This is my favorite place! I absolutely love the employees and the products!! Very clean shop and employees know what they are talking about!!! I was totally against rec shops until I met the owners and manager of lucky leaf! They have become family now!! Thank you for being so awesome!! Love you guys mucho grande!!!

I did not know this place was open especially in the DT area.  They got good products and knowledgeable staff. ,  Panda is definitely a favorite! And kudos for being open til midnight.

Very simply went in and asked for the highest potency vap they had. Was given a co2 pack from Harmony farms. Asked to make sure that this is the best for my needs and was told yes. When I got home I opened my package  only to find out it did not fit my vap pen. They had sold me a indigo pro vap that would only fit a indigo pro device. While disappointed I was confident based on my previous dealings with this store that a exchange would be easy. How wrong was I. The clerk told me that not only was there no exchange available to me but the smart thing to do would be to purchase a $40.00 pro vap pen for the piece I had already bought. While I was contemplating what to do, the clerk asked if I could step aside so she could help others standing in line. Been a while since I got kicked to the curb on purpose by a local buiz. Great thing is it is legal and plenty of other shopping options.

Muscle man was super disrespectful to me and he even used his phone while helping me. Man. Not going back here dont care how good or bad their selection is when the people working there can not be nice.

Dont bother calling this place to see what they have in stock. Have called three separate times to check and see if they had cartridges in stock. First time spoke to a female employee, seemed that we were bother to be calling and asking questions. When we finally were able to get her to check the stock she flew through the list and had attitude when we asked her to repeat herself. Second time we called we yet again spoke to a female employee that didn't seem to want to make the walk over to the cartridge area to tell us what they had in stock. After not shopping there for a while we attempted yet again today. Spoke to a Male employee that put us on hold to see if they had a specific cartridge in stock. After 15 minutes we gave up and ended the call. Seems like this business must be doing so incredibly well. Because I have never been treated so poorly by employees of a business over the phone. Highly suggest going to another business for their medical needs. We will be advising this to everyone we know.

Me and my boyfriend love coming here! Sergio is our favorite bud tender by far! Always hooking us up with the very best deals and very knowledgeable about all of their products. He makes us deals based on what we are looking for each time and even throws in a free lighter from time toTime! He's the man!! Lucky leaf has weekly deals and new products every time!

I ran from my hotel to make there 5 minutes before midnight (their posted closing time) and they had already locked the door.  I knocked and they ignored me.  Finally a guy came and said that they wouldn't let me in but I could "talk to the owner" (who was not there).   Pretty rude if you ask me.  Going tomorrow somewhere else.  Read another review on Weedmaps said they closed 10 minutes early and told the customer to fuck off.  Great work kiddos!

How do you see or read anything when it is scattered on the floor while employees either step on product or over it. Completely a mess, shit show style.

Have some cheap deals but seem to source all herb. nice location off highway and lots of selection on different methods of use.

This is a great spot to get your herbal remedy.  The guys at the counter always have a recommendation when I start asking by brand.  Not only do they have a solid collection of 1/8's and 1/4's, they have pre-rolled joints, edibles and concentrates.   Not every strand is as strong as the next and they have stuff from 10% - 30+%.  The "Golden Ticket" from Blue Roots Brand was out of this world! (60% Sativa 40% Indica)  Lucky Leaf Co is just outside the hotel distric of downtown.  There's ALWAYS parking on the block and it's never been a hassle to get in and out.  It's also within walking distance from Riverside Park.  I'm pretty sure this place is cash only.  They have an atm on site and a dispensing machine if you don't feel like hassling with the staff.  They do check id's when walking in.  All and all, they've been on point.

Lucky Leaf is still my go to store in Spokane.  I always have a good customer service experience here.  I try to make it in on Wednesday or Saturday because they have wax and shatter discounted.  The staff are always patient with me as I have them show me vial after vial of concentrates so I can get something with the consistency I like, sugar wax, etc.  Make sure you tip the bud tender if you make em run around like I do.  Remember, they only work there, they don't own the joint.

My favorite CBD selection in town for sure. I really appreciate a shop that educates their staff and their clients on a regular basis. Open layout, spacious, great service.

Rude staff!! Spend your money at any of the dozens of pot shops around town, don't come here. Today was the THIRD time I've placed an online order, only to have staff at the store delete the entire thing because they were out of one item. They will not call you to advise of this however. I waited 3 hours for a message that my order was ready and when I called all they said was they cancelled the order without telling me and 'our system usually sends a message'. Happily taking my business elsewhere!!!

Placed a order online, got a confirmation text telling me it was ready for pickup. Showed up and they didn't have it. They even had the ticket proving they received my online order.

I would go into the store for about a year and I love the selection and I love the deals.. with that said here's my problem..The female managers that work in the morning are extremely rude to other femals...   No courtesy.. no politeness at all.. no you're welcome...    no smiles..        like here's your weed.a.leave ....Now I observed when a man goes up there and it's completely opposite..      and please never ask them to put your phone number in to use their point system or they mad dog you... usually I wait and have one of the males help me because they're the most friendly in that store..

A little more expensive than what I've seen, and not quite as great a selection. But still, I was impressed with this place, from product to professionalism.A slender, tall woman helped me out, and my request was very general. "I wanna run the gamut. Give me a selection of grams from your liveliest Sativa to your mellowest Indica."Off she went, picking out a few of her favorites. Prices ranged from $11-14, and I got to try four different kinds. She gave all the knowledge she had on most everything she picked out.And now I am happy for I know what I've bought, as opposed to the traditional method, which could lead to paying loud prices for zone. Or dank prices for schwag, depending on your generational influences."Happy travels!" said the woman as I exited the shop.

Okay so I believe if I'm not right I could be wrong but there's only two maybe three dispensaries in town this was the first one I hit closest to my hotel these people are right on time good service good people no complaints went to the other place in town right around the corner and they had okay product but their service was terrible the guy was a real you know what lucky Leaf company serve me right much love both times I went in there and two days also both people that where my bud tenders were incredible knowledgeable nice and very patient I highly recommend this if you're into the best bud in Spokane you got my vote lucky leaf 🗣💯🔥🔥🔥🔥

I regret that I don't know dude's name, with the curly hair! He's my favorite tender. I love when they know how to explain the differences and similarities! And can be patient when I need him to grab something else. The products are varied. I've been happy with the moderate price range. Whereas other places I've paid too much for trash. They do have budget options too. And the prices are good. They have some premium too, but I'm not that rich. LOL

Justin was so awesome!! He helped us out a ton, and was so nice the whole time. We absolutely loved the store and are excited to come by next time we’re in town!

Drove all the way across town right before they closed for them not to accept my state issued license that was paper and multiple forms of ID, the two girls working just wanted to close and get out of there... whatever... go to Cinder they will take care of you and have better products and prices.
