You guys rock!! I went to another store in that area only because I was with a friend and they though they would just make a quick stop...I will never make that mistake again I walked out without making a purchase they were rude and unfriendly and the atmosphere made you feel unwelcome. I felt rushed to just hurry and choose something even though they don't have any product out to display. Satori is a whole different experience. Your employees are inviting right as you step in the door and more than willing to answer questions and help point me in the right direction.The products you sell surpass expectations and prices are WAY better keep rocking it Satori!!

Wow they did it again!! I love Satori!! I had a horrible migraine so I went to Satori for an edible. The budtender LOGAN was awesome, totally helpful and cheerful. I left with a smile, (as usual).  Thanks you guys, Y'all ROCK!

I really like this place, the music is always good, they have people my age running the place, & everyone is very helpful & they talk to u like a friend not like they know more or that their better. The cannabis has always been good & if u want cheaper stuff they even have OZ's of outdoor grape ape for $125. I stick to indoors, but its nice to know its avail. Tip: buy by the OZ cuz it saves u nearly $80 in smoke

Great selection for whatever you need. I'm highly sensitive to THC so I can only have weed with a high CBD content and extremely low THC content. Amanda spent probably half an hour with me, going over all sorts of different products figuring out what I would do well with that also fit my budget. She was insanely helpful and understanding of what I wanted, unlike a lot of other pot shops I've been to. A lot of times I'll go into a place and describe my situation (even if money isn't an object) and they will basically tell me they can't help me, even though I can see plenty of CBD products on their shelf. It sucks that I can't enjoy the entire spectrum, but I still would like to find weed that I can enjoy. I'll definitely be coming back here.

Lowest prices and best quality and selection in town. Friendly and educated staff. You can tell they care about what they do!

Here it is a couple of years later and the market now has plenty of suppliers and the mad rush has all settled down. Satori still has the lowest prices, largest selection, and highest quality around, but it is still a zoo around the place and the parking lot is busy. Without all the people the sales people are able to be a little more relaxed about their sales, so I am raising Satori in my estimation to 4 stars.Satori has the lowest prices, largest selection, and highest quality, but customer service is an absolute zero. I just spent well over an hour in that store and never had anyone say so much as two words to me. Satori enjoys a monopoly at the moment, but the depths of my loyalty to them is measured in angstrom. I cannot wait for some real competition to arise within the marketplace, or at least some new ownership.In the meantime I am going to explore the competition in the neighboring municipality that I pass through coming home from work. Let's face it when you are dumping thousands of dollars a year into a business you kinda expect them to appreciate you, not treat you like a dirty dog.

The oil i got was nastey... But the service will bring me back ... The lady was soo educational and sweet and ohh the ladies where SPOT ON ! they were the bomb!

I was so excited to finally shop Satori only to be incredibly disappointed with almost everything I purchased. I bought 5 different grams of flower, 3 of which were "super top shelf" strains with staff recomedations on them. All but one strain (the only one I picked out without staff recommendation) were dust. So dry they fell apart instantly when touched outside of the bag. The staff member, Thalia was friendly, and kind, but that was the only upside to shopping this dispensary.  I wanted to love this place, but i just can't.  Save your money,  hit a smaller dispensary,  that values it's customers and won't steer you in the wrong direction.

This review is for the new south hill store on 30th. Excellent location for me. Glad to have them as first south hill store. I went in before their grand opening and they weren't quite ready with all their products but nevertheless I had no trouble getting a good flower product for a reasonable price. They had lots of folks ready to help a complete novice or an ol' grizzled veteran like me! I think this store will be a big success, try 'em out.

Always quick and good service here. Also located right next to a smoke shop if you need anything else. Prices are a very nice range and they carry low to high end all products. I much prefer this North location to the South Hill Satori. I'm glad I tried them after becoming enraged over at a dispensary around the corner. I was like f this I will try Satori again (I had only been to Satori South and wasn't impressed) and got a great budtender who helped me immediately and even gave some good recommendations.

After reading the amazing reviews online, I stopped to this location and man the setup was really nicely laid out. Service from Brad the budtender was impeccable. Medical patients get a really good discount compared to other shops. They carry an excellent line of products from florals to tinctures and everything in between. Will definitely return again A+++++

Had an absolutely horrific experience here. The man up front (heavy set with a beard) was extremely rude. He rolled his eyes when I asked questions, yelled at me for not having my ID out fast enough and when I commented on his behavior he told me to "go fuck myself." I spoke to his manager about the incident who wasn't much nicer. Shocking that people can treat others like this during these already difficult and scary times. There is another cannabis shop right around the corner that has a much  kinder establishment. I recommend skipping piece of mind and avoiding being treated like garbage and just going next door for your cannabis needs because no one should be mistreated and verbally abused.

Peace Of Mind always is always a five star experience! There is a reason I am willing to ride a bus for an hour one way to purchase from Peace Of Mind. The selection in both their cannabis and culture store are phenomenal! The staff are super knowledgable and fun always! Even when they dont know something they will look it up for you; or even ask a fellow staff member! This is what I found out today while Elizabeth was helping me. They make sure to get you an answer! Thank you Elizabeth and all at Piece Of Mind Cannabis for an amazing experience every time!

Awesome store. If you go in ask for Clayton. The whole staff is amazing but this dude knows his stuff and hasn't let me down yet.

flower pre rolls Edibles Tinctures ConcentrateIt's so easy to pre order on-line, defiantly the way to go, they don't have the big screen menus. It's always quick, they always verify my order, always tuned into what new products they have. Any time I have asked and the tender didn't know, they said they weren't sure, meaning, they aren't trying to blindly sell me anything. I enjoy ripping them 20-40% every time. Such a friendly staff and great selection. Cannabis shops are a dime a dozen here, Satori N is a standout!!!

Love this place every time I go in. Everyone is very welcoming and very helpful. I was lucky enough to be helped by Tracy, who knew and understood everything I’m going through. She was beyond helpful. I highly recommend this place, and if you get a chance, ask for Tracy!

Love this place. Andrew is my favorite, he listens and really takes the time to help you find the perfect product. He goes out of his way and makes you feel like you have a real friend who works there. Justin is another awesome customer service pro. Similar to Andrew, he really takes the time to make sure you get what you need. The bottom line is if you need personal attention and your looking for knowledgeable and friendly " bud tenders", I can say after shoping at many pot shops in Spokane, Piece of Mind cannabis on N.Division , has an excellent selection,,fresh buds, decent prices, but best of all is the customer service. Ask for Andrew or Justin,,,your experience will be a good one.

POM is the Best! Had a great experience with Clayton yesterday Talk about customer service. He showed me products he thought I might like from the criteria I gave him. Made sure I got the best discount. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Kudos to him!

Excellent product. Some of the staff aren't the nicest. Had one of them lie to me (over the phone)bout a supposed sale that was going on for their bundle bags. I wasn't happy when I drove down to find out that the sale price was the exact same as before Christmas. Great product, but the staff keep me from becoming a regular. Update: shift leader gave me a discount on a product I wanted to try and really did a wonderful job. Will definitely come back. Update: 4.20.21 Aaron, you are amazing. Thank you for your excellent service and helping me with the industry discount! Definitely will come back!!
