Ok, be aware that the ratings for this place online are not accurate - they offer a deal to customers who leave a 5 star google review.  So most of the reviews you will find online about this place are just people trying to save a few bucks... My review however is not for sale.  If you are looking for quantity instead of quality then this is the place for you.  None of their ounces go over 180 dollars which is a fair price these days... HOWEVER,  if you are an experienced smoker you will see that their top shelf isn't really top shelf - it is solid mid grade at best.  I went in today to check out their Jack H.  - it was supposedly top shelf for 180 bucks... I had never been here before and I love Jack - I was excited to see what they had.  The old saying "You get what you pay for" rings true here the same as everywhere else.  The sample 1/8s they showed me were borderline laughable - there was severe light burn on nuggets in both packages... large lightish brown spots.  Hey manager, that's lower shelf stuff guys and I wouldn't pay 100.00 bucks for an ounce that included light burned nuggets.  I grabbed a couple of eights after looking at 10 to 15 strains so it wasn't a total waste of my time.  Sadly the  stuff is just B and C grade trees... I didn't see a single A+ strain out of all the strains I looked at.  I went in with a few hundred dollars as well...  1 tip for you is that they have really nice glass bongs for 15 bucks each - its a super sick deal and the glass is nice and thick - the only downside is its a bit of an advertisement trade off as the Cannabis and Glass logo is all over the bong - still this is the best deal on a quality piece of glass I have ever bought in my life.  I am leaving 2 stars because of that sweet bong deal as well as the customer service being very good - the budtender was friendly and patient with my requests and there was plenty of help behind the counter.  I went from here over to Royals Cannabis where ounces run up to 350 dollars - and there I scored some true top shelf nuggets at a significantly higher price.  I just can't say many nice things about Cannabis and Glass and I really wish I could - I dig the low prices for sure...  and again if what you want is quantity over quality then you should absolutely come here - if you are a bit of a connoisseur and only want to smoke the true top shelf stuff then this is not the place.  If you want a good cheap piece of glass and don't mind their company logo all over your piece then this is absolutely the spot.  If I'm going to drop a few hundred on flowers I want them to be the cream the of the crop A to A+ team - not the B or C team which is all I saw at Cannabis and Glass.

Been doing business here since they opened and my friends and I will never purchase an item here again! I bought an oil cartridge here a few days ago and was told if anything happens to it to bring the item in with the receipt along with the package and as long as it's half full they can do an exchange. Brought my HALF FULL (if not more than that because they come with 1/6 of air anyway) , LEAKING, BROKEN, USELESS cartridge in with the package and the receipt and they told me they were unable to exchange it. Okay cool, rules are rules, BUT DONT MAKE  PROMISES TO YOUR LOYAL CUSTOMERS THAT YOU CANT KEEP. Takes 10 seconds to drive up the street to GreenLight and that's what I will do from here on out.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Was beyond insulted and threatened by your so called staff. That beyond unprofessional and I'm making sure no one comes to this place again ! Your prices are going up weekly while your product goes down on top of your terrible customer service wow

I call it Bait and switch. They advertise all kinds of stuff that's really nice on the website and they don't have anything in the store.   Hey we'll sell you a $25 1 gram cartridge in 10 different %'s.  But you go in and they are out of all 10 AND the next available price bracket is $35 or $40!! And they don't give a hoot. No substitutes just "gee the website gets updated every once in awhile"....Really?  You burned me too many times to count!!

Well, after being very loyal customers to canibus and glass day one even when they had the messed up parking lot and not showing up on xmas morning to open there shop we have been beyond loyal. After going in today 11/26/19 and finding out that the point program has YET again gone though another "revision" we use to have accumulated thousands of points to which we have always been told we are working on it, we are working on it. Well after all these years of coming in. We havent been able to use 1 single point towards anything in there shops, no discounts no merch nothing. Now my question is why should we continue to accommodate a company that literally has promised to have change and yet nothing. Shoot, I cant even share the same account that my wife and I have been using since day one. I dont usually complain, I dont usually place online things like this. But I would like a call or reply to this to as what can be done for those of us that have been there since day one. Otherwise I know apex has good word of mouth that there program actually pays off. So please listen to this and give us some feed back. Just so I'm clear, this place has always had amazing customer service when it comes to there employees. This issue stems with the owners. Thank you.

I love the staff here. Super friendly and helpful! We just went there last night and our lady was so nice amd recommended great product. As we were finished, i realized she never got my phone number for the rewards but i remember her typing in my name from my ID so i asked if she found my account that way. Unfortunately she did not. I asked if there was a way to redo the transaction because we spent a decent amount of money and they are offering bonus points for the holiday. She said there was a way but when she asked the manager, he was real short with us and wouldn't attempt anything, although our lady said she'd done it before.

Hello.  I chose this place, which was 10 miles out of the way, because it had over 1,000 positive reviews on Google.  I was hoping for an amazing experience, but as soon as I walked in the door I knew it would be anything but.  1. Zero selection in bongs...  They carry 1 company and 1 style of bong which was a HUGE let down.  I was with a first time smoker and wanted them to choose a bong they loved.. If you are going to call the place Cannabis and Glass, you better have a huge selection of glass.  They did not!  I've been to places that had hundreds to choose from, this place, ONE!  2.  The bong's logo comes in 3 color.  (The bong btw is a great product)  The color we requested, of course was out of stock, so we had to settle for blue.  It took the "budtender" 6 min to grab the bong from the back.  It's one item!  That should be 30 second max!  3.  While waiting, the music was.. frantic, loud, and the complete opposite of what the atmosphere should be in dealing with Cannabis.  We only noticed the music because we had to wait so long for the bong.  4.  The TV screen menus were way too cluttered, and budtenders would often switch the screens by remote for other clients, totally losing my place in reading what they had.  5.  Their menu on line is not accurate.  Another reason for going out of our way to see Cannabis and Glass were 2 strains the website said were in stock.  When we asked for both, the budtender took another 3 mins to tell us it was out of stock and had ZERO suggestions on a good replacement.  She would throw out guesses, like, "I heard the Grape Haze is good", then silence.  She didn't ask for help from her co-workers, she just stood there waiting for us to make a decision.. poor customer service, especially for a new smoker. 6.  They gave us the bong in bubble wrap and rubber bands.  Poor packaging!  7.  Before we left, I asked if they had GLASS filters for the bong, and she just said no... again poor customer service.  We realized that the type of bong we purchased did not need the glass filter, would have been nice if she TOLD US THAT! 8. We left not feeling great about the experience and manipulated by the high amount of 5 star reviews.  BUT, at the end of the day after smoking God's Gift we felt much better.  :)

After all this time, now they don't do any returns at all, so if you get a cartridge from them that leaks your SOL. I'd probably just say to avoid this place at all costs. Cinders down the street and they haven't given me a problem since I switched from here!

I usually can find really good deals on flower and edibles here. I've found some great new strains I've never tried after buying them on special. It's become my go to weed shop. Budtenders are almost always really friendly and helpful too, and the hours are good.

One of my favorite dispensary locations in Spokane. They have low, mid and top middle quality bud, edibles, carts, wax, keif, and a few glass pieces. They do have nice store branded glass bongs for $20 which are excellent quality. This store doesn't carry very high end flower which is OK by me as I am comfortable in the price range they offer. Their HUGE and easy to read menu boards make waiting in line no big deal. I take the time to check out what they have while I wait for a budtender. All sorted by price range and then broken down by grower and hybrid/sativa/indica. I don't think they really do discount days because everything is fairly reasonable to start off. Pro tip* they sell many high end growers second tier products. Many growers that are high end need a place to sell their awesome bud that doesn't make the highest cut. Like smaller nugs, not as pretty stuff etc. So many of these growers have a second company name and sell under that as a cheaper product. C and G has many of these so you can get top shelf grower stuff in a different package.

I absolutely love this place. They have the absolute best edibles. Pioneer squares and honus are honestly the best and they aren't overly priced. Everytime I come in everyone is so happy to help and welcoming 10 out a 10 it's a good time

Moved here from Arizona 3 weeks ago and needed to find a reliable dispensary. First time in I ordered online and recieved a 10% discount! I have been here 5 times since and everytime i order online, get the discount and get immediate service. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable of all your needs. I HIGHly reccomend this place!

Bad service , my cartridge broke they told me to basically break it the rest of the way and smoke what was inside of it with glass in it.

I have been a returning customer of C&G for almost two years. I've always had such an amazing experience at each location though around the holidays something happened. The company decided to change the website platform and went live BEFORE making sure products were all online and inventory was correct. This had led to what seems like nearly 50% of their menu missing online now. I also have near 24,000 points which took a lot of $$$ to get to. I've been waiting to redeem a free bong and guess what.. surprise! They're always out of those. I've been visiting all three locations for almost a month and none have any and they won't do anything for me.Tonight I spoke with the manager at the North location and she was very polite. She informed me she is new and doesn't know what C&G can do but she took my name and number down and told me that she will follow up and let me know.While I expressed my frustration of C&G literally falling off the deep end, other employees not involved in my interaction stopped to stare and laugh at me. I was frustrated, but not a Karen. My tone was normal... body language obviously upset but for employees to mock/laugh at customers is not cool.I'm not optimistic about the follow up or the ability for C&G to *do the right thing*... not like they're broke.As for now I've decided to take my business elsewhere where they stock their products, keep their website up to date, and don't make excuses for customers. I would've given 1 star although I felt the way the manager handled herself and the situation tonight was appropriate.Time for one hell of a hit.

This shop encapsulates everything frustrating about buying pot in Vegas. Except it's in Washington, Lame AF!

Fantastic prices and deals. Definitely a budget burners dream. Great service and really nice store. Selection is not competitive however. Top shelf is equivalent to other competing shops mid grade. Simply put, this is the Walmart of weed and I love it!

Figured an update is in order.  3 stars MA!  So I knocked over some glass at my place and needed a replacement.  Decided to purchase a 14" er from these folks.  While the other main products are top notch, do not overlook the paraphernalia.  The fact I can even spell that word correctly right now is a miracle thanks to these folks.  So let's just say they don't have the cheap plastic caca you will find in convenience stores.  These are quality products.  14" hits like a hammer and has a creative double water filter.  One at the bottom and one just over it in a separate chamber.  A Double Bubble perhaps.  I feel fortunate to get the last one in stock and even got compliments on it when walking out the door.

Great service and good product. :) It's my go to shop. .............. Six months after my first review, and I am waiting for the bus after leaving the shop again. This part always makes me feel like a kid on Christmas Eve... all of the way home. I feel like we should acknowledge the fact that legalization relieved the stress and frustration of obtaining this substance that is medicine for the human body from unreliable, many times sketchy sources. Thank you for being so attentive to detail regarding your customer service. It means a lot that the hippy way lives on... Safely and Legally 💙💙😂 Thank you for all that you do.

Top notch pot shop! Staff is very helpful and nice. The layout of the store is simple and clean; their menu is displayed across 4 massive flat screen TVs so choosing what you want is a piece of cake.

I've never had any problems with the staff not being friendly ,very knowledgeable...
