Worst cannabis place I been to the taste was like I was smoking bammer and I bought two different kinds it just sucked both of them I thought at first maybe it's just one of them but no it was both !!I don't recommend this place at all

Visited this spot for the first time since moving to the city and had an awesome experience. The staff was super friendly and the person who helped me with my purchase recommended a lot of great products. I walked out with some prerolls and edibles per his recommendations and they surely did not disappoint. They have a TON of products at this location despite being a small shop, and there's so many options at really affordable prices; there's something for everyone at this shop. Check it out if you're in the area.

I've been going to mission organic for over a year and they never disappoint. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about their wide selection of products. I also occasionally get deliveries and they are always super fast. The parking isn't that great but I order my stuff ahead of time for pickup and just double park and i'm in and out in under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this place and they also have a an early bird and happy hour 10% discount !!

I love the selection at mission organic from their value lines to the top shelf and their quality customer service. I stop here every time I visit SF!

Since the legalization of marijuana we've have new openings of many dispensaries throughout SF. We have the hipster ones and the ones that haven't changed. MO has not changed at all in all the years I've been going even before legalization. They have the best prices in SF I come all the way from inner Richmond. The staffKnows what's up they're very informative about all products. They also have great deals and happy hour 4-5. I think you save 10%. Thank you MO and thank you to whoever manages the place because they definitely know what they're doing! Also I'm in and out within 10 mins all the time!

Service is great very helpful I was so indecisive and didn't know much about what I wanted to order they were very helpful Sara who Helped me was very patient and listened to what my needs were I'm so thankful

This is my go-to dispensary in the city. I like coming here because it's very close to the freeway when you get off Geneva within a couple blocks down. I feel like Mission Organic stays consistent with their products and with the prices. The staff here are always very friendly and knowledgeable, which is great when you have to handle an indecisive person like me lol. Customer service is important to businesses like this because you need their expertise at times, and they always have great people taking care of you. Biggest downside is finding parking around here. Most likely you'll have to circle around the residential neighborhood, but it's not impossible to find.

SO disappointed! Been going to the store front for a while now. I've noticed a sharp decline in the last couple years. Like others who have reviewed here I've had product sold to me that when I got home I found to be expired! I recently got a product a high-end's level product from Saucey .. I then proceeded on my trip down south to find that the product that was sold to me expired in 2020!! And over a year from when I purchased  the other day !! Being a loyal customer I let it slide and made a mention to the bud tender next time I was in the store. Figured I'd give them another opportunity well they fucked that up too! Decided I tried the delivery service.. well. I waited .. and waited and WAITED! But No one showed up! And no call or text . NOTHING! It's now the morning after I made a delivery for last night .. had to cancel my plans as a night we're on.. they NEVER showed! This morning I expected a call as a storefront opened at 8 AM I'm still waiting as of 10:21 AM. .. Burn me once my fault bring me twice somethings wrong! Won't l be ordering from you guys again .. Or even come in the store  anymore either. . Man. I  Waited close to 4 hours  !  For nothing! Ugh..UNSATISFIED customer.. NOT recommended!

check your prerolls with delivery or even in store.  received my order and one of the preroll tubes was empty!!they gave my a store credit with this, but ummm I only get delivery so....

Pleased with delivery service.  I usually purchase edibles.  Mission Organics has always filled the order correctly and love the tracking so you  know when it will arrive.  They have monthly specials and senior discounts. In store, happy to see the owners have put up plastic barriers and everyone is wearing a mask.  Social distancing is maintained by security.

Worst experience. Horrible customer service and won't be back again. Was helped by Brian and Natalia but both could careless about helping. First and last.

Disrespectful, disingenuous, and clueless staff. In addition to that, the establishment is absolutely filthy. I've been in public restrooms cleaner than this, disgusting! And whatever you do, stay away from Jason, the guy is a total asshat. Had he been more welcoming, friendly, and/or knowledgeable about their products, and their effects, I would have spent my money there. But instead, I felt judged, manipulated, and unwelcome.Never coming back here. Whoever is giving recommendations of this place, are delusional. Waste of time. Save your money, and go to Apothecarium, or Barbary Coast

Do not expect a return or replacement on any of their product's if you have any issues with it they will tell you that you are a liar as a customer and that they are right and they will refuse to help you so good luck dealing with Brian the asshole

I ordered $156 worth of merchandise and they could not get my order right.  Then, even though it was messed up on their end I have to wait til tomorrow night.

Update: after they reached out to me, we were able to come to a mutual agreement and all is right in the world again. Till next time mission organic.

The worst dispensary in SF!!! Stay away from this place. The whole staff is rude and arrogant. The drivers are even worse and treat their customers like shit. All they care about is their money. BEWARE!!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Kim she's helped me out a couple times and is always helping me with what I need. The store is also very clean and presented well.

I usually drive from LA to SF and always bring my own "bud box". Last visit I decided to fly and play it safe so I didn't bring my beloved "bud box". My friend picked me up from SFO and asked if I wanted to go on a bud run. Of course I do! She recommended Mission Organic, and I had already heard of the place, so why not?! This place is off the freaking wall! Their selection is amazing! Beautiful flowers, varieties of edibles, concentrates, and topicals. Amazing selection of THC and CBD products....AND their swag is sweet! Let's just say, I left with a great supply of treats for the visit and went home with t-shirts and hoodies. This place is officially my one-stop-shop in SF!

Made an order directly from the website and they offered no tracking information, text or call updates. Placed order at 1pm and order arrived at 4:45pm. Website advertises "ultra-fast delivery time" during Shelter in Place. Driver parked across the street and hung out in car for 10 minutes while making eye contact with me before exiting the car.Called store and spoke with Allie to state that the delivery time was unacceptable being so late with no updates and she states that she was the only person working at the store and they wouldn't be able to offer any discounts or credit. Store owner Jeff is not reachable and only works a few days out of the week from 8am-3pm.Disappointing experience and low quality service.

I have been here a few times in the past month and the budtenders are hit or miss. Sometimes I feel like they are rushing me out, but I was helped by Rey recently and he was AWESOME! He gave fabulous recommendations, and I liked one preroll so much I came back to repurchase the same day. BUT...I watched a security guard, on duty, dump a plastic bottle of juice on the street right in front of my car, then just throw the bottle onto Mission St. You would think that somewhere who prizes "organics" would care about their planet a little more... I mean trashing the outside of your own store front? C'mon...

Door security here makes you feel very welcome great customer service...that's y the 5 star prices kind of suck sometimes

This is the worst delivery service in the entire bay area. Both my partner and I were in a horrible car accident yesterday and today the driver calls us liars and refuses to come up to our door. Then when we report this to whoever was on duty at the dispensary, they didn't apologize they didn't give their sympathies or anything like that. They didn't even understand why we were upset. Their driver called us a liar about getting into a car accident and they still didn't understand why we were upset and then told us they would give us another order but instead they sent us a text saying that we were banned because we were too upset. There has been several issues with this dispensary and this is just the cherry on top of the cake. If you want good service and good products do not go to this store. The people that work there are lazy stoners that don't actually care about helping people medically they don't know anything about customer service and they shouldn't be working in this space at all because it gives a bad name to other dispensaries. Especially in the bay area which has had a high class of dispensaries, this brings all of them down to a new low. This place should be closed immediately.

My cannabis consultant Mr. Ruben provided me outstanding service...His expertise in product/inventory and ability to help customers make the right selection under purchasing parameters are excellent.Staff is generally friendly...Parking can be stressful sometimes and what do you know...Mr. Ruben placed complementary matches in my purchase bag and the matchbox has printed on it that this institution delivers...I will be using Mission Organic's service while I am still living on this side of the Bay...My name is Matthew, and I am a regular. I bought a five preroll in a box, and walked out (I was literally in front of the store), noticed that THC levelwas low and tried to get back and change. They said they can not change because I already bought it. You are just a big BS, but nothing else. Train your employees for customer service. I am sure you will lose a lot of customers because of your BS customer service.

i always order and come here and never have a problem.. placed a order and was charged twice came to store when they opened and was told i have to wait for the delivery driver.. not sure why they couldn't help me.. the supposed manager on site just laughed.. i loved this placed but never again one bad experience and i'm done.. wish they could have been more helpful

My last visit, I came in to get a gram of wax. Did the transaction for $55 plus tax, tipped the man and went home. I opened the thing and started enjoying. After a few uses, I noticed the cap said .5 gram. I look at my receipt, that much money for .5 grams of this type of wax is not right. I figured I used too much of the product to even come by and complain, I let it go. Last night, I stopped by to get another gram, I mentioned the mishap on my last visit and the gentleman said sorry and gave me a small discount, I thanked and tipped the man.I put the product on my bedside table and worked on the last of the half-gram I was duped with. Today I open the packaging and found between the cap of the container and the sticker there's a light brown/blonde hair (maybe a cat or dog hair?) I am really disappointed and disgusted. PS: I don't have any pets, screens on all of my windows.

Mission organics is a f****** ripoff they sell garbage and then refuse to take it back after they tell you they will on the telephone. If you love garbage mission organics is the place for you. They've got all the dried out garbage flowers you could ever want

My favorite dispensary in the city. I love how they actually have a rewards program for repeat customers. I'm always happy at the selection of flower and pods and they are really good when it comes to delivery. I've never waited more than 2 hours for a delivery and when you're about 4 stops away from your order being delivered you're sent a link to get real time updates on your delivery status. I love these people!

I don't know much about weed since I only take edibles occasionally when stressed, but big shoutout to Jose for being so patient and explaining everything to me in detail. Definitely go to Jose if you have any questions!

I was visiting from LA and got referred to this store by a friend. It was a 5 experience. The guy who was helping me (should've asked his name) was super friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great variety of top shelf products. And overall atmosphere was very pleasant. The only problem is that they are 300 miles away from my house )))Definitely coming back to this store on my next trip to SF.

Great staff, SHIT manager. We've been going here for awhile and always had a great experience. Unfortunately, today we were sold 2 low cartridges. When we went back in to exchange, the manager first tried to convince us that low cartridges are completely normal. For the record, they are not. He then flat out refused the exchange or return DESPITE the fact that the sign clearly states "refunds and returns are limited to vape cartridges and batteries." Your poor choice today has not only lost your our business, but the business of our friends as well. For future reference, a $30 hit to your quarterly revenue is well worth good customer service. Good news for those looking to enjoy a little green on your trip to the city, there are multiple friendly establishments in the area. Harvest off Mission is a great shop and just down the street with even better prices.

She was rude and answered the phone with a straight up attitude! They have no professionalism at all. I went into Mission Organic yesterday to buy some products.  I purchased 3 pre rolls and a .5 cartridge.  Before I purchased the cartridge I made it a point to ask the bud tender if the cartridge I was buying needed a special battery.  I was assured it didn't so I continued with my purchase.  After getting home the cartridge did not work with my battery, so they told me I could return it before 3 days went by.  So today I went in to take back the cartridge when the woman who helped me went into the back room and came back out with a battery that was the same brand as the cartridge.  After she put my cartridge on that battery, it worked.  So I said why did it not work with my battery? She said she didn't know and told me to buy a new battery, and when I said I didn't need a new battery, mine works just fine, she told me she would not return the cartridge, even though it didn't work with my battery.  So needless to say, I will not be returning here.  There are so many other good dispensaries in the city, I don't need to spend my money on a place that doesn't honor their return policies.  Make sure you do your homework with cartridges and what batteries work with all types of cartridges. Oh and the cartridge I noticed was old, like April of 2019 old.

Just want to say i go here all the time staff friendly and everything. Yesterday i go there didnt have my id but i had a big photo copy of it. They didn't let me in.  just wanted  to say i get it,  about the id card but isint there  a way that u guys can have us in the system already instead of showing our id every single time. It would make everyones  life easier. I mean im a member with u guys and still i couldn't go in cause i didnt have  my actual card w me i was pretty upset. Just saying

I shouldnt have to wait inside for 5 mins to be helped and im the only customer inside and theres a bunch of employees doing nothing and employees dont wear name tags if people are assisting with these types of medicine i a name tag is mandatory.........and cashiers get mad or an attitude if you dont tip i would rather tip the security guard before i tip the cashiers at least the security guards are more attentive to the customers

Been going here for sometime now and so far they been great. My father was having foot pain so I called in to see what's best for him. I was recommended for liquid flower and also best to come in store. I came into store today 1:20pm to check out whats best for my father foot. I asked the Budtender about Liquid flower he got the product and went straight to checkout without listening to my concerns and needs.  I asked if this is good for foot pain and he simply said "its not magic just apply it like Bengay". If it's not magic what is it for then?  I am not sure what is your problem maybe you finally miss a meal in your life but that was unacceptable and yes I still tipped that budtender! Glad to take my money, time else where. loyalty reward customer..

Update: So I purchase a vape battery there and got home just to finnd out that it didn't work so i wen't back to return it. The "supervisor" said "Your money will be refunded in 3-4 business days." I said "Okay" and left, but my gut feeling told me that something wasn't right so i waited a week to see if i got my refund and sure enough i did not. So i wen't back to tell them what Happened and the head manager said"We don't do refunds to cards." He gave me my refund in cash which was fine, but my question is how can you make a person a  "supervisor" if you didn't know that you cannot do refunds with credit/debit cards???

I wish I lived in San Francisco I would go to this dispensary on a regular!!!! Friendly and very KNOWLEDGEABLE staff.  Very high end upscale dispensary. This place has everything you could possibly need and want and then some (flower, oils, edibles, creams, patches, Vapes and so much more) I literally had to spend an hour here to make sure I saw everything!!!!Thanks for having an awesome well ran dispensary!!!

Pretty solid spot I've been going to for a matter of months since moving out here. The price range varies of course but they have great choices for those who might be on a budget. Amazimg variety of product types with staff that can help you navigate their wide selection. Only things I don't like is it can get cramped in there when its busy but of course SF only has so much space so I can blame them. Plus the fact I wasn't told about the loyalty program until months after I started going there regularly.

Tried this place out because it's close to my house. Jose has helped me out all 3 times I've gone. I'm new to vapes and cartridges but he explained it really well. Signed up for the membership/rewards thing and will probably be back often thanks to him.

I needed to buy some pot but could not get out to do it. Bud.com connected me to Mission Organic. I need something for headaches and insomnia. They had a large selection and good information about each strain. But, I had some questions about which one would give me the effect I wanted. They were very helpful via an online chat window and emailed me with answers promptly. They delivery was prompt and well managed. They kept me informed of the estimated arrival and were right on time. I plan to use them again in the future.

The tree was like no other I've ever tried. This is the best dispensary I've been to in the Bay Area with great pricing. The prices are reasonable and the staff is great. Shout out to Simon, he was very knowledgeable about the strains & was a great help for my indecisive self.

First time back at Mission Organic, it's been years! They painted their building green and added some grass on the outside. The inside of their store is much brighter and more welcoming. It's a small space but they pack a lot of cool products in there. They even have cold drinks! On this visit, I purchased a Grape Ape Mychron cartridge - great flavor and highly effective. I experienced great customer service and each customer before me was taken care of efficiently. I'll definitely be back again!

Always receive top notch customer service here. I usually arrive here in the early morning when it opens at 8am to not have to wait in line. Always enjoy the selection of weed they have here for low prices!

I stopped by today and other then the large line I had a really good experience, my bud tender Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable while I was trying to choose a cartridge. I ended up being convinced to get a live resign cartridge and am very happy with my purchase. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Came in as I usually do greeted by security and then waited in line then this Middle Eastern guy comes out and started talking to everyone and telling us to be quite and calm down telling everyone they have to listen because he's the owner. Well in my eyes the owner should have respect for customers after his rant he just left NOT a good experience at all

The staff that helped me were very rude and and even greet in a disrespectful manner. Purchased a cartridge and noticed these were very old products.

THEY MESSED UP ALL OF MY TRANSACTIONS AND SKIMP YOU ON WEED.  Mission Organic doesn't scale the weed in front of you, which is company policy, but you don't know if you're getting ripped off until you go home. They messed up all my orders in the past but today they completely ripped me off. I asked for four 1/8s which totaled $80 and when the transaction was almost over I asked the budtender to switch out one 1/8s for another one. The transaction isn't itemized on the keypad so all you see is the total. When she switched out the 1/8, the total ended up being about $70. There wasn't a big change in price so I didn't think anything was off. After the transaction was done, she handed me my bag and I noticed there was only one 1/8 in there, not 4. The manager ANTHONY said that there was nothing they could do even though they were the ones who made the mistake. They kept insisting it was my fault and I should've checked the keypad. As I said, it's not itemized so there's no way I could've known until after the transaction. I ended up paying $70 for one 1/8 instead $80 for four. The manager got loud, didn't apologize for messing up my order, and called security. There's not one time I went there that they got my order right.I'm never going back there again.

I would've loved to give this place more than three stars because the business overall was great. The guy checking ids at the door was quick. Once you walk in, you have a third party worker advertising a product the store offers with free samples. It was nice to walk in an have someone greet me with a smile. The wait wasn't too long.Now for my reason of giving this place three stars wasn't for the products I bought. They're actually great. And everything in the store was organized and out in a way for the buyers to browse easily. But the person who helped me, Nicole, was helpful, but didn't even bother to give me a smile. I work in customer service and i've been to many dispensaries, and for my first time walking into this place, I expected more help. Since I didn't know what products this dispensary offered I asked her if she could give me any flavor suggestions for a cartridge that's hybrid but indica dominant and she literally gave me a look like she didn't even know what I was asking of her. another customer actually recommended me another brand while she was trying to figure out what to show me (SHE ENDED UP ONLY BRINGING ME ONE CARTRIDGE TO SHOW ME WHILE I WAS TALKING TO THE OTHER CUSTOMER) and I ended up asking her if she could suggest good flavors for hybrid indica dominance in the heavy hitters and she seemed discouraged to show me because she said "it's full grams" and I just told her that's fine.. like I asked if you can just give me some suggestions, and from there I would've decided what I wanted to do.so I end up choosing the two products I chose and spent a little over $100 which I expected since one of my products was a full gram. Nicole let me know that there's an extra $3 charge for card and I said that's fine. So I pay and then i'm off. I get to my car and look at the receipt and see that there's loyalty points. So I walk back to the store and ask if she's able to give me my points or anything (she could've offered to do a return and I would've rebought it something, but no) (she didn't tell me she couldn't return it so I don't even know if they do returns but i'm just saying it wasn't offered) Anyways, she told me she couldn't but didn't give an explanation so I just assumed it's cause the check was already closed. I told her it's my first time here so I don't know how it works, and still nothing. I'm not the one to tell someone how to do their job, but I had just advised her before I left that she should really ask people before they pay if they're apart of the rewards before they pay, and I left.I'm just saying, if your customers are walking into YOUR store spending $100 and up, YOU SHOULD AT LEAST ASK IF THEY'RE APART OF THE REWARDS TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS GET SOME POINTS. The guy next to me that helped me out spent $207, and idk if he knows about the rewards, but it would just be nice if you let your customers know. (I know I said it's my first time so how would I already have an account??? Last night I was thinking of ordering online from them, so I made an account, but I didn't know that the account can be used for reward points, so I didn't say anything at the time of my purchase because again, I didn't know how their system works)

Worst place to buy cbd and thc cartridges I got one spend $75 and it came out defective and I juts got it they told me they could not do nothing about it and that it was not there problem what a bad place to do business

Do you not come to this cannabis shop the charges three dollars additional fees for using your debit card!! Who does that who charges their patients in additional fee for using your debit card without letting you know ahead of time this club does I guess!!

They've let me in before with my military I.D. I went during again, during the day and they didn't accept my military I.D this time around.

I used to LOVE this place until I just had the absolute worst experience. I walked in with the hopes of buying a pax pod, upon asking one of the bud tenders for their selection of PAX pods, he recommended the blue dream. I was sold since I love the strain! I made my purchase, as soon as I walked out and took the pod box out of my bag, I noticed that this was NOT a pax pod, it was a stiiizy pod, which is incompatible with the pax battery. Surely it's no problem and I can walk back in and do a quick exchange, or so I thought! After talking to the original bud tender that sold me the wrong product, I was told by another employee that their system doesn't allow returns. I tried to ask for an exchange or just my money back since I had no use for the product, they basically said I was out of luck. I even asked, what is the point of a receipt, and her response was "uhh proof of purchase". It's truly disappointing to experience such unprofessional service at one of my favorable dispensaries. They had a chance to make it right but chose otherwise.

The fairest prices in town, with a fabulous selection! The bud tenders are knowledgeable, friendly, and there to give you complete satisfaction with your purchase. These folks also have a return policy, an unheard-of practice anywhere else! This is the place for your marijuana shopping.

Best dispensary I have found.  First of all they just check your ID, they don't enter you in some damn database!  Secondly their prices and selection are great. For such a small place they have an amazing amount of product.  The staff is friendly.  And recently I discovered they deliver, same low prices, fast deliver with a lot of updates as the delivery gets closer so you know when to be ready.

Thanks to the staff, Mikhail  and Brandon for making things right it was a pleasure I had an incident with a cartridge and without hesitation and professionalism they explained some of the logistics behind cartridges... this is what business about and specially being the neighborhood dispensary this is the store I will come very helpful please to anyone please KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS it's a life saver.... again thank you guys for all the help

I come here all the time. If I could give 10 stars to this place I would!! The staff are super nice and friendly. They always give me thee best recommondations on strains everytime. They also have a rewards program that saves yo pockets too!! The selection is pretty abundant. A ton of pre rolls, edibles, vapes and flowers. All the good stuff. I will forever be a fan. I looooove it here. If u dont like Mission Organic u can get the hell outta here! Its quite the experience!!

Iike coming here because they are very close to me and I like the cbd gummies i get here. They have infused drinks you can buy. They have sweet deals and good prices on different products all the time. The people in here are friendly, professional, and knowledgable.

They have weed and they're open late on weekends. Cool. Now onto the staff.Upon entering you are greeting by a "no phone zone" sign. I can not fathom the reason why you can't check your email while your waiting in line. People take forever at this place, so you're just standing around for 20 minutes without the ability to stay productive. The staff are really aggressive in telling u that you can't have your phone out aswell, I got into a minor spat with one of there security guards once over it, because he was such a hall monitor about it.There's one cool greeter, the rest are stonewall jackson, the lady that greeted me today walked up to me and stood right in front of me, like she was protecting a quarterback or something and I was a linebacker. She then told me to take my sunglasses off. Too aggressive for my taste. Your not guarding Fort Knox, lady. Calm the fuck down.I'm happy that the people here take their job seriously, but give me a break. Half the staff is almost always too baked to keep track of what they're doing, and the other half are these gustapo, mall cops that kick u out for checking your email.Whenevers there's a line, I just go down the street to cookies or connected or whatever it's called. They have weed too.

I bought a cartridge from here Wednesday evening. When I bought the cartridge the sales rep said to keep the receipt in case of a manufacturing issue so i could return.  Yesterday my cartridge exploded and busted. Glass and wax everywhere. I went to the store today with my receipt and the sales rep wouldn't exchange or even give me a discount on a new cartridge. In fact they were very rude. I regret not going to the dispensary next door. I'm really disappointed and wasted $70.

Worst service in the world. The security will be yelling at you telling u not to park where the fuck you parked ? Super stupid and completely unprofessional so watch out !!! Again, Customer service is ridiculous over all, no one is friendly. Very unpleasant experience every single time... so disappointing.

This is a great place,  friendly,  fast and good selection with a wide delivery area. This is my new go to place. The place isn't huge but for my needs they have a decent selection and a new loyal customer. I'm all into supporting the little guys instead of the big ones. Prices are reasonable and comparable. Parking can be a bear sometimes but where isn't it? As long as they keep carrying a good selection of Absolute Xtracs vape cartridges, I'm there and nowhere else.

A small tucked-in club. Cash only, but they have an atm machine with a $1.50 charge. Only came in for prerolls candy land and it smoked okay. Might come back here just to check out their buds

Poor selection of edibles. Worker with an English accent said they don't have freebies because of some new law. What law is this? My bf is a Sf native and compares everything to LA (where I'm from) and likes to say how much everything sf has to offer is so much better than LA. Well even he agreed sf lost on this one. LA dispensaries not only hook you up with freebies but make you feel like royalty when it's your first time there. Not the case here. Didn't get a nice friendly please come back vibe so I can safely we won't be coming back.

I'm a regular customer at Mission organic Center. I purchase most of my products from them. They have a wide variety of products. The staff is incredible to say the least. Elenor was extremely helpful after I explained what products I was interested in!

The security guard is a nut. Violent and unprofessional.  If he is your first impression walking in to your business you might want to reconsider who you have representing you. I witnessed him shove a person outside onto the sidewalk unprovoked. I was going to enter to make a purchase but kept walking away from the violent encounter. Fire him before he assaults the wrong person.

First time visit and I am happy with the outcome.  A "Small Hole in the Wall" place with some great folks and products.  Encourage all new visitors to experience the same.

Went in to redeem my points to get a discount on my  purchase and all the sudden I have  nothing as in no points. I asked to speak to a manager on duty and the staff working Looks at me as if I'm the problem and with annoyance. The manager told me that I needed to contact Meadow customer service to find out what's happening with mission organic's services and my points and he said there's nothing they can do - theres always something that can be done - What the fûck? I don't work for mission organic or meadow. This place is a joke with their debit card transactions still set up illegally - as you'll see  on your bank statement - your transaction will display as a withdraw instead of a purchased transaction - they do this to get around the merchant fee that the merchant must pay for every transaction made with a credit/debit card. How are you going to be rude to patients/customers when you have a have a problem with your systems, at that we are bringing you money to run your business - I'll never  go here again and might as well post this on another social media platform so people actually know what to expect here. NEVER NEVER EVER buy any cartridges from here as they are not officially tested and they will not exchange any  cartridge purchase that doesn't work meaning if you buy a cartridge that doesn't function properly - it's your loSS as  they woNt do anything for you

The worse experience at a dispensary ever. The receptionist was super unprofessional and rude. The staff wasn't helpful. It seems they were getting upset with me for asking questions and for trying to access weedmaps for their deal. They didn't really offer much in the way of cbd. And their best strain today is super girl scout cookies. It's ok but not worth the $60 an 1/8. I asked him to tell me about his edibles amd he said we some smart non helpful remark. Never again. I usually go to the greencross but was trying something new. What a bad idea.

I love this place! Great prices, great specials, and lots to choose from. The employees are very friendly, too. Cute grass outside, too.

I come to this club at least once a week and have been doing so for about a year. They offer a wide selection that will work with any budget. I have seen eights as low as $5. The staff are really friendly and helpful, I cant recall all of the staff names (memory issues) but today I worked with Mark and he made a really great recommendation that was well within budget. This is definitely my go to spot!Added bonus: There is a store on the corner that the largest selection of wrapping papers that I have seen.Downfall: Parking: I have found parking instantly and there have been times that it took almost 15-20min to find parking.

My favorite club! Great quality and reasonable prices.   I especially  recommend the pre rolls and edibles.  Very strong, good bang for buck.  I like the cheese crackers and cakes. Good friendly costumer service, usually not a long wait and chill atmosphere. I  am a very satisfied customer :)

Honestly I'm editing my review because I was SO let down by the visit I made. I made an awesome review for them, but I don't have a computer so I couldn't print it out. I took screenshots, kept my phone in my pocket, and asked if I could show her even if it's on my phone. She said yes and was really friendly, but the greeter turned around and said no and tough luck. My budtender looked really genuinely sorry, but I have to change this review because I feel like my old one was too good for them. I choose Mission over Cookies because their variety and friendly staff. However, it always seems like the girls at the pexi glass are pissed at life, and this isn't just this one experience, I noticed it from the first time I went. I also noticed another review said the same thing. If you want the deal, make sure you print it out or else they won't honor it. I get that this what it said on the back but I told them I literally have NO way to print it out and they still denied me. Got some great bud, a bit of kief and I'm happy for that, but VERY disappointed in how I was treated today. Also, if the staff would please tell the guards not to hit on girls literally every time we go in, that'd be nice. 3 stars for the bud, 2 negative for the service and attitude today. Probably won't go back for awhile.

Very nice club, been coming here ever since I got my card.  Nice selection of edibles, better than other clubs in the local area.  Nice bang for your buck.Only downside is parking, but parking is a problem for all clubs in the Mission.

Ive been ordering from MOC for about 3 months now for delivery and have had the best experience with the workers all around, the customer service is stellar, they answering any questions I have, I love I can track my driver and everyone I've dealt with has been very friendly.

I stopped by the other day asking about prerolls and they said they wouldn't have them for 3-5 days which was a bummer, but they were pretty cool about it and said they'd take my cash and just weigh out whatever weed I wanted.overall, this is a clean, friendly, and helpful dispensary I frequent more than rivaling and nearby clubs.

What's great service?  Mission organic center is!!  I ordered on 1/12/18 as a first time customer.  The driver arrived in about 1 and a half hours.  Now I know that may seem like a long time, but I remember waiting on the "Dude" to show up for hours before everything was legal so not really that bad.  They didn't have my free stuff so I called them up to enquire where it was.  The guy on the phone apologized and sent out the order an hour later I had my free stuff plus a little extra treat.  I will be recommending for sure.

I am on a mission to join every dispensary in the city, so I have a resource wherever I may be.I do not live close to Mission Organic Center, which is a shame, because the place was like visiting a friend's house, once I was admitted to the back room. I browsed and did not feel rushed, was treated well as a new patient, and left happy with what I was able to select within my budget. Strangely, there are two dispensaries on this one block of Mission Street and they could not have more opposite vibes. After joining each of them, Mission Organic Center is the only one I would return to in the area.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because not all of the staff seem very happy to be there. Otherwise this is a wonderful place to go. They typically have really good quality flowers, and offer nice deals on 8ths if I'm not mistaken. c: I've picked up concentrates from them a few times and I have yet to be disappointed. Bought some cartridges for some reason when I was buying it online I thought it came with battery. So when the delivery arrived I just received the cartridges. I called them and explained my confusion, they sent another delivery to me free of charge with a free battery. That is going beyond great customer service. A+ the. People here really get the concept of running a solid business. Other businesses seriously take notes, and their products are all A+. It's SF and they got the best.

You lost my business today.I came in to pick up a strain which was advertised on your website and app. Bait and switch .And once again when I got to the shop,you didn't have it and tried to sell me something ells . Mission organics is my go to clinic! They give out a free joint with donation between 8-9am.They have a huge variety of edibles. My favorites are the Korova cookies (during the holidays they have a "Minter Wonderland" cookie that is so good I'll buy 5!) I also love all the different flavors of the Kiva chocolate bars! I do wish they sold more gummy type candies though, I've been told they don't carry these types of edibles because they appeal too much to children.I also pick up my favorite topicals from Mission Organics. I've noticed lotions and balms can be hard to find in many clinics, so I'm thankful they keep them in stock!The bud tenders have always been extremely nice and helpful. They're also very patient and don't rush you, which is very important to me when searching for medicine.

I've been visiting Mission O about twice a month since August 2014. My little brother swears by this place, he absolutely loves it. If you're looking for wax, check out the ones made my waxman. Good quality for a good price! :) As for flower, no matter what you're looking for you can probably find it. From budget buds to top shelf, you can find almost anything in your price range. They have $20 eighths and $60 eighths. One of my favorite things they do is top shelf shake. A $60 eighth becomes $32 when you buy it as shake! There's usually only one top shelf shake option but it's always something good. So, I took a star away because of the staff... there are some really great people that work there. There's this one white guy, he's kinda short, brown hair- he is really good! And one of the check-in girls with long curly hair is very nice. However, most of them seem like they're unhappy to be there. They never smile, they're in a rush/impatient. They don't feel like being at work or something.I took another star away because of the menu... there really isn't one. You can look the menu up online but it seems like they don't update it very often. When you go in to the store, there are 2 TV's with flower menus them but they don't even have half the selection up there. I haven't found a concentrate or edible menu inside but it's possible I've just missed it. I just think if you're going to rush me, it's nice if I can look at a list of EVERYTHING so I can compare my options quickly. Overall, I do like this place. It took a few trips but it's really grown on me. Like most places, it just depends who is working & what day/time of day you go. I would recommend it to someone looking for an awesome flower selection :)

This used to be my go to spot. But now the security guys are creepy and hit on all the girls that walk by. I got tired of waiting for forever to get some trees with their unorganized way of helping people. I think they got less busy since the spot down the street opened up. They get a thumbs up from my for having a giants flag inside. I really just don't like going here anymore.2 stars for being on mission st, so easy to get to on the bus. Hard to park, but that's not their fault. They also have top, middle and low end stuff so the variety is alright.

Vendors beware. Still waiting to be paid out for a consignment done now four months ago. Ugh, I don't live in the city and dealing with this club has been a nightmare as a vendor. Constantly asking me to call back (after calling daily for a few months), when they owe me. Done calling these unprofessional theives now though. Taking them to SF small claims court for this, and the manager told me it wouldn't be the first time they've been taken to court for not paying vendors for products they've sold.

Is it normal for this place to run out of prerolls? Gotta have both IDs to get in. Service leaves MUCH to be desired.

Pretty chill atmosphere and over all has a friendly staff! Whenever I have a question about anything, they are always open to to answering without any hesitation. Good customer service is shown. Plus, some of their edibles are fairly cheap! (A chocowaska for $8, I'll take that)The only inconvenient thing is the location of the club, it's hard to find parking at times. Other than that, I recommend to check this club out.

Has to be one of the best medical dispensary I've been too, right when you walk in you can smell that  always has different top shelf strains. Make sure to check out there private reserve and darth vader.

This business's customers are hanging out in abandoned and occupied driveways and doorsteps of homes in the neighborhood. Call the police and get rid of the trash that this business attracts. If you don't want your child smoking on the street then call the police immediately.update: the first gated fence has been put up in front of someone's stairwell because of these people.  It looks absolutely ridiculous.   Niagara is going to look like the new Oakland thanks to this business.New update: after calling the cops about 15 times. One day these scum were smoking with their toddler in a stroller. So I called the cops and told them. After doing this the scum never came back. The owner must have got in trouble since he tied a rope around the stairwr with a sign.

I'm in the neighborhood oftener than not visiting my bf, so when I need supplies I always pay them a visit. I tried Cookies SF next door and honestly Mission O has more of the products that I need and use regularly aside from just flower. I am never disappointed with their variety of indicas and indica dominant hybrids. Discovered quite a few new strains here that no one knew about yet or caught wind of how good they were. Good deals and competitive pricing. I visit quite a few others by my work in Polk Gulch and some closer to BART downtown.

Mission organics is a really cool dispensary with high quality medicine. I came in to look for a strain that helps with my chronic anxiety and depression, and Jose behind the counter was able to show me a few different buds. Really friendly people in this dispensary, and when you grab some medicine they give you a smell proof case. Definitely coming back for more!

I never have any trouble getting here because of all the public transportation near by (Huge plus) and when I do get here I'm always met by friendly staff and knowledgeable budtenders. No matter the quality of the bud the medicating effects are always felt. Great CO-OP.

I've been coming here since I first got my cannabis card and I haven't stopped coming solely here. they are open before and after I start and get off work so I absolutely like the hours of operation, the great service, the selection of strains, and they always have really cool new edibles ..the very informative and attentive staff is a huge plus for me as well. As long as they keep it up this will always be my go to spot.

Might be great but not great for wax/concentrates. Their online menu had quite a few with low rates but when I got there they only had 1 type of resin concentrate. Disappointing to say the least. With that being said be cautious about planning anything out ahead of time through their online menu. It turned into a very awkward experience.

I don't know why people are complaining about not being sanitary here.1st of all its a canibus club not a restaraunt. If you ever got it from the street hustler or what not do you believe that's much better? Think not. 2nd, everytime I come here I see the people handling the buds with rubber gloves on for the most part. I must say the selection and price range are affordable and they have great specials daily. The staff is cool but the security guards look a little off....

Usually I have a decent time here. There is a super genuinely good person who wears her hair back with a beanie, who is always super sweet. But there is one particular female staffer who seriously needs to reconsider working with other humans in any capacity. Or at least try to work on her social skills, maybe not look so bored, then upset with any question asked. This staffer had straightened dark hair, loose pants almost falling off, was super skinny, and was gorgeous. The pretty face didn't hide the terrible attitude, though. Other than dealing with that, I love the bud:)

Mission organic a is on of my favorite dispensaries in all the Bay Area. I have travelled around and gone to a couple different ones but none is like mission organics. They have a really good friendly vibe. Always super polite with the customers and really good at trying to find the best medicine for each patient. I have been coming here for the past two years and it will remain my favorite dispensaries.

Every time I go the staff is helpful & courteous. They have many different selections and options and are very knowledgable about all their strands . Other clubs in the city try and get you in and out quickly but Mission Organic take their time with each customer and answer all your questions . I would recommend this club to anyone !

My favorite go to spot for everything prop 215 related.  Excellent selection of flowers, concentrates, and edibles. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and nice.  They open early and close fairly late.  Love this spot!

This is probably my favorite med shop. The front desk person is very nice and helpful. They answered all my questions and helped me to find the kind of strain I was looking for. I met the owner while i was purchasing and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend this place if your looking for bud.

Mission Organics is a friendly down to earth collective, with knowledgable staff.  The flowers are usually very high quality and they have a spectrum from low to hi end.  They carry tons of edibles, concentrates, and anything else needed to treat what ails you. They also have a low-fee atm inside if you need cash!

This is the best dispensarary in SF. They have the most vast selection the best pricesI have been a regular here since just a few months after they opened. The quality of the medication can't be beat. And they have meds to fit any budget which is awesome when your really broke.

I've used over a dozen dispensaries in the Bay and this one consistently has the best deals for bulk weed, and has a great menu that's well explained on each strain. They also sell hash oil and edibles. The staff is informed but sometimes they won't know how much Thc a strain contains. No cell phones ever inside.

They have a great variety of different different and good stuff that's all for medical use they have great deals sometimes they have good specials going on sometimes when you buy good amount they sometimes give you a free gift the customer service is nice the employees that work there are really friendly

I just recently started going here and some sign ups at places are more time consuming so when I went in and it was quick and easy I liked that. Also I was greeted inside with a goodie bag. The bud tenders were very friendly and the one assisting me was helpful. He recommend me some edibles that were quite good. Its a nice club on the inside and its all their for you to see. This is a club I'd recommend you visit nice staff, nice buds.

I came here recently again late at 9:30, I like the hours I can come before work too which is super convenient. Mission Organic has a large selection of OG's and edibles, the Korova cookies are my favorite. I can always find something I like, sativas and hybrids mid to high grade there's a strain in my budget and medicinal needs. Parking is standard for SF, avoiding driveways and other businesses but there is street parking.

Small but decent selection makes for quick in and out, go about your business visit. Friendly staff and conveniently located. Not too far from Bart and muni. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

They usually have samples of lotions they sell, and I have even received a free edible by a vendor that was there. I can always find something I like when it comes to their selection of flowers. Great dispensary. To those crying about them showing you the full jar of bud in detail before you buy....THIS IS A GOOD THING. Mission O sometimes has really good concentrates which some is really good. There waxes are something you should look at it.

ission organic is my favorite home away from home ( east bay ) always professional and welcoming. Might sound cliche but now a days its hard to find a club that doesn't make you feel like you are just going through a drive thru.

Great staff. Always helpful and very knowledgeable. Always great prices. Definitely worth the visits no matter where you are the SF or elsewhere.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Never have to wait too long and they always have great selections. Love the location as I'm able to complete other errands while near this location. The hours are also a big plus too!

On and off between here and Cookies, but this place always has the chill and super friendly vibe. When I can't get my regular at cookies I come here to try something new,and every time I'm not disappointed. From the security guards outside to the person at the window checking me in and the budtenders in the back helping me with my supplies. Store is great only problem is the location, sometimes area can be sketchy at certain times and parking, forget about it. Be prepared to fight for parking as you are getting how many others like you through out the day going to either Mission Organic or Cookies on a super busy MISSSION Street. Best advice is to have someone drive with you so they can find parking while you go in(Lol)......or catch the bus stops right on the same block

I went to Mission Organic today to purchase a couple of cartridges and was pleased with the experience. I've been here before and like the options and the prices are pretty comparable. The staff is very pleasant and approachable... I do have to say the only uninviting or unwelcoming thing about this dispensary is the check-in area with plexiglass...It almost makes me feel like I am checking in to visit a friend/fam member in prison lol...just saying.

Great selection, friendly staff and fast delivery. Parking is ungodly unless you go at 8am for the free joint. Great music.

do not purchase from this place i repeat, do not purchase from this place.this club does not care about their patients.  i had my girlfriend purchase an 8th for me from this club because i had work, and they sold her the worst marijuana ive seen in a long time.  they charged her $30 for an 8th that has hardly any thc, and has mold in it.  i repeat, they sold her marijuana with mold in it.  they take advantage of people that aren't educated on marijuana.for your sake ill say it again, do not do not do not purchase from this club i would give 0 stars if i coulf they are an example of the industry changing for the worse by overcharging and taking advantage of people new to the culture.do not purchase from this club!!!!

Wonderful staff! The receptionist who processed me was excellent with customer service, the bud-tender young lady was educated and helpful and lastly the young man on register had a great convo and such a great attitude! Ill definitely be back!

My first place to buy some buds. The staff was very knowledgeable. Parking kinda sux since I came to the store in the evening. But I managed to get verified within 10 mins. It's very close to my house so I'll definitely be back.

This place was pretty cool. Came over to buy an edible real quick. Verification and waiting was super fast and i was in and out of there in 2 minutes. Budtenders were friendly and knew what they were talking about. Would go back again to try the flowers.

This place is VERY cheap...probably the cheapest in the city. Strain wise? Not so great..I mean after smoking some of what they had I could not even get lit. Maybe thats why its so cheap...The service..bleh..not so great. The chick helping me seemed new and not so knowledgeable on strains..she was also really shy. You can NOT be a shy budtender..okay you just can't! Half the time I didnt even understand what she was saying because she was so soft spoken..Eh...pass.

The prices are great which is why I started to consistently buy from mission organic. The customer service could be better over all but there is nothing worse than what I experienced yesterday. I was getting cash out of the ATM while an employee (short latin guy, scruffy facial hair) was sitting on the chairs. He told me that he liked my pants and after I said thank you and have him a very uncomfortable look, but that didn't stop him. He continued to make comments about my clothes and then said " it's very sexy, but that's the point right?" Excuse me! A women should be able to wear whatever she wants without being made feel like a piece of meat and scaring her. How unprofessional of him. I don't dress up to go and be harassed at the canibus club.  I would never ever go back to this club. Not a women friendly environment!!

MIssion Organic is the spot in the Outer Mission, Friendly staff and guards not as intimidating as Cookies a few doors down. My favorite spot.

I love this dispensary. Good, mostly tested, bud & great bud tenders. The choice can be overwhelming so it helps to check their website before visiting. I find the staff knowledgable & helpful. I've been coming here for about six months. Huge variety from top shelf to shake. I go during the day, and there are always 2-3 security guards present. I feel safe.

This place is very well stocked and all the staff are helpful and friendly :) they are well informed on all of the medicinal benefits and always help me find what im looking for.

Almost an even amount of high and mids here. I frequent this place because they weigh it out and when they get to know you, hook it up. Only problem is that they have different employees every couple or few months and the new employees charge you regular prices and grams on point. although my friend was shorted once, I'm thinking it was an honest mistake but who knows in this business. Maybe to quell  hookups?

They have good stuff and I have been coming here for a long time now but sometimes the staff wants u to hurry up and buy and they don't give  u a chance to tell them what I'm looking for or what I want to get. I had this experience  with a female and today was a guy. He had an attitude  problem just because  I changed my mind about getting what I want. Maybe the staff shouldn't  be on one while working then again that's just a suggestion.

I have started frequenting Mission Organics often since they have opened. The location lacks street parking but is convenient if you are coming from the peninsula. They have a security team that makes an obvious presence and there is a great pupusa place next door. I think this club has an extremely wide variety of bud for prices that are unbeatable. They have a plethora of 20 and 25 dollar eighths that are good quality for the price. They also have an excellent selection of 40-50$ eighths. In total they have a shit ton of weed it is almost impossible to pick just one type. Whatever type of weed you like for whatever your budget is you will find here. The ambiance inside the club is lackluster, however; I go there to get good weed for a good price not to socialize. With that said several of the girls that work there are very friendly; Karen and Cici who are bud tenders as well as Shaked and a half Samoan girl who works the front window are my favorites. They're always very pleasant and informative. The clientele here I can best describe as eclectic. You walk in and take a seat in no particular order. You wait until a bud tender is available and use the honor system to delegate people's turns.  In theory it is simple but every time I come in here there is a first timer standing there looking confused. In my opinion this club is GREAT. Plus it is open until 10pm everyday. The drawback of being so good is that it gets packed, especially in the evening.

The fact that they deliver is sooo cool, till ten even! I work late, so if I can set up a delivery when I get done with work, BADASS!! I usually just do the concentrates, they have a great selection of wax, even comes in half grams for 20$. I go and get 3 or more halfies at a time for a nice variety, just saying. The fact that they have there stuff lab tested is a HUGE bonus for me!

This place has a great selection of flowers, and anything else you need. In & out quick with what I need.

Was my favorite club til the week before Christmas.  After coming here for over a year and getting senior discount (I'm 62....12 years past the AARP senior age) I was carded, not allowed the discount and sorta "schooled" by the clerk about not looking old enough for their 65 Senior rule.  Was there a sign?  No.  Anything on the website?  No.  Any past history of not being old enough?  Definitely not. But this woman knew I was out to rip off Mission Organic.  Very awkward and embarrassing.  And a loss of more than $100/week for Mission Organic.  If you are going to enforce rules, then post them.  If you are going to harass seniors (or I guess in this case almost seniors) then say goodbye.

wish they had a website with up-to-date med lists and accurate prices. i was a new patient and budtender totally rushed me and didn't know much about their strains and cartridges.  the $20/8th deal didn't apply to anything in the shop today. wtf. they use bare hands to pull weed from jars and measure in a tupperware. totally unhygienic. no clue if the weight was even correct. got a bad feeling from this place....someone could have just sneezed and then touched the weed...

Every time I go to Mission Organics the staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to their products. They have good prices and their products are very enjoyable. Also it's close to my area which makes them quite convenient.

I stop by here usually to get wax and it is always strong and reasonably priced, two large showcases almost always full of buds and the third showcase is where the concentrates are. Edibles are good here as well with a large selection.

You can always get something reasonably priced there, but there's no guarantee the quality. It's catch as catch can. The bud tenders are nice young people, heavily guarded by security guards, but OK. No bathroom on premises.

Love this place. Easy parking if you go early morning, and free pre-rolled if you go before 9am! Really nice bud tenders and I like that they have a lot of women working there.

i have been coming here for the past two months and love it. the staff is always nice and very welcoming. to be honest this is the first clinic in sf i like since moving here and have not been going any where else. This place is pretty cool, it's not in a super busy area, chill neighborhood shop. Workers are friendly and easygoing.

The bomb diggity. 5 Star Strains with 5 star workers. Open every day (including holidays) from 9am-10pm. Customer service is speedy (tons of patients all the time, the place is poppin) and top notch. Massive amount of 20 dollar eighths for those who are looking to save. Or if you want a bigger bang for your buck check out the over 100 different top shelf strains! Large selection of edibles, concentrates, papers, etc. Closest dispensary to surrounding suburbs near SF, such as San Bruno, Daly City, Pacifica, etc. Delivery service runs until 10pm. Can't beat MISSION OG ;) Did I mention the employees are cool as hell?

Very organize club, love the lay out of the place as well as the customer service. The guard is super friendly and talkative unlike some of the other clubs Ive been too. As far as the customer service goes when it comes to purchasing my product, I am very satisfied every time I come because of how patient the tenders are. Lol I sometimes tend to take a very long time to decide what I want. I highly recommend this club to others! The only thing that relatively sucks is the lack of parking but what can I say its SF!

This place is great. Sometimes the selection can be kind of low on the vape cartridges and things beside flowers, but the herb is really nice. No bammer weed here. I like the staff too, they are very regular people, and the quality of the herb is always very high, like me after I go there. It is my favorite dispensary right now.

I just went in there last night with my little cousin 1/6/13. I picked up a gram of super vortex and a couple of $5 joints. The cashier shakes my hand to intoduce himself then proceeds to fill my order. Once done this cashier hands me a bag that has been stapled shut. I smile and once again shake hands before I walk out. My cousin and I are almost home and now looking for parking before we finally take a moment to open the bag and inspect its contents. Inside i find the two joints and the small labled plastic dispenser minus the marijuana it was supposed to contain. I now have to drive all the way back to collect what had already been paid. I walked in expecting an apology, but instead received a suspicious look from the same cashier that helped me. The more I implored the more he repeated "no worries", but in fact there was a worry. I worried that I was being ripped off and inconvenienced without an apology. Needless to say I am never going back to this dispensary, and will recommend others to likewise follow suit for fear of otherwise having to suffer a similar ordeal. PS This was not the first time I have been to this dispensary, but rather considered a patronage before I was berated with slow service and generally disorganized staff members that often seemed too stoned to succesfully complete even the most mundane and banal of tasks. The aformentioned apologue was merely the icing on the cake of poor service. You have to give a place a chance before you make the call if whether or not it is any good. So take it from me... There're greener pastures down the road.

Today I was in south San Francisco for an event & realized I had left my Medicine at home. I opened up weed maps & soon discovered i was only a few blocks from Mission Organic. I drove to the location which is clearly marked & painted green. I was lucky to find a parking spot on mission blvd real close the dispensary. Once I entered I saw a security person next to the check in window. I let them know I was a first time patient. I filled out the necessary paper work listened to the check in persons first time patient speech & was inside buying my medicine in less than 5 minutes. I was hoping to but pre- roles but was told they we're out. the very nice tender (forgot his name) quickly efficiently gave me the new patient run down & than asked me what I might be looking for besides the pre-roll. I told him what I like and he showed me many different strains actually. per his suggestion. I chose 1/2 eight of a Hybrid Sour Flower ($20.00) it smelled & looked great. he weighed out the nice looking nugs in front of me, and than gave me a first time patient gift (420 Yummies//Cheese Crackers) so for me this visit to Mission Organic was a great experience..and right now I'm enjoying the Sour Flower as I type. Thanks Mission Organic! I'll be back!

straight up,this place is  terrible.bought 8 different 8ths and they were all dry,dirt smell and taste.

Out of the six times I've been there, I only came across a problem once. I recently went to M.O on March 14 around 9:30 pm. The store was super busy since it was almost closing time and it was a Friday. I sat down and patiently waited my turn like the others. One of the bud-tenders, who was about 5'2, mixed female, seemed agitated. Once she was done with a customer and called next, people who were waiting tried to figure out who was next. People had manners, unlike the bud-tender. She kept making comments  like 'we don't have all day' with a sarcastic tone. Two customers later and it was finally my turn. I didn't feel like wasting her time by analyzing what strain I wanted. I simply asked her what she recommended. Without saying anything, she pulled out three containers, said the names of the strain, and gave me a blank look. No descriptions or anything. What kind of customer service is that?! After I told her what I wanted, she packed it up for me, charged me, gave me back my change, and called 'next'. No 'thank you' or 'have a nice night'. Employees should not have that kind of attitude. I found this person to be extremely rude. She is the reason why I didn't give any additional stars.

The customers are rude.  I got yelled at for asking someone to move out of the way from parking in a driveway.  It was my driveway, but they needed a spot to park while they got their pot.  This place is a bad neighbor.

I support the use of medicinal marijuana, and its dispensaries--especially the ones in California. I do have a few particular dispensaries that I favor not just for the quality, but also their service. What I don't support are the ones who attract clientele without any respect for the neighbors of the dispensaries-especially the ones located in residential areas. Not that the staff of the dispensary should babysit their clientele, but I believe they do hold some type of responsibility for the clients who solicit their business, and the way they treat their neighbors. It's already a lot that the business is in a major residential neighborhood, and many of the clients park their cars if not in residents' driveways, but blocking their driveways, and even smoking on their stairwells or in front of their garages to mention a few. I see it happen all the time, and it's happened to my house. It's a bad look for the business, and any people who support medicinal marijuana. Why disrespect neighbors like that in the first place. I feel sorry for any of these neighbors. Hopefully there is some of resolution for this.As for their products, they do have an extensive menu to choose from. The employees that I met are friendly, but I have run into a few where they seem to not be familiar with their strains. Quality of the products they offer I have found better at many other dispensaries, but for some clients this place works for them.

Love this place! Everyone here is super friendly and helpful. The staff is super chill and always willing to suggest new strains. They definitely have the best and most varied selection of flowers in the city. Whether you are looking to spend a lot or are on a tight budget, there is quality product for all. This club is amazing. if youre searching for quality flowers look no further! this place is the place you would like to go, but the quality of it depends on your spending price, i will admit that some of the prices seem over the top but you pay for quality! if youre going economic you can get house joints 3$ and 5$ brownies. The security guards are unlike waterfalll wellness or sparc the guards are not in your face and its always a nice enviorment! i suggest visiting this club once before making judgements about it or visit this before going to treemed!

I really like going to Mission O. The guards out front are always really nice and actually seem to be doing their job because there's a lot of scary people on this part of Mission Street. For example, one time when I walked out of the club this guy came at me and told me to give him all the cannabis that I'd bought in the club. I froze and didn't know what to do, and the Romanian (??) guard that is often in front came over and aggressively told the guy to leave. The budtenders are all really nice, and I've never felt rushed even when it's really busy. I'm giving it four stars because it's impossible to find parking on the street and I usually have to take a chance and block a driveway or have someone else drop me off and then drive around the street. Also, the medicine can be hit or miss, but they always hook it up and give you extra stuff for being loyal customers and for being decent and tipping. I will continue to go to Mission O because of the decent cannabis, the solid guards out front (who always say hello and have a nice day), and the really awesome budtenders who aren't intimidating at all.

i have been going to Mission O since i got my first recommendation in 2013. its right by my home and its much like going to you neighborhood pharmacist. everyone is friendly and remembers your name. even when i dont have much i can still get something to smoke. ive been short a dollar or 2 before and they still helped me out. i will for surely be a life time customer.

I'm really tired of them running out of the 2 for 5 dollar joints. My budget it's right but I need my medicine and those joints are a life saver. Don't offer them if they're never going to be in stock. There are always 5 or more people working there and they're all too lazy to roll joints? Smh

I could give the place itself a few more stars based on their selection of herbs, however the parking situation just sucks and the appearance at first is questionable with security lined up thru the block. I've never been disappointed with their selection and the grade of product for the prices is decent. Comparable to other spots with a few nice budget options. Got a few cartridges here as well for my pen for a few air trips and the amount for the price is a pretty good deal considering other places. Overall a good club with decent customer service friendly and some knowledgeable staff. I def feel safe with all the security present lol. Looks a lil shady cosmetically and the plexiglass teller  isn't an appealing introduction. But never the less based on what matters the most, the herb, this is one of the better spots I've been too. I can always count on the variety they offer and the hours and close location to where I live make this another one of my go to clubs. I'd refer anyone here who isn't too bouge' and likes a low key spot when they have time to search for parking and want to try something new.

I've been using these guys for years now and have only good things to say about them. I recently had a problem with a vape and they were really great to deal with. I look forward to a long business relationship with them.

Stopped here on vacation. Later in the evening so plenty of parking. Helpful staff. Friendly and informative. Fast transaction and great product. Don't buy a lot in CA so can't speak on prices. Definitely return if we fly into SFO again.

People like Carman is what keep us coming back. She's friendly, fun and helpful. She always present and very knowledgeable of the products and the placement of the product. She and crew members know how valuable our time is. Lovely place and atmosphere and the prices are okay. I would recommend they open a handicap line. So injured people don't have to be in that long line. However they seem to have a shorter line for people with online order. Never made an online order. Also ATM is cheaper than they're free upfront, bring cash for cheaper price, bring a mask, and maybe open a reward account with them for free! Fun store and convenient location! And always safe with a bunch of good security guards. Place managed well. Grab what you can while you can, tends to run out of some specific items often. And some stuff they seem to never run out of. Even next door is not bad, however Carman and Crew are the best! Must visit location! They take up to 5 people at a time which can move the line very quick! And easy screening, and phones not allowed inside might as well put it on silent mode! 420 they had a raffle for some discounts, could've been better if it was for store credit or some mission organic attire. Hotdog stand too pushy, I said I don't want no hot diggiddy dog. It's free or if you pay me. No hot diggidy dog for me.

The people working here are very cool & they don't seem annoyed with talking to me like a lot of other places. I have a lot of anxiety and it takes me a lot to open up. But when I feel welcome there's really no doubt in my mind after that point that I will fully support a business. I'm comfortable saying they have really nice buds. I literally bought the cheaper one and it's a one hit masterpiece. The Strain is super lemon haze by panacea farms. The strain was requested to me by the sales representative and I'm very happy with it. I smoke every single day of my life not because I fully want to but because I kind a need to and finding some thing that actually works for me it just really nice.

This dispensary has amazing customer service, great selection & price is always right. I can always find something that fits my budget or something that is similar to a product I had in the past - the staff are so friendly & I would recommend this dispensary if coming to the mission/San Francisco.

It's been more than a year since my last review, and it seems like not much has changed. Maybe they're redefining their target demographic to people who don't know what they're buying? It's hard to assume with positive intent when promises to do better aren't followed up with correlating action.

Cool little spot, Parking is atrocious in the area you have been warned so hopefully you can get in and get out if your blocking someone's drive or in a tow away zone. Walked up they only let 2/3 people in the store at the time they have security so you stand in line and wait until somebody comes out. Have you id ready.  I walked in the staff was great and obviously they are drake fans Way 2 Sexy was playing in the store. Tons of options from pre rolls to flower. Reasonable priced for weed and wraps and tips.

I have been going here a year and to be honest, I always felt a little on edge. Last night my finance and I wanted to splurged and buy top shelf goodies to celebrate some good news and I ended up leaving. I understand that they do not permit group shopping but we went in to get different items because we have different preferences. I spoke to the lady helping me and I went over to grab a few drinks. My finance turned around and asked if what I was getting had alcohol in it and he grabbed it to ask the gentleman who was helping him if it did. Security ran in to tell me he had a large line and made me feel like it was not ok to talk to anyone but the lady assisting me. My finance turned for a min to ask me a question and it turned into the security drilling me on group shopping even if our transactions were separate. I felt like I couldn't look around, talk to anyone, like I was always standing in the wrong place, and just not welcome. I ended up doing my shopping just a few doors down and everyone in there was so much nicer despite the intense security they have. The security guard at mission even said to me all anxious "my boss is watching!!!" Just more drama than I'm interested in while doing happy spoiling myself shopping. Felt like an intense back alley drug deal with cops around the corner than a friendly shop. Everyone there looks very unhappy too. Took going in with someone to make me never go back after a year of consistent patronage.

Good brand options, a lot of the budtenders are knowledgeable and have good recommendations based on how much you're trying to spend. Only thing holding them back from 5 stars is their actual house flower is some straight up trash. But as long as you aren't buying that they have daily happy hour deals and good buds.
