Just opened in the Castro in late January of 2020. Great first purchase/experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Came in for a 1:1 THC / CBD ratio and was recommended a great tincture for a great price that I can't wait to try out. If you're a neighboring business or work at one be sure to stop in and introduce yourselves!

I was standing minding my own business waiting for the F MARKET when a giant monster of a man came out and rudely told me I had to move with out giving explanation I suggested to him I was standing on a public sidewalk and he told me he would call the police on me when I was just standing here do not support this tyrant

Some mistakes but they fixed it and I left with a smile. Good manager guidance. They also have a good selection and sometimes they have special brand ambassadors to educate u one that brands product. Will be returning.

This is one of the most elegant dispensary in the city with a staff that is knowledgeable and Incredibly friendly.I came in a few weeks back and was helped by David. He was so helpful in hearing what I needed and directing me to products that were incredibly useful in my time of need.Thanks Eureka Sky and looking forward to my next visit!!

NO Happy Birthday discount for you!The day after my birthday, I received a wonderful text from Eureka Sky wishing me a happy birthday and offering me a discount (which must be used on that day). How nice! Nowhere in the message did it say that my birthday discount can't be applied with other discounts. The store happened to have a promotion going on the same day and I specifically asked the guy assisting me about this. He said that it "should" be applied, but if not "come back on your next visit and tell the manager you didn't get your birthday discount." I asked if their system had taken off the discount. He either didn't hear me or chose to ignore me.After reviewing my receipt at home, my birthday discount was not applied. I called and left a message for the manager to call me back so we can discuss. Can they put a note on my account that I have an unused discount? I guess I'll never know, since he has yet to return my call.The only reason I went there that day was because of the happy birthday text and discount offer. It's too bad that Eureka Sky won't deliver on their promise. Happy Birthday to me.

A beautiful place with fantastic employees who get you lifted - and not just in the sense of cannabis, but by the positive attitudes emulated by their wonderful staff. Beautifully decorated by owners Ray and Desmond, the place sparkles with fabulousity (if that were a word) and charm. Eureka Sky delivers both the best product and the best service. Located in the colorful and lively Castro district, this dispensary stands out and is in a league of it's own. Close to many shops, you can finish your lit mission with a famous 'Hot Cookie', which is located just around the corner!!!Do yourself a favor and pop in to your new, one stop pot shop! =)

3 Words for you...........Quality, Spectacular and Iconic!!!! Located in the Heart  of Castro District. They carry strains that nobody else carry.

Got some rude staff in this b***h! Never coming back. They can either get their attitudes fixed or just get checked real quick. I so happen to stop by and ask a simple question to get some greens and the lady who worked there at the time seemed so bothered and scoffed -- so much for customer etiquette. She just might not like her job at all! Honey needs to leave her trash at home. Period.

Very friendly, warm and chill atmosphere. Staff helped me pick out the right thing for me, without pressure. Loving the Rockstar OG. Thanks for the recommendation, a great choice. Nice addition to the neighborhood.

The staff is very courteous and accommodating. Good selection very convenient right in the heart of the Castro.

This club does not offer a return or an exchange for bud that is mildew. I went here on the 4th of July and they talked me into buying some SESH product, I stepped out of the club and rolled up a smoke and lit it. Immediately my throat started closing and the sneezing from the moldy weed. I went right back in and the GAY owner told my GAY self that he doesn't do trade outs or refunds at all. Then why are you recommending buds that suck. Shame on GAY on GAY crime in the Castro. Eureka sky offers nothing to our community and should be boycotted and shut down immediately.

My drunk friend was holding a bag with a cannabis infused root beer when the bag ripped right outside, breaking the root beer. We were able to go back (200 ft) back in the business and they gave us another one for free  the best customer service I've gotten at a place. My friends are also very happy with their oz so thank you to Eureka sky :)

Went here with $200 cash and was offered a $200 "party pack" which included 17.5 grams of top shelf and a bunch of pre rolls. The owner split the tax difference with me so I could get the deal! Very much appreciated and I will be back again. Great interior as well.

I love these people and their dog. I will walk over the hill to Castro from Western Addition just to buy here. I'm such a novice on all this and the workers have been super warm and really great with gentle recommendations. Feels like a real community space with neighborhood owners.

Eureka Sky has a great selection of products in a perfect and convenient location. The bud tenders are extremely knowledgeable on the products they sell and really go the extra mile to ensure the customer is happy and high. Even the security guard is funny and welcoming! This is one of my favorite dispensaries in the city!

I'd love to rate this place. The first time we came by, they had a sign on the door that they were closed for inventory until 5pm. It was my fiancée's birthday, so we decided to wait it out a few hours in the neighborhood. Came back and the sign was replaced with just CLOSED. That was pretty frustrating. Tried again tonight. My fault for assuming that they'd be open til 10 like most dispensaries.. but  we missed them again. I highly encourage management to post hours on the door sometime soon.Looking forward to updating my rating once we can get in the door!

So great! Loved the knowledgeable and kind help from staff and would 100% recommend! Left with so much more knowledge and goodies and solutions for my friend with anxiety. Will come by again shortly

Just a nasty guy behind the counter. Didn't listen to what I wanted. It's why you should never buy in the Castro. I'm shore short people who work there think they hold a golden key. NOT. I can get better stuff with a nicer attitude down the road. The short guy should buy some lifts or work in a different service.

This club was the best, if not the funnest.Huge selection, yet the highlight was staff.It was here where we got the low-down: apparently gays love succulents, tight buds and ...not standard poodles, that's so 20 years ago...now they've created their own dog that they have to c-section out. WHAT?!?Had so much fun here and left with a lovely selection. Yes, honey, we'd love to have you visit us Texas. We shall return.  Kisses!!

It's easy supporting gay-owned businesses when they're this good. Everyone is always crazy nice and attentive at Eureka Sky. They really work with you so you walk out with exactly what you want and get the experience you're looking for. The space is always clean. Even the security guard is nice and helps usher folks to the right counter. I love that they have great deals on Fridays and the owners are super sweet. 10/10. I never want to shop at another dispensary again. And I don't even know these people!

I was charged $123 for a quarter and it was my first time there; so I'm assuming they do not give any promotions. Definitely over priced

Since I was in the neighborhood, I though I'd check out Eureka Sky. Desmond welcomed me as I entered the store, asked for my ID and then escorted me in. He first told me about the daily special and then gave me a walk-thru of the inventory on the shelves, catering to my interest in sleep aids. Desmond was friendly, knowledgeable and was able to speak from personal experience about products I was curious about. Though Eureka Sky is not the closest dispensary to my home, I will return without a doubt! HIGHly recommended!

This is a great dispensary! LGBT owned and operated. The staff and security team are very friendly! They were open during the pandemic and offered a safe purchase environment. This head shop or weed shop has a great selection of products. You can purchase online for pick up and delivery, or just go inside and purchase. They accept cash and credit cards. But they will charge you a fee for using credit cards. They do have this "cash" payment system with CanPay that allows dispensaries to take cash through a direct debit from your checking account.

Ask for Amer or Kyle Amer knew exactly what I was looking for As a first time visiter to San Francisco truly satisfied. I'm definitely coming back, you guys should too!!! 10s across the board!!!

Stopped in here while visiting a family member, all around awesome experience! Security was super friendly and helpful, and the 2 employees were very knowledgeable and helpful! We will definitely come back next time we are in town.

Need some good stuff, this is the place to go. Prices are good for very good green. And staff are top notch, as well as security, they will treat you great.

I love this place! Website was super easy to navigate but unfortunately there was no delivery option to where I live so I had to drive to the dispensary to pick up my order. BUT! luckily I did, because one of the employee name Amer, was super friendly, knowledgable and helpful. He recommended to me something I haven't try before and I love it! It is definitely my favorite cartidge of all times now. I guess everything happens for a reason :) now I found my favorite flower. Thanks to Amer :)

Don't advertise and tell people you have something and when we get there you don't have it!!! Driving across town and didn't get anything!! No cool never again at this place!!!
