Best dispensary I've been to in San Jose! The staff is extremely helpful and friendly! The aesthetic of the place is real nice, and the line actually goes by pretty fast! There's a wide variety of everything there. If you're into edibles, I highly recommend the Kiva Lost Farms gummies. As for drinkables, the Lagunitas Reverb (10mg/bottle,) the PBR Infused Seltzer (5mg/can,) and Habit's drink (100mg/bottle) are all great. I don't like alcohol, so having these drinks are a great replacement for me. Lol
First time experience, and like a virgin Nick H was gentle with me. Had heard a lot about ASC from friends, and they were correct. I gave Nick certain scenarios and what would he imbibe with, and I gotta say he nailed it. I think I don't know for sure, the downside to ASC would be I bet it gets freaking busy. I got in and got out in the time I wanted too, but looking behind me I could see a line starting to form. I would try avoid their busy times if at all possible. Great dispensary.

I have been coming here for years. Good flower and selection of other goodies. Consistency is important to me and so far they have been one of the most in my experience. Customer service tends to be solid at most as come on they have a product that almost requires it. However I feel airfield has some of the best! I have had some nice bud tenders but a few stand out and recently Rafael has been killing it! Appreciate the great suggestions.

The convenience of this location being right next to the airport allowed for easy pickup and the staff was super friendly and informative on their products. They also have great deals and we were happy with our visit
Staff was very nice and helpful although their prices were very high compared to other places around the bay, also their ATM's only allow you to take out increments of $100 (oddly). They do have a lot of product and the staff is pretty nice, as well as their dispensary is very nice inside as well although the prices definitely turned me off to this place as I paid over $100 for two pre rolls after taxes etc.

Overall an excellent "Danksgiving' (the 3 days prior to Thanksgiving) 20% Off on many brands including LEVEL, PAX, & JETTY (unfortunately they haven't been maintaining stock on PAX pods: XJ-13, Orangeade, Blue Dream, Tangie, & they haven't stocked the outstanding Solventless Papaya).Service by Venus+ was pleasant, professional, & quick (though 'one too many' add-on attempts). Exiting the current indoor 'maze' is somewhat tight for disabled with rollator or wheelchair. Security is always professional & friendly. Parking is private, ample, & safe. AIRFIELD always seems to have excellent staff overall (other than the 'weirdo' who implemented a 'nickle & dime' $5 fee & even on large $ deliveries - to 'support' their large fleet of overpriced Teslas).I'd rate AIRFIELD 4 of 5 stars (plenty of room for improvement), but am choosing 5of5 this time because they're overall so much better than their competition (HAZE is #2)
Horrible new website is the exact opposite of user friendly. It took me 45 minutes to place my order, 5 hours later I find out it was canceled. I was saving a lot of rewards and that is all gone since I had to re-register as a new customer I was a reliable customer every week.Unlikely I will ever be a customer here again.
I purchased a T-shirt here as a gift for my husband. I should have noticed the incorrect size, but didn't! When I went back to exchange the shirt, Ale was super helpful and took the time to find the right size for me. I am impressed with their customer service. Really going above and beyond to have a satisfied customer. It's like a breath of fresh air these days. Highly recommend.
Been shopping at Airfield twice. Their online ordering is nice and straightforward. I had it for pick-up and the line was pretty long, but the reps were very fast and were able to service everyone on a timely manner.They have a variety of products from strains, ratio'd edibles to even plants!
Don't make that illegal u turn. You will get pulled over. Cops be hidden behind shit every other day. Everyone is super friendly! Security and the greeters are my favorite employees! They have a recycling cap program and I love that. Airfield has options for everyone, seriously. Bud tenders could be faster and especially during the last hour. I hate the 8:50pm cut off. It's such a waste of time and money because there's not a lot of dispensaries this way. Some bud tenders aren't really convincing when it comes to recommendations but usually the younger ones know wassup. If you're a first timer please don't get strong edibles or high thc % idk why they let customers walk out with certain things... otherwise they cool. Roc Og or Roc Og Budlets are my favorite from this dispensary.
I liked Airfield, but today's experience is really leaving a nasty taste in my mouth. I bought a chocolate bar (among other items today) and arrived home to find that they'd sold me a faulty product--see attached photo. Here's the thing: Airfield doesn't seem to have any regrets or quality assurance in place, and rather than accept responsibility for the issue with the cheapest item I bought, I was told the manager was on the other line. When I asked if the manager could offer a call back, the person I spoke with reiterated that the policy is the policy and that there's nothing they can do for me: they're not willing to look at the photo or even entertain the idea of a refund or credit unless I drive back to them (about twenty miles away) with the item. I'd previously found the staff to be kind and accommodating, but today's interaction was a clear stonewalling--disappointing given that I'd just spent $120 at the shop and that frankly, we should expect our purchases to be actually edible, rather than melted and rehardened? I guess I'd say: purchase at your own risk. I'm shocked that the staff had so little interest in attempting to right the dispensary's wrong.Time stamped receipt from my purchase about an hour ago, chocolate upon opening when I got home. Do you want to eat this?
Line was long. Everyone kept their 6ft social distancing. Very helpful and friendly staff. My husband needed something to help reducing pain for his broken wrists and the staff guided us thru different options and what would work best. Super clean space, well designed with a modern architecture sensibility.
Good selection and easy-to-use online ordering. Pick-up was a breeze during Covid-19 shutdown. Frequently they have 20% off sales so I like to stock-up when I can to save money.
After having gone through a number of different solutions and treatments, the CBD/THC route was really the only one left to try. And tbh, now that it is legal, it made the choice that much easier.We found ASC after reviewing a number of sites and went with them for our first purchase because they were highly rated. We drove over and found that they had a bit of a line, but a spacious parking space. We were able to park in about 1-2 minutes, which is perfectly fine.There were two lines... one for pre-ordered pick ups, and one for walk-ins. We went to the walk in line and the whole location was well setup for COVID-19 distancing as well as clearly marked signage of where exit doors were, what to expect, and there were staff around for anyone who had any questions.There were security guards at multiple locations and they were friendly and just making sure people knew where to park, and which line to get into.Every few minutes, someone came by asking if anyone had a pre-order and got into the wrong line. There were some free cookie samples(non-medicinal), as well as just a good sense of cheer. Everyone in line was pretty chill and just happily chatting about random things. The line moved along pretty quickly.When near the front of the line, the employee stationed there indicated what we needed to have on hand(ID) and if we were first timers, that we had to register once we walked in. The registration took like 2 minutes and then we were inside.Thoughts: Dang. Whoever drew up the design of the place really did a great job. I loved that we got to see some baby plants enjoying some ambient air. Multiple clerks to help customers when it was their turn. The line moved briskly and we soon were called over to Felippe/Phillipe's window.Being noobs, we had questions and only vaguely mentioned edibles. He had some questions about what we were primarily looking for: pain relief and anxiety. Once he got that, he left to get an arrangement and soon the counter was arrayed with many choices. He was super friendly and patient as he explained the different types, strains, ratios, etc. and the main focus of the particular product's characteristics. We went through this with a couple more types of products and wrapped up our purchase with a nice selection.Paid with cash(we had checked the website beforehand and visited an ATM on the way there). Got a nice tight bag that zip-locked, and he even suggested we swing by the grow room to have a look on our way out. Seriously, the whole experience was a first for us and it was overwhelmingly positive. It felt like a bit of a cross between a See's Candy, Jewelry Store, and Jelly Belly's factory.The only things that I would "complain" or find "fault" with was that we couldn't use the big names in contactless payment like ApplePay or similar, because of the whole "bank x legality" issue because of the federal laws. :( But once again... not their fault. Would I recommend this place? Yes. Definitely.Would I revisit and give them my business again? Yes. Definitely.And yes, the gummies turned out to be effective at addressing the pain issue, and is something we are getting a feel for. But Airfield Supply made our first time so much better. Thank you!!
So I called Airfield about getting a vape pen for CBD to accompany the Cannabis cream I have for pain management. The gentleman I talked to was very professional and told me to come in and consult with a Budtender to see what product would better fit my needs. So I came in and everyone I encountered was extremely proffesional, courteous and empathetic as I came in on crutches. Theres a separate line for people with physical handicaps even though mine was temporary. They didnt see me having to wait in a long line on crutches. That was immensely appreciated. Albeit I got certain looks from patrons thinking I was there on crutches to get in and out. I wasn't there for them I was there for myself, trying to find something to medicate my Extensor Tendonitis. Trust me I wish I could stand in line but it wasn't the case. Moving forward I believe my Budtenders name was Hailey (Katie) maybe but she was very knowledgeable of the products and what I needed for pain and inflammation management. The pen and the CBD ration she gave me is perfect. It works just as she stated and that means alot being how much pain I was enduring for the past 24 hours. So painful I didnt sleep for those 24 hours. So leading to my last point the cream and the vape pen had me feeling no pain and was a great investment. If people were more cognizant about the beneficial properties these products carry they would never mess with an OTC again. Airfield gets my endorsement and that's coming from someone who has spent years on different prescribed and OTC meds. After my experience with CBD I'm going natural from here on out!
Ordered for online delivery using Treez pay. They never sent the treez pay text, and the delivery driver couldn't figure out how to fix it. He was suggesting I go to an ATM and come back. I suggested it's easier to cancel my order and order with another dispensary. My airfield order took 3 hours from order to door. I ordered from another dispensary for delivery, paid online using Hypur, and my order came in 30 minutes without issue. Airfield used to be my go-to dispensary, but now I think twice if Treez is involved.
I tried Airfield today and was pleasantly surprised with the cool vibe and great customer service! Jack helped answer all my many questions. I highly recommend stopping by :)
Customer service is on point! Every single person took the time to welcome me in and say goodbye. Service was speedy and as a sales guy I Appreciate Owen doing his thing. He was welcoming and recommended different options. I travel the states for work, one of the better dispensaries out there.
I loved this place. Love the delivery. The people are amazing. Then your website changed....... It is flat out garbage. You do know most people use their phone to do this right? The filters and all over the place. And it's just not user friendly. Or phone friendly. Guess who has a app down the street now? And it's easy. Now to my next point. Your price..... $80 8th's??? You use to have great prices. Now this? Your in house brand flower $195-220 ounce. Now $410. You bounced around all your vape cartridges. You marketed it hardly have those in stock. The standard vape cartridges, used to have great selections. Now it's all these other ones. 1/2 gram vape for $50??! I am one to spend good money on product. No problem with $50-$60 for a good 8th. But $80. $410 ounce. $50 half gram cartridges? Y'all lost me. And I spent on average $1200-1400 a month with you. Also I had a lot of rewards. Had to reregister, lost them all. So you lost me.
For the past 2-3 years, this dispensary has been my consistent go-to place to buy weed. Why am I giving it only 2 stars? Because honestly their new website is TRASH. Can't even look at the specials calendar without verifying my age and accepting their terms of service, popups everywhere, and their new "filter by category" system is hilariously ineffective. Their old website was infinite times better because you can actually use it to buy weed. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
I have been coming here for almost 10 years, since they've been on Saratoga Ave but will no longer shop here. I would not recommended making online orders here as they have messed up my last 2 orders. One order was missing a $50 cartridge and my last order was fulfilled 12 hours after I requested it, and 30 minutes before they close. Literally ordered the night before for 10AM pickup (which they accepted), and was texted after 8:00 PM the next day to pick up my order although they close at 9. So if you actually like getting what you ordered, go someplace else.
Had a really amazing experience at this spot. The staff are so nice and chill. I can't wait to come back!!
After my first experience, I did receive a very generous credit towards another purchase at Airfield, and I had a chance to finally go in this evening. I appreciated their social distancing protocol, and I didn't have to wait too long before being carded, invited in and called over to a bud tender. The inside of their shop is really nice and clean, and they seemed to have a really great selection products. If I recall correctly, my bud tender's name was Felipe, and he was great. I told him I was looking for edibles and wanted to check out the tea section. I also had noticed a body cream in the display while I was waiting that I had him bring over. He was able to walk through the dosages on everything with me, and was very friendly and attentive. I'm excited about my purchases, and having the chance to come back!
Since my last review things have gotten better. Though I can't speak for the management the staff have been awesome. Last time the management was less then stellar I wasn't happy at all with the conversations and the lack of understanding. The staff has been great and I really appreciate them treating me well and being as helpful as can be. I even got to witness them holding their ground on the mask mandate which was awesome. The products have been great. I have only had two or three items that were really not great at all. The Jetfuel is a reliable and great budget way to relax and be relieved. The deals are better then any other location in the Bay Area. I been to plenty others but in the last year Airfield is the place for me. It's gone from a 1 to a 4 stars I just wish the owner or management was just as helpful and cool as the staff. Thanks for improving in some areas it's nice to see some improvement versus no improvement. Hope to one day see you as a 5 in my book.

This place has got to be the worst dispensary I've been to in the bay, my bf and I just got home not even 2 hours ago from getting an eighth of Mendo breath and let me tell you it was the WOSRT $60 I have spend in my life I regret spending that much money on some flower that tastes SO NASTY! And on top of it being nasty it smells so bad and it was super dry.... my bf rolled us a backwood and we both couldn't keep smoking cause it was THAT BAD! Super DISAPPOINTED and PISSED OFF that I spend that much on some nasty ass tree!! The packaging of the weed was super old aswell like y'all serious??? Smh !! NEVER GOING BACK!
My experience with dispensaries is pretty limited, but this is at least as good as those I've been to in Colorado and better than the ones I visited in Las Vegas.The selection is huge and varied and the hardest part was trying to decide how much I could fit into this single trip. I managed to do it justice...I think. Maybe. I really enjoyed the interaction with my budtender. She was knowledgeable and fun and I really felt as though she was interested in my experience with her products. My domestic goddess and I left very satisfied both with the service and the product, if you know what I mean.The store itself is roomy, well lit, clean, safe and secure, and we were made to feel very welcome.I am looking forward to making a trip back so I can visit Airfield again, if you know what I mean.
One of my favorite dispensaries in the South Bay I always feel welcome here and they always have what I'm looking for And the great thing they accept cash or credit as one of my problems is to have cash before going to most of the dispensaries I've been too The prices are reasonable and they always carry variety of what you're looking for The place itself nice and clean and it's not in a very ghetto area :)I used to try different dispensaries but this one is my place to go!

Been going here for, I think about a year now - maybe more - and really like the staff. Theyre all really cool and helpful. I have major sleep issues and their staff has always recommended good remedies.However..I had two bad experiences:1) I was approached by two of their security officers and manager after purchase as I was getting into my car, and was told that they needed to search me. Some homeless dude approached them and told them I stole his beanie. I told them 'no' and when they continued to badger me I started to yell, at which point their guards backed off and the manager offered me some stupid discounts.2) I put in a ~$300 order for delivery which was set to arrive between 3-5. Waited until 4:40 for the delivery, and was told their single credit/debit payment service is down and I'd have to pay cash or pay through their other app. I only had $200 on me. I asked to either parse out the order or go through their app. The app approach didn't work because their system never sent me any type of txts - I have no idea what this has to do with the payment system - and they wouldn't parse my order out so I can pay cash. I called in this AM to check on whether the credit/debit system was still down and explain the situation from the evening before. I was told their systems are still down, with no time frame for it to be back up. Their response to yesterday was that they'd provide an 'inconvenience credit' to my account.In summary, place is cool but you can find more cost effective places. New spots open frequently and will provide better discounts (not just effin 'inconvenience credits') while airfield continues to struggle with scaling and understanding effectivity. Their Sales and Customer Relations teams are fairly garbage - if they actually have any dedicated people there.Last notes: There's no reason to save your cash 'rewards' here. Never do it. It's essentially an advance for airfield. Wait times are really long here, for no discernable reason ****They essentially have an incentive program to encourage and reward whining from customers, rather than focusing on offering better service to loyal ones. DONT get bought out by them with their discounts for their shortfallings - just go elsewhere. I've never taken anything these fools offered me due to 'hardship', and I never will.Recommendation for customers: go elsewhere, but if you choose to come here, don't expect great things. This is just an ordinary dispensary with what's available to every other dispensary, who sells their products at a marked up price. You'd save so much more time and money going to places, like in San Jose.Recommendation for Airfield: get a new management team. Idiots.

Its a far cry from that guy who knows a guy who has a friend that sold you a baggie of mostly stems from his clapped out 1965 Econoline Van back in Collage. What you have now in the case of Airfield Supply is kind of an Apple Store for you cannabis needs. I mean we are talking ultra lounge posh here. You show up and have you ID checked at the door. You then register with another person and show your ID again. Then you are given a ticket and you either goto the Will Call or you into the retail side. You can smell it from the parking lot and once inside its almost a physical force. In the waiting area there is a glassed in grow room where you can see plants at various stages being tended too. The retail side has very friendly and knowledgeable staff than can advise you based on your needs. The Will Call for my money is way way more convient if you know what you want. You put the order in via their website then show up and pay. In and out in 5 minutes. I would give you a word of caution however, A close friend of mine had family from out of state and they wanted to partake. They based it on prior experience and took about 100mg of edibles each. They were pretty much non functional for a few days so do you diligence. This stuff is lab tested and basically pharmaceutical grade. Ample parking and conveniently located. The only downside is that for now no credit cards and its cash only
First time there and placed an online order, which was really easy! Sierra helped me check out, she was super friendly and knowledgeable! Since I'm a new customer she explained how their rewards worked and let me know about their current promotions. Overall, great first impression!
Bought a sublingual drop here more than a week ago. Had a bad reaction to it that took me to the ER. Went to see if I could get a refund for the stuff that endangered me. Staff said no refund it's a State law. After what I said it took me to the ER. Yeah never again.
Not ADA accommodating at all. Would not let me sit in my car and wait for a spot in line. Even with a online order and "curbside" pickup, refused to help me with my disability.Surprising, given they require you to sign for "medical" use, this place has absolutely ZERO empathy for people with actual disabilities.Edit: After asking for names to file an ADA complaint--and needing to explain equal access regardless of disability is federal law--I was given a chair. The door person's aggressive reasoning for not helping the first time was not "having procedures in place" for people who have issues standing... However, the manner in which he came to this point was by publicly shaming me. Not sure the logic behind trying to shame me for not being able to stand, as chronic pain isn't an inconvenience I can put away because of the words coming out of someone's mouth?... Not to mention the fact that your medically licensed business doesn't have "procedures" for disabled folks shouldn't be something you try to make the disabled person in too much pain to stand feel bad about. (Just from the perspective of a decent human being?)My opinion of this place doesn't change. The one redeeming experience here, and the only reason why I'm not file an official ADA violation complaint, was the kindness of another employee who got a chair. Thanks man, really appreciate your help.
The bar tenders are always so knowledgeable and helpful. I tell them my goal and they bring me several choices and always explain each item. The staff is friendly and it's cleaned and organized with good security.

June 15thI ordered and paid online but showed up too early for the order so I decided to wait in the walk-up line instead.After thirty minutes, I get on the sales floor and there are about seven employees standing around! Two look bored and two more are maybe flirting. If the store is busy on a Saturday night I can understand, but it is aggravating to see people who could help us stand around. Nothing says "We don't care about your time" like employees not working behind the counter.Great prices on budlets.
Staff is wearing masks and keeping the place clean and safe for customers. I feel rushed when I shop here but I usually have more than enough time to make my selection. They have a beautiful grow/showroom if you're into that. Staff is great, friendly and help move the lines, specially during this past month of sales. They also offer veterans discounts and discounts on their house products.
Huge shoutout to Dani who was our budtender about a month ago. I'm reminding myself to leave a review because her customer service was that memorable. She VERY patiently took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel silly for asking or rushed us even though we took forever making decisions. We left very satisfied with our purchases and the experience!
The experience in and out their doors felt very regimented. There's what appear to be armed guards patrolling the exterior premises, so you feel like you're being treated as if you're up to no good the instant you turn in off Coleman and drive down the driveway to park in the back area. First, you have to stand in line outside before being let in to stand in a second line to "register," and then finally you go into the main room, where you stand in a third line to make your purchase. I know that marijuana can be used medicinally, so I guess it's normal to treat it similarly to when you wait in line at the pharmacy to pick up prescribed medications? That's how it felt here anyway. As was my experience at a dispensary in Massachusetts, you don't get the freedom to "browse." You are compelled to go up to the counter to speak with a representative, who asks what you want/like and s/he will give it to you and ring you up. They only take cash, which is typical. There are two ATMS inside, which charges a $3 fee. And you have to exit out of a different door that deposits you into the middle of the driveway that leads to the back parking area and to where you access the front entrance of the dispensary. Husband and I went at night. There needs to be a lot more lighting in the driveway / back parking area. For something that has been legalized, it feels a lot more nefarious than is necessary. I'm more scared that I'll get bopped in the face or worse by one of the militarized-looking guards than by anyone else.

pretty damn long ass line because of covid. my first time there so i'm sure what's it's like on a regular day. there's a pick up line as well as walk-in line. i was there around 6pm on a sunday. line went by pretty fast if you're patientso i'm being charge MBT ($4) and excise tax ($6.75)... wth is that? their cheapest dabs were $30. I got the highest priced one, $50 cause i'm a greedy jerk.i would return here but they need to be better at their line situation...staffs were friendly and nice and talk to me patiently even though line was long as fk.
Terrible customer service. It's unfortunate I have to leave a bad review here. I've been a regular here for years and have spent thousands of dollars, but I won't be returning anymore.Some of the staff need serious hospitality training. The security guard with the glasses has a superiority complex as well.If you Yelp sort by newest reviews, you'll see many one star reviews complaining about customer service, and they're not wrong. They literally barked at me aggressively for my mask not covering my nose, then continued to harass me about it after i put it on; the irony is their security yelling at me didn't have his nose covered either. Management made an excuse by saying their staff is going through a lot, this just shows the level of amateurism their customer service is.Here are some excellent alternatives in San Jose:- Haze- Theraleaf - Caliva- Purple LotusAll of their customer service and products are amazing and priced better.
I have not been to many in person dispensaries but the experience here is quite good. I was skeptical when I showed up since the outside is nothing to write home about, but the inside is well decorated and comfortable. There is a large selection, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable as they help you select. It is quite popular and I had to wait outside before going in (where there is another line to wait in). I recommend ordering online if you know what you want. In this case, go straight to the door and they will let you inside. Also parking lot looks crowded but plenty of spots, be patient.

I've been coming to this place for quite some time. I would always call and ask if there any discounts if I bought in bulk, I prefer to buy eight full gram cartridges each time I go. Every time this place told me that there was no discounts. On my own I found out that they had a special deal when you purchased several of the same product. On finding this out on my own I would go often and purchase large amounts and spend what I feel is way more than the average customer, somewhere between $500 and $600. On my last trip they told me that the discount was no longer available but that they did have discounts on select products on certain days. I listen to them and returned on those days and was told that the live resin select products are not part of the deal. So I feel like I had to find a discount, then they took the discount away, then they tricked me to come back and then was told I could not purchase what I had been purchasing. Today I called and simply stated what my issues were and that I would like to come to the store today to buy five or $600 in product and that all I was asking for is some kind of an understanding of a discount for buying in bulk and being a loyal customer. The girl on the phone although nice wasn't understanding and said she could get a manager to get me a discount but she didn't. If they would've looked up my name in the computer they would've clearly seen I spent thousands at this store. I am completely frustrated that I will no longer be going to the store I need to find a new store to spend my money. To whoever reads this airfield, you can have my business back! I will still drive from Redwood City to spend money at your store. I am hoping that one of you will come to your senses and realize that you can work something out with me. Not looking for the biggest discount ever just don't want to buy five or $600 in full price product, fingers crossed
My first time going to a dispensary or purchasing a cbd product. Everyone was very welcoming, from the time we entered the parking lot until we left. Jack was super helpful and took time to explain the differences between the many products available. I'll be back!
Ive been to a handful of clubs in the area but this was my first time at Airfield! All around prime service. Even starts at the door! Security was great, check in was great, line went by pretty fast, and bud tenders were awesome. If you're looking for more than just your "quick pickup" this place rocks. Thanks again Airfield!
If you were thinking about whining to me about this stupid bag charge then don't. I've already had 2 employees whine in my DMs defending the charge. Maybe spend your energy making the experience better for shoppers and giving people a reason to choose you over other shops.
I had the most lovely time at Airfield this past week. My bud tender was Jack and he was very knowledgeable and had lots of product suggestions. He was super friendly and had great customer service skills. I'm gushing about it bc honestly I was so nervous going in for the first time and wasn't sure of what to get, but Jack's expertise helped me feel so much better and I had such a great time. Typically this place is great. Under the new restrictions being an actual handicap person sucks. Because you're required to stand in long lines & when pain is your issue I have 20 min max. Even with an online order.
Online service doesn't seen to be up to par or properly managed. Ordered at 1030am and said pick up reservation time would be 11am-12. Was later contacted at 1130am that one of my items was sold out. I didn't get confirmation that the remaining items were ready until 3pm.
Great place with friendly people serving quality cannabis produce In different forms. The line during this pandemic and social distancing era isn't too bad and the process after your first visit is pretty basic and easy. My kind of farmer's market and it's conveniently located. The only thing is they're pricing is no better than the next but it's pretty typical with all the taxes included. As long as I maintain this hobby of getting lit, this dispensary will remain part of the discussion and be considered an option.
Service sucks here, obviously getting desperate and hiring dumb, young pot heads. Came in on 2/28 to the "pre ordered" window and asked NICK if the ATM right next to his station charged a fee for use. I was told no and btw the reason why I even asked was because I've heard them say this many times before to other customers but wanted to confirm. I found out today I got charged $2.50 TWICE. I called Airfield regarding this issue only to be talked to by a kid still going through puberty talking over me. I asked for a supervisor or manager numerous times only for this kid to talk to me like it's a joke. I was put on hold TWICE while I was still in the middle of talking only to be told that there was nothing they can do. Finally got to talk to a girl above this kid only to be told it's my bank's fault and there is nothing she will do. Will not be returning to this place over service. YOUR TRAINED employees state false information when specifically asked if there's a charge on their ATM. Been coming here for 5+ years spending 300$+ dollars each visit. It's not even about the 5$ fee, it's about your service. The way this kid and this chick handled this situation over 5$ is ridiculous. They don't take accountability for their misinformation. Check out other dispensaries on the other side of SJ Airport, this place is a joke.
Update: the owner reached out to me and apologize for the miscommunications. It took me a while (out of laziness) to go back and when I did things went much better! I also made sure to go early in the day to avoid the same situation. The people who work there are always friendly and honest with their opinions.
This place is unfriendly, and unhelpful. I have had a bad experience as a customer twice now. I spoke to the manager the first episode after they called security. I am a medical user. I can't go inside, they do not deliver where I live. They refused to help me.i had to leave with NOTHING. This is unacceptable. I Do Not recommend this dispensaryNote I stood outside for 10 mins to be refused.

It was pretty dark when we were looking for the building and from the street in the dark, it did look a lil sketch...like we were pulling into an alley of a small apartment building. The storefront around the back where the parking area is was very well lit.Super friendly staff, started right at door where we were warmly greeted! I kinda expected to be herded in but Security was very personable & excited we were first time visitors ~ very welcoming. There was a line, but everyone was cool and it moved pretty steadily. Close to closing, we weren't rushed by the staff. Our attendant was very sweet, answered all questions and made some recommendations at request. I expected higher prices, but everything was very reasonable...more than I expected.Great experience!
So given that weed is now legal, where you make your purchase is now fair game just like other industries and it comes down to customer service, appreciating your customers, and keeping them happy. I was disappointed by airfield on multiple occasions and this establishment while may be legal, it feels shady. From the line and security outside to registration, it feels cheap, ghetto, and unnecessarily aggressive. Staff seem to feel they are doing you a favor by letting you in... It's just stupid. Turns out there are many MANY great dispensaries nearby and since I switched, I have never looked back.

I've been going to this place for a very long time. I placed an order for delivery about $200 worth of products. They missed their delivery window. I called to follow up and they lady that I was talking to did not want to even say sorry we've been late. She refused to agree that it's their responsibility to keep their promises. And ruthlessly put me on a long hold. She also said they are OK losing a customer if someone like me wants a good and reliable customer service. This is so unfortunate. I asked her name and she refuse to tell me! Is this normal?
Jason the doorman was the friendliest I've met in three years. He was the only to ever mention the sales and I felt more welcomed than usual. Nice friendly service overall too.
GO TO PURPLE LOTUS INSTEAD THIS PLACE IS BAMMER. We waited in line for a good 5-10 minutes just to fucking get in. The security dude wouldn't let us know whether or not we could come in until we asked him. He got pissed when we said he could've just let us know why were waiting. Keeping your customers in the loop instead of telling them just wait (like saying in the first place that the store is at capacity). I understand now he made people wait but at least let us know why instead of hiding inside and staring at us. Once we got inside to what he said was "full capacity" there was barely anyone there. The guy was an asshole who doesn't communicate to his customers or even thank them for waiting in a ridiculous line for fucking weed. Do better.
This was my first time at any cannabis store. The experience here was really interesting. First off, they have a good amount of legit looking security, and they scan IDs at the front. Then you sign in at the desk and sign a waiver. The room with all the goods has an organized line, and there are "bud tenders" at the cash registers to help guide you and get the stuff for you. For the airfield branded stuff, you can get it by the gram; for the other brands, it's by the eighth. Parking is easy, and everything is very organized. Cash or debit only (they have an ATM.)
My favorite go to cannabis club for sure. To start off all the staff there is super friendly and sweet. I've been here a few times and each time I was helped by a new bud tender with a great personality. I was recommended the fire og strain over a week ago and have had to go back 2x since because it's so good! I was given a free lanyard on one occasion when stopping by which was pretty cool cause who doesn't like freebies ? But they overall have so many strains to choose from.
So.. I really like this place. I think that is more for the way it looks ( interior) but out of 2/2 times I've been here it wasn't a great experience. 1st time we had a rude " budtender" And felt rushed out. This last time yesterday June 9 2019 I went had a great tender and left happy thinking this was the spot. When I got home I opened the packaging of this disposable pen and it looked old or even used I went back to exchange it. At that time both the receptionist and clerk seen it and said yeah that's not good its defective but once the " supervisor " came he said that sometimes the CBD crystals separates from the oil and it looks like this. Not sure if that's true or not but where did the oil go why is there so little. So basically was told I can't get an exchange they made me feel like I was trying to pull something. just hope u don't get broken stuff from them they don't care.
I shop about every 3 months, so I order a 3 month supply of several items. The orders are always accurate and filled quickly via pick up or delivery. Everyone ASC is friendly and make customers feel comfortable.

So I Looked Online And Found Out I Had Spider Mites Each Leaf Had About 20 SpidersOn Them ... I Sprayed Them With Half Water Half Alcohol And Was Able To Save Most Of My Plants I Started From Seeds But The 4 Blue Dream Had SpiderWebs On Them So I Threw Them Away .... This place has long lines and long wait times and they are looking for any reason to turn you away. Their selection isn't great. The selection at Harborside is much better. If you're a newbie or looking for medicinal advice then Harborside is much better. After waiting in their looooong line to pick something up for a friend who just had shoulder surgery, the great big bouncer guy told me that I could not pick anything up because it turned out my license had just expired. I had someone with me and he had a current license but the guy still said no!!? The other two guys operating the door volunteered suggestions - I think they thought he was being a jerk and I did too. Ultimately, I felt discriminated against and decided to take our business elsewhere. And I'm glad I did because we found Harborside, the largest medicinal dispensary in California. Yikes, quite a few bad reviews recently since covid, guess I can try to be a little more lenient.I placed my first order here at like 1am for the delivery window of 4-6pm, never received any email confirmation but got a text confirmation so yeah ok nbd. Then no word until 6:24pm when I get a text saying my delivery is on route, ok guess they're running pretty behind because covid and traffic, nbd. Delivery gets here and turns out 1 item is missing from my order uhhh okk ybd? Guy calls his dispatcher and tells me they can either send another delivery with the item in the remaining time window for the day (7-9pm) or I can just cancel that item and have the value of that item refunded as points/credit to my account. I opt for the latter as I've been waiting since 4pm and I'm not trying to wait another 2 hours for a tin of gummies. Now my order shows up as completed in my order history with no credit or anything noted. I'm not gonna worry too much about it, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that it's still processing, but even so, I'd rather not try this again.
Based on some reviews I must say...DO NOT GO during rush hour. It's like trying to get on the 101 at 5pm Monday after work. Do an on line pick up order and you won't have to wait in 3 lines when everyone and their Mom gets off work. Or go first thing when they open or during lunch break. I have found between 9-11a is the best time to go. Anyway, always a pleasant experience. Love it here and their selections. Everyone there is very knowledgeable in the products and flowers. I've only had one bad experience and they fixed it without blinking. And with a smile.
First time today and the first thing I noticed was the super friendly staff right when you get there. It was also really Covid-safe which I appreciated! Jonathon Hepburn was our budtender and he patiently answered our many questions and was super knowledgeable. He made the experience perfect!
This was my first trip to a dispensary and I couldn't be more impressed. The man at the door was friendly and informative explaining to keep our ids handy and only cash/debit would be accepted. The people signing us in were welcoming as well. Products were well organized and visible in display cases as we waited in line. The woman who assisted me in my purchase was knowledgable and patient as I figured out what I wanted and gave us plenty of information about different prices, deals, and effects.I will definitely return on my next visit to the area!

The people who work here provide excellent customer service. I checked this place out after leaving a nearby dispensary that, while nice, had a line that was really long and slow-moving. Here, the line was long when I walked in but moved very quickly. From the front door to checkout, every single person was extremely nice, helpful, and informative.I typically prefer to order things online but I enjoyed this place so much that I will definitely be back in person.
Out of a lot of stock, rude customer service, stood outside of the store for 5 minutes in the cold before being let in, and they don't take credit. Decided to come here instead of purple lotus because traffic made coming here a shorter trip. Going to any other dispensary would be better even if it's a longer drive.
Disorganized, no communication. I placed an order yesterday at 5pm to be picked up today. I went today to pick up the order at 1030 only to find out the products I ordered were not available. Apparently someone was supposed to contact me but that never happened. I don't understand how I placed an order when the business was open only for them to waste my time by having me pick up an order that they do not have. Won't be coming here anymore, there's enough technology out there where it's not that hard to make a cal and tell me my order is unavailable versus wasting my time
I went in yesterday and was immediately greeted and asked for my ID. You then sign a waiver, they scan your ID again, then wait in line to be helped. Luckily there was no line. We were helped by a lovely young lady. It was my first time, so I had a lot of questions and was looking for cream/oils. She was very helpful and sold me a oil, and 2 coconut oils, and some gummies. Total was around $160, including the $40 tax fee (34% tax)! Today, I went to try out the oil....AND IT WAS COMPLETELY EMPTY! At first I thought the pump was broken, but then I dumped it and nothing came out. I called before they closed and I spoke with Leslee, and she put in my file what had happened. Since it's the week of 4/20, she advised me to come early! Butttt I work all week, so she told me I can go in anytime. Soooo we shall see if it's as easy as she says....such a bummer that I have to go back. I live in south San Jose, so this is def out of the way. :/ Moral of the story- Check the products before you leave. The bottle may seem heavy, but just double check just in case.
If you're gonna use a "pin" debit card, make sure it has a chip. I have a "pin" debit card without a chip, but to be sure, I called ahead of time to verify that I can use my card. They said "you sure can, come on down". So after working 12 hours that day, i put in my order, then fought traffic for over an hour (In the opposite direction from my house mind you) just to be turned away empty handed because my card doesn't have a chip. So if you go here, bring cash or have your chipped debit card on you. Me personally, I'm gonna go somewhere else from now on...I didn't even get so much as response from anyone there when I left a message and sent an email. So yeah, I'll take my business elsewhere.
There is in no way an establishment that could be more professional in regards to the matter at hand than Airfield Supply Company.The facility is clean and industrial to boot. The staff is friendly and intensely knowledgeable for those new to the grass.You no longer need to know 'a guy'.

Melanie's review hit it on the head. I don't know what it is about the staff there that think they can treat customers the way they do. The guy at the front told me to "come" like a dog. I let the people know about it and they mentioned he was a bouncer before and he has a complex. The staff need to check themselves, they are the face of the business for the owner and need to develop people skills.
Honestly, some of the staff are very unfriendly and act like you don't even exist. This store has the most condescending sales staff and when I went in today, the sales clerk did not even acknowledge us and wouldn't even make an effort to help us out with making a decision or make any recommendations to us. Every visit has been a disappointment. Will not be coming back.
My first review for Airfield is 5 stars!! However, our last visit was a minus 100. The service by D. Le was so bad by the time we made it back to our car we looked at each other like what the hell just happened!! Typically we are very graciously greeted by everyone! The same for this night except when we made it to a budtender; D. Le (as per our receipt). Literally, sneering at us. He was reluctant to show us or explain what kind of product we were looking for - just super nasty. So I asked if we could talk to a manager. This jerk literally called us assholes under his breathe! I'm paying good money for this and this was unnecessary. I will return but be sure to avoid this little creep again.
Airfield supply has a large menu and stock. The employees meet with customers one on one at the counter and will spend all the time you need to help you select the right products. It's pricey and there are no first time buyer perks, but this is definitely the most organized dispensary with the most knowledgeable personnel that I've ever been to.

This place is awesome!I don't really have much to compare to, because I've only ever been to this one since the new amazing legalization, but I will probably continue coming back here.Very friendly staff, super awesome goodz, and they even have little clones that you can take home and grow your own little garden with! They also have a members reward-type program, where you get moneys, for the moneys that you spend, to be used on future purchases! Honestly, I just hope that California makes mad tax revenue on the sales of marijuana and they can circulate that money back into our schooling systems, and then it won't cost 2 billion dollars just to get a degree, just to make 20$/hr, and literally never be able to pay it back.Come on California! Make our future generations smart!!
Best customer service and despite always having a line when I'm there, it always moves quickly. No one rushes you to order, they're super helpful in answering questions, and even if you have a mild interest in smelling something with an interesting name (think "OG killa stank" something or other) they'll pull out the product for you to get a blissful whiff. I love this place.
They have good customer service here and the products aren't too bad but they tax the hell out of your order, dispensaries in San Francisco don't even charge half as much as this place does. If you can get away with using another other service or dispensary please do. The employees aren't the worst but they just rush you out and aren't the best at letting you know their policies before you buy things. You'd think that since I'm spending 100 + dollars here they would be much more accommodating. Go elsewhere. The Bay Area has better to offer
Came here to pick up a concentrate and was denied access even though I showed proof of a legal, DMV issued California ID. This same ID was scanned at the front and I was allowed in, yet at the front desk it is not valid? Furthermore, the receptionists at the front (no names) were condescending and extremely unhelpful in assisting me with a clear reason as to why I was being denied access to the dispensary. After asking if the ID scanned as fake, the manager's answer was "uhhh... we cannot tell you that". OKAY....so firstly, I'm not an idiot trying to waste time by arguing about an ID that is fake. Secondly, if the ID WAS ACTUALLY fake, they would have immediately kicked me out, or not given me back the ID. Neither of these happened. In fact I was given back the ID and told I could come back tomorrow with the same ID, and that it just wasn't going to happen today. So at this point it sounds like they just want me to come back tomorrow, and the ID is not even the matter of conflict. After hearing such a stupid and unhelpful statement like that, I asked if another legally issued document (passport) would work, and I was told to come tomorrow. Security guards were called and I was told to leave and come back tomorrow. The level of incompetence portrayed throughout the Airfield Supply is quite remarkable. Security guards act like receptionists, receptionists try to be like the manager, and the manager failed to be polite, did not even try to understand why I was confused and angry, and would not accept a passport or birth certificate, or the valid California DMV issued state ID. Lastly, I hope the manager or receptionist sees this. While normally I would never go back to a business associated with such a horrible experience such as this, I will be coming back. I will be coming back one more time with all 3 forms of federally issued identification and then leave and go to Caliva ( a much nicer, bigger and competent dispensary). Call me petty, I really don't give a fuck. Y'all pissed off the wrong 21 year old on his birthday week. Anyway, go to Caliva or other dispos guys.... or buy from the street. Anything is better than Airhead Supply ;).
Clean place, great customer service. The lines are long, but we got in and out in about 30 minutes. You have to show your ID before you get in, and before they let you into the back. Nothing else to be said really
I took one star off for three reasons:1. Inconsistency in whether they accept credit cards or not (they keep flip flopping which is hard to keep track of). 2. The lines during prime hours are crazy. Sometimes there's even a line to get in the building. Waiting 30-45 min just really isn't fun - maybe they could look at their operations and see if there's a way to speed up the flow of people through the store?3. I had a budtender who gave me attitude when I didn't know what something was, which was really weird considering all the other ones I've had here have been super nice. Altogether, still a positive experience, just go at off hours and bring cash.
I hadn't been in for a while. I only came in for their selection of cartridges. I also wanted some of the pre-made butter....for brownies etc. I had gotten it a while ago and I swear it wasn't more than $30. They had a different brand and it was $61. ouch. I got it only because I was already committed to the brownies. I remember when coming here and asking questions...you'd actually get answers. Whatever I got before was just called "butter", what I got today was called "ghee". I've heard of that but can it be used in place of butter? I tried asking a couple questions. Dude just stared at me. He seemed nice, nothing personal, but I'd describe him as a "stoned snail". He was sooooooo stoned....unless he's just that mellow naturally. He was mumbling soooo quiet I could hardly hear him. These ears aren't old either...they're 33. So not my hearing that's the issue. I obviously am a pot fan, I have nothing against being stoned. But at work?? It just not cool. When I first started coming to airfield I really appreciated being able to ask questions. Getting advice on what to try for my migraines. I don't think I would have found effective treatment without that advice I got from multiple bud tenders at Airfield. Not any more man! I'd argue that it's more important than ever to be able to answer people's questions since more people than ever are walking thru your doors???!!! Really the icing on the cake, the reason I'm taking time to update my review, was the end of my transaction. The guy handed me my receipt. Just stared at me. JUST. STARED. AT. ME. All the carts/butter/batteries I bought were all over the counter. He just stared at me till I bagged them up myself and left. WTH man....just really really bad basic customer service. Only reason I'd be coming back here (and only reason it's 2 instead of 1 stars) would be for the cart variety, and honestly if I could get that back at the place I've been going for flower I'd stop coming here at all. I hate to sound like one of 'those' people ranting and raving about how recreational is bad for medical people. I'm happy it's more easily available for people to try. I'm not happy about what it's done to the experience in general. Long lines. Really cold and not personable bud tenders that don't know beans and don't answer questions....and now apparently just hand you your receipt and stare at you till you bag your own stuff and leave.
This place is wonderful! Extremely nice, fast, well stocked, and reasonably priced.Adrian is amazing!! She spent so much time going over so many different strains with me. I really appreciated her patience and interest in helping me find the right cartridges. The rest of the staff was also really friendly including the security staff.
I much prefer Airfield to MedMen- for all that people have to say about "no lines" at MedMen, could be because they have so little there to interact with anyone. At Airfield as others have noted there's always at least 12 budtenders, and the place is just perpetually busy. Unlike MedMen where I seemed to have been the only shopper in the last hour.They sell plants, which are generally clones, but they also might give you an autoflower (which won't get much taller on transplant) so be sure and ask the counter folks whether the plant you selected is from regular seed or clone stock or if it's an autoflower. I was shocked to find two of my plants never got over two feet while the others topped four easily.Anyway. They have a good packaging concept I guess pretty uniform where their own product is concerned. And they do have unexpectedly good deals on flower occasionally. So I come here rather than MedMen (nee Buddy's) when in SJ.
Love their in person customer service , I am always treated like a valued customer when I was able to go shop in person , tried delivery today for the first time , they came through with great customer service again , absolutely love this dispensary and will recommend it to any one .

I had no idea what I was doing, and every person I interacted with was so friendly and helpful. I waited maybe 2 min in line, and was helped by a gentleman who took great care of me and was very knowledgeable about the products. I was in and out in less than 15min and I will DEFINITELY be back.If you're a first timer, I highly recommend this company! It was a great experience.

I don't usually write reviews, but I felt it was time on this subject. I come here on occasion due its proximity to my work. Unfortunately, ever time I get prerolls they are consistently weak for 1st 1/4 to 1/3rd way through the joint. After that it usually has the normal effects that one would hope for. They sell them as high grade, don't offer any special pricing on them. Forgot to mention that I'm referring to ALL of Airfields house prerolls.Preroll buyers beware...
Prices are high but the establishment is nice. I went during a busy time so I had to wait in line outside and inside. Did not end of purchasing because I was short on time. I would recommend you purchase online and pick up at the location.
Everything about this place is professional and fantastic. From the decor to security to packaging...it's just SO GOOD. The menu is top notch and the budtenders are professional and provide excellent service. Great selection of edibles and concentrates, also carry the entire selection of hmbldt vape pens (highly recommend).
This is the only dispensary that consistently has budlet deals. They are smaller buds of strains that are normally $36-$50 but the budlets are only $25. Ask your budtender about them and get ready to save $. If you have a VA card then you get 20% off your entire purchase every single Monday. An even BETTER day to ask for budlets.They have a monthly calendar on their website that informs you of big sales they have going on. Very useful.Sometimes there is a line because of the popularity of this place but if you pay attention, they have more registers than any dispensary I've ever been to. I counted 12 budtenders all helping move the line on a busy day. There were several in line in front of me but I only waited 5-10 minutes and was able to look at the display cases in line to help pick items I want. I've waited just as long at other dispensaries like Purple Lotus or Elemental when there were only 4 people ahead of me.I've received good solid service here and I come back because they are less likely to run out of stock of my favorite edibles.
This place pretty much sucks. So many damn employees and few have it together. Also, they're always changing payment policies and regulations, it's annoying. They have decent house stuff, but can't keep a good blooming vendor in stock, consistently. Their online ordering is so inefficient and best yet, they're staff...probably some of the most unprofessional I've come across, on various levels. There's so many clubs out there, this isn't the best choice.
Sold me a select cartridge for my ABX battery. When the cartridge stopped working I brought it back to exchange. Then they said it was never supposed to be used for that battery and they would stop working so they wouldn't exchange it.So I won't be going back.
Absolutely wonderful dispensary. I've come here a bunch of times and each time I've had a positive experience. The bud tenders are all extremely knowledgeable and have always been more than happy to compare/contrast/suggest products for any medical condition I've asked about. It's just a great experience coming here. I haven't tried their online order-form yet, but even as a walk-in customer the line generally moves pretty quickly since they're so well staffed. I love the quality and variety of products they offer. The one request I have is to carry more types of Select cartridges because they're my favorite brand, but everything I've tried here has been great.

Shitty customers service my friend got edibles and i was going to get more edibles and flower and a pen but after the way they treated her I changed my mind shitty experience definitely not coming back and it was also my first time the place is nice but horrible service
First time going to a place like this and although nervous, it was very easy, I felt safe and secure and everyone was very friendly and helpful. It's clean bright, modern feel. I will be going again. The only thing I would question is, although staff is helpful and informed, being a novice looking for help to relieve pain and something for anxiety. I was given I felt some helpful explanations but with lots of %'s of this and that an well I just could not understand.Cool. Well when I showed my friend he said they were the exact same dose:( No difference, except one was a holiday/Christmas package type. Ok ok now I learned my lesson and will be a bit more eagle eye. Not the end of the world, I just need to get a better understanding or just keep trying for the correct feeling I am looking for.
Friendly staff, great to have their own parking, and they seem to do a great job with people visiting for their first time.Only downside is that often some product is out of stock, but that's probably because of demand and suppliers.Everytime I drop someone at the SJC Airport, this is a chance to take a trip somewhere myself..
I had a really stellar experience here today thanks to my budtender Frankie. I came in to buy a CBD oil product that happened to be all sold out. I was really stressed out when I heard that because I use it for pain. I'm always hesitant to try something new because I've done that before and it seems like nothing works as well as my stand-by.Frankie listened attentively to my concerns, and then he told me a little about CBD:THC ratios, and how to translate the dosage of my current product into the dosage of the new product he recommended. I felt very reassured and was relieved that I wasn't going home empty-handed. He also talked through some ideas for various cartridges and the pros/cons of each. I learned a lot about different types of highs and why I wasn't getting the results I wanted.I think what was so impressive about the experience is that I've been doing to dispensaries for several years now, but I don't think I've ever had a budtender listen so carefully and hone right in on what I didn't know or what I could do differently to feel better. I also really appreciated the time he took to help me even though there was a long line. That kind of customer service is hard to find and is 100% the reason I'll keep coming back.
Went in to the store and after waiting in line, I noticed many of the bud tenders were not properly wearing their mask and some were not wearing them at all. I walked out without interacting with any of the cashiers.
From my personal experience, as a medical user and recreational, this place is a heaven for pain management. You know smoking weed in the 70s it was just with seeds or without seeds. Now it's a whole new world and when I go to Airfield I am taken care of. From the security guard to check in, love those girls; there's mostly girls when I go, to the budtenders and even the wonderful security guard when you leave, it is a wonderful experience. There might have been one time one of the budtender wasn't as friendly, yet we all have bad days.. I also believe they should get tips for their service work. Due to The covid-19 and a fractured foot, I can't stand in a long line, they will make accommodations for me. I'm proud that they give discounts to the military and no I was never in the military . I love the 20% off Deals they give throughout the month. This is definitely a professional operation. I highly recommend Airfield for all your marijuana needs. peace and blessings. I went in yesterday and was helped by a guy named Scott. He was super awesome and helped me pick out some great stuff. I went in there not really knowing what to get but I had an idea of what I wanted. He really took his time to help me out and walk me through all the info on a lot of the products. I ended up with a good amount of stuff and I will definitely be going back to refill when I am ready. I have gone to other places that really didn't pay close attention to me when I was telling them my wants and needs. This place is clean, seems very organized and what what I saw yesterday the staff is awesome. It's in a safe location and pretty close to the freeway which was great. They have a return customer for sure after my experience yesterday. Thanks again Scott I appreciate all the help !
1st timer upon arrival to NorCal ... They made this a great experience. Once in the door, I felt completely comfortable & loved the bud-tenders. They provided some great guidance on the various products & completely took their time ... at my pace ... to explain options, products, prices, etc. We'll definitely come back & check this place out again!
My second time back. The staff is always upbeat and always willing to answer questions. I like the way the place is set up. It can get busy here but they have several stations going so the line does move along. Selection is very good. I usually don't ask a lot of questions but they are always willing to engage and I never feel rushed even when they're busy. That may be their best attribute besides the flower quality. I also like the location near the airport. The pricing is very easy in helping to decide by grade levels. I recommend all to try at least once as most others will be judged by Airfield. I'll be back.

No complaints about this place, the prices are pretty steep, but the quality is good. I wish they sold ounce deals of the top shelf flower. Also you can only buy 1 ounce per person. Strange. Either way no complaints but nothing particularly special either. They provide good quality bud if you don't mind paying a little more and dealing with some extra protocols.
Close by, and they have a very nice range of pre-rolls. Lines are not too long, and the room with all their medicine is separate in which members only can enter. It seems very exclusive! Lol :)Prices are decent too, and the best thing I liked about Airfield was their bags. They zip up and prevent any of the smell from coming out. I was so amazed by this, and really appreciate the consideration they have for their patients. Will definitely be returning!
They are really rude and arrogant. It's hard to say where to begin. I go there once every 2 months she spend around 500-600 and I order very quickly, and I have a good friendly attitude. But they were still rude and impatient with me. What a disgusting place.
I am writing this review based on my experience two nights ago, May 20th. I have been coming to Airfield for some time now and have recently been going specially for a CBD product, prescribed by my psychiatrist. A few days ago I was in to pick up this product. When I got home and opened my bag, I found the seal broken, there was oil missing from the syringe and the cap was messy which is usually completely clean, and there was oil all over the tip. I went back tand told the supervisor in charge. I was shocked at the interaction that followed. I NEVER GOT AN APOLOGY FROM HIM. Instead he blamed the ones who make the product and said that the safety seal is cheap. That does not account for oil missing, and I always have to use my nails to get the safety seal off. It does not just break like he claimed. And most concerning, he NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED that the PRODUCT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SOLD TO BEGIN WITH. I don't know if what is in the syringe is accurate, bc the oil does taste different this time (or it could be more dried out?). I also could not just go back the next day because I have limited mobility and have to rely on the kindness of others. When I asked if he could switch the product out he said no. Then I asked if I could get an additional 5% off to cover gas that I have to pay others. I wasn't even able to get out my reason why before he cut me off AND ACCUSED ME OF HAGGLING HIM!!! He was ready to fight me from the get go so I had no choice but to do what he said, leaving me, the patient, with questionable medication, very unhappy and feeling like the needs of your clients are not important. I feel bad because the bud tenders are very nice and helpful, but I might ask another dispensary to try and get this product instead. Very shocked, Airfield.
I've been coming to Airfield for about 2 years now. I have always come here because I like the products and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure to take their time and make sure my questions are fully answered. Unfortunately, this has not been the case the last 2 times I have been here. Today, was also another bad experience when I went in for my purchase. I made sure to go at a time when it was not busy so I wouldn't be holding up the line if I had questions. But the budtender simply did not want to help me today. I asked her 3 times to look at cartridges as I wanted to try a new strain but she wouldn't bring anything over for me to look at. Even after I specifically told her "I'm not sure what I'm looking for, can you bring me some cartridges to look at?" I finally settled for the same thing I got last time so I could just get out of there because I could not get her to help me or answer any of my questions. I'm very disappointed that the service has gone down at Airfield. Unfortunately, I'll have to give another place as I can't get the help I need when I go to Airfield anymore.
It is sad to see how bad the service at this dispensary has become. One would think that basic decency and some semblance of professionalism would be traits management would look for when hiring bud tenders. On my most recent(and likely last) visit, I had the unfortunate fate of dealing with two of the rudest bud tenders I have ever experienced. When I tried to reach out to management about the interaction, I was told I would get a call back shortly, which never came. It seems the people in charge have lost their way from when they were a five star establishment known as South Bay Healing Center. In trying to scale up they seem to have lost their passion for high quality service and customer care.
Had good experiences until today. Without notice, communication or email they changed to cash only. When I went to pay, was told this with no explanation or anything. Will never go back.
This is the go-to spot for me. The line can be as long as 30 minutes or just put in your order online and wait less than 5 minutes. The people here are super friendly and knowledgeable. They give great recommendations and can answer any questions you have. My favorite part is the big window to your right when you walk in and can see how they grow their plants. Awesome experience every time
Stay the hell off the website! I put a copy of my driver's license and credit card information into the website, and when I got there they told me that my order hadn't gone through (you have to wait until you get a text message to go pick your stuff up, even though they give you the time you should come--who knew?). So...my CC and CDL are out there on the web. Thanks, Airfield Supply! I always wanted my identity stolen.(It would be useful to be able to order ahead and save time on pick-up, especially when time is tight, like it was today for me. That line goes all the way out the door and halfway around the building at times.)
Easily the BEST dispensary I've ever been to, and I manage one! Never been let down with their flower. Had 1 issue with my cartridges tasting burnt, and their AMAZINGLY nice manager took great care of us and made the situation right. Its not just selling stuff to them, their product is top-notch and their custromer service matches. Can't wait to go back!On a side note, my big brother LOVED your shop as well, wouldn't go anywhere else. Although he unfortunately passed away, I love continuing to come back to Airfield and sharing the memories. You guys rock!

Found they dont take credit cards after 20 min in line to get tp the budtender just to have my card declined. Then they tell me they dont take credit cards. But i should got to an atm somewhere around and bring back the cash. Realy if i have to wait in line 20 min and got to some atm somewhere and get the cash. Belive im not going to bring it back to them. They are not what they used to be. Compassionate no. they are not just money hungry. Never again. And i did go to another club that took my card without trouble. So Airfield supply hope you change before it's to late. But for me you are to late never again after lime 10 years with them
I've been a customer for about 6 months. Avid the online ordering system for pickup or delivery. They have issues putting in your correct contact information and communicating when orders are ready. I usually like the products here but they messed up my delivery. Twice.Update: Airfield delivery management worked with me to resolve the matter. Thanks Sergio and team.
Only place I've ever been to in California that doesn't allow esa's. (Emotional support animals). Usually people are more than excited to accept normal pets let alone one that there for a reason. Doesn't really make sense considering it seems to be the closest place to the airport so people are getting off the plane with their animals.....what are people supposed to do leave their animals in the car so they can get in trouble with the cops? Whole place looks kind of "eh I don't think it's safe to be over here" from the outside in the first place and honestly has a easy to miss small entrance that isn't easy to spot, if I have to be honest. If my boyfriend hadn't have been with me it surely would have been one of those places that I pull up to look around and decide to go somewhere else. Maybe they have good stuff in there I don't know. I personally don't support this place, but cool for anyone that does. I'm not really fond of buying recreational drugs from a place that doesn't welcome dogs, especially when I see most shops accepting them. Scooby doobie doo.

I love this place. It's very quick and easy to get in and out by either showing up to place your order or by doing an online order. They have an awesome reward system that I always let stack so that I can still get awesome stuff even when I am running low on cash. They are all great about answering my questions every time I have them and seem to enjoy talking about their product. The only complaint I have is that I have to have a different payment method every time I come in, but I'll still give 5 stars because it's easy to check what payment method to bring on the website.
Came for my boyfriends 21st birthday (they even gave him 10% for it being his birthday) great strains & great selections of flowers and extracts! Staff is also very friendly ! Will be coming back all the time !
My reason for going to this cannabis dispensary was because I was looking for a certain brand of edible (Cheeba Chew to be exact) I called the dispensary to discuss the cost of a certain item and the woman who answered my call, after placing me on a brief hold, told me that she was not allowed to discuss pricing over the phone and that I should look at their menu online. I'm not quite sure why they are not allowed to discuss this over the phone but ok....I look up the menu online and see pricing (without taxes) according to the online menu every Cheeba Chew product is in stock (WOO HOO!) The dispensary is very easy to find with signs outside facing the street letting you know the entrance is towards the back parking lot, a lot of parking, a lot of different people and many different ages. ID was checked twice, once before entering the door and once while inside. Once I was finally able to get inside where all the actual product was I had to wait in line. It was kind of odd and took forever!! Once an available budtender yells out "next person over here" (which kind of feels like Marshall's somehow LOL) you make your way to that person and then he or she asks you what you are looking for... this takes a really really long time, especially if the person can't browse around and/or hasn't looked at the menu online. I'm definitely not used to that I guess you can say...Once I got to my budtender I told her what I was there for and asked for a certain type of edible etc she comes back and tells me she doesn't have it.. WTF?! It sucked but luckily she had something similar. Pricing is cheaper here compared to where I usually go (harborside) This place is ok, definitely disappointed that their online menu wasn't updated and the fact you can't really browse around when you first enter, that long line to wait to see the product is a joke and takes up time for the people that already know what they specifically want.
I ordered online for delivery and their system is great. Had my items delivered within an hour. I was pleasantly surprised. I made the mistake of using my debit card as I didn't feel like going to the ATM. Well they were the only place to scan my card while I was in CA and now there's a $195 charge on my card that I don't recognize. May not be the business' fault but their driver might have been dishonest. Now I had to cancel my card and get a new one. I travel for business every week and now I'll be without my card until I get back home next week. I really hate not having a debit card with me.
Get more staff. The line here and the lack of communication is just offensive. New legislation, sure... this place needs to figure it out!
The lines here get out of control at times. Pay system sucks. They only do cash but just introduced a new system to use your cards, but signing up for this new system is a waste. Couldn't even get in to sign upThen the prices you pay after getting taxed make you feel violated. A return to the black market just makes sense after this experience.

I appreciate it and that's great customer service in my opinion!**I've been here a few times and the experience is pretty good. I went this time to get an Eden cartridge along with their wayfarer battery. I got home tested the cartridge and it pretty much did nothing. So I went back to ask about it the next day and the girl said she would go to ask. She came but and asked me which battery I had and I told her the Airfield wayfarer one. She looked kind of confused until the guy behind her asked me about the battery. I asked him if the eden cartridges were only compatible with their own branded batteries and he said yes. I bought the airfield wayfarer battery along with the eden cartridge at the same time. I should've been told at the time of purchase that the battery I was buying wouldn't work for the cartridge because I wouldn't have bought it. This is the first time I have heard that a cartridge wasn't universally 510 threaded to work with any battery. Quite a disappointment as I have been only going to Airfield.
So Airfield has been one of my favorite locations to buy flower and a majority of their staff is really knowledgeable in all their products. The main reason I am writing this review is because last Saturday (April 28th, 2018) I entered the facility and was checked in and helped out no more than 5minutes!!! Now the line for Airfield was pretty long and to have it run so smoothly, and to have the budtenders there be able to give each customer the focus they deserved, especially on a busy Saturday afternoon is ridiculous!!! Airfield has been the one place that I tell everyone, from coworkers to friends about. Not only because of the great quality of their products, BUT also because of how quickly they can help you get what you need and have you out the door!! Keep up the great work Airfield Crew!!!

This place has excellent customer service, I really do recommend them. I had a problem with something I purchased a few months back and I brought it back to them and they exceeded my expectations by giving me a whole new one even tho it was already used. They also have A LOT of vegan options which is all that I purchase. Can't wait to go back again.

Stylish, yes. Worth it, no. Insane lines (25 min wait average with almost a dozen cashiers running all at once). Unhelpful staff- way too blazed to be helpful at all. Extremely overpriced, on average prices are high by at least 15-20% for mediocre buds. That was my last trip to airfield for sure
My favorite dispensary when visiting San Jose. It's clean and nice with a huge selection. The staff isn't pretentious and they are all extremely helpful.
How all dispensaries should be. Clean and well lit, prices are fair for the area, and they have a fabulous inventory of various cartridges which is a plus for me because smoking tears my throat up, nowadays.The staff at Airfield is wonderful!!!They all really know their stuff, if something is out of stock they have a comparable product and they answer all my questions. After major surgery I couldn't go there so they allowed my man to be listed as my caretaker and pick up my order for me, that was incredibly helpful.And any dispensary that offers Apple Pay as an option is fine by me. Definitely my favorite dispensary around here.
This place is really nice, the budtenders are friendly, and there is ample parking with security. Why the two starts then? - Most expensive dispensary in the San Jose area, they do not include 20% tax in their pricing. - They'll charge you extra for a bag. That's right, come in here and pay top shelf pricing for everything, and they'll still charge you for a bag. My usual dispensary does not do this at all. - Their flower quality is ok at best, not even close to top shelf quality but you'll pay top shelf prices for it. - Everything is expensive there, and that's before the 20% add on tax. This includes concentrates, pre-rolls, edibles, you name it. They've got some deals on items that don't sell, but those are far and few between.The people here are always very nice and professional. However that's not enough to keep me coming back.
One of the few clubs I know that carry a rewards system that allows you to build up points, and use them as money towards a future purchase.It was awesome, lost my debit card the day I went, and was able to use the cash I had on me, and the reward points I had to score a fire eighth. I was around 40 cents short of purchasing it however, and a very nice budtender named Kiersten decided to front me the 40 cents from her purse.Very kind people, would recommend.
So this is was my first time going to one of these places and I'm glad I did. Sarah helped me out and she was awesome. Super patient and helpful. Which is great because I had no idea what I was doing. I left with two kinds of flower and so far I am happy with then both.
This place was great! Everything from the look, product, variety, product placement, cleanliness, and most of all the Budtenders! First a little back story: I came to San José on a business trip from Miami with my mom. After my first heart operation 3 years ago my mother started to see and understand the medicinal benefits of this incredible little plant, everything from anti inflammation, to helping with your appetite when the last thing you want to do is think about food, to relieving anxiety that keeps you awake for days, to basically replacing 8 medications prescribed to you by the pill factory, including OXY's. So when I had my second heart operation a year later, she was the one bringing me happy cookies to the recovery room that I baked before going in. Best hospital stay ever! In Miami it's still very heavily regulated, and even though I have my medical card my mother who doesn't wasn't able to come with me when I went to pick my medicine up. So when we had some time between meetings I asked her if she wanted to go check out one these stores and really see what goes on, she said sure. I've never been here before, I know nuthin an no one but my little buddy Yelp, so I look for the closest dispensary between us and the convention center and bam here pops up Airfield.Now the review.Part1 The son:We waited a minute or on line to get in because there were a lot of people there at that time, which to me is fine, it just means the place is good and people are willing to wait to get in. Once inside I truly understood the saying like a kid in a candy store, I wanted everything! My mother was really impressed with the set up, like a little supermarket she said. We finally got called by the next budtender who's name is Ben C. Cool dude, very knowledgeable, super helpful with explaining everything, pointing out new things, being very patient, and accommodating and then when I'm pretty much done with me he asks my mom if she had any questions or concerns, and oh boy did she.Part2 The mother:My mom had an allergic reaction to something about 2 years ago that literally made her look like a flesh colored chipmunk, it was so bad I drove her to the hospital in the middle of the night. After many hours and a bunch of texts they gave her some antihistamines, prescribed her some oxy's, told her to see a specialist and sent her on her way. After numerous doctor visits and tests nothing was really resolved and after a bunch of steroid shots and time it kinda went away. A week before we came down here it popped up again, and so did the anxiety and discomfort. After my mom tells that to Ben and takes off her glasses this dude just lights up and springs in to action, he explains how one of the other budtenders (Sarah N) used to work far a medical office that specialized in allergies or something like that, and that's when he went to get her. We were there for soooooo long that the place was almost empty so she was available and came right over, that's when my mom took over and it was like they spoke the same language. Sarah N was so helpful, after a long and in-depth discussion she recommended a bunch of skin products and she even recommended a test be done that my mom didn't even know about, how cool is that? Talk about full service. This place rocks, great experience that really opened our eyes to how good things can and should be! Thank you Ben and Sarah, you guys really were the cherry on top of this San Jose sunday Oh and 2 days later my moms face cleared up.
Went during lunch time. It was packed!!! But the attendants were quick, knowledgeable and professional. Every register was open and the line moved very quickly. Very organized. Their displays are neat, clean and each item clearly labeled. The clones are healthy. Attendants are well dressed and articulate. This is a well run business. They even give 'reward points'.I've tried other places to save a couple bucks - only to find out when I got there that they .... only take debit cards..... no longer carry.... etc., etc. Airfield is not like that. Don't frustrate yourself and waste your time going somewhere else.
Most of the staff was friendly despite the intensity of the beginning of legal recreational sales.The woman who rang us up seemed to know the fresh marijuana well, but had not kept up on the other products. When I asked about tinctures she recited one list of ingredients as I read another off of the product packaging. She complained incessantly that the new taxes were making everything sooo expensive as she rang us up. We ended up going home with product that was already expired at the time of sale.Other people around us seemed to be having a better experience.
My primary dispensary for 3 years after years of Harborside (the gold standard) in Oakland before I moved.Clean, excellent range of treatment products. Even if It's busy the staff take time to help you pick the right one for what ails you. If it isn't busy, you can get even more information. Everyone I've talked to seems to know someone who has my condition, or have it themselves.They've helped me find similar things to discontinued products. A place you can trust.

I'm a 30+ yr old mom who drives a minivan... probably the least stereotypical customer, but I've always felt welcomed and comfortable at Airfield. The budtenders are knowledgeable, non-judgemental, and friendly. And the prices are very reasonable. I've been very happy with the quality and consistency of the weed. Plus, check their website before you go....sometimes they have an on-site chair massage for free!!!
My first time here, overall good experience! Customer service was friendly and informative. The guy behind the counter answered all of questions and was very knowledgeable. Not knowing what best suited my needs I left feeling like I had a good understanding and was happy with my purchase. I will definitely return!
Came in with my husband an hour before closing. The bouncer was friendly enough, the reception desk was helpful and let us know what sales they had going on while they took our info. I really liked the interior, it was stylish. There was a long line when we went in but it moved quickly. We didn't buy any flower but took home gummies, tincture, and pre-rolls. The woman who helped us was sweet, she didn't make us feel rushed. I did think it was a bit pricey but honestly, I think everything is pricey so, take that with a grain of salt. I would recommend stopping by!

Nothing gives me anxiety like having to go re up on marijuana to help my depression/anxiety. I went here with my puppy in hand of course and ask if she's a service dog. She does do things for me now but she is in training, I mean she's still a puppy.. the security guard asked me if she was, I said yes then he proceeded to ask what tasks she does. I tell him then he says emotional support? I said yes thinking he give me a break but he said she can't come in. I have my dog in my hand and I bring her EVERYWHERE with me because I need her to be my service dog but she's a puppy still. It upsets me because at first marijuana was only medical at first which I had gotten for depression and anxiety and yet now can't be accommodating for those who are actually in need? Service animals in training should have the same rights at least if held or behaving appropriate. Also it does not say no dogs on your yelp. Good news I called another club that I have gone with my puppy and they said it was no problem at all. Much better experience and more understanding.
Has generally been smooth and turbulence-free, but customer service has taken a nosedive. This used to be my favorite dispensary but I'm not down with the arrogance of the staff at the front desk and online pickup counter. Recently it's taken them unreasonable amounts of time to fill a simple online order, even when ordered first thing in the morning. This place now reminds me of the DMV.
Let me start by saying this place is racist. White people make sure you know they are in charge and control your person. I asked the person helping me about cookie flavors. He rattled off like 2 then looked up and said you can see the flavors on line or go over to the case. So I walked over to the case where no one was and 6+ feet from everyone. A white women walked over and starting yelling at me to get back in line and get away from the case, even after the other worker directed me to look over there. She was rude and thought bcs one is brown she could say and do what she wanted. She called over security and they told me to stay at my register. So I told the clerk I'll buy whatever cookie flavor he could remember. While waiting for the change the white women comes over and starts again. I asked her to leave me alone but being brown she felt I must be a captive audience and hear her out. The Karen kept going on and on and would not shut up and I had to tell her multiple times To step away from me and that I don't have to hear what her white opinion is. Other workers watched and security asked us to leave completely taking the Karen's side. After I asked to speak to the manager who was there during the entire incident and said nothing, did not intervene, or deescalate the situation. They instantly took the white woman's side. If you are black or brown stay away. Your money is all they want and brown lives do not matter. White privileged is honored there. They took Karen's word as gospel and your existence does not matter. There are so many other places to buy weed where white people do not impose their will on you. They don't get it. So go to places that do. There are many, many guards with police mentality here, so I urge you to patron places where brown/black lives matter. Let me know if you know of any black owned businesses and if there are none, ask yourself why? Why are there no black workers at air supply? It's a completely white operation. The only brother is the whole place was one where they can use his black body at the door to send a message. He's outside. White girls are inside. Go figure.
Mixed review about this place, the facility is really nice and clean, especially the mother room where you can take pic or video of how they grow the weed, the staff are mostly nice i havent had a bad customer service yet. The cons about this place is that since they accept visa or debt card that they charged more. The price range here is $(30-35-40-50) eight. I always buy the mid shelve which is ($40) eight but i notice that they tax $10 bucks which totals up to $50 which is really no bueno because some club only charges straight up w/o tax but thats what happen when they allow you to use visa or debt card when you buy. U can find yourself buying a ($30) eight and your total would be $40 after taxes. Other con in this place is that each shelves such as bottom,mid, top shelves they literally have like 4 different type of buds in each shelves. Not that much selection. The bottom shelves are never good they always put the worst weed so ur force to buy a ($40-$50) eight. Overall this place is really good but they just overpriced sometimes which is not good since u wanna use every dollar you have to get ur medicine.
This was my first time in a pot store since it was legalized. Airfield is extremely professional, clean and the staff is willing to spend the time to make sure you get what you want.I highly recommend this place. Great staff, great prices and great product.

Clean, well organized, and professional.ID check at the front and then a queue system to meet with a budtender who can walk you through their selection and find a product that meets your needs. If you know what you want, I would highly recommend purchasing online prior and picking up your order as the online purchase line is much, much shorter.

This is the only weed spot I go to. This place is super clean, modern, and has the most knowledgeable staff ever! I never feel rushed choosing my items. Also, the staff don't appear high while working which I really like.
Called these buffoons this afternoon to check inventory of CBD. Told they had 30 in stock. Arrived 1 hour later, guess what no CBD. Had to drive 45 mins there and 45 min back for nothing. Somebody needs to manage this place and keep the clowns sober
From South Carolina where still illegal. We LOVE this place. It was a lot better than the places we stopped in San Fran. Love the viewing windows. Hopefully one day soon we will get with the times here and legalize it

This was my first time at Airfield a couple days ago, very clean and nice inside I liked all the marketing on the wall it was very clear and visible about the deals. Thank you Lacey for giving me outstanding service I came in with no clue on what to get and she was not only very patient with me but also made great recommendations for me. Came in there with a $100 budget and left spending $300.. Now this is my favorite dispensary
If you wish to learn about cannabis, this is the place to go. They answer questions and offer the best advice about pain management with cannabis. On a side note, it's really easy to get to, and hey! It's right by Lily Mae's BBQ! Can't beat that twice with a stick now can ya?
Been here a few times but my last experience was pretty bad. I placed the order online. When I went in to pick it up the lady at the counter gave me the wrong items and charged me a different amount.. much higher than my online total. I walk to my car and double check the items. Good thing I did because I found a few items missing. I went back and talked to the manager who was nice enough to fix my order. The guy, believe his name was Mario was also very helpful and said sorry.. wasn't even his fault. However, the girl working there who originally messed up my order was rude and unapologetic. She just lacked the vibe & professionalism, and left a bad taste in my mouth.

I go here from Santa Cruz because this is the only place in South Bay I can find Humboldt Terp Council (sauce winners in the emerald cup). Got the Z Cake and it lived up to the hype and then zome. Friend got delivery to his house and it couldn't have been easier. Friendly staff and great options. I liked the in house strains too.

When you're looking for a place to buy clones, I think Airfield has the best. They won't die out on you and they seem more resilient. (Their supplier is Dark Heart Nursery.) As for their weed? Wonderful. Everything is labeled well. The aesthetic of their packaging is as ergonomic as the layout of their store. It feels like you're actually walking into an airport and everything from on there is smooth sailing.Oh, they accept cards.
The receptionists were nice, but the workers that actually sell the products were kind of rude. The guy that helped my husband and I was rushing us and had a very sarcastic attitude. However, we did get good stuff so I can't complain about the products. But I won't be back there because I really can't deal with that type of rudeness.

Airfield supply is the benchmark by which all dispensaries should be held! Everything is top notch from the branding, design, elements to the staff and products. You can definitely tell it is a labor of love and tons of thought was put into the merchandising, interior design, display cases and beautiful grow room which greets you when you walk in. Checking in is straight forward and friendly, staff are knowledgable and truly seem to love what they do and who they work for/with. Products seem to be carefully chosen and are all of highest quality. Being in the airline industry, I absolutely love the airline/ airfield theme. The way the categorize their flowers is very clever as well. Economy, business and first class! Highly recommend airfield if you are ever in the area!
The budtenders can be hit or miss. This one white guy with a goatee type face seems like he could care less. The quality is good, above average compared to other places. Prices to match.This is an "upscale" dispensary, most people who come in here look a little more "professional" or "put together" in appearance(I'll tell you why this matters later). I enjoy the private lot out back unlike another dispensary that starts with a " C".The ambience is very nice in here, the reason being is because I've been to "lower end" dispensaries like medi...etc etc(basically every other shop other than airfield and caliva) and the people there are insanely obnoxious and break the cardinal rule of being in a dispensary...that is, don't talk about getting ripped, or eating your edible like you've never seen one before In your car.The quality is second best to another dispensary that starts with a C, but I have a feeling that they both come From the same aourxes.I do love airfield, I just wish they'd bring some prices down to earth, and would have a steady supply of CBD strains. My pet peeve is that a majority of their flower is sky high in THC. Will I be back and refer a friend? Yep! Of course! This is my second favorite dispensary, only because of distance/price and the one Jimmy hat worker. Check it out :)
I literally never have written a yelp review in my life but this was the most terrible experience. Loved this place until tonight and it's this stuff that makes me never want to shop somewhere again. Ever. Put in an online order and after waiting for over an hour it still hadn't processed, even though it stated it would so long as I placed it before 8:30pm. I figured it was really busy so I decided to walk in and already frustrated waited in line for almost an hour outside in the cold. Then I got inside and waited in line for another 20 minutes and I live in Redwood City, and while I was waiting in line the guy that I ended up receiving as my cashier was super rude and unhelpful. When I went to pay for my order, he asked me to see the name on the card, which no one has ever asked us before at airfield supply co.... and I showed it to him explaining that it is my Fiancé's name on the card but that I am LEGALLY AUTHORIZED AND ON THE ACCOUNT and that if he needed me to call my bank to verify that (which I've DONE before at every single store anytime my Fiancé has ever thrown me his card when I go inside to pay for something) that I was totally ok doing that. He proceeded to explain to me a bunch of bullshit that made absolutely no sense because IT IS A JOINT ACCOUNT. He said there was absolutely nothing he could do for me and when I asked him if I could go grab my Fiancé from the car (who was waiting in the car and asked me to go inside because his foot is broken and can barely move) he proceeded to tell me that the store is closing in a few minutes... that he won't hold my stuff for me to just go run and get my boyfriend from he car for the identification he doesn't need because I should've been able to call my bank.... AND that if I did go get him I'd have to rewait in line which wasn't an option bc the line was out the door and the store was closingSO I just drove from redwood city to get my Fiancé weed because who's foot is broken and that's the damn service I get. Absolutely ridiculous I never want to shop here again. Thank you for profiling me for no reason, being super unhelpful and offering absolutely no customer service, and for being a complete asshole to a customer. Also thanks for telling me basically fuck off without asking a manager what you could do for a loyal customer that just waiting in line for that long. Cool place, when I went though the line wrapped around the lobby and after about 10 minutes I was over it. So we didn't actually go in in. But I did get a few products at a later time from a friend who picked it up and they have an extremely long and extensive list of products, what I love is the description and how using what products will help you in what areas. Am I new to this? Probably. My weed guy in the past never handed me a menu with descriptions. Lol.

Their location is easily located just an exit off of 880, and there's always ample parking every time I've arrived.Their space isn't just immaculately clean but really neat inside, with a window in the front office showing some of their inner workings. And not to mention the decor of their patients area as well. I love this place! I needed to explore cannabis edibles. My then GF wanted to know about oils. Our budtender Ben couldn't have be a more helpful & knowledgeable guide. I got the cookies I needed & some joints, my friend got oils & cookies. I been back several times, and had the same experience with Sarah & David. The place is a clean, well lit experience. Also, even though they can be incredibly busy, they manage to move the crowd through in a timely manner. Worth the drive from Menlo Park. Thanks!
I've been a consistent customer for years now and I've never had a problem till today which sucks. I normally order online and pick up my orders to avoid the long lines. The thing is for the past year I would literally always place orders like 10mins before I would arrive to airfield and they would always have it ready which is the reason why I was a consistent customer and I would never receive a text on the status of my order but like I said, it was never a problem. Today I placed my online order and I arrived 30mins later and when I approached the door (it was a new guy at the door checking ppl in, normally it's a dude with long hair) and he asked me to see the text and when I told him I don't have it and I did tell him airfield never sends me a text whenever I place my orders, he then asked me "how long ago did you place it" and when I told him 30mins ago he literally give me a smirk and laughed and He was like "nah it's gonna take a couple hours" and he refused to let me in until I came back with a text from airfield. He was a straight fucking asshole about it smh literally just drove there to get refused to be let it. It's been a couple hours since I placed my order and I still haven't received a text about the status of my order so thank god I left. After today, I won't be going anymore.
Airfield Supply Company ROCKS. That being said, I have had ONLY excellent experiences with not only the knowledgeable staff, but the quality of their medicine is beyond reproach. I recently tried their Sumatra which was excellent, im not sure its still on the menu but their "GSC Blue Cut" is excellent especially if youre lookung for pain relief. All in all from the inviting waiting/entry hall and reception staff to the well stocked med room and knowledgeable med personnel this place should get 10 stars. Their kindness and compassion are unmatched
Staff was super helpful and the selection was really wide. I was visiting this dispensary because I was in the area. So in comparison to my own GOE the way Airfield displays their products and price list is much more "user friendly" lol and their staff isn't loaded at least they don't appear to be. They're all super professional and happy to help. I mentioned that they weren't stoned because I have been to dispensaries where the attendee can't even internalize what I'm requesting and they're clearly incredibly high. This staff was knowledgeable and their facility was gorgeous!!! I will be making special trips out to SanJo just for Airfield moving forward.
So welcoming and clean. Also they were very knowledgeable I chose the peanut butter cookies and the sour watermelon gummies as my vice. The cookies are definitely more potent than the gummies. But both taste great. Will definitely be a returning customer.

As a San Jose Native I have been to almost every dispensary in the South Bay but none of them compare to Airfield! From the fast lines to the great prices and let's not forget the friendly staff. There is literally no reason why you wouldn't want to come to this club.

I landed at Airfield a couple of months ago when the new rules went into effect and the dispensary I'd been going to for a few years ended up moving to an inconvenient location.I'm very happy with Airfield. I like the idea that a lot of thought went into the look of the place and the development of an airport theme for all aspects of the operation. This place is light years from those that were thrown together with furnishings that looked like they were retrieved after being dumped in the gutter.The child-proof pouches are no longer required. It's my understanding that they're only needed for edibles, if even that. They were a bother, and I was always forgetting mine. I do miss the flower packets with their luggage tag labels. The plastic containers are clumsy in comparison.I've not experienced anything but professional treatment and behavior from all staff. This is the most civilized dispensary you're likely to find. Highly recommended.
Always a line but it moves quick. The smell is heavenly. Bud tenders know their stuff!!!!! Not as expensive as I would of expected with the new taxes on this stuff. The security guy outside is really nice makes convo so when he is scanning your ID you are not uncomfortable. Will definitely be back

I went to use the restroom and saw that it was "all-gender." The bathroom was large with multiple toilets. I didn't think much of it or realize that this location considered these gigantic bathrooms as "singles." An employee named Britley walked in and out. She was waiting for me when I exited and started chewing me out with terrible vitriol. She yelled at me like I was a weirdo and pervert for using the restroom. As a gender queer person, this felt incredibly offensive and ignorant. The urinal had privacy screens so nothing was visible. She talked about my penis -- clarifying that she didn't see it -- which was humiliating. I had to walk away from her out-of-control and discriminating tirade when she wanted to humiliate me further all while refusing to let me explain myself. A security guard who witnessed the exchange walked up to me after and she apologized on behalf of Britley. Deeply hurt and I feel discriminated against for simply trying to follow the rules. If you are queer or support queer people do not come Airfield!!!
My first trip here. Came at 9:00 Monday. no waiting AND 20% off for vets. Outstanding service. Came for CBD oil and cream. Krista explained the ins and outs of both products. I followed her recommendations and couldn't be more satisfied. They've got new a customer!

Love the atmosphere of this place! Right when you walk in the lobby you will notice a large window to your right that showcases their mother room. You will see all the beautiful mother plants growing in there and it is a remarkable display. I can look at those lovely ladies all day! Its nice to see how your medicine is grown, and I appreciate how Airfield gives us a sneak peak of how professional their grow rooms are. The sign in process was very quick and easy. They do require that you bring in your original paper recommendation from the doctor and a valid California I.D for the first visit, after that they will accept the recommendation card. The receptionist was very friendly and kind, nothing but good vibes throughout the place. My budtender was awesome as well, he was knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. As a new patient, you get a free doobie! I needed a good strain to help with my insomnia so he recommended me the Grape Ape, a top shelf heavy indica. This flower is beautiful, it was deep purple, frosty, and smelled like candy. It put me to sleep like a baby! All of flowers are top notch, they definitely do offer great medicine for a competitive price. Love the professionalism and cleanliness of this place! Will definitely be coming back! By the way, they also offer free patient services such as chiropractic, acupuncture, and chair massage, how amazing is that?!
I had hernia surgery that did not go well and have had 3 months of terrible pain. My doctor told me to try CBD so I went to Airfield Supply Co. in San Jose, CA. The salesperson recommended a product and told me it would last a month. I used it as directed and absolutely NO results happened....I might as well have been taking olive oil. Also, it only lasted a week. It was very expensive too.

First time ever to a MJ dispensary. Was nervous as you may imagine. It didn't help that the patrons looked kind of 'sketchy' at around 12noon on a Friday, but hey, who am I to to judge? Anyway, after waiting in line for what seemed like an eternity, I was greeted by a friendly young lady who let me know what was best for new connoisseurs. She wasn't overly talkative, but made me feel comfortable nonetheless.I went back that same evening after researching more products, placed an online order, and I was in and out in less than 10 min. The difference, most notably, was the crowd. Also, the vibe was different in both the lobby and showroom. Club music and jovial front desk staff that was in stark contrast to the lunch hour. Patrons more similar to me-ethnically and racially diverse, appeared professional, educated, and atypical to what others may decide is a stereotypical person who would frequent a dispensary of this type.Overall, I would definitely return for the stellar customer service and ease of navigation once you enter-whether it's at 12pm during your lunch hour or 8pm on a Friday night!
Airfield is top shelf. The process, staff and products are high quality. On this visit, I found out that they carry products from Tommy Chong, whom I am a big fan of, I was completely satisfied with "King Louie OG". However, the taste wasn't too smooth. But I recommend it.
Ok first off their lines are ridiculous two lines one for pick up and one for In store shopping but what do you know they both merge inside? Why? What is the point other than to create more chaos and longer waits why even place an order online??? Honest question seriously there is no point to it. Second, they are all too stoned out of their minds to know what they are doing one couldn't give me clear directions and then said oh lol all confused when someone told her the correct thing I had to figure out where to go and how the line system is on my own inside. I don't like talking bad about other smokers but seriously at lease give be directions me and a few others were confused on where to go there is sooo much more than can do to get these lines going and still being safer than what they are doing right now. Third and lastly only ONE security guard has a mask on but they won't let other people in without one. And they are all standing within a foot from each other talking. Oh yeah by the way the line hasn't moved an inch since I started writing this, and now the line is wrapping around the building, this is defiantly the last time I will ever be back way better clubs in the area and way faster and safer. **frustration typing nothing personal**
Definitely a cool place, was a little nervous coming in here (just moved from a non-legal state) and still felt like I had to be a bit dodgy to buy weed. The staff was friendly and the check-in process was easy. Definitely looking to come back and try more stuff! The only reason I gave 4/5 is I wish there were display cases more easily visible before you got on the check out line. When you go in, you immediately get on line and can't really see what you can purchase easily until you're already standing at the teller. For someone with anxiety (which I feel like is most people these days) that really stressed me out! The staff didn't make me feel rushed and answered all my questions and brought out tons of options, but I can always feel the heat on the back of my head from customers waiting behind me.

Very impressed with this dispensary! Shout out to Ben who helped me out today and provided me with great knowledge about CBD. All of the people who were working there seemed to be very professional and knew their stuff about marijuana and its benefits. The place was packed full of people and after my experience, I can see why. You're getting high grade marijuana and it's handled in the best way possible. Everything is labeled so you know exactly what you are getting and the budtenders seem to really want to help consumers find the right type of cannabis that they need or may be interested in. Even though it was busy I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered. There were all sorts of people from different demographics that were waiting in line and I just thought that was a beautiful thing. Very efficient process of checking in and client servicing by budtenders. Love seeing the grow facility in the lobby. This is my second visit, but first since legalization. Things are noticeably different (no more Kush Kakes, higher prices) but this is what gov't regulation does. Airfield is a great disp - will be back!
I finally got a chance to check this club out. Had a rude receptionist, check me in for my visit. Didnt like that introduction. Bought some Cherry Pie (indica) @ Business pricing. I found a seed or two in my buds. Wtf!? I do like the club, for the bubble hash they carry. Hate to be the first without a five star review but I have to be honest. This place got more than 5 stars from me when it was still SBHC but a lot has changed during their transition.I understand there's lots of codes and regulations that they're conforming to but as far as reviews go, here's the realistic gist of things:1. Pre-weighed buds suck. One of the greatest things about SBHC was that they did not pre weigh, which meant much fresher flowers, and you could buy down to the dollar amount (i.e. I want $30 worth of..) now that they're pre packaging everything, they are back in the realm of almost every other club in SJ. If they run out of pre weighed 8ths you might end up with a handful of gram baggies just for example.2. The point system sucks. While I do enjoy that there's no more stamp cards so you can't forget to get your points, the benefits hardly rack up and when they do it's about as much as they charge per visit in tax.3. There's a new bag system where you have to bring in your Airfield Supply childproof bag or else they will charge you $2 for a new one. First time I was given a bag I was told that the first bag is free, after, it's $2. I checked my receipt when I got home and they added the $2 charge for the bag so apparently they lied and the first one is not free.Regardless, the new location is amazing and looks fantastic, there's just a bunch of fancy shmancy stuff that I personally think is a waste of money and was a bit of a bummer when I came to the new location.
Went here to purchase some extracts for a cancer patient my total was 260 but with all the taxes they have us paying my total was $345 .... that's $85 in taxes what an outrage to be taxing so much for the clients ... when I addressed this with the manager that they should let every patient know how much they are taxing their clients now ... all the manager could say was I'm sorry you feel like that but that's what we have to tax... but in reality they don't they can cover those taxes instead of placing that on the patient! I won't be going back with taxes so high!! This really needs to be addressed and let known to all patients!
People here are so nice and helpful! I must have went on a really busy day over the holidays but everyone was super nice, super cheery and knew their stuff. I have super bad cramps, so using the CBD patch was so useful. I would definitely recommend the Airfield :)
I first started coming here for medical marijuana. It's a bit more crowded with legalization, but if you order online there's a separate line that moves much closer. A+ service--I don't want to smoke in the house with my kids, so the very knowledgeable employees walked me through capsules, edibles, tinctures etc. By far my favorite dispensary.
I've been a regular customer of Airfield for quite some time - well before anyone could go through their doors (meaning I had to pay for a medical card.) I have usually had a good experience but the last time I was there I was left embarrassed and upset. Why? I went there on a Sunday, shortly before it closed. There were NO cars in the back row closest to the entrance. I parked my car and it was crooked, over the line and into another parking space. When I went to the door, the individual (super young) who came out to check my ID started his conversation by saying he could not let me in. I'm like, what? He said I am parked crooked and until I straightened out my car I could not come in. I'm like, there are NO cars except mine in here. He shut the door and so I went and straightened my car. A moment later a woman with bluish dye in her hair identified herself as the manager came out and said I need to listen to the young man and that I signed a contract that I would obey. I'm like, this is not what the contract intended. There are no other cars and you are about to close. She went on and said, well we have had people who have had fender benders. I again reiterated that I am the only car in the parking lot. In the meantime I had Security staring at me like I was scum. I am not. I am in my 60's, a tiny frail lady. Finally, they let me in. I went inside and the guy who went to serve me then said I had to have my cell phone to let me in. It was in my car. I gave up. I've not been back since. This is a mess and the wrong kind of "contract enforcement." Hope Airfield owners read this and support the right person for the right reason.
They are very nice, and have good products, but Santa Clara county requires a card, where San Francisco county allows a doctor's letter. Bummer, but not their fault, but it's fo my mom with cancer and the taxes are outrageous, so I will be going back to SF for her products.

I've been to Airfield many times before but I took my brother there for the first time Friday night and had the best experience. As we were waiting in line I hoped we would get called up by a very nice and patient employee. Luckily we got Sam, the best budtender ever! She was so knowledgeable and listened to what we needed and gave great suggestions! My brother was so happy and had a fantastic experience! Thank you Sam!!!!!!!!!

Nothing is worse than a conceited stoner. I've tried several times there to get CBD balms for scars that I have. I've used them in the past and know how well they work. But they keep insisting, the young stoners that work there, that I should use something different. They don't seem to understand I am unwilling to spend $40-$60 on something that might not work.

First timer, great selection, friendly staff with patient's needs in mind. Bud tender Ben was a great help suggesting which flowers would benefit me the most. Unfortunately they were out of stock on a product, but Ben searched for a dispensary nearby that would have what I needed. Will definitely be returning.
This place was really cool, when you walked in you could see their flower growing next door. The atmosphere in the back was pretty good, the placed looked neat the way they had it decorated and laid out. They had digital menues all over, that repeated with everything they had to offer. The person that healped me (Sam) was awesome, she was very informative with all the different types of medicines and she gave great recommendations for trying new things. They had great deal going with awesome prices on top of that. They always have a editable and a strain of the day that is discounted. I would definitely recommend everyone to stop by this place and check it out!

JD was my tender, super knowledgeable and patient with me grabbing 12 different items. Labeled every product to minimize confusion on my end. It was my brothers first time and CJ sure made us feel welcomed overall great establishment everything you could need in one stop.
There are better dispensaries in the Bay Area. Do yourself a favor and don't go to this one. The lines are always long and products are always scarce. I will not be coming back here after my last visit. I waited in three separate lines over 20 minutes. It's ridiculous.
This is everything you would want, AND SOME. The staff is knowledgeable and super friendly. The facility is state of the art and selection is second to non. A little hidden gem.

Although nicely decorated, the tenders spend so much time answering questions from newbies that it creates a very long line and inefficiency. They have soldMe buds on a regular basis that taste like mildew. I smoke a lot and I always run into this problem here. This place is the less of evils and better than some dispensaries in San Jose. The tenders don't care how long the line gets as long as they have time to schmooze customers at the expense of other customers' time. They move on island time here, not Bay Area time.

Went in for a quick pick up. Inside is pretty fancy for a dispensary and all the products look high quality. Michael was super chill and informative in guiding us through all the different types of edibles. Would def come back again.

My buddy bought a 20 pack of "Train Wreck" seeds. They were packaged very well. The price was 110 dollars plus another 36 dollars in taxes; 146 dollars and change out the door. Wow! I carefully opened the little container to count and inspect them. I counted 22 seeds. Sweet for them to give us two extra! I planted all 22 of them. One week later all 22 have sprouted! 100% success rate! Impressive. I don't purchase cannabis products. I grow and produce my own. That way I know where my cannabis has been and exactly where it came from.
I will definitely come back here, everyone was so nice and extremely helpful! They check your ID twice and have you sign a waiver saying you will not use the merchandise on the property or give to anyone else. The line can get a little long sometimes so maybe next time I will look into ordering online but if you don't know what you want, it's best to talk to the professionals.

I used to Love Airfield. There were consistently nice staff that you felt wanted to talk to you and help you. Now it has turned into an environment of get in get out! No more are the friendly faces of old. Now my feeling is that i should not take longer than a couple of minutes in my choices so as not to hold up the tenders. Are they on commission now?
After visiting the old location almost weekly for the last two years I had my first and probably last visit to the new location today. At the time of day that is convenient for me the drive now takes 40 minutes instead of the old 10 minutes. Once I got there, they were out of budlets and refused to honor my old stamp card which really chaps my hide. The real deal breaker is they no longer way product in front of you. For me that was a real differentiator and now that is gone, plus the distance involved, I have many more options that are just as good but a lot closer. Best of luck to everyone at the Airplane Supply Company, I think you are going to need a little bit of itUpdate: I thought I would try again on a Sunday and the drive was a piece of cake, only 12 minutes. So an extra star for being open on Sundays now and finally accepting my old stamp card, but still they do not weigh in front of you anymore and they're still having supply problems with budlets and E Class medicine. I will check back again in a week and if the supply problems get ironed out that will add another star to my review, but not weighing in front of the customer will prevent them from ever getting 5 stars in my book

I suggest making your order online to avoid the long lines (60+ minutes on a busy Sunday afternoon).Knowledgable staff. Good product. Great location. Airfield is my one and only. Customer service is amazing and the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and so very friendly. There is a wide assortment of products available with all price ranges. They are always up to date with their Weedmaps menu, which is appreciated. This club is still as down to earth as when it was those 4 cuties with one refrigerator over on Saratoga. This is a top notch facility! They run a tight ship and have it dialed in here. Other dispensaries need to take lessons from them. The staff is educated, kind, quick and helpful! Product is nicely displayed and well packaged. I liked that they have sample bottles of flowers for smelling or looking at as opposed to all other shops that jusdt keep reopening the actual product container and let people breathe all over it! Their method here is much more sanitary. I appreciate that! And I love the cute unique branding touches with the boarding ticket! Great idea!

One of the worst dispensaries in the Bay Area. Don't be fooled by how "clean" it is on the inside...the management here is rude and they're ripping people off with mid grade product at premium prices.

This place is crazy beautiful. Highly professional security guard and staff. Can't say the same for my budtender though. She was SO DAMN HIGH! I don't mind though so it's not a ding against this place. I've never had a budtender as high as she was.
I went to Airfield to buy some clones and they were out. They then directed me to their seed catalog and I was surprised to find that they weren't feminized even though they were charging upwards of $100 for 10 units. I ended going to the nearby Harbor dispensary and they had plenty of clones.
As a military veteran I'm very disappointed with this dispensary. I came in at happy hour 2-4 pm and expected 20% off but their selection had only 2 items of flowers at a discounted price. Not much of a choice for people on a fixed income. Then u get hit with excise tax, sales tax and MBT charge which does not make any sense. Talk about getting screwed!! And they don't even take debit. So much for happy hour! Come in to get happy and leave un satisfied!

Second time given the wrong thing. Yet, I spoke with the Manager and he is awesome. I wasn't going to go back and exchange it for what it was suppose to be..... Too far a drive in a gas guzzler..... It's not the credit given for the mistake! It's the fact that I didn't have to ask for it. He offered it. To make things right. Now, I choose them because dr's recommend them. Not MMJ dr's. The other ones. The other thing I liked a lot was that... Yeah, I complained..... He listened, I mean he listened. You don't get that from other places. Another reason why this place is the only one I go to. Look, these folks are cooler than your mother in law in a freezer. Just go see for yourself. Mother in law in a freezer? Yeah, don't know, I've never been married...... Maybe that's why.....

Used to Be South Bay, became Airfield. Before CA laws changed, was a great place. And this is not a complaint about Airfield, as it is about the TAX. I'm a CA MMJ card holder, but, they did not honor my card, thus your taxed at 36% which is just outrages, so, 1/3+ my purchase price was tax, so, on a $225 order, you pay $75. No way Jose... where I normally buy, it's not this way. Much cheaper. That's my only review, the TAX situation really distorts what should already be much cheaper. Those that smoke 1/8 a day, say spend $60 on smoke? It's not Airfields fault mind you, but they are in the industry. Industry needs to fight this tax harder.
Been shopping here since it was South Bay Healing Center. Big place, good selection, very good flower quality. Range of pricing and you get what you pay for. Everything is well-labeled so you know exactly what you're getting, and they have a good selection of non-flower products (oils, edibles, topicals, etc).
After working in this industry for over 6 years I have been in A LOT of dispensaries, and I can confidently say Airfield Supply Company is one of the most professional, patient-friendly establishment I've seen.The lobby/waiting area is clean and professional, with a sitting area and a nice view of the mother room/nursery. There is also a sign up area for chiropractic and acupuncture treatments that are free to members of the collective on a first-come-first-serve basis.Upon entering the main dispensary area, you are greeted quickly by one of 8-9 budtenders and directed to 2 cases with a wide range of medicine, one which contains a well-lit flower display, containing jars with magnifiers and a grey plug that can be removed to smell the flowers. Then another that contains edibles, concentrates, topical remedies, and other products. Once you make your selection your medicine is labeled with your name, doctors information, and the provided date and bagged in a smell-resistant childproof bag. They also have a wheelchair-height counter for handicap access.All in all, my experience in Airfield Supply Company exceeded my expectations, the medicine was consistent and potent, all while being provided quickly by professional, friendly staff. I honestly don't feel the need to go anywhere else.
Got old and started having problems sleeping. A good night I got about 3-4 hours sleep. I went to airfield supply and picked up about 5 different types of edibles to see which one worked best. I settled on SensiChew Insonmia. Taken an hour before bedtime...I now get between 8-9 hours of uninterrupted sleep. Try it....you'll love it!
My experience here was great. I was visiting from another state and every time i came in, the staff was so helpful and polite. They were informative and patient, and the prices weren't bad either. If I come to SJ again, I'll definitely stop by Airfield.

Estetically pleasing, but lacking good flower. Who even buys weed under 18% THC anymore?? If its not for CBD purposes? Theres so much great stuff out there. Therefore the pic of the glass case on here is super misleading. Idk maybe their supply is just bad right now? Also I asked about one OG, he replied "it gave my friend a migraine" and you're still selling this as medicine?? i thought. They need better suppliers in my opinion, but the shop looks pretty! lol

I've come in a few times. I suffer from insomnia due to anxiety and came in looking for help. I've talked to a couple of the budtenders and both suggested different options involving CBD. I've tried a couple of different suggestions and found one that works for me to reduce the sleeplessness and anxiety issues. Great people, no one guaranteed anything, but the suggestions were good and I can do this without getting high.
Went to this dispensary because I was in the area and it was close by. My usual place is in Aptos but I was picking up someone at the airport so why not take care of both? First off, they are just a skip and a jump from the terminal so that's a plus. They are also easy to find. Parking is good too. How ever, once you get to the door you are whisked into a fairly large retail area. So much for the spacious waiting room. Once you pass the check points you enter a line that winds through display cases till a register is open. The line moved fairly well, although I somehow got out of my place in line and had to present my ID again (third time) to make my purchase. I bought some bud and a couple other items. When I got home I noticed a little label with tiny writing that gave the date it was harvested (last spring), the date it was packaged (early summer) and the "enjoy by" date, mid November. I'm not a heavy daily smoker and it's only me so that was irritating to say the least. I opened the little jar and discovered the jar was unsealed. Not wonder my car reeked of bud and the fragrance wafted around after me (it was in my purse). My 16 yr old grandson thought that was hilarious. So basically this stuff had been sitting around getting stale and I now had 3 weeks "to enjoy" it. Did it even have the amount of bud I paid for? I've only been to 3 other dispensaries but each time the bud I bought was in a sealed jar (like vitamins or pills). So to wrap this up, finding and parking are a breeze, but being whisked through multiple check points, standing in line while waiting, rather than enjoying the lovely waiting room, the getting product that was happily going stale and almost stale sounds good to you, this is a good place. For me, I'll stick with fresher product, more comfortable environment, and frankly better value for my money. 3 stars.

I have been to this place few times , around an year. In the past, experience was almost impeccable and extremely professional. I have seen management coming up with new products and certainly in sync with customers need and are bringing in best practices. laudable efforts for sure. I would have given probably 4.5+. However the incident from yesterday made me think and perceive things otherwise. I would narrate the whole incident. I order something and after reaching there gentlemen at the entrance reminded me that my ID has expired, so he may not be able to let me in the shop. Like anyone in the situation and I pleaded my case and failed. Totally fine, no grievances so far. So my friend, who had valid id, went to get stuff for himself inside the shop. Of course, the gentlemen offered me choice to wait in lobby instead outside, which I gladly took. However, My friend took my phone inside the shop. I went by the door (not inside the shop) and asked my friend to give my phone book. The lady, from the front desk, came screeching, shouting to me, get out!. I was like, hey I'm taking my phone, not inside. I don't recall ever, being in a business establishment, treated so unprofessionally. I doubt I would ever go to the shop, but do visit the place, great merchandise.
Brought my stamp card filled out from sbhc just to come here all the way out here. Didn't get my free gram. Coulda let it slide to make the customer happy so kind of disappointed in the customer success here at this business. Don't think I'll be coming back. I come here often a long with my friend who comes here even more often ! Talk about frequent flyer ! Anyways these guys and gals always go above an beyond and really work to accommodate everyone's needs ! They are very informative and great! I would recommend anyone here for a high class experience!
My favorite cannabis club to go to love the new spot its great!! Of course i miss the weighing out in front of us but the weed is amazing. Cant complain the weed is a lot better because of that nitrogen sealing that they are doing. It was a lot nicer then i expected, the atmosphere is very nice and calming. The parking lot not a mess like the old location at sbhc. The employees are very knowledgeable with all the products. They always recommend something really good!!! i never get something i don't like.They aren't doing the stamp card anymore but hey, the point system is way better. I don't have to fill out that whole card to get discount on a rainy day, and those 5 dollars off goes along way!!! been using them as they come. Defiantly recommend you to stop by!!!!!
This is gonna be a long one. Here goes.I've been a long time patient of South Bay Healing Center, and I would like to start off saying how awesome I think the transition to Airfield has been. The new San Jose regulations have shut down many collectives, and I am ecstatic to find that this specific one has handled it with grace. Of course, along with any giant transition comes its pros and cons. The old location had a small homey feel to it, but the new spot is absolutely GORGEOUS, and as any company expands, so must its building and its class. This is easily the most professional and beautiful location of its kind. The building is huge and I am excited to see what they can do with it (since new SJ regulations require all product to be made onsite).They also informed me everything is now pre-weighed, which at first was a bummer for my low budget, but in the long run had more pros than cons, for both me and Airfield. It is also an understandable thing to do, I was shocked they ever weighed in front of people at all. I could easily steal, I could screw up their inventory. Hah.. I was used to being pampered and took for granted how special it was that they did this for their patients. People fail to realize that other clubs don't do this because it brings many difficulties...Anyways, the wait at SBHC was grueling sometimes. The service can go as quick as you allow it which is great, because I am always on time crunches. So on the upside, the service is quick and easy, the new packaging is more environmentally friendly, and they even put nitrogen in the packaging, so its fresh as hell when I open the bags haha. Hey, whatever helps their business prosper is my belief. Because as long as they prosper, they are open, and as long as they stay open, I am happy. I purchase many obscure products and medicines that other clubs never carry, so this place is my go to.They also got rid of those flippin punch cards which I love, because I always forgot to mention my cards or I lost them. It is now a point system on the computer, and when ya get enough points, you can get money off on ANYTHING (I am a concentrates kinda dude heh)The service, as always, is respectful and fun. The most chill and cool people are always workin. I find it funny that any other company I go to more so than not has employees that provide me with robotic rude service, but here, it is always opposite, and that is a lot of why I made this review. These people truly deserve it. They love what they do and they genuinely care. And that is the cherry on top of my 5 star review! So THANK YOU Airfield. For making me one very happy soul. I look forward to the future with you all.
My boyfriend and I decided to go to this place for the first time. We always go to another dispensary and we love it, so we decided to try this store. IT WAS PACKED, but that didn't bother us. The people in the front desk plus the guy at the door were really nice. However... once we waited at the line the woman who got our order looked impatient, so i asked her about the edibles and she gave me gummies that i have tried before but in all honesty i didn't wanted it, i wanted to try new stuff so i asked her if she had another gummies that were hybrid and she looked at me and said that the gummies that she gave me are hybrid. I know they are hybrid but that wasn't the answer that i expected. My boyfriend ordered some stuff and i could tell she was getting very annoyed because she was tipping her nails in the glass. I asked her one more time but this time for chocolate, she offered me a brand that i honestly dont like but i also know that that brand was not the only brand, so she again said that they are hybrid.Other places they offer new stuff and recommendation when questions are asked. We felt rushed and whatever she gave me i had to have. Even though they have a lot of stuff, the customer service could use more work. Im sorry to say this but we are not coming back here.
I went to Airfield Supply for about a year. The folks that work there are friendly and nice for the most part. The problem is this their bud just isn't that good. very weak on the indicas and a lot of lower grade strains. they have lots of food products even chips. They grow their own bud in house and are fully compliant with all local and state laws and regulations.I would venture to guess that this place makes a lot of money. But from someone who knows his stuff I again I have to say: there bud just isn't that good.
Beautiful setup but staff attitude is rude and nonchalant. I felt like I'm dealing with the TSA. Not relaxing and friendly as one would expect. Unfortunate.
Great place, great bud, better budtenders. But damn the wait is so looooong. Especially around 7-9, your waiting in a big ass line and they take online orders before regulars. If I may make a suggestion, I understand online orders are priority as they should be, but stop clearing the line of online orders that keep piling up before even letting us regulars in. Take 2 online orders then a regular, 2 online orders then a regular. Stop taking everyone in online line before even letting us up. Common sense.
This place is great. No need to keep looking for a dispensery. Not only do they have great medicine, they offer many different wellness services for free. You can come in and get a chair massage without an appointment. For the acupuncture and chiropractic services they have appointments every week. The flower are always top quality and even though there are high taxes, the prices are still fair. Airfield were high is a place.
Post visits to Airfield proved nice. They now have humidity packs in jars which much appreciated.
Hit or miss on flower selection. House grown flowers taste like they could use a good flushing. I would come here if I was in the area otherwise pass.

Since recreational use was enacted, this place has gone down the drain. The employee attitude has turned to crap. They must start a policy of having a reservation to come in. The line is too long. This is the second time they didn't have any cans of blueberries. I am going to look elsewhere.
Will get 5 star when I finally get to try their sift. Got non-melt hash today. Flower is amazing, however. All in-house with bud tenders that are familiar with the meds. Definitely going back, they got me becoming a regular.
Terrible. Called in to place my first express order they walk me through it great. But then the system had trouble accepting my order due to my phone being "apple" they said seems like this is a issue they need to resolve. UPDATE- express order worked they fixed the issue within a couple days. Great management.

Nice place, they have good customer service, personable bud tenders and a nice selection. The "airport/airplane" theme is a fun twist. My only complaint is the selection of concentrates was a bit slim. It's not their fault but rather Sam Jose ordinance laws however they only had in house made rosins, and while good, are nothing fancy. Over all tho nice place and worth a visit if your in the area.
First time since the seventies that I have bought grass, really didn't know what to expect. The man helping me was Gilbert, very knowledgeable, answered all my question and was very professional and nice. I will be back.

I've been shopping here in person for almost two years and my experiences, while not perfect, have generally been positive. A little while ago I made an online order for delivery which went smoothly and to my satisfaction. Last night, I tried to make another online order for delivery and put a number of items in my cart, but when I tried to log in and pay, the website did not recognize my email address. I called Airfield and explained the situation. The person I spoke to was friendly and confirmed that the email address that I was using was the one they had on file, but could not offer a solution. I then asked if I could place order over the phone. He replied that they don't take delivery orders after 7:30. I had not seen that anywhere on their website. I looked at my watch and saw that it was 7:40 and I'd been on the phone with them for seven minutes by then. I asked if they could accommodate me since clearly I'd been trying to order since well before 7:30 and got a flat no. That was a very disappointing customer service attitude, but I didn't press further. I was assured that someone would look into the issue with my email address and get back to me, but a whole day has come and gone and I haven't heard from anyone.
Was a decent club before legalization really screwed their entire system. The last batches of flower I purchased were just sad so unfortunately I have found other dispensaries with a more organized system and staff who are motivated to help customers. The owner is a glorified pot shop owner who thinks his mom and pap is corporate. After they messed up my order for the second time purchasing, they refused to exchange their crappy in house cartridge even though it was defective. The nugs were incredibly dry and tasted like chemicals. Never felt this way from weed and thought maybe they'd accommodate us with a different strain or batch but this was just a really disappointing place all around. Given the mediocre service we received we won't be coming back and don't recommend this place.

I have been to quite a few dispensaries. Airfield is my favorite by far. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are also considerate of your level with out talking down to you. I have yet to get a recommendation from them that wasn't spot on. Their selection is also huge. Lastly, being able to order on their website and have your order ready for pickup when you arrive is a level of convenience that smokes the competition.
I really like this place. It's organized, clean, and just seems legit from the moment you walk in. I have been here twice. The first person who helped me was very nice and really informative. She helped me pick out some vape cartridges. The second time I went, I went to go pick up a new vape pen. And the budtender just seemed disinterested. I asked a few questions about the pen and she just answered very shortly and cold. Fine. I had what I needed. But later I realized that she hadn't shown me how to turn on the pen, so I had to call later that day to get instructions to do this. You had to press the vape pen button five times to turn off and on. How would I have known that? The guy on the phone said that this is usually something that is covered when purchasing any of their pens, and he would talk to the budtenders to make sure they did this. It is what it is. I got what I needed in the end and I'm not going to hold one bad service rep against them. I am happy with the place overall.
I just left....maybe next time would be a bit better if the girl helping me wasn't so high! It would have been helpful if I could hear her and get a clear description of the medication I needed.

Went in because I was nearby. They wouldn't let me in without my paper recommendation. I've given them thousands of my dollars, and they won't let me renew without my paper rec. It's not like they don't know me!
Theses guys ain't worth a damn after ordering twice on line I walk in to wait while others are served and no one acknowledges I am in the on line order. I know now why: if you are Latino your fucked they do not want to help those that are not white. You can ignore this and try your luck but I assure you these guys are a bunch of motherfuckers. Twice I tell you once I can over look but two times no, I will take my business elsewhere.
Best customer service & super helpful & knowledgable staff. Product is always fresh & they always try to give you the best deals & I love the point system. The location is a good spot & there's always enough staff people which is nice because then you don't have to wait. Hope they stay where they're at since all the other stores in this area have shut down or moved.

Great service. Friendly staff. Relaxing vibe. Plethora of strains ranging from First Class to Economy Class. Usually when I go to dispensaries, I feel very anxious and nervous, whether it be due to sketchy neighborhood, intimidating customers or staffs or security, or not being able to take time deciding what to buy, but I experienced none of that here. It's now my go-to. Also, child-proof bag that they give you is pretty neat. Looks nice and safe. Would recommend!

I love the old SBHC! They have a very friendly staff, STAMP CARDS and the way you could weigh out any amount of medicine and just pay the weighed price LOVED, and love how they weighed everything in front of you! All these things made them the best in San Jose! It's what made them stand out from all the rest! And why I brought my business to them! But Now all of that is gone! They are just like any other dispensary. I have been a very loyal customer for the last year since moving to the South Bay and have spent about of money there! But Not sure I'll take the trip out there again when u can get the same service any where else! The high Quality of medicine is still on the up and the friendly staff is still there! But all amenities that they once had, they no longer provide! So sad.. Not sure I'll come back as much. Sorry guys!
I have been a customer the past yr & had my first negative experience late this afternoon w/ a female sales person. Very unenthusiastic to help, the entire transaction little to zero affect (maybe too stoned), I was asking many questions about diff products & there was little to no interest to help or be part of the conversation. Debbie Downer & a buzz kill like this employee should not be assisting customers; as there is no shortage of dispensaries in the area, I may need to check out other locations & take my biz elsewhere. Buyer beware...
I am the type to find a place and be loyal to it, I like to get to know my bud tenders and let them get to know me because then they can give me the best options for me...let me just say of the clubs I have been loyal to before, AFS has surpassed them all. Not only is there bud always top notch, and the prices combined with there point system is perfect for any budget, there customer service is down right outstanding...aside from the dope goodie bag they gave me on Halloween, today there computer gave me a little trouble and they made it up to me like it was nothing, they know how to treat you and it's a great feeling. Thank you AFS you always do me right.

Been going here (previously SBHC) for about 3 years now and it is by far the best dispensary around. Even when they moved locations (the old location was 5 minutes from my house), I am willing to drive the extra 15 minutes for the quality service, great prices and amazing medicines they have available to their patients. All the staff are extremely polite, respectful and professional; they have always guided me on which medicines will work best for my needs. I always feel safe when entering their dispensary and their around the clock security makes it comforting knowing I can leave and walk to my car without having to watch my surroundings. I will continue to visit this location and am glad to have discovered it.
I have been to Airfield about a dozen times, often recommending this location for supplies to friends. After my experience today, I will not be returning especially after so many options of different dispensaries. Every time I have been here, everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up having JADEE helping me today - she was totally medicated so kept repeating the same thing, totally out of it and had no clue what she was talking about. I asked her simple questions and she couldn't answer any questions around the selection today. The worst part was that every time I have been here I get asked if I want to use my discount points, not only she didn't ask, but when I asked if I had any points today after the transaction - she simply said, well I didn't know you want to use that. I couldn't believe it. On the scale of 1 to 10 for a warm welcome and customer service and knowledge of selections, she is 0. Will not be returning to Airfield due to JADEE.
This is one of my first time in a collective and they help you so much with your dosage telling you the effects of all the weed and also the edibles very overwhelming but glad I came here they have a answers for everything I loved what the buddtender choose for me exactly what I expected a lot of Cbd products just what I was looking for this place is perfect very clean not hard to find the parking lot is big they are so helpful thank you airfield
Great place and great location and still close to my house. I've been a loyal customer of South Bay for ever now and have been going weekly or by weekly. The best thing about them was they weighted everything in front of you and were able to see all there flowers and edibles. So when I heard they were opening a new location that looked better I didn't believe it, but it's true it is better!! The one thing that made South Bay stand out was what I mentioned above, now at the new location they don't do any of that. Everything is pre weighted and stuffed in a tight bag smashing the bud. Gone are the little pill containers. I presented the old stamp card so I could get more stamps and they aren't doing that yet. They said it's all going to be computerized soon and will transfer the points. I can't wait until that happens. All in all this place is nice and the theme is really cool, but bring back the old ways of South Bay to make you guys stay ahead and outshine the other clubs.
What I love about Airfield is their professionalism and their wonderful people skills. The budtenders are very knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer they will certainly find the answer for you. The building gives that sophisticated feel and is nothing like the shady clubs that are spread out around the bay. I love their options of edibles, I have been able to try out many products that have blown me away. I also love that you can find flower at a great price on any day of the week. This is my go-to dispensary.

I been going here for years. When it was still South Bay Health Center. Its okay if you cant make it to another collective before closing. If you like concentrates. If you like flower, be ready for harsh irritated, sore throat. They dont trim properly. I mean, it looks prettily trimmed, but alot of leaf, carefully manicured to look like bud. Also, not properly dried. If it was just one of those two issues, it wouldnt be so bad. They just want bud out, money in. Just smoked a bowl, and sore throat, ears hurt. But you don't have to take my word for it.....Off to Leaf Lab to alleviate my sore throat!

Like coming here to grab dabs, it does get busy at times but the lines do move. They took good precautions during Covid with social distancing and they always have security on the premises. Have gotten delivery before and I have nothing to complain about nor did I have any issues.
Alright time for another update to Airfield. Over the years, Airfield is still my go-to dispensary and for good reason. They get better and better every time I visit and you can really see their growth over the years in terms of the range of products offered, logistics, payment options, and customer service. As of the time of this review (04/25/21), they take cash, debit, and online bank transfer via the Treez app. You don't need the app. You can still checkout via mobile web. Just have to confirm your bank details on there. I do really want them to accept credit cards again in the near future, but I understand how complicated regulations and banking relations are in the cannabis industry so it's a bit out of their control. Love how they have a ton more promos now. You can pretty much always get a good (20-30%) discount every month on certain products. They have cool pop ups like the Pax engraving and local food vendors from time to time too which is a pretty fun time. Only criticisms from me that comes to me are the high wait times and the payment options. It's pretty hard to predict when it will be busy so I wouldn't risk coming in at expected peak times like 11-2, 4-6 pm or weekends. Online ordering does help, but those lines are crazy. Payment options will always be a growing challenge, but it's still a solid inconvenience imo. Wishing Airfield all the best and looking forward to see their continued growth.
My friend and I had never been to a canabis place before. So we ventured in here and told them we were virgins. Haha they took care of us. Explained everything. Listened to what we were there for and were very helpful in choosing edibles. Everyone is really friendly and they take precautions for covid. If I'm in Santa Clara and need some edibles I will stop in. The prices were on point too.
This place is a little farther than Caliva, but just a heads up-- my favorite brand of "Wyld" gummies are $1 cheaper here than Caliva. The biggest difference between here and Caliva is that if you choose to shop online and pick up in store, Caliva has the "pay in cash" option so that you can skip the line and just pay when you go pick up. Caliva can have your order ready for you with zero payment up front (once you click on pay in cash option) and they will hold your order for 24 hours. They don't do this here at Airfield as they make you register for a "Treez" account to pay. Why not make it easier as someone else mentioned in another review and use something more common like "Apple pay, Venmo, or PayPal?" Alas, I'm sure they are aware of this and I can't take off a star because this a dispensary and I've had nothing but good experiences here. Covid has made it a little while longer to shop inside as they are limiting the amount of people that come in. But once you're in line, it goes pretty quickly. All of the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's kinda cool to see a window that lets you peer into the huge plants that are growing in the back of their warehouse under some really bright lights. I say 'really bright" because it almost fools you into thinking it's daylight when you quickly take a glance in that direction. They also have a sampling of some baby plants right when you walk in. Keep in mind, I've never been here when it's not super busy. It may be because of the time I come-- Usually around 6pm on a Friday/ Saturday/ Sunday. You will have to wait in line but like anything that you want, it's worth it to wait.Shout out to the parking attendant here-- I've never met a parking attendant that is as friendly as he is-- He's always engaging with the customers who are in line, makes sure you back out of your parking spot okay since the spots are tight, and sends you off by saying "have a good night!" when you leave. I wish I knew his name so I could give him proper praise.
First time visiting and it did not disappoint.First of all Ted W. has excellent customer service! He was able to fully explain all the options me and my husband requested. Did not oversell at all, was just very helpful! Would certainly be back just off customer service alone!!
This dispensery has been good to us...security is located on site... the inside is clean and organized. Enjoyed seeing they sold seedlings if you wanted to take one to go. Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are not crazy compared to other dispenseries. We really enjoy the edibles here.
I really don't know what is wrong with these people, 1st they would not let me shop because I have a service dog, manager even said, "we don't take that card, anyone can get one" I wish she would have said which card they accept, because according to federal law, no one can even ask for documentation, and there is NO card for this. I was willing to show my doctor's letter, my service dog registration (the card I showed) and even my scars, but when she said, I don't need to know your medical condition, just what the dog does, is it low blood sugar... HOW THE HELL is that not asking my medical condition??? She could have easily just looked at what the dog was doing, trying to get under a table because the woman was harassing me, WHAT are you accusing me of lying about, my dog is not service? My disability is not real? What the hell is she objecting to??.. anyway that was months ago, I just refuse to go in, my girlfriend does while I wait in car really should not shop there,(we spend about $150 to $300 weekly on cannabis) but it's so close and they have better prices now, so girlfriend goes, I just sit in car being an ass...ANYWAY the reason for my comments The other night I am parked in handicap parking, not right in front of the door, actually about 25 feet away, and I am smoking a cigarette IN MY CAR. The smoke IS NOT going toward the entrance, just out into the parking lot, but security just had to come over to my car and tell me they don't allow smoking in the parking lot, have to go to far corner of parking lot to smoke. I understand people don't want cigarette smoke in their space, I will definitely put out my cigarette if someone is close, they don't even have to ask but what kind of parking lot Nazi tells a customer that they can't smoke in their own car??!!! I have been considering changing my attitude, contacting the owner so there's no issue with my SERVICE DOG, I can and will apologize if I am out of line, but now? I want to shop where I feel welcome, not some place that's going to say NO SOUP FOR YOU!
I've always been impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. There is an enormous range of products and something for everyone no matter the desire.Of all the budtenders, I'll give a special shout out to Cristal for being extra helpful and patience, quality recommendations, and speaking Spanish to some elderly but curious in-laws. Great place, great selection, great service.
Ok so I can't get over how awesome this place is. Every time I go everyone is so nice and professional. I feel taken care of and everything. If you're debating on going here, just do it. It's so convenient and they have everything. And if you don't know what you're looking for, they really take the time to hear you and give you options. Drove past it three times. Slow down, look for the sign. Kudos to the excellent staff. The ratings say it all. Efficient and organized. Being from out of state, I loved the seven Tesla's on the charging stations. Gotta love Cali.
Great customer service, when I arrived there on a Tuesday after work. The line was really long I asked the security how long should it take. He said about 10 minutes and it took about 12 minutes tops and then we where on our happy way! Note Elemental you are in trouble Airfield is way faster and let's not talk about price🤔
The shop was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and the bud tenders were very knowledgeable about the products they carry. They also had a decently wide range of products of all different prices and ranges that all looked good, from the top shelf to the bottom!
