Each one of the guy behind counter is a pure sales man! We were shown two different items, one $14.99 and $24.99. While we bought the $14.99 item we were charged $24.99. 😡 When called and confronted they insisted we were given wrong item. Of course that was not true why would we call you about it. This place is EXPENSIVE. For a joint minimum was $15.99. Are you kidding me? For a joint? Make no mistake this place is worse than a pawnshop and I would start looking at other places. Extremely disappointed will not be returning again.

Club is nice. But when it comes to delivery. Always some mix up. And then excuses when they forgot your order. "Driver ran into traffic". Really? At 11am. Super frustrating trying to plan your day. Just to be lied to.

Staff needs to be more organized. Not going to go much into details but it is very unprofessional for a dispensary that’s already taxes us enough for to give us bad customer service. I made a order online for pick up and had a confirmation next that was ready and when I went they didn’t have it ready. By the way stop selling leaking carts. Your organization used to be way better before and don’t know what happened and don’t care.

Bobby was AMAZING! I'm visiting from out of state, and this shopping experience was incredibly smooth. Very informative and friendly. Very reasonable prices.

Everyone is always so helpful! Mel is great! Everyone always takes extra time to make sure that I find the right items for me. You also get a little bonus 5% back every time you shop which adds up and has helped me buy items in the past when I've been low on cash. Definitely a good place to check out.
