great prices.great fixes when they meds up&so far no complaints wich..ha yelps on homepage

This shop has very friendly and knowledgeable staff AND great prices! It was my first time in a dispensary and I told them that when I first walked in and they were very kind and helpful and didn't make me feel stupid or sell me things that I didn't want or need. They listened to what I was wanting and offered some good options. The staff (all female when I was there) was also very funny and easy to talk to. I don't think that I'll be shopping anywhere else.

It was a much more pleasant trip this time. I had a bad first trip but I'm sure they were just having an off day. They were all very nice and very helpful. I definitely will go back ;-)

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and overall welcome coming into this shop. I didn't feel rushed with my choices and I valued the advice from reps. Very good, would absolutely recommend.

The female bud tenders here were not very friendly or helpful but they seem pretty excited to help any guy that walked in behind me. This place does not have any clear price boards and seemed to be cluttered. I bought a $10 joint that was suppose to be 50% thc and 1 gram according to the bud tender. (I was not allowed to check myself because I wasn't able to handle product prior to purchase) Once I got to my car and looked at the label to find it is clearly stated that it is a .7 gram joint ( that's with paper and filter, I unrolled and weighed it once home)The thc level was lower then she said as well and smelled like cheap ditch weed. They are not a medical shop but offered me a 9% discount which took .50 cents off my purchase. I will not be back, I will not recommend to anyone.

If I could give less stars I would. This company is disgustingly unprofessional. They treat their employees and customers like shit. They don't rotate their product. They sell expired product. I as an employee here had a gun pulled on me and a knife pulled on me the following night and not a single boss checked up on me to make sure I was okay. Josh told me security was not important because if "someone was gonna shoot me they'd just shoot the security guard too" here's an example of the unprofessionalism. Do not give these people your money.

Awesome place for the most part. Great selection and lots of people. Ayla helped my friend and I but I have to say she wasn't the biggest help. I hate to rif like that but she didn't seem to know a lot about vape cartridges. I'm not asking for medical advice, just some help in interpreting more about the strain. It was what it was.

I am going to miss this place sooooooo much!!! I wish I could take the whole store with me when i leave the state :( Staff is always great. Great prices and great selection!!!

I purchase a glass pipe that had a defective bowl. The bowl didn't have a hole in it. With no concern for customer service they wouldn't exchange it for a functioning pipe. I have never seen such poor customer service in my life. They won't even stick a pen (as I did) to prove there was no hole in the bowl.

An amazing experience with no one making you feel awkward! Amazing staff and great product!! Prices are decent!! Definitely recommend!!!!!! They are also pet friendly!!! Drax says good morning ladies!!

Nice younger lady helped me find some wax that sadly was in stock but in the back & under 2 layers of old product. Fortunately she found 2 so I bought both just to be sure. She went above & beyond for all the things I needed. Been going there for 4+ yrs & it's the only store I go to even with the numerous other stores around. Staff is always friendly & thorough. Was sorry to hear of the tip jar thefts so I gladly over tipped 👍 . Management needs to stock up more on Mammoth Labs Northern Lights live resin I highly recommend it it's hardly ever in stock on the floor always in the back unfortunately but otherwise in the aftermath of 420 things were good.

We have come here regularly, but will now find a different store or LB location. The gal helping us yesterday had very poor customer service skills. She was unable to answer our questions and didn’t even offer to check with a coworker. I don’t want to share her name to blast, but can if needed for training purposes. Every other time everyone has been friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful!
