I just left, after buying $120 worth of "eh-quality" crumble. Three grams, when I can get twice that amount at my usual shop on E. Francis. Unfortunately their parking lot was under construction so I drove on. The selection at Cinder was sub par for what they charge but what pissed me off was the bud tender's attitude. She went looking for a gram and had to ask her co-workers where to find it because "this lady wants...GOOD quality" with a sneer in her tone. I would recommend talking smack AFTER the customer leaves. I might add that not wanting to smoke your dark brown crumble is not a personal defect. I am picky about smoking poor quality weed. That just makes me smart. It also means I am willing to spend more. Gotta say, though,  I haven't paid $40/gram since leaving CA. And I won't be back.

I walked in without a mask assuming that a business would have a mask for those who don't, apparently they were out. I still asked if I could buy something real quick & be on my way & she refused me service, but the funniest part is that her mask was entirely down & she pulled it up before speaking to me. What exactly is the difference especially if we're 6 feet apart? Poor handling of the situation, I realize I should have had a mask but workers in the workplace should be wearing one 100% of the time before they dictate that I have to wear one & refuse me service. I won't be returning.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. It's 2021, you should probably catch up and start treating your employees with a little more decency and respect.

I went here with a friend who is visiting from Mexico.  They requested our IDs and refused to accept his passport because "it's not an American ID".  A passport from any country is a legal form of identification, it has all the pertinent information on it in English, it is literally an identification document used to cross borders.This is a form of discrimination, essentially refusing someone service because of their place of birth.  There is no valid reason to claim that a passport is not an ID and this business should be ashamed of itself for this discrimination.I'll never go back to this store.

Usually pretty busy but if you have an extra minute, you won't regret coming here. ALWAYS greeted with a smile and a great welcome, deals pretty often. My constant go to. Have a loyalty program so take advantage of it you can save a ton!

Cinder by far is the best dispensary in Spokane! My personal experience going to Cinder over the last 4+ years has been more than enjoyable! Stopped in today and as always Kassi A. was incredibly nice and recommended some super fire flavors! So happy to be able to go to Cinder and talk to such nice people like Kassi and all the budtenders that work there about cannabis! Cheers!

Out of all the plugs in town, I go thru them the most consistently. They all got there own perks/perks but the location got me almost all the time. Decent cheap zips is what consistently keeps Me cool.

So I just have to say after a long day me and a friend stopped into cinder north and were immediately greeted by a lovely person and helped out with the easy and gratifying experience you want in a cannabis shopping trip. Her name was Shay and I just have to say after a long week she made my day and i would definitely be back to support cinder because of employing someone like that !

Great selection! Very friendly staff and overall an awesome experience. I like a lot of these shops, but this seems to be one of the friendliest places to go shopping at because of the people and environment as a whole. Fantastic vibes.
