Am not sure what's up with all those negative reviews. Was there today and had a fine, and friendly experience. But they should make it more clear on their website that they only take cash. Anyway, go. Just not with an attitude is what i'd guess..

Just got back from this place in a bad mood.  This review is based mostly on the rude staff member who "helped" me.  Let me give you some back story... I hate the pretentiousness of most dispensaries in San Francisco.  They just seem so contrived, trying to make this like a designer retail experience.  Like, if Dwell decided to sell weed. And  "Menu"? Sir, it's weed, not Ramen.  Normally we just do delivery but this time we needed an emergency restock and I thought, hey, this place is close to my office.  So I went and was surprised it was not as "rich tech-dude" in there as the pictures on Google suggest.  They still asked if I wanted to "peruse the menu" but whatever, it's routine I guess.  After being shunted over to a "bud-tender" (ugh...staaaaahp), I started to give him my spiel on how "I'm good with Indica and ok with sativa in small doses but am prone to paranoia if too strong.  I like a heady high but nothing overly intense..." I was going to say next "...so I'll need either indica or a hybrid..." but he immediately cut me off in mid explanation with an clearly annoyed frown like I'm a dumbass "well you can't do sativa then". I proceeded to let him know that I do in fact like a heady high but nothing too intense.  He cut me off again with even more irritation like I was wasting his time and said "sativa IS in the head.  You can't do sativa. You need a hybrid."  "Yes, I said, I know.  So what do you suggest?"  He opened the "menu" and pointed to the hybrid section.  "Do you have any suggestions?", I asked.  There were no descriptions of the highs, just the names.  If you are going to call it a "menu" then give me descriptions so I know what I'm buying!  I began explaining what I like before he cut me off again, pointing to 2 different hybrids on the list while saying their names. "Ok.....", I said. "What are their effects?"  He then went on his phone for  a bit and then plonked it down on the table and said "this is the description".  The description actually looked ok for me, even though I hadn't even told him what kind of high I was looking for, but considering at this point I didn't want to even breath the same air with this guy and he clearly felt the same, I said "ok, great.  That looks fine".  As he packaged my purchase and got me my change, I was trying to read his nametag but it was conveniently (for him) hanging just so it was behind the edge of the table blocking the name.  So my description will have to do.  Dude was Asian, very short/buzzed head, looked about mid to late thirties, between 5'9"-5'11" with a very indifferent, uninterested look on his face. Look I have been smoking weed since the 90s. I do not expect, need or want a person selling me my weed to be my friend or give me excellent service.  But if you are working at an establishment and in an industry which promises to provide at least the latter of those 2 things, you at least better not be dick, listen to my questions and be more informative.  Definitely do not act like I'm wasting your time.Now, I do not claim that this kind of behavior is a standard of this company.  In fact, the guy next to him was serving a lady, was very friendly, patient and even went to so far as to say "I just don't want to rush you, I'll answer as many questions as you want for as long as you need."  Again, I don't expect that kind of staff interaction, but I don't like going into a place of business, being treated like sh*t and leaving in a bad mood.  And now that I've seen from the reviews that customer service/friendliness seems to be a problem here I'm going to give you guys a 2 and not a 3.  You guys need to address this issue.  This guy was rude as sh*t and I won't be coming back because of it.  Which is a shame bc the prices are good (another reason you got a 2 and not a 1).

I'm come here 5 days a week on my lunch. They have great product and a dope staff. Highly recommended if you're in the area. Heads up though, the elevator is small and hot.

I go to Dispensaries for the Product. I couldn't care less about Elevators,Security Guards, Decor etc. I was checked in quickly and was handed a Book that listed and described the products they offered. The Bud tenders were knowledgeable,the products were pre packaged. As far as prices , I'm from San Diego and we have to pay a tax of 33 %. so I found these  to be very good when I cashed out.As a youth,my friends and I would wait hours for the dealer to show up and hoped that it had seeds and stems because I knew then it was weed! For me it's very cool to walk into a store,no matter how big or small  and work out with something which is going to make me very happy and feel good

Nice folks, good selection with excellent Daily Deals and Promos.  Set-up nicely for easily placing orders online, then paying cash at fast, in-n-out pick-up.  Highly recommended.

This place is probably the worst dispensary I've ever been to. Came in here the other day just because I happen to be walking by and told the guy I want edibles, specifically something to help me sleep. He says "people don't really do marijuana to help them sleep." Lol wut? They literally prescribe cannabis to people who have insomnia. Then I proceed to pick something from the list with zero help from the guy. And after selecting a flavor I notice an "S" next to it. I was like, "oh does S stand for sativa?" And the guy goes "yeah" I'm like oookkkk then I'll take the indica one. If I tell you I'm looking for something to HELP ME SLEEP, then wouldn't you recommend indica? That's Mary Jane 101, dummy.Just don't come here.

Favorite dispensary in downtown SF! Everyone there is super nice and know a lot about their products . You should take advantage of the deals they have for the day too. Also super close to Montgomery and Powell Bart stations . S/o all the bud tenders there too !

Avoid 710 like the plague. Got a dead HEAVY HITTER cartridge, and the staff were quite adamant that I, the paying customer, was at fault. Read on for the lulzWhile the staff, using almost as many batteries as myself to test the cartridge, were able to get a small puff (conveniently mind you, as they would not let me test the cartridge upon purchase). They then proceeded to talk to down to me as if I was a 12 year old, or like my battery was at fault. Since I wasn't allowed to smoke in the shop to test the vape, I proceeded to become convinced that it indeed was working, even with my battery, and went downstairs to the sidewalk to test and continue on my way home.Suuuuure enough, in according with my testing the 2 days prior, the darn thing doesn't work. Fortunately, I'm still downstairs, so I proceed upstairs and thats where all 'benefit of the doubt' type of respect went out the window for me. The staff were rude, igonrant, and I felt very uncomfortable with the situation I was in, because I was not leaving without a refund or replacement product.Then a miracle happened. They reproduced my original faulty results with ALL of their batteriers, all the while making me feel like shit for 25 minutes while they intentionally struggled with their computer, ran off with my drivers license, and generally did everything they could to prove that I was somehow in the wrong for attempting to get a working version of the $70 product I had bought from them 2 days prior.When they ran off with my ID, I was uneasy due to identity theft concerns, so I had another staff member retrieve it. This made the little person helping me even more angry, but fortunately for me he had made his final mistake - I already had my ID back and he handed me the replacement product! For the better part of a half hour this little fart had my ID, the reciept, and my original product - to the extent that I thought they were gonna throw me out and essentially rob me of the $70 I originally spent - but now that my ID and replacemenet product were in my hands... obviously I wasn't going to let them out of my hands... and the little fart helping me then said 'well if you wont give me the ID and receipt, I'm gonna need that product back'.I smiled.What are you gonna do little guy? Take it from me? The staff may have had numbers, but I was in fear of being robbed for my hard earned cash and backed into a corner. Fortunately, it was clear I had finally gotten my point across and asserted some dominance in the situation, which was about darn time considering how much I let these folks walk on me for a half hour.Before leaving the shop, I proceeded to do the only sane thing with such a dominant position, and scolded all of the staff within ear shot in a calm dad-like voice. A few heads hung - staff and customers, when I told them they should be ashamed of themselves and treat others with more dignity.0/10 - I'd rather use Eaze lol

Staff are very helpful and they carry stuff others don't.  It's not a luxe experience like some of the other places but the prices are good and the selection is great.

This place is top notch.  Every budtender is super knowledgeable, kind, and helpful.  They make you feel at home.  SAM has been someone who has consistently been amazing.  He remembers me, asks me how products worked, and gives recommendations.  I can't recommend this place enough, especially for beginners.  This place is one of a kind.

What a joke. This place is clearly just on the cannabis band wagon. Poor selection, untrained staff, always out of product. Have given them several chances because of their location, but have left every time unsatisfied. Go to a real dispensary with a knowledgeable staff and better products.

Good prices, convenient location, friendly staff.The inventory situation (or lack of) isn't acceptable ongoing. Today I arrived 15 min after checking online inventory- when I place my order was told they were out of 3 of the 5 varieties I wanted.  Exactly same thing happened in my last visit 2 weeks ago. DO NOT TRUST their online inventory - it is either incorrect or they have a tiny quantity of each item so they sell out quickly.Twice now I've wasted time walking here to be disappointed.

After a long drive from Marin, I had a great experience at Pure710sf. Sam helped us out and made great recommendations. I'm still exploring SF, so I especially like their vibe and the cute elevator you take up to their sales floor. I took the recommendation to park in the garage and I'm glad I did.

Been coming here for a year since my office is nearby. Over the course of that year customer service and soft skills have been on a steady decline. When I walk in I receive no greeting just rude counter staff that cannot handle it when asked to elaborate on a specific policy (I asked Eric about the cellphone policy and was taken aback by the complete lack of respect for a paying, repeat customer. When I do business I expect to be treated with the respect and patience due to someone spending money. Eric rudely refused to continue with my transaction at which point I asked to speak to a manager to which Eric replied "I don't care who you speak to." How is it possible for someone to have this attitude when the store was only open for 45 minutes? It made me feel like I was in a pawn shop. That's not appropriate for a location In the financial district. I'll be taking my business to a competitor who understands the value of soft skills and treating every customer with respect.

Love this place! So many quality options to match any budget. The staff is super helpful and informative. Based on what I'm going through, such as headaches and migraines, they're always able to make solid recommendations. The owner is very sweet and makes the place feel like home. Wish they had stores in San Mateo.

This is my favorite dispensary in SF. It's small, but they have good products at all price points and the staff are great. Sam especially is good, but everyone is really patient and helpful. I've been going to these folks for years, since before they moved to the financial district. Top-notch dispensary all around.

Nice, helpful staff and great prices. It's not a fancy place, but a great buying experience nonetheless. I felt totally welcomed and appreciated, and came out with all sorts of goodies.

The place was small but nice. They have a good system to get you in and out. The prices are high everywhere but they seemed more reasonable. I'd give them a shot.

Highly not recommended- they are just plain unhappy. Eric was a terrible bud-tender- maybe I'm spoiled but terrible service is just that. What a jerk. I should have walked 15 min to Bloom Room- they are nice and have amazing SF flower!!!

I question the bad reviews about this place. I feel like the ones that bitch and complain are probably just high maintenance an uneducated about the strains and products they want . You can't expect someone to hold your hand and pick something out for you and guarantee that it will effect you the way it does for others. Everyone is different , try different things and pick what works best for you . I love the staff here and I love the convenience of the location .

Super location. Very knowledgeable and super helpful. I don't always know what I want but I know what works for me and they always point me in the right direction.

Wow! I happened to be in the area browsing around and stumbled across this place as it was the nearest. I'm so glad I made the choice to drop in. On the first floor, I was greeted by the nicest security guard. He was very welcoming and ensured in a polite way I had all the right things to enter. Although the elevator was temporarily broken (but hey, we live in SF; I'm sure we're all used to walking and the hills), it was an easy way upstairs. I was immediately greeted by smiling faces at their main desk and had the pleasure of meeting Sam and Marc! Sam was so helpful with the preferences I had and educated me about the science behind the THC/CBD ratios. Marc(sp?) was assisting me with their awesome menu and gave me the details on all their deals. As I was there, a few other customers came in and they were all smiles. SUPER GOOD VIBES IN THIS PLACE! Marc and Sam also gave their personal preferences based on what I was looking for, and their passion and enthusiasm was certainly contagious. The prices in this area CANNOT BE BEAT. This is quality medication with top-notch service. Just being in there and be surrounded by nice people lifted me up. Will be spreading the word and returning!!!!

Excellent straff one guy respectfully ask me to hang up my phone while there. No problem! Got exactly what I was looking for and my questions where answered in a responsible, professional way. Location is superb. Would just recommend that you guys make more visual menus. I can help!

First time going to a club since wmw closed down :( they had some sauce I wanted for a good price 36$ a g had some crystals in it my girl got a vape they had a good selection and menu. Little bit of a strange vibe but I know it can be weird sometimes on a busy day when everyone is a little medicated. Didn't get the name of my budtend we but he was an African American guy was helpful and funny we had a little laugh about hotdog water

Worse service ever!  I came to get dark chocolate and they treat you like garbage like your stupid.

Incredibly poor service. They treat you really bad. When I was there the staff was like you can't use your phone, you can't smell the flower. They were very rude and I'll never go back. There stuff was also sub par.

Pure is one of the better dispensary's in San Francisco area! Always have what I need on hand. The staff is very friendly and knows what they are talking about when you ask questions about the product you are about to purchase.

It seems there are people out there who hate great deals. I wouldn't be surprised to find out that some of the negatives are from price gouging competition. This place has great selection and a very helpful staff. Shout out to Sam who makes me feel welcome and helps me find the right stuff for my taste/needs.

Love this dispensary and their very helpful and patient staff!!! Everyone is so welcoming!!! They have a great selection of all different types of products for all your needs . I have also found their prices to be significantly less than other dispensaries in San Francisco and Oakland for the same name brand products. Score!!! This shop is amazing! Has a vast variety of product and a friendly helpful staff.. The bud tenders helped me figure out exactly what I needed and I walked away extremely happy. I'll be telling all of my friends to come here for sure..

First time ever in a dispensary! Great easy experience. Was visiting CA from out of state and decided to do a day trip to San Francisco. I chose Pure 710 based on location mostly (knew we'd be doing touristy things like visiting nearby Chinatown). We were greeted by a very friendly security guard on the ground level of the building who directed us up to the 3rd floor. We were then greeted and checked in with ease and friendliness. I had already created a profile and uploaded required credentials and placed my order online the night before. The place was very clean and modern. I feel like they were making an effort to make our experience enjoyable; keeping in mind that we were first timers . Whole process took about 15 min. We really weren't sure what to expect coming from south TX so thanks for making it easy, comfortable, and professional!

Everything I got has been dry dry dry. Not going back. Oh, they let you smell the fresh stuff but then they rip you off.

I really  enjoy going here for what I need. They have a great staff and quality product. Also they have great daily deals that I try my best to take advantage of.

Horrible place. I have never left a review for anywhere, but the way I was treated even prior to entering the store was completely unacceptable. The employees are incredibly pretentious as well as uneducated, uninformed, and uncaring of their products and customers. My partner came into this store once to purchase a chocolate bar they have occasionally, and while they were perfectly content to be told, "I'm sorry, we're out of stock. Unfortunately, since this product is in high demand, we cannot update our website fast enough to keep up with our sales. Please call us next time to check if we have any and to reserve some," as anyone trained in basic customer service would say, the employee said, "Ha, no. We're out and we won't update our site. Sorry about it." Knowing this, I decided to try out their service; which was my first and last mistake with this store. I called on the phone to ask if they had a product in-stock, and the employee confirmed, but when I asked how much they had, he said "I don't talk about numbers on the phone. If you want it, go on the site and order." I checked the website to see if they had the product, and it wasn't even available as an option. I called again to ask about this, or see if it was a mistake, and the same employee answered and said, "If it's not on the site, we don't have it." I replied, "I just spoke with someone on the phone earlier who said that you do." To which he said, "Yeah that was me. We don't have it," and because that poor, poor man lost all memories of events that happened in the 3 minutes between each call, he denied having told me it was in stock and again said, "Yeah, I don't want to talk about this over the phone."Regardless, I was treated disrespectfully before I even entered this store. If this was the last dispensary on earth, I would rather lick the cheapest, lowest-quality shake off the ground at Powell Bart station than decide to use any product from them. In the words of their excellent customer service representative: sorry 'bout it.

I just came here, and they were great! It seems to be dominated by female staff, which I LOVE. It was my first time in a dispensary since I got my rec, and I was slightly nervous because I've heard some dispensaries aren't very welcoming or helpful. The doorman greeted me warmly and made me feel invited in, and the ladies in the dispensary itself were very sweet and informative. They made my sign up go smoothly and quickly. When I got to the counter to get product, they had tidy binders explaining their product and the lady helping me answered any questions I had thoroughly. They also made sure I knew about the specials they have weekly. I would highly recommend this place!

Don't waste your time. The service here at first was pretty good. Over time it's gotten worse and worse. This behavior has hit peek levels of horrible as of today. I'd like to start this story off with a couple of facts: 1. Members have accounts. 2. Accounts show purchase history I tried exchanging a vape battery that I purchased last week that has been giving me trouble. The staff admitted that I had an account. The staff admitted that they could see the purchase on my account history. The staff refused to exchange the item or refund the money if I didn't bring the receipt despite the fact that they had a record of the purchase, the purchase happened within the return window, and that they have marketing materials that show the incorrect return window (their material says 20 days, their policy is now 7 days). Practices like this are shady as hell. And the fact that you have a record of my purchase and still require a receipt is even dumber. It's 2019 and your business is funded by tech workers. Start using tech to run your business.I won't be returning and I suggest you take your business to other dispensaries that have better customer service.

I came here to buy a battery which works with every cartridge, and was told the absolute extracts model they sell will work with every cartridge. They sold me a c cell battery which did not work with the cartridges i have at home. I brought it back and was told they won't do an exchange since it's not defective....even though  "it should work with every cartridge". It's a shame. This is the most convenient shop for me and all of my coworkers...but bad service. I mean, he specifically said it should work with every cartridge, right before telling me he won't do an exchange because it's not defective.

Bought a cartridge there. They said keep your receipt if you have any problems come back but you must have your receipt. The cartridge I bought from them after open, the oil was discolored. Nice light amber the bottom half of the cartridge the top half of the cartridge was a weird dark amber (clearly not how the company intended). I still wanted to taste the cartridge, if it tasted fine all good. I keep the weird discolored cartridge. The cartridge tasted off, burnt not delicious at all. I brought the cartridge back still full and discolored and gross. Two of the employees hit the cartridge and was no it fine it not broken so we won't exchange it. It was discolored and tasted horrible, one said "I've tasted worse" handed me back the cartridge and was like sorry, keep your receipt. Horrible service and practice. I run through 3 cartridges a week and this place was right across the st from my job. I won't come back. Bummer

Very poor customer service and unprofessional.Inconsistent instructions and misinformation.They sell expired items so check before you leave the store. Better yet, go somewhere else that appreciates your business and wants you to come back as a happy repeat customer.

Service is solid. I don't know why there are negative reviews here? Maybe they had a bad day or maybe they were disrespectful first. I mean you get what you give. You reap what you sow. Order online on their website so you can reserve whatever you're trying to get and you can go pick it up. Pay with cash or card, your choice of decisions ‍ Look at their specials because certain days you get discount off certain criteria of things you might want! Parking isn't great but that's SF for you so it's best to come with a partner who would go inside for you

So after leaving a note on their website to speak with ownership about my horrible experience with their rude staff, the staff member actually intercepts the note and starts arguing with me (see picture) and refusing to let me speak with his boss.  They sold me a defective product, and I came in 4 days later to exchange.  The person who sold it to me was there, and confirmed that he remembered me buying it.  They not only refused my exchange (a $10 battery, are you kidding me??), but were acted like complete condescending assholes during the process.  What a joke of an establishment.  But then again, a weed shop in this location with 3* should tell you all you need to know.  I'd go farther out of my way and pay more never to do business with these people again.

Super friendly people. The products are priced reasonably. I recommend the you order online and pickup so that you can save time.

This place sells fake/expired items for premium prices. Budetenders are rushed and get upset if you ask questions. The workers here are a bunch of hard headed kids and are definetly not excited to work here. Dont expect friendliness or even honesty from this place. Read all the bad reviews if you are thinking about coming here. They are all very consistant.Plenty of great high class cannibas clubs in sf downtown, this is not one of them.

This place was exceptional and a great experience when we visited San Fran! I overindulged and bought too much for my visit buts that's all good.

Found this place by accident and was delightfully surprised. You check in with the security guard as you enter the building then you take the elevator up to the third floor where you open up to a small boutique dispensary. There are 4 counter spaces and you wait for your name to be called. I ordered ahead both times so didn't experience any delay. They have these hash infused mini prerolls that are the best value in the city. Love Bloom rooms grasshoppers but for $10 more you can get more potent pre-rolls here. Love how discreet and quiet this place is. Perfect for a low key stoner like myself.

Well that is my place when I want one on one attention from the budtenders I miss the candy bowl thanks to covid maybe they could bag the candy 🍭 for us oh yeah I went down the stairs that was a treat the mix of the winding staircase from the old to the modern staircase it was a place I have never been in SF cool and creepy new and old I loved it .
