Jay was awesome with teaching us about the multiple applications to seeking my needs. I feel like he really wanted me to feel comfortable in knowing that I got what I was asking for. Great advice! So far no complaints. I would go back.

Horrible customer service. They overlook you when a new customer walks in. I ended up walking out. Come to find out Lovely buds sells the exact same product for $5 cheaper. I definitely would not recommend Smokane. The tall pretty boy was very rude when I called to vent my experience.
I went there on Sunday to buy an eighth and said I will be back on Monday for when the deal on edibles. I come back on Monday and the idiot behind the counter told me that the deal is actually on Sunday. Get your shit straight and stop fucking ripping me off. Your crap is fucking overpriced and to lie to your customers about when You can buy it at its actual value is bullshit. The bud tender I went to on Monday was extremely rude. Overall you have a terrible staff that doesn't even know when they give "discounts" let alone what strains make up any of the weed in the store.
Not sure if the managers tell the girls to flirt or not but it's disgusting. My boyfriend went in there for the first time & your black cashier was calling him sweetie & baby. You should probably teach your cashiers some respect cause I'm ready to report her for verbal sexual harassment. Keep your ladies in check thanks. Lost a customer
Stopped by for the First time the other day after work having driven by this place so many times. After I maneuvered through the homeless people out front I arrived at a "bouncer" who acted like I had stolen something as soon as I walked in the door. The place had most of your normal brands but everything seemed super old and outdated. I feel like they're more interested in making a dollar then selling you a good product. I walked next door to the glass shop and had to walk through cigarette smoke to get through the front door. To my surprise, the cloud of cigarette smoke was coming from the worker girl there. She then proceeded inside to stuff her face with a sandwich. I was looking to buy something and the girl her name tag said "Amanda", looked like she was more interested in going back out to finish her cigarette I interrupted. I will no longer be giving Smokane any business.
LITERALLY THE WORST SHOP IN SPOKANE!! do yourself a favor and don't go here..... they have the worst customer service ever and their knowledge on products is super lacking!! Also, no returns even if your shit breaks the second after u leave.
I have been coming to this store since they opened and were in a different location down the road. Well, I will no longer be a customer since they removed the 10% discount for pick up orders. I was a little shocked when I was told my total and asked why I didn't get the discount. The heavy set girl with the long brown hair was super rude and said we stopped doing that about a week ago. I said oh, I wish I would have know that because I would have purchased something different. She told me that is posted on their website. I looked on their website as she went back in the store and didn't find anything at all. I told her that when she came back out and then she proceeded to tell me that is not on the mobile version. Really? WTF? No apology or anything. She didn't care and that was that. So I will no longer be coming to this establishment. And honestly there is only about one good bud tender there. If you ask them for suggestions, they will try and sell you what they need to get rid of instead of what you are truly asking for. Very disappointing because this was my go to shop. Not anymore.
I called the store and spoke with Tanya. Very very nice young lady and very helpful. I am from Western Washington and not very knowledgeable concerning cannabis, I do know the topical is amazing on my body parts. Thank you Tanya. Will see you soon.
This is one of my favorite shops in spokane. They have amazing selection of high quality and budget quality products. There's a little something for everyone. The bud tenders are lways super friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

A bit crowded but what dispensary isn’t. Great selection and perfect for the poor man’s budget. Will be my only shop from now on. Excellent and professional service and gonna shout out Nate who rang me up and signed me up as a member. No regrets!
Fantastic selection and super knowledgeable staff. Nick was able to tell me about every brand I asked about, and had a ton of great info and insight about the strains. And when I asked about a hybrid strain he wasn't familiar with he looked it up. Honestly just went here because the name was so good, but one of the best shops I've visited in any state.
I think at 55 I've been to my fair share of dispensary, and being a woman of a particular age it's fair to say I know the difference between good and great shops. This place was beyond both. It is PHENOMENAL! From the smell, or lack of it (very nice), the stock, never short of variety, right down to the staff. Speaking of staff... Emma ( ADORABLE, she was so patient, full of information and with 3 of us pulling her all over the place.) To this location making sure that there was never over the allowance of people inside. There was this young lady who was keeping mask on, people in order and I took her to be boss lady. Well boss lady, your doing a fabulous job. I don't know who owns this location but, they should be proud....very proud of the staff.
