Be careful when coming here they have a good selection of products but they will give you something else that you didn't ask for ! Make sure to open your bags before you leave because they will give you something else that you didn't ask for and not want to make it right and return it due to COVID . I wasted about two hours dealing with this until the manager finally resolved it but now I'm pissed because I won't be getting home until hella late as I come here from The Valley super inconvenient having to go thru this because of their mistake. Learn how to do your job it's very simple to learn your strains!

Past 2 times that I've gotten cartridges they've been low like someones been smoked out of them. Definitely not getting my money's worth
Be careful here, the employees must be high off their ass since they never give the right change. Gave me wrong change and refused to give me correct when I asked. Asian lady with the 4inch lashes tried to resolve the problem but she was no help at all.
Fast quick service. All staff including security guard tenders very nice. Watch for overweight woman at front desk once in a long while. She never wears a mask until after inside and its below her nose. I have seen her on many occasions not following covid rules. All other employees there do and they are nicest. Wish she never worked here.
This place is unbelievable when it comes to refunds How can these employees mess up on orders and not accept a return when it's THEIR fault!! Been coming here for years and this is the last time, since they have rude unprofessional employee in the front who doesn't know how to do a SIMPLE job.

Tonight was my first time checking out Theraleaf myself. I've been there in the past with friends but never got off because I usually go to the Purple Lotus for my product. But tonight, I thought I would try someplace new, plus Theraleaf is just as close to my house as the Lotus. At first, everything was okay. I got there just before closing (around 15-20 minutes), but there was a line, which was excellent. The Security asked for all our ID's to help speed up the front, and I liked how you could put in your order as soon as you go up to the guy at the table. The guy was cool, gave me some good recommendations, and was personable. In general, he was quickly likable and had excellent customer service. As soon as I went inside, I pulled out the money and gave it to the women at the window. Naturally, I said hello, but she continued to do whatever she was doing. Now, I just thought she probably didn't hear me, and that's possible with a mask. Then she turned to me, and again I said hello and she didn't say a word but took my paper and money, then said they would give it to me at the door. Now, remember, this is my first time there, and I don't know how things go, nor did she bother to tell me. But whatever, I just wanted my disposable pen and the cartridge I ordered. I like the music in the waiting room, and I got my product and my change from the guy in the back. As I left, the security sand goodbye, and honestly, the guys in the front had better customer service then the people inside. As I left, I noticed they gave me the wrong product. I ordered a disposable cartridge (my whole purpose of going) and a separate cartridge. What I ended up getting were a cartridge and a Stiiizy pod. I turned back in less than 5 minutes, and as I pulled up, only the security guard was outside leaving. He attempted to help me right away! I explained what happened, and he went inside to see what he could do, and the register was closed, which, in reality, was understandable; it was 9:08 pm. He took my name down and said to come back tomorrow, and they can exchange it... Umm, I guess. Reality is, it was my first time, they messed up on my order (which was extremely disappointing), customer service inside wasn't the best, and they still want me to go back the next day so they can correct their mistake... Which doesn't make sense to me? I already wasted 30 minutes the first time; I'm not going to continue to spend my time. What I am going to do is give the Stiiizy to a friend and go back to Purple Lotus, where the price is just as affordable, and where they have excellent customer service both outside and inside the facility.

So after going back a few times I definitely saw an improvement in the wait times but today I actually saw the line of customers they had.. I was in and out for an express order in like 10ish minutes but after seeing the amount of people today it really made me reconsider my prior review.
This place has an unorganized operation. You cant even call them because a recorded message tells you to order online(Weedmaps). When you go on Weedmaps you cant even make an express order. Also even if you get to make an express order you still have to wait in line and wait for your order like everyone else. They have no customer service number for and they've messed up all my "express" orders by giving me someone else's change and ID card.
This club has been my only go to for at least 2 years! Up until Friday, I guess. I have always appreciated the product, and staff. On Friday I went in and made a purchase, Rico rang me up, Adrian is was my bud-tender, very informative! Rico left something off, I didn't notice til I got home. I called to clarify the mistake, this female answers, Rude as Hell!! By her voice, I know exactly who it is. She is a fat white female, that has a bad attitude! She was very unprofessional with me, and raised her tone at me, when I was clearly asking her what can be done about this because it took me forever to get all the way out there, and I got banned for that.We seriously spend hundreds each week there, literally, and for them to ban me because of this individual shows how horrible this establishment is being ran, and maybe I shouldn't shop here.I was told by security that management will contact me. My friends and family have all decided to ban them, and we will spend our money elsewhere. Hopefully karma kicks her in the ass! She should have been fired on the spot for speaking to a customer that poorly.
I come here honestly at least twice a week. I love this place as far as prices go. But PLEASE when packing sauce in a bag, first thing I learned as a budtender was to keep the packaging flat in the bag, not sideways or upside down. I'm sure you can guess what happened when I got home...

Bought a select cartridge and it was low. Looks like it had been smoking it. They are usually full to the top.
It was quick & easy for me to get set up as a new patient. Came for a gram of some indica sauce. The budtender that helped me was friendly and the line moved fast with all the staff there helping. Love that the price is firm with no extra change.. Makes sense since it is cash only.
HORIBLE HORIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!Walked up was in a good mood. I asked if she had anything organic. She didnt know anything. Maybe she was new. Anyways she told me the total and then i decided that i didnt want it. I asked for a different strain instead. She got all pissed off at me for something so small. Come on theraleaf! My fave place to pick up meds. I've been to quite a few places mostly everywhere besides lotus but the people and owners who work here are great so I haven't had any interest elsewhere since buddies shut down.
Theraleaf Rocks!! They have good product that's affordable. Most dispensaries are pricey. They're pricy because you're paying the new tax rates. This club covers your taxes!! You just can't beat that. Definitely worth a visit.
A few important things about this spot.... it is cash only! They do have an ATM on site which charges you an additional 2.50. I was basically in search for the pax era device and called many smoke shops and other dispensaries and no one seemed to have it. I was on the phone with a random smoke shop and they told me to give this spot a try and it worked! I lost my old one and with the laws changing and all it's been difficult. Their pax era pods are also super cheap! 45 bucks compared to 60 at other places .... so yeah I'll most likely be back. And this time I'll be prepared and bring cash. :)
I used to really like this place. But recently, their selection of products has gotten pretty grim, and today was just one too many times of their impolite security guard ordering me around without even a please or thank you. So from now on, I'm gonna drive the extra two blocks to Elemental wellness. I would recommend you do the same.
If I can rate 10 stars I would! The best cannabis dispensary in San Jose, Ca PERIOD.They go above and beyond for their patients. Very friendly out going staff! Make you feel like family. The flower and edibles they provide have always been 100% they also have oils hash etc. the staff is very knowledgeable on getting you exactly what you need. Very very satisfied and I HIGHLY recommend this dispensary.
Best club in San Jose, taxes are included in the listed price. Not the biggest selection but they are constantly getting new stuff.
Best prices for 8ths, carts, and concentrates. Friendly employees and chill security folks. Can't say much about their medical recommendations cus I usually look up menus and effects or terpenes or whatever before or just get some that's a good mix from experience.
Been here 2 times and I was very impressed by the price and selection of wax they had compared to other dispensaries. Place is easy to find And parking lot is big.Good prices for wax/shatter and they have plenty in stock. I used to be all for this place but for the last few visits I've gotten poor recommendations and poor service. I could tell after being recommended the chemdoggy cart that they were obviously trying to get off of shelves. And just now someone was helping me and midway through making a decision decided to switch with another employee. No wonder they are working here. Poor service, maybe should worry more about quality service than giving a lazy friend a job.
Had a great first expierence here. The counter staff was super helpful and chill. They have a pretty good selection of everything. I specifically went in for a vape pen. I have been very happy with my purchase.

This establishment claims to serve doctor recommended "PATIENTS", yet, they do not allow "PATIENTS" to use their restroom. Most people that come here do actually have medical issues that require a restroom nearby. I've been to many different Medical Marijuana dispensaries and they all have a restroom. I was told by The MANAGER that it is against the law to let "PATIENTS" use the restroom. I told them I was disabled & I was in an urgent situation but they would not budge to help me. I ultimately told them I would have to leave to go find a restroom. I told them I would never return. I was driving down the street & found ELEMENTAL. Since it has been my experience that dispensaries have a restroom I went in & told them of my need & they helped me right away. I felt no compassion at Theraleaf & I didn't appreciate being treated that way.
Place is dope hood flower tasty shatter good price can't complain oh I don't get headaches from the herbs burns clean always white Ash if I could work there I would! Customer service can be worked on some of the people aren't so pleasant. But I get it sometimes. They are saying the same thing over and over.
The only place that makes you feel like nobody ever voted! Really nice people from the door to floor, I have years in the industry and I won't buy retail anywhere else.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The staff is very unprofessional and racist. My husband went into this store after the new law with the same ID (foreign) that he has used at many other dispensaries in the area. Some racist white girl at the desk saw where he was from threw his ID back at his. Literally threw it at his. I could not believe it. Discusting. Will never be doing business here ever. I hope karma shuts this place down.

Best spot for variety in prices for concentrates. I worked across the street when they opened back in 2015 and couldn't stop since. Parking spaces always available and rush hours aren't too bad.
Wouldnt accept my passport. Dmv paperwork for my license. I also had 2 expired id's to confirm paperwork. Dismissed me because they have soo many ppl coming in.
Seemingly a bunch of lowlifes with very little knowledge of what they sell or ways in which it can be taxed for sales. The spout out short answers and expect you to understand what their intent is and then get mad when you ask questions. In the city and feels always just one step above buying your product on the streets.
CHECK YOUR PRODUCT(S) BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! You think I would have learned my lesson by now but nope! Put too much trust in the budtenders and have gotten screwed every time! I never get the products that I actually want. Then I have to spend my time and gas to go alllll the way back over there so they can fix their many mistakes. This place is a joke and so is there products. Much better quality for much better prices elsewhere! There is one girl that works at the front desk who is extremely rude and never smiles. Looks like she hates life. The other girls are great, friendly, smile at you, welcome you in, thank you when leaving. This place needs to change!! Pulling up, its just an open space. Thats fine, kinda scary but nothing too bad. Walking in , the window to speak to the receptionist is right there so its not hard to find who to talk to. Yet, the girl at the front doesn't seem very knowledgeable. About anything. And when we had a problem with my Rec. thats where it ended. I was literally in there for two minutes. She didnt try to help, didnt seem to care at all. Maybe its because she didnt know what to do, but MAYBE they should have put someone in front who had the knowledge to help their clients. Customer service is not acceptable at all and honestly walking in they seem like a place that doesn't get much business. Wonder why.
I absolutely love EVERYONE here!!! I can't understand why people are saying that they don't have good customer service. Maybe if people had there stuff up to date together and correct then they wouldn't have a problem!! They almost all know me now but i see nothing but friendly service everytime im there. Great products as well. Very knowledgeable staff
I prefer that people should just do pre-order online pickup. It is way more efficient, and they let you in ahead of the regular line. Before, i didn't use pre-order. But realizing doing it now is a way faster process to receive your order.

Been coming here for past five years since it's so close to my house . Even the the staff is highly disrespectful. Price was good . Bought a product and since we can't open it till we go outside , I checked my stizzy box felt light and it was empty . I go back they say they can't do anything even tho the recipe said if any directs we will exchange or refund . They said contact stizzy 2 weeks later stizzy approved. Guess they banned me for reporting this problem . Still haven't gotten my refund so they just stole my money . The front desk lady so disrespectful. I ask if she could right a letter saying they refused to give me a refund . She said it's not her job and blocked me . So sad ! How a business could treat loyal customers
the cart i bought is already leaking and the flower is just dry. they clearly don't know how to store the supplies coming in to the store. it's literally the one job of a retailer. oh well. never coming here again. dont recommend anyone else should..
I think you guys need to evaluate your purchasing system. Went up and picked out 2 grams of wax and 2 eighths. The budtender told me, after I had all my stuff picked out, that another budtender would be charging me out. She handed him the flower but left out the wax, when I got home all I had was flower. I was about to pay 50 a gram for that wax, so you guys lost out on a $100 sale. Won't come back here.

Damn!! Theraleaf has fell off. They used to sell very good strains for great prices. No longer the case. And now, they have their own in-house grow by the name of Union. (Not to be confused with Union Electric, a way better growing op) I picked up the Super Silver Haze 1/4 for $35 and it was DRY! Called from the parking lot to let them know about the flower and I was told to come back in. Once I returned, the manager seen the bag was opened and I could not return it. It is not a great batch and I wouldn't expect them to resell it so it surprised me a bit.Sent the corporate office an email and will see if they can rectify the situation. Doubt it as I'm just a speck on their balance sheet.Try Lakeside Remedy, Kushagram and California Patients Club for better pricing and understanding of a batch is not what is supposed to be.

Horrible Security personnel on Aug 22,21 a Sunday morning, I ask a question when ask to lower or remove my face mask , the security person spoke up from behind me asking a 64 year old man to leave and not to return to Theraleaf as if he owned the place. Everyone please stand up to bullies asking any person to drop their mask. ALSO the small minded security man wanted to call the COP'S over something someone told him incorrectly concerning the face mask mandate. I did lower mine as he spoke to me disrespectfully which didn't seem to be the real reason for his behavior. Management was to contact me but did Not.
Fantastic club. i would rate 5 star but they have a bit of a problem keeping the menu online updated and there customers informed of current procedures and such. Update. During the covid19 shutdown this place has been going downhill. They are horrible at keeping weedmaps updated if they even bother for some products. Also they are incorrectly listing products thc levels.
Taxes included and quick in and out. Was a little hesitant as to freshness cause of other reviews I've read but my selections have been fresh and not stale.
Pay close attention on the exact name of the product that you’re getting and be specific on online orders, if they ask you what you’ve ordered online don’t tell them anything, they should know by using your ID, if for some reason you make a mistake and give them the wrong item name, they will add it to the bill and you won’t be able to return it, they will say something like” oh I thought you wanted to add it to the bill”. Be careful guys. Shame on you theraleaf!!!
