best dispensary in town. Sean and Rob are absolutely killin it with the knowledge. nikko and jonah are terp grandmasters. Mo is the best security around. boxing gym down the ways is also tiiight.

Nice new boutique dispensary, great addition to the neighborhood. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Not much selection for high CBD flowers (they have tinctures) but they just opened and say they're working to expand inventory based on patient requests. Worth checking out!

Tbh I don't know much about pricing or quality since this was my first time in a dispensary. Location is convenient for me since I work nearby. The woman who assisted me was very friendly, informative, and helpful when answering my questions. I left with a 1:1 thc CBD tincture and a thc balm rub to help with my monthly cramp issues.

I've been here several times already and even though it's a bit out of the way, it's well worth the visit. Absolutely friendly and informative staff that will answer your questions (at least to my satisfaction). This also gave me the chance to discover what a nice place the Dogpatch neighborhood is. Really, both are underrated. Parking isn't that bad here and is also accessible via public transportation.

Well first of all EVERY TIME I go here it's Neverrr anywhere to park, then after I get desperate and illegally parked somewhere. I am forced to deal with the outlandish prices because there are no other dispensaries in the area.

This is a really nice uncrowded  place With really cool decor that is warm and minimalist at the same time So thanks for that ! The budtenders are very helpful and have good recommendations They carry a few/lots of different brands of oil And so far always have my favorites Sean ( I really hope I'm not messing up your name) it was great to see you ! And thanks again ! "Candy Land" is now on my list of  favorites by "absolute extracts"  (for those who care about that kind of thing : their cartridges are glass now which is way better than plastic, cause one really should be tasting the plant ;)Cheers!Just read through a review I completely agree with , Lauren H. Awesome customer service, very professional staff, no lines. Cash only but there is an atm at that location.

They have a nice selection of flowers  ranging from prices like $17 to and up. They also have this cool weed shaped clay mold they are selling for $5 more gift to pick up

I've been to Dutchmans Flat about 4 or 5 times now, and all have been somewhat pleasant experiences, except for today. Today, they tried to rip me off hard, steal my money and treat me with so much disrespect! I got in after waiting about 20 minutes in a really long line. They make all the customers aware that it is now cash only. Great, I have cash. I stay, I wait, and I proceed to my transaction. I pick an 1/8 of Lemon G, priced at $39. The woman assisting me asks if I have an account, I do and she enters it and finds me. I see on her tablet screen that, with my neighborly discount, my total dropped to $35.94, as I expected. Then she tells me my total is $39. I hand her $40 and ask, is there no neighborly discount? She panics under the pressure of me catching her in a lie and raises her voice at me "you need to tell me this before the transaction". I replied, "didn't you look my account up? It should say there" she says, "our system doesn't save these details. You need to tell me this before the transaction" (LIE!). I tell her, "well, I paid cash, so you can just hand me the money you owe me". At this point, her colleague gets involved, takes $4 from the tip charge (as if I should feel bad?), and throws it at me. I've never seen such disrespect... trying to steal my money, and then acting as if you're entitled to it? Dutchman's flat, you just lost a network of customers. Congrats.

Great dispensary! Virtually no lines and no wait time. Customer service is great and they have a good menu of products. I would recommend them due to their prices and how quick it is to get your medicine.

I work a block from them and I am so glad that I do. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and so kind. The flower is always really great and fresh. Concentrates are really top of the line. Edibles and preroll some of the best I've seen in any of the clubs. The know me by name and have no issue cutting it up about my experiences with all my products I use. I absolutely love this club and am continually disappointed with any other club I go to that I try to compare to the homies and Dutchman's. Keep it up you guys

This is how every dispensary should be. The most knowledgable staff I've ever encountered, best deal on pre-rolls in the city, the flower is fresh and potent and it has the most welcoming vibe of any dispensary I've ever visited. 5 stars is an understatement.

Bad attitudes today, I thought this place would be my go to in SF the people were polite, generous and awesome my first time here.  Had a bad experience today with a rude bud tender Kumar and his Dutch Master.  The pre rolls are overpriced and have stems and shake contrary to their claims.  Which I could of dealt with if they were cool, but not for them to act like they are doing me a favor, there is a million shops around.  Some give free massages, chiropractic, etc because this is supposed to be a compassionate business.  Stick to schnitzel dutchess.

Just visited this dispensary for the first time today. It's not the biggest or the fanciest, but it's certainly one of the friendliest. They have a great selection of edibles and tinctures, including some that I haven't seen anywhere else. The neighborhood has an up-and-coming vibe and parking - if not easy - is doable. They don't accept credit cards but they do accept ATM cards. And there's no tip jar. The budtender said instead of a tip, he would appreciate it if I would post a Yelp review. I'm happy to do that, and I'll be back.

I don't recommend this place. I called ahead to see if they had a specific product. Hash. They said they did, I drove all the way over, and they did not. Waste of time. They guy said "we used to have it but it didn't sell well...have a nice weekend".  Have a nice weekend? You wasted 30 minutes of my day.

I'm updating my review to 5 stars!  Dutchmans Flat has started carrying much better mid-range flower options.  They also have a rewards program which is cool.  I will start coming here more.

Stopped through twice to find a capacious space for wicked weed. The Trinity Kush is tops; lookin' forward to more.Complimentary J on your 1st visit is a nice touch.

This place has style and a lovely, small shop friendliness that one appreciates when procuring cannabis. As to their style, they project their very limited but sumptuous menu on the bare brick walls and it has a real cool tribeca type vibe. Good luck finding parking, but if you double park the nice security gentleman will keep an eye on your car for you. Extra points for the overall hipness of the neighborhood but without the accompanying douchiness that often accompanies hip parts of town.

These guys are the best. I'm greeted like a friend every time I come in. Knowledge is superb. Plants are great too :)

Stylish decors, friendly yet knowledgeable staff, and good variety of flavors (smokes) pretty much summed up my first impression of this new dispensary in the Dogpatch. I love their pre-rolls, the staff told me it's rolled with all flowers. Definitely my goto now for all my green needs.

Great place... But I bought an 1/8 of that king Louis for 49 dollars and it was a huge mistake... Didn't even do the job and the taste was horrible... Stay away from the pre-package stuff... Waste of money... Great place though

This  place is wonderful  I brought some bath salts  which is  out of  this  world  very  good  for  a great night of sleep  the flowers are  generous and  tasty

This place is a hidden gem. I absolutely will not go anywhere else for flowers. From Headband to SFV OG, the flowers are out of this world and reasonably priced, this goes for the edibles that they carry as well. They don't price gouge, the staff is very nice and I'm happy this place exists.

I am an old neighborhood gal with a lot of aches and pains that come from too many operations and old age. I talked with Jessie and he solved all my problems with complete clarity and knowledge of my problems and what he had to help solve them.

By far the absolute best dispensary in San Francisco. I have tried so many others - including countless delivery services and nothing beats the Dutchman. What keeps brining me back is the selection of products, it's never too overwhelming and always stock high quality products. If something isn't well received by their customers they remove it, and I really appreciate that sort of detail. Everyone on staff there is a awesome and always super pleasant and gives the best service I could ask for. They may be small, but they are in their own league of quality and customer service. Of course their homegrown bud is also an A+. The only thing I wish they had was some sort of membership reward program, but then again they are only a year old - I am sure it will come.

This place has has the best product. And the staff are really helpful and knowledgeable.

My Favorite dispensary in the City! Very cool vibes and maybe John Coltrane playing in the background. Great staff and customer service. Ambiance and non rushed pace. Love this place! If you go check out the bathroom floor and then ask for the story. Competitive prices, but never over priced.

Took me a while to realize this place was in my neighborhood. Thought it was too good to be true. I finally went and was thoroughly impressed. The space is great. The staff is very friendly. The product is great too. Five stars all around. A great addition to the neighborhood, in my opinion.

Dutchmans Flat is very welcoming medical cannabis dispensary located in the Dogpatch district. The bud tenders are extremely nice, knowledgable and conversational and the space is beautiful. They just opened a couple weeks ago and are still ramping up there menu and adding decor. With that said, they have an amazing selection of A+ quality medicinal flower. My personal favorites is the Sherbert - take a whiff if you're in the area. It sounds like they will have CBDs, edibles and other products soon. I will definitely be coming back - this is my new favorite spot.

So nice to be able to pick up medicine in a clean friendly environment. The staff is knowledgable on how to best use cannabis for dealing with pain. The owner has a similar chronic back pain condition that I do and his insight although not medical is amazing. A++ experience all the way around! Even if you do not live in dog patch the variety of medicine and their expertise are worth the visit.

Great flowers and the best service of any plave ive been to. The staff is knowledgable and welcoming every time i visit. I pass 3 other dispensaries to make this my regular visit.

Sean was very welcoming and informative. It was my first time at a dispensary and he eased me in by describing everything. Customer service is great! So much so it made me want to write a positive review right away. Not crowded and very clean and professional. Will definitely be a return customer.

Great products and great people! You won't find a more welcoming environment than Dutchman's Flat. I used to live a few blocks away and I couldn't believe how cool it was to have such an upscale, yet casual medical cannabis experience so close by. You should work to get registered and then stop by sometime to meet their helpful & courteous staff and to understand which products will most likely bring relief to your medical ailments. I love Dutchman's and will always go there first. It also looks super dope in there with the exposed brick and the super clean restroom. I have great respect for the people who work there. They were very welcoming of me in the neighborhood and made me feel at home.

Found out this place was down the street from work so I decided to check it out. I visited mid afternoon on a weekday and it was pretty quiet which was perfect for me. One gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He gave his honest opinion about products and our conversation was very genuine. I appreciate that he was also able to speak to the products from his own personal experience. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience there and was stoked to find out their point system never expires!! A huge plus for me because I tend to stock up so I don't have to go back in anytime soon. I've had so many points in other dispensaries expire because of that : ( Go check them out!

Super unfriendly, lots of attitude, extremely unhelpful. Twice in a row now I've come here and left frustrated, empty-handed. One of the most unfriendly retail experiences I've ever had. I walked in today intending to buy a new vaporizer and walked out with nothing. Definitely won't be back.

I drive around the Bay Area for work so I don't always get to frequent my favorite spots often.I'm putting this place on my list of places to aim for. Such a nice and relaxed environment. I asked a question and was thoroughly educated on the subject. I walked out having spent what I wanted to spend and with amazing product.If I had to give any criticism at all, it would be the hassle of parking. All street parking and none of them were near by. Not deducting any stars for that because they are located in a cute little corner of Dogpatch and I was able to manage.

Been shopping here since they opened but have to say I do not care for the new manager. I will no longer frequent this establishment. Luckily there are plenary of other dispensaries in this city.

The "Dutchie" is just another fine reason to visit the Dogpatch neighborhood. Out of dozens of San Francisco's cannabis shops, Dutchman's Flat is my very favorite. The staff here is knowledgeable and friendly, from the security team to the budtenders. Say hello to Sean, Jonah and Nico. These guys will steer you toward the perfect product for your mood. I am and have been a loyal and frequent customer. Have always loved the service the bud tenders gave and always felt welcomed. UNFORTUNATELY... their manager is really off putting and treats others with disrespect. Please read below and see how he decided to handle a customer question.Today I went in and was asking questions related to concentrates and pax. I had picked my concentrate, and during check out noticed the pax era "cartridges" and asked them about it. She said it would work, and there's some good options there. I got excited seeing my roommates favorite strain on there, so I decided to purchase this. I got home, and realized that it does not work for my pax, and only pax era. I came back and asked If there's anything that they can do (my tone and demeanor were both calm and collected). The bud tender misunderstood my question and asked her manager for support. When the store manager came form the back, he decided to approach the "situation" with aggression towards me, defending the store. I mentioned  that this was something the bud tender had stated would work to me.... He cut me off mid sentence to tell me that he saw "everything"... But what he didn't see was the check out part, where the employee suggested something would work. Regardless of this device working or not, he escalated everything and made me feel like sht. A simple "hey man, sorry but we aren't able to accept returns" would have gone a long way. He didn't stop with his way of bad service and walked away from the sales floor and to the employee only area. He didn't seek to finish the issue and NEVER FREAKING APOLOGIZED.... He goes on and tell his employee "tell him to buy our ps battery pack" ... because that makes sense right ?I was caught by surprise seeing how I never get treated as if I'm not a human. Straight up, really upset with this, won't be purchasing from them anymore, for I do not support a store manager who doesn't know how to talk to people.

Great and friendly staff - super helpful with recommending a variety of CBD, THC, and hybrid gummies. The security guy was super chill, and Armando was super helpful!Best of all, they take debit card or cash AND they're dog-friendly!10/10 would recommend for the service and experience, price was pretty average for SF as well.

Had never been in a cannabis retailer before. Found them online, very pleasant experience. Lovely small shop, clean, quiet, helpful staff. A very different experience from weed days of yore...highly recommend!
