would not be disappointed. So I gave it a go. And they proved me wrong. That shit was FIRE!! I had to call the fire department cause it was too fire.

What can I say? The other reviews got it right.  Fast check in, friendly service, and QUALITY products. And a good location. This place got it right. Hats off to you!

The store was clean and comfortable, and everyone was professional and I was able to obtain my medicine quickly. But most of all, it was placed in an appropriate location and there weren't any people loitering about. I wish I had a nickel for every time I tried a dispensary only to find it right next to homes and with sketchy people hanging around. This place is professional.

I really wanted these guys to be my main place but they sold me some awful stemmy weak weed and I paid a pretty penny because they recommended it as some fire. It's a good place but I don't like getting bad weed promoted to me when I ask for suggestions.

one of the cleanest collectives around! everyone was so friendly, unlike other places where i feel like a criminal with all those caged windows around me. the sickest thing is the on-site doctor! he doesn't do evaluations for cannabis, but the alternative healing is awesome! OMG the strain collection and edibles are countless, and the price for there meds are reasonable. the Jack Herer was money well spent, as was the Red Velvet and Cherry Bombs! the most bang for my buck was the portable vape. its great to know they got it, because my doctor says that all the smoking i do is no helpi am not yet done exploring collectives in San Jose, but this definitely tops the list so far

An amazing store with a potent selection of great medicine. they'll ease any pains and even have a doctor to help treat and relax patients. They seem to really care and provide a nurturing environment. Only problem is no on site medication but other than that a great club to check out. They even gave a free pre-roll and edible with my first purchase =]

This place is very nice, with a nice location and great vibe inside.  Very clean and organized yet always seems to be somewhat crowded (guess this should be a good thing!).  Huge array of edibles, and an outstanding first-timer program.  Got a 4 dose edible and a pre-roll, not to mention I got my meds "dusted" for free.  I would say that the only bad thing about NHPR is that they have TOO MANY choices!  endless amounts of jars to look at and smell, I swear I could be in there for 2 hours and not even know it.  Extremely hard time making up your mind to where it makes you feel that the workers are getting mad (keep in mind they never actually displayed a remote sense of annoyance).  Also, the bud seems a bit higher priced than competitors but this could be due to the fact that they include all taxes.  Overall good club, HUGE selection, great people.  A tad pricey and sort of a far drive, but all in all i will def be returning.

I've only been here once, and that's because I was so disappointed I knew I'd never want to return. All their meds were ok, top shelf was someone else's mid grade. They offered "hash me" and "kief me" deals for their 8ths, whhcih means they toss your bud around in a jar of the stuff. But if there's no oil or anything how is a good amount going to stick??? Also their clones were infested with mites. I'm sure they've gotten a new batch by now, but that definitely told me that they either had a bad clone source or didn't know how to properly care for their plants. Can't recommend them, it'd pry be best to find some place else that's close.

This place is nothing short of amazing. I felt like a kid in a candy store! It is by far one of the most pleasant experiences I've had anywhere. Their service is top notch, always making you feel welcomed and wanted. These guys are professional and down to earth. The menu is exceptional and really creates an overall experience worthy of loyalty! Will definitely be referring and returning!

So, i came here about a month ago for my first time. My best friend recommended i check it out, we went together and both got 20% off of our orders which was fantastic. The service was top notch, we were walked through every product with a very knowledgeable employee. She was kind, sweet, and everything you'd want from a place that only had female bud tenders. A five star experience. I raved about this place to my roommate, who has issues with going to clubs because she's had traumatic experiences with men so she usually orders online or has me pick up for her. Today my experience was the polar opposite, the dude at the door barely even looked up from his phone. Didn't tell us anything about the discount for a new patient or referral, so i asked myself. We walk in, and are looked up and down by a couple of young women. I tell a budtender that it's my roommates first time here, she literally just says okay. So we just browse ourselves. All employees were just on their phones, talking about nothing, except this one girl. I think she may have been newer because she wasn't super knowledgeable about the product (i don't care though because she was super helpful!), she made our experience better which is why i gave this place 3 stars. Overall, good discounts, but the perks of it being all female budtenders were unapparent and pointless, at least my roommate and I.

While the product availability and prices were great, the last time I was there, four employees weren't wearing masks over their faces.  One man and three women.  They weren't interacting w/ customers, but they were all in the same crowded space, near the employees that were complying with covid mask standards.  Just made me uncomfortable being in there, but honestly I'm still gonna go back.

I don't know why there was kief you should ask your employees that question they probably took it and smoked it and sealed it back up because there was a seal on it but your employee remove the seal then decided to show the guy on the computer that the seal was removed I have no reason to lie or to get a free joint if the joint was in the container like it should be I wouldn't have been over telling your employees about it like I said I go every other week I liked it there. The reason why it took me 5 days to realize it was because I left it in the paper bag it came in and left it in my purse I didn't think I had to check if the items I bought where in they're containers I shouldn't have to double check your employees work I don't like how you and your employees are accusing me of lying it's rude and disrespectful I would think you at lest try to be friendly with me to keep your customers happy but as everyone can tell you and your employees don't care for customer service. And don't worry I won't go there again I'll be taking my money to purple lotus thank you

They really take care of their customers here at this dispensary.Brando (the owner) has always been a pleasant person to speak with and learn from.I really enjoy the family-oriented feel you get when you shop here for meds.Always some of the best California grown strains here.

I continue to get my meds here at their current location and I plan on following them till I croak.Jess and Brando are wonderful owners. They truly care for their customers. I always feel like I'm family when I come, the staff does a great job remembering your name. Their budtenders are Phenomenal!!!! Jeanie, Jenna and Gloria are AMAZING!!! So knowledgeable,  helpful and courteous.  They don't try to upsell nor do they bullshit around, they know their stuff, they are Cannabis Conouseurs! San Jose Ca has many of these clubs in the area. Plenty to choose from. There is this fantastic club that gives discounts to seniors and disabled and those of you with medical Doctors note. They have some very good selections in the Flower, Vape and Edibles. They even have some CBD oil you can use on your pets. One of my pitbulls had cancer and it helped him with the remission stages and really helps him eat and live a normal life.They have these young "Spice Girls" working there. Very good at the customer service. Kassandra, Gloria, Jenna, Emma, Chau. All different and they got the product knowledge down. I have tried 10 clubs in the area and NHPR helps the patient$. No overcharging! No hidden tax fees!Help$ fit in your budget. Other places are ridiculous charging up the roof with prices. Small place and location is mid San Jose. Easy to get to off Monterey Highway, 280 and 87. I had to cut off Caliva, Airfields, Haze, Purple Lotus, Elemental, San Jose Collective. Killing us with the price$. If you are in the South Bay and looking for some good med's. Go to NHPR.

Super awesome customer service from the owner Brando. He was really patient with answering my questions and introducing all their different products to me. There were a ton of other customers in the store, but he took the time to show me some options for what I was looking for. The store was really clean, organized and fully stocked - no supply chain issues here!!! Lots of promotions too - prices everywhere have been crazy high so it was nice to be able to save some money.

This is by far, my favorite dispensary in San Jose! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They can always provide recommendations based on your ailment or intention. The selections are excellent with a wide variety of edibles, vapes, capsules, waxes, tree, pre-rolls etc.The interior is spacious and organized, and there's a massive ceiling fan that is easily distinguishable.They offer great deals, especially on Tuesdays! This is always my first stop before a relaxing weekend.

I love Natural Herbal for their convenient location off Tully and behind Costco. They have the best rewards program and best discount days. Best overall selection on edibles and topicals. Friendliest staff and security. Best shaded parking and safest. I love Natty herbal and it's worth checking out.
