Unfortunately this is the closest dispensary to me and the only one in the Haight. The thing with this place is that they have great products and also they have a cute interior for their store. The cons are the prices. This dispensary is 100% THE most expensive place in the Bay Area (not just SF) to buy your weed from. You can get almost all of the products that cookies carries at other dispensaries. You better believe if a pre-roll costs $10 with tax at BC or PS that same exact product is going to cost $20 BEFORE tax at Cookies. I do like that this dispensary is BIPOC owned though and that’s the only reason I spend my money there when I’m desperate and can’t get to anywhere else.

Good products, but horrible hospitality and service. Waited 20 minutes, only to have people behind me served first. I guess you have to know someone who works there to get good service.

Everyone whether it be the bud tender to delivery. All went smoothly. Very nice and helpful. Thank you for being there during this pandemic and strange times. But you’re making it better for the guests and patients. Kudos. Today on May 12 2021 I went in & Jenny helped me. She always knows what I want. Thank you. I’m waiting on the coda truffles but she found me another item that is delicious as well.

I’m just gonna dub it the best “candy store” by far! I got a variety of hard candy my favorite and even after informing the over zealous budtender I didn’t want anything sour somehow I got “two bags” of sour something anyway! Not a good look hunny especially toward someone visiting your establishment for the 1st time 😡made me feel “taken” overall a nice variety of things I like but I’ll definitely make sure the person who serves me “can read” I know how I want to spend mine 💯

I have to say that I had an excellent shopping experience as the person who helped me recommended items and they worked as he descriped..I love how the store is organized and clean. I live in the East Bay and I normally order online which is a lot more expensive than the prices I found at the Berner's store. What some reviews said that it is the most expensive store in the bay area is false.. I wish people verify what they say first. I don't care if the security guys are acting like a police or not, I am personally happy to have extra security and not complaining about it.
