The owners don't care about their employees and management doesn't even know how to buy good weed. They sell old and moldy weed. The employees are the most incompetent weed sellers I've ever met. The only good employee they have is this really pretty girl with a bunch of tattoos and glasses. I would stay far away from the green nugget if i was you. The prices may be right but that's only because it was grown over a year and a half ago or its moldy. I would never go back if it was the last weed store in Washington state.

Last TWO times I've been in for oil BOTH my bud tenders didn't know which strains were Sativa and which were Indica so they just said, "Oh these 7 grams are all Sativas." Only one was. Also asked for NO SHATTER and 5 of the 7 grams were shatter. Horrible bud tenders (except one dude with glasses and a beard) that don't know their product and only care about making a sale. Bummed to say I will probably be supporting Locals Canna House or Treehouse Club instead of The Green Nugget all due to employees not knowing their weed and not being able to consult a fellow employee if unsure.

Nice and knowledgeable budtenders. I hate when i go into a shop, whether recreational or medical, and the budtenders are pretentious or unhelpful or too cool to tip you in the right direction. Yeah so i don't know everything about buying bud. I just want something terrific for what I have to spend and I want it to have x properties. Here I don't feel unwelcome or an interruption. They have great selections at every price range. There are a ton of shops in Spokane and I always choose this one. You should too.

This place is off the hook with options. They are trying all kinds of new things out and expanding their variety. Will come back again as the gal helping me for finding exact specific needs and wants did a great job.

If you know anyone that works inside the building and have anything in the past with them don't come here. They will avoid helping you and so will other helpers in the store. Great shop great place to go but why have 4 people out to help you when they all stand there and look at you trying to pick something out . Customer service blows great place for deals though

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received at any shop. Between the wide selection and great prices I don't think it gets any better than this!

Can't understand that there are no reviews here yet. This is the best place to get good deals by far. Friendly quick service. It can get very busy in there. Large variety of products. It's best to not go in when you're stoned though. You don't want to be standing in the middle of the sales floor for 30 min just trying to figure out what you came in for.

For my first time in i felt a little lost and stood around for a while before I was even helped , staff was not too friendly either . do better.

Very knowledgeable staff. I haven't smoked in a while because I lived elsewhere that it wasn't legal. I went in with about 100 questions to ask, and left with all of them answered. I didn't feel embarrassed or shy to ask because they made me feel comfortable. I will continue to frequent this business!

This company doesn't replace broken product whoever thought 48 hours was long enough to know if an unopened cart is broken is a moron.

Ok place but kinda creepy hardly any employees are covering their nose with a mask when its illegal to do that as an employee right now a couple employees even came into the main room with customers without a mask and got pretty close to people.

Rachael is the best budtender around. Always takes her time to find the right product for you. Won't bs you and tell you to it how it is. You'll walk out with something you like!  Ask for her you won't be disappointed!

Sold me a fake cartridge with tobacco juice in it. When I confronted them about it they were rude and did nothing to try to rectify the situation or back their product besides offering me some "points" on my rewards account. The cartridge had a typo on it that was red flag number one. It didn't get me high res flag number two, it tasted like a recycled cigar was the final red flag and when I told them I was going to take my business elsewhere they seemed unfazed. Green greed at its finest. Avoid these jokers and their fake products and rude underwhelming staff who are tip hungry and customer service zeros.

I've had a terrible experience multiple times going in there. The staff is inattentive and unprofessional. I have come in several times and heard employees speaking inappropriately and highly sexist. One young male employee I believe was a night manager was bragging about inappropriate pictures he had received from a young woman with another coworker as well as other highly sexual inappropriate dialogue in front of me and several other customers. How on earth this place hasn't been shut down for sexual harassment is beyond me. I feel awful for their female staff. You can get the same weed anywhere in Spokane. Most places with better deals. I highly would recommend avoiding this store. On a more positive note I had a homegirl go in there and get a free half ounce because it wasn't scanned so the incompetence of their management can pay off for your benefit. But overall, the fact that this kind of behavior is occurring especially by management is troublesome and this is not a business I would ever support again. I recommend for anyone else to consider that next time before choosing to support this business.

So this was actually my first visit tonight and it was close to closing time since I had just gotten off work. Just wanted to say thank you again to the AMAZING staff working tonight! Great team here and super helpful. Couldn't believe how friendly they were. This will definitely be my new go-to store. Thanks again.

Absolute best place to go!!! Open late Monday through Saturday is super convenient! Green Nugget has the best deals in town with excellent product. I've gotten killer $10 grams of oil, (hit up Wax Wednesday), infused joints, whatever you need. Super friendly staff with great recommendations & they always have great 🎶 playing. **Best part - their website actually matches what is in the store!!! I can filter by that day's special, by category, and other filters. I've NEVER had something either be an incorrect price, have discrepancy in sizes offered or product type offered. ** 💙
