Friendly and knowledgeable, grate prices and lovely staff. Two thumbs up. Professional and clean facilities

Absolute fuego. First shop I went to after turning 21 and lets just say i've dabbled in others since but I keep finding myself being drawn to Royals. Maybe it's the $15 eighths or the funniest bud-tenders ever, but keep an eye on these guys. Great shop, great people. Great at recommendations!

This is my spot. The menu is easy, the prices are smart, and the whole vibe is perfectly laid-back. I've been in here dozens of times and have been happy with every budtender I encountered. But I specifically must praise Jess, who made a recommendation that blasted me off. You listen when that woman speaks.

Best prices in the area. I noticed a lot of places had the same items. This place has the best bang for your buck. Employees were very helpful.

Great products.  Great prices. With a very helpful staff who can really dumb it down to anybody who isn't familiar with all different type of products and pros and construction against each other. Great experience.

Great product amazing price and very knowledgeable employees. This is my main place to go when in the mood for smoking. I highly recommend going to Royals. Cant really find a better place.

Have to say tonight it was nice.  To go for a walk from motel after pulling into this city and seeing aftermath of a robbery,  walked in at 9pm (witch alone was great) was greated by a nice friendly knowledgeable worker.  That took his time with us. Did I say im a patient Medical card holder from Oregon. Everything we asked we didn't feel like we asked somethin wrong. He recommended a Stan that I in the end went with.  He allowed us to see with a magnifying glass the oils and crystals inside the beautiful flower.  This now will be our stop when we come to Spokane. FYI the Stran I went with was "M Dawg"  taste great smooth and relaxing.

This place deserves five stars all the way, I've been working in the weed shops since the good old medical days and very rarely find a place with incredible quality as well as awesome service!I was visiting the area for a couple of months and this instantly became my go to shop mainly because of the service provided by Nicole and Sam! They never made a bad recommendation and would always have a smile on their face (rest of the staff was great) I will be driving back to this area just to say hello to the crew and grab some killer smoke in the near future! This place is my cannabis go to now. I'm a novice with everything cannabis and I was apprehensive to go to a smoke shop. The first one I went to in downtown Spokane was super crowded and felt very stressful. The girl behind the counter was rushing me and not helpful at all so I was nervous to ever visit another one. Royal was the opposite!!! So welcoming right when you walk in. More laid back and aesthetically pleasing than the other. I felt really comfortable. All staff was kind and helpful. The guy helping me was amazing and totally patient with me. It was like talking to a friend that was very knowledgeable. Helped me find what I was looking for. I will definitely be back! So happy I found this place.

This place  has everything you could possibly want to buy. They are so knowledgeable, nice and helpful. Will definitely return to this location when in the area.

This place is not only RUDE, they charge way more than any of the stores, comparing CBD to THC.  They care more about their stoners than their medical patients.  They should not have a license.  They should not even be in business.Been here a while and have never experienced such horridly rude people.

This is the best medical or recreational marijuana store in Spokane because of the staff. They will work with your budget to get you the most for your money. They always have Sales and discounts for veterans and medical marijuana clients.

Warning: Avoid this "business" at all costs. Several attendants in this establishment are incapable of thinking for themselves and exercising good discernment and judgement. They are under the sad delusion that it is "the law" to ask for everyones' I.D. Nothing could be further from the actual truth.I am a 64-yr.-old female who recently patronized this "Royals Cannabis" store in Spokane, WA, to purchase 2 bottles of Indica tincture oil, and there is absolutely NO DOUBT or QUESTION whatsoever that I am well over 21. Hence, there is no "need" for anyone to "see" my I.D. Rather, two attendants made a melodramatic scene about it "being the law" to "see" my "I.D."The ONLY "legal reason" anyone selling alcohol, cannabis or tobacco are required to "view" your "identification" is to simply verify that you are 21 or older. THAT is the "law" and the ONLY reason anyone needs to see your "I.D.," otherwise, it is NOT "necessary" for them to demand to "see" everyones' "I.D." Having five relatives in law enforcement allows me the latitude to be well-acquainted with these "laws."This is not an "issue" about the "law" ~ it is nothing more than a facist control & conformity issue. Stand your ground and resist being manipulated by refusing to do business with anyone who does not understand the ramifications of this kind of unnecessary control. Refuse to let mindless minion accomplices "blindly functioning" for the "corporatist-controllers" buffalo you using threats and intimidation. I am quite certain that there are other intelligently flexible cannabis stores out there that are much more deserving of your patronage. Reward good, friendly, civil behavior with your "business," and these controlling attitudes and behavior WILL change.

The service here was great.  Bought bacon flavored CBD oil for my crusty old dog and it's like he is a puppy again.  Cash only

Employees are very rude and not friendly. They frequently have overcharged me and I have had to correct them so I would receive the correct change back. This particular store does not care about medical patients and should seriously be ashamed they still hold their medical license when there are other stores more deserving and caring. I called numerous times to try to set up to renew my rec card and they were 100% zero help. I was told they can't do them on the weekend but to come in on Saturday anyway they would fix it. I get there after driving over a hour to be told no one is there who can do it, they refused to allow me my legal limit numerous times and I've had to argue with the bud tenders about what my legal limit is. Even though I've been using this place for over a year they still hassle me every single time about the amount I'm allowed to purchase. I'm done giving them my money period! I'll go to the valley to the other shops that care about people who actually have medical problems not just the ignorant pot heads that they rip off

Stopped in August 31, 2020. Standard strip mall weed store. For $27 including taxes I got 2 grams of flower, a glass pipe and lighter. Considering the high flower quality it's a screaming deal. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. If I lived in the area I would return

This is my goto shop. The people are friendly and knowledgeable. Good prices and a great selection. What they call their bottom shelf is of superior quality mostly produced by Naked Emperor who knows his stuff.Good prices on accessories and good selection.So if you're looking for a welcome place with friendly,  knowledgeable budtenders give Royal's a try...you just might become a fan like I have;)!

I've honestly only ever been to 1 other dispensary that sells bud as good as this store and it's located in California. This dispensary sells thick, dense, and sticky bud! If you're looking for Quality then this is your store!

Top shelf bud sold here and great selection of concentrates. Highly recommend the Lemon Cherry by Gasworks flower and dab are one of a kind

I went here and was helped by Samantha. Super chill experience and she's knowledgeable about the products and her recommendations are on point. I buy a lot of cartridges and while it's one of those products that can be awkward because of flavors, her choices are amazing. Definitely coming back

Good prices and excellent service. Edit: 11 months after my first review I still come here as my go to even though I live in Cheney. With great service and reasonable prices I can afford I don't want to go anywhere else.
